	This is Jim Fetzer, Madison, Wisconsin, joined today by Chris Weinert from Fort Myers, Florida.
	We're here to bring you all the news you need to know.
	We begin with Biden team fearing the aftermath of a failed Ukrainian counteroffensive, and I guarantee you a Ukrainian counteroffensive will fail.
	The Biden admin is quietly preparing for the possibility that if Ukraine's swing counteroffensive falls short, critics at home and allies abroad will argue America has come up short too, which will be obvious.
	Ukraine's ever-imminent counteroffensive will attempt to retake Russian-seized territory in the East and South.
	For operational reasons, no officials are going to be specific about it.
	Publicly, Biden's team has offered unwavering support for Ukraine, pledging to load it up with weapons and economic aid for as long as it takes, which could be decades.
	Frankly, it's never going to happen.
	But if the impending fight yields limited gains, admin officials have expressed privately the fear of being faced with a two-headed monster attacking it from both the hawkish and the dovish ends of the political spectrum.
	One side will say Ukraine's advance wouldn't work, Had the admin given Kiev everything it asked for, including longer-range missiles, fighter jets, more air defense on the other side?
	Administration officials worry the claimed Ukraine's shortcoming proves it can't force Russia out of its territory completely.
	There's not a chance.
	That doesn't even account for the reaction of our allies in Europe, who may see peace negotiations between Ukraine and Russia as more attractive if Kiev can't prove victory is around the corner.
	And I guarantee you victory will never be around the corner.
	Inside the administration, officials claim they're doing everything possible to make the swing offensive succeed.
	We've nearly completed the request of what Ukraine said it needed.
	We have surged weapons and equipment in the past few months.
	But belief in the strategic cause is one thing.
	Belief in the tactics is another, beyond closed doors.
	The admin is worried about what Ukraine can, in fact, accomplish.
	Who's concerned recently spelled out into the open, during a leak of classified information into social media, a top-secret assessment from early February, said Ukraine would fall well short of its counteroffensive goals.
	More current U.S.
	assessments are Ukraine might make some progress in the South and the West, but will be unable to repeat last year's success.
	Ukraine had hoped to sever Russia's land bridge to Crimea.
	U.S.
	officials are now skeptical that will happen.
	But there is still hope in the Pentagon.
	Ukraine will hammer Russia's supply lines there, even if total victory over Russia's newly fortified troops is too difficult to achieve moreover.
	U.S.
	intel indicates Ukraine simply does not have the ability to push Russian troops from where they are deeply entrenched.
	And a similar feeling has taken hold about the battlefield elsewhere in Ukraine.
	Zelensky, the president, says the U.S.
	hasn't adequately armed its forces.
	And then, until then, the counteroffensive can't even begin.
	There is a belief Kiev is willing to consider adjusting its goals and a more modest aim might be easier to be sold as a win.
	There has been discussion by aides of framing it to the Ukrainians as a ceasefire and not permanent peace talks, leaving the door open for Ukraine to regain more of its territory at some unspecific future date.
	Incentives would have to be given to Kiev Perhaps NATO-like security guarantees, economic help from the EU, more military aid to replenish and bolster Ukraine's forces in the line, aides have expressed hopes of re-engaging China to push Putin to the negotiating table as well.
	But that would still lead to the dilemma of what happens next and how harshly domestic critics respond.
	If the counteroffensive does not go well, the admin has only itself to blame for withholding certain types of arms and aid at the time when it was most needed, said Kurt Volker, special envoy for Ukraine in the Trump admin.
	A counteroffensive that doesn't meet expectations will also cause allies in foreign capitals to question how much more they can spare if Guillen's victory looks further and further away.
	European public support may wane over time as European enemy and economic tastes say hi, says Clementine Starling, director and fellow at the Atlantic Council.
	A fracturing of transatlantic support will likely hurt U.S.
	domestic support and Congress, and the Biden admin may struggle to sustain it.
	Many European nations could also push Kiev to bring the fighting to an end.
	A poor counteroffensive will spark further question about what an outcome to the war will look like, to the extent which a solution can really be achieved by continuing to send military arms and aid alone.
	Chris, your thoughts?
	Yeah, as I mentioned before, I really think this is kind of a turning of the guard, I guess, in terms of the cycle of empires and historically how they've been used by an oligarchy against the actual world population.
	And you're seeing really NATO in the United States being destroyed in terms of sentiment and even in terms of military and economic force and being replaced by the Goldman Sachs initiative of BRICS.
	And I really think that this is going to be the conflict that will bring the justification for the new monetary systems, the new military laws, the new trade laws, even the imposition of the CBDC and crypto social credit scores, things like that.
	In addition to religious, cultural, ethical and public relations rebranding, this is kind of what I think is the whole agenda here.
	The acquisition group is kind of being put to the dustbin of history and you're kind of seeing the departmentalization and fragmentation of larger powers into regional zones, in which case they can use exchange rates to control another method of the shakedown tactics and currency exchange and trade.
	Like I said, this hyper fragmentation is necessary to eliminate the possibility of a unified force for something in terms of delivering popular sovereignty, in terms of fair and honest resource procurement.
	And more importantly, I think it creates another level, a layer of proxy slash puppets in terms of recasting.
	And like I said, the Goldman Sachs oligarchy, the Jewish one belt, one road, the BRICS.
	This to me seems to be them pushing in something like the TPP across the world under a different name.
	And as I say, the oligarchy is being exposed by its old means.
	And of course, the United States was the face of that oligarchy.
	So they really need to lend an optic of diligence and a perception of justice and fair trade to regain popular support and to really put these type of binary psychologies in place so that they can be used to play both sides against the middle and the middle class and the poor and the caste system as they always have.
	You know, these are necessary, you know, in terms of binary psychology, in terms of markets, even in politics or religions or even nation states and things of the sort.
	So I really think that's kind of what's going on here.
	Like Quigley says, you can accomplish more in five years.

	than 50 years of peace.
	This, to me, seems an escalated tension that is being brought to a hot war for this very purpose, so that when it is, in fact, resolved, that the peace can be dictated under the intended terms all along.

	Meanwhile, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., blasts Fox for ousting Tucker presents an interesting theory about what happened, which I believe is true.
	The Gateway Bundit broke the earth-shattering news that Tucker and Fox were parting ways.
	Tucker was Fox's top-rated program.
	Nevertheless, he's gone.
	Until we hear directly from Tucker.
	We may never know why Fox made the seemingly suicidal decision to send him packing, but RFK Jr.
	has an interesting and plausible theory.
	Tucker spent part of his April 19 monologue calling out the corporate media shilling for Big Pharma and promoting their products.
	Tucker then went on to praise RFK Jr.
	for being completely right about how ineffective and potentially dangerous the COVID vaccine is.
	Fox News stock has dropped following Tucker's departure.
	I mean, like a rock!
	Here's a tweet from Bobby Jr.
	Fox fires Tucker five days after he crosses the red line by acknowledging that the TV network was a deadly and ineffective vaccine to please their pharma advertisers.
	Tucker's breathtakingly courageous April 19th monologue broke TV's two biggest rules.
	He told the truth, and he attacked a sponsor.
	The channels took hundreds of millions of dollars for Big Pharma, and when they shilled for their sketchy product on the air, they maligned anyone who was skeptical of those products, at the very least.
	This was a moral crime.
	It was disgusting, but it was universal.
	It happened across the American news media.
	They all did it.
	This is Tucker speaking.
	So at this point, the question isn't who in public life is corrupt.
	Too many to count.
	The question is who is telling the truth.
	There are not many of those.
	One of them is Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.
	Robert Kennedy knew early the COVID vaccine were both ineffective and potentially dangerous, and he said so in public to the extent he was allowed.
	Science has proven Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
	right, unequivocally right.
	Kennedy was not rewarded for this.
	He was vilified.
	He was censored because he dared to criticize their advertisers.
	The Newsmesia called Bobby Kennedy a Nazi, and then they attacked his family, but he kept doing it.
	He was not intimidated, and we were glad he wasn't.
	This is one of those moments when it's nice to have a truth teller around.
	It's helpful, because suddenly the stakes are very high.
	Meanwhile, American Jewish group choose Tucker Carlson's ouster.
	Tucker is separately facing a lawsuit from a Jewish former producer on his show who alleges that staff fostered anti-Semitism in the office.
	Bear in mind, anti-Semitism would be any criticism of Israel or its actions.
	In a move that shocked many, Fox announced Monday it had parted ways with Talker, the network's most-watched host, whose on-air embrace of white nationalist conspiracy theories had defined its editorial voice in 2017.
	So what the hell are they talking about?
	That he's skeptical about January 6th.
	In other words, he's explained that the FBI, Pelosi, Schumer, were running the show on January 6th to sabotage efforts to challenge the vote outcome of 2020.
	That makes him embracing white nationalist conspiracy theories.
	What nonsense!
	The channel didn't give a reason, said his last program aired Friday.
	His own staff was reportedly blindsided.
	But it came shortly after Fox paid nearly $800 million in a high-profile defamation settlement to Dominion.
	In part because of what they're claiming here to be lies, but in fact they were accurate and true, Carlson told his viewers about the company's role in the 2020 election.
	Tucker is separately facing a lawsuit from a Jewish former producer who alleges senior staff fostered an office culture full of sexism and anti-Semitism, including berating an Israeli employee for taking the high holidays off her work.
	The producer, Abby Grossberg, also said she'd been pushed by Fox to give false testimony in the Dominion case.
	Sounds like a pile of bullshit to me.
	Your thoughts, Chris?
	Sorry, I was trying to unmute it there.
	Yeah, as far as Tucker goes, I really think that his ousting was kind of a necessary thing.
	They really need to do something in terms of splitting the so-called ticket, because the consensus of the majority is absolutely falling into the conservative movement without question.
	Most Americans, whether they're Democrats, Liberals, Independents, Even Republicans are pretty much falling into line in supporting the things that Tucker's been pointing out, and I have to give him credit for that.
	However, Fox News has always been a Murdoch-Israeli front and a CIA operation in my opinion, and I think by fragmenting the demographic of the Fox News group, you can not only force Tucker to a new platform, As I say, split this ticket.
	It's essential for them to do this in terms of perception management because it's way too difficult to maintain the illusion of a struggle or even a, you know, a 50-50 type of scenario or even close to that between the red and blue with so many people falling into support of the things that Tucker's been talking about specifically. a 50-50 type of scenario or even close to that He's been one of the few people in the mainstream media that's been somewhat close to the truth.
	And, you know, I figure he's probably pitching about 50-60% of the real story in terms of the stuff that say maybe you and I and some of the independent media has been breaking through and covering.
	But he's still one of the few that's actually had the courage to bring it into his news report.
	And I think that probably was part of the reason he was forced out without question.
	As for RFK, you know, I think he's absolutely right about the vax.
	I think he's absolutely right about many other things.
	But I think he is very much also part of a bloodline and part of, you know, maintaining a controlled opposition dialogue, in my opinion.
	You know, the APEC CFR guys and things that they want there.
	He's spoken out against the NRA and the Second Amendment.
	And he certainly, you know, I think it'd be both of them could be far more critical of Israel as they should be.
	And I think that maybe they've been kind of, you know, wet blanketing some of that outrage and some of those the coverages of these things.
	You know, so maybe Tucker going to a new platform would be not only an opportunity for him to address some of these issues without being restricted by his paycheck and his, you know, livelihood.
	And, you know, maybe it's an effort in my opinion, though, I think, you know, to not only shuffle up the right majority in the way that they need to, And even to reshuffle the leadership on the left side or even the right side for that matter.
	You know, think about Trump coming in and literally as a lifelong Democrat and just destroying that party and taking over the Republican Party, destroying that party.
	And then somehow or another still losing an election with, you know, 60, 80 percent of popular support.
	So, you know, I think as far as perception management, it's absolutely necessary because, you know, these guys are one to really I'd say expose some of the truth, but also sometimes they have to tiptoe around the elephant at the trough.
	In my opinion, I think that maybe this has a lot to do with what's going on here.
	What are your thoughts, Mets?
	Yeah, no, I think you got it all right, Chris.
	I think you got it right.
	It's fascinating.
	I do think the country has been becoming more and more awake to the reality of the deception of the Democrats.
	And Chris, right now they're announcing they're not even going to have debates for their primary candidate for the, I mean, think about that.
	They didn't even start the campaign last year in 2020.
	You know, this guy shows up literally on election day, you know, puts, you know, Chris, I agree completely.
	three weeks before he's going to supposedly be elected with an 81 million majority.
	It's absolute horseshit.
	And even covering it in any sort of conventional sense or journalistic sense or an objective sense has been an absurdity.
	And Tucker's been one of the few that's actually had the courage to stand in the trenches and stand up for this.
	So it's absolute.
	Chris, I agree completely.
	Meanwhile, mine's economy is important to 97% of the voters.
	A CBS News YouGov poll released Sunday found 97% responded listed in the economy as the most important issue.
	Inflation and crime tied for second place, 95% saying they are the most important issue.
	Followed closely by health care, 94%, and government spending, 91%.
	Respondents are feeling more hopeful today than they were in January.
	According to the January poll, 73% believe things were going badly.
	However, that has dropped by 8 points to 65% in Sunday's poll.
	Likewise, 75% in January said the state of the economy was bad.
	That number dropped by 9 to 64.
	The biggest shift, however, was how the U.S.
	is dealing with COVID.
	In January, 64% said the U.S.
	COVID response was going badly.
	Only 36% said it was going well.
	But Sunday, the numbers changed radically.
	66% saying it's going well, only 33% saying it's going badly.
	When asked if they're doing better, worse, or about the same this year compared to a year ago, 43% said worse, 42% about the same.
	Only 15% said they're better off.
	Respondents also asked, looking ahead at 2024, if they're scared, hopeful, angry, or excited.
	49% scared.
	47% hopeful.
	Another 22% angry.
	angry or excited.

	Only 11 were excited.
	The present job approval remains underwater.
	44% approval.
	56% unapproval.
	Meanwhile, squad member dropped from a major event.
	According to a report, Democrat Minnesota Representative Ilhan Omar expelled from House committees earlier this year for anti-Israel statements.
	We'll give prepared remarks via pre-recorded video at a worldwide religious freedom event on May 1st.
	The U.S.
	Commission on International Religious Freedom documents systematic and egregious infringement of religious freedom that have occurred in the past year.
	It also provides recommendations to Congress for advancing religious liberty around the world.
	The Congresswoman was originally slated to speak at the event, but an aide confirmed she'd be delivering her thought digitally instead, no doubt so they can edit them.
	In February, when members of Congress voiced concern over anti-Israel sentiment, She has removed her from her position on the House Foreign Affairs Committee, even though I suspect her anti-Israel comments were exactly accurate and true.
	She commented Israel had hypnotized the world that the U.S.-Israel connection was all about the Benjamins.
	Omar said Israel and the U.S.
	were comparable to the terrorist group Hamas.
	I think that's actually pretty good.
	A 2009 article reported that Turkey's President Erdogan called on his country's citizens and Iranians to contribute to Ilhan Omar's congressional campaign.
	According to the FBI, Director Wray formed the Foreign Influence Task Force in the autumn of 2017 to detect and neutralize harmful foreign influence aimed at the United States.
	Those campaigns are the efforts of foreign governments to shape public opinion or political debate.
	The article revealed Omar received a phone call from a Turkish foreign minister in 2016 to offer his congratulations on her win.
	He sent them again after she was re-elected in November of 2018.
	The Minnesota Congresswoman also met with a Turkish President, Foreign Minister, and Consul General.
	Elon was asked to appear on a panel at Who Is A Defender conference after the 2016 election in Istanbul.
	On July 1st, 2017, when Omar and then-husband Ahmet Hersey were visiting Chicago, she tweeted about having lunch with the Turkish Consul General and taking a tour of the city.
	The report wondered why Turkey had such an interest in Representative Omar.
	Chris, your thoughts.
	Sorry, let's jump up for a second there and deal with the little one real quick.
	That's okay.

	So you were talking about Omar Ilhan or whatever her name is from Minnesota, right?
	Right, right, right, right.
	Yeah.
	Well, I think – To maybe go into what you were talking about here with the whole thing that's going on in the United States is the controlled Tower 7 type demolition of the middle class, the U.S.
	economy, and the small business with this COVID thing.
	And I think it's really an effort to not only test the compliance of the citizenry, a test run, so to speak, but it's also an effort to run up the small business and consolidate the oligarchy.
	And it's also, I think, a test run of the psychological operation, the MKUltra mind control thing, to see who would fall for it, who would go along with it, how effective the propaganda is, and more importantly, how the citizens will not only self-police themselves, but police each other in a manufactured pandemic situation like this.
	So I really think that there's a lot of military operations that are behind this.
	And I think that this is almost like the next level warfare that is being waged on not only the citizens, but the global population.
	And if you think about it, 90% of all wars are psychological wars.
	So what better way to kick something like this off in a nasty population event than, and a massive asset stripping operation than the COVID test and to see what you can force into play with that.
	And of course, bring in the social credit scores, the contact tracing, the VAX passports, things like this to make you beg for freedoms or to take away and rescind freedoms that you normally had traditionally under the pretense of an emergency, which is a manufactured event and pure and simple.
	So I don't think that really necessarily ties into Oman or whatever, but the first part of the segment, that's really what came to my mind in thinking about that.
	Well, we also had these polls showing people are feeling better about COVID, so it all hurts, Chris.
	It all fits just fine.
	Good comments.
	Meanwhile, Dianne Feinstein poses a dilemma for the Democrats.
	The Supreme Court justice ailing in her 80s also faced calls to retire Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
	California Senator Feinstein's month-long absence from the Senate, mounting political pressure from within her own party to resign, raises the specter of the political conversation surrounding Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
	Feinstein, who at 89 is the oldest member of Congress, was hospitalized with shingles in February and since has not returned to Washington as a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee.
	Her absence has stalled Biden's nominees in his effort to reshape the judiciary.
	With only vague guidance about her possible return, some Democrats have called for her to retire.
	We need to put the country ahead of personal loyalty.
	While she's had a lifetime of public service, it's obvious she can no longer fulfill her duties.
	Her fellow California Democrat, Ro Khanna, tweeted, she has resisted those calls.
	I intend to return as soon as possible.
	As my medical team advises, it's safe for me to travel.
	In the meantime, I remain committed to the job.
	And we'll continue to work from home in San Francisco.
	Looking back to Obama's second term, Ginsburg was in her 80s and already had a bout with cancer.
	Calls for her to retire were aimed at allowing Obama to be her successor, a means of both maintaining a liberal seat on the nation's highest court and a perceived safeguard for Roe v. Wade.
	Alas, too little too late.
	She too resisted.
	I think one should stay as long as she can do the job, Ginsburg said, when asked whether justices plan their retirements so a president of the same party can select a replacement.
	Similarly, both women have occupied positions considered critical to progress on the Democrat agenda at politically precarious times.
	Ginsburg resisted.
	Coupled with the GOP blocking Merrick Garland, Arguably cleared the way to Roe being overruled.
	Merrick Garland has clearly demonstrated he was unfit for the Supreme Court and unqualified to be Attorney General.
	Feinstein's resistance could stand in the way of judges Democrats hope to defend what's left of reproductive rights from attacks by the political right.
	Despite the implication for his admin judicial effort, Feinstein's White House has kept its distance.
	This is a decision for her to make when it comes to her future, said Jean Pierre, Press Secretary.
	Others have come to her defense.
	It's her right.
	She's been voted by her state to be senator for six years.
	She has a right, in my opinion, to decide when she steps down, said Kristen Gillibrand of New York.
	The currently deeply divided Congress, Senate Republicans, do not cooperate with Democrats proposing a fix, a temporary replacement.
	Let's be clear, said the Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell, Senate Republicans will not take place in sidelining a temporarily absent colleague off a committee just so Democrats can force through their very worst nominees.

	So, wow, the Zion Feinstein thing, if you really think about it, this lady is very much like Pelosi in effect, centered instead of the House, but basically has accumulated enormous amounts of wealth from public service.
	Her husband has been involved in many lucrative private deals, whether it's buying old obsolete post offices and branches or land, government land, even involved with Silicon Valley money and trade deals and things like that, the financial sectors, and even the black market, they are very prominent figures.
	In my opinion, they're also, as far as I know, probably double agents, if not dual citizens of Israel.
	So that's something else to really think about.
	You know how this entire thing, whether it's Congress or even the Supreme Court, like RBG, you know, Kagan and many of these others, you're seeing like the APAC, ADL, CFR, NSC takeover of all these forms of government and And supposedly the balance of power, the Trinity, the trifecta, the whole thing is being usurped from within.
	And these people are basically organized crime puppets and even masterminds in some cases.
	And as I say, this to me seems to be a takeover of the legal and the political systems.
	And if you look at the history, the money behind these people, the track records, their policies, the laws they pass, they are certainly claiming to be public servants.
	But in actuality, they have done nothing but put the public into enormous amounts of insurmountable and unnecessary debts, have absolutely destroyed labor, production of goods, wages, everything like this.
	And have paved the way for these corporate oligarchies to just run out the mom and pop, the small farmers, the common man.
	So, you know, in my opinion, this is nothing more than the wholesale subjugation of the human species and is certainly in our country and Feinstein and Feinstein.

	More rights or fewer.
	I know what I want the answer to be, and I think you do too.
	This is not a time to be complacent.

	I know we're good and decent people.
	I know we're still a country that believes in honesty and respect and treating each other with dignity.
	That we're a nation where we give hate no safe harbor.

	Well, they almost have to give him like a three-second edit like that, a chop edit in a TikTok type of situation, because if you give him much more time, he'll find a way to fuck that up.
	Amazing to see this guy and how this guy stumbled his way into the highest office of the world, so to speak, with no campaigning whatsoever, as we mentioned before, and certainly with an immense amount of organized money behind him.
	You know, to me, it seems like these polarizing, atomizing and triggering offense in this faux theater.
	And then, of course, with the full support of NGOs and the Crisis Actors Guilds to serve as the street henchmen or the optic of support in the streets.
	And, of course, these WF henchmen that are in the positions of power are all ways to avert popular sovereignty and, more importantly, to misdirect the people and to channel the hypocritical half-truths that they're providing to the ignorant, to pander to them in such a way.
	Where they can engage, harness, and even direct the thematic protagonist and every one of these people that reside in a safe space or a social bubble or things of the sort.

	This week, Judicial Watch received 552 pages from the Department of Health and Human Services, including the initial grant application, biosketch of budgets, and annual reports to NIH from EcoHealth Alliance.
	They described specific aims of the project, including creating mutant viruses SARS and MERS to better predict the capacity of our COVID-to-infect people.
	I spent the afternoon reading these docs, and the 552 pages are a goldmine of information.
	But the specific aim three of the contract is particularly important.
	It reads in full.
	Testing predictions.
	We will test our models of host range emergent potential experimentally using reverse genetics, pseudovirus and receptor binding assays, and virus infection experiments in cell culture and humanized mice.
	With bat COVID, we've isolated our sequence using live virus or pseudovirus infection in cells of different origin or expressing different receptor molecules.
	We will assess potential for each isolated virus in those with receptor-binding site sequence to spill over.
	We will do this by sequencing the spike, other receptor-binding fusion protein genes, From all our bat covies, creating mutants to identify how significant each would need to evolve to use ACE2, other receptors, or other potential.
	We will then use receptor mutant pseudovirus binding assays, in vitro studies in bat, primate, human, and other species cell lines, and with humanized mice, where particularly interesting viruses are identified phylogenetically or isolated.
	They will provide public health relevant data, iteratively improve our predictive model, to better target bat seizes and COVID during our field studies, to obtain bat COVID strains of the greatest interest for understanding the mechanism of cross-species transmission.
	Later they write, We will assess potential for each isolated virus and those with receptor-binding site sequence to spill over, meaning into the human community.
	We will do this by sequencing the spike or other protein genes from all our bat CoV-creating mutants to identify how significantly each would need to evolve to use ACT or other potential receptors.
	It's important to understand that while these votes are technical, well beyond many understanding, the bottom line, the project was in his gain-of-function research, in contrast to Dr. Fauci, Tony the Rat's sworn testimony to Congress.
	It's important to pull out these sections, highlighting gain-of-function research, because it led to the death of millions.
	This is the only way I know to make scientists, the courts, and policymakers aware this is not a conspiracy theory, this is real, that these deaths were caused by manslaughter.

	ROE6 cells were respectively infected.
	An efficient virus replication was detected.
	To assess the usage, ACE2, by the three novel, we conducted virus infectivity studies using HeLa cells, with and without the expression of human ACE2.
	All viruses replicated efficiently.

	The results were further confirmed by quantification of viral RNA using real-time PT-PCR.

	We aim to use the reverse genetic method and construct chimerical viruses with a backlog of MERS and the S genes from diverse newly identified Blackmer's-related coronaviruses to examine the pathogenicity of Blackmer's-related coronaviruses on cell and animal levels.
	More gain-of-function research.
	Moving on to Year 4!
	Using reverse genetic, we previously developed infectious clones with a WIBI background and spike protein respectively were constructed.
	Moving forward, these results demonstrated varying pathogenicity of SARS-CoV-2 with different spike proteins in humanized mice.
	In the year 2020, it appears the grant was revised and extended for an additional five years.
	For this period, 2020-25, it appears AIM-3 on the cover page was rewritten to remove gain-of-function research from the front page.
	It is as if they might think they could be blamed for having conducted gain-of-function research that resulted in the development of a virus released onto the global population.
