Need to Know News (7 December 2022) with Joe Biden and Carl Herman
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
This is at Jim Fetzer Mass in Wisconsin, joined today by Carl Herman from San Ramon, California.
Carl is sobbing for both Donald Duckwits—actually, Dr. Scorpios.
David Scorpio is just sensational, but he's been out of action.
He's been ill.
And Chris Weinhardt, who had a Business conflict he could not circumvent, but I'm delighted to have Carl here.
Meanwhile, Russia warns of the huge risk of getting into a nuclear war.
This is Foreign Minister Lavrov, extremely experienced.
Any war between nuclear powers is unacceptable.
Even if it were to start using conventional, there's a huge risk of escalating to nuclear.
He was asked about Washington and Moscow's effort to reduce their strategic capabilities.
He pointed out in September of 2021, the U.S.
had essentially frozen a bilateral talks on reaching an agreement on limitations of strategic arms long before Russia intervened in Ukraine.
It's not hard to figure out the reasoning.
He noted Washington and Moscow's responsibility to the largest nuclear powers nevertheless do not change.
He added, Russia is willing to move forward, stressed any conflict between nuclear states is unacceptable.
This is why we're all so anxiously watching the rhetoric the West views out, accusing us of preparing some alleged provocation using weapons of mass destruction.
That the West, including the U.S., France, and the U.K., are doing everything to increase their almost direct participation in the conflict in Ukraine.
This is a dangerous trend.
The threat of nuclear war has been a hot topic since Putin voted in late September to defend Russia's territory, using all the forces and resources we have were Russia's national security to be threatened.
During Thursday's conference, Lavrov reiterated Moscow's nuclear doctrine, where the use of weapons of mass destruction is only allowed as a retaliatory response to conventional strikes that put the Russian state at risk.
Meanwhile, Ukraine is using drones to attack Russia deep inside the Russian territory.
This is a very significant development.
According to recent statements, The Ukrainian military forces are expected to complete their final tests of a new unmanned system or drone they've already used there.
Purportedly a max range of a thousand kilometers with a 75 kilogram warhead.
Uno momento.
We're about to be joined by Joe Olson for a while, as good as he can make a connection, but he's only got two bars.
Here's an extra tweeting that Ukraine is completing an attack drone with a 75-kilogram warhead and a range of up to 1,000 kilometers.
Last August, the General Staff had announced the start of the development program.
In this context, collaboration with private manufacture was promoted.
In fact, the recent explosion at the Russian-English airbase, where strategic bombers of the Tu-95 steppe-type were stationed, have caused the curiosity of journalists and analysts, no doubt about it, this is one of these drones.
I have no doubt.
Yes, Sergey Sobolevny tweeting, Reportedly, explosion at two Russian strategic bomber air bases.
In Ingalls, two bombers were damaged and a fuel truck destroyed at the other.
This appears to be exactly what's going on.
And Carl, we have Joe here, too.
I'm going to take Carl.
Go ahead, Carl, your comments.
All right.
Well, first, with the threat of nuclear war, I mean, this is as serious as it gets, and we need to emphasize the importance of people's individual integrity to really align your thoughts and your words and your actions to what's most important.
The stakes are its highest.
Now, for the irony, of course, is that by all evidence assembled by the other gentleman that I'm pleased to be with, it looks like the U.S.
already has used nukes on American soil, so this isn't a new thing.
And who knows where else they've used it.
This is the world looking at the U.S.
Remember, Carl B. Herman talks about any of these shows.
The world considers the U.S.
the world's most dangerous nation, voted three times such than any other nation.
They're not fooled.
The U.S.
is in violation, connected to the nuclear threat, the Non-Proliferation Treaty.
The U.S.
violates that.
That's a 40-page white paper on any of these news shows.
They violate the Treaty on Chemical Biological Weapons.
That's in that paper.
Also, routinely commit war crimes and wars of aggression.
Yep, yep, yep.
Joe, did you want to comment on the first stories about the escalating nuclear war and the apparent use of one of these drones to attack Russian bases?
Go ahead.
Yes.
Well, today is the day that we'll live forever in infamy.
Or whatever.
Yeah, Pearl Harbor was not the worst thing to happen to the U.S.
on December 7, 1941.
This is at the libertyhub.com website, and they said nobody talks about what happened on December 8th, right on the other side of the dateline from Hawaii, and that's when the Japanese, which was really the following day, attacked the Philippines, Blake, Malaya, Singapore, Hong Kong, Midway, and Howland Islands.
Joe, that's all wonderful, but we're going to talk about... Well, okay, this leads into the You got it.
You got it absolutely right.
What we're doing in Ukraine, since 1945, the United States has had 212 conflicts in 67 different countries.
This is just number 68, unless it's already been counted before, in which case it will be 212 conflicts.
So there you go, kids.
That's what they've been doing to us.
You got it.
You got it absolutely right.
Meanwhile, Europe puts its screwballs aside and imports record levels of Russian liquefied natural gas.
It was only the right thing to do, out of self-interest.
The EU has seen imports of LNG from Russia rise to record levels this year, sending billions to Moscow while waxing poetic about its support for Ukraine.
Through shipments via pipelines at Fallen, Europe has ironically turned to Russian liquefied natural gas, which can be shipped in sea tankers to make up the difference.
According to research by energy market analysts from ICIS for the German business newspaper Handelsblatt, the import of LNG from Russia rose by 21% over pre-war levels to the EU states and Great Britain.
Between January and November, the EU paid Moscow, plus the UK paid Moscow nearly €27 billion in exchange for record flows of liquefied natural gas.
The money is just under the total aid EU institutions and member states have sent to Ukraine since the start of the war in February, which turns out to have been €29 billion in military and financial assistance.
While Europe and Asia have been largely successful in filling up their gas storage containers prior to the winter, the true test will begin in the spring, when supplies of the liquefied natural gas on the open market have been artificially higher than normal given the reduced manufacturing output of Communist China.
We expect about 10 billion cubic meters to be missing from the global LNG market next year, said an analyst.
This has also seen China resell Russian gas, meaning the actual amount of Russian origin purchased by the EU could be much higher, in fact.
Much LNG imported to Britain is then regasified and exported to Europe, too.
Germany has been scrambling to make up for the loss of pipeline gas and to find alternatives to Russian liquefied natural gas.
The US, Qatar, Nigeria, Algeria, and Russia represent the largest importers of LNG to the bloc, With the U.S.
being the largest among them.
Schroeder said currently 13% of European LNG comes from Russia, and the quantity is growing strongly.
Germany has sought to expand its relationship with the Sharia State of Qatar, signing a deal last month to supply up to 2 million tons of natural gas to Germany per year as an alternative.
Meanwhile, the EU with the US, Australia, and the G7 is attempting to impose a price cap on Russian crude of $60 per barrel, when it's actually close to $95 today.
The cap, which came into effect Monday, has yet to see a significant impact.
It's unclear how much the measure will affect Moscow's thinking, given the set price level is not low enough to have much consequence financially and that Russian energy exporters can still turn to communist China, India, and Turkey to unload their oil, albeit at a discount.
At this price level, that outlook really doesn't change much.
What is key is how much volume Russia would be able to sell.
Here's a tweet.
Western leaders have misplaced optimism in ability to defeat Russia, says a German member of parliament.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yeah, well, it's pretty much folly on everybody's part to think that you have a commodity producer, that you need the commodity, and you've got a fiat currency that you've been intentionally devaluing for over 100 years, 110 years, and you're expecting them to take IOUs
from a deadbeat that's destroyed all of his domestic means of production in exchange for something that the whole world needs, and they will pay in something of real value.
Yeah, the whole thing is just like, how much longer can they keep blowing this balloon before it blows up?
Carl.
Project Comic, we'll see what happens.
The people of Europe are gonna have to say something about this and the whole world is at this precipice and the leaders are pushing for this totalitarian COVID control.
The rogue state empire that is attempting to retain Zelensky and Ukraine as a vassal state without blowing up the perception that somehow these are the most advanced countries, the developed countries.
So the hypocrisy has never been greater, the opportunity to have truth and justice break out has never been greater, and the risk of what these totalitarians, when cornered, would do has never been greater.
Very, very astute observations, Carl.
Absolutely right.
Meanwhile, Carrie Lake is spitting fire at a federal judge after sanctioning her campaign.
It appears to be completely inappropriate.
An Arizona-based federal judge has ordered sanctions against a legal team of gubernatorial candidate Carrie Lake and another plaintiff in a failed lawsuit against winning opponent Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, winning by massive theft and election manipulation.
Outrageous!
The disappointment and fury over the gubernatorial race continues for many as activist judges make rulings that appear to deny any transparency into the highly suspicious election.
The campaign of Carrie Lake has issued a blistering response after being reviewed by a federal judge appointed by then-President Obama, who also imposed a fine after filing an election-related lawsuit.
U.S.
District Judge John Tucci of the District of Arizona rejected a Lake lawsuit and then moved to find her attorneys and those of Republican Secretary of State candidate Mark Fincham.
Outrageous!
Imposing sanctions, in this case, is not to ignore the importance of putting in place procedures to ensure elections are secure and reliable, Toshi wrote.
It's to make clear the court will not condone litigants ignoring the steps Arizona has already taken toward this end and furthering false narratives.
False narratives that baselessly undermine public trust.
This is despicable.
If he doesn't know better, he's incompetent and unqualified to serve on the court.
It's to send a message to those who might file similarly baseless lawsuits.
This is just like going after Alex Jones and saddling him with all these massive fines for having an opinion about Sandy Hook that deviates from the officially condoned narrative.
Same thing in Arizona.
This judge is despicable.
That led to a fiery response from Lake's legal team, who accused him of acting in a politically motivated manner while disputing his conclusions.
How appropriate.
This case is not about money or game.
It was essentially a public interest lawsuit seeking electoral integrity.
It's very, very rare to sanction a party in a public interest lawsuit.
All in all, this reads like an angry Obama appointee who wants to send a message.
The message is, if you lose, shut up and don't come to court.
The message is not that you lost the case or acted in bad faith.
Meanwhile, Dolan Dershowitz was one of the attorneys who joined the Lake & Fincham legal team telling Law & Crime last week he did so in support of election integrity.
I have not challenged the results of any Arizona election.
I've given legal advice about the future use of machine counting by companies that refuse to disclose the inner workings of their machines.
I support transparency in election.
On Steve Bannon's war room, Lake City plan to continue to fight for the people of Arizona.
This is not about me.
I've said this all along.
I'm just one voter, but I care deeply about Arizona.
It's not fun to be in the middle of this.
But we have no other choice.
I have no other choice but to stand up and fight right now for the people of Arizona.
If I don't, who will?
Last week, our teams filed a lawsuit stating plaintiff desires every lawful vote be properly counted, every voter who is eligible vote to be allowed.
Unfortunately, due to defendants' failures, many eligible voters may not have been able to vote because defendants were unable or unwilling to conduct a reconciliation of voter check-ins against ballast cast of each polling center on election night in accordance with Arizona law.
And have now unlawfully refused to produce public records in response to two public record requests regarding how they administered this election.
Plaintiff cannot determine that every lawful vote will be properly counted.
The records plaintiff requests in response to numerous issues with defendants' administration of election are consistent with a parallel demand by Arizona Attorney General for answers to questions about defendants' actions.
How appropriate.
His name is Stephen Ricker, Maricopa County reporter, and other officials filed in Arizona Superior Court.
Given instances of misbranded ballots, the commingling of counted and uncounted ballot, long lines discouraging people from voting as demonstrated in the attached declarations.
These records are necessary for plaintiffs to determine the full extent of the problems identified and their impacts on elections.
How appropriate.
Joe, your thoughts.
Joe, your thoughts.
Yes, well, kids, I read the rise and fall of the Third Reich four times.
It's 1,500 pages long, written by a news reporter in Europe from late 1920s until the end of the Nuremberg Trials.
He was war correspondent, and he was also correspondent in German language and French, named William Shire.
But I don't read it with any expectation of having a different ending.
What I read it for is to figure out how they managed to do the fascism in Europe.
And you realize that what we have right now is a completely weaponized judiciary.
Department of Justice, which is the prosecution and the investigation portions of the Justice Department.
And there is virtually no chance that these lockstep fascists are going to let us have any amount of honesty unless we just absolutely take it away from them, because they are unfit to judge anything.
Yeah, I'm not surprised that a bomb-appointed judge would do something that's despicable, Carl.
Yes, all these agencies are captured, and we just need to discover who's going to be honest and who isn't.
And that is a slow, step-by-step process.
But this definitely demonstrates that this judge is crooked.
And the reason how we know.
Is that going back 20 years, you can have expert witnesses and videos from which I would show my students in history and government classes.
And these professors were at Princeton and Stanford to demonstrate that the very introduction of these counting machines with many aspects of it documented by Bev, I forget her last name, but Blackbox Harris.
Voting.org has documented in recent documentations of the movie's 2,000 mules and selection.
The judges' response was an interesting combination of denial and ad hominem.
It didn't address any of the facts.
But that's all that they have.
All they could do is dance around.
They can't address the facts.
And we'll see what happens in the next chapter.
Yeah, it's very good.
Joe.
And always accuse your opponent of what you're doing.
Exactly.
Exactly.
That's absolutely correct.
Meanwhile, Trump was correct about the Constitution and elections.
Carrie Lake's lawsuit shows why.
Trump came under massive fire for saying, So, with the revelation of massive and widespread fraud and deception and working closely with big companies at DNC, the Democrat Party, do you throw the presidential election results at 2020 out and declare the rightful winner?
Or do you have a new election?
A massive fraud of this type with magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution.
Our great founders did not want, and would not condone, false and fraudulent elections.
What Trump is noting is the same reason Kerry Lake's lawsuit, like every other election lawsuit before it, will fail.
Our Constitution permits election fraud and manipulation, as long as the state-level election fraud and manipulation does not break with federal law.
Obviously it would be frustrating for Trump to ask legal advisors what can be done about certified results from fraudulently constructed elections.
The reply from the legal advisors around the state certification would frustrate anyone, because the Constitution permits fraudulent elections.
The decision on how to conduct elections is entirely up to the states.
They, via their state legislature, determine their election rules, laws, and outcomes, eventually leading to state certification.
If a state wants to block voters, impede voters, or manipulate the voting outcome, there is generally nothing in federal law to stop them, as long as the state or county does not make federal laws protecting classes or protected categories of persons.
You'd like to believe voters would be in that category.
Federal law generally prohibits disenfranchisement of people based on race, age, national origin, sex, marital status, disability, pregnancy, gender, sexual orientation, and disability, along with other categories.
Federal law does not prohibit disenfranchisement based on ideology, political affiliation, or outlook.
If a state or local election wants to block voters based on affiliation or ideology, they can, as long as it doesn't have a disparate impact on the protected categories.
If a state legislature wants to assign one-half value to each Republican vote, there's nothing in the Constitution that would prohibit it.
If a state election results in the loss of 50% of the Republican votes, there is nothing in a federal law that would correct the issue.
The state is responsible.
The Supreme Court will not hear an election controversy or legal challenge based on certified results from states.
The Constitution permits states to conduct their own elections, and as long as federal laws are not violated, the state certification ends the discussion.
This is a great dichotomy within the U.S.
election around manipulation by a state or local official.
There is no federal recourse if No federally protected category was adversely impacted.
The DNC argues election disenfranchisement rules, dates, time, location, etc.
based entirely on protected federal categories, that is, the date or method of the election has an adverse impact on a specifically protected category of relational minorities, is a typical DNC lawsuit.
The RNC and DNC candidates have no legal footing to sue in federal court if everyone wearing a green shirt were turned away from county polling locations unless it can prove the green shirt was worn by a higher percentage of protected persons, such as blacks, and therefore had disparate impact.
Due to the private nature of the corporations who run the candidates, notably the RNC and the DNC.
There's also no prohibition to stop the RNC or the DNC from disapproving candidates, unless they were also discriminating based on protected category.
Not coincidentally, political parties are not recognized in the Constitution.
This reality is why control over state-level election is where the battle has to be fought.
Once a state certifies the election outcome, there's almost no way the federal courts can or will intervene unless a lawsuit is based on a claim that federally protected voters were specifically targeted.
Serious stuff.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yeah, slowly put that in little different words.
The times, place, and manner of holding elections for senators and representatives shall be prescribed in each state by the legislature thereof.
But Congress may at any time by law make or alter such regulations except in the places of choosing senators.
That's Article 1, Section 4, Clause 1 of the Constitution.
So the fact that it's in Article 1 meant the founders pretty well realized that elections could be a problem and that they needed to specify up front before there was other verbiage that could be twisted to interfere with it, but bottom line is, yeah, They created a little bit of a problem by not giving us a defined way of remedy in this particular circumstance, but I guarantee you that's not going to go unchallenged for much longer.
Good, Carl.
Yeah, we'll see what evolves from this.
So for Trump to say to terminate the Constitution, I wouldn't have recommended that choice of words, but to make the argument that we had fraudulent elections and have had fraudulent elections and make the case for that.
And then to allow people a choice, they can either embrace the crystal clear evidence of election fraud or stand up and be counted as a traitor because that would be probably the likely closest crime to describe that action.
Now, if we had fraud in the 2020 election, then it's void, okay?
If it's void, then that means there isn't any president.
If there isn't any president, then you need some interim Yes, good.
And you have the current actions happening in Brazil, where the military is in the process of taking over that country, or in Berlin, where the judge said, new election, 90 days.
So we'll see what breaks out.
And what is most to the advantage of We the People is just for them to be able to see the facts of election fraud.
Yes, good.
Very good, Carl.
Meanwhile, get this.
Thank you.
Kyle Becker tweets.
Famous Democratic Party donors.
Bernie Madoff, 89% to Democrats.
Jeffrey Epstein, 92% to Democrats.
Harvey Weinstein, 92% to Democrats.
Sam Bankman-Fried, FTX, 99% to Dems.
A Ponzi schemer, a pedophile king, a Hollywood sex editor, and a crypto scam artist are among the Dems' top donors all time.
How true, and how revealing.
Meanwhile, Pathologists report up to 40% died from VAX injury.
Declare vaccinations must stop!
They autopsied 40 patients.
30 to 40 percent died of fatal vaccine injuries.
A vaccine scandal!
On September 20, 2021, a conference was held at the Pathological Institute of Rutland, Germany, where the results of autopsies of 40 who'd received the COVID vaccine were presented.
The conclusion was at least 30 percent of the causes of death were from fatal vaccine injuries.
The more likely figure is 40 percent.
Tissue analysts' analyses were performed by pathologists Oren Burkhardt and Walter Lang.
The results were confirmed by Peter Schermacher that more than a third of the 40 dead died of fatal vaccine injuries.
All subjects examined had died within two weeks of the vax.
Microscopic details from tissue sample were shown during the conference, which also present results of an analysis of vaccine samples by an Austrian research group reaching similar results in Japan and Austria and the United States.
All videos have been posted on YouTube, but they were quickly removed.
The vaccine contained undeclared metal-like components that suspected graphene oxide.
They found the metallic components in all the vaccine vials examined.
The blood samples are similar to those taken from cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.
The researchers could see signs of myocarditis.
Reflective people only have a survival time of 10 years after diagnosis.
They have to make 40% of the deaths are vaccine-related, and that the autopsies are basically never carried out if you're assigned as a COVID death.
They make the very remarkable statement.
No one knows what the metal structure and formation have formed in the body after vaccination or have for their purpose, and that the technology seems to be taken from the future.
Well, the purpose is obvious—to kill the host.
Mass vaccination must be stopped until scientists and doctors know what the vaccines actually have for their health effects.
The results have led to legal and political demands on authorities and politicians.
Further investigation must be carried out.
Indication of reduced fertility in vaccinated individuals must be investigated.
And with the help of the Cancer Registry, doctors can gain insight into the development of cancer due to genetic modification brought about by the viral RNA component.
For the time being, all COVID vaccination should cease.
But of course, it ain't gonna happen.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yes, well if you go to principiascientific.com, the very first four articles, why the unvaxxed are wise to keep their distance from the newly vaxxed, that's the first article.
Autopsies show COVID vaxxers likely cause fatal heart disease.
That's from a guy named Zachary Striebert.
Everybody knew the CV-19 Vax was a criminal bioweapon.
This is an interview with Greg Hunter and Karen Kingston, and man, this lady can bring the receipts.
It's an hour-long interview.
It's just absolutely action-packed.
She directs you to the locations on her website, where she's got absolutely all of this reference material piled up.
And then here's the next one.
This is from Children's Health Defense.
Good morning, presents scientists and physicians against mRNA.
And I haven't had a chance to read several of these.
I did read the Greg Hunter and listen to the interview.
So I'll do some more follow up.
But all you have to do is a little bit of homework outside of the CNN midstream media.
And you can find out a lot more questions that you cannot answer from the mainstream narrative.
Yes, yes, Carl.
And by other sources, he doesn't mean just going to MSNBC for your second So first, with that tweet from Kyle Becker, that guy is brilliant.
I just jumped on and I'm following that guy now.
That was that percentage of money donated.
So the data, yeah, the data will be damning and it will continue to be damning.
And as always, get good sources of information to be able to demonstrate Yes, yes.
Very good.
Any rational, informed person should withdraw consent and demand arrest of those psychopaths.
Carl B. Herman Bluxpot, any of these news shows, I have a paragraph with an essay that I wrote, along with a couple of other resources that I found best from medical professionals, documenting that this is crimes against humanity.
Yes, yes.
Very good.
Meanwhile, nonprofit blood donation service starts matching unvaccinated patients with donors. - I know.
I had myself mistakenly reported that the Red Cross was not accepting blood from vaccinated person, but it appears that was wrong.
Here we have an update.
Swift naturopathic physician George Della Petra believes people worldwide should be free to choose whether to get a COVID vaccine injection or not.
He believes the same should be true for those receiving transfusions with vaccinated blood.
The problem right now is we have no choice.
He, the founder of the Non-Profit Safe Blood Donation Service in 2021, Matching unvaccinated blood recipients with donors in 65 countries.
It was very clear from the beginning that COVID hype was way out of control.
It was not as dangerous as they said it was.
A natural path.
I can make no sense of the pandemic, which was never really a pandemic.
It leaves space for so many explanations.
He believes an NMRNA injection is more dangerous than the pharmaceutical companies are willing to admit.
Duh.
He said the growing number of adverse reactions are reason to question their safety and effectiveness.
Duh.
Data from the CDC has shown the vaccinated boost has made up 58.6% of the COVID deaths in August, up from 41% in January.
Duh.
We can no longer say this is a pandemic of the unvaccinated since Ilya Kok, Vice President of the Kaiser Family Foundation.
Nearly 70% of the world's 8 million have received at least one mRNA injection since it began its rollout in 2021.
Look at that!
70% of 8 million?
That means we might have 5.6 billion dead from the mRNA if everyone who gets the injection is dead.
That's over half of the world's population.
Each of the three primary packs contain spike protein ingredients, which bind the cellular level to stimulate an immune response to the virus.
Della Beatra believes these spike proteins produce classic symptoms—blood clots—that horrified him.
I've never seen anything similar, and I'm not talking only about spike proteins.
It's unbelievable, because we never had this problem before.
It's only been in the last two years, yet they want to keep the narrative that an mRNA vaccine is not dangerous.
Though donated blood and plasma must undergo a cleansing process before transfusion.
Say, blood donation says this is not enough.
I'm talking about graphene oxide and other non-declared inorganic components in the vax which we see in the blood.
When I see them, I have no idea how we can get rid of them.
Looking at the abnormalities in vaccinated blood, we have a problem.
People are receiving the vaccine more or less through the back door by way of transfusions.
In the U.S.
alone, there are about 16 million units of donated blood annually.
Of those, about 643,000 are autologous, self-donated.
The number is increasing every year.
Dollar Petrus, said to its KnowledgeSafe blood donation base in Switzerland, is the first unvaccinated blood donation service of its kind.
There is no blood bank.
With mRNA-free blood?
Yeah, not even with us.
Although we've already asked hundreds of clinics, at least in Europe, all of them refuse to allow the human right of free blood choice with them.
They do not want to be mentioned, however, because they fear reprisals.
Donald Beatrice said the main goal of Save Blood Donation is not to start an mRNA-free blood bank, but to make it possible to match unvaccinated blood donors and unvaccinated recipients, which we bring together in a clinic that allows the choice of blood donor.
Medical website Scene Scientific said blood banks and biotech companies will offer as much as $1,000 monthly for blood donations.
Mandela Metro said there are no unvaccinated blood banks.
He sees the demand for unvaccinated blood rising.
That's why I decided to do, say, blood donation.
I want to make a network for unvaccinated people looking for a blood donor because they need it, whether they have scheduled surgery or an emergency.
This began at work in the U.S.
a month ago, building an infrastructure.
In the current medical climate, however, central blood banks, such as the Red Cross, do not segregate their blood donations based on vaccinated or unvaccinated status.
The American Red Cross does not facilitate designated donations for standard blood deeds.
The process often takes longer and more resource-intensive than obtaining a blood product through the normal process the Red Cross reported.
In a small number of situations, there is an exception for rare blood types where compatible are extremely difficult to find.
A rare type is one present in less than one in a thousand.
We want to emphasize that Red Cross adheres to all donor and product requirements as determined by the FDA, as determined by the FDA, which we know to be totally corrupt, to ensure the safety of the blood supply, and is committed to providing life-saving blood products for patients across the country.
The National Library of Medicine said that across study sites, the average hospital cost per unit transfused was $155, In the average charge per patient with 219 still, the Red Cross, which provides 40% of the nation's blood donations, said no studies demonstrate adverse outcomes from transfusion of blood products collected for vaccine donors.
That's astonishing.
That's just astonishing.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yes, well, we mentioned it yesterday, but I'll mention it again.
This is a Nobel Prize awarded to scientists for nitric oxide.
Drs.
Furgat, Ignario, and Murad received the 1998 Nobel Prize in Physiology and Medicine in December 1998.
Hold that thought.
Carl's got to jump off, so I want to plug him in before he's got to go.
Carl.
Thanks.
Yeah, yeah, I got a hard stop meeting coming up.
So with the blood, that's going to be a problem, and nobody knows exactly how much of a problem it's going to be.
But again, pointing to the severity of the data and the seriousness of the data, I do recommend that you brief yourself to be able to Come to the conclusion that these are crimes against humanity, withdraw consent from these psychopaths, and demand their arrests.
Colin, I thank you for joining today on short notice.
Excellent!
Joe, your further thoughts?
Yes, okay, so this is what they discovered.
At the time, he was trying to reconcile the contradictory effects drugs had on blood vessels.
He concluded that the endothelial cells produce an unknown signal molecule that makes vascular smooth muscle walls relax.
He called this signal the muscle EDRF or endothelium derived relaxing factor.
Bottom line is they help smooth out your blood system so you don't get clots.
And if the clot doesn't start to develop, it can't get larger.
So bottom line is really helpful medication.
And I got this off of Stu Peters interview with, I think it was Sherry Tenpenny.
And she mentioned something about it as a possible way of reducing the effect of having these biotoxins in your body.
And also, I've seen a lot of written material peer reviewed on the effects of iodine.
ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine on reducing the spike protein's ability to infect cells.
So the combination of the two, and then there's also some stuff that I think Karen Kingston presented that these graphene oxide assemblies need to be constantly reinforced, which is why they want to have us jabbed like once a year and then twice a year and then three times a year and then four times a year.
They've got to keep injecting this stuff because your body has a tendency to break that stuff down too.
So bottom line is our immune systems may, for a lot of people, may be able to recover from this.
Our DNA, that's doubtful because once you start changing that, you've got something that's going to be living in.
in portuity until it is a defective gene that dies out.
But bottom line is they've infected the gene pool more ways than one.
And it's just, you've got to come to grips with the fact that there are people beyond all of your worst horror movie nightmares combined.
This is the most horrific assault on humanity in world history, Joe, and...
And they're likely to be far more successful than anyone would desire.
It is inhumane in the extreme.
Meanwhile, Anthony Fauci admits his daughter worked for Twitter and he spoke directly to Zuckerberg during his censorship deposition.
What a nasty piece of work.
Tony the Rat feigned ignorance throughout his November deposition as part of Louisiana, Missouri's lawsuit against a Biden admin and federal officials, claiming he is dissociated from social media, but he admitted he talked to Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook about pushing vaccines, and noted one of his daughters worked as a software engineer at Twitter.
Gee!
Surprise, surprise!
Fauci, who said, I don't recall, 174 times throughout his deposition, raised questions on his own personal concern about what people might be saying on social media about the coronavirus origin in China.
But he feigned ignorance, claimed to be dissociated from social media.
You know, I am so dissociated.
I don't have a Twitter account.
I'm not on Facebook.
I don't do any of that.
I'm not familiar with it.
I've never gotten involved with any of that.
Yet.
Immediately thereafter.
He admitted he had a connection to major players, including communicating with Mark Zuckerberg on Facebook.
I've had communication with Mark Zuckerberg in the past, who I've done, I believe, three outward FaceTime discussions encouraging people to get vaxxed.
Proceeding to admit one of his daughters worked as a software engineer for Twitter.
He denied he'd ever discussed the content of stuff posted on the platform or the origin of the virus, claiming she has no interest in that.
Notably, Fauci's daughter is now listed as a software engineer For a leftist organization that, in part, helps groups push vaccines on the American people.
He later admitted when questioned that he was concerned about further distortion to the pandemic, citing wild speculations and accusations and blaming the Chinese.
He continued, There was no evidence of that at the time and that's why I was concerned about it.
I think we were all concerned because if you put this email juxtaposed against a statement of Jeremy about wanting to have a situation where we get down to the truth and people in good faith trying to figure out what's going on, certainly there are distortions on social media.
Social media says I put a chip in the vaccine so that I can monitor people.
That's a distortion.
He was questioned about an email to move quickly and claimed he was vaguely talking about getting down to the facts.
I'm talking about getting down to the facts because when the facts come out, that counters distortions wherever that distortion is, speaking here or on social media or in any way.
What I was referring to is, we've got to get who to convene an unbiased body of people—right chance of that—to try to examine the information so we can get to the truth.
And when you get to the truth quickly, it's essential that we move quickly.
Actually, I'm sure he was talking about suppressing efforts to get to the truth.
Here we get tweets from Jeff Landry.
Fauci's recent deposition only confirmed what we already knew.
Federal bureaucrats in collusion with social media companies want to control not only what you think, but especially what you say.
During COVID-19, social engineering tactics were used against the American public, not to limit your exposure to a virus, but to limit your exposure to information that did not fit within a government-sanctioned narrative.
No doubt about it.
None.
Meanwhile, Ron Johnson, meeting with global doctors and medical researchers today to discuss the current science behind the COVID vaccine, he's doing a good thing.
Tomorrow, meaning today, meaning 7 December, I will host a live roundtable discussion to reveal our findings and expose the info federal health officials are not telling the American public.
What a good man!
Joe, your thoughts?
Yes, well, he did mention that 174 times.
I just don't recall.
My brain's in a blender.
Yeah, there's a great article about this in that seven-hour deposition done by Steve Doocy on Blaze TV, so I kind of recommend it.
He did some pretty good research into it.
Yeah, this is absolutely the worst crime against humanity perpetrated by anybody, and he's certainly one of the central players, so he deserves what he gets.
But on another subject about people deserving what they get, Dennis Prager went on a rant, and he even had it up at Gab this morning, and said that anybody who doesn't believe in the... I pray that there is a hell, because anybody who doesn't believe in the Holocaust deserves to be there.
And it's like, well, that's a real anti-Christian thing to say, isn't it?
You know?
It's like ridiculous.
These people across the board were run by this demonic organization, Joe, excellent.
And then if you even slightly make a ye statement about it, you're condemned beyond imagination.
I don't know.
I didn't get a chance to watch Ron Johnson's thing this morning, but I will definitely watch it this afternoon so we can make some comments about it on Friday. - Joe, excellent.
I have somehow lost my Zoom and cannot see.
Here we go.
Here we go.
Thank goodness.
Got it back.
Meanwhile... Modern technology is wonderful.
Catching up, catching up, catching up.
Here we go.
To change the beat, today, today is an historic day in relation to events of January, of December 7th, 1941.
Check it out.
On Sunday, December 7th, 1941, shortly before 8 a.m., Japan launched a surprise attack on the United States of America by bombing the U.S.
naval base at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.
The base was attacked by 350 Imperial Japanese aircrafts.
Though the raid only lasted 75 minutes, the Japanese destroyed or damaged nearly 20 American naval vessels, including 8 battleships and more than 340 airplanes.
340 airplanes.
Over 2,400 Americans died in the attack, and many more were wounded.
While the attack on Pearl Harbor was a surprise, tensions between the US and Japan had deteriorated over the decade, in particular with regards to Japan's expansion into China.
The plan for attacking Pearl Harbor was to destroy the U.S.' 's Pacific Fleet, a move which would give the Japanese time to carry out its plans to keep control of the Pacific without U.S.
interference.
The shock of the attack without declaration of war enraged the American public and rallied the nation to get behind a war many hoped to avoid.
At the beginning of his speech to Congress requesting a declaration of war, President Franklin D. Roosevelt delivered this now famous line.
Yesterday, December 7th, 1941, a date which will live in infamy.
The United States of America was suddenly and deliberately attacked by naval and air forces of the Empire of Japan.
On December 8, 1941, one day after the attack, the United States Congress declared war on Japan, officially entering World War II.
Now what you want to understand is that there was a lot going on behind the scene.
It may have come as a surprise to the American people.
It did not come as a surprise to Franklin Delano Roosevelt.
Here's what Gene Perloff had to say about Pearl Harbor.
In his book, Day of Deceit, the truth about FDR and Pearl Harbor 2000, Robert Stennett proved from documents obtained through Freedom of Information Act that Washington was not only deciphering Japanese diplomatic messages, but naval dispatches as well.
It had long been presumed that as the Japanese fleet approached Pearl Harbor, it maintained complete radio silence.
This was not the case.
The fleet observed discretion, but not complete silence.
U.S.
naval intelligence intercepted and translated numerous dispatches, which President Roosevelt had access to through his routing officer, Lieutenant Commander McCollum.
who had also authored the original eight-point plan of provocation against the Japanese.
A most significant message was sent by Admiral Yamamoto to the Japanese 1st Air Fleet on November 25, 1941.
The task force, keeping its movement strictly secret and maintaining close guard against submarines and aircraft, shall advance into Hawaiian waters.
And upon the very opening of hostility shall attack the main force of the United States fleet and deal it a mortal blow.
The first air raid is planned for the dawn of X day, exact date to be given by later order.
Mainstream historians have traditionally censured the Hawaiian commanders Admiral Kimball and General Short for failing to detect the approaching Japanese carriers.
What goes unsaid, Washington denied them the means to do so during the week before December 7th.
Naval aircraft searched for more than 2 million square miles of the Pacific, but never saw the Japanese force.
This is because Kimball, in short, only had a few enough planes to survey less than one-third of the 360-degree arc around them, and intelligence had advised incorrectly they should concentrate on the southwest.
There were not enough trained surveillance pilots.
Many of the reconnaissance craft suffered from lack of spare parts.
Repeated requests to Washington for additional patrol planes were turned down.
As George Morgenstern noted in Pearl Harbor, the story of the Secret War.
While the Hawaiian air commander were clamoring for planes to safeguard the base, 1,900 patrol planes were being lend-leased to foreign countries between February 1st and December 1st of 1941.
Of these, 1,750, or almost ten times the number that would have rendered Wahoo safe, went to Great Britain.
Rear Admiral Edward T. Leighton, who served at Pearl Harbor, stated, There was never any hit and any intel received by the local command of any Japanese threat to Hawaii.
Our air defenses were stripped on orders from the Army Chief himself.
Of the 12 B-17s on the island, only six could be kept in the air by cannibalizing the others for spare parts.
Radar, too, was insufficient.
And when General Short attempted to build a radar station on Mount Halakalia, Harold Icke's Interior Department withheld permission saying it would harm the beauty of the landscape.
It was clear, of course, once disaster struck Pearl Harbor, there would be demands for accountability.
Washington seemed to artfully take this into account by sending an ambiguous war warning to Kimball and a similar one to Short on November 27.
This had been foreused by Washington apologists who alleged the commander should have been ready for the Japanese.
Indeed, the message began conspicuously.
This dispatch is to be considered a war warning.
However, it went on.
The number and equipment of Japanese troops in the Organization and Naval Task Force indicates an amphibious expedition against the Philippines, Thai or Cairo Peninsula, or possibly Borneo.
None of these areas were closer than 5,000 miles to Hawaii, further than the distance from New York to Moscow.
No threat to Pearl Harbor was hinted.
It ended with the words, Continental Districts, Guam, Samoa take measures against sabotage.
Further stating, measures should be carried out so as not to repeat, not to alarm civilian population.
Both commanders reported the action taken to Washington, short-pawned through with sabotage.
We cautioned bunching his planes together, which hinders saboteurs but makes ideal targets for bombers.
And Kimball stepped up air surveillance and sub-searches.
In their response to the war, if their response to the war warning was insufficient, Washington said nothing.
The next day, a follow-up message from Marshall's adjutant general is short-worn only.
Initiate forthwith all additional measures necessary to provide for protection of your establishment, property, and equipment against sabotage, protection of your personnel against subversive propaganda, and protection of all activities against espionage.
On December 1st.
Naval Intelligence at Kimmel, its fourth nightly intelligence summary entitled, The Japanese Naval Situation.
It stated, Major capital ship strength remains in home waters as well as the greatest portion of the carriers.
Contrast that to the diary Captain Johan Ranne of the Dutch Naval Attaché in Washington.
was awarded the Legion of Merit for his services to America.
Randolph recorded that on December 2nd, he visited the Office of Naval Intelligence, ONI, inquired about the Pacific.
An American officer pointing to a wall mag said, this is the Japanese task force proceeding east.
It was at a spot midway between Japan and Hawaii.
On December 6th, he returned and asked where the carriers were now.
He was shown a position about 300 to 400 miles northwest of Pearl Harbor.
Randolph wrote, I asked what's the meaning of these carriers at this location, whereupon I received the answer that's probably in connection with Japanese reports of eventual American action.
I myself do not think about it because I believe that everyone in Honolulu is 100% on the alert, just like everyone here at ONI.
On the morning of Sunday the 7th, The final portion of Japan's lengthy message to the U.S.
government, rupturing relations, effectively declaring war, was intercepted and decoded.
Tokyo added two special directives to its envoys.
The first, which the message called very important, was to deliver the statement at 1 p.m.
The second directive ordered that the last copy of the code, a copy of code and the machine that went with it, be destroyed.
The gravity of this was not lost in the Navy Department.
Japan had a long history of synchronizing attacks with breaks in relations, such as in the Russo-Japanese War of 1904-5.
It had attacked Port Arthur on the same day it notified Russia it was declaring war.
Sunday was an abnormal day to deliver diplomatic messages, but the best for trying to catch U.S.
armed forces with low vigilance.
And 1 p.m.
in Washington was shortly after dawn in Hawaii.
Admiral Stark, Chief of Naval Operations, arrived in his office at 9.25 a.m.
He was shown the message at important delivery time.
One junior officer pointed out the possibility of an attack on Hawaii, another urged that Kim will be notified.
But Stark refused.
He did nothing all morning.
Years later, he told the press that his conscience was clear concerning Pearl Harbor because all his actions had been dictated by a higher authority.
As Chief of Naval Operations, Stark had only one higher authority.
Roosevelt.
In the War Department, where the statement had also been decoded, Colonel Rufus Bratton, head of Army Intelligence Far East, understood the message's terrible significance.
But the head of Intel told him nothing could be done until Chief of Staff General Marshall arrived.
Bratton tried reaching Marshall at home, but was repeatedly told that General was out horseback riding.
The horseback ride turned out to be a very long one.
When he finally reached Marshall by phone and explained the emergency, Marshall said he would come to the War Department.
He took 75 minutes to make the 10-minute drive.
He didn't come to his office until 1125, an extremely late hour with the nation on the brink of war.
He perused a Japanese message that was shown the delivery time.
Every officer and marshal's officer agreed these indicated an attack in the Pacific about 1 p.m.
Eastern.
The general finally agreed that Hawaii should be alerted, but time was running out.
Marshall had only to pick up his desk phone to reach Pearl Harbor on the Trans-Pacific Line.
Doing so would not have averted the attack.
But at least our men would have been at their battle stations instead.
The General wrote a dispatch, which was not even marked priority or urgent.
After it was encoded, it went to the Washington office of the Western Union.
From there, it was relayed to San Francisco.
From San Francisco, transmitted via RCA commercial radio to Honolulu.
General Short received it six hours after the attack.
Two hours later, it reached Kimmel.
One can imagine their exasperation upon reading it.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yeah, well, if you haven't figured it out from that little stream of evidence, there's more, kids.
Undeclared War in the Atlantic.
This is a website called WarfareHistoryNetwork.org.
Yes, on April 10, 1941, USS Destroyer Kneebleck depth-charged a German U-boat.
We were a neutral nation.
Then on September 4th, 1941, USS Greer was attacked with torpedoes from U-boat U-652.
The torpedoes missed, but at that point FDR said, shoot on sight.
We're a neutral nation, so we're going to shoot on sight any German U-boats we see.
Then on September 16th, the USS Thruxton got engaged with German U-boats with torpedo and depth charge exchanges.
Then USS Kearney on October 17th was hit by a German torpedo, killed 11, wounded 24.
But then the big one You probably heard the Woody Guthrie song, the James Rubin.
The USS James Rubin on October 31st was sunk by a German torpedo, 115 dead.
But the public never knew about any of that because we're just the innocent people, and we were neutral, and we weren't doing anything.
And look at those dirty Japanese.
We knew for six months they were going to attack us, and then they just sucker-punched us.
And then 12 hours after they sucker-punched us in Pearl Harbor, they sucker-punched us again in the Philippines.
And that's what I mentioned earlier.
But what I didn't mention earlier is that the head commander in the Philippines, Douglas dugout Doug had stationed all of our B-17s and P-40s loaded with gas wingtip to wingtip on both sides of the runway so it'd be easy for the Japanese to knock them out and he didn't send a single aircraft up as a picket.
A P-40 doesn't have a whole lot of dwell time, and it doesn't have a long range, but at least it would offer some amount of resistance to incoming Japanese bombers and fighters and give you an early warning.
The B-17, by juxtaposition, had a 1,500-mile range, so it could go out 700 miles, circle, and then turn back.
And with that kind of protection, doing them in shifts, just two or three B-17s covering the horizon where we knew the Japanese were coming from, we could have had hours of advance warning and been able to scramble all of our forces and give the Japs a damn good fight in Manila.
But we didn't do it.
Why, kids?
Because they wanted to make the war last as long as they could, and cost as many war toys as possible, because anything that you destroy in the startup of the war is something you have to reproduce in order to win the war.
It's absolutely disgusting, and just like Smugly Butler said, war is a racket, and there's a great deep dive, By the America's Untold Stories, and I'll put that link down in the show notes.
Excellent, Joe.
Pearl Harbor's always had special significance for me because my father, who had served in the Army in World War II, often described my birthday as a year and a day before Pearl Harbor.
So, I have a long association.
And, of course, the parallels with 9-11 and how they sought to make it out to be a new Pearl Harbor are manifest.
Meanwhile, we want to hear from you.

Most of you are aware that my petition to the Supreme Court was declined by the court.
My wife was telling me yesterday how outrageous she found that the Supreme Court was considering a case of a webpage designer who was in court because she was wanting not to design a webpage for a gay couple, and the case was only hypothetical.
I'm dumbfounded if she got it right.
The Supreme Court thought that was more important than my case.
Well, Ron Avery discussed it yesterday.
He has experience extensive with summary judgments and abuse of the law.
He explained my case perfectly for SCOTUS, raising profound questions about the 7th and 14th Amendment.
He explored the state of justice in America today and our lawlessness.
You can find this on my Bitchute channel, Jim Fetzer, but also on my Twitter account, at Jim Fetzer.
State of the Nation even published.
This may be the single most important issue brought before the Supreme Court in our lifetime.
Here's one of my commentators, Will Too, on my blog.
I'm interrupting my sabbatical since this post is too important to pass up.
The effort Jim has put into this case is legion.
It deserves recognition from each and all of us at the least, and satisfaction at the most.
The recognition is the easiest part.
The satisfaction will not be forthcoming any time soon.
I do my best to keep a positive attitude, read the issues that confront us, positive but realistic.
Realistically, we no longer live in a country of law.
The United States has dissolved.
I have no proof of that, but it would seem Ron Avery agreed with me on yesterday's raw deal, where I featured him, too.
It's a wonderful document, speaking of the Constitution, if only we would adhere to it.
So until we have a new state convention or somehow the military intervenes as it has in Brazil and forces obedience to that document, how they could legally accomplish that since it's dissolved leaves me perplexed, or possibly reassertion of the Constitution.
I agree with Fetz in that the document itself is amazingly construction, but again, if dissolved, those wonderful words have little value.
We're now being ruled on a series of corrupted courts and political influence via social media and the mainstream.
It has come down to who has the loudest voice and the biggest stick.
Rationale and law be damned.
It may change with a new House and possibly at least a lesser Democrat-influenced Senate if that Georgia Senate race goes from Walker to Day.
And that does not look very promising as I type.
The radio it is in the background.
All I hear is Warnock, where I'm about 50 miles south of Georgia.
That's my input for now.
Back to hydroponics and growing my own food.
William DeBerg, I'm very sorry for you, Jim, and even sorrier for a nation that your travesty has occurred, but let this be a warning to all.
The illusion that we live in a free nation with an honest judicial system is completely shattered.
Not only by yours, but a legion of other such abominations in recent American history.
Such it is manifest at the highest levels of our political and social establishment are not only ignoring, but actively suppressing the truth.
All we and the truth of the community can be are testaments and repositories of the truth, all of Fahrenheit 486.
We need to collaborate, save, and comprehensively document the evidence in every one of these despicable actions of our government and secure the truth.
For such a time, we will be able to set future generations free.
From Jack Mullen.
It's a travesty of justice, but not a surprise.
The Sandy Hook fraud is one of the most protected acts of government terrorism in the history of the USA.
Concurrently, the US is being choked to death.
The enemy is in every vital power position.
The checks and balances is overrun.
Vaccinations are an accepted form of genocide.
The big box retailers are free to murder with impunity via opioid and fentanyl poison sold in their pharmacies and shipped out the back door.
Schools are managed and programmed by the mentally ill, seeking revenge for being born.
Food and water supplies are poisoned or deliberately destroyed in wars being framed in Europe.
Lies are the bread and butter of media, with censorship guarding the doors.
Medicine is poison, healthcare is deadly, and the wheels have been deliberately loosened and ready to fall off the financial system.
It would appear to most of us who can think that Zionist Communists finally have total control and another revolution is already well underway.
Thank you for trying But you are no match for all the stolen wealth available to defend the acts of terrorism at Sandy Hook.
No crack in that defense can be allowed.
No justice coming forth.
Sandy Hook justice will be tasked to future historians to note a massive scale of corruption and the extent and enormity of the power marshaled to maintain such an egregious lie.
Since we are in December and the Christmas ritual is upon us again, it might be worth re-watching.
It's a wonderful life.
It would seem we are now living in the dark side of this wonderful life.
Happy holidays, all!

Joe, your final thoughts.
Yes, well, anytime you have somebody who's really a beautiful person that adds beautiful moments to all of our lives and they pass from this planet, it's worthwhile to take a few moments and recognize them.
And this week we lost Christine McVie with Fleetwood Mac.
Some of her songs include Dreams, The Chain, Everywhere, Landslide, Go Your Own Way, let's see, Over My Head, Just saying the titles of these songs just sends a rush through my head because I listen to Fleetwood Mac, wore out the albums, listen to them all the time.
This was the voice of an angel with a message from above.
They were always very uplifting and light.
One of the commentaries, I think it's in Rolling Stone, said that she brought romantic optimism to the Fleetwood Mac band, and I think she did that for all of us.
So, yeah, sad passing, but, you know, Godspeed and may we hear you again somewhere.
Very touching, Joe.
Thanks to you and Carl for joining today on short notice.
I'm profoundly in your debt for doing so.
Your comments, as usual, have been excellent and right on the money.
Meanwhile, let me say I'm completely disillusioned with the Supreme Court, that they should take up cases that are of relatively Insignificance in comparison to one that concerns the applicability of the Seventh Amendment to every state in the Union to me is simply appalling.
This case, after all, concerned whether or not I, as a resident of Wisconsin, am entitled to the rights that I, as a resident of the United States, am entitled.
In other words, Whether the first 10 amendments to the Constitution that apply to all citizens of the United States also apply to all citizens of each of the 50 states respectively, it appears they do not.
I was absolutely shocked when I sought to regain control of the blog, JamesFetzer.org, and the book, Nobody Died as Sandy Hook, which had been, in my judgment, improperly given by the court to the plaintiffs representing the fictional Leonard Posner. improperly given by the court to the plaintiffs representing the
It was a violation of my rights, even under Wisconsin law, which requires intellectual property must go to a receiver, who then puts them up for bids, and once they have satisfied the monetary judgment, they would return to me.
That was not done in this case.
Thus, even though the Supreme Court, in its infinite wisdom, has seemed fit to decline my petition for a re-hearing, where you can learn much more about it on my Twitter account, at Jim Fetzer, or on my blog, jameshfetzer.org, I continue to persevere in the Court of Appeals for the 4th District in Wisconsin to set this right.
It may be left to future historians, but I guarantee you 100%.
I'm not going to stop fighting this fight for the truth about Sandy Hook.
The consequences are enormous and revealing, and that's why they're trying to suppress it with such a massive exercise of money, abuse of the law, and a judicial system that increasingly appears to be corrupt.
We may be right.
That we're living today in a lawless America.
We must do everything we can to set things right.
Thanks for being here today.
Spend as much time as you can with your friends, your family, the people you love.
We do not know how much time we have left.
