| Um, Jim, I've been following your case for some time. | |
| And, um, you know, I'm a hard lover of truth as yourself. | |
| And I'm here to tell you that a lot of this stuff, I mean, well, I mean, all of this stuff is basically our own fault for not understanding what's going on. | |
| With all of your core case, things going on in the world, this is all stemming from the fact that we are under the Emergency Banking Act, Executive Order 2040, and the Trading with the Enemy Act, War Powers, which every president has renewed, Emergency War Powers, and So, you know, and what we're doing, I mean, the money was taken away in 1933. | |
| So the money is our signatures and we're signing things. | |
| We're out there signing things, um, we're signing up for things that they created. | |
| The birth certificate, social security account, the, um, the, uh, driver's license. | |
| And, uh, we are, um, not that thing. | |
| I mean, uh, we are giving them a power to hypothecate | |
| Our signatures, because we're not leaving, we're not closing our signatures, not endorsing correctly, and so what they do under publication IRS 1212, you can read about this, after three years they come in and they claim all these credits abandoned, and they take them and do the things, they take them to do things that we don't like, and you know, | |

| They have all this funding that we are granting them because we don't know what's going on with this banking system. | |

| There are even those who have sought to explain that the federal income tax is only a tax on federal income, income you get from the federal government, which is minuscule, a tiny proportion. | |
| And the whole income tax business is a scam. | |

| But not very little publicity because the government doesn't want the public to know that what they're doing is giving voluntary donations. | |

| You know, with the creation of the Department of Homeland Security, all law enforcement in this country is communitarian law enforcement. | |
| And Americans, by and large, don't want to know what this word means or what it's in port, anything. | |
| But it stems from European Union law. | |
| A law which was 70 to 80 years in the making. | |
| And a law which has been superimposed and overlaid upon all U.S. | |
| national, constitutional, common law. | |
| You name the law. | |
| This is what happened to you in your court appearances. | |
| I can suggest, just as an introduction to the topic, you simply type in, what is communitarian law? | |
| And go to YouTube to a channel by the name of As in Paul, T as in Com, L as in Lark, P-T-L, Media, Now. | |
| And you will see a seven-minute introduction to the topic. | |
| But this is exactly what has happened to you in your court appearances these past few years. | |
| You have been confronted by the superposition of communitarian law into the courts of this country, and it would be well worth your while to investigate that. | |
| And I can promise you, your attorneys are not going to know a damn thing about it. | |
| Well, you know, I appreciate all that. | |
| I was pro se during the initial court hearing that found me liable for defamation, and even though all the evidence was against it, I did have attorneys for my appeals in the Wisconsin Court of Appeals and Wisconsin Supreme Court and Up to the U.S. | |
| Supreme Court, I actually went pro se again, but none of the cases involving Sandy Hook were decided on the merits. | |
| They were all decided on the basis of assumptions or presuppositions. | |
| Alex Jones, an alleged failure to provide discovery. | |
| Mine, because there's a peculiar Entitlement of the judges in summary judgments in Wisconsin to set aside any evidence they regard as unreasonable. | |
| Basically, the judge in my case regarded any evidence I had that nobody had died at Sandy Hook as unreasonable. | |
| And believe it or not, the Court of Appeals agreed with him and even said in consecutive paragraphs Here, you know, here's the official narrative. | |
| Adam Lanza went, killed 20 kids, six adults, blah, blah, blah, blah. | |

| Now, I spent most of last year in contact with insiders, including a party had been cast in the role of one of the dead kids, and another party had been cast in the role of a dead | |
| Teacher and others who were involved and they all said how everyone involved loves my book because it was accurate and truthful and they all felt I'd been abused wrongly by the courts which resulted in this massive 1.1 million judgment against me 450 for the | |
| For the libel, the presumptive libel, and then another 650 for contempt of court when I sought to prove that the individual who appeared in Madison for a video deposition was not Leonard Posner. | |
