Oh yeah, no kidding.
This is Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin, welcoming you to a Texas Tuesday.
We have Joe Olson in Houston and Michael Ivey, formerly of Fort Worth, now residing in Asheville, North Carolina, which is quite a beautiful section of the woods.
In dueling Trump and Pence rallies in Arizona, they drew very different crowds.
One rally looked more like a catered banquet event on steroids, the other like a rock concert with all the hoopla of a religious revival meeting.
You can guess which was which.
One thing was for sure, former President Trump and former Vice President Pence were the stars at the dueling rally.
Here you had Pence saying, I'm a Christian, a conservative, and a Republican in that order.
And I'm here because Arizona in America need Karen Taylor Robson as the next governor, said Mike Pence.
Hundreds of Robson supporters and Arizona Republican notables sat at round tables covered in black linen, dining on pork and beef tacos before the rally got underway.
There's only one candidate in this race ready to lead Arizona on day one to great new heights, and that's Karen Taylor Robson.
Verse asserted, she will defend all the God-given liberties enshrined in the Constitution and the great state of Arizona.
About 50 miles north, more than 4,000 Trump supporters filled the bleaches at the Findlay Toyota Center for a Save America rally.
For Don Adams of East Massa, it was his third Trump rally in a single fiscal year.
Trump was the greatest president this country has ever had, he told the Epoch Times.
As far as I'm concerned, he's still a president.
That current resident in the White House, what a joke.
A nonpartisan Adam said he voted for Obama in 2008 before switching to vote Republican for Trump in 2012.
Nate Meza, Surprise Arizona, said he came to support my president.
I'm here to support many of my local candidates who will make America great again.
Regarding the smaller rally in Peoria, he said, I'm not surprised they draw such a crowd after the state in which Ducey left us.
His leadership has got us two United States senators who are Democrats, a Democrat secretary of state, a Democrat leader of education, and a Democrat mayor in every major city.
Great leadership, Ducey.
Sean Calloway, a surprise, said he supports Trump in his 2022 endorsement, Carrie Lai.
Also, U.S.
Senate candidate Blake Masters, Arizona Secretary of State Mark Fincham, and Arizona Attorney General candidate Abe Arnott.
Callaway's office, Donald Zoffit, Callaway said, hoping he would announce his candidacy for the 2024 election.
We're fighting to make some changes.
He said he expects an enormous turnout in the Arizona primary, one of the biggest in the state history.
Gina Lester of Prescott Valley said, she said, what's up?
Because I think he loves our country.
I think he loves a constitution.
I think he's all about we the people.
I think he's like a father to America.
Before taking the podium on stage, Fincham said he had a good feeling during the Republican primary election run-up.
When it was heard to him to speak, a lake set to thundering applause.
This is a lot like a lot of mega in one room.
Wait a minute.
Are we mega or are we ultra mega?
Saying it was a stupidest thing when the Democrats likened parents to domestic terrorists.
They said it drove even more voters into the ranks of the America First GOP in Arizona.
They came after us moms!
They came straight to the mega movement where they care about parents and kids.
We got the city moms, we got the rural moms, because when mama goes mega, it's game over.
It's game over for the swamp rats.
You will not be forgotten.
You will never be forgotten, she said.
About 9-10, Trump took the stage.
We're going to elect an amazing slate of America's first Republicans up and down the ballot, he said.
We're going to end a crazy Speaker Pelosi tenure once and all.
He blamed Biden for the southern border crisis, skyrocketing gas prices, a faltering economy, and the restrictive legislation contained in the Green New Deal.
I don't want people to mention the word depression, but where we're going now could be a very plaid place.
Recession is a nice word.
We're going to have a much worse problem than recession.
We're going to have a depression.
Our country is like a different place.
It's so sad to see.
But first, we have to win an historic victory for the Republican Party this November.
When we retake Congress, our highest priorities must be to end the nightmare Joe Biden has created on our southern oar.
And your governor, Doug Ducey, has done absolutely nothing to help.
Talk about rhinos.
He's all talk and no action.
You'll see what can happen when Kerry Lake becomes your governor.
It will be like day and night.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yes, well he was forced to have Pedo Pence as his VP because that's the way the swamp works.
And then I can fault Orange Man bad for a whole bunch of things including warp speed, 5G, and then I'm gonna make 6G because every G is great great great.
It's like Absolutely mind-numb as far as anything to do with science and particularly with the radiological effects of the Wi-Fi garbage.
Then he promised to declassify all this stuff on JFK, punted on that, promised to tell us what happened on 9-1-1.
Jim and I both know what happened on 9-1-1 but he didn't bother to share that.
Kim Trails was just an easily slammed dunk for any president to just say that Got an incoming call.
Say that, what are these military planes doing flying around with nozzles spraying garbage in the air?
Here's the garbage they're spraying.
We're grounding all these planes and we're going to court-martial everybody that's involved in this process.
Would have been a slam dunk for the green movement all the way across the board.
And I guarantee you, he's never talked to anybody as knowledgeable about the green fraud and global warming as me.
And I challenge him to discuss these issues with me or get somebody in his silly cabinet and hopefully he doesn't reappoint a single one that he had before.
As far as Carrie Lake, she's promised to start putting people in jail for the 2020 fraud and I guarantee you once they're looking out at the world from behind the bars they're going to start squealing on the rats that are above them and so it's just a matter of going up the chain of command and taking out all of the 2,000 mules that were working Independently of the nationwide 54,000 mules that stole 2020 and that will happen soon.
Very nice, very nice Joe Michael.
Yeah, that article was talking about dueling rallies, having these rallies on the same night.
And I assume that Pence's rally had nothing to do against Trump.
It was just to endorse the Republican gubernatorial candidate, Kerry Lake, right?
No, no, no.
He was endorsing a totally different candidate, Michael.
Yeah, Robson.
Yeah, Robson.
It's Robson, not Lake.
And Trump was scheduled a week earlier.
And Pence only had a couple hundred people, and it was like a catered banquet.
Trump had 4,000.
It was like a rock concert.
Oh, OK.
Now I get it.
And Trump had scheduled to do his rally last week, but he moved it back because of his first wife's death.
So that's why it ended up being dueling.
It only ended up being dueling in the last week.
So chances are, the person who Pence was endorsing is another Rhino, and Kerry Lake is the real deal.
Oh yes, oh yes, and I'm getting enthusiastic reports about Kerry Lake.
It looks like Arizona might be sort of a good canary in the coal mine for these midterms.
If all those Democratic people that that guy Nate Mess laid out there in that article are in all those positions in Arizona, if it goes down like we expect it to, there could be some big turnover between blue and red in that state.
And it also seems like Arizona has been one of the states that's taken it the most seriously, or at least the Republican side has, about investigating the fraud that happened that made them lose the state in 2020.
So we might stand a good chance of having an honest election in that state.
Yes, yes.
No, I think you're right on all counts, Michael.
That's right.
Arizona somehow got into the wrong hands.
Meanwhile, Trump easily beats a Santas for the 2024 Republican nomination in Turning Point USA straw poll.
This is young people.
The poll was held at a summit for the group of student activists in the sunshine shape on Sunday.
While unscientific, it does indicate the youth movement of staunch conservatives is sticking with Trump.
He got 78.7 percent.
Call it 80.
Who would vote for him if he launched another run?
DeSantis got 19.0.
Call it 20 if he were to run.
No other received more than 1 percent.
Trump dominates 2024 GOP presidential nomination.
I'll pull it, Turning Point USA.
Trump 78 to Santas 19.
Meanwhile, it may come as a bit of a surprise, considering other surveys have suggested that Santas has been closing the gap.

YouGov poll from less than a month ago showed DeSantis nine points behind a hypothetical Republican matchup—only nine—while Trump had been dominating polls for months.
Continuing the trend, however, a Detroit news poll of likely Republicans showed the two favor actually statistically tied.
New public polling from Michigan shows Republican voters increasingly willing to look at conservative alternative to Donald Trump, even as they view the 45th president favorably.
It also seems noteworthy that the summit was held in Florida, meaning Trump dominated DeSantis in his own home state.
Trump spoke and hinted at a 2024 run.
What can you do to, according to this article, which is ridiculous, incorrectly assert—he was correctly asserting he won the election in 2020, which was, of course, illegitimate in the count.
I ran twice.
I won twice.
And I did much better the second time than I did the first, getting millions of millions more votes than we did in 2016 and getting more votes than any sitting president in the history of our country.
And now we may just have to do it again.
DeSantis has consistently indicated he's more interested in running for a second term as governor.
He's often viewed as a more professional version of Trump, just as strong-fighting the left and their media cohorts in a more subtle, cutting manner.
He sometimes earns the respect that typically left-leaning voters—Elon Musk, for example—said he's leaning toward DeSantis after having voted Democrat his entire life.
The Florida governor quipped in response, he always appreciates the support from African Americans.
And I gotta say, for most of the time, I never knew Elon Musk was an African American.
Trump believes he could easily defeat DeSantis for the nomination, but he's left the door open that he might run with DeSantis as his vice president.
Well, I get along well with him.
I was very responsible for his success because I endorsed him and he went up like a rocket.
The Turning Point poll also indicates Biden is not the most concerning candidate from the Democrat side, earning only 4.4% as tough as opponent.
California Governor Newsom was regarded as the most difficult at 30%.
Former First Lady Michelle Obama, also known as Michael LaVaughn Robinson, came in second with 13.6%.
Meanwhile, here's the report that Trump and DeSantis have actually already agreed to share the ticket.
DeSantis is also insurance.
Barnes explained the only reason Trump hasn't announced is that while DeSantis is out there, he's also indictment insurance for Trump because Democrats are scared a Florida governor would defeat their candidate.
You know, the Democrats are worried if they take out Trump, they'll still have to deal with DeSantis.
I think that is right.
I believe that is accurate, but not public for a variety of reasons, Joe.
Yes, well, Turning Point USA has 3,000 college chapters, which I think there's like 4,500 colleges nationwide.
So, they've got some penetration there, but on the college campus levels, they oscillate between 2% or 3% and maybe as much as 10%, depending on the college, maybe more at Hillsdale.
Certainly, they're a marginal group among college students.
And then the event that they went to, that they took this poll, I think is attended by about 300 people from the videos that I've seen of it.
So I wouldn't put a whole lot of merit in that poll that's saying that the young people are overwhelmingly for Trump, because you're looking at such an isolated group.
One of the courses I didn't want to take in college, I thought was stupid for engineers, was statistics.
Which turns out is pretty damn important.
And another one that we were required to take was economics and it's like, why does engineer?
Oh, this is pretty important.
So, you know, about halfway through my college curriculum, I quick question the wisdom of why some of The courses were required, and I realize now that they gave me the most balanced and traditional education possible.
And so I'm really grateful to the University of Houston for that.
As far as Turning Point USA, wish them the best.
I've tried contacting these people to be a speaker or do seminars with them, and I'm getting the cold shoulder from them wall to wall.
So apparently only young people can talk to young people.
And unfortunately, it takes more than a young person to understand the complex reality that we're dealing with.
Joe, what were you suggesting?
If you were addressing green energy and climate change, that would be a sensation.
I think they'd welcome you with open arms.
I have gone to them, to the Young Republicans, to that group out of Chicago that's the Truth Group that has a great newspaper up there.
I've approached all of them repeatedly saying, you can post any of my articles.
I'll be happy to do an online seminar with you.
I'd be happy to, I'd even travel to Chicago.
You know, I've been there a dozen times and it's a wonderful city, or used to be.
But anyhow, no, I've made every effort possible and even approached every university young Republicans in the state of Texas.
That's U of H, UT, A&M.
Absolutely no response at all from any of them.
Michael, your thoughts?
Well, I think there's no doubt looking at all these events that Donald Trump is the guy with the biggest grassroots following in this country.
And I certainly hope that your confidence in him is correct, Jim.
There's, as you know, big arguments on either side of that.
I keep, in all these political stories and the assumption of political solutions, I keep flashing back to that famous quote from Carol Quigley in his book, Tragedy and Hope, Back in 1966, in which he was outlining the machinations and methodologies of the ruling class.
I think he called them the Anglo-American establishment, which, you know, can go under different names, the banking cartel.
And the quote that Quigley was talking about was, this is them talking, the argument that two parties should represent opposed ideals and policies, one of the right and one of the left, is a foolish idea.
This is the ruling class talking.
Acceptable only to the doctrinaire and academic thinkers.
Instead, the two parties should be almost identical so that the American people can throw the rascals out at any election without leading to any profound or extreme shifts in policy.
It's just a fancier way of saying, give the people a choice but control both choices.
You know, but that was back in the 60s.
Of course, now we're in a lot more serious position than just the throw the rascals out emotional context.
Now, we've had an actual Overt coup in the nation and we're being run by a Bolshevik communist group that's actively trying to take down the country.
So, you know, that principle that Quigley was talking about back then may be a bit passé now.
Well, let me just observe.
Just as the lawsuit against me over my Sandy Hook book wasn't because they wanted to promote it, but because they wanted to kill it.
All the aggression against Trump is because he really does represent change, and the two parties are not the same.
And I feel like I have to take a club and hit my friends over the head to appreciate that Trump is a threat to the establishment.
He's the real deal.
My basic argument is, if he were the same as everybody else, they wouldn't give a shit, and they'd go with the flow, because so many Americans believe in him.
And I'm going to hammer that home as often as I can.
Meanwhile, just to show you what the Democrats have wrought, this is their vision for America.
Illinois high school implements equity-based grading practice, seeks to raise grade point average for blacks, lower scores for higher-achieving whites, Asians, and Hispanics.
Why not?
The author suggests just automatically give all blacks AIDS.
White privilege, systemic inequities, implicit bias.
Oak Park and River Forest High School administrators will require teachers next year to adjust their classroom grading scales to account for skin color or ethnicity of its students.
This is just the opposite of what I was taught that America was all about.
We're supposed to be non-discriminatory.
We don't care your color, your race, your ethnicity, your religion.
Now they're making it a part of academic performance evaluation.
Completely outrageous.
In an effort to equalize test scores among racial groups, they're ordering teachers to exclude from grading assessment variables that has disproportionately hurt the grades of black students.
They can no longer be docked for missing class, misbehaving, or failing to turn in their assignments.
In other words, they don't have to do their homework.
Teachers are being instructed how to measure student growth while keeping the student leader's political ideology in mind.
Not their student ability, not their student learning, not their student performance, but their school leader's political ideology.
How insulting is this?
According to the Illinois State Board of Education, the percentage of sophomores at the school taking the SA-2 who failed was 38%.
was 38%.
But within that 38%, 77% for Black students, 49% for Hispanic, 27% for Asian, and 25% for whites.
Advocates for so-called equity-based grading, which seek to raise a grade point average of the Blacks and lower scores of Asians, whites, and Hispanics, say new grading criteria are necessary to further the school district mission of diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice.
Notice none of that has anything to do with education and learning.
Sullivan called grading, based on traditional classroom testing and homework performance, outdated practices that foster unconscious biases, says the associate director at the Education Advisory Board.
Teachers may unintentionally let non-academic factors, like student behavior, whether a student showed up to a virtual class, interfere with their final evaluation.
Traditional student grades include academic criteria that do not reflect student learning gains, including participation in on-time homework submission.
So they're just going to discount all that.
But here's more.
If that's what they want for your education system, here's what they want for your city.
Michigan decriminalizes public urination, defecation, and littering for equity.
Kalamazoo, Michigan.
This is, you know, middle America for the Democrats.
This is what they want as their exemplar for all of America.
Becky Bilko, owner of Pop City Popcorn in downtown Kalamazoo, is one of the business owners who's been taking a stand.
She told MLive there have already been aggressive and unstable panhandlers in the area.
People have to clean up where they've defecated right in front of the door of your business.
We can't have that downtown.
Sherry Emory, owner of Sherry's Chocolat, echoed Bill's concerns, telling the news, I don't understand why I would propose the law would be less restricted.
It is now.
Kalamazoo Mayor David Anderson said decriminalizing these offenses will help the city be more equitable.
It'll also make it more of a sewer.
It'll make it more unattractive.
The people who have the resources are going to get the hell out of town.
This is stupid beyond belief.
He empathizes with downtown business owners, too.
They've invested a lot to be downtown, and a lot of those spots are mom-and-pop shops, or that's their live income.
We want to be respectful of that.
We hear them.
We're listening to them, and we care a lot.
But we care about everyone in the community, especially those who want to defecate in public and pee in the streets.
If you see a person who may be defecating, someone in their sane mind would not be doing that.
There's an issue here, said Commissioner Stephanie Hoffman.
There is a trauma.
There's a crisis going on.
So they're going to encourage it.
I can't believe it.
Sanity, common sense, has departed from the Democrats, top and bottom.

Yeah, well you'd think at least after outrageous acts like that you'd be able to vote out that kind of local government, but apparently they still got rigged races and they've got a population full of voting idiots.
What we have here is an effort to remove meritocracy and replace it with melatonin.
Cocracy and it's nothing nothing but virtue signaling and victim advocacy converting society to the lowest common denominator and anybody that can say that mathematics is racist has got to be an absolute bigot in their own right because there's nothing in a 10-digit system that is racist at all.
If you can't figure it out with 10 toes and 10 fingers Then maybe you need to just be, you know, a grocery stalker or a lawn boy because we're not going to downgrade mathematics to meet your mental midget capacity.

You guys are being so tough on Illinois here.
I mean, think how much time this is going to save teachers grading papers.
All they have to do is score blacks high and score whites down.
Job done.
My job is done here.
Now, you guys know I worked for 22 years in civil rights enforcement, and during those years I worked with a lot of really good and smart black folks, and most of them, when I read that story, would be as incensed and incredulous about that kind of policy in the area.
And incredulous about, in general, what's going on in the area of racial equality.
I know if I were a self-respecting black person or the parent of a smart black child, that would really piss me off that they were doing that.
I mean, how condescending can that policy be?
Not to mention the fact that it's overtly racist.
Then the story about the Michigan City decriminalizing public urination.
You guys know the well-known Australian video blogger Max Egan?
He bailed out of Australia several months ago, and he's been living in Mexico.
And he made a sort of a stealth trip to the United States to Southern California.
Walked right across the border.
They didn't even stamp his passport.
And he went to Southern California in the Bay Area, and then when he went back, he made a video about it.
And that's what he talked about, how the downtown areas are now trash dumps in those cities, and they stink of human piss and shit.
You know, and I can only think that, to me, it looks like a good indicator of a collapsing society.
I think so, Michael, and for certainty, the absolute abandonment of sensibility of a major political party.

I'm literally destroying the country and there's dumbasses that still support me.

This is our joke of a president.
He calls himself Joe Biden.
He's completely incompetent and doing ill to the nation.
Dereliction of duty writ large.
Meanwhile, the World Health Organization admits everyone who received a monkeypox vaccine is part of a clinical trial to collect data.
In other words, there isn't actually a monkeypox pandemic.
They're only conducting trials, part of a clinical study, so they can learn about the efficacy of the vaccine.

conducted a media briefing with our Director General, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, who is not even an M.D.
He's not a doctor.
He doesn't know anything about what he's doing, an expert to discuss a monkeypox outbreak.
In fact, he actually has a history of a terrorist in the country from which he came, Ethiopia.
Tim Neugen, the unit head of Global Infectious Hazard Preparedness at the WHO, said it's yet unknown.
It's never been used before on this scale.
He warned that anyone who received the vax is technically participating in a clinical trial.
Therefore, when these vaccines are being delivered, it's in the context of trial studies and prospectively collecting data.
According to the CDC, there are only two vaccines licensed by the Food and Drug Administration for preventing monkeypox, Janios, also known as Imvamune or Imvranex, and CAMC-2000.
On the same day, the WHO declared monkeypox a global health emergency.
How can they do that when they're merely conducting trials?
According to report, Tedros overruled the decision of eight members of the expert committee who voted against the declaration, while only six were in favor.
That tells you how responsible, objective, and scientific is the WHO.
Two sources told Reuters members were split, but responsibility rested with the Director General, whom, as I've observed, does not have the qualifications to hold the position.
In New York City, dubbed as the epicenter of the monkeypox outbreak, the government announced an additional vaccine.
About 26,000 additional doses of the Janos were delivered to New York City as part of Phase 2B and will be distributed via clinic mass vaccination sites and community-based referrals.
Meanwhile, let me add, I have more than one source that monkeypox is a disease that's spread by anal sex.
In other words, this is a gay disease.
It's not one that's going to be widely found in the community.
Joe?
And it's amazing, the children that are turning up with it have gay close associations.
It's really kind of disturbing too, so let you know on that front.
This disease was absolutely created in a bio lab, I think it was in Netherlands in the early 70s, and then it's only had a couple of wild releases.
It's They've had a vaccine for it that's got emergency youth authorization for the last several years.
And if it's E-U-A, it means that you are the lab animals, that they're not going to test any longer on animals.
They're going to go straight from monkeys to the other kind of monkeys that they hate so much on this planet.
So that's disturbing.
The other thing is that this whole pandemic could have been prevented with two very effective drugs.
One of them is hydroxychloroquine, which is a ...stabilized version of quinine, which is a naturally occurring alkaloid, which is available in hundreds of plant species throughout the world.
And then, the other one is ivermectin, which is produced by a microorganism and In his acceptance speech for the 2015 Nobel Prize, the person who discovered that, Satishi Omura, said that microorganisms do not produce useless Bolides.
We just have little knowledge about their usefulness for human beings.
And that's the problem.
They have suppressed the multiple benefits of both of these drugs for a long time because they are no longer patentable drugs.
And previously, when we were discussing this, I found online the patent applications that were submitted to the FDA for variations of the Ivermectin which was patented by Merck I believe in 92 and so they had like a 15-year patent and then it expired and so that's why they like selling patent drugs because they can charge any fortune for them and they're the only ones who get to do it.
Well they had submitted over 4,000 I had the exact number but I looked all night through my notes and I wasn't able to find it but I will find it and out of those 4,000 submissions of Uh, one or two element variations in the chemical structure of those.
The FDA only approved 12 of them, and none of the 12 are any more safe or any more effective than the original formulation of ivermectin, and the same thing would apply to hydroxychloroquine.
So, if we didn't have big pharma, if we had HCQ and ivermectin, we would have never had any of these diseases.
Yeah, including COVID, by the way, which, of course, we know actually wasn't bringing about death.
There was a proposition set up for the Vax.
I've taken both HCQ and ivermectin, and they are very, very successful on a wide scale, but they don't make big pharma any money.
Hence, they're suppressed.
And had they not knocked them out of the park by demonization, they could not have got authorization for the emergency use of the death jab, which requires that there be no readily available alternatives that are less intrusive.
Michael, your thoughts?
On the subject of clinical trials in general, I want to plug a recent interview that just got posted to the Jim Fetzer BitChute and Rumble channels.
It's an interview conducted by a fairly famous pediatrician named Paul Thomas, who is now doing a video podcast for Children's Health and Defense.
He's interviewing a guy named Toby Rogers.
It's under the title Against the Wind, which is the name of his podcast.
It's It should be at the top of the videos there.
It is really a great conversation about how the FDA and the CDC have become entirely captured by this big pharma mafia that we're living under right now.
Toby Rogers listened to all of the hearings held by the FDA and the CDC and studied all the data and documentation and lays it out very logically.
And this is in the run-up to their approval of the COVID injections for children as young as six months.
He explains in great detail how these so-called safety trials are now being blatantly and obviously rigged to come up with anything, anything that looks good for the drug vaccine of the moment that these people's pharma masters want to be approved.
And one little Kid bit there is that, you know, they, the WHO just announced that it's a public health emergency, the monkeypox virus.
The official designation is called a public health emergency of international concern.
And the acronym is P-H-E-I-C, which in most languages would be pronounced fake.
Very good, Michael.
Very good.
How fitting.
All this is fake from beginning to end.
Meanwhile, Berks admits she and Fauci made up the science on lockdowns and social distancing.
If you weren't shocked by the whole thing before, this ought to put you over the edge.
Dr. Deborah Berks has made several stunning admissions of late, admitting COVID came out of the box ready to infect when it hit Wuhan, may have been created by Chinese scientists who are working on coronavirus vaccines.
She admitted to making things up that she and Tony the Rat were lying to the president and to the American people about their COVID protocols.
With a first lie, 15 days to stop the spread, Birx writes in a book of hers, no sooner have we convinced the Trump administration to implement our version of the two-week shutdown than I was trying to figure out how to extend it.
But it goes further.

Discovery requests were also sent to the CDC, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, its director, Jen Easterly, DHS, and HHS.
In May, Missouri and Louisiana filed a landmark lawsuit against top-ranking Biden admin officials for colluding, allegedly, with social media giants to suppress free speech on topics like COVID-19 and election security.
Schmidt announced that Terry Doherty, a judge in the U.S.
District Court for the Western District of Louisiana, had ruled in favor of a motion for expedited preliminary injunction-related discovery and set a timetable.
According to Schmidt, government officials both pressured and colluded with social media giants to censor free speech in the name of combating disinformation and misinformation, which led to the suppression and censorship of truthful information on several topics, including COVID-19.
Indeed, on every one where they sought to suppress, they were suppressing the truth and promoting the false.
The court's decision cleared the way for Missouri and Louisiana to gather discovery and documents.
The order states, the First Amendment obviously applies to the citizens of Missouri and Louisiana, so those states have the authority to assert those rights.

They've confirmed Pfizer, and thus the FDA, knew by December of 2020 that the mRNA vaccine did not work.
That they waned in efficacy and presented vaccine failure.

Pfizer knew in May of 2021 35 minors' hearts had been damaged a week after mRNA injection.
But the FDA rolled out the emergency use for teens a month later anyway.
Parents did not get a press release from the government about heart alarms until August of 2021, after thousands of teens had been vaccinated.
Pfizer, and thus the FDA—many of the docs, by the way, are stamped FDA confidential—knew that, contrary to what highly paid spokesmodels and bought-off physicians were saying, the mRNA spike protein and lipid nanoparticles did not stay in the injection site, but rather went within 48 hours into the bloodstream, from there to lodging the liver, spleen, adrenal, lymph nodes, and, if you're a woman, ovaries.
Pfizer, and thus the FDA, knew the Moderna vax had 100 micro of RNA lipid nanoparticles and spike protein, more than three times the 30 micro of the Pfizer.
The company's internal docs saw a higher rate of adverse events with 100 of those, so they stopped experimenting internally due to this Reactogenicity, Pfizer's words, but no one told all the millions who got the first and second hundred shot and the boosters.

The punctuation is weird in a couple of places.
You can't tell if it's something Lou Rockwell wrote or what the people he's quoting wrote or said, but it's a killer article.
He brought out the fact that the vaccine passport is pointless for any purpose other than control of the population.

What I liked especially about Lew Rockwell's piece was he was indicting this health safety network, the CDC, the FDA.
By implication, the NIH and the WHO, Americans have assumed that the CDC and the FDA were operating to protect them.
They had no idea that the CDC and the FDA could be bought and sold by big pharma.
That the CDC and the FDA could be a marketing arm for Pfizer and Moderna.
But that's how it's turned out to be.
Even when the CDC knew the vax was bringing about death, even when the CDC knew the vax was bringing about miscarriages and sterilization, even when the CDC knew some of these effects were killing people on the spot, they went ahead, they went forward nevertheless.
