Time Text
This is Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin, joined today by Carl Herman, still in San Ramon, California.
We're anticipating Chris Weiner will be joining us.
Bye and bye!
Meanwhile, the invasion has begun.
There's video from the border showing illegals opening DHS packets with smartphones.
I think this turns out to be very important for reasons that aren't immediately obvious on their face.
In Brownsville, migrants opened their packets with their government-issued cell phones after being processed and receiving court dates, some of which are as far as 2027.
Rebecca Brannon, another independent journalist, posted illegals using their smartphones and reviewing directives to attend court dates as far as four years from now.
She noticed some of the aliens she spoke with weren't simply from South America, but were even Chinese nationalists.
Some were given new phones and a bus ticket to a state where they provided an address of a sponsor family already here in the country.
It's really pretty embarrassing stuff, if you ask me.
I suppose some who are fans of law and order and legal litigation be thrilled that the illegals got summons with a court date at all.
Political Insider reported that Biden had formulated a memo for Customs and Border Protection directing them to release illegals into the U.S.
with no court date or Ability to track him down.
Governor Abbott of Texas tweeted unacceptable.
Biden admin plans to allow releases some into the U.S.
with no way to track.
Instead of enforcing U.S.
immigration laws, Biden's enabling mass catch and release.
America is a nation of laws.
This must end.
Well, we were a nation of laws until a Biden admin got in.
Smartphones are a tepid indication DHS is seeking to have the illegal self-report.
I think, actually, they're intended to perform a completely different purpose.
Peter Doocy asked the White House about reports of migrants getting smartphones.
Psaki explained the technology, how it's used at the border.
I wonder, speculates, if they might ditch the smartphones and maybe even get a new one.
I mean, some only have an entire decade to do that.
Here's some footage at the border.
The situation is actually much, much worse than depicted here.
Traveling for miles and miles and miles at the border, you have to be on stunning stuff.
Carl, your thoughts?
Excuse me.
Swallowed the wrong way there.
Invasion.
Yes.
On the surface it looks like that.
Or at least it is an outrageous refusal to enforce immigration law while virtue signaling.
And the catch and release, that is a pretty apt description, reminds me of the catch and release program with Antifa in the Summer of Love of 2020 of just Pretending to arrest these people and then just letting them back out on their captured territory, their insurrection territory for arson and murder.
The culprits include the leadership from the Republicans and the Democrats in Congress because they have tools to use.
They could impeach.
Mayorkas were refusing to enforce migration law and they could have access, they had more strenuous tools to work with the military, but we don't hear any of that.
So that's strange.
And of course, the Democratic leadership are at fault.
So on its face, this does seem as dire as an insur, as not The pieces I'm putting together are very disturbing.
And we'll have to pay attention because there are many other moving pieces in play this week and next that might all come to the forefront at the same time.
Carl, I think you got it exactly right.
The pieces I'm putting together are very disturbing.
Here's among the very most important.
Law and law enforcement agencies like the IRS and EPA have spent billions on guns and ammo.
and other military-style equipment, a watchdog group has reported.
What in the world for?
76 rank-and-file agencies outside of traditional law enforcement or the Department of Defense have spent $3.7 billion on guns, ammo, and military-style equipment, according to the watchdog group Open the Box.
They include the National Institutes of Health, NASA, Environmental Protection Agency, and the Small Business Administration that historically have played little or no role in law enforcement.
What in the world do they need those weapons for?
The right part comes as the Biden admin works to hire 87,000 new IRS employees, where among their qualifications are the willingness to apply lethal force to American citizens, if that doesn't curl your hair.
I can't imagine what would.
Meanwhile, J.D.
J.D. Vance, a senator from Ohio, observes, "We cannot, as a country, absorb 10 million people and still provide high-quality housing for the rest of our citizens." Vance explained that although we have millions of new arrivals looking for housing, the amount of housing available has not increased nearly enough, making the market unstable and far more competitive.
The math just doesn't add up.
During his Senate observations, I want to focus on one of the under-discussed components of the housing crisis in our country today, and that is its connection to mass illegal immigration.
Just to put a fine point and explain where I'm coming from, why I'm raising this issue, I think a lot of our friends on the other side of the aisle have convinced themselves a lax migration policy is somehow a compassionate thing to do.
We cannot, as a country, absorb 10 million people and still provide high-quality housing to the rest of our citizens.
The math doesn't work.
The numbers don't make sense.
The increase in housing prices and rents is clear for all to see.
Just your only job tweets.
At the rate of 10,000 a day, it'll only take 10 days to reach my city's population of 102,000.
We already have homeless galore.
America is in the midst of a housing shortage.
Affordable housing options are shrinking.
There's an ongoing spike in housing costs.
Here again, we cannot as a country absorb $10 million and still provide high-quality housing.
Here you hear him address the Senate.
I want to focus on, you know, one of the under-discussed components of the housing crisis in our country today, and that is its connection to mass illegal immigration.
And just to sort of put a fine point and explain where I'm coming from on that and why I'm raising this issue is, I think that a lot of our friends on the other side of the aisle have convinced themselves that lax immigration is somehow a compassionate thing to do.
And yet if you take 5 to 10 million people and you introduce them into a country over two years and you're talking about it, you increase the demand for housing because it's 5 to 10 million people need housing, while at the same time the supply of housing is relatively inelastic.
With that in mind, there are a couple pieces of research that we've sort of been looking at just as I focus on this particular issue.
You do see very predictable increases in housing costs and rents when you have mass immigration into a country, into a metro area, even into a county.
Combine that increase in rents and increase in housing costs with another unusual component of the effect on mass immigration and housing costs, and it's that in the neighborhood where you have the highest inflow of immigration, you also have declining home prices.
So if you take those two pieces of evidence together, what you basically get is rich people who have homes in low immigration areas benefit from our mass immigration policies, And everybody else finds the American dream of home ownership further and further away because we've effectively invited 5 to 10 million people into our country to break our laws.
I want to focus... Carl, your thoughts?
Well, the telling point has been the heads up of the 87,000 alleged IRS agents that are going to be hired in order to enforce revenue collection.
And the feds are armed to the teeth, and they're telling us that we have to disarm.
So it is the final endgame, and we're going to find out who can recognize The lying, looting, Orwellian, illegal, rogue state empire of the United States is, and withdraw consent.
And that includes the people on the inside of our government who have a choice of whether they're going to support the destruction of the United States.
And the United States definition is our Constitution.
There's a strong argument made that it already has been destroyed, but we'll see who stands where.
Can't absorb 10 million people?
Well, duh.
Yes.
The important historical context for this is that the Americas, since the Monroe Doctrine, Have been United States territory in Canada, in Central America, and in South America.
The US has hooks in all of that place, and the best documentation is John Perkins' bestseller, Economic Hitman, to explain that we install puppets and then the puppets do exactly what we're seeing, which is to make sure that the resources are for United States corporations and that the natural Resources are for the profit of Americans and human resources maximize the profit from the natural resources.
But since we now have an end of the petrodollar, everything is coming to a head.
And I think what our opponents are going to do, or at least what we're going to be shown, is an open war.
So this is connected to the invasion, it's connected to the guns, it's connected to Fast and Furious as a prototype program, and it is on.
I don't see something not exploding this week or next.
Carl, Carl, I'm with you.
I'm with you.
I'm so troubled by all this.
I actually put out the following tweet.
Huge!
Why billions of arms by non-law enforcement agencies?
No, it makes sense.
Army crossing border without weapons, caches of arms awaiting them equals U.S.
war.
This is an invasion.
Biden orchestrated it.
The guy who calls himself.
The nation is under attack.
They will take our homes and kill us.
It's happening now.
You got a shortage of homes?
Easy.
You just come into the neighborhoods, your neighborhood and mine, Carl, and you take our home, your home, my home, all you have to do is take us out.
And I was thinking these people are trained, and we have been training these forces in Latin and South America for decade upon decade.
Here's a book about School of the American published already in 2004 by Leslie Gill.
Located at Port Benning in Columbus, Georgia, the School of Americas is an Army center that trained more than 60,000 soldiers and police, mostly from Latin America, in counterinsurgency and combat-related skills since it was founded in 1946.
So widely documented is participation of schools graduated in torture, murder, and political repression.
Throughout Latin America, then, in 2001, the school officially changed its name to the Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation.
Leslie Gill goes behind the facade, presents a comprehensive portrait of the School of the Americas, Based on her unprecedented level of access, she describes the school mission training methods and reveals how its students, alumni, and officers perceive themselves in relation to the dirty wars that have raged across Latin America.
Assessing the school's role in U.S.
empire building, she shows how Latin America's brightest and most ambitious military officers are indoctrinated into a stark good-versus-evil worldview.
Here you see some of them.
This could be in Nicaragua, or it could be in Ecuador, or it could be in Chile.
Obviously, they couldn't come across the Rio Grande with their weapons intact, so they brought in the army, and they're going to provide them, direct them, to where these caches of weapons are located.
Meanwhile, a federal judge has made it clear who is to blame for the border crisis, alting Biden's migrant parole program, except that the Biden admin is going to ignore it, I have no doubt.
A federal judge late Thursday Temporarily holding a Biden admin plan to parole migrants who illegally cross our southern border.
For two years, the administration has released migrants without giving them a court date.
Through the Alternative to Detention program, migrants without a court date are tracked and required to check in using a phone app.
The program was designed to prevent migrants from disappearing into the shadows while they await their court dates.
But the admin has prepared a new parole program to release migrants from custody without a court date or any way to track them.
Late Thursday, just hours before Title 42 ended.
U.S.
District Judge T. Kent Wetherall ordered the Biden admin to stand down, issuing a two-week restraining order against the policy.
His ruling came after Governor DeSantis of Florida filed a lawsuit asking for a temporary restraining order.
In his ruling, Whether I'll explain there's no material difference between the new parole program and the catch-and-release program, he struck down as unconstitutional two months ago.
Whether I'll admonish a Bush admin for claiming a halt in the parole program would cause chaos.
Any chaos, the judge said, would be Biden's own doing.
Interestingly, embedded in this article is an alarm.
What the hell is happening here?
Videos from the same day seem to show Biden looking very different.
Look at the eyes, especially.
Look at the mouth.
These are not the same person.
These are two different crisis actors playing the role of Joe Biden.
Putting aside the fact that even Biden recently acknowledged the border had been in chaos for a number of years, Defendant's Doomsday rhetoric rings hollow because, as explained in detail in Florida, this problem is largely one of defendants' own making through the adoption of and implementation of policies that have encouraged the so-called irregular migration that has become fairly regular over the past two years.
Customs and Border Protection blasted the order as harmful, but said immigration authorities would comply with it.
This is a harmful ruling that will result in unsafe overcrowding at CBP facilities, an undercut our ability to efficiently process and remove migrants, and risk creating dangerous conditions for Border Patrol agents and migrants, a CBP statement said.
At harm, the Biden admin argues, is overcrowding in migrant facilities expected to be overrun with tens of thousands of migrants as more continually cross the border.
This is pretty disgusting stuff, and while I haven't emphasized it here, it does appear they needed a disposable president because no American President would preside over the destruction of America in this fashion, Carl.
The real Joe appears to have died in 2017.
Even his granddaughter admitted her grandfather is dead, but that they have others impersonating his father to keep their hand in politics.
Disgusting.
Your thoughts?
Yeah.
And Jim's tweet is really that we need to take it that seriously is on his face is that we are facing some kind of an invasion.
The School of the Americas historically has been used to employ the propaganda, the military propaganda, and then to install these military leaders in the America's empire, John Perkins' American economic empire, and that's to be able to put the puppets into play, and all they're going to do is they're going to use force and fraud to keep control.
And with the U.S.
military backing them up, if that is necessary.
So if we do get this playing out as it looks like the pieces are equalling up to, then big questions will be for the police departments.
Whose side are they going to be on?
Are they going to be played?
Whose side is the National Guard on?
That's a big question.
So we shall see.
Very interesting.
No boredom here on Need to Know News.
For the whole policy, the fake Biden, yes.
The photographic evidence that you just showed appeared to have the eyes be definitively different distances away from the nose.
And that clip that we've shown time and time again of Biden scratching his neck, showing that he's got a mask back there and the idea that the Biden pre-2017 had dangly earlobes and a broader forehead and this Biden has a narrow forehead and attached earlobes.
It's all an actor.
And for them, it doesn't matter because they're just using politicians as script readers.
They're not drawing from any skill base, any genius, any intelligence, any talent.
For politics, they're drawing people who are good at lying and can read a script and can be controlled by blackmail.
And the idea that you're just going to let people in, give them a phone and a 2027 court date, that is so ridiculous on its face.
And yet, here we are, we're on this side, the pre-side of this breakthrough, and it, I hope, in the comments, I would be very interested to see people's feedback of what they're feeling, what they're sensing, because Jim and I are saying it's right here.
Right now, on Law Enforcement and National Guard, you mentioned, Carl, more importantly, the American people, the citizen soldiers who are armed under the Second Amendment.
Here we have that very clip you addressed.
If anyone had any doubt whether this is a phony or fake, check it out.
Oh my gosh, that's a mask!
Holy cow!
Watch it again if you have any doubt.
Oh my gosh, that's a mask!
- American.
Holy cow. - He always had quite.
- Well, the key to success-- - Again, if you have any doubt.
- North Carolina.
And he was a very conservative guy who was very, very-- - Oh my gosh, that's a mask.
- American.
- Holy cow.
- He always had quite-- - They show such contempt for the American people, Carl.
This is so insulting.
Disregard for the Constitution, for the laws of America, for the interests of the American people.
Contempt for democracy.
This is as outrageous as it gets.
And it's as black and white as your shirt and mine.
Unless yours is a dark navy.
Which it is.
But very well said, Carl.
Yes, yes, yes, yes.
Meanwhile, The Washington Post and ABC poll.
Biden trails Trump, sees slipping approving rating.
The anti-New York Times picks up on it.
Trump opens huge polling lead over Biden.
Here's what Mike King has to say.
Another day, another clear indication that patriots are now in control.
The Donald has opened a shocking seven point lead over Joe Biden in quotes in a Washington Post ABC News survey.
The results are shocking, not because it trumps statistical advantage, He didn't, in fact, win the 2020 sting operation by a huge margin once all the voter fraud is discounted.
No, the big surprise here is that two of the highest-pleased-to-in-orders-of-the-fake-news, Juden Press Church, Washington Post, and ABC, have actually conducted a bullish and honest poll.
This is a very significant and telling development.
Because media polling fraud is a necessary advance for Democrat voter fraud indeed.
ABC, Washington Post had conducted 11 national polls in 2019-2020.
All 11 polls showed the pathetic Biden comfortably ahead of Trump.
There was no fraud.
The final result was consistent with all our polling data.
That's how the con works.
Here's some reports.
Trump is already up by seven points, landslide numbers in terms of the Electoral College, and the spreading news of his commanding lead will only make the margin wider.
Donald Trump received huge polling boosts against Biden and DeSantis.
Trump leads Biden by seven points in a hypothetical matchup survey.
Biden's poll numbers look grim as he preps for reelection bid.
If the election were held today, who would you vote for?
50% Trump, 43% Biden?
The negative naysayers of the anti-Q Black Bill Society are, of course, already explaining away this new phenomenon of honest polling as a case of Biden being so unpopular now that even the fake news wouldn't go so far as to put him in the lead in a rigged poll much too brazen.
Yep, the recent history of stumbling, mumbling Joe Biden, garnering an impossible 81.3 million votes, an American historical record, while campaigning in a mass from his basement as he led comfortably in all the fake polls at 2020, was not brazen enough.
The evident reality of the situation perceived and believed by the editorial board here at the anti-New York Times is this.
Under FEMA Emergency Continuity of Government Directives, which the nation is evidently operating under, the White House has the authority to induce the cooperation of the handful of criminal media moguls who operate the Wizard of Oz illusion machine.
It's a very simple matter to instruct the head honchos, who are all manifestly guilty of treason, to conduct and publish statistically sound polling data.
This portends that the 2020 For election, whether President Trump is openly reinstated later this year or not will be a free of fraud.
Frankly, we suspect that all of voter fraudsters have already been dealt with, with the low-level mules having been given plea deals and the high-level plotters enjoying their stay at Club Gitmo.
Here's more!
Biden approval rate is at 36%, according to a new poll, the lowest for any president at this point in their first term in 80 years.
Q knew all about fake polls being used to support fake ballots.
The White House purposefully let the fraud go forward in 2020 so as to catch a crook and install a white hat actor in a mask.
This living straw man is now being destroyed and voter fraud will not happen again.
I wish I could be so positive.
Marjorie Taylor Greene, The 2024 presidential primary general is over.
America wants President Trump back.
The Trump train never actually derailed.
His inevitable third term will be public and authoritarian.
Boobus Americanus won!
I read in the Washington Post online today that Trump has opened up a seven-point lead over Biden, Boobus Americanus, too.
I personally despise Trump, but I might have to hold my nose in for him in 2024.
My 401K is at stake, St.
Sugar.
You and millions of other normies will do likewise, Boobus Editor, when we factor in all the undecided chickens who are too afraid to admit to a pollster that they want Trump.
His lead is really 12 to 15 points.
Paul, your thoughts?
Well, first, I'd like to acknowledge Mike King of the Anti-New York Times.
I've appreciated his work for probably over a decade.
And, of course, in the background, St.
Sugar the Cat, who provides inspiration and protection.
The 2020 election, once we get that data, that's going to show that Trump won anywhere from a margin of 3 to 1 to 4 to 1.
Selection code, the documentary, and 2,000 mules.
If people haven't seen those yet, they should.
And of course the Frosters are going to say 2020 was the most secure election in American history.
I'm surprised that my orcas hasn't doubled down and said the border is more the most secure in American history.
Why not?
The polls are going to be historically propaganda and the polls showing that Trump has a seven point lead.
I think so, looking from the black hat perspective, if they had the power and we're orchestrating what we're seeing, they would have to go into damage control.
Let's just say mistakes were made and they're incompetent and all the rush of culling the sheeple that they are vulnerable at this point.
All right, so give a poll showing Trump ahead by seven points, but then they're going to continue To orchestrate in the background just like they did with JFK, RFK and MLK to try to assassinate him, assassinate his character through more lawfare.
And then finally, if those don't work, then you can have a final big false flag.
And then whatever happens with the false flag, just say that that's the excuse that you need of why voters changed their mind at the last moment to vote for Biden.
And remember that this is just an actor that we're talking about for Biden that isn't Joe Biden.
So, in conclusion, I stand with Mike King that what we're seeing is we're finally going to get some good news and that there are white hats in the background.
Now, while I'm saying that, and I'm at 95% certainty that Mike is right, Be prepared for the worst.
Be prepared.
And we're now prepared for Chris!
Yeah, I'm not quite so positive about this, Carl.
I think that the polling is so bad, because Biden's so bad, they've got to get rid of Biden.
And the best way to do it is to show how bad he stands, and they'll justify replacing him.
I'm with Gavin Newsom, and now up here is Susan Rice.
Chris, your thoughts?
In the words of the famous Kaiser Chiefs, I predict a riot.
No, I think something's coming on.
Maybe Trump has been the fallback plan along with this white hat thing.
I don't know.
I feel like Charlie Brown trying to kick a football every time I fall for that one.
And, you know, of course, I've got my hopes up and had the hopium and felt real good about some of the sentiments of that.
but I think these are...
Keep going.
Your voice faded there, Chris.
Go ahead.
Oh, sorry.
Okay, I thought I got cut out again of the internet.
Okay, yeah.
So, anyways, the mainstream media that's been behind most of this Mockingbird project and this lockstep deliverance, think about them in terms of their credit and credibility with the COVID, the Vax, the 2020 election, the J6, the Trump witch trial project, Ukraine, complete ignorance of BLM Antifa, And this is even aggrandizing them.
And this is a mere decade after the War of Terror where they basically went after people of color of a different religion with indiscriminate prejudice and super judicial prejudice in terms of drone strikes and warfare and the Wesley Clark model.
So anyways, yeah, I was talking about credit and credibility, and that's more than political capital, it's economic as well.
Think about the debt and the trade that has been accumulated from most of these charades, and think about the carnage that has resulted from that.
Real lives have been destroyed and completely decimated by this whole system.
And these people that are behind it, walk away scot-free, they're impervious to any scrutiny, they're too big to jail, too big to fail, really, if you think about it.
The Fed bails out everything these guys do.
And as far as that's concerned, I heard, have you heard about the Longshore strike that they're talking about?
I heard that that's not a labor dispute.
That is actually a failure to accept and tender trade with U.S.
Treasuries.
So you're getting some foreign countries that are refusing to trade with the U.S.
dollar.
And the media is completely mum about this.
Bank runs going on left and right.
And of course, people are completely mum about that too.
35 trillion in debt from all this bullshit.
And I'm saying, where are the White Hat?
As far as that's concerned, if there are in fact white hats to be found.
Very good.
Very good.
Yeah.
Chris, go ahead.
I mean, Carl.
Yeah.
Well, going into these multiple parts in play, what happens if the Republican leadership says, we're not going to extend this debt anymore, and they shut down the government?
What happens then?
That could be an important part that could signify all these elements rushing in at once.
But we shall see.
Chris, I'd love your thoughts about the migrant crisis, which I believe is an invasion that they've stockpiled.
All these Swablins are using their cell phones to coordinate.
Your thoughts about that as you join us now?
Absolutely, yeah.
I'd like to talk about that because I think when these people that are being subsidized by many different incentive programs, whether it's EBT, food stamps, housing vouchers, things of the sort, you hear people all the time that are in hotels that can't find rooms because they're basically stacked with all these migrants that are brought in from around the world.
At the stroke of midnight, the weirdest of times, 10,000 in different cities in Maine, in multiple cities.
So, I mean, like you'd see these guys come off the boat.
They don't speak a lick of English.
They're very much uneducated, but they're wearing bling.
They got Cadillac Escalades.
They don't work, and they're pretty much balling.
So when this runs out on these guys, when they pull the rug on that and it goes bankrupt and they can't keep funding this stuff, and the NGOs basically keep their hands in their pockets instead of doling out to these guys, it's going to get real, real nasty in most of these neighborhoods that are not acclimated to this type of cultural real nasty in most of these neighborhoods that are not acclimated to this type of cultural upheaval, we'll say, when these guys Yeah, I think that shit's going to hit the fan very, very soon.
Meanwhile, a former prosecutor against Trump takes the fifth.
Rather astonishing.
Mark Pomerantz, a former Manhattan prosecutor who led an investigation into Trump finances, invoked his Fifth Amendment right during a deposition before the House Judiciary Committee.
The GOP-led committee is conducting oversight of the D.A.
Alvin Bragg's unprecedented indictment of a former U.S.
president, where Trump became the first ever to be criminally charged in a case brought by Bragg.
Bragg, he pled not guilty to the 34 felony counts, which were grossly exaggerated.
As part of the House Committee's oversight, Pomerantz was subpoenaed to provide testimony.
Bragg sued in an attempt to block the subpoena, but a judge denied it.
In his opening statement, Pomerantz called the GOP-led committee's investigation political theater, when in fact that applies to Brank's case against Trump, which Pomerantz ought to have denounced had he announced some integrity.
He said it was appearing because he was required in his respects to rule of law, fat chance.
What I do not respect is the use of the committee's subpoena power to compel me to participate in an act of political theater.
This demo is for a show.
I do not believe for a moment I'm here to assist a genuine effort to enact legislation or conduct legislative oversight.
Although the rule of law compels me to be here, it does not require that I play a substantive role in your theatrical production under the law.
I can decline to answer your questions for multiple reasons.
Paul Ritz himself had pushed for an indictment against Trump after broke into his former hush money payment, took in place prior to 2016, which actually was done by attorney Michael Cohen, where it doesn't appear Trump had anything to do with Stormy Daniels, where she herself and Trump both denied they had a sexual relationship.
The former prosecutor left the Manhattan D.A.
office in February 2022 because he disagreed with Bragg's initial decision not to pursue a criminal case against Trump.
Three House GOP chairmen, including House Judicial Jim Jordan, mounted an investigation into Bragg's office in March, at a time Trump suggests he be arrested soon before the felony charges were announced.
Pomerantz, in his opening, said he was instructed by Bragg's office to maintain their claims of privilege and confidentiality and to honor the DA's request.
I will not answer questions to which the DA objects.
He also says he's taken a fit because he'd written and spoken about how his own investigation, formal charges now pending, which means the circumstances have changed.
With formal charges pending, The rule of law is best served if the merits of the case against Trump are litigated before the court.
This is neither the time nor the place for me to answer questions about the investigation or the pending indictment.
The charge against Mr. Trump should be heard and decided by a judge and a jury before politicians second-guess their merits or the decision to bring them.
That is how our system works.
Pomerantz also explained Bragg's office shortly before the publication of Pomerantz's book had warned him.
He could face criminal liability if, among other things, he were to disclose grand jury material or violate a provision of the New York City Charter regarding the misuse of confidential information.
He said a lawyer from Bragg's office told him his book exposed him to criminal liability, even though he is certain he broke no laws.
Under the Fifth, he's not required to answer questions if the answers might be used against him, where the Fifth is protection for all citizens, including those who have done nothing wrong.
He also said he'd permit it under the rule of law to refuse to answer questions that are not pertinent to a legitimate legislative action or seek information protected by the First Amendment guarantee of freedom of speech.
There may be other privileges, such as an attorney-client or work product, that are available for me with respect to not answering.
For these reasons, I will not be answering questions that relate to my work in the DA's office, my book, or public statements I've made in the past.
Pomerantz's deposition ran for five hours.
I've never had a more obstructive and less cooperative witness in my over 20 years of Congress, said Daryl Issa on the House Judiciary Committee.
Issa said Pomerantz has simply appeared and appears to have taken the fit on every single question, has answered no substantive questions whatsoever, fully unwilling to answer any questions even about previous statements he himself has made.
We respect some of the Fifth Amendment right, but it's very clear this witness came in with a clear intention of obstructing us when his opening statement becomes public.
I think we'll make it clear he has disdain for this body and has no intention of answering any of our questions.
Jordan, upon leaving the meeting after the deb poll, told reporters he was surprised at some of the answers, but didn't provide further details.
Pomerantz's attorney, Ted Wells, told reporters Pomerantz's opening statement made it very clear as to what happened.
Represent Dan Goldman, a Democrat, argued Pomerantz shouldn't have been forced to appear at all.
Today's deposition simply underscored that House Republicans' investigation into Donald Trump criminal prosecution by a local district attorney's office has no nexus to Congress's jurisdiction and is simply an effort to abuse the official authority of Congress.
To undermine the rule of law, interfere in an ongoing prosecution of a private citizen, and harass and badger a public official carrying out his official duties, he said in a statement to media outlets.
Carl, your thoughts?
That guy, Pomerance, the lawyer, he's doing the right thing, taking the fifth for 34 counts of bullshit felony accusations for a court case that had previously been dismissed with the court costs from Trump being ordered to be paid by the plaintiff on that case.
Now, just go there and divert your signal and say that you respect the First Amendment, the Fifth Amendment, That's, that's pretty from that virtue signaling public circuit serpent, uh, uh, puppetition.
And that's all the theater that we're going to get is just obfuscate and pretend to care and actually say nothing and do nothing.
But I'm going to level the same accusation at Daryl Issa.
Issa is representative just to the South of where we're going to be living in Mission Viejo.
And for him to virtue signal that, okay, pal, where were you on election fraud?
Where were you on the withdrawal from Afghanistan?
Where are you on the border?
So they just pretend to care, and that's business as usual for these public serpent puppetitions.
Yeah, public serpents, no doubt.
So this guy, Greg, if I'm correct in this, he's a Manhattan DA, correct?
I haven't followed this much.
Okay, so this guy has entire Wall Street in his jurisdiction, and he hasn't done a fucking thing to these guys, hasn't even looked into a damn thing, but he's going after Trump for this?
Yeah.
I mean, his focus seems to be greatly obscured in terms of priorities, in my opinion, but I don't know.
Is he possibly racially motivated, perhaps?
Or, I mean, why does he hate Orange so much?
What is his problem?
I mean, this guy, he seems to be going after Trump and ignoring things like JPMorgan and BlackRock, you know?
And if you think about some of the stuff that these guys have been involved with, JPMorgan, 56 trillion in derivatives.
That's just one thing.
Of course, there are deferred prosecution settlements and COMEX and LBMA and SLVGLD manipulations in cahoots with BlackRock.
BlackRock owns one in five single-family homes in the United States overtly, and Lord knows how many others they own with hedge funds or with other different instruments or products that they have off-branded or rebranded as parallel infrastructures or different investment liabilities, we'll just say.
So think about that.
These guys are literally taking up property left and right, running people off their land.
And, you know, all the money in the world to go.
When these guys are capable of weather warfare.
But if you really think about it, their priorities seem to be horribly askew in terms of going after people that have been looting our pensions, running as broker, replacing good money for bad, even BlackRock in terms of it being a hedge fund that has accessorized COVID PPE and tests and all the stuff that came with that.
They're basically going to be given the reconstruction contracts in Ukraine.
So I mean, these guys have been In the lap of luxury and certainly in a very, very optimal position for most of these created Hegelian dialects that we face and have to pay with our tax dollars and debt.
Oh, Chris, you got it exactly right.
Meanwhile, Craig's last GOP lawmakers for blaming the Allen shooting on mental health.
It's sick!
Right!
It's gotta be the guns!
Eight people killed, including multiple children, in a mass shooting in an outlet in Allen, Texas, according to the official account.
The gunman reportedly welded an AR-15-style semi-automatic rifle.
But rather than blaming guns, Texas Republican lawmakers are condemning another culprit for the uniquely American mass shooting epidemic, mental health.
Governor Abbott decried mental health problems as essentially the root cause of mass shootings in an interview with Fox.
He did the same amid the aftermath of the Uvalde School Massacre, which claimed lives of 19 and two teachers, or again, so we were told.
My research on both, by the way, suggests these are simply two more fake state shootings intended to manipulate public opinion to support gun control, which ain't gonna happen no matter how many mass shootings take place.
GOP Congressman Keith Sell, who represents Allen, echoed that sentiment.
Since this nation made the decision we were going to close the mental health institutions, many of these situations are based on that.
It's unclear exactly what self-med, who made that decision and when, which mental health institution and where, though anyone familiar with recent American history knows it was Ronald Reagan, who did not believe in psychology or mental illness.
And his office hasn't returned the observer's request for clarification.
Here's Aysen tweeting, read.
Many people argue that prayers aren't cutting itself.
Well, those are people who don't believe in an almighty God who has, who's absolutely in control of our lives.
Is that a championing mental health?
Critics say Republicans do the opposite.
Case in point, last year Abbott cut around $211 million in funding from the agency overseeing mental health programs.
But Abbott also claimed during his interview with Fox, Texas had added almost $25 billion over the past three legislative sessions to address mental health.
And he expects another three to go forward in the current session.
To learn how Texas Republicans have treated mental health over the years, just look at the numbers, said Kendall Scudder, the Texas Democrat Party's vice chair.
Texas is number 48 in mental health care spending, 50th in access to mental health care.
There have been eight mass shootings under Abbott's tenure as governor.
There are current zero priority bills from Republicans to address the mental health crisis.
Scudder also noted in the event of mental health crises, experts create a safety plan, including the removal of lethal means.
He argued if Texan Republicans want to handle this as a mental health issue, they should treat it like one and implement stronger gun safety measures.
WFAA reported that 33-year-old Noda C. H., Alan Killer, was booted from the Army in 2008 due to mental health concerns.
The gunman killed Saturday by an officer on the scene was also suspected of being a neo-Nazi sympathizer with far-right extremist ties, if you're really pro-family.
If you're really pro-life, if you're really supporting kids, we're going to make sure we get weapons of war off the streets, said Kendall Scudder of the Texas Democrat Party.
Polls show the overwhelming majority of Americans support universal background checks and other gun control efforts.
GLP politicians in the state and U.S.
legislature have passed a law to protect guns, not to protect our kids.
Trotter Stribling, President and CEO of Mental Health America, told The Observer, people with mental illness are 10 times more likely to become victims of violence than members of the general public.
Of all violent occurrences, just 3-5% are carried out by someone with a serious mental illness.
It's unclear what exactly Self meant about who made the decision and where.
Instead of championing many Republicans do the opposite.
We've covered that.
We're here.
It turns out that rifles are very seldom used.
And in fact, like last year, the figure was on the order of 297 who died from being shot by rifles.
But over five times that number died from constipation.
So a situation really quite absurd from the Democrat point of view, Carl.
Yeah, and actually diarrhea and dehydration associated with that is going to kill much more, a higher multiple of that.
So the left, they're blaming the guns.
They don't want to blame the ongoing lying, looting, or willing and illegal rogue state empire that regularly loses false flag attacks all the way from assassinations of JFK, RFK, MLK for 9-11 and the fake war on terror for COVID.
And these people, They're just going to keep going this way.
And the only way that we're going to get out of it is successfully being able to flip the script to be able to recognize that the U.S.
has war murdered over 30 million people since World War II and over 200 false flag initiated invasions of other countries.
It is the leaders of this country.
It is worse than the Nazis.
The U.S.
Is this virtue signaling psychopathic empire and all we need to do is point to the evidence of these false flags and I'll provide documentation in the show notes here at bit shoot and say no, refuse, refuse their virtue signaling and demand that they lose access to their guns because they use them on a regular basis to murder people.
And worldwide, the more gun ownership, the lower the homicide rate.
The Democrats have it wrong from scratch.
Bruce.
Well, you know, I wonder how many vaccine deaths there have been and or injuries from that.
I believe it's twenty nine point six million and counting as far as disability claims.
Why don't they ban that quickly?
Why don't they look into that period?
You know, why don't they look at the data or even some of the research instead of just trusting the science, which is marketing jargon from the people that are accomplices or even culprits behind this?
So, yeah, I think the mRNA and adjuncts with that alone are criminal and subject to possibly Geneva and other different convention violations.
Think about this, the guys and ladies behind the war of terror, the indiscriminate drone strikes.
They insist in the midst of such overwhelming and unmitigated corruption and inversions of truth and complete ignorance of justice and collusion.
At this point in time, they suddenly feel the need to take weapons from the citizens while they're caught in the middle of this depopulation agenda, election fraud, and even a coup.
So, yeah, this is a normalization of inversions.
And this kind of crazy making and then the ability to use authorities in the APA to determine mental health.
the other side.
These are really, really scary things that these guys are doing with this because it is absolutely.
Well, I mean, it's obvious to anybody that's paying attention, but, you know, if you don't really see how this has been, you know, departmentalized and systematically imposed, you know, you think it's just a bunch of things happening all at once, you know, like the COVID reaction or whatever.
And like I said, this type of crazy making is an assault on most of the mental health.
If you think about what they're putting out with NGOs and social engineering and things of the sort, they've normalized every inversion, whether it's religion, race, gender, culture, tradition, anything like that.
So, yeah.
I think it's pretty bad, and I think whoever wrote that article, you almost need David DePape to go and clunk this guy in the head with a giant dildo.
Nice, nice points, nice points.
Meanwhile, one little number on Tucker's latest post should terrify Fox News.
There was never any question Fox would suffer as a result of Tucker's termination.
the worry was how bad it would be since tucco was fired from his prime time broadcast last month a variety of figures had begun to trickle in none boding well for fox Some ought to brighten the living daylights if you're a Fox executive or investor.
Tucker's Tuesday announcement he'd be bringing his show to Twitter shocked the traditional media sector.
A seismic announcement, however, serves little use if no one is present to hear it.
Based on some eye-popping metrics that tweet has generated, Tucker is unconcerned.
By Thursday, the video had received over 25 million views.
A view is defined by Twitter as any time it's available visible for at least two seconds.
Meanwhile, the tweet containing the video had received over 122 million views.
The majority of network would commit terrible atrocities to get such staggering social media statistics.
You can understand how big the numbers are by comparing them with some recently circulated stories that were definitely viral.
Dwayne Wade, for example.
A retired NBA legend announced his induction into the Hall of Fame with a video that received 1.5 million views and just under 9 million tweet views.
Here he is.
Kid Rock destroyed stacks of Bud Light in this now iconic tweet with 11.2 million views and 52.6 million tweet views.
The trending tweet purports to report the manufacturing process for McDonald's McRib It received 8.5 million.
That's the NBA, Kid Rock, and McDonald's, all of which Twitter's aforementioned handily outperformed in terms of views and reach.
Tucker is not crushing Joe Smith, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and an on 9, 8, 7, 6.
Instead, his tweet destroyed some respectable cultural touchstones.
Here's Tucker's first tweet after being fired, just in case you thought it was a coincidence, or he somehow managed to get lightning in a bottle.
Over 24.5 million have seen that Carlson video.
83.3 have seen it via a tweet.
How could anyone in charge of anything at Fox not feel the weight of what they just lost when they look at those horrifying numbers?
Even there's not a lot of data to support it, at least until Tucker's new show officially debuts.
It appears quite obvious that, at least in the Twitter space, Fox needs Tucker far more than Tucker needs Fox.
There's no reason to believe any type of miracle cure is imminent, not to mention the difficulties the network has had filling Tucker's time slot.
Fox News videos on Twitter are struggling to even gain a tenth of the traction that Tucker's videos are generating.
You might just shrug when you consider what might have been if Tucker were preparing to ride off into the sunset with a hefty paycheck from Fox instead of working.
Tucker, however, has no such plans.
In fact, Even if it means leaving money on the table at Fox, he's itching, it appears, to get back into the action, and to be completely honest, that ought to frighten Fox just as much, if not more, than the accompanying analytics for Tucker's tweets.
Carl, your thoughts?
So for Tucker to have 122 million tweet views is good news, and it may be that we're at the point where it's going to be relatively easy that the previous truth is going to be exposed as lies and the previous attack, disinformation, misinformation, propaganda, according to corporate media, is going to be demonstrated as objective and factual truth.
We shall see.
So much is going together.
With that audience reach, that could be a really potent tool for truth.
We shall see.
I believe it will prove to be.
Chris?
Well, I'm going to be a tougher judge and a tougher critic here, as usual.
But, Carl, you're right, waiting for the worst.
And here I come.
No, this is...
Like I say, I think a long-term play, something that is, you need control opposition, you need a guy like that to really lead the charge of the outrage that is going to righteously come from many of the things that are unfolding and are coming to light.
I'm a little less hopeful in the Tucker Carlson phenomenon.
I know he's the brightest of the whole bunch of turnips, so I gotta give him credit for that, and he's doing a great job with all that stuff, but I'm saying that like...
His silence in the times where he probably knew better what was going on, whether it was the COVID, the Vax, the coup, the election, whatever.
On and on, you know, the silence speaks louder than words.
And how long it took him to finally get on the side of his conscience and the right side of humanity, to me, was a little disappointing.
You know, I didn't see really anybody that had a platform or any sort of Very good, very good, very good.
We'll say in the world standing up for humanity at all.
And really, maybe DeSantis was the only politician that had anything close to right there.
And then you see what he's doing with Israel now.
So I'm really skeptical on the white hat thing.
And I think the people, humanity is going to have to dig its way out of this and see it through if it wants justice or wants any sort of hope.
Very good.

James Tracy's memory hole blog site is gone.
Such a shame.
It was a locus of much hoax-identifying activity during and after Sandy Hook, if you remember.
Tracy lost his teaching job at Florida Atlantic after being chased out by his colleagues.
They insist it was because of some forum he didn't fill out, but the truth is, they didn't like that he had that blog.
So he took his job and made sure he couldn't work anywhere else.
He was labeled a conspiracy theorist.
This is all instigated by shapeshifter Lenny Posner, who sued Tracy first before UAF took up the witch hunt.
It's not surprising that the University, the town of Boca Raton, and the state of Florida are all captured by the usual suspects.
That state has as many Jews as California, and they get what they want.
Look no further than DeSantis going to Israel to sign anti-Semitism legislation for Florida.
Happily, this month, Tracy has published an E. Michael Jones Cultural Wars magazine with an extraordinarily presumptive article called Putting on the whole world, Jerry Lewis and America's descent into Jewish comic madness.
It begins!
More than a decade before the 1960s Cultural Revolution, Jerry Lewis, Joseph Livitch, epitomized the Jewish revolutionary spirit in entertainment that paved the way for the forthrightly profane comedy of Lenny Bruce, Philip Roth, and their successors, collectively signaling the Jewish takeover of American humor.
Yep, Lewis' chronological station necessitated the deliberate projection of a more assimilationist façade.
While those controlling U.S.
mass media and culture over the past century were inclined toward being highly critical of Western culture before the 1960s, such notions were not often expressed in media because of the influence of non-Jewish cultural conservatives.
I wish James Tracy profound luck in his future publishing career.
We need his insightful voice now more than ever, with which I completely agree.
Final thoughts.
Carl, yours.
I appreciate James Tracy.
Colleague standing for truth and he took hits like the rest of us took hits and that article title I didn't read it but I like the title putting on the whole world is an apt title it really is everything has been lied about and I really would you want to thank our audience for your intellectual integrity and moral courage through these these amazing Outrageous times.
And I do, for my final thought, think that you are going to be employed really soon and all that education and preparation is going to pay off.
We are at the verge of some kind of a big breakthrough.
And the big breakthrough, if it goes into chaos, if it goes into this idea that we were talking about of the looks, the appearances of an invasion, That it really is a type of World War III going hot, and that outlook is dire.
But I don't think it's going to go that way.
I think what we're going to see is we're going to have a breakthrough of truth, and then the real role of what we all have been preparing for, some of us for decades, is we're going to go back to our family, our friends, and we're going to be able to tell them the truth that they were Sheepalized.
They were poisoned.
Tortured, mind-controlled, quark animals.
And we are, the only difference is that we have been able to avoid some of the poison, some of the tortures.
We are less controlled, and that we have been prepped for this breakthrough.
Now the possibility, if we get truth, and why this is worth standing with your life for it, is that the technology we have available will put us into a Star Trek-like future.
If it goes the other way, then we're going to be Great Reset again, and all of this history is going to be disappeared, and we'll get some cover story like the great COVID pandemic of 2024 that wiped out
90% of the human population, and it was only thanks to the leadership of President Biden in his second term that was able to put together and save what little America was left.
So it really is as dire as you can imagine, and exercise whatever you have for religion, spirituality, philosophy, faith, intelligence, integrity, whatever it is, it's go time.
Chris, your final thoughts?
Yeah, there seems to be a massive historic problem here in the United States of double agents, the spies of Joshua, the people that have been traitors to this country.
They set up not only our empire, but then the empires that we will face in an adversarial positioning, and they'll play the Cold War just like they did the last time with the next one.
Uh, like I said, BRICS is a Goldman Sachs initiative, so I really think that they're planning this type of conflict and this type of schism, uh, this way.
And it's a way to usher in the quantum financial system and many of the technocratic feudal offerings that these guys have been cautiously positioning in place as a resolution to many of the acts of violence or, or emergency situations that they've likely caused in the first place.
So, uh, this group has always done this type of spy is a Joshua thing where they change their names.
They act like they're a part of the culture, part of the good old Americana.
But nothing could be further from the truth.
These guys hold a secret loyalty to this Israeli Judeo-Masonic order, in many cases, and it supersedes Constitution or oaths of office or things of the sort that they swear to.
And I think that really, for us to have any future, we have to take any sort of offerings from the hands of these people.
Either way, both sides, you know, maybe we'll have a chance, you know, once we have honest dealers.
Thank you both, Chris and Carl.
Excellent, excellent commentary.
I'm so glad you could join us, Chris, for the second half of the show today.
Thank you.
A Jewish intellectual in the 1930s devised a clergy plan to compromise European culture by a massive influx of foreigners from African nations.
It has been going forward apace.
The United States is now being subjected to a variation Flooded with immigrants from a diverse number of countries, not just Central and South America, from all over the world.
It's taking place at a massive scale.
Before, I concluded my show this morning on Revolution Radio.
A caller said that he and others have observed these massive structures that are going up all over the country, have little cubicle housing all over the country.
Some bizarre arrangement that it would appear are intended to house many of these migrants, but have no doubt.
Other Jewish intellectuals at Columbia devised a cloward-driven plan to destroy America by overwhelming our social safety network and bringing about the collapse of the economy.
We're caught between the two and the actual breakout of an armed force here, a guerrilla campaign in America.
I can't predict it's all going to turn out, but I'll tell you, massive forces are allied against us.
We face a threat unlike any this nation has ever confronted in its past.
And if the American citizen-soldier doesn't rise to the occasion, I'm sorry to say, we are doomed.
America is dead.
It's coming to your neighborhood.
Be prepared.
Without you, We are lost.
Thanks for being here.
