Time Text
And welcome back, folks.
This is Truth vs. News Incorporated.
I'm Donald Ryan, your producer, as always, with JD.ConsultantsLive.com.
I appreciate your donations and other help that we're receiving and support.
And this is the second hour on October 30th, before Halloween.
And we got another frightening story about the Great Reset and about what's really going on here.
It looks like we have some very ominous things happening.
Go ahead, Jim.
Well, we do have, Don, and here's a guy who calls it like it is.
He says it's a cabal of unelected elitists, including Obama's actually running America.
We know Joe Biden is not doing it.
Republican Congressman Ralph Norman from South Carolina said everyone knows Joe Biden isn't in charge of anything, that in reality there's a secretive cabal of elitists who are running America.
Appearing on Real America's Voice, he was asked the possibility of impeaching Borden over wide-open borders.
We'll subpoena as many as we can," he said, adding, this is when the Republicans take control of the House.
We're going to have consequences, starting with Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas, Christopher Wray with the FBI, I mean, a whole host of things.
He furthered, look who is behind Biden, Kamala Harris.
She may speak a little bit better, but look what you get with her.
It could be even worse.
She's an absolute airhead.
She has no brain between her ears.
The whole administration is rogue.
I guess we all know Joe's not running the country.
There's a cabal of unelected elitists.
Probably Barack Obama's involved.
Probably Eric Holder.
But who knows?
We know it's not Biden.
And here he was on with a guy talking about... Kevin McCarthy, most likely to be the Speaker of the House when you guys take over after the midterms, says he sees nothing that this president is doing or not doing that would lead to impeachment.
How on earth could an open border not lead to impeachment of Joe Biden?
He's not protecting the country.
He's sending billions of dollars to Ukraine for God only knows what purpose, but he's not protecting this country.
He's ordering Arizona to remove shipping containers that are actually acting as a wall on the border.
How is that not impeachable?
How can Kevin McCarthy sit there with a straight face and say that?
And how can he be elected leader of the Republican Party and become Speaker of the House?
Well, I think what he's saying is, I mean, look who's behind him, Kamala Harris.
Uh, you know, the lady is, you know, she, she's may speak a little bit better, uh, maybe coherent, but look at, look at what you get with her.
And I think what he's saying is put the country through impeachment with what you get could be even worse.
We've got our hands full.
I don't, uh, there's no question about that, but we're going to subpoena as many people as we can.
We're going to hopefully have consequences, starting with Mayorkas, Ray with the FBI.
I mean, a whole host of things.
The whole administration is a rogue administration.
And I guess we all know Joe Biden is not running this country.
There is a cabal of unelected elitists who are running this country.
Probably Barack Obama is involved.
Probably Eric Holder.
But who knows?
We know it's not Biden.
Uh, the impeachment deal is a long drawn out, uh, thing.
And if there's anybody that was coherent, they could take over that would not ruin the country, but it's not possible with Kamala Harris.
Therein lies the problem.
So why is it, and I've asked a number of members of Congress, why is Kevin McCarthy a foregone conclusion?
To be Speaker of the House.
Why is there nobody else willing to step up?
Because there are a number of people that I think would be more effective at the job.
You might even have a couple.
Won't ask you to tell me what they might be because I don't want to put you on the spot.
But the fact that why is he?
Why is he the foregone conclusion?
I don't think he is a foregone conclusion.
I think now Kevin has done a good job these last two years.
He's raised money to elect Republicans.
Now, I know the Freedom Caucus, we've got some issues that we're raising with him and hopefully he will implement them, like committing to closing the border down, like don't give us a 20-year budget to shoot for, five to seven years like the RSC has put forward, like supporting our police officers.
Uh, and you know, we give the commitment to America that the group came up with is good, but we've got to put meat on it and we've got to have action.
One thing we can't do, Steve, is just have words.
Uh, we got to act and I think we will.
I think that's the positive part.
Very nice.
I mean, here's a, here's a guy I never even heard of before.
Meanwhile, Trump.
Minnesota finally has a chance to have a great governor.
His name is Dr. Scott Jensen, the Republican gubernatorial candidate.
He'll bring Minnesota back from the brink.
Strong on fighting crime and delivering solid and sensible education.
Results will be quickly seen and there won't be any more fiery takeovers of police precincts.
Minnesota will be great again.
Dr. Scott Jensen is my complete and total endorsement.
What I find fascinating about this is Scott Jensen was convinced opinions about COVID were being used against him in complaints to the medical board.
He's made no secret he believes Minnesota's response has been out of proportion to the risk.
He argued the cost of shutting down the economy, elective surgery, schools, and churches have outweighed the benefit.
That he's targeted for speaking out against a strategy for He was very good about this.
He was simply excellent.
I applauded him.
He was among the first.
That was hard, he said.
Finding a licensing board could be used as a weapon.
And the fact that you don't get to know your accuser, this has nothing to do with patient care.
It has to do with public comment.
The medical board, by law, must investigate both complaints.
We can't legally divulge the name of those who submitted them.
The only reason it's in the public domain is because Jensen decided to announce it after receiving a letter from the board.
This is a conversation quite likely, frankly, Minnesota and America have to have.
Using a regulatory board as a weapon to silence someone is wrong.
And by the way, it's just taken a dramatic increase when Peter McCullough, who is the leading most cited physician in America, has had his license suspended by the AMA for pointing out that the COVID jab is killing people and that the procedures being used here for protocols for COVID are all wrong.
Here we have Scott Jensen again suggesting the state's instructions would result in inflating death totals because death from other illnesses could be lumped into the coronavirus totals.
The Minnesota Department of Health Later clarified what the instructions meant and assured the public probable COVID cases aren't added in.
The other medical board complaint head did generally use statements about the mortality compared to other epidemics.
We'll have 50 million Americans with the flu.
We didn't shut down the country over that.
He stands by making those comparisons.
The risk of death we experience on a daily basis isn't really so dramatically changing, we might think, because of COVID.
Every day we get up, we incur a risk of death.
When you talk about 130,000 deaths of COVID that I share with you, between suicide, drug overdose, accidents, or twice the number, I think that matters.
He also appeared on Fox Media citing the CDC, saying the top epidemiological agency had fractured public trust by mishandling the pandemic and becoming a partisan organization.
He's 100% correct.
He's also questioned the wisdom of the state hiring hundreds of contact tasters to track where people have been infected or else may have been exposed, causing an intrusion into the private medical information of patients that caused some people, including his own wife, to resist being tested at all.
Here's what he said very early on.
This was back on April of 2020.
Hospitals are being paid $13,000 to list patients and $39,000 to put them on a ventilator.
He was absolutely right then.
He was in the forefront.
I was reporting on Scott Jensen extensively at the time.
Let me add, this is very interesting because Donald Trump is coming out and endorsing Scott Jensen, who's been a critic of the Vax, suggesting to me maybe Trump is finally getting the message and that he ought to repudiate all of his warp speed activities.
David, your thoughts?
Yeah, I think there's some hope for President Trump.
I've always believed he was misled during the infancy of the pandemic.
So I wouldn't be surprised that he's educated himself by getting some people who actually know something and sharing with him some of their wisdom.
But going back to the first story, which is Obama and Holder being behind running the administration, along with Susan Rice and a cadre of elitists, there's no question in my mind whatsoever
That the presidency of the United States has been used over the past two years to oppress, to infringe, to restrict, and to cancel the freedoms that we've all enjoyed as Americans.
I mean, even, you know, when I have to come on a show like yours, Jim, and talk about some of the things, you know, and then get off the show and Coming and knocking on my door for some reason or or, you know, just people making fun of comments.
It really concerns me because the level of speech, as has happened to Dr. Jensen, has essentially been censored.
There's no doubt about it.
And when you get instrumentalities of the state, agents of the state, agents of the medical board coming after you, Because you're expressing your opinion about something.
It's just shocking.
I understand complaints regarding patient care, but I understand what he's saying with regard to public comments, and I applaud the actions and the conduct of Dr. Jensen, and I hope, for heaven's sake, he's elected.
Yes, yes, yes.
Peter McCullough, of all people, is being censored.
This is just incredible.
Good comments.
Go ahead.
I had a case years ago of a urologist who actually formulated a different way to solve a problem.
And there was no billing on the Medi-Cal chart.
You can only bill these procedures.
And this was close to his procedure.
So he billed under that procedure.
And he was indicted for fraud and all this stuff.
And his outcomes were 10 times better than they were for other people.
So it's just shocking.
When the state agencies turn into weapons of the state, and I think Kennedy captures that very well in his book about the real Anthony Fauci, because he talks about how the pharmacies have taken over the FDA, so it's just an example of that.
Bobby Jr., yeah, Don.
Yeah, it looks like we're all going to be It was so refreshing to hear a guy, this is a representative I've never heard of before, speaking so clearly about the situation we're in politically.
That was a breath of fresh air, David, I thought.
Yes, I agree.
Meanwhile, we got other stories equally shocking.
The FBI is asking the court for 66 years to release information from Seth Ritz's computer.
That's stunning!
The FBI, 66 years?
If the court does not—the bureau—to reverse its order that it produce the information from Seth Ritz's laptop, this shows how the The DNC manipulated the outcome by shifting 13 primaries that Bernie had won to Hillary's column to make sure she would be the candidate.
If the court won't reverse and the Bureau wants 66 years to produce the information, this is simply absurd.
The district judge, Amos Mazarin, an Obama appointee but not therefore a complete idiot, ruled the Bureau must hand over information from the computer to Brian Huddleston, who filed it under the Freedom of Information Act.
Yes.
The FBI assertion privacy interests of rich family outweigh the public interest was rejected.
That had nothing to do with it anyway.
It's protecting the DNC, not Seth Rich's family.
The ruling was erroneous, U.S.
lawyers said in a new filing.
The Bureau shouldn't have to produce it because FOIA Exempt information compiled for law enforcement purposes that could reasonably be expected to disclose the identity of a confidential source.
This is just bullshit!
Given the court's findings, except for the information The FBI properly withheld other information.
The production order seems inconsistent with the rest of the order.
This is ridiculous.
The FBI claiming it never possessed Rich's laptop or any information exiled in 2020 that it actually had thousands of files from the computer.
In other words, they've been lying and covering up forever.
The Bureau is currently working on getting the files into a format to be reviewed.
Yeah, why shouldn't they be?
If they're files from a computer, they can be reviewed.
Information and material were provided by a source during a meeting of March 15, 2018.
The new filing, the lawyer said the FBI never extracted the data, which it revealed as originating with a law enforcement agency, said the info is on a compact disc containing images from the laptop.
The FBI did not open an investigation into the murder of Seth Rich, nor do it provide information or technical assistance of any investigation into the murder of Seth Rich.
As a result, the FBI never extracted the data from the compact disc.
This is like the fact that the FBI has never opened an investigation into the Hunter Biden laptop.
This is just a fancy beyond words.
To produce the information, the FBI would have to convert on the disk into pages and review the pages.
They want to drag it out.
66 years?!
This is just stupid!
If the court overrules, the FBI wants to produce the records at a rate of 500 pages a month, and it takes 67 years to product the documents.
After dealing with the FBI for five years, I now assume the FBI is lying to me.
Unless and until it proves otherwise, the FBI is trying to hide the records about Seth Rich, which begs the question of why?
Here, let me just say, this is about the death of Seth Rich.
I reported on this extensively.
This was a guy.
Listen to this report.
Fourth-year surgery resident who rotated at Washington Hospital.
It won't be hard to identify, but I feel I shouldn't stay silent.
Sethris was shot twice, with three gunshot wounds, entry and exit and entry.
He was taken to the ER emergency where we performed an end lap and found a small injury, a segment three of the liver, which was packed and several small bowel injuries, pretty common for gunshots in the back, exiting the abdomen, which we trisected 12 centimeters of bowel, left him in discontinuity.
That is, we didn't hook everything back up.
With the intent of performing a washout in the morning.
He did not have any major vascular injuries otherwise.
I've seen dozens of worst cases of this which survived and nothing about his injuries suggested to me that he'd sustained a fatal wound.
In the meantime, he was transferred to the ICU and transfused two units of blood when his post-surgery quit came back at minus 20.
He was stable and not on any pressers, and it seemed pretty routine.
About eight hours after he arrived, we were swarmed by law enforcement officers.
Pretty much everyone except the attending and a few nurses were kicked out of the ICU, disallowing visiting hours.
Normally every odd hours, for example, 1 a.m., 3 a.m.
Not something we do routinely.
It was weird as hell.
At turnover that morning, We are instructed not to round on the VIP that came in last night.
That's exactly what the attending said.
And no one except for me and another resident had any idea who he was talking about.
No one allowed to see Seth except for my attending when he died.
No code was called.
I rounded on patients literally next door but was physically blocked from checking in on him.
I've never seen anything like it before.
I can't say 100%.
He was allowed to die.
I don't understand why he was treated that way.
Take it as you will.
I'm just one low-level doc.
Something's fishy, though, that's for sure.
They let him die.
This was brought about deliberately, and John Podesta appears to be the one who authorized the shooting of Seth Wick.
They were worried someone was leaking and they wanted to set an example and they didn't care if the evidence was inconclusive.
David, your thoughts?
Yeah, this is a very disturbing case.
I mean, the decision by Judge Amos Mazzott, I think is right on point.
66 years is an unbelievable amount of time.
I mean, how old was Seth Rich?
35?
38 years old?
I mean, you know, you could review his whole life bit by bit.
Within the 66 years, but this is like I said, this is essentially.
You know Trump Mar-a-Lago.
OK, this is going through all the documents.
Remember I said that you're going to have to.
You're going to have this hoisted on a judge and he's going to have all this work to do and separate everything.
Well, this is just nothing but an outlandish request by the FBI to have those records sent dormant for 66 years.
The fact that they did have possession of the computer, as you said, I believe.
allows you to dismiss any argument that they haven't seen it before.
But the fact that they never possessed that habit is quite a quandary to me.
I think the, the, uh, I believe those are records by the attending physician or they're just comments by the attending.
He was, uh, he was, uh, there on duty when Seth Ritchie was brought in.
He wasn't the attending but he knew the attending and he followed the case closely and felt he could not remain silent even though it wouldn't be hard to figure out who he was.
Yeah and you know the fact the attending has kept from taking care of his patient that is just astonishing to me but I think that's right.
It's become its own beast.
It's the Leviathan of John Hobbes.
It's what our fear is of big government.
And it just operates with the authority or the excuse that can kill people whenever it wants with impunity.
I think that's right.
I've reported a lot about it.
Meanwhile, Paul Pelosi had surgery to repair a fractured skull, injured right arm and hands.
Speaker Pelosi, this is all very, very odd.
Drew Hamill, spokesman for Speaker of the House Pelosi, issued a statement updating the condition of Paul Pelosi, the Speaker's 82-year-old husband, who was attacked in the couple's San Francisco home early Friday morning.
Pelosi was repeatedly—Nancy was repeatedly in Washington when the attack occurred.
There's a photo of the two of them together.
Paul Pelosi in brain surgery after a 2 a.m.
hammer attack in their $6 million San Francisco home, shown on the right, reports that Pelosi surreptitiously dialed 9-1-1 around 2-27 a.m.
while Contreras, a man who allegedly broke into the Pelosi home, Pelosi was able to let the dispatcher know he needed help without alerting the intruder.
Somehow, Paul Pelosi had the quick reaction, the quick instincts to wait until the intruder was distracted, and then managed to dial 9-1-1 to summon police while it was happening.
Police dispatch audio.
Paul Pelosi, when calling cops, said he doesn't know who the male is, but then he advised that his name is David and he is a friend.
Get the incoherence of this!
A reporting person stated that there's a male in the home, but that he's going to wait for his wife.
A reporting person said he doesn't know who the male is, but they advised his name is David and that he is a friend.
Reporting person sounded somewhat confused.
Later in the day, FBI visited a Berkeley home linked to DePue, which neighbors call the Hippie Collective.
NBC Bay Area's Jackson Von Dendebeck reported, here is a visit to the Berkeley home tied to the Pelosi meeting suspect.
The Victorian is called the Hippie Collective.
Get this, Paul Pelosi attacker lived in Berkeley Hippie Commune.
Dave DePopp, the man accused of attacking Paul Pelosi with a hammer, lived inside the school bus parked outside his former lover's home in the weeks leading up to the attack, according to his neighbors.
In the driveway, this is Michael Schellenberger tweeting, There's a broken down camper van on the street as a yellow school bus, which neighbors said occasionally stayed in.
Both are filled with garbage.
Typical of such structures in homeless and camp months.
Da Pop, who shares two children with Tob, was in a romantic relationship with a pro-nudist activist before she married someone else.
Da Pop served as best man at Tob's nude wedding, which ultimately led to Tob's arrest for being naked in public.
Here he is recording the nude wedding of Gypsy Tob outside the City Hall on December 19, 2013 in San Francisco.
Michael Schellenberg again.
And as I discovered yesterday, Da Pop live with a notorious local nudist in a Berkeley home complete with a Black Lives Matter sign in the window, an LGBT rainbow flag emblazoned with a marijuana symbol hanging from a tree.
Comment posted.
No break-in.
9-1-1 calls for over a half hour.
Paul's in underwear.
Assailant in underwear.
Both or only one had a hammer.
Assailant took a hammer from Paul and hit him with police present.
Police were only doing a welfare check in this gated community with private security.
Broken windows from inside, the glasses on the outside.
Methinks a man like Paul who hangs out in gay bars and brings young men home late night is attested to by neighbors had a spat with his date.
His date is a radical leftist.
His date is not a MAGA man.
His date is registered.
Green lives in Berkeley in a nudist community supporting BLM.
Nudist ex-lover of Paul Pelosi, attacker of his female pedophile, who harassed a boy at 14 and bought sex dolls for their sons to use.
Let me add, there are lots of reports about this.
The hammer of Yosemite A 24-ounce dildo that they were using on each other.
This appears to be a homophile spat.
The story says that Pelosi escaped to take a pee while he was being beaten by this man.
Well, when you're being beaten, you're not going to be allowed to take a pee.
The whole thing's absurd.
And it's coming at the worst possible time politically for the Democrats and for Nancy Pelosi.
This is stunning.
David, your thoughts?
Yeah, the interesting thing is the 9-11 call is a matter of public record, so we're going to be able to get that and listen to it and dissect it.
Are you sure that Paul Pelosi's fractured skull Well, I'm just going to raise this.
two or three months ago uh you know maybe this is a grounds for a late insurance claim or something no no no this and this appears to be the same guy was with him the same this is a male prostitute david that that was with pelosi on both occasions and they appear to have had a spy a spat well um i you know i i'm just going to raise this
do you think this had anything to do with with kamala harris going out making that announcement about the school bus the yellow school bus is If you, you know, all these people used to come in their yellow school bus.
Is she communicating to the San Francisco Police Department where and what they ought to look for?
You have to remember Kamala Harris is right out of San Francisco and who knows the relationships that she has there.
That's right.
She was a, she was a DEA and then the Attorney General of California.
Really stupid thing.
She was really bad.
Yeah.
David.
One last thing.
I will remind you that I beat Kamala Harris's office and trial, but yeah, but it just, you know, I've seen the antics.
I know what to expect.
This is just ridiculous.
Don, did you want to add?
Yeah, I'm just a little curious here about that window being broken out and the door open there.
Well, that would trigger an alarm to 9-11 or to a security company.
Listen, that's very good.
This is a six million dollar home.
They have all kinds of security.
Right.
Broken out from the inside out.
Right.
Look as though it was a break-in.
And remember, he said he initially didn't know his assailant.
Then he said he actually knows his assailant, even knows his name.
I mean, right there, you got damning evidence.
This is fraud.
Yeah, it's terrible.
And you got this, Paul Pelosi has a habit of picking up young male prostitutes, and the hammer appears to be this monster dildo they were using on each other.
I mean, it's just disgusting.
And it could not come at a worse time for the Democrats.
I mean, it's just sensational.
Terrible.
Meanwhile, Fetterman's debate performance proves early voting should be banned completely.
This is a very thoughtful piece from Political Insider.
Fetterman's performance was a debacle by any measuring stick, including by some very prominent left-wing pundits.
What is even more devastating is that several hundred thousand voters were robbed of the opportunity to see the Democrat candidate is clearly incapable of performing the duties required of holding a Senate seat prior to their voting.
Fetterman's opponent, Republican candidate Mehmet Oz, challenged him to a series of five debates before the late October one-off was agreed upon.
It immediately became clear whether the Fetterman campaign wanted to hide their candidate as long as possible.
Fetterman opens the debate.
Hi!
Good night, everybody!
Early voting in Pennsylvania.
Fetterman voters must be having buyer's remorse.
Voters in the Keystone State are not required to give an excuse to attain a medal in ballot, and some counties were sending out ballots in late September and earlier this month.
How many of them cast their ballot on the word of the Federan campaign their candidate was up to the task of serving in the Senate?
On the word of the doctor who, as it turned out, is a campaign donor for the Democrats?
Here's a Washington Free Beacon tweeting, New!
Federman's team released a note that claims he can work full duty in public office.
The note was written by a doctor who has given tens of thousands of dollars to Democrats, including a $1,330 campaign to Fetterman's, contribution of Fetterman's campaign.
Rather than taking the word of a campaign donor doctor, Pennsylvanians couldn't decide with their own ears and eyes that Fetterman is not fit to run for dog catcher, let alone a seat in the Senate.
It's an unmistakable conclusion.
It was a debate performance Joe Scarborough described as painful that Chris Cuomo concluded shows a Democrat in the race clearly is dealing with health issues that affect his ability to process and his ability to speak.
Hans von Spassky, a senior legal fellow at the Heritage Foundation's Edward Reiss Center, argues early voting allows a proliferation of ill-informed voters, as I call them, the Democrat base.
There is no question that when voters cast their ballots weeks before Election Day, they do without the same access to knowledge about the candidates and issues that those who vote on Election Day.
Chris Cuomo, Fetterman struggled.
I don't think his preparation was great.
The fact of the matter is he had the most preparation he could possibly have had.
This is the best he could possibly do.
Here's Clay Travis.
John Fetterman can't speak.
This is disqualifying.
Just watch.
Answers like this are happening over and over again.
No, you might be saying to yourself, how bad could the early voting be?
How much could it sway the outcome of a Senate election?
Well, we're glad you asked.
Just hours before the debate, CNN reported nearly 64,000 pre-election votes had already been cast.
Democrats make up a wide majority of voters who've already cast a ballot in the Keystone State as of Tuesday.
73% of Pennsylvania voters so far have been Democrats, 19% Republicans.
Nearly half a million Democrats voted without knowing Fetterman is unfit to serve.
How many Had they waited until Election Day, might have simply stayed home.
Too ashamed to vote for a candidate propped up by the Democrats like Weekend at Bernie's?
Here's Greg Price tweeting.
After watching that debate, keep a few things in mind.
Early voting has been going on in Pennsylvania for four weeks.
John Fetterman refused to release his medical records.
Liberals told us that an NBC reporter was ableist for saying that Fetterman struggled to talk with her.
Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, writing in his dissents to a 2021 decision not to hear a challenge to the Pennsylvania mail-in voting procedure, claimed the institution had invited an erosion of voter confidence.
The challenge was against a Pennsylvania court ruling that permitted ballots to be counted up to three days after Election Day.
Here's Jack Wobuska.
Clarence Thomas with a verbal sweep down.
Here's his descent.
One wonders what this court waits for.
We failed to settle this dispute before the election and thus provide clear rules.
Now we again fail to provide clear rules for future elections.
This decision to leave election law hidden beneath a shroud of doubt is baffling.
By doing nothing, we invite further confusion and erosion of voter confidence.
Our fellow citizens deserve better and expect more of us.
I respectfully dissent.
If Fetterman wins in Pennsylvania, it will be in part to a significant Democratic edge in early voting.
How much voter confidence will be left as that happens?
How much should be left, David?
Yeah, this is a really interesting dilemma.
The Democrats essentially hide Fetterman for Probably three, four months during the prime campaign time.
Then you have the proliferation of ill-informed voting taking place weeks before.
Then he comes up and makes his debut on national television, goes sideways in Shows his incompetency, shows his inability to reason, even to understand the questions being presented to him, and responds with platitudes and misguided answers.
And all of a sudden, you know, you're, you're a week or a week and a half away from the campaign and you realize you voted for this person.
So I tend to agree with with Justice Thomas's dissent.
That this is you should really prohibit early voting.
I think the you really see people at their best when they get closer and closer to the to the election date.
For example, Carrie Lake out of Arizona is just doing a wonderful job.
The closer and closer she gets to the election.
And I think her opponent Hobbs is just stuttering and falling off the planet.
So, you know, it's just tough luck for Federman.
Maybe we can get a ticket of Mike Moore and Federman for President and Vice President next year from the Democrats.
Mike Moore and Federman!
I love it!
Meanwhile, here's Tucker on what's going on.
Get this, serious stuff.
Good evening and welcome to Tucker Carlson.
Tonight, there are a lot of far away places in this world, Namibia for example, but Europe is not one of them.
Europe is where your kids spent junior year abroad.
Europe is an easy flight from the east coast of the United States to pretty much anywhere on the continent.
And you know this if you've been on vacation in Europe, as millions of Americans have.
For the most part, they speak English in Europe.
They've got Starbucks and Taco Bell and air conditioning and modern hospitals.
It is not another world.
So given that, given how closely related the United States is to Europe, and has always been, you would imagine our leaders would notice when Europe began to fall apart, especially when the signs were not subtle at all.
And they weren't.
This summer, Germans began clear-cutting ancient forests to heat their homes.
In Poland, families queued up for hours to buy coal, just like they did 150 years ago.
In the UK, the government projected that more than 10,000 Britons will freeze to death, will die this winter for lack of heating fuel.
Freeze to death.
In England.
That is not supposed to happen in a first world country.
So Europe is moving backward at high speed and it's not clear where it'll end.
So the question is, why is this happening?
And the answer, for once, is a very simple one.
The war in Ukraine.
That's why it's happening.
A huge percentage of Europe's energy came from Russia.
Those imports have now been banned, supposedly to punish Vladimir Putin.
What's the result of this punishment?
Well, the Russian ruble is now far stronger than it was a year ago.
The European economy, meanwhile, is collapsing.
Europeans are much poorer than they were when the war in Ukraine started.
So how is that a victory for Europe and the West and democracy?
Well, that's a fair question.
It's an obvious question.
But no one in Washington appears to be asking that question.
Instead, the Biden administration is doubling down on the self-destructive mistakes that are destroying the European Union.
The White House banned Russian oil, natural gas, and coal.
It was our moral duty.
And then at the same time, the Biden administration crushed domestic oil production here by canceling oil and gas leases.
And then, as if that wasn't enough, the Biden administration sold a piece of our strategic petroleum reserve, maybe this country's most important resource, to China.
None of this hurt Putin in any way.
All of it impoverishes the United States.
So what could possibly be the justification for doing that?
We've wondered.
Anyone who's paying attention has had to have wondered that.
Well, this week, Congressman Jamie Raskin of Maryland, of Bethesda, answered that question.
Russia is an Orthodox Christian country with traditional social values.
And for that reason, it must be destroyed, no matter what the cost to us.
So this is not a conventional war.
This is a jihad.
Jamie Raskin said that out loud, but many in Washington agree with him.
In both parties, they would like to see World War Trans immediately.
So what is a jihad going to mean for you?
Well...
The details are stunning.
Thanks to the Biden administration's religious war in Ukraine, this country is about to run out of diesel fuel.
According to data from the Energy Information Administration, by the Monday of Thanksgiving week, that's 25 days from now, there will be no more diesel.
So what's going to happen then?
Well, everything will stop.
That means trucks and trains and barges all unable to move.
Farm equipment will shut down.
There'll be no deliveries because there'll be no trucks.
There'll be no diesel generators.
And then, inevitably, our economy will crash because everything runs on diesel fuel.
Not on solar panels, not on wind farms, on diesel fuel.
Diesel is not a negotiable commodity.
You have to have diesel.
So what happens when we don't have it?
Well, yesterday, Fox's Jackie Heinrich, apparently alone in the White House press corps, asked the White House spokesman, John Kirby, that very question.
What's the plan here?
We're running out of diesel.
John Kirby, standing at the podium, representing the White House, the President of the United States, the administration, the largest organization in human history, the executive branch of government, had no answer.
But don't worry, he said, we will be exporting plenty of energy to Europe to help fight that progressive crusade in Ukraine.
Watch.
What are we doing to increase the supply of diesel, given that the Energy Information Administration said as of October 14th, the U.S.
only had about a 25-day supply.
You have the Northeast and New York already rationing home heating oil.
What are we doing to prepare for the winter and to ramp up supply of diesel?
I'll take the question on the diesel, because I just don't have the data on that in front of me.
So let me take that and we'll get back to you on that.
But writ large, the president has been working very, very hard to make sure that we're -- that not only are we ready for fluctuations that could come -- and, of course, the prices are going down, and we think that's important -- but that we are also doing what we can to help our European friends and partners who are also going to be facing a long, cold winter.
We have doubled our commitment, the commitment he made in March for natural gas exports to Europe.
We've doubled that commitment in terms of actual -- getting things over there, getting natural gas over there.
And we are working with foreign suppliers of natural gas and oil to see if we can't help our European partners diversify their own storage and supplies.
So just pause and savor the irony here just for a moment, because now everything is irony.
They've been telling you for decades.
And unlike warming, freezing actually kills people.
A lot of people every year.
And it will kill people in the West this year thanks to their efforts to fight warming.
Okay.
YOU ARE IN DANGER OF FREEZING.
AND UNLIKE WARMING, FREEZING ACTUALLY KILLS PEOPLE, A LOT OF PEOPLE EVERY YEAR.
AND IT WILL KILL PEOPLE IN THE WEST THIS YEAR, THANKS TO THEIR EFFORTS TO FIGHT WARMING.
OKAY.
THE SECOND THING TO NOTICE IS THE WHITE HOUSE SPOKESMAN'S TOTALLY UNINTERESTED BLASE RESPONSE TO THE MOST BASIC QUESTION ANYONE COULD ASK, WHICH IS WHAT ARE WE DOING ABOUT THE FACT WE'RE RUNNING OUT OF DIESEL FUEL?
And he has no idea, and he's not embarrassed that he has no idea.
The problem is, at this point, there may not be an answer, because there may not be a way to avoid a disaster.
Diesel fuel is not just low in this country, it's low in every Western nation that has aligned itself with Ukraine.
All these nations preparing for World War Trans are running out of diesel fuel.
As New York Magazine has reported, the last time there was this little supply of diesel, there were about 3.5 billion fewer people on the planet.
Well, that puts it in perspective.
So the Biden administration responded, as you know, earlier this year to rising gas prices, which they feared above all, because the midterms are coming in two weeks, by tapping the strategic petroleum reserves.
But that will not work here.
The Northeast Home Heating Oil Reserve contains a million barrels of diesel in case of emergencies.
The problem is that demand is so high across the board that, according to the Washington Post, even if the Biden administration used every single barrel in that stockpile, That stockpile would be empty in less than six hours.
Hours?
And of course, it's not just diesel that's running out.
Jet fuel is up about 23% in just the last month.
Kerosene, which if you don't live in New York City, you know perfectly well is used to heat people's homes and keep them from dying, is now close to $7 a gallon.
Who heats with kerosene, by the way?
Poor people heat with kerosene.
And they're the ones who can't get it.
$7 a gallon.
In New England, people are worried about freezing to death this winter.
Here's a local Fox report.
West Hartford homeowner Sharona Resnick-Kravitz has been paying for oil to heat her home for more than 35 years.
I mean, this is New England.
It gets cold here.
We're cold.
Sharona is a widow living on a fixed income.
She says before her husband passed away, they shared the bills.
Now, she is having to make sacrifices.
How are you preparing and trying to figure out what can you sacrifice at this point?
Food.
I go to the grocery store and I'm very frugal about what I buy.
She tells me at $6 a gallon, buying oil has become a huge burden.
The average home uses 800 gallons of oil per year.
That's almost $5,000 at the current rate.
This shouldn't be happening in this of all countries.
The United States has some of the deepest, by some measures, the deepest energy reserves on the planet.
It's our main strength.
Cheap energy is the reason this is a rich country.
That's the reason.
That's why we're exceptional, because we have cheap energy.
And this country was energy independent just a few years ago.
Now, if you want to fix the economy, you would make this country energy independent once again.
You would bring back cheap energy.
That will fix the economy quicker than anything else.
In fact, it's the only thing that'll fix the economy.
But the Biden administration, for whatever reason, has done the opposite.
Depleting our strategic petroleum reserve, for example.
They just released another 15 million barrels the other day.
Because they know that's running out, the White House is also begging foreign governments for help.
In the most humiliating possible way.
Biden just went and begged the Saudis in secret for more oil.
As the New York Times reported this week, Biden's top aides, quote, thought they had struck a secret deal to boost oil production through the end of the year.
But then the Saudi royal family decided not to go along with it.
They're not ramping up their oil production, they're doing the opposite.
Saudi's oil minister is now telling the West to brace for energy shortages.
Watch this.
IT IS MY PROFOUND DUTY TO MAKE IT CLEAR TO THE WORLD THAT LOSING EMERGENCY STOCK MAY BECOME PAINFUL IN THE MONTHS TO COME.
SO AN ENERGY SHORTAGE IS NOT REALLY A DEBATE OVER WHETHER SOME DUDE SHOULD BE ON THE GIRL'S SWIM TEAM.
This is adult stuff.
Countries rise and fall on the basis of what energy costs.
And when there's a real energy shortage, things fall apart.
People die.
Economies collapse.
Poverty sets in.
Systemic poverty.
Not just in the bad part of town, but in your part of town.
So this is a real thing.
The problem is, the people running the government are children.
They not only can't admit what they've done wrong, they don't even understand it.
Here's Karine Jean-Pierre, the glass ceiling shattering spokeswoman at the White House, addressing the question yesterday.
I'm anxious to get your thoughts on this New York Times report that U.S.
officials thought they had a deal with the Saudis before the president went to Jeddah in Saudi Arabia for his meeting with the Crown Prince, but they thought they had a deal on oil supplies and oil, price of oil, but that the Saudis backed out of that deal.
What can you tell us about that?
So we have been very clear about how we believe parts of that report was mischaracterized and there has been some changes that have been made to that report.
Look, we've also been clear that our trip, that the president's trip to the Middle East, was not about oil.
Was there an understanding, Kareem, with the Saudis that the Saudis then backed away from?
Again, the trip was not about oil.
This is embarrassing.
She can't even conjugate the verb correctly.
This is the spokesperson!
It's a joke!
She doesn't know what oil is, and she's lying!
They're all like that.
These people are not capable of running a country this big and this complex, and that's why it's falling apart.
Joe Biden is blaming gas stations for high prices.
How's Kamala Harris responding to all of this?
Well, she's responding to the diesel shortage by telling you diesel's bad.
Watch.
I have a particular fondness, I must tell you, for electric school buses.
I love electric school buses.
On a daily basis, 25 million children in our country every day go to school on those diesel-fueled school buses.
And hundreds, thousands of school bus drivers are driving those buses, which are then these people, these children, these adults, are inhaling what is toxic air.
So the lady who never had children is lecturing you about children.
The person who's never had a real job is lecturing you about energy policy.
The woman who told you masks would stop COVID is telling you about diesel fumes and their effect on your body.
This is a joke.
The truth is, these people are bumping right smack up against reality.
And here's the reality.
We have 25 days to avert economic catastrophe.
Catastrophe is what will happen if we run out of diesel fuel.
That's more important than prosecuting a jihad in Ukraine.
It's more important than World War Trans.
Everything depends on this.
Really good report from Tucker.
And when he talks about World War Trans, what he means is that there's a lot of motivation in the Biden administration to punish Russia because they don't like gays and transsexuals.
I mean, that is just insane going to war over an issue like that.
David, your thoughts.
Well, you know, it's kind of what I said earlier.
It's the, you know, whether the ideas survive in the marketplace, whether the ideas survive in reality, I mean, whether or not this regime, Biden's regime survives another 25 or You know, this goes back to the school bus thing that Don and I were alluding to.
Kamala Harris just has no clue.
Tucker Carlson, you know, I heard about this problem about two or three months ago, but it was related to running the trains and how the impact would running out of diesel would have such an impact on running the trains.
So, you know, two months ago, I was like, I haven't gotten this.
I mean, I realize it's a story, the facts we're getting in.
And now Tucker Carlson just summed it up beautifully.
But this is an absolute crisis that is around the corner.
It's on our horizon.
And, you know, Biden, Lincoln are going to be blinking out of control.
And this whole country is about ready to have a severe winter.
Thank God I live in Southern California. - Yeah.
Yeah, it's going to be bad, and the whole economy is going to collapse, Don.
Yeah, and of course, it's all because of global warming.
That's really cool now, isn't it?
Global warming has nothing to do with anything, and the CO2 has nothing to do with global warming.
The whole thing's a pile of shit!
Well, the other thing is, You know, we have to look at it, you know, we look at it as the United States.
What we're forgetting about is, you know, I've been to Massachusetts in the winter, okay?
I remember flying into Boston, going downtown, checking into a hotel.
I'm a Southern California guy.
I had a coat on, okay?
My first time to Boston in winter.
I didn't expect to be that cold.
I went out from the hotel.
I was running across the street to have dinner with a friend of mine.
I got out of the hotel, I went to the traffic lights, I'm standing there and within a minute, I turned around, went back in, added a sweater, a t-shirt, everything I had to just, just to get across the street.
I mean, I didn't know what cold was.
That's one instance.
Another instance, I've been to Scotland, I've been to Ireland, and if you've been to the north of Ireland, if you've been to the north of Scotland, my God, it gets even colder up there.
So, you know, this is just going to be a horrendous thing for the European Union to deal with, and for the United States to deal with.
And the best way to deal with it, in my opinion, is impeach Biden, impeach Mayorkas, impeach Harris, get them all out.
Sooner the better.
And you know who would then be President of the United States?
Yeah, I have a real good idea who that would be.
Nancy Pelosi.
No, I'm thinking it'd be someone else.
One of our good friends.
Well, you mean if the Republicans take the — yeah, and of course impeachment isn't going to take place unless Republicans do.
All right.
Fair enough, David.
Fair enough.
That would be devoutly to be wished.
Meanwhile, CDC pushes for COVID boosters without clinical trials.
This is how bad it's got.
The officials relayed their counterparts at the Food and Drug in early August of 2021 they wanted authorization for Moderna and Pfizer boosters as data began showing that the vaccine were working as well as initially proclaimed.
Take a deep breath before reading the next paragraph.
On that call, the CDC stated they'll assemble all the data they're aware of on third dosing and send it in the hope that we will authorize a third dose.
All of those vaccines were authorized under emergency use.
No boosters have been authorized.
There was no clinical data available.
The email showed the CDC wanted the booster approved without a trial, said Jay Bhattacharya, who's a good guy and a professor of medicine at Stanford.
Klaus was responding.
He said a post had been made to an infectious disease forum regarding whether doctors should be giving additional vaccine doses to patients with a compromised immune system despite the lack of authorization.
Pfizer recommends it.
I trust the guidance that our federal with millions of doses set to expire.
That's the key right there.
With millions of doses set to expire.
You should do what you think is best.
My God!
Providers are losing confidence in the FDA and the CDC to do the right thing for their patient.
Less than two weeks later, they authorize a booster.
They said a thorough review of the available data concluded the group may benefit from a third dose, but there was no available data.
So you see, it was very easy to review.
The only data came from two studies, one by French researchers, another by Canadians, When Pfizer and Moderna had not completed their trials.
Just weeks later, the CDC signed on to a joint statement saying the vaccine production was waning.
Boosters will be needed to maximize protection.
This is just absurd.
In fact, you had two who resigned from their position because of their opposition to the booster strategy.
Those would be the ones who had a modicum of integrity.
Meanwhile, the Surgeon General of the United States announced that the vaccine never prevented the transmission.
I'm curious.
This is such a serious, I'm going to go through it with some care.
In late 2021 and early 2022, it was commonplace for journalists and public intellectuals to demonize and shame the unvaccinated, a group in the U.S.
that was disproportionately low income.
The New York Times ran pieces like, I'm furious at the unvaccinated, and unvaccinated, unmasked, and putting our kids at risk.
The LA Times published a column mocking anti-vaxxers, COVID deaths is ghoulish, yes, but maybe necessary.
Another, the unvaccinated are at risk, are a risk to all of us in Bloomberg.
The Washington Post, Macron is right.
It's time to make life a living hell for anti-vaxxers.
Don Lemon commented, people refusing the vaccine are being idiotic and nonsensical.
He argued it was time to start shaming them and leave them behind.
Noam Chomsky said the unvaccinated should remove themselves from society and be isolated.
Asked how they'd get food, he answered, well actually, that's their problem.
In Canada, calmness for the Toronto Star.
Vaccine resistors are lazy and irresponsible.
We need vaccine passports to protect the rest of us.
And the unvaccinated cherish their freedom to harm others.
How can we ever forgive that?
The Daily Mail in the UK has signed to punish Britain's 5 million vaccine refuseniks.
Piers Morgan suggests that unvaccinated should not be allowed access to the country's National Health Service.
Internationally, politicians threatened to implement restrictions until the public and unvaxxed were at fault.
Justin Trudeau said unvaxxed are very often misogynistic and racist.
Asked, do we tolerate these people?
Biden said his patient was wearing thin, that we needed to protect the vaccinated from the unvaccinated, which is absurd if the vax actually works.
Right, that's backwards.
Michael Gunner, Chief Minister of the Northern Territory in Australia, said even if you were vaxxed, if you are anti-mandate, you are absolutely anti-vaxxed.
Macron declared 5 million French who remained un-vaxxed were non-citizens.
Across parts of the US, Canada, Australia, Europe, unvaccinated people were fired from their jobs, excluded from higher education, banned from sectors of public life, denied organ transplants, even punished by judges in probation hearings and child custody cases.
Meanwhile, COVID continued to rise in many highly-vaxxed countries, with vaccine passports and other restrictions in place.
Vaccine mandates were mainly rationalized through the belief that the higher the rate of vax, the less the virus would spread.
During oral health care worker mandate, for example, Elena Kagan claimed health workers had to get vaccinated so that you're not transmitting the disease.
But on October 10, 2022, a Pfizer spokesperson, actually the CEO, told the European Parliament that vax had never been tested for preventing transmission.
While this was presented on social media as breaking news, the fact that the vacs were not even tested for the purpose had been documented extensively since Pfizer and Moderna received their first EUA.
During the December 10, 2020, FDA meeting where the first mRNA vacs were authorized, FDA advisor Dr. Patrick Moore stated, Pfizer presented no evidence that the vaccine has any effect on virus carriage or shedding, which is a fundamental basis for herd immunity.
Despite data presented for individual efficacy, he continued, we really as of now do not have any evidence it will have an impact social wide on the epidemic.
The FDA EUA release from December 2020 confirmed there was no evidence that the vaccine prevents transmission from person to person.
Simply put, the reason many people believe the vaccine stopped transmission was because government officials and media outlets were either careless in their wording or did not tell the truth.
In 2021, for example, Rochelle Walensky claimed vaccinated people do not carry the virus.
Anthony, Tony the Rathauschi said they would become dead ends for the virus.
Any speculation a vaccine significantly reduced transmission was based on limited results from independent studies and the false assumption that the vaccine would prevent infection.
Without adequate evidence, vaccine campaigns called on people to get vaccinated not just for their own protection but to help protect others and to save lives.
Meanwhile, media coordinated with Biden to censor dissent.
Many who asked questions about efficacy or safety risk banishment from Twitter, from Facebook, from YouTube.
As more and more studies have come out, however, it is increasingly clear that the information these companies censored was true.
For anyone content with their Vax status, this might not be a big deal.
The vaccine information that was provided in 2021 wasn't entirely accurate, but you might still get the Vax was the right decision.
However, Being misinformed about potential benefits and risks is an enormous deal for, say, a male college athlete who got vaxxed because he wanted to protect his elderly family members, but then developed myocarditis.
Telling him this is fine because so much was unknown is probably not much of a consolation.
Especially since his decision to be vaxxed was never going to protect his family members in the first place, and the vaxxed manufacturers were given blanket immunity from liability.
It's one thing for the pharmaceutical companies of Biden admin and the CDC and media to intentionally or unintentionally mislead the public, but it's another thing entirely for them to do this while government agencies actively coordinated to suppress alternative views or inconvenient data.
While executives and bureaucrats may excuse errors by claiming the science changed, The public has every right to demand better.
Science is the process of discovery through observation and experimentation.
Of course it changes.
That's why settled science is obviously a political, not a scientific term, and why anyone should be able to publicly question scientific consensus at any time.
Instead of allowing for debate, political and bureaucratic officials conducted a campaign of mass censorship and coercion.
This effectively undermined the principle of informed consent and has resulted in a scandal affecting millions.
It was not until August of 2022, and this is only October 22, we're talking just two months past, the CDC issued guidelines calling for vax and unvax to no longer be subjected to different testing or quarantine protocols.
To justify this change, CDC cited the protection provided by previous infection as well as breakthrough, yet studies had already shown by the fall of 2021 A year ago, that the vax did not prevent infection, that natural immunity was at least as protective, that vax people had similar viral loads to unvax, and that vaccinated had a role in transmission.
Stunning stuff, David.
This means the whole thing, the whole rationale for the vaccine passports, whole rationale for mass inoculation had no scientific or medical basis whatsoever.
This has been an area of study for me since about 2019 and the first outbreak.
I've continued to look at it.
I knew it would be a big problem.
By the way, that picture is not at the Wuhan lab, Don.
Is that right?
No, it's not.
It's incorrect.
Well, as I said at the beginning of the show, the COVID outbreak, but let me first start out with this.
Obama and Eric Holder were talking about, if you remember in the media, they were making reports the American public has to be brainwashed.
They should be brainwashed.
They should be brainwashed.
Repeatedly said by both of those characters.
Then we have, of course, the Trump administration.
We have the election.
Coming and here, here we have the outbreak of the virus.
This was done.
In my opinion, it's a bio weapon.
Number two, the vaccines are going to turn out to be harmful.
I think they're going to really, really have disastrous effects on people over time.
And the changing the DNA with people that with the impact the mRNA virus has on Unchanging, inherently changing the DNA structure of human beings will result in catastrophic consequences.
But the amplification of government, the whole purpose of COVID-19 was to amplify government.
And government, the structure The reliability, the integrity of government was amplified to a degree we've never seen in America before, to 100% compliance with the state.
And so if you refused getting a vaccine, you were to be scolded, you were to be punished, you were to be put out.
You know, your life was even threatened as they were justifying it.
So this amplification of government, And this complete total disregard for basic human freedoms and basic human rights came under attack.
Now, the attack came from not just the government, but from big pharma, big tech, other industries.
And the problem is still being able to articulate the nature of the tech on personal liberties.
So this is going to be an ongoing emergent problem.
It's unfortunately going to impact the United States for years to come.
Tony the Rat Fauci has done more to ruin the United States than anybody in history.
And if you even look, remember when Pfizer, like the FBI, was going to say, hey, we want 75 years before he has to release the information on the vaccine.
So this is just, you know, this tragedy that has hit America is the first Bali in an upcoming war.
I've always said that, I've always believed that, and I think it's true.
Well said, David.
Very well said.
Nice overview.
Meanwhile, get this.
Trying to figure out how Biden won a record low of only 16.7% of all US counties?
Yep, supposedly won the election with the most votes in history.
How are those to be reconciled?
Meanwhile, I'm having my third annual Paul Sagan Conspiracies Conference on the 3rd and the 4th of December.
It's got an outstanding lineup.
I've got virtually, I've got 20 speakers already.
It's going to be absolutely fabulous.
If you want to check it out and see a biographies of many of the speakers, look at the very bottom.
JamesHFetzer.org slash FFC-2022.
That's for False Light Conference-2022-Speakers-Biographies.
Check it out.
This is going to be a sensational event.
Yes.
Meanwhile, Don, I want to thank you once again for hosting these shows, and David, I want to commend you.
Excellent commentaries.
My pleasure.
I'm sorry that Scott wasn't able to join us today.
I hear he's previously indisposed and has got something, some family.
Yeah, that's fine.
Yeah.
I want to thank you up there, Jim.
Really, almighty.
You're the most wonderful thing in this country.
Everybody should look at this conspiracy seminar you're going to have.
If there's anything like last year's and the years before, it's going to be outstanding.
You don't want to miss it.
And I think that we really are a target.
Target America.
And we're being hit hard.
Are we going to survive?
This is a bombshell of a show.
I mean, this is something else.
And I really thank you for watching here on Truth vs. News.
Here on the 30th of October, right before Halloween, when everything's scary, including people getting trampled and all kinds of stuff.
It's just a horrible time.
But hopefully we're going to survive this week, and we'll see you next week.
So thank you for watching, and I salute you for sharing this.
This is a good thing to do.
God bless.
