This is Jim Fetzer, Madison, joined today by Carl Herman in San Ramon, California, Chris Weinert in Fort Myer, Florida.
We're here to bring you all the news you need to know where Carl is Scorpio today.
We begin with the Russian Ministry and Intelligence Bureau shouting from the rooftop, Ukraine is about to detonate a dirty nuclear device.
This is very serious stuff.
It appears to be imminent.
They want to cause a doomsday radiation scenario to get NATO to enter the war on this side of Ukraine.
According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, the following additional acts will be undertaken.
Karzahova Dam and the Dnipro Dam will be blown up.
A dirty bomb or tactical nuke will be detonated in Kirsten.
All six reactors at the Zaporaya nuclear plant, which is the largest in Europe, will be attacked.
Here you have a map showing one dam.
These are very substantial structures.
Their destruction would lead to absolute massive flooding, especially of the Curzon area.
If one or both were blown up, they'd release an unimaginable torrent, which will flood and destroy gigantic areas of land downstream.
The primary to be racked will be Kyrsten, one of the four Oblasts that recently voted to leave Ukraine and become part of Russia.

The radiation would quickly be carried by prevailing winds to saturate Poland and move into Germany.
NATO has publicly stated if radiation caused radiation to travel into NATO countries, then NATO would consider it an attack and invoke NATO Treaty Article 5 for collective self-defense.
Russia long since made clear if NATO were to declare Article 5 against Russia, it will be a war no one will win.

So the idea of a false flag led by the US, UK and NATO that would involve a nuclear attack or a claim of a nuclear attack to involve NATO would be a desperate move.

I think what they're doing here in the Ukraine is absolutely setting up a false flag.
And I wouldn't doubt it at all.
These lords of inversion and deception are going in win at all costs.
And I think they're really going to overplay their hand again and make it very obvious to the people that are involved on both sides.
I have to say that, in my opinion, I think that this is a certain group taking back the pale of settlements.
And financing and funding both sides and using this whole scenario to create a nuclear extortion racket.
Kind of like the mafia used to do in the old days, but these guys have used governments to take over these rackets, whether it's protection, prostitution, gambling, drugs, you go on and on, you know.

And they have it so departmentalized in many cases using the black market and the underworld to fill in the blanks for the government can't bureaucratically or legally reach to facilitate these situations.
So I think they're really going to try to do a lot with extorting Europe out of energy and energy three, four times the cost of what it was last year.

In 2014, the deep state neocons were at it once again, overthrowing Ukraine's democratically elected president Viktor Yankovich for favoring an alliance with Putin's Russia over the U.S.
and NATO.

Austin launched a half-billion-dollar boondoggle program designed to beat the menacing ISIS terrorists, but it totally backfired.
Virtually all of the Syrian rebels Austin supposedly trained to defeat the state in the end wound up joining the enemy camp.
As a consequence, ISIS grew and prospered under Austin's incompetence.
Isis even expanded exponentially as the fastest-growing largest terrorist group in the entire world, wreaking horrendous havoc throughout the Middle East, gaining control of enormous portions of Iraq and Syria while committing the most egregious acts of terrorism, all the while in reality serving as a covert proxy ally supported and financed by the U.S.

Wow, that is the big picture overview that I appreciate.
Joaquin is one of my favorite authors.
So yes, for the background of the US, UK, and NATO, they are a criminal rogue state empire again.

Yeah, it's funny how the COVID crisis war of terror media, the Western media, labels Putin as unstable.
I'd have to say Vladimir Zelensky is far more unstable, calling for the Kremlin to be nuked and preemptive first strikes and, you know, pretty bad stuff.
I mean, stuff you shouldn't normally say out loud.
I can't believe that people are standing behind this insanity.
You know, they're trying to harness the righteous outrage of the constituency and redirect it towards this insane bull.
And, you know, it works on some people that really don't know what they're doing or haven't taken time to do the research.
But those of us that know better are extremely outraged by this, I have to say.
I think Putin has been far more reasonable than anything that they put out.
But I guess if that's a beauty contest, man, we're in trouble.
I have to say that another thing that's going on is there's behind the scenes of this, you're seeing a lot with the currencies and the gold backing of the BRICS versus the IMF paper printer, unlimited, unchecked credit system, more or less the debt slavery system.
Something that's been more comprehensive and inclusive than anything that you've seen in historic times.
Something that far outweighs the reach of the Venetian and Genoese debt bondage or the feudalism under the doomsday book or things like this.
It's amazing to see how many people just really are deceived by the media and their perceptions are being altered in such a way that they really could live their whole lives and not even question this whole thing for what it truly is.
So to me it's amazing to see Not only Israel doing its 105-year systematic genocide of Palestine, completely ignored by the Jewish media, let's just say, and they're being funded by the Jewish Masonic Central Private Banks to do this.
And more importantly, most of these soft kills that they're putting on, these VAX schedules, these COVID pushes, all this stuff, I think it's far more threatening than any foreign enemy that could ever go on, and it's being brought on us by our own governments.
You know, you can talk about soft kills other than that, like chemtrails, GMOs, BPAs, you know, all that other stuff, too.

So, yeah, I think it's really interesting to see the public support dwindling away on all fronts.
It's almost like it's calculated and intended to be this way because there's no way this level of stupidity and miscalculation would be accidental.

Meanwhile, a judge strikes down the New York City vaccine mandate.
Almost everything the Democrats have been doing is being gradually rolled back.
A New York Supreme Court judge struck down New York City's vaccine mandate, finding it unconstitutional, arbitrary, and capricious.
Struck down the mandate that's over 2,000 city workers fired for not getting their COVID-19 vaccine.
The judge, whose name is LaVeglia, said the ruling extends to all public workers.
This was the attorney rather than the judge.
It extends to all public workers, including the New York Fire Department, Police Department, and Department of Corrections.
George Garvey and 15 others who worked at the Department of Sanitation filed the lawsuit on July 20th when they were terminated for failing to comply with the mandate.
Judge Ralph Porzio ruled against the city, finding the mandate which allowed exceptions to be an arbitrary and capricious order.
He said Mayor Eric Adams made a difficult decision for similarly situated people based on identical facts in his executive order.
There was nothing in the record, however, to support the rationality of keeping a vaccine mandate for public employees while vacating it for private sector employees and creating a carve-out for a profession like athletes, artists, and performers.
This is clearly an arbitrary and capricious act that would be dealing with identical unvaccinated people being treated differently by the same administrative agency.
There's no reason why the City of New York could not continue with a vaccination or test policy like the Mayor's Executive Order issued in August 2021, but said public employees shouldn't have been terminated for their non-compliance.
New York City Eric Adams Executive Order renders all these vaccine mandates arbitrary and capricious.
In his ruling, he said they shouldn't be terminated for choosing not to protect themselves with a vaccine.
Noted that breakthrough cases occur even for those who are vaccinated and boosted.
And even President Biden has declared the pandemic is over.
They were terminated and are willing to come back, but the work for the city that cast them aside, the mandate was not just for safety and public health, it was about compliance.
If it was about safety and public health, unvaccinated workers would have been placed on leave the moment the order was issued.
No one would be exempt.
It's time for the City of New York to do what is right and what is just.
They offer a correction that the ruling doesn't apply to all New York City workers but those who follow the petition.
We shall see.
Meanwhile, more about it.
The New York Supreme Court has ordered reinstatement for all employees fired over their unvaccinated status, ordered back pay for those who have lawfully terminated.
The state Supreme Court found that being vaccinated does not stop the spread of COVID.
Saying the vaccine mandate and firing was arbitrary and capricious, a strong rebuke to the totalitarian fiats created by state leaders, including the governor, the mayor of New York City, and the health commissioner.

Well, so for New York City, that is an apparency of some good news and some sanity, but I also read that it leaves the door open for them to restrict in athletics and for schools and, and really for me, as a now retired AP U.S. government government teacher, you know, Title 21, this is federal law, and according to the Constitution in Article 6, that this is going to be superior to anything that the states can order.
And Title 21 says that there can be no coerced medical experimental products.
So during this whole fiasco of COVID-19, All any judge needed to do to be sane was saying, this is already decided.
The states don't have any jurisdiction.
If it's an experimental medical product, then people are free to accept or reject it.
And that goes back to the history of the Nuremberg trial.
So I was sharing with Jim before the show, Harvard Magazine comes out once a month, and it picks the top propaganda topic to push for once a month.
And it's challenging, or it's addressing The crisis of legitimacy for the public perception that the courts are dirty and in the article, they blamed the conservative justices not allowing for climate change, carbon taxes.
They framed it as a fundamental right to choose that was under attack by conservative justice.
Applying brute force similar to the time of the U.S.
Civil War, and they say, of course, the answer for the legitimacy of the Supreme Court is just to follow the agenda of the One People's Rainbow Unicorn Party, and that is equal to legitimacy in their analysis.
What a disgrace that Harvard Magazine didn't publish that bullshit.
Just embarrassing, shocking, politically biased propaganda, Chris.
Yeah, law and legitimacy.
Well, you have to question the legitimacy of law when you see how grossly negligent and how much it underserves the constituency with such a frequency.
Not only citing your case, Fetz, but many others.
You're just seeing complete injustice while they've overlooked severe war criminals and war crimes going on without even second-guessing or questioning things like, for example, this mandate.
I think it's something far more sinister than just a simple accident or a miscalculation.
I think the calculation was to do exactly what it's intended and what it is doing.
So I think that these companies that have forced these mandates on their employees should be sued for damages and should be given back pay if they've been discharged and Many other things that I think you're going to see coming to happen if it does, in fact, go on the way it should.
I think it also, if you look at this mandate, it's an extreme breach of national security.
If you look at the target intended audience, whether it's defense department production or actual military soldiers or law enforcement officers or hospital workers themselves.
So these people putting this out, I feel, are traitors.
And if this is technically World War III, then this would be treason.
And this type of thing against its own constituency You're looking at all of Congress, the media, and many others.
So when this gets proven for what it is, they're going to really be in trouble, I think.
And I wouldn't be surprised if war crimes happen, but are actually proven in court.
But, you know, as far as this goes, it's really, I think the war crimes will be just foisted upon the loser of this conflict and not necessarily the people that are truly the culprits behind this.
And in this World War III, you're seeing the same families funding both sides again.
So, I mean, what the Nazis did in World War II, that ruse was You look very amateur compared to this genocide that's going on worldwide in every country around the world that has anything to do with the IMF, World Bank, or any of those UN resolutions.
So yeah, as far as law and legitimacy, I really have a problem with what they're claiming is right and wrong here.

Meanwhile, Google is trying to sway the election by suppressing GOP email and search results again.
We previously looked at a report showing GOP fundraising emails were being directed to the spam folders at a vastly more frequent rate than those of Democrats.
Read what you like into that, but everyone seems to have issues with their spam folders.
Another substantial brick in the wall is an investigation from MRC Newsbusters found disturbingly similar results in search returns from three major browsers.
Looking for information about several upcoming critical midterm Senate races.
Newsbusters evaluated the returns from Google being in duck-duck-go.
The disparity was stark.
Google buried search returns seeking information about Republican Senate candidates, copiously highlighting campaign material from Democrats.
This requires an immediate investigation, but thus far Google is remaining mum and will not even comment.
Anti-democracy Google is manipulating search results of Barry Sennett Republicans' campaign websites before the 2022 midterm.
This comes on the heels of a North Carolina State University study that found Google's email marked 59.3% more emails from right-leaning candidates as spam compared to left.
Google must be investigated for its un-American efforts to sway the election, said Elbert Mazzel, founder and president of the Media Research Center.
First, researchers caught Google red-handed by proving Republican campaign emails were sent as spam.
Now we're finding Google manipulating search results to hide Republican websites while promoting Democrats.
MZR Free Speech has analyzed Google being in DuckDuckGo for the past 12 Senate races, identified by RealClearPolitics as the most important to watch, caught Google bearing 10 of 12 Senate Republican Party candidate websites while highlighting their opponents.
This is disgusting!
Stark contrast with being in DuckDuckGo, whose research treated Republican Democrats more neutrally.
The details paint a definitely stark picture that random algorithmic selections could not account for.
10 of 12 Republican-canned websites, 83%, were buried far lower on Google Search if they appeared at all than their Democrats' websites.
This isn't something that happens by accident.
It's also implausible to claim certain frequency is playing a result.
All the races in question are very tight, momentum shifting toward the GOP in most polls.
There seemed to be a filter applied, shoving the GOP result further down below the random noise level while favoring the Democrats.
Should any of us be surprised?
We've already seen the documents leaked by whistleblowers that the Biden admin has been in touch with the tech giants on a regular basis, suggesting what should be deemed misinformation and be censored.
If you're one of those in charge at Google, it's a tiny step to simply begin burying search results that might draw traffic to the content of the disfavored party.
This appears blatant election manipulation, which Democrats have tried and failed to accuse Republicans of since Trump came down that golden escalator.
Will they be held accountable?
That depends on who actually takes control of the chambers in a couple of weeks.
The Democrats have no appetite for holding their friends and allies responsible.
If Google wants to play the game, they need to play by the rules and face the consequences.
Too late to do anything about this before the election.
But the internet has a long memory.
Executives at Google need to be hauled before congressional committees and made to assure their worth.
The result will not be pretty.

Well, this is another powerful story, and this is similar to the disclosure that Facebook and Twitter were coordinating censorship of COVID from the work of about 50 taxpayer-paid Department of Homeland Security propaganda agents.

Meanwhile, after advocating for COVID vax for over a year, Ben Shapiro says he was deceived.
We were all lied to by everyone.
He's been a strong advocate for the mRNA vax, believing taking them as a socially responsible measure might save someone's grandpa or slower prevent the spread.
However, Shapiro has now observed, like many others, he had been deceived about their advocacy, especially with regard to preventing transmission.
On the Ben Shapiro Show Tuesday, it's now perfectly clear that we were lied to, and we were lied to at a very high level and from very, very early on by both the Vax companies in terms of the ability by our politician to apparently do better, and most of all by Anthony Tony the Rat Fauci.
His admission and sense of betrayal comes in part after Pfizer executive Janine Small admitted the company did not know whether their vax would prevent transmission before the drug went on the market.
In addition to being enraged by that, Shabiro took issue with a prospect the Biden admin knew as much over a year ago, but it still stood by its original narrative.
Turns out the Biden administration knew this and promoted the lie anyway.
This is truly amazing stuff.
Biden said with confidence in 2021, you're not going to get COVID if you have these vaccines.
Despite his public confidence, an article cited and published even in the Washington Post suggested that Biden admin knew as of the summer of 2021 that the vaccine did a far worse job of blocking infection than originally expected.
As potency waned.
Still, the political imperative remained.
Indeed, White House COVID Response Coordinator Deborah Birx admitted she, too, had known the vacs were not going to protect against infection, adding, we overplayed the vaccines.
While elements of the government and the scientific establishment knew the truth, they weren't keen on intervening when others were castigated for saying out loud.
The Washington Post, which just reported the vaccine had proven ineffective at blocking transmission, previously stated, the most pernicious anti-vax talking point when voiced by Florida Governor DeSantis was the claim that the vaccine was not preventing infection, when it turned out to be absolutely true.
Shapiro stressed the false narratives, like those carefully maintained in advance by Biden admin, undermine faith in American institutions and experts.
When a scientific institution alleges something in concert with a government that is issuing laws to get you to do a thing, and it turns out these things are lies, people's distrust is going to skyrocket.
You know, the Vax Rollout initially relied on a narrative buttress by two major claims.
The first was robust data on the lowering of the risk of death, especially if you're old and vulnerable, from baseline COVID.
He suggests this was a fairly strong case, since a large percentage of the pop is obese and there are plenty of geriatrics.
The second rationale made the case Largely on the basis of Pfizer claims and Moderna claims that taking the Vax would lower transmission rates.
It would thus be necessary to get the Vax to bring an end to the pandemic, slow our curve to spread.
Shapiro noted the media seized upon the big pharma claims in the fall and winter of 2020, and they pushed it hard.
It was the data Shapiro relied upon when he decided to get double Vax to himself and advised others to do so.
Back on August 2nd of 2021, he claimed, getting vaxxed essentially protects you from the virus.
Remaining unvaxxed makes you vulnerable.

He tweeted on July 20th, Get vaxxed.

My wife did.
My parents did.
If you're not vaxxed and you get sick, that's on you.
Months later, he said, to end the pandemic, those who are vulnerable should get vaxxed.
On September 2nd, he suggests the only people who are worried, unfortunately, are people who are vaxxed and shouldn't be worried.
The un-vaxxed are generally worried, which is why they are un-vaxxed.
In February, he even boasted double vaxxed, wife triple, parents triple, The statistics in from the UK, by the way, suggest if you're double or triple vax, your life expectancy is going to be dramatically abbreviated.
He's noted in October 21, parents' reluctance to give the shot to their kids was entirely justified because the COVID risk to kids are extraordinarily low.
Now, however, he's observing, we were lied to by everyone, lied to by a scientist, lied to by Pfizer, lied to by the government, lied to by the Biden admin.
I don't like being lied to.
Besides questioning his ability to trust so-called experts for the future, he demanded corrective action be taken, starting with having everyone involved in this sort of stuff thrown out of office.
Those in the private sector, moreover, need to be fired.
Shapiro, who is also a lawyer by training, suggested there may be need for actual criminal prosecution if you're disseminating false health information to people on the basis of zero evidence.

Rooks wraps his explanation, which is essentially correct with a bit of sarcasm.

president nearly 60 years ago, the Mary Farrell Foundation filed the lawsuit Wednesday, a year after Biden issued a memo postponing the release of a final drop of 16,000 records that were gathered together under the Assassination Records Collection Act of 1992, which Congress passed in response to Oliver Stone's Oscar-nominated film JFK, released in 1991.
The Records Act, signed by Bill Clinton, required the documents be made public by October 26, 2017.
Trump delayed the release and kicked the can to Biden, who critics say continued the policy of federal obfuscation that has existed since the assassination in Dallas.

Yeah, this group that has really created the misery index for humanity, they exist primarily out of the use of fear and despair, I'd have to say as well.
So I think that in many ways, they had to take out the Kennedy brothers because they just stood up for too much for humanity.
But also, you know, I think maybe when I really get into the deception of these people and maybe I'm overthinking it, maybe they're getting into my head too.
But I often wonder if he was an intentional sacrifice that was set out to really serve as a means to win the hearts and minds of future generations.
In actuality, JFK ran 183 ops out of the CIA in his short term, less than a term, I'll say.
And in his defense, many of those agency operatives were rogues that We're off on their own and working under direction of forces higher than the office of the president, which I know sounds hard to believe for some people.
Maybe it's really not for those that know better.
But yeah, if you look at like USAID and the UN agendas that he put on, that was very startling to me.
And really, I started to study it a little bit more.
I really start to wonder about some of these things, you know, because these guys are really weird like that as far as sacrifice and future generations and using this type of thing to control the sentiments of humanity.
It kind of reminds me of like when they went to monotheism in many institutions in many nations.
They ran the formal government, the court system, the monetary on the overworld, as well as the black market underworld.
So I drew a little thing here and hopefully maybe people don't get too inspired for a Halloween pumpkin decoration.
But one says overworld, one says underworld.
And when you put them together, you get something like that.
Right.
So like it's a pyramid thing where they have a trinity of obfuscation on each overworld and underworld, whether it's the mafia or in the case of the government, the president or the national banks.
In the underworld, you can go with the cartels, the mob or whatever, the organized crime, the mercenaries.
So, yeah, they really, they have a formula, a blueprint as far as controlling humanity.
It's not something that they share with us.
You'd probably be likely to maybe see it at the highest levels of Ivy League schools and then, of course, in the Masonic celebrations and in the inner organizations that these guys celebrate.
And most likely, you'd have to be part of that bloodline or married into it if you were to see something along the line of these blueprints or playbooks.
So, yeah, I really hope that that inspires some thought for people and gives you something at least to think about.

Like, just how do you expect us to act, given that every agency seems to be in control of the enemy?

So my civic activism was through several organizations because you got to get teams of people together and with results.org I dedicated about 18 years of my life as A hobby that I paid into to help support, and that led to two UN Summits for Heads of State, the 1990 World Summit for Children, the largest meeting of heads of state in global history, and the 1997 Microcredit Summit.
Microcredit, small loans to the poorest of the poor, and the founder won the Nobel Peace Prize in 2006.
Microcredit has saved about well over 300 million human lives.
Helped are thankful, but what we found is that the corporate media and the political leadership, they're going to act towards the idea of ending poverty with the same ruthless abandonment of any moral principles as with the wars and COVID and debt.
They really don't care about human life.
They care about their empire.
And even at that level of getting to heads of state, there was just no relief.
So, you know, try as I have, the conclusion and the operating place where I rest now is that about 2% of the global population can engage in the facts that we're pointing to at this point in the war.
98% are sheeple.
Therefore, there's apparently little power that we have to affect.
Now, that said, is that I do also conclude that this is a war way over our heads.
And I know for, as a professional historian, I document and I'm absolutely confident in the factual accuracy of previous advanced civilizations that have been great reset in the human past.
And we can prove that with megalithic architecture of stones heavier than we can work with cut with greater precision and worked at with greater speed.
So something is going on way over our heads in this war, and I have a paradoxical Calm intensity and being a peaceful warrior with patient activism that there's only so much we can do and about all we can do is point with confidence to the facts and then not get psychologically damaged when these people display the cognitive dissonance to reject the factual reality.
We'll see what develops.

When you understand that the average life expectancy of an American is 75 years, you begin to understand why the Warren Commission locked up the JFK records for 75 years.
They didn't want anyone who was alive at the time to be aware of what they'd concealed from the public in their documents.
