Welcome back, folks!
This is Truth vs. News, incorporated on August the 7th.
The heat of the summer is on us, and we got some hot stories, and you missed a heck of a good basic show on the first hour.
If you haven't seen it, watch it now.
Otherwise, let's get into things like AOC.
How is she doing?
Well, it's ludicrous, Don, that Democrats, or some, seem to think she's their best shot against Trump.
I mean, this is ridiculous beyond words.
In 2016, Trump defeated Hillary, the Republican establishment, to win an historic election.
The Dems have not made the same changes.
Hillary and Biden are both establishmentarians who won their respective elections by defeating socialist Bernie Sanders, meaning even their nominations.
and preventing a left-wing populist movement from taking the White House.
According to Democrat consultant Michael Hopkins, AOC, also known as the future of the Democratic Party, but also as occasional cortex, because she's half-witted and a bit of an idiot, is less of a personality, more of a movement, and a force to be racking is less of a personality, more of a movement, and a In the age of social media and quick soundbites, no Democrat is more prepared to embarrass a bully like Trump, he asserted.
She's the voice of a movement.
The candor with which he discusses the challenges of daily life provides a strong indication.
She's not only a persona created for public consumption, but not tied to corporations, a prodigious small dollar fundraiser, and has the potential to out trump Trump in a way no other politician has been able to do.
Frankly, I think this is a ludicrous idea.
According to CNN, 75% of Democrats want Biden to replace.
The number is up from 51%.
According to a poll by Harvard on Monday, it was found Trump has a lead over Biden by a margin of four.
It's overwhelmingly greater.
It might be on the order of 40, not four.
This is just ridiculous.
It's not apparent whether AOC intends to wage a significant campaign against a Democrat establishment.
She came to the conclusion in 2000 that she'd be better off remaining in her far-left House district, where she faces no competition and can maintain her national relevance, rather than from running against the establishment candidate Kurt Schumer, In 2022 to be the, you know, I mean, it's crazy.
Meanwhile, a Michigan town votes to defund a library over LGBTQ material.
How appropriate.
People in Jamestown voted 62% of 37 against proving a millage that would have been applied to resident property taxes to fund the Patmos library.
It followed a dispute over a book called Gender Queer, a memoir.
By Maya Kabobe, which had appeared in the adult graphic novel section, prompted some to speak out against the content at library board meetings.
Jamestown Conservatives objected to the author's story, coming out as non-binary, handing out flyers in red.
Pray that we can make changes and make the Patmos Library a safe and neutral place for our children.
The library director resigned in the spring, citing harassment claims she was indoctrinating children.
According to Bridge Michigan Yard Science, I'm here to head of the vote.
50% millage increase to groom our kids?
Vote no on library.
Without the millage, the library board president told they're likely to run out of funding in the fall of 2023 after the reserves at 325th hour used up.
Meris Kreitzman, book editor for Vulture, called the vote catastrophic.
A potential close of Patmos Lab Library, which will only be avoided if they vote again on renewing the village, and ain't gonna happen, comes as Republicans and federal, state, and local are promoting a nationwide battle over the materials teachers and librarians can share with children.
Rhonda Santa signed a bill earlier this year barring public school educators from having classroom discussion about gender identity in the LGBTQ plus community.
Good for him!
Republicans in at least 36 states have proposed bills to restrict public school lessons related to racism, the contribution of people of specific races or ethnic backgrounds, and related issues.
The panic over gender identity and race discussion was always a cover to strip schools and libraries of public funding, claimed Jason Lincas, deputy editor of the New Republic.
The threat to Baton Rouge's library demonstrated while forces opposed to public libraries, schools, and taxes Actually, everyone's for public library schools and taxes.
Our culture warring so hard.
This is just stupid.
The vote in Jamestown followed a month-long effort by Ridgeland, Mississippi Mayor Gene McGee to withhold $110,000 from its library because of the LGBTQ plus material.
They reached an agreement in April, the city agreeing it does not have the authority to limit what appears on the library shelf.
Well, to hell with that!
Malton rejected a claim by Jamestown Conservatives that will be a wake-up call.
Take LGB books off the shelf and then they'll give us money?
What do you call that?
Ransom?
We stand behind the fact our community is made up of a very diverse group of individuals and we as the library cater to that diversity.
Meanwhile, In a critical step to fight monkeypox, the Biden admin has declared an emergency.
Following growing activist pressure and criticism, the Biden admin declared monkeypox a national public health emergency, a move empowering federal agencies to better direct resources toward combating the outbreak, which has affected thousands of Americans.
Turns out to be a gay disease, principally affecting only those who engage in anal intercourse.
Speaking on an afternoon press briefing, Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra said the admin is preparing to take our response to the next level in addressing the virus.
We urge every American to take monkey pox seriously.
The admin's move follows a July 23rd World Health Organization global health emergency declaration, which was not supported by the advisory committed but taken by the head of the WHO is not even a doctor.
Democrat Governor Kathy Henschel, a known petty tyrant, said this will allow us to respond more aggressively by increasing testing, treatment, and vaccination.
Human Rights Campaign tweeted, Biden has now declared the monkeypox virus a public health emergency.
The government used this emergency to leverage every resource at our nation's disposal to equitably ramp up vaccine testing in 2020.
This is dire and needs immediate action.
Infectious disease experts and activists have criticized what they say is a federal government's lack of urgency, which has infected more than 6,600 Meanwhile, the Times reported the government is now distributing about 1.1 million doses, less than a third of the 3.5 million that health officials now estimate are needed.
What I expect to see would have been a more vigorous kind of a response based on lessons we learned from COVID-19.
As well as lessons we've learned from the HIV response, said Dr. Fadel Sater, founder and director of the International Center for AIDS Care and Treatment program at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health.
When you have an outbreak, the most important thing is you have to act fast.
You have to mobilize.
You have to rally all your assets to work together really quickly to be able to do what's needed.
Let me just add a word, a caveat on my own observation.
I do not believe in censorship.
I've had six of my books banned by Amazon.com.
In my opinion, they belong in every library.
So it's got to be approached in a more critical fashion, perhaps by segregating those books into a special area that requires adult supervision.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, you know, I agree with you, Jim.
The expansion of knowledge and debate and conversation in the pursuit of knowledge and wisdom is the essential nutrients and nourishment that human beings need to continue to grow civilization.
The absence of that leads to the decay and the disintegration of civilization.
Again, like a Like a sandcastle to a rainstorm or the tide.
We're just melting.
And what's most alarming, of course, is the banning of books and information, is the hysteria and the idiocy and the lack of any truth and knowledge on the part of these people.
Alex Jones is an example, your work is an example.
So, we're looking at the complete mental deformity of the society, but that branch excluded, there are very smart people.
There's probably more smart people now than ever before in the United States.
In a sense, the alternative media types, the Don Gronn audience types that watch Truth Vs. News, those who know you and Einholer and others, there's a growing awakening.
Yep.
But, you know, in a sense you have to write off the rest.
And this transitioning to the monkeypox thing, look, we've said it before, monkeypox is no doubt the effect of the COVID-19 vaccine that suppresses the immune system to such a degree that it can no longer withstand average infections or sicknesses or little diseases or little things that traditionally the immune system has always suppressed.
Now, because of the COVID-19 suppression of the immune system, which all homosexuals and lesbians and such no doubt get, they're all addicted to this mantra of the vaccine, they're now suffering this sexually degenerate form of disease.
And I expect other things, too.
Shingles, as you said, and all sorts of other things are going to be emerging.
And it does not surprise me.
It's sickening that they're pushing this health emergency order and all that.
I think they're going to try and introduce another shutdown, lockdown, perhaps coming up again October 29th.
They may try and introduce something like this to shut down the polls.
Here's what I predict, too, going back to the earlier story about AOC being the Democrat candidate.
You know, again, Trump won the election.
The majority of people in this country voted for Donald Trump.
That hasn't changed.
They're not abandoning Trump.
In fact, more people have come and more people would be voting for Trump or DeSantis or the conservative Republican, whoever it is, Because the Democrats have lost all integrity, all authority, all honesty, and all mental clarity.
They're gone.
And the majority of people in this country recognize that.
They're quiet about it.
They're not vocal.
But in their hearts, when they go into that voting booth, they're going to pull that lever for the conservative Republican with a vengeance.
And they're going to yell out, yeehaw, you bastard Democrats!
Get this!
So there is going to be a massive vote against Democrats, but I would say again, I bet my money on this.
They're going to remove Kamala Harris.
Gavin Newsom is going to be inserted into the vice president spot.
Then they're going to remove Biden or he's going to die or he's going to be assassinated.
I think he's going to be assassinated to generate the Manchurian candidate martyrdom.
And then Gavin Newsom is going to pick AOC as his vice president.
Gavin Newsom is going to emerge Uh, as the savior who can talk down the Chinese who may be, uh, initiating action against the United States, uh, you know, coming close to the borders and then Gavin Newsom tries to pop up there and say, I'll save the day.
I know the Chinese.
I bought $500 billion worth of masks from the Chinese.
They love me.
And then the Chinese, you know, something may happen.
I predict something like that.
And also, that would be the moment the country would flip into civil war and tyranny because Gavin Newsom and the Democrats in general want to make white, Protestant, heterosexual, and religious people in general the new domestic enemy.
And they are chomping at the bit to open up a, you know, Night of the Long Knives, yellow stars in every conservative, mandatory, you know, knocking on the door that the administration, the Department of Justice, will try and do.
The Democrats can never back down.
They are ratcheting up.
They can never unratchet.
And this means, inevitably, civil war.
Well, in one form shape of another.
It's inevitably going to lead to a kinetic engagement, which I don't have any fear of.
The left doesn't even know how to aim a gun, never know fire it, or do tactical maneuvers.
Conservatives do.
The veterans do.
And any police that don't get on the right side of the conservatives and the veterans are going to be considered the enemy of my enemy is my friend, or if you're impediment, you're going to be knocked out of the way.
So I think all of the Democrat ratcheting it up and their preparation for suspending of the elections and doing things is inevitably going to lead to a civil war.
And it's we may see it sometime in the next three months, Jim.
I wish I could give a good argument against that, Scott.
I've already seen some articles talking about rolling out Newsom for 2024 and trying to stump him and see if they can get him to replace Biden.
Obviously Democrats don't want to run Biden and AOC is just an opportunity to fundraise like Beto O'Rourke and some of these other people.
They can just kind of reach out to like the two pro-liberals of the Democrat Party and just take a bunch of money.
They know that those candidates really aren't going anywhere as far as Any sort of larger desirability to run for a larger office like that?
Maybe she'll take over for Chuck Schumer when Schumer's finally, like, way too old to be in office anymore, which could still be a while.
And then, of course, they're going to try to roll out, like, the different diseases.
We knew this was going to happen.
They got to keep that gambit going.
They want a biometric.
Nice.
Nice points.
Very good, Holly.
Very good.
Meanwhile, we have the Alex Jones Phenomenon.
they need the money they need the printing of the money they need to keep all of this going as far as the medical tyranny nice nice points very good holly very good meanwhile we have the alex phenomenon trial awards 45 million more to sandy hook parents
the jury reached a decision on punitive damages a day after awarding more than 4 million in compensatory damages to the parents of a child who was not killed in this 2012 sandy hook school shooting which mr jones has called a hoax For context now, this is being written by Tiffany Hsu.
The more than $49 million in total damages Jones has been ordered to pay is roughly 75% of the nearly $65 million Infowars had in revenue last year.
Earlier this year, A jury in California ordered Bill Cosby to pay $5,500,000 in compensatory damages but no punitive to a woman he was found to have sexually assaulted decades earlier in Virginia.
A jury awarded Johnny Depp $15 million in compensatory and punitive caps required by state law caused the total to drop to $10.35.
While Amber Heard was awarded $2 million in compensatory in response to the ex-spouse's dueling defamation claims.
Here's Elizabeth Williamson, who's written very one-sided biased books.
She's a stringer for the New York Times.
These are now in the roughly reverse order.
The judge just laughed at Mark Langston, lawyer for Mr. Hess and Mr. Lewis, erupted.
All take it!
The parents are standing for photos in front of the bench, lawyers hugging them.
Ms.
Lewis, for the photo, forms a heart with her hand.
By the way, I'm given to understand they're not even married.
This is one of the synthetic families that made up Sandy Hook.
Of all the parents there, only two of the families The Kowalski and then DiMato's are actually married.
The others are just feigned, fake, phony marriages presented for the sake of the psyop.
The judge informs the parties another damage trial against Jones is set for September 14th.
Plaintiffs in that trial are Lenny Posner and Veronique de la Rosa, parents of Noah Posner, the youngest Sandy Hook victim.
Let me add, Lenny Posner is a legal fiction.
His real name is Ruben Vabner.
He's not married to Veronique de la Rosa.
They do not have a son by the name of Noah Posner.
Noah Posner's a fiction created out of photographs of Ruben Vabner's real son, Michael Vabner, when he was a child.
This is how bad it's gotten, Sandy Hook.
It's just a monstrous fraud.
Judge says she thought the lawyers had already surrendered the content of Alex Jones's phone.
This is important.
The judge says she's not preventing the San Diego lawyers from giving Jones's text messages to law enforcement and the January 6th House Committee.
Again, the judge acknowledges Randall's objection, and in Texas, the law's campaign punitive damages imply we don't trust our juries.
And by the way, I have Reviewed that Raynal actually who's representing Jones was appointed by Eric Holder to a high position in the past.
Well Eric Holder was key in orchestrating Sandy Hook.
So you have someone tied in with Eric Holder who was key in orchestrating Sandy Hook.
That's representing Alex Jones.
Give me a break.
Jones' lawyers objecting, saying the verdict doesn't comply with the law, which in Texas limits the actual award to $750,000 per plaintiff, so a total of $1.5 million for Neil Hesselin and Scarlett Lewis.
Total punitive damage is $45.2, a big number.
The chair is relaying the verdict to Judge Mayagara Gamble.
The jury is back.
Worth bearing in mind, this is the first of three trials against Mr. Jones.
Two more are scheduled for next month.
One in Texas, and one brought the families of eight victims in Connecticut, where laws governing damages favor the plaintiffs more than in Texas.
And of course, Connecticut is where the shooting, that is to say the hoax, was perpetrated.
Mutated images are designed as a deterrent, and as the name implies, punishment of Jones for defaming Neil Hessler and Scarlett Lewis, non-parents of Jesse Lewis, six killed at Sandy Hook.
Yesterday's damages were compensatory, meant to compensate the family for actual costs incurred as a result of Jones' defamatory claims, which I imagine were zero.
What would have been their expenses for which they would need compensatory?
I mean, it's just, this whole thing is ridiculous beyond words.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well Jim, you very powerfully laid out a criminal investigation that should be done immediately into the plaintiff, the parties, because you're saying very clearly that Posner is, that's not the man's real name, it was Vabner, and I won't try and resuscitate everything you said, but you very clearly laid out the man is not, this isn't his name, he's not married to this person, he doesn't have a child, and if all of these
Ideas or presentations have been given to the judge and the jury or the court.
It's fraud upon the court.
It's perjury.
This is essential information that the court needs to hear.
This is newly discovered evidence the court didn't have before.
An amicus brief of newly discovered evidence immediately going to the lawyer to Jones and to the judge and saying this man is not who he seems to be.
He's presented false information to the court.
The court has to recognize it and rule That what you're saying, Jim, is right.
It's true.
It's accurate.
He's not Posner.
He's not married.
He doesn't have a kid.
And therefore, that completely throws upside down the entire court complaint.
Now, that's the evidence of fraud, of perjury, whatever you want to call it, fraught upon the court.
They're mandated to look into that, because it's in the interest of justice.
Fraud upon the court immediately requires the court to examine it, because they can't have any action if there's fraud.
The other thing, of course, is Sandy Hook in general, the event.
You've laid out better than anyone else in any history, I think, Jim.
You've written the authoritative text on the Sandy Hook by incorporating all of the expertise, the testimony, the perspectives, the evidence that people and researchers have provided to you, and overwhelmingly the The summary judgment of all of that material is that Sandy Hook was a false flag fraud FEMA drill for a period.
The political motivations, of course, for the restriction of guns and the elimination of the Second Amendment and all of the Biden, Obama, Eric Holder participation All of the physical activity of the Sandy Hook event has been conclusively proven, and a jury would decide, a jury evaluating your evidence would decide that, based on the evidence, this event did not happen.
This event looks like it was a fabricated dramatic occurrence.
You can go into all the different elements of it.
I won't do it here.
But this is either Alex Jones is grossly incompetent, betrayed, and stupid, or he's playing a part of a cover-up, and this is part of a larger PSYOP to stifle and silence anyone that challenges the false flag narratives that the media and the government are trying to advance.
Jim?
Yeah, let me just add the caveat.
I'm giving my understanding of how this is all playing out.
Now, Ruben Vabner is married, but he's not married to Veronique de la Rosa.
He does have children, three, but none of them is named Noah Posner.
Noah Posner is a fiction made up out of photographs of his son, Michael Vabner, when he was a child.
And at various locations, he claimed to have moved again and again.
He did not live there under the name of Leonard Bosner.
He lived there under the name of Ruben Wabner.
Any competent attorney who was pursuing this allowed discovery would be able to establish he's safe.
Jones appears to be complicit in an elaborate psyop.
I'm really embarrassed to say this because I've had a reasonably high opinion of him, but let me make this really crucial point.
Scott, I sought to intervene in all three of these cases involving Alex Jones.
I submitted a motion to intervene.
I explained why I wanted to intervene.
I pointed out that there's never been a determination that anybody died at Sandy Hook, even as in this case.
Cases We're settled on the basis of procedural issues, including one with Neil Heslund.
Procedural grounds, including one with Donna Soto.
Procedural grounds against Alex Jones on the basis of alleged failures to fulfill discovery.
Well, he gave thousands of pages.
He gave hours and hours of discovery.
I mean, it's just absurd what's going on here.
And anyone who wants confirmation, watch what Robert Barnes, who's a brilliant attorney, has to say about it.
To my astonishment, Barnes thinks Sandy Hook was real, but Barnes gives a searing critique of the trial as a made-for-TV production, where there are three cameras in the courtroom, even one on the jury.
You can find it on my WitChute channel, Jim Fetzer.
If you want to get serious about this, you have to listen to what Robert Barnes has to say about the Alex Jones trial in Texas.
Don?
Yes, this is a serious matter.
You're right, it's back in the dab in the middle, and you've done a wonderful thing.
About many years ago, I'd written a book I mean, I edited a book about Nobody Dying at Sandy Hook, and this is the book that I would say anybody on that jury should have had to have as a requirement, and they could look at it, and it's 370 pages, and great authors and everything else, and it also has the FEMA manual right in it, showing that it was a FEMA drill.
I don't think this was made up by you, and the whole thing.
I would encourage anybody in the jury or anywhere to go to any page on this book here and find something and refute it and point it out as being false.
Nothing's false.
Don, they've gone through that book with a fine-tooth comb.
They found three sentences they felt they could dispute and be virtue of the way in which the whole thing was handled in Wisconsin.
The judge was able to decide whether evidence was reasonable or not, and excluded or set it aside if it was, in his subjective opinion, it was unreasonable.
I had a mass of evidence that this was fraud, and he set it all aside as unreasonable, including the reports of two forensic document experts, Don.
And everybody should have this book in their library.
It's banned from publication right now.
You can't even get it online?
No, that's what they had the lawsuit for, Don.
After people were releasing it online, claiming they had a court order that said it was defamatory.
This is the earlier decision.
Alex Jones ordered to pay Sandy Hook Clarence more than $4 million.
This was incompensatory.
The verdict, signed by 10 of the 12-person jury, in other words, our two dissenters, Mark's the first tug.
The far-right infamous founder has been held financially accountable for falsely claiming.
They say falsely, but it was truthful.
I was eager to come and lay out all the evidence, but I was rejected.
I was even in contact with one of his attorneys who actually sought to get out of the case because I think he could see it was a setup for falsely claiming.
They claimed the attack on Newtown was a hoax, but it's truthful and I could have proven it.
Lawyers for the Families had requested $150 million for defamation and intentional inflection of emotional distress.
So he hurt their feelings and now he's got to pay in excess of $45 million for hurting their feelings?
Give us a break.
I published about this.
Notice they're showing here the photograph that was sent around the world.
This appeared on virtually every newspaper in the world and on television.
Well, it turns out there was a second photograph taken earlier.
And by the way, the Newtown photojournalist, Shannon Hicks, says he's taking both of these photographs.
In the lower photograph taken earlier, there are six or eight parents there, hands in their pockets, arms fully, casually looking on.
Look in between boy number one and boy number two, and you see three parents there looking on, causing me to describe this photograph as lounging at the massacre.
Notice they were rearranging the kids.
Instead of a little girl in a pink sweater and a short skirt, they replaced her with boy number one in a dark sweater and blue jeans to get a better shot.
On my blog on July 27th, I had Alex Jones calls out murder of due process at Sandy Hook show trial.
The apology, because Jones apologized to the parents, Heslin and Lewis said was not enough to compensate for the pain and suffering that conspiracy theorists had put them and other grieving family victims through.
Well, these are not legitimate, actual, grieving parents.
I didn't use the term crisis actors, but they played the role of grieving parents, and they were highly compensated, so far as I can determine.
Sympathetic but gullible Americans contributed between $27 and $130 million, divided by 26 families.
That's $1 to $5 million for feigning having lost a child at Sandy Hook.
The parents testified about the ongoing trauma instigated by Jones, even gunshots fired at the home.
One of them probably did that.
I mean, that's just bizarre.
Threatening phone calls, online messages and harassment from strangers on the street.
I find that difficult to believe.
Check this out now.
The Fourth Court of Appeals affirmed—this is now from my petition to the U.S.
Supreme Court—affirmed all the rulings of the lower court and concluded in their 58-page opinion on March 18, 2021, that there were no reasonable disputed facts in this case, which was mine.
There was no reasonable dispute regarding the following facts.
On December 14, 2012, a mass shooting occurred at San Diego Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut.
Tragically, 26 people were killed, including 6 staff members and 20 children who were aged 6 and 7.
See, Jones v. Heslin, where it is stated, Neil Heslin's son was killed in the San Diego Elementary School shooting in December of 2012.
Rejecting the Substantial Truth Doctrine as a basis to dismiss Hesselin's decimation claim-related statements, disputing Hesselin's assertion that he held his deceased son in his arms, Soto v. Bushmaster, including on December 14, 2012, 20-year-old Adam Lonza forced his way into Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, and during the course of 264 seconds,
Fatally shot, 21st grade children and six staff members and wounded two other staff members.
Posner's six-year-old son, Ann, was one of the children killed during the Sandy Hook shooting.
Now let me observe.
Who in God's name would know it was 264 seconds?
I mean, that's simply absurd.
Was someone there with a stopwatch to time it from the time he first broke in, and it was 264 seconds?
I mean, there's an obvious absurdity right on his face.
Moreover, both of these cases, Jones v. Hazlitt, Soto v. Nusmaster, were resolved on procedural grounds, as I've been explaining.
Not only that, and perhaps most talently, Wayne Carver, the medical examiner, during his press conference stated, the parents were not allowed to come into contact with the children.
They were identified on the basis of photographs, which appears to be appropriate since many of them only existed in the form of photographs.
As in the case of Noah Posner, he only existed in the form of photographs.
Others, such as Ariel Richardson, who was actually really named Lenny Urbana, even sang at the Super Bowl about six weeks later, actually less than six weeks later.
Others, both Alexis Presley and his governor, evidence suggesting some of the parents cynically used photographs of themselves as children to be their deceased children at Sandy Hook.
So which was it?
Either Wayne Carver was lying about the parents not being able to see their kids, or Neil Heslin has been lying about holding Jesse in his arms as he died.
They cannot both be true, but bear in mind that they could both be false, which appears to be the case.
Alex Jones cannot be guilty of defamation by denying that Neil Heslin held his dying son in his arms, as long as that is true.
And even Wayne Carver supports a conclusion that Alex had it right.
Here, I add, while I'm legally constrained from addressing issues related to Noah Posner, perhaps the single most important proof that Sandy Hook was a FEMA exercise presented as mass murder to promote gun control is a photograph showing a crime scene vehicle in the parking lot, where we find the flag at full mast, areas isolated with crime scene tape, and a figure who appears to be Wayne Carver, M.D., reclining against a wall awaiting the arrival of his portable mortuary tent.
Take a close look at the windows of Classroom 10, which are intact.
I'm talking about the windows right here, all four of them.
After the event, they would be shown as shot out, especially the second from the left.
So this photo was taken either before the event had taken place or before they had completed fabricating evidence.
Either way, it may be the single most damning photo exposing the charade.
Riven Davidson P.I.
tracked it down to a magazine where it was published and then to the photographic archives of the Connecticut State Police, who are apparently running the event behind the scene as proof of consciousness of guilt.
They have removed metadata from their Sandy Hook photos.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, the photograph evidence doesn't lie.
The videos of one of the SWAT team members allegedly carrying his rifle upside down when he notices he's being filmed ducks into a tent to escape being filmed and he's of a different uniform.
No one holds their weapon upside down by the magazine.
And then that same figure appeared on the Bill Moyers program claiming to be an aggrieved parent.
So, you know, the photographs and these crisis actors and, you know, the entire body of evidence surrounding Sandy Hook and the obvious digital manipulation of the photograph of the kid who looks like an alien.
And as you've addressed before, Jim, and you're being Your entire library of all the photographs of the home with the furniture being under blue, a moving foam, all of this has got to be submitted and judged by a court or else we have no court, we have no system of judgment or justice, we have a fraud, and every person in this country should immediately
Dissolve, disintegrate, and divorce themselves from any participation or recognition of the court, or their authority, or the police.
Because this is the quintessential moment where, you know, if we don't stand for truth, we stand for nothing but death, lies, and slavery.
And that has to lead to, again, a civil war.
Because Americans weren't made for that, Jim.
Go on, go ahead.
Yeah, you had the picture of the kids lined up out there walking away, 20 kids or so.
What was the attendance at that school?
How many kids attended that school overall?
Well, according to the official report by Stephen Sedinsky III, the Danbury State's attorney for Connecticut who did the final report, there were 489 students there that day.
Subtract 20 of the allegedly deceased, 469 needed to be evacuated.
But while the police claim specific times and locations the evacuation was taking place, we have dash cam footage at those locations and times and there's no evacuation taking place.
I can guarantee a Dickinson Drive was so clogged you couldn't have got buses in or out if you wanted to.
There were no surge of EMTs.
There was no string of ambulances to rush their little bodies off to the hospital, no medevac helicopter was told, triage tablets went out, but no bodies dead or wounded were placed on it, and there was no evacuation, Don.
No 9-11 call either.
No 9-11 call.
9-1-1, what's your emergency?
No, no, no.
There were 9-1-1 calls.
In fact, it's interesting that the state's attorney opposed their release, but they finally were released.
And I think that's because one or another of the callers was actually one or another of the fake parents, and they were worried an identification wouldn't take place.
We have others who were actually there at the intersection when it was supposed to be taking place, didn't hear any shots.
And there's much more about this.
I sought to get all this evidence.
I mean, my case is the one that came the closest to getting all this evidence into court.
And the judge during the conference, the scheduling conference, said I was not going to be allowed to introduce all my evidence that nobody died at Sandy Hook on the ground that was irrelevant to the accuracy or truthfulness of the Absolutely.
a death certificate, which said, that it seemed to have died at Sandy Hook on 14 December, 2012 of multiple gunshot wounds.
Think about that, Scott.
- Yeah, evidence did. - How can my evidence that nobody died not be relevant to the truth of a death certificate, meaning somebody did die?
- Absolutely, I mean, right there.
And where are the other couple of hundred kids I didn't see any pictures of a couple hundred kids from that school anywhere.
Well, see, the other thing is, eventually, Jim, this is going to go to the highest levels of the court.
You're going to be heard.
The evidence is going to be examined because, in a sense, you're going to eventually say, I can't comply with any orders from this court because the event you're telling me to comply to never happened.
I can't comply with a judgment or an order by the court for something that never happened.
I'd be complicit.
I'd be a co-conspirator.
Got it.
I'm sorry to say I'm living through this.
I don't have those kinds of options.
I do not.
I have a judge who'd love to toss me into jail if he had the opportunity.
I am pursuing this through the legal recourse.
I have a petition before the Supreme Court of the United States about my case because Wisconsin has this bizarre summary judgment protocol that lets a judge decide what evidence is reasonable and what not.
It's absurd.
We have yet another story here.
Get this.
UN declares war on dangerous conspiracy theories.
The world is not secretly manipulated by a global elite, they tell us.
Get this.
It's on my blog right now at jameshfetzer.org.
They've already taken my blog at jamesfetzer.org because I had this very story here was there.
Notice the date, the 27th of July.
They took it on the 28th.
The 28th was when they began mentioning my name during the Alex Jones trial.
They knew many people would want to come and find out what I have.
Already here in the featured image you have enough evidence to prove it was a hoax.
I offered to come into the defense of Alex Jones and he showed no interest whatsoever.
So this was an award to the family, to the Heslin Lewis.
When he claimed he held his dying son on his arms, contradicted by Wayne Carver, saying the parents weren't allowed, and they never even brought that fact up.
You can see why they had to get rid of my blog.
And here I show the single most telling photograph of what happened.
Meanwhile, this most dangerous.
Editor's note.
Bullshit is bullshit, even when it comes from a source such as the UN.
For antidotes to nonsense, check out my publications available online, Thinking About Conspiracy Theories, 9-11 and JFK, and What's Wrong With Conspiracy Theories.
Then watch How to Spot a False Like, Part 1, and How to Spot a False Like, Part 2, and evaluate the evidence.
This is an embarrassing development that all but discredits the UN as having a voice in international affairs.
It has hereby discredited itself.
The United Nations has declared war on conspiracy theories, describing the rise of conspiracy thinking as worrying and dangerous, and providing the public with a toolkit to pre-bunk and debunk anybody who dares to suggest that world governments are anything but completely honest, upstanding, and transparent.
The U.N.
also warns that George Soros, the Rothschild in the State of Israel, must not be linked to any alleged conspiracies.
Notice there, they're talking about the powers who are promoting all of this right there in a single sentence.
UNESCO has teamed up with Twitter, the European Commission, and guess what?
The World Jewish Congress to launch a campaign dubbed Hashtag Think Before Sharing.
Stop the spread of conspiracy theories.
The UN wants you to know that events are not secretly manipulated behind the scenes by powerful forces with negative intent.
And if you encounter anybody who thinks a global elite are conspiring to consolidate power and dictate global events, you must take action.
According to UNESCO, if you are certain you've encountered a conspiracy theory on the Internet, then you must react immediately.
Post a relevant link to a fact-checking website in the comments.
Never mind the fact that fact-checkers are mostly untrained and unqualified hacks, performing fact checks from the comfort of their bedroom in between posting far-left political content on personal blogs and getting high.
Indeed, I think the CIA or even the Army has thousands who are working at fact-checking.
Here's what they published by the UN.
Conspiracy theories.
What are they?
Why do they flourish?
Be warned!
The COVID-19 pandemic has seen a rise in harmful and misleading conspiracy theories.
It may be difficult to recognize them or know how best to deal with them.
What are they?
The belief that events are secretly manipulated behind the scenes by powerful forces with negative intent.
Conspiracy theories have these six things in common.
an alleged secret plot, a group of conspirators, evidence that seems to support the conspiracy theory.
They falsely suggest that nothing happens by accident, that there are no coincidences, nothing is that it appears and everything is connected.
They divide the world into good and bad.
They scapegoat people and groups.
Why do they flourish?
Why?
Why They offer an explanation of events or situations which are difficult to understand and bring a false sense of control and agency.
Do they flourish?
This need is highlighted in times of uncertainty like the COVID-19 pandemic.
How do they take root?
Conspiracy theories often start as a suspicion.
They ask who is benefiting from the event or situation, and thus identify the conspirators.
Any evidence is enforced to fit the theory.
Once they have taken root, conspiracy theories can grow quickly.
They are hard to refute because any person who tries is seen as being part of the conspiracy.
Why do people spread them?
There are different reasons.
Most believe they are true.
Others deliberately want to provoke, manipulate, or target people for political and financial means.
Beware!
They can come from many sources.
For example, the Internet, friends, or relatives.
So who would you trust?
Our friends or relatives, or the United Nations?
UNESCO also provides advice for anyone who encounters a real-life conspiracy theorist in the flesh.
According to the UN agency, you must not, under any circumstance, be lured into an argument with a conspiracy theorist.
Any argument may take it as proof that you are part of the conspiracy and reinforce that belief.
And the conspiracy theorists will probably argue hard to defend their beliefs, such as by providing evidence, photographic, testimonial, and otherwise, because their belief is well supported by facts.
Instead, you must show empathy, avoid ridiculing them, and if you are a journalist, you must report them to social media and contact your local national press council or press ombudsman.
Here's more from the UN.
Conspiracy theories.
Concrete counteraction.
Be warned, the COVID-19 pandemic has seen a rise in harmful and misleading conspiracy theories.
It may be difficult to recognize them and know how best to deal with them.
If you are certain you have identified a conspiracy theory, react rather than ignore.
Here are some concrete ways.
On social media, comment with verified information, for example, from fact-checking websites.
Do not share the post.
On websites and blogs, Contact the author or the web manager with verified information and ask them to make corrections.
Remarkably, hidden in the fine print, UNESCO admits conspiracy theories do exist.
Under the heading, what is a real conspiracy, the UN bureaucrats explain that real conspiracies, large and small, do exist.
do not share the material.
Remarkably, hidden in the fine print, UNESCO admits conspiracy theories do exist.
Under the heading, "What is a real conspiracy?" The UN bureaucrats have explained that real conspiracies, large and small, do exist.
In fact, conspiracy is the most prosecuted crime in the United States.
Conspiracies are as American as apple pie.
According to the UN, it's only a real conspiracy theory if it's unearthed by the media.
They are more often centered on single self-contained events or an individual like an assassination or a coup d'etat.
An individual?
They are unearthed by whistleblowers and the media using verifiable facts and evidence.
What is a real conspiracy?
Real conspiracies, large and small, do exist.
They're more often centered on single self-contained events or an individual like an assassination or a coup d'etat.
They are unearthed by whistleblowers and the media using verifiable facts and evidence.
Looking for a real conspiracy?
In 2006, The U.S.
District Court in Washington, D.C.
ruled that major cigarette companies were guilty of conspiracy.
For decades, they've hidden evidence of health risks attached to smoking to promote higher sales.
L.A.
Times, 2006.
There's just one problem with the U.N.' 's definition of a real conspiracy theory.
The media has been fully bought and paid for by the elite, and it's the elite who are conspiring against the masses.
Ask yourself, When was the last time the media unearthed a conspiracy?
Also ask yourself, when was the last time the media covered one up?
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, you know, we live in an age of multiple conspiracies, of course.
The conspiracy to hide the truth with lies from 9-11 onward, the greatest conspiracy and act of corruption in the history of mankind, as far as I'm concerned, because it's led to the most destruction of mankind, 9-11.
And that is becoming, you know, revealed and known by the majority of the world.
These conspiracies and these lies of the government to invent fraud and propaganda, it's all coming back to roost.
The United States is disintegrating because of the seeds of death and wickedness and destruction that it has sown.
One of the great conspiracies that just came up, of course, Was the Russian Ministry of Defense releasing information that COVID-19 was in fact developed by the research which was performed in the U.S.
biochemical labs in Ukraine.
The Ministry of Defense of Russia has released this and it's been on RT.
They've had a video documentary on it.
So I think that is going to be the next gigantic explosion.
Don and I are going to get into that in the bonus part, so I won't elaborate it here.
But suffice it to say that the biochemical labs that were established in Ukraine in 2005 to 2019, originating under the name Global Viral Forecasting Institute, established by Nathan Wolf of Zionist Jewish scientists, then changing the name from Global Viral Forecasting Institute to MetaBiota, MetaBiota being funded by Rosemont Fonseca, that had Nancy Pelosi Jr.'
's son, Christopher Hines, the son of John Kerry, and of course the pedophile, crack-smoking, degenerate Hunter Biden all participating in the funding of MetaBiota.
And the USAID, the CIA, the Clinton Foundation, the Soros Foundation, and multiple others participating in these biochemical labs.
Merck and Pfizer and Moderna and these other pharmaceutical companies participating in this research, the animal to human transmission, the weaponization of plagues and viruses and sicknesses, all of this is now being part of the body of documents and evidence And testimony that will be provided in, I think, another Nuremberg hearing.
And that's again one of the reasons that they killed the Ukrainian prisoners of war that were being housed by Russians in their prisoner camp.
Because the Ukrainians and the CIA and the British no doubt did not want any of their blood being taken, which has subsequently shown that the Ukrainians have been full of drugs and things that these biolabs have been producing.
Methadone, codeine, methamphetamine, all sorts of things.
Which has also, Jim, caused these Ukrainian soldiers to engage in some of the most horrific, monstrous rape and torture of of other human beings that that civilized but people can't even describe.
The photographs have been blurred out but the the decadent the evil demonism that they've done uh is is beyond the pale.
Jim?
Scott, those are all excellent observations.
I just uploaded the Barnes discussion, so let me share it with us.
We can watch a part of what he has to say.
It begins the right part about 27 minutes in, so let me see if we can catch it here.
Instead, he settles with Twitter in a confidential settlement where no discovery ever got published.
And some people were like, uh, hold on a second.
And so I simply pointed this out, which that's when he was threatening to sue me.
And then he came back and said he will now return.
He will give back money to the people who donated.
So if you're one of those donors, you can ask for the funds back.
There's a more effect.
Normally, if you're going to give donations back, you just email everybody who gave a donation and say, do you want your donation back?
I don't know if he's done that.
At least other people were unaware of it if he has.
So that's sort of some of the backstory.
And in the middle of all of this, he has come out and attacked Robert Malone.
He's attacked Simone Gold.
He's attacked anybody who defended Ivermectin.
Got into a debate that he did not come on the better side of with Alex Gorey.
He ambushed Robert Malone on a Fox News station.
And then he was sort of really badly whoring for the Ukraine war.
And critical of anybody who raised any questions about that either.
Even predicted back in March that China was going to tell Russia to end the war.
A prediction that didn't turn out so good amongst many.
So there's been a lot of people that since he's come back to, you know, it's like, why are you obsessed with attacking Alex Jones?
When you don't know, when it's obvious you haven't done your due diligence as an investigative researcher or reporter.
You don't know the facts of the case.
You don't know what's really, you don't know the legal theory that they're actually propounding.
You don't know what's taking place in the trial.
You don't know what took place in discovery.
You don't know any of these things.
And instead he just double downs and triples down.
Septuple down at this point.
Yeah, exactly.
Just keeps repeating himself and attacking anybody who raises questions.
You know, earlier, other people had raised questions about his Twitter settlement, and he started threatening people with lawyers and lawsuits right away.
This is what I noticed in a lot of the responses.
I don't like... This is like going after the intentions right away, where people are saying, oh, was this part of your settlement now that you have to toe the line for whomever?
Was this part of the terms that now you feel indebted to the powers that gave you back your Twitter feed, even though, you know, Jones never got his back, so this is what you have to do?
I don't like it.
Berenson is entitled to have sincere beliefs.
He's entitled to be sincerely wrong, but then show a little respect to the people who might know a little more on this particular issue.
What really irks me is that Berenson, An individual who was demonized by mainstream media, deplatformed by big tech, and I bet there were a lot of other people out there who looked at Barron and said, I know this guy.
This guy's a grifter.
This guy's a poisonous shill milking COVID.
He deserves to get booted from social media.
That's what a bunch of his critics said.
I mean, they said about him what he is now saying about Alex Jones.
Oh, he's probably never really read or watched Alex Jones much at all.
I find the people that hate Alex Jones, what they share in common is they've actually never really read or watched it.
Alex's War is out now.
People can get it on a streaming service.
This is by a liberal Democrat who produced, my understanding, produced the film.
It's a film that everybody's watched it.
Says it's a pretty impartial film.
It's neither partial to nor against Jones.
Gets into a lot of his controversies.
Some people, in fact, were unhappy that it didn't get into a lot of other aspects of Alex's life that could have been much more sympathetic to him.
But it's not an advocacy film.
It's a film of, here's Alex Jones from Alex's perspective, highlighting some of the big controversies in his life.
I would have highlighted his extraordinary role calling out every war lie that's ever been told.
He was ahead of the curve for the first Iraq war, the second Iraq war, the Afghanistan war, the dumb bombings in Syria.
He was pushing Alexander Cockburn and Julian Assange and Edward Snowden before anybody else.
And when many people on the right were attacking those people, that's the only part of the film I thought could have been, would have been better included to really round out the scope.
But Glenn Greenwald was very praiseworthy about the film and said very complimentary things about Alex at the film.
A very prominent liberal journalist who actually does do his due diligence more often than Alex Berenson obviously does.
And so if you're going to hold yourself out as an independent researcher, and that if you're making a statement, that statement is based on your knowledge, your independent due diligence.
Then you need to be right, and he's not.
And it's obvious he's not.
In fact, I had a debate here with media here about, I was like, tell me what fact, what item of discovery did Alex Jones hold back?
I was like, do any of you know?
Well, what item of discovery did he not turn over that led to the default?
None of them knew.
New York Times reporter didn't know.
None of them knew.
And that's because it doesn't exist.
As anybody watching the trial can see, they're like, okay, the plaintiffs have all of his videos, They have his internal private embarrassing emails.
They have internal text messages.
They have intimate details of all of his financial well-being and the well-being of the company.
What was it he didn't turn over that required the extraordinary and extreme act of a default judgment depriving him of his constitutional right to trial by jury?
Nobody can say.
Nobody can identify.
I was trying to look it up just to find out myself because there's so many things about this.
Even if, and this is even if, Jones did not turn over discovery documents, even then, only exceptionally, I assume it's the same under the U.S.
law, only exceptionally would the ultimate sanction be not just no defense or foreclosed from pleading, judgment by default.
My question was this, two questions.
Even in Canada, when you say, foreclosed from pleading, the plaintiff still has to prove their case.
They can't just say, judgment by default.
Prove your case, show your evidence.
Did the plaintiffs ever do that or did judge, whatever her name is, simply say, foreclosed from pleading, so therefore here's your verdict?
Yeah, all of that.
I mean, that's what Alex Branson got wrong.
He didn't know what the discovery was, because he couldn't cite it like anyone else.
He also didn't know what the legal theory is.
The legal theory is not that Alex Jones said specifically false factual claims about specifically identified individuals.
It's acknowledged in the trial that he never even named or referenced the individuals by name or by image, ever.
Instead, their theory is, people are starting to figure out when watching this horrifying trial unfold, this Kafka-esque trial in Travis County unfold, is that the theory is, as one of the jurors made clear, because the jurors are being allowed to ask questions, and we'll get to that a little bit later when we talk about the Jones case, One of the jurors said, can we use this against election deniers too?
Well, it was even worse.
They said, is this an appropriate way to sanction?
To stop election deniers.
I mean, so you can see what the theory is.
Have you voiced an opinion that the government disagrees with, that somebody feels emotionally offended by?
And this is why Alex Berenson should have had his eyes wide open like Clockwork Orange.
If he had been paying attention, he could be sued into oblivion based on the theory against Alex Jones.
Here he is cheering on, not only cheering on the kind of censorship that he has previously opposed, but here he is cheering on a legal theory that could bankrupt him tomorrow.
A legal theory that is, have you voiced an opinion, number one.
Number two, the government disagrees with.
Number three, you knew it could offend certain groups of people that are within a zone of emotional danger, basically a legalized safe space.
Well, they can sue you into oblivion now, even if they can't show any specific damages that you caused them.
Wonderful, wonderful.
I mean, that's also telling.
Scott, weren't you impressed with what Robert Bones said?
And he was just getting warmed up, so I say go to my blog, James Bitshoot Channel, Jim Fetzer, and watch a whole of it.
Scott, your thoughts?
Yeah, I've listened to Barnes before and I like him.
He's very knowledgeable and accurate on the Ukraine situation and in this situation he's very good at laying out the legal mismanagement and indeed the ominous, and this should be appealed on the constitutionality of it, I mean the freedom of speech and stuff, but the ominous Danger that it poses to everyone.
As he said, if you voice an opinion, the government disagrees, and some people in an emotional, fragile zone can sue you.
You know, now we are in retard Muppet world.
And again, all previously assigned authority and recognition and jurisdiction of the courts, people should immediately write it off and say there is nothing, and I've heard this from multiple lawyers, the courts are so disgustingly corrupt you can't have anything to do with them anymore.
This trial, Alex Jones situation, confirms it.
I can't see how it stands, what they've done to him, in the sense they did to you, Jim, too.
It's going to be interesting to see how this ends.
Go ahead.
Let me just conclude that my opinions offered here are based on my best understanding of the case, and of course, I could be mistaken.
I simply don't believe that I am.
Don, take us out.
Oh wow, so many comments.
One comment I wanted to make is the people that wrote that conspiracy theory bit there, who paid them?
Was it somebody like this guy?
Or how about Soros?
I mean, they were paid from on the top, right?
No doubt.
No doubt.
So this has been Truth vs. News here on August the 7th.
And it's a hot summer, hot time, hot story.
You're never going to get any hotter story than this one right now.
This is where it's at.
And I will say that the facts and the evidence that Jim has presented in this book will stand to override that case, and it must be overturned.
