Time Text
Welcome, folks!
This is Truth Vs. News Incorporated.
I'm Donald Grund, your producer and host.
This is JD.Consultants at ProtonMail, and this is June 1-1, June the 11th here, and we've had one heck of a week, I'll tell you.
It's been something else, and we've got the best people to explain what's really going on and go in-depth for nobody else.
There we go.
Then we have Jim Fetzer, of course, the most dangerous mind in America, author of many books about Sandy Hook and JFK and 9-11 and all kinds of stuff.
If you need to know that, you won't get anywhere else.
I have the highest esteem for this man and pray for him as he's going to have a little medical procedure here soon.
Then we have Scott Bennett.
Of course, he's the most intelligent, military intelligent guy that we know of, who's in the inside of all kinds of things and Talking and giving reports on foreign press and other places.
He's so popular.
He's a rising star.
And we're also very welcoming back Brian Davidson, who is a very prominent investigator down there in Texas, who knows an awful lot.
And right now, I guess we got some things going on about a certain president and his indictment and things.
Well, even before the indictment, Alan Dershowitz, who really is among our nation's leading experts on the Constitution, especially in relation to politics, I don't see how an administration can charge a presidential candidate.
Speaking with Sebastian Gorker, he explained he doesn't see how they can throw charges at a candidate running for president to replace them, meaning this is so banana republic.
Unless this indictment is as strong as since Nixon's obstruction, it is a disgrace.
When you have the current admin going after the man potentially capable of ceding them, it better be the strongest case imaginable, one that would get bipartisan support.
As he pointed out, Republicans are not on board.
The full slate includes He then thought 7 counts that turned out to be 37, including violations of the Espionage Act, which is an antique virtually never enforced in the past, and conspiracy to obstruct justice.
If they don't have smoking guns, this is an indictment that never ever should have been brought up.
It's anything like a closed case, and it looks like it is.
He maintains that DOJ Special Counsel John Smith would not be able to make the case that Trump intended to use the docks at Mar-a-Lago for foreign espionage.
How absurd is that?
Dan Bongino adds, the police state is here.
Syndicated.
Radio talk show host, former Secret Service agent Don Bongino said, Trump's indictment is proof the police state is here.
We live in the police state, Rob.
He said on the Rob Schmidt Tonight, the police state is here.
It's not coming, coming next week, going to be here next year.
It's here now.
The idea that you live in a constitutional republic, take it, wipe your rub with it, and flush it down the toilet, because that's gone.
The police state hasn't been here.
It's been here for years.
You're just seeing manifestations.
Manzino, who worked in a New York police department before joining the Secret Service on the details for George W. Bush and Barack Obama, said the indictment served two purposes.
You know, it's probably an act seven in a play of election interference.
They just want Trump off the ballot because they know he's most likely to win, so that's the obvious.
We've almost come to accept that acts of malfeasance are normal.
Democrats interfere in elections like it's no big deal.
The second, he said, had to do with revelations a document House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer had been pressing to obtain from the FBI that then-Vice President Biden got a $5 million bribe and his son, Hunter, another $5 million, I think is supposed to disappear.
The timing here is not accidental.
Evidence came out today, hard evidence, that the President of the United States, while Obama's VP, was involved in the biggest political payoff in human history.
It's all about making Trump go away and covering up not just for Biden but for Obama.
Remember, Biden was the vice president.
If he was paid a bribe for policy decisions, what policy decisions he can make up, those belong to the president.
Everything's about covering up for Obama-Biden.
That's all this is.
The timing is not accidental.
Here you have a bit of discussion.
We'll just watch a couple minutes of it.
Nobody here is surprised.
It was always a timing issue, but now we have it.
Jesse, assuming the universe of fact as we understand it to this point, what do you make of an indictment at this time by the federal government?
Well, I actually think it's very much the opposite of what your guest was actually saying.
It's because Donald Trump is, in the eyes of the Department of Justice, he's below the law.
And people like Joe Biden, who have engaged in very similar behavior, are viewed by the Department of Justice as completely above the law.
And that's the really unfortunate thing about this is this is a it's a political prosecution from a prosecutor who's unfortunately known for bringing political prosecutions.
And it's a very, very sad and fortunate day in America.
Jesse, look, I get that they don't like me is going to be part of this, but that's an optic argument, not a legal one, especially when just on the facts.
I don't know what Biden did and didn't do, knew and didn't know.
That certainly should be investigated.
I have no problem with that.
But the big problem for Trump in this situation was that they were asked to return to things and the requests were denied.
They were lied to, they say, and he played the system.
The former president was doing something that certainly if you had a client, you'd be advising them not to do, which was playing with the teeth of the tiger.
So on that note, Professor Dershowitz, in terms of, I know you don't like this, I know you don't think this should have happened, but what do you think the best step is for the former president?
Well, I don't know whether I like it or not until I see the actual indictment itself.
If this charges allegations that were like what President Nixon did, I'd be all in favor of the indictment.
Which is why, give us some meat on the bones.
If it just charges that he played hardball and was very tough and didn't cooperate and didn't do what Joe Biden did, that doesn't sound to me like the basis for an indictment.
But I'm not going to rush to judgment.
I want to see the actual terms of the indictment.
I think the headline is that the indictment is in Florida, where Donald Trump has the chance of getting a fair trial rather than a District of Columbia, where he would have very little chance of getting a fair trial.
Now, since those were before the indictment, let me add further.
FBI Doc said Burisma paid Biden $5 mil in alleged bribery scheme.
The executive of the Ukrainian natural gas Burisma paid then-Vice President Biden $5 mil as part of a bribery scheme, according to an FBI document, part of the House Oversight Committee probe.
Hunter's son Hunter was a member of the board.
The unclassified FBI FD1023 doc has been central to the whistleblower probe the Republicans are conducting.
The doc is dated June 30, 2020, based on an FBI interview with what the agency describes as a highly credible confidential source.
The form does not indicate the information is true, but the informant is one of the higher-paid informants who worked with the agencies in 2010.
The confidential source asked Exec why he or she didn't ask Hunter Biden's advice since he was on the BRISMA board, and the BRISMA Exec reportedly answered that Hunter was dumb.
The BRISMA official reportedly told the source the company had to pay the Bidens Because the company would have been investigated by Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin, and it would be tough to enter the American market while under investigation.
He or she suggested that the Burisma exec pay the Bidens $50,000 each, but he replied the figure was not $50,000, but $5,000.
Five million for one Biden, five million for the other.
One source described their payments as retainers for the Biden to deal with several issues, including the show can probe another.
Source called it paid on play.
The source told Fox, the FBI source, believed the payments were the result of his or her conversation with a Burisma official.
They paid the Bidens through so many different bank accounts, anyone investigating wouldn't be able to put it together for 10 years.
Trump prosecutor Jack Smith, by the way, led political DOJ cases of McDonnell, Edward Menendez.
An executive of the Ukrainian gas firm, of course, paid the 5 mil.
In 1999, Smith started working for the U.S.
Attorney's Office in Brooklyn, involved in the prosecution of Charles Schwartz, one of several former New York City police officers implicated.
In a police brutality case involving Ebner Louima, a jailed black inmate who'd been assaulted by police with a broomstick.
In 2008, he left to supervise war crime prosecutions at the International Criminal Court in The Hague, returned to DOJ from 2010 to 15 to head the Public Integrity Section under Eric Holder.
After leaving DOJ in 2015, he was Assistant U.S.
Attorney for Middle District of Tennessee and became Acting U.S.
Attorney in 2017.
During his time, however, he faced scrutiny by Republicans for his part in the Lewis Lerner scandal involving IRS targeting conservative and religious groups.
Jack Smith was looking for ways to prosecute innocent Americans Lewis Lerner targeted during the IRS scandal, observed Jim Jordan.
Smith admitted looking into the matter after seeing interviews with Lerner and another IRS official in the New York Times, but testified no action were taken at the time.
Among other, Smith secured a conviction of former Republican Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell in 2015.
For bribery-related charges, but the U.S.
Supreme Court overturned the conviction in 2018, when it pursued a case against Democrat Senator John Edwards for using money from his presidential campaign to give to filmmaker Riley Hunter, with whom he was having an affair as his wife was dying of cancer.
That case ended in a hung jury and a mistrial.
He also prosecuted Senator Bob Menendez in a bribery scheme with a Florida ophthalmologist that resulted in another mistrial.
Earlier this month, Jim Jordan launched a probe to conduct oversight of Smith's probing of Trump and the handling of papers at Mar-a-Lago.
Comments, Scott, yours.
Well, there's a lot to unpack here.
I think the most significant and important issue is that the Supreme Court, Jesse Watters talked about this too, the Supreme Court ruled in the 90s that Bill Clinton was allowed to take home with him recordings that he personally made of his conversations with foreign leaders.
And that case is the precedent That allows President Trump to take anything that he considers personal back home.
The other issue is classification.
The President of the United States, by his virtue of taking that home with him, taking that out, he can declassify everything and anything.
And once it's declassified, it's done.
It can't be reclassified.
The smoke is out of the bottle kind of thing.
You'll never get it back in.
So Trump should have.
There's so much to unpack.
Trump didn't do what he should have done, which is every single document relating to so many of these issues.
The Russiagate, the Hunter Biden, Joe Biden, all of these scandals, all of this material.
That all should have been made known to the public.
Every single thing should have been made known to the public.
He should have created a Donald Trump Tells All website and put all of these documents up there for the American people to say, here's what the deep state's doing.
Here's what their government's been doing.
Here's Hunter Biden and Joe Biden getting $5 million of bribery from Burisma.
Here's the FBI 1023 report, an official investigation, an official FBI document That was done that shows this improper money transfer.
There's also house investigations into this.
Monica Taylor Greene and others and Senator Chuck Grassley did a very powerful speech on the whole saga of their revelations of Of the Russiagate hoax and the counter-intelligence, counter-information, disinformation war that the Democrats and the media and the FBI waged against him.
So, we are in a revolution at this moment, Jim.
We are in a police state.
It's not coming, it's here.
And there's so many things happening simultaneously, and I'm always reflecting back on the 1998 irregular warfare handbook that the Chinese generals made.
This fits perfectly into this on so many levels.
The transgender issue, the climate change issue, the race baiting, all of that is to splinter American society.
This is remarkable because it's the first time it's ever been done.
This is also a potential trigger for an actual violent civil war and uprising.
I mean, you're taking the most popular man in America, the most popular president, And you are threatening to throw him in jail and we know what happens to a lot of people in jail.
They get killed.
I don't know how this is going to play out.
I don't know if...
If DeSantis is going to say, oh hell no, no, President Trump is not leaving Florida.
He is not going to be sequestered somewhere and something happened to him.
You know, I mean, it leaves me a little bit breathless because we've never seen this before.
We haven't been around when the Civil War erupted under Jefferson Davis and Abe Lincoln.
Well, we're here now, and the thing that makes it even more, I mean, pressing is the ridiculous insanity of Joe Biden and all of these retard minions around him, and everything they're doing is treason, and it is astounding that no one in government hasn't really risen up and called for executions, called for You know, a major uprising in the country.
And I don't say that out of a thrill for violence, but I'm thinking, my God, how long are we going to survive?
This is now tyranny, and it's not going to get better.
So we'll see how this plays out.
But I think at the end of the day, legally, Trump is not guilty of anything that they're accusing him of.
But the theater is everything.
And it's all to do, too, as a deflection, as a shell game, as a distraction operation to hide the true crime, which was the Democrats and Biden and Burisma and Ukraine and China.
This is a bought and paid for fake government.
And that's what this whole distraction is meant to lure people away from.
Because if people Really focused on what Biden has done and I guarantee you this FBI informant or the guy that they're talking about is Bobulinski.
I'm absolutely positive that guy is Bobulinski because he gave all this information to Tucker and it's verbatim what this report is saying and he was the man there.
He was right in the room at the whole time when this stuff was happening.
It's just also remarkable that It's taken this long to unfold, but I'll get it back to you, Jim.
Brian.
Well, Scott poses an interesting thing, and he basically asked the question, why didn't Donald Trump go nuclear?
We have an assassination problem here in America.
Don't forget what the CIA has done.
Don't forget what they did to John F. Kennedy.
Don't forget what they did to George S. Patton.
William Donovan and his OSS did that in December 1945.
1949, Secretary of Defense James Forrestal plunges to his death from a 16-floor window, strongly opposing the creation of Israel.
November 22, 1963, JFK murdered in Dallas.
February 21, 1965, Malcolm X is killed in the Audubon Ballroom, New York.
February 21st, 1965, Malcolm X is killed in the Audubon Ballroom, New York, wake up in the wake of his attempts to unite Muslims and Blacks in the Third World Empire.
1968, Robert F. Kennedy is shot from behind by a gun pressed in the back of his head.
December 10th, 1968, Thomas Merton is murdered in Bangkok, world's most influential Catholic, Merton had turned hard against the Vietnam War before he was killed.
1972, Representative Hale Boggs, member of the Warren Commission, privately rejected and scoffed at his findings, killed in a rigged plane crash.
1993, Vince Foster is murdered in Washington, D.C., probably for knowing too much about the Clinton crime family.
1996, Secretary of Commerce Ron Brown dies in a rigged plane crash, rigged plane after a failed bid to broker a corrupt deal between the CIA-linked Clinton crime family.
I really have.
Two hours.
That's just some of them.
So when we ask the question, why didn't Trump just go nuclear and publish all this stuff on a website?
plane crash shortly before he's scheduled to testify against Karl Rove.
2016, Seth Rich, the suspected DNC WikiLeaker, shot dead.
That's just some of them.
So when we ask the question, why didn't Trump just go nuclear and publish all this stuff on a website, you have to start looking for what's the motive, what's going on behind the scenes.
This is not the Hunter Biden motive.
The Hunter Biden motive is, hey, you know what, we can go get another 5, 10 million bucks and put it in our bank accounts, buy another estate, stay in hiding, pay off some more politicians with that sort of stuff.
Donald Trump is under a microscope in everything he does.
He took these classified documents, what, to sell them to foreign nations?
He took the classified documents knowing That they'll use any and all techniques possible, known to man, in all of the dirty playbook tricks, and Donald Trump's going to take these documents and he's going to go, what, get richer than he currently is by selling some secrets?
It's absolutely ridiculous.
You gotta look at motive.
What is it about this particular one which is causing them to prosecute, assassinate, politically assassinate, whatever?
Well, what do the documents have in them?
Isn't that the question?
Yeah.
And will these documents be exposed?
Well, they're classified documents.
Will they be exposed during this trial?
I don't know.
But, look, Donald Trump has not gone nuclear because he needs to preserve his life.
And these people will stop at nothing.
At least at this point in time, it's not an outright assassination.
Yeah, I'm kind of shocked at the idea it could even be incarcerated over a document issue.
I mean, it's just ridiculous.
But of course, if they could arrange it, they would love to arrange it.
The thing, let me just say, the key issue, just in one sentence, This country is now over the edge of the waterfall, and we may be able to paddle ourselves back, but we're over the edge of the waterfall, and everybody in America are beginning to rise up.
There is a volcanic explosion swelling and about to burst, And it's not politics as usual.
This is something that can be triggered like the Boston shooting in whatever it was, 1770 or whatever.
We are so close, and let me just say this, the Democrats and Biden and the media are oblivious to the volatility of this.
They think, and I may be wrong but I don't think so, they think that they can Push and bully and Americans are too stupid and they have too short of attention span.
So you just, as the CEO of BlackRock said, you have to force behavior change.
So that's what's alarming is the Democrats and all of these people think they can force this behavior change and Americans are going to change.
And part of it is this attack on Trump.
Well, we'll just arrest him and throw him in jail.
We'll force people.
This is, what happens when you force gasoline into a compression of an engine?
It explodes and that's what I'm, I'm, I'm waiting to see where that starts to pop and I think it's gonna, it's gonna pop all around the country in different places at different times but I think it's, it's, that's how serious this is.
Don, Yeah, very serious.
But why do we have this at all?
We have a food press and other things.
Why are there any secrets needed to be kept from people that are so dire, so bad?
I mean, this is not the way America is supposed to be.
I think we don't have an original America at all.
We have something else that is totally not good.
We've got the police state, Don.
Hey, is that what it's called?
I have been indicted.
Former President Trump posted on Truth Social he's been indicted, seemingly over the boxes hoax.
The corrupt Biden admin has informed my attorney he published I've been indicted, seemingly over the boxes hoax.
Even though Biden has 1,850 boxes at the University of Delaware, additional boxes in Chinatown, even more boxes at the University of Pennsylvania, and documents strewn over on his garage floor where he parks his compact.
Which is secured by only a garage door that is paper thin and open much of the time.
I've been summoned to appear at the federal courthouse in Miami Tuesday at 3 p.m.
I never thought possible such a thing could happen to a former president of the United States.
I've received far more votes than any sitting president in the history of our country, and is currently leading by far all candidates, both Democrat and Republican, polls at a 2024 election.
I am an innocent man.
This is indeed a dark day for the United States of America.
We're in a country in serious and rapid decline, but together we will make America great again.
Former President Donald Trump has released a video.
Here's what you need to know, according to the New York Times.
The indictment reaches back to the end of Trump's term in January 2021, when the docks, many said to be a White House resident, were packed and boxed with clothes, gear, photos, and shipped by the General Service to Mar-a-Lago.
After lengthy efforts by the archives through much of 2021 for Trump to turn the material he'd taken with him, considered government property under the Presidential Records Act, He turned over 15 boxes in January of 2022, which contained highly sensitive material with classified markings.
Last August, a federal agent descended on Mar-a-Lago to conduct an extraordinary search that turned up material dropped and failed to turn over in response to the subpoena.
The DOJ has repeatedly questioned Trump's level of cooperation with the effort to recover the docs, saying he had recovered more than 100 contained classified markings, which of course does not mean they're still classified.
Even after attestation by one of his lawyers that a diligent search had not turned up any additional, Trump still faces other ongoing criminal investigation, including Smith's inquiry into his effort to hold on to power following his election.
which led to January 6 assault on the Capitol and an investigation by prosecutors in Georgia in his attempt to reverse a 2020 election loss in that vital swing state, both of which we know to be fabricated in manufacturers, I add.
According to sources familiar, the DOJ declined to delay the planned indictment to investigate allegations.
The senior prosecutor tried to influence a key witness by discussing a federal judgeship.
Here's a tweet from George Wabanopoulos.
They indict Trump the same day that credible evidence emerges that Biden took a $5 million bribe to alter U.S.
foreign policy while as a VP.
Do you understand what is happening yet?
Another.
Trump.
How could he possibly charge me, who did nothing wrong, when no other president were charged, when Joe Biden won't be charged for anything, including the fact he has 1,850 boxes, much of it classified, some dating back to his Senate day, when even Democrat senators are shocked.
Also, President Clinton had docs and won in court.
Crooked Hillary deleted 33,000 emails, many classified, and wasn't even close to being charged.
Only Trump, the greatest witch hunt of all time.
Trump was indicted last month in Manhattan on allegation he falsified business expenses to conceal hush money payments to a porn star.
We know all about that one.
As Techno Vogue notes, after years of prosecutorial and investigative abuses and crimes, the DOJ has finally indicted Trump.
In doing so, DOJ has inserted itself into the 2024 presidential election, again disenfranchising millions of voters.
It's a sad day for the country and a sobering day for those who wish for the equal administration of justice.
And as Just the News notes, no prior sitting U.S.
president has ever been indicted in federal court.
If the grand jury accepts the case, it will spark an unprecedented legal battle that will undoubtedly make its way to the Supreme Court while casting a shadow on the 2024 election.
According to some polls, Trump leads the GOP field by as many as 50 points.
Trump's defense?
Trump lawyers have prepared a robust defense based on months of legal research anticipating Smith might pursue charges.
They're prepared to argue he has broad powers under the Constitution to keep documents or declassify without any fanfare and take them with him.
They rely heavily on a U.S.
District Court case in Washington more than a decade ago involving former President Bill Clinton, which concluded a president had broad and mostly unchallengeable power.
Unchallengeable power.
...to determine which docs from his residency can be kept personally, and that any docs moved to Trump's home in Mar-a-Lago or Bedminster, New Jersey fall under that category.
An American Bar Association report in 2022 seemed to agree with Trump's assertion that guidelines supported his contention.
Presidents have broad authority to formally declassify most docs that are not statutorily protected while they are in office, coming from just the news.
Meanwhile, prosecutors plan to counter, arguing constitutional authority doesn't extend to docs that contain national defense information, as Jonathan Swank notes.
A casual observer might imagine Trump's rivals in the Republican presidential primary are thrilled that he's been indicted.
Not so.
The last time he was indicted in New York, Republican voters rallied around him and his rivals were forced to defend him.
Now, they're facing a prospect of Trump completely shutting them off from media attention.
Here, Zend woked us with a very nice tweet.
Hunter Biden, zero indictments.
The big guy, zero indictments.
Well, you know, it's amazing.
It's staggering to the imagination.
Anthony Fauci, zero in diamonds.
DC Insider Traders, zero in diamonds.
Iraqi war criminals, zero in diamonds.
COVID criminals, zero in diamonds.
Scott, your thoughts.
Well, you know, it's amazing.
It's staggering to the imagination.
I mean, we're, again, from a PSYOP perspective, I look and I look at the emotions and the feelings and the disposition and all of the variables in the equation of a human making a decision.
And I see so much of this country's, there's a great term for it, Aki-tocracy, A-A-K-I-tocracy.
And I heard it on a South African webcast.
Cackitocracy is a government made up of the dumbest, stupidest, foulest people.
Cackitocracy.
That's what we have.
Not an oligarchy.
Cackitocracy.
Because everything they're doing, everything they believe is just so degenerate.
It's so corrosive.
It's so corrupt.
And the only conclusion you can make is we don't have a government.
We don't have a law.
We don't have a justice system.
We don't have an equal balance of law when, like you just laid out, Jim, all of these grotesque crimes are committed.
Let me try and restrain my volatility.
I was there when Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Eric Holder, Lanny Breuer, Covington & Burling, Union Bank of Switzerland, Robert Wolf, Chairman of the Americas, the State Department officials, various other people at CIA, various people at U.S.
Central Command, SOCOM, Special Operations Command.
I was there when they were financing terrorism with Union Bank of Switzerland.
I was there in Washington when I presented to Pat Byrne and Sidney Powell and Giuliani and Joe Flynn and General Flynn, all of the Union Bank of Switzerland being used by Obama, Biden, Hillary, all these bad guys to fund terrorism, and to be used by the Chinese Communist Party to purchase Dominion voting machines and the SNS and Premier!
I was there!
I was the guy giving the briefing!
And nothing's been done!
No one's banged on my door saying, what other documents do you have?
What other video do you have?
What other materials can be presented?
No one's done anything!
So it, you know, part of me just kind of is resigned to, all right, there is no country, there is no political system.
I had a very interesting conversation with Dustin Nemos, and I agree with him.
He said we don't have any hope in any federalism whatsoever.
There's no hope in a federal office.
It only has to be de Tocqueville 1774 all over again on local communities, local boards, local supervisors, local mayors, local sheriffs, empowered by posses, And that's the real equation to solutions.
Our sheriffs and posses outlawing, forbidding, stopping, seizing any federal buildings, any federal agents, any federal agencies for any violations of the Constitution or usurpations of power or oppression or tyranny or opening up the borders and facilitating a foreign invasion as they are.
I'm all about due constitutional process, but this is a An act of treason, and the only thing that's going to stop it is local power.
Now, I'll say this.
DeSantis has a chance.
Here's the test, Jim.
We are a dead republic in need of a major revolution or the Constitution's dead.
If Donald Trump is seized in Miami, if he is grabbed, if he is put into handcuffs with the goal of taking him somewhere outside of Florida, that
That right there is the death of the Republic, as Mark Levin, who I don't agree with on a lot of stuff, I don't like his whole Zionist stuff, but you know, the enemy of mine is my friend, and on these subjects I find agreement with a lot of these people when they say, you know, January or June 8th was the next great insurrection, because that was when the federal government did this.
If they take Trump, if they seize him, The question is, is DeSantis going to send the National Guard in, Special Operations, and say, no, no, no, no, no.
You are not taking this president anywhere in your custody.
He is a, this is a sanctuary state.
We're giving him sanctuary.
He is in the protection of the state of Florida, the Florida Guard, and the Florida governor.
Is that going to happen?
Are you going to have that moment?
If they seize Trump, and it's a very real possibility, and if they seize Trump, and he does nothing, and they take Trump into a bus, and they kill him, or he just died on the road, he had a heart attack, that's a possibility, and then it's okay.
What does the country do?
I mean, where are we?
I think the powder keg has been lit.
And it is a sputtering black fuse trail that is going to be detonating multiple powder kegs from this point forward.
Wow.
Right.
Wow.
Well, we thought the same thing about January 6th.
Remember 2020 and the election comes around and we're all feeling exactly the same way.
And here we are feeling exactly the same way again.
Democrats is very simple.
Just go find yourself a friendly jurisdiction like New York.
Repeat a fine murder as claiming that you could shoot somebody in the middle of Fifth Avenue and you wouldn't lose voters.
Now you got him.
Institute that law for a year and then go use that temporary window to go after Donald Trump.
Now they did exactly the same thing with the bizarre one-year repeal of the statute of limitations on the Carol V. Trump and they got him.
So my advice to Democrats is very simple.
Just skip all the bullshit.
Just prosecute him for murder.
He said it!
He said he could shoot somebody in Fifth Avenue!
Just skip all the bullshit!
Get it over with!
Look, you're gonna gaslight all your supporters, and all your supporters are gonna love what you say, and all your bots are gonna go talk in the chat sessions about Big Bad Orange Man Pat.
Then, you know what?
You can even go so far as putting him to death on the same day of his inauguration, and you'll get that orange hair, you know.
We got him!
It's insane to think that Donald Trump, Is being busted for classified documents.
It's crazy.
What's the motive?
Unless the motive is to use the classified documents to slam his opponents.
Which is exactly what they're there for.
They're documents.
They're evidence.
They're evidence.
That's a very key point.
They're evidence and every document will be brought out if this goes and he can say every single document was declassified the moment it came into my custody in my home.
It was stored in a skiff but it was declassified and it can be out there.
Now, I'll just end it by this, Jim.
Remember the book, The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe by C.S.
Lewis?
Aslan is taken onto a stone table, his mane is shaved, all of the witches and the harpies and the goblins and these vicious Democrats, you know, put him on the table and kill him, thinking that they've destroyed the King of Narnia, and it's a symbolism for Christ.
And of course the stone table breaks, the law breaks, but Aslan comes back to life and stomps out and destroys his enemies.
There's a very real parallel to the inevitability of Trump being resurrected politically with a greater tidal wave tsunami of support than has ever happened.
Not because people love him, but because they hate the tyranny of a police state more, and therefore are going to go after and kill the police state, and Donald Trump just happens to be the guide on there.
There may be a parallel here with the sanctions on Russia, which backfired massively.
Trying to attack Trump on this flimsy ground is so obviously politically motivated, it could have very similar repercussions on the order you've been describing, Scott.
Fascinating.
Meanwhile, Trump indictment unsealed.
Former president facing 37 felony charges.
Former President Trump is facing 37 felony charges related to mishandling classified docs.
According to the indictment unsealed Friday, alleging he described a Pentagon plan of attack and shared a classified map related to military operations.
The 49-page charging doc paints a damning portrait of Trump's treatment of sensitive information, accusing him of willfully ignoring DOJ demands to return docs he'd taken from the White House to Mar-a-Lago, even directing aides to help him hide the records sought by the government.
It carries unmistakably grave legal consequences, including the possibility of prison if convicted.
It accuses him of having improperly removed scores of boxes from the White House to take to Mar-a-Lago, many containing classified information Meaning, of course, here, stamp classified, but since the president has absolute authority to declassify, that does not mean they remain classified.
In fact, he had a standing policy.
Any documents he took were automatically declassified.
But it has enormous political implication, potentially upending a presidential primary Trump has been dominating, testing anew the willingness of GOP voters and party leaders to stick with a now twice indicted candidate who could face still more charges, and sets a stage for a sensational trial
Centered on claims a man once entrusted to safeguard the nation's most closely guarded secrets willfully and illegally hoarded sensitive national information after leaving office.
The case adds to deepening legal jeopardy for Trump, who's already been indicted in New York, facing an additional investigation in Washington and Atlanta which could lead to criminal charges.
But among the various investigation legal experts, as well as Trump's own aides, he has long seen Mar-a-Lago as the most perilous threat and the one most ripe for prosecution.
Campaign aides have been bracing for the fallout since his attorneys were notified he was a target of the investigation, assuming it was not a matter of if charges would be brought but when.
Meanwhile, Trump can run for the presidency while being indicted.
Here's the main reason why.
Trump can still continue to run for president in 2024, even after announcing he's been federally indicted.
After Trump was charged by the Manhattan D.A.' 's office earlier this year in a separate case, some noted the Constitution only requires a candidate to be a natural-born citizen at least 35 years old and a resident of the United States for at least 14 years.
Retired law professor Dershowitz told the Epoch Times back in March, Trump could run and serve from prison if he were convicted and sentenced.
The only way he can be disqualified is if they can prove that he actually fought in the Civil War for the South.
If he fought in the Civil War for the South, he's out.
But other than that, if he's 35 years old, was born in America, and didn't fight in the Civil War for the South, he's eligible and can run from prison.
Gershwitz was referring to the 14th Amendment disqualification clause targeting former Confederate soldiers.
No person shall be a senator, representative, or elector, or hold any office, or whatever, who, having previously taken an oath to support the Constitution, shall engage in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or giving aid or comfort to the enemies therein.
And, of course, an insurrection was something they were trying to pin on him on January 6th.
Another law professor, Richard Hasson of the University of California, UCLA, told CNN there's nothing that stops Trump from running while indicted or even convicted.
Legally speaking, there's nothing to bar a former president from being indicted for a state crime, running for office, even convicted, said Jessica Levinson, founding director of Loyola Law School Public Service Institute.
It really just becomes an issue of practically how could you run the country behind bars if it ever came to something like that.
Thursday, Trump announced he was being indicted.
Trump's lawyer, James Trustee, said the indictment includes charges of willful retention of national defense information, obstruction of justice, false statements, and conspiracy, which he has categorically denied.
He called it a dark day for the United States of America.
I'm innocent.
We'll prove that very, very soundly and hopefully very quickly.
He's been summoned to appear in Court Tuesday in Miami.
It wasn't clear whether he planned to make a personal appearance or what the procedure would look like.
When Trump was charged by the Manhattan D.A.
with falsifying business records, he surrendered to authorities, booked behind closed doors, appeared in the courtroom, sitting with lawyers at the defense table.
He pled not guilty, while some observers noted the grand jury pool was likely skewed politically left.
The charges came after federal officials raided Mar-a-Lago in August of 2022 and seized more than 33 boxes and containers with 11,000 docs, including 100 classified and all.
Probably 300 with classification markings have been recovered since he left office.
Weeks after, Attorney General Merrick Garland, with Jack Smith, the lead investigation, Scott, your thoughts.
And let me add, by the way, there are several aspects of the Mar-a-Lago raid that may vitiate the whole case.
They didn't notify the Manhattan attorney.
They ran it out of Washington, D.C.
They didn't wait for Trump's attorney to show up.
We have a high-ranking FBI official is now pointing out there were major anomalies in the way this was conducted that I suspect may blow up the whole thing from the ground up.
Your thoughts.
Yeah.
Yeah, well, I know how these process crimes go.
They charge me with a process crime.
I, of course, thought it was a CIA test in preparation for deployment to Afghanistan, but it wasn't.
It was a deep state...
They're trying to vomit me out because I had wormed my way into the internal digestion system of the deep state and found all sorts of evils that were being done by Obama and Biden and Hillary Clinton and Eric Holder and Lanny Breuer and their corrupt administration.
And they charged me with filling out a housing form improperly and called it 18 U.S.
Code 100-1 and then added a gun charge onto it because I had guns stored in my locker in a safe.
Right?
All sorts of BS they can they can metastasize and make a crime and you know if they have a judge like I had Judge Virginia Hernandez Covington related to the law firm Covington & Burling it's a kangaroo quarter and you don't realize it until you're hijacked but what they meant for evil God meant for good.
And their whole world has come crashing down as a result of it.
I anticipate the same thing with this with Trump.
They have no grounds for anything.
This is totally a political, emotive action that...
This is a vomiting, you know, an instinct, an impulse, an impulsive lashing out against Trump.
And it's full of hate and venom.
And that's what the Democrats are full of, hate and venom, self-loathing.
So, this isn't going to go anywhere, but the spectacle, the theatrics, the drama can be capitalized on.
The PsyHop can be PsyHopped and reversed engineered.
For example, you want to try and get Trump into a closed session area?
Every single state governor should say, if you're a police officer or you're a fireman or something like that or emergency services, I'm going to pay for you to go down to Florida and, you know, protect Trump, do a convoy around Trump.
Can you imagine if you had every state send their, you know, few motorcycle crews, police cruisers down there to protect the President of the United States?
How overwhelming something that would look like.
Look at the Chicago Parade when they have the Scottish guys playing the bagpipes for the firemen and all that.
Can you imagine the potential spectacles that could be developed that have never been seen or heard in this country that would show the rallying cry from Republican governors, and dissenters could do it on its own, say, I want every state trooper, you know, one trooper from every county or something like that, or a policeman, or take some leave off, go
And stand with the president, escort the president, surround wherever he is in, whatever courthouse, wherever he goes, I want representatives from the United States, the police, to be there.
Send guard officials, the National Guard from each state, send your military special officials in uniforms.
I mean, make it a spectacle!
Show Republican support for the President against Miss Tinnity, because I'll tell you what, if they don't do that, you know, Hitler came to power through all sorts of fraudulent means and the, you know, the overthrowing of the, was it Hindenburg, the first, or whoever the President of Germany was that Hitler replaced, I can't remember the name, but
If they had stood up against Hitler before he came to power, it would be a different world.
If we don't stand up to this Hitlerian Democrat state, and Joe Biden's just a puppet, but if we don't stand up against this and say, hell no, and have an overwhelming drama, an overwhelming theater, an overwhelming psyop, I'm talking every police and motorcycles and everything you could imagine for the spectacle.
If we don't have that, And we let these bastards get away with this political murder of Trump, which could also lead to a physical one.
We don't deserve to live as a country or a people, because we have no soul in us.
This is a moment unlike any other time in history, and I use these words advisedly, this needs to be This space, this psychological war, needs to be captured by dissidentists and every Republican governor to turn their spectacle, what they meant for evil, into what God can use for good to inspire this country and not only raise Trump up,
But I think add to a resurgence of our national independence and liberty and patriotism like it's 1776 all over again.
I can't imagine another time where we've had the FBI and the Department of Justice and the Democrats and our fake rhino traitors like Mitt Romney and all of these bastards conspire to undermine the Constitution and violate our people's rights.
Even Putin and the Russians are commenting on this!
They're commenting on how just desperate and despicable our country is becoming, and they say, look at how you treat your own citizens.
I wonder when we're going to look at how we treat our own citizens.
Same thing with Donald Trump, Jim.
100% right, Scott.
Brian?
Well, as long as we have a two-party system, we're not going to see any justice whatsoever.
What Trump is good for, and what he's set up for, is that 20 years from now, we've got three parties running, and the MAGA party is basically the third party.
I hope that's the case because I'll tell you something right now.
These, uh, these rhinos, these Republicans, boy, I bet they're inwardly gleeful about the possibility that this prosecution, and doesn't it just feel like a Syrah?
I mean, classified documents found in Mar-a-Lago.
Doesn't it just feel funny?
I mean, look, you guys have no problem taking out the job.
I was celebrating it, remember?
Right.
Right.
Look, we have to change the system.
Scott is absolutely right.
But don't expect justice anytime soon.
We didn't see any perp walks as a result of the Durham report.
We didn't see anything happen as a result of the Mueller report.
We didn't see anything happen as a result of John F. Kennedy.
We didn't see anything happen.
They protect their own.
That's all there is to it.
We have a fundamental problem here in America, and it's not with the people.
It's with the Department of Justice.
Amen.
Guys like Bill Barr.
Yeah.
It is with the people who decide what crimes will be prosecuted and what crimes won't.
That's been politically weaponized until that changes.
And I think maybe one of the reasons they're going after Trump is that they know that that's going to be his big area of reform.
He's not going to be such a layover play dead that he's going to put another Bill Barr into place.
I don't think this time around on the last four years that he's going to get, it's going to be something like that.
Hopefully it's going to be a Department of Justice that will actually put cuffs on a criminal and actually walk him to the noose.
That's why they're scared shitless.
Scott, yes.
Brian just hit the bell.
You remember Trump gave a speech, he gave a broadcast, he did a YouTube video or something.
I think it was before this indictment, before this charge, and he said exactly what Brian said.
He said, if I'm elected president, I will go after the deep state, we will have the Inspector General, which I thought, oh, he's listening, the Inspector General go in and do things, we will basically go into the Department of Justice and the FBI and gut and change everything.
He said that, I believe, Like a few days or a week before he was indicted.
So Brian is exactly right.
Trump made that speech.
He was going to, if he's elected, go in and do all these things.
So that's another variable.
Well, he figured out how to gut the senior executive service with his Schedule F that allows him to fire civil servants that have been immune and have been making decisions that are only to be made by elected officials of the government.
So, I think Trump knows how to clean the house and that has them scared shitless.
Meanwhile...
As America descends into a banana republic, Trump spokesperson Liz Harrington talks with Mike Adams about the indictments.
With President Trump now having been criminally indicted with the help of a weaponized, corrupt DOJ, more and more Americans are coming to realize that under the illegitimate Biden regime, the United States of America is now a banana republic.
Here's Breitbart.
Thursday, DOJ notified Trump of the indictment, as he announced on Truth Social.
The Biden admin has informed my attorneys I've been indicted, seemingly over the boxes hoax, even though Biden has 1850 boxes at University of Delaware Additional and Chinatown, with more at the University of Pennsylvania.
As is becoming the norm.
Trump is being indicted for the very same thing Democrats can carry out without any fear of indictment.
Thus, we have a two-tiered system of justice rooted in selective prosecution.
Only Republicans are indicted, often for made-up crimes, while Democrats are ignored, even when engaging in felonious bribery, corruption, and all-out treason, mayorkas, and the border invasion fiasco, for example.
Well, if I can say it's no coincidence the day they gained access to an FBI doc alleging Biden was involved in a bribery scheme was the same day Special Counsel Smith indicted former President Trump.
Spokesman, woman, Liz Harrington told me, Mike Adams, in an interview yesterday, the effort to indict Trump will backfire in spectacular fashion.
The extreme lawless and desperate action of the Democrats will only wake up more Americans to the fact that unless they take their country back from the lawless dams, they won't have a country remaining at all.
Governor DeSantis chimed in on the fiasco.
The weaponization of federal law enforcement represents a mortal threat to a free society.
We have for years witnessed an uneven application of the law, depending upon political affiliation.
Why so zealous in pursuing Trump, yet so passive about Hillary or Hunter?
But his Santa's admin will bring accountability to the DOJ, exercise political bias, and end weaponization once for all excise political bias.
This indictment of Trump has even spurred more talk of a revolution to cast off the shackles of a government gone rogue.
If the Biden admin imprisons Trump, there's a chance it could set up a revolt among the American people who may decide they've seen too much tyranny to stand by and do nothing.
Perhaps.
That's part of the plan, of course.
Try to provoke a kind of nationwide J6 insurrection.
Finally paint all Trump supporters as extremists or terrorists.
All the training at DHS and the FBI is already preparing for this designation, about which I shall have more to say later.
With the DOJ rigged, the courts rigged, the media rigged, elections rigged.
2018, 20, 22.
It's hard to see how the American people vote their way back into a fair and just law-abiding system, since the very people who now control it seek absolute power and control at any cost.
Let's pray for a peaceful resolution and the restoration of the rule of law.
The 2024 election, even if it takes place, is likely the last opportunity to reverse the march of left-wing fascist tyranny across America.
We can all be confident that Dems are already planning to rig the 2024 election in every possible way.
Don, I suspect we're there at that point for our break, am I right?
Well, we're there for the break, all right, but boy, what a place to break.
This is just culminating into a real catastrophe.
It's coming very soon.
In fact, it's really here.
We are a banana republic.
We're not the United States of America.
It's really bad, but this is true.
Oops.
Hello.
