	This is Jim Fetzer, Madison, Wisconsin, joined today by Joel Olson in Houston, Texas, and Carl Herman in San Ramon, California.
	We're here to bring you all the news you need to know.
	The situation in Ukraine is very, very serious as U.S.
	troops are preparing for war with Russia.
	U.S.
	troops stationed in East Europe, preparing for all-out war, have been performing war simulations against Russian forces.
	The 101st Airborne, deployed to Romania for the first time in 80 years, the Screaming Eagles, a light infantry force, trained to take to any battlefield and fight within hours.
	The U.S.
	Army said in a statement in June, the division above the McHale-Kolga-Semnow airbase to reinforce NATO's eastern flank and engage in multinational exercise with partners across the European continent to reassure allies and deter further Russian aggression.
	Being here, so close to that fight in Ukraine, is exactly Where the 101st Airborne Division is destined to be, said Major General J.P.
	McGee, 101st Commander, during Livestream Territory.
	The U.S.
	Infantry arrived at a military base in Estonia last month to train Allied troops and secure Europe's eastern flank.
	Here we have some of the first airborne assault in Romania training.
	The Times reported, this is antiwar.org, the 101st Airborne was about detourants.
	If the U.S.
	were preparing to enter the war directly, it would likely send significantly more troops.
	While in Romania, the soldiers are also participating in coastal defense drills.
	Romanian troops are practicing firing HIMARS rocket launch systems into the Black Sea.
	The Pentagon has said it's sending U.S.
	troops into Ukraine under the guise that they're not going there to fight, but just to attack the billions of dollars of weapons, track the billions of dollars of weapons the U.S.
	sent into the country.
	But that's obviously just a guise.
	That's a smokescreen.
	That's ridiculous.
	CBS News Sighting 3 senior official reported there is discussion about sending more troops to track U.S.
	weapons.
	All right, troops there again under the guise all they're doing is monitoring weapons.
	We report October.
	There are currently more Special Forces and CIA in Ukraine than there were at the beginning of the war.
	The Internet, Signing Current, and former intel official reported Biden has decided to have these forces conduct clandestine operations inside the country, which is counter to what he said at the beginning of the war.
	The U.S.
	troops would not be positioned on the ground in Ukraine because their presence would mean World War III.
	Well, there it is.
	Meanwhile, Gerald Salendi is saying Vermont's contrary to reports the U.S.
	is in a proxy war.
	Washington is currently at war.
	At war.
	Not just proxy.
	At war with the Kremlin.
	It will only become official after the first nuclear flash or a disastrous false lie.
	Weeks before, the first Russian tank rolled into Ukraine.
	Biden brushed off the idea U.S.
	troops would be involved, went so far as to say they would not even assist in evacuations.
	He said flatly an American presence would spark a world war.
	The longer the war lasts, the higher the probability that it will produce a nuclear exchange.
	Meanwhile, wonderful commentary Unless the Khazarian mafia cabal is able to set off a mega false flag inside the U.S.
	or deploy another bioweapon like COVID-19 or worse, or unless they can cut off food to urban centers, stop fuel and natural gas deliveries, or completely crash out the economy and banking, Or take the electric and internet grids down, or generate enough major weapon disasters.
	And it looks like the biggest story that will emerge and dominate the news in 2023 will be Nuremberg 2.
	Fact!
	The Jabs were never vaccined, but were bio-warfare agents, as was the virus, which was manufactured using gain-of-function method.
	To reduce human fertility and increase the death rate.
	Its intended use was to secretly bring about a reduction in eventual destruction of the human race.
	Those at the top of the authority hierarchy that control the Western world knowingly deployed the weapon against the human race, hoping that the trauma, bloodshot it brought about would keep the masses so stressed they would not connect the dots.
	But since the Kazarian cabal control all the major mass media and social media through their puppet intel agencies, they thought they could keep the message from connecting the dots and censor the medical experts who did or threatened to take away their licenses to practice and or their jobs.
	Fact two.
	It's now clear to many medical experts that jabs are never a vax but a bio-weapon.
	Those who receive the jab have much higher rates of being infected with COVID, many other medical disorders, and a significant number of sudden deaths.
	It's now known that jabs greatly reduce human fertility and create a significantly shortened lifespan.
	Fact 3.
	Elon Musk bought Twitter and has been releasing damning evidence how the CIA infiltrated and hijacked Twitter to mold public opinion by censoring posters, all done to conceal the truth about both COVID and the bioweapon.
	From what he's seen in being released, it's clear Fauci must be tried for genocide, along with his cronies involved, who created a medical tyranny in America.
	Fact 4.
	This medical tyranny has been responsible for millions of deaths and serious illnesses.
	These crimes against humanity are so extreme and so far-reaching, it is almost inconceivable Fauci and his partners in this greatest crime against humanity would ever do this.
	The CIA-controlled major mass media and social media have created a great barrier for this truth to be disseminated to the masses.
	Can this barrier of controlled mass media and social media be penetrated by the alt-media?
	Of the internet and the courageous Congress folks and medical experts who've been dispensing these truths, the answer now appears to be yes, since Elon Musk bought Twitter and started releasing the damning evidence.
	This appears to be the turning point.
	As the public begins to understand they've been seduced by Fauci and attacked with the intent to make them sick and murder them, they will react with a desire for extreme vengeance, demand a Nuremberg II, and the conviction of execution of many at the top.
	It's a good bet many hospital administrators and some physicians will be tried to remember.
	NSA has a complete record of all communication, and these can be obtained for trial.
	Soon as the truth about the deployed bio-weapon comes forth and the public finally understands all USG-made ads, yet the jabs will stop, fear will sweep through the medical community against anyone involved in a major way.

	Yes, well, Douglas McGregor had some interesting thoughts.
	He said that the Navy has two types of ships.
	One of them is submarines, and the other are targets.
	And currently, the United States has two major Air Force bases, and The whole entire NATO area, those are in Germany.
	One of them's Ramstein, the other one's Spiegelheim.
	And it would take, oh, approximately one missile each to knock those out to the point where you would not have any support base at all, you would not have usable runways, you would not have any fuel supply, you would not have spares, you would not have pilots, you would not have planes, you would not have bombs to load them up with, you would have nothing.
	In the way of air power, and that's the only thing that we can really project.
	Like McGregor said, there is no continental army available for the United States and certainly none for any of the NATO nations.
	France said they have like four days supply of ammunition if they got into a shooting war.
	So, you know, the bottom line is all of the cards are in Putin's hand at this point.
	These people have painted themselves into a corner where it looks like the only available option It's going to be nuclear war.
	But the son of a bitches that are doing this, you have a great little video, 30 minutes long, called Blackbird's Blackbird Nines Breakfast Club.
	And he discusses exactly who's doing this extermination thing and why.
	And they are trying to kill out the white race, mongrelize a portion of the white race to be lower IQ and easier to control.
	And then once this supremacist group that's been doing this same bullshit for 3000 years, hiding behind their Torah is their ugly Talmud.
	And these groups are going to exterminate the rest of the brown and black and yellow people on the planet because this is their planet.
	They only need slaves and them.
	And they're going to be the only breeding population.
	They're going to be the head cannibals on the whole planet.
	And they're going to own all of the assets.
	You will own nothing because they will own everything.
	It's absolutely, in times, disgusting.
	And if you don't wake up and realize who the real enemies are of all of humanity, all of humanity is going to have a bigger and bigger problem.

	That was one of the lines in The Hunger Games, a movie that I am reviewing, a movie series that I recommend.
	In The Hunger Games, the outlying districts were confined to a population of 10,000 as the work slaves for the capital district.
	And yet, still, they gave them propaganda and blamed the victims.
	So what we're looking at is wars and rumors of war.
	So that has got to get your attention.
	On the dark side, you have a side that wants to destroy Russia, at least as a threat.
	They want to expand the puppets, like the puppet piano penis player, Zelensky.
	And there's no end to those guys that they want, because those are the order followers for the Empire.
	And they want to have the Great Reset.
	They want you to live in a pod They want you to just wash your four body parts.
	Now, in Germany, they're pimping the propaganda of just take a shower once a week, you know, because energy.
	Eat bugs and then be happy with that.
	The other side is going to be for the white hats, the light side.
	And we want the Great Awakening, which is going to be truth, justice, the arrest of the psychopaths, and the unleashment of technology.

	And in this war, the question that is on many people's minds is, well, how are we doing?

	Meanwhile—and this is pretty damn revealing, in my opinion—Republican-Jewish coalition head slams GOP infidels voting against McCarthy, threatening consequences.
	Infidels?
	That's a theological term.
	Republican-Jewish coalition CEO Matt Brooks is furious with the infidels who voted against Kevin McCarthy, threatening him with consequences.
	We've now gone through 11 votes.
	While McCarthy may have picked up a few, he ain't there yet, and I very seriously doubt he's gonna make it.
	When all the dust settles, I hope the infidels pay a real price for all the chaos and problems they're causing, Brooks said.
	Action should have consequences.
	On his Twitter timeline, he also retweeted JTA reporter Ron Cambria's quote, tweeting him and writing, unsparing anger from an influential Republican and one who is influential with donors.
	Yes, they try to use financial to control the party.
	Brooks has a header image on Twitter, a picture of himself together with the late GOP mega-donor Sheldon Adelson.
	His Irish-born, Israeli-born wife, Miriam, now wields his fortune.
	Interestingly, just so happens Florida Representative Matt Gaetz, leading the charge against McCarthy, accused the Israeli government of being behind the $25 million extortion plot that targeted him and his father in 2021.
	If you want to drain the swamp, you cannot put the biggest alligator in charge of the exercise, he tweets.
	The head of the Republican Jewish Conference is now calling him an infidel and threatening him with consequences.
	Representative Dane Crenshaw joined Brooks by labeling the GOP infidels as domestic enemies.
	They are enemies now, Crenshaw said.
	Admittedly, they prefer a Democrat agenda than a Republican one, which is as absurd as it gets.
	As Crenshaw himself typifies, the Republican agenda is the Democrat agenda of 10 years ago.
	They support gay marriage, LGBTism, red flag laws, mass migration, anti-racist, libtardism, globalism, and so on.
	Their refusal to represent the interests of their base is the reason they botched the midterm.
	Well, no, not exactly right.
	It would have been an overwhelmingly red way, but for being stolen massively, more massively than any other in history, even 2020.
	Rather than provide the American people with any concessions, following their embarrassing performance, the GOP establishment doubled down by renominating McCarthy and Rona McDaniels to lead the party.
	I applaud Gates and the other infidels for standing up against these sellouts.
	As do I. Meanwhile, Matt Gaetz has nominated President Trump in the 11th round of voting.
	President Trump is eligible for the Speaker's position.
	The House can elect whomever it wants, even someone who's not a member of Congress.
	The Speaker has always been a member of the House, but the Constitution does not list House membership as a requirement for the job, where the lawmakers shall choose their Speaker and other officers.
	Steve Bannon provided a segment which suggested Trump is clearly the best person to be Speaker.
	We can't trust him around actual power.
	He sells it to the lobbyists at Gatz, slamming McCarthy after failed negotiations.
	On Wednesday night he provided details.
	The topic to address criticism of McCarthy.
	He declared there's blood in the water in the race for the leadership.
	The Republican Party right now is in need of change, and Washington is in need of change, and McCarthy embodies a lot of the things that are the worst features of Washington and the worst features of the Republican Party.
	So I'm in the Lauren Boebert camp.
	If we can't wake this guy up every day and put him in a straitjacket right after the prayer of the pledge, where basically is a disembodied portrait, we can't trust him around actual power because we know what he does with it.
	He sells it to the lobbyists as a special interest for money that he then redistributes.
	It's a crazy game that you almost never actually want to win.

	The 12th ballot ended with Kevin McCarthy receiving 214 votes, 14 more than the previous ballot rounds.
	He needs 218.
	A group of the following 14 Republicans changed.
	I won't mention them all, but here's an important one.
	Byron Donalds of Florida.
	He's in his second term in the U.S.
	Congress.
	He served a couple of terms in the Florida legislature.
	He previously ran and voted as a Democrat, so he's exactly who we need to have.
	And then yesterday I saw a video of Craven
	So here we have Klaus Schwab's pick and the Jewish Zionist pick to be Speaker of the House instead of who we would like to have would be somebody that was America first and not World Economic Forum and and UN and NATO and everybody first except for America.
	So screw you, McCarthy, and screw that Fred Lutz ding-dong boy toy that you live with in Washington, D.C.
	We all know how disgusting you people are.
	And Chow, who is married to Ms. McConnell, has called Trump a racist.
	She served as his secretary of transportation.
	The traitors involved here are grotesque, and clearly you can see Mitch McConnell is on the wrong side as much as Kevin McCarthy.

	And the treason for these people is, I think that that would be the exact right crime to use because they have backed the election fraud.
	Let's just go back the last two elections, 2020 and 2022.
	Along with the ongoing participation to lie our troops into harm's way with these foreign illegal lie-started wars of aggression.
	So if you are the liar who lies our troops in good faith to invade another country and then become a legitimate target, that's an attack on our military.
	So I think treason would have to be the charge for these monsters.

	Meanwhile, Arizona Court of Appeals reserved time for conference and possible oral argument in Carrie Lake's historic election lawsuit.
	A three-judge panel scheduled for the morning of January 24th for conference and oral argument in Carrie Lake's appeal against Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Peter Thompson's dismissal of her lawsuit against Katie Hobbs.
	This case is going to eventually make it to the Arizona Supreme Court no matter what.
	So there's nothing to gain by waiting on taking it for the court.
	They should just grant us that request now.
	The appeals court has filed our appeal.
	We have filed our appeals brief on Friday, and we're really pleased with the appeals court, which has set the briefing schedule and then put on a date for possible argument on January 24th.
	The governor is not duly elected right now, and this must be resolved as quickly as possible, So we're asking them to skip the appellate portion and go directly to the Supreme Court.
	And we have very strong arguments.
	We'll win on the merits.
	We'll win the evidence when they take a look at it.
	Hobbs herself laughed at the Constitution.
	Hobbs was sworn into office in a private ceremony on the ninth floor of the Arizona Capitol Executive Tower after a narrow and highly questionable election win.
	In a bizarre moment of incompetence and unseriousness, Hobbs burst into laughter after she was told to solemnly swear she would support the Constitution.
	Hobbs at the certification ceremony to sign off on her own election chuckled and looked like a fool as she raised her right hand to take her oath.
	Watch the footage for yourself.
	Meanwhile, Lake reacted to the footage, said she refused to even conduct herself professionally in front of the media.
	During the campaign, she didn't debate.
	She didn't even debate her Democrat opponent.
	She didn't debate me.
	She was afraid to speak.
	She's incompetent when it comes to putting forth solutions to problems, and you know.
	When you don't have the practice of speaking because you avoid reporters and duck the very voters you're trying to get to support you, you're not very professional in public.
	And we saw it with her at the swearing-in ceremony.
	Really shocking.
	That laugh poured salt into the wounds left by the dismissal lawsuit.
	Judge Peter Thompson dismissed the Lake lawsuit, hoping to get a re-vote in the November election on Christmas Eve despite evidence of massive voter disenfranchisement targeting Republicans and obviously false testimony by county election officials.
	Lake's legal team filed their appeal to the Christmas Eve ruling, arguing the trial court dismissed explosive findings.
	It was ordered that objection to the lawsuit must be filed within seven business days.
	The bench consists of two Ducey appointed judges and one Democrat.
	These are the ones of the appellate court, but you see they're the Arizona Supreme Court where this case is headed.
	Regardless of how they rule the case of going to the Supreme Court, Lake has repeatedly stated she'll take it there if necessary.
	Lake has filed two appeals, according to Fox.
	One is with the appellate court, her lawsuit claiming fraud and the technical problem were intentional, where the judge ruled against her, saying there was no evidence of widespread misconduct.
	Really grotesque.
	Absolute corrupt ruling by the court.
	The Lake also filed a motion to transfer it to the Arizona Supreme Court.
	It's unclear whether the Supreme Court will take up the appeal.
	Meanwhile, Election Law Attorney Tom Ryan says he believes Arizona's High Court will toss a lawsuit.
	Joe, your thoughts?
	Yeah, well, he's a partisan hack, a shyster lawyer, so I wouldn't believe a thing he had to say.
	Yeah, one of the guys I follow on a regular basis is Doug N. Exile.
	He does like three-minute bits, and he's been all over the Arizona thing.
	And yesterday, he said that the fact that the Supreme Court didn't allow bypass of the appellate court is actually a good thing, because yesterday, He said that, oh, by the way, our election machines quit working after the first hour on Election Day.
	And we had a majority of Republican voters who were disenfranchised because of the inaction.
	And that was compounded by Katie Hobbs, the secretary of the state, who wouldn't send over people to correct it.
	And so he said what's happening is the longer they drag this out, the more and more evidence and whistleblowers and, you know, lies are being exposed.
	And it's going to just make the appellate case that much stronger.
	And then between the appellate and the two or three months it takes, unless they can get an emergency hearing in the Supreme Court, will be even more evidence.
	So bottom line is, truth is on Carrie Lake's side, and it couldn't happen to a more deserving, worthless sock puppet than Katie Hobbs.
	What an absolutely disgusting human being she is.
	The catch being that in these appellate procedures, you're restricted in general to issues that were raised at the lower level rather than being introduced new evidence.

	Yeah, I like it being dragged out, too, because the more that we have Twitter available, the more that we have people talking about these issues, the better it is for us.
	Now, those courts in Arizona, everybody is gonna pick a side, and they'll have an opportunity to, those judges, to declare themselves, and we'll see where they fall out.
	Now, the elections for 20 and 22, just going back that far, they are for sure election fraud.
	In the most current documentation, if you haven't seen it, 2000 mules, I do recommend that.
	And selection code.
	Those two documentaries will demonstrate two of the principal ways that these elections are stolen.
	For Carl B. Hermann Bloxspot, If you look at the article, election fraud odds colon, and then there's one, and then there's like 20, 60 zeros behind it, because that's actually the odds that such impossible vote counts in 2020 could have occurred in the middle of the night after stopping the election.
	So it's just ridiculous.

	Those are the people who want the truth and can command at least some of the data to demonstrate these crimes to, I guess I should do that, to the bad.
	And those are the liars, the obfuscators.

	And the third group are the ones who, for whatever reason, they're not up to engage in this.
	The Greeks had a word to describe those types of people that is so powerful it has gone untranslated for 2,000 years.
	It means somebody who chooses not to engage in politics, and that word is idiot.

	Just one quick addenda.
	You can, in the Pellett case, bring forward evidence of perjury that was in your original trial, along with fraud, and that's exactly what this stuff is.
	So she's going to be able to bring up the fact that Jarrett came up and said one thing on one day, then after he was coached by his attorney, came back and said, oh, oh, yeah, I knew about the machines having a problem three days after it happened.
	And the first day he said, I never heard anything about it.
	So she's going to be able to point out specific examples of ample perjury and fraud, and that's going to be able to be introduced as evidence because it material effects the judgment made by goofy Judge Kangaroo Thompson.
	Very nice, very nice, very nice.
	Now, you thought it heard it all.
	Well, check this out.
	This is very stunning stuff.
	15 minutes of freedom here in the UK.
	So, let me tell you the plan.
	The plan is, in Oxford, and this has just been passed by the Council, to divide the city here into, the squiggly city, into six parts.
	So, one, two, three, four, five, six.
	And you will only have the freedom to operate in the part that you live.
	So if this is you, the idea is that everybody will live within 15 minutes of the things they need.
	15 minutes of a school, 15 minutes of a doctor's, 15 minutes of a supermarket.
	And if you want to travel to the other zones in your city, or maybe soon your town, you will have to go out an approved route.
	You will have to journey around the outside of the city in order to re-enter another section of the city.
	This plan is supposed to be saving the planet.
	And the idea is that you won't simply be able to cross over into other sections of your city anymore.
	So if your mother, for example, lived over here, you wouldn't be able to just go across and see her.
	This would all be done via eGates, electronic gates and number plate recognition.
	You in your area will only be allowed within that 15-minute zone that you've been allocated.
	The number plate recognition will know if you leave your zone.
	And you can apply for permission, a permit, to leave your zone and travel to another zone.
	But you'll only be allowed to do this about 100 times a year.
	This is real.
	I just have to stop and say that this has actually been passed by Oxford Council.
	This is happening in the next two years.
	2024, it begins.
	And if you use up all your 100 passes that someone designates whether you're allowed to have to go into the different zones, you'll be fined.
	Your number plate will be recognised.
	It will observe that you've gone somewhere you're not allowed in your own city.
	And it will find you £100 or £80 or whatever the fine number is.
	Just absolute stunning stuff.
	The 15-minute town concept.

	Yeah, well they've been doing this agenda for a long time now, and they actually have what's called full cities, where they've got 2,500 major cities worldwide that have been doing this same plan, because they figured out that they had to buy state legislatures and the state permits, because in the United States,
	They still have a 10th Amendment right to reject things that are being done federally, so they thought, well, it's real easy for us to rig elections and get crappy politicians in at a local level, so let's just go ahead and infiltrate all the school districts and we'll teach them Black Lives Matter and white supremacists, or black supremacists and every other supremacist except white, and we'll teach them that they don't have any questions about gender Because it's fluid.
	And we'll just go over the city.

	The presumption is based upon that we have an inability to meet our energy needs and www.wanttoknow.info will demonstrate that we've had abundant breakthroughs with energy as well, and those get suppressed for national security.
	We're being told that you can't travel because of climate change.
	Yeah, Joe and Jim have put that to rest and wanttoknow.info will give you abundant background information of weather wars and weather manipulation.
	And we're being told that you can't travel that far because it's somehow a COVID risk.
	We've discussed that in the documentation to refute that.
	And if you go past your... I already know what they're going to do if you exceed your 100 pass travel limit.
	You have to have a token with your name on it be put into a lottery.

	Misko and Caramello were already talking about trying to get rid of him, meaning Donald Trump.
	Representative Rob Menendez of New Jersey said, over 200 years ago, our Founding Fathers had the foresight to recognize the importance of a free press to a fledgling democracy.
	Now, more than ever, their importance can't be overstated.
	Schiff, whose office sought to ask for very silence, tweeted, In June 2020, a free press is essential to any democracy, and reporters need to do their job safely.
	The press are not the enemy, unless you fear the truth.
	In October, the California Democrat wrote, standing up for democracy means standing up for a free press.
	All the while, of course, he was sabotaging it behind the scenes.

	Schiff has also criticized the foreign regime for doing what his office appeared keen to do, as he wrote in March 2020.
	This brings an assault on the free press by the Chinese Communist Party is appalling.

	The key federal agency worked with gun control advocates to bury a study that showed law-abiding firearm owners use them to protect themselves millions of times per year.
	The CDC deleted a reference to the study, which it had commissioned, after gun control advocates said it made passing new gun laws more difficult.
	A pro-Second Amendment site, The Reload, reported the White House and powerful Illinois Democrat Senator Dick Durbin helped arrange a series of meetings in which gun control advocates convinced the agency to hide the study.
	How disgusting is this?
	That 2.5 million number needs to be killed, buried, dug up, killed again, and buried again.
	Mike Bryant, head of the Gun Violence Archive, wrote to CDC officials after a meeting.
	It is highly misleading, is used out of context, and I honestly believe it has zero value.
	Isn't this an outlier point in honest defensive gun use discussions?
	That's completely wrong!
	Not only do Americans use guns for defensive purposes millions of times every year, it's saving an estimated 200,000 American lives every single year!
	Brian's email was one of a handful obtained by The Reload illustrating how gun control lobbyists were triggered by the Florida State University Criminology Professor Gary Kleck's study, one of several the CDC reviewed on defensive gun use.
	Kleck's findings represent the upper end of estimates for how many times lawful gun owners defend themselves, but appears to me to be coherent with other evidence we have.
	He complained that Kleck's estimate was misinformation, begging the question, should we eliminate it from the CDC's website because gun right advocates were using it as ammo for their Second Amendment arguments, as they should be doing.

	The CDC never actually sent a team trace.
	The statement it drafted in response to the publication's initial inquiry about the agency's decision to change the language on its website about defensive gun use and the lobbying campaign behind it.

	After a September 15, 2021 virtual meeting with gun control advocates, however, the agency assured them it would revise this section in 2022, according to the email obtained by The Reload.

	Beth Reimels, Associate Director for Policy Partnership and Strategic Communication at the CDC Division of Violence Prevention, wrote in the email, we'll also make some edits to the content we discussed that I think will address a concern you and other partners have raised, namely the facts about defensive use of guns.
	In 2022, reference to studies involving defensive gun use were scrubbed from the site.
	Estimates of defensive gun use vary depending on the questions asked, population studied, time frame, and other factors.
	Given the wide variability, additional research is necessary to understand defensive gun use prevalence, frequency, circumstance, and outcomes.
	The CDC did not respond to the reload request for comment on the decision.
	Durban spokeswoman Emily Ham said No Decider Boss' only involvement was simply connecting stakeholder organizations with a federal agency.
	Keck called the decision blatant censorship meant to skew the debate over gun rights as indeed it was.
	You can't understand any significant aspect of the gun control debate once you eliminate the offensive gun use, said Keck, a professional emeritus at Florida State University College of Criminology and Criminal Justice.
	It becomes inexplicable why so many Americans oppose otherwise perfectly reasonable gun control measures.

	The latest example of how the CDC has become politicized.
	The CDC decision to remove all estimates on defensive gun use was first reported by The Trace, a pro-gun site that disputed Keck's scholarship.
	The emails cited by The Reload were obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request filed on behalf of the California Rifle and Pistol Association.
	Brian's group is one of several gun control advocacy organizations that have used a broad definition of mass shooting to portray them as extremely common in the United States.
	Under their term, a mass shooting occurs anytime four or more people are at least injured in an incident involving firearms.
	By that count, mass shooting happened ten times as often as a more standard definition of four or more fatalities.
	When it comes to defining defensive gun use incidents, Gun Violence Archive uses decidedly conservative criteria, counting only those incidents that appear in media or police reports.
	By their yardstick, Gun Violence Archive estimates there are less than 2,000 cases of defensive gun use per year.
	The CDC sought to explain as it said it removed a fencing gun use statistics from its fact sheet in response to a query from The Trace that it ultimately never sent.
	The CDC said the fact that the range of estimates was so vast including them might raise more questions than it answered.
	According to these multiply-sourced mainstream accounts, by the second we can remember, our Defense Intelligence Agency, that's from a wrong story.
	Meanwhile, gun ownership and homicides have widely been known to be inversely related, meaning the more gun ownership, you don't have more homicides, you have fewer homicides.
	Look how North America in the past has had the highest gun ownership in the world, but also the lowest homicide rate.
	Down in Brazil, where they had low gun ownership, they had high homicide rate.
	By the way, that has been reversed.
	Brazil now has high gun ownership and low homicide rate.
	It's a perfect illustration of the principle involved.
	Look at Africa—low gun ownership, high homicide.
	And Russia—low gun ownership, high homicide rate.
	It's an established fact of the matter.
	The more guns, the fewer homicides.
	But Democrats would have you believe precisely the opposite.

	Her deposition transcript goes into detail about her conversation with Passantino about future jobs she could hold, such as being hired by Getter, CPAC, or elsewhere.

	She went on to testify she'd heard from the former deputy chief of staff, Tony Ornato.

	Meanwhile, Louisiana to require official government ID to access pornography.
	An official Louisiana state app called LA Wallet, holding the user's official driver's license, will be used to determine who can and cannot view porn on the internet.

	This is a slippery slope to require government ID to view any type of online content.
	Plus, it's incredibly naive to think all involved will voluntarily discard identifying information after access is granted.

	Louisiana has passed a law requiring legitimate age verification websites that contain 33.3% or more pornographic material.
	House Bill 142, introduced by State Representative Lori Schlegel, a Republican, signed into law by Governor John Bel Edwards, a Democrat, dictates websites that meet the threshold must require an on-loan government ID age verification using the LA, meaning Louisiana, wallet app.
	Pornography is destroying our children.
	They're getting unlimited access via the internet.
	So if porn companies aren't going to be responsible, I thought we need to go ahead and hold them accountable, said Schlegel, a professional counselor and certified sex addiction therapist who treats those with pornography and sex addiction.
	According to Schlegel, depression, erectile dysfunction, fatigue, and lack of motivation are all directly linked to pornography use.
	The Louisiana Republican seeks to protect children from such outcomes.

	Online sites in general have a little bit of a problem with people putting bugs and worms and viruses and everything else into your computer.

	But another interesting thing was that Fakebook just got caught by a bunch of hackers and supposedly a billion Fakebook accounts.
	They managed to get random number generators and so how they were verifying your account was by your phone number.
	Well, if you've got a random number generator, you just sit there and run the numbers, and then it pulls up all the accounts, and then you get all the birthdates, addresses, you know, social security numbers, in some cases bank account numbers, and so there's an enormous amount of security problems on the web anyway.
	Why you would go to any site that increases your risk profile on that is inexplicable.
	So, you know, if you I have an urge for pornography.
	There's other ways to do it online and you're not being tracked either.
	Find some way to do it other than you doing it online, because there again, it can come back to haunt you because it will end up being information that can be discovered in your employment records or your, you know, any future criminal records or any.
	It just can come back to haunt you from so many different ways.
	It's foolish to consider that you have any amount of privacy on the web or anything.
	So use your jurisdiction appropriately.

	One of them that has been slipping underneath the radar has been the Federal Aviation Administration, because apparently the airline network works just perfect.
	And if you're in general aviation, you can fly into any airport and talk to air traffic controllers and they have this wonderful system.
	It turns out that it's not that wonderful and we're going to be interviewing Delta pilot Karine Peddick has 35,000 hours in different commercial airline airframes.
	So she's highly qualified.
	But one of the things that I've been real concerned about is the inordinate amount of pressure that Boeing and the airline companies have on actual FAA safety rules.
	And I've been following a site that's called Maximus Aviation, in particular on the MAX 737.
	But this morning I found another one on Kobe Explains, and that's spelled with E-X-P-L-A-N-E-S, both of them on YouTube.
	Is the 737 MAX going to become dangerous again?
	Absolutely shocking what they put in that $1.7 trillion bill in order to bail out Boeing and to make Southwest Airlines not have to do an extra three hours of training for all of their pilots so that they can keep an antiquated flight system.
	And we all see what their antiquated booking system did to the holiday travelers when you had a snowfall event in several states.
	It absolutely crippled.
	They had thousands and thousands of flights canceled and hundreds of thousands of passengers.
	So here you have an airline that's operating on a 30-year-old Modus Islander, Excellent.
	day and they don't want to upgrade their cockpits and their excuses.
	We don't want pilots to become confused.
	Well, I'm sorry.
	If there's pilots that can fly and certified in a half dozen different airframes, your pilots should certainly be able to be certified in two.
