Welcome back, folks!
This is Truth vs. News Incorporated.
I'm Donald Weiner, producer at JD.Consultants and Vibe.com.
On this, the 13th of November 2022, we're right smack dab in the middle of all kinds of stuff that's going down that is not good.
But we have one thing that's good, and that's David Kenney joining us.
Go ahead, Jim, you want to introduce Well, David, I just want to say that last story about Mosseri.
I think the same group who stole it in Brazil stole it right here in the USA, that this is a nationwide CIA operation at the level they were getting the funding from Ukraine, sending American money to Ukraine ostensibly to help them fight the war, but it was being funneled back to steal the election using the taxpayers' money to destroy democracy right here in the USA.
Your thoughts about any and all the above?
I concur with you.
I think that there's no question that the Democrats are soaking the American taxpayer to fulfill their own illegitimate political objectives.
The thing that is most disturbing to me is that if you remember when Trump was in office, he said he caught them red handed.
He's got the Democratic Party.
He's caught them red handed.
And and, you know, he's promising this delivery of, you know, there's a storm ahead.
There's Q post.
There's all this insinuation in the media about in the alternative media about him accomplishing these objectives.
And then we see this unbelievable, I mean, I used my mom as a great bellwether for elections.
And because she used to sit home and watch TV, so when I'd come home and, you know, talk to her and listen to her, you know, I could always tell who was winning the elections and who was most likely to be elected.
And she, of course, loved JFK and thought that anything he had to say was quite valid.
And she felt that he really championed the common person and was totally supportive of virtually everything Kennedy had to say.
When I'm watching these elections, there are two things that just stick out like a sore thumb.
One is Fetterman's election in Philadelphia, in Pennsylvania, which to me has to be nothing but total unadulterated bullcrap.
And second, the delay in Carrie Lake's campaign for governor in Arizona.
You know, I can just see coming home and my mom would be laughing at Fetterman and saying, this guy's got no chance in hell to be elected.
And she'd come home and say, oh, I just love that Carrie Lake.
She's sweet as hell, you know, and I can't wait till she's governor.
And when I see Fetterman succeeding and That leads me to believe that everything concerning Vladimir Putin, everything concerning the Ukraine, everything concerning the theft of money through the cryptocurrency, or some other alternatives, because we don't know how they're stealing the money, obviously.
There are a couple good examples, but I can tell you beyond a doubt, in my heart of hearts, Very dark.
We're already here.
Yeah, Scott, I want your comments.
Something very nefarious is underway in the United States of America.
And if we don't pay heed to some of the things that President Kennedy said, we're going to be looking at dark days ahead.
Very dark.
They're already here.
Yeah, Scott, I want your comments.
One thought occurred to me when David was speaking, and that is from another perspective, what the Fetterman election symbolizes is a message to the population that retards, morons, mentally handicapped what the Fetterman election symbolizes is a message to the population that retards, morons, mentally handicapped able to lead, are, you know, electable.
You see, we're all Fetterman, you know, there's no difference.
If you think there's a difference, you're an ableist.
There's a very subtle insidious stupefaction that has occurred by raising up this moron retard Fetterman joke.
Besides his mental brain dysfunction from a stroke, I don't care what it is, he's dysfunctional.
You don't have someone like that in a commander position.
You don't have someone like that in a political leadership position.
Period.
You have the best of the best of the best.
But what this does is it sends a message and it lowers the caliber of the entire A brain of America.
That's the subtle suggestion here.
And that's what I think David is tapping into is the insidious, subtle retardation of America.
And if you challenge any retards, you're an ableist.
So this really is a decay of the American standard.
I think it's a little different, Scott.
Just rubbing our nose.
It doesn't matter what we think.
He had an 82% disapproval that he failed, that Oz won the debate by 82%.
They're just shout-outs, we don't give a fuck what you care about.
We're going to put our guy in anyway because we need the Senate seat.
It's just disgusting.
Well, let me say one other final thing.
We're power politics.
David said something very profound and important as well.
Donald Trump promised and has said, I've got them, we've caught them red-handed.
So many other people on the Trump side have been saying, just wait, wait and see, you know, get the popcorn out, watch the show, it's all coming to a climactic end, the storm's upon us, you know, the White Hats and the military, they're all in operations, things are moving, and then this happens.
So the average American really doesn't see too much of that, but a lot of people in the know do.
And they go, okay, we'll see what happens.
A lot of people expected a false flag.
A lot of people expected major disruptions between October 29th and November 9th.
Major things were expected and nothing happened except this stealing of the election.
So, in a sense, the whole Trump-Republican, we're capturing the bad guys, we're taking the Republic back, leads me to believe, well, where is it?
Where's the show?
Because this election was a loss.
This election didn't advance any Republican territory.
There's been no major gain.
There's been this little movement, but you've allowed a fraud and a theft to occur.
So from another perspective, and I'm just playing sort of the, you know, the observer, as David talked about, None of the stuff that Trump and these other people have said is going to happen, would happen for the last year or two years, has any climactic occurrence.
And, you know, that's a big deflation, if not, you know, a major problem.
That's something that has to be addressed, Jim.
If I may, if I may.
Go ahead, David.
Thank you.
You know, I've had a lot of experience with politicians in the state of California.
I've represented a number of them.
I've worked on very sensitive matters.
And Walter Karabian, who was a former majority floor leader, once said, you know, You've got to learn how to promise to all but deliver to none.
That used to concern me because it was, you know, Walter Craven was a phenomenal lawyer.
He was a very astute politician.
But within that came a notion of fraud, which is you're misleading the public for your own benefit.
So, you know, that was my reaction to it.
That's probably one of the only comments he made that I was really surprised about, other than when he quoted Jesse Emmer, which is, you gotta learn how to, what was it?
You gotta learn how to drink their beer, wait, drink their beer, eat their steaks, take out their women, and vote against them in the morning.
It was a little more graphic than that, but just give you my two cents on it.
A little more graphic.
Listen, Scott, I agree that all this promise of exposing wasn't fulfilled, but we're looking at 16 or 20 issues where there's a major difference between the parties.
And this is one of the reasons I think this stuff about there's no difference between the parties.
Look at inflation, energy independence, fake news, abortion, child rearing, critical race theory, transgenderism.
On every issue, there's a major difference between the parties.
So I grant you that the Republicans haven't followed through, that Trump didn't do what he should have done there.
But that does not mean there isn't a huge difference between the parties.
And I'm convinced this would have been a massive red wave if they'd allowed it to be counted.
They're following Bolling's principle that it doesn't matter who casts a vote, what matters it counts.
And I'm guaranteeing the width and breadth of this, it was a CIA operation.
They use the same techniques they've used in other countries right here at home.
And Barack Obama was instrumental in allowing this to happen by nullifying that Smith-Munn Act, Scott, He opened a cesspool in America, and now we're stuck in it.
We are descending.
We are sinking fast.
It's pathetic.
It's tragic.
It's enough to make me wretch.
Meanwhile... Don?
Oh, you said, yes, we're sunk.
I think we're there, almost.
I think we are there.
Now, here's more proof of how it was done.
Breaking again.
They did it again.
Two massive unexplained ballot drops gave Gretchen Whitmer the lead in Michigan.
They ran a drop and roll.
The crooks and criminals are using different tactics.
One of the major ways that 2020 was stolen was the drop and roll.
At around a point where 90% of the expected ballots were returned, a large batch of ballots was dropped, with nearly every one for Biden.
There were as large as 330,000 ballots for Biden in Virginia in a single drop.
They were never questioned or challenged by Republican officials.
That reinforces Scott's point.
After that point, nearly all the batches of ballots were in the same ratio of Biden to Trump, and Biden always received more ballots than Trump.
The results were not random and clearly not legitimate.
Here you can see two places where they had a big bump, a big ballot drop for Biden.
Meanwhile, Democrats keep control of the Senate after emerging victorious in key races.
There's no way this is legitimate.
Although the GOP is still projected to gain control of the House, and frankly, I think that is very much in doubt.
The Democrats kept the Senate after winning battles in Arizona, Nevada, and Pennsylvania.
Democrats will have a majority again in the Senate.
This election is a victory, and listen to this, vindication for Democrats, our agenda and our accomplishment.
And for America and the American people, what could be more wretchedly wrong about that?
Democrats will have at least 50 in the House, in the Senate, where Kamala Harris will give the ability to cast a tiebreaker.
In Arizona, Mark Kelly head off Blake Masters.
In Nevada, Catherine Cordes Mastro beat Madame Lackson.
In Pennsylvania, Disgusting!
John Fetterman prevailed over Mehmet Oz.
Meanwhile, listen to this.
Analyst warns there may not be an election in 2024 and the U.S.
will not exist after 2023.
Analyst Martin Armstrong has warned there may not be an election in 2024 due to massive societal upheaval and financial collapse.
The U.S.
won't even exist after 2032.
Armstrong Who has correctly predicted several major events, including a 2008 financial collapse, made his comments during an interview with Greg Hunter on USAWatchdog.com.
According to the analyst, future elections are in severe doubt of even taking place, due to rampant corruption and cheating, along with the likelihood that neither side will accept defeat.
The cheating in the midterms election next week—he was talking about this in anticipation of what has now taken place—is going to be so great that it is almost impossible to make a prediction.
In a fair midterm, the Republicans would win the House and the Senate by a landslide, I would add.
Revealing he's received email from people in Canada, saying they've been delivering voting ballots for Pennsylvania.
Armstrong is predicting utter chaos.
Where this ends up, who knows?
It's just so corrupt, it's over the top, it doesn't matter who wins.
Nobody is going to accept this thing, and that is the problem.
Warning that the midterm result will not be accepted by one side.
He declares Trump won't be able to run in 2024 because there probably won't even be an election due to loss of confidence in the sinister.
Bolsonaro's defeat in Brazil is proof.
All major elections are now being stolen.
According to Armstrong, in a bid to eliminate any world leader who stands up against a regime agenda.
This is a worldwide effort, he said.
They had to get rid of Trump.
The other who stood in their way is Bolsonaro.
Then there's Putin, Russia, Xi Jinping, China.
I think you are going to have historians look back 50 years from now.
They'll call this period the climate change wars.
They're trying to take down as much oil energy capacity as possible.
Armstrong said his computer modeling is showing huge domestic unrest in the United States next year, and that conditions are ripe for a rocket launch for volatility and civil unrest.
The United States will not exist after 2032.
After 2028 and 2029, we're going to have to redesign a government from scratch.
America is being destroyed.
He's got that right.
Scott, your thoughts?
Bummer.
I've been saying this for a long time.
You know, this requires stepping out and getting out of the regular imagination and getting out into the theoretical.
This requires a great deal of new imagination to envisage what is happening and what needs to happen.
This needs to, and this is very difficult for most people, but it requires, uh, what is the art of the possible, as my old colonel boss in the psyop community would say.
What is the art of the possible?
Well, the art of the possible is that you have a split in the country.
The country, as we know, is conservative center-right.
It's not left.
You have pockets of freaks in San Francisco and Los Angeles and Oregon and And the blacks in Chicago and Detroit that are killing each other and some of the areas of New York and then You know, the Vermont, North New Hampshire, those areas are so drunk on their white privilege kind of thing or white bread, whatever community, that they're always voting Democrat.
But for the most part, the country is center right.
And their convictions as conservatives or, you know, moderate conservative people is being affirmed by the reckless self-destruction of the Democrats with inflation and wars and COVID and all this stuff.
So people's convictions and internal identity is being consolidated and hardened.
It's not being waxed and liquefied as the elections would suggest it really is being hardened.
They're not vocal or demonstrative.
And I think everyone is unchanged, in a sense, by this political election.
The Democrats are always operating under the false assumption that whatever is tabulated and put up on a whiteboard and put up on a laminated card saying, I'm in power, is going to automatically submit people to their authority.
That's false.
It's not true.
People instinctively are pulling back, like people pulling out of Sodom and Gomorrah.
They sense the degeneracy and the insanity of the Democrats and the left and everything there.
The art of the possible is you could have a Trump or DeSantis or someone else rising up saying, uh, the American Republic is done.
We're creating our own republic.
We don't recognize the Democrats.
We don't recognize Joe Biden.
We don't recognize whoever out Gavin Newsom or whoever is going to try and sneak in there.
We are, we are not going to submit to their false authority.
Uh, and nor will we have anything to do with the, uh, Washington DC, uh, district.
Every state is back in the state it was in 1776, with a loose association with the Constitution binding them, and a whole new reorientation towards federal authority.
I think this is inevitably the way it's going to go.
There has to be an archipelago of conservative, moderate states that are not going to allow the FBI or other federal agencies being weaponized by Biden to step into parent-teacher association meetings and arresting little old ladies because they object to lesbian, gay, transgender theory being taught to their children, or hormone therapy being secretly given to their little girls.
People are standing up against that, and the moment any federal forces try and step in to stop parents from objecting is the moment you're going to have bloodshed and guns and firing and killing, because the violence that they are imposing on children and people is not going to be tolerated.
I mean, this is inevitably where we're at.
The Democrats are mad dogs.
I've said it exhaustively.
And there's only one way to treat a mad dog.
Either you corral it and keep it out, or you shoot it and put it down.
And the Democrats, I think you're going to witness too, Jim, their amplification and they're going to even, they're going to go into fifth gear.
They're going to accelerate and exaggerate.
They're going to create probably some more false flag events saying, you know, they're questioning the election.
Now we need to march on and arrest these conservative Republican Trump people.
Watch what they're going to probably try and do to Trump coming up.
Are they going to indict him?
Are they going to throw him in jail?
Are they going to try and do something?
Some major reverberations are coming, but I think that the people of this country need to be prepared to completely divorce themselves from the current Republican form of government because it's not a Republican form of government.
Jim?
What we're seeing is the transition to North America.
I don't think there's anything wrong with the Constitution, but the implementation is the problem.
We are seeing the decline and fall of the American empire.
David, your thoughts?
What we're seeing is the transition to North America.
That's exactly what's taking place.
There is no Constitution that extends beyond the borders of the United States.
Some of the principles are recognized, but very limited in Canada.
And in Mexico, it's just, you know, it's cartel city.
But what we're seeing is the beginning of the Democratic Party I think that's the objective.
I've said this before.
and start to form the North American Union.
I think that's the objective.
I've said this before.
I've said it for years.
And I think what we've just seen is a real example of the ends to which they, being the Democrats and the globalists, are committed to their agenda.
They really don't care about the average everyday working class American who goes out and rolls up his sleeves and goes to work and pays his taxes and does the best he can to support himself and his family and You know, his loved ones who are harmed or injured.
You know, we see this, we see, for example, it's it's unbelievable.
This is just fundamentally wrong.
Whitmer, who was masked up, locked down, shut down.
Masked up, locked down, shut down, no school.
Are you kidding?
People are voting her back into office?
There's no way on earth that's true.
There's absolutely no way on earth that's true.
There's no way on earth that Fetterman won the election, won his election for Senate.
I don't care.
I'm not an election denier.
Wait, with the machinery that the Democrats have set up to put the guy in office, if you think that machinery is legitimate, he's essentially, as Scott said, it's Katie bar the door.
It's all hands on deck.
It's whatever works.
That's what puts him in office.
But the people certainly didn't put him in office, and I don't think they put Governor Whitmer in office.
And I think we're going to see these manifestations get worse, because the globalists and the Democratic Party, for their own, you have two polar opposites.
You have the globalists on one end, which are the penultimate capitalists, And you have the Democrats on the other, which are the biggest spenders on the planet.
The only way that those two come together is to tax the living shit out of everybody and spend it.
And so these globalists have to work hand in hand with government because that's their key to the fortunes.
I mean, just think about this.
Let's not be foolish.
Let's think about what happened in California.
California, the land of info technology, all of a sudden we have this outbreak, we shut it down, computers Or given to students throughout California.
I mean, that would be 600,000 students in LA Unified alone.
Computers are given to them.
You know what that means?
That means 600 sales, 600,000 sales.
Microsoft product.
What do you think Bill Gates is up to, for heaven's sakes?
So when you see these globalists and look at the other end, you see, what's his name with Amazon?
Hey, buy from home, have it delivered.
You know, just all these things.
You can't go outside.
It's a new rotten world.
It's a new rotten world order.
So, what we're seeing is the birth of this new rotten world order, and we're going to see ourselves quickly becoming ensnared by it.
We're going to see our taxes, which the prices of staples have gone through the roof.
We're going to see our taxes escalate.
We're going to see the value of property decline.
And we're going to see this all-out effort by the Democrats.
They were going to hire 800, or I forget how many, 8,000 new IRS agents.
I have no idea what it was.
But they're going to be out there breathing down everybody's back.
87,000, Dave.
Let me say one thing if I may, Jim.
Please.
Megan Whitmer warrants a small analysis all by herself.
I'm glad you brought it up.
Gretchen Whitmer.
Gretchen, thank you.
Gretchen Whitmer.
Gretchen Whitmer, as well as all of her other ferocious, fanatical, stepmother cruelty Cinderella upon the poor people of Michigan.
She also engaged in a complete FBI fraudulent sting operation where they got a bunch of half-wit hillbillies who were just drinking beer and selling vacuums to cobble together this Kidnapping of the Governor Plan.
These guys were about as dumb as Opie on Mayberry.
What was that show?
The Andy Griffith Show.
Or whatever, Barney Fife.
But she, you know, she advanced this.
Megan Whitmer is exactly, David's right, they're going to get worse.
Megan, I'm sorry, Gretchen.
Gretchen Whitmer.
Gretchen Whitmer shows this ferocious, you're going to do what I say, this is right, bullying contempt.
There's a bullying contempt and a fury that animates her and all Democrats And they bully and push, and people are sort of caught off guard.
That's the nature of the psychological manipulation of bullying, is they traumatize, and they accuse, and, well, you're a white, bigoted, homophobe, right-wing zealot if you don't submit to the jab, and you don't believe the science, and you hate your mother, and you hate everybody unless you do this.
And people are like, oh, Oh, I don't want to be labeled a bad person and the stupid morons go and follow the advice of death that Gretchen Whitmer and the others give them.
Some of us so step back and say to hell with you, but very few.
So this Gretchen Whitmer Oh, I think the country's falling apart.
I don't disagree with that.
They're going to use this fraud election to usher in, I would say, a more tyrannical 2023 than 2022 was.
This will be 2023 will be the year of the great American Civil War.
Jim?
I think the country's falling apart.
I don't disagree with that.
Yeah, Don.
Real quickly, the election fraud and everything else we have, they're calling people election deniers.
They're not election deniers, and I think we are election definers.
We're trying to define an election.
What is an election?
An election has to be honest and open and everything else.
That's not, if you do it the way that's been done, that's not an election.
Yeah, paper ballots.
Paper ballots, same day voting.
Hand counting.
That's so simple.
Even I can do that.
It's a psyop, Don.
You steal the election and then you attack those who expose it as stolen, as being election deniers and unfaithful to democracy when they're stealing democracy.
So you got it right, but it's very straightforward.
Meanwhile, Nevada just voted into existence a law that'll make it a crime to criticize transgenderism, even for children.
By a margin of 57 to 42, Nevada voters passed Nevada Question 1, which constitutionally enshrines sexual orientation and gender identity, especially protected classes, That cannot be criticized or otherwise discriminated against.
Question 1 was branded by proponents as an equal rights amendment.
That simply aims to protect all people, no matter who they are, from unfair discrimination, which is already covered by the Constitution.
Hiding in its details, however, is a sinister plot to make transgenderism and everything that comes along with it, including child grooming, a constitutional right.
Nevada appears to be the first state to pass a constitutional amendment like this.
It inserts and enshrines LGBT perversion into the same protected categories as race, sex, color, creed, disability, ancestry, and national origin.
What this means for Nevada is having a drag queen fetish, being a pedophile, or expressing some other LGBT color of the rainbow is something a person is born with and cannot change that must be protected constitutionally.
This is extraordinary, tweeted one LGBT activist in celebration.
Nevada is about to add protection for sexual orientation and gender identity into its constitution.
This will be the first state to explicitly do so, and doing it by popular vote.
Was election fraud responsible for the passage of this act?
Something that makes little sense with all this is that pre-election polls suggested Americans of all ages and backgrounds are growing weary of all the LGBT perversion, especially as it pertains to children.
New York Post reporter and culture war veteran Ben Keslin tweeted a graph illustrating what he describes as growing anti-trans backlash.
The trans acceptance is most prevalent among younger age demographics, presumably because they too were groomed at school into accepting sexual deviancy as the norm.
Going up the age chain, however, even just into the 30 plus category, all things LGBT become a lot less popular.
Persons age 30 to 44 overwhelmingly believe American values on gender identity and sexual orientation are changing for the worse.
Even in 18-29 wasn't half support the LGBT push.
30% of young people believe society is changing for the worse with all this.
20% have no opinion one way or the other.
Important to note, the poll conducted by NBC News in the form of an exit poll is a bit confusingly worded, so perhaps some people answered it wrongly because of poor reading comprehension.
Another possibility is the election itself was rigged to ensure question one passed with flying colors, even though it does not match the results of exit polling.
The simple solution is everyone should now identify as a woman.
Joked a commentator named Jason.
That makes you eligible for all kinds of stuff.
You don't have to make any effort for it.
Any argument or disagreement they have with you now instantly becomes transphobic and misogynistic.
Someone responded that the suggestion is brilliant.
We've become a nation of women with no men.
Next, we can self-identify some other race, especially for those with light skin to take advantage of all the benefits available specifically and exclusively to non-whites.
Meanwhile, an ex-trans teen to sue Kaiser Permanente over gender transition is a minor Chloe Cole, who was prescribed puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and then had her breasts removed when she was 15, says she will sue the medical group and hospital that facilitated the gender transition as a minor, which she now deeply regrets.
The adults who are supposed to take care of and guide me as a child failed to do so, and they will take responsibility for it.
Call now 18 and her legal team, including Dylan Law Group and Maya Mandry and Jonah LLP, in conjunction with the Center for American Liberty.
sent a letter of intent on November 9th to serve the Permanente Medical Group, Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Kaiser Foundation Hospitals, and several doctors who performed, supervised, and or advised transgender hormone therapy and surgical invention for Chloe Colt when she was between 13 and 17 years of age.
Kyber Permanente stands accused of gross negligence, causing permanent irreversible mutilation and damage to her body.
The organization has not responded to multiple requests.
A Kyber Permanente letter alleges medical professionals informed Cole's parents she was at high risk for suicide unless she socially and medically transitioned to appear more like a male.
Her parents were allegedly asked Would you rather have a dead daughter or a live son?
Post punitive damage is based on the evidence of malice, oppression, and fraud.
And here you see all the issues that meant the Democrats were destined to go down massively.
Men can get pregnant.
Green energy works.
Election 2020 not stolen.
FBI were not swamped.
Inflation driven by Massey spending, trying to lock up Donald Trump, Russian disinfo of Hunter's Baptist, safe and effective COVID Nancy Pelosi, sane and sober leadership.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, the good news is the insanity of the Democrats, which is depicted on that billboard, is not going to disappear.
It's going to get worse.
It's going to become more and more toxic.
The leprosy of the Democrat disease is only going to begin to really manifest in the, you know, the whole body politic coming apart and the massive death that will inevitably come from the COVID vaccine and the insanity that is Being cultivated from those who get it is only going to get worse and worse.
We've said this from the beginning.
How many people are going to die in the next year?
How many are going to die in the next three or four months over the flu season time?
You know, this isn't going to disappear.
Those of us in the know are only again going to become hardened in our resolve, in our identity, and glow brighter and saltier The wicked will grow more and more wicked.
They will grow in more and more darkness.
I've said it before.
They are Nebuchadnezzar eating grass for seven years.
They've lost their mind.
God shall give them over to strong delusion to believe a lie.
There is a spiritual delusion and a darkness and a death.
Uh, that has come upon the Democrat Party and the Democrat people and the, those who believe in this darkness.
The transgender, uh, child abuse, uh, surgery, uh, you know, this, this, obviously, we all know children, uh, don't, don't make that decision.
They're, they're, and this girl, of course, no doubt comes from a broken family.
They all do.
There's severe emotional traumas, and that is expressed in these personal issues where they think, you know, transgenderism is the way to alleviate their pain and suffering, and it only aggravates it and makes it a thousand times worse.
You know, to even contemplate that America has devolved into this level of transgender theory is insane.
It's a sign of the absolute insanity of the country.
Now on an issue of law, and I'll end it this way, The Supreme Court, if there's any integrity to judges whatsoever, will rule that you cannot have a protected class based on their ideas.
Because ideas are not substantive.
They're not concrete.
Ideas mean nothing.
I may believe I'm a horse, so I'm gonna go and petition to be a horse.
You know, on the government forms I fill out?
No, that's your idea.
But race, the color of your skin, the sexual genitalia that you're born out of the womb with, are concrete distinguishing factors or descriptive elements that define you as a person.
That is the only thing that law is made to do.
Law is made to affect the person, the behavior of people, not the ideas.
Because, again, the freedom of conscience is something law can't attack.
They can't constrain.
Because ideas are invisible.
They're non-tangible.
But behavior is tangible.
Physical characteristics are tangible.
So, law is intended for the physicality, not for the ethereal dimensions.
And that's why the ethereal presentations of gender theory, I'm a girl, I'm this, I want to be that, you have to recognize it in law, is going to inevitably fail on the Supreme Court.
They're going to say, nope, You cannot make a law based on people's ideas.
It has to be based on the hard, concrete physicality of the person, and I'll let David agree with me.
Go ahead.
Sure, I agree with Scott.
If he wants to go be a horse, I'm fully supportive.
A Clydesdale!
Yeah.
You know, it's it's interesting when it comes to Nevada, because I think, you know, I like the analysis as both of you presented it, which is the election is such horse crap.
You know, it's it's just a joke to begin with.
So, you know, I look to I'm a great believer that Augustine and St.
Thomas Aquinas and a handful of other Theologians kind of solved the issue in the best way.
And I think Nevada has now taken on the Catholic Church.
I'm not a big advocate of Catholicism.
You know, I mean, there's Catholicism, Protestantism, you know, I don't need to go into that.
But I do like what the Catholic Church has to say about it.
You know, those who espouse transgenderism, argue that a human person is assigned their gender at birth.
Note the word assigned, but I think it's based on observed anatomical differences.
Consequently, when a biological male identifies as female and then has related surgery, they speak of that medical practice as gender confirmation versus gender reassignment, because they believe that their anatomy now reflects their true identity because they believe that their anatomy now reflects their true identity as human The Catholic Church, on the other hand, has a different take, one that is grounded in genuinely confirmed reality, one that is
One is born either male or female, and this also applies to hermaphrodites who In this light, the Church, and I think this is good, recognizes that every human person is created in the image and likeness of God, male or female.
And so we should help people discover their true identities as children of God, not support them in the disordered attempt to reject their undeniable biological identity.
You know, this appeal to reason, I will say this, if we take the premise that the globalists are at play with the help of the Democrats in order to enrich themselves, we're led to the inescapable conclusion if we take the premise that the globalists are at play with the help of the Democrats in order to enrich themselves,
So it doesn't surprise me that this supposed election or this amendment to the Constitution would be a globalist agenda.
But it does surprise me that people would actually vote for it.
I don't think they did vote for it, David.
That's right.
It's just a manufactured outcome of a fraudulent process where they manipulated the outcome to thwart the will of the public.
Meanwhile, prolific losers Beto Abrams wasted more money than you could imagine.
It's a holiday season.
I love the changing of the leaves, my favorite overpriced coffee order, peppermint mochas.
But it's not just a holiday or election season without watching Stacey Abrams and Beto O'Rourke, Biffett at the ballot box.
So while other Republicans lament our pathetic red dusting, I'm focusing on how Beto and Stacey have managed to make losing a career in and of itself, losing a career in and of itself, Neither expect nor even want to win, at least not in the traditional sense.
The most impressive lesson to learn from Beto and Stacey is that money is not enough to buy you a seat in the governor's mansion.
Democrats spent close to $200 million on Beto O'Rourke and Stacey Abrams.
The money would have been spent better on overpriced coffee.
Stacey raised about 100 mil, Beto around 77.
He broke a record when he weighs 28 in July, which busts a four-month fundraising record for the Lone Star State.
Now, I have a lot of liberal friends.
Most of the time, I understand why they might value a particular issue more than myself and see a situation differently.
But why would anyone give their heart and money to two proven losers?
Stacey Abrams laughed at Governor Brian Kemp by 1.5 points in 2018.
Beto lost to Ted Cruz by two points the same year.
Hell, Beto has lost races for Senate, presidency, and governorship within four years.
Apparently, he wasn't born to win elections.
Mr. Stern notes in his article, supporters of Beto generally feel after he loses, it's merely the beginning of his greatness.
At some point, he's going to make it across the finish line.
For O'Rourke supporters, that means framing an unexpectedly good performance in an unfavorable state as a sign of things to come.
Unfortunately, I fear for Beto Brothers and Babes.
The sign is that he's a loser and should find something else to do with his time.
Then what about Stacey?
I think she views her campaigns as more of a referendum on racial issues, forcing the narrative that black men and women can't get ahead in this country.
Leading up to her most recent defeat, she teased up her loss by saying Black men aren't voting for her because of misinformation.
Meanwhile, two Democrats ended their career Tuesday night, Stacey Abrams and Beto O'Rourke.
Let's be grateful for these breadcrumbs.
The left has been throwing their weight behind two radical candidates who seem incapable of winning anything and midterm may have been a proverbial nail in their coffin.
Democrat gubernatorial candidates Stacey Abrams and Roger Francis Beto O'Rourke.
I've been trying to outdo all Republicans in Georgia and Texas for years now.
No matter how much money Democrats throw at them, they can't edge out the competition.
She raised more than $105 million in her effort to defeat Brian Kemp and failed once again.
Proving her donors they shouldn't even bother funding another campaign.
Meanwhile, Abrams refuses to accept her 2018 voice.
Lawson became the very election-denying extremist threat the left has been warning about.
O'Rourke, for his part, suffered a similar fate after wasting more than 75 mil in attempting to defeat Governor Abbott, and not for the first time.
In 2018, he blew through 80 mil in a bid to take down Senator Ted Cruz, and another 13 in the Democrat presidential primary.
These two extreme leftists have proven themselves to be perpetual failures.
Their policies are clearly too radical for the states they're trying to compete on.
More, more.
Let's say, thank God they're gone.
Scott, your views.
Well, I don't agree with the supposition that Beto O'Rourke and this, whatever the hell her name was, the black woman, Basie Abrams, are politically gone.
These people are lobotomized servants.
They will continue to gnaw and thrust their head against the wall till they're dead.
They may be politically appointed in something.
But, you know, Texas is just affirming that it's Texas.
And this is a probe.
They don't work as a probe.
And yeah, he's a dimwit.
But they're, you know, the Democrats are obsessed with power.
It is their religion.
And I would say this that comes to mind.
Where was the Durham probe, for example?
Where was the Durham probe before these elections?
Why wasn't anything said?
Why wasn't anything produced?
Why wasn't any Durham exculpatory, revelational material put out ahead of these elections?
Durham and the prosecution of the deep state and the corruption against Trump.
This is a very significant issue that could have and should have been used to remind people of the corruption by the entire Democratic Party.
And I don't remember hearing a whiff about any of this, which again leads me to see that the people running the Republican strategy are grotesquely inept because they could have shot a flare into the sky called John Durham and made this a major issue and refreshed and regurgitated and put back on the table
everything that the Democrats have done as a preparatory command to people when they go and vote.
Just a reminder of what they've done to you and Trump and when they stole the election and all of this Russia hoax and every lie that they have been advancing since 2020.
The Durham probe needs to to show us where things stand now.
That never happened.
And that's a big failure in my in my strategic thinking, Jim.
David.
You know, it's interesting.
No, I remember when I first saw Beto O'Rourke and he was at a, he was at a, some event.
He was speaking.
He said, I was born for this.
You know, like it was just astonishingly arrogant.
And I kind of, I felt sorry for the guy when what a poor SOB, you know, just doesn't get it.
He thinks that, you know, being six foot two or whatever he is and having a little bit of a Kennedy Demeanor is enough to get you elected.
You know, we had John Tunney out here in California years ago, a senator who had more substance and more promise than Beto O'Rourke ever did.
So, Beto reminds me of the old Beals song, you know, and I just think it's now stuck on him, you know, I'm a loser.
Boy, he sure is.
Now, with respect to Stacey Abrams, this is, again, much more of the globalist equity support.
You know, I just read out here today that Governor Newsom passed a bill to have a new equity California, we have some new law that now we're going to be doing reparations.
If you are related to a slave or came from Africa or whatever, I have no idea.
I haven't read it, but I can tell you it's just another way to impose taxes on us.
But, you know, let's go back to what Scott said, because I'm right there.
You know, we have Kash Patel, and I'm not saying he's not making things that he hasn't delivered on.
But this notion about this discovery, this turning over event, it's going to be biblical.
Well, you know, I'm beginning to believe it is going to be biblical, but it's going to be biblical in a negative way.
We're going to lose the United States while we wait until we see some people who are actually brilliant enough as lawyers and thorough To ensure that we expose some of the very core attacks being made on America.
And I've said this again, I'm going to repeat it, this is nothing but the Democrats managing the transition to the North American Union.
That's what we're seeing and we're going to be living witnesses to this What's the best way to call it?
Disjunct it.
Yeah, I think you're certainly right about that.
Meanwhile, federal judge strikes out Biden's student debt relief plan.
Everything he proposes is going down.
His loan forgiveness program was struck down by a federal judge who declared it to be unlawful.
Mark Pittman ruled his program, which provided up to $20,000 in student loan relief, was an unconstitutional exercise of Congress's legislative power, which he and the executive branch did not have the authority to conduct.
Conversely, the Biden admitted argued the president did have the authority under the Higher Education Relief Opportunity for Students Act of 2003.
Pittman rejected the argument, asserting it was never a clear congressional authorization for loan forgiveness.
Elaine Parker, president of JobTraders Network, released the following statement.
The court has correctly ruled in favor of our motion and deemed the Biden Student Loan Program illegal, criticizing the Biden admin calling it one of the largest exercises of legislative power without congressional authority in the history of the United States.
It protects the rule of law, which requires all Americans have their voices heard by their federal government.
This attempted illegal student loan bailout would have done nothing to address the root cause of unaffordable tuition.
Greedy and bloated colleges that rate tuition higher than inflation year after year while sitting on $700 billion in endowments.
The Education Department's initial estimates said the loan would impact 8 million borrowers automatically, while others would have to apply.
The White House explained the forgiveness loan would combat skyrocketing cumulative federal loan program debt, $1.6 trillion, and rising for more than 45 million borrowers as a significant burden on America's middle class.
Well, we were going to have to pay for all of that.
Meanwhile, the Democrats' green dream hit a major stag after another electric vehicle failure.
Democrats have completely bought in on radical environmentalism.
They want to snap their fingers and reshape the entire economy based on the far-left idea.
But their green dream hit a major stag.
Democrats are hell-bent on eliminating what are known as fossil fuels, regardless of the consequences.
Cheap and abundant energy is the reason why the human standard of energy of living has increased across the globe.
The international left wants to throw it all away based on faulty computer models and paganism, but reality continues to get in the way.
An electric bus fire in Connecticut forced plans for a fleet of EV buses to be put on hold.
Breitbart reported ...of lead of 11 electric buses belonging to Connecticut Transit is still out of service following a massive battery fire that occurred in July.
A battery fire caused an electric bus to burst into flames in Hampton, Connecticut.
Luckily, no one died in the inferno, although two transit workers and two firefighters were hospitalized as a result of the blaze, and a federal investigation was triggered.
In September, the NTSB issued a preliminary report detailing how the electric bus operated by the transit became engulfed in flames while parked at a maintenance facility.
While parked at a maintenance facility!
The fact EVs sometimes spontaneously burst into flames is a troubling sign when Democrats want all electric vehicles all the time.
DOT spokesman Josh Morgan admitted the battery electric buses remain out of service while the investigations are ongoing.
So far, it appears that 2021 New Flyer Excelsior bus did not charge properly, so it's taken out of service.
Later, smoke was observed coming from the vehicle.
A fire department arrived on the scene, but there was no fire.
It was later moved and more smoke began billowing.
It then burst into flames.
It was a stunning development.
Scott, your thoughts?
David?
Sure.
You know, first with regard to the educational element, you know, the fact of the matter is that
The Democrats, even here in Los Angeles County, where they're running $15 billion in school bonds in November of 2022, by the way, and I'll just show you, I won't even show you, but it's just an unbelievable gone up by the IBEW, International Board of Electrical Workers.
They're all attempting to get their hands on school district money and along with that you can you can buy brand new school buses using school school bond funds that's permitted under the law so it doesn't surprise me that there's this shift to go out and rush to buy electric buses so it doesn't surprise me one blew up and caught on fire but you know what's interesting Jim is in that vignette you you mentioned that it was
I forget the name of the lady who quoted the law firm on the student debt relief, but it was noteworthy that this was a well litigated case, a well reasoned opinion, and canceling the student debt relief is a fair and equitable and just result.
But it came from some hard work, and I know that the lawyers who took the case, and I know that they got a A final ruling that seems to me to be valid on its face.
So, I don't know how to conclude other than to say that the lawyers, and what's interesting to me is there have been no lawyers that have attacked the lockdown, the masks down, lockdowns, lockup.
You know, our constitutional democracy needs lawyers now desperately defending the people and attacking government.
The immunity that's provided to the government is too broad.
It protects people in office, and it protects their children, as we see in Hunter Biden's instance.
So this abuse and corruption, fraud and waste is taking place in our United States government is just unbelievable.
And like everybody has said, the corruption is out of hand, and God only knows what's going to happen to us.
Maybe it will be biblical.
Scott, student loans rejected, loan forgiveness, and the EV bus fires.
Yeah, well, I think it shows, again, the electric vehicles also in Florida at the hurricane all blowing up from their engines being corroded with salt water is an affirmation of the fragility of the electric industry.
Uh, it's, it's a massive money laundering scam.
And this forgiveness of student loan is, is, uh, you know, an attempt to buy off, uh, you know, young, young people who college today and the degrees today and what American education is teaching kids today really is nothing but garbage and hot air.
I mean, you're, you're, you're the entire educational institution has been decayed.
And finally, the, the, the hope is there was a case, uh, in New York that was decided that said, All of the government employees that were laid off or fired because they wouldn't get a jab had to be rehired and given backpaying because the government was exceeding its authority by forcing them to get a vaccine.
That will reverberate throughout San Francisco and other places where similar employees, policemen and emergency workers, etc.
were fired because they refused to get a vaccine.
So I think that's going to take place.
Right.
Very, very good, Scott.
Meanwhile, Alex Jones is being hit with another $475 million for expressing an opinion.
They were ordered Thursday to pay an extra $473 million to victim families and an FBI agent for calling it a hoax, adding to the $1 billion verdict last month.
This is so absurd.
It's so beyond the pale.
I'm hoping the Supreme Court will do something about it.
Eight victims and relatives in an FBI agent testified during the month-long trial about being threatened and harassed by people who deny the shooting happened.
I don't believe this for one minute.
Strangers showed up in their homes, confronted some of them in public.
I don't believe it.
People hurled abusive comments on them in social media and in emails.
Some received death and rape threats.
I think it's all bullshit.
Alex, however, is being hit hard.
Six jurors ordered him to pay $965 million to compensate the fisting plaintiffs.
His trial is unfair and an assault on free speech rights.
He's, of course, correct.
He says he'll appeal the verdict that he doesn't have the money to pay.
Free speech system is seeking bankruptcy protection.
Mellis, a judge, found Jones and Infowarsware and Company liable for damages without a trial.
Very important.
Without a trial.
After the unusual default ruling, the jury was tasked with only deciding the amount of damages.
This is Jones.
By the way, she seems to me to have a rather hefty muscular forearm.
Her fingers do not look delicate and slim.
Her face appears to me, I think she is a transgender.
Meanwhile, punitive damages and for inflection are generally limited to plaintiff's legal fees.
However, The parents' lawyers will get a third of the nearly $1 billion, putting their legal fees at $322 billion.
There's no cap on cumulative damages.
However, under the Unfair Trade Practices Act, it was a stretch to get there anyway.
Jones was previously ordered to pay nearly $50 million to the parents of another child.
A forensic economist testified Jones, in free speech, had a combined net worth as high as $270 million.
A third trial is forthcoming.
We'll get this.
I have a petition for a re-hearing that's now been sent to a conference that will occur on the 2nd of December.
Included in the evidence there is a Connecticut State FEMA-owned agenda showing it had scheduled the drill at Sandy Hook Elementary on the 14th of December.
It's right there on their record.
It's before the Supreme Court.
They have the photograph of the crime scene vehicle already in Sandy Hook, either before the event, since a string of four windows in Classroom 10 are undamaged when they'd be shown to be blown out afterwards, or before they finish fabricating the evidence.
Also, from inside the school, Massive evidence here showing there's no blood, no bodies.
Here's the floriary described as having Hawkspring and Sherlock.
That's supposed to be the principal and the psychologist laying in pools of blood.
While some evidence of red substance is present, it is not consistent with pools of blood.
Here's another inside a classroom.
Not only are there no bodies and no blood, there aren't even any school desks or chairs.
This not only appears not to be a crime scene, but not to be set up for an operating school.
Meanwhile, this coming from a licensed private investigator, Brian Davidson.
At this point in time, my position is that the evidence appears to be more consistent with the alternative account of a FEMA exercise presented as mass murder to promote gun control.
Notarized.
Meanwhile, my Volkswagen Conspiracy virtual conference will occur on the 3rd and the 4th of December.
Interestingly, because the court is taking my petition into consideration on the 2nd, I have the conference on the 3rd and the 4th.
I should find out on the 5th their decision, which precedes my birthday on the 6th.
For those who want more, here's the link, jameshfetzer.org 2021 slash 1-1, false flags and conspiracy virtual conference 2022, 3-4 December 2021.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, I think it's wise of you, Jim, because you don't know who's going to be watching that conference before this hearing on the Sandy Hook case to present your material, your evidence, your testimony,
As if you're petitioning a court directly or a jury directly to present the newly discovered evidence and the most salient, undeniable points of that whole episode because, you know, someone may be listening that will determine the judicial decision.
We've already made the decision the day before.
It's going to conference on the 2nd.
The conference is until the 3rd and the 4th.
It shows, of course, the treasonous behavior of Barack Obama and Joe Biden planning and operating through the executive branch, which the FEMA organization is, this intentional psychological operation on the American public involving children and emergency needs to
Excite a feverish fear of guns, and that is their political objective, gun control.
So this is exactly what should be brought up on the highest levels of the American Congress and the investigation is the undeniable evidence of the PSYOP, And of course we, I can, I can personally recall when we were analyzing the New Zealand shooting, and the falsity behind that and the impossibility of the forensics of that, you know, killing people.
The moment we exposed that they took down our YouTube page and they banned the Twitter account that was showing the evidence, the absence of evidence of people being shot and killed.
So this Sandy Hook is the same issue, but it needs to be continuously elevated and held up.
Jim?
David, good thoughts.
Yeah, I think it's interesting.
I didn't know that the Alex Jones judgment was also not advanced for trial.
That's interesting, which I think is one of the key points you raise in your petition.
But, you know, getting a shot at a Supreme Court case takes an overwhelming interest in a national issue, I think.
Everybody sees the Sandy Hook incident as being a national issue, but no one sees the failure to have a jury trial to support the facts, having not been adjudicated having not been adjudicated by a jury as being important.
And I think that is certainly an important issue.
So I wish-- Yeah, that's exactly the centrality.
That's a central petition I'm making, David, that none of these cases have been decided on their merits.
None of them has gone to a jury.
They've all been decided on procedural grounds, and this is absurd.
And I think the fact these judgments are so horrendous is going to mean the Supreme Court is going to say, my God, we need to put an end to this.
And I'm giving them the opportunity to do precisely that.
Don, take us out.
Yeah, speaking of evidence, I think this book is 300 and some odd pages of solid evidence by 17 professors, and it's got to be number one thing in the court case.
And so we have had a show today here on the 17th of-- on the 17th-- on the 13th of November 2022.
And what a day it's been.
You want to share this if you possibly can because it's really pretty heavy stuff and we're not going to have any censorship happen here.
We're going to get the information out.
So thank you so much for watching and caring and contributing to reality and truth.
