This is Jim Fetzer, Madison, Wisconsin, joined today by Carl Herman in San Ramon, California.
Unfortunately, the others, including Chris Weinert, are unable to join us today, but I'm delighted to have Carl here.
We begin with a judge declaring that Fox and Dominion have resolved their case over, you know, what are supposed to be false election claims, but where I declare, in fact, every claim they made about the theft of the election, to the best of my knowledge, was true and accurate.
They're making hay out of it from the left, claiming election disinformation is dangerous and threatens democracy.
But remember, the motto of Dominion is changing the way you vote, and they mean that literally.
Fox and Dominion reached a settlement in the voting machine company's defamation lawsuit, averting a trial that would have exposed how the top-rated network Chase viewers, by promoting lies about the 2020 presidential election, according to this report.
Dominion said the settlement was for $787.5 million.
That's very close to a billion dollars, reminiscent of how Alex Jones got socked with nearly a billion dollars for expressing an opinion.
The truth matters.
Lies have consequence, said Dominion lawyer Justin Nelson in an incredibly hypocritical remark outside the courthouse after the announcement.
This is grotesque.
Dominion had asked for $1.6 billion, so it would appear they roughly split the difference.
That pox had damaged its reputation by peddling phony conspiracy theories about its equipment switching votes from former President Trump to Democrat Biden.
I agree.
That's exactly what the equipment does.
It's designed to do it.
It even has a ballot printing capability so they can actually print new ballots if they aren't happy with the ones that were cast.
The resolution announced by Delaware Superior Court follows a summary judgment ruling by Judge Eric Davis, allowing the case to go to file, emphasizing it was crystal clear that none of the allegations about Dominion aired on Fox by Trump allies were true.
How in the hell would Judge Eric Davis know?
Meanwhile, Twitter has ended its ban on misgendering and deadnaming transgenders.
Very appropriate.
The Daily Caller reports the original policy enacted in 2018 forbade users from engaging in targeted misgender or deadnaming of transgender individuals.
The new guidelines removed it altogether from the slurs and tropes section.
We prohibit targeting others with repeated slogans, tropes, or other content intended to degrade or reinforce negative or harmful stereotypes about a protected category, reads the original.
This includes targeting, misgendering, or deadnaming of transgender individuals, the sentence that is no longer on the page.
The move is another of Moss' efforts to shift Twitter back toward a free speech policy and platform, as well as increased transparency on the site, promises he made when he first set out to buy Twitter.
Prior to the change, high-profile conservatives were facing penalties for referring to a transgendered person by their correct name and gender.
Even the satirical site Babylon Bee was locked out of its own Twitter account in March of 2022 for mockingly referring to Richard Levine, an official in the Biden Department of Health and Human Services, a man who believes he is a woman, as their man of the year.
Levine now goes by the name of Rachel.
Later, Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk was locked out for noting correctly that Levine had been married and previously fathered children before his transition in 2014.
My God!
When Fox host Dr. Carlson posted screenshot Both Kirk and Babylon B. Post, he, too, was censored.
Other famous examples of transgenders who attempted to change their name include Penn State University's winner Will Thomas, who now goes by the name Leah Thomas, and former athlete Bruce Jenner, who calls himself Caitlyn.
Get this, here's a video they got finger banned from Twitter, how the election was stolen.
Well, Trump will must keep it up now.
I believe he will.
Carl, your thoughts about these major developments?
Well, first of all, we can definitively demonstrate election fraud.
And as I have said multiple times, The best case example of that is Pennsylvania.
They had a legislative hearing after the 2020 election, and what they presented was that they too had their votes stopped with some emergency at 3 a.m., and then when they counted again, they had a batch of votes of 600,000 for Biden, 3,000 for Trump.
That's 200 to 1 odds, and the odds should be roughly 1 to 1, the odds similar to flipping a coin.
So if we take the coin flip odds and you try to generate a two hundred to one under that circumstance, then the odds become something like one with 50 to 60 zeros behind it to one.
And because that number is bigger than what we can deal with, I'm going to put that in the show notes.
But I want to demonstrate how impossible that is.
And the standard as a retired AP U.S.
government teacher is if you can demonstrate a prima facie case, that is, that on its face it seems fraudulent, then you are empowered as a citizen to withdraw consent from the government over that area and request that they have an arrest to stop an apparent crime in progress.
And the evidence, so to have a 200 to 1 odds, 600,000 votes for Biden, 3,000 for Trump after they stopped the counting, huh?
Well, here's what those odds work out to.
So the odds of winning the Powerball jackpot is 175 million to 1.
You would be more likely to win two consecutive Powerball jackpots.
Not only that, it's more likely you'd win three consecutive Powerball jackpots, almost four, than it is for that having been an actual election result.
600,000 votes for Biden, 3,000 for Trump.
The Earth is about 4.5 billion years old.

That's 164 trillion days.
If I said you needed to pick, you needed to guess which random 2,000th of one second I'm thinking of out of that 1.64 trillion days and 141.7 quadrillion seconds, you're more likely to guess that than that election haven't been honest, And I hope that's a reality check that encourages people to stand like, hell yes, this was election fraud.
As a teacher, I showed my students, probably for close to 20 years back, going from today, videos from Princeton and Stanford professors who were leaders in their field to be able to walk people through that these counting machines are a joke.
They are designed to steal election, and that's just not me.
I mean, it is me, but it's also these Princeton and Stanford professors You have a claimed proprietary secret counting software.
It's secret and all it does is count.
We're being played with that.
And then the election polls had been the gold standard to be able to determine If you had an honest election or not, but the polling has been completely disengaged and it has been disengaged because it had been engaged in 2020, we would have had an election fraud or an election result for Trump somewhere between 3 to 1 and then 4 to 1 odds.
And or a ratio of three to one to four to one for Trump over Biden.
And for Twitter, you know, the whole idea that you can trans your gender is just biologically false.
If we want to be honest about it, my perspective is that we have a bell curve distribution of all kinds of things in nature, including whatever it is that people might count if they experience more of An affinity, a psychological affinity for one gender over the other, be it their own or be it another one.
It's all going to be on a bell curve distribution and that's what you're born with and then rock and roll.
That's what you got to make the best of.
The case that our opponents are making, that you need to sterilize our children.

There's been a massive coverage of this.
The idea this judge could say it was crystal clear that Dominion had not rigged the election is just embarrassing and shameful in my opinion.
I am disgusted.
Meanwhile, breaking Russian FAB 500 heavy bombs reportedly destroying Ukrainian grouping in Bakhmut.
On the evening of April 17, the Western part of Bakhmut was in flame by large fire.
Ukrainian military positions were hit by Russian high-precision FAB 500 bombs with planning and correction modules.
At least one strike hit the fortified area of the Ukraine 241st Territorial Defense Brigade and the motor cross track in Bakhmut.
Another hit intersection of roads to transfer Ukrainian ammunition near the 8th Pond in the west of the city.
The remaining Ukrainian group in Bakhmut is massively concentrated in a small area under their control in the west of Bakhmut.
Strikes of Russian aviation with heavy bombs will inflict more heavy losses to the AFU, Armed Forces of Ukraine, and destroy military equipment transferred to the city.
It will also speed up liberation of the city and minimize the loss of Russian ground forces.
Meanwhile, Brazil's Lula says the U.S.
should stop encouraging Ukraine war.
During his trip to China, Brazilian President Lucia Inácio Lula da Silva said in China the U.S.
should stop encouraging the war in Ukraine and seek peace instead.
How sensible.
No one here has thought about that.
The U.S.
needs to stop encouraging war and start talking about peace.
The E.U.
needs to start talking about peace so it can get Putin and Zelensky.
Peace is in the interest of everyone.
That war is only interesting, for now, to the two of them.
Well, in Chile, he said he discussed an idea with Chinese President Xi Jinping to form a group of countries seeking peace in Ukraine to push for negotiations.
I have a theory I've already defended with Macron, with Ulof Schultz of Germany and Biden, discussed at length with Xi to constitute a group of countries to find a way to make peace.
The U.S.
has discouraged peace talks throughout the war while flooding Ukraine with weapons.
The Biden admin has also come out against Beijing's effort to push for peace.
During his visit to China, Lula spoke out against U.S.
dollars' hegemony as the world's reserve currency.
Why should every country have to be tied to the dollar for trade?
Who decided the dollar would be the world's currency?
Ahead of Lula's trip, China and Brazil signed a deal to trade in their own currencies.
Brazil again calls for moves away from the dollar.
He stated developing nations should move away from the U.S.
dollar in favor of their own currencies to push back against American dominance over the global financial system.
Speaking in Shanghai during his visit to China, Lula said the BRICS group—Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa—should look for alternative currency to the dollar for trade.
Every night I ask myself why all countries have to base their trade on the dollar.
Why can't we do the trade based on our own currencies?
Who hasn't decided that dollar was the currency after the disappearance of the gold standard?
The leftist leader went on to lament everyone depends on just one currency and proposed a currency to finance trade relations between Brazil and China and between Brazil and other countries.
Brazilian Finance Minister has also traveled with a President to China.
We told him our Brazil would aim to create trade mechanisms for developing countries to bypass the use of the dollar.
The advantage is to avoid the straitjacket imposed by necessarily having trade operations settled in the currency of a country not involved in the transaction.
Lula's visit came as Beijing increasingly promotes the use of its own currency.
Last month, Russia said it had adopted the yuan as one of its primary reserve currencies.
Trade between China and Brazil has seen a significant boost over the last decade, with $150 billion recorded last year.
The Brazilian president arrived in China, will remain until April 15.
He's already returned.
Lula headed off to Beijing, set to meet with Xi.
All this has taken place, all in the right direction, as I see it.

Wow, that's a first story.
For the Ukrainian war, they will fight to the last Ukrainian.
And I'll put, again, the link at the bottom, that the U.S.
is not a limited government under our Constitution, respectful of inalienable rights.
They are the Orwellian opposite of that, a rogue state lying, looting, illegal empire.
To put it bluntly, anybody who believes that the election was honest, they have been mind controlled.
They have been disinformed.
They have been the victims of official disinformation.
That's the only way that you can put it, otherwise you're stupid.
Because I'm asking for people to apply a high school level of mathematics to take a look at the odds and the impossibility of the official numbers reported after those 2 to 3 a.m.

In addition, people, in addition to that, they're also stupid if they don't recognize that the U.S.

Stupid or the victim of mind control, and that's pretty much when you look around at people, my former teaching colleagues, my family members, they are disinformed.

So Brazil, Lula is an interesting character and he's saying something that, you know, stop encouraging war.

What he should be saying is that this is a lying, looting war of aggression of an empire.

But for the BRICS, the BRICS, that's for our American audiences.
We're about ready to see this whole global revolution.
That'll be a little bit scary for Americans at the beginning.
But then it'll be totally clean because once Americans figure out how much their creativity has been stopped, have been hijacked, have been twisted dry from this currency control of the petrodollar, then we'll have a lot of synergy on the backside.
So BRICS, Brazil, Russia, India, China, South America, the Russian ruble is literally as good as gold.
So Lula asking the question, A, who said we have to trade with the petrodollar?
That was the U.S.
who said that.
And now they've lost the control primarily over Saudi Arabia.
Saudi Arabia made a deal that they would get military protection for only trading in dollars and then using part of the profits to buy U.S.
debt securities.
So that has completely been unleashed and we are, relatively soon, sometime soon, Excellent, excellent comments, Carl.
the U.S. dollar is just going to break.
It's going to break like that.
And at that point, hopefully, Americans will start to add two and two together.
We can have arrests.
We can have some independent objective data, and Americans can get caught up how much they've been played, lied to, and abused as work animals to pay for this American empire.

Meanwhile, burnout fears grow as overseas Army deployments match highs not seen since the war on terror.
Look at this, things Americans value less than before.

Having children, 59% in 1998 and 2023-39.
Army personnel are facing an operational tempo similar or worse to what they've heard during the height of the War on Terror.
We're higher, higher than the Operation Tempo, Sergeant Major of the Army Michael Grinson told Military.com.
Grinson's comment came as the Army has about 120,000 soldiers deployed abroad, a number comparable to those seen during the peak of fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Members of the 330th Movement Control Battalion are in formation in Poland on April 1st, but it's not an April Fool's joke.
According to Congressional data, entire DoD, all branches, had 187,900 troops in Afghanistan and Iraq in the peak year of 2008.
However, the Army was also about 70,000 soldiers larger at that peak than it is today, the extra burden falling on a smaller force and straining military families.
Every citizen doesn't know how stressful this is on our family.
I think it has been an incredible strain on our soldiers and families.
We have 100% obligation to be ready for the worst-case scenario.
So, here we have to go to the Combat Training Center.
The American people would never forgive us if we sent soldiers to Europe that weren't as trained as the best we could get.
But it's happening.
While there are no active large-scale conflicts for the Army to fight, the branch is still tasked to continue training for future wars.
The deterrence mission became more daunting following Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
With thousands deployed to Europe in a bid to prevent any further encroachment by Vladimir Putin.
According to one current soldier who spoke, the strain of the temple has been hard on his family, forced him to consider leaving the army altogether.
It's been a huge struggle, especially as we're trying to start a family.
I'm not sure what's going to happen with my marriage, but there's a huge chance I'm leaving the army.
Any struggle with retention would come at an inconvenient time for the Army, struggling with its largest recruiting crisis in decades.
During fiscal year 2022, the Army fell 15,000 or 25% members short of meeting its recruiting target.
Here's a recruiting station, but they're not getting a whole lot of action.

Carl, your thoughts? - Well, it's very interesting stories, good choices, Jim, so the idea that patriotism, Christianity, and having children are on the decline, well let's take a look at what The official propaganda machine has done to those ideals.

So patriotism is just a love of country.
And for Americans, we can get into the paradox of hating the breaking of the trust of our government, but loving the promise and the possibility of inalienable rights.

And then for satanism, you'd have to get into the Pizzagate information to really make the case that that satanism is an appropriate title.
But I'll leave Principally Jim's work, and the show knows so that if people are confused about Pizzagate, they can get the information for themselves and see that you got to be stupid if you're not noticing or concerned or looking for an independent investigation regarding Pizzagate.
So these are Satanists saying that the Christians are the problem, that the Christians are violent, anti-trans extremists who are also fascists.
So they're building a narrative and that's all that they have.
And then having children, I can imagine a lot of people are concerned about having children.
I mean, being in the middle of World War III and AMREP 2.0 and all.
So for the U.S.
military recruiting numbers, I'll tell you an anecdotal story.
I think it was four or five years ago now.
At Hayward High School, we had a recruiting event for the military in the gym, and the students were milling around and, you know, the teachers were milling around doing the supervision.
And a master sergeant says, Sir, I interest you in coming to one of your classes for recruitment talk.
And I walked up to him and said, Yeah, tell you what, brother.
How aware are you that the current wars, formerly known as on terror, were started with lies known to be false as they were told?
And his eyes got big.
And I said, how aware are you that these wars are the opposite of legal?
Now, brother, if you want to come in and talk to the students, I'll equip you with the information that I've just told you the conclusion of.
And I'm going to ask you about those topics if you want to come in.
So it's up to you.
What do you want to do?
And He looked around and he just indicated to go outside.
So I went outside.

And I thought that was a little telling vignette that, but we have to have this breakthrough from somewhere where it's not people just, you know, kind of know it and feel it.
They need to actively engage in such a way that the consent is withdrawn.
and that there is a legitimate demand for arrest as the lawful tool to, no kidding, take a look at the law and this prima facie crime.

Meanwhile, former White House stenographer blows a whistle on the Bidens.
Former Steno worked at the Obama admin said Wednesday White threatened Biden knew his son Hunter was on the board of Burisma while embarking on a trip with the country in an effort to booster its natural gas industry.
Biden was in front of the plane on that trip.
My job was to be at the back in the rest cabin.
If Joe or a senior official came back and did a briefing, I would record it and make a transcript.
That's exactly what happened.
Mike McCormick told Fox News host Jesse Watters.
That senior official was Jake Sullivan, now our National Security Advisor.
So I didn't see anything wrong with it at the time.
Hunter was appointed to the board in 2014, stepping down in 2019 when his father launched his 2020 campaign.
Biden boasted he got his prosecutor fired during a 2018 appearance on the Council of Foreign Relations.
McCormick said he witnessed now-National Security Advisor Sullivan explain to members of the press how the U.S.
would assist Ukraine in developing its natural gas industry.
Years go by, I've left the White House, I'm writing books, I get a hold of the Hunter laptop from Marco Polo, their non-profit anti-corruption non-profit.
About a year and a half, I start writing a sub-stack based on what I found, then I go back over and I know what happened when I was working for Joe.
I found the transcript I wrote about that briefing.
That's when Sullivan started talking about fracking because of what I'd read in a laptop and reported in my Substack.
I'm like, wait a minute.
Joe Biden knew Hunter was already on the board on April 18th?
Biden knew he directed Sullivan to go back and talk to the press.
The Washington Post and The New York Times confirmed the laptop and its content were authentic in reports of March 2022.
This is a conspiracy.
This is a crime.
This is public corruption.
This is what the FBI is supposed to investigate, McCormick said.
Meanwhile, Lindsey Graham, defending Leaker terribly irresponsible, The suspect and charged leaker of sensitive, penitent intel has been hailed as a whistleblower.
But Lindsey Graham is warming those like MTG against that political rhetoric.
There is no justification for this, Graham told this week.
And for any member of Congress, this action is okay to leak classified information because you agree with the cause is terribly irresponsible and puts America in serious danger.
Green noted, while leakers of the Roe v. Wade decision have gone unrevealed, along with suspected pipe bombers from January 6, the Biden admin was quick to arrest and charge someone who opposed the government narrative of choice and political ideology.
Check text, there is white, male, Christian, and anti-war, she tweeted, after the suspect, a Mass Air Force National Guardsman, was arrested at gunpoint.
That makes him an enemy to the Biden regime.
And he told the truth about troops on the ground in Ukraine and a lot more.
Ask yourself, who is the real enemy?
A young, low-level National Guardsman?
Or the admin waging war on Ukraine, a non-NATO nation, against nuclear Russia without war powers?
Authorization.
But Graham, an Air Force veteran, Ranking Member of the Senate Judiciary, rejected the position of Greene or anyone defending the leaker because it exposed the Biden admin.
What you're suggesting will destroy America's ability to defend itself.
That it's okay to release classified data based on your political views that in the end justify the means.
It is not okay.
Graham supports Leaker being punished to the furthest extent of the war.
If you're a member of the military intel community, you disagree with American policy, you think you're going to be okay when leaking, you're going to go to jail, he said.
It's one of the most irresponsible statements you could make.
The ability of America to gather intel from human resources has been compromised.
We can't have a chaotic intel system.
If you got information and it's disclosed, you can lose your life.
The way we gather intel protects our country.
There are military members serving today from Georgia and other places who are less safe because of what this airman did.
Carl, I gotta say, he revealed very important facts.
U.S.
and NATO have been preparing for this war, have been actively involved, been before the Russian intervention, and that Ukraine is losing the war, really revealing the hypocrisy and deceit of the administration.
Lindsey Graham is standing up for lies, deceit, and deception.
I find his remarks deplorable.
Your thoughts?
Indeed, indeed.
It is a shitty clown show, a tragic comedy, and again, referencing the ongoing US lying, looting, illegal rogue state empire is just business as usual.
So the idea that Joe Biden Didn't pay attention to his son's business dealings and yet you have hundred from 2014 to 2019 earning a million dollars a year on the board of directors and some kind of an energy expert despite not having any academic training or real world experience with energy, but you know, they'll pay him a million dollars a year and
And then you have Joe going to the government, and it must have just been a coincidence, Jim, that Joe, standing up for the good integrity, decided that there was some crooked prosecutor investigating Burisma, and it was just a coincidence that Hunter was on the board.
I guess Burisma is a really good country to attract a presidential son and a president.
And they were just acting out of the good.
How weird is it that Joe didn't know that Hunter was on the board of Burisma when he's demanding that Ukraine fire the prosecutor investigating Burisma?
Otherwise, he'd withhold a billion dollars in credit.
So it is just tragic comedy and it is a shitty clown show.
And again, going on this theme, people have to be stupid to consent to this or their mind control.
And I'm going to give people the benefit of the doubt that their mind control Hunter's laptop. - Yeah.
The most telling data from the laptop is the photographic and film evidence of a naked hunter with naked children.
And some of these children appear to me to be the older end of elementary school, maybe fourth grade.
fifth grade.
So again, as a US AP government teacher, I'm just reminding you of the law, is that this is a prima facie crime.
That would be for a reasonable person to look at that evidence, they would say, huh, Troy got a million dollars a year for five years.
And his dad demanded that the prosecutor investing in it be $5,000.
Joe knew about that.
Joe lied.
If he lied about that, what else is he lying about?
Now, that's small potatoes.
Who cares about that?
But the idea that Hunter Biden is engaged in sexual crimes with children and that Joe Biden is using a pay-to-play scheme, that should cause attention.
And then based upon all of the rest of the history, withdraw consent.
It is a shitty clown show.

Meanwhile, get this.
Could he be speaking the truth?
Since then, he's seen three additional specialists, most recently on Friday.
And, you know, they're all in agreement.
It's not two to one or three to one or anything like that.
They're all in lockstep of what this was and that he has cleared, resumed full activities just like anyone else who was coming back from That's a claim that Darren Hamlin is going to be back on the field.
Carl, I find it hard to believe.
I don't know what they're going to do.
Have a body double or what?
Because they've used fake figures for him in the past.

Yeah, this is a very interesting twist on the story and we shall see.
So the observations that this defensive back who got laid out and apparently died on the field and then was revived according to the official story.
So and then he had all these mysterious appearances In the playoffs, but you really couldn't see his face.
And we just have the feeling that, well, as usual, this is an intriguing story and it is a psyop.
It is a type of lie.
And of course the NFL is in the position after having demanded these injections, they're going to have to avoid any implication of knowledge that this was dangerous.
Now, again, going on the theme that I'm talking about, I'll provide.

Anybody who is informed of this data, they are either mind controlled to accept that official story that the NFL could do anything other than then say, oh, my God, we made this huge mistake here and to come clean, but they're not going to do it.
They're going to cover it up and.
Who knows what's gonna happen with the moving forward for this.
I mean, did they get somebody else as a DB?
Did this guy really die?
So we'll see.
I'll be paying attention to see how it moves forward.
They are doing their best to cover up all these sudden deaths.
It's unbelievable.

Well, I think that that policy is fair in the UK.
So if you have an elementary school and a student begins using a different name or dresses in different clothes, you should probably make sure that the parents know about that.

And then this idea of democracy in America, of freedom, you have freedom of speech, the best ideas come forward and then the public will be able to have a voice and a vote over what they want to do collectively.
The idea of government is just a collective work together for what we can do together.
