Welcome, folks!
This is Truth vs. News.
I'm Donald Ryan, your producer at JD.Consultants at ProTimeMail.com, and this is July the 30th, the end of the month.
Seven months gone, this hot year.
Things have been really hot this July weather-wise, and things are still hot news-wise, and we have the best people to bring you the news today, and it really is a hot one with Jim Fetcher, of course, who's the best Most Dangerous Man in America.
He's written hot books like Nobody Died in Sandy Hook.
This one is still unrefuted.
It's just, it's right there.
And we also have his America Got Nuked on 9-11 and JFK.
And he's got other titles too about going to the moon.
Anyway, he's super fantastic and just a ball of fire recovering from his surgery and ready to roll.
And we also have Scott Bennett.
A lot of mine.
He's written a book of all places he was tied up in, hung up in places.
He wrote a book called Shell Game.
It still is outstanding, isn't it?
It's really spot on.
Yeah, they had to get Biden new diapers when he read a copy of that.
Yeah, okay.
He blew them out.
We have Brian Davidson, who's really quite Well, the report into Ukraine is in two parts.
a private investigator down there in Texas where he's trying to keep cool, but he's got some hot stuff going through.
So let's just go back to Kiev and see what they're doing.
I guess things are getting pretty hot back there in Ukraine, right? - Well, the report in Ukraine is in two parts, two parts, Don, and we got a little video clip for each of the parts.
Meanwhile, Kiev has gone all out to break through the Russian defense in Zapariya.
They must have really scraped the bottom of the barrel to put this together.
On the morning of July 28, they carried out another attempted drone attack on a target in the Russian mainland.
The attack was named at facilities in Moscow.
It was destroyed by air defense system.
No casualties or damage.
Intensification of Kiev's attempt to hit targets inside Russia.
As well as, attempts with unmanned explosive boats on Russian ships in the Crimean Bridge came amidst a large-scale advance of Kiev forces in the area of Robertino and Bervudov in the Zaporizhzhya region.
NATO-backed units have already suffered catastrophic losses in manpower and equipment, but were not able to achieve progress in the area.
Less intense clashes also took place in other areas of Zaporizhzhya.
The region remains the main focus of NATO-coordinated offensive attempts.
However, the numerous casualties suffered meant that nothing could be painted as a success, even by mainstream media.
At the same time, Kim was able to achieve a tactical success in the area of Ugladar in the South Donetsk region.
Pro-Kiev units reportedly took control of a village which had remained contested for the last few months.
The population of the village as of 2001, when the last census took place, was 840 people.
Soon, the Ministry will make a public announcement of this glorious gain.
A separate attack on Kiev units in the direction of Tsar Zino was repelled by Russian forces.
Meanwhile, Russian units have developed momentum in the sector of Krasny Liman.
The main clashes are taking place around two villages.
A day earlier, the Russian Armed Forces delivered concentrated strikes with long-range air and sea-based precision weapons against the infrastructure of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, airfields, command and deployment points, assembly workshops, storage sites, and unmanned boats, as well as missile weapons and military hardware supplied by the U.S.
and other NATO nations.
As of the end of July, The widely promoted NATO-backed offensive looks more like chasing moonbeams than a successful military op.
It does not, however, stop Kiev and its puppeteers from pretending all is going according to plan.
The only minor issue are Russians standing in the way.
They violate the established international rules, strike the advancing NATO proxy back instead of running for their positions, as the mainstream has declared.
Here's the first of two video updates.
On the morning of July 28th, the Kyiv regime carried out another attempted drone attack on a target in the Russian mainland.
According to the Russian Defense Ministry, the attack was aimed at facilities in the Moscow region.
The UAV in question was destroyed by air defense systems.
There were no casualties or damage as a result of the attack.
The intensification of Kiev's attempts to carry out attacks on targets deep inside Russia, as well as attack attempts with unmanned explosive boats on Russian ships and the Crimean Bridge, came amid the large-scale advance of Kiev's forces in the areas of Robatina and Vrobovaya in the Zaporozhye region.
NATO-backed units involved in the attacks have already suffered catastrophic losses in manpower and military equipment, but were not able to achieve any progress in the area.
Less intense clashes also took place in other areas of the Zaprozhye front lines.
The Zaprozhye region remains the main focus point of NATO-coordinated offensive attempts.
However, the numerous casualties suffered by the Kiev regime led to nothing that could be painted as a success even by mainstream media outlets.
At the same time, Kiev was able to achieve a tactical success in the area of Ugludar in the Saltonetsk sector.
Pro-Kiev units reportedly took control of a village in the grey zone, Staromayorskoye, which had remained contested for the last few months.
The population of the village as of 2001, when the last census took place, was 840 people.
Soon, the Kiev Defense Ministry will likely make a public announcement of this glorious gain.
A separate attack of Kiev units in the direction of Erozhiena was repelled by Russian forces.
Meanwhile, Russian units have been developing momentum in the sector of Krasny Liman.
The main clashes are taking place around the villages of Serzhivka and Terni.
A day earlier, on July 27, the Russian armed forces delivered concentrated strikes with long-range air and sea-based precision weapons against infrastructure of the Ukrainian armed forces.
The targets included airfields, command and deployment points, assembly workshops, and storage sites for unmanned boats, as well as missiles, weapons, and military hardware supplied by the U.S.
and other NATO member states.
As of the end of July, the widely promoted, NATO-backed offensive of the Kiev regime looks more like chasing moonbeams than a successful military operation.
Nonetheless, this does not stop Kiev and its puppeteers from pretending that all is going according to their plans.
The only minor issue are the Russians standing in the way.
They violate the establishing of international rules and strike the advancing NATO proxies back instead of running from their positions as the mainstream media has promised to the sheep.
It was good.
We have another article about what's taking place.
After heavy retaliation on Ukrainian seaboards in Odessa and Nikolai regions, the Russian military continued massive attacks on Ukrainian military facilities.
The central and eastern regions of Ukraine are hit by Russian drones and missiles on a daily basis.
Meanwhile, Russian authorities in Zaporizhzhia assess there was some calm before the storm.
The armed forces of Ukraine are relocating their troops.
In recent days, the Ukrainian military continued attempts to advance to the north of Guliai Pole toward the village of Dorozenkaya but failed to achieve any victories.
The attack was supported by a Ukrainian aircraft which struck Russian positions from afar.
The first wave after the first wave, the Ukrainian military threw more than a dozen U.S.
Bradley infantry fighting vehicles and tanks into the battle.
Here we have a second video report.
After heavy retaliation strikes on Ukrainian seaports in the Odessa and Nikolayev regions, the Russian military continued massive attacks on Ukrainian military facilities throughout the country. the Russian military continued massive attacks on Ukrainian military facilities The central and eastern regions of Ukraine that are used for transfer of military supplies to the front lines are hit by Russian drones and missiles on a daily basis.
On the night of July 26, air alerts sounded in various regions, including Sumy, Kharkov, and Odessa.
In the morning, Ukrainian authorities confirmed damage to some industrial facilities in Pervomaisky District in the Kharkov region.
Large fires broke out in the area after the strikes of Russian Gerand Kamikaze UAVs.
Meanwhile, the situation remains tense on the Ukrainian front lines, where the armed forces of Ukraine are yet to achieve any strategic victories.
Losing precious time, the Ukrainian military allows Russian forces to gain the military initiative in some regions.
Russian forces are advancing on the northern Donbass front lines in the Kupyansk and Sabatovo regions, distracting the Ukrainian military from their counter-offensive on the southern and eastern fronts.
Russian authorities in the Zaporizhzhya region assessed that there was some calm before the storm on the southern front.
The armed forces of Ukraine were relocating their troops.
In recent days, the Ukrainian military continued attempts to advance to the south of Gulyai Pol, towards the village of Duroshinyanka, but failed to achieve any victories.
Meanwhile, the front lines were quite calm in the area south of Orkhov and Melikhaia Novoselka, where the Ukrainian army only launched small attacks.
On July 26, the situation changed.
After the numerous failed attacks and huge losses in military equipment and manpower, the Ukrainian military regrouped forces, pulling reserves to the area of Novo Danilovka.
According to reports from the front, in the morning, Ukrainian forces launched a large-scale attack on the Russian military positions in Robotino.
The attack was supported by several Ukrainian aircraft, which struck Russian positions from afar.
At the same time, tanks and armored vehicles went into battle, attempting to break through the defense of the 291st Regiment of the Russian Armed Forces and enter the village of Ravutino.
After the first wave of attack, the Ukrainian military command threw more than a dozen U.S.
Radley infantry fighting vehicles and tanks into the battle.
In their turn, Russian servicemen welcomed enemy columns with heavy artillery fire and guided missiles.
Russian tanks also entered the battle, opening fire on the approaching enemy.
Russian aerospace forces struck the Ukrainian military as well.
As a result, preliminary reports from the front claimed that at least seven pieces of Ukrainian heavy military equipment were destroyed by noon.
Ukrainians suffered heavy losses, but the battle continued.
Scott, your thoughts?
I'm afraid the Ukrainians are not achieving a whole lot here at great expense.
Well, the Russian strategy is to lure them in and then annihilate them.
And that is a perfect example where the Ukrainians, you know, send all these men and material and tanks and all the rest of it into this little village.
And then the Russians just enclose around them and annihilate them.
No doubt, you know, we've talked about this before, the Russian tanks can outfire by 12 miles anything NATO has.
So, Russia has always based its defense on a land strategic defense strategy, where they can fire long-range artillery rounds and missiles from a great distance.
I think it's going to quicken.
I think Russia is going to try and end all of this before the snows in October.
I think they're going to take all the waterways up of the Dnipro River and they're going to, as of today actually, I think they're really going to start accelerating because just today the Ukrainians sent unmanned drones into Moscow's financial district and there was three drones that flew into Russia's, it's like going into Wall Street.
Three drones from Ukraine go into the Russian financial district and were shot down.
But that is an act of terror.
And I think Russia is going to ratchet this up and just completely annihilate them.
Ukraine doesn't have any more men.
It's got like 30 or 40,000 men left.
McGregor was talking about the brigade strength.
So it's got nothing.
And every weapon system that the West tries to bring in is going to be destroyed.
This has been an incredible target practice exercise for Russia to experiment on all of its weapon systems and to determine the capability or lack thereof of the NATO weapon systems.
And it's completely depleted all the weapons of NATO of the European countries.
They have like, if you combine all the German tanks and French tanks and British tanks, they've got like 600 tanks, I think.
That's what, you know, they were estimating, where Russia has 900 T-34 tanks, the best tank in the world, and they've got the best nuclear-powered torpedoes in the world that can swim all the way around the oceans of the world and strike a hit.
So, NATO and the United States are outmatched in their weaponry.
Russia knows it.
It hasn't even thrown its best varsity players on the field yet.
I think they're going to do that in October.
And I wouldn't be surprised if you see a massive blitzkrieg by Russia to completely Very nice.
Brian?
of the snake into complete oblivion and target and execute everybody in the Zelensky machine and do it so fast that the West doesn't know what comes.
Oh, wow.
I think you're going to see uppercuts and knockout punches by Russia before October.
Jim?
Very nice.
Brian?
Oh, wow.
Heavy.
Well, before I go too deep into this, I guess I just have a couple of questions for Scott.
Now, this isn't 1945 anymore, and we're talking tanks and missiles, and it's 2023.
When are we going to bust out the big high-tech artillery?
And what are we doing?
Why are we waiting?
To do that.
Why are we waiting to give this to Ukraine?
It almost feels to me like we're trying to get rid of all of our 70s and 80s technology by having a war.
And then sooner or later, we're going to bust out the laser guns and the rail guns and the space guns and the UFO type anti-gravity craft and all that stuff that is rumored to be there.
Where are we in terms of tech right now, Scott?
And why are we not seeing this stuff launched?
I, you know, I think there's a fear that it would fall into Russian hands.
There's also a possibility that it's greatly exaggerated, that it isn't as sophisticated as we've been led to believe.
I think there's also worry that if you break Russia's nose, you are going to have both your arms and legs broken by Russia and China.
Remember, you're facing Russia, China, and Iran.
These countries will lockstep and close ranks And America will be isolated with nothing except the British, and the British have nothing.
So, I don't think they're going to initiate any escalation with any of the weapon systems, you know, you're describing, because we risk those equivalent weapon systems being used against us.
And they know if you cause social chaos in the American city, in the American heartland, You're going to have a revolution and an overthrow of the Biden administration tomorrow.
I think the Russian leaders know that.
They've been talking about that.
Zaporozhia or Zaporovo was at the Russian conference in St.
Petersburg and she was She's lambasting the Biden administration and the liberal Democrats for throwing January 6 people in jail, calling them terrorists.
I mean, she's speaking as a conservative, Christian, Republican patriot.
I mean, she's speaking just like everyone that voted for Trump speaks.
So, you know, I think the Biden administration, the world is closing around them very quickly, and I think they don't want to start a major, major conflict with Russia.
Because I think they're going to set off a false flag in the United States to try and justify a complete lockdown of America.
So, they're going to turn their guns, I think, against the American citizens.
Wow.
Great questions.
Brian, did you want to add more?
Well, I guess I've been paying attention to what's been happening in Poland.
And, you know, Putin came out the other day and put out some pretty Stiff words about NATO continuing to help Poland and Belarus.
It sounds to me like Poland may make some sort of push using, obviously, America is, you know, fighting Poland in proxy to try to establish the eastern, no, the western region of Ukraine So that they can push it in and call it NATO territory.
That way, NATO can walk away saying that they have a victory.
And I think Putin's been saying that that would be absolutely unacceptable.
And so again, talking about the weaponry, you know, it seems to me like there's a whole bunch of new weaponry out there.
And we're still talking about what the nuclear bomb was 45, obviously.
Now we have some drones being deployed, but everybody knows about drones.
And I'm just, what seems odd to me is that we're still fighting this with old-fashioned bullets and tanks and missiles when I'm pretty certain that the new technology is way, way, way beyond that.
But I don't know.
Well, see, that's the thing.
I would just simply say they are so scared.
They're cowards anyway.
Democrats are lunatics and cowards.
They are rightfully scared about what happens when we unleash this bear.
What happens if we do a nuclear hit or some sort of railgun hit or laser strike against Russia or its cities or something like that?
Do they respond in kind?
Yes.
Do Russians bluff?
No.
Have they said they will knock the living crap out of us?
Yes.
Do we want to risk that and then risk the domino effect collapse of House of Cards of the American government regime?
And do we want to risk, as McGregor said, the Russians and the Chinese and the Iranians focusing a massive invasion across the southern border, so all of our tanks and men have to come back and defend us here?
Then what happens in Canada?
We are being squeezed by our own design, and if they did what, you know, you're talking about, Brian, about amplifying and escalating the weapons against Russia, Russia would escalate it tit-for-tat, tit-for-tat.
They do not back down.
This is an existential fight for them, and everyone with a brain has said it.
The Biden administration are just playing games.
This is all a big game to them.
Running out their weapons, spending their money, doing all sorts of stuff, But they're not going to cross that line and risk a full-on war.
And I think the Brits and the Germans have said that too by saying, we don't want cluster bombs.
We're not having a part of that because that opens up these weapons being used as domestic terrorist operations.
That's why 155 howards or shells, those are dangerous because they can be turned into IEDs, extraordinarily effective IEDs.
It'll blow up a semi-truck.
So every shell, every cluster bomb risks being reintroduced either on the southern border of America or in the chaos-strong cities of Europe as these Muslim black migrant immigrants and such start to act like the chimpanzees on cocaine they are.
Very good, very good, very good.
We'll leave it at that, but I think Brian has raised some very nice questions.
Meanwhile, Jill Biden's former husband rails against the very dangerous Biden crime family.
The marriage of Joe and Jill has been under scrutiny for decades.
Jill was married at the time, babysitting for the Biden family while having an affair with Joe.
And then Joe's wife mysteriously died in a strange car crash.
Joe was running for national office for the first time when the tragedy hit his family, and now all the seedy details of the mysterious circumstances of their marriage are coming out.
Jill's ex-husband, Bill Stevenson, is talking about intimidation tactics used against him for all these years.
To keep quiet about what he knows.
His Gregorian films let this sink in.
Jill Stevenson, now Jill Biden, was cheating on her first husband, Bill Stevenson, with Joe Biden.
Joe Biden was cheating on his first wife, Neila Hunter Biden, with Jill Stevenson, who's now Jill Biden.
Neila Hunter Biden dies in a car accident.
Do you have some photographs?
Here we have embarrassed Jill Biden.
He says her husband put us back on the path to a better, brighter future and brought divided communities back together.
Right.
Right.
Those are the tragic details of the beginning of the union of the first couple.
Now, Stevenson reviews it to be quiet about his feelings regarding the first couple and the crime family they have built.
MediaLite reported on a recent video interview where he talked about Will Hammond, Bill Stevenson, former husband of First Lady Jill, railed against the Biden crime family, claiming former President Trump was being targeted by President Biden in the same way he was targeted by the Bidens during his divorce.
Here's J.P.
Isaac tweeting, according to Bill Stevenson, who was Jill's first husband, Jill is as much of a liar as Joe.
Stevenson told Newsmax host Greg Kelly during their divorce, Frankie Biden, Biden crime family, comes up to me and he says, give her the house or you're going to have serious problems.
I looked at Frankie and said, are you threatening me?
Needless to say, about two months later, my brother and I are indicted for tax charges for $8,200.
Longtime friend Christy Howard chimed in on the abuse Stevenson has taken.
I have been friends with Bill Stevenson for over 30 years.
Finally, he's sharing the full truth so many of us have known.
The Bidens are liars on everything, and always have been.
Christy Howard tweets exactly that.
Here he is, talking about it.
Bill Stevenson, who was married to First Lady Jill before Joe made his move, has been harassed by the federal government ever since, facing a felony tax charge for a one-week late payment on $8,000.
In the interview, Kelly said to Stevenson, Delaware is a small state.
Joe is like the Prince of Delaware in a way, right?
Very powerful.
You think he essentially ordered this?
Stevenson replied, I know what you're thinking, I know it, before claiming he could not believe the power of Joe Biden and the Department of Justice.
I couldn't believe it.
Kelly pointed out similarities between Stevenson's case and Hunter's own current tax case, knowing that, well, Joe, Hunter has so far been charged with two misdemeanor counts for $2.2 million unpaid taxes.
Steve and his brother were charged with two felonies over just over $8,000 in unpaid case.
It's hard to believe what they're doing to President Trump right now, and that's why I came to you, Seth Stevenson.
He's doing the exact same thing.
I was on the wrong side of them, and they have literally come after me for 35 years in a row, one little thing after another.
I can't let them do this to a president I love and respect.
I can't let them do this to our country.
That's why I've come forward.
This is the only reason.
Like I said, nothing about the divorce, no bitterness, but Jimmy Frankie and President Biden are very dangerous and it's tragic.
I can't let them do what they did to me to President Trump.
I can't do it.
He spoke with Inside Edition about the situation of the marriage of Jill and Joe and the relationship between everyone and the breakdown of the original.
His Inside Edition scoop, Joe Biden campaigned on being a unifier, and he has a history of being a homewrecker.
Mine and Fundraiser and Donor Delaware Music Venue and Bar Owner Bill Severnson say to Mary Jill, when she was 18, that Joe betrayed him by stealing Jill away.
News of the action of Jill and Joe in America comes at the same time more brazen fraud.
Those around the Biden service deal with their son, Hunter, showing the impact Biden's had on courts and laws.
A party affiliated with Hunter's legal team misrepresented herself on the eve of his court appearance in a telephone call to the clerk at the U.S.
District Court in Delaware to have information and amicus briefed Related IRS whistleblowers removed from the case record.
The court's clerk said Jessica Bengals, Allegation Service Director at Lantham & Watkins in New York, where Biden attorney Chris Clark was formerly a partner, contacted the clerk Tuesday and asked to remove the amicus material connected to the case, which by falsely claiming to represent the Ways and Means Committee.
In a letter to U.S.
District Judge Mary Ellen Norkada, Theodore Cattella of the law firm Tallern, Fracas, and Cattella that fired the amicus brief on behalf of Representative Jaseph Smith, chair of the House Ways and Means Committee, wrote to the clerk's office and advised that someone contacted the court, representing they work with my office.
They were asking the court to remove this from the docket.
The brief asks that Noriega set aside Biden's plea deal because he received preferential treatment from DOJ based on the testimony to IRS whistleblowers.
As it turned out, Biden's plea deal unraveled, and he pled not guilty to two misdemeanor charges of tax evasion.
According to court records, Mango submitted an affidavit Tuesday in which he blamed miscommunication among the clerks for the removal of the brief.
There's no doubt the Bauer the Bidens have to make things go their way.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, you know, I'd like to hear this individual come out and be a little bit more serrated and passionate in his accusations.
If he goes back to that ancient time when he was married to Jill Biden and then Jill Biden started coming in and doing all this stuff, he should tell The full story and tell his opinion and be unafraid to say, I think Joe Biden murdered his wife.
I think Joe Biden killed or had killed his first wife in a very suspicious car accident.
That's my opinion.
I think he's a murderer and a liar and a fraud.
You know, and his affair with Jill Biden when she was, what, 13 or something like that?
He's a pedophile.
He's always been a pedophile.
Uh, you know, and you see the video of him, uh, being, uh, uh, you know, sexually, uh, playful, you know, touching of little girls.
Then you see Hunter Biden, of course, doing the same thing where he's engaged in child sex prostitution with, uh, young girls in Ukraine and China and elsewhere.
Uh, you know, this is, uh, this needs to be told and from a firsthand evidentiary point of view.
And this guy alleging that he was He was there.
He had contacts.
He was married to her.
Great!
Let's hear the full story, but don't do it half-heartedly.
Don't do it weakly.
Come out fighting and punching and slugging as if your life depends on it, because that's the only way that you'll survive.
If you act like a tepid little castrated doll, they're gonna kill you easily.
If he comes out swinging and files off reports and is very, very public, then it may gain some traction.
Jim?
Brian?
Well, character matters a great deal, especially when it comes to being in politics, in theory, necessarily.
Now, it seems that the conservatives are held to a very, very high standard, yet the Democrats are held to no standards whatsoever in relation to Hunter Biden, for example, Frankie Biden as another example.
Now, it's my understanding that Jill Stevenson, as she was known when she was 18 years old, was a babysitter who married young to Bill Stevenson and became a babysitter for the Biden family.
And then Joe and her began carrying on the affair within a year or two of them getting together.
But the retaliation against Bill Stevenson Over all these years, obviously, has played heavily in Bill Stevenson's view of how this particular politician does his business.
And I saw his interview on Newsmax with Greg Kelly, and I thought it was rather shocking, but I wasn't shocked by it in the least, knowing how powerful people continue to retain power using Machiavellian and Very threatening techniques.
It's carrot or stick with these guys, bribes or punishment.
And this is what's illustrating itself right now with what we saw with the situation with the gas company Burisma over in Ukraine.
It was the carrot or the stick.
Those guys didn't want to do business with Hunter Biden.
But they were assured that they would be punished if they did not.
And they were also assured that they would be rewarded greatly with what they wanted if they did.
And you can see on the Form 1023 that they did not want to go that direction.
They knew it to be unethical.
But this is, after all, Ukraine.
And these people are, indeed, this is a way of life on the Eastern Front.
It seems like the Bidens have adopted those old Khazarian methods.
Long time ago, and it doesn't surprise me that they're now being used as a puppet of the Khazarian Mafia and the rest of the Jesuit and Jewish Vatican-style people that push these dark, gypsy-style techniques into politics and into the way of life.
Remember, as a Westerner, we have very much that British thing going with us.
We have a very well-developed sense of fair play, but I can tell you for certain that in the Middle East, that sense of fair play goes out the window.
They get a lot of pride in being capable of deceiving and winning through a matter of deceit.
As a matter of fact, you'll see that right on the Jewish CIA's Mossad logo, which basically, we're going to make war via deception.
So you can really see the difference in the Western and Eastern values.
And it seems that Joe Biden has been a puppet of the Eastern value type of machine for a long, long time.
Very nice.
Very nice.
Meanwhile, Biden's break the glass option, pardon Hunter, and then withdraw.
Below is my colleague in The Messenger, Jonathan Turley, highly respected constitutional lawyer.
What I call Biden's break the glass option.
After the disaster in Delaware, meaning the fiasco regarding Hunter's plea deal.
After the column ran, Fox asked White House spokesperson Karine Jean-Pierre about the possibility of a pardon.
Jean-Pierre cut him off and responded unequivocally, no.
I hope that's true.
But it would have been more assuring to come from someone who did not clearly misrepresent the President's earlier denial just a day before and change his long-standing position.
The President previously denied a series of facts that have been proven, including that his son did make money in China, that Biden himself did have knowledge of and interacted with his son business dealing.
The real question is whether the fix in this case will fail and leave the president with a pardon behind the glass.
Here's the column.
The collapse of the Hunter Biden plea deal has left many in Washington shocked.
After all, this is a city that knows how to fix a fight.
After five years, the Biden corruption scandal was supposed to die with a vacuous plea bargain and no jail time.
Most everyone who was in on the fix remembers the Congress to the media to the prosecutors.
The problem was the one notable omission.
Judge Mary Ellen Norieka of the U.S.
District Court for the District of Delaware.
The sentence hearing was a moment that made the Hindenburg disaster look like a seamless landing.
Norieka asked a basic question on the implications of the agreement, and the entire deal immediately collapsed.
Now the DOJ is in a bind.
It could not admit in the hearing that Hunter could escape future liability for a host of uncharged crimes.
Yet, when a defendant backs out of a generous plea deal, federal prosecutors certainly will pursue all of the available charges and jail time.
While Joe Biden once declared in more colorful terms that no one messes with a Biden, the Justice Department may now find it has no choice.
It could be forced to actually treat Hunter like an ordinary citizen.
The debacle in Delaware still could result in a plea deal.
The parties have a month to work things out.
Most judges side off on deals given the discretion afforded the executive branch on criminal charging decisions.
They just need to be clear about the terms.
And clarity is something neither side seemed eager to establish publicly during Wednesday's hearing.
An agreement would require prosecutors either to fight to preserve the sweetheart deal, when without additional future charges, or to proceed as they would in most cases with a full prosecution.
That would include obvious potential charges under the Foreign Agent Registration Act.
Norway forced the Justice Department to admit it would still charge Hunter as an unregistered foreign agent.
That was a charge used against one-time Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort.
And the similarities between the cases are striking.
It took little time for the DOJ to use the charge against Manafort, yet in the Hunter investigation, five years have passed, and DOJ seems mired in doubt over applying the same standard to the president's son.
A Vera charge could further expose Hunter's alleged influence peddling, with GOP investigators saying we're in the millions of foreign payments from a virtual rogues gallery of foreign officials.
DOJ could also face pressure to seek the same long jail sentence given Manafort 73 months of imprisonment, including the statutory max, 60 months, For a conspiracy to violate FARA that same year.
Political consultant W. Samuel Batten pled guilty to lobbying and consulting on behalf of the Opposition Bloc, a Ukrainian political party, and received 36 months of probation.
That does not even include potential felony charges for the original gun violation, money laundering, or other crimes.
If the Justice Department were to show the same aggressive effort toward Hunter showed toward Manafort, Hunter could be looking at a real possibility of years in jail.
There is, however, the ultimate break the glass option I raised.
If the Bidens and their supporters cannot rig the process, Joe could pardon his son and then he announced he will not run for re-election.
Facing an impeachment inquiry, low public support, a son in the legal dock, Biden could use a case to close out his political career.
Of course, a barred would be what I consider another abuse of the pardon power for personal benefit.
Bill Clinton waited to the end of his second term, at least, to pardon his half-brother.
Biden could do the same by acknowledging pardoning of his son is a form of raw self-dealing.
However, as he has said throughout the scandal, he loves his son and blames his crimes on his struggle with addiction and grieving.
With that, Biden could bow out of the election without admitting, as many on both sides are saying, that old age has taken a toll on his mental and physical capabilities.
He would end his political career with an act as a father, which some would condemn but most would understand.
That could clear the way for a new generation of Democrat candidates who'd have a better chance of defeating Donald Trump or another Republican presidential candidate.
He could even give Hunter a presumptive or prospective pardon.
That would effectively end any federal investigation, though a pardon would need to cover the waterfront of possible charges.
By resigning and becoming a lame-duck president, Biden would also undermine Congressional-Republican impeachment calls and would allow his own allies to declare the scandal over with Biden himself taking responsibility by giving up a possible second term in office.
Of course, there's no guarantee the congressional investigation would come to an end, even if such a move dampened the demand for an impeachment inquiry.
It would not be likely to stop Republicans from pursuing answers about the official handling of this investigation and claims of political interference.
Yeah, Any damage would be contained by Biden offering himself up as a sin-eater for his family.
Democrats would not likely face backlash for their opposition to investigating the scandal.
The chances of retaking the House could even be substantially increased.
Likewise, the media would not have to face amounting evidence that it has steadfastly ignored for years.
The pardon and apology approach might appeal to Biden.
Not only is it an effort to convert vice into virtue, but it justifies withdrawal from the election as a selfless act.
Everyone in Washington would win except, of course, the public.
Biden would keep alleged millions and influence peddling profits.
Hunter would not even have to pay his full taxes.
Members of Congress and me could avoid taking responsibility for bearing the reports of corruption.
This is what is called in Washington a happy ending.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, it's a very plausible strategy.
It does build on sympathies and the tears.
The more Biden comes out and does a mea culpa, and a mea culpa for his poor, confused, hurting son that's been on drugs and things like that.
Uh, you know, he can he can gin up the sympathy machine and silly fools, especially women, will run to, you know, let's just give him a pass.
And they conveniently forget, of course, all the the wickedness, evil and corruption and destruction that he's unleashed.
And, you know, it's funny, Jim, when you're reading that whole thing.
I seem to recall the judge that was prosecuting Flynn until I sent an amicus brief on his behalf, and I did a few things behind the scenes for General Flynn.
That's why he's still alive.
But I remember that judge outraged that they were dropping all charges, outraged that he was not going to be put in jail.
And that judge Exceeded his constitutional authority by trying to bring in an investigator.
He tried to do everything he possibly could to maneuver Flynn into a jail cell.
And the prosecutors said, no, we're not pressing charges.
Why?
Because they would have shown the incestuousness between the Department of Justice, Eric Holder, Lanny Breuer, Michael Chertoff, Roger Zakheim, and a variety of others, and the Department of Justice.
Covington and Berling and Kellner and all those colorful traitors We're all gang piling on General Flynn and the Department of Justice and Covington and Burling were in conspiracy for that.
That's why they dropped all charges.
They said, no, we're done.
We don't want this known.
We don't want any of this discussed.
And the judge was, what, what, what?
And he was included in all of this, or he was so arrogant thinking that he could do whatever he wanted.
And he tried to push this thing on Flynn and it went nowhere.
Well, it's ironic.
You've got a similar situation where a judge certainly could take the same playbook and apply it to Hunter Biden and the judge could say, hold on.
I want this investigated.
I want a private investigator.
I want to see what else he's been doing, what he's done.
These are multiple felonies.
It's not just an IRS issue.
He's not just claiming a write-off for taxes.
He's paying prostitutes.
Has he been paying Chinese little girls and Ukrainian little girls to be prostitutes?
Has he engaged in human sex trafficking?
I want to know if that was part of his buy-off, if that was part of his IRS write-off scheme.
This isn't just something that was a convenient, you know, I filled out the wrong form.
This is human sex trafficking with little girls.
That's what needs to be investigated and prosecuted.
And yeah, you've got guns and drugs and other things.
Yeah, you also have bribery.
You're declaring, and you didn't declare this, you didn't declare the Chinese bribe that they gave you, when you and your dad were sending a text to the Chinese Communist Party saying, I'm sitting with my father, and we want to know where this is.
You're sending a text to the senior Chinese Communist leadership, and that's not being investigated by a judge?
He's just going to let this go?
It's stark raving mad that this is happening.
But welcome to the United States.
And I think it's desperately corrupt and evil and wicked.
But I would say all of this, if there's any manhood in this judge in honor and integrity to the oath of the Constitution, he will say, no, I am not giving a sweetheart deal.
We are going to tell the American people it's not going to happen.
Now, I've said before, I don't know.
I think they're going to kill Biden.
and try and do this big shell game to put Gavin Newsom in there, because they can generate martyrdom and sympathy that way, and also put the defenses on the Trump supporters by saying they killed him, the Trump supporters, those mean, wicked people.
I think that's more of a scenario rather than Biden bowing out.
Wow.
I think that the pardon and apology and excusing actually is simpler and cleaner Because remember, if you assassinate him, Hunter is still on the hook for the legal cases, Scott.
And once you get Biden out, move Kamala, you bring in Gavin, you get rid of Kamala and bring in Michelle, whatever.
Brian, your thoughts?
Well, there's a couple of things that are very important about What's happening here?
Number one, the judge, which by the way is a woman, she wasn't supposed to read the pre-trial diversion documents.
Pre-trial diversion is something that we have here in America that allows somebody to go get basically further education so they're less likely to commit the same crime a second time around.
It's generally used with non-violent offenders who just simply are unaware of, you know, the real nature and the real The real results of the crimes.
Pretrial diversion might be used with a drunk driver who didn't bother killing anybody that, you know, is young and inexperienced and immature.
So you're talking Hunter Biden, an experienced lawyer who still, by the way, to this day, holds his lawyer's license in D.C.
And he gets offered a pre-trial diversion agreement as if he doesn't have enough education to understand the nature of the crime that he is supposedly committed.
And normally, judges don't read all the components of a pre-trial diversion document.
And sure enough, inside the pre-trial diversion document was this sort of get-out-of-jail-free card buried in there deep down.
And the judge is like, whoa, I took a look at this document and this is here.
Why is this here?
It wasn't in the other documents because they didn't expect the judge to actually be able to see it.
So that's why it went bad because she started asking questions about it.
Of course, nobody could agree on what the get out of jail free card really meant because there were people inside the courtroom that would have walked out, talked straight to the media about what it meant.
So it fell apart.
Hunter Biden was put in a position where he had to plead not guilty and let the lawyers try to shake it all out from here on out.
Now, You've got something happening tomorrow in the House that is incredibly critical to this entire scenario, which is, theoretically, and this was announced this morning on Sunday Morning Futures with Maria Bartiromo here on Sunday morning, that Devin Archer is going to show up for his House Ways and Means Committee hearing tomorrow.
And so sure enough, the Department of Justice comes out on Saturday, yesterday, when they find out that Archer is going to testify.
He's going to take the oath and he's going to tell the whole story.
So they charge Archer immediately with a bunch of crimes on a Saturday, which is absolutely unheard of.
It's never happened before.
So I don't know what they hit him with.
I don't have all the details about that, but they're they're trying to charge.
They're doing anything to keep him out of there.
Because all that's going to do is add more fuel to the fire.
Remember, we started out at, you know, a couple million bucks from Burisma.
And the next thing you know, oh, we've taken a look at more of these forms.
And now we're at 17 million.
We still have another 107 serious banking regulations that have set off red flags all over the place.
And these normally doesn't happen at all.
Now, Devin Archer is supposedly coming in tomorrow if he can survive making it to the stand.
And he's going to tell the whole story, which is going to hood theoretically blow the whole thing wide open.
The reason that the article, I don't think that they're going to go with a sort of sacrificial lamb Joe Biden scenario, unless they absolutely have to, is that it would result in a loss of too much power.
Remember, Joe Biden's purpose is to protect the deep state.
This is why they've allowed him to get away with such egregious crimes over such a long period of time.
Think about Nancy Pelosi.
Think about some of the other guys that have been involved in this protection racket for such a long time.
And this is the major problem.
Joe Biden is sort of a gatekeeper, and his Department of Justice with Merrick Garland is a gatekeeper to protecting the deep state, as Bill Barr was a gatekeeper for protecting the deep state under Donald Trump.
And it's, it's effective.
But remember, if the house of cards begins to fall, they will have no choice but to lash out because they're not going to simply lay down, play dead, give up the power and go to jail.
What they're going to do is they're going to continue to press the Trump angle, Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump, and cause a civil war, which is I think what they're Ultimately after.
Because all MAGA guys are bad guys because, look here, a couple of them lashed out and did something stupid because we put Donald Trump in jail or we took him off the ticket in this state or that state or whatever state.
And they're trying to get this civil war so that they can declare unrest, implement martial law, and continue to protect the deep state.
That was just brilliant, Brian.
That was just brilliant.
Spot on, Scott.
Two things.
Number one, they need to have girls coming out and being recruited by a civil attorney to file sex charges against Hunter Biden like the girls came out and filed against Jeffrey Epstein.
So, that needs to be brought out as a peripheral, tangential, flanking maneuver, is have girls who have been trafficked, sexually abused, or making the claims that such has happened, suing Hunter Biden, and suing Joe Biden as an enabler, as part of the conspirator.
A civil suit will rock their world.
That needs to happen.
Uh, and, and what you're saying with, uh, the civil war they're trying to trigger, you're right.
And they don't seem to realize that if a, you know, I, I think inevitably people are going to say, you know what, Donald Trump is going to win the next election, period.
And we're not taking anybody other than that.
We don't care what the federal government does.
We don't recognize any federal authorities.
We're not granting jurisdiction to the FBI or anyone else.
And if you start a guerrilla war against the American people, the American people win, because no one in their state is going to tolerate this from a bunch of rainbow flag, transgender, gay, climate change, lunatic Democrats.
They are going so off the reservation.
That I think what Brian's saying is right.
They're trying to trigger a civil war, but not realizing that the civil war will collapse them.
Not America, not the American people.
And I do think we are going to have a Jefferson-Davis-Lincoln split.
You're going to have Trump—he has to say, I'm the president of the United States.
I've always been.
I've won again.
I'm good.
Good.
Excellent.
Just excellent discussion.
I just can't see it going any other way, because if we don't do that, if we don't push and recapture our country, we are destined to be a complete zombie police state of slaves.
That's the Democrat agenda, Jim.
Brian, a further thought?
No, no, I'm good.
Good.
Excellent.
Just excellent discussion.
Excellent.
Meanwhile, Rand Paul warns GOP of a Democrat trap.
Biden found an unlikely defender in Republican Senator Rand Paul warning Republicans against the trap of launching an impeachment inquiry against him.
Paul's comments after earlier this week Speaker Kevin McCarthy suggested impeachment procedures against the president might be in order based on mounting revelation about the Biden family's murky foreign business dealings.
It's not good for the Republic to keep impeaching presidents and indicting presidents.
All this stuff is destructive, Rand Paul reacted in an interview.
Former President Trump, the favorite for the 2024 GOP nomination, was impeached by the House twice, but acquitted by the Senate both times.
He was recently slapped with three indictments.
While McCarthy made it clear House Republicans haven't decided to impeach Biden yet, Paul preemptively criticized the idea.
The other side, the Democrats, say, oh, they want to.
They're for preserving democracy.
They're pitting everyone against each other, and they're destroying the fabric of our republic.
So I think we must be careful not to fall into the same trap.
Other Republican legislators have also criticized the idea of a Biden impeachment inquiry.
Those include Representative Ken Buck, who said McCarthy's comments were impeachment theater and a distraction from budget talks.
No one is seriously talking about impeachment.
Another GOP lawmaker, Richard Hudson in North Carolina, told reporters the White House blasted the speaker's comments.
Impeachment inquiry remarks are a ridiculous, baseless stunt intended to attack a president at a time when House Republicans should instead be joining the president to focus on the important issues facing the American people.
In the same interview suggesting Biden might be impeached, McCarthy declared the president had been using the weaponization of government to benefit his family and deny Congress the ability to exercise oversight.
The results from a morning consult poll from June 22-24 showed 30% of registered voters in Congress should investigate Biden, and that should be a top priority.
The view is shared by 55% of registered Republicans, 11% of Democrats, 24% of Independents.
The Hill Senator Rand Paul is warning Republicans against falling into the trap of impeachment after Speaker McCarthy signaled the House could move forward with an impeachment inquiry against Biden, calling it destructive.
Meanwhile, get this.
Family torn between placing Grandpa in hospice and having him run for the Senate.
The Babylon Bee.
Louisville, Kentucky.
A local family is faced with a difficult decision regarding whether to place their beloved grandpa in hospice care or having him announce a campaign for a U.S.
Senate seat.
The grandfather and potential candidate, Philip Gabbard, is 98 years old, suffers from advanced dementia.
We really could go either way on this, said Bryce Gabbard of The Decision.
He's in really rough shape and has very little quality of life these days.
Common sense says he belongs in hospice, but with the way things are in Washington these days, he could really become a major power player.
He can't really speak or think clearly anymore, but who are we not to give him the opportunity to run the country?
With elected officials like Joe Biden, Mitch McConnell, Dianne Feinstein, and John Vetterman serving in high government positions, political parties are focused on recruiting the most aged, decrepit, and impaired candidates available to campaign.
The worse they are at being able to reason and communicate, the better, said Robbie McKean, who helps run Democrat political campaigns in the state.
If McConnell ends up resigning, there'll be a battle for his seat.
And who better to take that spot than an even older, more debilitated Codger?
At publishing time, the Gabbard family was still struggling with a decision torn between doing what's best for grandpa or doing what would be more likely to set up the family for several generations worth of wealth built upon illegal bribes, insider stock trading, and campaign kickbacks.
Brilliant.
Don, are we at the point of taking a break?
What a point, Grandpa Jim.
Yeah, we are at that point.
And what a point we've been making on this show today.
Everything from Ukraine to Biden's hot news today here on Truth vs. News Incorporated on July the 30th at the end of the seventh month.
And what a hot month and hot news we've been having.
You want to come back for some more because it's going to get even hotter here, I think.
