Who is Alexander Dugin, whose daughter was killed in the Moscow blast?
Famed anti-Western writer and political commentator Alexander Dugin was admitted to a hospital after visiting the site of a car bombing that took the life of his daughter Daria Dugin on Saturday night.
She, a 29-year-old journalist and commentator in her own right, was killed while returning from a conservative family festival outside Moscow.
He was supposed to have been in the SUV that was bombed.
It belonged to her father.
He had planned to leave the event in the same car, but at the last minute decided to take another.
Dugan was dumbed Putin's brain and Putin's Rasputin by Western media for his supposed influence on the worldview of Vladimir Putin and the country's ruling elite.
Foreign Policy Magazine included him in its 2014 Global Thinker's List for masterminding Russia's expansionist ideology.
Meanwhile, in his seminal work, The Foundation of Geopolitics, The Geopolitical Future of Russia, he predicted bloodshed in Ukraine.
The sovereignty of Ukraine is such a negative factor for Russian geopolitics that, in principle, it can easily trigger an armed conflict.
While retaining a certain degree of autonomy, he believed Ukraine should be integrated into the Russian state as it had been in Tsarist and Soviet times.
He passionately supported Moscow's decision to reabsorb Crimea after the peninsula voted to leave Ukraine during a referendum held in 2014.
He was subsequently blacklisted by the U.S.
and Canada.
In 2014, he left Moscow State University, where he led the Department of Sociology of International Relations for five years.
He similarly backed a military operation against a neighboring state in February, where Vladimir Putin made a magisterial statement about the empire of lies represented by the West.
The battle for Ukraine and against Russia is a historical constant of the West's geopolitical strategy, he wrote in an op-ed for the conservative media group Sargrad TV in March.
Ukraine has no history of statehood whatsoever, whilst current territories are historically accidental and a result of the administrative design of the Bolsheviks.
When Putin, as he was justifying the military operation in Ukraine, said Ukraine was created by Lenin, he was absolutely correct.
Like her father, his daughter supported the Russian military campaign in Ukraine, which he described as a failed state.
Britain had blacklisted Dugina this month as a frequent and high-profile contributor of disinformation in relation to Ukraine, meaning she published truths that were inconsistent with the propaganda coming from the West.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yes, well, there's no evidence that her father ever met with Putin or that Who never had any direct contact with him at all.
And if there's anybody that was a mentor to Putin, it's Alexander Stolinitz, or whatever his name was, that was, you know, survived the Bolshevik Revolution in World War Two.

Uh, Darina Degena, and, um...
Yeah, he had a four-minute interview with her on the front in Donbass several months ago, and she spoke fluent Russian and English, so she was going back and forth between the two while she was talking to him and other soldiers on the front, exposing all of the Nazi paraphernalia that had been in this captured Ukraine position.
So that's item number one, and then also there's absolute proof that the woman that blew her Vehicle up is a woman named Natalia, N-A-T-A-L-Y-A, Zork, V-O-V-K, and that she's a Ukrainian special agent.
Her father was a Ukrainian Secret Service member.
She came in from Ukraine.
She switched license plates, moved around in Moscow for about 30 days, scoped out her victims, set the bomb, and then escaped to Estonia.
And so Russia is demanding that Estonia turn her over as a fugitive, and Estonia is going, Oh, no, we're part of NATO.
We're protecting the people that are terrorists.
So it's like, okay, now, why can't we declare NATO a terrorist state?
Because they are absolutely shameful.
So anyhow, that's where we are on that story.
Joe, that's all very significant.
Here we have exactly what you're talking about.
Moscow accusing Kiev of special services in the Russian journalist car bombing.
That, you say, was a member of the neo-Nazi Azov battalion.
The The party who carried out the car bombing, where she was driving her father's Toyota Land Cruiser, when the explosive planted beneath the SUV detonated.
She was burned beyond recognition, where her father is believed to have been the ultimate target.
The speculation continues.
The FSB, Russian Federal Security Service, identified their prime target as Natalia Volokh, a 43-year-old Ukrainian national.
She's a member, according to Moscow, of the neo-Nazi Azov battalion, the notorious Ukrainian National Guard unit.
The FSB said the crime was repaired and committed by Ukrainian special services.
Many have said Dugin is Russian President Putin's brain through the closeness of the relationship, which however is widely disputed.
Dugin has been a critic of Putin and feels his policy regarding the Western Ukraine is actually not strong enough.
Russian intelligence says Vovik arrived in Russia late last month with her teenage daughter, rented an apartment in the housing block where Dugina lived.
She's accused of working as a contractor for Ukrainian special services, carrying out extensive surveillance on Dugina for almost a month to prepare for the attack, following her around in a Mini Cooper with different license plates to avoid being detected.
According to the FSB, she and her daughter attended a family festival outside of Moscow where Dugin gave a lecture and Dugina was present.
There was reportedly lax security at the festival.
No precautions were taken at the parking lot entrance where her SUV was parked.
Russians said the bomb was planted under Dugan's vehicle on the driver's side.
Dugan apparently decided to take a different car before leaving the event while she drove off in her father's SUV.
The controlled explosion was carried off remotely, killing Dugina while she was on the highway, and Volvik fled to Estonia with her daughter on Sunday.
According to a report in Russia Today, RT, the FSB added, Volokh used a car with a license plate from the Donetsk People's Republic when entering Russia, but replaced it with a Kazakhstan license plate when driving in Moscow, and a Ukrainian plate when crossing into Estonia.
The intelligence service published video footage reporting to show her entering Russia, going inside the department building where Dugina lived, and hastily exiting the country.
It also shows a various license plates on the same car she appears to be driving.
Reportedly, a photo of her was published on Russian internet as part of a dox on members of the Azov battalion.
They listed her surname as Shabab, which apparently also the name her daughter used when traveling.
On Telegram, Azov denied any connection to Volokh and said Moscow was lying.
Tass reported Moscow seeks her extradition from Estonia, added her name to Russia's wanted list.
Lisa Toots, an Estonian foreign ministry spokesman, said it was inappropriate to discuss whether she had entered Estonia by way of Russia.
She added they could share information on individuals entering and leaving only in cases prescribed by law.
And the FSB accusations of committing an assassination by bombing do not meet the criteria.
Estonian police and border guard added they had not received any such requests from Russia as of this time.
An advisor to Ukraine's President Zelensky described the FSB allegation as Russian propaganda and fiction.
Can't further suggest that the car bombing was a Russian false flag denied they would have orchestrated the killing because Dugin is a marginal figure.
There's reason to believe Kiev had a role in the attack, as unnamed Ukrainian officials, intel officers, and special force sergeants have repeatedly taken credit in the media for multiple sabotage attacks using explosives inside Russia as well as inside Crimea.
While this targeted assassination would be a major escalation, it looks very much as though Ukrainian intelligence is responsible.
In a statement published by the Planet, Putin extended his condolences to Duginia's family, saying her murder was a despicable and cruel crime.
He described her as a bright, talented person with a real Russian heart, kind, loving, sympathetic, and open.
A journalist, scientist, philosopher, war correspondent, she honestly served the people, the fatherland, proved by deed what it means to be a patriot of Russia.
According to Al Jazeera, during an appearance on Russian television last week, Degina dubbed the United States a zombie society where people oppose Russia but cannot locate it on a map.

Oh yeah, well over the weekend, Ziolinski admitted that he knew the Russians were going to attack, but he denied it for three days before the attack actually started, because he was afraid that people that lived in the war zone would take their money out of the bank and flee that area, and so that would collapse the economy.
So in order to save the The economy, he sacrificed everybody that was on the front lines.
So he's already got an enormous credibility problem.
It's amazing that he admitted that it's number one.
It's amazing number two, that the press reported it.
And it's not so amazing that NATO has figured out that their sock puppet is underperforming.
And so they're going to dip him in the fat and let him go.
So Anybody who would believe any statement out of this Ukrainian government has got to be a complete idiot.
You might as well just let CNN do all of your thinking for you and just go to complete zombie autopilot because you're an absolute idiot.

Meanwhile, Zelensky has reason to fear a tribunal.
Open door court proceeding will expose Kiev's crimes, a Duma speaker predicts.
President Vladimir Zelensky fears his Cumbresian war crimes will be exposed during a planned trial of Ukrainian troops.
This is why he threatened to cut off talks with Moscow if Russia's ally in Donbass goes ahead with plans to launch a tribunal in Mariupol later this month.
Writing on social media, everybody is looking forward to the tribunal except Zelensky.
He and the Kiev regime have reason to be afraid.
He and his inner circle are to bomb, shoot and kill peaceful citizens, the elderly, women, children.
That's why he's doing everything to prevent the tribunal.
The lawmaker was referring to statements he made Monday about the scheduled trial of Ukrainian troops captured by the Donetsk People's Republic, an ally of Russia.
The Ukrainian leader called them a despicable show trial and a line beyond which any negotiations are impossible.
The DPR captured hundreds of Ukrainian soldiers during the battle for the city of Maripol, including members of the notorious Azov battalion, which displays openly neo-Nazi views and sympathies.
Some have been accused of committing serious crimes during intensive fighting against the DPR militias and Russian troops.
Loden called for the trial to be held publicly so the world community will know about the crimes against humanity committed by the Kiev regime.
Meanwhile, Russia will cut itself off from talks as Vazdev fighters are prosecuted in Donbass, declares the Ukrainian president.
There will be no more peace talks with Russia if captured Ukrainian neo-Nazis are put on a show trial, says Zolensky.
They're planning tribunals for suspected war crimes committed by Ukrainian troops, including members of the Azov battalion.
If this despicable show trial takes place, this will be the lawn beyond which any negotiations are impossible.
Russia will cut itself off from any negotiations, he said in a video address early Monday.
His comments come after photos appeared on social media showing large cages being installed on the stage of the Mariupol Philharmonic.
Ukraine's military service said the cells will be used to house Ukrainian troops captured by Russian and Donbass forces.
They're largely drawn from the Azov battalion.
DPR head Denis Pushkin told TASS this month, active preparations for the proceedings are underway.
Russia sent troops into Ukraine on February 24, citing Kiev's failure to implement the Minsk agreements designed to give the region of Donetsk and Lugansk special status within the state.
The protocols and brokered by Germany and France were first signed in 2014, where former Ukraine President Poroshenko has since admitted Kiev's main goal in entering into the negotiation was used as ceasefire to buy time and create powerful armed forces.
Very, very bad.

Yes, well, there's no way out for these SOPs short of nuclear war.
And today, Liz Lizard Trust, the one who's in the runoff for the replacement PM of England, said that she wouldn't mind being the first to use nuclear weapons against Russia.
And that, you know, the head of the defense of Russia, I mean of UK, says that they need to prepare for a war against Russia.
The total UK army is 30,000 guys.
The Ukrainians have lost more than that in a month.
And there's no way you're going to fight a land war against Russia.
And at this point, there's no way you're going to fight a missile or nuclear war against Russia.

Meanwhile, to expert report, the Trump warrant had no legal basis.
This is fascinating.
Was the Federal Bureau of Investigation justified in searching Trump's residence?
The judge who issued the warrant has signaled he is likely to release a redacted version of the affidavit.
But the warrant itself suggests the answer is no.
The FBI had no legally valid cause for the raid.
The warrant authorized the FBI to seize all physical documents and records constituting evidence, contraband, fruits of crime, or other items illegally possessed.
In violation of U.S.
18 U.S.
Code 793-20-71 or 15-19.
These three criminal statutes all address possessing and handling materials that contain national security information, public records, or material relevant to an investigation before a federal agency or the court.
But emphasis is on illegally in possession.
The materials to be seized included any government or presidential record created between January 20, 2017 and January 20, 2021.
That is Trump's entire term of office.
Virtually everything at Mar-a-Lago was likely to fall within this category.
It was sweepingly, even breathtakingly broad.
Federal law gives Trump a right of access to them.
His possession is entirely consistent with that right and therefore lawful, regardless of the statutes the FBI has cited in its warrants.
Those statutes are general in their text and application, but Trump's documents are covered by a specific statute, the Presidential Record Act of 1978.
It has long been the Supreme Court position as stated in Morton v. Mancari, 1974.
Where there is no clear intention otherwise, a specific statute will not be controlled or nullified by a general one, regardless of the priority of enactment.
A former president's rights under the PRA trump any application of the law that the FBI has cited.
The PRA dramatically changed the rules regarding ownership and treatment of presidential documents.
From George Washington through Jimmy Carter, presidents treated their White House papers as their personal property.
Neither Congress nor the courts disputed.
In Nixon v. U.S.
1992, the U.S.
Circuit Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Richard Dixon had a right to compensation for his presidential papers, which the government had retained under the Presidential Records and Material Preservation Act of 1974, which applied only to him.
Custom and usage evidence the kind of mutually explicit understanding encompassed within the constitutional notion of property protected by the Fifth Amendment, the judges declared.
The PRA became effective in 1981, the beginning of Ronald Reagan's presidency, establishing a unique statutory scheme balancing the needs of the government, former presidents, and history.
It declares presidential records need to be public property and provides the archivist of the United States, Jill, assumed responsibility for the custody, control, and preservation of and access to the presidential records.
It lays out detailed requirements for how the archivist is to administer the records, handle privileged claims, make the records public, and expose restrictions on access.
Notably, it does not address a process by which a former president's records are physically being turned over to the archivist or set any deadline, leaving the matter to be negotiated between the archivist and the former president.
The PRA explicitly guarantees a former president continuing access to his papers.
They must ultimately be made public, but in the meantime, unlike all other government documents which are available 24-7 to currently serve executive branch officials, the PRA establishes restrictions on access to a former president's records, including a five-year restriction on access available to everyone, including the sitting president, absent a showing of need Which can be extended until the records have been properly reviewed and processed.
Before leaving office, a president can restrict access to certain material for up to 12 years.
The only exceptions are for National Archive personnel working on material, judicial process, incumbent president of Congress, in case of established need, and the former president himself.
PRA Section 2205-3 specifically commands that presidential records of a former president shall be available to such former president or the former president's designated representative, regardless of any of these restrictions.
Nothing in the PRA suggests a former president's physical custody can be considered unlawful under the statutes on which a Mar-a-Lago warrant is based.
The statute's text make clear Congress considered how certain criminal law provision would interact with a PRA.
It provides the archivist is not to make materials available to the former president's designated representative if that individual is convicted of a crime relating to the review, retention, removal, or destruction of records of the archives.
Nothing is said about the former president himself, but applying these general criminal statutes to him based merely on possession of records would vitiate the entire carefully balanced PRA statutory scheme.
Thus, if the Department of Justice so complained as Trump had in his possession presidential records he took from the White House, he should be in the clear, even if some were classified.
In making the former president's records available to him, the PRA doesn't distinguish between materials that are and are not classified.
That was a deliberate choice by Congress, as the existence of highly classified materials at the White House was a given long before 1978, and the statute specifically contemplates that classified materials will be present, making this a basis on which a president can impose a 12-year moratorium on public access.
Meanwhile, the government obviously has an important interest in how classified materials are kept, whether or not they are presidential records.
In this case, it appears the FBI was initially satisfied with the installation of an additional lock on the relevant Mar-a-Lago storage room, if that was insufficient.
If Mr. Trump refuses to cooperate, the Bureau could and should have sought a less intrusive judicial remedy than a search warrant, a restraining order allowing the material to be moved to a location with proper storage, but also ensuring Mr. Trump continued access.
Surely that's what the government would have done if any other former president had been involved.
This is for Messrs.
Refkin and Casey who practice appellate and constitutional law in Washington and who serve at the Justice Department and the White House Counsel's Office in the Reagan and George H.W.
Bush administrations.

They had classified a document that was signed by FDR on July 23rd, 1941.

So anyhow, this document was based on Chenault's recommendation that we supply between 100 and 500 Mitchell B-25 bombers and they were in the process of being shipped across the Himalayans when the Japanese actually bombed Pearl Harbor.
So what's the chances that this authorization from July of 1941 was accidentally leaked and the Japanese had at Amamoto said, well, if they're going to attack us, we better attack them first.
And so maybe that was just one of the other little dominoes that FDR had stacked up to make sure that World War II happened, and that it was prolonged absolutely as long as possible with as much suffering as possible.

Yeah, yesterday a jury in Detroit, Michigan convicted Adam Fox and Barry Croft of trying to kidnap Governor Whitmer.
Yeah, they acquitted her.
They had a hung jury in April of this year.
So then the FBI doubled down and came back and the judge just went absolutely overboard on not allowing these guys to have any kind of defense at all, not allowing them to present.
Uh, material that had been in their first trial that was instrumental in the jury acquitting them.
The two other guys that were charged in this were actually had their charges completely dropped.
So what happens?

The investigation of Larry Nassar, the Olympic physician that was charged with 368 sexual abuse accounts against underage Olympic girls, and the FBI was notified over a 10-year period dozens and dozens of times, and the same guy that was in charge of dismissing all of those as being just little crackpot little girls that just like to complain because the doctor's doing exactly what he's supposed to be doing, fingering them,
Yeah, that guy was in charge of the Whitmire operation, and after he succeeded in the Whitmire operation, they moved him to Washington D.C.
and put him in front of the January 6th operation.

Sierra Tiffany Cross thought her case for civil war was the best, unironically, while shrugging off concerns about the hiring of 87,000 new IRS agents called in for the Inflation Reduction Act.
It was also the obligatory mention of January 6th to help seal the deal.
In the last two weeks, threats against the FBI and other law enforcement have surged, even some GOP senators getting in on the act, depicting number crunchers at IRS as though they'll be bursting through door like the Kool-Aid man for tax infraction.
The spike of violent rhetoric on mega message board is reminiscent of what occurred before that deadly January 6th insurrection.

Tiffany Cross is not the first MSNBC intellectual giant to advocate for civil war.
In July, her colleague Malcolm Nance declared Republicans an insurgency and compared them to terrorist organizations.
He told his left-wing audience they may have to go physically to war with their Megan Amers.
After claiming 30% of the U.S.
population falls under the category of white extremists, he then explained why the left might have to go to war with its neighbors.

A whistleblower faces involuntary separation from the army.
A medical army officer who discovered a sudden increase in disease coinciding with reports of side effects along the Vaxx, which the army has dismissed as a data glitch, said he faces involuntary separation after being convicted but not punished for disobeying a COVID protocol.
First, Lt.
Mark Bradshaw, in January 2022, a preventive medicine officer at the Army, started noticing alarming signals within the Defense Epidemiological Database, which tracks disease and injury for 1.3 million active Component Service members.
It showed a significant increase in reports of cancer, myocarditis, and pericarditis, as well as other diseases such as male infertility, tumors, lung disease caused by blood clots, and HIV.
All these illnesses are listed in FDA as a potential adverse reaction to COVID.
Bradshaw explained in an interview with the Epoch Times on August 1st.
Seeing increases high 50 or 100%, he stepped forward as a whistleblower to raise concerns.
His whistleblower declaration submitted as Senator Ron Johnson, who's facilitating the share of information from early investigation of COVID with Congress, said he saw the increasing incidence of these disorders as very troubling.
Specifically, the number of cancer cases among active members in 2021 nearly tripled in comparison with the average number of cancer per year from 2016 through 2020.
Bradshaw's responsibilities as a preventive medicine officer with a speciality in entomology includes Participating in fact-finding inquiries and investigations to determine potential public health risks to DOD personnel from diseases caused by insects and other non-battle-related injuries.
A week after the information was brought out in a COVID-19 Second Opinion Roundtable organized by Johnson, the data changed.
These troubling spikes just seemed to disappear and be realigned with previous years.
Curiously, the glitch didn't affect the data from 2021 would remain the same.
Instead, the corrected data saw the data for prior years increase, making the 2021 look normal and in line with running averages.
In response to his claims, a spokesperson for the health agency of the DoD, Peter Graves, said the data was incorrect for the years 2016 to 2020, so the system was taken offline to correct the root cause of the data corruption.
This is, of course, frankly absurd.
After the roundtable, Johnson sent three letters to DOD requesting an explanation for the sudden increase.
The concern is these increases are related to the COVID facts our servicemen and women have been mandated to take.
The senator also sent a letter to the tech company that manages the database asking for clarification of the data integrity issues uncovered.
While Johnson received a response from the tech company, he's not been given a solid rational explanation as to why a glitch occurred and what it was.
Later, Bradshaw pulled data out from the vaccine adverse event reporting system for injuries related to viral vaccines to compare to his findings.
He compared the average for the last 24 years to data for 2021 and found an 11-fold increase in the number of suspected adverse incidents in 2021.
I compared it to the average of the last 24 years.
It's a 1,100% increase in 2021, and the only difference was the rollout of these experimental agency-authorized COVID vaccines in 2021.
AVERS is managed by DHS and serves as a national early warning system to detect possible safety problems in U.S.
licensed vaccines.
Though reporting to Averis is voluntary.
Healthcare professionals are required to report certain adverse events, and vaccine manufacturers are required to report all adverse events that come to their attention.
Bradshaw tried to raise this concern to his leadership in the Army, recommending it changes risk communication strategy from safe and effective to there might be some problems.
However, His concerns were not addressed, and I was targeted due to my own vaccination status.
He was forced into an experimental emergency use authorized testing protocol, which was only for the unvaxxed.
He questioned the policy saying forcing unvaxxed into such a testing program is coercive and rather punitive.
He invoked the provisions of the United States Code, which give liability protection for epidemic Products authorized for emergency use to manufacturers and distributors, the government and medical personnel who administer them.

But the general upheld it.
The Army thus initiated his involuntary separation from service after 17 years of honorable service.
His expected promotion to captain was also withheld.
The justification for the discharge was the Army lost trust in his capabilities as an officer over the past seven months.
When, of course, he was actually showing leadership and initiative and responsibility on behalf of the United States Army.
Bradshaw filed a rebuttal hoping to reverse.
He filed also a whistleblower complaint with DOD, but the decision was made there'd been no retaliation.
The case was closed.
He then filed another complaint exercising his right guaranteed by the Code of Military Justice that challenges decisions.
The Army Public Health Center and the DOJ have declined to comment.
This is concrete evidence well found in the law to protect service members and individuals.
I wouldn't be risking 17 years of my service and the health and welfare of my family on some flimsy argument.
He's concerned with the integrity of the data that leadership is basing decisions upon.
If data is being manipulated or there's a data glitch, senior-level leaders make decisions based on something that might not be the case.
That is false or fabricated, as it's obvious is the case here.
He's especially a serious sign of concern if a private contractor manages the medical information for service members, which has glitches.
It's super important to have solid data and trustworthy sources, he declares.
He decided to bring this concern to his leader's awareness to honor the oath he took to uphold the Constitution and to glorify God.
