Counterspeech with Deana Pollard Sacks (1 November 2022) The Paul Pelosi "Hammergate" Affair

Hi everyone, this is Dina Sachs and you're listening to Counterspeech on Revolution Radio.
I'm very happy to have my friend James Fetzer on with me today with a show that probably will be fairly comical although the subject matter is a little bit dark.
We're going to be talking about Paul Pelosi's attack in the home and I have been hearing very different stories from the mainstream media versus my friends who are journalists and reporters.
Welcome to the show, Jim.
Oh, Dina, it's always a delight.
I'm pleased beyond punch to be here tonight.
I always have so much fun with you, whether on the phone or whatnot, you're always so much fun to be with.
I'm going to start with a story that I found on CNN.
This just came out, I think about an hour ago, I was just looking through and I just want to say what CNN reported because some of the aspects of this report are different from what I heard in other reports.
And consistent to some degree with what you just told me.
Let me say what CNN says.
They say that, well, first of all, a non-guilty plea was entered by David DuPage, a 42-year-old guy who is getting charged with all kinds of attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon, attempted kidnapping and whatnot.
He did waive his right to a hearing within 10 days of arraignment.
The cameras aren't allowed in, of course.
Now, his attorney's name, I'm sorry, Adam Lipson.
And Adam Lipson said there's been a lot of speculation and rumor, but I'm not going to say much about what's going on right now.
But it appears that the attack was politically motivated.
Now, listen to this.
This is what gets really weird.
They say Pelosi's injured and will have a long recovery process because He underwent successful surgery to repair a skull fracture and serious injuries to his right arm and hands.
Now it gets kind of weird.
Police arrived eight minutes after Paul Pelosi called 911 at 2.23 a.m.
Pacific Time on Friday.
When the door was open, now I'm going to read verbatim from CNN.
When the door was opened, Pelosi and DuPage were both holding a hammer with one hand And DePape had his other hand holding onto Pelosi's forearm, the affidavit said.
Pelosi greeted the officers.
The officers asked them what was going on.
DePape responded that everything was good.
Officers then asked Pelosi and DePape to drop the hammer, end quote.
Wait, wouldn't that be hammers since they both had a hammer in their hand?
Goes on to say that at that point, apparently in front of the police officers, quote, DePape allegedly pulled the hammer away and swung it, striking Paul Pelosi in the head.
Pelosi appeared to be unconscious on the ground after the blow, the affidavit said.
The police then went on to look into his residence and found zip ties, tape rope and at least one hammer with him that morning.
I'm not sure if that was in the car or residence.
But anyway, okay, that's kind of weird.
They were both holding a hammer, according to CNN.
Where'd they get two hammers?
Did he bring one in and give one to Mr. Pelosi?
Hey, Mr. Pelosi, choose your weapon.
Here's two hammers.
Let me give you two or three key points about this.
Number one, he was not charged with breaking and entering.
That's very important.
He was not charged with breaking and entering.
Number two, the police dispatch audio.
Paul Pelosi, when he called, said he didn't know who the male was who was attacking him, but then reversed himself and advised that his name was David and that he was a friend.
This is right in the police dispatch.
Number three, the glass was broken from the inside out.
The parts of glass were on the outside.
Paul Pelosi is suffering from severe injuries to his right arm and his right hand.
That appears to have been when he cut himself when he broke out the glass to try to stage it as though it had been a break-in, Dina.
This is phonier than a $3 bill.
Not only that, But it appears that David DePue and he have had a relationship, that he was in the vehicle with him when he was arrested for driving under the influence some time back, but wasn't identified at the time.
And that the hammer they're talking about actually is a sex toy.
It's a dildo, a heavyweight dildo, Dina, that they were using on each other.
OK.
I mean, I can tell you, when you first started, all I saw was the regular reports on the news.
And of course, I'm in L.A.
and our news is no doubt, you know, narrated.
And I just heard about this, you know, this crazy situation where a person who does not like the Democratic Party at this time, somebody who I thought the news said was a Democrat, but is very angry with the Democratic Party right now.
Maybe he's not a Democrat, I'm not sure.
But he came in to tell Pelosi what's what and decided he was going to beat her up and maybe kneecap her.
And he said he's like one of the founding fathers.
He's trying to defend the country.
So there's this crazy, lunatic, political, zealot, you know, narrative going around, which makes some sense.
People are really angry.
People want answers and people are willing to take out their frustrations on others right now.
But then I start, but he told me what the hammer really was behind the scenes.
I'm like, a hammer, a hammer dildo.
I mean, I have to say, I've never heard of that before.
Well, it's a dildo shaped like a hammer and it's loaded with batteries and it costs about 95 bucks and I found it right online without any effort whatsoever.
And it's like being hit on the head with a large flashlight.
It could easily crack your skull.
It was loaded with batteries and clearly it was loaded because they were using it on each other.
Right.
Well, what's so funny to me is that the fact that each had a hammer.
I mean, if one person had a hammer, that would be much more consistent with the mainstream media that he broke in, maybe used the hammer to break in, and he whacked Pelosi with a hammer.
But when we're talking about them both having hammers in their hands, there is something so bizarre about that.
Because no criminal would really come in and hand their victim a hammer.
So they'd each have a hammer.
Oh, it's Pelosi just sleeping with a hammer in his hand.
There's something so wrong with this story.
Not only that, Dina, but this had nothing to do with Nancy Pelosi.
They brought that into Spinhead.
This is a $6 million mansion in San Francisco.
It has all kinds of security.
No one could get in or out with sounding alarms or closed-circuit TV cameras all over the place, which they're not producing.
This guy turns out to live with a notorious local nudist in a Berkeley home complete with a Black Lives Matter sign in the window and an LGBT rainbow flag emblazoned with a marijuana symbol hanging from a tree.
And they're trying to make this out like a Trump supporter?
I mean, I'm very familiar with how much the news spins things.
One of the things I did in the Jeffrey Epstein books I wrote about Fake news.
And there really is an enormous amount of fake news.
And in fact, the news checkers, I'm sorry, the fact checkers have been shown to be flatly inaccurate, especially in relation to Jeffrey Epstein's case.
I mean, all the cases.
But one of the things I found, which I was so appalled by, was this report, this fact checking report, that the cameras had not gone down in the Metropolitan Correctional Center on the night in question.
But yes, they had.
And how does a fact-checker, I think that was the fact that they had gotten wrong, how does a fact-checker get that wrong?
I mean, to me, I'm sitting here going, okay, so even the fact-checkers are fake.
So I understand how serious this is.
100% the fact-checkers are fake, and in fact, most of them are owned by Big Pharma, and that's why you get so many phony stories about the COVID and the facts.
The fact-checkers work for Big Pharma, just as does CDC, FDA, and the NIH.
What a disaster!
Well, so I guess my curious side of me wants to know, for example, how did you find out that the glass was outside of the house, which would indicate a bust from the inside to make it look like a break-in window?
Not smart enough to know that the glass would be on the inside if you punched in a window.
Or they just figured no one would ask.
They're so audacious.
It's like Clinton's blue dress.
They don't even think about the evidence is going to show otherwise.
You can tell which way the glass was broken, where the force came in, because the glass is on the other side.
So how did you know the glass was on the outside of the house, showing that the punch came from inside the house?
Well, they showed videos, for example, at the back where the break-in is supposed to occur, and you can see the glass on the outside.
But there are many, many who have-- Here's a wonderful comment, Dina.
This is about as accurate as you can get early on.
No break-in.
9-1-1 calls for over a half hour.
Paul is in underwear.
Assailant in underwear.
Both or only one had had a hammer.
Assailant took hammer from Paul and hit him with police present.
Police were only doing a welfare check in this gated community with private security.
Broken windows from inside as glasses on outside.
Methinks a man like Paul who hangs out in gay bars and brings young men home late at night is attested to by neighbors and is spat with his date.
His date is a radical leftist.
His date is not a Mega Man.
His date is registered green and lives in Berkeley in a nudist colony supporting BLM.
Excuse me.
So this is what I find also very interesting is that the police came in and allegedly saw each of the men, Pelosi and this other man, holding hammers.
And after that, the man struck Pelosi with the hammer.
Now wouldn't the police, if they saw that they were close enough to make contact with a hammer, which could be a deadly weapon, I would think the police would automatically swarm the suspect force-formed both of them to prevent injuries.
So the fact that the guy, the suspect, had the time to swing a hammer at Mr. Pelosi, who was also carrying a hammer in front of the police, I find just absolutely remarkable.
And CNN did report that.
So not that I think CNN's the best source, but I think if it's this unusual, It helps me that CNN reported those facts because that is more consistent with what you're telling me and very inconsistent with other news sources.
And Dina, who opened the door?
Obviously there was a third party there.
So someone opened the door for the police while he and his assailant were rocking and rolling over the hammer.
And get this, Dina.
What did he do?
Tell this David Dupuis he had to take a potty break to go into the bathroom to take a pee so he could call the cops?
I mean, this whole thing is ridiculous from the beginning.
Well, it does sound, from what I'm hearing, so unusual.
And obviously, yeah, someone let the police officers in.
The police officers didn't break in the window.
So there's this window broken.
The police come in.
I don't even know when the window's broken.
The details are just so not clear.
But just the fact that they're both carrying hammers.
I mean that is just not It's absolutely inconsistent with anything other than these two had some unusual hammers and Yes, look here's a dispatch this is a tape this is a recording reporting person RP stated that there's a male in the home and he's gonna wait for his wife made up and RP stated that he doesn't know who the male is.
Then, pause, he admires that his name is David and that he is a friend.
I mean, give me a break!
See, he's trying out these ideas, but he's an amateur, so he's botching it right and left, Dina, and then he breaks out the window and cuts the hell out of his arm and his hand.
Is Paul Pelosi reputed for being smart or not too smart?
Well, he's said to be a very nice guy, but it appears he is, uh...
Gay, if not bisexual or gay, and that he has frequently brought home young men from gay bars and had sex with them.
And the whole point is to cover it up and claim he was a Trump supporter waiting to attack Nancy Pelosi.
There are some hilarious commentaries on this I want to share with you at the right point in time.
I mean, this is truly fascinating.
Listen to this, Dina.
And I'm giving you the handles of those who made the comment.
Okay.
Biden is a fraud.
The police verified they were both in their underwear attacking each other with a hammer.
Paul Pelosi's lover, David Dupoup, a Berkeley Green Party member, is very likely the unidentified person who was with Paul when he got busted for DUI.
A lot more is going on than meets the eye.
Dick Turpin.
And politics seems to have dropped the assailant broke into the house tag.
The assailant was in the house but did not break in.
What does that tell us?
The White Hat!
I want to hammer this out.
The break-in story is beyond far-fetched.
The Pelosi's have security up to yin-yang under normal circumstances.
This was likely a drug-fueled party scene or a lover spat.
Suspicious voter.
Definitely in this cockamamie story in the press is ridiculous.
Consider this.
One story said the alarm went off and police were doing a welfare check.
This story has so many holes it was probably concocted by the corrupt FBI.
Live free or die, there was no forcible entry into the house or Paul.
Dorothea 76.
Broken glass was found outside the house, not inside the home.
Breaking in would cause glass to be inside the house.
The man found in Olia's underwear was with Paul Pelosi, was also in the car when Pelosi was arrested for DUI.
And some sites claim the guy is a male prostitute and the hammer they were fighting over is a sex toy.
The 911 calls were released and Paul P sounds confused per reports.
John Galt.
The confusion in the reports is the hammer, because it was a 24-ounce dildo called the hammer, sources concern.
Nick Fasaldo, Pelosi got pounded by a prostitute with a plastic penis?
There's more, Dina, but you get the flavor of this.
I mean, I'm telling you, this is such an outrageous story.
Well, here's something with the New York Times, and just kind of going through what the mainstream media are saying about this and kind of trying to tie it together for the listeners.
So, the New York Times, in an article called Suspect in Pelosi Attack Had Other Targets, authorities say, this was today, just a couple hours ago, 7, 47 p.m.
Eastern Time.
They say that he pled not guilty, so we have that clear, a couple different sources.
And he says that Mr. Pelosi, in a terrifying situation, was able to surreptitiously call 911 while he was in the bathroom and the intruder was in the house.
It also offers insights into how a disturbed man, seemingly enthralled by the conspiracy theories that have portrayed Mrs. Pelosi, Ms.
Pelosi, as an enemy of the country.
After breaking into the home by busting a glass door on the back porch, the intruder found Mr. Pelosi asleep in his bedroom just after 2 a.m.
He demanded to see Mr. Pelosi, and when she wouldn't be back, he said, wait for her for a few days.
He said, hang out, camp out.
Oh, but then what happened?
What happened?
Did Mr. Pelosi say, hey, excuse me, intruder, I'd like to go to the bathroom?
And the intruder said, sure, go ahead, go ahead and go to the bathroom.
I mean, this is ridiculous, and I just want to make sure the listeners know, and our listeners do know to a large degree, I might add, anyone who hears this knows, this is so easy to figure out if you even bother reading at all.
Because the story doesn't add up.
And the two hammers, each guy holding a hammer, that is, and did he get the hammer before he went in the bathroom or after he went to the bathroom?
I mean, this is what I'm talking about.
The whole thing is ridiculous.
I just sent you the hammer.
I found it online.
Adult sex toys love him.
A pink round vibrator hammer.
$94.33.
Payment plans.
Enhance your purposes.
Adult sex toys love him.
A pink round vibrator.
Fast ship to all 48 states.
Batteries not included.
This is a big boy, Dina.
And you load it with batteries, it would be like being hit over the head with a large Well, I mean, here's another thing that I find a little bit strange.
wonder he had a skull fracture.
But if you can open that, I've sent you the very ad anyone can find online.
Well, I mean, here's another thing that I find a little bit strange.
This is a quote from New York Times again just a little while ago.
The defendant's intent could not have been clearer He forced his way into the Pelosi home, intending to take the person third in line to the presidency of the United States hostage and to seriously harm her, prosecutors wrote, as they asked the court to detain Mr. DuPage without bail.
Then Mr. DuPage said, I'm sick of the insane F-ing.
I can't say it because of the seven dirty words that FCC people come after me.
I'm sick of the insane effing level of lies coming out of Washington, D.C., he told officers at the scene.
I came to have a little chat with his wife.
Dina, they're just making all this up.
This is just bullshit.
They're just making this up.
It's all bullshit.
They're trying to give it a political spin.
I mean, how is that story consistent with what we have with the dispatch officer explaining he doesn't know who the male is, but rather advised that he's his friend and his name is David, and that they are charging him with breaking and entering.
There was no breaking and entering.
There was no forcible entry of either the Pelosi home or of Paul Pelosi.
That notice.
Yeah, you have to go to all these different mainstream media sources with the knowledge you've given me in hand to put it together.
At one point, this is the prosecutors talking, at one point to diffuse the situation, prosecutors wrote, Mr. Pelosi told dispatch he didn't need the police.
When Dispatch told him to call back if he changed his mind, he said, quote, no, no, no, this gentleman just came into the house and he wants to wait for my wife to come home, end quote.
So that doesn't sound like an emergency at all.
It sounds like, oh, I'm OK.
It's OK.
We're just hanging out.
It had nothing to do with Nancy Pelosi.
Let me share a couple more of these observations.
You know, I love this one.
There was no forcible entry into the house or Paul.
His backside was forcibly entered.
You can bet your undies on that, Mr. Freedom Fighter.
Here's Eric writes, Can you blame him?
Naked hammer man sounds more appealing than denture malfunction Nancy.
Anno Kanto, gross, ha ha ha ha ha.
Fred L, nasty Nancy could be the cause of erectile dysfunction worldwide.
John Mansville, little Polly been getting into a lot of trouble lately while mama pigged Lucy away.
John Campbell, David Dupree was a nudist, so maybe underwear was his way of wearing armor.
Delta Blues, misidentified as a nudist if underwear is involved.
I mean, no one is buying this story, Dina.
I mean, it's here they're saying this guy named Mr. Siccarelli, I guess we came to this Mr. DePay at some point, I guess they lived by each other or something.
And he said, quote, a.
If you got him talking about politics, it was all over, Mr. Ciccarelli recalled in an interview this week, because he really believed in the whole mega Pizzagate Stone election, you know, all of it, all the way down the line.
So this is just made up, too, by some guy, Mr. Ciccarelli, because it has nothing to do with politics.
I mean, I don't know whether this man, this, and by the way, the man is not bad looking.
I mean, knowing he's a nut job is one thing, but if you look at his photo, he's kind of a nice looking guy, much better looking than Nancy Pelosi.
You know, we know a lot about this guy.
Listen to this.
Paul Pelosi attacker lived in Berkeley hippie commune.
David DePitt, the man accused of attacking Paul Pelosi with a hammer, actually the hammer, the video dildo, lived inside a school bus parked outside of his former lover's home in the weeks lead up to the attack.
according to his neighbors.
Here's Michael Schellenberger tweeting, and Michael's been all over this.
In the driveway, there's a broken down camper van.
On the street is a yellow school bus, which neighbors said DePapp occasionally stayed in.
Both are filled with garbage, typical of such structures in homeless encampments.
Here's another.
The pep who shares two children with his famous nudist gypsy child locally was in a romantic relationship with a pro-nudist activist before she married someone else.
They actually had two kids together.
He served as best man and actually videoed it, but he was in his clothing.
She was then arrested for being naked in public.
Here's more for Michael Schellenberger.
As I discovered yesterday, the pap lived with a notorious local nudist in a Berkeley home, complete with a Black Lives Matter sign in the window and an LGBT rainbow flag emblazoned with a marijuana symbol hanging from a tree.
I mean, you know, and this guy is supposed to be a Trump guy?
This guy is supposed to be a conservative?
I mean, it's a joke, Dina!
Well, again, he's not a bad-looking guy if you didn't know what a weirdo he is.
I love comparing the mainstream media stories because they're inconsistent among themselves.
Here we have Fox News Channel, I'm sorry, foxnews.com, and it's called Pelosi Attack, Neighbors Describe Suspect As Odd, Say His Intention Was To Traumatize Nancy Pelosi.
Jenkins said that, um, this District Attorney Brooke Jenkins announces the charges.
Jenkins said DePate broke into Pelosi's residence through a rear glass door and entered a bedroom where Paul Pelosi was sleeping.
Paul Pelosi tried to use a phone in the couple's in-home elevator, but according to Jenkins, DePate blocked him from doing so.
Then it says, when police arrived.
Okay, well how did the police arrive if he was blocked from using the phone?
Right, right.
Then it says, when the officers arrived, they saw Paul Pelosi and DuPage struggling over a hammer.
When the officers gave an order for the men to drop the hammer, DuPage began attacking Paul Pelosi, according to police.
So now we're back to one hammer, but then it says just below that, Jenkins said during the Monday news conference that DuPage brought at least two hammers and other kidnapping supplies, such as zip ties.
She added, the attack appeared to be politically motivated.
Now let's compare that back to CNN, where they each had a hammer in their hand when police arrived, and apparently were in striking distance of each other when police arrived, and then DuPage reeled back and hit Pelosi with his hammer, and I assume at that point Pelosi dropped his hammer.
and fell down because he was very badly injured.
But you see, my point is just how inconsistent even Fox News and CNN are. - Well, Dina, get back to the point.
Right off the bat, he admitted, after claiming someone was there, he admitted it was a friend and he even knew his first name, and there's no charge for breaking and entering.
So the whole idea that there was a break-in at this $6 million mansion with high security is absurd on its face.
There was no break-in and that changes the entire story.
Aye, aye, aye.
It does.
For me, it's just so striking.
A couple things keep coming up and so many of the political stories coming out these days and for the past several years.
Excuse me.
Get this.
Here's another report.
Here's another report about Adina.
The awful truth.
Paul Pelosi was drunk again and in a dispute with a male prostitute early Friday morning.
Paul Pelosi stated he doesn't know who the male is, but he advised that his name is David and that he is a friend.
I mean, this is just so absurd.
It doesn't add up.
Some people on social media are questioning an attack on Paul Pelosi.
San Francisco's gay bars closed at 2 p.m.
Two gay men met in a bar and went home together.
Happens every night in the city by the bay.
Except one of these two men was married to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.
I might disappear for telling you the truth.
If I do, you'll all know why.
But here's what really happened early Friday morning in San Francisco, in my humble opinion.
According to the San Francisco Police Department, a reporting person stated, there's a male in the home that he's gonna wait for his wife.
Reporting person stated he doesn't know who the male is, but he advised his name is David and that he is a friend.
The dispatch official said, reporting person sounded somewhat confused.
There's been a rumor for years in San Francisco that Paul Pelosi is gay.
David DuPable is said to be a Castro-Nudist.
The lunatic who allegedly assaulted Paul Pelosi is a Berkeley resident and a former Castro-Nudist protester and hemp jewelry maker.
Sounds totally mega-Republican to me.
This from Twitter.
Yeah, exactly.
Yeah, you gotta be kidding me.
I mean, those kind of characteristics described that way almost always go along with what I would call Left-wing lunatics, because a lot of Democrats are still normal people.
I mean, unfortunately, we have both on both ends, the right wing and the left wing, we have lunatics.
But this guy definitely is described as a stereotypical left-wing, uber-left, ultra-crazy kind of person.
And there's no way someone like that would ever be associated with Make America Great Again.
That's just silly.
It's a silly...
He didn't break in, and I'm telling you, the whole idea that he broke in is just absurd.
So you got broken glass, but the glass is on the outside, and Paul Pelosi has damage to his hand and his arm from being cut by— Even beyond that, it's reported that Mr. Pelosi's saying, oh, it's OK, it's— That's right!
I don't need to con, it's all right, I got this.
So that is consistent with, that is not consistent with someone who broke into your house.
You would not make friends with someone who broke into your house that quickly so that after calling the police within a matter of minutes, you'd say, oh, you know what, it's all right, we're friends, we're working it out.
That's just absolutely- That's right, that's right.
And you were thinking this guy were assailing him, he'd give him a chance to take a pee break to call the cops?
I mean, it's just ridiculous!
It's ridiculous!
And what happened to the elevator phone?
Why isn't that story being repeated?
The elevator phone, the bathroom phone, the lack of security, the police coming in, them, you know, near each other with hammers, and one hits the other, and the other one drops the headwear.
I mean, it just, the whole thing is so absolutely ridiculous.
And as I say, the two things that keep coming up over and over again in so many stories, about these highfalutin politicians is sexual perversion, sexual immorality.
Now, I don't personally have a problem with people who want to do what they want to do in the privacy of their bedroom.
I'm a libertarian to a large degree.
I think whatever you want to do, but this does not sound normal.
This sounds like a very masochistic or very unhealthy sexual relationship.
And also one that would be associated normally with a lot of drugs because of the level of emotions, hitting someone with a hammer, whether it's a dildo or it's an actual hammer, whatever it is, you don't hit someone you're talking to or someone you're having sex with.
You just don't do that.
So that's what I mean by deviant.
Like I said, I'm very open minded with what people want to do in the privacy of their bedroom, but it sounds like some really dysfunctional sexual conduct that often happens.
I'm all with you.
I'm a different strokes for different folks kind of guy too.
Whatever consenting adults do.
Consenting adults.
But they're trying to spin this to turn it against Trump and conservatives because it's happening at the worst possible time.
I mean, we've got the midterm in seven days now.
This is a horrible story.
So they're trying to spin it on the news.
Here's a report from Sundance at the Gateway Pundit.
Sunday talks.
National media use assault on Paul Pelosi to frame the midterm election.
It's particularly noteworthy how the intelligence media, specifically the New York Times, Washington Post and Politico, frame reaction to the story of Paul Pelosi being attacked in San Francisco by a hammer-wielding man, possibly in his underwear.
If you do not believe the original media story about police were doing a welfare check at 2 a.m.
on Paul Pelosi, only discover a 42-year-old man named David DePab, who had recently broken into the house, arguing with Mr. Pelosi, and then striking the victim on the head with a hammer while police watched, then you are a right-wing conspiracy theorist.
The Washington Post is aghast that people are not necessarily buying the official storyline.
Questioning some other angle may exist to the story as tantamount to not believing in global warming or something such.
Here you have a quote from the Washington Post.
The skepticism didn't stay in right-wing echo chambers, but seeped also into the feeds of popular online personality, including Twit's new owner, Elon Musk.
There is a tiny possibility there might be more to this story than meets the eye.
He wrote Sunday morning, pointing his 112 million followers to a sensationalistic account of the episode, published by a site known for spraying right-wing misinformation.
Of course.
Every Sunday talk show led off with a story that extreme right-wing fascists were now running amok.
And only by voting Democrat could the crisis of society falling into anarchy be avoided.
As the national media narrative is promoted, apparently hordes of homosexual nudists clad only in mega hats and underwear while waving claw hammers are ready to storm Washington D.C.
if the Republicans win the election.
The only thing that can stop the pending mayhem is high voter turnout by 18 to 34 year olds who vote for Democrats.
And this same media wonder why they are no longer considered credible?
Go figure.
Could you imagine how angry Nancy is right now with her husband for creating this kind of a news item this close to the midterm elections?
Right, right, right.
And here's one from Investment Watch blog.
Alleged President Biden is using the obviously fake Pelosi attack to smear Trump voters.
Chris Black writes, this event is clearly staged before midterms.
I mean, who could believe that a homeless weirdo could break into Nancy Pelosi's home fortress?
Did you see those walls, bro?
And that the cops would show up, no private security, lots of laughs, and just sit on ass, watching her husband get attacked with a hammer.
I mean, it's ridiculous.
It continues.
The alleged attacker is not even being charged with breaking and entering.
How did he get in the house?
No one explained.
They released a photo of a broken window with a glass on the outside, laughing out loud.
Also, did the homeless guy scale the outer wall in his underwear after walking through a wealthy neighborhood in his underwear?
I mean, come on, man!
Even Musk tweeted this was some weird conspiracy, but he later deleted the tweet because he's a bitch.
I don't know that he actually did tweet it, but I'm telling you, we got the story here, and it ain't pretty.
That's why every time I talk to you I laugh because you always tell me things I didn't know and on this occasion I was able to do the research and look into it and made my own individual assessment that the story was totally bogus.
There's just no way.

Remember, we look into things and we distill this information to bring it to you in a quick and easy format so that you don't have to go to the research.
You can rely, certainly on my show, on Counterspeech.
I do my research and do my best to make sure that I'm always giving the public accurate information.
I got two reports for you that reflect why this is devastating to the Democrats.
We have a poll from about a week ago that GOP candidates dominate with Catholics in six states, and it makes perfect sense, Dina.
The Democrats have gone whole hog on abortion up to and even after birth.
Remember, they had that governor in Virginia.
Who is actually advocating infanticide?
Well, how's that going to go down with pro-life Catholics?
It's not going to go down well at all.
So get this, a survey from EWTN News and Real Clear Opinion reveals Catholic voters overwhelmingly support the Republican gubernatorial and Senate candidates in states such as Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.
This was then just two weeks before.
Well, we have an even more recent poll that shows how bad it really is.
Get this.
Shock poll.
Nearly eight of ten Americans believe country is out of control.
Independents make hard to GOP.
This was published on October 31st, so it's just a couple days old.
But just a week until Election Day, the mood of the country portends doom for the party in power, the Democrats.
A new CBS News Battleground tracker you got polling.
Remember, CBS is no friend to Donald Trump or MAGA supporters or conservatives.
Show's 79% of Americans believe the country is out of control with only 21% saying things are under control.
The bull also shows a sharp break by independence to Republicans took place over the past two weeks.
I mean, it's stunning.
Since unleashing Dark Brandon, remember that speech, with the blood red curtains and the two Marines, on the nation, Democrat polling has taken a nosedive.
Here's their poll.
Feel things in the USA today are out of control, 79% under control, 21%.
It also says among those who think it's out of control, 58% are voting Republican, 34% are voting Democrat.
The views on the direction of the country and state of the economy are almost as bad.
73% believe things are going badly in America, 42% saying very badly, only 20% say things are going well, 6% very well.
20% say things are going well, 6% very well.
69% say the economy is bad, 40% very bad, while 27% the economy is good, 7% very good.
The genetic congressional ballot preference question, Republicans have a two-point advantage, 47 to 45 over Democrats.
It's actually greater than that.
In the past, historically, Dina, the Democrats have always had an edge in that overall preference because so many conservatives and Republicans won't participate in the poll.
So there's a four to six point difference.
I'd say the Republicans actually lead by six.
In the overall, and that's devastating because it implies a landslide is coming.
Get this too.
Independents favor Republicans by an astonishing 49 to 33 percent.
Two weeks ago, just two weeks ago, Democrats were favored 40 to 38.
So you got this reversal.
Here's a generic.
October 14th, Democrats 40 percent, Republicans 38.
That meant Democrats plus two.
October 28th, Republicans 48, Democrats 33.
That's Republicans plus 16.
That's an 18 point swing among independents toward the GOP.
I mean, it's just stunning what's going on, and there's more and more.
Dramatic shift by Hispanic voters toward the Republicans compared with the 2018 midterms.
The poll offered a myriad of questions across many topics.
One response that stood out was a failure of the Biden admin to buy political support by draining the Strategic Pozzolio Reserve.
To lower gas prices at the pump after Biden policies raised them by several dollars per gallon.
Only 11% credit Biden and the Democrats for the price of gas, while 52% blame them.
Similar numbers for the economy.
So, the economy, the Republicans have an edge over Democrats with voters on whose economic policy would help better.
Republican 46, Democrat 40.
More than half blame Biden and the demonstrate economy and gas prices.
Blame gas prices.
This is 52% Democrats economy, 53%.
Obama said he took a shellacking in 2010.
Bush said he took a thumping in 2006.
What will Biden call next week's election?
A slaughter, Dina, a slaughter.
Yeah, I mean, whether you believe that 2020 election was stolen or not, I mean, we've got, you know, I mean, I don't think, whatever you may believe, there can't be, there's got to be some To the extent they can modify certain votes, they can't undo a landslide.
Do you see my point?
Like, if, I mean, I think probably the Trump-Biden election was close.
Whether you believe it should have gone one way or the other, I don't think it was the kind of landslide.
Like, let's see when Ronald Reagan won.
That was the first time I voted.
I think it was 1980, because I was just 20.
No, wait.
I don't know how old I was.
Somewhere in there.
I might have been at 84, I'm not sure.
Anyway, it was a landslide.
Reagan got in the second term with a landslide.
You couldn't steal that election.
Do you see my point?
Something that extraordinary with the votes.
That's what I'm saying, what I'm trying to say, is this forthcoming election, to the extent that those polls and all those various studies are accurate, I don't think there's any way to steal it, even if it could otherwise be done in a very close election.
So I think this election, I think you're right.
And I think that all the people that maybe might have stayed home in the last one figuring, I don't know, they didn't need to be out.
I think they're going to get out this time for sure, especially along among the GOP and the moderates and the libertarians who've seen what's happened to our country since Biden's been in and especially the medical tyranny.
And the forcing of our people to get a dangerous vaccine.
We're finding out more and more about all the problems with this so-called vaccine.
And we finally got a court ruling in New York a week ago that the COVID injection mandates were unconstitutional because of the lack of sufficient nexus between who was being forced to take these The court said we don't even know what's in this serum.
They will not disclose it.
the court said.
So remember a couple of months ago we had a court out of Florence, Italy make a fine that the vaccine mandates, the booster shot was unconstitutional under the Italian constitution because of the lack of efficacy of these so-called vaccines and also because there just was no evidence of what was in the booster shot was unconstitutional under the Italian constitution because of The court said we don't even know what's in this serum, they will not disclose it.
How can we possibly force people or coerce people to have something put inside their body We don't even know what's in the serum.
So that's and also it's probably irreversible because it is genetic modification.
It's gene therapy with the mRNA technology.
So all of that put together, I think is a it's going to be extremely difficult for the Democrats, but I still don't understand why this would be staged.
Because I think this is the worst thing possible for the Democrats.
Like, I understand why they would try to write it off as a mega, right?
It's this Trump supporter did something crazy.
I get that.
What else do they demonstrate, right?
They're stuck, Dina!
They just gotta spin it any way they can, and it doesn't matter.
They're gonna lie their face off to the American people.
And get this, it's companded.
USA Today is thus published.
Get this.
40% of Hispanics and 21% of Blacks are backing the Republicans, USA Today has reported.
The issue of inflation and a feeling the White House hasn't done enough to address it is helping Republicans score significant inroads among Hispanic and Black voters, most demographic groups Democrats have long relied on for support.
And Dina, when I mentioned before about the Catholic, most Hispanics are Catholic.
So you think all this enthusiasm for abortion, which they're viewing as killing babies, is gonna go down well with Catholics?
I mean, it's just crazy!
And they also resent the failure to control migration, because the Hispanics who are here earned what they got, and they don't like this giveaway.
I was gonna say, a lot of Hispanics work in this area where I'm living, the Santa Monica Mountains, and I can tell you the local residents talk about how hard they work.
Um, how much they want to get ahead and how they do a really good job.
I mean, they get to the house and they, whatever you ask them to do.
So this whole stereotype that they're lounging around or something is just not what we're seeing in our area.
We talk about, you know, how the day laborers, um, are in terms of their work ethic.
So, um, a lot of them have more conservative values.
They want merit based, um, opportunities.
They want to work hard.
They want to get ahead.
And they do have strong religious beliefs, much stronger, I would say, than a lot of other people in our society, in terms of being Catholic.
And that's a fairly conservative part of the Christian religion along the spectrum, I would say, compared to, say, Protestants, who oftentimes are okay with abortion, or other groups who are not as adamant that it's murder, as some would say, as I think Catholics would often say.
They believe that life starts at conception, so that's why abortion is so problematic for Catholics.
But, I mean, this whole, I keep coming back to, I don't think it's staged, I think it was just, Paul Pelosi has some sexual problems.
A lot of sexual problems turn into sex addiction when you have enough money, enough time on your hands, enough drugs.
People get, they say, you know, sometimes murderers get a taste for murder, and then they have a craving for it.
And I think that that's one of the things that is true of sexuality as well.
I think people can develop, um, through unusual activity in particular, you know, sort of a fetish or, or a craving for this kind of thing.
And it sounds to me like Paul Pelosi has a problem with drinking and a problem with sexuality.
Um, and Nancy is, I, you know, she's, I mean, well, I could, she is not exactly, she has not come off like she'd be a very good partner to me.
She seems extremely selfish, extremely bossy.
Oh, yeah.
And not particularly smart from what I've seen.
I've heard her speak and thought, my gosh, maybe she's just, you know, maybe she's older, maybe she's just maybe tired or something.
But I can say she has not ever caused me to think that she would be able to handle the country as the president, as the third in line.
It scares me.
Actually, the second in line scares me, too.
Actually, the one in the Oval Office right now probably scares me the most.
And as one of the commentators said, she may be responsible for erectile dysfunction worldwide.
That's terrible.
That's so terrible.
But understandable.
Yeah, she is really just not, and I'm not saying she's not attractive or never was attractive as a person.
I'm saying her whole personality is not attractive at this time.
And she has a really entitled, just, I mean, I can't imagine, you know, why her husband would look elsewhere.
I mean, I kind of get it.
But anyway, so, so what else?
What, what do you think?
You don't think it was staged, do you?
No, no, no, no.
God, no.
They couldn't, they wouldn't run the risk of staging something as ridiculous as this.
And Nancy, as you said before, has to be furious because this is right at a crucial time.
I mean, All the swinging of the votes, it's all going, all the independents, Hispanics, blacks even are breaking for the Republicans and they have this on top of it.
This is just frosting on the cake.
It just shows how despicable and corrupt these people are, how perverted they are.
And yet they're hypocrites because they attack everyone else for what their own sins of commission.
And the idea you'd have a six million dollar highly secure mansion and that this would be a break in.
When even Pelosi himself says, no, he's a friend.
You know, his name is David.
After calling it.
I mean, it's ridiculous from the beginning.
The story was absurd from scratch.
Yeah, there's no way someone like her would not have security, in my opinion.
Just knowing as I do how it is in San Francisco, especially there.
I mean, you might get away with that and you might as a congressperson or whatnot, get away with it in Texas, not having security because, you know, people have, everyone's packing in Texas.
It's harder for criminals to, you know, run around a neighborhood and break in.
People, everyone has guns.
I could see living in Texas and being a congressperson and not having security, but I do not see it in San Francisco.
I just think there's got to be, at the very least, a security system and a system where you can just break into a window and walk in.
Bars or something that would be a system to stop them from coming in.
And think about this.
Since there had to be a third party who allowed the police in, If there was something wrong, why wasn't a third party intervening on behalf of Paul Pelosi?
I think it's because they wanted their privacy and they weren't going to intervene and they were probably surprised when the police showed up because they had no idea what was taking place.
Right, right.
Yeah, exactly.
There's so many inconsistencies.
It's absolutely ridiculous.
But the most compelling, I think two things are the most compelling for me in terms of evidence that there's something so wrong with these stories.
One is Uh, the report by CNN that both had hammers in their hands, and I find it impossible to believe that someone would break in and hand their victim a hammer.
Um, or otherwise, you know, what, did Pelosi actually have a hammer sitting by his bed, and then the attacker brought one in, so now they each had one.
How did they each have a hammer?
The whole thing is absolutely ridiculous.
And the second thing is Mr. Pelosi saying, um, it's okay, you know, I'll take care of it, it's all right.
With someone who just broke in your house and you don't know?
It would be absolutely get here, get here, get here as fast as possible.
I have some stranger in my house.
So, absolutely it does seem like they just had some kind of a sexual situation going on and now he's gotten caught because he couldn't, you know, keep his lover under control or whatever it is, however you want to put it.
And now the Democrats have a problem, so it's wag the dog.
Let's make up a reason.
Let's just, you know, just blame it on Trump.
Let's blame everything on Trump.
How's that?
Dina, this is a doozy.
There's a whole lot of backlash against the media for not following up on this story.
It's got so many obvious holes in it that they're just trying to cover up, so it's going to further reinforce the fake news meme that Donald Trump so effectively deployed.
This works against the Democrats every way I can envision, and they're desperate to cover it up.
But that makes this a story that's going to go right up to election day next week, Dina.
It's going to smother all their other efforts to develop any other themes they are done for.
It's so extraordinary that I think you're right, it's going to stay alive in the news because the facts just don't pan out.
And the fact that, you know, thank God that CNN and Fox were willing to print enough to allow the, you know, intelligent inquirer I don't think it was staged.
with the story, so there's enough thought or enough accurate, or not accurate, enough inconsistent news items to allow anyone who has a brain to realize something's really wrong here, so it's gonna stay alive, I agree, I agree the story's gonna stay alive.
I don't think it was staged, I think it had to have been just Mr. Pelosi, you know, had a problem, so yeah.
So I will definitely be posting this show on my Rumble channel.
If you go to Rumble.com and click on the Counterspeech channel, this will be uploaded as soon as I can get it up, probably in the next hour or so.
And by the way, listeners, I'm now General Counsel for U.S.
Freedom Flyers, and we could show you some donations.
We're fighting some pretty big fights, and if you have a desire to help a group trying Put a lid on medical tyranny.
That's what we're doing.
Fighting the vaccine mandates and things like that still because pilots have been passing out in the cockpits post vaccination.
Some have died, gotten confused, gotten dizzy.
Neurological problems have been reported to me specifically by one of my doctors among his many, many, many vaccine injured patients who have neurological problems are falling downstairs, dropping things, dropping their keys and so forth and getting confused while driving.
So what the pilots are experiencing is consistent with what the other reports are saying about those who are, have taken the Pfizer or Moderna injections in particular.
This has been so much fun.
I really, when I, you know, I asked you to be on the show today because I've been working so hard.
I didn't have a show planned and I said, hey, let's talk about Pelosi.
At that time, I had no idea about any of the stuff we just talked about.
I just out of the blue.
There they are on TV.
I'm like, let's talk about Pelosi and I had no idea this is going to be so much fun.
And I was going to learn so much about what a bunch of perverts we have in Washington.
But I do think you're right.
You know, when when the tide comes in, all ships rise.
I'm from Gate Harbor, Washington.
So I actually have these images in my mind, the tide coming in and out daily thing.
But when the tide goes out, everyone suffers or everyone goes down.
And we've got a situation now where gas prices are so high.
Inflation is so out of control.
But I think that everyone's seeing, we're all hurting, all of us, everyone, almost every single person, maybe not the billionaires, but I think you're right.
This is the recipe for a Republican landslide in the midterms.
And we're going to run out of diesel right after the midterm and the whole economy is going to crash, Dina, all thanks to Joe Biden.
Yeah, he's awful beyond words.
I mean, he's just so confused.
Such an embarrassing... We've had embarrassing presidents before, but I'm saying this one just seems so dumb.
I mean, he can barely... I say, if you envisioned George Soros as the acting president, where it's been his lifelong dream to destroy America, then all the pieces fit.
Yeah.
Well, thank you for listening to Counterspeech, everyone.
Thank you.
Thank you, Jim, again for being so much fun and I'll get this posted right away.
