Need to Know News (17 April 2023) with Carl Herman

Time Text
This is Jim Fetzer in Wisconsin, joined today by Carl Herman in California, where Chris Weinhardt in Florida is unavailable today.
We look forward to his rejoining on Wednesday.
We're here to bring you all the news you need to know, beginning with Seymour Hersh.
Pointing out the CIA knows Ukrainian officials are skimming USAID in vast quantity.
His report explained that they've been using taxpayer money to purchase diesel from Russia to fuel its military.
Isn't that ironic?
Hirsch also said, by one estimate, at least 400 million funds have been embezzled just during the last year.
The issue of corruption was raised during a meeting with Director William Burns and Zelensky in January.
An intel official with direct knowledge of the meeting told her Burns had delivered a stunning message to Zelensky.
Angry at what they saw as Zelensky's greed, Burns told the Ukrainian president because he was taking a larger share of the skim money than was going to the generals.
During the meeting, Minsk presented Zelensky with a list of 35 generals and senior government officials whose corruption was known to the agency.
Zelensky responded by dismissing 10 officials who were engaged in flagrant corruption.
He got rid of 10 who were brazenly bragging about the money they had driving around Kiev in their new Mercedes.
Zelensky's half-hearted response and the lack of concern by the White House, however, has angered U.S.
officials.
One might wonder whether it's related to the leaks showing that the U.S.
and NATO have been in Ukraine since before the special military operation began and that Ukraine is losing on a massive scale.
They have no experience, judgment, or moral integrity.
They just tell lies, make up stories.
Diplomatic deniability is something else.
There's a total breakdown between the White House leadership and the intel community.
The rift began when the Nord Stream Pipeline were blown up, where Biden ordered the operation, but it was not known in advance to the intel community that there's no strategy for ending the war.
Burns is not the problem.
It's Biden and his principal lieutenants, Blinken and Sullivan, and their court of worshipers who see those who criticize Zelensky as being pro-Putin.
We are against evil.
Ukraine will fight until the last military shell is gone and still fight.
And here's Biden telling America we're going to fight as long as it takes when there's overwhelming evidence of the loss, including Wagner and Russian Army joining forces to conquer Bakhmut, which is proving to be the pivotal battle of the war.
Wagner fighters continue to encircle and destroy the Ukrainians in Bakhmut.
The head of Wagner confirmed that 80% is under Russian control, including all admin buildings, factories, and plants.
Ukrainian units, including various special forces, nationalist battalions reinforced by foreign mercenaries, continue to hold positions in the residential areas in the west of the city.
But it's not going to last long.
On the northern outskirt, fighting continues in different areas.
Russia, fire control of the last road.
The Ukrainian commander continues to send military reserves only to be destroyed.
On the southern outskirt, fighting is also continuing, and on the streets of Bakhmut.
On April 13th, Wagner fighters raised their flag on the district administration building.
They also advanced in areas south of the EZON industrial zone.
The Ukrainian military is losing military position in dozens of fighters, even hundreds on a daily basis.
Buck grinder is also destroying professional military Coming from foreign countries.
In recent days alone, the death of several foreign mercenaries in the city has been confirmed.
A young neo-Nazi fighter from the U.S., Edward Walter Wilton, died from shrapnel to the head.
He was an ideological anti-Semite admirer of Adolf Hitler, who we have been told covered the destruction of the entire Jewish race, or where that appears to be apocryphal.
He did use Jews and others for slave labor, but the story of the Holocaust and its genocidal gas chambers and all that turns out to have been a myth.
Carl, your thoughts?
Well, first, my ongoing praise for Seymour Hersh, who has been leading breaking stories into the truth, beginning at the My Lai Massacre in the Vietnam War in the 1960s.
But Seymour has this one wrong.
Seymour is saying that $400 million were embezzled by U.S.
connected leaders of the money going to Ukraine.
And that information is false because that would have taken a lot more than $400 million.
I can't believe $400 million.
So, yes, pay to play and corruption are just standards of the U.S.
empire.
It's got to be marked.
So yes, pay to play and corruption are just standards of the U.S. empire.
And that report, that is a great progress report.
And that said, we still need a breakthrough.
And the breakthrough might come from some of the key components of NATO, principally Germany or France.
They have been indicating that they are leaving NATO and we could see a realignment with the U.S.
being dumped out of its outstanding U.S.
dollar, petrodollar position.
The whole planet is about to shift alignments, and we're either going to get this Great Reset or the Great Awakening, where these people at the top, these liars and looters and warmongers and war criminals, are going to be arrested, and then we can get a truth and peace.
But until that happens, while this is a great progress report, we still need that breakthrough.
It's still tremendously at risk.
Yes, yes.
Very nice, Carl.
Very nice.
Meanwhile... The DNC has shamelessly decided to use Chicago for its 2024 convention.
Scheduled from August 19th to 22nd, Biden endorsed a terrible decision.
It's a city plagued by persistent crime.
In a progressive administration, it is despised by virtually all, calling Chicago a great choice.
Democrats are rightfully hoisting their convention in Chicago from parts of the Daily Caller.
It's worrisome the DNC thinks Chicago is an ideal place to showcase their vision and values.
It's no surprise a city with such a disgraceful level of crime, including an alarming number of homicides and rampant gang activity, is attractive to the Democrats.
Perhaps they feel the violence and lawlessness are representative of their socialist agenda.
The N.C.
Chair, Jamie Harrison, stated the Midwest reflects America, providing an opportunity for Democrats to promote the achievements of Biden and Harris.
But what achievements would those be?
It's truly alarming.
The party sees persistent violence and crime as a sign that the Midwest represents America.
No wonder they continue to lose ground in rural areas and small towns while claiming to urban centers with high levels of crime and socialism.
Meanwhile, a federal judge has blocked Biden's controversial waters of the United States regulation.
A judge in North Dakota has issued a preliminary injunction against the Clean Water Rule, also known as WOTUS.
The EPA and Army Corps of Engineers published the rule on January 18th, bringing the country's wetland streams and waterways under federal jurisdiction.
It was implemented during the Obama admin and repealed under Trump.
Twenty-three states and several organizations joined North Dakota in the lawsuit.
Poland said in his order that the EPA had exceeded its statutory authority and the act could be unconstitutional.
The first category under the new rule are traditional navigable waters, territorial seas, and interstate waters.
The EPA has now taken the position that intermediate waters includes all such waters, even those not connected to navigable waters in any manner.
There's a serious question whether this is permissible as an interpretation of the Clean Water Act.
The rule essentially reads non-navigability out of the act, and similarly for the Clean Water Act, making every wetland, stream, tributary, or other water traversing a border subject to a federal jurisdiction.
Claimed by North Carolina, West Virginia, the judge said that the rule would cause her agency's harm outweighed the harm the injunction could impose.
An injunction in this early state can avoid the massive waste of resources and delayed projects in pursuit of permits that may soon be legally irrelevant.
By contrast, the EPA will not suffer any real harm that would justify denial of injunctive relief.
Any potential harm the federal agency may suffer from compliance is not enough to attempt to scale at this stage.
In fact, it's difficult to see what those potential harms might be.
The EPA said the agency are reviewing the decision and their option.
North Dakota, according to the governor, has some of the cleanest air and water in the nation because we're responsibly developing our natural resources and exercising our state's authority.
The agencies continue to believe the rule, informed by the text of the relevant provisions of the Clean Water Act and the statute as a whole, as well as a scientific record, relevant to Supreme Court case law, input from public comment, and the agency's experience and technical expertise, after more than 45 years of implementing the long-standing pre-2015 regulation defining water, is best interpreted
By the best interpretation of the Clean Water Act, in light of the preliminary injunctions, the agency are interpreting waters of the United States consistent with a pre-2015 regulatory regime in 26 states until further notice.
Carl, your thoughts?
Well, fascinating.
So Chicago as the Democratic Convention site, huh?
Well, I think that's a message to R.F.K.
Jr.
because his father, R.F.K., would have been the Democrats' nominee for president had he lived.
He was assassinated in the June California primary here in California in 1968.
And at eight years old, I watched That event, because I had a strong intuitive feeling that there was something I needed to see.
And I sat down in front of our sofa, the sofa coming up here on me, I was sitting on the carpet, and it got to be my 7.30 bedtime as a second grader.
I asked my parents if I could stay up and watch.
They looked at each other, amazed that an eight-year-old kid would want to watch politics, but they agreed.
I stayed up past my parents' bedtime because I knew whatever it was I needed to see, I hadn't seen yet.
Finally, I got so tired at 930 I crawled under the table under the next to the sofa and went to sleep with my head facing the TV in case I woke up to see what I needed to see.
I woke up in my debt and my bed the next morning.
My dad picked me up and take me in.
And what I had needed to see was the assassination of RFK as a communication that anybody who attempts to be honest, anybody who bucks the narrative, is going to be facing lead.
So, Lotus, huh?
As a retired AP U.S.
government teacher, all I can do is ask people, why don't you take like five minutes and peruse the U.S.
Constitution and remind yourself of the very limited government the founders had in mind for a national National government.
It was pretty much measures, military, trade, money, post office.
That was about it.
That was the intent.
And that the shared power of the states would step in.
Answer for yourself how much that has worked out.
So all they're going to do is bullshit at the top and say that they can control everything because they want to control everything and they'll invent the best narrative that they can, but they're never going to have the narrative to ask you fellow Americans to read the Constitution for yourself and decide what the score is.
And that's what I need to say about that.
Very good.
very good carl meanwhile diane feinstein's in trouble with her own party Calls for Dianne Feinstein to resign now coming from sitting Democrat members of Congress.
Her absence has been particularly felt as it's scheduled to come back from its recess, and no word when the 89-year-old member will return.
It was announced last March she was taking a leave due shingles.
I've had shingles, it ain't any fun.
She hoped to be back by the end of the month.
March came and went.
Now some of her fellow Democrats have joined those calling on her to resign, as Rep.
Ro Khanna did, followed by Rep.
Dean Phillips, who tweeted out his agreement long after.
Ro Khanna.
It's time for Senator Feinstein to resign.
We need to put the country ahead of personal loyalties.
While she has had a lifetime of public service, it is obvious she can no longer fulfill her duties.
Not speaking out undermines our credibility as elected representatives of the people.
Here's Dean Phillips.
I agree with Ro Khanna.
Senator Feinstein is a remarkable American whose contributions to our country are immeasurable.
Well, I believe it's now dereliction of duty to remain in the Senate and dereliction of duty for those who agree to remain quiet.
A particular headache for Democrats, acknowledged by Dick Durbin of Illinois, to replace Feinstein as the top Democrat on the Senate Judiciary Committee is the effect her absence has on confirming judicial nominees.
In addition to the closely divided Senate of 51 to 49, President Biden has a habit of nominating judge and cabinet members who have partisan support and have worried even some Democrats.
Nominations are also based on characteristics such as race, sexual orientation, and sex in the name of equity, rather than on their qualifications for the bench.
Kahana's campaign account retweeted the San Francisco standard's Josh Cohn, whose reporting included a statement from the congressman panicking about last Friday's decision from U.S.
District Court Judge Matthew Kaczmarek.
The judge ruled the FDA violated federal standards when it approved milfistone to be used in abortion method in two thousand and the doj is asking the fifth court of circuit court of appeals for a pause the ruling by an extremist judge in texas made it clear
democrats would act was paid an urgency to confirm judicial nominees who will protect the right to an abortion kahana said senator feinstein is unable to fill her duties and for the good of the people she should resign here's josh Representative Kahanasoff has sent me a statement specifically citing the Texas abortion ruling as a key reason why Senator Dianne Feinstein should resign.
If she does bow out, Governor Gavin Newsom would be tasked with making an appointment.
Here's Silicon Congressman calls on Dianne Feinstein to resign.
Feinstein seemed to have taken note of these calls and is responding.
She released a statement indicating the complications were delaying her return.
She'll continue to work from home in San Francisco.
That she's asking Majority Leader Schumer to have the Senate find a replacement for her on the committee.
I understand my absence could delay the important work of the judiciary, so I've asked Leader Schumer to ask the Senate to allow another Democrat to temporarily serve until I'm able to resume my committee work.
Here's the request.
Should Feinstein indeed resign, Kevin Newsom would appoint a replacement.
He's been talking about replacing her for years, promising to appoint a black woman in accordance with the Democrat practice of looking at Identity politics rather than qualifications first.
Feinstein announced last December, she intended to finish her term in February, that she would not be running for re-election.
She seemed confused about her office having released this statement.
Even prior to that, however, candidates have been lining up to replace her, including Katie Porter and Adam Schiff, the latter of whom has Nancy Pelosi's endorsement.
Barbara Lee also recently announced her candidacy and fits Newsom's criteria by being a black woman.
As has been the case for the past several days, Feinstein has been trending on Twitter.
Carl, your thoughts?
I would like to see a sign of life from that woman.
But really, it doesn't matter.
The biggest context for our audience to be able to recognize is that the American government operates out of puppets.
It could be like that masked actor playing Biden, or it's just order followers.
Feinstein, I remember her in California.
She used to be the mayor of San Francisco in the 1970s, as Newsom also was the mayor of San Francisco.
And funny how those two former mayors are absolutely The destruction of that beautiful city of San Francisco.
So these people will go ahead and continue to operate this virtue signaling care of getting work done and upholding the values of democracy.
But all these people are only promoted.
They only become a senator.
There's only two from every state.
And imagine I haven't even looked recently.
Last I looked, it was like an average of $10 million to win a Senate seat.
That was the average across the country in California with more people and more money.
It would be definitely be a lot more than that.
But you're only going to get that money to run for office and you're only going to get the backing of corporate media if you are a controlled asset.
So all these people ever are are script readers and maybe At the beginning, they want somebody who has some natural enthusiasm, and they may even let them promote their own builds with what they really care about, but it's not going to get in the way of the machine of the empire.
Very good, yes, indeed.
I think you got that right, Carl.
Meanwhile, the reaction to that Bud Light Dylan McIvaney has been ferocious.
Here's a nice.
Introducing the new Budweiser Clydesdale team.
Carl, this is absolutely awful for the brand.
It is going down big time.
Your thoughts about this fiasco?
Well, I think that it's great.
So, I've worked with, as a school teacher, seen a lot of kids, and they are tortured.
They're tortured in school.
They're tortured by the lies.
They are tortured by, what is it, 70 injections that they're forced to take in order to attend school here in the United States now.
So, Quite specifically, these kids are messed up, and they're going to look to rebel.
So, you take a child who's a little bit mentally unstable, who has not developed that prefrontal cortex to be able to reason very well, And they're going to be easily herded.
If you take a look at how easy human beings are herded, the adults are herded for the wars and banks for looting and for COVID, it's going to be even worse for the kids.
But, so what you do is you tell them you're going to virtue signal and you're going to find some tiny sliver of life to pretend to care about.
In this case, it is connected to the agenda for literally Satanism, where they're trying to destroy the difference of the sexes and to embrace both sexes in one body.
There are occult reasons that they seem to want to do that, but we can definitely see those transgenders in Big Mike Obama, Big Jack Ardern, former PM of New Zealand, And probably many, many, many other of these actors.
But the thing that I like about it, Jim and audience, is that we can see on the pained expressions of this Dylan person that this person is not happy.
So think of the precept with this.
Somebody, in order to engage in changing their look, Physically with their clothes and then to engage in some sort of medication to alter what they have.
is a fundamental statement that what they have is insufficient for them.
And it's insufficient for them only because the environment of the conversations and the poison that the children are subjected to.
Now, as a high school teacher, I was invited twice by students to be the GSA advisor.
That's the, uh, Gays... What is it?
Gay Straight Alliance.
Gay Straight Alliance.
And I accept it both times, because, you know, if they're confused, they certainly need some sort of a steady adult to encourage them to embrace whatever God has given them to work with, and best luck, like the rest of us, in working out those challenges, but to take the steps with cheerleader adults to mutilate yourself physically
That is the torture that our masters want, and then you're going to use those people, and that's what we're seeing today.
These are the people that are flipping out most with these shootings and these acts of violence.
So, the sooner that we can win this war and arrest these psychopaths, then we can truly find out what's going on as causes for these kids, and then even if A kid has, if a male kid has some of the divine feminine in their personality, that's fine.
We probably all know people who self-report as homosexual who are charming people in their own way, and that's the way that it should be.
Very, very good, Carl.
Very good.
Meanwhile, Budweiser's already dropped $6.5 billion in stock value.
Here's a fascinating and important report.
Photos, video of UN-sponsored human migration camp Darien Gap in Panama, where global migrants are assembling for transportation to the United States.
This is financed by the United States and the UN.
It's outrageous!
Mike Adam interviews world correspondent Michael Yohn on site at the U.N.
migration camp Fan Yosante in the Darien Gap in Panama, where both the U.N.
and the U.S.
are running mass human migration activities to shuttle migrants from all over the world into the United States.
Migrants moving through this UN camp include people from the Middle East, Europe, Haiti, and China, among many South American citizens.
At part of the interview, I was able to speak with a Chinese couple in Mandarin and confirm their country of origin, mainland China, and their destination, the United States.
If you're wondering why Chinese nationals are pouring through the Darien Gap, You're not alone.
Very few Americans are aware of the bombshell story Michael Yeun had breaking the news to a global audience.
A massive expansion of the gap is currently underway, helping funnel more migrants across the gap, whether they be transported to the U.S.
border, to illegally cross into the United States, all with help from the Department of Homeland Security and the Biden administration.
The UN organization pushing this is called IOM, carrying the tagline, Making Migration Work for All, rather analogous, I'd say, to the Dominion motto, Changing the Way You Vote.
The IOM issues press releases about mass migration through the camp.
Michael Young joined me for a video tour featuring buses, tents, Western Union money transfer, rape tips distributed to women by the IOM with chemical contraception bills, the legality of which is just being contested here in the United States by a judge who, in my judgment, has gone all over the edge here in opposition Plus reports of mass rape, violence, and many other examples of human sovereign.
Here are some screenshots.
Welcome sign featuring multiple languages from around the world.
In Espanol it says, Migration Reception Station of San Vicente.
Notice, UNU Migration, which refers to the IOM International website in English.
The website is here shown.
Notice the logo features a shattered world split world in which a family is ensnared in a swirling pattern indicating planet Earth.
The message is clear.
Use family migration to shatter the world.
Here's a part of the facility that is about to be expanded.
This lot is an expansion zone where new construction is planned to greatly increase the human throughput.
Here's a Western Union MoneyGram station where migrants can receive funds to continue their journey.
Look at one of the buses and tents where migrants are processed and transported north, all funded by the USA and the United Nations.
Here's a group, mostly Haitians, very happy and excited to be given government assistance to bypass legal migration routes and simply be transported to the U.S.
and dropped off in U.S.
cities, courtesy of the Biden admin.
This woman, speaking in Spanish, displays the OIM United Nations rape kits distributed to women who move through these camps.
The U.S.
and U.N.
expect them to be raped, so they give them rape kits, which are essentially chemical abortion pills.
Wow!
Carl, your thoughts?
So this is a great story and very helpful information.
We all knew that these migrants To the border of the United States.
That was one of the things I don't know.
Two years ago, we were taking a look at the photographic evidence of these clean people walking in sandals, allegedly for hundreds of miles with little kids.
And that's not the deal.
So the bus route is being funded by the U.N.
and the U.S.
Well, OK, we should take a close look at that.
And that is funding.
If the U.S.
is involved in this, and I'm sure they are, they're funding an illegal Immigration would be the kindest way of saying it, but invasion is the more accurate word of it.
And that could be just another account in the treason.
So, the empire that the United States runs, I really do appreciate the work of John.
Perkins, the economic hitman, and that it's all just puppets, and it's all just control over the resources, natural and human.
You control the natural resources to profit from them and improve your own economy, while you use the human resources to maximize the profit from those natural resources.
And they're just work animals that are going to be working in the background.
Now, what's different from the history that John Perkins remarks upon is that now the US and Europe, the
Homelands of the central, former colonial powers, the developed countries are now targets by these psychopaths, and they're coming to the United States, and they want to create the chaos, to create the policies, to create the martial law, in order to control, cull, and finally lock down all the people for this one world empire, which is what our opponents are openly promoting with the Great
Yes, yes indeed.
wash for body parts and be happy about that and owe nothing.
Yes, yes, indeed, yes.
Meanwhile, and this is really rather fascinating, Microaggression and Cancel Cover by Robert Malone, M.D.
How the Left is Using Micro-Oppression to Control Free Speech.
How this Acute Sensitivity to the Use of Language is Being Manipulative and Compromising Freedom of Thought and Clear Thinking.
Council culture is rapidly evolving and expanding throughout society, like a single-stranded RNA virus.
With no checks to its genome, another mind virus has inserted itself into a new host population.
Combine this with the weaponized offensive accusations of microaggression, and the two together are just the latest examples of how sensitive the Left has become to any and all perceived slights.
The situation has got so extreme for people of a certain gender or color, simply being accused of committing an act of microaggression puts them at risk of losing their livelihood.
This is particularly true in academia.
The definition of micro is clear.
Very small or microscopic.
I believe, I find it all very disturbing as a man with roots from the Deep South, and this is now Dr. Malone, I often slip into referring to people I'm addressing as sir and ma'am.
That's how I was raised.
Frankly, I sometimes slip up and say yes ma'am, which is what my mother would have wanted me to say.
For me, it's a sign of respect.
Just as yes sir is a sign of respect.
Something I can't turn off easily.
I was raised with this being how to show respect.
So in fact, a man calling a group of women ladies seems pretty benign to me.
Personally, I've been known to refer to men as gentlemen.
I certainly don't view using these words as microaggression.
But in the minds of some, it is just that.
Here, by the way, our standard definition of lady, a woman of high social standing or refinement, or a woman the head of a household, or a woman especially when spoken of or to in a polite way.
Here we have former principal losing superintendent job for calling women ladies.
The use of the word ladies in addressing two female officials caused the Massachusetts School Board to rescind a job offer for a superintendent to the district's former principal, igniting social media backlash, street rallies, a recall petition, and even death threats.
Shame on the school committee for participating in cancel culture, wrote the East Hampton Education Association in a Facebook post, slamming the decision to recant the job offer.
In other words, it had been extended to Vito Perone, who currently serves as an interim superintendent at nearby West Springfield schools.
Crony announced publicly the board had rescinded their offer in an executive session because he had committed a microaggression by sending an email to the East Hanson School Committee Chair, Cynthia Kowalski, and the committee's executive assistant, Suzanne Colby, in which he addressed them with a greeting, Dear Ladies.
The exact definition of microaggression?
Any action between those of different races, cultures, or genders that can be interpreted as non-physical aggression, of course.
There's nothing suggesting the use of the word microaggression might of itself be a microaggression, but frankly it is, isn't it?
According to the definition above, the word microaggression has now been expanded to include all physical aggression.
Why not then just use the word aggression?
This new concept of micro, microscopic aggression being a thing is something we should all come to know and understand so we don't commit anything that might construe to such, insert a sarcasm image.
Honestly, when did Americans become so sensitive?
Perhaps this new idea of microaggression has nothing to do with microaggression or even aggression, but everything to do with the left controlling the narrative on the right.
Could the outrage cry of microaggression be another type of micro-opression, or maybe even oppression by the left?
Back in 2015, Thomas Sowell wrote an essay on this very subject.
The left's microaggression obsession is indicative of its micro-totalitarian tendency.
Catch this.
Professors at the University of California, Berkeley have been officially warned against saying things like, America is the land of opportunity.
Why?
Because this is considered to be an act of microaggression against minorities and women.
Supposedly it shows you don't take their grievances seriously and are therefore guilty of being aggressive toward them, even if only on a micro scale.
You might think this is just another crazy idea from Berkeley, but the same concept appears in a report from the flagship campus of the University of Illinois at Urbana.
If you just sit in a room where all the people are white, you're considered to be guilty of microaggression against people who are not white, who will supposedly feel uncomfortable when they enter such a room.
Can you get more absurd than that?
Microaggression protests have spread to campuses coast to coast, from Cal Berkeley, UCLA, Harvard, Fordham, even Oberlin in Illinois in the Midwest.
Academic administrators have all too often taken the well-worn path of lace resistance, regarding the most trivial, even silly, claims of victimhood with great seriousness, even when that involves undermining faculty members held in high esteem by most of their students and their professional colleagues on campus and beyond.
Word games are just one of the ways of silencing politically incorrect ideas instead of debating them.
Key point here.
The concept of microaggression is one of many tactics used to stifle differences of opinion by declaring some opinions to be hate speech.
Instead of debating those differences in a marketplace of ideas, to accuse people of aggression for not marching in lockstep with political correctness is to set the stage for justifying real aggression against them.
To me, the most amazing thing is that almost a decade after—and this is now Dr. Malone—the word microaggression entered the American conscience.
It's still being weaponized to take down individuals or even organize people on the left, deemed to be not progressive enough.
Take, for example, last month, a visiting federal judge at Stanford was attacked at a Federalist Club forum by outside student agitators.
Protesters refused to let him speak because it was perceived to be anti-trance due to a ruling he make in 2020.
This is the ruling the judge would not allow a man who'd been in prison for eight years for child pornography to officially chase his pronoun.
Ergo, the judge was judged to be anti-trans.
This action singled him out as being the biggest micro-aggressor these protesters could think of.
Their aggression was amplified by an associate dean with oversight who was at the event and supposed to be monitoring.
She even joined in the fray.
Microaggression meets aggression.
Last week, professional swimmer Riley Gaines was violently attacked in San Francisco State because she stood up for women in professional sports.
The response of the university was as follows.
Following the mayhem, Jamilia Moore, Vice President for Student Affairs and Enrollment Management, emailed students thanking them for taking part in the event.
It took tremendous bravery to stand in a challenging space, Moore wrote.
I am proud of the moments where we listened and asked insightful questions.
I'm also proud of the moments when our student demonstrated the value of free speech and the right to protest peacefully, she added.
Gaines thundered, however.
I'm sorry, did this just say peaceful?
I was assaulted.
I was extorted and held for random.
These examples prove the point that way back in 2015, Dr. Sewell was right.
The progressive left, in particular, transgender activists, are using the idea of past microaggressions to justify an aggressive response, even violence.
This is not acceptable in a civilized society.
Let's stop with the nonsense and get back to being sensible.
Let's not, as a society, tolerate the weaponization of words aimed to oppress one side over the other.
Let's stop these micro-oppressions and get back to the idea that we don't have to share all the same ideology, but we do have to follow the rule of law.
Claims of micro-slides by those that wish to control the narrative are actively seeking to constrain the Overton window of acceptable discourse by restricting free speech and people's ability to earn a living.
That is not okay.
After all, if a word has a preface micro-attached to it, how important can it be?
Carl, your thoughts?
Oh, important stories, a lot going on.
So as I said, what our opponents do is they're just going to virtue signal that they care about some tiny sliver of life.
And in this case, they're going to take the victims of this poisoning and this gender ideology and then encourage them to go out and forward their agendas.
So these people are really being tortured.
And then once they're tortured, they're going to be lied to saying that, oh, it's because they're transphobic and you have to become fully trans to be happy.
do.
Our daughter is transferring to a UC system college, and we toured the schools, and we went to one of them, I don't remember which one it was, maybe UC Irvine, and they have, the parents are there with their kids, and there's a couple of students, and the first university, this young student woman said, hi, I'm, whatever her name was, my pronouns are she and her, and I thought to myself,
All right, so she's sensitive.
And then we went to another campus, and the guy giving the tour was a dude, and he said, my name is whatever it was, my pronouns are he and him.
They're reading a script.
That's what our masters do, is they control the system, they buy in place the leadership, and then they instruct to forward the narrative.
Now for that email to the two females.
I mean, if you're sending an email to two females, yeah, I mean, often I'll write gents, gentlemen, colleagues.
I don't think I've ever said two ladies.
I think I'd address them by name, but that is crazy.
So this person, Was qualified with every other measure, and then after you extend the offer, then you're going to dump them by pretending that this is a big deal.
That's where your attention is, huh?
And then I like Robert Malone in the article saying that it's micro.
Well, key patriots, we should probably take a look at the biggest issues to be concerned about.
And, of course, if you wanted to take a look at the biggest issues, you'd probably count money and lives.
And you'd have to notice that the U.S.
has looted between $100 to $200 trillion, according to Katherine Austin Fitz and late great Robert David Steele.
They have killed 30-plus million in these invasive wars of aggression over 200 times since World War II.
These were wars of aggression started on lies known to be false, as they were told.
And we have the COVID crimes against humanity.
So, Why don't we pay attention to the big pictures instead of the micro pictures?
So our opponents are attempting to end debate and end conversation by having these rigor words, and they're going to end up calling somebody a white supremacist if they get triggered, or racist, or transphobic, or a micro aggressor.
But they're using that as a tool to not debate and the evidence for the inability for people to see through this easy level of facts.
We're talking about Stanford University students and the fact that a judge refused.
To accept that a guy who'd been in prison eight years for child porn said, I'm identifying as female now, so can I go to the female prison?
The judge said no, and that level of fact isn't recognized by the students, but of course, this is just paid agitators like Antifa.
The San Francisco State University official, Riley Gaves, is suing them, and they should, For that tragic comedy.
And as usual, our opponents are just projecting violence.
And this is similar to Antifa in the Summer of Love of 2020, projecting the violence that they do, saying that it's self-defense.
That's right.
As you explained, she was being harassed, intimidated by a six-foot-four guy in a dress in the women's room.
I mean, Carl, this has just gone so far off the edge.
It's just ludicrous.
Meanwhile, here's another example of this trans phenomenon gone off the rails.
I will piss on your grave.
Teen trans activist threatens Idaho governor after ban on child sex changes.
A teenage Idaho school board member took to social media to launch a profanity-laden tweet at Idaho Governor Brett Little, after the two-turned-Republican signed a law putting a stop to gender-affirming treatments, such as hormone therapy and puberty blockers, being administered to minors.
F you, Governor Little, 18-year-old.
Shiva Rajandahari wrote in the now-deleted tweet, I pray you live a long life so you can bear witness to the pain you've unleashed on Idaho's children and families today.
When you do die, though, I'm pissing on your grave.
The Falmouth High School senior, 18 years old, sits on the school board of the high school in which he himself has enrolled.
Following the tweet's deletion, he issued an apology, writing, Out of respect for my colleagues, close my statement addressing my last tweet.
I remain steadfast in my love for Idaho's trans community and in my rage at our leaders over passage of this hateful bill.
I have received some concerns that the language of my last tweet was inappropriate and inconsistent with my position as a school board member.
Here's his tweet talking about it.
Of course, my tweets are my own, only, and do not reflect the views of any organization with which I am affiliated, nor would I engage or condone such sentiment or language in a board meeting or classroom.
I sign HB71.
Governor Little joined a growing number of states whose legislators have taken swift action in the midst of widespread national outcry from citizens, many moms and dads of kids in fear of losing their parental rights.
Begging for legal protection to be put in place to shield our most vulnerable demographic children from medical treatments the likes of which we've never seen before.
Treatments that stem from a dangerous ideology and manifest in real life irreversible physical, emotional, and mental damage.
The signing of the law makes Idaho one of many states that take a hard stance against a relentless attempt by extremist trans rights groups, backed by far-left politicos, to infiltrate, dominate, and mandate all sectors of society, from education, sports and entertainment, to science, medicine, academia, parental rights, and the justice system.
Idaho, Joines, Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, South Dakota, North Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and West Virginia—a list of states that have successfully provided legal protection for minors and the rights of their parents.
Many have seen retribution for their refusal to stand down in the face of trend-right extremists and activist groups.
Lawmakers, who refuse to bend to the demands of these factions, find themselves threatened and mobbed.
Shiva's response to the little signing of H.V.
71, publicly stating his desire to desecrate the remains of another human as a means of retribution, is a reflection of the extreme situation in which United States and much of the Western world currently finds itself.
Carl, your thoughts?
I like the piss and vinegar from that Shiva student.
I would love to be able to have a conversation with that young man.
Assuming he identifies as a man.
But he would be the type of asset that I'd be interested in turning to the light side.
The guy is motivated.
He does recognize that governors are a legitimate target as we've talked about just today to rise to the level of government of governor in the United States of America.
Imagine how much money you got to get where that money is coming from and the pattern of controlling assets as governors to push narratives.
They have to be controlled.
They have to be blackmailed.
They have to, in order to be governor, that guy has to receive favorable press from corporate media pimps.
So he is a target.
The guy, Sheba, recognizes that and hits hard.
And yet he was smart to immediately say that he wishes that governor a long life.
So this guy doesn't recognize, he recognizes that kids are being tortured.
He feels their pain.
He has just misidentified the source of causing the pain.
And he represents many of the people in my own family and teaching colleagues, is that when they finally have the breakthrough and they find out that they were played and absolutely lied to by psychopaths, I'm going to like what's going to be on the other end when those guys have a little chance to reflect upon the actual facts.
Yes.
Yes.
Meanwhile, we want to hear from you.

I read this nonsense today.
Boston Remembers Deadly Marathon Bombing 10 Years Later by Michael Casey.
E.P.
Boston.
With a bagpipe playing the Bells of Dunblane and a few runners looking on.
Families of those killed in the Boston Marathon bombing marked the 10th anniversary of the tragedy early Saturday by slowly walking together to the memorial sites near the finish line in Lane Reads.
The lies continue non-stop.
This is one of the Obama-era hoaxes.
Will this nonsense go on for hundreds of years?
He's a phony himself, and he loved these frauds.
Troubling.
Final thoughts, Carl, yours.
Regarding the Boston bombing, as a lifelong Boston Red Sox fan, because at age 8, not only was I watching the primary conventions, there was only one baseball player that had my name, Carl.
Barley Strensky won the Triple Crown in baseball the year before, so he became my favorite player, and the Red Sox became my favorite team, and I've had an emotional connection with them ever since.
They celebrated the 10-year anniversary of the Boston Marathon.
I believe it was just yesterday at Fenway Park, and before the game, they had about 10 people who were alleged victims of that bombing go out and throw a first pitch, and they were so happy to be there, smiling faces.
I bet that they made a good payday out of that.
So, final thoughts is just hang in there, be strong, just stand for the truth.
Know the stakes.
This is do or die, and I don't need to emphasize it, I don't need to explain it to our listeners, but if you need to explain it to other people, just count the highest numbers with what do or die is about, and obviously the COVID vaccinations, so-called.
They want to inject us with whatever, whenever.
They want us cold.
They want us dead.
They engage in wars of aggression.
They engage in banks deluding.
They want to declare us as non-essential workers.
And again, they want us to own nothing, live in pods.
Have no independent energy, no gas stoves, no gas vehicles.
They want everything for themselves.
And very simply, we will stand by the facts and document that these people are lying, looting, psychopaths.
And until we have a breakthrough, we'll just be talking like that and taking whatever actions that we think are practical.
Well, thanks for your excellent commentary, Carl.
As always, much appreciated.
Yes, the Boston bombing was a subject of one of my early books with Moonrock Books, where, it's transparently phony, you had police on bullhorns calling out, this is a drill!
This is a drill!
It's been confirmed by marathon runners.
I have a video where you can hear the bullhorn in the background.
The Boston Globe, once a distinguished paper, was tweeting that a bomb would be set off during the marathon for the benefit of bomb squad activities, and another that one would take place in one minute opposite the library, and sure enough, one minute later, One of these pub pieces was set off, now, as a former artillery officer in the U.S.
Marine Corps.
I can assure you, these explosives weren't powerful enough to harm anyone unless perhaps you were sitting right on top of them.
In fact, there were all kinds of banners, bottles, cups that weren't even effective because there wasn't any shrapnel, even though they were in the immediate vicinity.
And when the camera zoomed in through the smoke, yes, there were bodies lying there that were missing arms and legs, but there was no blood.
As Lorraine Day has emphasized, the former head of trauma surgery at San Francisco General Hospital for 25 years.
It's a physiological impossibility for limbs to be blown off and there to be no blood.
She's got it right.
The blood only showed up later and it came out of these little orange duffel bags.
I've reported on this in great, great detail.
they very cleverly used amputee actors, including one was an army lieutenant that lost his limbs in Kandar in order to play the role of a Jeff Bauman of whom they made great effort, where a Hollywood director explained that the guy in a cowboy hat, Carlos Arredondo, who stepped out to assist where a Hollywood director explained that the guy in a cowboy hat, Carlos Arredondo, who stepped out to assist him had been cast by him in one of his own films
We looked around and we found it.
The whole thing was a gigantic fraud.
And indeed, it was initiated by Barack Obama, who nullified the Smith-Mutt Act by means of the Smith-Mutt Modernization Act of 2012 just in time to bring a sandy hook by thereby legalizing the use of the same techniques of disinformation and propaganda that heretofore had only been allowed to be used outside the United States.
Eric Holder and FEMA were running the drill in Sandy Hook, and they have continued to run them all over the country.
Don't let yourself be played.
There's too much going on here to squander our resources by being taken in by playing sucker and sap for all these stage events, which include not only Sandy Hook, Boston, But Orlando and Dallas, Charlottesville, Parkland, Las Vegas, more recently, Buffalo, Uvalde, and now Nashville, all phony, all fake.
Check out my Bitchute channel, Jim Fetzer.
You'll find a lot of documentation or visit Moonrock Books, where I publish books, bringing together the best experts on many of these with more to come.
Please, don't be the sap.
Carl, yes.
So Jim, you're saying the type of explosive device used in Boston was just a microaggression poofer?
Very nice, Carl.
Just a micro indeed.
Thank you all for joining us.
