Truth vs. News.
I'm Donald Brown, your producer with JD.Consultants at live.com, and it's July 24th.
It's been one heck of a hot week here, and we've got one heck of a hot show to show you today.
And we've got the best people in the world to give us their information here.
We've got Jim Fetzer, who's in his 80s now.
He's written 40 books or more, and he's just an outstanding person who, of course, is famous for Sandy Hook and for Not going to the moon or other books.
But he looks so young.
He looks so young, that's right.
And he's doing so good.
Looks so young?
Hell, Jim Fetzer's got the ferocity of a 50-year-old that would make half the male population look like a bunch of emasculated beta males.
Yeah, right.
We're doing what we can, Scott.
I appreciate the voter confidence.
He's doing great, and these books are classics that everybody should have.
You know the truth that Tim is professing.
He is a shining star, a gold star, and we have Scott Bennett, our military intelligence expert, who's been around the world and is airing around the world and other foreign Channels that give them a leisure to say things at will.
They don't censor him there.
They love him at RT and Press TV, by the way.
A truth teller.
Yes, right.
That's Scott standing up strong.
And also David Kinney, a Wilshire attorney down in California there, who knows what's really going on, especially about corruption and school boards and things that really need to be dealt with.
Anyway, let's get going on the show here.
Let's start off with the gold stuff.
You got a good story about gold?
Well, the EU admits that the goal of their anti-Russian sanctions is to destroy Russia.
It's not actually to save Ukraine.
What that means is This is a war crime because it's a form of collecting punishment as forbidden under the Nuremberg Code of International Law and the Geneva Conventions.
The EU sanctions will not stop the military activities in Ukraine, but ought to create a lot of problems for the Russian economy, said the bloc's, the European Union's, foreign policy commissioner, Josep Borrell.
Russian President Putin counts on the fatigue of democracies with sanctions, the EU representative said.
It's not easy, but we must continue to put pressure on the Russian economy.
Our European societies must not abandon this policy.
The problem being it's all backfiring on the European Union.
They're suffering mightily.
They're having to ration gas now already.
The EU has been planning to impose a ban on Russian gold later.
None of this is working.
The rubble is surging.
It's at the highest, strongest it's ever been.
The American dollar is shrinking and all but disappearing.
Meanwhile, Jack Hart observed, my fellow Americans, You own this, and you will pay for it.
Not a military intel expert, nor am I an intel analyst by trade, but on the other hand, I'm not a windbag, nor is my keyboard for hire.
That's made me a lot of enemies, but also a lot of friends.
I have contacts in Poland and Asia.
These are not the guys who sweep the floor.
They just came in from Asia this morning.
Two Brits and the Arab Mubbin were executed by firing squad early Friday in the Donbass.
You'll hear about it soon, but everything is being distorted.
Huge losses of life for the Ukrainians.
Carnage.
Biblical-scale Russia is done killing fellow Slavs.
They're going to end it, and soon.
We're starting to see new developments coming fast.
They have two U.S.
generals and some Canadian faggot sequestered in Moscow.
They'll be getting the same treatment after a very public show trial.
The word is Russia's launching a major, repeat, major offensive aimed at finishing Ukrainian fantasy world for her keeps.
The consensus is the worst places in the world to be right now are Ukraine, Lithuania, and Poland.
My friend in Poland doesn't want to be there, but they have jobs to do.
Unlike the cowardly Americans, they may be throwing their lives away to serve, but they'll do their death, even if it leads to their death.
Putin and the Russians are coming.
You can take that to the bank.
And my guess is they'll be coming through Lithuania and then Poland.
Your apathy as an American, your failure to live up to your Second Amendment obligation, has just about sealed your fate.
While you've been watching imbeciles and sexual deviants cavort on television and laughing at the antics of Joe Biden, Russians have been dying on a battlefield created by those very same imbeciles and deviants that amuse you.
If I were you, I would run for the hills.
I'm already there, and I have nothing to be ashamed of.
Most of you, on the other hand, are guilty of sin, and you'll pay for your cowardice with everything you ever knew and loved.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, you know, the EU sanctions that they've tried to put on Russia are a form of economic warfare, and they've done it for essentially the last 10 years.
And for them continuing to do this against Russia removes any moral restraint, any moral Or a sense of empathetic or sympathetic feeling between Russia and Europe.
Russia is now at the stage of, if you hate us so much, if you are so ferociously and hysterically out of your mind with jealousy, envy, hatred, whatever the emotional storms are that animate you, European Union, European governments, European countries, then we're going to turn away and have nothing to do with you.
We don't need to have a relationship with you.
I've said this from the very beginning over a year ago, Russia doesn't need the European Union or any European country, especially if these European countries are so blind, arrogant, and hysterically violent against Russia in both and hysterically violent against Russia in both passive and directly aggressive ways.
Russia is going to remove itself.
And that's what they're doing right now.
That's what Lavrov is doing, and Zarikova, and Putin.
Coming to the realization, albeit I think far too slow, but they're finally coming to the realization and they're expressing this realization that we're just going to cut you off altogether because there's no point in having a relationship.
There's no point in knowing you.
There's no point in conversing with you.
There's no point in having a talk with you because you are so obsessed with harming Russia.
Why would we want to have any conversation or any relationship with someone that wants to harm us?
So it's very simple, but yet the European Union and the Americans don't seem to realize that their point of view, their attitude, is completely laughable.
It's hysterically childlike.
It is tantrum on steroids.
Childlike tantrum on steroids.
And for the foolishness of thinking that you're going to cut off all of Europe from Russian oil and petroleum and such and somehow hurt Russia is a grotesque miscalculation of the economic map and the schematic of buyers and sellers of products and such.
The CIA are masters of this.
That's the only good thing the CIA have done.
They understand the internal Ebbs and flows, imports and exports of every country.
The CIA knows every detail of a country's natural resources.
It's, I mean, everything that brings it wealth and value, the CIA have defined it as if, you know, you're doing the mineral content or the protein or vitamin content of a food.
The CIA know every country.
So, you know, the grotesque miscalculation has been that Russia would fold and instead it's causing the European to fold.
Lastly, I'd say it's important to reflect on Zbigniew Brzezinski, whose son worked with me at Booz Allen Hamilton, Ian Brzezinski,
Zbigniew Brzezinski's original plan was to seduce and win and persuade and conjole the Ukrainians to want to join America, NATO, the European Union based on the magnetism, the charisma, the attraction of the wealth and the stability and the freedom, the liberty and the joy, the happiness, the health
That was Zbigniew Brzezinski's original ethos, his original game plan of winning the Ukrainians based on positivity.
And instead, they have completely corrupted and deformed and jettisoned his original plan.
And instead of winning the Ukrainians, they've embarked on this Bullying and aggression and overthrows and coup d'etats and all of the things since 2013.
So it's a grotesque abomination and a betrayal of Zbigniew Brzezinski's original theory.
And I think if there's any critic that would rise up and say, you have screwed up this whole Russian-Ukrainian-American-European relationship, It would be Zbigniew Brzezinski, who would stand up and say, you have ruined what could have been something entirely different, and now you've caused Russia to step in.
And once Russia steps into a battle situation, it is not going to be over until they win Burn down the other side and replant what was burned down with their own pro-Russian people, culture, government systems.
And you can bank on that.
Ukraine is now a cemetery waiting for a garden to be sown.
And Russia is now beginning to plant those seeds on the graves that it's created.
Jim?
David, your thoughts?
That was a very colorful explanation by Scott.
I must say, you know, I'm always impressed with his ability to synthesize information and to kind of sum it up.
But, you know, as I've gone, as I've repeated a billion times, you know, Presidential Policy Directive 21 was all about critical infrastructure security and resilience.
And here in the United States, it established a national policy on critical infrastructure security and resilience to advance a national unity of effort to strengthen and maintain functioning and resilient critical infrastructure.
And that's exactly what Russia is targeting in the Ukraine.
It's targeting the Western infrastructure that is throughout the Ukraine.
Including the bio labs and everything.
But in the United States, the Department of Energy is responsible for the energy sector.
The role of the Department of Energy and PPD-21, as a federal agency, is to take over and to monitor and to take control of our energy resources.
So what we now see is this big energy battle taking place.
You have an energy problem.
You have a food problem.
You've got the agriculture in Ukraine.
You've got the technology aspect, cybersecurity, everything.
This war is now ongoing at a confrontational level.
So as you get to Southeastern Europe, you're going to see more and more problems.
And as long as Russia is acting in its own interests, It's going to continue to do so.
The European Union, as far as I'm concerned, has been so flooded with immigrants, so invaded.
I mean, just look back at the history of Rome.
I mean, what happened?
The hordes came in and Rome went down in flames, and that's exactly what's happening in Europe.
So I think there are two things at play.
First off, there is, you know, I don't mean to get on my horse, but there is a supernatural explanation to natural events that are occurring.
And what we're seeing is we're seeing the rollout of all these natural events that are precursor moves to a global war.
And they're really, you know, every day, Every single news report, things continue to get worse and worse and worse.
And we're just going to continue to see this happen in the immediate future.
And when I look at our administration and how disgusting some of the policies of this federal government, immoral, policies that are just being pushed.
I think we've got nothing to look forward to, and I think we can expect the wrath of God.
I'm telling you, that's just what I think.
Well, we appreciate that.
Meanwhile, the DOG sabotaged Trump records on Russiagate documents.
He wanted to release these documents, but the Department of Justice has blocked the release of hundreds of pages that Trump had declassified, wanted to expose FEI abuses against him and his inner circle surrounding the 2016 election.
But of course, the FBI wouldn't want to release documents that would expose their own corruption.
Meadows' memo confirmed prior reporting by Just the News Trump on January 19, 2021 declassified a binder of hundreds of pages of sensitive FBI documents showing how the Bureau used informants and FISA warrants to spy on the Trump campaign and misled both the federal court and Congress.
The declassified documents include transcripts of intercepts made by the FBI of Trump aides, a declassified copy of the final FISA award approved by the court, and the tasking orders and debriefing of the two main confidential human sources, Christopher Steele and Stefan Halpern.
Investigation into Trump and his campaign found there was no collusion with the Kremlin.
Meanwhile, it turned out Hillary Clinton herself authorized the dissemination of the fabricated claim that Trump was communicating with a Russian bank.
The Declassified Docs have never seen the light of day.
The DOJ disobeyed a direct order from the sitting president through Meadows to Declassify and expeditiously release him after private information was redacted.
Well, you know, the swamp is pretty deep, said Meadows.
When you look at this, this particular president was all about draining the swamp.
And when he was running, that was more of a campaign slogan.
But when he got there, he realized not only was the swamp very deep, But it would fight back.
Oftentimes, you know, he'd say, I want to do this and get this out to the American people, not just a classification in terms of issues that affected him or his campaign personally, but issues that affect the American people.
What he would do is he would have a conversation.
Then we would see, as people were leaving the office, they were not in compliance.
But the minute they got out, they'd say, well, we're not going to do that, or we're going to find a reason not to do this.
So very often, while I served as chief of staff, I found that as a member of Congress, many times we'd go in, the president was all in on a transparency issue, only to find that Whether in a particular agency or the Pentagon, they started pushing back.
Meanwhile, Trump plots purging the administrative state employees if he should be re-elected.
Former President Trump's potential return to the Oval Office will include an effort to purge the unaccountable administrative state that creates and directs vast amounts of our lab policy.
This is known as a senior executive service.
He's planning to cut about 50,000 administrative employees to reign in unelected technocrats and federal government agencies that have great influence over policy impacting American workers and the American people.
The term administrative state specifically describes a phenomenon of unaccountable and unelected administrative agencies exercising power to create and enforce their own rules and policies.
The administrative state uses its rulemaking ability to usurp the separation of powers between the three branches by creating a fourth branch not created by the Constitution.
Nearly 2 million federal employees make up the administrative state, which Trump has referred to as the swamp.
Before he left office in 2021, he signed an executive order to reclassify federal government employees who fell into policy-shaping or decision-making roles into Schedule F, which allowed him to enhance accountability and job performance.
Basically, he could fire them.
Unfortunately, the government's current performance is inadequate, as recognized by federal workers themselves.
Biden, unsurprisingly, canceled the order when he assumed office.
But if Trump runs and wins in 2024, which I regard as highly probable, the former president is reportedly intending to implement the EO and purge the unelected technocrats artificially running the federal government.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, as someone who worked in the federal government, I know exactly what can be done and how it needs to be done to fire these bad performers, these traitors.
And Trump screwed up the first time.
You know, putting on my critical hat, Jim, he goes in saying he's going to do these good things if he's re-elected.
Well, you had the first chance.
You had your opportunity and you screwed it up.
You weren't smart enough, Donald Trump, to get a team of ass-kickers in there and go into every agency using an Inspector General authority, having military investigators alongside, because this was to be investigated as an act of treason, sedition, foreign intelligence, foreign operations.
That's how you go about doing this.
Trump didn't do anything.
And I mean, Mark Meadows, if I saw him personally, it would be difficult for me not to beat him to death.
Because Mark Meadows is a traitor who betrayed Trump in December and January, and was the reason that Trump failed.
But Trump failed because of his own stupidity and his own personality.
You want documents declassified and released in the Department of Justice?
Get your fat, waddling ass to go down to the DOJ with a team of people, and you bring out the binders.
You bring out a team that says, hey, I want everything in your computer.
I want everything in your file cabinet.
I am the President of the United States.
I will decide what is declassified, and whatever I say goes.
I'm the Commander-in-Chief.
Trump didn't do that.
He gave this to Mark Meadows, who was about as manly as a baby diaper, and all of this stuff failed because he was stupid and didn't have real men around him to do the job.
That's why Trump failed.
That's why he was thrown under the bus for his own incompetency.
Anybody can give speeches, anybody can go up there and rally the flag to a bunch of moronic retard knuckle-draggers who love to sing the Kumbaya Star-Stangled Banner.
That's not government.
That's not ruling.
When you rule in government positions, you have to know the law, you have to know public policy, and you have to be an ass-kicker to go in there and recognize that there is deep corruption that has been put in there from Obama.
He didn't.
He didn't do anything.
He just goes in there like it's a fanciful parade, and he was playing defense the entire time.
So to hear him say, I'm going to do investigations now.
Bull!
You've had your chance.
You failed.
I don't trust your competence.
I don't think you're smart.
And I don't think you understand what government does.
And unless you get a real team of competent men, I don't even trust you.
You're not going to have John Bolton come back for a second job, and you're stupid enough to rehire him.
Or Mike Pompeo, or Nikki Haley, or these people that betrayed him and betrayed the American people the first time.
Trump doesn't seem to have this confidence mentally when it comes to government.
I'd like to think he does, but time will tell.
But this whole notion of SES and the Department of Justice and all these people hiding files and having secret policy positions, all of that is nonsense.
I've worked in government.
I know what political appointees can do.
And a political appointee who knows his job, who's armed with the teeth, with smart lawyers and tough people, can go in and say, I want every file emptied.
And if you don't like it, guess what?
You are on suspension.
Paid with leave.
Go home.
Don't come back to the office.
I'm investigating everything.
Does that mean the entire staff of the Department of Justice?
Goes home?
Maybe so.
Is that a good thing?
Absolutely.
But that's how serious you need to be by getting people, auditors, lawyers, and military guys to go down and say, no, no, we are investigating this from a military intelligence point of view.
That was his key failure.
If you had guys in uniform going up to the Department of Justice and saying, I'm Colonel so-and-so, I'm Major so-and-so, I'm Captain so-and-so, hell, I'm Lieutenant Bennett.
I want to open your books right now.
You got a problem with that?
I'm going to grab you by the scruff of the neck and pull you out myself.
That's how you get into the guts of government and you decide and you see what they've been doing.
He didn't do any of that.
He's playing patty cake with these people.
And as a result, the Department of Justice never revealed anything.
Meadows and these people betrayed him in hopes for a better job.
And as a result of that, the January 6th unfolded and we've had this country go into a slow train wreck ever since.
And all Trump's been doing is Well, ain't it awful?
Ain't it awful?
Well, now we're starting to see this.
We're starting to see that.
We're starting to see the corruption.
He could have handled it a totally different way, as more of a military defense of the United States from internal domestic enemies.
I said that when I was back in November, and I think the Democrat CIA that were listening to us We took the words we were using and used them against the Trump supporters.
We said all of these senior executive service people that were planning insurrection operations and the AFL-CIO people that were planning all this stuff from September, they need to be labeled domestic terrorists.
All of that was actually hijacked by the left and used against the right.
So, you know, this whole notion of Trump going back in and fixing this, it can be fixed, but only if you have the right attitude.
And the attitude is like Rocky Balboa, lean and hungry and ferociously desiring to go in and ass-kick any simple-minded retard Democrat that is trying to block and corrupt and stop him.
Jim?
I'm not going to express how strongly I disagree with what you've just said, Scott.
I will observe.
Trump was played once.
He's not going to be played twice.
And nobody threw him under the bus.
The theft of the election of 2020 was monstrous.
It was obscenity.
It was run by the Democrats and their allies.
Trump legitimately won around 410 votes.
It was read from coast to coast.
California and Minnesota both even went for Trump.
We had that from Sydney with an early report before they manipulated the outcome.
I'll let it go at that, but I remain in the belief that Trump can do a great deal of good for this country, in particular if he's aligned with DeSantis, which appears to be what is coming.
David, your thoughts?
Well, you know, it's interesting listening to both you gentlemen.
I concur with Scott's analysis to a certain extent.
I do believe there's a little bit of due process that has to take place, but I understand that.
And certainly, Jim, with respect to Trump's abilities, you have to remember he's a businessman.
This is his first venture into government.
And in that regard, let me address first the intercepts and secondly, the reclassification.
So when it comes to the intercepts, when Meadows has this opportunity to or has this order to obtain and to release information, he should obtain and release the information.
I mean, that's that you got to execute what the commander in chief wants you to do.
But With that goes shows Trump's inexperience in government and and with all due respect to former President Trump he had uh he got into office And then the swamp came after him.
The Democratic Party came after him.
Private industry came after him.
He was trying to put out those fires, and it's one guy.
And look, I'm the first to agree with Scott's point that Trump had every opportunity to hire intelligent people running his agencies, and he failed to do that.
It's hard to get competent people.
Look, new president comes in.
I'm telling you, I don't care how bright you are, it takes you a year on the job to get just your handle on it, just a grip on it.
Then it takes you two years to kind of understand what powers you have and what you can and can't do.
And then In addition to that, you've got two years to do what you think you can do.
You've got all the events taking place internationally.
You've got all, you've got just a circus breaking loose domestically.
And it makes it impossible to execute anything.
And Bill Barr has got all this stuff going on.
I mean, I think Bill Barr to a certain extent was very effective, but also when he had an opportunity to Lay the foothold into the election, I think he failed to do so.
I mean that just to me was the biggest failure of Bill Barr.
So let's go to the reclass.
Now the reclassification, he's taking government employees, a whole branch of government employees, he's reclassifying them which means he's taking them from their position that they have and changing it.
And making them subject to dismissal for performance reviews.
It's like teachers.
You know, teachers, when they have to get compensated based on their performance, raise stink to high heaven because all of a sudden they've got to have grades that show they're getting paid what it's worth, what they're worth.
But the fact is that the reclassification that he talks about And his promise to do it again, I believe that.
That's certainly what he'd like to accomplish.
But thinking that Trump and DeSantis are going to rectify the problems of this country as they are now manifesting themselves is not a good perspective to take.
We are being confronted with 21st century problems.
And it doesn't help when you're using 20th century solutions.
And I don't mean that in a bad way, but I mean it's the technological aspects, especially when you're running the federal government, are so overwhelming that you've got to have key people in key places and you've got to get information to the president quickly.
Now, I know in a project I was working on that was making very strong efforts to get information up the chain of command, finally got there.
But there's activity taking place that we've got to understand is here in the United States.
You've got federal, you've got, I'm sorry, you've got foreign interests that are here and they are everywhere.
And it's part of what we have to tolerate as a democracy, as an open democracy.
They come into the United States, they want to learn everything they can about it.
Trust me, these people are working hard.
They're working a lot hard and people are just, you know, the federal employees just picking up their check, going home and having a few beers on the weekend.
But again, it goes back to what I'm saying.
The The supernatural events that are taking place are naturally occurring.
To a certain extent, you have to anticipate that there are going to be waves of confusion, disinformation.
It's all got a foreign base, and when it has a domestic base, You know, like it does inside some of our federal agencies.
You've really got to be careful with this time bomb that's being played with.
It's, you know, it really takes a strong personality to run the United States government, but it takes someone who knows the combination.
And you've got to, you've got to work it right.
You've got to understand your powers, you've got to understand your limitations.
You can't be expected to work the world, Congress, the people, the media, all at once, and be effective at it, unless you're supported by competent people.
And I'm telling you, if Trump's going to run again, the first thing he ought to do is start identifying who the hell he's going to have in place.
Yeah, I think we all agree with that, David.
Wise observation.
Meanwhile, DeSantis slams Biden for putting America last and begging Saudi Arabia for oil.
He spoke at Florida State College in Jacksonville, announcing the school as one of the three to launch civil academics for students interested in careers in public service.
He blasted Biden's trip to Saudi Arabia with both barrels, asking why the Biden admin will not tap into energy opportunities right here at home.
Christina Pushow tweeted, How come it's wrong to produce our own oil and gas here, but you can go to Saudi Arabia and fist bump to try to get it from Saudi?
I mean, it makes no sense.
We have the opportunities here to be energy independent.
Which, of course, Trump had done.
During his visit, DeSantis asked a valid question to wit, the one I've just quoted.
We have the opportunity here to be energy independent and not have to worry about any of these other countries, and yet they're intentionally not doing it.
You can't run a modern economy on windmills.
You just can't do it.
While sharp criticism of Biden may be something others are afraid to do, DeSantis is not among them.
His takedown of the trip to Saudi Arabia to beg for oil and come home empty-handed is not the first time he's zoned Joe Biden.
That poor NBC Sports reporter, after what she starred, she may be somewhere showing her appearance now.
That's when interviewing NASCAR race driver Brandon Brown, a crowd behind him chanted, F Joe Biden, F Joe Biden.
She marveled, tried to put a good face on it, and said it was—they were chanting, let's go Brandon!
If she was unaware of what they really were saying, she may have been the only person in America.
meanwhile de santa tweets the biden admin decision to allow more flights into cuba will only enrich the pockets of communist dictators who trample on the rights of cubans for decades biden should stop kowtowing to dictators throughout our hemisphere and start standing for freedom the phrase took off Elected officials began saying it, even to senators.
If you're looking at what's going on with some of the big corporations with their woke agendas, and when you look at the Biden-Brandon administration and what they're doing, and the crowd started chanting, Let's go, Brandon!
It got better.
In November 2021, he signed a series of anti-vaccination mandate bills.
Seemed the only place to do it was wait at Brandon House in Brandon, Florida.
We're proud to be able to make a stand for freedom in Brandon, Florida.
Does it get better?
It does.
In April, when Biden planned to terminate Title 42, DeSantis stated he would fly any illegal immigrants dumped in Florida to Joe Biden's home state of Delaware.
Meanwhile, Brandon Leslie tweeted, Governor DeSantis rips Biden on high gas prices.
You see Brandon blundering around in the White House in a bad energy policy.
You see every time you get to fill up your gas and grocery bills.
DeSantis 2024?
While Republicans and Democrats wait for an announcement from Donald Trump, the other name heard most frequently is none other than that of Ron DeSantis.
While Trump, who turned 76, is just still sharp and on his game, many see DeSantis as the younger, fresher version with the same boldness and spine.
For large portions of Republicans who hate or love Trump, DeSantis seemed to appeal not just to those who might be considered establishment-type, but those who do not like the status quo.
A recent Times-Siena College poll showed 49% of likely GOP voters would vote for Trump, but DeSantis was their second choice at 25%.
He could have a number of options.
Trump has said he'd consider him as his running mat, or those who think DeSantis should throw his hat in the ring regardless of a Trump run or not.
Here's DeSantis.
Biden's border crisis constitutes a catastrophic failure of leadership.
While Washington does nothing to stop the flow of illegals into our state, Florida has passed concrete laws to defend our state against the consequences of Biden's dereliction of duty.
Meanwhile, exclusive.
Trump and DeSantis have made a secret agreement to share the ticket in 2024.
DeSantis is also insurance, Barnes explained.
The only reason Trump hasn't announced his ticket is while DeSantis is out there, he's also indictment insurance for Trump because Democrats are scared the Florida Democrat would defeat their candidate.
He noted Democrats are worried if they take out Trump, they'll still have to deal with the Santas.
Meanwhile, there's a marvelous new documentary about January 6th just released by The Atlantic Times.
I've watched it.
I recommend it to one and all.
Scott, your thoughts.
Well, DeSantis' commentary on Biden going over to Saudi Arabia and fist-bumping the Saudis for oil and stuff like that, that's all true, but he fails to articulate, and I'm always going to be critical, I mean, I'm not here to give people kudos and what they do good.
I don't give a crap about that.
I give about what they're failing to do, what they're failing to say.
And DeSantis needs to step up and articulate that this climate change obsession is a form of religious fanaticism.
It is not a belief of caring for the environment or making sure that the salamanders are alive or that we don't have oil trickling in our brooks so we don't drink, you know, poisonous water.
We all agree with that.
But where we diverge is when the fanatic leftist, antifa, anarchist, Black Lives Matter, Democrat fools and their lobbyists and their high priestesses like Nancy Pelosi and the rest of these These gutless wonders step in and start forcibly trying to pass rules and regulations and laws and putting people in prison who violate them to manage climate change like a religion.
That needs to be said.
Because these people are emotionally unstable, they're fanatical, and they need to be branded and treated as fanatics.
This is not a difference on environmental management policies.
This is the difference between taking care and being a good steward of the environment, and being a crazy druid robe-wearing lunatic who bows down to trees And hates humanity and wants to cut the world's population by 500 billion or whatever it is.
That's the difference.
And DeSantis and others need to articulate that.
I'm sick and tired of Republicans saying, oh, well, climate change, climate change.
There's a big difference.
Climate is always changing.
Guess what?
Summer is different than winter.
That's called climate change.
The environmental management is something that good stewards do.
You do it in your home, you manage your swimming pool, you manage your garden, you manage your whole property.
We need to do that on macro level.
So getting down and articulating the quasi-pseudo-religious dimensions of climate change, climate worshippers, needs to come back.
Look at Alexander Ocasio-Cortez, the gift of stupidity that keeps giving.
You know, they need to really shatter these people.
And the other thing is, you know, when he talks about the border and the immigrants, this is not a failure of leadership, Mr. DeSantis, Mr. Abbott, Mr. the rest of your governors.
This is a violation of 8 U.S.
Code 1324.
The aiding and abetting the illegal entry of an alien into the United States is a violation of law!
It is not a failure of leadership.
It is a violation of law.
Read the law.
8 U.S.
Code 1324.
A person who aids in a bet the illegal entry of an alien into the United States besides a port of entry is guilty of violating the law and should be charged.
Joe Biden is supposed to be enforcing the laws of the United States.
So why isn't DeSantis and the rest of these people like Abbott holding that law up?
And saying every bus driver, every plane, every security guard that is facilitating this illegal entry, I will arrest!
They're not doing that, they're playing patty cake, and the American people are sick and tired of people like this.
The only thing that DeSantis brings Trump is a guaranteed win.
Without DeSantis, I don't think Trump would win, because he's too He's stuck on himself, he's too full of his ego, and he has no clue how to run government.
He's never had a government job, he doesn't understand government, he doesn't understand the law or the Constitution, he listens to the pageantry and the romance of being an American, and all that will get you a seat on the bus plus a dime.
He doesn't manage the United States and our government and our culture.
So that's where Trump needs DeSantis, but quite frankly we have to get some serious professionals in there like myself and others.
I worked in government for 10 years.
I was in the Bush administration 2003 to 2008.
I know the federal government.
Trump's an idiot for not putting me front and center amongst many others in the conservative ranks that worked at Heritage and elsewhere.
He goes in there and he has all these inarticulate amateurs.
That was his failure and he better not repeat it again if he hopes to get into the White House.
So I would say this is a time for everybody to reflect upon what he did wrong, what they're doing wrong now, and quickly start changing the narrative.
This is not about a failure of leadership.
This is about treason and sedition and ruining and destroying the United States by intentional opening up the borders and flooding these immigrants in.
And shutting off our oil supply and trying to bully people into this Green New Deal environmental climate change religion.
And the more that's said, the more it will break people out of this mind-control brainwashing that the Democrats and Ocasio-Cortez and the RINOs seem to be constantly trying to
After a year and a half of Biden in office, there's no possible way Trump could lose if he was running with Mickey Mouse as his vice president.
I've recommended Tulsi Gabbard as a possibility.
I think Ron Johnson is a possibility, but I do think Ron DeSantis is a marvelous pick.
David, I think Ron Johnson is a better pick.
Look, President Trump has some gravitas, OK?
But he's empty.
All right.
And Ron DeSantis has gravitas.
But truth of the matter is they're empty.
And, you know, I actually, I get a kick out of Carrie Lake, the wonderful young lady running for governor in Arizona.
She's articulate.
She handles reporters well.
She's on her game when it comes to discussing the issues.
She seems to me to be someone who's spent time with it and has a grasp of what's going on, not just being reactive to news and reports, but being proactive in terms of implementing policy.
And as you know, look, I've said this for years, you guys.
The Obama administration was planning on erasing the border.
John Kerry's words when he spoke to Northwestern Law School, he said, you know, you're the first generation to graduate.
And get used to being in a world with no borders.
And so this border problem has been going on for, you know, now it's 16 years almost, but it's now just exploding.
And quite frankly, to make Scott's point, what did Trump do?
Trump came in, he said, I'm going to build the wall.
Well, if you had built the wall, we wouldn't have this problem, okay?
It hadn't been finished.
No matter what, that was a big promise he made that he was going to build the wall, and he didn't do it.
He started to, but he didn't get it completed.
And quite frankly, he put the nation at risk.
So I'm not a real fan of President Trump's ability to utilize the gears in the car and knowing when to put the foot on the gas to resolve some of the issues.
I don't know how to explain it other than that.
Look, if you're driving a 911, You got to move up three lanes.
You got to do so immediately.
You put your foot on the gas and you move up.
Okay, it responds and government does not do that.
That's why I kind of like what Scott said about the military thing.
But in and of itself, I just don't think DeSantis and Trump as a ticket Really promise anything other than more democratic chaos and more polarization?
I believe There has to be someone who works to bridge, to start bringing Democrats and Republicans away from this polarization and being more of a centrist.
And how you find someone to work on that, I don't know.
But you have to get people to sit down, exchange ideas, to work on problems, and to do so openly and honestly.
What we're now seeing in the media, we're now seeing in Politics is a bunch of just fake news everywhere.
The polarization that's taking place has done nothing but cause our own government to collapse on itself as we collapse on the world stage.
So I'm getting sick and tired of seeing this.
I do like the American First agenda, but I don't like the concept.
I think it should, you know, I hate to sound religious, I think it should be God first, America second.
You know, God first, family second, America third.
I mean, who knows what, but it's God first, you know, America second.
But so, so I just don't like Two vacuums, okay?
You've got Trump sucking up all the attention.
You've got DeSantis vying for attention.
It's like you've got two actors and they're utilizing the media to the best of their abilities to get front stage, center stage for their own development, their own ego.
I would like to see someone who's truly interested in serving Americans Serving the heart of America, serving the people of America, and moving them more together and not apart.
That's all I got to say about it.
Well, like you guys tremendously, I would make three points.
Number one, you're both demonstrating a lot of Monday morning quarterbacking.
Number two, you're failing to appreciate that Trump and DeSantis would clean the clock of the Democrats.
There's no possible way that would not happen.
And number three, you're allowing the perfect to be the enemy of the good.
Trump did a tremendous amount of good for this country.
America first was a right idea, and after a year and a half of Biden, there's no way you can stop the decimation of the Democrat Party.
And Trump, I predict, will be the one who is leading the movement to restore America.
Meanwhile, we have what I believe is Well, look at this.
Illinois High School implements equity-based grading practice, seeking to raise grade point average for blacks and lower the scores of higher-achieving whites, Asians, and Hispanics.
I mean, this is idiotic.
Why not just automatically give all blacks A's?
White privilege, systemic inequities, implicit bias?
Oak Park and River Forest High School administration will require teachers next year to adjust their grading scales to account for skin color and ethnicity of their students.
Not their performance, not their learning.
In an effort to equalize test scores among racial groups, they're going to order teachers to exclude from their grading assessment variables, it says, disproportionately hurt the grades of black students, such as knowledge, such as competence, such as the ability to add and subtract.
They can no longer be docked for missing class, misbehaving, or failing to turn in their assignment right.
Why have them even required to do any homework ever?
Why even have them required to take any exams ever?
Teachers are being instructed how to measure student growth while keeping the school leader's political ideology in mind.
Stunning!
Stunning!
It turns out, according to the Illinois State Board of Education, 38% of those who took the sophomore scholastic aptitude test failed.
The rate was 77% for blacks, 49% for Hispanics, 27% for Asians, and 25% for whites.
They don't like it.
Advocates for equity-based grading, which seek to raise the grade point for blacks and lower scores of Asians, whites, and Hispanics, say new grading criteria are necessary to further the school district's mission of diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice.
Sullivan called grading, based on traditional classroom testing and homework, outdated practices that foster unconscious biases.
Teachers may unintentionally let non-academic factors, like student behavior or whether a student showed up for a virtual class, interfere with their final evaluation.
Traditional student grades include non-academic criteria that do not reflect student learning gains, including participation in on-time homework submission.
So they're going to make it even independent of student learning gains.
Get this!
Michigan City, furthering in the public domain, decriminalizes public urination, defecation, and littering for the sake of equity.
Kalamazoo, Michigan has now decriminalized public urination, defecation, and littering to be more equitable.
Small business owners voiced their opposition, but their concerns were ignored.
Monday, July 18, the City Commission unanimously voted to reduce the offenses from a misdemeanor to merely a civil infraction.
Peggy Bill, co-owner of the Pop City Popcorn in downtown Kalamazoo, is one of the owners has been taking a stand.
They already have been subjected to aggressive and unstable panhandlers.
People have to clean up where they've defecated, right in front of your door, your business.
We can't have that downtown.
Cherry Emery of Cherry's Chocolate Heart echoed her concern, telling the news outlet, I don't understand why it would be proposed that the law would be less restrictive than it is now.
I don't understand why we'd make it easier for them.
Kalamazoo said decriminalizing offenses will help the city be more equitable.
It's going to be more unsanitary.
It's going to be more unwholesome.
It's going to be a disgusting place to be.
It's going to affect business.
It's going to lower tax revenue for the city.
It's going to be a spiral, a downward spiral.
I definitely emphasize with the downtown business owners, they've invested a lot in downtown.
A lot of these spots are mom and pop shops.
That's their life income.
We want to be respectful of that.
We hear them.
We are listening and we care a lot, but we're going to let them defecate on their front door.
Nevertheless, they can pee all over their windows of the store.
If you see a person who may be defecating, someone in a sane mind would not do it.
There's an issue there.
There's trauma.
There's crisis going on and is being endorsed by the city of Kalamazoo.
Say, if you want to do your thing right there in the city street, you're welcome to do it in Kalamazoo.
Oh, no shit.
It's not just Kalamazoo, Jim.
I've seen it in San Francisco.
I've driven around people with their needles hanging out of their arms.
And these are not people going, I wish someone would help me.
Please give me some bread.
Give me a place to say no.
There may be some people like that, but most of these people are demoniac lunatics full of drugs, full of arrogance, full of predatory instincts.
There's one way to handle the drug-addicted homeless defecating.
You get a big one of those big poles with a rope, you grab them by the neck, You pull them into a paddy wagon, with the mafia's help if you need it, you grab it, you throw them into a hospital room, you tie them down with leather straps, you get all the drugs out of them, and you rehabilitate them.
But you do not let these people ruin and destroy and threaten civilized people and civilization.
They are a scourge.
They are a plague.
They are a disease on society.
So they need to be purged and cleansed and healed, but otherwise they need to be done in a very ruthless sort of way.
Well, I'm tired of dealing with these lunatics.
I'm tired of permissiveness that allows this.
San Francisco used to be a decent city.
You know, the other thing that we're seeing I'd like to see people rising up and saying, you know what?
The death of this country is the death of education.
There's no such thing as, well, you know, I disagree with the A's for this and watering down.
People shouldn't be polite about this discussion.
They should be aggressive and say, we are destroying this country by saying, oh, give every black person that comes into school or college an A. Give every transgender homosexual an A.
Give everyone who's non-white an A. Well what does that do to A's?
What does that do to exceptionalism and hard work and talent?
It destroys it and it destroys this nation.
This whole delusion that is afflicted this country is destroying this country and the only hope is for good men to do something By coming out and re-tribalizing and burning up the bridge so this scum of humanity known as Democrats can't follow you and infect your new tribalized community with their same pathological lunacy, Jim?
Wow, you're right.
David, your thoughts?
You know, I'm a real advocate for education and, you know, I do like the discussion about diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice.
There are aspects of that that really appeal to me, but when it's aspirational and inspirational, I love it.
When it's reactive, like this defecating policy, I mean, it's worthless.
It just causes more prejudice and more confusion and More dismantling of our culture.
The great injustice in American history is the American Indian.
I don't want to run the banner up, but to me, it's the number one issue on diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice.
I think that whatever we can do, it should be Indians first.
That's just my take on it.
But, you know, I've served in districts that are filled with Hispanic students.
I went to districts filled with black students.
I attended school, attended college, and a lot of the students were white.
There were some trying to get through who were minorities, and it was very tough for professional school.
In that vein, I understand the goal or the objective of diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice.
And I don't think it goes to the level of transgenderism, etc.
I just don't.
That's a different argument.
But the promise of education is the instruction of wisdom.
And the way we do that is we show our respect for those who are not the same race, not the same point of origin, who are European, who are Asian, who are from Australia, who are from India, who are from China, Japan.
It's just accepting everyone.
And that's what I like about growing up in California.
I've worked with everybody out here.
It's just been wonderful for me.
It's been a great experience.
But to get this, you know, to reduce that diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice to the concept of people urinating on the street and allowing it to take place is really kind of reprehensible.
It just doesn't show the best of what America is about.
So, you know, the only thing I got to say about seeing a policy like this is it pisses me off.
Welcome to Kalamazoo.
Don, we've come to the end of our first hour.
Take us out.
Oh, this is a show to piss you off, all right?
This is Truth vs. News here.
This is July 24th.
You might think that this might be an April Fool's show.
The way the stories are, it's just so crazy.
And America is a bunch of fools that are running this government.
Biden's got a great Administration, you're a fool.
