We have breaking news.
Liz Cheney voted out of Congress.
No one is shedding tears.
Here's a Wyoming primary election result.
Harriet Hageman, who was endorsed by Trump, had 66.3% of the vote.
Liz Cheney, 28.9%.
3.3% of the vote.
Liz Cheney, 28.9%.
This is quite humiliating, frankly.
Cheney, the daughter of the former vice president, had been the number three ranked Republican in the House and easily won her last election in 2020.
However, she became one of ten Republicans who voted to impeach Trump.
Look at what happened to the rest of the anti-Trump who voted to impeach.
Eight of the ten have been wiped out.
Two remain, Dan Newhouse in Washington and David Valdeo in California, but the rest have taken a hit.
Here's ACYN tweeting, Cheney, two years ago I won this primary with 73% of the vote.
I could easily have done the same again.
The path was clear.
But it would require that I go along with President Trump's lie about the 2020 election.
That was a path I could not and would not take.
I mean, how disgusting is that?
Congratulations to Harriet Hagman on her great and very decisive win in Wyoming, has tweeted Trump.
Actually, it's on his social media, I expect.
This is a wonderful result for America and a complete rebuke of the unselected committee of political hacks and thugs.
Liz Jane should be ashamed of herself, the way she acted in her spiteful, sanctimonious words and action toward others.
Now she can finally disappear into the depths of political oblivion, where I'm sure she'll be much happier than she is right now.

Well, this has sparked conservative backlash against her by choosing to die on the hill of election fraud in the January 6th committee of which she's the vice chair.
Unsurprisingly, her war-mongering father's laughable campaign ad, where he said there's never been a greater threat to our republic than Donald Trump, Did Liz no favors?
Her likely defeat raised speculation about her next move.
She's talking about running for president of all the absurdities.

Joe, your thoughts?
Yeah, well, when she gave her concession speech, she compared herself to Honest Abe and that he lost elections for the Senate and the House and, you know, and then he eventually was able to become president and save the union.
And that's what she's going to do.
It's like, well, yeah, give me a break.
And let's talk a little bit about Honest Abe.
Yeah, he lost in his election in Illinois in 32 as a state representative.
Then he won in 34, 36, and 38.
Then he lost in 1840.
And then he lost the U.S.
House race in 1840.
And he also won his only House seat between 1847 and 1849.
And then he lost to the U.S. House race in 1840.
And he also he won his only House seat between 1847 and 1849.
So he only served one term in the House.
And that was 10 years before he became president.
If you look at the election numbers, they were based on pluralities.
So when you have 15 candidates in the race, Abbott, Honest Abe, managed to get 10% of the vote, and that's what qualifies him as being a wonderful statesman and a wonderful, you know, elected official.
And the same thing in his election in 1860.
There were three candidates running.
He got 38% of the vote.
And it's an amazing pattern that they repeat every time they want to have a crappy president installed.
Woodrow Wilson?

First term of Billy Slick Willie?
40%.
Second term of Slick Willie?
44%.
Because they always manage to run three candidates to make sure that they can get a lame duck to end up being serving as president.
It's a A bunch of crap, and I'm sorry, Abraham Lincoln, when you start looking at the reporters he threw in jail, the draft riots that they had, the fact that you could buy your way out of a service by just paying $300, the enormous amount of corruption that happened in the North,
And the Morrell Tax Act, which was a tariff on exports of southern products only, which was an unfair tax imposed by 22 northern states against 11 southern states, which had a population of 20 million versus a population of 10 million, which is exactly what they claim about democracy, that it's two wolves and a sheep voting for what you want to have for dinner.
So sorry, but comparing yourself to Abe is not a wonderful thing to do.
And just think how many votes you're going to get if you, if half the people that voted for you this time are Democrats in the primary in Wyoming, which we know for a fact they were.
Then guess what?
When it's time for you to run against anybody else in the Republican Party, you aren't going to get those Democrats to come in their primary to vote for you.
So you're going to be toast.
You are despised the same way your ugly father is.
And if you want a real lesson, see the 45-second commercial that he did where he was talking about Donald Trump.

Man, the venom that that guy spewed in that 45-second support commercial for her is just unwatchable.

Well, first of all, I want to acknowledge that we finally got a little good news, at least on the surface, for Liz Traney getting trounced by almost 40 points.
Now, that is remarkable.
And then she kept to the script of the demons, and they never admit any fault.
And to leverage this as a launching point for President, that is just funny.
You know, as a professional historian, Carl B. Herman Blackspot, any of these shows that I argue that the history that we receive is really an Orwellian opposition of the truth and what the U.S.
has been is a lying, looting, illegal, rogue state empire.
I have not deep dove into Abraham Lincoln.
That said, I can report a couple of things.
So he was really the person who began the Republican Party.
And there were two issues upon which The wig party where Lincoln had been a member was destroyed in that new political process within a few election cycles.
So the two issues that were told for the Republican Party was a stand against slavery and a stand against the 1848 war on Mexico that violated a crystal clear treaty in letter and intent that the forever border between Mexico and the United States would be the Sabine River.
Which is the river that separates modern-day Louisiana from modern-day Texas.
And if you go into the 11-part documentary series that I wrote, U.S.
Illegal, I have a whole section on how the U.S.
stole almost half of Mexico through that lie started treaty violating war of aggression of invasion.
So, you know, I just wonder, And, you know, what's Liz Cheney going to start a new political party on and her type?

And I'm going to interrupt as far as the misrepresentation of Texas history.
The Spanish were never able to conquer the 250,000 savages that lived in Texas during their Spanish colonial period.
The Comanches and the Apaches were the most accomplished horse soldiers, cavalry units in the whole entire world.
They could have cleaned the Cossacks' plows.
They were absolutely fabulous.
And the Spanish never left the city of San Antonio.
In 1820, there was a total of 3,000 Spanish citizens living in Texas.
There's a few little ...along the Rio Grande.
There was a colony of about 4,500 in Nacogdoches, and there was about 1,500 in San Antonio, a little small establishment in Goliad, and that was the total amount of Spanish presidents.
In 1824, the Rothschilds funded the Santa Ana overthrow of the government, and got independence from Mexico, which means they got Texas in return.
But by then, the Spanish government had already done land grants for Texans, and by the time they started the Texas Revolution in 1836, There was 30,000 Americans and Europeans that had settled in Texas as Mexican citizens when dictator Santa Ana said, well, you've developed this stuff and you've punished enough of the Native American tribes that we can come in and take over your colony.
And that's exactly what that dictator who called himself the Napoleon of the West because he was funded by the same people that funded the Napoleon of the East.
So don't try to rewrite Texas history and say we stole this land from Texas.
The last Indian massacre in Texas happened in 1881 on April 19th.
We got our independence from Mexico on April 21st.
So almost 45 years, just short of two days, the Apaches were still massacring Texans and the Spanish and the Mexicans, neither one were able to do anything about it.
So Don't rewrite our history and take away what the Texans fought for for a half a century.
You're hearing it from a Texan, Carl, who take their history very seriously, as well they should.
Meanwhile, the FBI warns of a dirty bomb threat, increasing calls for civil war.
Was Trump going to build a dirty bomb at Mar-a-Lago?
After a highly questionable raid on Trump's Florida home, we're seeing an escalation in rhetoric from the Democrats.
The FBI and Homeland Security talked about threats of a so-called dirty bomb issuing a general call for civil war and armed rebellion.
The Attorney General refuses to be transparent about the raid on Trump's home, has declined to answer any questions, but scolded that he would not stand by and watch people be upset with the FBI.
According to news reports, a former agent who supports the January 6 witch hunt, GOP Representative Brian Fitzpatrick, Make the Sunday news rounds telling the media the agency warned if his life was in danger due to threats from Trump supporters.
They just make this up.
Frederick, who represents Pennsylvania's 1st District, appeared on Face the Nation.
A former bureau agent himself, I guess, once FBI, always FBI, claimed that his life had been endangered by the same people who were threatening the FBI.
I'm greatly concerned for the safety of our law enforcement officers, casting them as victims so we're supposed to have sympathy for them, not be disgusted with their unwarranted raid.
The FBI is warned of a dirty bomb and increasing calls for a civil war after agents raided Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate.
Elizabeth Elkind reported for the Daily Mail.
Bureau said in a leaked memo they had an uptick in violent threats on social media.
They're so afraid, they put up fences around the headquarters and the FBI.
The Chilling Note, the Chilling Note revealed thugs planned to put a dirty bomb in front of the agency.
I mean, this is just stupid beyond belief.
The memo given to CBS by CBS News states the agencies have observed an increase in violent threats posted on social media against federal officials and facilities.
Of course, this could be a false flag to set up Trump supporters.
What better way to defeat Trump and Republicans in the midterms and in 2024 than by having an FBI claim?
Trump supporters are going to set off a bomb and then setting it off themselves.
Hitler, after all, used a false flag attack to justify invading Poland.
The night before, seven SS soldiers, pretending to be Polish, stormed the Gliwice radio tower on the German side of the border with Poland.
They broadcast a short message to say the station was now in Polish hands.
What they really may be reacting to is the amount of public pressure against him from the public that caused him to have to reveal a warrant and other information he wanted to keep hidden.
Those soldiers also left behind the body of a civilian dressed up as a Polish soldier making it look as though he'd been killed in the raid.
Hitler made a speech the next day citing the Gliwice attack and other similarly orchestrated events that justify the invasion of Poland.
The FBI uses violence to achieve their goals.
False flags are very much not beneath them.
The FBI and DHS have seen this increase in threats occurring primarily online.
Very easy for the FBI to have a whole bunch of its own operative post these threats.
Some are specific in identifying proposed targets, tactics, and weaponry.
Since August 8th, they've identified multiple articulated, on 11 August 2022, Ricky Schiffer Jr.
wearing a technical vest, armed with an AR-style rifle and a nail gun.
Think it, and a nail gun.
Attempt to enter the FBI's Cincinnati office.
This looked phony when it happened.
It looked phony today.
I reaffirmed, it looked totally fake.
As a result, we assess the potential of domestic violence moving forward.
It could include law enforcement, judicial officials, others involved in conspiracy theories.
Drivers could escalate the threat, taking actions against individuals involved in the Palm Beach surge.
The threats have been observed to under skew the view that the 2022 election may be an additional flashpoint.

Yeah, this is the same FBI that you and I discussed in Miriam's absence on Friday, and I thought my comments about the history of that rotten organization were good enough that we edited out just my comments.

emphasize again the things that J. Edgar Hoover did that were treasonous during World War II that FDR managed to ignore.
So I'm going to do a little bit more polishing on that particular article.
But yeah, bottom line is this is an organization that's been organized crime for 98 years, and they haven't changed their behavior pattern at all.

Yeah, absolutely.
The FBI is, we need to flip the script on them and to point out exactly what Joe was saying, and I've documented much as well, and that this is just the federal bullshit instigators, a criminal organization that was primary and necessary for the assassination of President John Kennedy, his brother, Dr. King.
They were primarily involved in the factless and now admitted created narrative Russiagate The crimeless impeachments and most importantly the 2020 election fraud as proven by the mathematically impossible vote counts after 3am on election day in 2020.
So we really do need to Watch out for these false narratives and make them known.
On that BitChute video of Joe giving a 27-minute description of the crimes in the history of the FBI, I did listen to the first part of it and looked down into the comments and I got a whiff of several comments that are Insurrection-y!
They're claiming that to be a patriot you need to somehow take up arms.
It's just vague stuff, and I called the guy out.
I haven't gone back to see if he's responded, but the tone of that comment just smelled to me of professional black hat military trying to stir shit up and trying to get evidence to support a false flag to paint Patriots as insurrectionists and domestic violent extremists.

According to a DOJ official, the FBI is not in possession of former Trump's passwords.
Trump had accused the FBI of stealing his three passwords during the search of his home.
After O'Donnell's tweet, however, Republicans and defenders noted her tweet, not in possession.
Miss the real news that the FBI had indeed seized through Trump passports, but they'd returned them so they were no longer in possession.
This is how fake news works, folks, wrote Taylor Budwich, Trump Save America PAC Director of Communications, linked to a redacted email from DOJ acknowledging the seizure of the passports.

Former White House staffer Sebastian Gorka asserted the FBI's acknowledgment it exposed the weakness of the search.
The fact the FBI was caught lying about stealing his passwords and had to give them back means they have nothing.
And Richard Grenell, former Acting Director of National Intelligence, wrote, O'Donnell propagated a falsehood.
38,000 people fed fake news and Stardew hasn't corrected it 14 hours later.
Twitter did fact check O'Donnell's tweet hours later, knowing that the passports were taken.
Meanwhile, 14 FBI whistleblowers have come forward with reports representing Jim Jordan, definitely a good guy.
Fourteen whistleblowers have come forward from the FBI to provide information for the Republican investigations.
Fourteen come forward as whistleblowers.
Good people.
There are a lot of good people in the FBI.
It's those at the top that are the problem.
Some of the good agents are coming to us telling us what's going on, the political nature now of the Justice Department, talking about the school board issue and a whole host of others.
Two months ago, he said six had approached the committee, two in relation to a school board member, four in connection to the January 6th breach.
Chuck Grassley, by the way, has said whistleblowers had come to his office to provide information, including related to Hunter Biden's overseas business dealings.
It's becoming a well-worn trail of agents who say this has got to stop.
Thank goodness for them and that the American people recognize it, said Jordan.
He sent a letter to Christopher Wray, FBI director, that former FBI officials are coming forward while alleging the agency is purging employees who have conservative views.
In one such example, the FBI targeted and suspended a security clearance of a retired war service member to disclose personal views the FBI was not being entirely forthcoming about the events of January 6.
The FBI questioned the whistleblower's allegiance to the United States, despite the fact that he'd honorably served in the military, including deployments in Kuwait and Iraq, valiantly earning multiple military commendation medals.
It comes as Republicans step up calls for the release of an FBI affidavit showing the justification, which to the best of my knowledge has yet to be released.
The search warrant after the unprecedented raid showed he allegedly had 11 sets of classified documents where the DOJ claimed to have probable cause based on possible Espionage Act and obstruction of justice violation, but it's not been substantiated.
They aren't willing to reveal the affidavit.
It's really disgusting.
On the ground, it could show sources of information and details about the documents and other classified information.
But it's clearly a sham.
They didn't have the goods.
They hadn't a good reason.
They didn't get anything.
And now they're embarrassed because they've been caught with their pants down, Joe.
Yeah, yeah.
The FBI did not take Trump's passport.
The FBI is no longer in possession of the FBI passports.
The FBI gave Trump's passwords back to Trump.
Yeah, explain to me how that works.
Yesterday happens to be the 21st anniversary of the arrest of Zacharias Massari, hijacker number 20, in Minneapolis on federal immigration charges overstaying his visa and he was taking flight simulator lessons at Pan American Flight Institute to learn how to crash land a 747.
So that's what was going on 21 years ago.
He was arrested by agents Harry Samet and Colleen Rowlett and When they submitted the information to get a further investigation, they were denied by headquarters.
On August 18th, which is tomorrow, Harry Samet had prepared a 26-page affidavit of evidence against this guy.
Who had 50 hours of flight training and never had solo to Cessna 150, and they sent it to 50 different addresses at the headquarters in Washington DC, and they were ordered to stand down.
So if you can find 14 FBI agents that are willing to come forward and be whistleblowers, that's all that's going to be left of the FBI because the rest of them were able to kneel for BLM the whole time they were torching our country and never arrest a single damn soul.
So as far as I'm concerned, that organization has been rotten for 98 years.
And if we want to defund police, let's start by defunding them.
And let's also defund the ATF because they're another rogue agency involved in a lot of criminal behavior. - Minor point, it's Colleen Rowley.

Yes, yes, and it can't be overstated how criminal this organization is, the FBI, and really all of the government leadership of the United States, or banking institutions, and corporate media as well.
So we have the case study of NBC's Nora O'Donnell.
She's an anchor for their news, and as well as a 60-minute correspondent, and just a flat-out That would be a failed assignment at the high school level for a journalist class to report that.
But that's how they roll.

I have one published paper via the Claremont Colleges, and one section on that is to document how each and every one of the major corporate media giants told lies known to be false as they were told to pimp for the war formerly known as On Terror.

Deep State Plan Revealed!
Famous Civil War to Justify U.N.
Troops to Occupy and Disarm America.
This is a very disturbing report.
Thanks to the sources who provided inside information, we know some details about the plan we're told is being pursued by the Biden regime to bring about the overthrow and destruction of the United States of America.
Compromised American officials are working with Communists, China, and the globalists to achieve our downfall.
The recent FBI-DOJ raid on Mar-a-Lago is a key element of the plan, designed to provoke an armed uprising among Trump supporters or, at least, encourage nationwide protests that could be exploited by the FBI to run undercover agents dressed as MAGA supporters.
During these uprisings, we're told, the FBI plans to attack government buildings with some sort of large-scale destruction.
Think of Oklahoma City, where the FBI bombed FBI headquarters to blame conservatives, really to take a whole bunch of records from MENA that showed Bill Clinton was involved in drug dealing.
Or 9-11.
Add to that the possibility of dirty bombs being unleashed by deep state operatives as a mechanism to declare martial law and feign vulnerability.
The narrative is always set in place for a dirty bomb attack.
DefenseNews.com reported how GAO was able to forge a few documents and purchase radioactive materials to be shipped to the U.S.
Late last year, government employees forged a copy of a license to buy hazardous radioactive material.
They created shell companies, placed orders, generated invoices, paid two U.S.-based vendors.
The scheme worked.
The employees successfully had the material shipped, complete with radioactive stickers, and then confirmed delivery.
Anyone could open a shell company with a fraudulent license to obtain dangerous amounts of radioactive material that could be weaponized into a dirty bomb, Tories told Defense News.
Disperse radioactive material in a city as densely populated as New York, and it could cause catastrophic damage.
Since most people don't understand radiation, which is invisible, the public can be easily terrorized by the media.
Think of the COVID virus.
It was invisible too, working in conjunction with the deep state to carry out a dirty bomb attack that might not even be very dangerous from a medical or radiological point of view.
But given the media ginning it up, the average American will believe the world is empty.
The COVID panic template all over again.
To complete the scenario, the Biden regime plans to pretend to be weak, bombing its own office, killing its own agents, to issue an international plea to the UN for peacekeepers to be brought in.
These peacekeepers are actually human traffickers, child sodomizers, and rapists.
They will apply their dark trade in U.S.
cities like they do everywhere else in the world.
The real threat is when the U.N.
invites China to occupy the United States under the cover of peacekeeping or food rescue missions, since so many Americans will be starving due to the engineered food scarcity.
With PLA troops wearing blue helmets and going door-to-door attempting to disarm Americans in the name of security, China would simultaneously be disarming while occupying the United States.
Once a critical mass are in place, the order is given to mass-execute all living Americans so China can claim North America for itself, instantly reaping trillions of dollars worth of farmland, minerals, energy, waterways, parts, industry, and more.
U.N.
playscaping mission, in other words, is a grand Trojan horse to invite the enemy right into America, where it can occupy without having to fight an actual war.
At least that's the plan currently in play.
Whether they can successfully pull it off is another question.
Seeming to confirm this plan is, in fact, Communist China is loading up a flotilla of merchant ship with military equipment and personnel, ready to invade the continental U.S.
with a massive military presence.
There would be no resistance to China's military.
They would be deemed peacekeepers.
The entire U.S.
Navy would stand down.
China roll right up to the West Coast and unload their equipment on U.S.
soil.
To achieve all this, a Biden regime has seen something incredibly disastrous to scare the majority of Americans into agreeing with the foreign occupation of America.
They would need to paint the American people as the enemy, fabricating all kinds of scary news and scapegoating their political enemies.
The most likely choice is to use a dirty bomb attack on a major city, preferably in a red state like Texas or Florida.
This way, a heavily armed federal agent can descend upon the conservative state and attempt to seize control under federal emergency declarations.
Economically, it can punish a red state and cause local chaos for the GOP governor.
That's why a red state is the most likely target.
Once a dirty bomb is unleashed, likely in the state's capital, the entire area will be restricted from human access, citing radiation exposure, no matter how tiny it may be.
That will throw banking, regulated legislators, and courts into chaos.
The complicit media will, of course, follow the script, blame the attack on whoever, whatever, Patsy, the NRA, and all the usual suspects.
Pro-Trump, flag-raving, January 6th attendee who believes in God, owns homemade guns, and posts extreme-sounding frustration on social media.
Of course, it will be a white Christian male.
All whites will immediately be labeled terrorists by the treasonous media.
Calls for nationwide gun confiscation will not be far behind.
We are calling for Americans to resist being played by the deep state on this emotional con game.
Do not let yourself be whipped up and do not resort to violence.
That's what the deep state wants.
We need to stay cool and avoid handing the deep state the uprising they want to create.
Representative Jim Jordan said 14 FBI agents turned whistleblowers stepped forward to expose the tyranny and corruption of the agency.
That's just a taste of things to come, where an increasing number of those who work inside the bureaucracy wake up and realize how evil and destructive the federal government has become under the lawless tyranny of the Biden regime.

We can't confirm either point, but they're part of the current chatter behind the scenes.

And so then in order to commemorate that, two years later, after Slick Willie was in office, well, actually, he was in office for the first one.
But in order to cover up the records, like you mentioned, about the MENA, we had the April 19, 1995 Murrow Building bombing in Oklahoma City.
And according to Sherry, Dr. Sherry Tenpenny, not only were there the records of all of the MENA drug deals and probably the Iran-Contra stuff, because they collated those all in the same location and they all needed to be destroyed, but...
But she claims that they had like 10 or 20,000 folks that had been involved in Gulf War I that had Gulf War syndrome.
And they sent all of their medical records, all the original copies of their medical records to Oklahoma City.
And those were destroyed in the blast as well.
And we know that people that inspected the building found two other devices inside the building that did not detonate.
So they planted on being even bigger.
And Veterans Today has proven that the amount of ammonium nitrate could not have created the crater that was in front of the building.
So they absolutely assure us that it was another type of device that was planted at OKC.
But there again, we'll never know because the FBI isn't going to investigate the 168 dead and the 680 that were wounded in Oklahoma City when it was their building that was blown up.

In an interview Saturday, he said with Trump, the FBI over a long period of time is kind of a double standard.
You know, you can go back to the Steele dossier.
And it just seems to me like there's political bias in the FBI.
And then I have recently, you've heard me give evidence of political bias starting a Trump investigation and quitting a Hunter Biden investigation.
So it's legitimate to raise a question about the extent to which there's still political bias in what we're doing now.
He also took issue with Merrick Garland's comments on transparency, saying he should make sure the affidavits follow up on the warrant.
So far, the DOJ has not released the affidavit to explain why they needed a warrant to search his property.
Garland and the FBI have remained mostly silent.
A judge in the case unsealed the warrant.
A property receipt said the FBI seized classified documents.
A search and seizure warrant shows a targeted President No.
45 office, all storage rooms.
In other rooms or areas within the premises used are available to the former president and his staff.
which included millennials' closets.
Agents were granted authority to seize all physical documents and records concerning evidence, contraband, fruits of crime, or other items illegally possessing or in the warrant.
Well, what the hell would that mean?
They claim it included all with classification, market, and presidential records drafted between January 20, 2017 and January 20, 2021, the entire time Trump was in office, quote, Clearly a phishing expedition.
The President is the ultimate declassifier.
Any documents Trump declassified remain declassified.
On Truth Social, he argued those documents were declassified, terming their latest action a witch hunt.

On the 30th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act, she met with a disability group to examine the impact of Roe v. Wade.
She opened by describing her pronouns in appearance.
Others introduced themselves using pronouns Possibly for the visually challenged who included those who were blind.
I want to greet these leaders for coming to tackle some of our most serious concerns.

My pronouns are she and her.
I'm a woman in a blue suit.
It's unclear how identifying the color of one's clothes, as opposed to describing one's face, for example, is critical information for the blind.
After hearing the strangest way Bobert tweeted the Vice President's use of pronouns in reference to himself as a woman in a blue suit was idiotic.
Kamala Harris just used she, her pronouns.
Then she said she was a lady in a blue suit.
That's what happens when your speechwriter quits and you hang out with geriatric Joe too long.
When you use pronouns to introduce yourself, I assume anything you say thereafter is idiotic.
Her pronouns and physical description were also published by the RNC Research Twitter account, which aims to expose the falsehoods of democracy and failing far-left policies like Joe Biden and the Democrat Party.
She wasn't the only to ridicule Harris's entrance and appearance.
Ted Cruz starkly tweeted, What's a woman?
A reference to the left's inability or refusal to define the word.
Others criticized Republicans for ridiculing an inclusive opening, saying they were rude to a person with impairments.
Matthew Cortland, a disability rights lawyer, tweeted, Kamala has been in the vanguard of including the disability community in the White House process.
What she did today is great practice for disability inclusion.
Why is RNC ridiculing her for it?

But there's a lawsuit.

Testified he didn't do anything wrong when he snapped 25 photos, some of which claimed close-up images of body parts and sent them to others.
Deputy Doug Johnson testified in federal court.
He hiked for more than an hour through remote bush-filled terrain to get to the accident scene.
He said he searched the site for 15 minutes for survivors, moved a handful of hikers away, taped off the area before snapping photos on his cell phone to document the crash scene.
The NBA legend's widow, Vanessa Bryant, and Irvine financial advisor Chris Chester, who lost his wife and 13-year-old daughter in the crash, are suing the county for unspecified millions for negligence and invasion of privacy over photos taken at the site.

The plaintiffs say they continue to suffer emotional distress due to the possibility the pictures of their broken bodies will one day surface on the Internet.
It says one of their attorneys sold the jury digital lives forever.

Johnson said it never occurred to him having death photos on his cell phone was inappropriate.
He said that he used his phone at the crime and accident scene to take thousands of photographs.
He deleted the photos he had taken along with a text thread with a deputy shortly after he arrived.
I know I didn't do anything he'd want.
Now here's the alleged trash scene.
By the way, it's right on a road path, so why would he have had to climb through, you know, through the woods and all that to get to the scene?
He could have driven there effortlessly.
In cross-exam, he said photos are the most accurate and thorough way to document accident sites.
In the court, Bryant left the courtroom before his testimony, including description to catastrophic injuries suffered by the victims.
I would not take all this literally, however, because it's a great reason to believe this whole thing was fake.
In tearful testimony, by the way, a Los Angeles woman who lost two family members testified while attending the Golden Mike Award Gala at the Hilton.
In February, she saw the Los Angeles fire captain Tony and Brenda display images of remains on his phone.
She said she lost her cousin and the relative's husband in the class and was still grieving.
She heard another file official that he had just looked at Kobe's burnt up body and I'm about to eat.
But look, here's what Kobe's helicopter looked like.
It's on the left.
Look at the one that crashed.
It was a completely different helicopter.
Here you have what's supposed to be a helicopter carrying Kobe, but in fact it wasn't at all.
It was from a totally different situation.

Unfortunately four crew members on board were killed in that fiery crash.
What's also unfortunate is that this video is going viral and fooling some people who believe that it is actual footage of Kobe Bryant's crash.
I did a fair amount of investigation of this, and Kobe's death appears to have been completely fake.
Here's the chopper that crashed, owned by the state of Illinois.
This is the one that he actually owned, but was not the one that crashed.
Look at the complete difference.
Here you juxtapose the one that crashed, all those blue, different color of blue and white paintings, with the one he actually owned, which looks completely different.
Here we got Kobe Bryant, a helicopter crash.
They're getting an Academy Award.
It was even anticipated, predicting programming, that the crash was going to take place.
Here you see the site.
Someone could have taken a dump truck out there and dumped it.
This does not appear to be bonafide.
I did an extensive report on it, more than one, with Danny Syrus, who has 35 years of law enforcement experience.
We are convinced this was a fake crash site.
Kobe did not die.
We have a report of him turning up in Ohio, by the way, in a disguise.
I think this is one more instance of bilking the public for more and more money from participants in fake events, just as the alleged Sandy Hook parents are doing so over and over again when it was a FEMA drill where nobody died.

Yeah, well, I think the poor widow Bryant managed to stumble into an ambulance-chasing shyster.
You know, they had a great saying back in the Old West that a town that was too small to support one attorney could comfortably support two.
Because once you've got two attorneys, you've got guaranteed lawsuits forever.
There's a rule in Texas on the Bar Association, they they practice so much solicitation and illegal behavior in Texas, that they actually have a term for it, and it's in the state laws, it's called barber tree.
B-A-R-R-A-T-R-Y, under Rule 804, prohibits lawyers from engaging in conduct which constitutes borrowery.
So I think that's maybe what we have a case here of.
It's like, hey, I get 30% commission.
Plus expenses.
Let's go rip off the taxpayers one more time over something that could possibly have been staged, but they won't have to prove it was staged.
If they can get a judgment against them, then that is further proof that something that didn't happen did happen because the taxpayers had to pay for it.

Apparently, every major government agency is captured by the evil, the judicial branch, the executive branch, and the legislative branch.
Corporate media is owned, the big companies are owned, and no matter how effective we seem to be, In communicating and documenting the facts, my observation is 98% of the people are unmoved.
They don't have the capacity to engage with these serious factual conversations, so what are we to do?
Part of all of life is just to surrender to our minor roles.
And to really be passionate about what we can control, and about all that I see that we can effectively control, are our own thoughts, our own words, and our own actions.
So make the best over the control that you have, and then release control over the rest, and we'll see what develops together.
