	We have the one and only Jim Fetzer here.

	I don't know where you want to start.
	We have a lot of crazy events coming on here, a lot of things going on.
	I know your court case is coming on.
	Your website, you know, it's been ongoing.
	We went to jamesfetzer.org and it goes straight to You know, Posner versus Fetzer.com.
	So I don't know if you want to talk about that first, the events.
	Sure.
	Thank you very much.
	Sure, sure.
	Why not?
	You hit it right off the top.
	Yeah, they took my blog, JamesFetzer.org, on the 27th.
	I was publishing stuff about Sandy Hook and the Jones trial.
	And they knew the following day during the trial they were going to start denouncing me, taking my name in vain.
	And they didn't want anyone to be able to access what I had to say about Sandy Hooks.
	So they did it by having a producer there who seemed to be pretty ignorant in general read a part of an email that was supposed to be from Paul Joseph Watson to Alex Jones saying, We've got to keep as far away as possible from that batshit crazy fencer.
	Well, I wondered why they were suddenly reviving this interest in my blog because the case involving me and Leonard Posner had been resolved way back when, but then I understood the sudden urgency.
	So on the 28th, after having gone through a court proceeding where I protested that this was inappropriate because Financial judgments under Wisconsin law can only be satisfied by financial awards, and this blog had no monetary value to Leonard Posner, nor for that matter did the book or my interest in the book.
	Nobody died at Sandy Hook.
	It was a FEMA drill to promote gun control.
	Leonard Posner has done everything he can to take down works about Sandy Hook.
	He's boasted of having removed 1,500 videos from YouTube alone.
	He's interfered with my blog in the past.
	There's no possible way, as I pointed out to the court, that he could get any financial benefit from this.
	They concocted a phony value assign on the basis of such royalties as I may have received over the years from the sale of the book.
	Well, it was banned by Amazon less than a month after it went on sale on 22 October 2015, even though it had sold nearly 500 copies, at which point I released it for free as a PDF.
	They had not anticipated that, and I believe the lawsuit was brought for the improper purpose of denying Americans their right to read about Sandy Hook by finding a basis on which they could go to those who were releasing the PDF for free and telling them, since it was a court finding of defamation of me against Leonard Posner, that they could be guilty of the same if they continued to release it
	Even though it was for free.
	So I believe that was the reason behind the whole lawsuit.
	Now it turns out that the methodology for summary judgment in Wisconsin is very peculiar and allows the court, the judge, based on his own subjective opinion, to decide on the facts of the case.
	So that I introduced a FEMA manual for the Mass casualty exercise involving children, where the events on the ground corresponded to the manual.
	I introduce the FBI Consolidated Crime Report for 2012, showing that in the category of murders or non-negligent manslaughter in Newtown, the number of zero.
	I introduce the fact that the final report on Sandy Hook by the Danbury State's attorney, Stephen Sedensky III, Did not connect the alleged shooter, Adam Lanza, with his victims or with the weapons he's alleged to have used.
	In particular, the .22 caliber rifle with which he's alleged to have shot his mother did not have his fingerprints thereupon.
	And while they gathered, or so they claimed, 150 slugs from the classroom, They were unable to match any of those slugs to the weapon he's alleged to have used, meaning this official report was a complete abject failure.
	But the court decided all that was unreasonable and would not allow it to stand in a properly conducted summary judgment, such as we would have in Texas, which I use as a contrast case.
	Because it seemed Supreme Court is keenly interested in conflicts between the highest courts of various states.
	In Texas, they would have taken all my assertions to be true, hypothetically, and then asked the plaintiff, in this case, Leonard Posner, what he agreed.
	And of course, since he's assisting his son died at Sandy Hook and all the rest, obviously he could not have agreed.
	That would have meant there were disputed facts, which required Sending it to a jury for trial, but in Wisconsin, the judge can just decide this is unreasonable and set it aside as though it did not even exist.
	Indeed, subsequently, when we merely were focusing on the authenticity of the death certificate over which I was being sued, I introduced the reports of two forensic document experts, both of whom supported my side.
	But the judge simply set them aside as unhelpful and went ahead and ruled in favor of the plaintiff.
	Now, in courts of law, the way in which the authenticity of documents is determined is on the basis of expert document examiner's reports.
	So even although I had all this evidence on my behalf, I was found nevertheless guilty of a defamation.
	And because the procedure in Wisconsin is, in my opinion, frankly absurd, it's grossly biased in favor of plaintiffs, because it's been widely used in Wisconsin, because the abuse of summary judgment is perhaps the greatest problem confronting the American judicial system, I have submitted a petition to the Supreme Court There are 12 different stages to be heard before the court.
	I've already proceeded through 10 of those stages where I could have been eliminated or filter out again and again.
	I'm now in conference.
	Mine is under consideration at conference to be held on the 28th of September and by the 3rd of October.
	I will know whether or not the court will hear my case.
	And for multiple different reasons, based upon the criteria the government, the Supreme Court, uses de facto to select cases.
	Is it a publicly significant case?
	Is it a legally significant case?
	Does it involve conflicts between different states' highest courts?
	And does it involve a major error of law or procedure?
	Mine ranks high on all four criteria.
	I believe it's going to be Heard by the Supreme Court.
	But I must tell you, when I was in court just this past Wednesday, contending that the taking was wrong, it wasn't a financial matter.
	And moreover, that because Posner had argued against the book as being defamatory and against the blog in the past, there is a doctrine known as judicial estoppel that actually precluded him Which is where Staple declares that having argued a suit on the same facts in the same courtroom, and one, you cannot turn around and make it beneficial to yourself by contradicting your position.
	That's exactly what he's done here by claiming it can be of some financial value to him.
	But look at the absurdity.
	They claimed I had the copyright to the book, which includes the three defamatory statements in the book, plus one in a separate blog.
	They claim common law supports my having the copyright.
	So now that's been transferred by the court to Leonard Posner.
	He can't do anything with it.
	I mean, it shows that Sandy Hook was a hoax, that the whole thing was ridiculous.
	So he can't possibly market it.
	And if he were to redact the three sentences, it would no longer be my work.
	And he couldn't use it.
	He'd be violating copyright.
	He can't use it that way either.
	He took four domain names, jamesfetzer.org, jamesfetzer.net, falseflags.org, falseflags.net.
	Well, he's opposed to everything James Fetzer has ever done in the false flags.
	So the situation is legally absurd, but nevertheless, the court denied my motions to reconsider, denied my motion to stay until the Supreme Court rules on the case, and in fact declared to me That I only had, in his opinion, a one in a million chance of being heard by the Supreme Court.
	But I'll tell you, it was fascinating when I began to explain and mention Texas, he sat bolt upright and said, Texas has nothing to do with this.
	This is a Wisconsin case.
	And I went on to explain that there's a conflict here between the highest courts of different states.
	And he virtually cut me off.
	It's clear to me he's not read my petition before the Supreme Court.
	And frankly, He gives me one in a million.
	I'll take the opposite.
	I think there's overwhelming probability it will be selected.

	And we spent 30 minutes discussing the case.
	For the first time ever, Kevin came out and declared that he thought that I'd damaged the truth movement by my involvement with Sandy Hook.
	And he thinks it's overwhelmingly likely that it was real when the evidence simply contradicts, leading me to have serious questions about his understanding of the evidence here.
	But he sided with me about the trials and that this is abuse of law.

	And I greatly appreciate your raising the case before we turn to the other international and national news, beginning with the air defense system being activated near the Crimean bridge.
	This is one of the architectural wonders of the world, the bridge at Russia.
	Bill to connect Crimea with the mainland.
	It's very clear that now the Zelensky and the Ukrainians are going to be attacking Crimea.
	The United States had, frankly, absurdly approved of striking Crimea back in 2014.
	There was a A referendum where the Crimeans voted to join Russia.
	Ukraine, frankly, for hundreds of years has been a part of Russia.
	This whole idea of Ukraine as a separate state is a bit of an absurdity.
	And the fact is, of course, Putin had pled with NATO in the West not to encroach on the Russian border.
	Because the further they move militarily toward Russia, the greater the national security of the Russian Federation would be at stake.
	And it was only on the 24th of February when Putin issued a magisterial statement published also on my blog, now jameshfetzer.org.
	Don't forget the H, otherwise you'll go directly to the documents in my case, which you may find of great interest themselves.
	But if you want to get the current blog, you want to go to jameshfetzer.org and look for a Putin statement describing the West as an empire of lies, about which he's 100% correct.
	Well, once Ukraine voted to join Russia in accordance with international agreements, Russia recognized Ukraine as a part of Russia, but the United States still is in a state of denial.
	We executed a coup in Ukraine in 2014 with But some $5 billion of American taxpayer dollars, Victoria Nuland, then a Secretary of State assistant, engineered the coup.
	It was grotesque.
	So they drove out the Russia-friendly president and installed a Western puppet where Zelensky, the present president, is his successor.
	Meanwhile, the Ukrainians are so irresponsible that they're even threatening a catastrophe at the largest nuclear plant in Europe, the Zaporizhzhya nuclear plant.
	It would be a complete catastrophe, but Ukraine has been shelling around the plant.
	They're justifying that, claiming the Russian troops there.
	I believe this is on the order of the Solomon, you know, project where the Declaration of Israel in the past has been if they were going to go down, they were going to take the rest of the world with them and planted nuclear devices in the capitals of both of the nuclear Western nations by using diplomatic pouches to get them through without observance.
	I'm talking about the capitals of Paris, Brussels, Berlin, Washington, D.C., London.
	The Israelis planted nuclear devices in their embassies with a threat of exercising the The Solomon option, where Solomon brought down the temple around him, you may recall, if the existence of Israel to be threatened.
	Well, there's been a lot of discussion about the fact that the present occupants of Israel are actually descendants of the Ukrainians.
	They are not of the tribe of Judah.
	They would have you believe, but they're actually Descendants of Ukrainians.
	They've even talked about having a new Israel in Ukraine, which means that in fact, since genetically they aren't even Semites, while the Palestinians are, that Israel turns out to be the greatest practitioner of anti-Semitism in the world today.
	That's just an ironic aspect of the whole situation, but it's the grim reality.
	And do not be surprised, even though Vladimir Putin is warning of the risk of a catastrophe there at the nuclear plant, that they continue to pursue it as a variation on the Solomon option of taking the world down with them.
	It would create a vast radioactive area in Europe.
	It would be very damaging to supply and food Because much of Western grain and wheat comes from Ukraine, and it would further the ambitions of the Great Reset and the New World Order by further contributing to food shortages and mass starvation.
	Meanwhile, turning our attention to political events in the United States, Trump has announced that legal action is coming soon over the Mar-a-Lago raid.
	It's rather astonishing what's taken place here.
	This appears to have been illegal.
	There's a lot of speculation about what they were doing.
	Remember, Trump observes, they even spied on my campaign.
	The greatest witch hunt in U.S.
	history has been going on for six years with no consequence for the scammers.
	It should not be allowed to continue.
	He is pursuing a new legal battle a day after the magistrate judge who signed the warrant, Bruce E. Reinhart, called for partial release of the affidavit used to justify the raid.
	He's not prepared to find the affidavit should be fully sealed, Reinhart said Thursday.
	There are parts that can be presumptively beyond seal.
	It's fascinating.
	Democrats are mostly quiet about the raid because they know it looked very bad for them.
	In fact, if they thought this was going to be successful in undermining support for Donald Trump, the outcome has been precisely the opposite.
	It has galvanized support, not only among Republicans, but among independents and even some law-abiding, constitution-believing Democrats, so that Trump If there had been any waning in support of Trump for the candidacy as a Republican nominee for 2024, that has been completely reversed.
	Here's Representative Elaine Loria tweeting, the FBI's raid on Mayor Lago is unprecedented in reaction to an unprecedented presidency.
	We've never had a president We sought to overturn an election and some of them a mob to DC as Trump did on January 6.
	But that's untrue.
	We have done so much research about January 6.
	We know it was set up in advance.
	We know that Trump offered on the 4th of January to provide 20,000 National Guard troops to protect the Capitol for many possible intrusion.
	We know that the mayor of Washington, D.C., Bowser, refused.
	The president can authorize, but it has to be accepted by the local authorities to be implemented.
	We know on January 5th, the Capitol Police were informed by their own intelligence unit that there was a prospect of some kind of intrusion into the Capitol.
	We know that on January 6th, the actual day while Trump did give a speech at the Ellipse, which was a mile and a half away.
	His speech did not end until 1.11, and oddly enough, while other speakers were scheduled to follow him, they were cancelled.
	I think this was part of manipulating the situation so a large group of Trump supporters would work their way over to the Capitol, but Events had already begun there at 12.45.
	There was already a massive number of protesters there.
	By 12.55, they knew they were in trouble.
	By 1 o'clock, they were calling for reinforcements.
	But remember, Trump spoke until 1.11.
	Not only that, but incitement entails Provoking imminent lawless action.
	Given they were a mile and a half away, it wasn't even possible Trump could have been provoking imminent lawless action.
	Not only that, but he told all of his followers to be peaceful in their protest.
	In fact, the January 6th Commission has deliberately edited what Trump had to say so that you never hear that he encouraged them to be peaceful.
	You never hear from the January 6 Commission that the FBI was very deeply involved.
	There may have been hundreds of agents who are serving as provocateurs.
	Among the most prominent was a fellow named Ray Epps, who was inciting violence.
	He was very prominent, but the crowd was so aware of his role, they were even calling out, Fed, Fed, Fed, Fed, when Ray Epps was encouraging them.
	We know that the doors to the Capitol could only have been opened from the inside.
	There are magnetic doors that are impossible to open from the outside.
	So we have lots of video of the Capitol Police encouraging everyone to come in.
	We know the doors, which could only have been opened from the inside, were indeed opened from the inside.
	We know Nancy Pelosi controls the Capitol Police.
	We know the timing was such not to interfere with the counting of the electoral votes.
	Rather to have a preliminary discussion of whether there were any evidence of election fraud.
	That is what the whole business was intended to disrupt.
	Not the counting of the votes, which has been falsely asserted by Pelosi and others who are involved in this gigantic scam against the American people.
	The intent of which is to use an obscure provision of the 14th Amendment to claim Trump participated in citing an insurrection and therefore cannot run for president in 2024.
	But as a federalist observed in a wonderful article published not long thereafter, not only was there no incitement, but there was no insurrection.
	An insurrection is intended to overthrow the government.
	There was no one there participating who had any intention or expectation of overthrowing the government.
	Moreover, we know much more.
	The January 6th Committee is not reporting to wit that James, the brother of the Antifa leader John Sullivan, explained that his brother had let 226 Antifa members dress as Trump supporters into the Capitol to create mayhem.
	So this whole thing is really unbelievably bad.
	It's all a concoction.
	While Kevin McCarthy, the Minority Leader, appointed two members, Jim Jordan of Ohio and Jim Holt from Indiana, to be the representatives for the minority in the House, Nancy Pelosi, in an extraordinary act, to my knowledge never before done, precluded their participation.
	Instead, they installed two rhinos who were anti-Trumpers—Kinzinger from Illinois and Cheney from Wyoming—and they made it out to be bipartisan when it was anything but.
	There was no cross-examination.
	The minority wasn't allowed to defend Trump.
	The whole thing was one-sided and grossly biased.
	Now, what's happened at Mar-a-Lago appears to be in the wake of the realization that the January 6th committee is failing and falling short, that after the primary, of the 10 Republicans who voted to impeach Trump, eight have already been defeated in the primaries, including Liz Cheney, who is by far the most prominent of them all.
	So, having failed politically to defeat Trump, now the Democrats are resorting to the courts.
	That's exactly what they've done with regard to me and Alex Jones in relation to Sandy Hook.
	They know especially they cannot defeat me on the basis of the evidence because I have the goods.
	Moreover, I actually sought to intervene.
	I submitted motions to intervene in all three of the Alex Jones trials because There'd never been a judicial determination that anybody died at Sandy Hook.
	So the situation is quite ridiculous, or just taking for granted or begging the question whether anybody died at Sandy Hook.
	And so private media narratives could be taken to be dispositive of a legal issue, and would you believe, I was not only opposed by the Sandy Hook parents, fake parents, that was unsurprising, I was also opposed by Alex Jones and his representatives.
	I even offered to be an expert witness in the trial in Austin, Texas, and no interest whatsoever was shown because, of course, they wanted to use this as an attack to demonize me, Sophia Smallstorm, James Tracy, Wolfgang Hellbig.
	They're trying to use the Jones trial as a way of attacking the entire Truth Movement, which of course has not only been vocal about Sandy Hook, but about 9/11, go as far back as JFK, where I've had a major role regarding both.
	I have published four books on JFK, beginning in 1998, where I brought together groups of experts to dissect what had actually happened, and we established the autopsy x-rays had been altered, that another brain had been substituted, that the home movies had been massively edited.
	All of which could only have been done by a tiny group, which includes naval officers, medical officers of the US Navy, and agents of the Secret Service, but could not have been done by the KGB, by the mob, or by anti-Castro Cubans.
	None of those things could have been done.
	And in fact, it turns out that Lyndon Johnson was the brains behind the assassination, having forced himself on the ticket in Los Angeles in 1960 in order to take out JFK and move himself into the presidency where, with his power of pardon, he could guarantee no one who participated in the assassination would ever be punished.
	He could create the Warren Commission to cut off multiple independent investigations in the House, the Senate, and Dallas.
	In the state of Texas, so that he could have the whole case whitewashed.
	He had all the evidence transferred under the authority of the FBI, which he designated as a sole investigative agency, and they made substitutions of weapons.
	I mean, it's just disgusting when you get deeply into it.
	So what we have going on here with the Alex Jones trials, and there are two yet to come, There's an effort to use the law to basically do their best to banish the truth communities regarding these issues across the board.
	Now, Alan Dershowitz has been Speaking out about what's going on at Mar-a-Lago, he's saying that while this magistrate has been doing what he ought to be doing, to some surprise, that they're not going to redact anything unfavorable to Trump, that they'll redact things that are favorable to Trump and claim it on the grounds of national security.
	That he will not allow Trump's lawyers to be present when determining what should or should not be redacted.
	He believes, however, Reinhart has been acting, handling the case in himself very well and done what everybody said he would not do, which leaves open the possibility that, in fact, he is going to do the right thing, which would surprise us all.
	Meanwhile, I have a copy of the affidavit.
	It was actually made out by one Patrick Michael Byrne, who claimed to be a member of the Trump team.
	He was present during a conversation with some key players, which involves Sidney Powell and whether she should be given a special role within the administration, where there was a division among his advisors, but Trump initially decided to appoint her and then reversed himself after a consultation with other experts.
	It's been very unclear why they would be interested in this conversation, But the whole raid on Mar-a-Lago appears to have been driven by a search for documents that would support what I regard as a completely ridiculous claim, again, that he was attempting to subvert the government of the United States.
	In other words, they're going to try to make this, make something out of this using Mar-a-Lago.
	I think it's going to fall apart.
	I've been in conversation with a retired professor of law.
	He thinks the whole thing was illegitimate, that it's unconstitutional.
	And even if they had any evidence that it would not be admissible in a court of law because it was acquired improperly, it's what is known as the fruit of a poisonous tree.
	I'll just mention a couple other key points here internationally.
	UK data destroys the entire premise for the vaccine push.
	It's really astonishing.
	Two-thirds of Delta deaths in the UK are in those who have been vaccinated.
	Of 742 deaths, 402 were fully vaccinated.
	442 deaths, 402 were fully vaccinated, 79 had received one shot.
	Only 253 were among the unvaccinated, This confirms other data we have.
	It's very clear that while the pandemic was fake, and we have no increase in deaths in any age category from the pandemic per se, that the vax is real and deadly, and they're moving forward as aggressively as they can to try to get the world vaxed in their effort to depopulate planet Earth.
	We also know that the monkeypox vaccine business appears likely to have been engineered well, as well as the COVID virus.
	I won't be surprised if Anthony Fauci played a pivotal role here.
	He is going to go down in history as a man responsible for more deaths than any other person in history of mankind.
	One final story.
	This is rather ironic.
	The latest massive passage of bill where Joe Manchin folded, much to my distress, which includes some $750 billion in additional spending under the false claim it's going to reduce inflation when its actual effects are going to be to increase inflation.
	It includes additional charging stations for electric vehicles.
	This is all premised on the false claim that the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere causes increased warming of Earth.
	But we have data that goes back 600 million years in Earth's history, and there's no correlation whatsoever between the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere and the temperature of Earth, which periodically rises and falls.
	So we may have a periodic Rise in the temperature.
	But it has nothing to do with CO2.
	Nothing.
	Even in cases where there's a perfect correlation, such as with vaccines and autism.
	The more vaccines, the more autism.
	The less vaccines, the less autism.
	The pharmaceutical companies argued, nevertheless, there was no causal connection.
	Even tobacco and smoking and cancer.
	Tobacco industry argued that even though there was clearly statistically significant evidence of greater rate of cancer among those who smoke than those who did not, they fought valiantly in court for decades against the conclusion smoking causes cancer.
	Well, here in relation to electric vehicles, not only are they incredibly expensive, Not only do they have a very limited range, not only do they require hours to recharge versus minutes to refill your gas tank, but 20% of electric vehicle owners couldn't even charge their EVs at public charging stations.
	I mean, it's just stunning.
	More and more, as Americans become aware of the defects of electric vehicles, the less enchanted they're going to be with the nonsense coming from the administration based on a scientific fraud of global warming caused by CO2, which they're using to implement all sorts of measures that are going to be destructive of the American economy.
	And let me just add, In retrospect, every action the Biden administration has taken since he came into office, which began with canceling the XL pipeline and revoking permits to drill on federal land, has been destructive of America.
	If you envision George Soros, who seems to have bought the Democrat Party lock, stock and barrel as the acting president, Well, George Soros' lifelong dream has been the destruction of the United States.
	Then you can begin to appreciate what's been happening to America in this Democrat administration and why, if they don't do something desperate, Whether that involved provoking a war with Russia or bringing in a new pandemic with lockdowns so they can force everyone to vote by mail.
	They have stolen election after election using mail-in voting.
	They want to do it again.
	I say, don't let yourself be played.
	Anyone who understands what's going on today and continues to support the Democrat Party is putting party before country, because everything the Democrats are doing is bad for America.
	Wow.

	Unfortunately, it's all painting a grim picture of what's coming around, but all we can do is just keep hoping that things are going to get better and, you know, There's a lot of good things going behind the scenes.
