This is Truth Vs. News Incorporated.
I'm Donald Granger, producer and JD.consultant at live.com, and it is the 15th of January, 2023, and tomorrow is Martin Luther King's remembrance, his birthday and things.
So, you know, injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.
I think we're having some injustices these days, so, and I think we have the right people to To talk about it, of course, we have Jim Petzl, the most dangerous mind in America, written books and doing all kinds of legal things and informational things that are extraordinary that you've got to know.
And that's why we're here.
And that's why Jim has been here.
We've been together, I think, 15, 20 years, Jim.
And then we have Brian Davidson, who's a private investigator extraordinaire out of Texas.
And he's super sharp.
And of course, we have Scott Bennett, Wonderful military intelligence mind who's been there and done that behind the scenes and knows it's really happening and he's going to inform us as well.
Jim, I guess we're going to start over there in Kyiv and what's really going on in Ukraine with some messy matters there, right?
Just a word, since it is Martin Luther's birthday tomorrow, we might have looked at this bizarre statue in Boston, which I encourage everyone to, you know, take a gander in.
It's pretty weird.
Meanwhile, we have Kiev claiming they can win the war if only we send more.
I think they only want ICBMs and trillions more.
That's all they want, and they're sure they can win.
If the Western powers will increase weapons supplies, long-range missiles, then the Ukrainian presidential advisor said they can win.
This scenario would end the war by autumn at the latest.
Long-range missiles would allow Ukraine to target Russian arm depot deep inside Ukrainian territory, but out of range of the weapons they presently have.
The U.S.
last year supplied them with long-range missile system with a range of around 80 kilometers, which are supposed to have turned the tide in Kiev's favor.
Kiev also has several French systems, but it's putting pressure.
It wants more.
It will never have enough.
No matter how much money, how many weapons are given to Ukraine, it will not be enough.
We will not attack Russia, the senior advisor says.
We're waging an exclusively defensive war.
But without deliveries of large-scale Western heavy weapons, it's likely to grind on for decades.
I don't think there's much chance of that.
Russia's going to wipe them out in short order, in my opinion.
New anti-aircraft systems like the Patriot and the French Cotol will soon be able to neutralize the threat posed by Russian bombing campaigns against Ukrainian energy installations, he said.
This is very optimistic and really totally unable to cope with what's really going on.
Meanwhile, others are observing, the South Front in this case, looking for the new stage of Russian military operations, that the war in Ukraine may soon move to a new stage.
While the Kiev regime continued to proudly defend Solidar, for example, the city came under control of Russia on January 10.
On January 12, the Russian fighters had flushed Ukrainian units out of the Artementsol plant, the largest salt extraction and sale enterprise in Central and Eastern Europe.
The Ukrainian military command and President Zelensky hoped to regain control of the city, not likely.
There are losses on the Ukrainian side and the Soledad since the beginning of autumn may amount to as much as 20 to 25,000.
20 to 25,000 servicemen.
Ukrainian units are trying to gain a foothold on the western outskirt to prevent a Russian breakthrough.
They're not going to have any success.
The Russian offensive is bringing additional successes.
The Wagner fighters confer full control of Obenting, located on the southern outskirts of the city.
The Ukrainian garrison in Bakhmut is falling into an operational encirclement, despite the false statements about Ukrainian victories.
Kiev is worried about a Russian offensive from Belarus.
In the north, the armed forces are mining the roads and strengthening new military positions.
The possibility of opening new fronts, Russian success in Solidar and personnel changes can serve as signals of an upcoming new stage of hostilities.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, you know, it's interesting Vladimir Putin is an attorney and you see the unfolding of this entire episode of Ukraine over the last eight years and Don will appreciate this almost in like a legal service because Putin and the Russians have Number one, serve notice to the Ukrainians that they would not tolerate their agents, the United States, NATO, the UK, from establishing weapons that would be a threat to Russia.
That was their notice, and then they followed up with a notice of default, and then they are following through with a exercise of estoppel in military form.
And this is important to understand, to understand the Russian mind and methodology and pragmatism, and to really understand the lack of emotional hysteria in this.
And that's a remarkable, undefeatable psychological and political structure.
To have that slow, pragmatic, unemotional methodology from A to Z. And that's what Putin is covering and the Russians are covering.
And so far they have, and I agree with Ritter and McGregor and all the other smart people on the analytics of this, Russia has essentially, you know, chopped off three of the legs of the four-legged calf and now Zelensky is just hobbling around begging for more crutches.
Well, inevitably, you've got an annihilation of the male population of Ukraine.
You've got a mass exodus.
You're going to have further over the next six weeks as winter really goes bitter in February.
You know, a complete abandonment of the battlefield.
This is the Napoleonic forces in rags, in frostbite, leaving Russia in the Napoleonic Wars.
This is the Germans fleeing Russia.
This is now the Ukrainians about to be completely obliterated and fleeing to Poland and Germany and the EU with a lot of guns and weapons that they may turn against the Europeans in a form of vendetta.
The Ukrainians are mentally unstable in many, many ways, especially the lunatic right-wing MK Ultra brainwash types that we've been brainwashing for eight years.
So this toxic wave of stupidity, violence, and Nazism is going to blow back into Europe.
Russia is going to erect an iron curtain to isolate it, and it's going to set up Russian-contained areas of Ukraine, Odessa, Mariupol, elsewhere.
And that's it.
And Russia is not going to pay attention to anything that comes out of the West because of the past precedence of deception that the Minsk agreements confirmed and Angela Merkel and the rest of the politicians have confirmed was all a tactical operation for time to further lie.
Well, you do that, you know.
Fool me once, shame on me.
Fool me once, shame on you.
Fool me twice, shame on me.
The Russians have said, OK, that's it.
Now we know you're all pathological liars.
You're all infected with wokeism.
You have this hatred for Russia that borders demonism.
We're going to turn our backs on you and look to China, Iran, BRICS, the Middle East, and elsewhere.

That's the next phase.
And Tony Blinken and Biden and the rest of these morons that are the blue monkey offshoots of Victoria Nuland, they're just going to wither away and I think disappear into the chaos that's now gonna be unfolding in America, I would say, Jim.
- Brian, your thoughts. - Good. - Well, let me preface this with, when it comes to Russia and Ukraine, I feel like I'm in the Truman Show.
You're either listening to one side's propaganda or the other side's propaganda.
At this point in time, I feel like I'm leaning towards listening to the RT version of the events.
What I can say is that if you are looking at it from that perspective, this is embarrassing.
I mean, NATO is controlled by the United States, and all those NATO countries are controlled by the United States.
We're pouring quite ridiculous amounts of money in trillions into Ukraine.
We're shipping all of our weapons over to those areas, leaving us, our military here at the United States, completely depleted.
And the Ukrainians, even with all that weaponry and horsepower, can't come up with the people to be able to fight this.
To me, this is what an empty shell of rhetoric war looks like.
When you've got no substance and you've got no actual military machine and fighting spirit, and you go to war with just the media and propaganda, you end up getting your ass absolutely handed to you on a plate.
And that's what Russia's doing.
So, I'm deeply concerned about how the United States military is going to try to cover this when We lose after spending all that money.
I don't know how they're going to cover their butts, but I can tell you that the one set of people that are making the most money out of this are those arms manufacturers, man.
They are making a killing, and everybody involved in this massive money laundering machine going on over there is going to walk away rich, rich, rich, rich, rich, but there's going to be a nasty death That's coming to this thing, and it's going to stink to the high heavens to the American people when it's all said and done.
That's my assessment of it.
Very, very good.

And we're running out of money, and it's cutting by Thursday, right?
Meanwhile, we have Russian advances.
They're taking place.
They're destroying the British.
They have a counterattack.
Killed 200 British, the equivalent of special forces.
A rampant advance toward Seversk has been recorded since the morning to gain momentum after the capture of Soledad.
Russian forces have already taken the Vesel settlement and entered Rose to Vlika.
Russian troops were scattered.
Paratroops and elements of the 10th Guards motorized advanced, and the same Russian forces entered the settlement of Rozovka.
They're moving at full speed.
On the Solar Front, the Ukrainians launched a counterattack, which collapsed.
The 46th and 77th Airborne Brigades attempted to break the Russian encirclement at Solitar.
These are elite forces trained in Britain.
Battles are still going, but there are over 200 dead.
The command of the armed forces of Ukraine to stop the advance of the Wagner assault group has failed.
It ended in a crash.
The forces of the 46th and 77th participated in the operation.
Though their personnel were few and their artillery was destroyed by Russian airstrikes, despite being outnumbered by 200 or 300 men, both brigades counterattacked.
Covering fire was to be provided by the 17th Separate Tank Brigade, but it turned out to be impossible.
In general, the counterattack failed.
200 were killed.
The remnants of the 46th and 77th Brigade retreated.
Two scenarios for further.
The armed forces will either build a new defense line or launch a counterattack to recapture parts of Soledad that have come under control.
Everything will depend on the size of the assembled group.
It's not going to be successful, but it appears Soledad is very important to the Ukrainian leadership, so Kiev may take the risk.
And even insist that the military attack, which will involve sacrificing its reserves.
More importantly, there's been a mass exodus of the Russian.
They have gone their fleet to sea.
They appear to be heading toward Odessa.
For the first time in months, warship subs landing craft for the Russian Navy have sailed massively from the naval base in the Black Sea.
It's alarmed to remain NATO and Ukraine.
Russia may be planning an amphibious operation in Odessa.
NATO and Ukraine have detected a sudden movement of Russian warships and submarines.
In Maas, something highly unusual taking place.
One explanation may be it's an exercise that tests the readiness of the crew.
No, I think not.
No, this is clearly a military operation.
This is not training.
An alternative is that they're involved in the NOP.
Yes.
The last time reported it was preceded by an extensive missile barrage in Ukraine.
This does not explain the mass exodus unique for all three submarines to engage in a single attack.
A trip to Sevastopol for armaments would probably not happen in such a way.
Another some form of amphibious enterprise may be targeting southwestern Ukraine to grain the land bridge to Transnistria.
Subs will be involved in wider intel.
Landings seem unrealistic given the fate of Russian ships at the beginning of the war, but Zakharova Maria has said, with regard to Odessa, the demobilized monuments, including one of Catherine the Great, will be put back in their place, suggesting that is indeed the target.
On December 29, 2022, when darkness fell, The Kiev regime dismantled the monument to the founders of Odessa, dedicated Empress Catherine II.
Thanks to her, the region began to develop rapidly as part of the Russian Empire, and Odessa itself became a real pearl by the sea known throughout the world.
The history is inseparable from that of Russia, and any attempt by Kiev to rewrite it is doomed to failure.
The dismantled monuments will once again take the rightful place in the center of Odessa, which continues to suffer from the oppression of aggressive national radicals.
I would only add I have reports that Vladimir Putin was furious about taking down the statue, We ought to have been equally furious about taking down the statues here throughout the South and America, because it's such an act of vandalism and a betrayal of a nation's legacy.

Well, we've talked about it before.
In fact, we're the only ones who've talked about this, Jim.
The psychological lobotomization that occurs when you take down statues.
You are lobotomizing a society, a generation of their Their, their, you know, location in history, their orientation of identity, which is required.
Sexuality, history, spirituality.
Those are the three components that frame personal identity.
When you tear down history and statues, You're totally destabilizing identity.
And that means mental sanity and critical thinking and rationality.
And there, oh, doesn't that explain the irrationality and the mental schizophrenia and breakdown that is rising in the West with wokeism and transgenderism and LGBTQ, you know, QRS homosexuality.
These things are domino effect when you interfere with other dimensions of the human being.
Putin is right.
The Russians are right.
The Russians also have The deep-rooted spiritual salvation that has occurred after 1998-1999, when the ruble was decimated by the Clinton administration, Gore, Talbot, Lauren Summers, and Putin saved the country.
He really is an iconic Saint George figure, and you cannot understand Russia without understanding that, because the generation that's been born into the military now were born into a Russia that was Born out of the ashes of the attack and the dismemberment and the rape that the U.S.
was doing against them, and that's not been lost, that's been inculcated into the Russian youth.
So they have a whole, sort of a, you know, a conflict, because on one hand they've always admired and liked certain elements of the Western life, but then they see the West Attacking and stabbing and doing all sorts of undermining and violence against Russians.
So, they're adjusting psychologically, politically, economically.
I mean, everything we've done against Russia in the last eight years has blown back and harmed us.
The sanctions, the political diplomatic war, we're crumbling Europe Europe is going to fall.
Europe is going to be overthrown.
Macron and all these leaders are going to be overthrown.
Even this Italian woman who was put in with promise of being a conservative, I think she's dead too because the litmus test is whoever backs Ukraine against Russia is a losing case because practically it's never going to succeed.
It's also stupid and there's no reason for it except slavery to America which is now becoming a toxic cloud of cultural decay.
So, this is a reorientation of the entire human, you know, values in a very interesting way.
Finally, on the military mobilization, I predict you're going to have a false flag attack in Oklahoma to blame it on Russia, to try and anti-up the American presence.
They're bringing Ukrainians into Oklahoma to train.
Uh, it's very easy to set off something and blame it on the Russians to try and create a war to escape the impending destruction of, uh, the West.
And this mobile fleet of the Russians, of course, is going to go in.
And this is the last stage of conquering the best parts of Ukraine.
Odessa and elsewhere.
And at this point, the Ukrainian conflict is really becoming an academic laboratory for war gaming and measuring the intelligence, the cyber operations.
The Russians are poor in psychological warfare influence operations.
They really need to step up their game in that.
But, you know, the military kinetic, which is their dominant force, they're winning on this level.
But I foresee very quickly this being finalized.
The one thing that they could do that would be wise is to make an appeal to the military and give them honor, give them applause, recognize them as noble heroes and warriors of the best kind, the Ukrainian soldiers that have fought to the bloody death
And Russia wants to recognize their heroism and give them their honor and let them, you know, like that scene in Last of the Mohicans, where the French general says to the British, you can leave your fort with your guns and your flags and your honor.
Just leave the fort.
And of course, the movie turned out badly.
But that's the same thing that Russia can do to Ukraine.
Just leave, put down your arms, establish a neutral Ukraine.
And you don't have to be friends with us, but you don't have to be an attacker and an enemy of us either.
If Russia really amplified that, you would see a dividing and the separating between the fanatical Nazi tattooed lunatics and those that really are genuinely just kind of confused and trying to be loyal and patriotic to Ukraine, the motherland, but have been hijacked.
By this Zelensky piano dick-playing comedian and his puppets, the similar eunuchs and such, Macron and Ursula von Leyden and Jen Stoltenberg, there needs to be a complete divorce of the best warriors in Ukraine from these puppets and clowns And, you know, the Russians, I think, can really amplify that message.
That might quicken the de-escalation of this and give Russia a sense of honor and mercy that it is not looking to annihilate every man, woman, and child.
But it is it is seeking to salvage Ukraine and that's what they've been doing for since the beginning of this whole conflict.
They've tried to salvage the conflict and have peace negotiations but of course Boris Johnson thinking he's Winston Churchill and NATO runs in there and scuttles it and have cost the deaths of millions of Ukrainians as a result.
I think this is the greatest Crime Against Humanity, the greatest war in the history of, I think, the last thousand years, because this is absolutely, it was unnecessary, it was inexcusable, and it was entirely motivated by the greed and the lust of the United States and its NATO controllers, perhaps in the United Kingdom, City of London, and elsewhere.

Lodessa, being on the southern end of Ukraine, on the northwestern side of the Black Sea, is a very, very important port for the entire region, with most of your major shipping and transportation that Ukraine has access to coming through that particular port.
So, from a military perspective, and also that's where the The Ukrainian Navy exists as well.
So, if you can cut off the trade to that port, you can cut off the trade that connects the North and the South through the freeways.
And also, it's also one of the most important airports in the entire area.
So, such a very important place for the Ukrainians to be getting their shipments of missiles and, you know, whatever weaponry is going to come their way.
And I think it wouldn't surprise me one bit if Putin decided that we want to stop this, cut off the feed lines to feed Ukraine from a military perspective.
It seems like it makes a whole lot of sense.
Now, from a cultural perspective, I tend to identify with the actual Ukrainians because I'm an American.
And we have a puppet regime controlling what happens in our government.
Everybody can feel it.
Right now, I'm imagining 90% of the country has begun to peek their head out of the clouds and say, something's wrong.
Joe Biden is an absolute puppet.
Kamala Harris is a puppet.
They're going to uninstall him.
They're going to, but I feel like we've been taken over and I wish some other country with a military force would come in and take out our deep state.
I wish our military would do it.
So, If I'm a Ukrainian, I'm feeling the same way about Zelensky.
Zelensky is obviously a puppet.
They're going to get all this money, borrow all this money, launder all this money, and all these people are going to get rich.
There's not going to be anything left for me when it's all said and done.
Oh, but Zelensky, oh, they've made a nice deal with BlackRock to rebuild the country.
Well, I'm sure that's going to be great for the citizens.

This entire global, platonic, political, military, economic shift that we see happening.
We're in the middle of an earthquake, or I should say a global quake.

Everything was black and white.
But then I was sent down the whirlwind of prison and came out the other side and everything was full of color.
And the world changed.
And I saw things as they really were.
And I started to kind of evolve out of it.
And 9-11 and all the other materials started coming in.
And my focus changed.
And everything in my perspective changed.
Well, I say that because Condoleezza Rice and all of these other Bush appointees and Gates, they have never changed.
They've only gotten worse.
They've only gotten darker and darker and more frantically violent to try and advance their agenda of the Francis Fukuyama end of history, the world full-spectrum dominance that is under the control of the West and the petrodollar and all of this, and now we have to enforce it through military means.
And it's like Hitler As Ritter said, well, Hitler in the last moments of World War II, where he's trying to, well, we just need to send this army.
We need to do this.
We need to do that.
And the armies aren't there.
The men aren't there.
The psychology's not there.
Everything is broken or gone.
That's what the West is in this state.
That's what America is in this state.
We have nothing.
We have no mobilized armies or, as was said before, the psychology for going to war.
And this foolishness that is trying to say, well, we've won the war, Ukraine's won the war, we're moments away, we're one missile battery away, we're one aid package away, is all Hitlerian fantasy, delusion.
And if it wasn't for the patience and the kindness, I would say, of Russia, we could be in a serious conflict and war that would result in the annihilation of the United States and transforming us into a third world power.
Because Russia would devastate us with its hypersonic missiles and its superior weapons, which is in itself a remarkable story of Russia's incredible transformation in the last 20-30 years from this, you know, caterpillar that was being stabbed at and devoured by the West into this incredible butterfly of potential, I mean, military power.
And I'm not trying to get too romantic, but there has been a remarkable transformation of Russia And we've facilitated that.
So, I just wanted to end it with, we are in a strong delusion that is going to peter out in Europe.
And I would say this too about China.
China, if you've read their military books on asymmetric warfare, irregular warfare, they have no intention of a kinetic war.
They do not want a kinetic war with the West.
They want a slow, bromide hypnosis infusion into America to put it to sleep and to let it devour and toxically kill itself.
Uh through social media, through TikTok, through massive immigration, through fentanyl, through a variety of of irregular warfare means.
That's what the Chinese do.
They think in 50-100 year intervals.
So they're not going to land like the marines on Normandy in Taiwan They're going to slowly boil the frong, and they already have the leadership and the culture and the media and everything in Taiwan, and blend it and blur it into Chinese society over 100 years.
And they're already doing that.
Masses of money is invested in China from Taiwan.
So they're going to slowly engage Taiwan.
If there is a kinetic operation, it would be launched by the United States to justify a Pearl Harbor sort of event.
But Russia has already said and I think it will amplify this promise to send its military fleet to block any Western American naval operations against Taiwan.
So we seem to be setting ourselves up for a two-front war.
Uh, where we're going to try and trigger something against China, uh, uh, because of Taiwan, and that will result in China and Russia sinking the West's fleet, uh, and, and decimating our naval capabilities on top of the other, uh, uh, COVID-19 devastation.
And then with Russia, its hypersonic missiles will, uh, and Navy capabilities will annihilate America.
And you'll see NATO kind of throw up its hands and say, okay, we're done.
Let's get back to our croissants.
and are uh puffery and uh oh yeah let's get uh oil and gas back on the chain and they may even say Sacre Bleu!
We've just discovered the United States did all this Nord Stream Pipeline destruction!
Oh we don't want them!
So the Europeans could be extraordinarily quick in their fickleness and turn against the West and uh uh realigned itself with Russia.
These are the political Realities that if you study history can change on a dime, and I think that dime is about to switch right the second.

I'll try to be brief about it.
Hagopian's writing in this particular article is really fundamentally boils down to an issue called morals, and as a private investigator, I can tell you that there are two different types of people that I run out into In the world, okay?
There are those that are truly innocent and there are those that stole and lied or cheated.
And I can tell you that one time I followed a truly innocent person.
My team did for 11 months.
It was one of the largest cases we'd ever did.
11 months and she never looked over her shoulder.
She never noticed us.
She was living free as a bird.
No problems, no worries, no idea that anybody was following her.
11 months we stayed behind this girl.
Another guy, I remember he was in the midst of an insurance scam and he picked off the surveillance within 35 seconds.
We literally pulled out behind him and he started doing counter-evasive maneuvers.
So there are two different types of people in this world.
There's those that live in the light and they don't care.
And then there are those that wallow in the filth day in and day out.
And I can tell you that those people are burdened beyond belief with All of the things they've done.
All of the things that they can't get cleaned out from.
They don't know what it's all about.
They're chained day in and day out.
How they sleep for 30 minutes at a time.
30 minutes.
They wake in fear.
They're always looking.

One thing Brian said was very, very good, among others.
What he's describing in the catharsis, the coming clean, is what I think we're beginning to see.
We saw it in Donald Trump.
He rose to the presidency, you know, just on the surface level.
There are other things, but on the surface level, The people had a sense of that coming clean.
They wanted him to make them clean.
They wanted him as the president to clean, and again drain the swamp, to have a cathartic reformation of the country.
The country has been waiting and they supported Trump because he was making us clean, allegedly, from the foreign wars and all of the things that Bush and Obama did.
And then when the overthrow happened, the American people were outraged and they still expected us to be clean.
And this recent election of the Republicans, which of course was fraud and thwarted and stuff, Was still an impulse of the American people to become clean, and I'll end it by saying, Gates and these others who stood up against McCarthy, I think that's another indicator of a national consciousness of trying to come clean, of trying to have a catharsis, of trying to pull off in that Spider-Man 3 moment the black covering tar
The American people politically and emotionally and culturally seem to be moving in this direction of trying to come clean, trying to figure out what is shackling them.
And I think that is only going to gain momentum.
I don't think people are going to return to their sleep or their prison.
I think they're going to get more animated and potentially aggressive.
uh in in uh trying to have that coming clean and shedding these old uh you know thoughts and controls so that's that's one thing of hope is the American people seem to be evolving in this direction of those who want to come clean in a in a very uh passionate even almost violent way
And those who are going to increasingly become darker, more confused, more nail-biting, more frantic, more psychotic.
I see that as the Great Divide, Jim.
Scott, we're shackled by Dominion voting machines.
Until we get rid of these electronic voting machines, the best intentions of the American people are going to be unavailing.
Meanwhile, we have Biden turning out to have Documents, classified documents at multiple locations that dent his claim to confidence.
Biden offered himself as a president we wouldn't have to think about at two months of his predecessor, but all these disclosures and appointments of a special counsel are straining his claim to confidence.
The surprise revelations on at least four different occasions they found improperly stored classified docs evoke the turmoil surrounding Trump's presidency, a four-year ruckus from which Biden has tried to move the country.
But we have a situation far worse in this instance.
It's an embarrassment to Biden and the selection of special counsel for wrongdoing.
It exposes him to a new self-inflicted risk.
Further, it complicates the DOJ calculus about whether to bring charges against Trump.
Hands fresh ammo to the newly empowered House Republicans to launch investigations, undercuts a central plank of Biden's bid to voters, as he looks to launch a re-election bid in the coming months, which is just a fantasy.
It just won't be so exhausting, former President Obama said about a Biden presidency.
Adding voters are not going to have to think about the crazy things, and that's worth a lot.
But remember, Obama also said of Joe Biden, never underestimate Joe's ability to F things up.
Clearly, he's done it again and again, except this isn't even the real Biden.
This is some kind of clone.
The Biden case is markedly different than Trump's, not least because Biden didn't voluntarily turn him over.
But I would say far more importantly, because Trump, as president, had the ultimate declassification authority.
Biden, as vice president, did not.
It's completely different in that respect.
And Biden's culpability is overwhelmingly greater than that of Trump.
Painter said, well, Biden would probably avoid a criminal issue looming over Trump because there's no far, no sense.
Biden intentionally mishandled classified records.
It's still a merited investigation.
And in fact, as Scott will assure you, intentionality is not a factor in the mishandling of records.
You have an obligation to handle them properly and you cannot plead.
It was a mistake and thereby be exonerated.
You'd never just pack stuff up and cart it out.
To say nothing of classified documents that have these markings, it's worrisome.
The White House can't let itself be seen as hiding information or bled to death by investigators or other leaks, said Adam Goldberg, commenting about the situation.
It wasn't until Monday the letters even confirmed the documents had been found, even though it occurred before the midterm election.
White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said Americans can assume there are no more classified docs or government records improperly stored after a final search, but they're turning up more and more and more.
If Biden's White House needs to get its messaging back on track after a week of missteps and unforced errors, Trump's issues go well beyond mere incompetence.
On a political front, assuming the White House gets communication right, I'm not worried about fallout with Trump.
Competency hasn't been the issue.
Intentional misconduct has been.
But remember, even the FBI already admitted that there was no evidence Trump had done any wrongdoing, and I'm really disappointed that we continue to get such political bullshit over and over and over again.
Alan Dershowitz has properly observed, the Biden doc find undermines Trump prosecution.
We cannot have two systems of justice unless it claims against Trump.
Pass what I used to call the Clinton-Berger test, Dershowitz said.
Now it's the Clinton-Berger-Biden test.
Unless it's gone down, it gets so much more egregious and unlawful than what the three Democrats were accused of doing.
You can't have a criminal prosecution of Donald Trump.
He stated Biden possessed these docs when he was vice president, unlike Trump, my point, did not have the authority to declassify.
After last year's raid, Trump and the former officials have said he declassified a range of materials when he was president.
In fact, he had a standing order.
Any documents he took with him were automatically declassified.
We know presidents can declassify material when they're in office.
Not after they leave.
We know vice president cannot declassify material in office or out.
He also said neither Trump nor Biden ought to be prosecuted over this.
There's not enough for a criminal prosecution.
During an exchange, Biden was asked whether he knew the documents were in his garage.
He said he knew they were there.
So the docs are in a lock garage, he was asked by Peter Doocy, yes, as well as my Corvette.
He seems to think that Corvette is some kind of precious object, and he's showing how good he's been about classified docs by even having them anywhere near his Corvette.
Sure.
Man, oh man.
We're trying to do this by the book.
As I said yesterday, this is Jean Pierre.
She later declined to state whether you were confident there are no more classified docs in any other announcement location.
The extraordinary circumstances here have led the Attorney General to appoint a special counsel in this case as well, a fellow by the name of Robert Herr, A former Trump-appointed attorney in Maryland to lead the investigation.
Biden's lawyers found the first set in a locked closet at the Biden Penn Center in Washington on November 2.
Biden didn't say when the latest stocks were found at his home, only that his review of location was completed Wednesday.

Well, the top secret TSSEI documents are very easy to understand.
You have to have a classification to review them and handle them.
They are stored in separate facilities.
There's TSSEI, top secret sensitive compartmentalized information.
There's secret and there's unclassified.
Um, but they are in skiffs, which are airtight, you know, watertight, electronic tight, telephonically tight, uh, separate rooms.
That these documents are stored in.
It's a hyper-sensitive and secure facility.
No one can go in, no one can see them, no one can access them unless you've got the clearance, which takes a year or two to get.
I had a TSSEI clearance, and I was a Defense Department courier, so I always carried two side arms when I was transporting documents from State Department to SOCOM.
Uh, and I had my courier card, and the documents are always double-wrapped.
You handle them like live grenades, and like you wisely observed, Jim, you don't get to say, oh, I left them on a train, or I accidentally dropped them, or I did something.
No, that's when you go to jail, and that's happened.
When accident things happen, you, you know, officers have mishandled them, and they went to jail.
And that's happened.
Snowden commented on this too.
So Biden is guilty of mishandling classified information.
He did not have the classification.
He did not have the status as president to declassify anything.
So he's taken these outside of SCIFs, which is crime.
He put them in facilities that are not SCIFs, which are another crime.
And this ultimately will lead to his prosecution or his impeachment or both But this is also a setup in many ways.
How did this happen?
Who found these?
You know, this whole thing stinks of something more political chessman gamesmanship for the removal of Biden, as Tucker kind of hinted at too, is this to make way for someone else like Gavin Newsom with Michelle Obama as his VP.
Biden is obviously, as we said before too, Biden is going to be assassinated.
And I've said that from the beginning.
Maybe not physically, but certainly politically.
And I think this is what we're witnessing.
And it annihilates, it equalizes the Trump prosecution.
Trump had a classification.
He was president.
He could declassify everything and anything in the moment it's declassified by him declaring it.
Then it is no longer subject to the security protocols and limitations.
He is the end of the line.
The buck stops with the president.
So when he says this memo, this document, this case is declassified and writes a line through it, And says, I've declared it as President.
He doesn't need to get that checked.
He doesn't need to file that anywhere.
He is President.
He's empowered by the people of the United States as the Executive Branch.
The Chief of the Executive Branch.
The Chief of the Armed Forces.
And Congress and the Supreme Court cannot say anything to him about anything he declassifies.
So the moment he declassifies it, everything is public record.
And that's what he had in his skiff.
So that whole thing, there's nothing there.
But the emotional flatulence and the political chicken little sky is falling, and the media are trying to confuse an already mentally challenged population in the United States, some of whom are vitriolically anti-Trump.
But again, all of this is sort of settling.
And I think at the end of the day, you're going to see-- if you don't see an impeachment of Trump in the House, then the House is an absolute miserable failure.
Biden.
Biden.
I'm sorry.
If you don't see an impeachment in the House against Biden, you're going to see the House of Representatives completely sold out and devoid of any moral enthusiasm or support.
This is something they have to, pursuant to the Constitution, the laws of the land, pursue this.
And they can't accept another Comey, well, you know, let's be artful with our words to try and justify it.
No, there's no getting out of this.
