When the righteous rule, the people rejoice.
When the wicked rule, the people mourn.
And we are in a state of mourning, I would say, today, and it's one of the reasons I'm wearing black as my funeral attire, because in some very serious ways, I think the Republic is going through a funeral pyre death situation, which hopefully will be resurrected by leaders and intellectuals such as who we have joining us tonight.
This is Global Great Awakenings on GlobalFreedomTV.com.
I'm Scott Bennett, your host, and we are joined by the great Dr. James Fetzer and Dr. Stephen Pidgeon, my esteemed colleagues.
And we're going to be examining the presidential prosecution of President Trump Uh, by Alvin Bragg, the New York District Attorney, and of course the larger Democrat Party, and exploring some other issues that are going internationally.
But gentlemen, let me first preface the conversation before I hand it to you for your opening remarks.
Allow me to make mine.
I was in the gym yesterday lifting weights and I met with the image of, on the television, multiple televisions, this hideous image of CNN and MSNBC and these other pundits who look sickly and unkempt and they're smiling and rejoicing at Donald Trump being dragged into the court of New York.
To meet this ridiculous, these ridiculous charges that really we didn't understand or see before beforehand.
And the rejoicing at this and, you know, trying to make him look like a criminal.
And then I see on the television these hideous, disgusting demoniacs, you know, covered in paint and looking like ghouls and demons of the worst kind of description.
And I'm getting very angry when I'm lifting weights and I had to contain myself so I didn't injure myself with the fury of it.
But I was getting sickened.
I was so infuriated.
Because I'm also looking around the gym and I'm wondering how many of these people are in support of this walking zombie Joe Biden and this disgustingly corrupt Democrat party.
And I see people working out, these old men from the church that I used to go to that outlawed political conversation.
So I find myself, or I found myself, growing increasingly infuriated by everything around me.
And it came back to why?
Because we are experiencing something that the Republic has never experienced before.
We're experiencing President Trump being brought for criminal charges for something that was never a crime and that was judged and filtered and analyzed by a variety of legal entities.
But now we have a Democrat, Black, Soros-backed district attorney trying to throw another pot of spaghetti against the wall.
And I read the charges, and 30 charges are simply 30 entries of checks that were written to Michael Cohen over a year to purchase the silence of Stormy Daniels.
And he had done that before, and many other people had done that before.
And I'm not going to go into the whys or all that.
You know, it's something that you do when you're an important figure and you don't want things coming out or risks or things like that.
So there was nothing illegal about it.
I'm not going to go into the morality of things, but Michael Cohen, the attorney, was the one that initiated these actions.
To see the 30 checks translated into 30 felonies without really any justification or explanation, it was really infuriating.
And then, of course, the thought came to me, well, if you're going to prosecute Donald Trump for something so petty that's never been a crime, then let's prosecute Bill Clinton for rape and for murder.
Because there's no statute of limitations for murder, and we know that Bill Clinton and his assortment of mafiosa killed Vince Foster, killed Ron Brown, killed a variety of other people.
Let's investigate Bill Clinton for murder.
Let's investigate Hillary Clinton for murder.
What about all these reports of Hillary Clinton and Uba Abedin torturing and skinning the face off of girls in dentist chairs?
Let's have him do a testimony and an affidavit and file charges against Hillary Clinton for that.
Let's file charges against Barack Obama for some of the hideous crimes he did, including deceiving the American public.
Barack Obama married to a transvestite.
Michael Lavon Robinson, also known as Michelle Obama, where photographs indicate a penis under the dress.
Let's prosecute Barack Obama for deceiving the American public and filling out forms incorrectly.
He certainly isn't married to a woman.
He's married to a man!
Let's lay out all of these individuals.
Let's bring in George Bush and Dick Cheney and prosecute them for the greatest crimes against humanity ever conducted.
Let's prosecute all of them for the crimes of 9-11 and for deceiving the American public in every way.
That's what this set in motion to me was.
This is now time.
If you're going to open up this Pandora's box, which Jim Fetzer wisely concluded it was, then that Pandora's box is going to go to everybody and everything.
So I want to see district attorneys in Arkansas or North Dakota filing similar charges against Joe Biden and Barack Obama and George Bush and Dick Cheney and Bill Clinton.
I want to see those.
If they're going to ring charges against Trump, then what's good for the goose is good for the gander.
Let's charge them all.
And to see this happening, I'll end it by saying to see this happening, and I'm doing multiple interviews on Russian TV, on Middle Eastern channels, all asking me, you know, Mr. Bennett, what's going on in America?
What is this?
What does this mean?
And I'm saying on these channels, it's absolutely ridiculous.
It's a show trial.
But you know what it tells me?
It shows me, regardless of Trump, this isn't about Trump.
But what this has done is put in jeopardy, and I know Steven Pigeon's going to talk about it, the entire Republic, our entire Constitution, our entire mechanism of law.
And what Trump—God kind of showed me what Trump is in this scenario, regardless of you like him or not.
I've got a lot of issues with what Trump did.
In this scenario is Christ carrying his cross from Pontius Pilate's proclamations, carrying his cross to Golgotha.
And the American people are seeing him having stones and being bloodied and whipped and spat at and cursed by these demoniacs.
The American people are also in the crowd watching this, and I think the American people are going to help Donald Trump carry this cross.
They understand what happens to him happens to all of them.
And when he gets on the high mount of Golgotha, instead of being crucified, instead of being prisoned, instead of being punished, instead of being killed, Donald Trump will then turn and wage war, as will the American public.
And perhaps it is time to entertain in those conversations when a civil war is required is the founding fathers have called out when the government becomes so tyrannical, it is It is the duty and the right of the people to overthrow such government and reconstitute one that seems right unto them.
We're at that stage.
We've passed that stage.
Now, Glenn Beck and Tucker Carlson and others have talked about this.
They're remorseful.
They're sad for good reason.
And I would say in closing, if they'll put a gag order on Donald Trump, they'll try and say he violated it.
They'll try and arrest him physically and put him in jail and then they'll try and kill him.
That's the scenario the Democrats hope to pursue, and they are so full of bloodlust and fear that they think that they can threaten Donald Trump with fear.
But see, the one thing they don't understand is conservatives, Republicans, do not react like Democrats do.
We have no fear.
And in one sense, when they try and project fear upon us, as they're trying to do with Donald Trump, he's going to turn, he's going to kick them in the groin, punch them in the jaw, knock them down, and say, I'm the president, and if you want to go to war, you're going to go to war against the American public.
I think you're going to see more people rise up And really go to war against these Democrats and Liberals and Fascists.
And not that I want it, but if there's a time to stand up, I think it is now more than any other time.
And be prepared for anything, including bloodshed.
Because they have drawn blood, and they're looking to do a lot worse.
I'll pass it first to you, Dr. James Fetzer, and then Stephen Pidgeon for your opening remarks and commentary.

Well, Scott, you made a lot of powerful points.
Just to mention in passing, yes, Michelle has a package most women do not have, and breast implants.
It's a bizarre combination.
In the meanwhile, I think we have the right government formed by the Constitution, but it's been Ignored.
It's being violated.
It's being unenforced by the politicalization of our Department of Justice and law enforcement, including the FBI.
Sad to say.
Background, for those who may not know, while this is allegedly over hush money payments to Stormy Daniels, It turns out that Stormy herself has acknowledged she and Donald Trump never had sex.
Donald Trump has denied it.
In fact, we learned with the Russiagate claim, where Hillary's paid-for dossier asserted that Trump had hired a couple of prostitutes to pee on a bed that Barack Obama and Michelle had slept on.
He explained he was a germaphobe.
He wouldn't do such a thing.
Well, it's also the case that a person of that character isn't going to want to have intercourse with a woman with multiple sex partners.
It's most unlike Donald Trump to have an affair with a porn star.
It does appear it was Michael Cohen who paid her off, and if over a course of time Trump paid off Cohen in return for doing that, there was nothing illegal about it.
This is an old Practice, as Alan Dershowitz has explained, goes back at least as far as Alexander Hamilton.
And what's gross about the indictment brought with this list of 34 purported felonies, they would be misdemeanors, but for the creative interpretation by the Soros-funded district attorney that they were done to conceal a more serious crime,
The character of which is completely unspecified, so we have actually no idea, no grounding, no rooting, no explanation of what this is all about.
I'm delighted you have Stephen Pidgeon here, and I await his further thoughts.
And Stephen, let me just add, Jim Fetzer said something very profound, and it's been echoed by others, such as Senator Ted Cruz, that What Donald Trump did was not illegal, but more importantly, I think, is what Hillary Clinton did is exactly the same thing.
But even worse, she paid her law firm to spend money inventing the Russia hoax, paying money to Perkins Coie, paying money to CrowdSource or CrowdStrike, paying money that were actual to people who were in the employment of the FBI!
So the FBI and CrowdStrike and Perkins Coie all were being paid by Hillary Clinton, the Democrat National Party, to invent a fairytale of Donald Trump in collusion with Russia.
It was deception upon the American public.
Barack Obama then kicked out Russia Today, Russia Consulates, waged war, diplomatic war, against Russia in December of 2016.
Trump inherited, and then began this complete propaganda war and lying to the American people that kicked in with this Mueller probe that Jeff Sessions, another retard and traitor under Trump's jurisdiction, or Trump appointee, they set in motion this whole elaborate lie that Hillary Clinton and the Democrat Party were employing and paying people to do.
Essentially the same thing that Trump did, but far, far more sinister, and I would say overly criminal, and unconstitutional, and seditious, and even treason, because you're deceiving the American public.
You're manipulating, you're engaging in psychological warfare in all sorts of levels.
Stephen Pidgeon, I'll hand it to you for your commentary.

Well, thank you, Scott, and thank you, Dr. Fetzer.
Thank you for having me here.
You know, this difficulty began when a certain usurper to the presidency began a radical transformation of America.
Now, Barack Obama was a usurper to the presidency.
That's not his real name.
He is the man of lawlessness.
He has no lawful name.
He has no lawful identity.
No lawful citizenship.
He has no lawful Columbia degree.
No lawful Harvard degree.
No lawful bar license.
No lawful social security number.
He had 22 of them, in fact.
No lawful draft registration.
No lawful marriage.
No lawful children.
Those children were plants.
And, you know, he was the most immoral person to ever rise to political authority in world history, being married to a transgendered man who hid it and faking children.
And he faked his whole Kenya identity.
All of that was a fake and a fraud.
And he was elevated to that position by a criminal cabal called the Democrat Party.
There are no Democrats in the Democrat Party and there are no people who favor democracy in the Democrat Party.
These are hardcore criminals using communism under the guise of democracy to overthrow the United States.
And they're not overthrowing the United States to obtain political power.
They're looting the United States because they're a giant set of parasites who are sucking the nation dry, putting it into their own pocket in anticipation of the ultimate destruction of America.
And if you think they care about America one little bit, you are wrong.
And they only care about power enough to allow them access to the purse so they can fleece it completely.
Now, this is what's been going on.
And the methodology was described a long time ago.
Well, look, let's figure out a way to go to war with Russia that we can completely fleece Americans' coffers by, you know, putting out trillion-dollar defense budgets by, let's rearm, let's rebuild.
Look at the F-35, for example.
Total boondoggle, pile of junk aircraft that's not even a second generation fighter would be blown out of the sky by an F-15.
And we spent billions and billions of dollars because everybody was up to their shoulder in the purse.
Everyone was up to their shoulder in the purse.
Now, it's important for us to understand here that the United States of America, the Constitutional Republic, is close to its very last gasp.
If you want to tell people on RT or people in Iran or on Al Arabiya television what the truth is, the truth is that America is dying and is just about dead.
When the dollar goes to zero, which is weeks away, that will end the federal government, just as it ended the Soviet Union.
It will end the federal government of the United States of America and the people who are in the weaponized FBI, the weaponized DOJ, the weaponized Homeland Security, the weaponized NSA, the weaponized FDA, the weaponized SEC.
All of those entities have become weaponized and corrupted.
Do you think the FDA did anybody any favors by granting emergency authorized use to Pfizer for the VAX?
Did they do anybody any favor?
And then by granting and actually allowing the CDC to come forward with a mandate that all children must be jabbed with an MRNA and jabbed without the consent of their parents?
You're at a point here where we have the Biden administration openly saying we expect most children in America's public schools to be transgendered.
The federal government as a result of the constitutional breach of George W. Bush, another usurper to the United States presidency, creating the Department of Education over which the federal government has no authority, no constitutional reach whatsoever.
And now under that authority, Joe Biden is introducing written plans for first graders to write out their transgendered plan in writing in first grade.
Now, this kind of teaching that's going on in these schools that is being promoted by Joe Biden's administration is the spiritual sexual rape of all of America's children in school.
They're being spiritually, mentally raped.
And if the American public isn't willing to rise up about that, well then the frog has been cooked in the pot.
And what's going to happen now is you're not going to have a choice as to civil war.
It's not going to be, gee, let's rise up and have a civil war.
That's not what's going to happen.
What's going to happen is a complete destruction of all the institutions of America.
You know, McDonald's is about to go bankrupt.
Target is closing stores.
Walmart is laying off people.
Burger King is about to disappear.
All of the things that we've called conveniences, if you will, the fast food world that has constituted America's obesity, All of that is about to completely vanish and disappear.
It's going to go away.
The food supply is in great jeopardy.
The infrastructure is in great jeopardy.
We can't seem to move a train across the country.
We can't seem to get trucks across the country.
These things are all in jeopardy and about to fail.
The banks, there's at least 186 banks that are about to go under.
And the big four, JP Morgan, we're going to get bailed out.
You're going to get bailed out with a false dollar.
We're $31 trillion in debt.
They're going to try to add another $2 trillion to that this year.
And then they think they're going to go to a central bank digital currency where they can control every last expenditure you have via some digital thing.
But you know what?
Currency requires faith.
You have to believe that you can transact goods in something that has no material value.
You got a piece of paper in your hand.
And I'm going to give you that, and you're going to give me something of real value back.
And that paper is going to disappear, and you're going to be told, here's a picture of that paper on my cell phone.
Now give me that good.
There's no full faith and credit in anything American.
The whole world has already lost faith in America.
And the whole world is turning on America, where we have no friends anywhere in the world.
And when this crash comes, there isn't going to be any nation saying, gee, what can we do to rescue you?
Can we help you?
No, the whole world, we are going to be a hissing to the world.
And the world's going to look at us and say, you guys deserve everything you get after all the things you did to us.
That's what'll happen.
Now, when it goes to zero, and suddenly there's no food supply, and there's no trucking supply, and Kroger has closed its store in your jurisdiction, and Safeway is shut down, and Walmart's gone, and there's no any kind of supply whatsoever, now you're left to cheat.
You're a little house on the prairie all of a sudden.
Do you know how to live?
Do you know how to live?
And so it's not going to be a question, gee, I don't want to engage in this civil war.
If you're in Southern California, there is going to be a quick push for the Sinaloan drug cartel to seize the reins of power in Southern California, Arizona, and New Mexico.
Now, they've already seized political power in Arizona.
They controlled the election, the last election.
And they, for the most part, control the streets of L.A.
But it's going to be explicit that the only rule of law you're going to have in the southwestern United States is going to be what the drug cartel tells you to do.
You're not going to care.
You could care less what the L.A.
County Sheriff has to say.
He isn't being paid anymore.
You're not going to care what the FBI has to say.
They're not being paid anymore.
And so the sins of this criminal cabal, and these are just criminals.
These guys are just mafia people disguised as politicians.
They are the greatest parasite class we've ever seen in the United States.
And the parasites are killing the golden goose.
That's what's happened.
The goose is dying.
America is dying.
You know, if you've ever killed an animal, there's a last breath of that animal.
And this is where we are.
We're to the last breath.
The animals lying alongside the road.
It's falling.
It can't get up.
It's bleeding.
And it's just one step away from its last breath.
And I'll tell you, a lot of the reason that that animal is dying is because Donald Trump sat in a foxhole for a year in 2020, too afraid to do the things that the true president of the United States needed to do.
Which was to go to the states that were engaged in fraud.
California, Oregon, Washington.
Washington being number one on the list.
Which he ignored and pretended it didn't mean a thing.
And you know why he didn't think Washington meant a thing?
Because he was in partnership with Jay Inslee to bring Operation Warp Speed.
He didn't do anything about the, oh let's use write-in ballots.
You know what?
The governors of each of those respective states have a duty To provide a Republican form of government.
And they had completely overthrown those Republican form of governments with violations of international law, breaches of the Universal Declaration of Bioethics and Human Rights, by imposing quarantines on people who weren't sick, by imposing medical preventative treatment like social distancing, contact tracing, testing for viruses and vaccines without informed consent, and prejudicing those people who did not consent.
All of those were violations of the 47 Nuremberg Code and the Universal Declaration of Bioethics.
And he did nothing.
And we confronted him, Scott.
You and I confronted him in Washington, D.C., and I put it in writing in front of him.
And I said, you have a duty to embrace this Universal Declaration of Bioethics, and in particular, the consent provisions.
And what did he do?
He sat there in the foxhole like a coward, quivering.
I don't dare do anything.
Well, you know what?
He is the one who let this criminal Joe Biden, who is a half-wit, senile individual, seize the controls of power.
And he's the one that allowed the U.S.
Postal Workers Union, another group of parasites out of Detroit, To manipulate the election and the AFL-CIO, another group of parasitic communists, to overthrow the country using explicit violence.
He did it.
He needed to stand up and fight for the nation.
He didn't stand up for you, Scott.
He didn't stand up for Scott Ritter.
He didn't stand up for Mike Adams.
He didn't stand up for Alex Jones.
He didn't stand up for, what was his name, Stone.
Julian Assange, Ed Snowden.
Julian Assange.
I would say he didn't stand up for any of those people.
He didn't stand up for Julian Assange.
Julian Assange is the one who exposed Hillary Clinton and all of her criminal acts.
And he did it so that the world would know.
And did Trump pardon him?
Did Trump say we have no criminal interest in Julian Assange?
No.
He treated the guy who put him in office like he was a common criminal that wasn't worth his time or consideration.
And because he refused to stand for the republic, he allowed a no-class, half-wit criminal mafia member who was engaged in quid pro quo in Ukraine withholding a billion dollars in order to make sure a prosecutor in Ukraine didn't look at his son's kickback scheme and bioweapons labs in Ukraine.
He was the one that was taking billions of dollars from the Chinese army And no one investigated.
Trump didn't investigate.
Trump didn't look.
Trump didn't restore the Republic.
Trump didn't demand a Republican form of government.
No.
Trump allowed Fauci to have his podium.
Trump allowed quarantines to be imposed.
Trump allowed the economic state of the nation to be shut down by criminal quacks at CDC, at the WHO, and genocidalists like Bill Gates.
He had a duty And a responsibility to the Republic to use the economies of state, including its coercive power, against enemies foreign and domestic to secure the Constitution.
And he did nothing.
And now here we are.
And now here we are.
You have communists, literally communists.
If you think there is a chance in any courtroom in the country That a judge is going to convict one of these communists.
You're wrong.
There is not.
Look.
Look at who is doing nothing about Hunter Biden's laptop.
Who's doing nothing about transferring hundreds of billions of dollars to Ukraine.
Who's doing nothing about kickback regiment was done to bioweapons labs.
Who's doing nothing about the receipt of funds from the Chinese army.
The DOJ isn't.
The FBI isn't.
Homeland Security isn't.
The U.S.
military isn't.
The Pentagon isn't.
There is no one.
There is no county sheriff.
There is no DA.
There is no government or police authority anywhere in the United States that will lift a finger against these communists.
Not one.
So there is nothing between The death of the United States and its grave.
Nothing.
There's me and you, Jim Fetzer, Scott Ritter, Colonel McGregor, Senator Black.
That's it.
That's who stands between the death of the Republic and the grave.
That's it.
So, what are you going to see?
You're going to see the dollar go to zero.
You're going to see Wall Street go to zero.
You're going to see J.P.
Morgan.
You're going to see Bank of America.
You're going to see all the big four banks in the United States completely perish.
They're going to collapse.
The American public is not going to have access to any currency whatsoever.
Gold and silver will not be recognized by anyone.
Cryptocurrency will not be available because there won't be a functioning internet, because there won't be a functioning electrical grid.
You're going to see worse deprivation than you saw in the 1930s.
And you're going to see a greater climate of unrest than you saw in the 1860s.
And in that environment, in a country that has over 400 million weapons, people are going to try to seize the reins of power by force.
So what the average American is going to be facing is the rise of criminal gangs in your local area trying to seize control of the reins of authority locally.
And the one who's going to succeed in obtaining local authority is going to be the most ruthless killer among them.
So that's what you're going to be looking at.
And so this is what so when you talk about so Joe Biden could smile and CNN can laugh, New York is going to be a burned ruin, as is Washington, D.C., because these criminals cannot stop poking the bear in the eye in Russia.
They're going to be a smoking room.
And after they're a smoking room, you can count on foreign troops coming in and making America a prey.
Let us go loot that land of unwalled cities.
That's what's coming.
So celebrate all you want, CNN, which is nothing but a group of CIA plants, right?
CIA contractors working for the company, giving federal propaganda.
They're not media.
They're not media at all.
And so this is what our situation.
So what I would say is when you talk about this, this indictment of Trump, well, it's a complete fraud.
And it, you know, this DA is guilty of fraud.
He's guilty of malfeasance, misfeasance, nonfeasance, apheasance.
And he's also guilty of conspiracy to commit criminal acts.
He's engaged in a RICO conspiracy with Joe Biden, who is the one who initiated this.
You remember when they impeached Trump for what Joe Biden did?
Oh, quid pro quo.
That's what Joe Biden did.
Trump was trying to have a conversation with Zelensky to keep Zelensky from engaging in Nazification and genocide of Russian people in Ukraine.
He gets impeached for that.
And then they impeached him after he lost the election.
How's that for thinking?
How do you do that?
The Democrats don't care about the rule of law.
They don't care what the law says.
They don't care what the courts can do.
They don't care about the Constitution, one iota.
They're executing political power at the point of a gun.
Period.
Period.
And where is the Supreme Court in blocking this?
Doesn't exist.
Totally compromised entity and it's compromised from the Supreme Court down to the lowest district court judge working night court in downtown Manhattan.
So you cannot expect jurisprudence from the judicial system.
You cannot expect law enforcement from the law enforcement agencies.
You cannot expect the rule of law because the Constitution, Scott Bennett, the Constitution is dead.
Yeah, on that somber note, Jim Fetzer, I'll hand it to you for your feedback and comments on Steven Peters.
I'm rather blown away by Steven's laying so much responsibility on Donald Trump.
I have a very, very different view.
I agree with him about a lot of the consequences of the situation we're in.
I do believe the country is economically, politically, and morally bankrupt across the board.
Well, I hardly regard Donald Trump as responsible, therefore.
Indeed, I think the strongest argument that Stephen has it wrong is the extent to which the establishment on both sides of the aisle has gone to isolate, marginalize, defeat Trump on every count.
We now have Russiagate.
We've had two impeachments.
We have the raid on Mar-a-Lago.
We got this indictment.
This is all what in the Marine Corps we call happy horseshit.
None of this amounts to anything.
But as weak as they fear him desperately, Trump, yes, was played.
I agree.
And I think the Warp Speed, it was a catastrophe.
And I'm desperately hoping he's going to come out repudiated and acknowledge That the VAX is terrible, the greatest mistake he made.
But he gave us a robust economy.
He called out the fake news.
He built a wall.
He gave us a surging economy where the lowest earning wage earners were seeing their wages rise at the highest rate.
The gap between black and white was narrowing again.
The election of 2020 was overwhelmingly favorable for Trump in terms of what the voters cast their votes.
It was stolen on a massive and unprecedented scale using Dominion voting machines, whose motto is changing the way you vote.
Drop boxes in padding the list of registered voters with millions of deceased or moved or ineligible voters so the Democrats could set out ballots and when they were returned they could process them to support their guy.
Nobody like Joe Biden.
Anyone who doesn't recognize the 2020 election was stolen on an unprecedented scale simply hasn't been paying attention.
So I come out very strongly on the side of Donald Trump, but I do believe Stephen has made very telling points about where we're about to go.
I'd suggest a fascinating piece about this came from Tucker the other night.
And I'd enjoy our having the opportunity to review it, Scott, as another take on what's going on here.
Because, you know, if Trump weren't a threat to the establishment, things like this would not be happening, even remotely.

That was the price of gas when Trump left office, right?
And Jim is right.
We had a robust economy going on.
And equally important, we were not at war with Russia.
We were not at war with China.
We had secured our relationships.
We had secured our alliances.
And we were still Pax Americana worldwide.
Biden has destroyed everything.
He's destroyed our alliances.
He's destroyed our economy.
He's destroyed our military.
He's destroyed our infrastructure.
He has destroyed everything.
He hasn't missed a thing.
Everything he touches is ruined and wrecked.
What I'm trying to say, Jim, is that what Trump didn't understand and what he should have understood.
And we started contacting Trump very early on.
the North American Law Center, other auspices.
We had direct contact with Trump's office.
And we told him-- - You have a walkman, Tucker.
- Oh, here, I'll let you go ahead and put that up there, Scott.
- Let me do it real quick.
- Carlson, tonight, Donald Trump, as you no doubt know, was arraigned in a Manhattan court today.
The former president is back in Florida at this hour and scheduled to speak in just a moment from Mar-a-Lago.
This feels significant, so we're going to take his remarks live as soon as they begin.
But before we get there, it's worth understanding what it is we've just seen.
Often the clearest perspectives on our country come from outside its borders.
With distance comes clarity.
So with that in mind, here is Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele on Twitter today.
Think what you want about former President Trump and the reasons he's being indicted, Bukele wrote, but just imagine if this happened in any other country where a government arrested the main opposition candidate.
The United States' ability to use, quote, democracy as foreign policy is gone.
Thousands of miles from New York City, in the heart of Central America, it is very obvious what just happened at that Manhattan courthouse.
It's obvious to many Democrats, too.
Trump was criminally charged because he is planning to challenge Joe Biden in the upcoming presidential election.
It's really that simple.
If Donald Trump had retired in 2020, would he have been a reign today?
Of course not.
Top Democrats know that.
Some effectively admit it.
The liberal blog Politico this morning ran a piece describing what it called President Joe Biden's most senior advisors predicting that Trump will be the Republican nominee and, because he has now been charged with crimes, he will lose the general election.
Thanks to this criminal case, the Biden White House believes that swing voters, the critical voters in a presidential election, are quote, now permanently out of Trump's reach.
And just to make certain that swing voters never fall within Trump's reach, Donald Trump is scheduled to be back in court in New York with the accompanying media circus just weeks before the first Republican primary.
This is the boldest election interference ever attempted in this country's history.
And if you doubt that, if you think it's maybe on the level, then we suggest you look carefully at the indictment that was unveiled today.
Donald Trump, as you probably heard, has been charged with 34 separate crimes.
Those crimes turn out, on close examination, to be the same crime repeated 34 times.
And that crime is, quote, falsifying business records in the first degree.
So the Manhattan D.A.
alleges that Donald Trump sent his own money to various people for various entirely legal reasons, but didn't account for it correctly in his office records.
That's what he's accused of.
And even if what Alvin Bragg has said Trump did, he actually did do, Trump could not be charged with that because the statute of limitations has expired.
So the question is, how did Alvin Bragg drag Donald Trump into court today?
Well, he did it by claiming that Trump falsified business records as a means of violating some other, much more serious law.
That's what he's saying.
Here's Alvin Bragg today.
Under New York State law, it is a felony to falsify business records with intent to defraud and intent to conceal another crime.
That is exactly what this case is about.
34 false statements made to cover up other crimes.
These are felony crimes in New York State.
No matter who you are, we cannot and will not normalize serious criminal conduct.
The defendant repeatedly made false statements on New York business records.
He also caused others to make false statements.
So, here's what Bragg just said, in case you weren't paying attention to the lecture.
Donald Trump has committed a crime, not by changing business records, but by changing business records in order to conceal another more serious crime or to defraud somebody.
So, let's take this in order.
What is the more serious crime?
Well, we have no idea!
Because Bragg hasn't told us!
No such more serious crime is listed in the indictment.
And critically, and this really is the point, Donald Trump has not been charged with another more serious crime.
So what we have as of tonight is an indictment that does not allege specific violations of the law.
That's, of course, unconstitutional, but it's also farcical.
I'm going to stop it there because I want to have our discussion more.
You know, Steven Pigeon, it slaps the Constitution, of course, and I want to raise the other point.
If you're going to go after Donald Trump, We all know Bill Clinton is guilty of rape and murder and other crimes.
Why not open the Pandora's box and go after him?
Why not go after Obama for these crimes?
Get a district attorney to do what Bragg's done and go after the throat of these men.
This whole Trump case is, of course, a laughingstock.
I think it'll be, of course, overthrown.
But the bigger point you were raising earlier is the republic in the constitution is dead.
This is the last gasp of a republic before a dystopian civil war, and all kinds of violence which will follow the impending crash of the petrodollar seems to be what you're presenting.
Stephen, let me interject before Stephen replies.
It's not at all clear it's going to play out the way that the Biden brain trust anticipates.
Donald Trump has already gone up 10 points in the polls since his indictment, Scott.
The American people aren't buying it.
They know this is bullshit.
This is rubbish.
And frankly, it's not at all clear it's going to be sustainable.
And once it's exposed as a monster fraud, those very swing voters, they think they're going to affect adversely, may turn around and say, my God, Look how the Democrats are willing to abuse the law for the sake of promoting their political agenda, no matter how much it harms the United States.
Because, as the President of El Salvador observed, we no longer have moral authority in the world community.
We no longer can promote democracy as our stock in trade.
We have lost that permanently and forever.
And I'll add one more point.
Without Donald Trump, All those consequences Stephen has described are going to come to pass for a certainty.
He is the only person who has a grip on the American body politic who can salvage a nation.
And that's in spite of all of his flaws.
I could endorse every single flaw.
Stephen is enumerated and tell you this is still our guy.
That if Trump can't bring us out of this, we are done.
And by God, stick a fork in us.
Because Stephen's got it right.
Without Trump, we are done.
Yeah.
Stephen, let me hand it to you.
Let me just comment on Jim's point.
You're exactly right, Jim.
The independents, psychologically, emotionally, professionally, socially, they are libertarian-minded individuals.
Their biggest fear is government overreach and government intervention.
They're not political party-oriented.
Because of kind of a general distrust.
And you're exactly right.
From a PSYOP perspective, this action by the government, it taps in precisely to the core fear and aversion and repulsion that the independent libertarian voter feels.
So instead of cowering or somehow morally disgusting the independent voter by Trump, They're actually going to be infuriating and putting the fear of God in them to a point where they're going to see their only hope for life and to escape the similar fate is going to be, the enemy of my enemy is my friend.
They may not be Republicans, But the Republicans are the enemy of their enemy.
So the Independents are going to see Bragg and the Democrats, by this action, as their enemy, the enemy of their freedom, their libertarian impulses.
You're exactly, exactly, precisely right.

One interesting comment, Scott.
You know, in Russian, the word for enemy is braga.
Bragg.

That's the word for enemy.
It's very interesting because the Fetzer conclusion is the same conclusion that I'm hearing from others of my friends, which is that, you know, the Mexican president, who's been threatened by, you know, Lindsey, I'm never going to fight, but I'm going to send you out to die.

Who said, let's go down there and attack Mexico.
Let's put American troops, F-15s, go to war with the drug cartels, right?
Let's actually get down there and duke it out.
And he said, you know, you keep your mouth shut and don't tell me one word about democratic values until you bring the Nord Stream pipe blowers to justice.
And that's Joe Biden.
As Seymour Hersh has proven.
Until they're brought to justice, don't anybody say anything.
So what's happened is, you have to remember, everything Joe Biden touches goes to trash.
All of it.
Anything he touches, he destroys.
And now he's destroying the last vestige of any American authority anywhere.
That's why the whole world is joining the BRICS system right now.
All the talk in Africa is get out of dollars as quickly as you can.
This is also the talk in Latin America.
India has already done it, of course, and all of the OPEC nations are doing it.
And France bought the natural gas using the Chinese Yuan.
Everyone is getting away from America because there is no moral authority.
Now, Jim's conclusion, the Fetzer conclusion, is that we have a choice when this anarchy hits the United States, which is going to come very quickly.
The dollar is going to collapse and all the federal government employees are going to be unemployed.
The military is going to be lucky to keep people on bases because they're not going to be getting paid.
When this occurs, you've got a choice.
You can either have unbridled anarchy and what I would call spot civil war, which I described before.
Criminal gangs in your area trying to seize control.
The alternative is you regroup behind one leader and you try to reassert America.
That's the alternative.
And look, this dividing line is a bright red line.
There's no middle.
There's no middle.
There's no soft ground.
Well, I was thinking about it at the time of the Civil War.
You had the Mason-Dixon line.
Those people who were North wore blue.
Those people who were South wore gray.
And there was no in-between.
There's no middle ground.
And this is going to be the situation.
So, the very strong likelihood is this.
Even if this idiot that calls himself a lawyer, by the way, the greater crimes, what you're wondering what that is?
There is no crime in writing a check.
It doesn't become a crime until you have a crime that's greater than writing a check, which is what?
Writing a check to perpetrate this misdemeanor of paying off a hooker.
Which the statute of limitations is run.
So the thinking of this prosecutor, this is the way lawyers think, right?
Most of them are brain dead, hooked up on bad juice.
And this guy is one of them.

Oh, the greater crime is he committed a misdemeanor, which there was no crime in writing a check, but in writing the check to the hooker, which by the way, Michael Cohen wrote, and the rumor has it that Michael Cohen was paying for services he received, not that Trump received.
But Cohen is willing to go public because he wants to get out of jail.
So he breaches attorney-client privilege, which by the way, that should cost him a big time, but no one sees a crime there.
And then he turns around and says, oh yeah, I paid off this hooker that I was using, but I'm blaming it on Donald Trump.
Right?
Which, by the way, is reasonable doubt in a criminal trial.
That's reasonable doubt.
Well, Michael, your letter says here that you paid off Stormy Daniels for services you received, and Stormy says she never gave any services to Donald.
So who's telling the truth here?
You, a convicted felon, or Trump, who said that never happened?
Okay, that's reasonable doubt, right?
That's reasonable doubt in front of a jury.
Now, with that being said, this is the greater crime he's talking about.
A misdemeanor whose statute of limitations is right.
So, in the thinking of this prosecutor, who, by the way, probably graduated, you know, 100th in the class of 100, well, that's a greater crime.
Therefore, I can use that to construe it as a felony.
So, who was Trump trying to defraud when these checks were written?
Who was he trying to defraud?
It's right there on the ledger.
Who was he trying to defraud?
Oh, we can't make that one reach.
But what we can reach is he was trying to cover up a greater crime.
Because there was no crime in writing the check, and there was some crime in apparently that check going to go to pay off a hooker.
You see what his thinking is?
And so this is what he's going to try to articulate in front of a hopelessly corrupted judge Who doesn't have one pubic hair of decency remaining on his entire body?
And a jury who isn't there to adjudicate the facts, but is who is there to weaponize the legal system in Manhattan against their political enemies?
Right?
What do we care if we cheat?
The end justifies the mean, said Vladimir Lenin, said Joseph Stalin, and said every other commie pinko leftist whack job in the world.
These people are communist cabal criminals.
That's who they are.
They're not Democrats.
They're not even Americans.
They're communists.
They have engaged in an overthrow of the United States by force, which Jim mentioned was a fraudulent election.
Who knew it was a fraudulent election?
You and I knew it was a fraudulent election.
I saw the NSA reports, exactly what the votes were in and who manipulated the election.
It came out of Chinese IP addresses, manipulating every single voting regimen in the country.
And who did anything about it?
No one.
Zippo.
Nobody.
Zero.
No one.
And in fact, if you open your mouth that it was a fraudulent election, the communists come after to prosecute you.
And if you go to Washington D.C.
and say, hey, we think that election was fraudulent, they arrest you for insurgency.
And so is it any surprise that the guy who told Vladimir Zelensky to put all of his political opponents in prison and to shut down all of opposition media And to arrest the clerics in the country and put them in jail and steal their churches.
That he was doing that on orders directly from the Biden administration.
Is this any surprise that it's now going on in the United States?
I think we're very close to agreement among the three of us about these matters.
Let me just make a point of clarification.
Joe Biden died in 2017, it appears.
He actually was a pretty smart guy.
He was very articulate.
His face was very expressive.
He talked using his hand just like Jim Fetzer talks using his hand.
I ran a video of Biden from like 2007 against the guy, the walking cadaver today.
Totally different people.
I've been making this point over and over and over again, Stephen.
This is just an actor who's impersonating a guy who died a long time ago.
The powers behind the throne are Barack Obama, Eric Holder, Valerie Jarrett, George Soros, and other miscreants of that ilk.
So they are just manipulating the situation to destroy America, which everyone knows has been George Soros' lifelong dream, before he dies, he wants America to be destroyed, and he's doing a pretty good job of it.
And Jim, let me just add, when Stephen and I were back in Washington, I included your reports and photos and testimony and the affidavits that were sent to Giuliani, Sidney Powell, Patrick Byrne, and a variety of others that were working the election fraud, saying very explicitly, this is not the real Joe Biden.
And Some of the feedback was, you know, whoa, whoa, but no one did anything.
And I would also add when Stephen and I were there, I presented the AFL-CIO documents that they were planning to engage in a January 6th insurrection, shutting down Washington.
Stephen and I were there together as two witnesses in a biblical sense.
I also presented the UBS, Union Bank of Switzerland connection to the Chinese Communist Party, which I saw when I was in Hong Kong and working with Intel assets that were out there.
I won't disclose who, but the Chinese Communist Party and Union Bank of Switzerland had entered into a contract in 2009 and over the next 10 years, had cultivated this contract, culminating eventually in 2020, where the Chinese Communist Party would work through Union Bank of Switzerland to purchase through Staple Street Capital, Dominion voting machines, ES&S,
and premier voting machines to do what you're describing and premier voting machines to do what you're describing and Stephen's describing, the impregnation and the manipulation of algorithms for part of the weapons system to overthrow Donald Trump.
And finally, I'll say, I spoke with Michael Cohen's office in 2016 before Donald Trump got on the stage with the other Republican candidate nominee competitors.
And I said to Michael Cohen, you need to get the shell game report to Donald Trump.
So any legal action against Michael Cohen, I will be the first one to say, I spoke to you.
You're a pathological liar.
I gave you the shell game material for Donald Trump.
What did you do with it?
So we'll see.
This is going to unfold as a chapter.

And so I think what Jim is saying, and I think it's a good point.
Trump is the only one who is capable of garnering a united front of Americans to restore the Constitution.
He's the only one.
And the question we have to ask ourselves in our heart now is, we who love America, we who are Americans, and we who believed in what the constitutional state could offer before this criminal cabal seized power, are we going to restore it?
Or are we going to let the chips fall where they may and then see what we can scrap out of it thereafter?
Those are the choices.
Those are the choices.
And, you know, many of my friends have contacted me.
I had a good friend contact me two days ago and he said, well, say what you want about what Trump did, but he's taken the heat and he's the man on the horse.
So we either follow the man on the horse or we don't.
And if we don't follow him, there is no chance for the country at all.
If we do follow him, then we need to be in a united front.
And I can tell you, if we're going to join a united front to restore the public, then I will join a united front to restore the Republic.
I will be on board.
But I can tell you, even when I'm on board, I'm not on board to sit back here and say, gee, let's go ahead and commit sin.
So let's go ahead and commit immoral functionality.
That's not what's going to happen.
I'll be on board to the extent that this country seeks after righteousness.
And if this country is going to seek after righteousness, then you can count on me.
And I will be 100% behind the Fetzer conclusion.
Okay?
But I can also tell you that America is now waking up.
And they're waking up because the bed that has been underneath them for so long is being pulled out and they're finding hard floor.
And so now you're not going to have a choice.
You are going you are a militia member.
You are going to be called to arms and you are going to be called to the service and you need to be prepared to do your duty.
So we either stand for what we know is the country.
Or this country is destroyed entirely, raped, pillaged, and your children, that you've allowed these criminals to transgenderize, to brainwash, to manipulate, to inoculate.
