Time Text
Three, two, one.
And welcome, folks!
This is Truth Vs. News here on December the 18th, one week before Christmas and three days before the solstice.
I'm Donald Bland, your host and producer at JD.ConsultantsAtLive.com, and we've got a show that's deep, dark, and a lot of gifts for you today.
And we have the best people in the world to do it.
We have Dr. James Spitzer, who has written this book.
It's really current right now.
Quite prominent.
He made a big ruling that enforces this book.
This is a historical wonder, plus his Sandy Hook book, of course.
And he's this fantastic leader of the free world and conversation.
And Scott Bennett, what can I say about this military intelligence officer?
He is just on top of the game when the world knows what's really going on.
And David Kenney, Will Shire, a lawyer down in Los Angeles who got some great cases going with the school boards and knowing about the future of America.
Are we going to be with Mexico and Canada?
And things.
So all kinds of things are happening.
Right now, Jim, let's go back to Ukraine that I think is turning into the stone age in this darker winter.
Jim O' Yeah, you're right.
You're right, Don.
There's a real risk that's happening here.
In fact, it is taking place.
Ukraine had been turned back into the Stone Age, a massive storm of Russian missiles taking out the electric, the energy grid.
Your Karengo has declared a state of emergency following the wide-thread bombing of energy facilities, at least 72 missiles.
The Minister of Energy emphasized electricity facilities were destroyed in the east and the south of the state.
Energy consumption dropped by over 50 percent.
The situation at the moment?
Kirschenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchenkirchen Emphasize the area was hit with 15 missiles.
According to information, Tu-95 strategic bombers took part in the attack, while missiles were launched from the Black Sea, the Caspian Sea, and the North.
Ukraine's energy grid management company has announced it'll take longer to restore the national grid and power supply compared to previous Russian missile attacks.
Results seen through the window of a plane, Video of arrival at the hydropower plant.
Here you see the location of the strikes all over Ukraine.
The energy system of Ukraine has basically been decimated.
Meanwhile, considering this is the ninth wave of missile attacks, the restoration may take longer.
It also appears to have been far more severe.
Prior to be given to critical infrastructure, hospitals, water supply, heating, sewage treatment, What we're seeing is damage to about nine production facilities.
We are still assessing the damage.
It's as serious as Russia is ramping up the attack.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, it's not surprising, of course, because Ukraine has been launching attacks inside Russia with drone strikes and killing civilians.
And that's a departure from the rules of war.
You do not go kill women and children and old people who are not in uniform.
And that's the modus operandi of the Ukrainian lunatic Nazis and their mercenary lunatics from Poland and Britain and America and elsewhere that have been pouring in.
that are just being shredded like grass before a lawnmower.
Russia is amplifying and escalating its tit for tat.
And now you're witnessing the grand finale, as Russia and many others have commented on this.
Colonel Douglas MacGregor, Scott Ritter, Senator Dick Black, all people who have analyzed this are in agreement.
Russia has won the conflict.
Now it's in cleanup operation.
And the West and NATO and the U.S.
and Europe, they're all, you know, falling apart at the seams with frantic emotional, you know, blatherings.
But Russia is immune to that kind of thing by temperament and by political, you know, political strategy.
And it's long game.
Russia is not susceptible to the emotional You know, pontifications that the West delusionally hypnotizes itself with by, you know, claiming it's superior in all these ways.
Russia, they really don't understand Russia, but they are now because they're seeing that when you start a war with Russia, when you invade Crimea, when you blow up the Donbass, Lugansk and Donetsk regions for eight years, when you deceive the Russians with this Angela Merkel, you know, the fourth Reich, Angela Merkel, you know, oh, yeah, we will have Minsk agreements.
They are lying, right?
They're lying to the Russians.
And the Russians, you know, are, you know, flabbergasted by the dishonor.
And they do have honor.
So when you see such grotesque manifestations of dishonor and deceit by Angela Merkel and her, she's nothing but a whore and a prostitute for the American masters that were ruling over her.
and the globalists, look at what she did in Germany, Russia has learned and they've said, okay, you're going to do that.
You're now admitting that the Minsk agreements were just meant to bide time so you can do an invasion of Russia in these areas.
You know, we have no holds barred.
There's no timeout anymore.
And I think that's what you're witnessing.
No timeout.
Russia is going to go on the full conquest and destruction of the energy and every infrastructure.
They've tried to keep that out.
They've tried painstakingly for eight, nine months.
To establish peace concessions, peace negotiations.
Here's all we want.
Do not put missiles on the Russian border.
How hard is that?
Didn't we learn this in the Bay of Pigs?
Didn't we learn this with the Kennedy-Khrushchev situation?
Or have you been so lobotomized with your COVID-19 vaccine you can't remember what happened in the 1960s?
So Russia is going to utterly obliterate what's remaining of Ukraine.
It's going to capture portions of Odessa and the entire coastline.
And what you're going to have left over is a Wasteland of, you know, cavemen and savage lunatics that are going to be joining with Poland and Germany, and it's going to be a remnant.
Ukraine is going to be one-third the size that it was before, and I'll end it by saying this, Jim.
I remember, I had friends who were in the agency that were over in Ukraine in 2003, 4, 5, and, you know, the Ukrainians As crazy as some of them are, you know, they were led down this primrose path of, you know, promises from Europe, promises from the European Union, promises they were going to be turned in, you know, instead of a, you know, a sow's ear, they were going to become the Cinderella white lace silk purse.
They were going to evolve as a, you know, beautiful society.
And what has NATO and the European Union and America actually done?
They have led Ukraine down this road of utter destruction by 100% forced mandates and orders coming from Washington DC, coming from London, coming from Brussels, coming from Berlin, saying you will create a NATO army, you will put bioweapons labs in your area, you will do this, you will do that, And it has led Ukraine to the slaughter and absolute destruction.
So if there's anyone the Ukrainians should hate with a passion, it's the Europeans and the Americans for leading into complete civilizational annihilation.
Jim?
David?
You know, I really, I don't mean to sound the drum and continue to beat on this, but PPD-21 released by Obama in 2013 identified the 16 areas of critical infrastructure to the United States.
AB 311 extended it into Mexico, that piece of California legislation.
And what you've just seen executed by Russia is an action to take out the 16 or so areas of critical infrastructure of the Ukraine.
Now, That could be, you know, that could be summed up in one word, a war, okay?
There is now a real war, as there has been, but there's an escalated war taking place in the Ukraine, and the forces that be are just happy to see it go on.
There are millions of people, or hundreds of thousands of people are being affected, millions of people are being affected, and thousands of people are being slaughtered.
I worry about Taiwan.
I think you're going to see China begin to nitpick issues and China proper start taking apart the critical infrastructure of Taiwan, how they do it, when they do it, this is going to be the same method of attack.
And when you really think about it, someone's been guiding this for the United States, because we've had, you know, I mean, I've said it once, I'll say it a million times, we've had Our elections, uh, damaged.
We've had integrity in our elections damaged.
We've had the office of the presidency damaged.
We've had our borders opened.
We've had, uh, thousands of people, millions of people enter the United States.
Uh, and as far as I'm concerned, these are equivalent to invasive forces.
So you see the whole, uh, geopolitical, uh, uh, program that's just being ripped apart and when I think back in Rome it was the hordes that led to the fall of Rome and it's going to be the hordes that lead to the fall of the United States.
Now this is um this is a an example you know Scott said that Ukraine's going to turn into a wasteland well he's quite right but I'm afraid America's headed the same direction.
Yes.
I wish I could say you're wrong, David, but I'm afraid the evidence is on your side.
Meanwhile, Vladimir Putin has been forced to reconsider the adoption of a U.S.-style preemptive strike doctrine, whereas heretofore Russia's only adopted a retaliatory strike posture.
On December 9, the AP reported, Putin stated Russia could adopt a U.S.-style concept of preemptive strikes, stressing Moscow's imposition of advanced weapons to conduct such operations.
It applies the U.S.
import policy framework, including the so-called preemptive strike concept, a program called Prompt Global Strike, PSG.
is a U.S.
attempt to develop the capability to attack enemy strategic targets with precision-guided weapons anywhere in the world within just one hour.
He stated Russia is already in possession of hypersonics suitable for carrying out such ops, while the U.S.
has not yet deployed its own equivalents.
In other words, this is a policy Russia could implement at present with the technological capability, but the United States not.
He added, Moscow has long-range cruise missiles surpassing U.S.
counterparts, likely referring to state-of-the-art scramjet-powered Zircon hypersonic cruise missiles.
He noted Russia's long-range weapons could certainly be conventional or nuclear.
The political West's massive mainstream propaganda machine cherry-picked Putin's statement to misrepresent them as sabre-rattling.
When he says, when Wheaton says, if a potential adversary believes that it can use a theory of a preemptive strike and we don't, it makes us think about the threat posed by such ideas in other countries and a fancy posture.
How could he not take that into account?
Putin points out the glaringly obvious hypocrisy of the U.S.
political establishment, which thinks it's indispensable and unique that Americans are the only ones who have the right to attack others with impunity, while they watch helplessly and turn a blind eye to U.S.
aggression against the world.
Here's a concept of the zircon, With Russia having actual conventional military capability to implement such a preemptive strike.
Foreign policy framework also warned that if everyone behaved as America does, the world would become an extremely dangerous place.
Needless to say, never again would the Eurasian giant tolerate the installment of hostile puppet neighbors Given what they've been told, like Merkel's observations Scott mentioned, they cannot trust a word of the West whatsoever.
Even Minsk Accords, even treaties are being negotiated in bad faith just to gain time to further strengthen the NATO alliance against Russia.
Disgraceful!
Russia's leadership is well aware of the mistakes it has made by trusting any promises given by the political West.
After the 2014 coup that brought neo-Nazis to power in Kiev, Moscow is determined to never allow such occurrences happen again.
Putin's remarks, thus, are twofold in significance.
First, expose the hypocrisy of the political West.
Second, that it would certainly come in handy for Russia to use its overwhelming hard power to prevent the establishment of anti-Russian regimes so close to its border.
The West, however, propagandistically insists Putin's remarks are signs that Russia is planning to use nuclear weapons, even though Putin specifically stated Moscow's potential PGS-style program would include only conventional.
In reality, Putin never mentioned anything about the Eurasian giant's thermonuclear deterrence.
They were his critique of the USPGS concept, about which Russia has been warning for years, especially as the weapons used within the framework would be effectively indiscernible from regular ICBMs.
Precisely this could lead to uncontrollable escalation that other superpowers would not be able to confirm if the weapon in question is a conventional or nuclear arm.
If a U.S.
PGS missile were spotted by Russia or China early warning, it might well prompt both giants to respond with nuclear-type weapons.
Russia's response could be instantaneous if the Kremlin ever decides to proceed forward with it.
With a Mach 12-capable Kinsale air-launched hypersonic missile, shown here, carried by modified MiG-31KI interceptors and long-range bombers, the Mach 28-capable Avangard HGV hypersonic glide missile, deployed on various ICBMs, and the Mach 9-capable scrambled Zircon, Well, you know, everything you read there, Jim, is confirmed.
It's valid.
It's truthful.
with the capability to immediately implement its own PGS style program.
So sounds pretty brainless for the West to bring it up.
Scott, your thoughts.
Well, you know, everything you read there, Jim, is confirmed.
It's valid.
It's truthful.
It's sad.
It's incredibly disappointing because you are witnessing a complete abandonment of honor and truth.
and decency.
I mean, the article I wrote, Putin should get the Nobel Prize, just becomes more and more truthful and relevant because everything the West is doing, everything the Biden administration, the Obama administration under Biden, and that's the other thing, Obama is running, I think, a lot of these operations with the Biden administration people.
Obama should be targeted by CIA, NSA, as well as Brennan and the rest of these people, as foreign agents of a foreign power, which is the globalist Klaus Schwab, George Soros, who knows what else.
But these people from Obama and his administration are, I think, pulling a lot of the strings of the Biden administration, and they should be immediately have their doors kicked open and be arrested as traitors.
But what you're seeing is the American delusion where our Current government which has been a coup d'etat.
They overthrew Donald Trump.
He didn't do much to stand up against it.
Of course he had traitors around him.
But the coup d'etat that put in this fake president has led us into all of these operations.
This is an entirely a Biden Corrupt operation.
Biden is connected to Ukraine.
His son's connected to Ukraine through Burisma, through all of this money laundering and racketeering.
We've seen the FTX money laundering with Democrat money going into Ukraine, the Finance Ministry of Ukraine putting into FTX.
The FBI covering a lot of this up, the FBI covering up the Hunter Biden laptop, the FBI instructing Facebook and Twitter and YouTube to stop the truth from getting to the American people so that they can be sufficiently educated to make a wise political choice, which would have been against Biden because of his obvious corruption.
So, we are in a position where the Nazi, communist, left-wing, FBI, CIA, DARPA, NSA, Pentagon of woke idiots, and their wicked witch master Biden, have taken over the apparatus of America.
And Americans are kind of numb, stupid, dull, and becoming dumber and more dull with this COVID-19 vaccine.
And we're witnessing our government, State Department, Follow all over itself.
Lying.
Continue to lie.
And continue to wrap its lies with more lies.
And thinking that the Russians are going to go, oh, okay, we believe you.
Sure.
Oh, okay.
And let their guard down.
They don't understand Russia.
They don't understand the entire temperament, the culture.
They don't understand the past thousand years of Russia.
They have no clue.
There's no educated people.
And the Russians are looking quizzically, going, you people have lost your minds.
And then they go to people like Victor Bout, who came out of the American prison situation, and is probably one of the best intelligence assets the Russians could have, because they could say, tell us what's going on in the hearts and minds of the American people that you found in prison.
And he's already said this on his interview with Marina Butina, Americans are losing their minds.
They're teaching children 70 different genders, and he's outraged when he says this.
He said it's very sad the American Christians are losing their country.
So all of Russia shares his sympathy, which is what a sad, sad event.
America is in a civil war.
They're losing their country.
When are they going to fight?
So part of that Stays the Russian mailed fist from a full-on destruction as you're laying out with a weapon system.
Yeah, Russia could annihilate the United States.
Russia could defeat every single American weapon system on the planet.
We would lose miserably.
We would be Germany and Russia and China and any other country would be the allied powers and grind us into dust if they so chose.
But they don't.
Because they're about a civilizational epoch leap forward.
And I don't mean that as a reflection of anything Mao said.
But Americans, the American government, is on this broken, synaptic crack in the record, and they're unable to get beyond it.
And they think that Russia is buying their lies.
And that's what's very dangerous, because Russia isn't.
And they're going to, I think pretty soon, take off the gloves and do some smash operations.
And they could smash Ramstein Air Force Base.
They could smash NATO bases all around Russia.
And say, we're expanding, you are out of here.
And they could engage in color revolutions.
It would be very easy for them to send drones, like they've done in Ukraine, up to Russia.
It'd be very easy for Russia to send drones up through Mexico and start smashing areas in Texas or Ohio or the East Coast or faggoty San Francisco.
It'd be very easy for Russia to say, oh, you want to do this to Russia?
We'll do this to you in America.
And you, Americans, are much more prolifically incompetent and mentally unstable, so one EMP attack over your cities is going to cause you to curl up into a schizophrenic fetus position.
Not in Russia.
We've dealt with this under Hitler and Napoleon and elsewhere.
We've dealt with it since 1990.
We've dealt with it since 2014.
We're used to all of this attack.
You're not.
And that's what I think is going to come next, Jim, is they're going to amplify it, not to utter destruction of the West, but they're going to cause not a bloody nose, but they're going to give a broken nose to the West.
And maybe that'll slap us awake.
Very sober observation, Scott.
David?
Yeah, I tend to agree.
I think, you know, I'm really interested in finding out who are the contractors That Biden has hired to accomplish the painting of 1600 North Pennsylvania Avenue, because I hear it's going to be now called the Rainbow House.
You know, this descent into degeneracy has given Putin, from my point of view, Every reason in the world to consider the first use of nuclear weapons.
I think that the West has lost its moral standing.
I think that Putin, from a certain perspective, understands what's at stake.
And I think there are certain Americans that also understand what's at stake, which You know, the United States has a couple hundred years under its belt with the experiment for liberty.
Admittedly, the challenge of respecting liberty and personal autonomy, including sexual choice, is a perplexing notion, but the morality isn't.
And the continual degradation, the continual bombardment of the public with these Moral philosophy has consequences that we can't, in our best thinking, sort out.
There are two elements to education, in my opinion.
The other is the inspirational element.
And unless you keep those virtues ahead and higher than all other virtues, you're going to have a nation that gets run by people like Blinken and Biden.
And you're going to have this descent into degeneracy and lack of autonomy, lack of respect.
And as Scott said, there's no honor, there's no integrity, there's no trusting what the West has to say.
And, you know, you see this taking place in Europe as well.
So, I think that we are on the verge of losing our country.
And well, I'm serious.
And I also don't believe that Donald Trump, unless he pulls a rabbit out of a hat and does so very quickly, is going to re-establish his presidency or justification for a presidency.
And from my humble perspective, the United States of America lacks fundamental leadership.
Simple as that.
It lacks moral leadership.
It lacks a vision.
It lacks a sense of direction.
We should be a peace loving nation.
We should not be supporting war in the Ukraine.
We should be doing everything within the power of the United States government to wind it down.
So I just have lost complete faith in anything in Washington, D.C.
I've lost complete faith in anything in Sacramento.
You know, I've lost faith in any politician, because I've known a lot of them.
I mean, I've known hundreds of politicians and they are the worst example of what I've always thought of them is was recently reflected in Donald Trump.
It's this self promotion.
Our nation is falling apart, literally at the seams.
It's being attacked by the pandemic.
It's being overrun by the invasion.
It's falling apart and we have no voices in America that can encourage the people, that can instill in them the belief Very disconcerting, needless to say.
you know, that you can get your own house and grow up in America and raise a family.
It's just shuddering.
And so, you know, when it comes to first use, I just don't think, I think Putin's constraint is going to wear away.
Yes.
Wow.
Very, very disconcerting, needless to say.
Meanwhile, Bobby Kennedy agrees.
The CIA's murder of my uncle was a coup d'etat from which democracy has never recovered.
turn.
What are they hiding?
Source to Tucker on CIA involvement.
He asked, given that Biden is withholding documents on the grounds of national security, when, if the official narrative of three lucky shots by a disgruntled Marine were true, there is no national security aspect to the case, prompted him to consult an expert familiar with the documents and ask, was the CIA involved in the assassination?
The answer he got back was yes.
Tucker, we spoke with someone who has access to these still-hidden CIA documents.
The person is deeply familiar with what they contain.
We asked this person directly, did the CIA have a hand in the murder of John F. Kennedy, an American president?
Here's the reply we received per beta.
The answer is yes.
I believe they were involved.
It's a whole different country from what we thought it was.
It's all fake.
I watched him deliver.
Meanwhile, Bobby Jr.
responded to the Tucker Report.
Not only was his uncle assassinated, but his father as well while he was running for president in 1968.
Bobby Jr.?
The most courageous newscast in 60 years.
The CIA's murder of my uncle was a successful coup d'etat from which our democracy has never recovered.
I have tweeted.
RFK Jr., I admire your uncle and your father.
I would have gladly given my life for theirs.
If you want to know what the CIA has been covering up, here's a distillation of 30 years of collaborative research with the best experts to ever study the case.
And again, Jeremy Interviewed me about the JFK cover-up.
No, Lee does not shoot JFK.
He was actually standing in the doorway of the Book Depository when the JFK motorpad passed by.
You know, he can't be the lone gunman, but cannot have been one of the eight shooters.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, it is a paradigm shift and a game changer for Tucker Carlson, the most conservative voice in America, which Russia Today often quotes and has up on their newscasts.
Look at what they're saying in the conservative circles, and they always put Tucker up there.
So the Russians understand, and that gives me hope, by the way, that the Russians understand that The best Americans are conservatives.
The best Americans are those that watch Tucker Carlson and find agreement with him.
Not necessarily Hannity or the rest of these cheerleaders of, you know, bombastic stupidity sometimes, but Tucker is a measured analytical thinker, and it's encouraging that he's recognized as such in many of the foreign circles, including press TV, by the way.
I mean, for press TV to have me on often, You're getting the same spirit out of Tucker Carlson.
So, you know, there's a lot of hope in the other countries that recognize America is split between the conservative, intelligent, smart, family values people and the schizophrenic, lunatic, transgender nutjobs, which, you know, hopefully are going to be all dead with the COVID-19 vaccine pretty soon.
But anyway, this JFK study, I think, is only going to open up more and more, Jim.
And I think it's so appropriate because no one really is the The clearinghouse of information, like you are, on the subject.
So I look forward to our program on GlobalFreedomTV.com to discuss the Kennedy assassination.
This is something Tucker should have you on his show.
He should interview you.
And I know Don can forward this to him, too.
But he should interview you on 30 years of the best intelligence on the President Kennedy assassination and the cover-up of the CIA.
This is another, you know, nail in the coffin of the CIA, the deep state government, the intelligence apparatus that has really betrayed the American people.
And it's coming down to, are the American people going to Accept their slavery and being treated like prostitutes?
Or are they going to rise up and do what the Declaration of Independence says, when a government becomes tyrannical and destructive of your rights?
The right and the duty that people overthrow such government.
And I think we're quickly approaching that.
And this is one of the revelations that may ignite that fire, Jim.
Yes.
I don't want to take too much time on this.
It's only been 50 years.
I remember crying in front of my television when I was about 10 years old.
When I watched the assassination of JFK unfold on television, and then within hours, if I remember, within a day or so, Lee Harvey Oswald is arrested.
And within another 24 hours, he's shot by Jack Ruby, or whatever the timeframes are.
I was nine or 10 years old at times.
It smelled to me as something's rotten in Denmark when I was just a little kid.
I've always been intrigued by the Warren Commission.
I thought this was nothing but a effort to put some salve in the heart of the American people.
But Kennedy, you know, and the Kennedy family has suffered a lot of political, personal trauma in their service to the United States.
You think about it, JFK followed by MLK, Martin Luther King, and who I, you know, when I listen to I Have a Dream speech, I'm constantly moved because I believe he had a vision.
He He knew he was going to die before he died.
And RFK also being assassinated here in Los Angeles.
You know, when I, when you look back on that, here's Saran, Beshara Saran, who's taken out another member of the Kennedy family.
You know, so, so the, The truth about JFK needs to get out.
And if it exposes the deep state, and if it exposes the CIA, I like what Cass Patel said, the crew can handle the lift.
The American people can take the story, not be pleased with it.
But I agree with RFK Jr.
And I do want to point two things out.
Note one that JFK talks about there's a force to take over and just wants to enslave everyone.
And then note number two is RFK Jr. is the one who hits back at Big Pharma in the pandemic.
And he really hits the ball out of the park.
So while we're being brainwashed, he does his damnedest.
Look, I'm a lawyer.
I know what it takes to write a book like the real Anthony Fauci.
And it was a real undertaking.
And this thing was not written between the start of the pandemic and the release of it.
This work was taking place before it happened.
I can assure you of that.
Wow.
Thank you. .
Meanwhile, Trump's identifying what he wants to do if he is reelected, a free speech platform.
Can you imagine a presidential candidate from 20 years ago needing to have a free speech platform as part of their campaign?
Don't we already have free speech?
We would have thought.
But we've learned increasingly we're under an all-out assault from permanent Washington, the swamp, to deny it.
Thus, Trump has released his restoring free speech platform.
Here are the elements.
Trump plans to ban federal agencies from colluding to censor Americans as a necessary first step.
Agencies would be banned from labeling any information as mis- or disinformation.
Mis- and disinformation are BS terms anyway.
Something's either true or it's a lie, and the only way free people can determine it is if we have access to all sides.
He wants to fire every federal bureaucrat who is involved in censoring American speech in any way, shape, or form.
He wants to have the DOJ investigate and prosecute all parties involved in online censorship.
Who would do that at DOJ?
The FBI was literally participating in the censorship and having weekly meetings with the tech company telling them who to censor about Joe and Hunter.
He wants to revise Section 230.
There are pros and cons.
There could be more specific and effective ways to open the tech companies to liability, but it's better than what we have right now.
He wants to cut off federal funding to all nonprofits and colleges that had a hand in censoring Americans.
He wants to enact criminal penalties for any federal employee who partners with a private entity like Twitter to violate your constitutional rights.
He's also imposing a seven-year cooling-off period between a person who worked at an intel agency or in national security can take a job at a big tech company.
Twitter is crawling with feds, as we now know.
There are many state-level Secretary of State offices that just ran the 2022 midterms.
A good proposal probably doesn't even go far enough.
Finally, he's proposing a digital Bill of Rights.
I like the sound of it, but we don't have the details yet.
It's a good platform.
Hard to process the fact that we're talking about free speech as a political issue in America.
Next, I want to see his proposal for amnesty for every January 6th prisoner who's been in Biden's gulag for almost two years now.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, as someone who went to Washington D.C.
in November of 2020 with Pat Bergey and others to expose the election meddling and corruption that was done by AFL-CIO, which were responsible for a lot of the insurrectionist operations and the clogging of Washington D.C.
and the seditious conspiracy to overthrow the government, we saw firsthand the Zoom meetings between federal employees that were planning on seditious conspiracies To cause a coup d'etat.
And they even called it a coup d'etat.
And they said, don't let anybody tell you anything else.
This is a coup d'etat.
They were glorifying in this.
We exposed that.
We were part of this team.
And I also personally exposed the Union Bank of Switzerland's connection to the Chinese Communist Party and spending money to purchase Dominion voting machines, ES&S and others.
And this was a plan that had been hatched in 2009 onwards, where the Chinese Communist Party would give None of this stuff was done by anybody in Trump's team.
It wasn't done by anything by Sidney Powell or General Mike Flynn or Joe Flynn or Pat Byrne or any of these people.
I just did an interview with Mike Jaco and Pat Berge on this.
And we came in as officers to do a job, to do a mission, and everybody else was doing their own little parades.
Rudy Giuliani and Bernard Carrick, the commissioner, you know, Rudy Giuliani from 9-11 and Bernard Carrick, his police commissioner, they should be executed for treason for what they did and failed to do on 9-11.
You know, and having them in the Trump team, I was horrified.
So the whole Trump presidency has been discolored by, you know, traitors.
It's had buckets of manure thrown against the white pristine marble image that Trump tries to exude.
And you're judged by the character you keep.
You're judged by Pompeo and Bolton and the rest of these people that have been around him.
And the people who've tried to make excuses for him, like John Michael Chambers at American Media Periscope, which I subsequently left because I think they've all turned into a limited hangout and a Mossad operation, and they're a bunch of traitors.
They've always been pushing this narrative, oh well there's a secret operation, there's white hats here, there's all these secret things going on, that Trump's going to be back, Trump's going to return, he's going to come over a hill on a white horse like Gandalf in Lord of the Rings Part 2, the two towers.
And everybody's waited upon this.
And then you had the overthrow, and people were saying, well, next week, next month, there's going to be a takeover.
Trump's going to return.
The White Hats are going to return.
Trump's going to be put back in power, not because of him, but because of the integrity of our republic.
And we're not going to let this injustice stand.
And of course it's been allowed to stand.
It's been allowed not only to stand but metastasize like a cancer.
And what do you have?
You've got tens of thousands of people pouring across the border.
You've got a war in Ukraine where how much of our money has gone over to be to be put back into the democrat pockets.
You've got Europe imploding and freezing.
In the Nord Stream 2 pipeline being blown up, this country is at the stage of completely pulling its hair out, its head spinning around in circles, frothing at the mouth, and rolling into the fire like the demoniac of biblical times.
That's what America seems to be becoming by our actions.
And Trump's statement about, well, we're going to do this, I'm going to have a Bill of Rights, I'm going to do an executive order.
You've had your chance!
You've had your chance and you fail.
You failed to do an executive order to guarantee free and fair elections.
You failed to have the military step in.
You failed to have the intelligence director and the State Department, the CIA, and various people write a report on the election fraud that occurred.
And this was not just a fraud, this was a foreign interference by the Chinese Communist Party.
You failed to do all this, Mr. Trump.
So you're now telling people To trust you for when I get elected I'm going to do this?
He failed every single test and he failed by of course making American foreign policy Israel's policy.
Who cares about the American embassy going to Israel or Jerusalem?
Americans care about a deal with the Russians and the Iranians, the JCPOA.
Trump has stabbed this country in the back in every foreign policy activity.
Yes, you build a fence.
Yes, you cut taxes.
Yeah, you do some general broad strokes of conservative stuff.
Fine.
We all support that.
But on the general health of the nation, I'm very, very perplexed and very concerned That we're not being led by these propagandists and these agents to carry us into this, you know, Trump nostalgia.
And these idiots who wear the, you know, the go-to-the-Trump MAGA rallies, and they're so drunk on Trump-America and this great, you know, that's like people at a Hitler-Mein Kampf-Yugen, you know, auditorium.
It's easy to get drunk on American patriotism and to express and reflect how great you are, but it doesn't express reality.
And these cards that he's out there pushing, that's another, as David said, there's an ego, a maniacal dimension to that.
So as much as I would hope America is resurrected, I have a very great concern that it is all smoke and mirrors, and these promises of Bill of Rights, and we're going to hold high-tech accountable, it's never been done in the past, Jim.
So why should I believe it's going to be done in the future?
Go ahead.
Well, I have a far more positive impression of Donald Trump for all his flaws, needless to say.
David, your thoughts?
You know, I kind of concur with that, Jim, but it's only I kind of concur with that.
I think that Donald Trump, I'll be honest with you, I think Donald Trump is a terrible orator.
Okay?
I just, when I listen to his speeches, I'm not convinced.
It's just platitude after platitude after platitude.
Now, let's go back to JFK.
Let's take it back to the 1960s.
When JFK spoke, people listened.
He was aware of the fact that the impact of his words had meaning.
We've seen Nixon, who took office after that.
Nixon worked his way back in through the governorship of California, you know, sorry Gavin, and made it into the presidency.
I may have my cron messed up, by the way, but this is what I remember.
And Nixon, I never thought he was a good orator.
Okay?
JFK was excellent.
RFK was good.
He wasn't as good.
We saw, you know, Gerald Ford come in.
Milk toast.
Okay?
And we've seen George Bush come in.
Bush won.
Milk toast.
Reagan had leadership abilities.
There's no question about that.
He was a very good speaker.
We saw George Bush come in, milquetoast.
We saw second Bush, milquetoast.
Clinton, good orator.
Okay, following Clinton, we had Obama come in.
Obama, good orator.
The oratorical abilities of Donald Trump are waning and they're waxing.
And quite frankly, to be honest, I'm tired of hearing his bloody name and nothing to follow it up with.
You know, I looked, I thought his executive order, I think we, you know, Don and I did a program about his executive order 13687 or whatever it was, this was that, that executive order was on the attack of big, big media.
And And there's nothing, it just, nothing happened, unless that's taking place in some secret operation that we know nothing about and we haven't seen.
I see we have some child pornography exposure, I see we have some military, we have Hunter Biden exposure, we have Chinese exposure and all this, but You know, Donald Trump, during his presidency, had to do nothing but fight off the Democrats.
And he did not possess the oratorical abilities to do so.
That's just my assessment.
And he had, he, he was, let's He played a role.
Larry Berg, professor of political philosophy at USC, we took a class on television and the presidency, and what a fundamental role that has with regard to presidential candidates.
And Trump's been a big celebrity in his own right, but I'm tired of seeing movies.
I'm tired of seeing people who are just thinking about their own careers.
I want a leader in America that stands up for the people of America, that thinks about the people of America, the day-to-day guys that are struggling to pay their taxes, feed their families, make their payments, get ahead in the universe, and to stop these people from coming into our country.
So unless Q comes forth like next week and starts delivering, I'm done with Trump.
Well, it's very funny because listening to what you say you want is what Donald Trump was delivering.
He secured the border.
He gave us a surging economy.
The lowest earning wage earners were seeing their wages rise at the highest price.
Right.
He made us energy independent.
He got us into no wars.
Anyone who thinks we're better off now than we were under Trump really has lost their way.
We're not saying that.
The problem is you're being way too critical of a guy who still has the potential to do this nation a lot of good.
I'm just saying, give another spokesman a chance.
Let's not put all our eggs in the basket.
Go ahead, Scott.
Well, you know, the broad strokes you've outlined, Jim, I'm 100% in agreement, and so is David, and so is every conservative Republican.
That's why we supported him, because we want a surging economy.
We want lower taxes.
We want smaller government.
We don't want peace in the world.
We wanted America to be pulled out.
He did that to a certain extent.
Yes, he was battling the The Mitt Romneys and the Mitch McConnells and the Ryans and the neocon establishment rhinos that all should be executed, in my opinion.
Yes, he battled that, but from a political calculation, I'm trying to do the adjustment and I'm not getting emotional on this at all.
I have no vengeance.
I have no vendetta.
By Christ, I was the one who went out to save his ass and many others, but I'm looking at this with a calculation of where we are now.
Right.
And I'm looking, going, okay, when I reflect upon Trump's qualifications right now and his temperament and his instincts now, yes, he's got a lot of good.
Are there better people?
I don't know.
Maybe.
But he's got a lot of baggage.
Let me just put it this way.
He's got so much baggage, so much toxicity, and so much radioactivity when it comes to a large portion of the population who are stupid.
You don't know anything about politics or economics or what you're describing or foreign policy.
They are dumb as a bag of rocks.
A large part of this country are stupid.
Especially these women and other halfwits who say, I don't like how he tweets.
I don't like his language.
That's a large portion of the population.
And yes, they're dumb.
They're idiots.
They all should be bitch slapped.
Because there's more important things in the choice of a president than how he tweets.
Yes, everybody gets applause, but that is a very significant part that could cost the election of a conservative.
The question becomes, is there another candidate that comes in that causes those silly people to kind of shut their mouths or even go, oh okay, I can vote for him.
And that's where we have to measure the political calculus.
How do we get the mathematical votes to guarantee a Republican Is in the presidency.
That's all that matters.
I'm just um founded that both of you aren't accounting for the massive way this election was stolen.
This was overwhelmingly for Trump.
Overwhelmingly for Trump.
He didn't do anything.
If Trump endorsed candidates won again and again and again.
If you cannot fix the voting mechanism there's no hope.
No Republican will ever be elected.
You gotta face up to that.
And as far as rhetoric is concerned, no public figure has ever connected with the American people the way Donald Trump has connected with the American people.
And I include JFK.
His rhetoric was more inspiring.
But Donald Trump connected with the American people in a way I've never seen in my lifetime.
That includes JFK.
He still has a grip on the public that has the potential to save the nation if we can just fix the goddamn election mechanism so that Democrats can't keep stealing it.
And we're going to come to critiques about the other guy, DeSantos, and by God, in my opinion, he's got more severe flaws than Donald Trump when you take a look at it.
So we'll get there.
I agree.
I agree with you.
Well then where are you going with your real candidate, David?
Where the F is a candidate who's going to replace a Trump or a DeSantis?
Let me give you a proposal.
Why doesn't the Republican Party host a forum and listen to what people have to say?
Give other people a chance.
It's unrealistic.
I cannot believe.
I have great respect for both of you, but you're being totally unrealistic.
You've got the Mitch McConnells, you've got the Mitt Romneys, you've got all the RINOs out there who are rat-affing the country.
And they're doing it for their own purpose.
The administration is scared.
The establishment is scared shitless of Donald Trump because he created a real populist movement.
We must never lose sight of that.
I'll tell you who I like.
Give Steve Bannon a chance.
Let Bannon get out there.
Let Bannon lead the nation.
I'm looking for another voice.
I'm just saying that's an example.
I'm not saying he's the guy.
I'm saying he's an example.
Steve Bannon would have a fraction of the support of Donald Trump.
There's just no question about it.
Bannon just comes across as—I love the guy.
I think he's a great guy.
I would love to give him tremendous power and influence, but he's not a marketable commodity.
He doesn't have a following of Trump.
But we have to be very—we can't be emotionally swayed by Trump's past.
We have to be sophisticated and realistic in our Movement forward, where we are right now and where the temperament of the people is right now.
And you're right, Jim, there's massive election fraud.
The only thing that's going to fix this is revolution in this country, violent revolution, to overthrow the violence being done against us.
That's inevitable.
The question is, do people have that in them?
And also, short of that, who are they going to flood and rally for?
Is it Donald Trump?
Possibly.
But there's a lot of things that he did in the past that people were ripe for.
The question is, are they ripe for that now?
The problem is...
That the Democrats have so effed with the electoral system, they're not allowing the changes for reform that are built into the Constitution to have their effect.
They are leading to the situation JFK so eloquently described when he said, those who make peaceful reform impossible make violent revolution inevitable.
We are gradually, piece by piece, moving in that direction.
I say right now, this Elon Musk is doing so much good with Twitter, and this break about JFK is going to open the floodgates to the American people understanding how massively they've been played on so many fronts.
But If you can't get honest elections, it's all for naught.
You're going to have a massively disillusioned population that has no idea.
That's what's taking place, for heaven's sakes!
I'd rather have Doug McGregor.
I'd rather have General Doug McGregor as president, because he's a better speaker, he's a better thinker, he's better well-read than anybody else that I've encountered.
You're just ignoring the popular sentiment, Scott, for crying out loud.
Politics is all about popular sentiment.
What is it now, though?
What is the popular sentiment right now?
Trading cards?
There's still tremendous desire for Trump.
Tremendous support.
Anyone who thinks Trump is not still the preferred candidate for most Americans is just misreading the situation.
And I don't give a damn even about these stupid cards.
And I agree, the stupid cards are stupid.
That's where we're heading right after our break, and we've led up to, right?
My God, here we are!
Boom, boom, boom!
These are such crucial, vital issues.
Let's take on the cards after the break.
I love that.
I'm looking forward to that discussion.
We will.
We will.
I have no doubt.
We are going to do that.
But I'm telling you, As long as the electoral system is broken, we are up a creek without a paddle, because the Communist Democrats are just going to steal one election after another, and Chuck Schumer is just so thrilled about all that money to Ukraine coming back in the pockets of the Democrats.
He's a Cheshire cat.
He is a despicable, repulsive person, but he's in the catbird seat.
Gone.
Take us out.
I would say this is probably the hottest hour show that we've ever done, and I think it's probably one of the most essential ones.
At this critical time, as we get into Christmas time, the end of winter, this is something else.
Bring on some global warming.
Bring on light and things.
We need the help.
And come on back for this second hour.
This is a great hour.
Be sure to share this one.
