	This is Jim Fetzer, Madison, Wisconsin, joined today by Joel Olson in Houston, Texas, and Carl Herman, San Ramon, California.
	You may have seen these guys before.
	They're quite good.
	We begin with U.S.
	military craft circling the North Stream Incident way back in September.
	There's no doubt about our having performed this act.
	Denmark's Maritime Traffic Agency and Sweden's Maritime Authority reported a dangerous gas leak close to the route of the inactive Nord Stream 2 pipeline, which had an unexpected drop in pressure.
	The leak was dangerous for maritime traffic.
	Now, of course, it was a deliberate sabotage.
	I'm completely astonished to say that Norway, Sweden, and Denmark have all denied Russia the right to inspect its own pipeline.
	Biden, I admit, has not offered an official denial.
	An unnamed senior military official said the U.S.
	was absolutely not involved, which is completely ridiculous.
	Biden not only said we'd do it, but so did Victoria Nuland, if Russia were to intervene in Ukraine.
	The Nord Stream 2 was completed last year but never brought online.
	Russia suspended deliveries through Nord Stream 1 indefinitely because of the sanctions and the unwillingness of the European states to pay in rubles, which was very short-sighted on their part.
	Meanwhile, Antiwar.com reports thousands are demonstrating in Germany, causing the reopening of the Nord Stream.
	This was back on September 28.
	Demonstrations in Prague, too, have brought together a wide range across a political spectrum.
	The government is absolutely anti-Czech.
	It only served Brussels, American power, and NATO.
	It has no regard for Czech citizens' interests, one demonstrated toward Reuters, and it's going to get worse now.
	Both Nord Stream pipelines, which connect Russia and Germany with a target of explosion, being investigated as sabotage.
	Meanwhile, the White House is having a spasm in panicking as OPEC agrees to a major cut of 2 million barrels a day.
	They're going to cut gas, not increase it.
	In July, Biden blew to Saudi to beg the monarchy to pump more oil.
	He doesn't want the U.S.
	to produce more oil and gas.
	That would make too much sense.
	No, Biden wants hostile regimes to provide the U.S.
	with the oil we need here at home.
	It wasn't that long ago the U.S.
	was an exporter of oil and gas, and it was under $2.50 a gallon.
	But that changed since Joe took office and began scuttling our energy productivity.
	In July, the Saudi minister told CNN the regime refused to commit to boosting oil production.
	On Wednesday, they actually agreed to a major cut.
	Of two million barrels a day.
	The new norm in the U.S.
	for a gallon is surging past $4 a gallon again.
	I noticed it right here at my corner store as I was returning home from running an errand.
	The price of crude has soared to $88 a gallon.
	This will have a serious impact on the already struggling U.S.
	economy, where the Biden regime is reportedly having a spasm and panicking over the latest news.
	Meanwhile, CNN reports Wednesday OPEC met in Vienna agreed to an even larger production than the White House feared, $2 billion per day, beginning in November.
	The minister said the cuts were necessary in light of the uncertainty surrounding the global economic and oil mountain outlooks, You can't interpret this any other way but an insult to the United States because of the way in which the United States has been conducting itself completely irresponsibly in the international community.
	The White House is having a spasm in panicking, another U.S.
	official said, describing this latest administrative effort as taking the gloves off.
	According to White House official, talking points were being drafted and staffers and not approved by White House leadership for use with foreign partners.
	Biden complains the OPEC oil cuts are short-sighted, releases more strategic oil reserve.
	He's desperately trying to keep down the price of gas, but it ain't gonna work.
	The White House said Biden would release another $10 million from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve in November to keep prices low.
	He's squandering our Strategic Petroleum Reserve for political purposes.
	Meanwhile, the President made no mention of working to increase America's domestic oil production to make up for global shortages.
	Instead, they point to the importance of reducing dependence on oil and investing in clean energy.
	Since becoming president, he has announced the release of more than 200 million barrels from the Strategic Oil Reserve, putting the reserve at its lowest level since 1984.
	With the passage of the Inflation Reduction Act, the U.S.
	is now poised to make the most significant investment ever, accelerating clean energy transition by increasing energy security, by increasing our reliance on American-made and American-produced clean energy and energy technologies, This is all absurd beyond belief.
	It could only be implemented by a regime that wanted to destroy America.
	There is no alternative explanation.

	Yes, well the reason why they don't want the Russians snooping around their little sabotage effort over there on North Stream is because the U.S.
	did it.
	They already have admitted that the size of the seismic signal and the size of the craters indicates that it was about 500 pounds of TNT at each of the explosion locations, which for those that are metrically impaired, that's 1,100 pounds.
	So you didn't accidentally do that, number one.
	Number two, when they don't have their cover story correct and they're screaming to pin the blame on somebody else, CIA goes to the New York Times.
	And this is on Matt Tabahi's side.
	On Wednesday, October 5th, the New York Times published a blockbuster story U.S.
	believes Ukrainians were behind the assassination in Russia.

	Yeah, that's what they're going to do.
	They're going to throw them under the bus, and now the New York Times will probably be saying, well, it was, okay, we blew it up, but we had to blow it up because the Russians are getting ready to nuke New York, so that's why we did it.
	Whatever their stupid cover story is, but they're screwing around like crazy.
	Now, getting to the energy problem in Europe, the United States is one of the few jurisdictions in the whole world where the government doesn't own all of the underground resources.
	When you buy a piece of property, you can get mineral rights to that property, and you do own, theoretically, to the center of the earth.
	And so if they discover oil under your property and they want to exploit it, they end up paying you a royalty payment, which, you know, it did wonderful things for distributing money in the United States.
	But in Europe, you don't have that incentive.
	All of the underground resources are owned by the monopolists.
	Well, surprise, surprise!
	One of my friend's wife is one of the top geologists in the United States, and she is buried with seismic work for European countries who are suddenly discovering that there's oil and gas under Large portions of Europe, the same as they're under, large portions of everywhere else on the earth because oil is abigenic and natural gas is one of the hydrocarbon byproducts.
	So guess what?
	Europe could be independent, except that the money is going to go into the pockets of the same monarch monopolists that have been destroying Europe for the last 500 years, and it's time the people of Europe rose up and overthrew NATO, The European Union and all of the rotten oligarchs that have been ruining your continent.
	No, Joe, you got it exactly right, but the chance of this happening, I don't know, maybe with this winter freezing to death, you might blame somebody for it, and you've certainly got the right list.

	It's a fascinating story, and the more that these stories roll out, the stronger the position the patriots are, as the ridiculous narratives begin to crumble apart.
	So we have, according to the information we have publicly, about 10 times the United States Navy was hovering over And passing by the exact spot of the bomb damage, the U.S. has the motive to destabilize.
	And I sent you guys a RAND study that had been done, I think, in 2008, which said to destabilize, and they used another descriptive word, Russia, is that you would have to take out the Nord Stream 2.
	You have Biden promising to take it out, even though he has no political authority.
	You do have the seismic data.
	And you have the radar data confirming the 10 times in September the U.S. made it.
	military was around that site.
	Now, I did send you guys a report that Russia has reported that in Nord Stream 2, there are actually two of those pipelines, that one of them is still operational, and that Russia was saying that the repair work should not be significant.
	Now, if that is true, Then, that would mean that the German people have a powerful leverage over their own government to be representative to the will of the German people, who will choose heat over that piano-playing Zelensky with his penis type of guy.
	They will choose heat for that, and that would be an extraordinary opportunity.
	I'm just shocked that Norway, Sweden, and Denmark are declaring they're not going to give permission to Russia to inspect and therefore to repair their own pipeline.
	What do you make of that, Joe?
	I think this is committing themselves to a form of suicide because Russia would now have good reason to target them.
	I mean, this is incredible.
	I can't believe Norwegians or Swedes or Denmark people would tolerate this.
	Well, there again, you've got socialist governments that are probably all elected with minority dominion machine voting, so you've got a problem there.
	But Sweden just overthrew their socialist leader, and so I'm expecting them to back out of NATO, and as NATO continues to fragment over the dissatisfaction in Serbia and in Hungary, and now Italy is very disappointed in what's going on, So, and then Turkey's not real happy about it.
	So, you know, it looks like there's not a happy bunch of people in the NATO alliance any longer, and there's also not a happy bunch of people in the EU, so it could be that we're facing a watershed event.
	I doubt that we're going to end up getting Finland and Sweden to join NATO, which will be a good thing.
	You deserve to be independent, and it's the best thing that can happen to you, so that's happening on that front.
	And then there's a guy named Emil Cosman.
	C-O-S-M-A-N.
	And he had an interesting thing.
	It's like one in a 64 billion chance that all four of the top leaders in Ukraine are all Jewish.
	Amazing, amazing.
	Yeah, three of them were appointed by Zyolinski.
	And those are Denise, D-E-N-Y-S, Shimal, S-H-A-Y-M-A-L, who's the Ukrainian Prime Minister, essentially their Vice President, the Minister of Defense, Oleski, Rinzoli, R-E-Z-N-I-K-O-V, if I'm not pronouncing it correct, at least I can give you the spelling, and then the Head of Office Management is sort of like their
	Chief of Staff, and that's Andrei Yermak.

	There's about a 20-minute long video on this that Mark Elias put up at Earth Newspaper, and it's on BitChute.
	Yeah, you ought to review it and just ask yourself, what are the chances that They've been claiming that Ukraine is going to become Israel 2.0, and in order to move, oh, I don't know, 7 million Israelis out of the war zone that they've never been able to solve the problem for in Palestine, and move them to their former Kazakhstan homeland, you'd need to kill off about 8 million Christians that live in that land presently.
	So, that's what we've got going on, kids.
	If you're too dumb to understand it, we just explained it to you.

	Yeah, I just wanted to point out, well first with what's happening with nations refusing Russia the right to inspect their own pipeline, that's probably in violation of treaties and that would be a UN Security Council issue, but that also is a similar wedge for those nations' peoples to rise up against their own government leaders, our opponents.
	They want to push nuclear war Or civil wars, but they do not want the true option and the will of the people to be discovered.
	And then I love Biden again with further projection, calling other people short-sighted while he's destroying the reserve of gasoline.
	That is the usual projection of these Orwellian criminals.
	Yeah, it's just disgusting.
	I mean, this is weakening the national security of the United States immeasurably for short-term political gain.
	Meanwhile, a Soros-split-back district attorney suggests DeSantis should be criminally charged for Martha's Vineyard.
	How absurd is this?
	Liberals continue to be outraged because DeSantis flew 50 illegals to Martha's Vineyard, which was very embarrassing for the Democrats.
	Here we have Julie Dinnegal, a Democrat candidate for DA in Maricopa County, Arizona.
	Not just a regular candidate, but has the backing of left-wing billionaire George Soros.
	She suggests he ought to be charged.
	Abe had a man from the war room.
	The AZ Central forbids us from mentioning that the Soros family is currently funding the campaigns of Chris Mace, Katie Hobbs, Adrienne Fonce, and Julie Gunigal.

	No nation in the history of mankind would tolerate a foreign-born rich guy intentionally tearing their country apart with his money.
	None.
	Not a single one.
	All would have handled the problem.
	That what we do is just more proof.
	That we don't is just more proof that we won't be here in 100 years.

	During her appearance on the Medias Touch podcast, Gunigal took a dig at Arizona Republicans while speaking about DeSantis.
	When I saw that, my first thought was Arizona Republicans are ashamed that they didn't think of it first.
	When I see that sort of cruelty, that is a status quo from the extremists here in Arizona at all levels of government.
	I hope it's thoroughly investigated just beyond the civil suit, because that shocked my conscience to be sure.

	Judging from her record, it's no wonder Sora selected her.
	She's been a supporter of open borders, always supporting the past for a group such as LUCHA, Living United for Change in Arizona, advocating the abolition of ICE.
	She's also launched a group called Mass Liberation, which not only advocates abolishing ICE, but also the police.
	She has stated immigration status should be part of consideration when charging people for crime so they will not face deportation.
	In another interview, she was asked whether prosecutors should add immigration-related consequences when making decisions regarding charges, plea offers, and sentences.
	When prosecutors make plea offers and argue for sentences, they should do so within the interests of justice, she responded, and the interests of justice should be an individualized determination driven by all the issues that are happening in someone's life, up to and including immigration status.
	When prosecutors make plea offers and argue for sentences, she emphasized, I have adopted the American Immigration Attorney Council's statement that there are ways to make plea offers as immigration-neutral as possible.

	A Soros-backed Democrat candidate for Maricopa County District Attorney Julie Gunigal is calling for the protection of criminal illegal migrants who are at risk of being deported.
	Democrats are more interested in protecting criminals than citizens.
	They encourage crime.

	Customs and Border Patrol reported roughly 203,598 encounters in August.
	CBS also reported nearly 25 percent of the encounters involved someone who'd been previously apprehended and cross a border again.
	The stream of illegals, however, may not help the Democrats in the midterm election.
	According to a recent Ipsos poll, 54% of Americans would call the influx of migrants an invasion.
	That number includes 76% of Republicans, 46% of independents, and even 40% of Democrats.

	Ginnigal is not the first to entertain the idea of criminally prosecuting DeSantis.
	Late last month, Bexar County, Texas Sheriff Javier Salazar announced his office was opening an investigation.
	Salazar claims to be investigating if the migrants were promised things like jobs or other incentives for making the trip.
	DeSantis has denied that the migrants boarded a plane of their own accord.
	After a lawsuit was filed on behalf of the immigrants by activists in Massachusetts, DeSantis produced a consent form that migrants were required to sign prior to their trip to Martha's Vineyard.
	Spencer Lindquist tweets, New Soros-backed candidate for Maricopa County District Attorney wants to prevent deportation of criminal illegal immigrants.
	Globalist George Soros back, Julie Gunigal, who stated that immigration status should be considered before charging criminals.

	There's a list of 75 district attorneys in the United States that were almost 100% funded by Soros in order to carry on this vendetta against America by that rotten piece of Admitted Nazi.

	He operated the Schindler's List in reverse over in Hungary.
	He turned in Jewish people so he could steal all of their wealth.
	He helped them hide it.
	Then he told them how they could get onto the cattle cars and go visit their summer camps.

	But we have a wonderful Kathleen Inglebright, whose True the Vote group has been like a duck on a June bug about all of the rotten things going on with our voting system for the whole time that I've known her.
	I met her in January of 2011, and she's the bravest woman I've ever met in my life.
	Well, her and her group, True the Vote, discovered that a certain Eugene Yu, At KONNECH, K-O-N-N-E-C-H, had been digitalizing all of the poll workers' data in all of the United States and storing it in a computer server in China.
	And when she first made the accusations, they went, oh, no, no, we not do nothing like that.
	And it's like, oh, really?
	Well, here's the raw evidence.
	And so what happens?
	The George Soros funded George Gascon, G-A-S-C-O-N, because he is a commie con Los Angeles district attorney, immediately arrests the guy so they can put him under protective custody and a gag order so no other district attorney who all have Legitimate complaints and could file charges against this guy nationwide.

	Tell me this is not an orchestrated effort by a bunch of cover-up artists.
	You got a commie DA in LA that's covering up the commies that stole the 2020 election.

	The other choice is that You could do the will of the people, which is of course to have the border be closed in a reasonable policy of immigrations.
	And this is going to, we're looking right at the demise of the Democratic program forever, their political party.
	They won't be able to recover if the truth is known, as well as the Republicans under Bush, Cheney, Romney, and McCain's still living pals.
	Now, Maricopa County is very interesting.
	It's a very Republican area.
	That's where Phoenix is, and we lived in Phoenix from 2005 to 2007 in a house on State Avenue right at the base of Piestewa Peak, and for that To be stolen under the noses of those Republicans, the 2020 election, that is simmering under the surface and there are patriots.
	Probably the most well-known is the candidate for governor, the Republican Kerry Lake.
	They just had a debate with the Democratic candidate and the Democratic candidate was asked Can you say one thing you've learned from the Latino community?
	Because they're like almost half our population, and the person couldn't name one thing that she learned.
	All that she could do was stammer and virtue signal that she supports Latinos.
	She didn't call them breakfast tacos.
	She didn't claim to be raised in a Puerto Rican community, but she didn't respond to that at all.
	Well, Carrie Lake is terrific.
	She's going to rip him a new one there.
	She's a wonderful, wonderful, wonderful.
	She's got an unlimited future.
	Meanwhile, Bill Clinton took everyone by surprise when he gave Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez a shocking criticism.
	He is the elder statesman of the Democratic Party and can't believe how far the left has drifted.
	I've got a surprise for you.
	This is to promote Hillary as a centrist, as we're going to learn.
	Trump's presidency caused a massive slip for Democrats on immigration.
	They've wholeheartedly embraced open borders and plundering the country with an unending number of illegals.
	AOC represents current mainstream thought on immigration in the party.
	She reacted to DeSantis transporting 50 to Martha's Vineyard.
	The country can't take care of its homeless veterans, but AOC think there's more than enough money for millions of illegals.
	Bill Clinton gave a reality check during an appearance on Fareed Zakaria's CNN podcast.
	What a lot of Republican politicians fail to understand is not everyone shares their zero-sum scarcity mindset, AOC said.
	Many of us understand that immigrants and refugees are a blessing.
	They have so much to offer our country, and much of our growth as a nation is because of them.
	When she was asked if she wanted DeSantis and Abbott to drop off illegals in her congressional district, she claimed New York has enough left over to help states like Florida.
	Believe it or not, the U.S.
	is the wealthiest nation in the world.
	We have more than enough to care for everyone.
	Instead of worshiping billionaires, if you try valuing your neighbors enough to fight for them, then we can all have a better life together.
	Whatever that may mean.
	Meanwhile, Alex Jones gets a standing O at this conference of young Americans, Turning Point USA, a pro-Trump student group founded by Charlie Kirk, invited Alex to be a special remote guest to a Defeating the Great Reset event.
	Kirk said it's not Trump, but the media despises this man more than President Trump.
	And that is significant, okay?
	If you discuss a Great Reset, you need to have the most outlawed man in America.
	He announced Alex's arrival to a thunderous standing ovation.
	I kept hearing things like, oh, you can't have Alex at your event, which only made me want to have him more.
	He began asking him what the Great Reset is, given he now has a new book about it.
	What inspired you to write it?
	Turning Point USA describes what it calls the Great Reset as follows.
	A political, social, economic, and environmental strategy to reimagine society's objectives.
	It was developed by the World Economic Forum, Due to the ideology's implementation effect on private ownership, energy independence, and the ability to operate farms, there have been widespread demonstrations across Europe.
	The WEF's goal is to achieve long-overdue changes that foster more equal outcomes.
	But maybe their most famous is for people to possess nothing and be happy by 2030.
	One of the greatest threats to human liberty, national sovereignty, divinely established rights, and free enterprise That has ever existed is the Great Reset.
	Turning Point is leading a campaign to stop it.
	They launched the Great Reset program at DEVOS, which is an endeavor to reduce global inequality and develop environmental initiatives in the wake of the devastation of coronavirus.
	But that's, of course, just platitudes to cover the fact that it's an attempt to take control of the entirety of planet Earth.
	In his book, The Great Reset, Glenn Beck claimed, I think he may mean Alex Jones, that a global reset was taking place that would lead to the demise of Western civilization, and there's evidence in the form of the planned COVID internment camps.

	This must have been bad.
	The Great Reset is not a conspiracy theory.
	It's something that the Davos folks and the World Economic Forum have put together, and it's rife across every Western capital and every Western world community.

	The Latinos, they're losing Latinos faster than they're bringing in immigrants.
	They're losing everybody except the people with Trump derangement syndrome.
	That's all that they got.
	They have no policy to stand that's attractive.
	So we discussed Bill Clinton's criticism yesterday on the show, and he just said that there's got to be a limit to the people crossing the border, which is just a CYA attempt to virtue signal that somehow the Biden administration are working on real solutions.
	And, of course, blame Trump for the problems that they inherited.
	They did try that once.
	They didn't roll it out again, but I don't think that they thought that that would have legs.
	So AOC, she's one of my favorite politicians.
	What a little virtue signaler.
	See, they have to have a group of people that can pander to the progressives, but Jimmy Dore, the comedian, is my favorite.
	And he is a former progressive who went through an awakening process of the hypocrisy of the Democratic Party.
	Bernie Sanders, along with a lot of progressives, should have been the candidate in 16 and 20.
	And of course, those primaries were stolen in 16 and 20 from Bernie Sanders.
	And I remember in 2016, when Sanders gave a speech at the Democratic Summer Convention, is that he had a deep cut underneath his eye, like somebody had punched him out.
	You know, it was just another fall, as they said.
	But he was probably slapped around and told that he had a choice to be paid in silver or lead to support Hillary or not.
	So AOC says nothing about the loss of progressive values.
	All that she does is virtue signal for them.
	The one issue that would do it to show progressives that they have some hope would be universal health care.
	But all they do is virtue signal about that.
	And for the camps for the CDC?
	Oh yeah, absolutely.
	That is in a document from the CDC.
	They have these health Excellent, excellent.
	to shield the vaccinated from the unvaccinated and combine with Fauci's recent statements that the real problem is the anti-vaxxer attitude.
	So you get anybody who can thank and you throw them in the camps too because they have the same attitude.

	Excellent, excellent.
	Meanwhile, here's comments on what's going on.

	What is a blood coagulation?

	So this is a well-known thing, not in all snakes, but in many.

	She seems to be a bit of a bull in a china shop, but she's really talking about amendments that were made during Reconstruction to ensure that blacks newly frayed would have the same constitutional rights as whites.
	Today, I think the situation is the opposite.
	The Democrats are vastly promoting black rights over those of whites.
	Even the vice president, the total airhead Kamala Harris, has said that equity considerations should come into play in Florida and that those who are black and disadvantaged should be given priority, which of course the White House had to walk back.
	During an oral argument in Merrill v. Mulligan, Jackson used progressive, originalist methodology to refute assertions of colorblind remedies to questions of voter discrimination.
	The case centering on Alabama's redistricting map were lawmakers gerrymandering districts, an American tradition, in such a way that only one is majority Black, or in other cases, majority Democrat, or in other cases, majority Republican.
	Under the proposed map, Black residents have control over just 14% of the congressional districts, despite being roughly 27% of the state population.
	At issue is whether Alabama's race-blind approach to drawing districts ultimately discriminates against minority voters.
	After hearing arguments from the Alabama Solicitor General, she asserted the entire point of the Reconstruction Amendment, 13th, 14th, and 15th, was to provide a race-based legal remedy to problems former slave states otherwise refused to adopt.
	I don't think we can assume that just because race is taken into account, that necessarily creates an equal protection problem, she said.

	So this is going to be another script reader or perhaps they got somebody who's actually competent enough to write their own bullshit.
	This, from what I see with this, is that this is a virtue signaling attempt to show people, oh, of course we care.
	We are against gerrymandering.
	And by the same time, they're saying they're for these so-called equity-based solutions, which is going to, exactly as Joe brilliantly pointed out, give them a legal precedent in order to make things more equal when they need to.
	That's what I think that they're trying to do, and that is just exactly the equity adjustments of communism to be able to operate outside the law when the leaders say it is for the good of the people.

	Alex Jones declines to put on a defense in the defamation trial.
	Well, this is just a trial for damages.
	It's not the actual trial to determine liability.
	That was done independently on the basis of a default judgment, just as other cases related to Sandy Hook have been decided on other inappropriate grounds by stipulation, by presupposition, or by a flawed methodology, as in my case.
	Conspiracy theorist Alex Jones decided not to present a defense at his defamation power.
	It was back in Texas, in advance of closing arguments over how much he should pay for promoting the Sandy Hook school shooting lie.
	They claimed that it was a hoax, which in fact is no lie at all.
	The jury of three men and three women, how much should he give to the families of eight victims and an FBI agent?
	Jones, who outside the courthouse insists he's never been linked to the direct amendsment or threats against the families.
	I know of only one person who ever has, and she was a bit of a loose screw down in Florida, which they sought to tie to me with having no basis for doing so whatsoever during my trial for damages, was found liable by default for defaming them.
	It turns out this was all done by judges, absent any juries.
	There's never been any determination that a single soul died at Sandy Hook.
	Norm Pattis Jones' attorney, to whom I offer to serve as an expert witness on behalf of Alex, Told the judge his client was boycotting because he feels it would be nasty to either commit perjury, be held in contempt of court, or invoke his right not to answer questions under the Fifth Amendment, which may very well be true.
	So from his perspective, my operation has always been placed in an untenable position.
	The jury was dismissed for the day.
	They're going to resume arguments.
	During the trial, 14 family members testified they received death and rape threats mailed from conspiracy theorists, including photos of dead children and had in-person confrontation with people telling them their children or wives or mothers never existed.
	I doubt very much all of these claims.
	And as far as children not existing, basically in the way they're presented in terms of the official scenario, it's correct.
	They did not exist.
	Mark and Jackie Bearden testified, people had urinated on their son's grave, trying to dig it up.
	I find that very difficult to imagine.
	Jones has acknowledged in recent years the shooting happened, which is wrong, But claim the families are being used to push a gun control and anti-free speech agenda, which is right.
	Pattis asked the judge to dismiss one of the claims, that he had violated the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act by profiting from the hoax lie.
	Pattis argued that plaintiffs had not shown they were harmed by his selling of products.
	Lawyers for the family disputed the claim is important because it's the only one that does not limit punitive damages.
	In a similar trial in Austin, a jury ordered him to pay 50 mil in damages, a third in Texas, involving as expected to begin near the end of the year.
	Jones said he expects the case to be tied up in appeals for the next two years, has asked his audience to help him raise $500,000 to pay for his legal expenses.
	While those legal expenses are real, when I was Engage in my legal efforts and research, I discovered how Leonard Posner had on his blog in exchange with someone who talked to him about the Wolfgang Helbig case and said, well, you lost that case.
	And Posner explained, well, no, not really, because he got Wolfgang to take down his blog that he'd wanted to have taken down.
	And that he had been dragged into court and saddled with a whole lot of legal expenses.
	This is an example of what's going to happen if you speak out.
	So he really won.
	And that was exactly what happened to me.
	And I included all this in my trial and reviewing all this.
	My non-trial, at least my non-jury trial.
	But it was all for naught.

	Oh, I was wondering if I was going to get the thing first or not.

	And, you know, I have yet to find a good conspiracy theory that wasn't true, and I've certainly reviewed plenty of material that James Fetzer's produced on the Sandy Hoax, and I agree with his analysis of that 100%, along with every other event that he's been able to.
	Uh, going back to JFK, RFK, and MLK.
	So, you know, we've got a really rotten government.
	The problem is we've got an equally rotten Justice Department that is incapable of allowing you to express truth and incapable of allowing you to have a jury to be able to assess the truth.
	So, therein lies the problem, kids.
	So, my understanding of that trial is that Jones was found guilty because he refused to cooperate with the court order to release financial documents.
	And so, one of the observations, as Jim said, is that there hasn't been a trial on the merits of the case.
	Another famous trial that there was never any merits of the case considered was the assassination of Dr. King.

	And the one data point that I contributed is that the alleged mothers are claimed to have averaged an age of 36 years giving birth to those alleged victims, a group of 20 of them.
	To have one mother give birth at the age of 36 or older by national data is roughly one out of every nine.
	And if you have 20 of those, then that's one ninth to the 20th power.
	So the likelihood that the story is false is demonstrated by odds in that favor of, I forget how to say the name, but it's a number with like 50 or 60 zeros behind it.
	It was a brilliant argument, Carl.
	You're absolutely right.
	Everything's anomalous.
	These were synthetic families.
	It was put together.
	The community was involved in the planning for years.
	I think many were drawn in by the do-good motive that this is what could happen to children if we don't take guns away from the American people.
	Not pausing to consider it's the criminals that commit these crimes, not the law-abiding citizen.
	And taking guns away from law-abiding citizens is only going to make matters worse by letting the criminals know the world is their oyster, that everywhere has become a free-fire zone because of absurd frauds and deceptions like a mass shooting at Sandy Hook.
	That did not take place.
	It was a FEMA drill.
	Presented as mass murder to promote gun control.

	It's remarkable that my petition before the Supreme Court was denied Monday, and Alex Jones has been doing the bread and circuses about Sandy Hook and being belittled and affirming it's accurate and true, blah, blah, blah, and that he was wrong, now decides he can go back to Texas and doesn't need to keep up the
	The performance, I find that a remarkable coincidence, almost as though this was to generate popular sentiment against anyone who's even remotely skeptical about Sandy Hook.

	But I did find an article at Bloomberg, which was published in July of 2022, so just three months ago, they said at that time there was $14 billion of unredeemed Paper monopoly money waiting to be changed for polyester monopoly money, which can also be valueless overnight.
	So don't think that I misrepresented the facts.
	The facts are that they stole 300 billion dollars from a lot of people that weren't aware of exactly the game they were playing, and that they've got more billions they're fixing to steal from all of us.
	Your bank accounts, they belong to the bank so that the bank can do a bail-in, and you will no longer have access to your money because they have to cover all their debts.
	Yeah, the whole monetary system has been rotten for the last 500 years, and that is the root of all of our problems.

	And in working with the captured teenagers, they greatly appreciated and they were very relieved to discover that they weren't going crazy.
	And that the tension that they felt in the background as children was absolutely in a discernible causes that we're living in this empire, and everybody is being forced to work together for these psychopaths.
	So, that said, we do have that so the people can be awakened.
	Now, Will They or Not is the name of the game, and this month is going to be a huge test.
	It is the end game, and just stay true for the truth, hit as hard as you can, be as true as you can to what you think and what you see and what we do, and we'll all discover together what evolves.

	The point is, you get an infinite regress of earlier and earlier astronauts, or you have evolution at some point, and if not there, then why not right here on Earth?
	It's a simpler theory.
	So we have a principle and scientific explanation.
	Everyone talks about Occam's Rule, What it really says is, if you have two theories that are equally explanatory with regard to the relevant data, but one invokes a smaller number of explanatory or causal factors, that is to be preferred.
	If we apply it to this case, when you have a super-rich family like the Rothschild, they can hire the smartest people on the planet, even to design a plan how to dismember the planet.
	It didn't actually require They to possess superior intellect, or they to have come from another planet, just because they have so damn much money they can buy people to do any damn thing they want.
	And it turns out the Democrat Party today is the useful idiots of the Rothschilds' attempt to take control of the entire world.
	I just mentioned in particular this business about racism in the United States.
	The United States is not a racist nation, but they're doing their damnedest to turn us into one.
	They're trying to promote mediocrity, whether it's in school, whether it's in public, whether it's in law, whether it's in government, by putting in people based upon their race or sex or sexual orientation.
	This is just absurd!
	They're leaving out of consideration competence.
	So if you put a whole lot of people who are incompetent and do that on the basis of irrelevant considerations, you can claim to be virtue signaling.
	You can claim this is in the name of equity.
	You can claim this is a long overdue adjustment, and occasionally you'll slip and you'll admit, well, even in this face of a catastrophe such as we've encountered in Florida, We need to give the blacks priority when everyone deserves equal treatment under the law.
	If there's anything fundamental to the United States, it's the idea of equal treatment under the law.
	The Democrats are deliberately sabotaging it.
	They're in the process of destroying it from America, and they're doing it for the Rothschild banking industry.
	And notice, the family can afford to spend as much as they want to get this done, because they're going to get it all back.
	In the end, they're going to own everything, and we're going to own nothing.
	That's what's going on.
	Don't be deceived.
	You've got to face up to it because it's very grim.
	And that's why I continue to say we're on the verge of provoking a nuclear war with Russia.
