I never needed anybody's help in any way.
But now these days are gone and I'm not so self-assured.
Now I find I've changed my mind.
I've opened up the doors.
Help me if you can, I'm feeling down.

- So this is Jim Fetzer, your host on the Raw Deal.
I'm very pleased to have a special guest today, but before I introduce him, there's so much going on politically.
I wanna review as many as 10 or 12 stories rather briefly to invite his commentary to help us make sense of what's going on.
We begin with Dianne Feinstein, dead at 80, one day after casting a vote.
Zero Hedge reports, Senator Dianne Feinstein has died at the age of 90, shortly after return to Congress, following a bout of shingles.
Going to Punchbowl News, Jake Sherman, who put out a text, breaking news, Dianne Feinstein had passed away at 90.
Punchbowl News text out a few minutes ago.
I've had shingles.
It's not a lot of fun.
There are some, however, who speculate that Dianne Feinstein may have been dead for some time now.
Except, of course, if she actually was able to cast that vote, it would contradict it.
We do have a statement from her office about it that, for reasons I'm unable to explain, is not coming up.
Less important than a, here we go.
Statement on the passing of Senator Feinstein.
Washington.
James Sands, Chief of Staff to Senator Dianne Feinstein, Democrat of California, today released the following statement on the Senator's passing.
Sadly, Senator Feinstein passed away last night at her home in Washington, D.C.
Her passing is a great loss for so many.
From those who loved and cared for her to the people of California, she dedicated her life to serving.
Senator Feinstein never backed away from a fight.
For what was just and right.
At the same time, she was always willing to work with anyone, even though she disagreed with, if it meant bettering the lives of Californians or the betterment of our nation.
There are few women who can be called Senator, Chairman, Mayor, Wife, Mom and Grandmother.
Senator Feinstein was a force of nature.
Who made an incredible impact on our country and her home state.
She left a legacy that is undeniable and extraordinary.
There is much to say about who she was and what she did, but for now we are going to grieve the passing of our beloved boss, mentor and friend.

As you've heard, Dianne Feinstein has passed away, and of course, the media jumps right into the politics.
Who will replace her?
What will Gavin Newsom do?
Newsom promised to appoint a black woman, etc.
And now she was a moderate.
Now the media build up Democrats the way they rarely treat prominent conservatives who pass away.
Everything is about politics and positioning.
Does remember how hideous the media are, and how you should have real perspective in your life, citing a number of illustrations thereof.
Meanwhile, in another context, but also on Twitter, which I dare say is reaffirming its role as the commons for discussion of politics among the public, as long as Elon Musk doesn't start charging us for the privilege,
Nancy Mace displays Hunter Biden tech messages to his Chinese energy company business partner saying his uncle's brother, President Joe Biden, of course, will be attending the meetings.
In 2010, the Joe Biden family teamed up with the Chinese company CEFC to make millions off of granting access to Joe Biden.
Hunter even arranged for Joe to share office space with a CCP-aligned company.
Hunter referred to access to his father as the key to his family's only asset.
Those words will come back and haunt Hunter and his family forever.
CEFC closed significant investment deals in Poland, Kazakhstan, Romania, Oman, and the Middle East in 2015 and 2016 when Joe Biden was vice president.
In previous testimony, Rob Walker also confirmed that Joe attended a meeting with the head of the CFC.
Why was Hunter so secretive about his father?
Because Joe Biden didn't want the American people to know he and his family were getting paid millions and millions of dollars from a company closely tied to the Chinese Communist Party.
That might say Media Matters is Putting out statements that the impeachment hearings have no foundation, no basis, no evidence.
The unbelievable lies we get from the mainstream and special sources is astonishing.
Here we have a peculiarity in Arizona, where the governor, Stacey Hobbs, steps down for a short absence with the state treasurer temporarily filling the role.
One would have thought that would be filled by the lieutenant governor, but it's pretty odd that apparently there is no lieutenant governor in Arizona at this time.
Wednesday, the Arizona treasurer announced she would serve as acting governor, becoming later that evening until mid-morning Thursday after a short absence of Governor Katie Hobbs.
In a press release on X, formerly known as Twitter, Arizona Treasurer Kimberly Yee announced her brief tenure as acting governor, saying she's pleased to step in.
The Republican state treasurer noted that during her less than 24 hours as acting governor, she would refrain from confirming the 13 agencies that still hold vacancies and wait for the Democrat governor to fill them upon her return.
Further in the story, it relates, since Arizona does not have a lieutenant governor, and Arizona's attorney general and secretary of state were also out of the state, responsibility fell to Yee.
Interesting that she is a Republican.
Meanwhile, and this is also on Twitter, Joe Rambo tweets, So Katie and the two positions under her are MIA, huh?
Well, who knows how the court process works?
Remember her medical boot right after the election?
First, a warrant is served.
Second, a person is jailed or put on a monitor until bail is set.
Boot.
Third, formal arraignment.
Fourth, pretrial conflict.
Fifth, trial.
P.S.
It's illegal to state publicly when you're under grand jury subpoena or indictment.
Why does Fetterman look like four different people?
Why did fake Joe give Ruby Freeman an award when we all saw her and her daughter on film committing felonies to help steal Georgia?
I'm going to call it right now.
The dots are starting to really connect.
The 2022 election was part of a sting operation that is the pause Trump told us about.
I bet it's one of the reasons this is taking four years.
Trump said less than five months, right?
Is it possible once these 2022 trials are over that it's go time?
Let's see what happens.
Some will regard that, of course, as very much along the queue line.
We have also an additional report.
Carrie Lake files a 74-page lawsuit against Katie Hobbs and election officials.
Following 10 months of court battles related to the results of the 2022 midterm elections, which I guarantee were overwhelmingly stolen, just as was the 2020, where even James Carville acknowledged that The Democrats had stolen 57 seats in the House from the Republicans, blaming it on Trump, which is absurd.
The reason the Republicans were winning so many seats was because of Trump.
Following 10 months of court battles related to the results of the 2022 midterm election, Arizona Republican Carrie Lake has filed yet another appeal in the ruling connected to her loss, the Democrat Katie Hobbs.
Let me add, Katie didn't even campaign.
Nobody gave a damn about her.
There was complete lack of interest to Katie Hobbs.
Blake has repeatedly claimed that the election for governor, which he narrowly lost to Hobbs, was tainted by misconduct that included malfunctioning election systems and improper signature verification of early voting ballots.
She's gone multiple efforts to overturn the result through Arizona's state court system, but has been unsuccessful every time.
Last round, the judge would not allow her to present witnesses or evidence of what had happened.
Here we have now a rather fascinating report that I think is more revealing than you may have surmised.
Polling experts shocked by new Trump numbers.
Expert in political forecasting, Larry Sabato, criticized the Washington Post this week for publishing a new poll showing Donald Trump ahead of Joe Biden by a significant margin.
According to the startling Washington Post-ABC News survey, Trump would defeat Biden among registered voters by a margin of 52 to 42 if the election were to take place today.
Furthermore, the poll revealed only 37% like Biden's job.
There's a clear sign Biden will not be reelected because most Americans don't like how he's handling the economy and also the border problem.
It gets worse for Biden because about two-thirds of Democrat voters and people leaning Democrat would like the Democrat Party to choose someone beside Biden in 2024.
Some of these people don't care much who takes over.
They just want someone other than Biden.
It was also found Most people don't think House Republicans who are investigating Biden for possible impeachment are unfairly going after him because they think he is crooked.
It was 58% who said Biden is being held accountable, and only 32% say he's being unfairly targeted by his political opponents.
Professor Sabato, who teaches at the University of Virginia, Said the Washington Post was wrong to print the findings of the poll because they are laughable.
This is now quoting Sabato.
The Washington Post, ABC poll doesn't matter.
It's a silly oddity.
Trump up 10 points over Biden.
Laughable.
My question is, how could you put out a poll that's so obviously false?
This will be embarrassing for you for a long time.
After seeing the poll results, Sabato stated he was torn between scuffing and laughing in a separate reaction post.
The same way Nate Cohen of the New York Times criticized the Washington Post for calling this study probably an outlier.
I do have a pretty big beef with ABC Post here, which is that if you disclose consecutive outline poll results by Republicans by 7 in May and by 10 today, you're not able to dismiss your results.
It is really extremely difficult to release outline poll outcomes.
But how the hell would they know these are outliers?
I think the American people are completely disgusted.
Now, this Larry Sabato guy gets a lot of TV time.
He's at the University of Virginia.
Well, I taught at UVA twice.
I was brought in as visiting associate professor, 1977-78, and I was brought in as visiting full professor, spring semester of 1981.
I have noticed Sabato's role here.
Indeed, I had previously published, way back on 24 October 2013, a piece in the Daily Cavalier, which is a student paper, which had some balls at the time, Fetzer Truth or Conspiracy?
Politic professor Larry Sabato's conclusions regarding the Kennedy assassination are wrong.
And they published an image showing differences in the wound at the back of the head at Parkland, a fifth size wound at Bethesda, having greatly increased to take the whole back of his head and well up to the top.
And then the HSCA completely reconstructing.
Here's what I wrote at the time.
As a longtime student of the death of JFK and a former visiting member of the university faculty in the Department of Philosophy, I was fairly astonished to watch Larry Sabato, Ph.D., a prominent member of your faculty, maintain to a national television audience that even though the Warren Commission's investigation was bungled, it correctly identified Lee Oswald as the lone demented gunman.
Knowing how much of the evidence it had relied upon was planted, fabricated, or faked, That struck me as a virtual admission that the Warren Commission had framed Lee Oswald, but he had done it after all.
Since it should not have been necessary to frame a guilty man, I wrote the following letter to Dr. Sabato.
Larry, I just watched you with a crystal ball talking about your book.
Which claims that while the Warren Commission had its reasoning wrong, it still had its conclusion that Lee Oswald was a lone demented gunman, right?
As a retired professor of philosophy and spent 35 years offering courses in logic, critical thinking, and scientific reasoning, I have to ask, how do you know?
Since you discount the evidence presented by the Warren Commission, what is your proof?
In the brief for your book on Amazon.com it states, Sabato re-examines JFK's assassination using heretofore unseen information of which he has had unique access.
What information could that possibly be?
I've spent more than 20 years investigating the case with the best qualified expert to ever study that have three edited books on his death.
Assassination Science 1998, Murder in Dealey Plaza 2000, and The Great Bruder Film Hoax 2003.
And I am fascinated that you might have new information, given your background.
I have to ask if you have made any studies of the medical evidence in this case, which is especially complicated, involving alter X-rays and fake autopsy photos at Parkland.
The wound is described as the size of your fist when you double it up.
But Bethesda had grown to a huge wound, close to a third the size of the skull, yet EHSCA reduced it to a small entry at the crown of his head.
I'm attaching a comparison to those descriptions.
How do you explain this?
As proof of conspiracy in this case, the proof of conspiracy in this case is actually very simple.
All you have to do is locate where JFK was hit in the back.
Without the magic bullet theory, the Warren Commission and the case for a lone gunman falls apart.
Are you aware that the magic bullet theory is not only false, but provably false, and indeed, not even anatomically possible?
I attached a peer-reviewed article establishing this, which I presented at a conference at Cambridge.
I would be grateful to know what I have wrong.
As someone who's admired your work in the past, I am concerned.

The article I attached, reasoning about assassination, was one I had presented at Cambridge and published in an international peer-reviewed journal.
After all, as Michael Badden, MD, the head of the HSCA medical panel, when it had reinvestigated the case in 1977 and 78, had observed, if the magic bullet is false, Then there had to have been six shots from three different directions, meaning minimally.
Baden was right on all counts, but he was unwilling to concede that the magic bullet theory is not only false, but both provably false and not even anatomically possible, as I have shown.
I was therefore disappointed to hear back from an assistant who said that.
Dr. Sabato admired contributions of the study of the assassination.
He was too busy with interviews to respond to my inquiry.
The assassination of JFK marks a turning point in American history from which we as a nation have yet to recover.
It is apparent to me that either Larry Sabato does not know enough about the case to get it right, or he knows better and has an agenda to get it wrong.
In the first case, he is incompetent.
In the second, he is complicit.
I wish it were not so, but I know enough to declare it, which I'm willing to defend in a public debate on the campus of Mr. Jefferson's University.

Not only that, but I wound up publishing yet a second piece after Sabato came out to predict In October of 2018, Red Wave ain't gonna happen.
It's just a question of how big the blue wave is.
And the title of this also published in the Daily Cavalier, Larry Sabato, poster child for the Mockingbird Media.
The CIA began infiltrating the media in the 1950s, whereby 1975, William Colby and his director, Testified to Congress that the agency owned everyone of any significance in the media, and where the situation has only become worse over time.
Paul Bernstein followed up with an article in Rolling Stone, the CIA and the Media, 20 October 1977, in which he quoted high officials of the agency boasting that their greatest successes have been with the New York Times, CBS, and Time Live.
During that era, if you controlled the New York Times, CBS, and Time Live, you had a lock on the dissemination of news within the United States.
The situation has changed dramatically with the emergence of the Internet, which Preston James VHD, the new Gutenberg Press 2018, has likened to the greatest innovation in the history of print for facilitating the distribution of news around the world at roughly the speed of light.
It has come as no surprise, therefore, to discover that the social media giants Google, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter are now being used against the free expression of opinion by adopting a political bias favoring liberal and progressive policies and censoring, including deleting videos and blogs such as my old one to promote their preferred agenda.
This, by the way, was published on the 11th of October 2018.
So the agency is pulling out all the stops to benefit the Democrats in the coming midterm elections.
The Kavanaugh hearings, which were used to weaponize the hashtag MeToo movement, Have not only stopped the expected blue wave, but energized Republican votes to the extent that they are now tending in the direction of overtaking the Democrats, where the agency is bullying out all the stops to defeat the GOP.
I've predicted the Democrats will lose from three to five seats in the Senate and only run even in the House, but events between now and then could make a difference.
Andrew Larry Sabato, Who qualifies as someone of significance in the media.
My suspicions of Sabato have been of long standing when I discovered that he was endorsing the Warren Report of 1964 and promoting the fantasy that Lee Oswald was the lone gunman responsible for the death of JFK.
Having taught at the University of Virginia, where he is on the faculty, I wrote to the UVA student newspaper, The Daily Cavalier, which published my critique of his performance.
The agency knows that a certain segment of the public are affected in casting their vote to be on the side of the winter.
Hence, Sabato's feeble attempt to resurrect the notion of a blue wave, which is not coming for the sake of the agency's interests.
Stunning stuff.
Meanwhile, Gavin Newsom is panicking because dozens of emails he sent to Hunter Biden have now surfaced.
California Governor Newsom has spent the past few weeks viciously defending Joe Biden.
Attacking the impeachment inquiry is a joke.
Newsom even defended Hunter using his father's name for business leverage.
But now Newsom is panicking After dozens of emails he sent Hunter Biden have just star-fussed.
The second GOP presidential debate took place in California at the Reagan Library.
Governor Newsom, who wants to be the next Democrat president, attended the GOP debate on behalf of Joe Biden's campaign.
Newsom is also scheduled to square off against Florida Governor Ron DeSantis on November 30th in a debate hosted by Fox News Channel and moderated by Sean Hannity.
But Newsom's top concern as of late is trying to shut down the GOP impeachment inquiry and investigation into Joe and Hunter Biden's alleged influence peddling operation.
In an interview with CNN, Dana Bash, Newsom said McCarthy's impeachment inquiry was nothing but a joke.
When asked whether Joe Biden benefited directly from Hunter's business dealings, Newsom played clueless, tried to pretend it was no big deal, even if he did.
If that's the new criteria, there are a lot of folks in a lot of industries, not just in politics, where people have family members and relationships and they're trying to parlay and get a little influence and benefit in that respect.
Newsom said that's hardly unique.
But Newsom's over-the-top defense caught the attention of Fox, which decided to review dozens of emails between Hunter and Newsom and his associates, discovering matters such as fundraising, promoting documentaries, and personal conversation in the course of nearly a decade.

And I was sort of, you know, at loose ends about the news business.
And my guest, David Scorpio and Giuseppe Vavangulo, Invited me to join with them to do need to know news, which we then did for quite a while now.
David and I had a falling out just as I had with Dean and Mike Mara, but I've reconciled with Dean and I've reconciled with David.
I have long regarded him.
As among the most astute in terms of breadth and depth of perception of how things are going on in the world and I want to lay out some of these issues.
Well, he moved back to the United States from Ecuador, where he had a very successful coffee plantation.
He's now in California.
One of the first issues I want to ask is how he feels about being back, because in my opinion, the United States is falling apart, that the effort to destroy America is proceeding full steam ahead.
Scorpio, it's just a delight to have you on the air with me today.

Well, Jim, I'm glad I'm on the show with you.
I'm glad we reconciled and look forward to our little conversation about the insanity of the Insignia Asylum we live in now.
Yes, yes, yes.
Well, you could pick up anywhere you like, Scorpio.
I thought I'd lay out some of these stories, which are Rather appalling.
I mean, not just fine sign death, and many of us regard that as a good thing.
I have friends who believe she was being kept on ice.
But if she literally actually cast a vote the day before, unless that was manufactured, and it may have been, it would appear her death is of recent vintage.
We have all the evidence coming out about Biden's corruption.
This thing with Larry Sabato just Pissed me off because I'm convinced the guy is working for the company and for him to make an assertion like that when anyone who studies a polling, anyone who realizes the major minorities that the Democrats have in the past counted upon, black and Hispanic, are moving strongly to the right.
They like Trump.
They're troubled about the border.
The migrants are undercutting their jobs.
They also don't believe in the transgender movement teaching all this sex nonsense, anal and oral sex to little kids.
Most Hispanics are strong Catholics.
I think their reason for repudiating the Democrats are very powerful.
And for Sabato to come out and claim this was just an outlier was laughable.
I found that insulting.
So I went back and dug up these stories I'd published about him from the past.
David, pick it up anywhere you like.
Well, sure.
I think the Democrats are basically engaging in fake it till you make it behavior.
You know, there's I think I listened to Joe Biden's speech the other night, and it was so out of touch with reality, the idea that we have these horrible extremists Uh, in our midst that are going to destroy democracy.
That message is getting old, very old, but, uh, unfortunately, Jim, I, you know, I don't believe Trump is going to be allowed to be the nominee by hook or by crook.
I think he's going to be taken out of the race and obviously all, I believe all the charges against him are fraudulent.
They're a joke.
Uh, but that doesn't discount the seriousness of, um, let's say the legal trouble he faces.
And several of these, you know, benchwarming Republican candidates have already, you know, alluded to the rules in the Republican National Committee that might actually preclude Trump from being the nominee.
So I think there might even be an internal Republican Party rejection of Trump as nominee, which I think would essentially destroy the party.
That's fascinating.
What kind?
You mean against?
Being indicted or being convicted of a crime, stuff like that, Scorpio, that would be my guess.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Both Krispy Kreme, Kristy, and Asa Hutchinson, who's no longer a candidate, I guess, alluded to these rules that already are in place that would preclude him from being able to be the nominee.
So I think we might end up having a brokered convention for the Republicans, which I think would really Destroy the party, you know, for the foreseeable future, to be honest.
Well, since Trump executed his hostile takeover of the country club party for the rich, it hasn't been the same.
And there are elites on both sides of the aisle who oppose him, especially for cutting off the gravy train, including military industrial spending that has fattened their pockets.
Trump has already made it clear he would end the war in Ukraine.
He was always for cordial relation with Russia.
And I think there are powerful, powerful interests who oppose him primarily on that ground alone.
And when you look at what just happened in New York, you had a judge in this alleged case of Trump misrepresenting the value of his holdings.
We said that Mar-a-Lago only was worth 18 mil and Trump had exaggerated, but we got an empty lot down the street that's about a tenth the size or even less, going for $150 million, and realtors in the area said if I were putting the property it would be worth at least $300 million plus.
I mean, this judge is totally corrupt, as Trump said in his statement.
It belonged in the commercial division where they're used to dealing with property transactions and valuation of assets and the whole bit.
But this judge clearly wanted to swing the axe at Trump and is now, you know, cancelled, vitiated all of his licenses to do business in New York.
This is so stunning and improper.
Scorpio, I mean, it's just disgusting to me and is one more reflection of the total weaponization of the judicial and legal system here in the United States, where in the past, the greatest claim the United States could make to be distinctive among nations was equal justice under law, black or white, rich or poor.
You know, young or old, we're not getting that today.
It is grotesque.
Your thoughts?
Well, I agree.
I'm not a Trump fan quite as you are, but I do think that there's been some very powerful people that have decided they want Donald Trump's head on a platter.
And look, you know, as far as this real estate fraud.
Nonsense goes, you know, it's up to the banks to verify any claims that, you know, a real estate holder may make about his property.
So, I mean, I can say my property is worth a hundred million dollars.
The bank is going to say, well, no, it's not.
Or yes, it is.
So the idea that that somehow constitutes fraud is the whole case is absurd.
Just like, you know, pretty much all the cases against them are absurd.
The documents case is a joke too, because.
Uh, pretty much every president takes home old papers that were classified, uh, as mementos, personal mementos for when they were president.
And, you know, it's basically, you know, a violation of the archives act, which, you know, is nothing.
So, uh, I think the re I think there's a lot of reasons, you know, we can only speculate, you know, behind the scenes why Donald Trump is, Angered some very, very powerful people.
But I think two things that have to be put into the equation here are the fact that he completely rejected the Green New Deal, which is an essential part of the new system they want to force all of us to live under.
And secondly, he refused to go along with the charade that we have a peaceful transfer of power.
You go along with the election results, no matter what.
And he refused to do that as well.
And this this charade, this this sacred ritual that America goes through with the transfer of power, you know, he pretty much, you know, called it out as a fraud.
And that is a big no-no as well.
You know, those two things are very important to the masters of the system, the people who actually run and own the system.
The green agenda is very important, and so is this idea that we have this free and fair elections, and they're always good.
We have the best elections in the world.
You can't question it.
I think those are two reasons why he's angered some very powerful people, Jim.
Yes, yes.
They want to maintain a corrupt system.
I mean, It was so obvious in 2020, the election was stolen.
I mean, they stopped the count like at 2 or 3 a.m.
for hours.
It was outrageous.
I mean, I was watching the whole damn thing as it took place.
And then they come back and all of a sudden Biden has made a giant leap and is now in the lead.
So they've been at the algorithm set that he coast to a narrow victory in the in the in the key swing states.
Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin, Michigan, Arizona.
I cannot believe the amount of corruption that has been unearthed in those various states in the meanwhile, including in Michigan.
It turns out there were individuals bringing in Hundreds, even thousands of voter registrations where the signatures didn't match, they had the wrong addresses, and when they reported them, they were swept under the rug.
For the Michigan DA, AG, the Attorney General, has just pretended it wasn't real.
I mean, it goes on and on and on, Scorpio.
My best estimate From sources is that Trump actually won over 100 million votes and Biden about 37, which I think approximates the way things stand in America today.
Nobody likes Joe Biden.
This guy is universally despised.
And I think the Democrats have a real problem.
I mean, this is why you have.
They're using up assets like Larry Sabato to come over and discount polls that I think are 100% legitimate, showing Trump with a 10-point lead nationally over Biden to try to make out that they are irresponsible.
When I tell you, based upon every indicator I have, they're spot on.
Oh, yeah.
Well, I agree with that.
Look, this economy is in shambles.
It's an absolute joke.
The inflation really is much, much higher than the government is admitting to, obviously.
I'd say it's around 20-25%, even higher with some goods and services.
We have a crippling inflation rate that's really destroying people's ability to live on their income.
You know, honestly, Jim, I think this country is going to hit a wall in a couple of different ways very soon.
You know, for one thing, inflation is getting so bad that working, you know, lower middle class people who have full time jobs are going to have trouble paying their basic bills very soon.
If this rate of inflation continues, and I believe it will, I don't think there's anything they can do to stop it.
This idea that raising interest rates is somehow going to fix inflation is absurd, and it's actually designed to throw a monkey wrench into the economy, I believe.
But I think the other thing that may make us hit a wall here, Jim, is that we can't underestimate the seriousness of You know, all these charges against Trump, there's 91 in total.
And of course, as I stated earlier, they're all bogus.
They're all, you know, hopped up charges.
But the charges, especially with this Jack Smith character, who just happens to be Jewish and has, you know, a lot of deep state, world government connections.
This guy's a heavy hitter, brought in like a, like a, you know, a European hit man brought in to take out Trump.
And he only has to be found guilty on one charge now to be in serious trouble.
And so here's the question for you, maybe, Jim.
I believe we'll be heading into uncharted territory if Trump is knocked out of the race, either through the Republican Party or by these charges.
If he's knocked out of the race, we're going to have basically half of the country that no longer sees this system as legitimate or sees the elections as legitimate or the incoming administration as legitimate.
So I think that puts us in absolutely uncharted territory, Jim.
And I agree, Joe Biden is universally despised.
The numbers are all cooked.
And I think we're heading into a place where very soon, over half of the country is going to see the system as illegitimate.
I think we're pretty close to being there, Scorpio.
You know, I hadn't contemplated this idea that there might be rules for the RNC that could be used to keep Trump out.
I'm really surprised it hasn't become a major subject of discussion.
Have you seen the extensive dealing with this, pointing it out as Trump responded?
I find that rather stunning.
You know, RFK Jr.
has been flirting with a libertarian party, initially declared he was going to stick with the Democrats, the party of his father and his uncle, when it actually was a party that meant something.
I used to regard myself as a liberal in the JFK FDR tradition because I believe in the social safety network of Social Security, unemployment insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, workman's compensation.
Programs that actually benefit the American people.
But it's gravitated so far.
Decriminalizing, shoplifting all by itself, opening the borders, promoting transgenderism and all this perversity to children.
Scorpio, these are so disgusting.
The Democrat Party of today, I do not recognize.
It's become A Marxist communist society that wants to destroy America and then create a new egalitarian where everyone is treated exactly the same, where there's no distinction between accomplishment, merit, or achievement.
Everyone's dependent on the government and they actually put down Those who engage in innovation and creativity and entrepreneurship, I find the situation today catastrophic.
In terms of what I past perceived to be the Democrat Party in the past, we're far past that.
I even, as you know, voted twice for Bill Clinton.
I voted twice for Barack Obama.
Now, that had something to do with the quality of the opponents.
People like John Gary and John McCain who were unworthy of the office.
But the damage that Barack Obama has done, and if you go back to Bill Clinton even promoting NAFTA.
Remember Ross Perot told us that giant sucking sound you hear is all those jobs going south.
And now they're bringing all these foreigners into the country and giving them $2,200 a month.
They're giving them housing, they're giving them food, they're giving them green cards.
Biden now wants to give 500,000 Venezuelans already here in the country the right to go to work and undermine positions held by hardworking Americans who've been at it for a long time.
They're going to see their job lost again.
Another reason why the minorities are shifting so strongly to the right to support Trump.
Well, yeah, those are some good points, Jim.
You know, and if you recall, too, you know, during the election night, we were doing a live broadcast and we did our broadcast till about 1230 a.m.
Eastern Time.
And when we all went to bed, Trump was way ahead, you know, in all the key states.
And then we wake up the next morning and, oh my God, we found some votes under the table and guess what?
Joe Biden's ahead.
And, you know, I don't think they could have pulled any of this off without COVID, without Operation COVID Hoax, because it gave the excuse for Joe Biden to not be on the campaign trail and to, you know, the fact that his rallies usually had a few hundred people at them.
I mean, this thing is just so absurd.
And the media has gone on to, you know, kind of manufacture this brand of the big lie, you know, the big lie that there was election fraud.
You know, it's just the cover up they've engaged in is incredible.
And it's an indication that, you know, all of these media people are CFR members because that's part of becoming a big time reporter.
you join the CFR, Council on Foreign Relations, which is essentially, you know, a globalist organization.
And you get put under their sphere of influence if you want to stay on the air.
And so basically that's what's happened.
And Jim, I would just say in closing that there's nothing good about the Democrat Party any longer, unfortunately.
But the problem I see, though, is I think the Republicans are self-sabotaging on purpose from the top leadership to destroy any feasible resistance against the Democrats.

Well, I think the Republicans, if they had any guts and smarts, they would be all over this issue of the Ukrainian war.
Because it doesn't really have any popular support whatsoever anymore.
or They admit to giving $117 billion to Ukraine publicly.
I think the number is actually closer to $150 billion, and so do a lot of other people who've looked into it.
You know, this is obscene that we're supporting this insane war.
And the Republicans should really be jumping all over this because it would garner them a lot of support.
But unfortunately, I don't think they're going to do that.
You know, this all they seem to do is tap their foot on the brakes on things.
And unfortunately, I think Uh, going the route of a government shutdown is going to be another way for the Republicans to shoot themselves in the foot.
And, you know, as much evidence as there is, uh, of Joe Biden's corruption and Hunter Biden's corruption, uh, I don't think this impeachment is going to go anywhere cause they don't have the votes.
So it's going to all end up looking kind of bad, uh, in that sense too.
Uh, so I think we have deliberate mismanagement at the top of the Republican party.
And, you know, look at Mitch McConnell.
This guy is just disgusting and absurd.
And that's the best we got?

I think it would be great to have a third party emerge as a real legitimate alternative.
Well, I think the idea of a third party is more viable than it has ever been in our lifetimes right now.
Because, you know, even the so-called normies are seeing through a lot of this stuff.
I think that's part of why the Democrat Party has become so tone-deaf.
They've gotten high on their own supply and they believe their own bullshit, unfortunately for them.
And I think it's become very tone-deaf, their message, and nobody is really all that thrilled about it.
I think a third party run would be very interesting.
I don't know if it's feasible.
RFK Jr.
has talked about it because he already sees the handwriting on the wall that, you know, this is a fixed, you know, election process.
And as we learned during the 2016 election, you know, the DNC and the RNC, for that matter, are both private corporations and they can do whatever they want.
Uh, in terms of, um, choosing who the candidate is.
Uh, we saw Hillary Clinton shoehorned in there and, um, you know, Bernie Sanders, uh, getting screwed out of a lot of, uh, delegates.
Uh, and of course, yeah, go ahead.
No, no, no.

In fact, that's what pissed off Seth with so that he downloaded those files from the DNC and got them out there.
He was bent out of shape because he was a Bernie supporter, and they'd switched 13 primaries.
Bernie had won to Hillary's column to guarantee she would be the nominee.

Yeah, yeah, and I think this same process could very well prove true for the Republicans.
They're a private entity as well, and I think that the internal apparatchiks of the party You may very well find some legal rules why Trump can't be their nominee.

Fox News' Brett Baer paused to talk about the elephant not in the room.
The co-host added, in comments directed at the candidates on the stage, you all signed a pledge to support the eventual Republican nominee if former President Trump is convicted in a court of law.
Would you still support him as your party's choice?
Please raise your hand if you would.
Vivek Ramaswamy wasted no time raising his hand high.
Former Ambassador Nikki Haley and Senator Tim Scott soon followed.
Then Governor Doug Bergen raised his hand, as did Governor Rhonda Sanders.
But not before the Floridian looked to his left and right to see what others had decided to do.
Finally, former Vice President Mike Pence joined him.
Two former governors, New Jersey's Chris Christie and Arkansas' Asia Hutchinson, did not raise their hands.
Asked for an explanation, Hutchinson said, obviously, I'm not going to support someone who's been convicted of a serious felony.
I hope everyone would agree to that.
Everybody did not agree to that.
The governor was booed for saying he wouldn't support a convicted felon for the presidency.
This week, On this week, Christie elaborated telling ABC's new Martha Raddatz, the truth is that, you know, we can't have a convicted felon as our nominee for president and expect we're going to win.
And it was really the most amazing part of the debate to me, the idea that, you know, a majority of my competitors believe that you can have a convicted felon as our nominee and that they would support that and that he could win.
I think that's an impossibility.
Well, that's ignoring the fact we're talking about Donald Trump.
I do not see any way in which even being convicted in these phony trials, as you observe, none of them have any basis in fact or in law.
They're all clearly contrived to interfere with a 2020 election are going to inhibit Trump supporters from supporting Trump.
It ain't going to happen.
Now, I also was taking a look.
David, to see if there was anything I could find in the RNC laws that precluded it when I did a search.
You know, do RNC rules preclude, say, Trump running for president?
I could not find anything to that effect.
Only discussion from, you know, the left about the 14th Amendment, which is well known not to apply here.
There was no instigation of an insurrection.
I mean, it was ridiculous.
And the only way the Democrats have made headway is by editing what Trump said at the Olympics, where I watched every single word.
And he said he wanted you to, you know, peacefully and patriotically protest.
Peacefully.
He repeated that multiple times.
But the miscreants who are running these charges against him are simply editing out the evidence in support of Trump that exonerates him completely, in my opinion.
How can any American have disrespect for the political or the legal process when they're undertaking such unscrupulous methods as this to bring about contrived indictments and, you know, what would be fabricated convictions if any of them go forward?
They circumvented a judge altogether in New York, of course.
I mean, this thing about his license and committing fraud was itself totally fraudulent and without foundation.
Well, yes, it would be a fraud without foundation, but it doesn't mean they can't do it.
Find some, you know, cook up some legal small print from their bylaws.
And, you know, as I said, Kris Krispy Kreme.
Uh, Christie alluded to that and he's sort of the attack dog.
That's his, his role in this, uh, you know, uh, look for him to be, uh, on some think tank or foundation after the, after he drops out of the race.
Cause, uh, I think, uh, you know, someone's, uh, paying him to be doing this and making himself look like a fool, uh, essentially.
But, uh, the other thing too, is, you know, Donald Trump refused to sign the, the, um, I don't know this note or agreement that, uh, all candidates in, uh, in the debate.
That's one of the reasons why he's not in the debate, which I think it's wise for him not to show up to those debates, but, um, he refused to sign the agreement saying that he would support the eventual nominee of the RNC, no matter who it is.
And if you read the small print, it actually says who the Republican National Committee determines to be the nominee.
So there's some, you know, the devil is in the details, as they say.
And I think we'll see how it all plays out.
But I think the more likely scenario is that if he's convicted of one of these things, he is in very serious legal trouble.
And they could just simply say, well, we can't have a convicted felon be our nominee, you know, or he could actually land in jail.
I think that's a real possibility.
It's not something I think is fair or right or just, of course not.
But I do think they've brought in this European-style hitman, this Jack Smith character, who just happens to be Jewish, Jim.
Not that there's anything wrong with that.
And, you know, I think it's a real possibility that these charges are going to land him in serious trouble, as bogus as they are.
And I've observed many, many times that our Congress is Israeli-occupied territory.
Cynthia McKinney revealed 2011 on Press TV, the Iranian news service, where I used to appear fairly often.
Until I had this legal case brought against me for to try to deprive the public of access to the book Nobody Died at Sandy Hook.
It wasn't banned because I and my collaborators got it wrong.
It was banned because we got it right.
And where?
You know, the effort to suppress the Israeli influence.
I think they're especially upset with Trump now because he would end the war when Israel is supporting it.
They want Ukraine to be the new Israel.
Scorpion, as you know, the vast majority of residents, citizens of Israel, are not descendants of the tribe of Judah.
They're Khazarians.
Where the old Kazaria is now modern day Ukraine and they want it back.
Their tenability in Palestine and the Middle East is growing more and more feeble.
Henry Kissinger about 10 years ago declared that in 10 years Israel won't exist.
They want Ukraine to be the new Israel.
They want all of Ukraine.
They want a Crimea.
They want the Donbass.
They don't want Russia to have any part of it.
And I think that's why we have a situation, roughly, of an immovable object, Russia, and an irresistible force, Zionism, bankrolled by the Rothschild banking empire, of course, in this titanic struggle, and why there's been so much effort.
I mean, the Biden admin has just bent over for Israel to send these endless sums of money and all this equipment.
And of course they use a Minsk agreement to conceal beefing up the Ukrainian army by NATO.
I mean, how could Russia ever again believe in the West after even Angela Merkel acknowledged that's what they did, that the Minsk Accords were just a stalling tactic, that they never had any sincere interest in their implementation.
So Ukraine could be beefed up for a war with Russia.
Well, I agree, Jim.
I've been saying the same basic thing since the beginning of this war, that this is all about Israel 2.0.
I pointed out on my last show, too, that 30,000 Jews went to Ukraine to celebrate Yom Kippur.
They traveled there and had a huge celebration in the western part of the country.
Uh, they know what's going on and they know what the goals are.
Uh, America's being fed, you know, a whole line of nonsense to try to gin up support for this disgusting war that really we should have nothing to do with.
And NATO has done what five waves of aggressive expansion Eastward when they promised.
They never would, you know, George H.W.
Bush promised that NATO wouldn't expand one inch to the east, and there's been five waves of expansion.
But I'll say this, I do think at the very least, I'm suspicious of Putin much more than yourself, but at the very least, Putin made a huge error, I would say, getting involved in the war the way he did, because Before this, NATO was a completely archaic organization that was a solution in search of a problem.
And now, all of a sudden, NATO is revitalized and it's relevant again, unfortunately.
So, I think this whole thing stinks to high heaven on both sides, to be honest.
Americans should be very, very angry that $150 billion has been sent over to this senseless, disgusting war.
And you think about the, you know, I think it was like 1,500 Hawaiians that lost their houses.
You can rebuild all of the houses.
Sure.
And over 2,000 kids missing and I'm afraid they've been transported out of Hawaii and they're being sex trafficked or murdered for Adrenochrome are harvested for their organs.
Each one is worth about a million bucks on the black market, Scorpio.
Well, that's very possible, Jim.
I wouldn't discount that as a strong possibility, but look at this.
You could rebuild 1,500 homes for a million dollars apiece, and that would only be $1.5 billion.
Yet there's been no talk at all about rebuilding these homes.
Not from Dr. Josh Green or anyone else involved.
It's all about getting them into hotels and temporary housing and how toxic the ashes are, how dangerous it is.
You can't go back to your home.
It's too dangerous.
And this whole thing stinks to high heaven.
And then Groper Joe, you know, Uncle Jill has the temerity to give $700 to these victims of this intentional disaster.
It's absolutely disgusting, Jim, and Americans should be really, really angry about it.

We got Fox News just casually reporting that Marvin Hagler died from the vax.
Get that.
They just mentioned it in passing.
This guy was one of- - Martin Martin Hagler was the undisputed middleweight champion for seven years with 52 knockouts.
Hagler's wife says he passed away unexpectedly at their New Hampshire home.
The cause of death was not given.
But earlier in the day, a fellow former boxer wrote on Instagram saying Hagler was quote, in the ICU fighting the after effects of the vaccine.
He was 60. - I mean, this guy was a physical marvel.
Marvelous Marvin Hagler.
I mean, he was fantastic.
He takes a vax and now he's dead.

Here's a second story.
California governor signs disturbing new bill and parents are already furious.
Anyone not believing there's a culture of war raging across America only has to look at California as a prime example.
Lawmakers in this left-leaning state have repeatedly worked against the constitutional rights of citizens there.
The attacks against American rights and values extend all the way to Governor Newsom, who this week readied his political hammer to slam down on school districts that dare disobey leftists' edicts.
Any district that doesn't bow to laws that force the teaching of leftist ideals will be slammed.
Newsom has openly targeted conservative school districts and sought power from the state legislature to punish communities that don't align with LGBTQ plus issues and ethnic studies.
From Breitbart, Newsom signed a bill Monday that will enable him to slap pines on local school districts that review to obey state edicts on curriculum involving controversial subjects like race, gender, and sexuality.
Despite supermajorities of Democrats in both houses, the bill was failing before Newsom jumped in to save the legislation.
He voices his plan to punish one school district in particular, Temecula, California, where a new conservative majority won school board election in a rejected LGBTQ plus materials.
Newsom claims the law bans book bans and censorship and gives families the freedom to decide what's right from that.
The reality is that now the state-enforced district, Apollo State, mandated teaching plans that do not include conservative or traditional perspectives.
This claim of freedom to decide doesn't exist because the law strips that freedom from families via their own school districts wanting to decide what their children should learn.
Your thoughts?
And that's right in your home state today, my friend.
Oh yeah, well, you know, Southern California has traditionally been, you know, a conservative country.
Orange County, San Diego were traditionally actually strongly conservative areas and they still are to a certain degree.
You know, it's not like everybody and there's a pretty big divide in California as well.
Everybody thinks California is all liberal.
That's not really true at all.
Certainly in the biggest cities, but Southern California really actually has quite a few pockets of conservatism.
And unfortunately, I think the public schools are a lost cause.
I don't think there's any reforming them, but at least people are standing up to, basically what it amounts to, Jim, is pornography being shown to their children.
I've seen some of these books.
A friend of mine actually got a copy of a couple of them just to see what this is all about.
And make no mistake, this is pornography showing, you know, they're cartoon books, but basically showing, you know, graphic sex of, you know, homosexual sex and normalizing all of it.
And it's really disgusting when you see this masquerading as some kind of, you know, curriculum or learning for young people.
And so again, these Democrats are just tone deaf.
They're completely off base.
They don't understand how much the country is starting to truly hate them.
And, you know, elections always used to be won or lost on the economy.
Remember, it's the economy, stupid.
And, you know, let's be, I think that's still true today.
They're trying to act like all these other things are somehow preclude the Democrats from taking a total destruction tour here.
But I think they're going to fix the election.
And unfortunately, and I think we're going to see Grover Joe reelected as president again, unless I think they only have until October 15th for another candidate to make his debut.
So they're running out of time if Gavin Newsom or someone else is gonna parachute in and try to challenge Groper Joe.
But as you pointed out, Jim, there's probably more than one Groper Joe out there.
So the fact that he's old and feeble doesn't really matter anyway, because to the 470 Jews in the administration, And yes, there's 473, I believe, Jews in the Biden administration.
They want a feeble, senile, corrupt old guy because that way they can rule from behind the scenes, which is what they like to do.
I think the polling is so massively against that they can't steal the election, even if they rig it with Biden.
And here's what I think is going to happen, Scorpio.
Before the convention, mine's gonna drop out.
Maybe it'll drop dead.
Maybe it'll be, you know, medically incapacitated.
Maybe he'll pardon Hunter and withdraw from the race.
And it's going to leave the party in a situation where it can make an emergency appointment.
And this is when they're going to bring in Newsom.
They got to get Cabal out of the way.
She's a total airhead.
I think their ideal combination is Newsom and Michelle.
And, you know, Americans, I think, for the most part, still don't realize that Michelle Obama is actually a man with breast implants.
That's going to become a big issue, I think, when it comes to the past, but I believe that's how they're going to handle it.

Fifteen-year-old girl brutally beaten by transgender student in girl's bathroom.
Mother files lawsuit.
In Oklahoma, mothers filed a lawsuit against Edmond Public School following an incident where her teenage daughter was severely beaten by a transgender student in the girl's bathroom.
In a shocking incident that unfolded on October 26, 2022, at Edmond Memorial High School, a 15-year-old girl identified as E.G.
was allegedly subjected to a brutal assault by a 17-year-old transgender student.
Larissa Gooden, who filed the lawsuit last Thursday, claimed the accused attacker, assigned male at birth, violated a state law signed in May 2022 by utilizing the girls' restroom.
As per the law, it's mandated that public school students utilize restrooms in accordance with the gender lifted on their birth certificates.
Students who identify as transgender but choose not to comply are required by a law signed by Governor Kevin Stitt to use a single occupancy restroom or changing room.
According to legal documents obtained by the New York Post, the incident left the young girl with severe physical and mental injuries, severe physical and mental pain and suffering, and severe emotional distress.
According to the lawsuit, the police intervened on October 21st and removed the accused attacker from the school after making threats against E.G.
She's now filed a lawsuit.
This transgender student, by the way, who brutalized her in the bathroom, had clearly set it up in advance because it was recorded.
It was recorded by others.
I mean, this is just disgusting.
We got we got an attack on my computer.
Scorpio, go ahead and follow up.
This is just utterly disgusting, in my opinion, as bad as it gets.
It was all a setup.
Her life is never going to be the same.
Well, yeah, sure.
I mean, this is just a an exercise in insanity and a way to destroy the lives of young people so they can't reproduce.
I think that's part of the motivation here from the people at the top, the Illuminati.
I don't think there's Illuminati, but the Jews are, you know, this cabal that runs the show here.
They, you know, they want to screw up as many people's lives as possible and make it more difficult for young people to reproduce.
I think that's part of the goal here.
But they're destroying the country from within.

And Jim, I don't know if you've You know, seeing big Mike Obama recently, but let's just say that the years have not been kind to, uh, Michelle, um, you know, looking very masculine and, uh, she has lost a lot of weight and it's not looking healthy in my eyes.
So I, I hear all these rumors about her, you know, running.
I don't think it's going to happen simply because she looks so terrible.
Uh, from what I've seen, I don't think it's going to happen, but you know, Gavin Newsom.
He's very telegenic and, you know, he looks like a greasy used car salesman in my eyes, but I think he'd get a lot of votes.
He's on board with all the important agenda items and, uh, you know, he's connected as, uh, Nancy Pelosi's nephew.
So, uh, but they're running out of time.
They only have, I believe, till October 15th for someone else to jump in.
So it looks like it's going to be Groper Joe and, uh, the multiple clones or you know, doubles of him.

I just found that story about the 15-year-old girl being viciously beaten up in the girls' bathroom by a 17-year-old transgender boy.
I mean, just think about the physical difference, as we all know.
A 17-year-old boy would just simply overpower a 15-year-old girl who Probably didn't even see it coming, but he had it all set up because it was actually videotaped.
Would you believe he had friends there?
It was all set up in advance.
That story I find nauseating.

She must have offended him somehow by maybe, you know, mocking boys who pretend to be girls.
And he took it out of her on her in spades.

In other words, they can put a picture of somebody and they have a headline, and as long as they're not actually saying, like if there's a caption underneath the picture that says, Julia Roberts walking on 7th Street in New York City, as long as they don't have a caption underneath the photo claiming that it's this person, they can mislead you like that.

With this unprecedented war on whites, which parallels exactly what took place in South Africa after it was turned communist under Mandela, we're not seeing a sufficient backlash.
We're not seeing even outrage.
Where is the outrage of not only the white people in general in America, but how about the immediate family of that girl, Jim, that you referred to?
I mean, really, there should have been a lynch mob of her extended family heading wherever they needed to go to get this guy and serve justice on him.
I mean, does anybody else get this, that there's no outrage and that there's something wrong with the American people if there is no outrage with crimes of this magnitude?

And he's beating up the 15-year-old is a white girl and it's a black transgender 17-year-old?

But yeah, there's an article in Renegade Tribune right now about a black guy who's being held for murder, has a history of sexual assault, and when he started, when he was like 18, you know, 17, 18 years old, and you know, back in 2013, he strangled and raped a woman, and he got 30 years, and he only served seven, and now he's a suspect in a murder, and of course, he's black as well.
So yeah, they're succeeding at what their goal is.
Watch television.
Watch television and you'll see now what they're doing.
They're putting blacks in every single commercial.
They're putting them in all the movies and the TV shows.
We are being replaced.

And there's no doubt about the fact I made this point years ago.

This is a racial war and they're trying to make it so that blacks outnumber us and predominate us.

Lying in his bed.
That was a hate crime, unprovoked, not covered by any but local media.
The race of the victim and the perpetrator was never mentioned.
Which means, of course, almost certainly, it was black.
