Time Text
Welcome back, folks!
This is Truth Vs. News Incorporated, founder and producer of JD.ConsultantsLive.com.
On November the 20th, before Thanksgiving, after all kinds of things have happened here, and this is our second hour.
Hopefully you'll catch that first hour.
Scott was tremendous, Holly and Jim, and we finished last time saying something about the fact that the Justice Department had Trump in their sights trying to find a crime.
Now they have Look at the crime that's there, but they can't, you know, go for Hunter Biden, can they?
Eric Garland has named a special counsel on Trump, but there's still none on Hunter Biden.
This guy may be the most incompetent or really better corrupt attorney general in the history of the United States, and that's a glowing sign.
Garland is named John Hale Smith, a special counsel in a televised press statement.
Smith is deputy assistant attorney general of the Civil Rights Division, one of the most highly politicized left-wing departments within the agency.
Hunter has acknowledged he's under federal investigation for passable tax violations even back in December of 2020.
Since then, they allegedly have broadened to include more of his global business dealings.
But Garland has declined to appoint a special counsel for Hunter Biden.
Meanwhile, here you have Joe talking with Hunter, getting on Air Force One, Jill waiting to greet them.
The Wall Street Journal reported the special counsel will assess whether criminal charges are merited in connection with the handling of classified docs at Mar-a-Lago.
Notice we already had a report that that was a big nothing burger.
Or attempts by Trump and his allies to overturn the 2020 election laws, where, by the way, new Twitter reports are coming out that show Trump was tweeting to be peaceful, calm, to support our law enforcement repeatedly on Twitter before, which has all been suppressed by the January 6th committee, which has even edited his speech to his followers to be peaceful.
Earlier this week, the Post reported Mar-a-Lago talks were of a personal interest and no indication he intended to sell any national secrets, but the story has largely been ignored.
Garland promised at his confirmation hearings to get politics out of the DOJ, but it's precisely the opposite.
Meanwhile, Republicans have announced an investigation into Joe Biden.
There's much more coming here.
Biden DOJ has assigned a special counsel to investigate Republicans and President Trump for insurrection and to investigate him for DOJ-defined classified doxin obstruction.
And let me say the very astute observation made here by Sundance, The overarching lawfare framework has been transparently created by Obama's former White House legal counsel and current assistant attorney general Lisa Monaco to wit.
Earlier this afternoon, Biden's attorney general announced the appointment of Jack Smith as special counsel to investigate two specific areas.
Here's the announcement.
There's the guy.
He is doing the bidding of Biden first.
To investigate current Republican members of Congress, the House and the Senate, former President and current candidate Trump, former Trump admin officials, former White House staff, and other individuals, groups, and organizations for their role in supporting a purported insurrection.
We know, in fact, there was no insurrection.
We know the FBI, Nancy Pelosi, the mayor of D.C., and all that were involved here.
This is an extension of the January 6th special investigation transferring the committee's investigative findings—phone messages, texts, records, transcripts, emails, blah, blah—to the newly appointed special counsel to keep it going, right?
There's no longer going to be a House committee controlled by the Democrats to continue, so they've transferred it to the special counsel.
All prior and current DOJ prosecutions will remain within the control and direction of Maine Justice, which frees up Jack Smith to target new Republican-controlled congressional members, their staffs, families, or communication network.
This is monstrous.
This is monstrous what's going to happen.
This is a very strange guy, this Jack Smith.
Second, this is ancillary to the first, DAG, Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco has written and Garland has appointed Smith to target Trump with the same special counsel process previously used by Robert Mueller and Andrew Weisman.
The Trump-Mar-a-Lago document investigation, the proverbial nothing-burger, just like Trump-Russia, transfers to the special counsel, along with an intended angle to look for an obstruction of justice charge.
This is Mueller 2.0, using special counsel Jack Smith.
The Trump-centric part of the special counsel appointment that everyone's focusing on is ancillary to the real purpose of the appointment.
All investigative resources remain just as in the FBI will transfer to Jack Smith as they did when Crossfire Hurricane transferred to Robert Mueller.
Investigating people will transfer along with the investigative evidence.
Duplicating history.
All of the D.C.
elements of the Uniparty, both Democrats and Republicans, will sing the praises of Jack Smith as an honorable man beyond reproach, blah, blah, blah.
If you want to stop playing the pretending game, just pay attention to those who praise him, and those voices are the bad guys.
As you can see from the non-pretending explanation, the lawfare process becomes clear.
Everything Congress may now begin to question falls under the protective blanket of an ongoing investigation.
Plus, you get the additional lawfare elements of congressional leadership under investigation, providing an entirely new conflict of interest dynamic to the political equation.
Then you have congressional representatives under investigation, search warrants on their phones, text messages, and the additional benefit of using DOJ, NSD to find terms of national security threat, to gain FISA warrants on an entire incoming congressional delegation.
How slick is that?
This also explained why Pelosi, Nancy, did not resign from Congress but only stepped down from her leadership role.
The timing of the mid-November appointment gives Smith time to get all his midterm counteroffensive docs in a row before the Republican targets take office in January.
This is all really god-awful.
The announcement was made today, but the planning has been in place for months, contingent on the number of actual House seats that flip.
The wall for our design is transparent when you stop looking at the obfuscation reporting from the mainstream media.
Primary goal?
Create enough of a legal mess to obstruct any Republican legislative effort against the Biden White House.
Additionally, If Smith's team could pick off a few Republican House members under charges of supporting an insurrection, the political power could revert back to the Democrats.
Smith's curriculum vitae as a lawyer, experience in international government law, think about tribunals for overthrowing governments, then becomes a clarifying skill set.
Think of it like the legal ideology of the U.N.
Democracy as defined by progressives.
Prosecuting members of the U.S.
government for acts of rebellion under the framework of a constitutional Republican form of government they abort.
That's Jack Smith.
The same ideological lawfare elements will be targeting the threat represented by nationalist politician Donald Trump.
It's like the Great Reset crew inserting an operative inside a corrupt and friendly U.S.
DOJ with the intent to remove the threat Donald J. Trump represents to their interests.
On the multinational corporate side, while all this is special counsel stuff is taking place, the Wall Street billionaires and multinationals will be pride in the illusion of choice for the American electorate.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, we've seen this before.
We've seen this special counsel appointed by Jeff Sessions, Mueller, and the whole Russia hoax, which tied up the country in a delay tactic for over a year, and ridiculous prosecutions of Manafort and others for totally unrelated tax issues and all the rest of it.
This black-eyed Jewish Zionist-looking Smith who is, that's a deception in advertising right there, this is the same thing.
This is again going to be a Jeff Sessions, Mueller 2.0.
This is something the Republicans, knowing everything that they know now, however,
After the four years of Trump, after the failed special counsel Mueller investigation, and everything they learned about the spying on Trump, the FBI entrapment of Flynn, the Covington and Burling law firm working in tandem with the Department of Justice against Flynn, which I reported to Flynn, and that was what Sidney Powell used to get him exonerated, and what got her her job, incidentally.
Uh, all of this is stuff that the, the Jim Jordan Republican types know like the back of their hand.
Gates and the rest of them.
So in a sense, they have to smother this special counsel, dogpile on him, and hound him every day of his investigation to make sure every single real crime,
real act of betrayal, real FBI real act of betrayal, real FBI informant and agent and scam that was done on January 6th, utilizing all of the intelligence from people like Millie Weaver and others, all of this is brought to light.
So the Republicans need to hijack the special counsel and turn it towards the truth and justice, and not give him an opportunity to neglect certain inconvenient facts that are really all that matter, And, you know, this whole thing is interestingly coming together like a Pacific Theater World War II map of the Japanese Navy versus the American Navy.
You know, we thought Trump was going to be indicted before the election.
You know, we thought they were going to attack this island.
Instead, they've done this.
So, this whole strategic political warfare that we're engaging in, I think, is something that, you know, we're eventually going to see all of this come out and win.
But the real question is, are you going to have spies in our midst, like McConnell, scuttling our own fleet and You know, being part of the treason against us.
Time will tell, Jim.
Nice point, Tali.
Your thoughts?
Well, I think it's going to be very similar to what we saw with the Gretchen Whitmer kidnapping plot, the governor of Michigan.
That story completely fell apart the more evidence that was brought into court and became more and more obvious that the whole thing was contrived and it was meant to just create a story in the news cycle and to garner some support for certain politicians.
Uh, fund certain organizations that need events like this to go to, to happen.
So I, and I do even think people within these alphabet agencies at this point realize that the writing's on the wall and they can't stand by these events.
And I think a lot of them, uh, hopefully realize that they took an oath to the constitution and understand that they can't stand by these organizations, which are so corrupt.
I mean, first and foremost, at the end of the day, they're Americans and they shouldn't support These types of organizations because they're going to go down with the ship as more information comes out about what they do here in the United States to try to cause turmoil for who?
For like these politicians that will throw you under the bus at the end of the day?
Like, do you really want to stand and live and die and even go to jail and stuff like this for these politicians that are only using you for their own political and money laundering gains?
So I think more and more of this information will come out There will be people within these organizations who are going to admit and say, hey, we were told we had to do this, or for whatever reason, or this politician and obviously that's why Pelosi and others are running away as well.
Excellent excellent points.
Meanwhile.
Ron DeSantis had four brutal words to say about states that are still counting votes from the midterm.
This was published on the 17th.
It's been over a week since the midterm election, but some races haven't been called yet.
DeSantis had brutal words to say about those who are still counting votes.
Many Americans are frustrated with how long it takes.
I mean, the machines count them automatically, so if the machines worked, it should have been done right off the bat.
Votes are being counted and a winner not declared.
Republicans were finally projected to win the House Tuesday, a full week after the election, after California's third congressionalist called for Trump-backed Republican Kevin Kiley.
But one state stood out above the rest on Election Day by having all its votes counted just a few hours after the polls closed.
And that state is Florida, where Governor DeSantis made election reform a top priority.
In May, he had appointed Cord Byrd, new Secretary of State.
Byrd visited all 67 counties in Florida ahead of the midterm to ensure efficiency and integrity of the results.
Our state is committed to the highest standards of election integrity, which is why I am proud to have completed visits with all 67 supervisors of election, Byrd said at the time.
I was able to see firsthand Their operations and the security measures they employ to safeguard the election in accordance with state law.
Adding, the supervisors are ready for this election.
And now is the time for you to be election ready and GO VOTE!
During a press conference Wednesday, DeSantis was asked about his thoughts about other states still counting.
He called that pathetic.
How is it that the state of Florida, the Monday before the election, we can declare a state of emergency for Hurricane Nicole, conduct an election, Count 7.7 million votes by midnight next morning.
We're at the Emergency Operations Center.
The storm hits.
You have washouts of A1A, other parts.
We repair that by the weekend.
And these other states are still counting their votes from the election.
How pathetic is that?
DeSantis scored several victories last week, winning re-election by a landslide, turning Florida into a solid red state.
He also improved his leadership abilities by delivering on his promise to run fair and efficient elections in the sunshine states.
I agree with all that.
Here's an interesting poll suggesting Republicans prefer DeSantis over Trump as the frontrunner for the GOP nomination.
Fresh off his landslide victory for re-election, Santis has removed as the early favorite to win the nomination for president in 2024, overtaking Donald Trump.
Republican and Republican lean voters prefer to Santis over former President Trump by 42 to 35.
Going to a YouGov poll released Friday.
The remaining 23% were either unsure or preferred neither.
The YouGov was done Wednesday through Friday following a disappointing showing by Republicans in Tuesday's midterm congressional election.
One bright spot was Florida, where DeSantis trounced Democrat rival Charlie Crist by nearly 20 points in the gubernatorial, and Republicans won Twenty of the twenty-eight House seats that were up for grabs.
Marco Rubio also won re-election for the Senate by a wide margin, and like DeSantis, he prevailed in areas that were previously thought to be Democrats' strongholds, such as Miami-Dade.
By contrast, several of the most high-profile candidates endorsed by Trump, including Emmitt, Oz, and Pennsylvania Blackmasters in Arizona, lost their races.
But of course, that was because they were stolen and manipulated, which the article is not acknowledging, which I regard as reprehensible.
A Twitter poll by conservative outlet Breaking 911, with a million followers, showed nearly 70% of respondents believed DeSantis should lead the party following Tuesday's election.
By comparison, 23.7—actually, it shows here 25.6—chose Trump.
actually it shows here twenty five point six chose trump sixty six point eight twenty five point six other seven point seven the you gov poll administered just two weeks before showed trump was still preferred over to santis by forty four to twenty six Trump may be feeling heat after the shift in voter views.
He derided DeSantis Thursday, claiming credit for his success, calling him an average Republican governor with great public relations.
He later took a shot at Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin, taking credit for his election victory last year, suggesting his name sounds Chinese.
Trump hinted he'll announce his candidacy next week, which of course he has done, even though allies suggested him delay until after Georgia's December 6 runoff, which may determine which party controls the Senate.
But look at this.
I find this very troubling.
The Red Elephant's tweet, why wouldn't you think he's controlled?
Jews, Israel, and the future of the West.
Look at those who are participating, confirmed 2022 conference speakers, including Ron DeSantis.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, it's part of the political conservative Republican landscape.
The Jewish vote, conservative Jewish vote, whatever you want to call it, Republican vote, You're not going to leave money like that on the table.
And that's just the reality.
So anyone running for Congress Or any position president has got to go and court the Jewish vote, in a sense.
I wish they were courting the black vote and elsewhere, but that's just the political reality of this country.
Yes, we're sorely deceived and brainwashed and Christians Zionistically are retarded in thinking and seeing that Jewish Israeli Zionist Israel has some sort of apocalyptic role in the destiny of Americans and Christianity.
It does not!
That's been a lie, but politically translated, you know, we're dealing with a retarded nation.
Two-thirds of the country have no idea about this subject matter.
So, you know, it's just part of the political reality that this is a piece on the chessboard that has to be captured.
Now, you know, Trump and DeSantis, we'll see how this goes.
I do think Trump is very, very silly for his criticisms of Youngkin and DeSantis and others at this stage because it looks petty.
It doesn't look diplomatic.
It doesn't look sophisticated.
It doesn't look intelligent.
It looks like a sixth grader with a learning disability, a bully who's dirty and unkempt.
This is what appears.
He's not talking to a small group of a fireside chat of Republican conservatives.
When Trump speaks, it is reverberating out throughout the world, and he doesn't seem to understand that.
So when you say things like, yeah, his name sounds Chinese, That's offensive to a hyper offended culture in society.
And now, you know, I'm not I know what it is but you can't say that politically, and not have a negative stigma and a dart thrown in your backside.
So, you know, it's just political foolishness to behave like that.
You have to have a superiority, a dignity, an aloofness, a debonairness, not a common thing.
So I look forward to seeing how this is going to play out.
But the other question is, is the country even going to survive until 2024?
I can't see us surviving with mongoloids like, you know, the Pennsylvania... I can't even remember his name.
Fetterman.
Fetterman, thank you.
So insignificant and grotesquely resembling Uncle Fetzer in the Addams Family.
You know, this whole country is withering like a wet tissue.
So I've said it before, I think the country's going to break up into an archipelago of conservative states like Florida, like Texas, but This whole, you know, American nostalgia, I think, is a dream that is quickly dissipating under the coma of the COVID-19 vaccine.
And that's something we always have to come back to, is from a PSYOP perspective, how is the deterioration and the corrosion of the mental acuity and behaviors and decision-making process of the American public going to evolve or devolve
And if it is withering and decaying and devolving like a sandcastle under the rain, then the illusion that we're going to somehow be preserved till 24 and not be just a pile of soft, wet, retard sand is misguided.
I think we're going in the direction of just a complete meltdown.
Uh, and Europe is going to accelerate that.
So, and then you look at the intrusion of the, uh, invasion of the United States.
Abbott, one of his few things that he's done right has seemingly declared an invasion of Texas and done things he should have done years ago, which is activate the guard and make deals with other states.
But this is precisely why the federal government is supposed to isolate some of these states in their elections, like Arizona, like Pennsylvania.
When they have become so corrupted, they have to be contained, not to poison the overall national election process.
That's why they capture some of these key counties, Maricopa, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia, So, we're in a civil war, and I think it's only going to get hotter.
Jim?
Well, I believe, I agree with your criticism that Trump was ill-advised to make those remarks about Junkin and DeSantis.
Those were juvenile and inappropriate.
I believe the vote was just a response to the immediate outcome, not realizing the extent to which it had been stolen.
The Trump-endorsed candidates were winning across support.
The whole American people were turning for the Republican Party, and Donald Trump had a major role to play with that.
I believe when the dust settles, Trump will be the nominee in 2024.
I do believe DeSantis has an almost unlimited future, however, though I Do not expect him to be the nominee in 2024.
And only if you see Trump changing his residence from Florida to New York City should you anticipate he'll be his vice presidential, because the Constitution precludes both nominees to be from the same state.
If that happens, then he's going to pick DeSantis, which would be a powerful, even overwhelming ticket.
Holly, your thoughts.
Yeah, I'm definitely concerned.
I mean, when I heard Trump say that he was running for president, I mean, the assumption was that it wouldn't be until 2024.
And I'm like, oh, God, can we even make it with too many?
to you know another year or two of Biden the way things are going right now with inflation and the threat of world war and like there's so much insanity going on right now I'm very concerned to see even in the short term here how long the republic can you know what's left of it can stick together here in the United States and we are seeing that trend already like um both you had mentioned uh
Texas and Florida, obviously flipping completely red and having kind of a unified belief as a state.
So we are seeing a lot of states, I think the lockdowns and everything and the choosing.
We saw which governors were on the side of tyranny and which ones were On the side of of states rights and of the people and of their constituents and the citizens of the state.
And yeah, I think it's huge news about Abbott as well.
Long time coming as far as calling in the National Guard and declaring the I believe that the Mexican cartels as enemy as enemy combatants or as As foes basically of the Texas government and the Texas government using using that power as governor when the few times when a governor should be using powers, something like that.
Like, we saw versus the lockdowns or draconian lockdowns.
We saw the limits.
And the access of a governor's power and how important it is to have a governor in office who understands the gravity of that situation.
I think that's also why they rigged Carrie Lake out of her seat in Arizona because she said she wanted to secure the border as well.
So could you imagine?
That's a huge part of the US-Mexico border is Texas and Arizona put together.
And then I also want to point out, there are areas within states which are seceding from their state government.
So the county, I know this is just preliminary, but the county of San Bernardino actually voted to, with their first steps, their intention to try to leave the California government and have their own government.
They've got great sheriffs there.
Um, so San Bernardino is pretty self-sufficient in a lot of ways.
San Bernardino, the city has a lot of crime.
They're completely overrun.
So I could see their government joining along with like, Texas and Arizona wanting to secure.
their governments.
And then also several counties in Oregon, Western Oregon, have left and said they want to join the Greater Idaho Project.
Now, I don't know if Idaho wants those counties or not, but they are at least putting forward their intention over the past couple of years to secede from these.
It's really these Democrat-held, through rigging, major cities, which are just spending and printing money.
They're trying to destroy the economy of these governments.
of these states.
They're trying to bankrupt these states.
A lot of it does come down to money.
They're bringing in drugs.
They're really just putting in these...
Different tactics to destroy and destabilize the government as a whole and to wreck these states.
So it's really just these major cities that these counties are trying to get away from.
So I think we're going to see a huge expansion of that over the next couple of years.
Jim, let me say one thing in response.
Holly made a very good point.
What she's describing is the exodus from these states, the good people, the conservative people, their exodus from out away from these megalomaniac cities like Los Angeles, like San Francisco.
In California, we've had movements, the Jefferson movement, to create the Jefferson state.
The new California movement and some of these people behind it, I think, are a little bit criminal and scandalous.
I think Paul Preston is a scam artist and a liar and perhaps a government informant, but that being aside, that's my opinion.
The general impulse of people to separate and pull away from California or Oregon
is a very palpable reality that fits into the larger longitudinal potential, you know, in 10 years, the evolution, the pulling away of these people to create their own conservative agrarian rancher, you know, places where your children can play and not be worried about being abducted and killed by drug addicts.
That's why people have been separating, and that's only going to continue, again, because the Democrats are not going to get better.
They're going to descend more and more into violence and madness and woke-ism and pathological narcissism that is going to turn these cities, I think, these places, more and more into District 9, escape from New York garbage heaps, Jim.
Yeah, I think there's a lot to that, Scott.
I think you and Holly are both on the right track.
Meanwhile, conservatives I can't actually read the top of it.
Conservatives explains why rhinos are wrong to blame Trump for disappointing many.
Yeah, exactly.
Exactly.
Thank you, Scott.
Is Trump to blame for the disappointing result?
The rhinos certainly want you to think so.
All those Carl Rovite, Paul Ryan partisans, all seven of David Frum's readers want you to follow them to Team DeSantis and leave Trump behind.
doing the soy jack pointing thing while referencing midterm results.
But is that fair?
Charlie Hurt, opinion editor for the Washington Times, doesn't think so.
Speaking on the issue during an interview with Breitbart, Hurt defended Trump and said the establishment GOP is wrong to blame him for the current state and how the midterms went.
Giving an example of how ridiculous is their finger pointing, he noted that although both Martha McSally in Arizona and Kelly Loeffler of Georgia were picked by the establishment GOP, they lost badly in 2020.
Speaking of them, these are two candidates who didn't have to face voters.
It gives them the greatest advantage any senator has in a Senate race, which is incumbency.
And both of those women, handpicked by establishment Republicans and dropped in the Senate seats, couldn't hold on to them.
He dug the knife in further and pointed out establishment GOP couldn't even pick candidates GOP voters wanted to support.
If you're the Establishment Republican Party, and you're so effing good at all this stuff, why do you pick candidates even your own voters don't support?
That jep type of decision making, picking candidates can be seen in the difference between Trumpy candidates and Establishment candidates.
The establishment chooses losers like Jeb or Loeffler that rally no support for their cause and near impossible to support.
Trump tends to support people like Blake Master, J.D. Vance, and Carrie Lake, who may drive the left bonkers, but get the base excited to go out and vote.
Continuing, he pointed out that what happens when the establishment GOP loses seats by picking Kelly Loeffler?
So yes, you can blame Trump if you want to for one lost seat in Georgia, but we would not have Raphael Warnock if not for establishment Republicans dropping a terrible candidate in Kelly Loeffler into that seat.
He also noted the GOP needs to get better about polling.
They had Patty Murray up by three points.
She won like she did last time, by upper double digits.
The question I have—and this is what kind of worrisome, because the party's got to figure it out—is that those Trump voters at Trafalgar are so good at finding and registering, did they not show up because they weren't energized?
They showed up in Florida.
They showed up huge.
They showed up in Ohio.
They showed up in North Carolina.
They clearly appear to have not shown up in other places, and that was because the way in which the outcome was being manipulated.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, of course, any Republican is better than any Democrat.
And, you know, Carl Levin—or not Carl Levin, God forbid—Levin, Mark Levin, Mark Levin had some interesting points.
And I don't agree with everything these people say, but I do pick the low-hanging fruit when I find agreement.
And Mark Levin talked a little bit about this sort of thing, too, Jim, with establishment-type candidates chosen in Colorado, for example, where Mitch McConnell, again, picking an establishment Colorado Republican that lost miserably, choosing Murkowski in Alaska, because that's a guarantee for Mitch McConnell.
Murkowski is a miserable failure rhino.
This has been a major affliction of us, having these These disgusting establishment type candidates.
Trump has, you know, blipped some life into the party and gone maverick in ways that it should.
Whether, you know, he's able to perform and do action is another matter.
Making a lot of noise is one thing, but actually performing is something else.
And, you know, his whole first term Going down the road of war with, you know, Iran and the JCPOA and doing the whole Jewish-Israeli, you know, ambassador thing, all this.
I think that was a big distraction and all of the stuff the Democrats threw at him.
We really haven't had a Republican since Ronald Reagan.
I mean, we had George Bush, the retard child molester, and Dick Cheney, the same.
And then we had Barack Obama.
Mitt Romney, you know, claiming to run, of course, but the election was stolen back then.
And then, you know, we had Trump come in because people wanted a maverick, but then they dogpiled and all of the scandal took root, and the election fraud took root, and nothing was really done about it.
That's the real problem people have, is Trump and the people that were supposed to fix this and solve this and come to the aid, nothing happened, and it's petered out till now, and now it's continuing to peter out till 2024.
What was it that the attorney in South Carolina said, the famous Christian guy?
His name escapes me at the moment, but he had said, we can't do anything until we fix 2020.
And that really still has to be resolved and exposed.
Maybe the Republicans will do that, but the whole election process of America is completely upside down and in question, if not totally scuttled, because of these fraud and election voting machines that have done so much damage.
Jim?
I agree completely with all of your thoughts.
Yes, I agree.
I think we're in in really big trouble here.
We saw obviously with this past midterm, it should have been obvious to everyone that Democrats were losing completely and the Republicans were supposed to take pretty much everything and a landslide.
So whether you're talking about governor's races, like they had historic Unhappiness and historic desire to remove these Democratic governors from office.
And yet in the majority of these states, the incumbents won again against very strong candidates.
So I think Gretchen Whitmer won again in Michigan through.
Rigging, same thing that they did against Trump, you know, at the last minute, you know, thousands of ballots came in into Detroit and Tudor Dixon, she's dropped out of the race or conceded and like, we saw this through a bunch of different states where These governors were supposed to win in a landslide local elections.
We saw this as well.
And then Republicans were supposed to take the House and Senate as well.
And I agree with Scott 100%.
No, I'm not a big Republican supporter.
Most of these people are rhinos and like just swamp creatures, just nasty people, people who are corporatists.
I mean, we've got horrible people, plutocrats, people who will do anything for a dollar on both sides.
Of the aisle at this point, so I think it's so important that we address the elections get get these electronic machines.
There's no reason for them to be hooked up to the Internet and all this sort of stuff.
And I've gotten involved.
I've been a poll watcher before.
I've been involved with local elections.
I've seen people get harassed and at the polls, even a local election.
So I could agree with Scott about the need for like.
No doubt about it, Holly.
You got that exactly right.
at local elections, even in polling places, because there's a lot of mischief that goes along.
And at this point, we see America's at the brink of collapse.
If we don't fix our voting system, things are just going to get worse at this point.
No doubt about it, Holly.
You got that exactly right.
Meanwhile, San Francisco Transgender Income Program includes 97 gender options, 19 sexual orientations.
All genders matter.
A new guaranteed income program for transgenders in San Francisco includes 97 gender options on the application plus 19 Sexual orientations.
These aren't positions, mind you.
These are orientations, including several anti-gay slurs and 18 options for pronouns.
The city-sponsored program called Guaranteed Income for Trans People will provide low-income transgender residents with $1,200 each month, up to 18 months.
KGO reporting has said In a statement, the city of San Francisco said, GIFT, one of several programs the city is developing, implementing, and evaluating to identify how best to support San Francisco residents and promote economic stability and recovery.
It's a first guaranteed income initiative to focus solely on transgenders and will provide 55 eligible participants with temporary income.
In addition, Provide the same with wraparound direct services such as gender-affirming medical and mental health care, case management, specialty care services, and financial coaching.
The application specifies recipients must live in the city or less than $600 per month.
Identifies transgender, non-binary, gender non-confirming, or intersex.
It also adds an extensive list of identity labels.
There are all the pronouns for the new government.
They're all listed there, too.

The possible pronouns include ARRs and its sexual orientation include faggot and dyke.
Retired Navy Corpsman.
So they're changing the name of the popular young girls program, Brownies, because it's offensive to brown women.
As a brown woman, I can say that has never offended me.
You know what was offensive?
When I wasn't allowed into restaurants because I didn't take a vax.
Scott, your thoughts?
Yeah, yeah.
Well, Brownies and Girl Scouts and Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts, I remember I will on my honor do the best to be of service to my community, state, and nation that I will be loyal, thrifty, kind, courteous, obedient, respectful, brave, clean, thrifty, morally straight, and on and on.
I've still got my Boy Scout handbook.
But that was, of course, raped and pillaged by the homosexual agenda.
And Boy Scouts, one of the greatest preparatory experiences for young boys to grow up into men, has been dissolved.
We're destroying our country.
And this whole transgender, cisgender, more words than you can imagine, you know, the devil himself is doing this to destroy identity.
And, you know, we all grew up I remember as a young little boy growing up.
Yeah, there were tomboy girls girls that, you know, were more masculine rough and ready and sports and athletics, but there was no hatred of them there was no abuse of them.
You had effeminate boys that had, you know, a gay quality to them.
There wasn't a hatred or an abuse of them.
That's been the lie they've tried to push in this country, saying we're full of hate and bigotry and beating up and killing gays and killing blacks.
We're a racist society.
All of that is lies.
The American people and culture and society is the most temperate, mild, respectful, gentle, I think, society on earth.
Albeit, we have some very serious missing moral proclivities and orientations towards, you know, religious fervors and stuff.
But, you know, this whole experience in San Francisco and the transgender payment and stuff, This, this is only going to hurt these people, and we've generated a whole group of young people that I remember when I was in seventh grade, the health teacher saying,
You know, to the class, this is way, I won't say the year, but it was a long time ago, and the teacher said, as you're growing up through puberty, boy or girl, you may have an impulse to hug or kiss, you know, this other boy or girl.
It's okay.
It's part of puberty.
It's part of your growth.
You know, that was said back then in trying to help young boys and girls understand the turbulence of puberty and the chemicals that are going and all that.
And, and you come out of that storm and mature.
Nowadays, instead of that lecture, you're told, this is what you are, and this is, brand you this, and, and there needs to be a bathroom for you, and it makes this, this, and you have to cut off your breasts, and cut off your penis, and take hormone blockers, and blah, blah, blah.
A most disgusting demonic child abuse, uh, in a culture I, we've ever seen in the history of humanity.
And Putin has said, another reason for Putin to win the Nobel Peace Prize, he had said, yes, this woke-ism is a crime against humanity.
Hormone blockers is a crime against children.
So we've got a whole generation of young people that are mentally schizophrenic.
They've been taking lithium or other pharmacological mood dampeners.
And they're nervous wrecks.
And they haven't grown up with families with a loving father or mother and a sense of culture and family and tribalism.
I feel very sorry for them.
But, you know, they're not They're not whole people and programs like this and, you know, encouraging their brokenness, encouraging them to pursue, you know, some sort of identity that's only going to unravel them more and more and cause them to become more miserable.
It's a sign of serious decadence, and there's no love and compassion in this sort of policy or behavior.
These people that are suffering the identity crisis, they need to be healed, but they certainly don't need to be encouraged to destroy themselves more.
So, that's what comes out to me in this whole story, Jim.
That's one of the best statements you've ever made in relation to these issues, Scott.
Simply excellent.
Holly, your thoughts?
Yeah, definitely.
It's hard to top that.
I read that article, the list of all the different genders, like to be just identified as aggressive was pretty funny, but as one of the genders, but then you can also identify as just a man or just a woman too.
So, and it's like, who's going to go and check to make sure like this person is Whatever sort of gender fluid that they are.
I mean, this is just a UBI program and they're wrapping it in a rainbow flag.
So, ultimately, it's them just handing out money to people, which is what they can only do to buy votes at this point as well.
And I saw an article recently, there's a woman, I believe she's 20 years old now.
But she had her breasts surgically removed when she was like 12 or 13.
And I believe, I'm not sure, don't quote me on it, I believe it might be John Hopkins or one of these hospitals.
She's suing them, claiming abuse.
She says she's in pain every single day.
She regrets this forced transition that she was given.
And we see more and more in the United States.
Oh, Kaiser.
Thank you so much, Scott.
I haven't seen it in like a week, but I thought that this would be an awesome opportunity.
And there's so many people who talk about detransitioning and how they're hated by people for coming out and saying all the pain and the abuse that they went through.
And they basically want these children to become wards of the states and of these hospitals and psychologists.
This is ultimately about destroying the family unit, destroying the autonomy of parents.
So whether you're talking about, you know, one, any sort of body modification or medical modification or tyranny that we're seeing, this is all the agenda to separate children from their families and to institute this, you know, the making sure everyone is an ultimate ward of the state the making sure everyone is an ultimate ward of the state from from birth to So you have no autonomy as a as a parent or as an adult.
You become completely owned.
And these people need to be on puberty blockers and all kinds of drugs their whole life.
It's a miserable existence.
They suffer from suicide, regret, severe mental health problems.
These people are being used or being castrated as children.
The whole thing is just so heartbreaking and it's part of a larger, you know, transhumanist agenda, eugenics agenda, and of course destroying the family unit, which from there anyone can be a slave at this point.
Just part of the insanity that they will push us all to.
We have our limits.
I mean, people are really finally starting to see the limits to all this.
And Noah Harari, remember Noah Harari, that Jewish-Israeli-Zionist-Klaus Schwab puppet, has said exactly what Holly said.
We will eventually have no more genders.
There'll be, you know, with the whole transhumanism, there'll be no more genders in like a hundred years.
Oh really?
Well, that is biologically impossible.
We're a sexually reproducing species.
If there were no genders, we couldn't reproduce.
We wouldn't even exist.
So maybe that's what he's predicting.
There will be no humans past that date.
Meanwhile, my case is before the Supreme Court with a petition for rehearing.
It will be held on the 2nd of December, the day before my conference occurs on the 3rd and the 4th.

Scott, your thoughts.
Well, I think you're doing such an exceptional job, Jim, with the conferences and the speakers and the caliber of the intellects and the patriotism is beyond measure.
It is a 1776 moment that the founders would be proud of because these are the voices and the minds and I know Holly will be a part of this as well and she will be Lady Liberty raising the torch up for many to follow as well.
This is what Americans need.
This is what they will become alive from watching, because the energy and the anointing, the godly anointing that will come upon people, whether they know it or not, I know will be
Will be miraculous and nation redefining, so I applaud that and I look forward to participating and I think everybody should should watch that it'll be a moment of change and everyone should have their children and grandchildren, young people in the room to participate in that because you will be getting
A four-year degree in two days, and you will never again possibly have another chance at this sort of an education about the perilous times and the subject matter that we are dealing with now.
We are now at the point where the champagne cork is about to pop, as Holly kind of alluded to earlier, we can only take so much.
We are now at the point where Western Civilization America is about to pop on so many levels and the outpouring will be a refreshing rejuvenation of the country.
But now is a very critical time for people to be educated to strengthen their hearts and minds for what will be coming upon the earth, which will no doubt decimate many people with nervous wrecks and heart attacks.
But if you're armed with this knowledge, you will be well prepared for it.
And, you know, lastly, Jim, the The other markers of your case, I think as your case goes, so we will determine whether America has a court, has a justice system, or not.
And it will be, you know, the Boston Tea Party, the 1776 shot all over again, is if they don't come down on the right side of truth and expose one of the greatest crimes of our century, a massive false flag cover-up, Then there's no hope for the Republic when it comes to justice and everything should be completely dissolved, upturned, and the Declaration of Independence and its mandate to overthrow a government of tyranny be exercised.
Jim?
Well, an attorney called me before the Supreme Court has observed that.
It's extraordinarily rare for the Supreme Court to have a rehearing on a petition they've already denied.
But I'd submitted an application for a stay until they reviewed the petition that came in after the petition had been denied with new arguments.
You can only request a rehearing if you have new arguments or new evidence, so I not only have new legal arguments they haven't considered, I have new evidence.
Because I not only have the FEMA manual, I have the Connecticut state schedule showing the Sandy Hook drill on the Connecticut FEMA schedule, I have a whole appendix, which is an affidavit from Brian Davidson, private investigator, licensed in Texas, Putting his name on the line from investigating the Connecticut State Police files and showing how the photographs contradict the official account.
For example, a hallway where there's supposed to be two bodies and pools of blood.
No bodies, no blood.
I dare say that's all before the United States Supreme Court.
bodies of students, not one.
In addition, no student desks, no student chairs, no teacher desk, no American flag.
Not only proof there was no mass murder, but that it wasn't even an operating school, with which he concludes his sworn affidavit, this evidence is more consistent with a FEMA drill than with the official narrative.
I dare say that's all before the United States Supreme Court.
Holly.
I'm just really excited about your conference coming up.
I'm I'm excited I'll be presenting there as well.
I'll be talking a lot about early American U.S.
history with the Revolutionary War, the false flags of the Whiskey Rebellion, and people trying to address the first attempt at a U.S.
central bank, the Central Bank of North America.
So I'll be talking a lot about inflation and a lot of stuff that parallels what's going on right now.
You know, the people who want to I don't think it's failed.
banks and the internal taxes and internal control versus the real American patriots.
And I don't think the republic is over.
I mean, I don't think it's failed.
I know a lot of people feel like America is on the brink of collapse, but it's during these times, like we thought, and I'll be doing my presentation, that the lines are drawn in the sand and people realize what they're really fighting for at the end of So thank you, Jim, for the opportunity.
I look forward to doing it with you guys.
And as Don has observed, the following day, the 6th, after the court renders its decision, or I should learn its decision, I'm hoping they're going to have it tied up with a big bow for my birthday on the 6th.
Don, thanks.
You take us out, my friend.
Oh, wow.
Well, of course, it's truth versus news.
And nobody died at Sandy Hook.
That is the truth.
And that FEMA drill, it did happen right there at that time.
And you're so spot on.
And this evidence is just really got to turn the country around.
And I will thank you so much here for watching our show Truth vs. News here on the 20th of November as we get ready for Thanksgiving and have something to be thankful for.
I'm so thankful for this opportunity to have you three here to give the truth like you can't hear anywhere else.
We are so blessed and I want you out there to share it because this is your opportunity to do the best you can with what all we have here.
So thank you so much for watching, folks.
We're sharing this and we'll see you next week.
