Time Text
This is Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin.
Delighted you could join me, missing both of my compadres.
Neither Owen nor Brian could join me today.
Here we go.
One of the great atrocities of recent American history, Trump indictment unsealed, 37 felony charges, all really completely ridiculous.
Today, of course, even as I speak, he's being arraigned in Miami in our courtroom.
Former President Trump is facing 37 felony charges related to mishandling classified documents and
An allegation that he described a Pentagon plan of attack and shared a classified map related to a military operation, which, like everything else done by this fellow, bringing the indictment, appears to be a gross exaggeration and to have no legal or moral merit, but politically expedient.
The 49-page charging doc paints a damning portrait of Trump treatment of sensitive information, accusing him of willfully ignoring DOJ demands to return docs he'd taken from the White House to Mar-a-Lago, even directing aides to help him hide the records.
That could have been as trivial as moving boxes.
It carries grave legal consequences, including the possibility of prison.
The indictments accuse him of having improperly removed scores of boxes from the White House to Mar-a-Lago.
In spite of the absence of legal merit, as I see it, political implications are considerable.
But in spite of the Democrats' best effort, it's not going to upend the Republican primary that he's been dominating.
His polls have gone up.
It does set the stage for a sensational trial centered on claims a man once entrusted to safeguard the nation's most closely guarded, secret, willfully, and illegally hoarded national security information after leaving office, which is just so much baloney!
So much baloney!
The case adds a deepening legal jeopardy for Trump.
You can see how this is written in such a way to make it sound really terrible, terrible, terrible.
You gotta understand the Presidential Records Act isn't even a criminal statute.
Among the various investigations he's faced, legal experts as well as his own aides have long seen the Mar-a-Lago probe as the most perilous and the most ripe for prosecution.
Meanwhile, it turns out Trump can run for president while being indicted.
He can still run for president, even after he was charged by the Manhattan District Attorney's Office in a separate case.
Some noted that constitutionally it requires of a candidate that he be a naturally born citizen at least 35 years old and a resident of the United States for at least 14 years, as Alan Dershowitz has observed.
He could run and even serve for prison, even if he were convicted and sentenced.
The only way he can be disqualified is if they conclude he actually fought in the Civil War for the South.
If he fought in the Civil War for the South, he's out.
But other than that, if he's 35, born in America, didn't fight in the Civil War for the South, he's eligible and can run for prison.
Dershowitz was referring to the 14th Amendment disqualification clause targeting former Confederate soldiers who fought in the Civil War, which of course was about 150 years ago.
No person shall be a senator, or representative in Congress, or elector, or president, or vice president, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States or under any state who haven't previously taken an oath as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any state legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any state.
The clause reads in part, To support the Constitution of the United States, shall I engage in insurrection or rebellion against the same or give an aid and comfort to the enemies thereof?
Another law professor, Richard Hasson of UCLA, reported there's nothing that stops Trump from running while indicted or even convicted.
Another!
Jessica Levinson, founding director of Loyola Law School of Public Service Institute.
Legally speaking, there's nothing to bar a former president from being indicted for a state crime, running for office, even conflicted.
It really just becomes an issue of practicality.
How would you run the country behind bars if it ever came to something like that?
When Trump was charged by the Manhattan D.A.
in New York of falsifying business records, he surrendered to authorities, was booked behind closed doors, and appeared in a courtroom scene with lawyers at the defense table.
There he pled not guilty, while some observers, like Dershowitz, noted the grand jury pool likely skewed politically left.
Yes, yes, yes.
As in Manhattan, 95% of the voters vote Democrat.
The charges came after federal officials raided Mar-a-Lago and seized more than 33 boxes of 11,000 docs, including 100 classified documents.
But remember, even if they have a stamp classification, that doesn't make them classified.
Weeks later, Attorney General Merrick Garland bit Jack Smith, leading an investigation which has led to the present situation.
Now, I mean, There's so much malarkey going on here.
This is just so shameful.
The Democrats are just scared shitless of Donald Trump.
And then you fabricate it.
I mean, first it was Russiagate.
We know that was totally made up.
The first impeachment fell short.
The second impeachment fell short.
The Mar-a-Lago raid was conducted improperly.
Even FBI officials, major anomalies.
Should have been run out of Miami, was run out of Washington because a political didn't wait for Trump's attorney to show up.
This is just absolutely stunning nonsense, what's going on here.
Completely embarrassing shame, Paul.
Democrats have lost their way.
They do not stand for America.
I am not quite sure what happened, but it's a calamity.
As America descends into a Banana Republic, Trump spokesperson Liz Harrington talks with Mike Adams about indictment, vaccines, election interference, and more.
Mike Adams has been doing a good job.
With President Donald J. Trump now having been criminally indicted with the help of a weaponized, corrupt DOJ, he's got that right.
More and more Americans are coming to realize that under the illegitimate Biden regime, the United States of America is now a banana republic.
As Breitbart published on Thursday evening, the Department of Justice notified Trump of the indictment.
Trump announced the news on Truth Social.
A corrupt Biden administration has informed my attorneys that I have been indicted seemingly over the boxes hoax, he said.
Even though Joe Biden has 1,850 boxes at the University of Delaware, additional boxes in Chinatown, D.C.
with more boxes at the University of Pennsylvania.
As is becoming the norm.
Trump is being indicted for the very same thing that Democrats can carry out without any fear of indictment.
We thus have a two-tiered justice system rooted in selective prosecution.
Only Republicans are indicted, often for made-up crimes.
While Democrats are ignored, even while engaging in felonious bribery, corruption, and all-out treason.
Consider Mayorkas and the border invasion fiasco, for example.
Republicans say it's no coincidence the day they gained access to an FBI document alleging President Biden was involved in a bribery scheme was the same day Special Counsel Jack Smith indicted former President Donald Trump.
Trump spokeswoman Liz Harrington told me in an interview yesterday that this effort to indict Trump will backfire in spectacular fashion.
I believe it.
The extreme lawless and desperate actions of the Democrats will only wake up even more Americans to the fact that unless they take their country back from the lawless dems, they won't have a country at all.
Even Governor DeSantis, competing with Trump for the GOP nomination, chimed in on the fiasco.
The weaponization of federal law enforcement represents a mortal threat to a free society.
We have for years witnessed an uneven application of the law depending upon political affiliation.
Why so zealous in pursuing Trump, yet so passive about Hillary or Hunter?
The DeSantis administration will bring accountability to the DOJ, excise political bias, and end weaponization—meaning of the DOJ and law enforcement—once and for all.
Good statement.
DeSantis.
This indictment has even spurred more talk of a revolution to cast off the shackles of a government regime.
Gone, bro.
If the Biden regime imprisons Trump, there's the chance it could set up a revolt among the American public, who may decide they've seen too much tyranny to stand by and do nothing.
Perhaps that's the plan.
To try and provoke a kind of nationwide J6 insurrection?
And finally, paint all Trump supporters as extremists or terrorists?
All the training at DHS and the FBI is very prevalent for this designation.
I shall say more.
With the DOJ rigged, the courts rigged, the media rigged, the elections rigged, 2018, 2020, 2022, It's hard to see how the American people can vote their way back to a fair, just, and law-abiding system, since the very parties who now control that system seek absolute power and control at any cost.
Let us pray for a peaceful resolution and the restoration of the rule of law, the 2024 election, even if it takes place.
Is likely the very last opportunity to reverse the march of the left-wing fascist tyranny across America.
And we can all be confident the Dems are already planning to rig 2024 in every possible way.
I agree.
Giving the game away, Rachel Maddow speculates about Biden's DOJ dropping the charges if Trump agrees to drop out of the race.
Surprise, surprise!
Former President Trump has been indicted and faces dozens of years behind bars, while Rachel Maddow openly speculates they might drop the charges if he drops out of the race.
Some would describe that as giving the game away.
Trump was charged Thursday last with willfully retaining national defense secrets in violation of the Espionage Act, making false statements, and a conspiracy to obstruct justice.
He's indicating he'll plead not guilty, calling the indictment election interference at the highest level.
He's got that right.
In an interview with Lawrence O'Donnell, Maddow speculated along similar lines, suggesting DOJ might consider a deal if Trump were to leave the race.
She banged the segment by comparing his indictment to that of Nixon's Vice President's Bureau, Agnew, who was indicted for tax evasion and forced to resign.
Agnew pled no contest to a single felony charge.
You have to wonder if the Justice Department is considering whether there's a political solution to this criminal problem.
Whether part of the issue here is not just that Trump has committed crimes, But that Trump has committed crimes and plans to be back in the White House.
Would they consider, as part of a plea offer, something that would, say, proscribe him from running for office again?
The very phrase, political solution to this criminal problem, is all you need to know about how serious anybody is taking the charges against Trump.
He faces seven that carry a max 75-year sentence if convicted on all counts.
But perhaps they should consider laying bygones be bygones as long as he doesn't run against our boss, Joe Biden, the President of the United States.
What seemed like obvious election interference before would be even more blatant should such a deal come to fruition.
What kind of sick banana republic are we living in right now?
For his part, O'Donnell didn't exactly fight back against the idea.
There's no reprimands.
No, Rachel, these are very serious crimes.
It can't be washed away.
To the political benefit of our muse, Joe Biden, Instead, he suggested Trump's team would have to raise it so it didn't look like the DOJ had a political agenda.
I would imagine if anything like that happened, it would have to come from the defense side of the negotiation, O'Connell concluded.
The Trump team would say, oh, by the way, we will, you know, drop out of the race if we agree to this.
Otherwise, it puts DOJ in the position that Trump claims they're in, which of course is exactly right.
Adding the Republican candidate claim prosecutors are simply trying to stop him from becoming president again, and that's the only reason they're doing it, which is spot on.
They're not even trying to hide the fascism any longer, are they?
Well, I want to point out Something very serious about why I believe they had to have January 6th.
They want to create this category of domestic terrorists.
And they're already using it, you know, they use it to go after militias, oath keepers, Proud Boys, Trump supporters, mega voters, conservatives.
Even parents upset about the transgender agenda.
What do they have in mind?
If they have this well-established category of domestic terrorists, it includes everyone they'd like to take out, to eliminate, in order to install a full communist regime, you declare martial law.
They are hoping somebody's going to happen to bring about martial law.
Under martial law, domestic terrorists can be subjected to summary judgments and executed on the spot.
I think that's what they've got in mind.
A friend and colleague encouraged me to watch the film "The Czechist" 1991, about what happened to those who weren't sufficiently enthusiastic about the Bolshevik revolution about what happened to those who weren't sufficiently enthusiastic about the Bolshevik revolution in the wake of the takeover, the slaughter of the Tsarist family
I mean, it was really very elegant.
They just read their names and they declared them to be guilty and they shot them.
Back of the head.
Bing!
Gone.
Bing!
Gone.
Bing!
Gone.
Bing!
Gone.
Bing!
Gone.
Watch the film.
This isn't an American party any longer.
This is a Bolshevik party.
We're part of a communist revolution taking place here.
If we don't understand it before it's too late, they're going to declare martial law.
We're all domestic terrorists and we're going to be shot.
I mean, it's really very simple.
That's why they want to take the guns.
They want to take the guns so there's not going to be any shooting back.
They want to take the guns.
They're going to use that category of domestic terrorists to identify parties who are subject to preemptory trial and immediate execution.
And I'm talking about a hundred million.
I don't exaggerate.
I think that's the plan.
So you watch The Checkist.
You watch The Checkist.
You can track it down online.
I tweeted about it.
Go to my Twitter account, Jim Fetzer.
Watch it.
And just think about, why?
Why do we suddenly hear about domestic terrorism?
If you don't understand the military law framework within which domestic terrorists are immediately executable, you haven't put two plus two together.
Well, you've got to think it through.
You've got to understand.
You've got to prepare.
Listen, if you're prepared, you're armed, and you don't need the weapons, okay.
But if you need the weapons and you're not prepared and armed, not so good.
Bad.
Meanwhile, a USA Today subject poll shows 80% of the Democrats want a primary debate, right?
They don't want Biden to have to debate!
We know we're going to have GOP debates up the gazelle.
It's going to be fun.
But Biden is such, such an incompetent.
Remember, I mean, the damage being done in making the policies is being done by somebody else.
The guy, the students that got out there is totally incompetent, even though it's not the real Joe Biden.
A new poll released Monday found 8 in 10 Democrat primary voters want to see a debate between Joe Biden and his opponents.
His opponents?
Who would they be?
Well, I think at this point, RFK Jr.
and Marianne Williamson, I believe?
I mean, they don't want Biden on the stage.
In reporting the results, USA Today said the odds of Biden taking the debate stage are as close to zero as you can get in politics.
As you know, no incumbent Republican or Democrat has done primary debate, said Biden campaign spokesman Kevin Moonrose.
Most Democrat primary voters, 79.52 percent, Say they want Biden to debate his challengers, including RFK Jr.
and Marianne Williamson, before the primary is held.
58.02 said they'd vote for Biden if the primary were held today.
I find that incredible.
Suffolk University Political Center Director David Pelelogos said choosing not to debate is ignoring the wishes of a vast swath of Democrat voters.
The decision not to debate is ignoring 82% of women, 84% of union households, 86% of independents, 90% of young voters who are not only planning to vote in their state's Democratic primary or caucus, Would like to see a series of Democrat primary debates.
Kennedy said the apparent lack of debate is unfortunate.
Williamson said it's candidate suppression.
Candidate suppression is a form of voter suppression.
A party that purports to be the champion of democracy should not be so wary of it in our own house, Williamson wrote in an opinion piece for USA Today.
A poll of 1,000 registered was conducted June 5th through June 9th.
News reporter Kennedy said the DNC has no plans to hold debates.
Of course not.
While the DNC didn't directly confirm, they pointed to a Washington Post report that the organization supported Biden's re-election and would not be sponsoring any debates.
Marjorie Taylor Greene, posted at the time not holding debates, does not give Democrats any choices this election cycle.
How are Democrat voters okay with this, she said?
Your own party is telling you you have no choice?
They refuse to even give you a choice?
They just go ahead and call themselves the Democrat Communist Party.
I'm sorry, but that's right!
Meanwhile, 70% of Americans don't want Biden in 2024.
Do you agree?
Here's a follow-up poll.
No, we need him.
2%.
Yes, we do not need him.
98.
That's with nearly 30,000 voters.
30,000 voters.
So what the hell is going on here?
Well, they're trying to protect Biden, but they got a problem because Biden is obviously incompetent.
Marjorie has been concerned that her colleagues in the House aren't eager to unleash Biden.
But think about it.
Biden is pathetic.
Nobody wants him.
70% don't want him.
What a great candidate to run against.
Already, you know, 70% don't want him.
If they take out Biden, it moves up Kamala Harris, who is the biggest airhead in American history, to be high office in America.
And that's saying something.
She beats out Hands down, any other competitor, they're not even close.
She is, without a doubt, the dumbest high office holder ever, all time, maybe in world history.
And that's where, talking about people who are insane, and even they are gonna have a higher functional intelligence than Kamal Harris.
And number three, It leaves the Democrats in a pickle.
What are they going to do?
They want to bring in Gavin Newsom.
Have Gavin run with Susan Rice?
Oprah Winfrey?
Michelle Obama?
That's the game plan.
They know Biden's not tenable, but he wasn't tenable in 2020.
And looky there.
He got the biggest tabulated vote of any candidate in history.
Amazing.
A guy who never got out of his bitch.
Nobody cared about him.
Remember.
The day before the election in Phoenix there was a turnout with Kamala and Joe together.
Very rare, but it happened there.
So you think that would generate massive turnout, right, for the guy who's going to get the most votes ever for a candidate in American history?
Nobody came.
Nobody.
Zero.
Don't let yourself be played.
This is a joke.
The Democrats are basically shitting all over America.
Very sad.
Meanwhile, why are they afraid of Trump?
Here's a wonderful statement that explains what's going on.
Now that the seal is broken, in addition to closing the border and removing all the criminal elements that have illegally invaded our country.
Oh, I like that.
Making America energy independent again, even dominant again.
Immediately ending the war between Russia and Ukraine, I will appoint a real special prosecutor to go after the most corrupt president in the history of the USA, Joe Biden, the entire Biden crime family, and all others involved with the destruction of our election borders and country itself.
Look at that.
That's a real American.
That's someone who's putting America first.
Unlike the President Comet, who's putting America last.
Meanwhile, Dr. Joseph Mercola continues to inform us about COVID.
In particular, that the shots are associated with an increased risk of blindness.
Surprise, surprise.
Story to glance.
The Broad Ranger reports side effects of the COVID jab is astounding.
Effects involve just about every part, organ, and system of the body, including a range of eye problems.
U.S.
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention data, mining the vaccine adverse event reporting system, reveals reports range from eye discomfort, bruising, and numbness, to serious conditions like retinal vein and retinal artery occlusion.
Eye hemorrhage and retinal and ophthalmic migraines.
Two recent papers highlight the risk of ophthalmic vascular events, which can lead to blindness following the COVID jab.
Less than 20% of patients who experience central retinal artery occlusion, blockage of the main artery for the retina, Regain functional visual acuity in the affected eye.
Less than 20%!
A systematic review of 49 studies found that most vascular events involving the eyes occurred after the first dose and were more common after the Pfizer and AstraZeneca shots.
A second risk assessment concluded that across age groups, the risk of retinal vascular occlusion more than doubled In the two years following the mRNA COVID jab.
Wow!
While U.S.
health agencies have admitted myocarditis, heart inflammation, and a related condition pericarditis, inflammation of the heart sac, are potential side effects of the jab.
The CDC has ignored hundreds of other safety signals that have shown up.
During their proportional reporting ratio data mining of the ABERS system.
For example, in persons age 18 and older, there are 770 safety signals for different adverse effects.
More than 500 have a stronger safety signal or more serious or occurring more often than myocarditis and pericarditis.
The broad range of the reported side effects is also astounding.
They involve just about every part, organ, and system of the body, including a range of eye problems.
For example, looking at the list of reported side effects in 18 and over in the CDC's PRR doc, we find ocular discomfort, eye contusions, bruising, Eye color change.
Eyelid sensory disorder.
Hypoesthesia, eye numbness of the eye, typically from nerve damage or blood clots.
Retinal vein occlusion, blood clot in the vein that carries the oxygenated blood from your retina back to your heart.
Retinal artery occlusion, blood clot in the artery that feeds blood to your retina.
Eye hemorrhage.
Retinal migraine.
A retinal disease accompanied by migraine caused by ischema or vascular spasm in or behind the affected eye.
Bouts can cause diminished vision or temporary blindness.
Ophthalmic migraine.
A nervous system problem ticketly involving the third, fourth, or sixth cranial nerves that allow for various eye movements.
The condition is associated with severe headache and pain around the eyes, double vision, common during bouts.
Two recent papers specifically highlight the risk of ophthalmic vascular events, which can lead to blindness following the jab.
Basically, what we're talking about are acute ischemic strokes that affect the eyes and can cause permanent loss of vision.
For example, According to research published in 2021, fewer than 20% of those who experience central retinal artery occlusion, a blockage in the main artery of the retina, regain functional visual acuity.
In other words, they can no longer see from that eye.
The first paper, a systematic review of 49 studies published in the journal Vaccines, In December of 2022, found that most vascular events involving the eye—46-plus percent—occurred after the first dose and were more common after the Pfizer and AstraZeneca.
Ophthalmic vascular events are serious vision-threatening side effects that have been associated with COVID vax.
Clinicians should be aware of the possible association between the vax and ocular vascular events and provide early diagnosis and treatment.
The second article published May 2nd in the NPJ Vaccine Journal.
Here are the researchers at a risk assessment.
To determine just how common retinal vascular occlusion was after the jab, the results were devastating.
Across age groups, the risk more than doubled in the two years following the shot.
For a detailed breakdown, see Table 2.
According to Ritzav Levy, that amounts to one additional case for every 300 seniors jabbed aged 64 and older, one additional for every 1,000 jabbed between the ages of 18 and 64.
According to the CDC, 58,739,476 seniors aged 65 and older received at least one jab.
58,739,476 seniors age 65 and older received at least one jab, divided by 300.
And we're looking at 195,798 additional cases of retinal vascular occlusion, potential blindness among the elderly.
And that's just in the U.S.
If we look at the 18 and older, the CDC claims 238,163,284 Americans have received at least one dose.
Divide by 1,000, we're looking at an additional 238,163 cases of eye damage that could lead to blindness.
us.
That's an awful lot of visually impaired people.
For instance, In 2017, an estimated 1.08 million Americans were blind.
Of that 1.08 million, only 141,000 were younger than 40, about 13%.
Patients included in the NBJ vaccine study were jabbed between January 2000 and December of 2022.
Individuals with confirmed COVID history of retinovascular occlusion And those who used medication within four weeks of getting the jab that could affect blood coagulation were excluded.
In the end, 739,066 vaccinated cohorts were matched to the same number of unvaccinated individuals at a ratio of 1 to 1.
As reported, coronavirus disease Vaccines are associated with several ocular manifestations.
Emerging evidence has been reported.
However, the causality between the two is debatable.
This is like whether smoking causes cancer or vaccines induce autism.
We aim to investigate the risk of retinal vascular occlusion after COVID-19 vaccines.
We employed multivariable adjusted Cox proportional hazard models after performing a one-to-one propensity score matching between the vaxed and unvaxed.
Individual with a vax had a higher risk of all forms of retinovascular occlusion in two years.
Overall hazard ratio of 2.19.
More than twice as much, in other words.
The cumulative incident was significantly higher in vaccinated cohort compared to the unvaxxed, two years and 12 weeks after vax.
The risk significantly increased during the first two weeks and persisted for 12 weeks.
Additionally, individuals with the first and second dose of these vaccines had significantly increased risk of retinal vascular occlusion two years following vax.
Well, no disparity was detected between brand and dose of vaccines.
This large multi-center study brings in the finding of previous cases.
Retinal vascular occlusion may not be a coincidental finder after COVID Vax.
The authors cite 10 different case reports of retinal vascular occlusion, as well as two additional literary reviews on the condition as it relates to mRNA COVID vax.
Unfortunately, both are behind a paywall.
You can review them if you like.
As for how the mRNA jab might cause retinal vascular occlusion, The author's hypothesis is that molecular mimicry of the S-protein, which shares sequence homology with human proteins, may play a central role.
More.
Apparently, medical scientists are concerned enough that they're seeing so far that the journal Vaccine has issued a call for manuscripts for a special issue on ophthalmic adverse events following SARS-CoV-2 vaccine.
The submission deadline is December 31, 2023, so we won't see the Special Edition until sometime in 2024, as the manuscript request specifies.
Over the past 20 months, several reports and studies have highlighted adverse events such as myocarditis, Galain-Barr syndrome, more, following the advent of these vaccines in this Special Edition.
We're compiling case reports, series review articles, and studies focused on ophthalmic adverse events following the SARS-CoV-2 vax.
The submission may include Case of rare ophthalmolic adverse events following vaccination.
State reporting risk of ophthalmolic adverse events following vaccination analysis of global databases.
Reporting vaccine-associated ophthalmolic adverse events.
Review articles.
Evaluating published literature on ocular adverse events with special emphasis on underlying potential mechanisms.
In closing, it's important to realize the primary symptom of retinal vascular occlusion is a sudden change in vision.
Be it blurry or partial or complete loss, typically only in one eye. - Right.
Rarely is there pain.
Should this happen, seek evaluation immediately.
The risk of more severe or permanent vision loss increases the longer the treatment delay.
Your ophthalmologist can give a diagnosis, but it would be prudent to seek emergency room care if you suddenly lose vision in one eye, particularly if you receive one or more COVID shots.
Since this is like a stroke in your eye, the sooner you're able to provide the tissue that's not been supplied with oxygen, the more likely it is you'll recover function.
We know there are two supplements that will help with these types of reperfusion injury, methylene blue and melatonin.
I've discussed this elsewhere.
In May of 2023, actor Jamie Foxx suffered what's been reported as a stroke that left him partially paralyzed and blind.
Hollywood journalist A.J.
Benson claimed Foxx had been pressured to get the shot.
For the production of Back in Action.
But sources close to Fox claim his condition is unrelated to the COVID jab.
Don't you believe it?
No one has ever confirmed he got the shot, though it was supposedly required on the set.
Just classic bullshit to conceal the fact that someone famous suffered irreparable damage from getting the shot.
What's unclear, if the shot had anything to do with his sudden incapacitation, I say, what could possibly be the alternative explanation?
His condition resembles what I've discussed here, driving home the point this is something to take seriously.
National vaccine policy recommendations are made at the federal level, but vaccine laws are made at the state.
Is that the state level where your action to protect your vaccine choice rights can have the greatest impact?
It's critical for everyone to become involved in standing up for the legal right to make voluntary vaccine choices in America, because they are being seriously threatened.
Not only are lobbyists representing drug companies, medical trade associations, and public health officials trying to persuade legislators to strip all vaccine exemption from public health law, but global political operatives lobbying the UN and World Health Organization are determined to take away the human right to autonomy and protection of bodily integrity.
Well said, Joe Mercola.
We must take action to defend our Constitution, Republic, and civil liberties, including the right to autonomy.
That includes reforming oppressive mandatory vaccine laws, stopping the digital health ID that will make vaccine passwords a reality for us, our children, and grandchildren.
Sign up to use the free online advocacy portal sponsored by the National Vaccine Information Center, which gives you immediate easy access to your own state and federal legislators on your smartphone or computer, so you can make your voice heard.
NVIC will keep you up to date on the latest bills threatening to eliminate or expand your legal right to make vaccine choices and give you guidance about what you can do to support or oppose those bills.
Please step up.
Wow.
Wow.
Wow, I say.
Joe Marcola is one of the heroes of our time.
I put him right up there at the top with Cherry Tenpenny and a whole bunch of others.
Dr. Peter McCullough.
I'm telling you, this is so serious.
The vaccine, motivated by a fake pandemic where they reclassified 31,998,000 cases of flu as COVID.
Out of 32 million the year before, leaving only 2,000 cases of flu the following year.
What do you think?
The flu just disappeared?
Bullshit.
John Rappaport, Edward Henry have been very good on this.
Pay attention.
Meanwhile, CNN host gets upset from Vivek Ramaswamy.
Very smart guy.
Gives her a basic lesson on how journalism works.
Get to the bottom of it!
Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy called out to Media Sunday for not asking what he believes are pertinent questions about special counsel Jack Smith's investigation on CNN's State of the Union.
Ram Swamy voiced strong disagreement with his misindictment of former President Trump, called the investigation deeply politicized, described it as selective prosecution.
Ram Swamy, a graduate of Yale Law, said he believes the case wreaks a politicalization.
Let me add, Yale Law is widely regarded as the best law school in the United States.
The stint highlights two critical questions Ram Swamy believes the media should be asking.
What did Biden tell Attorney General Merrick Garland?
And what did Attorney General Merrick Garland tell Jack Smith?
When presented with those questions, CNN anchor Dana Bash immediately defended Joe Biden.
Arguing Smith was a point to make the investigation apolitical.
There's absolutely no evidence, unless you can show me some, that President Biden had anything to do with his prosecution, Baez says.
That's why he put two layers in between with his special counsel.
After denouncing the levels of separation as but a fig leaf, Ram Swamy tore into the media for not asking the critical question.
With all due respect, I think it's shameful that I, as a competitor to President Trump in this race, have to ask a question the media isn't asking.
The job of the political media, if it has one job, is to hold the U.S.
government accountable.
Instead, you're seeing the media doing the bidding of the U.S.
government.
Ask the question.
Get to the bottom of what Biden told Garland and what Garland told Jack Smith.
If the same shoe fit the other foot, you would not take their word at face value.
Do not take their word now.
Get to the bottom of it.
Let's actually restore journalism in this country.
That's what's actually missing, getting to the truth.
Bass clearly offended.
Denied the media was doing Biden's bidding.
I said, thank you.
Okay, thank you for that.
We're absolutely asking these questions, she said.
We know how to do good journalism because we do it every single day.
Bullshit!
Meanwhile, Fox News' host says the network must change.
Fox News anchor, Harris Faulconer, Angered viewers Wednesday when she predicted the network would be compelled to adopt the left's diversity, equality, and inclusion agenda.
Barf!
Sometimes it's hard to see the writing on the wall.
Faulkner, as an insider, would know which way the wind is blowing.
Faulkner said on OckNumbered that Fox News Might have no choice but let identity politics govern his business operations.
After executives decided to fire Tucker Carlson, the network lost over half its audience, which was already in a precarious position with many viewers because of its conspicuous listing toward the left.
While discussing the recent outrage against Chick-fil-A, Faulkner did not blame the firm for Their public commitment to DEI, even though it has long been a favorite of Christians and conservatives, who oppose DEI.
Americans have witnessed what great companies go woke as their stance on hiring based on race, gender, and sexuality have gained traction.
Notice there's nothing there about ability or competence or potential.
According to Faulkner, Chick-fil-A is almost forced to portray itself as an advocate for DEI policy and speculated FOX may be next.
She said many states are mandating DEI and FOX is in New York, so things will change because New York requires it.
Since its establishment in the late 1990s, the Vox Corporation has become the conservative movement's primary network.
Yet, ironically, it has remained firmly based in solid blue New York.
It may be argued that Vox has been more loyal to New York than its viewers.
The fact regular people could turn into Fox and be amused and informed without having their conventional ideas discounted significantly affected the network's long run of success.
The bad news is that Fox Corporation, the parent company of Fox News, openly promotes DEI beliefs on its website.
Fox News, according to reports, now supports gender changes in the workplace, but also says on its corporate website it's committed to causes important to the LGBTQ plus community.
Walter is late to the party.
Fox has been in transition for a very long time.
The firing of Tucker Carlson was a huge warning sign.
I gotta say, yeah, Fox is relegating itself to the dustbin of history.
I think Ram Swami is absolutely right.
You know, journalism is absolutely lost in America today.
It's all become advocacy and all on the left.
And you find very few serious Commentaries about legal events anywhere.
Tucker was the best out there!
And while I didn't regard him as perfect, he was head and shoulders above anyone else.
Is he gonna make a difference on Twitter?
I hope so.
But if you're like I am, I'm a creature of habit.
I was used to tuning in seven central on Fox and watching Tucker.
That one hour to me was dedicated.
That was the only hour of television I was dedicated to watching.
Tucker's had some spectacular audiences for relatively short segments.
He was averaging about three mil on Fox and got a 60 mil plus?
On Twitter?
So maybe it's going to work.
In any case, you want to support Tucker, pay attention to what he has to say, because it's worth hearing.
Meanwhile, the White House has been accused of violating U.S.
flag code with a bride flag display.
You see it there, equal on the same level as the American flag?
That's wrong.
After the White House has laid a massive gay pride flag at the White House, some claim it could be a violation of the U.S.
flag law.
It's not just could be, it is.
As reported by Fox, the display featured a massive gay pride flag hanging over the White House facade with American on either side.
Biden's Twitter account posted a photo declaring America is a nation of pride.
However, U.S.
flag code dictates only the American flag is allowed to be either at the center or the top of any display featuring multiple flags.
If any flag takes a position of prominence over the American, it's widely interpreted as being considered of higher importance than the nation flag.
And for Biden, that is the case.
To advance revolutionary transgender agenda targeting children, Buy and violate basic tenet of U.S.
flag code and disrespect every American service member buried under its colors," said Tom Fenton, the president's judicial watch, whom I admire.
The flag of the United States should be at the center and the highest point of the group.
When a number of flags of states or localities or appendices societies are grouped and displayed from staffs, reading from the flag code itself, The event Saturday featured pro-LGBT speakers and performers, with Biden and others openly celebrating homosexuality, transgenderism, and other deviant sexualities.
Outside the gates of this house are those who want to drag our country backward.
And so many battles yet to be brave, said First Lady Jill Biden.
But today, We're not just here to be strong.
We're not here to be courageous, even though for so many of you, just coming to this event is an act of bravery.
Biden also described LGBTQ people as some of the bravest and most inspiring he has known, leading to further criticism online.
You know, we all move forward when we move together with your joy, with your pride lighting the way.
So today, let us proudly remember who we are, the United States of America, except most of us no longer recognize the nation we have so profoundly loved.
Here's another manifestation of Democrat justice.
Minnesota man gets less than 180 days for raping girls age four and nine.
Four and nine!
Four years old, nine years old, raping girls less than 180 days.
A 20-year-old man from Rochester was spent less than six months in jail raping two girls aged four and nine.
Mohammed Makarashi was sentenced to 176 days in the Olmstead County Adult Detention Center for two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct with someone under 13.
She entered an all-fourth plea in December 2022, pleading guilty while maintaining his innocence, but acknowledging the evidence against him would cause a jury to convict him.
In addition to the jail sentence, District Judge Jacob Allen gave Shea 30 years of supervised probation, 200 hours of community work.
Shea pled guilty to raping a nine-year-old girl several times, beginning on Mother's Day 2018, and another girl around four or five years old in 2021.
in 2021.
Oh my God.
Mohamed Bakrari Shea, 20th, Rochester, was convicted of raping two girls aged approximately four and eight years old when the abuse began.
Charges say the sexual assaults occurred multiple times.
He was sent Monday to 180 days in our local jail.
I'm gonna barf.
Olmstead County Senior Attorney Thomas Gort.
Since Jay's blade deal included a stay of adjudication and no prison time to prevent him from prolonging his prosecution.
Jay could have challenged his status of being tried in adult court since he was around 16 when he committed the rapes.
With good behavior, Jay will serve at most 116 days in Olson County Adult Detention Center.
His jail sentence will begin February 13, 2023.
He was also ordered to undergo a sex offender program and complete 200 hours of community service.
At Shea's sentencing hearing, one of his victims gave a statement about her experience dealing with a sexual assault.
There is no moving on or getting over it.
I've tried.
A family member of one of Shea's victims told him he would answer with a sexual assault that caused the child to become detached and introverted.
Someday, you'll have to answer for his egregious act against a child, they told Shane Court.
Hey, his plea deal doesn't even require a register as a sex offender.
This is disgusting beyond belief.
Disgusting beyond belief.
He has ruined these two young girls' lives permanently.
Permanently.
And I guarantee you 100% this is a Democrat sense of justice.
They're all for perversion.
No one's gonna pay for it.
Rape a child?
As young as four?
No problem.
We'll give you a little time in the county jail.
You won't even have to register as a sex offender.
God.
Meanwhile, we want to hear from you.

Nice comment here.
The RF, Russian Federation, is badly defeating the Ukrainian military.
So far, the RF has refused to be provoked by NATO into attacking it or its members.
If NATO sets up a false flag or starts fighting the RF, watch the RF ends, meaning nukes, and ICBMs fly.
Remember, all the top RF dignitaries have already gone into mountain protection deep caves, DOMs, deep underground bases.
The RF is locked and loaded.
If they see something coming with their very good intel, which has completely penetrated all other nations, including Israel, Communist China, the U.S., NATO members, the ARF will use their top weapon systems, including many secret space weapons like SCALAR and Quantum Time War Wing, as well as secret means-of-shot power and radar systems of an enemy.
They did use their top-secret quantum weaponry on the USS Donald Cook and shut off all of its electrical power 100%, making the ship dead in the water.
A dead duck.
Meanwhile, Dan Bongino, who's been a Secret Service agent, by the way, Has felt concerned to bring up the delicate subject of the possibility of the assassination of Donald Trump.
Having protected both Democrats and Republicans, protectees and presidents, right, I'm telling you, this guy's in real danger.
Said Bongino has served as a Secret Service agent from 1999, the end of Bill Clinton's tenure, to 2011, into Barack Obama's first term.
You got the Iranian threat out there from his action against the Iranian.
Chinese Communist Party doesn't like him.
They don't want him back in power.
Additionally, a lot of Democrats, including the current government, seem eager to flout morality and adhere to laws in order to trap Trump in legal entanglements or worse.
There's a unique witch's brew of threats for this guy, Bongino said.
The situation mirrors that of Trump's indictment in New York City, which saw days of protests surround his appearance in court on unrelated charges.
Those protests remained largely peaceful, though there were some scuffles between supporters and critics of the former president.
Trump's Florida indictment, revealed Friday, charges him with 37 counts of various crimes, including 31 of willfully withholding national defense information, 3 of withholding or concealing documents in a federal investigation, 2 counts of making false statements, and 1 of conspiracy to obstruct justice.
All bullshit.
Dan Bongino.
A former Secret Service agent has good reason to be concerned for Trump's safety following the Justice Department prosecution.
In a tweet that included a link to a segment of his weekday radio talk show, Mangino stated, Hard to talk about, but I'm growing concerned about President Trump's safety.
Final thoughts?
Well, I'm worried about Donald Trump's safety, too.
This whole thing is fraudulent.
It's disgusting.
Rachel Maddow, indeed, put her finger right on the key issue.
They want Trump out.
They're doing everything they can.
Remember, you had Russiagate, you had a failed impeachment, you had a second failed impeachment, Mar-a-Lago rape, the rape trial.
All these are phony, blown up.
None of them adhere to the law.
None!
The Democrats are desperate because they know there's a very real chance Donald Trump is going to clean their clock in 2024, and then he's going to clean house.
And when he cleans out the stables, a whole lot of prominent figures in Washington, D.C.
are going to see The end of their careers, and if there's any justice left, and I'm not assuming there is, but if there's any justice left, prosecution, conviction, and punishment befitting the massive crimes they perpetrated on the United States of America.
Take to heart my admonition.
Watch The Checkist.
You can find it online.
Watch it all the way through.
Think about it.
Now you can protect your family.
If you don't own any weapons, think about buying some.
Learn to use them.
Ammunition.
Look, why do you think they wanted to defund the police?
Why do you think they want the military to go woke?
They don't want you to have any access to any form of support that could protect you.
We, American patriots, American citizens, are going to have to do that for ourselves.
Don't let yourself become a helpless victim of tyranny.
As for me, I regret that I have but one life to give for my country.
Nathan Hale got it right.
Better to die than to live as a slave for what we believe in, including the Constitution of the United States.
Spend as much time as you can with your family, friends, and people you love and care about.
We do not know how much time we have left.
