Time Text
Welcome back, folks.
This is Truth Vs. News Incorporated.
On July the 31st of the month, hot times, hot news, and we got all kinds of things happening, even with Newsom and stuff, so lead on, Jim.
Well, it's rather extraordinary, and Scott may have put his finger on something here, given Newsom is coming out strong, claiming Democrats need to organize with more ferocity against the ruthlessness of the Republican Party.
But frankly, I've only seen the ruthlessness of the Democrat Party and the unconscionable activities in their unleashing BLM and Antifa and wanting to take guns away from law-abiding citizens.
In an interview that aired this weekend, he said the Democrat Party and its supporters need to rally and organize with ferocity to combat the ruthlessness of the Republican Party.
Bizarre!
You have to recognize what you're up against, and right now we're up against some ruthlessness of the republic.
What are supposed to be the signs of the ruthlessness?
That's not a cheap shot.
You see what's happening.
All the progress we made in the 21st century, all the rights we've taken for granted being rolled back in real time.
This is a totally different moment.
He added that the Democrat Party must wake up with a different mindset that goes beyond being collaborative.
I haven't seen any collaboration from the Democratic Party.
That's where the party comes in.
The Democrats need the Democrat Party, not the President, not the Speaker.
The party, the infrastructure, has to organize with more ferocity of focus, more determination to set the agenda and put the other party on the defense.
The facts aren't on their side, but they're dominating the narrative.
And in this world right now, if you dominate the narrative, you win.
That's what I'm worried about.
Speculation has swirled he might want to secure the 2024 nomination himself.
He's hit out at DeSantis, seen as a potential challenger to Trump, by running an ad encouraging Floridians to move to California, which no one in their right mind would even consider remotely.
Meanwhile, he's come to the District of Columbia, visit to Washington for a week.
He's talking about abortion, gun violence.
Gee, don't those sound like campaign themes?
Governor Newsom wrapped up after he met with lawmakers and accepted an award for California's work in improving education.
There's another thing.
One political said while he received the award, while he was there, he didn't go to accept.
He went to put himself on the national platform.
Spent the majority of his 23 minutes talking about other red states like Florida.
He accepted the award.
I leave Trump up here because that's the guy.
That's the focus.
He uses this as a platform to take on the conservative establishment and establish himself on the national scene.
The governor wants to be a leading spokesman for the Democrat Party on various issues important to Democrats.
So we're talking about homelessness, gun control, abortion, book burning.
Book burning!
Book burning?
That's Amazon banning my books.
I don't see any Republicans banning any books.
Newsom also met with Connecticut Senator Chris Murphy, the recipient who led the recent bipartisan talk on gun violence.
Of course, he's from Connecticut.
He met with Elizabeth Warren on re-produced Susan Rice.
Topics include homelessness.
That's making a lot of key contacts.
Scott, I think you put your finger on something here, my friend.
Go for it.
Tell us.
Well, what I think is going to happen is, first of all, Kamala Harris is not qualified legally to be the president of the United States.
She's not a natural born citizen.
Both of her parents were foreigners, and you have to have one parent who's a citizen to be president, and she doesn't.
So she's unqualified to be president, and they would legally challenge that.
So what they're going to do is, my guess is, this was a presidential, you know, seeding of the ground that Newsom has been doing.
Their play is going to be Kamala Harris is going to be removed, most likely She may be taken out, she may be killed, assassinated as, you know, a projection of Republican ruthlessness and violence.
They're already using this language to decide Republicans.
Or she could be, you know, sent off to, you know, manage a hundred million dollar big tech foundation.
But she's going to be removed and in her place Gavin Newsom is going to be positioned as the Vice President.
And then they're most likely going to assassinate Joe Biden to generate the requisite political capital and victimhood and Manchurian candidate because that is going to be the narrative that buttresses Gavin Newsom and Merrick Garland's police state that they're they're trying to advance January 6th.
A bunch of, you know, violent anarchist revolutionaries.
So everybody who voted for Trump is the same thing, they're trying to say.
And if they kill Joe Biden, assassinate him and call it a Trump supporter, now you've got Gavin Newsom who will instantly pull into the presidency.
And they can launch a police state martial law crackdown, suspend the November elections, and go after every Trump supporter.
And no doubt they'll have false flags, no doubt they'll have, like they had on January 6th, a bunch of Democrat anarchists pretending to be Trump supporters engaging in activities that will justify their seeming crackdown police state, suspension of elections, etc, etc.
So, I think this is what they're going to do.
Gavin Newsom, as much as you find him abhorrent and disgusting and hypocritical and evil in so many different ways, he does possess the Cheshire Cat smile, the handsome, well-put-together guy in a suit.
He's very well-managed.
He's right out of the Antichrist mold.
And I think The idiot class that don't vote for anything other than how they feel at the time, you know, two days before the election, they could move the antenna in his favor just over the 50% plus one sign.
So I think the Democrats recognize Newsom has the best chance of anyone to manipulate people.
And I honestly think they're going to do it before the November elections because they can't risk losing, even though they may try and steal the election.
They tried to do it in 2016.
They failed.
They could try and steal it in 2020 or in November.
They could fail and they can't risk losing power because then it could be a Nuremberg hearing for all of them and everything they've done.
So that's why Newsom went to Washington D.C.
while Biden was in Saudi Arabia.
And I think you're going to see him be positioned as vice president.
And then they're going to take out Biden and move Gavin Newsom in, holding the body in a Manchurian candidate post and say, now we all have to come together and hunt down the ruthless, violent Trump supporters.
I think that's their game plan, Jim.
Scott, that's all too plausible.
Jesus.
My God.
I think you may have hit it here right out of the park, Scott.
I'm just fascinated by this.
Holly, your thoughts.
I do think they need to move or transition Newsom out of California because people can't stand him at all.
I had spent some time in California when he Like right before his election and no one voted for him.
I think he was installed in there.
California is actually a pretty conservative state from what I've seen.
I mean, it's like a lot of other states.
There's a couple of like super liberal crazy outposts in some of the major cities, but by and large Americans want to be left alone.
They don't want to be taxed to death.
They want opportunities to work, to support their families, to support their local community.
They've seen California be mismanaged to death.
I mean, Newsom's literally just dumping fresh water into the ocean at this point.
The irrigation, the fires, California is just being completely overtaken and destroyed.
I know people who grew up in California and Southern California, they talk about how there used to be orange groves and all these lakes and It was just a paradise down there and it's just been mismanaged to the point where there's fires, there's drought.
People, they've put in the whole cap on water.
I think Newsom put in he wants a cap on like 50 gallons a day per person for water, which just sounds like a lot.
But if you try to take a shower or run your dishwasher or run your clothes washer within a day, you're using up all that easily.
The fact is, is that he has completely mismanaged California with the attempt to try to privatize it and destroy it.
It's the seventh largest economy in the world, I believe, still to this day.
So there's massive potential for California to turn around.
So I think they need to get him out because people are completely Sick of him and sick of his ilk and they're trying to transition Silicon Valley out of there as well because people are sick of that and sucking out of the resources of California.
And I think Newsom's, you know, he's not as old as some of the other politicians that we see in Congress right now.
So I think they're trying to put in The new generation and try to move some of these people to the D.C.
area.
I think he's Pelosi's nephew.
Yes.
You know, it all fits.
This is really.
And if there's anyone who's ruthless, it's Gavin Newsom.
I mean, a guy who would drain the two largest reservoirs in California.
Which were so full they couldn't sustain a five-year drought.
He deliberately drained them into the Pacific to create this artificial calamitous that's going to destroy agriculture in California and contribute to the food shortage.
This is grotesque.
Scott, I think you're onto something right now.
It's a very scary prospect.
Very scary.
Very scary.
God.
Unbelievable.
I agree.
Terrible.
Meanwhile, the White House Disinformation Board has been revived and is now being led by a former Google executive who's of anything even more scary.
The new improved board, known by the White House now as the Office of the National Cyber Director, will be led by Camille Stewart-Goster, a former Google executive specialized in removing disinformation from their App Store.
She's also known for ranting about systemic racism.
During her time at Google, she was the head of security policy for Google Play and Android, where she led security, privacy, election integrity, and dismissed information.
Before her stint, she was, get this, Senior Policy Advisor for Cyber Infrastructure Resilience Policy at the Department of Homeland Security under, guess who, President Barack Obama.
With her ties to big tech, Gloucester's new role makes it easier for the left to censor Americans whose opinions they don't like.
In her tweet, she's demonstrated an ability to tie far-left causes like systemic racism to the unrelated topic of cybersecurity.
Here's what she says.
Systemic racism is a cyber security threat, she wrote in 2020.
Cyber security is about people and ignoring how technology shows up in the lives of all people leaves us vulnerable.
Josh Hawley, among others, has sounded the alarm, accusing the Biden admin of appointing a less-than-social-justice warrior.
The big tech, big government alliance continues.
Meanwhile, the Army is falling apart, so they're going to have a new program for recruits who pay a body fat academic.
In other words, the Army is going into the remedial education business.
A new program to help recruits who fail to meet body fat standards or minimal armed forces vocational aptitude battery score to begin trained to meet those standards.
The new program will start in August with two separate tracks, the fitness track and the education track.
The fitness course is an expansion of the Army's Assessment for Recruit Motivation and Strength 2.0 program.
We'll give recruits two to six percent above the body fat standard to enter to train to meet it.
This course lets us unleash unrealized potential by surrounding trainees with experts they would likely not have access to at home.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, you know, this is a sign of the American military degrading and becoming decadent and fat and stupid and, you know, holding any kind of engagement against Russia or China with such a military, such an army, is laughable.
You look at the Russian military and their operation in Ukraine, you see exceptional training, very careful strategic maneuvering around civilian infrastructure and civilians, and really an absolute annihilating power against the Ukrainian enemy.
And I think you'd see the same thing in China.
We have no idea What a real military engagement with a professional army is.
We've been running around the world destroying Bedouins and mandresses and flip-flops from Afghanistan to Iraq to Syria to Libya.
We are completely delusional in our understanding of war.
Scott Ritter said this too.
We have no capacity to engage in the Russians on a European front Nor the Chinese, I would say, as we did in Korea in 1950, and as we prepared in the 1980s for Russia.
We are a, you know, just a flat, fat, over-medicated, transgenderized military, and that's why people are leaving it in roves.
And I think, again, it shows the complete The complete disintegration of America, which is the result of liberal leftist ideology being forced in every institution and every government platform.
Jim?
Yeah, very good.
Holly, your thoughts?
Well, I think it's indicative of the younger generations, the young men who have been fed poison food, you know, the GMO food, everything that affects their body, turning them obese, the inflammation, the pharmaceutical drugs that children are put on, whether it's like ADD medication that they hand out to young boys.
They don't let them go outside and play and get involved with sports now, you know, aggression or Everything's bad.
Any sort of masculine tendency that a young boy has is told that it's wrong.
They're raised without fathers.
There's no honor or respect within the military anymore as far as supporting our veterans.
Like you literally end up on the street a lot of times as a veteran.
So we've completely failed a lot of our military in that way.
And I think all of this is obviously by design to paraphrase the art of war.
A war is fought in one before a single shot is fired.
So if you don't have any young men who can physically handle the problems of going through like basic training or something like that, everyone's fat and sick and obese and poisoned, whether you're talking about hormonally or food wise or through our culture.
You don't have a military force to begin with.
And then I see those weird videos of like they're making like men in the military prance around in high heels and stuff like that.
I just I don't really understand like as a woman that's like walking in a woman's shoes or something like that.
I just think it's like bizarre.
It's not it's not helping anyone, men or women.
Holly, that was just sensational.
You and Scott are just making a fabulous contribution.
I'm just blown away.
It's wonderful.
World Health Organization activates an emergency panel—guess what—regarding monkeypox.
In the last update, monkeypox has been reported in 63 countries for a total of around 9,200 cases, considered endemic in some countries in Central and West Africa.
Who thus convened an emergency committee on June 23rd discussing the situation, whether it would merit the highest alarm.
They suggested that the chief of WHO not issue the warning since the situation didn't merit it.
In a statement released this week, they said, the Emergency Committee will provide its views to the WHO Director General on whether the event constitutes a public health emergency.
If so, it will propose temporary recommendations.
Once the meeting is held, they plan on releasing another statement.
To this point, the WHO said the majority of infections have happened in urban with men who've had sex with other men.
Most of the infected have been young as well.
It is a gay disease.
As part of the emergency, they're set to analyze trends and how countermeasures they'll suggest.
Pedro said during a Tuesday press conference that he was going to work closely with the LGBTQ community, especially to tackle the stigma around the virus.
We must work to stop onward transmission and advise governments to implement contact tracing, including, as a detailed profile, the typical persons who've been infected.
The right on our predicted schedule, retired U.S.
generals, warned about the new pandemic declaration.
Two retired generals, Major General Paul Vallee, Army, and Thomas McInerney, Air Force, raised concern about the new declaration that it's a global health emergency because Tetros went ahead and declared it to be one, even though the majority of the committee did not support it.
Each of us should not be alarmed by this alert as the credibility of WHO is already in great question over COVID.
The rare designation mean WHO now views the outbreak as significant enough to have a coordinated international response.
Beware of this politically driven global organization funded by the global elite.
Monkeypox is a disease primarily transmitted through the sexual activity of gay and bisexual men.
I have decided the global monkeypox outbreak represents a public health emergency, said the WHO Director General.
Here he is shaking the hands of Chinese leader Xi Jinping.
He said his decision was due to an increase of monkey box cases.
A report published out the reasons the members had for and against declaring it a global emergency.
Although the declaration does not impose requirements on national governments, it is an urgent cause for action.
Who can only issue guidance and recommendation to its member states, not mandates?
Who, Director Tedros, by the way, the General observes, is not a medical doctor.
He's a Marxist from Ethiopia, totally supported by the Chinese Communist Party.
Lies about COVID from the beginning to cover for China.
McInerney said they predicted the declaration of another pandemic about this time of year.
They're right on our schedule.
We shall not conform to their guidelines.
We must resist lockdowns.
Now's the time for America and the world to say no.
Fool me once, shame on you.
Fool me twice, shame on me, the general exclaimed.
Why should we not be surprised, Scott?
Another pandemic, another lockdown, more mail-in ballots?
What a coincidence!
Your thoughts?
Well, the only thing that's going to make this acceptable, and people are going to believe it, is the natural retardation and mental stagnation that has been triggered and cultivated with the first COVID-19 vaccines.
So this brain fog, this mental debilitation that has afflicted all of the portions of society that got this vaccine, They are now sufficiently retarded to believe and not question the additional propaganda layers that are going to be foisted upon them, such as monkeypox, such as, you know, some other thing down the line.
They are going to... This is part of the plan.
This is the snowball effect.
So you got the COVID-19 vaccine, which made you stupid.
Now you're going to get a monkeypox vaccine that's going to make you more stupid, more deformed, more genetically corrupted.
And then, you know, this is going to eventually lead to the complete junkyard human body that doesn't even resemble human beings today.
I foresee that coming down the line.
So, you're seeing two camps.
You're seeing the political mitosis.
People who reject all this and those who are accepting and taking additional jabs and restrictions and all the other things that they're going to experiment on people.
But I think at the heart, the more revelations and signs that comes out about the homosexual connection, correlation to this, you know, the better.
Again, you're seeing, I think, a larger part of society growing and growing aware of this.
Uh versus you know the idiots that are accepting it.
I think there's there's far more people that are sufficiently skeptical and going to reject this and I I think the desperation of the World Health Organization and the Democrats is only going to become more and more violent.
They're going to press and they're going to try and abuse and Gavin Newsom is going to no doubt try and Lockdown California again calling monkey pox the excuse, but I think it's going to backfire because people are going to reject it violently if need be.
Jim?
Fascinating.
We temporarily have lost Holly.
We hope she will rejoin.
Meanwhile, Johns Hopkins working papers says that COVID-19 lockdowns were not worth it, sparking a fierce debate, meaning trying to cover their ass.
All those who were responsible don't want the truth to come out.
Obviously, the lockdowns weren't worth it.
Obviously, the lockdown should never have occurred.
Obviously, Trump was played.
It was an elaborate hoax.
And these guys are getting it right.
Three economists concluded in a Hopkins working paper lockdowns in response to the pandemic did not have a significant effect on mortality, but of course had devastating effects on the economy.
Lockdowns in Europe and the U.S.
reduced mortality by two-tenths of one percent, concluded Steve Hanke, professor of applied economics at Hopkins, Jonas Hervey at the Center for Political Studies in Copenhagen, and Lars Jornhund, economics at Lund in Sweden.
The working paper published on the website of the Hopkins Institute for Applied Economics, Global Health, and Business Enterprise has not yet gone through peer review, but it looks pretty damn good.
This all makes perfect sense.
I bet it's exactly right every single word of it.
The press secretary, Jane Buzsacki, was asked about the paper way back on February 4th.
She deferred to the administration's experts to address the specifics.
But added.
The President has been clear.
We're not pushing lockdowns.
We've not been pro-lockdown.
That's not been his agenda.
Most of the lockdowns happened under the previous President, not even being willing to mention his name.
What our objective has been is to convey we have the tools we need to keep the country open.
The Working Paper is a review of 34 studies, a meta-analysis with 24 of them.
In concluding, the lockdown produced limited benefits.
Herbie Young and Encke found shelter-in-place reduced mortality by 2.9%.
They noted, however, closing non-essential businesses seemed to have had some effect, reducing mortality by 10.6%, probably related to closing bars.
Their meta-analysis included studies establishing a relationship between mortality and lockdown policies.
They excluded studies on the effect of voluntary behavioral changes, as well as using cases, hospitalizations, or other measures, interrupted time series studies comparing mortality rates before and after, studies analyzing the effect of early versus late lockdowns, and synthetic control method papers.
Their analysis looked at specific NTIs.
Face mask mandates had a large effect of reducing more optality.
Mine is 21.2, but it was based on only two studies.
I don't believe that for a second.
They found school closure reduced mortality by 4.4.
I don't believe that either.
And the damage of closing schools has been horrendous.
Although this appears counterintuitive, it could be a result of asymptomatic being isolated at home, infecting family members.
Border closures, quarantines led to a one-tenth of a percent reduction, but they were mixed with two studies reporting mortality reductions and another of a large increase, so they offset one another.
While the meta-analysis concerns lockdowns have little to no public health effects, they've imposed enormous economic and social costs where they've been adopted.
They've got that part right.
In consequence, lockdown policies are ill-founded and should be rejected as pandemic policy instruments.
The findings ricocheted around the media and on social media.
Conservative outlets covered them.
Mainstream did not.
Surprise, surprise.
Some of the most pointed criticism had about the definitions used, because the meta-analyses were grouped into three categories, lockdown, stringency, index studies, and shelter-in-place, and specific NPI studies.
In a statement at the Science Media Center at British Clearinghouse, Neil Ferguson, who was the author of the original outrageous predictive model that led to the nonsense Noted lockdown policies vary dramatically among countries.
Ferguson also criticizes statistical methods for not taking into account lagging effects of lockdowns on reduced transmission and death.
This guy has no business speaking up, in my opinion.
He is the guy most responsible for all of this nonsense.
Meanwhile, Sammy Bott, a professor of citizen and public health at Imperial College, where also, by the way, Neil Ferguson has been, though I believe he's been since fired, commented on the issue of what gets categorized as a lockdown and there's caution in interpretation.
The others define lockdown as the imposition of at least one compulsory non-pharmaceutical intervention, but that could even qualify mask wearing as a lockdown.
For a meta-analysis using a definition at odds with a dictionary, a state of isolation or restricted access instituted as a security measure is strange.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, I think overwhelmingly people of any intelligence are recognizing the The physiological health impact of lockdowns of masks are null and void.
There is no benefit whatsoever.
This entire scandemic of a flu that is over exaggerated, that may have had artificial components of development and whatever, has been something totally overreacted to.
People should have treated it like a regular flu and sickness, develop the antibodies and recover.
That's what Sweden did in a sense, and the statistics show that it didn't suffer any of the worse when it didn't follow these lockdowns.
In fact, it's only degraded society that has allowed this to happen.
Your churches, your businesses, your families, your entire society being locked down, your schools, the traumatization of your children, the retardation of the British study that showed the speech impairment of kids because of the school shutdown, because of the inability to read facial expressions as children need to do to develop and acquire the language skills.
All of this has cost society heavily.
It has stunted the growth.
It has retarded the society.
It has caused them to become fearful, schizophrenic, nervous basket cases.
And it also was a violation of every right that the Constitution was created to codify and defend.
Specifically, your right to work, your right to worship, your right to be free is not controlled by a governor or a World Health Organization or a health officer.
An emergency permission may be allowed, you know, with a flash flood or something has happened.
You have, what, two weeks or 30 days and that's it.
Then people, that evaporates.
The license to do that evaporates and you have no authority to shut people down.
You have no authority to tell people to wear a mask if you're a Starbucks manager or anything else because you're not a doctor.
It violates It's the Nuremberg Code.
It violates your whole informed consent and the physical signs behind masks and all this is coming out to be more detrimental to your health in the first place.
You're breathing in poisons and All sorts of, you know, bad stuff from these masks.
So we cannot survive as a sane people and a free people if we allow this ever to happen again.
And I think people need to violently oppose it, by all means necessary, The moment they try and reimpose this on society, because then they will get progressively more restrictive and oppressive, and if you give an inch, they're going to take a mile, and we can't survive if we allow that.
Jim?
Scott, I think you got it right.
Meanwhile, the U.S.
government is developing a solar engineering research plan.
This is another one of the moronic efforts being made to defeat climate change when climate change isn't a serious problem.
In fact, the whole thing is based on a hoax.
Embarrassing.
The White House is developing a research plan that would guide and set standards for how scientists study one of the more controversial ways of counteracting climate change.
Solar geoengineering.
The basic idea is we might tweak the climate in ways to release more heat into space instead of onto Earth, cooling an otherwise warming planet.
Solar geoengineering encompasses a range of different approaches.
One is to use planes or balloons to disperse tiny particles in a stratosphere, which would in theory reflect back enough sunlight to ease warming, mimicking the effects of massive volcanic eruptions in the past.
Some research groups have explored whether releasing certain particles could break up cirrus clouds, which entrap heat against the Earth or make low-flying marine clouds more reflective.
The 2022 Federal Appropriations Act, signed by Biden in March, directs his Office of Science and Technology Policy to develop a cross-agency group to coordinate research on such climate interventions, in particular with NASA, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and the Department of Energy.
The measure calls for the group to create a research framework to provide guidance on transparency, engagement, and risk management for publicly funded work in solar geoengineering research.
It directs NOAA to support the Office of Science and Technology Policy with a five-year plan to define research goals, assess the potential hazards of climate intervention, and evaluate the level of federal investment.
Among those hazards, by the way, is extinguishing life on Earth.
Geoengineering was long taboo.
Some argue it should remain one.
Questions about the environmental side effects, that they'll be felt unevenly in different parts of the globe.
This is toying with Mother Nature, by the way.
Evolution has done its job to get us here, and these kinds of interventions can have absolutely unexpected effects that are devastating for life.
It's not clear how the world will grapple with tricky questions regarding global governance, who should make decisions about whether to deploy such powerful tools, and what global temperature we should aim for.
How in the hell would we know?
Some feel geoengineering is too dangerous to even try or investigate.
Arguing just talking about the possibility could make the need to address the underlying causes of climate change feel less urgent.
But they're mistaking the underlying causes.
Proponents of geoengineering research, while stressing that cutting emissions must remain the highest priority, say we should explore the possibilities because they may meaningfully reduce the dangers of climate change.
They notice that as heat waves, droughts, famines, wildlife, and other extreme events become more common or severe, these sorts of climate interventions may be among the few means available To rapidly ease widespread human suffering or ecological calamities.
Let me comment.
The heat waves, droughts, famines, wildfires, and other extreme events appear to be the result of geoengineering already.
They are already using geoengineering to artificially manipulate the weather to make us think we need to take drastic measures such as moving to a green energy program, which is completely absurd.
Bear in mind, there can be no causal relation if there's not a correlation.
Here's a graph showing about the vaccination and autism.
As you have more vaccinations, you have more autism.
And if you reduce the vaccination, reduce the autism.
But With relation to the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere, there is no correlation to global temperature.
They're completely independent.
They have nothing to do with one another.
This is complete bullshit.
We've been sold in an effort to promote the Green New Deal.
Here you see variations that have taken place.
It's rather cyclic, with the Earth sometimes warming, sometimes cooling.
But believe it or not, CO2 has zero, zilch, nada, nothing to do with it.
In fact, CO2 actually cools the Earth's climate in four different ways.
CO2 is indispensable to life on Earth.
Plants transform CO2 into oxygen, without which there could be no life on Earth.
This is stunning, massive pseudoscientific bullshit on a virtually unprecedented scale.
Scott, your thoughts?
Yeah, it's the new religion, and that's where the left has been trying to take it.
They have to cloak this in a religious, you know, mystery of submission and surrender And no questioning of the high priests of this religion.
These democrat tyrants see the new climate change religion as the key to dominating and controlling people and enriching themselves and enriching their friends by controlling human behavior.
So this is how you control human behavior, by making this climate change, you know, religion and theory, and causing the perceptions or the visual images of climate change by starting fires, by, you know, media, pictures of drought.
This is how you influence minds.
Make no mistake, Gavin Newsom, again, the high priest that they are raising up to be the replacement for Joe Biden ahead of the elections, he is the climate change high priest.
He is the one that is going to try and do upon the rest of the country what they've been doing and trying to get away with in California.
And again, this isn't about managing the earth, managing the water, managing the trees, managing as a good steward.
This is about Worshiping the creation more than the creator.
In fact, rejecting the creator in this man-made humanism of the climate religion.
So people need to recognize they're advancing this in school books.
They're advancing this in political public policy.
Even the Republican moron idiots who are up there regurgitating these slogans of climate change where they should be changing the narrative entirely to say this is a Democrat chicken little Fake religion that they are trying to strip every Americans of their rights and their identities over.
The Democrats want every American living in a fiberglass igloo, wearing burlap pajamas, eating dirt and bugs on, you know, barely enough to subsist so that they are weak and demoralized and nothing more than an economic slave.
And these politicians and their academic criminals in compliance, they can continue to occupy the high positions of the ivory towers of the university in politics and the fanatics in Hollywood too.
These schizophrenic lunatics up there are making movies about the fantasy of climate destruction.
So you see all of these things coming together in a very violent way, too.
And again, you see them ridiculing anyone that questions it, ridiculing and being very, very vicious to anyone that has alternative points of view.
And I think it's going to end in a very cataclysmic way, with the mass of society rejecting this Western-originating False religion.
This didn't come out of Russia.
It didn't come out of China.
It didn't come out of South America.
This came out of the United States and Britain.
And it's funny that the British were the ones that fooled Trump into, you know, shutting down all of society and all the rest of the stuff.
So I think it's gonna be rejected, but it's just a form of their religious oppression.
Very, very good, Scott.
Very good.
Meanwhile, the Alex Jones trial for damages has commenced this week.
It began Tuesday.
It's being broadcast to the public.
He's complaining about what's going on as a murder of due process, but he's committed any number of blunders here, in my opinion.
He's been subjected to a treatment very parallel to what happened to me right here in Dane County of Wisconsin.
Democrat activist Judge Mayogara Gamble declared him guilty before the trial in a default judgment, declaring he failed to comply with discovery.
Jones says it isn't true.
Thus, the jury's only task is to assess how much he owes in damages.
I was Found guilty of a defamation in a summary judgment, which was based upon the judge's subjective opinion that my evidence wasn't reasonable, which is something permitted in Wisconsin but is completely absurd and unacceptable in other states, which I've carried to the United States Supreme Court.
But it meant that I, like Alex, was subjected only to a trial for damages, mine yielding in a judgment of $450,000, his undoubtedly is going to be overwhelmingly greater.
The difference being I didn't have any money to begin with, but Alex has a pot full.
The judge is doing this for political reasons, he told reporters.
Everything is hidden in plain view.
I've been found guilty by the judge, and now there's a trial where they tell the jury to decide how much money I pay because I'm already guilty.
That's never happened.
Well, that's not quite right.
It's never happened.
And if indeed he actually didn't comply with discovery, and it was a legitimate default, or either way, it never approached the question of whether anybody died at Sandy Hook.
He was being sued by three different collections of parties, three different lawsuits, which I gather are going to be resolved in rapid order, but where he already conceded, he already stipulated That 20 children and six adults died at Sandy Hook.
In other words, he forfeited, in my opinion, his best arguments about there being good reason for him to believe it.
And he's gone further than that by distancing himself from those of us who could have provided him for cover by citing our work as a basis for his belief that Sandy Hook was a hoax.
But he's also equivocated there and now reversed himself.
They have taken my right for a jury to decide if I'm guilty.
Now a judge has a jury that I'm guilty?
This is a murder of your rights to due process to the federal constitution and the state constitution of Texas that in any number of just a few dollars that you get the jury to decide.
He's really talking about the Seventh Amendment.
It says if for any amount over $20 you're entitled to a trial by jury.
You got the jury to decide if you're guilty, and then they decide damages in a separate group of hearings?
This is a weaponization of the judiciary.
It's absolutely horrifying.
Well, he's absolutely right about the weaponization of the judiciary.
There's no doubt about it.
He said the case would go down as one of the greatest show trials ever.
The judge banned him from speaking about the case around the courtroom after he gave this interview.
He's now been gagged.
In case you missed it, Amory Travis tweeted, Alex Jones talked about his frustration with his defamation case outside the courtroom yesterday.
The judge has now ordered no one may discuss the case around the courtroom this week for the sake of the jury.
This is in Travis County.
Now, I've been pointing out, I published a couple of blogs that I regarded as urgent because they were about to take down my blog.
And I now recognize they wanted to take down my blog because they were going to bring up my name in the Alex Jones hearing.
And once they brought my name, people would want to know what evidence I might have.
And since I have a vast repository they don't want access to, they had to take down my blog.
Here's an article I published where I show one of the proofs we have.
The staging of the photograph sent round to the world that appears to be a policewoman escorting kids to safety during the mass shooting.
Except that this Newtown Bee photographer, Shannon Hicks, who took the above photograph, also took the below photograph a few minutes earlier, where you can see A half a dozen or more parents are there.
They have their hands in their pockets, their arm folded, they're casually looking on.
Look at the two women between boy number one and boy number two there in the lower photograph.
They're just looking on with no anxiety, leading me to describe this photograph as lounging at the massacre.
But notice, they took the little girl in the pink skirt and they replaced her with a little boy in a dark sweater to get a better shot.
Alex Jones appears to be getting the same treatment I received in the lawsuit brought against me by the man who calls himself Leonard Posner, whom I am convinced is a legal fiction played by Ruben Vabner, who came to Madison and testified under oath.
Everything about my trial was wrong, as I explain in detail below.
Now they're taking my blog on Thursday at 5 p.m.
to make sure I'm unable to contribute to explain what's going on here and how the law has been weaponized to censor and abuse those who speak out about false flags or staged events when we have had a spate of them of late with Buffalo, Uvalde, and most recently Highland Park.
Download the Law Enforcement Fall Slag Stage Event Checklist I have published with Brian Davidson, PI, and you will see the massive effort being exerted to deceive and mislead the American people, especially to give up their guns.
Don't do it.
Meanwhile, I publish a second, Sandy Hook Parents Testify Against Alex Jones in a Culture of Lies with Analysis by Elizabeth Williamson.
Editor's Note.
Elizabeth Williamson has mastered the art of special pleading by selecting the evidence that agrees with a predetermined conclusion and eliminating the rest.
You will not find her addressing the stage photos in the parking lot, for example, that prove that they rearranged the kids to get a better shot.
The FBI consolidated crime report for 2012, which shows no murders and non-negligent and slaughters in Newtown, of which Sandy Hook is a part, or the FEMA manual for a mass casualty exercise involving children, which you can download as a PDF here.
Nor does she acknowledge my petition before the United States Supreme Court, which displays the lengths to which they will resort to conceal the truth about Sandy Hook.
Under Fake News in Encyclopedias, you will find a photograph of Elizabeth Williamson.
She goes on to talk about the families of the 10 victims who've waited years to hold the Infowars conspiracists in a political environment that enabled them to an account.
And here you have a photograph of Neal Heslin and Scarlett Lewis, the parents of Jesse Lewis, who is alleged to have died at the Sandy Hook shooting.
Unbelievable.
Editor's note.
While you won't hear it from Elizabeth Williamson, Neil Hesselin claims that he held his dying son in his arms, while Dr. Wayne Carver, medical examiner for the state of Connecticut, stated during his press conference that parents were not allowed to see their children, much less hold them in their arms while they die.
Here's a passage of my petition about Hesselin, which Alex Jones challenged.
The Fourth Court of Appeals affirmed all the rulings of the lower court included in their 58 opinion that there were no reasonable disputed facts in this case.
There is no reasonable dispute regarding the following facts.
In other words, the court system in Wisconsin took this to be the case and not allow any disputer challenge.
On December 14, 2012, a mass shooting occurred at Sandy Hook Elementary in Newtown.
26 people were killed, including 6 staff and 20 children aged 6 and 7.
See, for example, Jones versus Heslin.
Including, Neil Heslin's son was killed at Sandy Hook Elementary school shooting in December 2012, rejecting the Substantial Truth Doctrine as a basis to the Smith-Heslin defamation claim.
Related to his statements is Feuding Heslin's assertion that he held his deceased son in his arms, Soto versus Bushmaster.
On December 14th, 2012, 20-year-old Adam Lonza forced his way into Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, enduring the course of 264 seconds, fatally shot 21st grade children and six staff members and wounded two others.
Posner's six-year-old son, Ann, was one of the children killed during the Sandy Hook shooting.
So it wasn't.
Either Wayne Carver was lying about the parents not being able to see their kids, or Neil Heslin has been lying about holding Jesse in his arms as he died.
They cannot both be true.
But bear in mind, they could both be false, which appears to be the case.
Alex Jones cannot be guilty of defamation by denying that Neil Hesselin held his dying son in his arms, as long as that is true, and even Wayne Carver supports the conclusion that Alex had it right.
Editor's note,
As I continue, while I'm legally constrained from addressing issues related to Noah Pausner, perhaps the single most important proof that Sandy Hook was a female exercise, presented as mass murder to promote gun control, is a photograph showing a crime scene vehicle in the parking lot, where we find the flag at full mast, areas isolated with crime scene tape, and a figure who appears to be Wayne Carver, M.D., reclining against a wall awaiting the arrival of his portable mortuary tent.
Take a close look at the windows at Classroom 10, which are intact.
I'm talking about these four windows right here, just above the roof of the vehicle.
After the event, they would be shown to be shot out, especially the second from the left.
So this photo was taken either before the event had taken place or before they had completed fabricating evidence.
Either way, It may be the single most damning photo exposing the charade.
Bryan Davidson P.I.
tracked it down to a magazine where it was published, and then to the photographic archives of the Connecticut State Police, who are apparently running the event behind the scene as proof of consciousness of guilt.
They have removed metadata from their Sandy Hook photos.
Truly outrageous.
They've taken my blog and now they direct it here to the Wisconsin Circuit Court of Access for a case where they're trying to take my blog, which they went ahead and took, even though I'd submitted a motion for reconsideration and a motion to stay the judgment until after the Supreme Court acts.
They went ahead and did it anyway, undoubtedly because of the exigency that the Jones trial was taking place.
Meanwhile, Amazon has been complicit.
Here in the past, if you went to see my books in a bio, which they might think is just too strong evidence, since I have three books right there about the assassination of JFK, they might think I have something to say.
And since it says here in my bio sketch, Jim Fetzer, A former Marine Corps officer has published widely on the theoretical foundations of scientific knowledge, computer science, artificial intelligence, cognitive science, and evolution and mentality.
A magna cum laude graduate of Princeton who majored in philosophy earned his Ph.D.
because yesterday they had an email From Paul Watson in London to Alex Jones saying they've got to separate themselves as far as possible from the batshit crazy fencer that was in the trial yesterday.
So what did they do?
They took out a part there where it was showing me, you know, in various photographs and with Sean Hannity to the Court of Appeals decision dated at five in the order granting the permanent injunction.
I mean, this is outrageous.
This is Amazon.com.
Now, apparently their algorithms are so strong that they reverted to this when I checked it again today, but this shows you how far they are willing to go.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, it's a violation of you and your property.
It should be criminally acted upon.
It should be civilly acted upon.
The Amazon should be sued.
Anyone who has redirected your website to this Wisconsin Circuit Court site listing Posner v. Spencer, that should be investigated as a crime, as fraud.
I mean, it's innumerable, the violations that they have been doing against you, but this should be Immediately, part of the record, Jim, is newly discovered evidence to the court and to the prosecuting law enforcement.
This is an electronic fraud violation.
They have manipulated my website.
They've injured me by doing this.
This should be brought up to show That Posner, aka Vabner, and his name should be listed.
This is not Posner.
This is a guy named Vabner.
So he's committed fraud upon the court.
He's, you know, misrepresenting himself.
All of this needs to be put out there.
And of course, you should be an expert witness in anything that revolves around Sandy Hook.
And Alex Jones, if he was honest and intelligent, would list you as an expert witness and use all of your material.
Newly discovered evidence is always admissible as a motion because in the interest of justice, it can shed light on something the court previously didn't have access to and has been suddenly discovered.
It's like digging in the backyard and you find a body, a bone, a skeleton.
Oh, suddenly the person that's been missing and someone else has been in jail for killing, we find out it's been killed by somebody else.
That's newly discovered evidence, Judge, and the case has to be reopened.
And in light of this newly discovered evidence, everything that Posner has put forth regarding Sandy Hook, Needs to be completely reversed and rejected.
So, newly discovered evidence motion should be filed.
All of this corrupt conduct of misdirecting the website should also be brought into the court.
And criminal complaints filed with the law enforcement agencies.
And it is a federal crime too.
So, this is something that needs to be exposed and attacked, Jim.
The court sanctioned the taking in spite of all my arguments to the contrary, in spite of filing a motion to stay, in spite of filing a motion for reconsideration, which you can all read now because you can go to those documents and you have access to them there.
I have had to create a new blog.
It's already up.
Instead of jamesfetzer.org, it's jameshfetzer.org.
I encourage everyone to go there.
There will be more developments here.
But my Supreme Court petition is moving forward.
It's at a tenth of 12 final steps, and I believe it will be acted upon by the Supreme Court, and they will reverse all this nonsense.
But they had to move to do the damage now, or otherwise they wouldn't succeed in their efforts to suppress information about Sandy Hook.
Don, take us out.
Yeah, well, you think this is a good graphic back here about Harvard?
Finding that the only long gun was in the trunk, locked in the trunk?
That seems to be pretty pivotal evidence to me.
And so, anyway, yes, this has been a great show here, and what happened to my graphics here?
Anyway, okay.
So, thank you so much for watching, folks, here on Truth Vs. News, Incorporated, July 31st.
Wow, what a show, and Fetcher's in the center of everything, and you really ought to get his fantastic books, including the one about JFK and everything else.
It's really outstanding.
You're on the right track here for the truth if you're watching our shows, so please share these, and I think you'll find it very rewarding in the end, but we need to stand up and be strong for the truth.
