Well, this is Jim Petzler, your host on The Raw Deal.
I have a clip we're going to play here in honor of what happened on December 7, 1941.
On Sunday, December 7, 1941, shortly before 8 a.m., Japan launched a surprise attack on the United States of America by bombing the U.S.
naval base at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.
The base was attacked by 350 Imperial Japanese aircrafts.
Though the raid only lasted 75 minutes, the Japanese destroyed or damaged nearly 20 American naval vessels, including 8 battleships and more than 340 airplanes.
Over 2,400 Americans died in the attack, and many more were wounded.
While the attack on Pearl Harbor was a surprise, tensions between the US and Japan had deteriorated over the decade, in particular with regards to Japan's expansion into China.
The plan for attacking Pearl Harbor was to destroy the US's 's Pacific Fleet, a move which would give the Japanese time to carry out its plans to keep control of the Pacific without U.S.
interference.
The shock of the attack without declaration of war enraged the American public and rallied the nation to get behind a war many hoped to avoid.
At the beginning of his speech to Congress requesting a declaration of war, President Franklin D. Roosevelt delivered this now famous line.
Yesterday, December 7th, 1941, a date which will live in infamy.
The United States of America was suddenly and deliberately attacked By naval and air forces of the Empire of Japan.
On December 8, 1941, one day after the attack, the United States Congress declared war on Japan, officially entering World War II.
Well, many of you will recall that in the wake of 9/11, indeed the very day, it was being described as a second Pearl Harbor.
All of this was by design.
9-11 was an orchestrated attack.
Cheney, in particular, Donald Rumsfeld, Bibi Netanyahu, Ehud Umar, And other co-conspirators were involved in arranging an attack on the United States.
The World Trade Center in particular, which had been transferred into private hands.
Those of Larry Silverstein and Silverstein Properties just six weeks before the event.
Or Larry, who is a personal friend of Bibi Netanyahu, they had Phone conversations every Sunday, would fire the security firm that had been guarding the World Trade Center since it first opened in 1907, and hire an Israeli firm.
He would reconstruct the insurance policies for the World Trade Center, adding an anti-terrorist clause.
So that if there were a terrorist attack on the World Trade Center, he could collect big bucks.
And in the aftermath, because there were ostensibly two plane attacks, it was called two attacks, and therefore he got double indemnity, pocketed some $4.5 billion on $114 million investment.

They don't call him Lucky Larry for nothing.
This was an Israeli-designed plan to draw the United States into the Middle East on the pretext of having been attacked by Arabs, 19 Islamic hijackers under control of a guy in a cave off in Afghanistan, where that guy will...
Osama Bin Laden had been our man in Afghanistan.
He was instrumental in getting the Stinger missiles into the hands of the Mujahideen, which they used to shoot down Soviet helicopters and planes.
He was an officer in the CIA.
Colonel Tim Osman, an official of the agency, visited him in a hospital in Dubai.
Shortly before his death from his medical maladies on 15 December 2001.
There were local obituaries at the time.
He was buried in an unmarked grave in accordance with Muslim tradition.
By the 26th of December, CNN and Fox had both caught up with the news and reported that Osama bin Laden was dead.
A decade later, Barack Obama would find it politically expedient to resuscitate him and have him die again in a staged raid on a compound in Pakistan where the local residents reported they'd never seen any signs of Osama, where a photograph of the occupant of the home with a TV clicker in his hand was
Identified by them as the owner of the compound, most certainly not Osama Bin Laden.
Where they staged the whole event.
We had a group of.
Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton.
And others.
Watching what appeared to be a large screen TV, which was presented as.
Watching the event go down in real time until Leon Panetta, then the director of the CIA, blew their cover by admitting that there'd been no live coverage for the first 20 to 25 minutes, which was the amount of time that lapsed during the entire event.
In order to position himself for a triumphal re-election as the guy who got the most wanted man in the world.
It was all political theater.
And it has precedent.
FDR knew the Japanese were going to attack Pearl Harbor.
FDR took measure to ensure that that would take place.
FDR Believed it was important for the United States to get involved in World War Two and to overcome isolationist sentiment.
Allowed it to happen.
James Perloff has a wonderful piece about this and I want to share with you.
Some of what he reports so clearly.

The Truth About FDR and Pearl Harbor, published in 2000.
Robert Stennett proved from documents obtained through the Freedom of Information Act that Washington was not only deciphering Japanese diplomatic messages, but naval dispatches also.
It had long been presumed that as the Japanese fleet approached Pearl Harbor, It maintained complete radio silence.
This was not the case.
The fleet observed discretion, but not complete silence.
U.S.
Naval intelligence intercepted and translated numerous dispatches, which President Roosevelt had access to through his routing officer, Lieutenant Commander McCollum, who had also authored
The original eight-point plan of provocation to wit to provoke Japan into attacking the United States by cutting off their oil access in the South Pacific and other measures.
The most significant message was sent by Admiral Yamamoto to the Japanese first air fleet on November 25, 1941.
The historians that traditionally censured the Hawaiian commanders, Admiral Krimmel and General Short, for failing to detect the approaching Japanese carriers.
What goes unsaid?
Washington denied them the means to do so.
During the week before December 7th, naval aircraft searched more than 2 million square miles of the Pacific.
but never saw but never saw The Japanese force.
This is because Kimball and short had only enough planes to survey less than one third of the 360 degree arc around him and intelligence advise incorrectly that they should concentrate on the southwest.
There were not enough trained surveillance pilots.
Many of the Renaissance crafts suffered, reconnaissance crafts suffered from lack of spare parts.
Repeated requests to Washington for additional patrol planes were turned down.
As George Morgenstern noted in Pearl Harbor, the story of the secret war.
While the Hawaiian air commanders were clamoring for planes to safeguard the base, 1,900 patrol planes were being lend-leased to foreign countries between February 1st and December 1st, 1941.
Of these, 1,750, or almost ten times the number that would have rendered Oahu safe, went to Great Britain.
Admiral Edward T. Leighton, who served at Pearl Harbor, stated, There was never any hit in any intelligence received by the local command of any Japanese threat to Hawaii.
Our air defenses were stripped on orders from the Army Chief himself.
Of the 12 B-17s on the island, only six could be kept in the air by cannibalizing the others for spare parts.
Radar, too, was insufficient, and when General Short attempted to build a radar station on Mount It was clear, of course, that once disaster struck Pearl Harbor, there would be demands for accountability.
Washington seemed to artfully take this into account by sending an ambiguous war warning to Kimball and a similar one to Short.
On November 7th, on November 27th.
This has been used for years by Washington apologists to allege that the commanders should have been ready for the Japanese attack.
Indeed, the message began conspicuously.
This dispatch is to be considered a war warning.
It went on to state, however, The number and equipment of Japanese troops and the Organization of Naval Task Forces indicate an amphibious expedition against the Philippines, Thai or Kara Peninsula, or possibly Borneo.
None of these areas were closer than 5,000 miles to Hawaii, further than the distance from New York to Moscow.
No threat to Pearl Harbor was hinted at.
It ended with the words, Continental districts, Guam, Samoa, take measures against sabotage.
The measure further stated that, the message further stated that, measures should be carried out so as not, repeat, not to alarm civilian population.
Both commanders reported the actions taken to Washington.
Short followed through with sabotage precaution, bunching his planes together, Which hindered saboteurs but made ideal targets for bombing, and Kimball stepped up air surveillance and sub-searches.
In their response to the war warning, if their response to the war warning was insufficient, Washington said nothing.
The next day, a follow-up message from Parshin's adjutant general is short-warned only.
Initiate forthwith all additional measures necessary to provide for protection of your establishments, property and equipment against sabotage, protection of your personnel against subversive propaganda, and protection of all activities against sabotage.
On December 1st, Naval Intelligence at Kimball, its fortnightly intelligence summary entitled, The Japanese Naval Major capital ship strength remains in home waters, as well as the greatest portion of the carriers.
Contrast that to the diary of Captain Johan Ranev, the Dutch naval attache in Washington, who was awarded the Legion of Merit for his services to America.
Ranev recorded that on December 2nd, He visited the Office of Naval Intelligence.
Ranfett inquired about the Pacific.
An American officer pointing to a wall map said, This is the Japanese task force proceeding east.
It was a spot midway between Japan and Hawaii.
On December 6, Ranfett turned and asked where the Japanese carriers were.
He was shown a position on the map about 300 or 400 miles northwest of Pearl Harbor.
Brennan wrote, I ask what is the meaning of these carriers at this location?
Whereupon I received the answer, it's probably in connection with Japanese reports of eventful, eventual American action.
I myself do not think about it.
Because I believe that everyone in Honolulu is 100% on the alert, just like everyone here at the Office of Naval Intelligence.
On the morning of Sunday the 7th, the final portion of Japan's lengthy message to the U.S.
government, rupturing relations and effectively declaring war, was intercepted and decoded.
Tokyo added two special directives to its envoys.
The first, which the message called very important, was to deliver the statement at 1 p.m.
The second directive ordered that the last copy of code and the machine that went with it be destroyed.
The gravity of this was not lost in the Navy Department.
Japan had a long history of synchronizing attacks with breaks in relations, for example, in the Russo-Japanese War of 1904.
1905.
It had attacked Port Arthur on the same day it notified Russia that it was declaring war.
Sunday was an abnormal day to deliver diplomatic messages, but the best for trying to catch U.S.
armed forces at low vigilance ended at 1 p.m.
in Washington, and 1 p.m.
in Washington was shortly after dawn in Hawaii.
Admiral Stark, Chief of Naval Operations, arrived at his office at 9.25 a.m.
He was shown the message at important delivery time.
One junior officer pointed out the possibility of an attack on Hawaii, another urged that Kim will be notified.
But Stark refused.
He did nothing all morning.
Years later, He told the press that his conscience was clear concerning Pearl Harbor because all of his actions had been dictated by a higher authority.
As Chief of Naval Operations, Stark had only one higher authority, Roosevelt.
In the War Department, where the statement had also been decoded, Colonel Rufus Bratton, head of Army Intelligence, Far Eastern Section, understood the message's terrible significance.
But the head of intelligence told him nothing could be done until Chief of Staff General Marshall arrived.
Bratton tried reaching Marshall at home, but was repeatedly told the general was out horseback riding.
The horseback ride turned out to be a very long one.
When Bratton finally reached Marshall by phone and explained the emergency, Marshall said he would come to the War Department.
Marshall took 75 minutes to make the 10-minute drawing.
He didn't come to his office until 11.25 a.m., an extremely late hour, with the nation on the brink of war.
He perused the Japanese message and was shown the delivery time.
Every officer in Marshall's office agreed these indicated an attack in the Pacific at about 1 p.m.
Eastern Time.
The general finally agreed that Hawaii should be alerted, but time was running out.
Marshall had only to pick up his desk phone to reach Pearl Harbor on the Trans-Pacific Line.
Doing so would not have averted the attack.
But at least our men would have been at their battle stations instead.
The general wrote a dispatch, which was not even marked priority or urgent.
After it was encoded, it went to the Washington office of Western Union.
From there, it was relayed to San Francisco.
From San Francisco, it was transmitted via RCA commercial radio to Honolulu.
General Short.
Received it six hours after the attack.
Two hours later, it reached Kimmel.
One can imagine their exasperation on reading it.
Fascinating stuff.
I always had a certain special relation to Pearl Harbor because my father Died of a heart attack at the age of 57 in 1970 on the very day I accepted my first academic appointment as an assistant professor at the University of Kentucky.
About which he did not yet even know.
Always referred to me as having been born.
A year and a day before Pearl Harbor.
He did that virtually many, many times.
So what we have here is an earlier form of betrayal by Franklin Delano Roosevelt of the United States for what he took to be good reason.
Charles Lindbergh had a great influence here in the United States, promoting a form of isolationism.
Donald Trump is sometimes regarded as an isolationist, but Trump is actually a non-interventionist.
Trump believes appropriately the United States should not be interfering in the activities of other nations, which the CIA has as its area of specialization.
The agency has conducted hundreds, literally hundreds of coups.

Their PM Mossadegh had nationalized the oil industry in Iran to benefit the Iranian people.
And the American and British oil companies were furious.
Because I hit it was going to take to their monstrous profits they derived there by.
So the CIA undertook a coup to remove Mosaddegh and, in effect, install a tyrannical leader who became known as the Shah of Iran, whose secret polices were among the most vicious ever unleashed on any nation in world history.
Such that the Iranians had to endure, torment, torture, death on a massive scale because of U.S.
CIA intervention in taking out, decapitating their democratically elected prime minister, who was trying to do what others like Fidel Castro, like Hugo Chavez, like Hoxhae Min, Like Muammar Gaddafi have sought to do, namely to use the resources of their own countries to benefit their own citizens.
Sounds like a reasonable agenda, does it not?
But the American people first heard of Iran in 1979, when there was a popular uprising to retake control of their own government, which had been taken from them by the CIA in MI6.

In my judgment, Roosevelt's perfidy was of a lesser quality, more significance than that of Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, and the others who Donald Rumsfeld, and the others who conspired to attack the United States on 9-11. home.
They sought to have approximately the same number of casualties, roughly 3,000 deaths, as that occurred at Pearl Harbor to reinforce the image.
During the live coverage, we had an anchor reporting that they'd received a phone call from what I believe was supposed to be the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine.
Claiming responsibility.
And they showed on national television when everyone was glued to their set.
Footage of Palestinians cheering and rejoicing, creating the impression that it was concurrent with what was being.
Events that were taking place in New York City at that very time.
It would turn out, as I had surmised then, that this was archival footage of Palestinians supporting, rejoicing a political or religious event that had positive ramifications for them, not what was going on in New York at the time.
And indeed, that was the case.
This is very typical of Israeli propaganda.
This is among the reasons I believe why Sirhan Sirhan, who was alleged to have shot Bobby, was in fact not the killer, only the patsy, just as Lee Oswald did not shoot JFK.
He wasn't even in the sixth floor window, he was actually in the doorway, was only a patsy.
The 19 Islamic terrorists, half a dozen of whom turned up alive and well the following day, were only going to be the scapegoats.
Israel, the Mossad, likes to blame innocent targets, but those that the Israelis despise for their actions or otherwise obfuscate, make war by deception.
The Israelis are past masters.
In fact, in New York City that day, there were all kinds of activities taking on that involved Israeli operatives who'd come into the United States, some 200 in number, with visas claiming to be art students.
Some of them, known as the Gelatin Group, were actually in the Twin Towers.
They'd been given access.
They were performing Aren't outside of the building.
We have photographs of them with piles and piles of fuse holders.
Which I believe were used to set up.
Explosive charges that were going to contribute to creating the cookie cutter cutouts reminiscent of Wile E. Coyote cartoons.
Of the planes allegedly having.
Hit and enter the buildings when it wasn't even physically possible for them to do so.
Aircraft are made out of aluminum.
While they might have a 100 tons of weight.
Throw in the passengers and luggage.
It would not be physically possible.
For planes to enter.
A twin tower.
Their construction was so massive, so solid.
I've reported this many places, many times.
They would have crumbled external to the building.
Bodies, seats, luggage fall into the ground.
Parts of the plane, wings, tail, engines, yes.
Because they're so massive.
Would almost certainly have entered the building.
Which is the reason why they planted one at Church and Murray.
It was an antiquated engine, not in use by Boeing aircraft at the time.
It was under a steel scaffolding and a canopy, which were undamaged.
It was just sitting on the sidewalk.
My dear now departed colleague, Jack White, discovered Fox News footage at that locale.
Of a white van.
Or four or five.
Individuals wearing FBI vests were unloading something heavy.
Which they just sat on the sidewalk.
Just think about it.
The laws of physics dictate that if something that massive had hit the ground at a high velocity, which would have been the case, it would have ripped up the sidewalk.
But obviously the mayor didn't want to have to mess with that, and yes, Rudy Giuliani appears to have been deeply involved in this as well.
They just set it on the sidewalk.
Anyone looking at this could see it's contrived, it's phony, it's fake, because there's no damage to the sidewalk, to the steel scaffolding, or to the canopy alone.
Even without knowing that it was physically impossible for any real plane And I'm talking about commercial, military, large, small, no real plane could possibly have entered a Twin Tower, a massive 500,000 ton steel and concrete structure, which had a tube within a tube design.
It was the inner tube of 47 massive core columns.
And then the outer tube of some 230 external steel support columns, all of which were massive, very thick, very heavy, connected by four to eight inches of concrete on a steel truss to create a large open workspace.
It was an original award-winning design.
Brilliant!
These were among the most robust buildings ever designed by the hand of man.
No plane.
No real plane.
Could have entered the north of the South Tower.
It was a physical impossibility.
It's analogous to throwing a Empty beer can at a brick wall, no matter how hard you throw that brick can at that brick wall, it's not going to enter.
It's going to crumble.
Pilots for 9-11 Truth even discern that the trajectory shown in the videos, and we have some 52 videos of flight 175 or what purports to be approaching the South Tower, It was taking place at a speed too great to be sustainable, given the structural properties of the aircraft.
It would have come apart in flight.
I mean, talk about bamboozling!
The extent to which the government, the American government, in complicity with the Israeli and with the resources of the CIA, went to deceive the American people was massive, extensive, and detailed.
The blunder they made was assuming that a 767, which could travel at a High cruising speed over 400 miles an hour at 35,000 feet, which was his cruising altitude.
Could perform the same feet at the same speed at 700 to 1000 feet.
With the air is three times.

Why it would have been impossible.
Pilots for 9-11, a very good organization, a former military and commercial.
Some may even still be active of that.
I'm uncertain.

And they show graphically the plane would have come apart in the air at that speed.
I mean, the way the American people have been played is just monstrous and insulting.
When I founded Scholars for 9-11 Truth in December of 2005, because I believed a loose affiliation of experts from around the world would be useful to be brought into collaboration, interaction, Where we could maintain a website.
We could announce advance.
We could publish videos.
Articles.
Shows programs research related to 911.
It was a phenomenon.
It took off like a rocket.
Hundreds and hundreds of experts joined.
Including engineers.
Civil structural.
Mechanical, electrical, aeronautical.
An aeronautical engineer explained to me, for example, that at the Pentagon, the official trajectory, which has a Boeing 757 barely skimming the ground at over 400 miles an hour, was not even aerodynamically possible.
Because that plane at that speed experiences a phenomenon known as downdraft, sometimes called ground effect, that would have kept it from approaching the ground closer than 60 or even 80 feet to the ground, which is higher than the Pentagon at 71 feet is tall.
In other words, once again, we have been played.
And of course, it was all totally fraudulent, Flight 77.
Pentagon, like Flight 11's North Tower, do not even appear to have been in the air that day.
Edward Hendry published a book about 9-11, including the National Transportation Administration, the database.
Which records that takeoff and landing and all the significant events in between for every commercial flight in the United States and on 9-11, there were no entries for either flight 77 or flight 11.
They were fake!
They were fabricated!
They did fly a plane toward the Pentagon.
Those of you unfamiliar with Norman Bonetta, the Secretary of Transportation, in an underground bunker beneath the White House where Dick Cheney was in effect the executive director carrying out operations on 9-11 to ensure that, for example, there'd be no Air Force response.
All the American fighters were sent off on wild goose chases or grounded so they couldn't intercept with the imaginary flights of these planes.
I mean, you're up there for hours.
American radar covers virtually every square inch, cubic, every cubic inch of airspace over the United States.
It is not possible that those flights, had they been in the air, would have been detected and a response would have taken place had this been normal, had this been legitimate, had this been on the up and up.
But instead, they were sent off on wild goose chases, so they couldn't respond.
The planes were up in the air for, in two cases, at least over an hour.
Pilots for 9-11 Truth have also verified that the two flights that actually were in the air, 93, which were told crashed at Shanksville in 175, We're still in the air after they'd allegedly crashed and hit the South Tower, in fact.
Pilots established that Flight 93 was over Champaign-Urbana, Illinois after it officially crashed in Shanksville.
Do you think maybe that's a reason why the two reporters first on the scene in Pennsylvania said the eerie aspect of the crash site was there was no sign any plane had crashed there?
How dumb are we supposed to be?

No sign of any plane having crash air.
We're supposed to believe 100 ton airplane crash air, and there's no signs of any plane having crash air?
Compare it with any air crash, any actual bonafide air crash.
There's all kinds of debris, monster debris, big chunks of the fuselage, wings, engine, Bodies, fire, massive—this is just ridiculous!

How many of you are aware that on 9-11, it may have been the following day, Donald Trump was interviewed on New York local television and explained That those who had constructed the Twin Towers were working for him now.
That it wasn't possible for a plane to have entered the Twin Towers.
That the buildings could not have collapsed.
That something else must have been involved.
And he used the word bombs.
Well, bombs are sources of massive energy dispersal.
Look at what we see in the footage.
We're told the Twin Towers collapsed.
But what do you see?
Blowing apart in every direction from the top down.
All the floors are being stationary, meaning there is no collapse taking place.
Each floor waiting its turn to be blown to kingdom come in the memorable phrase of Morgan Randall's.
The buildings are being converted into millions of cubic yards of very fine dust.
And when it's over, there's nothing there.
Father Frank Morales, who was a first responder from St.
Mark's Episcopal Church in the immediate vicinity, was on my radio shows on Two different occasions.
On both of which he affirmed that the buildings were destroyed to or even slightly below ground level.
Had this been a collapse?
That's impossible.
Building 7, a 47-story structure that was the seventh of the seven buildings that constituted the World Trade Center.
At 520 in the afternoon, about seven hours after the final destruction of the North Tower had taken place, did come down in a classic control template.
Dan Rather was reporting right there at the time.
He said, this looks just like the destruction of those casinos and resorts we see in Las Vegas.
He was exactly right.
Yeah, there's a little pitch at the top and all the floors come down at the same time, roughly at the speed of freefall.
And when it was over, there was a stack of debris of five and a half floors, which is what we've come to expect from controlled demolition.
You have a stack of debris approximately 12% of the height of the original.

It's like with the airplane, where they claim the plane, you know, went into the building.
They talk about the trajectory of the plane it's mass and all that but they don't talk about the overwhelming resistance of a five hundred thousand tons steel and concrete building it was not possible.

So the Harley guy just happened to be there to give it a explanation because it's the first one the public hears.

Nobody died at Sandy Hook, which is just incredibly offensive that that was done.
Because it was in blatant violation of the.
Protocols of Wisconsin were handling.
The satisfaction of a monetary judgment, whereas most of you are where it was 450,000 for the.
450,000 for the purported defamation.
And then...
When I sought to expose that the party who would come to testify under the name of Leonard Bosner was actually.
Someone else.
By the name of Reuben Wagner, I was saddled with another.
650,000 even more for their contempt.
Because I was ostensibly in violation of a confidentiality order regarding the video deposition, which I was sharing with a witness I wanted to call as an impeachment witness.
And as I read the statutes, when you're seeking an impeachment witness, you don't have to notify the court or the plaintiffs.
And they were concerned not so much with the testimony, but with the images.
And I said to the court, Your Honor, I said, this is absurd.
This man, Leonard Posner's image has been published worldwide millions of times.
Why would they be concerned about this unless it's not the same guy?
And I guarantee 100% it's not the same guy.
And for the most part, we're talking in this case about legal fictions.
Leonard Posner's a legal fiction.
Noah Posner's a legal fiction.
Man.
This is insulting beyond belief.
So I worked my way all the way up to the Supreme Court.
And I spell out to them the absurdity of the summary judgment process in Wisconsin.
Where the judge has the legal right to exercise his own subjective opinion and belief to decide whether evidence and facts presented by one party or the other is reasonable.
That's the standard.
Does this judge in his own subjective opinion believe The evidence of the facts claimed is reasonable or not, and if he finds it's unreasonable, he can exclude or suppress it as though it did not exist.
Now, you may have thought that the role of the jury is to determine the facts and the role of the judge is to apply the law.
And in states with proper summary judgment procedures, that is indeed the case.
In Texas, for example.
In order to protect the rights of the defendant.
Because he's being sued right to take life, liberty or property.
Property in this case, civilian versus criminal.
Life and liberty not being at stake as a rule in a civilian case, but property.
To ensure his right.
To property or not being violated.
In Texas.
You must ascertain that there really are no disputed facts, since otherwise it would have to be sent to a jury.
So in Texas.
The judge assumes hypothetically all the assertions made by the by the defendant in this case.
That would have included.
Nobody died at Sandy Hook.
It was a FEMA drill that presented as mass murder to promote gun control, from which it follows that any death certificates for purported decedent must be phony, fake, or fabricated.
I mean, what's the alternative if nobody died?
What, you got death certificates for purported decedents?
How could that happen?
It's not logically possible.
If nobody died, it can't logically be possible that there are bona fide death certificates, which mean the party actually died, because that would mean somebody died at Sandy Hook, which is denied by the declaration.
Nobody died at Sandy Hook.
And here you got the plaintiff then would have to agree with all of the defendant's assertions, those I just enumerated here.
And only then, only if, in this case, the fiction Leonard Posner had agreed—nobody died at San Diego's FEMA drill, presented as mass murderer to promote gun control, etc.—could it have proceeded to a summary judgment where the court applies the law To undisputed facts, because in that case, the facts would be undisputed.
Both parties agree to the facts.
But of course, he wasn't going to do that.
The fictional Leonard Posner was winging this lawsuit against me to try to gain control of the book, to try to make it impossible for the public to access the proof it provides that it was a FEMA drill, even including the manual, which I included as Appendix A.
And now, and before the Supreme Court, I even had the additional evidence of the Connecticut FEMA in Bridgeport publishing a schedule that showed that the drill at Sandy Hook was going to be conducted on 14 December 2012, and even providing a map of how to get from Bridgeport to 12 Dickinson Drive, the location of Sandy Hook Elementary.
That was before the Supreme Court!
Not to mention a study by a licensed private investigator in Texas, Brian Davidson by name, sworn affidavit, where he has been going through the Connecticut State Police files and discovering that the photographs from which they have removed the metadata
The photographs in the Connecticut State Police file contradict the official narrative.
For example, they have a photograph of a hallway, and the description says this is where Don Hawkspring, the reported principal, and Mary Sherlock, who's supposed to be the school psychologist, died, where the bodies were supposed to be lying in a pool of blood.
And guess what?
The photograph shows no bodies and no blood.
Contradicting the official.
This is from the Connecticut State Police.
You gotta understand the profundity of the corruption involved here.
Another inside a classroom where there should have been a stack of little bodies and blood all over the place.
Not only No little bodies.
Not only no blood all over the place.
Not even any student desks or chairs.
No teachers' desks.
No American flag.
No photographs of American presidents.
I mean, give me a break.
What Bryan Davidson discovered was evidence not only that there'd been no mass shooting, At Sandy Hook Elementary, but that it wasn't even an operating school.
Which is what I've been insisting from the beginning because.
13 experts I brought together in the book, including six PhDs and I had established.
That the school had been closed by 2008 and let me add.
And let me add, my president, believe, has actually, it was closed in 2006.
Closed by 2008.
That there were no students, no teachers, nobody there.
Only a custodian.
And that it had been presented as mass murder.
It's all in the book.

And I'll tell you, people who are involved, Involved in the whole scam, like the book!
These are people who appreciate the truth and my efforts to expose what really happened.
It's a fascinating situation.
All that was before the United States Supreme Court.
And what did they do?
They finessed.
They did not think the question which I was raising, to wit, Are all citizens of the United States, including those who reside in Wisconsin, entitled to a jury trial to determine disputed facts or not?
They consider that to be an insignificant question compared to others they've been addressing.
My wife, who's not a fan of my research on Sandy Hoark, was describing to me She was watching discussion of a Supreme Court case.
She's addicted to MSNBC, but I'm quite sure they got this one right.
A web designer was explaining why she would have refused to do a web page for a gay couple if they were getting married, and it wasn't even a real case.
It was only hypothetical.
So whether this, honest to God, it boggles the mind.
If the Supreme Court is willing to take on hypothetical cases and there's no end to it, it'll be all nonsense, all ridiculous, contrived horseshit.
The Supreme Court took that case.
But mine, which concerns Summary judgment that affect every residence of the state of Wisconsin and it turns out there are a few others that have a similar.
Ridiculous summary judgment procedures in Massachusetts, for example.
And there's even a review court for federal employees that uses a similar methodology that makes it just a matter of the subjective judgment of the court.
Or the ruling authority that they can make up the facts.
And whether the 7th Amendment applies to all the states, I was simply astonished when in protesting the taking of my blog and my book, the plaintiffs, the Posner team, and there is a Posner team, they aren't a legal fiction except in the sense that there is no letter Posner, was arguing that the 7th Amendment doesn't apply in state courts.
It does not apply to civil actions in state courts.
Can you believe?
I was dumbfounded.
But it set me off on doing research to discover they were right.
That the Supreme Court has, for highly circuitous, circumstantial reasons, never formally affirmed that this Seventh Amendment right to a trial by jury applies in all 50 of the states.
I mean, think about that.
It boggles the mind.
The other nine of the first 10 amendments have all been affirmed to apply to all 50 states, but not the seventh.
A nice point my colleague Ron Avery has made is that all Americans are dual citizens.
Because we are not only citizens of our respective states, as I'm a citizen of Wisconsin, but we are also all citizens of the United States.
And therefore, surely, all of the rights we are entitled to as citizens of the United States must also apply To the various states and our role as citizens of those respective states, but not in Wisconsin.
Not in Massachusetts.
Not even before this Federal Review Board.
I mean, it is absurd.
This is a huge case.
Believe it or not, the state of the nation of very.
Formidable.

Declared.
This may be the single most important issue brought before the Supreme Court in our lifetime.

Remember the 14 equal justice under law?
How can there be equal justice under law if in Wisconsin you can be deprived of your 7th Amendment right to a trial by jury because of the obscene
Summary judgment protocols practice in Wisconsin and yet in Texas, my case would have either been outright dismissed or sent to a jury for trial and I could have presented all my evidence and the jurors could decide whether anybody died at Sandy Hook.
Remember, I even had the reports of two, not one, but two forensic document experts who confirmed my position.
Two!
And the judge merely set them aside as unhelpful.
In courts of law, the authenticity of documents is determined by consulting forensic experts.
And if there's a dispute, the other side can introduce its own expert.
The other side did not introduce any expert.
Why?
Because, of course, they knew the truth of the matter.
But they didn't have to worry.
The judge simply exercised his right to decide what's reasonable and what's not.
And if you think that sounds ludicrous, when I appealed the original decision to the Court of Appeals for the 4th District here in Wisconsin, the Court of Appeals, in consecutive paragraphs, said it is reasonable to believe I mean, give me a break!
Give me a break!
What, are we just making this up out of, you know, if the mass media says it's so, then it must be so?
It is unreasonable to believe in the following paragraph that it was a FEMA drill presented as mass murder to promote gun control.

Didn't make a win of difference to this judge and fell on deaf ears.
I mean, after all, he had the right in Wisconsin to exercise his own subjective opinion.
Not what I expected, either of the Circuit Court in Wisconsin or the Appellate Court in Wisconsin or even of the Supreme Court in Wisconsin, which declined my petition for a review, which was overwhelmingly Warranted.

What I wanted to point out when you were talking about the airplanes hitting the Twin Towers, Were you aware that a World War II bomber, a B-25 Mitchell, crashed into the Empire State Building?
I think it was in the early 40s.
And those World War II bombers had a lot of armor plate on them.
They would put armor plate, you know, around the pilot's cockpit, that kind of thing, to protect them from gunfire.
So they were like armored tanks in the air.
It crashed into the Empire State Building and it was like it crashed into a granite mountain.
It just did virtually, I don't think it did anything to the Empire State Building.
And I find that curious when you compare that building to the World Trade Center Towers, which were built much more robustly than the Empire State Building.
So I thought that would be something you'd find interesting.
Yes, yes.
No, I'm aware of it.
It was indeed in 1945.
It was on July 28th.
A B-25 Mitchell bomber of the U.S.
Army Air Force crashed into the Empire State Building while flying in thick fog.
The accident caused the death of 14, three crewmen and 11 in the building and damage estimated at a million, equivalent to 15 in 2021.
No, the building's structural integrity was not compromised, and that's the key point there.
You're absolutely right, Brian.
I mean, but the whole thing is just ridiculous, the very idea.
And these are people who are pushing this nonsense out of an effort to preserve the official mythology of 9-11.
