Time Text
And welcome, folks!
This is Truth vs. News, and this is August the 14th, halfway through the month of August.
And boy, have things been happening around here, and we're going to report on it.
And I will say that we have got the very best panel in the world, you know that.
We've got Jim Fetzer, who is just a fantastic author here of this book that is a highlight and a historical centerpiece of what's really happening in the country right now.
And Jim is doing just great.
And of course, we have Scott Bennett, Who's written his own book here.
It's very good and this was quite a dire detailed encapsulation of what he's been through.
Then we have Holly Seeliger.
She's just a wonderful analyst of what's certainly going on in the world.
She's just a go-getter and I just really feel blessed to have you three here.
What more could we ask for?
And so let's get going.
I guess we got Well, let's see what's going on out there in the world, Don, on the brink of nuclear catastrophe, according to Moscow, because Ukrainians keep attacking a nuclear power plant, the largest in Europe.
It could be one of the greatest meltdowns in world history.
Right.
Repeatedly warned our Western colleagues should they fail to talk sense into the Kiev regime, it would take the most heinous and reckless steps, which would have consequences far beyond Ukraine.
The criminal attacks on the nuclear infrastructure are pushing the world to the brink of a nuclear disaster that would rival the Chernobyl one.
It could be worse.
A disaster can happen at any time, according to the Russian envoy.
This is the largest in Europe.
It would lead to radioactive pollution of ash swaths of territory affecting at least eight Ukrainian regions, including Kiev, the Lugansk and Donetsk People's Republic, as well as Moldova, Romania, and Bulgaria would be likely to suffer as well.
And these are the most optimistic abstract forecasts.
The Zaporizhzhya plant, located in Russian-controlled Ukrainian city of Rarodar, has been subjected to a series of attacks, where Kiev has been launching artillery and drone strikes on the facility, branding these moves as nuclear terrorism.
The head of the International Atomic Energy Agency, Rafael Grossi, told the UN Security Council the situation at the plant was under control, no immediate danger.
However, he called reports from Russia and Ukraine contradictory, urging both sides to provide the AEA access as soon as possible.
Earlier, the Russian Foreign Minister Deputy Spokesman said Moscow was in favor of an inspection.
The facility must not be used as part of any military operation.
China also called all interested parties to sit down and negotiate to find a solution.
Meanwhile, it turns out most German howitzers in Ukraine are out of order.
However, the 15 Western-supplied are still operational, says a German politician.
He said he was surprised to learn from Ukraine's Ministry of Defense only five of the German-made BZH-2000 howitzers provided by Berlin and Amsterdam were still operational.
While Kiev has yet to officially confirm his statement, it was reported last night by De Spiegel that Ukraine had informed Germany that a lot of the howitzers were malfunctioning, no doubt because they don't know how to main them.
They were said to be firing 100 shots a day, a high level of shooting intensity.
They requested more spare parts, which weren't always enough.
Germany has supplied Kiev with 10 of these howitzers, another 5 by the Netherlands, promising 3 more.
A German's arm manufacturer struck a deal that would see the firm produce and supply more of these howitzers, up to 100.
However, the 100 howitzers would not be delivered before the end of next year, when it would no longer make a difference.
Calling on Berlin to send Kiev weapons out of its own reserves.
The arrogance of these people is mind-boggling.
Moscow has repeatedly warned the West against sending weapons to Kiev, saying it only prolongs the conflict and increases the number of casualties.
The Russians are using a weapon that seems to create a lot of Ukrainian casualties.
Watch this.
Wow.
Wow.
Mm-hmm.
It appears Ukrainians are suffering 10 or more times the number of casualties as the Russians.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, that certainly fits the typical military tactical operational map.
When you enter into conflict, the military loses a lot of personnel in the initial stages for the setup of position, the general entry into the country, the first round of conflict to get a grip, to get a position.
So that is the reason why there were initial Russian casualties in the beginning of this conflict.
However, now that Russia has essentially secured its positions with remarkable speed and efficiency, and with an obliterating annihilation of the Ukrainian oppositional forces, using a multitude of instruments, including the Chechen soldiers, and mind you,
The Chechen soldiers are the equivalent of the Gurkha soldiers to the British in the 1800s in Afghanistan and elsewhere.
The Chechens are a ferocious, fearless, and unstoppable force, and it's quite impressive to witness their Their spiritual religious conviction to rescuing people who have been tortured, raped, murdered by right-wing Nazi drug-induced thugs from Ukraine.
So there's a religious crusade that animates the Chechen soldiers that no one else has and really understands.
But it drives them to a heroic, mythical, almost Valkyrie sort of adrenaline rush to go and do really a spiritual rescue of these people.
It's powerful.
No one else has that but the Chechens.
So, Russia has unleashed them.
They've been very effective.
Now these weapon systems are being brought into play, and Putin has said this, we haven't even done anything essentially really serious yet.
So, the Russians have rested, they've refitted, they've adjusted, they've recalibrated their entire operational tempo, they have removed certain generals and put new ones in, they've adapted their strategy,
They basically are ready for round two, and this is what you now see, Jim, is going to be the pulverizing, the annihilation at a blitzkrieg speed of the Russians pouring in to evaporate the opposition from various places.
So at the end of the day, Russia is going to control Ukraine, It's going to stop when Russia decides to stop.
Russia is going to control all of the coastland, all of the seaports of Ukraine, Odessa, Crimea, everywhere is going to be owned by them.
Zelensky is going to be killed, probably by his own military, who will then suit up for peace.
But this is also dangerous because you see Zelensky going into a Hitlerian in the bunker mode of fanaticism and hysteria and freaking out.
And the CIA and these various elements of the Ukrainians are now bombing and artillery shelling the nuclear power plant.
Which I had an interview with Scott Ritter that we'll play later, but Scott Ritter was essentially saying, look, these power plants are very strong, they can withstand attacks.
However, when you cut off the power, you are risking all sorts of potentialities, which would be a nuclear meltdown in Europe.
And it would have devastating consequences.
The West is trying to exploit this into somehow guilt tripping the Russians into giving up that facility to Westerners, and Russians aren't going to do that.
But I could see them pulling a false flag, pulling a suicidal act actually, and they've been labeled that.
The UN has labeled this attacking of the nuclear power plant a suicidal maneuver.
But yet the Ukrainians are suicidal in their minds right now.
They've passed the threshold of sanity, of reason, of temperance, of decency, and they have devolved into a sub-human country and culture and backwater that really has lost all of its humanity.
We're witnessing the Russian annihilation of that, but in the process, it's going to get very violent, very bloody, and you may see some real sabotage operations that the Ukrainians do that are going to hurt no one other than Europe.
So, there you go, Jim.
Wow.
Ollie, your thoughts?
Well, we've definitely talked about this on the show before, how this is a purposeful destruction of Ukraine, and I think that there's a desire by Zelensky and people who are basically running the show over there that they need to completely destroy the areas that can be rebuilt.
Probably or possibly part of like the new Silk Road initiative or just trying to get rid of anyone who could be tied in with Russia that doesn't want that area completely taken over and made as part of like the new tech hub that they wanted.
They were discussing a couple of years ago, turning it into like the Silicon Valley of the east and basically taking everything from California, the Silicon Valley and moving it over there.
Same with Astana.
We saw Astana fell in Kazakhstan, I believe, in January.
So kind of similar to what we're seeing in Ukraine.
And so there is a battle, I think, between Russia and people in the West who want to try to rebuild Ukraine.
was saying he wants basically basically like a social credit system, like a CVDC and an AI technology to run the courts.
He wants a bunch of tech companies to come in and rebuild Ukraine.
So I think there's a big fight between Russia and those powers over what's going to happen with the Ukrainian people.
Wow.
Very good.
Yes, I think Holly's got it right.
Yes, ma'am.
Okay.
Meanwhile, back at the ranch, John...
Judge John Seals' Mar-a-Lago raid warrant reveals why the FBI is investigating.
It's all fraudulent.
Trump's under investigation are alleged violations of 18 U.S.C.
2071, concealment, removal, or mutilation, 18 U.S.C.
793 of the Espionage Act, gathering, transmitting, or losing defense information, and 18 U.S.C.
1519, destruction, alteration, or vaultification of records.
This is unbelievable bullshit.
It's backfiring massively.
The search and seizure warrants those FBI agents targeted the 45 office, all storage rooms, and others within the premises used for a bail by POTUS, which included Millennia's closets.
Agents were granted authority to seize all physical documents and records constituting evidence, contraband, proofs of crime, or other items illegally possessed.
That's extraordinarily vague.
The FBI didn't try to access private guest rooms, according to the warrant.
Federal agents took a set of alleged top-secret SEI documents, but the fact they're stamped top-secret doesn't mean they are top-secret.
Trump actually had a standing order that any documents he took were declassified, and he had the authority to do it.
The Biden admin is in obvious damage control, wrote a Trump spokesman.
After their botched raid where they seized the president's picture books, a handwritten note, and declassified documents, the raid of his home was not just unprecedented but unnecessary.
And they're leaking lies in India to try to explain away the weaponization of government against their dominant political opponent.
This is outrageous.
Outrageous.
Not only will I oppose the release of the documents Trump wrote refer to the weapon going a step further by encouraging the immediate release.
He's not only not going to oppose it, he's going to urge its immediate release, saying they were all declassified.
They could have had them any time they wanted without playing politics and breaking into Mar-a-Lago.
Former President Obama, he observed, kept 33 million pages of documents, many of them classified.
How many pertain to nuclear?
Word is, lots.
The Washington Post reported documents were among those sought by the FBI, but Trump said the report is a hoax, part of the Trump-Russia derangement pushed by the legacy news outlets.
Republicans have said the unprecedented raid is a politicized attempt to target a former president who is now mulling a 2024 raid.
No doubt about it.
Lindsey Graham said the Department of Justice must release info as to why a warrant was necessary, not what was taken.
They recontact the names, but DOJ must put their cards on the table.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, I had a top-secret SCI clearance, and I know what the President, of course, has this clearance as well.
And the President is the Chief Executive.
He has the highest clearance of land.
He can declassify everything and anything at any moment he chooses as the power of the Commander-in-Chief.
So when the president says this is declassified and he can take a marker, he can take a crayon, he doesn't have to get anyone's approval.
He can write on these declassified, unclassified.
No one can restrain the absolute power that he has.
Just like someone who comes in saying you can't pardon this person.
Trump can pardon, the president can pardon anyone.
So the declassification of these documents happens the moment the president says so.
And that moment then begins to introduce, well, once these documents are all unclassified, it's essentially the argument that the Pandora's box is open.
Had anyone had a brain over there, Uh, they would have immediately taken the documents and the binder.
This all revolves around Russiagate.
This all revolves around the evidence of the FBI crimes and all of the things that they were doing during Russiagate, all the Department of Justice stuff.
They're trying to cover this up, but the moment the President declassified it, Devin Nunes or Jim Jordan or someone with a brain and some balls should have taken the binder and read it on the floor of the United States Congress.
They didn't do that.
They were stupid.
They should have done that, just like Ellsberg did in the Pentagon Papers.
And that's the conundrum now that Trump finds himself as because now it said, well, all these documents that Trump declassified, Biden reclassified.
The FBI took it over to Biden and said, sign this, and he reclassified them.
So the question becomes, Is that allowable?
I would argue no, because when the President says these documents are unclassified, the American public need to know.
He could have gone on the television and said, my fellow Americans, I'm going to read to you these documents.
They expose crimes, they expose corruption, they expose the highest levels of treason, And other things at the FBI with James Comey, with all of these players, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, everything they've been doing for years.
That wasn't done.
Again, Trump was clumsy and stupid when it comes to handling the maneuvers and the buttons and the levers of government.
But because he didn't do this, they've run and tried to say, oh, he can't talk about it now.
It's all reclassified.
And that's the reason that we're coming down.
They're trying to charge him with nonsense.
Again, it's all politics.
you know, a classification place.
And they're trying to say that he didn't have the power to do that in the first place.
It's totally a misunderstanding and an intentional perversion of the powers of the president.
So they're trying to charge him with nonsense.
Again, it's all politics.
They're trying to scare him.
But the facts of the matter are Trump declassified these documents They are unclassified.
They can't be reclassified because they've been made public.
They've been put in the public domain.
How far they've gone is another matter.
Were they read?
That's another matter.
But they have been declared Unclassified.
Therefore, they are owned and controlled, and the American people have a right to review them.
So, the Supreme Court should say, when the President said the American people need to see these, at that moment, they became unclassified, and they cannot be put back into that bottle.
The genie's already out, but we're going to witness this whole thing play out legally, Jim.
I think your point is that the very idea of reclassifying has the elements of a sting.
They didn't notify Trump they were reclassifying, but I agree with you.
Once they're declassified, they're in the public domain, it's over.
Pauli, your thoughts?
Well, I'm wondering if this could also be a big news cycle cover up, if there's more information about perhaps the Bidens and Hunter, perhaps more information coming out about that.
And also, I wouldn't be surprised if we're going to see a lot of criminality coming out of the Democrats as far as the midterms go.
So I think this is another attempt to try to keep something else in the news cycle.
I think this is what we'd also call like a nothing burger, the fact that there's really nothing that they've been able to find or charge Trump with.
It was a raid and an opportunity, I think, to fill up the news cycle, perhaps.
I'm not exactly sure.
I don't think they're, if they found something, they would have stuck it to him already.
So I think this is more like an attempt as a sort of diversion from some big news that could be coming out, which we know.
There's plenty of instances, like let's say the bleach bit and the laptops and everything like that the Democrats did last, a couple election cycles ago, right, with Clinton and her private servers and all All kinds of DNC, the Blackberries and the Awans and all kinds of information that showed the money laundering and the pay for play and everything that happened within the Democrats.
So the fact that they want to use the FBI raid to go after Trump is basically showing that there's no information there.
Yeah, I agree that if they actually had something on Trump, they would have announced it already.
Here's a point Scott's been making.
Trump declassified documents that prove crimes of the FBI.
Biden reclassified them and never told him.
Unbelievable.
Breaking was Mar-a-Lago raid over the FBI's Spygate documents.
Breaking, Trump confirms documents were declassified.
Asked when the Obama Library will be raided.
Number one, it was all declassified.
Number two, they didn't need to seize anything they could have had at any time they wanted without playing politics.
And breaking at Mar-a-Lago, it was in secure storage with an additional lock put on per their request.
All they had to do was ask.
The bigger problem is, what are they doing with the 33 million pages of documents, many of which are classified, that President Obama took to Chicago?
Here's another.
If true, whoever changed it back to classified might be the latest, greatest lawyer in history because that person or people knew the documents Trump took and that they were declassified when he took them.
Yeah, about that.
Can information be reclassified?
Yes, information that has not previously been disclosed to the public under proper authority may be classified or reclassified after an agency has received a request for it under FOIA, Presidential Record Act 44 U.S.C., or the mandatory review provisions.
Documents were already declassified.
I meant to have it here for us.
Here we go.
Here we do have it for us.
There's a distinction between national security and criminal cases.
And in this instance, it seems to me from the public reporting and the Attorney General's conduct that this is going on pursuant to a national security investigation, which takes it out of the criminal division and into the national security division where I used to work.
And the receipts that are now becoming publicly available show vague descriptions of things because the government is likely going to come in and say some of this stuff was classified.
But it doesn't seem to be the case when Donald Trump issued sweeping declassification orders on multiple occasions, both as president on multiple times.
So that's going to be a distinction that we need to watch for.
And it's incumbent upon the government, the DOJ, to tell us what happened.
OK, so you just touched on something that I want to dig into here with you.
Which is the declassification process and what your position was at the time and whether or not you were involved because we know there's a procedure that has to take place.
The president can't just, you know, sort of wave over a bunch of boxes and say this is all declassified.
Can you take us through the process where these documents were declassified by this president?
Yeah, so the normal process, and I was the Deputy, you know, there's multiple occasions, but I think I was serving as Deputy Director of National Intelligence.
If we needed to declassify through the normal chain of command for lower-level employees, we'd have to go through a rigorous process to do that procedurally.
But the President of the United States is and always been the ultimate unilateral classification authority to classify and declassify.
If he says something is declassified, that's it.
Then it's declassified.
He issued a strong statement in October of 2020 to classify all Russiagate in all Hillary Clinton documents, and that's up on, you know, publicly available.
And then at the end of his administration in December and January, he felt so much more information needed to be classified.
He declassified whole sets of documents that should have come out.
Now, the GSA has since come out, the Government Service Administration, said they mistakenly packed some boxes and moved them to Mar-a-Lago.
That's not on the president.
That's on the National Archives to sort that material out.
They cannot prosecute him for intentionally, even if it was classified, which is highly unlikely to issue these sweeping orders, like we went through with the Hillary Clinton saga, they'll never meet the burden of intent because the president didn't pack it up and take it himself.
The GSA has said they did it and they made a mistake, and that should have been really the end of it.
It should have been a cordial subpoena where, at most, where they said, OK, we just need this and we'll get the rest back to you.
I mean, President Obama and President Clinton still have classified materials in their possession in their homes that they have not released to this day, per the National Archives.
So are you saying that these particular documents that were at Mar-a-Lago were all declassified in that December-January period of what year?
I'm saying, well, the end of 2020 and early 2021, before the President left, I think, whole sets of documents were.
You know, I don't know what was chipped down there because I wasn't the GSA people moving those documents.
Only they do.
They packed them.
They admitted that they packed them, which is their job, and transported them there and stored them somewhere.
So the GSA could provide a lot more clarity to us on how and what was moved.
And the GSA could have worked with the Department of Justice.
That would have been my move as a national security prosecutor who brought terrorism cases all the time.
This is an extreme national security measure taken for what seems to be a wholly unnecessary national security approach.
Alright, so you're saying the GSA packed these boxes, they've already admitted that they sent some of them there in error.
So then when in June, when they went in with the subpoena and they collected the boxes, apparently then, you know, According to one line of this story, somebody said, no, there's actually more here, and you need to come back for what is here, because it shouldn't be here.
Do you think that is what happened?
And the Secret Service individual was involved in that, is one of the storylines that we're pursuing.
Yeah, I don't know who that individual is, but I think it was clear from President Trump's statements that I believe he put out on Truth Social that he invited whoever was there in June or whatever date we're talking about to look and have whatever they want and come back, and I'm paraphrasing, to see whatever they needed.
So if that was the case, which it seems to be because the DOJ has not controverted that statement, then they could have come back because of the voluntary cooperation.
I don't know, I don't have any details outside of media reporting in terms of that incident.
I think that reveals the fraud of the whole business.
There are, I think, another story here.
We can combine and comment about both, if I'm not right.
New details emerge about Trump raid, and it doesn't look good for the FBI.
New alleged details hint, Glenn Bent observed, Trump faced attacks from every direction.
He's not been found guilty or has any real solid evidence against him.
He detailed a long list of investigation accusation lawsuits against Trump.
The latest, puzzling revelation about the raid on Mar-a-Lago.
Why did they refuse to give Trump's lawyer a copy of the warrant, for example?
Sources have alleged his attorney was kept 10 feet away, not allowed to actually read it, which is against the law.
An inordinate amount of time spent going through Melania Trump's closet and her drawers.
I suspect they were panty-sniffing.
Did they have the proper authority to break into his safe, which turned out to be empty?
The warrant better damn well say they can break into that safe, because the law is you can't just go into somebody's house and tear it apart.
You have to have a pretty good idea what you're looking for to have permission for those specific areas.
It's a safe.
We're going to have a safe cracker.
They could crack his safe.
The fact it was empty is revealing, in my opinion, that Trump may have known they were going to pull a stunt like this.
The FBI even broke into a specific safe room containing National Archive material, which he'd been sold needed to be kept locked, but he haven't had two locks on it at their request.
There's more coming out.
Meanwhile, he says they were already declassified under a standing order when he was president.
He had a standing order documents removed from the Oval Office taken to the residence were deemed to be declassified.
The power to classify and declassify rests solely with the President.
The idea of some paper-pushing bureaucrat with classification authority delegated by the President needs to approve of declassification is absurd.
Here's more about it.
Trump reported that the classified material were declassified under the standing order, likely to become the focus of his legal defense, whether he stole records, which I think is just absurd on its face, the legal principle of president, vice president, or the ultimate declassifying authority.
George W. Bush and Barack Obama specifically exempted the President and the Vice President from having to follow stringent declassification procedures.
What a Republican and what a Democrat.
Note, the very fact they were present means they couldn't have been classified.
As we can all relate, everyone stands up to having to bring home their work from time to time, and Presidents are no different.
According to an anonymous leak, the items taken included 20 boxes, 11 sats, 10 top-secret docs, sensitive compartmented binders of photos, clemency order for Roger Stone, information about the president of France, a handwritten note.
Number one, Trump said it was all declassified.
Number two, they didn't seem to seize anything.
They could have had it any time they wanted.
Donald Trump's office said the classified material were declassified under a standing order when he was president.
Scott, your thoughts on all of the above?
Well, I've handled classified, top-secret, secret material.
I was a Department of Defense courier.
I carried a .45 on my hip and a .357 around my ankle and multiple blades at all times.
I know how these things are handled.
I know what is done.
There's incredible clumsiness in describing the simplicity of all this and complicating it with nonsense, like Marsha McCallum is an idiot.
The simple fact of the matter is this.
All classified material, top secret, secret, top secret, sensitive, compartmentalized information is solely the responsibility of the President of the United States to declassify at his will.
He has the highest security clearance in the land.
That being said, every single document that is classified confidential, secret, top secret, and top secret sensitive compartmentalized information has to be double wrapped
uh in in uh two folders at least uh taped up put into a special uh travel bag that is locked uh and then it is uh carried by men or women with clearances with the clearances equivalent to the documents Uh, the CD, or the audio tape, or whatever the material is.
So, when you handle these materials, they are double wrapped, and you have to have a clearance, and you go from point A to point B, and if anything gets in your way, you shoot to kill.
I don't care if it's a cop, or a senator, or whoever, when you are transmitting, you're transporting classified documentation, nothing gets in your way.
So, whatever, however these documents were handled in Washington and packed up.
They were most likely if they were classified in any degree they should have been double wrapped and handled by people with clearances escorted down on military aircraft into the skiff.
The sensitive compartmentalized information facility.
It is not a safe room, as Glenn Beck clumsily falls over himself.
It is a skiff.
It is a military-grade, air-proof, sound-proof, radiation-proof vault.
The government installs, the military installs, that can be quite large because you enter skiffs to have conversations, you enter skiffs to show videos, they are impregnable areas of space that nothing can see into or hear into.
I've been there, I know what they are.
So the president had a skiff In his facility, just like everybody else, every other president has, the military set it up so he can have these documents in there.
Now whoever the agent were, here's the thing Jim, whoever these agents were that set foot inside the SCIF, they had to have a top secret SCI clearance.
If they didn't, then they, whoever was behind all this, should be prosecuted.
You can't go into a SCIF You can't touch anything that's classified or anything with the classification cover letter.
They have cover letters that say top secret.
They're big red cover letters.
I know.
So any agent, any police officer, That kind of Gomer Pyle walked in there and went into this skiff.
All of these men, they had better have had a top secret SCI clearance or else all hell should be paid for because the FBI can't do this.
No one can do this except people with the security clearances.
You can't go in and look at documents.
You can't go into a stiff.
You can't handle documents.
You can't take documents out.
You can't put them in a box and take them outside.
These are like radioactive items of material.
That's how we're trained to treat them.
And this whole thing smacks of a political extortion plan.
So they're not following TSSEI classification protocols.
This is a military national security issue.
Remember, the National Security Agency is run by the military.
So the military should have been leading anything like this.
But they, you know, again, let's fall back to the politics.
This is not a legitimate investigation.
It is not a legitimate issue.
Hell, if they went into Barack Obama's house or Skiff or Clinton, they'd probably find Polaroid pictures of Bill Clinton sodomizing goats.
Barack Obama doing the same to the little children that he brought over from Chicago under the hot dogs and pizza flag.
But this whole thing was... there's no legal grounds to this whatsoever.
In fact, this should blow back because I guarantee you that's your mistake.
No one had a clearance to go into that skiff.
No one had a clearance to open up a box.
No one had a clearance to pack anything.
Now, that being said, why did they do this?
Well, I wrote about this the day it happened.
Be advised, the Obama, the F, I'm sorry, well I should say the Obama, it's the same thing as Joe Biden, the walking zombie puppet, but these leftists have tried to orchestrate an offensive provocation maneuver.
They've stuck their thumb in the eye of the American people by doing what has never happened in the history of this country.
They've went after a president.
They've given the impression of breaking down his door, going in and getting documents.
This was a thumb in the eye to every American Trump supporter.
Why?
Because they're trying to trigger and set up Seditious, rebellion, outrage acts.
They're trying to get people to shoot, come up shooting.
They've already had, and they probably set it up, incidents at the FBI.
People are already going to events or barricades and allegedly shooting in the air and then killing themselves.
They're trying to provoke this seemingly January 6th all over again.
They're trying to get every Trump supporter to go and try and burn down the FBI buildings like they were a bunch of savages in Wisconsin all over again during the riots that occurred in the summer of 2020.
Conservatives aren't doing that, but that's at the heart of why they've done this.
They are setting up Uh, events and trying to trigger conditions that will allow them to transition into more of a martial law police state.
The Trump people are doing what they did on January 6th all over again, so therefore we need to suspend the elections.
Therefore, everybody's got to vote by paper and mail it in to your Dropbox.
Oh.
Therefore, oh, guess what?
Somebody just popped and killed Joe Biden.
So now we're going to put in a new person as vice president or whatever.
And I've said they're going to put in Gavin Newsom.
But they are setting up him to purposely cause disruption operations.
And I think the intel that I'm getting from people on high level command are saying October 29, They are going to suspend the elections.
And this to me seems like the setup for all of that.
But I'll end it there and hand it back to you.
Well, I don't think they're going to get away with it, in all honesty.
Holly, your thoughts?
Sorry.
Just reminds me a lot of-- I think there could be more information coming out about the Obama presidential records A lot of his records were supposedly moved to his presidential library.
And they're supposed to be digitized and put online for everyone, and that still hasn't happened yet.
And Trump had mentioned that as well.
What happened to 30 million pages of documents taken from the White House to Chicago from Obama's presidency?
All of that has still been hidden.
I think you swear they're going to make it available to the general public at some point, and that still hasn't happened yet.
So I think something interesting could be coming out of that.
And so this could possibly be a cover for that information.
It's basically unprecedented for all of it to be moved to a library instead of being publicly available.
Good.
Meanwhile, Fed sees documents from Trump home back in June.
CNN is reporting they see sensitive documents back in June in the wake of the unprecedented raid on Monday.
A subpoena was issued in June before a meeting at the Trump home and were shown some documents in the basement.
CNN said attorneys gave investigators documents labeled top secret or higher They had pleasantries, he abridged their effort, dropped in on them, greeted them.
The ones said to have executed Monday's search warrant, including from a witness, that there were further documents of concern.
A tip is supposed to have come following the meeting with Trump's attorneys and documents being handed over.
A subpoena was received on June 22nd for security camera footage of the residents, for example.
Following the latest search, Trump spokesman Taylor Budwig said the unprecedented, absolutely unnecessary raid was only the latest and most egregious act of hostility by the White House.
It's taken days for the Justice Department to make any attempt to clear up confusion on Monday's raid.
Critics wondered why President Biden's potential 2024 opponent would be targeted in such a high-profile manner, but the question answers itself.
The FBI cancels a $100 million Chinese Communist Party contract after its potential for spying is uncovered.
If you want to know the stupidity at the highest level of our intelligence agencies, here it is.
The FBI has canceled a contract for a National China Guard that would have sat on one of the highest points in Washington.
It was quietly killed after they became suspicious of its use for espionage activities.
The pagoda the Chinese wanted to build would have had a prime position for spying activities.
They wanted to circumvent customs through diplomacy, a way for U.S.
officials not to inspect what they were sending over to build the pagoda.
It's not the first time the Chinese have pulled a stunt like this.
They've begun investigating in American land, especially critical infrastructure near military bases.
An investigator already showed that the company Huawei, linked to the Chinese Communist Party, planned to set up equipment on a cell tower during a military installation in the Midwest before the project was shut down.
The project dates back to the Obama admin.
The FBI claims the CCP can intercept secret information from the DOT and U.S.
Strategic Command, including about our nuclear weapons.
This gets into some of the most sensitive stuff we do.
The CCP repeatedly already owns 192,000 acres of U.S.
farmland worth $1.9 billion.
FBI Director Ray Schumbach said they open about 2,000 investigations into the CCP daily.
And that's not even talking about their cyber theft.
I mean, that's got to be a misprint.
They have a bigger hacking program than every other major nation combined, more than American personal and corporate data than all the other nations themselves.
Meanwhile, Marjorie Taylor Greene introduces articles of impeachment against the Attorney General following the unprecedented raid.
According to the warrant, The FBI was on a fishing expedition, hoping to find anything incriminating against the cleanest American president in U.S.
history.
After six years of investigation, harassment, leaks, and conspiracy, the wicked DC establishment has yet to uncover one single hack Trump took that broke a U.S.
law.
A warrant ordered an FBI agent to confiscate any government or presidential records created between January 20, 2017 and January 20, 2021.
2017 and January 20, 2017, 21.
Look how huge it is.
Tell me without telling me the Trump raid was a fishing expedition, right?
Any government record from that period?
Human events posted a copy of the warrant.
It turns out that Marjorie Taylor Greene has introduced docs to impeach crackpot communist Merrick Garland, who the man lies to his teeth as he destroys the U.S.
judicial system.
She's bringing forth a resolution in the House following the raid.
Here's a copy of her impeachment resolution.
That lady has more balls than any man in the house, I gotta tell you.
And you know, here's a key element.
The warrant was issued on Friday.
What urgency did it have that they took the weekend off and only executed on Monday?
And by the way, there's a standing policy not to conduct any politically sensitive operation within 90 days of an election.
This happened 91 days before.
Two and two equals, Scott.
There's funny things about this all over the place.
The time stamp or the written time of 12-12.
When does that happen?
The warrant being signed by a magistrate judge, not a higher level judge.
This is a magistrate.
This is a lawyer that's been at this position.
And this judge, this magistrate judge, Was the lawyer that represented or had a part of the Jeffrey Epstein defense?
All of this smells and is coming out.
So, this has been a political prosecution against Trump.
They had no grounds for this kind of an action.
Again, the first time in the history of the United States they've done this to the President.
To a President of the United States, that is a paradigm shift.
And it shows the contempt, the arrogance, the bureaucratic hostility that Merrick Garland and these other handlers of Biden are exemplifying.
And they should, Marjorie Taylor Greene's articles of impeachment certainly are perfect.
She should replace, you know, McCarthy as the speaker, I think.
But the thing to zero down on is The security clearances of every single agent and person that went into that skiff, period, and the chain of custody of every document, every box, every single piece of material that was in that skiff, Who had chain of custody?
Because if one person had chain of custody, or took it out, or moved it, and they didn't have a security clearance, anyone that goes in that room, if they didn't have a top secret SCI security clearance, it's fruit of the poisonous tree.
It's inadmissible.
It's tainted.
That's the other thing.
All of this stuff, the warrant covered, this is not a fishing expedition.
Anything that is Grabbed, that is not part of a legitimate warrant, is fruit of the poisonous tree and it can't be included.
Plus, the other thing is, you know, this whole going in and weaponizing against Trump.
I think all of this is, when it's looked at from a legal point of view, they're going to find all of this, you know, there's no justification whatsoever.
It was all a political move, Jim.
Clearly, I couldn't agree more.
Holly, your thoughts?
Well, I think a lot of this has to do with setting the stage for 2020, the midterms coming up, trying to give the mainstream news a bunch of negative stories that they can run to try to cover, especially as we start to see Democrats probably openly rigging, trying to rig the midterms again.
And so they're going to try to push it.
It seemed like, oh, the Trump administration, all this criminality and anyone associated with him or anyone who misses the good old days.
We see what oil gasoline prices are down to like $405 right now.
So I've seen articles where they're talking about how Biden is doing such a great job right now.
He's reducing the oil prices.
And I think instead of really talking about how great Biden is, which we know people aren't going to fall for, They're just trying to trash Trump a bunch so that people, anyone who's even associated with Trump in the midterms, they're hoping won't stand a chance.
But obviously this is just blowing up in their face right now.
Yeah, I think so.
I think it's backfiring massively.
It's actually galvanized the American people.
Get this now, you want a disturbing story.
Biden planning to protect us from cash beginning December 13th.
Some of America's smartest men, including Robert Kiyosaki, investment guru and author of a personal finance book, Rich Dad Poor Dad, have some choice words for Executive Order 14067.
It would behoove you to listen.
His executive order describes it as the most treasonous in U.S.
history.
The creation of a central bank digital currency, or CBDC, is communism in its purest form, encouraging Americans to stay at work.
He's joined by Jim Rickards, another economist, who's calling it a step toward the end of cash, the greenback, in circulation since the founding fathers.
The new digital tokens can be turned off if the government doesn't like what you're doing, what you're saying, where you're going, how you're voting.
He has four decades of experience on Wall Street, by the way, criticizing it, Bitcoin's evil cousin.
He also exposed a supposed singular event called C-Day, which, according to him, will take place on December 13, 2022, and disrupt the traditional financial system of the United States.
When it happens, paper money will be worthless.
The U.S.
dollar will crash.
Consumers paying in excess of basic needs will be restricted.
People holding too much money will be penalized.
Executive order entitled Ensuring Responsible Development of Digital Assets includes developing policy plans and organization of federal regulators, of course, including any future dollar payment system should be designed in a way consistent with United States priority.
That really means Joe Biden.
That really means Deep State.
That really means the World Economic Forum.
That really means the Communist Party.
And democratic values including privacy protection and ensure the global financial system.
Notice global financial system has appropriate transparency connectivity and platform interoperability.
International Monetary Fund said in a blog they can be a more effective solution compared to credit and debit cards in terms of energy efficiency.
Now think about that phrase energy efficiency.
They're talking about how many transactions are involved.
If you have a uniform currency, the same for all nations, that's maximum energy efficiency from the International Monetary Fund.
They are promoting this, all this, which is terribly, terribly bad.
Thanks a second for a Biden's order.
I believe the dollar, the standard since 1792, will be replaced by a new currency, the digital dollar.
I call this Biden Box because I want to take full credit for what I consider to be crimes.
This is not like the money in your online bank account.
No, it's new and different.
Every digital dollar will be a programmable token like Bitcoin or other cryptocurrency.
But there's a big difference.
Cryptocurrencies are decentralized.
Instead of it, plays out the way I see it, Biden bucks will have the full backing of the U.S.
Reserve.
They will replace the cash or fiat dollar and soon will be the sole mandatory currency of the United States.
He agrees, Kiyosuke, but in this climate of fear Biden is creating, he has a Fed in his corner.
When Biden Boxer rolled out, many experts, myself included, believe it will begin an era of total government control and surveillance.
This is not hyperbole.
This would dramatically expand the power and influence of the federal government, essentially acting as a new type of spyware.
With Biden bucks, the government will be able to force you to comply with its agenda.
If you don't, they can turn off your money.
This will be like freezing a bank account.
It will be much easier.
Just think what it will mean if Biden gets his way.
Just think of what it will mean.
You want to keep your internal combustion engine car?
Your digital dollar suddenly won't pay for gas.
You'll be forced to buy electric.
Rickerts calls it the tip of the fascist iceberg.
America will become a surveillance state like China or North Korea.
Is this just talk?
No.
It's executive order 14067.
By the authority invested in me as president by the constitutional laws of the United States.
Look it up, Scott.
Wow.
Well, it's disturbing if it is true and it's also unconstitutional.
I think the states, again, we're witnessing the almost lobotomized hysterical power grab by federal federalists and the federal government of the Democrat fascists and their rhino equivalents.
Mitch McConnell, incidentally, it's funny that Mitch McConnell, the leader of the Senate, when questioned about Trump's raids, stuck his turtleneck face of retardation straight ahead and said, I'm here to talk about something else.
Didn't talk about debate upon Trump.
He didn't talk about the first time in the history of the United States this was done.
He didn't demonstrate outrage.
He is a traitor, and he should be executed as a traitor after due process of law.
But Mitch McConnell and half these rhinos have been part of this Democrat fascistic push, this financial planned scam, of course.
Is geared towards this whole hyper-globalization, labeling people, chipping people, social credit system people.
They're trying to push this globalist plan.
Now are the American people going to stand by and allow it to happen?
Or are they going to burn down and destroy and execute everyone that's trying to do this?
I think the latter.
Because, you know, you can't put the genie back in the box.
The American people have been waking up when Trump was brought into office in 2016.
They knew the Wicked Witch of the East.
They didn't want her, Hillary Clinton.
They knew of her crimes, and they voted for Trump.
And Trump, despite his incompetence of understanding how to run as a government, as president, he stumbled through, and he was betrayed by his own people, Pompeo and Haley and Bolton.
He was betrayed, of course, by the Democrats, but for the American people, he seemingly carried on.
But all of this stuff has woken up the American people to such a point that they're not going to allow this sort of thing to occur, Jim.
Whether it's revolution or not, I mean, it could be.
And or the 87,000 IRS agents that are put upon them, that could trigger it also.
There's a lot of talk about similarities to the original American Revolution and taxation to this.
So all of these financial shenanigans and these actions and these confiscations of cash and gold and potentialities, Again, I think the American people are not going to tolerate these actions, but the left and the Democrats don't understand that.
They think that they can push and harm and twist the arm of the American people, and they're eventually going to bow and succumb and submit, because they did it in COVID.
I was watching some of the old shows that you and I, Don, did in March of 2020, and everything we said back then has come to pass.
And the Democrats use that to extort and abuse and enslave the American people to the point now that they think they can continue these power grabs and Americans are going to submit to it.
I don't think so.
I think at the end of that, they're quiet.
They're not loud.
They're not going to be projecting their intended actions.
But when they take the actions that they need to take, I think they're going to be quite explosive and deadly for the enemies of the Constitution.
Jim?
Yes, yes, yes.
The fact that the IRS, the 87,000, are being recruited, provided they have the ability to apply lethal force, that the IRS is acquiring automatic weapons and vast stockpile.
Why in God's name would an IRS agent need to be qualified in the application of legal force?
I think every American is appalled by what's going on here.
Polly, we have the opportunity for your preliminary thoughts, and you can add more after the break, your thoughts.
Yeah, I just, I wanted to say quickly, I don't know who would want to sign up for that IRS job right now.
That sounds like a terrifying job, doesn't sound like a good idea to sign up for something like that.
And if you're an American citizen, or if you live in your country, or your country folk, that sounds like a bad, bad idea.
It doesn't really matter how much money.
They're going to pay you.
And as far as CBDC, I think we've kind of seen a soft rollout with that as far as all the money printing and all the handouts, all the lockdown money and the pandemic money that was handed out, universal basic income.
And they've been trying to acclimate people to this idea of just the government just controlling the money and printing as much as they need.
And There's no end to it in sight.
Obviously they're trying to crash the U.S.
dollar.
There's nothing backing it.
That's why they're just printing money like crazy.
And then you see these cities and states.
The state of California is saying that they could actually be Not have enough money through taxes for their budget for next year.
So they're claiming that they could possibly go bankrupt here.
And it's just through all the money printing and money laundering that is going on.
And so there's definitely a Desire to crash certain areas of the United States.
I think I might try to roll out CBDC in certain areas of, you know, desperate areas and people who have corrupt politicians, like perhaps like New York or Chicago and make it seem great.
Like, here's your debit card full of money.
Spend it how you want, similar to universal basic income.
And then from there, they can try to expand it and acclimate people to it.
And I think some people will enjoy it, but I think majority of people will see that it's dangerous.
Thanks, Holly.
Don, take us out.
Oh, yeah.
Dangerous times all right.
Everything from nuclear war in Ukraine to Trump and money and things.
These are vital things that we need to be aware of here on Clues vs. News here on August 14th.
This is the first hour.
I've seen the second hour.
You're going to want to come back for that too, folks.
So, thanks for watching this one.
