Welcome, folks, to Truth vs. News Incorporated on August the 21st of the month here.
Summer is fading away, but the hot stories keep on.
I'm Donald Reiner, host and producer at JD.Consultants at Ladd.com.
And, of course, we have the best people in the world to bring you all the hot news that is almost too hot to handle.
We have Jim Fetzer, the most dangerous man in America, who's written a sensational book here, Nobody Died at Sandy Hook.
Nobody died in Boston either and JFK and all kinds of things.
He is a man of the year, a man of the hour, a historian par excellence.
And he's got lots lined up for us today.
And Scott Bennett is going to chime in.
He's a military intelligence expert who's been there, done that, and is doing it.
And it's on top of all the hot news today.
He's got two stories coming up here, personal stories.
And Holly Seliger, she's just the greatest, greatest person who relates to what's happening.
She's a real student of the News and had quite good insights.
So Jim, I guess let's go.
Let's start over.
Let's go over to Crimea and see what's developing over there.
Well, let's see what's happening, Don.
They are activating an air defense system.
It looks as though the scandalous, scummy Ukrainians might try to attack Crimea.
There's a sensational bridge that connects Russia and Crimea.
We have a depiction of an apparent attack that the Russians were able to defeat, something that looks like a missile, the sound of several explosions.
The operator of the Crimean Bridge, which links the peninsula with the Russian mainland, told journalists there have been no traffic disruptions.
Along the transport artery, Thursday's activity comes amid a series of incidents in Crimea recently.
Tuesday, a temporary ammo depot in northern Crimea was targeted in an act of sabotage.
Ammo stored at the site exploded, causing damage to power lines, a power station, a railroad, and residential houses.
Here you see the bridge.
It's really a magnificent structure.
Last week, a fire at a military airfield near the resort town of Novofotovorok in a subsequent explosion claimed the life of one civilian and injured 14.
Russian authorities did not report findings that would indicate foul play behind the fire.
Meanwhile, the U.S.
government has given Ukraine the go-ahead to target Crimea.
This is really, truly disgusting.
The U.S.
considers strikes on Ukrainian soil self-defense, and they claim Crimea is still a part of Ukraine.
We don't select targets, of course, and everything we provide is for self-defense.
That's just bullshit.
They're encouraging Ukraine to attack Russia.
They're trying out new systems.
They're trying out new tactics.
They're trying to learn everything they can about how Russia is conducting warfare to benefit themselves.
While recent incidents appear to be acts of sabotage, Ukraine officials say they're preparing to use U.S.-provided weapons, such as Timbara's rocket system, to attack Crimea.
Washington doesn't want Ukraine using them on Russian territory, but since Crimea is considered by the U.S.
to be Ukraine, they're making an allowance.
I think this is incredibly stupid, and the Russians are not going to view this with favor.
Asked by AndyWar.com if the U.S.
ban on Ukraine used U.S.
arm provided on Russian territory and prior to Cambria, the State Department said, Crimea is Ukraine.
U.S.
backed attacks on Crimea risk provoking Moscow Russian officials have made it clear they'll view such operations as a major escalation.
Former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, who currently serves as Deputy Chair of Russia's Security Council, warned in July that Ukrainian attacks on Crimea would mean doomsday for Ukrainian leadership.
The Russians have always been able to take out the Ukrainian leadership, but they've hesitated to do so.
I think the gloves are going to come off.
Scott, your thoughts?
Yeah, I think the Ukrainians are very much in danger of becoming extinct if they persist with these terroristic threats and acts against Russia.
Russia has hypersonic missiles, Russia has a far superior military, Russia has the Chechen mercenary group, which are ferocious fighters, and Russia has the moral high ground and indeed sees this as an existential fight for survival.
The Z that is painted onto their tanks and such represents land, people, and the state.
So Russia is advertising that it sees this as a fight for its own life and survival that's been eight years in the making.
And they had no other choice but to step in militarily because the West and Ukraine were planning a major operation against Crimea.
They were assembling their military to do an invasion of Crimea and to exterminate the people of Donetsk and Lugansk, and that's why Russia went in.
And all of the things that the Russians have found in Ukraine is absolutely mind-boggling.
I'm waiting for a Nuremberg war crime tribunal where Joe Biden will be arrested like Hitler and thrown in the dock, as will many other Americans that were participating in the war crimes in Ukraine.
And, you know, if the Ukrainians think they can do anything against Crimea or blow up a bridge, they really are going to be annihilated.
Like Putin has said, we haven't done anything of substance yet.
If they really aggravate and infuriate the Russians, I would not be surprised if Ukraine is turned into a smoldering cemetery.
And Russia is capturing all the best land, of course, too.
I had a conversation with Scott Ritter about this.
Russians are going to capture all the coastal territory, Odessa, all of the ports, all of the agricultural And oil-based regions, and what's left is going to be an enclave of Nazis that will be absorbed into Germany and Poland.
And yeah, oh yeah, I'm sure that's another thing the Germans want, more Nazis from World War II, with Bandera, swastikas covered all over their bodies.
And, you know, the U.S.
is guilty of these crimes as well, especially when HIMAR rockets are used to blow up POW facilities.
So, this is a war that the West and NATO has lost, and Russia really hasn't, you know, shown any of its true capabilities.
They're going to wrap this up in the next six weeks.
Jim?
I think, Scott, and I think attacks on the bridge would be especially retaliated with fury and devastation.
Paulie, your thoughts?
Well, as we have said before, that NATO is willing to fight this war until the last Ukrainian, and a lot of these young men are being forced to fight at this point.
They don't want to.
They're being told that they have to try to fight the Russians.
So many people in Ukraine are dying.
They're not even giving an accurate number.
That's the number of civilians and individuals in Ukraine that are fighting.
They've run out of mercenaries from other countries coming in to fight for Ukraine at this point.
Lockheed Martin is basically the one who's making the most money out of all this.
They're sending all kinds of missiles and all kinds of stuff being sent over.
It's getting blown up instantaneously by the Russians.
They're mostly just hitting different targets at this point.
They're really not losing any soldiers in Russia the way that the Ukrainian people are just dying, the civilians in particular.
Which mainstream news doesn't even cover this anymore.
I've tried to find some sort of news about Ukraine in the mainstream news.
And MSNBC and CNN don't even want to talk about it anymore because they know it's a losing situation.
Very, very nice, Holly.
Very nice.
point, the American people are no longer interested in it because they know this is a losing battle and the Russians have always had the upper hand.
And the more that the mainstream media talks about this, the more that this implicates Biden and the Biden crime family.
So I think that's a big reason why it's no longer in the mainstream news.
Very, very nice, Holly.
Very nice.
Meanwhile, Putin warns that Macron of large-scale catastrophe at the Zabrasya nuclear plant because of the increased shelling, because of the Zelensky wanting to do it.
This is on the order of the Samson option where Israel had put nuclear devices in the capitals of all the Western nations, Berlin, Paris, London, Washington, DC, New York City under a guise of diplomatic pouch.
So if Israel were going to go down, it would take the rest of the world with it.
We seem to have a variation on that playing out in Ukraine.
After a call between Putin and Macron, On Friday, the first in three months, the Kremlin state reiterated the Russian offer to provide security for the International Atomic Energy Agency to come to inspect and its readiness to provide them with the necessary assistance.
He emphasized that Ukraine's ongoing shelling could cause a large-scale catastrophe.
A French readout of the call said they would speak about the subject again in the next few days.
Here's a photograph of the nuclear power plant.
It happens to be the largest in Europe.
Ukraine asserts that Russian forces are attacking.
Moscow has controlled the plant and surrounded area since March, so there would be no reason for it to risk a nuclear incident that would imperil ethnic Russians under its protection in the region.
It's still run by Ukrainian operators, even though Russia controls the plant.
Russia, moreover, As voice growing concern, calling for independent inspectors to review evidence they say will prove who is responsible for the attacks on the site.
The Russians have accused Kyiv of using repeatedly US-provided M-777 howitzers, warning even to the UN Security Council the provocations that are taking place.
Ukraine's state nuclear company claims Moscow plans to switch off functioning power plants at the plant, cut it off from Ukraine's power grid and reconnect it to the Russian grid to deprive the country of a major power source.
That, by the way, might be a good idea, but it would turn out that to reconnect the plant is a technically difficult process, that the Russians are looking for diesel to keep their nuclear fuel cooling system working once the external power supply were cut off.
Meanwhile, while there are backup diesel generators, it remains unclear if the supplies are sufficient.
If the cooling system were to fail, the nuclear reaction would slow, but a reactor would heat up very swiftly.
At such high temperatures, hydrogen could be released from the zirconium clading and the reactor could start to melt down.
Kiev claims Russian shelling damaged three power lines, but Moscow said the Ukrainians were behind the shelling.
The Secretary of Russian Security Council has also accused Washington of encouraging Kiev to attack the plant, no doubt with good reason.
Moscow has defended its military presence at the facility, with a deputy foreign minister saying the troops are there to prevent a disastrous Chernobyl scenario.
The NATO Secretary General Stoltenberg declared Russia is using the ground around the plant as a staging area, a platform to launch military attacks on Ukrainian forces, which appears to be Zelensky-inspired propaganda.
Ukraine's defense minister claims the Russians are planning a large-scale terrorist attack, which is completely absurd.
We even have a State Department spokesman chiming in on this disinformation.
Even before the war began, however, Price and other U.S.
officials notoriously accused the Russians of playing false flags in Ukraine without any supporting evidence.
Some residents have begun fleeing to neighboring European countries.
Only women and children are being permitted to leave.
Kiev banned men 18 to 60 from leaving so that, as Hawley observed, they could be conscripted to fighting a war they don't want to fight.
Meanwhile, it's abundantly clear that the shelling of the nuclear plant is being done by Kiev.
Why would Russia want to contaminate the very region of Russian ethnic citizens it's attempting to save from the out-of-control Kiev regime?
The fact the Ukrainian plant personnel remain on their posts and that Russia is trying to protect the plant from disaster indicates it's good intentions in this matter.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, this is the most dangerous situation of the entire Ukrainian-Russian conflict because I think the writing is on the wall that the West wants this catastrophe.
Biden wants this catastrophe.
It allows the flame and the smoke for them to hide domestic scrutiny.
I think the governments of Britain, of Canada, of the West in general are crumbling as we speak.
The, the domestic audiences the civilian population, don't trust their governments they you see that again in the citations of one and three or two, two and three American see the potential of having to use guns against their own government.
This nuclear disaster would be a very convenient distraction operation.
I think the Ukrainians are hell-bent on that.
I don't think the Russians are going to allow it.
And again, the Russians, no doubt, have developed already a very secure defensive perimeter.
They're allowing the United Nations and Europe to suffer a little bit of fear.
They're telling Europe These Ukrainians are committing suicide.
They're going to suicide you and your European populations because if you set off a bomb, it's going to go off and it's going to have radioactive effects on your population.
Again, what happens to France and Germany when all these Muslims and Africans that they've brought up go apeshit crazy and start behaving with, you know, maniacal behavior if something like that happened?
Europe is a tinderbox waiting to explode, and I think this nuclear plant is going to be the smoking gun.
I would even see the West planting a nuclear device or dropping a nuclear bomb like they did in Lebanon, Jim.
To try and say, Oh, well, the Russians blew it up, you know, I think we're, we're going to see a massive false flag distraction operation and this Ukrainian nuclear plant is going to be the target.
Is Russia going to allow it?
Are they going to defend it?
I'd like to think they will, but I also wouldn't be surprised if the West blow this up as soon as they can, because they know they've lost the war, and they're hell-bent on making Russia seem like the enemy of all Europe.
These people are so scummy, Scott.
I'm actually predicting it's going to happen.
It's that bad.
Holly, your thoughts?
Yes, I don't.
Unfortunately, I don't think it's off the table, too.
I think the European government, the politicians are on a massive losing streak right now.
The European people are sick of what's going on.
they're seeing that great reset going on in Europe, how they're trying to murder a bunch of people for no reason right now with all their restrictions and carbon credits and green passes and everything that they're trying to do to the European people.
Then here in the West, here in the United States, we've got a failing Biden regime.
We've got desperate Democrats.
They believe a war might actually improve Biden's poll numbers or the Democrats' poll numbers at this point.
It would be a good distraction for all the failed policies here in the United States, the inflation, the economy.
It would be another opportunity for them to continue to print I would say this too.
more money, increase the inflation that's going on.
They could print out even more money.
You know, a nuclear threat would be perfect for the Democrats, for them to be able to continue to print in longer money and also take some of the pressure off of what's going on here in the United States.
Very, very good.
Let me say this too.
I wouldn't be surprised if they blow up that nuclear event and they also simultaneously do a nuclear event or a dirty bomb or something they claim is in the West.
I think they're going to do something like a three strike kind of situation.
And that, I'm just putting it out there, if they blew up that plant, then they could say, oh, something in D.C.
or New York or Ohio was just blown up too, and something in Canada, and the Russians did it.
So obviously we're now, you know, being attacked by the Russians.
I could see them doing something like that.
Don, your thoughts?
Okay, I think you guys are right.
I think that's—I think it's all too likely.
At the very least, Ukraine is just too big a target.
Meanwhile, Ukraine conflict prophet Hugois Alexandr Dugan, whose daughter was killed in a Moscow blast, a bombing that appears to have been intended for him.
Famed anti-Western writer and Russian political commentator Alexander Dugin was admitted to a hospital after visiting the site of a car bombing that took the life of his daughter, Darya, Saturday night.
Dugina, 29-year-old journalist, this is Darya, commentator, no right, was killed returning from a conservative family festival outside Moscow, which she attended with her father.
The car she was driving belonged to her father, and I believe it was targeting him and not her.
He had planned to leave the event in the same car, but at the last moment decided to take a separate car.
Dugin was dubbed Putin's brain and Putin's Rasputin by Western media for his supposed influence on the worldview of Vladimir Putin and the country's ruling elite.
He's been described by Foreign Policy magazine as its 2014 global thinker for mastermind Russia's expansionist ideology, which is a bit of a much of a claim.
In his seminal work, The Foundation of Geopolitics, The Geopolitical Future of Russia, published in 1997, he predicted bloodshed in Ukraine.
The sovereignty of Ukraine is such a negative factor for Russian geopolitics that, in principle, it can easily trigger an armed conflict, while retaining a certain degree of autonomy, that Ukraine ought to be integrated into the Russian state, as it had been in Tsarist and Soviet times, in fact, going back hundreds of years.
The author passionately supported the decision to reabsorb Crimea after the peninsula voted to leave Ukraine in the wake of the 2014 coup in Kiev.
He was therefore blacklisted by the U.S.
and Canada.
He left Moscow State where he led the Department of Sociology of International Relations for five years.
He similarly backed a military operation Moscow launched against a neighboring state in late February.
He argued, since Ukraine's independence in 1991, when of course the dissolution of the Soviet Union took place, the U.S.
led West has been fueled by the conflict, supporting nationalists and other anti-Russian forces in Kiev, and continues to do so by sending weapons to Ukraine.
The battle for Ukraine and against Russia is the historical constant of the West's geopolitical strategy.
Ukraine has no history of statehood whatsoever, while its current territories are historically accidental and a result of the administrative design of the Bolsheviks.
When Putin, as he was justifying the military operation in Ukraine, said Ukraine was created by Lenin, he was absolutely correct.
The Russian army is currently fighting the sovereign states imposing a unipolar world.
We can't lose this war, otherwise the whole world goes up in flames, which confirms my belief that Putin is an anti-globalist.
Like her father, she supported the Russian military campaign in Ukraine, which she described as a failed state.
Appearing on a podcast just hours before her death, she accused the West of trying to impose its will on others.
The special military operation in Ukraine is the last nail in the coffin of the world hegemon, the West.
Bretton Black loosed her this week as a frequent and high-profile contributor of disinformation in relation to Ukraine, along with anyone else who speaks the truth about it.
The Ukrainian presidential advisor denied Kiev's involvement in the bombing.
I'm going to stress that Ukraine obviously has nothing to do with it.
Of course, Ukraine has nothing to do with it.
These are simply two of the most prominent figures who are encouraging and supporting Russia and retaking Ukraine.
Scott.
Well, I had met Alexander Dugan when I was back in Iran at the New Horizons Conference.
I sat down with him and had breakfast with him, just he and I, and he wasn't an anti-Western writer.
He was a very soft-spoken, polite, happy, very intelligent professor.
Very engaging.
Very positive.
Very enthusiastic about the future and, you know, his thesis essentially was the multipolar world.
The inevitability of the rising, you know, powers of independent nations like Iran, like Russia, like, you know, I guess South America and African places, when the US hegemon empire, the boot of John Bolton, is lifted off the throat of other nations.
So, you know, he was a wonderful man and I really enjoyed meeting him and it's tragic.
I'm glad he's alive, but it's tragic that his daughter was murdered.
It's tragic that this was done, no doubt, by a CIA-Ukrainian joint operation to try and take out The brain trust of the philosophical strategic expansion that Russia is no doubt, you know, listening to and following.
I think what we will see, the Russians are very good at revenge, cold-blooded revenge, and they'll contract it out, probably to Chechens, and you don't want that.
But I think you're going to see Putin and Lavrov and the whole diplomatic security intelligence government branch of Russia try and get essentially revenge for Dugin in all ways, in all shapes and all forms that they can.
This was a bridge too far they've crossed and I would watch from this point forward Watch the bloodletting and the violence Russia does to the U.S., to the Ukraine, to the NATO nations.
Watch that exemplify and amplify a hundredfold in the next few weeks to a month.
Jim?
And Don's put up a sensational photograph from the conference where you're on the right, he's on the left, and other significant figures in between.
Hawley, your thoughts?
Well, my heart goes out to Professor Dugan and his family.
That's absolutely heartbreaking.
I can't imagine the pain of going through something like that, to have his young daughter just struck down like that, just senselessly.
And I think it proves more and more that if they need to murder and murder people who have ideological differences with the current state of Ukraine, it's just, it's more proof that this is a failed, as she had said, this is a failed operation, a failed state.
She's only going to be murdered basically and held up by the Russian people and Ukrainians as well for being senselessly murdered like that and having the Dugan family targeted like that.
So Scott's absolutely right.
Dugan has been very well known as a philosopher and a writer even here in the West.
Talking about the concept of Eurasianism, how the people of Russia and how other nations should have their own people, their own culture.
They shouldn't be absorbed by the West.
He's been fighting against Liberalism, so if the United States has to die on the altar of liberalism, we're basically proving ourselves that that's what we're willing to do at this point.
If the United States government believes that we are liberalism, that's basically what he's been fighting against for several decades, talking about how the West will collapse from liberalism and other nations such as Russia should have their own identity.
And to speak of something like that and talking about being very vocal against the modern Ukrainian state, the government, you know, not the Ukrainian people.
It's the government, current government, just as here in the United States.
Hopefully we're not being defined by our current government as well.
So the fact that Dugan is targeted so viciously is just more proof that we're on the wrong side of history, if that's what they're willing to do is to murder a philosopher and his family.
Well said, Holly.
I think liberalism in the U.S., which really is this progressivism, is some kind of bizarre blend of fascism and communism, and it's absolutely inimical to decent life, freedom, and democracy.
Meanwhile, Trump.
Legal action is coming over the Mar-a-Lago raid.
Trump made the announcement on Truth Social, the team's ability to take on the Justice Department and FBI.
A major motion pertaining to the Fourth Amendment will soon be filed concerning the illegal break-in of my home, Mar-a-Lago.
Right before the ever-important midterm election.
My rights, as well as those of all Americans, have been violated at a level rarely seen before in our history.
I think he's spot on here.
Remember, they even spied on my campaign.
The greatest witch hunt in USA history has been going on for six years with no consequences to the scammers.
It should not be allowed to continue.
Meanwhile, The magistrate judge who approved the initial called for at least partial release of the affidavit.
Democrats are quiet over the FBI raid because they know it's bad.
While they in solidly blue districts have no problem weighing in, more vulnerable Democrats are avoiding wading into the controversy.
21 House Democrats from vulnerable districts were contacted by Fox and asked for their reaction.
Nevada Congresswoman Dina Titus told Fox her office is monitoring the developing situation but refused to elaborate.
Another who had no problem criticizing the raid was disgraced former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo.
He tweeted, the DOJ must immediately explain the reason for the raid.
Warrant it better be more than the Presidential Records Act or it will be seen as political and will undermine any future credible investigation and even the legitimacy of the January 6th Commission.
Representative Elaine Lauria claimed the FBI raid is an unprecedented action in reaction to an unprecedented presidency.
We've never had a president who sought to overturn an election and summon Mahmoud to D.C.
as Donald Trump did on January 6th, even though there's overwhelming evidence to the contrary, and she is just a propagandist in this respect.
Let me add further, Dershowitz to Newsmax.
The government will cherry pick the affidavit in the redactions.
Under the terms of a new contract, this is the second story, agreed by Minneapolis Teachers Union and Minneapolis Public Schools, teachers of color can be protected when it comes to layoffs.
It states, teachers will be laid off by seniority unless a teacher is a member of a population underrepresented among licensed teachers.
This is reverse discrimination.
Berkowitz said a policy of giving racial advantage is unconstitutional and cannot be used as a factor in making governmental decisions.
My God!
You would think after all the anti-discrimination laws, they'd understand it applies to all races, not just black.
You can look at seniority, you can look at qualification, meritocracy.
You can define meritocracy broadly, but you can't say that an advantage or disadvantage occurs just because of race.
It blows my mind that these legislators and these elected officials continue to pass these laws, which are clearly unconstitutional.
Before we turn to more about the affidavit, for which we actually have a copy, compliments us, Scott, comment on what you've heard so far, Scott, of these late reports.
Well, on the last story, it is a violation of the 1964 Civil Rights Act to protect black teachers and not protect white teachers.
You cannot discriminate based on a person's color, race, ethnicity, national origin, or philosophical orientation.
So that's obviously a violation and will be thrown out in court but it's it's audacious that they would even say something like that, protecting black teachers and not white teachers, it's it's it's sickening but the other thing about the Mar-a-Lago raid on President Trump.
These liars and propagandists, as you well said, Jim, getting up there trying to say Trump summoned a mob, and that mob was January 6th.
I was back in Washington, D.C.
as part of Trump's analytical team.
You know, you and I and Dawn did a show when I got back, and we did a show when I was out there with Stephen Fidgen talking about what was going on day by day by day.
And I remember presenting the AFL-CIO secret documents that came to me from high-level people in the organization that outlined exactly what the AFL-CIO was going to do with its MOB, with its coordination operations with senior executive service and government employees, We had videotapes of government employees conspiring to shut down D.C., to block streets.
The AFL-CIO laid out a very exhaustive plan that they would engage in civil disruptions up until, you know, February.
They were going to combat the narrative.
So what they're accusing Trump of doing, they themselves did.
And we reported it to Patrick Byrne.
And Joe Flynn, and Sidney Powell, and Mike Flynn in November of 2020.
So the accusations of Trump doing anything unlawful or mob-oriented is completely false.
They were the ones who did it, and we reported it.
And I have the AFL-CIO documents.
Did Pat Byrne give those to Trump?
Maybe not.
It seems increasing that Patrick Berge had told me there's evidence that Pat Byrne was actually the mole that had testified to the FBI and the Congress about this.
Scott, if you can hold that thought, we've got the affidavit here, and I want you to discuss it extensively.
Holly, your thoughts.
Well, I think this was another big cover.
Like you said, the collapse of the January 6th events.
CNN and mainstream news rolled it out 24-7 for like a month and a half and no one was interested.
So I think this was another opportunity that they tried to pull in order to make it seem like Biden and the Biden regime's innocent and everything's Trump's fault.
Trying to keep him in the news as the bad guy, I think, was a big part of this.
Like the FBI working with the Mainstream news on this.
Very good, very good.
Meanwhile now, more from Dershowitz.
The U.S.
government's attorneys, while determining what they want to be redacted, will cherry-pick—this is Alan Dershowitz—what they want to be released, what items that are unfavorable to Trump will be allowed to be released.
They will not redact anything unfavorable to Trump, Dershowitz said.
They will redact things that are favorable to Trump.
They'll claim national security.
Dershowitz said Reinhardt would not allow Trump's lawyers to be present when determining what should be redacted, as then they would find out the names of the informers.
He added he believes Reinhardt had been handling the case in himself very well and has done what everybody said he would not do.
He added the redacted parts will likely be out by next Thursday, a week after Reinhardt's initial ruling, but you probably won't see everything.
He also discussed a case in Minnesota we've already reviewed.
Well, Scott's been able to track down the affidavit, which is indeed from Patrick Michael Byrne, state of Florida, county of Sarasota, where he hereby declares under penalty of perjury he has full personal knowledge of the events and matters set forth herein, testifies the following is true and accurate.
This all appears to involve a conversation of the very kind Scott was describing that occurred in the Oval Office with Attorney Sidney Powell, General Michael Flynn, an attorney named Emily Newman who worked for Sidney, and he with the door closed.
Also present were White House General Counsel Pat Cipollone, Attorney Patrick Philbin, and Attorney Eric Hirschman.
The meeting and the topic of discussion revolved about how to respond to a situation where the FBI and DHS had reported foreign interference being attempted in our election, foreign interference in our election system being successful in at least one state, And that being undertaken against others by a combination of Iran and other nation-state actors.
And it's December 16, 2020.
Unprecedented network security hack involving a product called SolarWinds Orion.
See also Patrick Byrne.
He recites what appears to be a book or an article written by himself.
Scott, you seem to me to have a firm grasp on this affidavit.
Byrne cites himself numerous places to my surprise.
Go ahead, give us your thoughts about this, Scott.
Well, Pat Burns sat down with myself, Steven Pidgeon, Patrick Berge, Tori Morris, Kevin and Millie Weaver, and a few other people, and we presented all of our documents and research into the election.
I presented the AFL-CIO and a counterterrorism operation, essentially saying the bad guys are coming and this is what they're going to do.
It turned out That that was miraculously translated into a January 6th event.
And I think they simply switched the Antifa hats with the Trump supporter MAGA hats.
So when January 6th happened, I thought, I predicted this.
I presented this to Patrick Byrne.
Why didn't this, you know, where did it go?
Did it get to the president?
Obviously not.
But so Patrick Burns struck me as a very odd duck, and of course he was the Overstock CEO, Overstock.com, who got Marina Butina, the Russian girl, in trouble.
He was an FBI informant then.
He said he was an FBI informant who had info on Hillary Clinton, that he was obsessed with getting to Trump as well.
Could that have been another trap?
Flynn, Mike Flynn and Byrne and Sidney Powell got into the White House by means of a guy named Garrett Ziegler, who was part of Giuliani's team.
And Pat Berge, incidentally, saw all of the Hunter Biden photographs.
And, you know, it's quite remarkable.
But Pat had done a lot of exhaustive stuff on Byrne.
But it seems to be that Byrne went into the White House meeting with the President, and he gave him documents, recommendations, what was on it.
Most likely was what was being looked for in the safe.
Or they may have even, you know, when they went and did the Mar-a-Lago raid, they may have planted something so that they could claim that this is the document that Pat Byrne was citing.
Pat Byrne testified before the January 6th Committee, and unlike other people, did not take the Fifth Amendment.
So he's testified, Pat Cipollone has testified about this meeting.
And it's most likely that they are trying to take this affidavit and this document that Pat Byrne gave to the president and use that as an example of sedition and treason so that they can indict the president.
That's what this is all about.
And they've already kind of set this up with the disgruntled woman that worked in the White House that wanted to get a job with Mar-a-Lago and she did not.
Remember, she took a photograph of a piece of paper that was in the toilet.
Funny that that's the same precedent that they're now using against the president.
So they set this up.
They set up, oh, the president tears things up and he puts them in the toilet.
Oh, now we're going to go down to the Trump Mar-a-Lago and we're going to look for this other napkin that the president may have torn up or destroyed and call it sedition and the destruction of records and obstruction of justice and other things.
So they are trying to indict the president using this Byrne affidavit, and I think Byrne ultimately is going to be revealed this week as the key person who has testified to the committee that Trump was planning of taking over the country.
The thing is, Jim, this was far too late.
Trump should have initiated military action the first week of the election.
Uh, he did not.
So the fact that he, they had this conversation after December 15th, after the election was called, uh, can automatically trigger, uh, this is, uh, this is a seditious conspiracy to commit insurrection treason against the United States.
That's what the Democrats are going to try and do it against Trump.
They're gonna make these claims against him.
Pat Cipollone, the White House attorney, saying this has never been done in the history of the United States, just adds fuel to the fire.
So that's why Cipollone, that's why Navarro, because Ziegler worked for Navarro too, Peter Navarro.
So Garrett Ziegler, who brought Flynn and Byrne and Sidney Powell into the White House, worked directly for Navarro.
So who are they talking to?
They've already talked to Navarro, They've already talked to Flynn.
They've talked to Pat Cipollone twice.
They've talked to Byrne, actually Byrne twice.
And no doubt that this is going to come out that he was the one saying that there's additional documents in the President's safe that you have to go get.
And I think that was a lie.
I think it was a setup.
And aside from that, the President is the highest secure clearance person in the country.
And no one had the authority to go into that safe or handle or look at any secret or top secret document without the requisite clearance.
I had a top secret clearance.
I was a DOD courier.
Only a Department of Defense courier with a TSSEI could go into a SCIF and even look around.
That's law.
You can't go into these facilities unless you have a clearance.
You're not just going into some criminal suspect's basement vault.
You're going into the President of the United States' vault and home.
The first time this has ever been done in the history of the United States?
Why are they doing this?
Are they trying to trigger a civil war?
Are they trying to say, well, the threat to the country is white Christian, you know, militia fundamentalists?
They've been trying to toot that horn for the last six, eight months, if not longer.
Get Merrick Garland trying to make it look like Every white person is a supremacist in hiding, and the whole case against the kidnapping of Governor Whitmer, Tucker did a great show, all of that is blown up.
The guys that the FBI were trying to set up didn't want anything to do with that scam.
It was an FBI scam trying to make white people look like Heretical, lunatic, violent thugs.
And it's just not working.
And I think this is a last ditch effort to try and connect Trump to the January 6th.
But other people are submitting affidavits to challenge Byrne and say what Byrne is doing is saying, you know, there's a lot more to the story and he's not telling the whole truth.
You're on mute.
Mute.
Can't hear you.
I think it's going to blow up on him too, Scott.
And as you know, I have a retired professor of laws convinced there was no authority to authorize the warrant to begin with.
And any evidence they got, I'm convinced would be inadmissible in court as a fruit of a poisonous tree, even if they had something.
And I doubt very much they do.
Holly, your thoughts?
Well, I think that this is, I mean, There's either two things here.
It was an attempt, like I said, maybe to just cover up the news cycle to try to keep, you know, Trump bad or whatever.
And like, you know, Trump supporters are bad and trying to keep that in the news cycle as a cover for everything that's going on right now, which is collapsing the United States.
Or, you know, and it could be an opportunity to maybe perhaps set a precedent for other former presidents to be examined in their presidential documents and their presidential libraries and whatnot to be examined perhaps in the future.
So, you know, trying to look at both sides here, it could ultimately lead to something positive here, but I'm not holding my breath for sure by any means, just seeing how slowly the wheels of justice have turned over the past several years in particular.
I don't think Patrick Byrne is going to get away with this.
Meanwhile, a secret 911 call log reveals 17 major security breaches at Mar-a-Lago since Trump left office.
The document obtained exclusively by Radar deals for the first time how 17 of those incidents were classified as a suspicious person or trespassers who managed to infiltrate the grounds that are heavily fortified to protect the former president.
Remarkably, calls to Florida authorities suggest the incidents were not able to be resolved by the Secret Service.
That's pretty damn peculiar.
Most notably, a Chinese businesswoman arrested in 2019, later convicted of trespassing in Mar-a-Lago, carrying a bag of electronics.
She was arrested and sentenced to eight months in jail.
Zhezheng Zhang, 33, incredibly managed to slither past five Secret Service agents into the ornate main reception area of the mansion before she was apprehended and handcuffed.
She was armed to the teeth with a laptop, external hard drive, four mobile phones, a thumb drive with malicious hardware.
Wow.
This shed new light on the national security concerns for the president in the wake of last week's raid.
Clearly they thought it was serious to get those materials back into secured space at Mary McCord, who seems to me to be an apologist from the DOJ as a former official.
The call log did not distinguish whether the emergency were associated with the tromps or the hundreds of guests who visit the property, even the retention of just of highly classified documents in improper storage.
Particularly given Mar-a-Lago, the foreign visitors and others, creates a national security threat, except they were in a classified facility, as Scott has observed.
One former intel said Mar-a-Lago is a nightmarish environment for the security classified information.
How silly is that?
Radar obtained the 911 logs by filing a Freedom of Information Act.
They also revealed cops were called for a variety of different reasons, including assault and battery, medical emergencies, motor vehicle accident, property damage, and lost property.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, again, one of the explanations of the Mar-a-Lago raid was because Donald Trump received a binder listing all of the participants in the Russia hoax, the scam, the concerted FBI intelligence operations against him, the foreign participants in that, the British specifically.
And Trump ordered all of it to be declassified.
All of it should have been read on the Senate floor and the House floor right then and there.
When the President said, this is declassified, I want the American people to know it, it should have been taken right up and read on the Senate floor and the House floor like they did the Ellsberg Pentagon Papers.
And instead, what another thing that people are talking about is when Trump declassified it, you know, he didn't he didn't do it right.
He didn't demand it to be read.
And instead, the FBI hit it on a shelf and then Biden comes in and allegedly reclassified it.
So that's another theory.
And they were actually going in trying to get a copy of the binder and get the binder that he took with him that would have revealed all of the crimes that the FBI had been involved in.
And I think that's, you know, what people like Kash Patel, who, Bergey's not a big fan of his for, you know, a variety of reasons.
He said he's not done anything with the materials he gave him, but Kash Patel and others Yes, yes.
commented on this theory of the FBI were looking for, you know, evidence and the materials that would have indicted them for crimes, and they'd use this as an excuse.
Jim?
Yes, yes.
Holly, your thoughts?
Well, I think throughout the entire Trump administration, Well, I think throughout the entire Trump administration, there were a lot of examples of how his presidency and he and his family were under constant attack and breach of protection.
Whether you're talking about how Trump often used his own plane because of fears about Air Force One, technical issues with Air Force One, breaches of the White House while they were there, people just getting over the barricades and whatnot, trying to get into the White House, issues people just getting over the barricades and whatnot, trying to get into the White House,
So I think in a lot of ways, Trump and his family had to use private security, it seems, and had to have a trusted inner circle just because, which he could afford to do so because it seemed like a secret.
It seems very obvious that they have failed politically.
and whatnot seem to be compromised continually while, and Mar-a-Lago as well, his private residencies from Tower, et cetera, seem to be breached several times while he was president.
Yes, yes, yes.
It seems very obvious that they have failed politically.
Notice this is occurring after the primaries when most of those anti-Trump primary candidates have been defeated.
He's taken out eight of the ten, including most prominently Liz Cheney.
There's a big head of stuff up on your wall.
And they know they cannot defeat Trump politically, so now they are weaponizing the law and the courts to do what they could not do politically.
But I think it's misconceived and ill-fated, Scott.
Yes, more.
Remember what we talked about, the effect of this Mar-a-Lago raid was to force Trump and his followers to react violently, to say, you see, you see, one more time, it's the Trump Uh, MAGA, lunatics on January 6th, now they're threatening FBI offices.
Well, they're already saying that.
The FBI has instantly already been out there saying, we're getting mean things on Twitter.
Our agents are in danger.
We're getting threats.
Oh, some guy, uh, ran up to a barricade in Washington and killed himself.
All because they're angry at us and we, you know, because we're supporting the law.
No one's above the law.
We predicted that they would be initiating these psychological operations upon the American public, saying that the right, the conservatives, the Trump supporters, are violently reacting to the raid.
Why?
Because they're going to initiate a false flag event, they're going to blow up a field office, kill an agent, or do another federal Oklahoma City, Oklahoma bombing, A federal building being blown up, or they're going to assassinate Biden, or all three, and say it was a Trump supporter, therefore the elections are suspended.
Martial laws declared, and the Democrats are in power until further notice.
They are not going to allow Free and fair elections in November.
I don't think.
I think they realized that they would be executed for treason after due process and investigations, and for that reason, they're setting this whole thing up to try and whip up a frenzy and make it look like the Trump supporters are going to engage in an attack, and it's really going to be a false flag that the Democrats do themselves.
Jim?
I think you got complete agreement on that point, Scott.
Meanwhile, bombshell!
UK data destroys the entire premise for the vaccine push.
Somehow it's left to me to report this.
The media could be doing it, but they're not.
This is an absolute game-changer.
The UK government has reported the following data tucked away in their report on variants.
Less than one-third of Delta variant deaths are in the unvaccinated.
Let me put it another way.
Two-thirds of the Delta deaths in the UK are in the vaxxed.
To be specific, from the 1st of Feb to the 2nd of August, the UK recorded 742 Delta deaths.
Out of the 742, 402 were fully vaccinated.
79 had received one shot.
Only 253 were unvaccinated.
The report is here.
202 were fully vaccinated.
79 had received one shot.
Only 253 were unvaxxed.
The report is here.
Look at the bottom line.
All cases, age group total, 742.
Cases with specimen death, post one, unlinked, eight, post 21, one day, one.
Over 21 days, post dose one, 69.
Received two doses, 402.
Over 21 days post-dose 169 received two doses, 402. Unvaccinated, 253.
Again, 402 out of 47,000.
cases in the vaccinated, 253 out of 151,054 in the unvaxed.
If you get COVID, having been vaccinated, according to this data, you're far more likely to die than if you never took the vaccine.
Some should be made for more elderly, but it's not enough to change the bottom line.
The vaccine is not nearly as effective as advertised.
In fact, I would say it is clearly counter-effective.
It makes it more likely you're going to be sick, hospitalized, or die than not.
As with other unknowns, no much higher adverse reporting number than other vaccines, a complete regalibration of global policy is the only moral option.
I emphasize moral option.
Other consideration of political and economic financial profit are making the calls, not morality.
Countries around the world, as months pass since vaccinations, are experiencing a surge in the death and hospitalization of those who are vaccinated.
60% in Israel are fully vaccinated, but nevertheless in the hospital.
The powers that be will not admit something is terribly wrong.
They'll not acknowledge a clear science.
Those with natural immunity, the young and the healthy, don't need to take the vaccine.
Read an important piece on natural immunity displaying its superiority.
Instead, they'll jab and jab and jab again.
The Vax passports will be renewable every six months.
Countries are ordering up to eight shots per citizen.
The mask will not go away.
Israel, the preeminent Vax nation, is in lockdown.
In other words, getting vaccinated to protect others is not even true.
This is not a sterilizing vaccine that stops diseases like polio or hepatitis using a live virus.
This is for you alone.
Which means that experts like Martin Kuldov, biostatistician, epidemiologist, and professor of medicine at Harvard Medical, and Jay Bhattacharya, professor of medicine at Stanford, and research associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research, have long said it makes zero sense to vaccinate the young and healthy.
We are dealing with a world historical error and a global assault on young bodies.
To be clear, I make no advice about taking the vax or not.
I may well have decided to take it if I were in a risk category or if I knew I did not have to wear a mask or be tested after taking a single shot.
Your decision should be guided by consulting with a doctor, informed consent in your own conscience.
But you should ask yourself why there's no explanation for the hundreds of thousands of women experiencing menstrual changes after the shot, or the way vaccines are being mandated at the same time they're under investigation for unknown risks.
What I say categorically is you will have to answer one day in this life or the next for where you stood on the issue of mandating vaccine for the healthy without informed consent, on giving cover for governments who shoved things down kids' noses, and locking down all that makes life worthwhile.
Where were you when kids' freedom were stolen from them?
I doubt there will be much forgiveness from that generation.
We're crying out loud.
This is what even the World Health Organization admits about masks.
Evidence on the protective effect of masks used in community settings.
At present, there's only limited and inconsistent evidence to support the efficacy of masking of healthy people.
A large randomized review showed no difference in infection.
A recent systematic review found nine trials Finally, why does the media not even report on the government data?
healthcare workers, seven in the community, they concluded wearing a mask makes little or no difference to the prevention of influenza-like illnesses.
Finally, why does the media not even report on the government data?
Why am I reporting this stuff?
I have no idea, but it is truly sinister.
Ask yourself why the media will not even mention the fact this 23-year-old Irish footballer in perfect health received a vaccine three days before dropping dead.
Irish community in mourning as tributes play to talented young sportsmen after untimely death.
Untimely indeed.
God have mercy.
And as though as we need it, get this.
The biggest U.S.
hospital quietly removed a report on a case of a fatal brain disease following mRNA vaccination from its website.
Last year, shortly after receiving Pfizer's mRNA vax, a 64-year-old Florida woman named Cheryl Cohen suffered a sudden and devastating case of Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease, a progressive brain disorder.
Her symptoms began on May 1, 2021, when she suffered a panic attack while driving.
By June, she was unable to care for herself and hospitalized.
She died on July 22, 11 weeks after her symptoms, only 13 weeks after she got her second Pfizer shot.
This March, several physicians who treated her posted a report about her case to the Scholarly Commons page of HCA Healthcare, devoted to academic work by HCA physicians and other employees.
The report on her case, highlighting the close timing between her mRNA shot and her illness, quickly became among the pages most downloaded.
Until June, when HCA, the largest for-profit hospital system in the U.S., pulled the report.
Cohen had received Pfizer's MRI vaccine in April.
Her second dose came April 25th, 10 days before her panic attack.
The physicians who treated her at HCA Florida Venture Hospital and South Florida Medical Center feared her illness might have been related to the vaccine, so they had no proof.
CJD belongs to a nasty class of illnesses known as prion diseases, which occur from proteins in the brain misfold and become useless, destroying brain function.
It affects only one out of a million each year, but because the COVID vaccine is distributed so widely, some people with CJD would be expected to present with the illness only days after being jabbed simply by chance.
In other words, we even have an apology for the case itself.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, I think Carrie Madej, who I did a show with on Friday, said it very well.
This has nothing to do with healing the body or protecting the body from sickness.
This is about a transhumanism agenda and experiment to turn people into soft robots.
This is not a vaccine.
This is a shot with DNA-altering technology that goes into the body, and there's a sinister agenda behind it.
And anyone at this point with the wealth of information that really started with our show and Don Drawn back in March of 2020, Jim, anyone that still runs against this shot is an idiot and they have a suicide death wish because there's no other explanation you could have for someone killing themselves with this, Jim.
We'll continue with Holly after this break.
Don, take us out.
Yeah, okay.
I like to think that the The pandemic is over, but it looks like they're still trying to get it going and monkeying around with everything.
This is Truth vs. News here on August the 21st.
First hour.
Second hour is going to be even hotter than this one.
