This is Jim Fetzer, Madison, Wisconsin, joined today by...
Joe Olson in Houston and Carl Herman in San Ramon, California.
We're here to bring you all the news you need to know.
Holly's in the process of moving to Florida.
We can't wait to have her back.
Meanwhile, U.S.
and the allies agree to implement Russian oil price cap, but frankly, the Russians aren't going for it.
They're actually cutting off Nord Stream gas exports indefinitely.
This is going to leave Europe high and dry.
The group of seven met.
They recognized it could send oil prices soaring if Russia doesn't comply.
Russia is not going to comply.
The idea of a price cap is to limit Russia's profits from oil sales higher now than before the war.
To keep oil on the global market.
But this is just ridiculous.
It's as though these guys think they can control the outcome without bothering to consult Russia.
It also relies on compliance from China and India, who have become major buyers of Russian oil.
Why would anything, when they're already purchasing Russian oil at a discount, they would want to rock the boat with Moscow?
This is incredibly stupid.
If Russia responds by cutting oil production, and it's cut oil availability through Nord Stream 1 now, experts have warned prices could skyrocket in the worst-case scenario to a stratospheric $380 per barrel.
$180 per barrel.
Currently, they're hovering around 100.
So here's Russia's response.
Moscow has extended the closure of Nord Stream 1 for months at Treasury Secretary of the United States and pushed for the world to adopt price caps on Russian energy exports.
Remember, she really represents the interests of Israel, not those of the United States.
The G7 announced it did not state a max price to pay for Russian oil, but Russia's not going to buy it.
Nord Stream 1 has been closed indefinitely.
The G7 and Russia took their steps amid a growing economic war, where Russian President Putin ordered his forces to invade Ukraine back on the 24th of February for very good reasons.
American allies issued sweeping sanctions intended to destroy the Russian economy.
However, They have backfired on the West, with rising energy costs causing suffering in Europe and Moscow, maintaining—actually increasing—its economic strength.
When Russia first halted pumping gas earlier this week, the White House claimed the Kremlin was weaponizing energy.
But it's just ridiculously silly.
It's unclear if price caps will impact the Russian economy.
Frankly, we can expect Russia to come out of this just fine.
Meanwhile, the Biden administration plans to ask Congress for another $14 billion for Ukraine, which is completely nutty.
According to the report, the spending request will be inside a package for COVID spending, monkeypox spending, and other domestic relief.
Part of the report, Biden is asking Congress for more than $47 billion in emergency it would go toward the war in Ukraine, the response to the pandemic, and ongoing monkeypox outbreak.
The request, as lawmakers are preparing to return to Washington, seeks $13.7 billion related to Ukraine.
We have rallied the world to support the people of Ukraine as they defend their democracy, as though they had any democracy, and we cannot allow that support to run dry, said Shalanda Young, director of the White House Office of Management and Budget.
Biden's also seeking $2 billion for a continued COVID testing program, including distribution of free at-home tests, where the government is running short of funds.
They say some tests are left, but not enough.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yes, well, today's opening oil price was $86.93, so it's come down from an overall 52-week range of $62 to $130.50 per barrel, so we see that there's a lot of volatility in the oil market, but with the shutdown of gas to Europe and the enormous increase in the cost of electricity and food, there will be very little travel by anybody in Europe.
And there'll be a lot of factory closings, so people won't even have to travel to their jobs, and so there'll be a reduced demand.
And so who knows where this is going, but Russia supposedly can be making break even.
Their cost per barrel is about $40 per barrel, so anything they can put on the market that's less than that is going to be, you know, gravy train for them.
But if you're a buyer, And you have a commodity that has a worldwide demand, and you have a seller that has a limited commodity market product, you cannot dictate the price to them unless you're able to get the whole world to agree to that dictate, and at that point Russia could just say, Well, we got enough other things we can sell and enough people that we can trade with.
We'll just cut the whole rest of the world off.
So it's the most ridiculous game of bully pulpit imaginable for these idiots to think that they have dictatorial control over anything left in the world because it's rapidly closing on them.
I can't stand this W-E-F garbage.
Let them eat bugs.
Oh, I couldn't agree more, Joe.
Carl.
Wow, another fascinating move.
So a price cap, huh?
So the U.S., the U.K., and NATO want to dictate to Russia the maximum amount that they can sell their own oil for, huh?
So this again, this smacks.
It's so ridiculous.
I am more inclined to believe that this is just another white hat move to expose the oligarchs and the criminals in the West.
And with Nord Stream 1 shutting down, You know, this is just looking like the most doomsday scenario to wake people up.
I know that the energy bills in Europe are waking people up.
So this whole thing is in the fog of war.
And the context for this war is the color revolutions of 14 and 16 that installed a NATO puppet into Ukraine.
The shelling of independent Donbass by artillery by Ukraine, killing 14,000 Ukrainians, prompting Russia's move to protect those Russian speaking people.
And remember, the most outrageous terms of Biden for peace is no NATO for Ukraine and independence for Donbass.
And the democracy of the Ukraine, and Zelensky as the puppet, remember, they have criminalized political opponents, putting them in jail.
They have criminalized opposing journalists and media by shutting them down.
So it's the most ridiculous scenario, but yet the show goes on.
I think this reflects the Biden conception of democracy, the Democrats' conception of democracy.
Meanwhile, Democrats claim Election Denying is the hallmark of fascism.
But his Election Denying past quickly tells on him.
This is Jamie Raskin, a U.S.
Representative.
He praised Biden Sunday for attacking Trump supporters because they exhibit the hallmarks of fascism.
But it turns out he himself has committed the same sin he alleged is critical to their up.
Speaking on Face the Nation, he suggested the Republican Party, especially the MAGA supporter, has involved him in a fascistic political party.
Two of the hallmarks of a fascistic political party.
One, they don't accept the results of elections that don't go their way.
And two, they embrace political violence.
I think that's why Biden was right to sound the alarm this week about those continuing attacks on our constitutional order from the outside by Donald Trump and his movement.
Raskin was responding to Trump's controversial demand that the 2020 presidential election be re-held immediately or that he be declared the rightful winner.
The demand came after Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg Acknowledge that Joe Rogan, the FBI, warned the media giant about Russian misinformation just before the Hunter laptop story broke.
Social media quickly suppressed or outright censored the story, which has since been vindicated as neither misinformation or false, but accurate and true.
The charges of fascism are self-incriminating because Raskin has openly questioned the outcome of presidential elections in the past.
He described, for example, George W. Bush as a court-appointed president who was not rightfully elected.
The court had been thwarting formation of a popular mill, the most spectacular example being Bush v. Gore, where a majority by 5-4 vote, enjoined the counting of more than 100,000 ballots in Florida, and essentially gave America its first court-appointed president.
The incredible work by the RNC to find a clip of Jamie Raskin saying the 2000 presidential election was stolen.
Here are 10 straight minutes of Democrats denying election results.
Meanwhile, Raskin was one of several House Democrats who objected to the certification of Trump's Electoral College victory in January 2017.
Their effort failed because not one Democrat senator supported them.
Democrats, in fact, have a long history of questioning the legitimacy of elections they lose.
Over the weekend, the Republican National Committee published a long video showing numerous Democrats questioning the outcome of the 2000 election, the 2004 election, the 2016 election, and the 2018 Georgia gubernatorial.
Hillary Clinton, remember this.
We had to suffer through this for years.
Trump is an illegitimate president.
The entire first term we heard nothing but this kind of nonsense from the Democrats.
Hillary Clinton dismissed President Trump as an illegitimate president and suggests that he knows he stole the 2016 presidential election in a CBS News interview to be aired on Sunday.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yeah, well, it's amazing.
It's not cheating unless the other side does it.
That's the double standard that the dinos play by.
But it's also the Uniparty because they've had plenty of evidence about illegal voting machines and illegal voter rolls forever, and they've done minimal about it because they've worked out a cozy little agreement where I scratch your back, you scratch mine, and we put on this Uniparty puppet show.
And make people think they have a legitimate election.
In 19, or excuse me in 2012, there was the election where Ron Paul was making significant inroads against Willard the Bane Bandit, and he had the convention in Tampa stolen from him.
They had his delegates locked in buses circling the convention hall where they voted on rules changes to not allow Ron Paul to even say hello to the group.
So that was pretty outrageous.
I decided that it was so egregious.
And the funny thing was that they were talking about putting in Condoleezza Rice as a double dip affirmative action.
She She's black!
She's a woman!
We could put her in as VP, and we'll have the two firsts, and the Democrats won't be able to beat us because we'll have the first black woman running against Obama for his second term.
Well, I wrote a great article about that.
It's kind of a satire called Rice-a-Romney.
That must have zombie treat.
And it's at slayingfakescience.com, my website.
I'll put a link to my website and that particular article down in the...
But it's historically correct.
100 years of absolute 100% provable voting fraud on the part of the unit party machine that's run our country for the last 200 years.
Yes, yes.
Carl.
So the Dems are just going to project whatever it is that they do upon their political opponents.
And in this case, they're throwing the smear of fascism on it.
Fascism is not really defined in a tied-down, agreed method, but let's just take the two principles that Lefty decided to throw out there, and that's dictatorial control and political violence.
So, dictatorial control.
The 2020 election has been stolen And elections previous to that, as we've discussed on this show, as demonstrated, including through the leaderships of Princeton University and Stanford University professors, the Dominion voting machines, they disqualify what happens in the United States under the definition of an election.
There is not a definitive receipt for.
Every vote.
The documentary is 2000 Mules, and I believe that the other movie is called Selection, show people a couple of the ways that they're able to go ahead and rig those elections.
So the dictatorial control of fascism is with the Democratic side.
Although I'm not playing partisan here.
I was one of the ones who was one of the strongest voices.
To impeach Bush and Cheney and the political violence.
Oh, you mean like Antifa?
You mean the Summer of Love in 2020, where there actually was an insurrection against local governments by Putting themselves in the inside of a secure and armed area where they engaged in arson, looting, and murder?
That type of political violence?
I think that's what he's talking about.
But the whole threat is, gentlemen, I think it's time we tell the audience now.
See, we all wore these blue shirts to warn you about Blueanon, the crazy conspiracy group trying to take over the country.
And it was no accident that Jim put in a picture of Nancy Pelosi also wearing a blue shirt, but we're wearing it to warn you.
Yes, the real Blue Anon people at the front, they steal elections, they force injections as medical experiments, and they run an empire with puppets like Zelensky.
Be aware of Blue Anon.
Which just happens to rhyme with QAnon.
Here we go.
Joe Biden speaks to Pennsylvania union members on Labor Day.
681 Americans tuned in to watch him on the White House YouTube channel.
What, he's supposed to have had 81 million votes?
Give us a break.
On Monday, Biden traveled to Milwaukee to hijack a rally of union workers celebrating Labor Day.
It was a dismal crowd.
Look at the photograph.
Biden couldn't even fill half the venue.
Then he flew off to Pennsylvania for some reason in the hopes someone would want to see him.
He spoke to another small crowd of union workers.
Only 681 Americans tuned in to watch his speech on the White House YouTube channel.
The Communists, of course, love to stick it in our faces that Joe Biden got 81 million votes.
Meanwhile, judge denies Michigan Secretary of State motion to dismiss a lawsuit removing 26,000 dead registrants from voter rolls.
This is how they do it.
In a win for election integrity advocates, the U.S.
Western District Court of Michigan denied Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson's attempt to dismiss public interest legal foundation lawsuit pertained to the failure by her office to remove dead registrants from the state voter rolls.
After all, those Democrats want them to vote again and again and again.
In 2020, the Public Interest Legal Foundation had notified the Secretary of State's office about the dead registrants on Michigan voter rolls, but the Secretary of State did nothing about it.
In November of 2021, the nonprofit filed a lawsuit for failure to remove 25,975 deceased registrants.
They included 23,663 who've been dead for five years or more, 17,479 who've been dead for at least a decade, 3,956 who've been dead for at least 20 years.
They contend that by refusing to cleanse the voter rolls Benson violated Section 8 of the National Voter Registration Act of 1993, requiring officials to conduct a general program that makes a reasonable effort to remove the names of ineligible voters from the official list of eligible voters apparently in michigan you remain eligible even after you are dead
Michigan is also a member of ERIC, a voter roll maintenance organization that ostensibly cleans voter rolls, meaning that deceased residents ought to have been removed long ago.
We should not have to sue Secretary of State Benson to get her to do her job.
PILF spokeswoman Lauren Bauman.
This isn't the first time Benson's been criticized back in June of 2020.
The Michigan Freedom Fund sued her and 16 other county clerks for neglecting to maintain accurate voter records.
She's also known for inflating Michigan's voter polls in September 2020.
She sent an automatic voter registration form to all eligible citizens as a result.
114,000 were added to Michigan's voter rolls.
It's astonishing Secretary Benson is so vigorously opposing effective list maintenance, said the PILF President Christian Adams.
It's remarkable.
After sharing this data with the Secretary of State in 2020, dead registrants remain on the state's voter rolls.
This initial win is a first step to ensuring that deceased registrants are not receiving ballots and reducing the opportunity for fraud in Michigan election.
Good luck with it.
The Democrats are going to fight it all the way.
Last year, the foundation won a similar lawsuit against Pennsylvania, compelling the Commonwealth to remove at least 21,000 dead registrants who had been regularly voting Democrats since their demise.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yes, well it's interesting that one of the places that FJB did not visit on Labor Day would be Chicago, where there's a Democratic mayor, and there were 55 who were shot and 11 who were killed over the Labor Day weekend, so that was something he could celebrate, because none of those were MAGA shooters, amazingly enough.
Yeah, and then here's another thing that just really chaps my butt.
The National Park Service I'll bring this thing up so I can read it to you exactly.
Cares for special spaces saved by the American people so that we may all experience our heritage.
Well, guess what one of the rules of the National Park Service is?
You're not allowed to film inside the National Park Service for any kind of monetary advantage.
Find some a YouTube couple who had put up a video of them in Yosemite Park on their YouTube channel and they said well they're being funded by YouTube so that's a commercial use and they were facing each man and wife were facing six months in jail so they appealed the court a case the lower court overturned the case and then the Parks and Wildlife Department appealed it to guess what the D.C.
Circuit Court where they are guaranteed to have a bunch of liberal judges and liberal clerks and liberal jurists and a liberal prosecutor and they upheld it and they've extended it to the point where that includes national parks include the mall in front of the Capitol.
So if you show up, first of all, you're not allowed to have a drone at all in any national parks.
But if you film anything on the National Mall, you could be arrested and face six months in jail.
So the next time there's a MAGA conference and there's people walking around with cell phones, they can just drag out a whole million people and put them all in jail for having a cell phone that was capable of taking pictures.
This is how insane the whole weaponized government is.
You can't even go to the national parks anymore without being a MAGA criminal.
It's crazy.
Carl.
More and more crazy.
Yes, yes, yes.
So all Biden and all those political hacks offer are virtue signaling and hypocrisy.
So they're going to do the opposite of what they talk about as they pretend to care.
And nobody listens to that people, to those people.
Nobody wants to listen to Biden.
So this was a curious event to me because why do it?
I mean, they had to have known.
Part of the reason for the COVID lockdowns was to prevent and to obscure the optics of the comparisons of Trump rallies to Biden rallies, but they had to have known.
So, it raises the question for me again, like, who's in control here?
I mean, I think they could have done better if they had Joe, for example, in Sacramento.
and had the teachers union rally up.
They could have gotten just thousands of teachers alone and their families, but they decided to pick a venue where we saw the pictures about how many people showed up.
So that's an interesting question.
And given what we saw in 2020, all these elections are unreliable.
And what evil uses is confusion.
The etymology of the word war in German is confusion.
So they want people confused.
They want people to conclude that, oh, gee, mistakes were made.
Or they don't want to act stupid about what they do.
Or the other thing that they would do Is just go ahead and and lie and just continue to call elections the most secure in American history.
So, again, I feel good about the exposure of events.
It is still highly dangerous, but I'm optimistic.
Good good.
Well.
Clearing the rolls, obviously, of dead voters is an appropriate thing to do, but the Democrats are going to fight it tooth and nail.
Meanwhile, Elon Musk responds after analysis finds a vast majority of Twitter accounts are bots.
Twitter has been a fraud from the beginning.
Billionaire Tesla SpaceX founder Elon Musk has responded to an independent analysis about most Twitter accounts by far are fake, spam, or bot accounts.
According to leading cybersecurity specialist Dan Woods, who formerly worked for the FBI and the CIA, as many as 80% of Twitter accounts are bogus.
Sure sounds higher than 5%, Musk wrote on a platform in response, where he'd been told by Twitter perhaps 5% of their accounts were fake.
More than 80% of Twitter accounts are likely bots, according to Dan Woods, who created a fake profile.
It quickly gained over 100,000 fake followers in one weekend by purchasing them on the dark web.
I'm not a programmer, but I watch YouTube, and in a weekend I wrote a script that automatically creates accounts on Twitter without encountering any obstacles, he reported.
There's a huge demand for bots.
There's a marketplace to serve the demand.
And if I can write a bot that creates accounts on Twitter, and I'm not even a programmer, Imagine what a sophisticated programmer could do.
Twitter doesn't want its number to be that high, so they're going through the motions of cancelling some accounts.
I'm not saying they're lying, but we've really studied these accounts and come to the conclusion there are a lot more fake accounts than Twitter is letting on.
Musk filed paperwork earlier to back out of the $44 billion offer after Twitter executives were not being transparent about fake accounts.
Twitter sues Musk, which, by the way, gave him discovery, which means he's going to be able to eviscerate Twitter within the formal context of a judicial proceeding.
He and his legal team have suggested the number of bots may be as high as 33%, far more than the five Twitter has claimed.
I'm telling you, it's much higher than 33.
In addition, Zadko, a former formidable hacker with a reputation in Silicon Valley who was fired by Twitter, said the platform's security is so poor it's become a national security risk.
Musk has maintained Twitter officials were not being straight with him regarding the number of fake accounts.
Zetko further alleges Twitter's leadership has misled its own board and government regularities about its security vulnerabilities, including some that could allegedly open the door to foreign spying or manipulation, hacking, and disinformation campaigns, as even CNN has reported.
The whistleblowers at Twitter Exec don't have the resources to fully understand the true number of bots on the platform, and we're not motivated to.
They've recently become central to Elon Musk's attempt to back out of the $44 billion deal to buy the company, so Twitter denies Musk's claims.
Again, from CNN, performing an unusual act of journalism for that network.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yes, well it appears that all of social media has been totally monopolized by the deep state, because we also have fake book who just on Joe Rogan show about two weeks ago, little Zuckerberg told everybody that the FBI came in and ordered him to Suppress any evidence at all, and any discussion about the hunter laptop, which he willingly did.
But then we also have this Missouri and Louisiana Attorney General's asked the court to
To compel the Department of Justice to produce communication between top officials and social media companies, and this goes to all of the social media companies including Twitter and Google and Facebook, but they were secretly communicating with the CDC and getting all of their directions about how to best manipulate the population on the
Woofloo hoax and this is a lawsuit that was filed by Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmidt and Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry and yesterday a judge ordered the DOJ and the CDC to produce all of the required deposition material within 21 days or they will be under contempt of court.
Not that being under contempt of court bothers these dirtbags, but at least they won't be able to parade around as being the sanctimonious protectors of the Constitution that they always do.
It's absolutely absurd, but who knows?
Maybe the legal system will actually function correctly for a change.
Yes, Carl.
It's all being exposed and And it is coming up to an endgame, where it's going to be civil war.
Or, if the White Hats are in charge, where we are going to have arrests.
But it's all being exposed, which is extraordinary.
In principle, good, honest people are transparent.
Good, honest people would not ask you to trust us.
We'd say, look, here's the data, here's the transparency.
But the evil ones, they're gonna hide the data, they're gonna obfuscate, they're gonna lie, they're going to refuse to answer, they're gonna distract with ad hominem.
And that's an easy way to tell all the propaganda that we're getting.
So I have one published paper, Carl B. Herman.
Blogspot, any of these shows, and part of the published paper via the Claremont Colleges was to document how corporate media sold lies known to be false, as they were told, to sell the wars formerly known as on terror.
And if you take a look from the government's perspective, put on your black hat thinking cap for a moment, of course if it was possible to buy those bots for Twitter and Facebook, of course they would do it.
Of course they would.
And there would be no limit.
And you would pay Twitter off in order to just run your operation In that easy, relatively easy way of propaganda.
Now, for Musk to come in, Twitter and the government had to have been stupid to allow this to go forward to where it is, because now it's in a position where all of that could be lawfully exposed in court.
And 80%, wow, I'm not sure about the numbers, but if you think logically about this, they would buy as many as they would need, and then they would only go in one direction, because that's what happens when empires collapse.
They keep the propaganda up, and they just ramp it up.
I think we're at that stage, Carl.
Meanwhile, we'll be right back.
Mike Pence.
Under the Biden administration, we now have the worst border crisis in history.
Inflation is at a 40-year high.
Grocery store shelves are empty.
Gas prices are up 50%.
And Democrats are still pushing massive tax increases.
George responds.
Certifying fraudulent elections tends to do this.
Pence could have sent those disputed elector slates back to the states to have them certified properly, and we wouldn't be in this terrible fix.
He is a disaster.
Meanwhile, Judge orders Fauci and other top officials to produce records for big tech government censorship lawsuit.
Dr. Anthony Fauci, White House West Secretary Kareem Jean-Pierre and other top Biden officials who are resisting efforts to obtain their communication with big tech companies must hand over the records, as Joe was anticipating.
U.S.
District Judge Terry Doter, your top appointee, ordered the government to produce the documents quickly after it was sued by the Attorneys General of Louisiana and Missouri.
The initial tranche of discovery released on August 31st revealed more than 50 government officials across a dozen agencies were involved in applying pressure to social media to censor users.
But some refuse to provide any answers or answer all questions posed, among them Fauci, director of the NIAID and chief medical advisor to Biden.
The government claimed Fauci should not be required to answer to all questions or provide records, or in his capacity as Biden's chief medical advisor, in an attempt to withhold the records or responses from Jean Pierre.
In the new ruling, Breaking the Stalemate, Doherty said that both Fauci and Jean-Pierre need to comply with the interrogatories and record requests.
First, the requested information is obviously very relevant to plaintiff's crimes.
Fauci's communication would be relevant to plaintiff's allegations in reference to alleged suppression of speech relating to the lab leak theory of COVID origin and to suppression of speech about the efficiency of masks in COVID lockdowns.
Jean-Pierre's communication as White House press secretary could be relevant to all plaintiffs' examples, Doherty said, referring to illustrations such as the suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop ahead of the 2020 election and censorship or claims that COVID originated in a Chinese lab.
Doherty ordered Fauci and Jean Bière to comply within 21 days.
Fauci, additionally, must provide complete answers to questions regarding his role as director.
We know from the previous round of Discovery, Eberts has censored the speech of those who disagree with the government on COVID policy have come from the top.
Americans deserve to know of Aushi's participation in this enterprise, especially since he publicly demanded specific individuals, including two of our clients, Jay Banerjee and Martin Golda, be censored on social media.
Seven, Jenn and Younes, the litigation counsel for the new Civil Liberties Alliance and a lawyer for some of the plaintiffs.
It's time for Aushi to answer for his flagrant disregard of Americans' constitutional rights and civil liberties.
The Department of Health and Human Services, a parent agency, was also trying to avoid giving answers in talks in the legal battle, even though discovery from Big Tech revealed key HHS officials as participating in what plaintiffs have described as a censorship enterprise.
Both HHS and DHS objected to attempts to get them to search widely for relevant records, describing them as unduly burdensome and disproportionate to the needs of the case.
HHS identified NIAID, CDC, and the Office of the Surgeon General as three sub-agencies that would likely have the records sought.
Plaintiffs said HHS was effectively exempting itself from the discovery process.
Doherty agreed with HHS conducting a search for relevant records among all 80,000 HHS employees would be overly burdensome.
He said the HHS employees identified in talks from Meta, Facebook's parent company, as engaging with a company needed to respond to the discovery request.
You ordered HHS, including HHS deputy digital director, to provide responses within 21 days.
Government officials identified 45 officials within five agencies as those who communicated with the social media companies about what they were calling misinformation and censorship.
But email and other docs provided by Meta, Twitter, and Google show a number of other officials, including at other agencies and in the White House, were involved in the effort.
Moreover, Meta CEO Zuckerberg disclosed the FBI reached out about disinformation before the 2020 election.
Facebook suppressed the circulation of the first Hunter Biden laptop story as a consequence.
With each of these new revelations, plaintiffs have approached defendants and requested they supplement their discovery to include responsive communication from the newly disclosed federal officials.
Defendants have refused to do so.
On the ground, none of these newly discovered officials have ensued or served with discovery yet, and it would be unduly burdensome to identify and produce their communications.
The plaintiffs asked to file an amended complaint naming all the identified officials as defendants to address the issue.
Joe, your further thoughts?
Yes, this is what's known as a conspiracy that's too big to fail.
You can't possibly interview all of the people that are involved in this, so just give up trying.
Now, here's what Eric Smith, the attorney general in all the relationship to the Google ghoul, had to say about this.
We've already received a number of documents that clearly prove the federal government has an incestuous relationship with social media companies and clearly coordinates the censor-free speech.
In the interrogatories, they've identified 50 federal officials, which includes the departments you've already talked to, but also the DHS and the CISA.
Yeah, so let's just guess, kids.
The whole entire government is an organized RICO operation to destroy and rape America, and that's exactly what they've been doing.
And guess what other information they're suppressing?
Oh, anything that has to do with the Ukrainian war, because we have to keep Russia as the big, big, bad bear, and we have to keep pouring billions of dollars of weapons into this sinkhole in Eastern Europe so that we can continue to cover up where the
Nuclear weapons came from that you were used to destroy the Twin Towers because they have enough evidence on all of these criminals going back decades, and so that's why it's just nothing but a giant blackmail and extortion operation, and it has to continue.
We'll see if the court has the ability to actually do anything, but it's encouraging that at least they're rattling the sabers and making these people a little bit nervous, but I'm not real optimistic.
Carl?
Well, that first thing with Pence, that's funny.
That's typical of the virtue signaling that we're talking about.
That's all they do.
They don't care anything about the American public.
And therefore, what we're seeing in other narratives is the attempt with the red rant.
Is that our opponents, they have to separate, they have to cut off anybody who is working with Trump, any of the MAGA Republicans, so that all they have is this controlled opposition like Mike Pence and Mitt Romney and Liz Cheney, so you can control both the left and the right arms of the one unicorn, rainbow, fascist, psychopathic monster.
Now, for the discovery of the truth, so these Communications from the top down could be game ending.
See, when you're in a dictatorship, dictate means that the minions have to do whatever they're dictated when they're told to do it, and so you would have a coordinated program.
To inform the platforms what messages are appropriate and what are not.
And if you want to see how this played out in a school district in Northern California, Carl B. Herman Blogspot, take a look at my retirement letter.
It's in the second paragraph and that'll walk you through that this really was in large part about forcing injections upon the American children at Hayward High School where I taught Approximately two-thirds got the injection.
Where I live in San Ramon, it's probably 90% or more that have accepted this experimental injection.
So the top-down control of the narrative is what we're going to get.
Documentation that this is criminal.
My best shot is the essay that I did.
And Joe and I were talking about an essay, if I get the title right here, of How Did We Get It Wrong?
Was that the title of the essay?
Do you remember?
Yeah, I think so.
I can look it up.
Yeah, and that was one of the most current, excellent, if you want one document to address, to explain, document, and prove the criminal lies, I recommend that one.
Very good.
Very good.
Spot on.
Meanwhile, mass shootings erupt across left-wing communities.
Now, the word mass shootings is being abused here.
What they really mean is multiple shootings occurring in many left-wing communities because of their law enforcement policies that give shooters free fire zones.
Since 2020, various left-wing cities have put in place controversial public safety measures that make everyday living much more dangerous.
They include defunding the police, cutting back on bail requirements, letting prisoners out of jail altogether.
Democrats claimed they were about equity and justice However, they were reportedly warned that such reforms would only put people in danger.
Unfortunately, the warnings are proving true and playing out in real time.
Left-wing communities have become so dangerous, businesses like Rite Aid and Starbucks are leaving them in droves.
Meanwhile, just over Labor Day weekend alone, many cities run by Democrats suffered mass shootings.
The Gun Violence Archive reports left-wing cities such as Philadelphia, Chicago, and Charleston experienced shootings where at least four people suffered gunshot injuries or death.
However, of all the past weekend mass, the worst were happening in St.
Paul, Minnesota.
Like many other communities impacted by mass shootings amid Labor Day weekend, St.
Paul is run by a leftist mayor who's known for being soft on crime.
Larry Elder tweets, 46 people shot and 7 wounded during the Labor Day weekend in Chicago.
Thank goodness that city has strict gun control laws and that Illinois became the first state to eliminate cash bail.
In Philadelphia, nearly a dozen lost their lives in a mass shooting, with one minor suffering injuries.
Cities like Chicago are well known for having strict gun control measures on the books, yet Chicago also has shootings on a regular basis and become par for the course under the leadership of Mayor Lori Lightfoot, who has no apparent plans to fix it.
When Democrats insisted on slashing police funding to make it easier for criminals to get back on the street, it opened the door for current crime rates.
Gun control measures that block law-abiding individuals from firearms are not impacting criminals, who have no regard for those laws anyhow.
Just Steve Kelly tweets.
Philadelphia homicide hour after mass shooting.
Gun on grass found by Philly police next to a man found shot in the head after 2 a.m.
at 56th and Lancaster.
Continuing violent Labor Day weekend, 10 blocks from Road Rage Drive through killing, 46th and Lancaster Sunday.
If gun control was truly the answer to these mass shootings, and many times before, cities like Chicago and Philadelphia would be some of the safest communities across America.
Let me repeat.
If gun control was truly the answer to the mass shootings seen over Labor Day weekend and many times before, cities like Chicago and Philadelphia would be some of the safest communities across America.
In fact, it's the opposite.
Despite these mass shootings, Democrats are showing few signs of actually putting into place policies that hold criminals accountable for this reason alone.
Soaring crime rates are projected to continue.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yes well amazingly enough if you look at the crime statistics there's one race that seems to have a vendetta against itself and every other race because it's like uh you know between uh five and six times and up to ten times uh the higher rate between one race and all of the other races so and and themselves so it's like we have a
We have a problem that we're not allowed to discuss because it's racial sensitive, but also I've got an email from Pam Geller.
We're trying to get her on as a guest.
She's the one that was doing the Mohammed Cartoon Rally in Garland that was shot up by some FBI agents and two of them got shot.
FBI informants, let's put it that way, and a really interesting thing.
But she said that last month that there was over a million new guns purchased in the United States.
She said, keep arming up because we need to.
And it's like, well, if you had a million new guns and guns are what caused people, why didn't you have a million people dead since there's already 400 million guns in the country.
An extra million should certainly cause an increase in gun crimes.
But if you look at the statistics of the number of people that are out on bond or have their sentences reduced, then that tells you where the problem comes from.
It's from not prosecuting the people that are already not allowed to have guns, that are already committing gun crimes.
So, you know, there's no way out of this with the liberal agenda.
Well, the Democrats are either colossally stupid or they have malevolent intent because their policies are doing tremendous damage to the people they claim to represent.
Carl?
It's the malevolent intent.
They know what they're doing.
I've witnessed in San Francisco, we had tickets to go to the theater to see off-Broadway shows there, or I guess they're called Broadway shows that make it off-Broadway.
But over the last decade in downtown San Francisco, the main street is Market Street.
We would park and walk along Market Street from 5th Street to the Golden Gate Theater on 6th and sometimes a little bit further to the Orpheum.
And in the last time that we went there, I don't know, maybe three, Three years ago now, I counted and I got approximately 100 homeless people on Market Street between 5th and 6th.
You can smell the urine.
Sometimes you can see the feces and this is right by City Hall.
And yes, indeed, stores have closed, including a Walgreens there, and I saw on the news their policies just to allow the looters to come in.
So this is intentional.
It is the Orwellian opposite of what a government is supposed to be doing.
They should uphold the laws, but instead, They're creating policies to increase the crime there.
What they are doing is they're attempting this dystopian future of similar to what you would see in the RoboCop movies or Back to the Future.
Yeah, Carl, what do they think is the outcome?
They're destroying the livability, the habitability of major cities, whether it's New York or Chicago or San Francisco, and it's a deliberate policy.
So what is the objective?
What's the end game for the Democrats?
That is a good question.
And I witnessed my own family just being blind to this and just accepting it as if it is some inevitability.
And, you know, if you press these people, they're a virtue signal.
Oh, of course we want to end homelessness, but they don't take the solutions to do it.
So I don't know what the leadership is doing other than pushing us, pushing us, pushing us to be afraid and to just to Somehow dumbly join their solutions to problems that they create.
Joe, do you have thoughts about this?
Yeah, you know, it's a order out of chaos or are through.
Through deception, we shall wage war.
It's, you know, the same game plan that they've been using forever.
It's like they want to destabilize you every way possible so that you'll give up what tiny little amounts of freedom we have left in order to get the Invisible and impossible to secure security.
Yeah, it's ridiculous.
It's amazing how well the founders of this country understood the basic premises of freedom and tyranny and how they did their best to guide us away from it for centuries now.
And now the same forces that were at work during the American Revolution are still trying to put us in a feudal society and exterminate 90% of the people on the planet.
And they're doing a pretty damn good job on the extermination front.
I wish it weren't true, but that exactly appears to be the game plan.
Meanwhile, Biden abolishes the Office of the President and names himself Supreme Court.
Merlin, during his speech last night, Biden abolished the office of the president and named himself Supreme Court.
It is with great reluctance that I have agreed to accept this new authority I have given myself, said the benevolent ruler.
I love democracy.
Once this crisis has abated, I will lay down the powers I have given myself.
No, I'm serious.
Think about it.
Not a joke.
Political dissidents were then rounded up and imprisoned in order to save democracy.
The whereabouts of Senator Ted Cruz are currently unknown.
Here is a sequence.
Biden rejected from Austrian art school.
Biden publishes autobiographical memoir, My Struggle.
Biden announces new program for patriotic youngsters, Biden Youth.
Biden establishes secret police.
I know, but it's camps in which they concentrate political dissidents and other undesirables.
Biden announces strategic alliance with Mussolini and Emperor Hirohito.
Biden signs non-aggression pact with Poland.
Biden announces invasion of Poland.
Trump surrenders to Biden.
Biden forces stall 12 miles from Moscow.
Biden swallows cyanide capsule in underground bunker.
I think that's pretty close to what we're going through here, Joe.
Your thoughts?
Yes, I read The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich, 1500 pages by William Shire, who was a CBS and Chicago Tribune reporter in Europe, first in Paris because he spoke French and then in Germany because he spoke German, all during the war.
was a war correspondent during the war and then attended the Nuremberg trials after the war, so he probably had as much first-hand experience as any newspaper reporter possible.
He wrote a 1,500-page book.
I've read it four times, not because I was expecting to have a different ending.
And I read it with all the joy of feeding myself to a wood chip or a limb at a time.
But I wanted to know how they managed to set up that fascist state.
And it goes into excruciating detail about all the economic and social reforms that were required in order to set up that particular fascist state.
And you could see the same things happen parallel in our country.
They're using the same playbook that they gave Hitler, that they gave Napoleon, that they gave the Kaiser, that they gave every other monarch and every other tyrant in the history of the planet.
So, yeah, that's what we're facing.
Pretty shameful.
Excellent joke.
Carl?
Biden's red rant is just dictator talk, and I recommend that people respond to that with just the best tool that I have, is being able to articulate at least three cases demanding arrest of those leaders to flip the script on these psychopaths.
Carl B. Herman, Lock, spot, any of these shows, I give you ample evidence that the U.S.
is a rogue state empire with dozens of areas of criminal accounts that should require their arrest.
Now, Jim, as a retired Marine captain, I do have a question for you.
I read a comment today is that those Marines in the background We're having their hands, their left hand in front of their right hand like this in front of them at their belt.
Does that mean anything to you?
Are Marines instructed to stand in that pose for certain areas?
Well, it's a curious situation.
I've heard the report that they actually were not U.S.
Marines, but were actors playing the role of U.S.
Marines.
I'm not aware of what that hand sign or arrangement might mean, Carl, but perhaps you can add more.
Well, if it is staged, and as a Marine, if you can't recall that as part of something that you did, then it was made up, and then that would be an interesting thing to look up, of what that symbology might mean, because they're signaling something that's not random.
And yeah, I think that that would be actors instead of Marines, because if it's something that Marines don't do, it's just weird.
And it just raises questions about what is that signal?
Yeah, it's a ceremonial question I'm not in a position to answer, but it's a very interesting one.
We want to hear from you.

There's been a development.
I submitted an application for a stay to Justice Barrett for wrongful taking of my blog and my book.
Here I wrote, latest development, a new docket entry, application 22A200 denied by Justice Barrett has been added for James Fetzer petitioner versus Leonard Posner.
Please help me to understand why she would deny this appeal of an unlawful order to take.
I am baffled.
In Wisconsin, only money can be used to satisfy a monetary judgment, not intellectual property.
Intellectual property must be placed in the hands of a receiver to determine its value and put up for auction or other disposition to convert into money.
That was not done.
Instead, it was given directly to the plaintiff, who has no intention of using it to make money, but only to remove it from access to the public.
This was openly admitted by the judge.
I asked that Justice Barrett simply stay the order until such time as a full court can rule on my petition for a writ.
She declined.
Please, if anyone can, tell me what's going on here because I am utterly baffled.
So here you see, notice, September 6, 2022, application denied by Justice Barrett.
Meanwhile, my petition is going to be in conference.
If you proceed through all these steps, I've gone through the first four, the second four, and I'm now at the next to the bottom.
All the justices meet in a private conference, which will be held on the 28th of September, in which they vote to either grant or deny certiorari.
Four votes are necessary for a case to proceed to the merit stage.
I will learn the answer on 3 October.
Meanwhile, final thoughts.
Joe, yours.
Yeah, so we're approaching the 21st anniversary of the worst terrorist attack in American history, and it was not conducted by a bunch of box cutters and a bunch of cavemen.
I've researched and written extensively on that.
Jim and I did our first interviews on nuclear vaporization of the Twin Towers on March 16, 2015.
This weekend, I'm going to be doing a program with Giuseppe on the Freedom Radio program.
We'll put a link to it on next week's program, so you can listen to it.
But then, also on Saturday, we're doing a roundtable, and Jim is going to be doing portion of that roundtable, and then when he has to leave, then I'll be finishing in on the second part of it.
But if you want to know more about 9-1-1, Read my introductory article, unequivocal 9-1-1 nukes, which one of my readers said you need to read the Palmer Report.
I read the Palmer Report, forwarded it to veterans today.
They published breathtaking solving nuclear 9-1-1, which included a whole bunch of information, 50 PowerPoint slides and three 90-minute videos, but They weren't aware of actual building construction techniques, and so they weren't able to properly identify some of the elements, and they also didn't mention anything about gamma ray absorption.
So I wrote a follow-up article called Exposing NIST Jenga Game.
And together, my two articles are perfect bookends for the excellent 5,000-word, 50-PowerPoint-slide, 390-minute videos that were produced by the Palmer Report.
All three of those are available at Veterans Today, and I'll put those down in the show notes so that maybe Sunday you can sit around with some of your friends and discuss what really happened to America 21 years ago.
When they already had the Project for the New American Century saying they needed to overthrow the governments of seven Middle Eastern countries but we needed a new Pearl Harbor and they also already had the Patriot Act written and waiting in the drawer for the time when they could pull it out and say now we have to lock down America.
So this has all been a highly orchestrated conspiracy of the highest order and it's what has shaped the whole entire history of the 21st century so far.
The revelation of the plan to overthrow seven governments in the next five years wouldn't come until Wesley Clark revealed it in 2007, but you're certainly on the right track, Joe.
Carl, your final thoughts?
And just to point out one of the documents, central to 9-11, is the discovery of the Northwoods plan.
This was in 1962, I believe, and President Kennedy was given a document signed off by All of the members of the Chief of Staff and the U.S.
military was recommending false flag attacks to kill Americans in order to gain more of a neo-colonial rogue state empire.
So absent President Kennedy, all the structure were down for 9-11 type attacks, which specifically included having airplanes shot down with narratives of Americans being killed.
So regarding all we can do is moving forward is we only have our honor to document the gap between the facts and the limited government that is under inalienable rights that we are promised and is the ideal and is the hope of America.
So, no matter what happens, personally, I'm feeling more and more optimistic.
The more that we're seeing, the more exposed our opponents are, and we shall see how that transpires and develops.
But exercise what you do have, which is what you think, what you say, and what you do for what you most want to build.
Well, excellent commentary, as expected from Joe Olson and Carl Herman.
Let me add, regarding the lawsuit that's been brought against the big media companies and the White House and the CDC, NIH, and the like, Trump warned us about fake news.
This is really cracking it open.
We're going to look into the well of despond here and see how grotesque it has been.
Anthony Fauci, I have no doubt, was coordinating all these efforts to manipulate and mislead the American people with the compliance of Twitter, Facebook, YouTube.
Outrageous!
I think the American people have every reason to be heartened by this development.
It looks to me extremely promising.
And while I appreciate Joe's skepticism that it may not pan out, I think actually we've reached a point where something is going to crack.
And this looks very good to me.
I think it's going to split wide open.
And the American people are going to understand the extent to which they have been subjected to manipulation about the pandemic, about the vax, and all the horrors that have been brought upon this nation as a consequence.
Meanwhile, spend as much time as you can with your friends, your family, the people you love.
