	I'm going to read from the description in the top left corner of your screen.
	Donald Trump is a military plant.
	That's right, you're reading that correctly.
	Derek says that Trump was planted into office and that is something that Q and the things that I've been saying for years is well known to any Anon that's out there or to anybody that's been following me for a long time.
	I have specifically said for Two years now that Donald Trump was asked to run for President of the United States by the military.
	The military was about to perform a coup on Barack Obama after all the nasty things he did between 2008 and 2016, and before they did so, they gave one last chance, so to speak, of getting a candidate into office that can completely blow out all the fraud and overcome it, and that's exactly what Trump did.
	So when it's said that he's a plant, it doesn't mean that he's... Don't use plant as a negative Don't put any negative connotation around it.
	Plant means that he was asked to come into this role to be the mouthpiece, to be the person in a position that could carry out what comes next.
	And that's what we're about to go over.
	He's the face of the United States military operation.
	We're going to go over that in length, which is operating with an alliance of world generals and UN Security Council, amongst many others.
	He is on what's called the good side of continuity of government.
	We're going to go over that tonight too.
	On November 18, 2022, when Donald John Trump said, if they're going to investigate me, they must investigate every single president before me immediately.
	All the laws and orders being used, 90% of those were written before him.
	So he's right.
	Let's do the timeline and blueprint here of the continuation of government, also known as continuity of government.
	These are just a few of the major outline laws.
	There's a lot more than this.
	Executive Order 12148, signed by Jimmy Carter.
	Which is called the National Emergencies Act of 1776.
	Now, in the top right corner of your screen, you are going to see what I have on my screen.
	And this one is link number one in the description below this video.
	You could read all about the National Emergencies Act of 1976.
	Again, this was signed by Jimmy Carter, not Donald Trump.
	And it is the basis of what started the military operation.
	I want to call it more of the foundation of what started this giant military operation that has been in place for quite a number of years.
	At least since probably started in 2017.
	And it's all right there. - Right.
	Now, obviously, I'm not going to go over this entire article with you, but when you're going back to re-watch the video or to... I strongly advise reading all of these entire articles in full.
	You'll know exactly where we're at and what's been going on with our government when you're done reading them.

	Anyway, that was signed by Jimmy Carter and it leads us to point number two.
	Then, this is after Jimmy Carter signed it, George Bush, W, signed the National Security Presidential Directive, NSP 51, slash Homeland Security Presidential Directive, HSPD-20, sometimes called Executive Directive 51, for short.
	This was signed on May 4th, 2007.
	So now you have another president signing a completely different emergencies act this is link number two just so you guys are following down below link number two national emergencies act of uh where are we here breakdown one and two Actually, this is skipping down now to link number 1, 2.
	The first three links, link number 1, 2, and 3 that are identified below are all about the National Securities Act that Jimmy Carter signed in 1976.
	There's three different links there.
	A couple of them are from .gov websites, so there's no disputing Any of the factual information around these links.
	They're from government websites.
	These aren't from PhilGottlowski.live websites.
	They're not from Derrick Johnson websites.
	They're government websites.
	They're government acts.
	They are in, passed by Congress.
	So there's no denying any of the authenticity of any of this stuff.
	And whoever denies it has to come to one of these links and say, well, this is false because of this.
	You can't do it.
	It's not doable.
	Now, link number four is what we're talking about here that George Bush signed in 2007.
	This is called the National Continuity Policy.
	National Continuity Policy.
	I'm going to put that on the screen right now as well.
	Now this is obviously in much smaller writing than I would like, but you can see what the I'm just going to read the very first passage here.
	Where are we?
	This directive establishes a comprehensive national policy on the continuity of federal government structures and operations and a single national continuity coordinator responsible for coordinating the development and implementation of federal continuity policies.
	This polity establishes national essential functions, prescribes continuity requirements for all executive departments and agencies, and provides guidance for state, local, territorial,
	and tribal governments and private sector organizations in order and tribal governments and private sector organizations in order to ensure a comprehensive and integrated national continuity program that will enhance the credibility of our national security posture and enable a more rapid and effective recovery.
	Response to and recover from a national emergency and then it goes on you can see this is very long This goes on and on and on to state a whole bunch of other stuff about Continuity of government.
	Okay.
	This is going to be identified as link number four Two three four link number four in the links that I have listed below Okay, I want everyone that has any doubt or question about What's going on in our current environment and why we're sitting in this particular spot to go ahead and read that now Derek follows up with this particular article and he gives his own description of it.
	He says, it's a presidential directive establishing a comprehensive policy on the federal government structures and operations in the event of a catastrophic emergency.
	Such an emergency is defined as, quote, any incident, regardless of location, that results in extraordinary levels of mass casualties, damage, Or disruption.
	So not all three of these things.
	Any one of these things.
	Mass casualties, damage, or disruption.
	Disruption severely affecting the U.S. population.
	Its infrastructure.
	The environment.
	The economy.
	Or government functions.
	Can we think of any catastrophic emergency that affected the United States population?
	Had mass casualties attached to it.

	Environment, economy, or government function.
	Can we think of any recent national emergency?
	Who said COVID-19?
	Anybody?

	So you'll also know or remember that Donald Trump declared a national emergency because of COVID.

	The years they were signed and every single presidential directive that has been signed is right there for everyone to see.
	Okay, I strongly advise that everyone goes back and actually reads what those presidential directives are because they do have a very important place in what we are talking about and where our current government sits.
	In regards to all this.

	And the reason why I want you to read it is because everyone's like, oh, well, nothing's happening.

	By the end of this, you're going to completely understand how all of this went down from 2017 to 2023, and where we go from here.

	This is a little paragraph that was written directly under those last links that I listed.
	NSPM-4, Organization of the National Security Council and the Homeland Security Council.
	NSPM-4 establishes the national security system according to the National Security Act of 1947 to assist, excuse me, and advise the President In all aspects of national security policy, as it affects the United States.
	This is why it's important to read everything, as I've been saying.
	In the Federal Resiliency Act of 2020, December 7, 2020, signed by, of course, Donald Trump, it specifies the National Security Act of 1947.
	So now you have things that have been put into place since 1947, and this is NSPM-4, that were Mentioned and highlighted by Donald Trump on December 7th of 2020 now That's just one month after the major election fraud happened.
	He is starting to sign into presidential executive orders and directives all of these things and he's He's not just signing them in like oh, this is a Donald Trump policy.
	This is a You know a new executive order because I'm Donald Trump and I'm president and I'm leaving office No, it's not what he's doing.
	What he's saying is I'm putting this into Power?
	But I'm doing that because of the act of 1947.
	These are acts that have been in existence for 60, 70, 80 years, some of them.
	We just talked about the one that Jimmy Carter signed in 1976.
	So now you have Trump signing something on December 7, 2020, before he leaves office, right?
	And he's referencing something from 1947.
	Why?
	Why would he do that?
	Why would an outgoing president do that?
	Knowing that the new incoming president, bitter rival, big fraud thing going on between them for the last 30 days.
	We have all these court cases.
	Rudy Giuliani and Jen Ellis is distracting everybody, going here and going there.
	I mean, the legislatures, we've got all this stuff going on.
	And then Ezra goes there.
	And then Chris Miller goes there.
	And then all the cash Patel gets appointed in all these spots.
	Meanwhile, Trump's just signing this stuff.
	30 days, 40 days from now, Joe Biden's going to be inaugurated.
	You could get rid of all of it, right?
	Why didn't he?
	We're going to talk about that in a bit, too.
	Now, that last December 7th, 2020, Why would Obama sign something that says that?
	They all tie in.
	What Derek means is, Why would Obama sign something that says that?
	Biological attack.

	So all of these previous presidents, Carter, Bush, now Obama, they all put this stuff into record.
	They all signed into this stuff.

	Trump is using the playbook of the United States To continue on government, following a biological attack, the last four words that are on the screen right there, in this screenshot, following a biological attack.
	What was the biological attack?
	COVID-19.

	The executive orders that were signed by Barack Obama and George Bush before him all had some sort of reference to exactly what we went through with COVID-19.

	And Donald Trump has used that to establish the continuity of government that he is currently in control of.
	And I got news for you.
	He's not only in control of Where we go next in the United States, he's the commander-in-chief of the worldwide alliance of other countries that have bought into this.
	Vladimir Putin, and Russia, President Xi in China, and many others across the world.
	He is the commander of all of them.
	So you worry about, when is he going to be our president again?
	He's commanding the world against the cabal.
	You must understand who stepped in and trapped all these fools.
	The timeline all makes sense when you do the math and the blueprint.
	Here's how a president must declare a national emergency.
	Now we're going to look at the actual declaration of the national emergency by Donald Trump.

	This is the only way that a president could declare a national emergency.

	This is how a president must declare a national emergency.
	This is the first one.
	Declaration of a National Emergency.
	I'm actually gonna read this.
	With respects to acts of Congress authorizing the exercise, During the period of a national emergency, of any special or extraordinary power, the President is authorized to declare such a national emergency.
	Such proclamation shall immediately be transmitted to Congress and published in the Federal Register.
	Paragraph B. Any provisions of law conferring powers and authorities to be exercised during a national emergency shall excuse me, shall be effective and remain in effect, number one, only when the president, in accordance with subsection A of this section, specifically declares a national emergency, and, number two,
	only in accordance with this chapter, no law enacted after September 14, only in accordance with this chapter, no law enacted after September 14, 1976, shall supersede this subchapter unless it does so in specific terms referring to the subchapter and declaring that the new law supersedes the provision of So, basically, basically, let's dumb that down.
	What it says is, the president of the United States, the only way that he could declare a national emergency is by doing it a very specific way.
	And if you want to know that specific way, go read the rest of that article.
	It's link number eight.
	Link number nine gives you an even better understanding of how a president must declare a national emergency and why.
	Now the important part is, if a president declares a national emergency, in order for that national emergency to end, it must be announced By that president.
	That it's ending.
	Did Donald Trump ever.
	Now, Donald Trump did declare a national emergency.
	For COVID.
	When it happened.
	I can't remember the month.
	I think we're going to go over it here in a second.
	Did he ever declare that the emergency was over?
	Nope.
	Now, prior to him leaving office.
	He would have had to do so.
	And then Joe Biden would have had to decide.
	Well, do I redeclare the emergency?
	Or do I just let it go?
	It's not an emergency anymore.
	None of that happened!
	So we're still under a national emergency that was declared by Donald Trump.
	Now, if Donald Trump was to leave office without stopping that national emergency, that's not a thing!
	Because if he's no longer president, he can't say that it's over.
	He would have had to say that it was over, and then Biden could decide, as the incoming president, could decide if it needs to be re-declared, or it's no longer an emergency, he doesn't have to do anything.
	But it was never announced by Trump!
	Moving on.

	This law, the one that we just went over, authorizes the federal government to provide financial and other assistance to state, local, and tribal governments.
	Certain non-profit organizations and individuals to support response, recovery, and mitigation efforts following a declaration of an emergency or disaster by the President, which is ASPR 2019, under the Stafford Act and the Federal Emergency Management Agency, FEMA, coordinates Under Stafford Act, FEMA coordinates administration of disaster relief to affected states.
	We're going to pull that one up now, too.
	Here is the Stafford Act.
	This is a very important one to understand.

	The Stafford Act, as amended, And everything that was just written in the top half of the screen right here...
	Is referenced in this act.
	Now, this particular version is 192 pages, but just reading through the index here, which is on the first few pages, you could see the sections that are related to COVID and the announcement by Donald Trump of a national emergency.
	So this will be very, very beneficial to read through.
	And we're going to highlight a little bit more of this as we go along here as well.

	This gives a little bit more of a kind of like a condensed version of what we're talking about with the Stanford Act.
	This one's only four pages long.
	Talks about Title 42, the public health and welfare.
	We just heard about Title 42 in the news with SCOTUS.
	And this one is only, like I said, four pages long, so it's a much quicker read, not as detailed, and it doesn't touch on as much stuff that we don't really, aren't applying to our current situation that we're involved in here, but still a good read on the Stafford Act.
	Again, that's links number, I believe, 10 and 11, if I'm not mistaken.

	The purpose of this subchapter in the link that we just referenced before is to provide a system of emergency preparedness for the protection of life and property in the United States from hazards and to vest responsibility for emergency preparedness jointly in the federal government and the states and their political subdivisions.
	And the only person who could terminate the national emergency or emergencies is the president who declared it.
	The only one who could terminate that is Donald Trump.
	The only one who could terminate that is Donald Trump.
	Biden cannot terminate Trump's national emergency.
	Therefore, it was never terminated.
	And the reason why that's so important is this.
	If it was never terminated, every link that we're gonna go over tonight, all 19 or 29 links that I have listed below, all is because of this national emergency.
	Trump used COVID-19, which was planned.
	Trump used COVID-19 to establish a catastrophe.
	that lost lives in the United States, damaged infrastructure, damaged the economy, and all of those other things that we read before.
	He used COVID to establish a national emergency and declare a catastrophic event to establish continuity of government.
	Meaning, no matter what happens after that national emergency, he could have his own government Separate from the bullshit that you see on the TV.
	That's just in layman's terms.
	He used all of that to create the continuity of government that he is currently in charge of.
	That is why you saw Mike Pompeo, earlier this year, going to different countries to meet with heads of state.
	Why would the former Secretary of State go to countries, when he's no longer in the administration, the incoming administration, to meet with other heads of state?
	Why isn't the news reporting that, by the way?
	We know by now that the news is just a pile of flaming horseshit, right?
	But it's interesting that when Mike Pompeo meets with a head of state in China or in Russia or in, you know, Israel or wherever, he's meeting with them.
	There's no reason for that unless there's a separate, simultaneous, parallel government operating.
	We're going to talk more about that in a second.
	And by the way, just to keep everything in perspective, all of these acts, all of the things that we're putting on the screen in terms of the links and everything that's listed down below, all of the things that we're putting on the screen in terms of the links and This isn't just some, you know, spectacular notion of the way to do things.
	It all passed through Congress.
	They're all officially registered on either the FederalRegister.gov or various different government websites, such as FEMA, you saw the Stafford Act, the Declaration of Policies.
	All of these U.S.
	codes are listed everywhere.
	And this is what Derek Johnson has been screaming from rooftops for the last several months.
	It's not a theory.
	It's not a theory that we're in an active military operation.
	That's not some truther just coming out saying, oh well I know what's really going on.
	It's not what the news tells you, it's what I say because I'm a truther.
	And because I carry the title of truther, what I say is true.
	That's not what we're trying to do.
	That's what some people are trying to do, like Jordan Sather for example.
	I can't, I can't even.
	But that's not what people like me are trying to do.
	We're trying to tell you that there is an active military operation ongoing.
	What I'm doing tonight in reinforcing Derek Johnson's research is establishing how it's possible to be in this active military operation.
	And then when we get to the end of this, probably in about the next 30 minutes, where do we go from here?
	What happens next?
	This timestamp proves Donald J. Trump is a military plug-slash-plant, as we talked about before, and is on the good side of the continuation of government.
	There's two sides.
	This is the first time we talked about this all night, but might as well identify it now.
	There's two sides of continuity of government.
	One is the Commander-in-Chief, Donald Trump, leading our government and establishing policies, not just within our country, But worldwide, there's an alliance now against the great, excuse me, against the great evil that's in this world.
	They have aligned and they are systematically taking them down.
	Donald Trump is on the good side of that continuity.
	He is the good government for, you know, to put it in very, very basic terms.
	But there's another side of continuity of government.
	We're going to talk about that right now.
	Oh, let's get this one on the screen.
	That was number nine.
	Okay.
	This is, look at that date, by the way.
	Yeah.
	January 17, 17.
	One of the very first things Donald Trump did upon entering office.
	Very first things.
	The U.S.
	Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency, Federal Continuity Directive, number one.
	Purpose.
	Scope.
	Suppression.
	Look, all these are hyperlinks so you could click any one of these and it will take you to that particular subsection.
	I'm just going to read real quickly.
	Purpose.
	Now, this was established three days before Donald Trump was inaugurated.
	On 2017.
	Now, how does something like that happen?
	How does something like this declaration happen under an Obama administration?
	Why would Barack Obama put something like this into place?
	Why would anyone at the outgoing Department of Homeland Security in Obama's administration, why would anyone want this?
	Let me tell you why.
	Because Donald Trump is a plant by the military.
	He was put there to fix all the shit and to be the mouthpiece and to be the person that not only identifies all the bad actors, but reams them out!
	And there's only one type of person that could do that.
	And Donald Trump is that type of person.
	This act was put into place by the military in preparation for Donald Trump to come into office.
	He already got elected.
	We all know that.
	He was getting inaugurated three days later.
	This act could have been put on the 20th or the 21st, just coincidentally on the 17th.
	You can't make this shit up, guys.
	Is that a coincidence, too, that I was on the 17th?
	1.7 trillion?
	These are all coincidences?
	But if you read through this, just the purpose section here, Presidential Political Directive 40, PPD 40, National Continuation Policy, directs the Secretary of Homeland Security, through the administration of FEMA, to coordinate the implementation Execution and assessment of continuity activities among executive departments and agencies.
	Specifically, the Administrator of FEMA is directed to develop, very important words here, I'm going to highlight them, develop and promulgate federal continuity directives to establish continuity program planning requirements for executive departments and agencies.
	This Federal Continuity Directive, FCD1, implements this requirement by establishing the framework, requirements, and processes to support the development of DA's continuity programs and by specifying and defining elements of a continuity plan.
	They're quite important here too.
	These required elements include delineation of essential functions, succession to office and delegations of authority, safekeeping of access and essential records.
	Mar-a-Lago raid?
	Safekeeping of access and essential records?
	Everyone's like, the raid of Mar-a-Lago?
	Trump can't have those there.
	Uh, yeah, actually he could.
	And you want to know why?
	Because it says so right there.

	It gives him the authority to have those records that he had in Mar-a-Lago.
	This is all tied together.
	Continuity locations.
	Those locations are also specified in this act.
	Continuity communications.
	Human resources planning.

	Devolution of essential functions.

	And I don't necessarily understand why.

	National emergency two months before any election from 2017 to 2021, two years before the presidential election of 2020, meaning the only evidence of fraud was 2016 and prior.

	When Trump signed that executive order, there was no evidence yet of election fraud in the elections that we know of.
	In the 2018 midterms and the 2020 general election.
	Those elections didn't occur when Trump signed Executive Order 13848.
	He signed it two months before.

	The next election to occur was two months later.
	That was the midterms in November of 2018.

	EO13848 was in place for the 2018 election, and the 2020 election, and oh by the way, the 2022 election, 2022 midterms, and will still be in place for 2024.

	They knew Obama committed election fraud, and they knew Hillary committed election fraud.

	Executive Order 13848, I've beaten this like a dead horse, specifically says no evidence of a foreign power altering the outcome or voter tabulation in any United States election.
	Executive Order 13848 is a domestic Washington establishment, deep state, cabal, the swamp.
	They are completely identifying the cabal with this executive order.
	So they're saying foreign power altering the outcome of voter tabulation.
	That's the cabal.
	They're a foreign power.
	Now, it also goes on to say domestic.
	So if you're part of the cabal or deep state and you're within the United States, you're just as guilty as the foreign actors are.
	From 2017 to March 2020, Donald Trump declared nine national emergencies, seven in executive orders.
	All were under addressed by Congress.
	That is a military operation, meaning they're under addressed by Congress because he doesn't need Congress.
	Congress isn't going to say, well, that executive order, Uh, we need to, we need to pass legislation about this.
	No, they weren't addressed by Congress.
	Why?
	Because it's a military operation.
	They involved the executive orders and the national emergencies involved, um, continuity of government and destroying the federal corporation, which is run by the cabal of the United States.
