This is it.
Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin, joined today by Joel Zinn in Houston, Texas, and Chris Weinhart in Fort Myers, Florida.
We're here to bring you all the news you need to know.
We begin with the latest.
Henry Mackow has published a fascinating observation of Russia's morally justified in attacking the UK.
Here's his argument.
If A gives missiles to B to attack and maim C, then C is justified to use missiles to attack A. Eventually, this will happen.
The agenda is to weaken and destroy the West.
This has been happening from within for some time.
Gender dysphoria, vaccines, lockdown, migration, CRT, BLM, Western death wish.
Practically no anti-war movement.
When Nixon abolished the draft, he just took the sails out of parental consent about wars because they knew their children, their sons and daughters, would no longer have been at risk.
It's had serious ramifications and consequences.
Westerners embracing their own death and destruction?
Proof most grassroots movements are astro-tube, meaning they're not real.
They're fake.
The UK is planning to send 600 Whimstone missiles to Ukraine.
I can say that Defense Minister reports we're going to send another 600 Whimstone missiles into theater, which will be incredibly important in helping Ukraine dominate the battlefield.
Mark my words, it's not going to make a damn bit of difference.
It's just making the UK a bigger target.
If Putin is banking on us getting bored this year, he's wrong.
We will plan for this year and next year and the year after, he said.
Larry Johnson.
The West is still under the illusion that US and NATO are not combat.
Nope.
They are just providing the tools, intelligence, and planning that Ukraine needs to kill Russians.
If this were a murder case, the U.S.
and NATO would be indicted as accessories, no doubt about it.
If you think Russians, whose history is written in the blood of centuries of invaders, do not care about the threat NATO presents on its border, then you know nothing of Russia's tenacity in beating back such threat.
These are very dangerous times.
Putin's also having interaction with Erdogan in Turkey.
Russia maintains friendly relations with one of NATO's key members.
Now they manage to stay friendly in their ties despite conflicts and contradictions.
The suggestion here is they're Freemasons.
Meanwhile, the U.S.
is poised to transfer seized Russian assets to Kyiv, just a greater insult.
The U.S.
will soon send the first batch of funds from confiscated Russian property to Ukraine, the head of the DOJ Special Sanction Task Force Andrew Adams has revealed.
He said the move should inspire U.S.
allies to do the same thing.
We're opposed to beginning to transfer a forfeited asset for the benefit of Ukraine, Hudson said.
It's not a silver bullet, but it's something that nevertheless makes me hopeful.
If he's hopeful, that means he has no idea what's going on on the ground there, because Colonel McGregor has reviewed the bidding, and it's hopeless.
More weapons, more tanks, more money is not going to make any difference whatsoever.
Biden proposed a scheme last April.
Adams said it was in the works in September.
Congress had to amend laws to make it happen.
He confirmed those changes were indeed in the $1.7 trillion omnibus spending bill.
Who knows what else is in that godforsaken mass of over 4,000 pages no one had time to read before they voted.
The new laws give DOJ power to forfeit funds to the state for the purpose of providing aid to Ukraine.
Hundreds of billions of dollars in Russian state assets, tens of billions of dollars belonging to Kremlin-linked assets are at work here.
Adams insists taking these assets, which were seized without trial, is possible and permissible under fundamental norms of due process and international law.
I can't believe that for one second.
The U.S.
has sanctioned 1,097 Russian entities, 1,331 individuals, according to data from the Atlantic Council, a think tank funded by NATO and Western arms manufacturers.
Surprise, surprise.
Washington has also frozen assets belonging to the Russian Central Bank of $300 billion, but have found no legal loophole to seize them.
The freezing of these assets by the U.S.
and its allies is a completely illegitimate measure, violating commonly acceptable standards of commercial and international law, proof to the world they are thieves, said Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zaharova last week.
She is completely right.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yes, well let's put things in context, kids, because nobody else on the planet will.
In the last 150 years, the United States has participated in the overthrow of at least 250 governments worldwide, but we're just going to focus on just the ones since the year 2000 that had joined Russia.
We had the Rose Revolution in Georgia in November of 2003, the Orange Revolution in Ukraine in November of 2004, the Tulip Revolution in Kyrgyzstan in February of 2005, the Jeans Revolution the Tulip Revolution in Kyrgyzstan in February of 2005, the Jeans Revolution in Belarus, March of 2006, the Grape Revolution in Moldova in April of 2009, the Mellon Revolution in Kazakhstan in April 2010,
the Mellon Revolution in Kazakhstan in April 2010, the Snow Revolution in Russia in December the melon revolution in Kazakhstan in April 2010, the snow revolution in Russia in December 2011, the slipper revolution in Belarus in May of 2020.
And then in January of 2020, the NGOs got together, 10,000 of them funded by the U.S. CIA Democracy Fund, whatever the hell that thing is.
They tried to overthrow the government in Kazakhstan again in January. 2020.
And then just to make sure that Belarus didn't get too happy with Russia, they tried to overthrow the Belarus government again in 2022.
So this is the reason why Putin is justified in not trusting the rotten SOBs that have hijacked our whole entire Western civilization governments.
It's absolutely insane that we put up with this level of bullshit, and why aren't your history teachers, why aren't your news reporters telling you the truth?
The West has proven itself to be nothing but a bunch of liars and thieves, phony dishonest frauds, Just disgusting.
Chris?
Yeah, it's almost like there's a group of triple agents that have infiltrated governments on our side and their side and turned Cold Wars and Hot Wars against one another, even created World Wars.
You can probably follow the money and follow the history of every war that's happened and trace it to this very same group.
And they're not the people fighting these wars, I'll tell you.
They're the ones sending your kids out to do it.
I'd like to say, also, to add to your points, you forgot about maybe mentioning the sanctions, forcing them off the SWIFT, forcing them to create the bricks and the commodity-backed currencies they're going to destroy the dollar with right now.
You talk about seizing Russian assets, forfeiting on liabilities of loans to them.
They foisted that whole Magnitsky thing, the Skripal thing, the Russian hacking thing of 2016, which was traced to 12 visas from the U.S.
State Department.
So go figure there.
The Ukraine coups, as Joe mentioned, of 2004, 2014, 2012, to mention a few of them.
And it's almost like the Venezuela of this decade, where they have these two parties that basically fight over which third world countries they're going to take over and colonialize and turn out.
And it's really a controlled opposition that these guys put forth in terms of dialogues and conversations and things that are able to be talked about and things that are completely ignored.
Chris, we're hoping you reconnect right away.
You're making so many terrific points.
Joe, go ahead.
Yeah, I'll fill in while he's gone.
Yeah, listening to Alex Kristofor this morning, and he said one thing that's strangely missing from all of the Western sanctions on Russia is uranium, because they supply more than 40% of the world's supply of uranium, and they also produce a gas which I believe was uranium fluoride, but Go ahead.
Chris, go if you can.
No, he just got a glitch there.
Go ahead, Joe.
Okay, and so bottom line is, they haven't sanctioned Putin, but Putin has completely established a freestanding economy, and he's building networks worldwide where he can do his commodities trading without having any use of the U.S.
dollar and a lot of other Chris, go for it.
countries are abandoning a dollar, so that petrodollar is fixing to collapse.
And all Putin has to do at this point is say, we're going to cut off all your uranium supply, and that's going to cut down whatever "clean energy" is available for the West and the United States both.
It's going to be a checkmate move for him.
Because it'll cut off the nuclear power plants.
Chris, go for it.
You are on a roll.
Yeah, I'll get back to kind of maybe where I got kicked off at.
I was talking about the Bankers Gestapo and the alphabet agencies and the NGOs that are associated with them forcing these color revolutions, like the Jasmine one or the Arab Spring, to add to some of Joe's that he mentioned earlier.
He went down a whole laundry list there and he's not even getting going.
I mean, there's probably another few hundred more in the past few decades.
So go figure.
Think about the NATO encirclement that you mentioned would never happen.
Like I said, think about this group of triple agents that controls the money in all these countries and now controls energy through digital assets and things like that.
And CBDCs and cryptocurrencies.
Go figure there.
I'd also like to mention that I think this whole thing is being run by the Freemasons.
And I got kind of a little joke or a mystery for you.
You know why they take that photo of themselves with their hand in their pocket?
It's to document the only damn time in their entire fucking lives they had their hands in their own pockets for once. - But anyways, you know, they use charities and shibboleths to glorify and build their empires on the backs of the widows and orphans that they create in the first place.
So now they're trying to turn out children not only in this country but across the world and they've been doing so for decades creating these wars of information and using generations against generations so that the old don't understand the young and the young don't understand the old and both have valuable lessons to learn from each other.
Oh, Chris, that was just wonderful show.
Yeah.
Yes, I did look it up.
It's uranium hexafluoride.
They produce 50% of that.
That's what you use to be able to have the world market on that.
And that's what you use to be able to separate the uranium from the other elements that are in the ore to be able to refine it.
So they have a majority share of the refining methods, and then they have a greater than 40% share of the finished product.
So when Putin decides to pull the uranium plug, it may take six months for the stockpiles to wear it out, but within six months, the West is going to grind to a to a frickin halt because i think the united states produces about 20 but france produces about 75 of their power from nuclear so yeah it's he has definitely got all the leverage and these people are so evil they deserve to lose every way possible i can't believe this stupidity of the west yeah correct oh yeah
not to mention he's got the natural gas too from the He's got a lot of technology that is being used for his own people and for his own enrichment of his country that are not being used by the United States in terms of mining things and many other things like that.
Yeah, if you ask me, Putin is really kind of in control of this whole game if you look at it this way.
And if it wasn't a Masonic Kabuki theater in the first place and a transition of empires, I would be kind of more worried.
I don't know.
It's going to be interesting to see how this plays out, because Putin is really looking like the good guy by just sitting here and watching us destroy ourselves and our leaders destroy our country.
You know, they say never interrupt an enemy or an adversary while he's in the process of destroying himself.
So I guess just step out of the way and let Biden do his thing.
That's right.
That's right.
Absolutely right, you guys.
Right on top of that.
It's fascinating stuff.
Meanwhile, the FEC commissioner set out Three million emails, but he got no answers back.
Millions of dollars fraudulently used for campaign financing by the dishonest and criminal Democrat machine.
The data was given to the FCC chairman, but they have gone unanswered.
Turns out money mules around the nation donated millions of dollars to candidates like Raphael Warnock, Of all the 2022 candidates, Warnock was the biggest winner to receive the money distributed this way.
Engineer Chris Gleason began working on his first election-related data project in April of 2022.
A midterm election where connected with his project in an unusual situation because he'd never worked on a political project despite having spent most of his professional career in tech and analytics.
He discovered a tiny number of people who were money mules.
They had no money.
They were unemployed.
Nevertheless, they gave countless millions to local and national candidates.
He outlined the results.
So far, it has been met with silence.
Here's campaign financing mules in Missouri, shocked by what he learned.
The most active money launderer for political campaigns, he's yet to track down his identity.
Over the past two years, Stephen, Missouri, gave 14,111 political contributions, totaling more than $180,000.
The head of the federal agency established to maintain the democratic process, the Federal Election Commission, received this information from Gleason.
James E. Tray, Traynor III, a commissioner for the FEC, was nominated by Trump and confirmed by the Senate on 19 May of 2020, given a position that would endure until April 3rd.
But He has yet to reply.
The majority of the results were found in records kept by the government.
The data is solid.
Yet the FEC yawns.
Despite being the most incredible election fraud operation ever discovered, and Biden told us himself they'd put together the most massive election theft operation ever in American history, No government agency has yet to take an action.
This is a farce.
Meanwhile, according to Entertainment Report, Chuck Todd's Meet the Press Daily, where this is a really arrogant S.O.B.
and propagandist, is being moved to a streaming-only format and renamed Meet the Press Now by MSNBC and NBC.
The 1 p.m.
hour will now be entitled MSNBC Report and hosted by veteran anchor Chris Jansing.
President of NBC News Noah Oppenheim stated, News was the leader in streaming.
Chuck was one of the first broadcast anchors to recognize the immense potential of streaming.
Bringing Meet the Press Daily to NBC News now solidifies the platform position.
According to a report, Chuck Todd's Meet the Press had reached its lowest rating since he took over the Sunday morning program.
According to Nielsen, the number has dwindled to a meager 2.4 mil, shedding a third of the anchor's viewership.
His reign with the younger 25-54 demographic has been in freefall to make matters even worse.
The report shows that at his peak, the man whom former President Trump referred to as Sleepy Eyes had over 1.2 million viewers in the first quarter of 2017, the same period in which he had 4 million viewers overall.
However, in the past three months, the star political analyst garnered only 492,000 fans in the all-important younger demographic.
A source told Radar Online this looks back for a shock.
Lost his job as MSNBC, claiming he'd rather leave MSNBC entirely than go and meet the press on Sunday.
Reports show President Noah is leaving as part of a significant restructuring of the company's leadership himself.
The announcement was made by NBC Universal News Group Chair Cesar Conde, who stated the appointments of Rebecca Libby and Janelle provide a strong foundation as it continues to expand its leadership.
NBC News, CNBC, MSNBC reach more Americans than any other news organization, thanks to our numerous programs and platforms delivering the highest quality journalism in the U.S.
and worldwide.
But if that were true, Why the poor ratings and the shakeups?
Joe?
Yes, well, maybe one reason for the poor ratings is because the top 10 spenders for Big Pharma in 2020.
This is at a site called Fierce Pharma.
They've got a listing in the amount of advertising dollars that is spent on mainstream media by the jab pushers.
And considering 60% of the people in the United States have been jabbed and now realize they've been poisoned by the same advertisers that are supporting these rotten mainstream media folks and that mainstream media folks covered for them, maybe that's the reason why their audience is like, you know, you've already poisoned me once, you've poisoned me twice, you've poisoned me with boosters and boosters, I ain't taking any more poison from you and you're not going to poison my mind with any more of your Yeah, surprise, surprise.
mainstream, midstream bullshit.
So you can go to hell and I'll just go watch something on the internet.
That's a independent media because they seem to tell the truth.
Yeah.
Surprise, surprise, Chris.
Yeah.
Wow.
I got a couple points I wanted to add to my last segment, too, about Putin.
You have the access to palladium and platinum as far as being essential for the Green New Deal.
I know it's kind of an aside, but you think about what they're doing with buying gold and silver and everything else.
This is an economic war that is being fought beneath the scope of the American public's focus, and I just think that people need to think about what's going on with that.
And I was also wanted to tie this to, you know, some of the Russian mafia stuff, too.
Like back in the old days, they had the $100 bill to track down these criminal enterprises.
Now they have cryptocurrency.
And it's basically, I think, a scheme.
Chris, cut off again.
We're going to have it happen again.
Joe, you want to add some more?
Oh, yeah.
What they're trying to do is the central bank dollar.
And then there's another thing that I think it probably is in our news list today.
The news cycle is the WHO requirement for coding on everybody that is not vaccinated.
And the coding has a blank spot at the end for it can be one through 10.
So they're going to not only know when you got your first jab, when you got your second jab, when you got your booster, when you got your second booster, when you got your flu shot, and that will be part of the medical records.
Doctors will not be able to get any insurance or Medicare or Medicaid funding unless they complete that particular code on every one of their patients.
So they're building a database of every one of the refuseniks so that we can be isolated and impacted by whatever future form of tyranny they're going to inflict.
And certainly financial is one of the ones that they realize they've got a problem with $35 trillion of unavailable debt and nobody in the world willing to buy their silly treasury bonds to keep floating this ridiculous thing.
Hopefully we got Chris back here to continue his thoughts.
We'll move to the next story. - Thank you.
Yeah, he's here, though.
Oh, good.
Go for it, Chris.
Go for it.
Okay, Pat, tell me about that.
You're talking about the war being fought beneath the surface in FTX, you mentioned.
Oh yeah, sure, a lot of other things too.
Yeah, basically I'm saying that they're using these crypto things and these new currencies as a means to really hammer blue-collar crime and publicly sensationalize it and turn it into some sort of horrible spectacle and incite race wars and get the cast fighting amongst themselves, the rabble killing rabble.
While the white-collar crimes are completely ignored, or foisted or framed upon a blue-collar fall guy or scapegoat, it reminds me of the Judeo-Masonic temple ritual of dual sacrifice, where they have one to the temple and one to the wilderness, i.e.
Pan.
This goes back to, like, pre-Masonic stuff in Greece, the Mycenaeans, all this stuff.
If you get into this ancient Egypt and everything else, these are the scribes that are passing this on to generation, programming people into thinking this is okay and acceptable, and then doing it to their kids.
And like I say, this is just absurd what they're doing with this political theater.
And the lack of diplomacy that's involved has to show you that this is absolute bullshit.
And they're sending us to the rocks because people are catching on to how corrupt these guys are.
And they need to have an enemy that we unite against that is not them, meaning our government.
Excellent.
Excellent.
Meanwhile.
Mega Representative Matt Getz moves to abolish the ATF after his latest attack on the Second Amendment.
I agree.
Who is the most kick-ass congressman?
Florida's Matt Gaetz.
Introduce a bill that would abolish one of the worst government agencies of alcohol, tobacco, firearms, and explosives.
People say it ironically, but alcohol, tobacco, firearms, and explosives should absolutely be a brand of a convenience store, not a government agency.
His move comes after the ATM ruling that stabilizing braces are not going to be permitted.
It has a practical effect of making many individuals criminals overnight.
There are options for surrendering your property to the government without compensation.
They're reasonable people after all, Matt Gaetz tweets.
House Republicans have ATF in our crosshairs.
The continued existence of the ATF is increasingly unwarranted based on their repeated actions to convert law-abiding citizens into felons.
My bill today would abolish ATF once and for all!
The bill, H.R.
374, is a masterpiece of legislation that should be emulated Congress-wide.
It's a single page, covers only one topic.
It does one thing.
The rear of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives is hereby abolished.
Period.
Fighters of Freedom, like Thomas Mancy, have long argued for single-issue legislation, and he's right.
He's introduced his own gem, H.R.
899.
The Department of Education shall terminate on December 31, 2022.
There are only two reasons for legislation to be massive, unreadable, unknowable monstrosities, like the multi-thousand-page, 1.7 billion omnibus vending bill.
First, because the bill merely looks to tinker with some overly convoluted and complicated program that's more likely than not patently unconstitutional.
Second, because it's a deliberate effort to ram through a host of illegal or expensive things that would draw too much attention if identified openly.
The Second Amendment is as plain as day.
However, it is, after all, just a constitutional amendment.
If the government wants to restrict types of firearms, theoretically it has the power, but it lies with Congress and Congress alone.
It would require going through the amendment process to abolish or alter the Second.
Congress, of course, is unlikely to do it.
It's hard work to amend the Constitution.
It's very easy for Congress to count on accountable agencies that can do whatever they want as they wash their hands with it.
Then, of course, amending the Constitution requires an elaborate process and the states ratifying.
Third, because actually announcing that they're going to alter or abolish the Second Amendment would cause problems.
We dare not even consider it.
Here we have Aiden Johnson tweeting, lawfully purchased pistols with stabilizing brace that will now have to be registered with the ATF National Gun Registry pursuant to the National Firearms Act of 1934, but Reuters and others are hiding and refusing to even report it.
The new rule, it turns out, gives owners, manufacturers, and distributors 120 days to report their stabilizing braces to the ATF tax-free.
They may also remove the stabilizing brace or turn in any pistol modified by a stabilizing brace to the ATF.
Back to Gates.
The ruling is an effort to outlaw an increasingly common type of firearm, pistols that look and function similar to AR and K-5 foreign rifles.
The DOJ regards stabilizing braces as accessories used to convert pistols into short-barreled rifles.
Anyone familiar with firearms can tell you short-barreled rifles, commonly called SVRs, Class 3 firearms, require a host of unconstitutional steps to own before even taking possession.
So, if you have a pistol, a pistol-ified AK platform, you want to shoot a 7.62 without a broken wrist, you toss a stabilizing brace on the back, or at least you did.
Now we're only seeing the beginning of the backlash to the ruling.
The government has no right to authorize retroactively to make tens of thousands of people criminals.
What is the government worried about anyway?
AR pistols aren't weapons of war.
They're useless against Biden's F-15 fighter jets, for God's sake.
Abolish the ATF.
Pay attention to its co-sponsors.
Pay even more attention to who doesn't.
It's time for Scaredy Puss.
Representatives long past abolished these agencies at the bare minimum.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yeah, well, at least in a bare minimum, we need to have massive amount of oversight.
Steve Kirsch has brought up some very interesting things about the FAA.
Susan Northrup, who was appointed on January 26, 2021, six days after FJB,
Anyhow, she decided in October of 2022 that the amount of myocarditis and the EKG results from all of the forced vaccination of all of the airline pilots was a signal that she didn't want to have get out to the public, so she changed the EKG parameters from 0.2 milliseconds to 0.3.
According to Jane Ruby, this is the threshold for requiring a pacemaker.
I'm doing more research on that, but I've got a ton of other things about the FAA that's absolutely scandalous.
And that is a way they bow down to the airline industry under the threat from the DOD.
And they bow down to every other federal agency like they did to the FDA with the jabs.
So just a little quick summary of some of these things that I'll be discussing in later interviews with other people.
But we had the terrain following radar.
The FCC was going to put in 5G all across the country without any regard to how that affected navigation equipment on airplanes, and they were notified repeatedly by the equipment manufacturers for the airplanes and by the pilots and the pilot unions.
That this was going to interfere and cause enormous amount of problems with the real safety hazard whenever you're making a instrument landing at a field where you don't even know where the ground is because your terrain following radar is picking up the same 5G frequencies as the clowns that are down streaming porn on the internet.
So that's ridiculous.
And the FAA did absolutely nothing about it until they already installed the towers and had a problem.
And then they said, well, we're going to do a 6-day moratorium on turning those towers on.
And if we have to have them removed, we'll have them removed.
That's what kind of oversight these clowns have.
But then let's get back to Boeing.
Yeah, they had a problem with their 737s, which were introduced in the late 60s.
The problem went on for almost 30 years, and in 1996, Boeing admits to rudder problem.
This is an article on the Seattle Times.
Yeah, it turns out that they have a aileron Speed which is controlled by a CPU unit for the rudder and it works on hydraulic pressure but it's behind the rear bulkhead and that particular bulkhead means that it's subject to minus 40 degrees temperature when it's at high altitude and when you hit it With high temperature hydraulic oil, the thing either would seize up or it would go the opposite direction of the way you want it.
So pilots had known about this.
Over 300 pilots in that 30-year period of time had reported it to the FAA.
And the FAA did nothing.
Boeing said, well, we don't see that signal from anybody else until they had two fatal crashes in the United States.
And then the FAA said, well, you're going to have to test and figure out what this is.
And they went, oh, OK.
They did the same thing with the 737 MAX, where they wanted to increase the engine size, but they wouldn't fit underneath the wing without scraping the ground, so they pushed the engines forward, lifted them up, that changed the balance, and then also on an underwing thrust from an airplane, when you hit the thrust, it lifts the nose up, so they said, well, we got a problem with these things, you know, Uh, lifting up the nose, having too high an angle of attack, stalling, and crashing.
So, they put a, uh, control, and then, because the controls are required to have three different redundancies, they eliminated two of them so that they didn't get mixed signals.
So, their angle of attack meter was based on one possibly faulty, uh, sensor, and it controlled the rear stabilizer without the pilot having any way of overriding it.
After it had two crashes, Lion Air in one and the other was in Ethiopia, where they killed another 350 people.
They turned around and said, well, we'll let that go.
And then we have the number of crashes that were absolutely CIA-directed.
We have Dorothy Hunt that was killed December 8, 1972, flying into Chicago on a United flight.
There was 50 FBI agents on the ground before the fire department got there.
Sealing it up so that nobody else could investigate it.
He had the same thing with the Pan Am 101, which was in December 21st, 1988.
25 disgruntled CIA agents from across Europe, including two station chiefs, were ordered to go back to Langley Field for re-education, and while the plane was on the ground at Heathrow, the son of one of the prime investigators with the FBI was seen Supervising the loading of luggage on the tarmac at Heathrow and then an hour 30 minutes later the plane blew up over Scotland killing 270 people.
Then we have the TWA shoot down over in New York absolutely 100% and there again the FBI swooped in took control of all the evidence the NTSB and the FAA Office of Accident Investigation were ordered to stand 50 feet away from the debris, and they could only be in there during daytime hours.
And the rest of the time, all of the evidence was subject to manipulation by the FBI, and they concocted things that were absolutely not true to cover up for what Bill Clinton and the defense industry did to shoot down that plane.
This is an absolutely rogue agency that is covering up for all of the crimes that are being committed by the CIA and the military industrial pharma complex, and they need to have tremendous amount of oversight by a federal government that is 100% owned by the and they need to have tremendous amount of oversight by a federal government that is
Absolutely insane that we're dealing with this, and now we've got all these pilots where we won't have a functional airline system within the next...
I'd say two years, but probably less than that, because all of these pilots, even raising that limit, are still going to be clocking out with heart attacks and myocarditis and other things.
And, you know, who wants to have a pilot with a pacemaker?
Absolutely insane.
You got it right, Joe.
Chris?
Well, yeah, it's almost like they created the National Security Act of 47, put the RAND studies in to figure out the herd management and how to deceive the public into their own exterminations.
Look at Agenda 21 that's going on right now, starting in the year 21.
Go figure.
It's obviously convenient math.
These guys plan this stuff decades out and they run it out to the T. And people that scream until their voices go out trying to warn people and they're ignored.
And this is the price that's being paid for that ignorance, I think, you know, is that it's happening and people refuse to accept it, refuse to acknowledge it.
Or even admit that this could even be going on or pre-thought or malice of forethought, anything like that.
Now the ATF, if you think about how many things they've been involved with, Joe, you had some great points.
You could add 9-11 to the mix, obviously, with that.
But, you know, wow, they let the firemen and the local police go in and pretty much be cannon fodder in the disaster and then step back and did all the quote-unquote investigations.
And got all the accreditations and everything like that.
And basically it was a power grab as we see 20 years later with the benefit of hindsight.
Reminds me of the ATF in Waco, too.
Look what they were doing there.
Ruby Ridge, they were involved, I thought, with the FBI and also Oak City.
They were heavily involved with a lot of PatCon and NarcoOps in the 80s and 90s, too.
And they would use the CIA and the FBI and the DEA all in like the same mix.
You know, sometimes the CIA would work around their charter by going through some of these agencies like the ATF.
The DEA and the FBI and people really forget about the involvement of the ADL with these groups, too.
So you got to put that together and think about what's going on because these guys really create most of domestic instability and the media themes that every decade seems to get whether it's race wars, whether it's the war on terror, whether it's any of these things, you know, for the shakedown tactics they try to put on.
They really use things like COINTEL and these Coast Wars and race wars and things like this to split the labor markets after they've outsourced the jobs.
And they really try to keep the community from any ethnic unity and really from any sort of assembly that's outside their instruments of monitoring.
You know, social media now is just abhorrent in terms of the overwhelming surveillance and the lack of oversight as well.
So you think about that.
Each decade has a theme for its golem enterprise or shakedown tactic.
You know, even the Cold Wars or the Black migrations into white industrial towns.
Uh, you know, they pull the jobs from the middle class, they cut the wages on everybody, they raise the cost of goods, and then they incite domestic instabilities and race wars to justify and rationalize budgetary increases or to induce allocations from congressional, uh, legislation.
So it's pretty crazy.
Think about prohibition and like how they use the, the, the local agencies, the FBIs and the CI or the, the ATFs and all these other things, uh, to go through it and basically take over the mafia's rackets.
And, and, you know, whether you're talking to numbers racket, The extortion racket, the protection racket, go on and on.
Prostitution, Lord knows what.
I heard something about Anthony Blinken and Adrenochrome.
Maybe we can get into that a little bit later.
But I heard that his trip over to Ukraine involved a large shipment of that coming back.
And people that are talking about that are having a lot of health issues.
So hopefully people know him completely healthy and of sane mind, for lack of a better word.
And I really think that you got to look at these guys for what is truly going on.
Because if you don't see what they're doing and you dismiss these things as absurdities, you're really going to get blindsided even harder by this.
So think about the airline companies that you see in the military, industrial, pharmaceutical complex, the amount of black ops that they run, the NGOs that are funding them, the dark money that comes in and out of that, the Skunk Works programs.
I mean, they basically set up a parallel government.
If you think about Howard Hughes and Intertel in the 60s, you know, we had an agency that was stronger than the CIA in terms of intelligence gathering on the citizens.
And it eventually became TWA and TransUnion, one of the three credit reporting agencies.
Go figure, right?
When the Mormon Mafia took it over.
So this is all stuff that is built from Black Ops money, from Skunk Works, from ill-gotten gains, under the dark of night, and certainly without the scope of any public oversight.
And these guys are creating these systems to not only enslave us, but maybe even to exterminate us, and to dismiss that argument as possible.
Like I said, you can ignore reality, but not the consequences of ignoring it.
I think you got it right, Chris.
Really eloquent.
Excellent.
Thank you.
Meanwhile, bombshell dropped of an inside job behind a Biden-classified dark scandal.
Classified docs found repeatedly in piles stored at Biden's office and home have topped the news.
White House has sputtered and stuttered about questions they can't handle anything, and press secretary even walking off refusing to answer.
It didn't seem like the insanity surrounding the docs discovered in Biden's possession and the White House attempt to downplay could get any more garbled when some clarity began to rear its head.
Thus, Thursday came the news that Biden, DOJ, and the White House had agreed to stay quiet about the emergence of the docks, as the Washington Post reported.
A couple of major missing puzzle pieces?
This failure to be straight with the American people, he published, prevented Americans from finding out about Joe Biden's action before the midterm election.
The White House also hasn't explained why they had a personal attorney searching through Biden's office at the Penn-Biden Center to begin with.
That indicates something else we haven't been told yet.
Red State's commentary?
It was a PR move done in the best interest of Biden and his hangers-on, not the American people.
Recall, Biden personal attorney and special counsel Richard Stauber was the one who found new classified docs earlier in the week.
Notice, too, the shrill tone of Biden's replies to media questions.
He snapped at one reporter, saying it quite frankly bugs him.
This is a topic he needs to address.
With a new story published Friday in the New York Times, though, many of these seemingly separate puzzle pieces start to fit together.
A major revelation to be called from the New York Times, which I only saw thanks to a new piece from my hot-air colleague John Saxton, highlights exactly who inside the White House public relations team pushed for this slow-roll scheme.
It's a name any longtime political watcher will recognize.
Today, The New York Times published its take on the behind-the-scenes decisions on this potential scandal.
And another top Biden advisor is one of the fewer in the know than the Stark Crisis PR specialist, Anita Dahn.
A handful of advisors who were aware of the discovery on November 2nd, just six days before the midterm, gambled that without going public, they could convince the DOJ the matter was little more than a minor good faith mistake, unlike President Trump's hoarding of documents at Mar-a-Lago.
The discussions about a deal, at least from the start, were confined to the husband and wife pair of Bob Bauer, president's top personal attorney, and Anita Dunn, a White House senior advisor, Mike Donilon, the president's longtime confidant and speechwriter, his sister, Valerie Biden, who was stood up to Hillary, the White House counsel, and Richard Stober, overseeing the response to investigations.
Slane News then reported that Matt Gaetz had said he believed Biden's mounting scandal was an inside job.
He argues Democrats want Biden gone so they can replace him with someone such as California Governor Gavin Newsom.
Things in Washington aren't always what they seem, Gatz explained.
Consider this.
It was Biden's Democrat personal lawyer who was rummaging around his stuff, looking for what?
Evidence of a crime that his septuagenarian client committed nine years ago?
And many alerts that Democrats stab at the White House that does the absolute worst thing you could possibly do sit on the information?
They should have diffused the matter and then inoculate themselves.
The moment this is linked to CBS, you have the Biden Department of Justice appoint a special counsel.
And now the big tell is that even Biden's strongest allies, like Senator Chris Coons, are saying they approve of the appointment of a special counsel and criminally investigate the president.
Maybe the deep state and a lot of these Democrats have figured out they'd rather troll roll with Gavin Newsom than with Joe Biden.
The Republicans might not even have to help the Democrats take out their trash.
In concluding, stay news-noting.
I think you're going to find there's nothing there.
I have no regrets.
I'm following exactly what the lawyers have told me to do.
It's exactly what we're doing.
There's no there there.
We found a handful of documents that were filed in the wrong place.
We immediately turned them over to the National Archives and the DOJ.
We're fully cooperating and looking forward to getting this resolved quickly, said Joe Biden himself.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yes!
Well, there was an article at Conservative Treehouse, I think, yesterday.
It says, Big Rats Jumping Ship on the FJP Administration.
Yeah, a guy named Chief of Staff Ron Klain.
And here's two little reports on him.
Obama White House Archives.
President names Ron Klain to coordinate U.S.
response to Ebola.
This is October 2014.
This guy is a Harvard lawyer.
So I'm sure he's the highest qualified person we can put in charge of Ebola, which was another NIH-funded germ warfare released on Africa.
But then here's the next little story that kind of ties a nice bow on this.
Biden's chief of staff has battled pandemics before.
Here's how he plans to beat this one.
Appointed, this is a news story on Politico, November 30th, 2020.
He hadn't even been sworn in yet.
There was still a contested election going on, and he's already picked this SLB.
Lessons that Ron Kling learned during the Ebola outbreak have already shaped Biden's approach to COVID-19.
So they already had these wheels greased a long time before they got in.
The replacement guy is a guy named Jeff Zeints, Z-I-E-N-T-S.
I haven't done a deep dive on that weasel, but I guarantee you, if he's in the Biden administration, he's a weasel.
And this Ron Klain guy is just trying to get clear before the collateral damage from this enormous collapse hits.
The new guy's a point man on the pandemic and the deadly vax, Joe.
That's what we're getting.
Good.
They're doubling down.
Chris?
Man, there's a lot going on right now, man.
I tell you, I was thinking about some of the stuff in the last segment, though, to bring up about Biden, and I think it was Senate Bill 306.
It was the Patriot Act, more or less, that happened after OKCity.
And basically the media covered up the whole thing, framed it on Timothy McVeigh, forgot all about Richard Lee Guthrie and suspect number two and whatever else is going on.
They use this domestic instability to run out the farmers, the mom and pop shops, the common agricultural farmers and using fractional reserve banking.
The banks made sure they wouldn't lend to these distressed farms so that companies like Monsanto could come in or Tyson could come in, Smithfield could come in.
And take over all their stuff and basically run them off their land and turn them into indentured servants for these corporate monoliths.
And really, the banks won't lend to anybody like I was saying, except for these colossal criminal institutions that are also getting subsidies from the FDA and the DEA and all these other institutions that are just doling out tons of taxpayer money for these corporations to run us out of our right to a fair and honest wage and honest living and to grow our own food supply.
So if you think about it, these institutions are working within their loophole legal rights to turn out the global population.
But there's really no way to assemble a resistance to this.
It almost makes like nation states inevitable by this type of extortion racket, you know, because they're needed to stop these very same oligarchies that control the nation states, go figure, right?
But no, they got to really lend the impression that they're doing this.
And that's really what this game is all about.
Whether it's the war on drugs and the CIA clandestinely running it, whether it's the COVID thing and depopulation tactics, or even the transition to the new reset or whatever this thing is called, humanity's got to come together and put these pieces together.
Because if they don't, it may sound like the ramblings of a bunch of madmen, but I'll tell you, this stuff all ties together.
This was a step after step plan after World War II to take the world over through central banks.
Excellent.
Great stuff.
We are covering a lot today.
Meanwhile, this is very troubling.
to do so.
So people, you really got to wake up and think about this, tie all this together.
And at some point in time, you're going to have to line up together and stand up against this.
Sorry, I was a little off topic, but I think it's important.
Excellent.
Great stuff.
We are covering a lot today.
Meanwhile, this is very troubling.
Elon Musk is admitting when he got the jab, he wasn't happy about it.
I had a major side effect with my second booster shot.
Felt like I was dying for several days.
Hopefully, no permanent damage, but I don't know.
He's right.
He doesn't know.
Almost certainly.
Here we have a comment.
So long, ye long, we barely knew ye.
Marion Hennane, by the way, George Floyd documentary is out.
I'm going to feature her on my radio show in the near future.
She, of course, has been a commentator here on Need to Know for many years.
Musk adds, too, that my cousin, who is young and in peak health, had a serious case of myocarditis.
He had to go to the hospital.
Liberal euthanasia laws make Canada the world leader in organ harvests from assisted suicide victims.
Data show that it became legal in 2021.
Since it became legal, more than half of the organ transplants or those from euthanized were done by doctors in Canada.
I think they're even harvesting before they're actually dead.
It's very, very bad.

Who wouldn't want to go to Divos?
You can travel in private jets, stay in luxurious hotel rooms, eat fantastic delicacies—primarily from alternative proteins like bugs and, of course, high-end broths that it's available at premium prices—and flock to Divos.
It's essential to look back at the last few days and check out their greatest hits.
Grab your coffee, settle in, get ready to hear how the W.E.F.
knows best how we should live our lives.
Here's Jimmy Fallon tweeting, To normal people, Mavos is nothing more than a yearly reminder to get on your knees and thank the sweet baby Jesus that Al Gore and John Kerry never became president.
Beam me up, John Kerry.
It wouldn't be a conversation on climate change without our presidential envoy for climate, John Kerry.
He gave quite the amazingly ego-stroking speech on how special all of the attendees are for coming together in one room with a common goal of saving the world from itself.
Really, ruling the world.
He even claimed the notion of saving the world made them almost extraterrestrial.
That's someone who won't need further stroking from the divos ladies of the night.
She's been stroked enough.
He wanted to say about their goal of saving the planet.
If you say that to most people, most people think you're just a crazy tree-hugging lefty liberal, you know, do-gooder or whatever, and there's no relationship.
I assure you, John, no one mistakes you as a do-gooder.
Daniel Turner, director of the Power of the Future, explains, we're telling developing nations we don't want them to go through the process of developing.
We don't want them to have coal or natural gas or even nuclear.
Charlie Kirk tweets, John Kerry's family private jet has emitted over 300 metric tons of carbon since Joe Biden took office.
But he flew commercial to Demos hoping we wouldn't notice.
He's as phony as Greta Thunberg from RAS.
Instead, Kerry and his elk want these poor countries to switch straight to unreliable wind and solar, proving there's no relationship between doing anything good and forcing at-risk countries to have sources of energy more expensive and irregular than what we already have.
I went to Devos, and all I got was yelled at by Al Gore.
Former Vice President and self-proclaimed internet inventor Al Gore was in rare form this year.
Because nothing motivates people more than having some old dude scream at you about how much you're screwing up his world catch-up.
600,000.
Blood alone moves the wheels of history!
Hiroshima-class atomic bombs exploding every single day on the earth.
That's what's boiling the oceans.
Creating these atmospheric rivers and the rain bombs and sucking the moisture out of the land and creating the droughts and melting the ice and raising the sea level and causing these waves of climate refugees predicted to reach 1 billion in this century.
We are warriors!
Look at the xenophobia and political authoritarian trends that have come from just a few million refugees.
What about a billion?
We would lose our capacity for self-governance.
No revolution is worth anything unless it can defend itself.
We have to act.
We must never cede control of the motherland, for it is... Together they'll be!
Honest to God.
Unbelievable.
The guy's a total lunatic.
Gore went off on how greenhouse gases are destroying the atmosphere.
That's what's boiling the oceans, creating these atmospheric rivers and the rain bombs, sucking the moisture out of the land, creating the droughts, melting the ice, raising the sea level, causing these waves of climate refugees.
No.
Oceans are not boiling.
No.
You can't just claim a billion refugees.
In 2005, the UN predicted 50 million by 2010.
Didn't happen.
Got scrubbed from the website.
We need smart climate policy, not a catastrophizing John Roberts tweets, Al Gore goes on an epic rant at Devos amid charges of climate hypocrisy.
So why the hell stop there, Al?
Let's go ahead and add some more blame.
Perhaps greenhouse gases are also the cause of man buns, terrible reboots of 70 TV shows, jogger dress pants, all these mysterious heart ailments, and white supremacy.
It's interesting to note, after leaving the White House begrudgingly, losing his presidential bid, And I admit it was stolen from him in Florida.
Al set up a green investment firm called Generation Investment Management, paying him $2 million monthly, $2 million monthly for his features.
He earned that paycheck this week.
He's crazy, crazy like a fox.
Meanwhile, Brian Stelter grasps for legitimacy.
This week, Divos allowed former CNN alum Brian Stelter, a disinformation enthusiast, to host a panel discussion on none other than hate speech and disinformation.
During this panel, European Commissioner Vice President Varadourova said, Illegal hate speech, which you will have soon also in the U.S.
I think that we have a strong reason why we have this in the criminal law.
Look at this little knuckle-dragging fascist that the WF talked about criminalizing thought in America.
GFY in your little by itself, sir.
Stunning.
Did Brian ask her to explain why she thinks our country would disavow the First Amendment?
Did he push back the idea of making hate speech illegal?
Of course not.
For him, hate speech is anything going against his narrative.
It's a good thing.
He's an expert in the field of journalism.
If you were worried about Brian after he was sacked from CNN, don't be.
Not only did he attend Demos and no doubt enjoyed all the spoils, but he landed a fellowship at Harvard.
What will be his duties?
Hosting panels on threats to democracy and the range of potential responses from the news media.
The only response he knows, however, is to stifle any information, contrary to the left-wing propaganda machine.
Well, the WEF and members who attended Demos were quick to condemn Russia and boast about their lack of invitation.
They didn't seem to have a problem with China President Xi Jinping giving opening remarks.
As comes as no surprise, the head of the WEF class, Schwab, was singing his praises just months ago.
Schwab told a Chinese state-affiliated media site, China is a role model for many countries.
I'm sorry, I need a minute to stop.
It went on.
The Chinese model is certainly a very attractive model for quite a number of countries.
What model does he mean?
The model of committing genocide, breeding out undesirables like the Chinese government has done to the Uyghurs?
Oh, wait, I think it's their model of state-controlled media information, education, and movement of a sinister intrigue.
Take your pick.
The kind of people who attend Divos love them all.
Andrew Lawson tweets, U.S.
climate Envoy John Kerry flew to Davos to implore the world to do more to reduce carbon emissions.
However, when I asked him about China's emissions, he had nothing to say.
Finally, my favorite part was a flashback to DEVOS 2022.
Australian Safety Commissioner Julie Grant said the world would need to recalibrate how it defines and views human rights, as if that's not enough.
She explained she explicitly meant freedom of speech.
She's not the only one who wants to turn the world into an oppressive surveillance state.
Yes, your thrilling professor Yuval Harari said COVID is critical because this is what convinced people to accept to legitimize total biometric surveillance.
Because we can't let a catastrophe go to waste, let's use it to enslave the planet.
And last year, Alibaba Group President J. Michael Evans said, we're developing through technology an ability for consumers to measure their own carbon footprint.
Cool, right?
Sounds like a pedometer thing.
Maybe it comes in different colors.
Explain further.
Where are they traveling?
How are they traveling?
What are they eating?
What are they consuming?
Devo's thus far, John 3 to 16.
Tweets recalibrate human rights.
Meanwhile, so, the plot, a minority report of the reboot of Total Recall.
That sounds satisfying, because it is.
The best part is, what are they consuming on the platform?
What are you looking at online?
Sounds pretty familiar if you follow the Twitter files.
Someone was listening to Devos 2022.
Who knows what will come out of this year's event?
Perhaps we'll see a ministry of truth, love, peace, and plenty.
Allah, 1984.
Ciao!
Yes, well, the WEF, they might be evil, but they're not completely stupid.
They do not allow any jabbed pilots to go in and out of the Davos meeting.
So, yeah, interesting.
And they also run cover for themselves.
So, just about the same time that news was breaking, Business Insider ran an article on January 12, 2023.
The 8 Best Single Pilot Private Jets.
Yes, folks.
They did that because they care so much about your safety.
They didn't want one of their jets to fall out of the sky from a pilot having a heart attack.
And since there's not two pilots on board, they had no redundancy.
So they had no excuse to take any jab pilots.
So that's exactly what these SOBs are up to.
And as far as Mr. Gore, this debate on climate is 100% fake.
In 2014, I went to a conference for the Heartland Institute in Las Vegas, sat in a room with 600 claimed skeptics.
There weren't a half dozen people in the whole room that had ever taken a class in thermodynamics, and you could not explain radiation physics to these idiots because they all said, carbon dioxide warms a little, that's what I heard, it warms a little, warms a little, warms a little, warms a little.
So then, a couple of months later, the Heritage Foundation, another astroturf, Right-wing supposed disinformation group had a summit in Houston for three days, and I sat in a room with 300.
It warms a little bit, warms a little bit.
It's a 100% fake excuse.
And I just got this email from Cori Diggs, which is great, man.
I recommend everybody go to her site, coridiggs.com.
I want to stop CBDCs.
What can I do?
And she's got 12 points on things that you need to do.
One thing she didn't specifically say was to never use a QR code because that's how they're building this network of you being compliant by going in with your cell phone They know where you are.
They know everything you buy.
They know exactly what your habits are.
They're absolutely spying on you every way possible.
And just like the Orwell thing, we were required to read 1984 when I was in high school.
I thought it was abysmal.
I thought it was Orwellian, to say the least.
It defined the term.
But I thought it was an absolute dystopian horror show.
And then, it turns out, that's exactly what it is, and that's their blueprint.
But then, shock of all shock, when my daughter was in school, they outlawed it in high school because they said it had too much sexual stuff and too much violence and it was a horror fiction and it didn't need to be in the curriculum anymore.
Absolutely outrageous.
I don't remember sex stuff in 1984.
What was that?
Oh, yeah.
No, no.
He was.
Winston was living in a house and he had sex with his girlfriend all the time.
And when he wasn't doing that, he was putting his head in a cage and let rats eat his cheeks.
You know, just all the normal things that you would do in a dystopian reality.
Chris.
Yeah, wow.
No doubt.
How do you follow that?
Yeah, Joe, I know what you're talking about.
The quantum atomic settlement T1 system is the thing you're talking about with the QR codes.
They're going to have that thing tied in with quantum computers and, like I say, settle transactions across the globe within 24 hours.
That's a big part of the initiative for Davos as well.
I wish they would put their meetings on like C-SPAN or CNN.
It'd be a little bit more interesting, wouldn't it?
I doubt they'd be running around saying, let them eat fake.
You know, I think if you also put a climate tax on all their hypocritical bullshit, it would probably cover all their dreams and goals for equity inclusion.
But that's just my theory there as well.
These guys are absolute hypocrites.
They fly in on their charter jets and they really put their fingers in the chest of third world populations.
And then they go to the Ritz Carlton.
Fly back out.
You know what I mean?
The Lord knows what they take with them or what they do.
You know, these child rapists, they get together and scream at you about this stuff.
And it's pretty disgusting to see the amount of hypocrisy.
It really ties all together with, I think, the carbon reduction and the silicone replacement.
And if you think about the immigration stuff that they're doing with the headlines and a lot of the targeting left and right one way or the other, heartstrings or animosity, it's a distraction.
It's a misdirection.
I think if you look at the amount of outsourcing of jobs to AI and automation, even like the The wars that bring in these new technologies to bring in things like Neuralink or like the quantum financial system or these monitoring social credit score things.
It's amazing to see what the Defense Department seems to be working together towards in terms of gathering information on the constituents.
And I don't think it can be for useful things.
And maybe I'm wrong there.
Maybe I'm not giving them enough benefit of the doubt, but I don't know, just my theory there.
And if I think about the graphene in the vaccines with Neuralase, I think it's all fabricated, to be honest with you.
you know, men into like X-Men type mutants, you know, they, they justified in Hollywood with the Marvel heroes, all this other stuff, even the jabs and Musk with a lot of that stuff too.
He reminds me of a Marvel hero or the background for it, you know?
And I think it's all fabricated to be honest with you.
And I think that the Silicon replacement theory is something to really look into because it's a big deal.
And if you think about the war on terror being used, they, they sent these kids our, our, our true blood and treasure into the landmines that their spooks had littered for decades with explosives and had these kids blown to bits.
So they'd have to come back and need prosthetic integrations and bionics and And then AI automation and interlinking these type of things with biological functions.
Really, this is the fog of war that was needed to bring this free and experimental studying in.
Just like the COVID release was the same thing for the VAX emergency protocols.
This is always a problem reaction solution, guys.
You got to look at this and you got to look at this throughout the benefit of time and see what these guys are working towards.
I don't think it's anything good for us.
But I don't know, you think about them taking biometrics, big data, you know, the cell phone, Alexa, your smart fridge, your TV, you know, even your browser history, like you mentioned, you know, there's There's an asymmetrical grab of information, and there's certainly a hoarding of information when it comes to what's being done with our tax dollars and in our name in terms of the government and elected officials.
Nice.
Very nice.
Meanwhile, an Illinois gunman has been temporarily blocked for S.A.W.
An Effingham County judge temporarily blocked Illinois' recently enacted ban on high-powered weapons and high-capacity magazines from being enforced for more than 850 people and a handful of licensed gun dealers.
The ruling stemmed from a lawsuit filed by Attorney Thomas DeBoer, a Republican who made a bid for Attorney General last year, arguing the ban violated the state constitution due process and equal protection clauses.
The court finds the plaintiffs have shown the likelihood of success in relation to the Equal Protection Clause of the Illinois Constitution, Judge Morrison wrote in an 11-page ruling.
It only applies to the more than 850 from Illinois named as plaintiffs in the suit and four licensed gun dealers, including one in the city of Abingham, but it does suggest a path forward for other venues.
DeVore told the Tribune he was pleased with Morrison's ruling, believes a judge, like many in the state of Illinois, have had enough.
If the General Assembly wasn't passed a law, do it in the wide open.
Don't do it like thieves in the night.
Let everybody know they're doing it and see what they're doing and give them a chance to participate.
I think that's what the judge was trying to say.
Governor Pritzker and the Democrat leaders of the House and Senate decried the decision, issuing statements moments after his ruling, which the governor said was not surprising but was disappointing.
It is the initial result we've seen in many cases brought by plaintiffs whose goal is to advance ideology over public safety.
We are well aware this is only the first step in defending this important legislation.
I remain confident the courts will uphold the constitutionality of Illinois' law.
I guarantee you 100% it will be found to be unconstitutional.
The problem is a mischief that occurs between the time an unconstitutional bill is enacted and it makes it way to the Supreme Court to be refuted and invalidated.
DeVore focused largely on procedural issues, arguing the process by which it was approved violated a requirement that legislation be confined to a single subject, that lawmakers took a bill about insurance and made it into a weapons ban bill.
He cited a landmark Supreme Court decision striking down New York State's concealed carry law.
A 63-ruling U.S.-New York rival in Pistol v. Bruin found a plain text of the Second Amendment protected the right of plaintiffs to carry firearms for self-defense.
Morrison said the defendants in the case, Pittsburgh, the House Speaker, the Senate President, the Attorney General, did not follow the procedural requirements necessary for this legislation to stand up to the strict scrutiny required when restricting rights to avoid definitional irreparable harm.
Due to the speed with which the bill was passed, the effect to protected classes could not have been considered, nor could the legislature have studied if it were the least restrictive way to meet the goals.
While common practice in Springfield, DeVore has argued, is it's an abhorrent method of excluding the public from participating in lawmaking that they might have a meaningful opportunity to make their voices heard.
The ban was spurred by a mass shooting at the 4th of July parade in Highland Park.
It was fake.
Signed by Pritzker hours after, it immediately bans the delivery, sale, import, and purchase of guns designated in the law as assault weapons, or just making it up.
Those who possess such guns must either register or face a misdemeanor.
For the first offense, a felony for subsequent.
It immediately bans the delivery, sale, or purchase of large-capacity ammunition magazines of more than 10 rounds for long guns, 15 for hand.
Current owners' possession of large-capacity magazines will be allowed only on private property as of April 10th.
Bad.
Bad stuff.
All of it.
or a sports shooting competition, or a federal licensed gun dealer for repairs.
Violation will incur a $1,000 fine.
The new law speeds up to July from January.
Existing requirement for universal background checks modifies the sacred red flag laws and extends the duration of orders from six months to a year.
Bad, bad stuff, all of it.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yes, well, based on extensive research by one of my favorite conspiracy theorists on the Sandy Hook, I pretty much question everything that happened in the way of mass shootings.
Over the weekend, we had a mass shooting at the Chinese New Year's over in Los Angeles at a place called Monterey Park.
And, you know, it's hard to get information, but it turns out that It was a Chinese guy, and 2023 is the year of the rabbit.
Or maybe it's the year of the rabbit hole, and everybody figures it out, and we get out of this stupid rabbit hole.
But anyhow, the news media is reporting his name is Who, H-U-U, Can Tran?
And I'm thinking, maybe this is just like that crash of the Korean airliners where the guy phoned in, I've got the name of the three pilots and Fox News went live and then had to pay a bunch of discrimination fees.
WeepFogCop or whatever, they had the great three different names for the pilots on board the plane.
Breaking news!
Well, this breaking news is I'm saying that the guy's real name is Who can fool you?
Joe, I did a preliminary review of that on my show today, and it looks phony as a $3 bill.
Chris?
Yeah, I say no can do.
You know, if I were in a Chinese restaurant, I'd call it Sun Can Chow.
Yeah, I don't know, Joe.
I think it's very racist that you just said Chinese, and I'll just follow it up with my pretext there.
I'm just kidding with you.
But anyways, yeah, getting back to the serious stuff.
Pritzker, you know, I wonder who would vote for such a monster like this.
If you ever studied anything about her or what she's done or what her family has done or what they're involved with, you'd run like hell from this UN colonialization sanctuary city type of politician slash leader slash magnet, robber baron, whatever you want to call them.
So you got to look at their rhetoric, you know, and certainly compare it to the deliverance of what they're actually saying.
Uh, and they seem to be the tale of two cities and two chasms in terms of, uh, what they are and what they say they are.
And, you know, it's kind of funny how these guys, they want to give a weapons ban for the United States citizens, but they want to fund 500 billion of taxpayer dollars to arm Ukraine.
I don't know.
It's just like the whole contradiction of, of, uh, of reason is just baffling to me.
I'm almost speechless.
And, uh, you know, like what they're doing with social media and controlling that stuff and the censorship, you know, in the first amendment and the second amendment.
You can go down the line of all the amendments of the constitution and almost make a checklist in your own time for your own leisure.
Think about the things that are going on with the current events and our selected leaders and what they're doing and how they're bullshitting us with this stuff.
And basically how these actions or how these reactions to these actions will violate our constitution immediately or in the immediate future.
So, uh, you know, I think that really people need to look at this stuff cause it's something to be seen and something to be said.
And, uh, you know, it's kind of funny how this Jan six witch hunt turned into what it is.
Cause it really kind of takes the wind out of anybody wanting to assemble in a peaceful manner to protest the government now, doesn't it?
Yes.
Good stuff, Chris.
Good stuff.
Absolutely.
Yes.
Yes.

Joy Behar shocks a few co-hosts with an accusation against the DA who charged Alec Baldwin, and it's not even true.
This idea of defending Baldwin when he shot someone and killed her on the set is ridiculous!
Joey Behar actually suggested a New Mexico prosecutor charge Alec Baldwin because she is a big Republican.
The DA indicting him, or whatever the legal term is right now, she's a big Republican.
I'm only saying this because Alec Baldwin is a target for Republicans.
They cannot stand him.
I'm not saying anything more than that," Beyart boasted, throwing her hands into the air with a smirk.
As she was making the accusation, a camera pan showed the reaction of co-host Alyssa Vera Griffin and guest co-host Rachel Lindsay.
Both were obviously disgusted by the claim.
They rolled their eyes and immediately challenged it.
Here's the Daily Caller.
Joy Behar.
The DA is enticing him.
She's a big Republican.
I'm only saying this because Alec Baldwin is a target for Republicans.
I'm just saying.
Does she think he should get away with murder?
Other than the posture Baldwin is a victim, it's not clear why Bohart would attack the prosecutor.
In fact, contrary to her claim, New Mexico's first judicial district attorney, Mary Carmack Aldridge, is not a big Republican, but a registered Democrat.
Carmack always announced criminal charge against Baldwin and the armorer, Hannah Gerez-Reed, over the fatal shooting of cinematographer Helena Hutchins on the set of Rust in 2021.
Both were charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter.
Earlier in the episode, B.R.
appeared to defend Baldwin by absolving him of responsibility for checking the on-set firearm for live ammo.
But as Griffin points out, Baldwin appeared to have demonstrated a significant amount of negligence leading up to the shooting of Hutchins, which is why Carmack always ultimately brought charges against him.
Moreover, Lindsay, an attorney, added Carmack always must believe she has a significant shot of winning in court because she likely Yeah, well, I don't know how anybody could be tortured with the view.
nature of the case unless the evidence against him were overwhelming.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yeah, well, I don't know how anybody could be tortured with the view.
I had the luxury of going to the dentist's office this week, or last week, and because of the cooties from the Wu-Flu, they no longer have magazines in their lobby, but they do have a big screen TV that they no longer have magazines in their lobby, but they do have a big screen TV that sits there and broadcast the view, and so I had to sit there and listen to it because there was one or two old ladies that were in But getting back to the Constitution, yeah, that's something we need to talk about.
just like absolutely horrible to be tortured with that.
Absolutely ridiculous excuse for programming, but that's exactly what it is.
It's programming.
But getting back to the Constitution, you know, that's something that we need to talk about.
Declaration of Independence was modified by Campbell Toe Harris this week.
Here's the way she created it.
It's like, "We hold these truths to be self-evident that all men are created equal They're endowed with their Creator with certain inalienable rights.
Among these are liberty and pursuit of happiness.
No life!
She deleted life.
She left out the creator, Joe.
She left out the creator, too.
Oh, she left out creator and life.
Well, there you go.
You don't need a creator or life.
And you don't need property, because you can be happy without property.
So that's exactly it.
They're rewriting the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution to fit the WEF plan for the future.
Absolutely insane that we put up with this crap, and I'm sure that the reason they're putting all these torpedoes in the water for FJB is because they're going to jockey her into position, be able to put somebody else in as an unelected vice president, just like we mentioned earlier, the 25th amendment.
It only requires a majority in both houses.
So if they can get a couple of rhinos to get on board, they only have to get 51 in the Senate.
And she can actually probably vote for herself.
There's no conflict of interest when you're a crook.
And then they can probably come up with the necessary votes in the House.
And so she will get in and then they'll be able to appoint somebody like Newsom, who because he will serve less than two years because the inauguration date was passed yesterday or last week, then he would be able to serve 10 years and then they won't have to mess around with having any future elections.
They can put him in, take her out, the same way they did with Tricky Dick and Spiro Agnew, and then next thing you know, we end up with an unelected president, and he gets to pick his unelected vice president the same way that It will be Michelle Obama.
Chris?
and Rockefeller, and then we get to make sure that history repeats itself, and this will be the last, quote, American election, because we won't need to go any further, because they will convince us that everybody loves these people.
Yikes.
It will be Michelle Obama.
Chris.
Yikes.
Wow, you know, I was thinking about The View, and I think that I would rather be waterboarded than to watch that show for more than 20 minutes.
Oh, it's torture.
Capital punishment.
Maybe it should replace capital punishment.
I don't know.
It's something to be thought about.
You know, something I want to highlight is, you know, the Planned Parenthood, the demographic that the Democrats harvest is kind of being manipulated by emotional traumas in many ways.
And they remain oblivious to the true nature of the abortion industry and the fetal tissue utility towards stem cells and life extension biotechnology.
Something that we'll never see in terms of our common man Obamacare medical health care treatment, but something that these robber barons that are telling us to take the vax will certainly see and use and certainly take great advantage of.
It's kind of funny.
You can't find an organic grocery store in any major city in the country, but you can find a plasma center, a liquor store, you know, all these other things.
So go figure, right?
You know, it reminds me when the CEO of Pfizer said he's going to save his dose of the vaccine for someone that needs it more than him.
Or, you know, Bill Gates.
Oh, I'm not going to give my kids the vax.
You know, sure as hell bet he's not eating the GMOs that he sells and he's trying to put on the shelves everywhere.
And I'll damn well bet that he's not going to ever, you're never going to see him eating an Impossible Burger.
So.
Interesting stuff how these guys want to put.
It's kind of like they do with war too.
You know they send our kids out to fight these wars that they make up in their head and you know used to colonialize third world populations.
So I guess it's nothing different except it's here on the shores of the United States instead of around the world.
You got it, you got it.
Meanwhile.
Sorry.

In response to a blogger talking about her dad partnering with Moderna a week before the first case of COVID was identified.
Jim, this is from my best commentator on my blog.
I viewed Ivanka's video clip, but I don't see a smoking gun at all there.
She states, Trump partnered with Moderna beginning on January 20, 2022, which was two days after he was first briefed on the COVID-19 situation in China.
He quickly took a number of steps, including blocking travel from China and later Europe, both widely criticized, and ordering all cruise ships into port.
Although he always opposed prolonged lockdowns and masks, perhaps the only politician to do so, he also favored quick development of COVID vaccines.
Moderna has already received a great deal of government money for development of the mRNA technology, so it made sense to approach them.
It all has to be put in context.
Whatever his doubts about COVID, Trump felt he had to do everything in the present, calm the fear of people, and prevent an economic meltdown.
That's why vaccine but not lockdowns made sense to him.
Trump wasn't medically trained, so at that point he had no idea all the tragedy that would accompany the mRNA vax.
A large part, if not the majority of the medical community after all, still denies the damage being done by the mRNA drugs.
I fault Trump for continuing to push the vaccines even after his presidency and after the facts were in about the vax damage.
But in his defense, Trump always has been against coerced vaccination, unlike most others in government.
I maintain, as I always have, If one thinks Trump is part of the swamp, one is part of the psyops.
Trump is our only hope.
DeSantis is a Johnny-come-lately boss man, but he hasn't been shown to be able to take the punch as Trump has.
Trump is the only leading political figure since Andrew Jackson, who's been able to withstand the outslaught of the elites.
But Jackson was a military hero in a day when the elites were infinitely less powerful than they are today.
The elites have tried not six and Schumer's quote, but well over a dozen ways to sundown, but Trump has beaten them back miraculously at every turn.
Because of him, the elites may still rule the government, but they no longer rule the minds of a large percentage of Americans.
Well said.
Meanwhile, final thoughts.
Joe, yours.
Yeah, well, I'm not going to give The orange man bad a pass on the WuFlu warp speed garbage, but that's okay.
You'd mentioned something about the Chief of Staff at Jet Zinc.
We were going to bring that up again, and we never did.
Yeah, so I did a little deep dig on him.
Got a bachelor's degree in political science from Duke, so he's Ivy League!
And he worked for Bain Capital.
He was born in D.C.
According to Wiki, his family is Jewish.
That's a convenient way of letting the tribe know that he's one of us, but it doesn't say he's Jewish.
It just says his family's Jewish.
And that means, you know, if your mommy's Jewish, that means that you're Jewish so that, you know, he's probably a dual citizen.
But anyhow, he was appointed by FJB to be the COVID response point man from January 2021 until April 2022.
And then he switched over to the Office of Management and Budget.
But now he's being brought back so that he can supervise the new upcoming, whatever it is, whatever it is, plague that they're going to release on us because he's so highly qualified because political science involves zero science and certainly nothing to do with chemistry or biology or medicine or anything.
That's funny how these guys can play the better sides of both people's natures against themselves in the ways that they do.
with no CV at all being in charge of CV.
Absolutely insane.
Chris, your final thoughts.
That's funny how these guys can play the better sides of both people's natures against themselves and the ways that they do.
Sam Bankman-Fried went to being one of the bigwigs, the smartest man in cryptocurrency.
Next thing you know, he got busted for $40 billion plus, gone, and Lord knows whatever else.
And all of a sudden, he's like, I don't know, my bubby just bought me a crypto exchange.
I don't know what happened.
It was an accident.
You know, he went from being the smartest guy in the room to being the dumbest at his own selective convenience.
I'd say that that happens across the board with this particular group of triple agents that I mentioned earlier.
And really, I don't think they're working for America.
I don't think they're working for Russia or BRICS.
I don't think that they're doing anything except trying to further their own agendas, whether it's for their cabal or for their own personal enrichment, both of which are probably correlated and intermingled.
So yeah, you got to see through the weeds and you got to see through the forest, the trees and everything in this.
So yeah, it's a pretty, pretty dark world we're in, but it's going to take a lot of people getting together.
Like I say, seeing through this and standing up against this and forging alternatives that do not involve controlled opposition offerings, in my opinion.
Well, Chris, you and Joe were just sensational today.
I'm just simply delighted.
I'm sick and tired of the surveillance state.
The Democrats have their nose up everyone's butthole.
It's really gone far beyond the pale here.
Pull your nose back out.
Give us some space.
Give us a little freedom.
Get your hands off the goddamn voting machines.
Right on Dominion's page it says, changing the way you vote.
That's exactly what they do.
If you voted Republican, they're going to change it to Democrat.
It's not just the technology, it's the theft of democracy.
Wake up, America.
If we don't get rid of these voting machines, we're going to be subjected to this Democrat tyranny forever.
It will be unrelenting.
It will be unstopping.
And you and I will suffer as a consequence.
Our lives are already miserable enough.
Don't let it continue.
Figure out a way.
There must be options available.
Meanwhile, spend as much time as you can with your family, your friends, and people you love.
