We begin with a Ukrainian official saying, kicking Russia out of Crimea is still the plan.
Fat chance.

A deputy in Zelensky's office said Kiev would be ready to negotiate with Crimea if it launches a successful counteroffensive.
He commented with the first sign that Kiev might rethink its position.
B stocks can only happen when Russia is expelled from the territory.
But Ukraine is going to choose a way to bring Crimea back using political and military means, they claim.
Not much prospect of that.
Russia is only going to be given two options according to Ukraine—leave or be driven out—but neither of which is going to happen.
Ukraine's western backers doubt Kiev has the ability to take the Crimean peninsula by force, and Russia still controls a sizable portion to the north.
A full-blown offensive risks a major escalation from Moscow.
This is a pipe dream.
Meanwhile, Seymour Hersh reports, this whole cover story about a yacht being involved in the Nord Stream is just a fanciful tale.
The CIA constantly rank over at ops.
All have to have a cover story if things go badly.
It's important even if they go well, as they did in the Baltic Sea.
Within weeks of my report now, this is Seymour Hersh writing that Biden ordered the destruction of the Nord Stream.
The agency produced a cover story and found willing takers in New York Times and two major German publications, not just because they were gullible, but because they operate on behalf of the CIA.
By creating a story of deep divers and a crew that did not exist, they followed protocol.
The essential element was a mythical yacht, ironically named the Andromeda, after the beautiful daughter of a mythical king who was chained to a rock naked.
It was shared by supporters of the BND, Germany's Federal Intelligence Services.
My initial report, Hirsch continues, was broadcast around the world but ignored by major newspapers and networks, once again, because they're in debt to the intel agencies and only publish what they're permitted to publish.
As it gained traction in Europe and elsewhere, however, The Times published a story that the pro-Ukrainian group had sabotaged a pipeline rather than, of course, the U.S.
government.
The Times story got worldwide attention, but nothing more heard since.
In an interview for a Time podcast, one of the articles inadvertently explained why the story was DOA.
They asked about the involvement of the alleged pro-Ukrainian group.
What makes you think that's what happened?
The answer, I should be very clear, that we know really very little, right?
Meaning, of course, they pulled it out of their ass.
On April 3rd, the Washington Post reported some doubt that Andromeda could have sabotaged the pipeline without the help of a second vessel.
It didn't suggest the Biden admin was involved, but it did quote an unnamed European diplomat saying, everyone can see there's a body lying there, but everyone pretending things are normal.
It's better not to know.
Chuck went up for the various CIA officials who've been supplying pony stories on what's been a successful attempt to keep the world focused on possible suspects rather than the obvious perpetrator of the crime.
The Times also reported a European lawmaker said the service was gathering intel on roughly 45 ships whose transponders were not working when they passed through the area where the pipeline were blown up.
One of the coal so-called ghost ships could have planted the mines and pulled the triggers.
Just ridiculous!

Meanwhile, Decided identified a yacht it reported had been rented from a company in Poland apparently owned by two Ukrainians.
This is just embarrassingly bad.
The newspaper said the yacht had been returned in an unclean condition, enabling the German investigators to find traces of an explosive on a cabin tail.
This is just complete and total bullshit.
Meanwhile, the author of the Desight Report, an experienced journalist Hirsch has known for over a decade, complained about the assertions in the story that he had sources, but not from any intel agency, acknowledged it's tough to write about a fellow journalist, but this case involved accepting facts that should have been questioned.
Why a new American newspaper 4,000 miles away would publish the same allegation about a group of unnamed Ukrainians not linked to the Kiev leaderships officials in Germany said they had been chasing.
The trick of good propaganda is to provide the targets, in this case Western, with what they want to hear.
One intel expert put it to me succinctly.
When you opt like the pipelines, you need to plan a counter-op.
A red herring with a whiff of reality.
And it must be as detailed as possible to be believable.
People today have forgotten there's such a thing as a parody when experts have.
The HMS Pinafore, Gilbert & Sullivan, is not actually a history of the Royal Navy of the 19th century.
It's a parody!
The CIA goal was to produce a parody so good the press would believe it.
But where to stop?
Can't have the pipeline destroyed by a bomb from a plane or sailors on a rubber boat by one.
Why not a sailboat?
Any serious student would know you cannot anchor a sailboat in water 260 feet deep where the by-lines were destroyed, but was not at them, but at the press.
He listed all the elements before you could charge her an expensive yacht.
You can't just walk off the street with a fake passport and lease a boat.
You need to accept a captain supplied by the leasing agent or the owner of the yacht.
You've got to have a certificate of competency.
Anyone who's ever chartered would know these things.
Meanwhile, proof of expertise and competence for deep-sea dialing involves the use of NITOX, a blend of oxygen and nitrogen.
Also, how does a 49-foot sailboat find pipelines in the Baltic?
They're not that big, and they're not on the charts that come with a lease.
Maybe they thought the thought was to put two divers into the water.
Not easy to do from a full yacht.
And let the divers look for it, but how long could they stay in their suits?
15 minutes?
It would take them four years to search a square mile.
None of these questions have been asked by the media.
So you got six people on the yacht, two divers, two helmers, a doctor and a captain.
One thing is missing.
Who's gonna crew the yacht?
Who's gonna cook?
None of this happens.
Stop trying to link.
It's a parody.
They've given no indication any journalist able to board or examine the yacht.
It's just ridiculous.
None of this can save a bad cover story.
The effort to turn fiction into truth will go on forever.
Now it's a picture of a sailboat appearing years after the investigation can be traced.
No license number where it legally should be.
Andromedas replace a piltdown man in the press.
One final thought.
In the world of professional analysts and operators, everyone will universally and correctly conclude from your story that a devilish CIA concocted a counter-op on its face so ridiculous and childish the real purpose was to reinforce a truth.

Well, more great stories demonstrating that all the facts are on our side and all our opponents have, they're just lying sacks of spin.
For the first story with Crimea, the idea that you're going to give just two options, either a political dictate or military force is just a joke.
I mean, it just demonstrates time and time again that our opponents, all they have is bluster and hypocrisy saying that they're for democracy.
Crimea already voted.
They voted like 90 to 95 percent to align themselves with Russia.
So that's just ridiculous.
For Seymour Hersh, great catches of the holes in the cover story.
And they, of course, as the story indicates, they make the official explanation implausible.
Plus, you add the background that the U.S.
is best described as a lying, looting, illegal, rogue state empire, and they violate treaties and engage in wars of aggression all the time.
Then there's no reason to support their story.
And finally, I have it on good authority that Seymour made one mistake.
See, those two passports weren't found on the yacht.
They came from the underwater explosion itself, floated to the surface miraculously in pristine condition, just like we saw on 9-11 with the terrorist passport being found.
Well, it's just amazing how these things happen.
It's a good thing, because otherwise our intelligence agencies would never figure out what happened.
Meanwhile, Julian Assange, the greatest journalist of all time, and look what happened to him.
Nope, from the edge of the narrative matrix, Congress calls for his freedom.
It's funny how former Israeli PM Ehud Barak, who, by the way, was very knowledgeable about 9-11 in advance, just deleted a tweet admitting that Israel had nukes at the same time the Washington Post reported U.S.
allies.
Don't talk about Nord Stream because of the answers that might turn up.
There are so many open secrets everyone knows but isn't allowed to acknowledge.
The world's most famous journalist was just deprived of a visit from Reporters Without Borders because a British prison received intel that they are journalists, and yet all we ever hear is how Russia and China mistreat journalists.
Assange is the world's greatest, most famous journalist, and he's in prison solely for the crime of doing good journalism.
But sure, let's spend our time shaking our fists at far away authoritarian regimes for imprisoning journalists.
There's still a solid reading this morning.
Us have entered with barred women already approved prison visit.
The prison officer told him they've received intel that they are journalists.
Took them off the visit without prior warning.
Assange is not only the world's greatest living journalist, he's the greatest journalist who's ever lived.
There's really no valid argument against it.
Name a superior.

He began his career by revolutionizing source protection for the digital age and proceeded to break some of the biggest stories of the century.
No one can hold a candle to him, living or dead.
Now he's in a max security prison, solely and exclusively because he was better at doing the best kind of journalism than anyone else in the world.
That is the kind of civilization you live in.
The kind that embraced the best journalists of all time for doing journalism.
Meanwhile, Trump gates rocked by accusation against a DA legal expert came Trump's constitutional rights were violated.
Surprise, surprise.
Looks like the Dems are putting all their eggs in DA Bragg's basket.
The liberal DA is charged Trump with 34 felony counts and falsifying business records with the intent to commit another crime.
Most legal experts have dismissed the validity of the case, but it's unclear if the judge will throw it out or a jury will actually convince on such whimsy charges.
Bragg claims Trump was trying to cover up another crime.
But what was that crime?
Why hasn't Bragg charged him with that, if it's so critical to the case?
He refuses to say, and that may be his undoing from Vox.
Former President Trump's Sixth Amendment right may have been violated when New York County D.A.
refused to disclose the underlying crime the defendant intended to conceal.
When questioned by Roberta as to what it was, he replied, he doesn't have to tell them.
The indictment doesn't specify because the law does not so require.
On Hannity, Foxley letters Greg Jarrett, excellent guy, forcefully dismiss Greg's claim, saying he likely violated Trump's right to know what he's being accused of.
So Bragg's entire case hinges on the claim that Paul submitted a business record with the intent to commit another crime, which means the weight of the case depends on that other crime.
Otherwise, they would merely have been misdemeanors.
But Bragg will not tell us what the crime is.
He said the law doesn't require him to say so.
According to the Sixth Amendment, a defendant has the right to be informed by the nature and cause of the accusation, to be confronted with witnesses against him, to have a compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor.
Instead, Bragg is hiding what crime he thinks Trump committed.
Is it possible he doesn't know?
If he knew Trump committed a real punishable crime, why not charge him for that instead of turning misdemeanors into felonies?
Legal experts seem pretty clear to hide what the crimes were as a violation of the Sixth Amendment.
Bragg doesn't seem to even understand the point of law.
But will Trump's lawyers argue in case and get the entire case thrown out?
We don't know.
At the very least, Bragg needs to reveal what he thinks Trump is guilty of otherwise.
It's a sham from the start.
All we know is he's doing this to prevent Trump from winning the election.
The only person not admitting that is Bragg.
Legal experts accused Bragg of violating Trump's Sixth Amendment right, which requires defendants be informed of the crime they're being accused of.
Bragg refused to say what crime Trump tried to commit when he falsified his business records.
It is a sham.

It is a sham.
So whistleblowers and journalists, real journalists, are being silenced.
And they're silenced through censorship.
They're silenced through the application of lawfare against us.
We're silenced in other ways as well.
That's what is required if you're going to run an empire.
You have to control the government to have policies that you like.
You have to control what is used for money to enrich yourself, pay your minions.
And you got to control the media in order to tell the people that Oh, it's all good, and to gaslight them and let those lies go into the textbooks for our children to learn what a great country we're in.
Now, the facts are irrefutable.
And again, I'll put the link to my favorite documentary series, U.S.
Illegal, to be able to walk you through that this is business as usual.
What the U.S.
does is violate treaties And then we use our military.
We've invaded over 200 times since World War II, killing over 30 million people.
That's more than the Nazis killed in World War II.
And then we control the resources, human and natural.
34 felony counts, huh?
For what crime?
No!
So it's an intent!
To commit a serious but secret crime, huh?
So, this is with Stormy Daniels already having the documentation that she provided saying stating on the document that these affairs never happen and.
It went through the document, I think, like six or seven times.
She said all the years that she denied it, and then she recanted that testimony.
So the idea that the so purchasing information.
If you want to pay somebody to not discuss information, you can do that.
That's not a crime.
And as our audience knows, other prominent political figures like Clinton have done that.
They have paid people off.
And there is a whole scandal in the House of Representatives of tax money being used to defend members of Congress from allegations of sexual bad conduct.
So, yeah, in the United States, we do have the Sixth Amendment.
If you're going to be charged with a crime, and that is what a government does, the government points to the laws on the books and says, okay, so here's the evidence that we have against you that you committed this crime.
But if you cannot articulate the crime, then that's it.
You walk.
So this really is a demonstration of the worst principles of authoritarian government, of dictatorial government, of just being declared guilty without any evidence.
Oh yeah, Carl.
The country's just falling apart.
I mean, all this bullshit.
Look at the Nord Stream.
Look at everything else.
Just unbelievably bad.

And again, the bottom line is I don't see anything other to do than withdraw consent and demand arrests.

Paperwork filed with the FEC showed the son of the late Attorney General and nephew of the late President is joining Spiritual advisor and author Marianne Williamson is the second Democrat to seek the party's nomination.
A former environmental lawyer, long described himself as a lifelong Democrat, though not in the Biden tradition, in that of his father and his uncle, he stands to be a viable contender against Biden, who's wildly unpopular, hated not just by Republicans, but by many Democrats as well.
He made himself known through the Wuhan coronavirus pandemic, vocally opposing the vaccines that were unleashed via Operation War T. He's also a health freedom fighter with an extensive track record.
And then an event last week put on by the New Hampshire Institute of Politics.

made a preliminary announcement.
He was thinking about doing it.
I passed the biggest hurdle, which is my wife have green-lighted it, he joked.
He bashed the Biden regime and the DNC for changing the order of the primaries.
Instead of being first in line, New Hampshire will now vote second after South Carolina, now the number one voting slot.
Ahead of the DNC's final approval of the altered schedule, he wrote an open letter urging the members to keep New Hampshire first because of the state's extensive and noteworthy history of advocating for civil rights and election transparency.
The DNC argument is a nominee and calendar must be altered to reflect the diversity of the Democrat Party.
But Kennedy says New Hampshire is already a reflection of diversity.
New Hampshire's four electoral votes could decide the 2024 election.
Most important, New Hampshire runs the most secure and transparent election in America.
It should be a model for our country at a time when we need it most.
It remains unclear whether or not Biden will even run.
I predict he absolutely will not run.
Who would want him to run?
He's a disaster!
Kennedy's decision to run represents the third time someone from the Kennedy family has run for public office.
He's long been the head of Riverkeeper, a prominent environmental nonprofit.
Kennedy is Fauci's biggest and most effective critic.
Moreover, one wrote about why he supports him.
Probably the only Democrat I respect.
All the outlets sought to suppress his book, The Real Anthony Fauci, but it still became a bestseller.
Biden would be no match for him in a debate.
Another wrote that if elected, You'd likely wish for a full accounting of 22 November 1963 and of June 5th, 1968, the day his uncle and his father were assassinated.
Here's another story about it directly from CHD.

Time named him hero for the planet in helping New York's Riverkeeper to restore the Hudson River.
The New York City Watershed Agreement, which you negotiate on behalf of environments and New York City consumers, is regarded as an international model in stakeholder consensus, negotiation, and sustainable development.
He has successfully litigated cases against corporate polluters, including against Monsanto in 2018 and DuPont in 2019.
He's the author of more than 10 books, including American Values, Lesson I Learned From My Family, and The Real Anthony Fauci, Bill Gates, Big Pharma, The Global War on Democracy, and Public Health.
He would be a fantastic candidate.

Yeah, there we go.
Wanted to stop the sound of the buzzsaw from the contractors.
So, fascinating development.
On one hand, part of it is not going to make any difference if the current environment stands, and just ask his dad, and ask his two uncles, because Uncle Teddy, he was character assassinated away from any political ambitions, and Teddy may have been further controlled after that.
And the other part is that this could be a fight.
It could be a communication to the Deep State that if RFK Jr.
is a white hat asset, and I conclude that he is, is that they're going to fight it out and force the Deep State to fight on that front.
I don't know if the Deep State can survive.
Excuse me, the tactic that they're going to try, of course, is the same thing that they did to marginalize candidates like Ron Paul and Dennis Kucinich, is that they'll just smear him and ask him ridiculous questions in the primaries if he gets that far.
And then they're going to just lie about the polling data and have corporate media say, yeah, he just doesn't have any support because that's what they've done in the past.
So we know that for sure, in this fog of war, this is a type of PSYOP.
Now, that may not be bad.
RFK Jr.
knows what happened to his dad, his uncles.
He was a leader and has been and is an ongoing leader to be able to explain, document, and prove the lies and crimes of COVID.
He has been among the top few leaders to be able to point to the damages of these so-called vaccines as a depopulation and destructive influence on our society.
So, Until we get this breakthrough, while this is fascinating, we still suffer under all of the risk.
The risk of World War 3, the risk of another scandemic 2.0, the risk of financial collapse and the Great Reset.
We're still at danger until we have a breakthrough for the truth.
So, we'll just go ahead and continue to point to these facts and hopefully we'll get some breakthrough where the sheeple will open up their own eyes and be able to recognize what's in front of them.

Meanwhile, ousted legislators want their jobs back.
Two former black Democrat lawmakers, expelled by Republican colleagues, say they want to be reappointed and elected back after their ouster for a protest on the House floor, urging gun control measures following a deadly school shooting in Nashville, or so we were told.
In fact, the shooting was a hoax, and the reason they were censured by expulsion is they conducted the protest on the floor of the House in violation of House rules.
Nashville's Metro Council is likely to reappoint Justin Jones.
Michael Lowry, chairman of Shelby County Commission, said Sunday the panel will meet whether to reappoint Justin Pearson, who's from Memphis, to his seat.
Lowry said he understands the need to respond to those who transgress the rules.
However, I believe the expulsion of State Representative Justin Parson was conducted in a hasty manner, without consideration of other corrective action methods.
I also believe the ramifications of her arrest are yet to be seen.
Both lawmakers were on meet-and-rest Sunday, want to return to their position.
Special elections, which have yet to be set, will follow in the coming months.
Here you have one of them talking about, the expulsion made Tennessee a new front in the battle for the future of America, democracy or so we're being told.
They've drawn prominent supporters, the semi corpse on wheels, Joe Biden, and then Kamala Harris, a brainless boob.
This is all embarrassing stuff.
If those are your best supporters, you're in terrible shape.
We will continue to fight for our constituents, Jones said.
I just want to say, this attack is hurting people in our state.
Even though it's disproportionately impacting black and brown community, it's hurting poor white people, too.
This attack on democracy, they claim, hurts all of us.
In separate votes, the GOP supermajority expelled Jones and Peterson, a move that left 140,000 in primarily black districts in Nashville and Memphis with no representation.
Pierce and Jones were expelled in retaliation for the role in a protest last week unfolding after a school shooting in Nashville that, we were told, killed six people.

A third Democrat, Representative Gloria Johnson, was spread expulsion by a one-vote margin.
She is white, spurring an outcry for the different black lawmakers, but the fact is she had an attorney.
They did not.
They spoke into the megaphone.
She did not.
It all happened on the floor, which was impermissible.
Johnson also suggested race was likely a factor.
Republican House Speaker Cameron Sexton, however, said it's a false narrative.
It's very unfortunate trying to put political racism on this when it was nothing of the kind.
GOP leaders said the expulsion was necessary to avoid saying abracadabra at lawmakers' disruption of House proceedings.
Disruption of House proceedings through protest would be tolerated.
Meanwhile, as I've tweeted out, wow, Or trans Nashville shooter change his or her sneakers during his or her assault on a Christian school.
How dumb are we supposed to be?
Glad to see many are buying absurdities of these stage events, which the Dems use to promote their agenda.

Well, again, we're just pointing out to what we see, and we're claiming to be just objective people looking at the facts here with the news that people would need to know compared to the lying sacks of spin in corporate media.
So what happened on that legislative floor body was a type of insurrection.
Now an insurrection is going to stop, is going to thwart the legal process.
So they're just doing business as legislators and then they are burst into this room and with the assistance of those three legislators, they stop the legislative process.
So they're basically saying, we reject the governance that we have, the lawful governance that we're sworn to participate in and to uphold.
And instead we're going to engage in this narrative for LGTBS plus type stuff and that is going to replace the government.
That they're going to have this emotional talk and use that to destroy Second Amendment rights.
So that's pretty insurrection.
And yeah, of course, those legislators are going to be disciplined for that, especially when you get on a megaphone and you instead of standing with the job that you're paid to do when we're elected to do, you're going to stand with those.

They claim to care about LGTBS and even poor people, but the method that they're going to help them with is to disarm Americans in light of the lying, looting, illegal, rogue state empire and the whole history of the planet.

Here we have the alleged suspect.
A trans male goes by Lily, though his real name is William Wyworth, arrested and charged in Colorado Springs, revealing he was responsible for threats involving school at the small Rattlesprings Academy District 20.
He faces attempted murder charges after making those threats, according to local news.
The Elbert County Sheriff's Office charged him with two counts of a criminal attempt to commit murder in the first degree, criminal mischief, menacing, and interference with staff, faculty, or students of educational institutions.
Wentworth is an alum of the school district, attended from 2014 to 16, Timberview Middle School.

Well, I think our commenters and our audience in general is that we, as leaders, we're leading by example.
