Time Text
Okay, here we go.
This is Jim Fetzer, Madison, Wisconsin, with a very big news day.
Delighted to be joined by Joel Sennett Houston and Miriam Hennane in Florida.
We're here to bring you the latest news you need to know.
We begin with the massive drop Roe v. Wade has been revoked.
Abortion is not a constitutional right, so says the United States Supreme Court.
In among the most anticipated rulings ever, the court overturned Roe, which declared a constitutional right to abortion in 1973, and Planned Parenthood v. Casey, which reaffirmed it in 1992.
In my opinion, this was among the wisest decisions ever made by the Supreme Court, and I am distraught that it has been overturned.
The decision opens the door for states to enact far more dramatic abortion restrictions, including outright bans.
Mississippi has indicated it will enforce a different state law passed in 2007 that prohibits virtually all abortions, other than to save the life of the mother or cases involving rape.
A dozen others have trigger laws that go into effect when Roe is rejected, as has now occurred.
The vote was five to four, with Thomas Gorsuch Kavanaugh and Amy Barrett joining Alito's opinion.
Roberts filed separate, agreeing with the court decision to uphold the Mississippi law, but arguing it should not have decided the broader question.
The three liberals, Breyer, Sotomayor, and Kagan filed a joint dissent.
This does not mean abortion is thereby outlawed or illegal, but rather it will depend on each individual state.
New York, California, Vermont, for example, will have abortion policies that echo North Korea's and China's right to the moment of birth policy.
Red states like Missouri or Texas can ban abortion and all, but the most specific instance says Missouri becomes the first state to ban abortion after SCOTUS has ruled.
Attorney General Ken Paxton of Texas, SCOTUS just overruled Roe ending one of the most morally and illegally corrupt eras in American history.
Abortion is now illegal in Texas.
Today I'm closing my office, making it an annual holiday as a memorial to the 70 million lives lost because of abortion.
In the end, most states will probably fall somewhere in between with some sort of upper limit they think is reasonable.
Clarence Thomas' concurring decision has made the Libs even angrier.
He wrote that it's also the duty of the court to reconsider other demonstrably erroneous decisions involving birth control, Griswold, sodomy involving Lawrence, and same-sex marriage.
Obergefell, this is really stunning.
Get ready for the Democrats to try to back the court.
Joe, your thoughts?
Well, the easiest way to pack the courts is just snuff a couple of Supreme Court justices, and now we got five of them walking around with giant targets on it.
We got a DOJ that's not going to do anything to protect them.
So, you know, that's the obvious problem there.
Yeah, the court case was Dobbs v. Jackson in Mississippi, which Supreme Clown Roberts said that he would support, so that made it a 6-3 decision.
And that's what was first announced this morning.
It's a 6-3 against Roe.
But then, as you correctly stated, it was actually 5-4 against Roe.
And then we also had yesterday the Supreme Court decision against the concealed carry law in New York, where only the most special can That's our next story.
Don't don't jump.
Okay.
All right.
Okay, we want to go.
Okay.
Go ahead.
I've been watching the people protest and the chaos that has been unleashed.
It's very interesting to see people losing their minds to fight to kill their babies.
And I've had an abortion.
I don't regret it.
I think I'm a really good person to comment on certain things because I was part of the left.
And now have more conservative views.
I believe it's the right every individual every cases is different.
But would I ever gather in the street to stand to kill my unborn baby?
No.
It's also interesting because I believe firmly that we're this transgender which dovetails into this trans humanist movement is going to Make babies, you know, we're talking about having virtual babies to cost $25 a month.
And I also believe that the jab from hell prompts infertility.
So it's very interesting to observe.
Yes, there's so much going on now.
Joe is anticipating what we're now addressing.
DeWitt, the Supreme Court strikes down a New York gun control law and a major gun right victory.
The Supreme Court struck down a law requiring gun owners to seek a license and carry concealed by demonstrating a proper cause to do so.
In a 6-3 ruling, New York State rivaling Pistol v. Bruin, the court reversed lower court decision upholding the law, delivered the most significant victory for gun rights in more than a decade.
The law required people who wanted a carry concealed to show a proper cause for having a license to do so.
State courts had ruled gun owners needed to show more than a general desire for protection to obtain a concealed carry license.
They could not simply claim it was for self-defense.
Two men, Brandon Koch and Robert Nash, applied for unrestricted license to carry a handgun in public, claiming they wanted to carry their firearms for self-defense.
New York rejected their application, asserting they had failed to meet the state's proper cause requirement.
They fought the case all the way to the U.S.
Supreme Court.
In this case, petitioners and respondents agree that ordinary law-abiding citizens have a civil right to carry handguns publicly for their self-defense.
We, too, agree and now hold consistent with Heller and McDonald that the 2nd and 14th Amendments protect an individual's right to carry a handgun for self-defense outside the home.
Because the state of New York issues public carry only when an applicant demonstrates a special need, we conclude the state's licensing regime violates the Constitution.
Clarence Thomas delivered the majority opinion.
The constitutional right to bear arms in public for self-defense is not a second-class right subject to an entirely different body of rules than the other Bill of Rights guarantees.
We know of no other constitutional right an individual may exercise only after demonstrating to government officers some special need.
That's not how the First Amendment works with unpopular speech or the exercise of religion.
It's not how the Sixth Amendment works with regard to a defendant's right to confront witnesses against them.
And it's not how the Second Amendment works when it comes to public carry for self-defense.
Reacting to the decision, New York Democrat Governor Kathy Hochul called it shocking.
She says, reacting to the Second Amendment ruling, we can have restrictions on speech.
You can't yell fire in a crowded theater.
That lines from another SCOTUS case.
They justified putting anti-war activists in prison, and the precedent was overturned over 50 years ago.
Joe, I think the governor is way off base.
There are lots of laws regarding the use of firearms that make many uses illegal.
I think she's just grasping after straws.
Your thoughts?
Yes, well this morning, the mayor of New York, who was a former police officer there, stated that they're going to do everything they can to overturn this law and that they're not going to enforce it in New York City, which is surprising because since the first of the year, this is just like in the last six months, over 2,000 Criminals, felons, have been arrested with guns, illegal guns, in New York City.
So, you know, to allow a legal person to walk around with a gun really is a big affront to these folks.
And then Marjorie Taylor Greene had a press conference about the SCOTUS decision yesterday.
And there was some BBC clown there.
And she goes, well, you guys have the worst gun violence in the whole world.
And Marjorie Taylor Greene said, well, you guys have the worst stabbing record in the Western world.
And she goes, what do you mean?
She goes, well, your stabbing rate is three times higher and your in-home burglaries where they know that the homeowner won't have a gun to protect himself is three times higher than it is in the United States.
So you've got that.
And then the country with the absolute lowest gun crimes in the whole entire world is Switzerland, where every male age 18 to 45 is required to have a firearm in their home and required to do transportation.
training one week a year in order to have that.
And they have about three gun murders a year in the whole country of Switzerland.
So, you know, maybe it's not the guns, maybe it's the people that are holding the guns.
Oh, the policies are absurd.
John Lott has demonstrated again and again that the more guns, the lower the homicide rate.
And that's true worldwide.
Miriam.
Yeah, again, this is, it's very interesting for the left to cling to the Constitution, when it's convenient to them.
I'm sure we'll get to the hearings regarding J6, but they're definitely taking our talking points and adopting them when I don't really think they care about the Constitution or know about it.
And this is this is the same.
Criminals don't go through the proper avenues to get guns.
And what's the bigger plan here?
The inability to protect ourselves with a constitutional right?
Yes, yes, yes.
I mean, it's just outrageous.
I'm going to stop the killing.
It's not like banning guns is going to stop the killing.
Americans use guns for defensive self-protecting purposes millions of times every year.
The estimate is it's saving 200,000 American lives per annum.
When you add that up, as Jonah Goldberg observed the other day, there have been like on the order of 170 deaths from these school shootings over 29 years.
We'll compare that to 200,000 deaths a year if you take away the right to defend yourself with a gun, Marion.
Why not ban these SSRIs or a concoction of these antidepressants or antipsychotics that seem to be a very big ingredient in all of these mass shootings, right?
Yes, yes, yes.
Meanwhile, Lithuania expands its Kaliningrad blockade.
This is a very bad idea.
The restrictions imposed regarding Kaliningrad by Lithuania have already affected road traffic.
The partial restriction applies to road vehicles like goods transported by rail.
They can only be transported by sea now.
Virus villainous began implementing the restrictions on Saturday when Lithuania's National Railroad operator banned the flow of sanctioned materials between Kaliningrad and the rest of Russia.
Both villainous and EU have insisted the restrictions, expected to affect roughly 50% of the cargo flow, do not amount to a blockade, but merely come as an implementation of anti-Russian sanctions imposed by the bloc.
We're not talking about the Commission giving a recommendation to a country.
This is a member state implementing decisions they have taken when it comes to the sanctions against Russia.
And Lithuania is basically doing what it's supposed to do under the sanctions regime, said a European Commission chief spokesman.
Meanwhile, Finland's armed force chief said the country had been preparing for war against Russia for decades.
Fat chance.
Lithuania blocked goods sanctioned by the EU from reaching the Russian enclave of Kaliningrad.
The U.S.
Senate would defend fellow NATO member Lithuania if Russia were to launch an attack.
Russia vows to retaliate with measures that will have serious negative impact on the Lithuanian population.
Finland has warned Russia it's ready for war, but I guarantee you Finland is not ready for war with Russia.
This is as idiotic as it gets.
The Nordic country has built up a substantial arsenal, but aside from military hardware, is that Finns would be motivated to fight.
I don't think after their major cities have been taken out, that same enthusiasm would remain.
The most important line of defense is between one ear, as the war in Ukraine proves at the moment.
He doesn't seem to understand how massively the Ukrainians are losing.
Meanwhile, the U.S.
said its support for Lithuania is ironclad.
Any attack on the country would constitute an attack on all NATO members.
It comes after NATO threatened with serious repercussions.
Adding to the heightened tension, French Armed Forces conducted a surprise military exercise in Estonia.
Chinese and Russian warships sailed near the Japanese coast, and Germany warned Russia not to seek reprisals over Lithuania.
I guarantee you 100% this is a world war in the making.
Have no doubt about it.
Anyone familiar with the history of the world in the 20th century can see it coming.
Here you have U.S.
claiming.
We have a photograph of President Putin speaking with the Russian Defense Minister.
Here we have Putin at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier on the Day of Remembrance.
Russia vowed to retaliate against Lithuania with measures that will have a serious negative impact on the Lithuanian population.
Finland fought two wars in the 1940s against its eastern neighbor, with which it shares an 810-mile border.
Since World War II, Helsinki has kept up a high level of military preparedness.
We have systematically developed our military defense precisely for the type of warfare being waged in Ukraine, with a massive use of firepower, armored forces, and air force.
Ukraine has been a tough bite to chew for Russia, and so would be Finland.
He appears to not have a realistic grasp of what's actually going on in Ukraine.
The nation of 5.5 mil has a wartime chute tanks of between 280,000 with another 870,000 trained as reservists.
tanks of between 280,000, with another 870,000 trained as reservists.
It did not abolish conscription for males as did other Western nations after the end of the Cold War.
It's also built one of Europe's strongest artilleries, has stocked up on cruise missiles with a range of up to 230 miles.
It's been 2% of its GDP on defense.
Meanwhile, Lieutenant Gerald Busny told a Russian that the West is playing with fire after deliveries of cold metals construction material and advanced technology were stopped from entering the Russian territory via the NATO state of Lithuania.
Joe, it's coming.
I don't think it's even avoidable at this point.
Your thoughts?
Well, it's going to be really difficult to be able to blame this completely on Putin, but yeah, it looks like they've got all the dominoes stacked the way they want them.
Lithuania is the mouse that thought it could roar, and it's rattling a saber that it doesn't really have.
They said that they are getting a large percentage of their electricity and all of their gas from Russia, but that they've got Western sources, and Poland, who has a border with Lithuania, which is what blocks access to Kaliningrad, said that, yes, they'll supply them, and now EU's going, Wait a minute, we can't supply ourselves, and we're supplying Poland, and now Poland's going to go ahead and supply Lithuania?
It's like those dominoes are fixing to fall, and I did see an interview with somebody with the EU yesterday that said there is a less than uniform appreciation for this with them and with NATO, so it looks like that alliance is crumbling.
At the same time, there's going to be a BRICS meeting, and I believe it's in Beijing in the next day or two, And it looks like the non-aligned are getting closer and closer aligned.
So I don't know that it's really necessary to go all the way to violence because it looks like the Ukrainians are folding like a cheap suit and it looks like the Russians are going to be able to prevail there.
And it's foolishness on the part of Lithuania.
Cut them off from gas and power in a few days and they'll come to their senses.
So I'm hoping there's a better way out of this.
That may be the, you know, because they were talking about affecting the population, cutting off gas and oil would probably do it.
Maryam is is Putin's plan to take back all the the Baltic states?
That has not been his plan, no.
He declared he just wanted to clean up Ukraine, denazify it, get rid of the bio labs, and preserve the Donbass-Luhansk region from terrorism and artillery attacks, which have been nonstop since 2014.
But!
He may need to widen his ambition.
I believe he needs to retake Ukraine and possibly even Lithuania as well.
I do not believe that was the original plan, but it may turn out to be a practical necessity.
And Finland has set up NATO bases already?
They've signed the agreement?
Finland is a part of NATO, yes.
So, I mean, in my opinion, it's all bad, very bad, what's going on here.
Meanwhile, Lithuania says it's prepared for Russian retaliation, but doesn't expect military action.
The Lithuanian president told Reuters, Vilnius is ready for unfriendly steps, such as Russia cutting the Baltic nation from a shared power grid, but does not expect a military response.
The Baltic states of Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia are still dependent on Russia for power, but have plans to disconnect from the grid by 2025.
Well, that may be coming early.
Lithuania has installed a power link to Poland that can connect the country to an EU power grid if the Russian supply were suddenly shut off.
While Lithuania is a small military, it's not fearing Russian military action because of its NATO membership.
The Russian Foreign Minister said EU and Lithuania have been notified of Moscow's objection to the embargo, and if the policy were not changed, any retaliation would be practical and would go beyond diplomatic measures.
Lithuania has sought to downplay the move, saying it's only enforcing EU sanctions.
Nothing transits through Poland, by the way, leaving shipments via the Baltic Sea the only way Russia can transport to the enclave.
The governor of Kaliningrad estimates the ban will impact about 50% of all goods sent to the territory by train.
Meanwhile, Biden stumbles toward war.
Russians move on U.S.
submarine.
For weeks now, the Biden admin, hopelessly compromised, looking at political annihilation in the coming midterms, has flirted with disaster.
Desperate to regain credibility and counter the obvious impotence of the man in the White House, his mandarins have made all sorts of vaguely threatening pronouncements regarding Ukraine, shoved forward a wide range of U.S.
military assets into Eastern Europe.
The obvious danger of stumbling into war has been disregarded.
Men who have never heard a shot fired in anger, never put their lives on the line, have no earthly idea what strategy they are pursuing, have put the whole world in danger.
We are about to pay the price for that incompetence.
According to Russian state media, a U.S.
Virginia-class nuclear-powered attack sub was detected in Russian territorial waters off of the Kuril Islands.
Per Russian reports, it was found submerged near the island of Urup while Russia's Pacific Fleet was holding exercise in the area.
Russian vessels contacted the submarine, warned it was in the country's territorial waters, and ordered it to surface immediately.
The Russian military claimed its Navy chased the American Virginia-class sub out of Russian territorial waters.
Again, per Russian reporting, the sub did not respawn.
A destroyer was dispatched to chase it off.
The Russian vessel used what's described as appropriate means to drive the sub away.
Which may or may not have included death charges.
The Russian reports indicate the sub deployed an active radar decoy before moving away at full speed.
Moscow has also announced that it considers the incident a threat to Russian national security and a violation of international law.
No doubt.
On Feb 12, a representative of the U.S.
Embassy military at the Shea office was handed over a note at the Russian Defense Ministry's Directorate of International in relation to the violation of Russia's state border by a U.S.
Navy submarine.
This is the way wars begin.
All it will take will be one exchange of fire, one aircraft to go down, one ship to be torpedoed, one life to be lost.
The clamor to hit back will begin.
The men who run the world's biggest defense contractors will join the push.
The prospect of endless profits from another conflict will be just too great to resist.
War is an ugly, brutal thing that ought not to be entered into lightly or without sober reflection.
The price for impudence and incompetence will not be paid by the men and women behind the desks in the District of Columbia.
It will be paid, as always, by the young men and women of our small towns, farms, and blue-collar neighborhoods, We stand at a precipice of war.
We are adrift in bearish waters with a senile empty suit of a president who sold his soul to communist China long ago.
He's surrounded by spineless incompetents who now seek to pose his men of strength and project power.
There could hardly be a more dangerous combination.
We will do well to come through this without catastrophe.
We stand at a precipice of war.
Joe, your thoughts? - Yeah, so Russia has a really precarious seed force They're limited on their Arctic sea force because of massive ice.
The Kaliningrad is their only ice-free Baltic port that they can use year-round, and that means that they're going to have trouble getting ferries from their other ports Down to Kaliningrad, and that's what they use to service their Baltic fleet.
Their Black Sea fleet is blocked in by the Strait at Istanbul, and then we also have their far eastern port on the Pacific, the port of Valdisco, and that's the one where they're blocked by the Kuril Islands, which they took from Japan at the end of
World War II, and they've been Russian territory since then, and those were the only islands where they have access, ice-free access, year-long into the Pacific.
So bottom line is, you know, they're struggling to make sure that that they still have a naval presence worldwide, since that's one of the ways of projecting power.
But it's also a major means of shipping as far as trade.
So they have a vested interest in protecting their country, and they've been attacked repeatedly.
They were attacked by Sweden in 1709, by Napoleon in 1812, by the Bolsheviks in 1917, by Hitler in 1941.
So, you know, the English and the Crimea in 1850, I mean, it's just like an endless series of attacks.
And they have the right to have national sovereignty.
And that's what the people at the top of the pyramid don't want.
They don't want any nation to have national sovereignty.
They don't want any nation to have a bank that's independent of the fiat bank system that they've set up.
So that's where the big battle is.
And as far as the folks sitting in their cube farms in Washington, D.C.
being safe from this battle, get over it.
We all have a front row seat to World War III.
Miriam, your thoughts?
I just I believe there's such a disparity with what's really going on and a disparity between the left and the right.
And, you know, has anyone spoken to Putin?
Has anyone?
Meanwhile, Ben Stiller is going to have meetings.
We have celebs meeting with with this comedian turned president.
But there's no discourse.
Has anyone sat with Putin or they're just crapping on him?
I was listening to a clip before we started about him again mentioning this new world order.
So I just think what is really going on and what we're being told obviously is different.
I think Putin has upset the apple cart for the New World Order, that Ukraine was the centerpiece of the whole operation, that his intrusion, his desire to denazify, to wipe out the vast number of biolabs even the Pentagon has acknowledged existed there, which appear in part to have been designed to target the Russian population, was all justified and warranted under international law, and they don't like it.
The question becomes, are they willing to go all the way with a thermonuclear war to achieve their objective?
And my opinion is they are exactly willing to take just that risk.
Meanwhile, We'll be right back.
As Philip Schreier observes, of course the FBI staged a January 6th event to blame Trumpers.
No one does a real insurrection in such a half-assed way or deliberately in front of cameras.
A real insurrection you do quietly at 4 a.m.
in the guise of something legal like an election.
Very astute.
I think he got it exactly right.
Meanwhile, the World Health Organization and Lancet commission chiefs come out in support of the lab leak theory.
The virus that caused most likely came out of a Wuhan lab.
The disclosure comes on the heels of an investigative report published earlier concluding the pandemic may have started at Wuhan Lab and that Chinese authorities have been blocking access to critical data.
Jeffrey Sachs, leader of the Lancet Commission on COVID-19, where Lancet is the oldest medical journal in the world, now says he's convinced the pandemic started in a lab that SARS-CoV-2 has created with the age of U.S.
Biotechnology.
Sachs made his stunning admission last week at a conference in Spain.
The admission from two of the world's most prominent COVID authorities, who also happened to be established stalwarts with a record of appeasing the Chinese Communist Party, is a significant development in the search for its origin.
Early in 2020, as a pandemic was beginning to unfold, Zhao Botei, a whistleblower from China, published, claiming the virus had come out of a Wuhan lab.
His paper was quickly removed from the internet with censorship of the idea.
Two institutions played a key role in scrubbing, the World Health Organization and the Lancet.
Hu chief Tedros and his organization famously pushed Chinese Communist Party propaganda, including lavishly praising Xi Jinping and claiming the virus did not transmit between humans.
Tedros also spearheaded efforts to combat the spread of rumors and misinformation.
Two separate Hu investigations dismissed the lab leak theory.
The Lancet published a statement that blind anyone who deigned to so much as contemplate the virus may have come out of a lab.
The Lancet statement, published before most Americans even know there was a pandemic, was signed by a number of notable leaders in virology and set the tone for the corporate media's coverage.
It also served as a warning to scientists and science publications that lab leak discussions were off-limits.
Most virological research of the Western world is funded through the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, headed by Tony the Rat, who himself was instrumental in shutting down discussion of the lab leak theory, and Jeremy Farrar, a British pharmaceutical trust director who sits on billions of grant money and has long-staying ties to China.
The Lancet's editor, Richard Horton, is a recipient of the Communist-Chinese Friendship Prize.
Before the pandemic, he published a glowing tribute to Xi and the Chinese regime.
He later went on Chinese state TV praising Chinese authorities, impugning Western governments, asserting that claims the pandemic might have started in a Wuhan lab were part of a pandemic of disinformation.
He also set up a commission to investigate the nature, origin, and prevention of zoonotic diseases.
Zach was appointed as head of the commission while Peter Zasak, president of EcoHealth Alliance, who helped Fauci funnel U.S.
taxpayer money to the Wuhan Institute, was made a member of the group.
The group did not publicly dismiss the natural origin narrative until last week, when he made the surprising admission.
I chaired a commission for the Lancet for two years on COVID.
I'm pretty convinced it came out of U.S.
lab biotechnology, not out of nature.
Zach's statement is not only hugely significant because of his role as chairman of the Lancet Commission, but because of his admission U.S.
biotechnology was used to create it.
We have known for some time about the cooperation between the godfather of gain-of-function experiments, Ralph Baric of the University of North Carolina.
Shame on him!
And the director of the Wuhan Institute, Shai Zhenggao.
In fact, it was a disclosure of that collaboration in science that led Baoshi team to scramble to cover up his own institute's involvement within funding of Xi's lab.
Merrick and Xi's collaboration traces back to 2015, when they created a modified coronavirus that was not only uniquely able to latch onto human cells, but able to efficiently replicate in human lungs.
Their collaboration proved that Xi had the technical know-how To do the kinds of experiments that could have resulted in COVID-19.
Barak also sent transgenic mice with human lung receptors to Xi's Wuhan lab.
Humanized mice mimic human lung tissue and act as experimental stand-ins for humans.
It's not a big leap from infected lab mice to infected lab workers.
This is even more evident when one considers the Wuhan lab conducted its coronavirus research under biosafety level 2 conditions, which even Barrick acknowledges is dangerous, stating there's much less oversight and lab-acquired infections occur far more frequently at biosafety level 2 than at higher levels.
After the pandemic, Chinese directed their labs to shift this work to biosafety level 3.
But not even that would offer sufficient protection against a biosafety accident.
To underscore how significant Shaq's shift is, he has also co-authored a paper in the Strict Prestigious proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences calling for an independent investigation of information held by the U.S.-based institutions.
While it's correct Chinese authorities have been concealing crucial data, Many of the answers are held in the United States by organizations like Fauci's, the Pentagon DARPA, and ASCO's EcoHealth Alliance.
SAC's observations further highlight the significance of the highly unusual fur and cleavage site as part of the SARS-CoV-2 that makes it so virulent.
Lastly, Sachs is also raising the issue of the 2018 partnership agreement between the Wuhan Institute, Sachs EcoHealth, and Merrick that had the specific goal of inserting such fur and cleavage sites into the SARS-like viruses.
It has always strained credulity that a bat virus traversed all of China without leaving a trace, only to suddenly erupt on the doorstep of a lab known to have been creating COVID-like viruses.
Saks and Tedros appear to have come to the same conclusion.
The fact the two institutions at the center of efforts to push the natural origin narrative have now changed course will give considerable mentum to finally getting to the bottom of what really happened at the Wuhan lab.
It also very belatedly vindicates Zao Boata at Great Personalists tried to tell the world where the virus had originated.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yes, well, we've got a nearly seamless medical mafia running our planet at this particular point.
It includes the pharmaceutical companies, the three-letter agencies of the federal government, FDA, the NIH, the CDC, includes the professional organizations like the American Medical Association, and Steve Kirsch, Substack, had a great little four-minute video by Dr. Carey Craig,
Which I will put down in the comment sections a link to explaining exactly how screwed up all this stuff is and then also he published a letter that was sent to Dr. Peter McCullough by the American Board of Internal Medicine where he's been a the most highly published cardiologist in the last 30 years and been a 30-year member of the ABIM and they said that they were going to have private hearings and
Take disciplinary action against him, and after that was announced, then they also sent one to Dr. Pierre Corey, stating the same thing.
You've been a member for 30 years, but now we're going to have a secret meeting and hang you.
Well, this pissed off the few senators that are worth a flip, and one of them was Ron Johnson, and he sent a letter to him demanding that they have an open hearing and they replied to the senator, we're a private organization and we will not respond to government pressure.
We're going to try these people in our own kangaroo court and nobody is going to be a witness to what we do to them.
Absolutely incredible that we allow this to happen in the way of supposedly science-directed medicine.
Miriam.
The Lancet was co-opted We knew it was co-opted when they published the faulty, was it ivermectin or hydrochloroquine?
But all the magazines and It's no news that science is myopic.
They're corrupted by money and their experiments are always just myopic and not full-fledged.
When Trump was blaming this on China, we knew that EcoHealth Alliance was involved, University of North Carolina, NIH, USAID, all of these labs have It's about time that they remove Peter Daszak from the Lancet COVID-19 Commission.
And again, it's just such a disparity when you're peddling a BS story that this started in the wet market, which is, again, is from the contagion, from the movie Contagion.
They took points from a movie and made it lifelike.
And early on, I think it was Larry Brilliant that's worked for Google, was at the Aspen Institute, side with Fauci and said that we, whoever we is, went to Hollywood and asked for the film Contagion to be made in order to increase A pandemic preparedness and ask for more and more money.
So again, gain of function is old news.
Virus hunters are not new and the only way to have a virus like this that behaves in this manner because it's a bioweapon.
So it's nice to see that we've been cancelled in the past for even mentioning or telling people to think about it.
And now we're coming full circle where we're going to adopt the original, the truth about where this comes from.
Well, since the evil bastards at the heart of this new world order effort believe they have to announce and advance their plans in order to relieve themselves of responsibilities So the public, having been informed or so they would suggest, fails to take appropriate response.
That's their fault.
So my suggestion would be the timeline.
They worked out their script.
They knew when they were going to do it.
They wanted to have the film produced so that it could look as though it were live imitating art, but actually it was art imitating the pre-designated scheme to bring this all about so they could exonerate themselves by having informed the public of what they were about to do.
Knowing full well the public wouldn't put two and two together, it was after all a movie, and that they'd be able to move forward but have a clear conscience to the extent to which scum of the earth can have a clarity of conscience.
Yeah, I want to also say that in this part of the game, that there are a lot of people that are controlled opposition.
Medical freedom and vaccine safety.
I've been covering it since 2013 and now there's people on the scene that now that's their beat, you know, and we have to listen to them.
Meanwhile, the real people, the real journalists are silenced.
They steal our information, and then they front like it's theirs.
We knew many of us in the medical freedom that the vaccine was going to be the divisive topic of forever of our humanity.
And here we are on the precipice of them telling us there's going to be another pandemic.
They're all saying that, whether it's Tedros and or Joey, they're letting us know.
So get ready, folks, because, you know, once fall comes, who knows what they're going to be peddling.
Well, Miriam, that's one of their options to preclude the midterm elections where the Democrats are going to be wiped, their clock is going to be cleaned.
And Jim, here's one more footnote on Lancet.
That was purchased by Rupert Murdoch.
He put his son in charge as editor of the Lancet.
They accidentally published a well-researched paper by Andrew Wakefield on the link between autism and MMR.
And a month after it was published, Murdoch gets a call from his daddy, and his daddy says, hey kid, MMR vaccines are made by Merck, and we have an enormous investment in Merck stock, and you're hurting us.
You need to retract that article, and we need to remove Dr. Wakefield's medical license.
So that's what happened on that little particular incident, and now we know it's true.
Right.
And now now they are going after doctors and removing their licenses.
And this isn't going to stop.
That's the thing that there's there's not reasonable discourse where we're really looking at things.
I mean, we just in the committee just was it yesterday, they recirculated Deborah Birx to go over all the things that Trump did wrong.
Yet again, we're beating a dead horse.
They're like bringing Deborah Birx.
So there's no reasonability.
They're still going full force with their COVID vaccine that is causing a silent but blatant culling.
And I cannot believe that anyone's buying this bullshit.
Oh, the deaths that are going to occur now, from now on, are going to be huge.
Look at this.
Fort Bragg lost over 80 soldiers from sudden and unexplained causes and stopped reporting on the deaths after June of 2021.
They were so massive and they were so obviously effects of the facts.
One of the largest military institutions in the world is home to about 54,000 military personnel, including Special Forces, the Airborne, and the Joint Special Ops Command.
In just 18 months, Fort Bragg lost over 80 soldiers from sudden and unexplained causes.
These are people who are very physically fit at the peak of their physical condition.
33 of the facilities are of undetermined cause because they don't want to admit why dozens are dying in their own box after taking the vax.
During the same period, three Fort Bragg soldiers died in overseas combat, meaning soldiers stationed at Fort Bragg are 27 times more likely to die unexpectedly at their home base than in overseas combat.
An investigative reporter for Rolling Stone, Seth Harb, has been looking into this medical anomaly.
On Feb 9, 2022, he reported the death of 83 soldiers at Bragg in the 18 months ending June 21.
Greg stopped reporting the fatalities then, but the bodies continue to pile up.
Out of the 83 sudden and unexpected fatalities, 11 were determined to be from natural causes.
I find that highly, highly unlikely.
Hart wrote, Frank's soldiers have been turning up unresponsive in their barracks on a disturbingly regular basis since the beginning of 2020, including Caleb Smither, Terrence Salazar, Jamie Boger, Joshua Diamond, Matthew Disney, Mikkel Rubino, Michael Hamilton, and numerous others yet unnamed.
Drugs were involved in the deaths of Joshua Damon and Matthew Disney, who were both found dead the same day, two weeks after Airborne Master Sergeant Martin Acedio III was caught trafficking cocaine.
Drugs, however, are only a small part of the problem.
In January of 21, Army Captain Robert Latham died suddenly of an apparent heart attack.
The 32-year-old was in top physical condition.
A Green Beret named Calvin Rockward passed away from a sudden unexplained medical event.
The 38-year-old was in excellent physical condition, too.
According to Seth, nine more young and fit soldiers were found unresponsive in their bombs.
The Army in Fort Bragg refused to investigate, disrespecting the soldiers and their families.
Could there be a serious drug problem?
Could there be a surge in suicide and overdoses?
What could be more obvious?
It's a function of the facts.
The military continues to be assaulted by mandates that harm soldiers physically and mentally.
The vaccine damages combat readiness, banishing the strongest, healthiest freedom fighters from the ranks.
The military health system began administering the spike protein mRNA in December 14th of 2020.
Since then, the military has administered more than 6.4 million doses, inoculating 90.1% of active duty with a two-dose protocol.
What do these bioweapons have to do with the number of unexpected and undetermined deaths?
Why is Bragg less safe than it was before masking, testing, and vax mandates?
The Army is failing to keep soldiers combat ready.
The Defense Medical Epidemiological Database used to detect surges in industry and illness has been concealing the data.
In January 2022, attorneys Thomas Renz and Lee Dundas received the data from a military whistleblower, Dr. Samuel Sigeloff, Peter Chambers, and Teresa Long.
The data was provided as Senator Ron Johnson at an historic roundtable meeting.
According to the data, the five-year average for military issues was 1.7 million codes.
After the COVID was mandated, the number spiked to 22 million in the first 10 months of 2021, a thousand percent increase.
Many of the issues were directly related to the vaccine, including Bell's palsy, myocardial infraction, pulmonary embolism, and neurological disorders.
One of the doctors testified, it is my professional opinion, the major increased incidence, including instances of miscarried cancer and disease, were due to the COVID-19 vaccinations.
The Commander-in-Chief, the Secretary of Defense, and the DoD are culpable for unlicensed medical malpractice and mass murder and must be held responsible for their unethical actions of coercion and discrimination, which were used to force dangerous experiments on soldiers that injured sick and disabled or killed many.
For the latest update, check out Liberty Council's update on Navy SEAL 1 versus Austin.
Stunning stuff.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yes, I watched the Ron Johnson hearings on that, and it was absolutely just one stunning witness after another.
It was really, really heartening to see that at least we have one senator that wants to have hearings about something that's life and death for every American family, and our whole nation if we don't have a military.
Yeah, but one nice thing, they're doing a lot of training on use of proper pronouns so that at least if these guys die in their bed, you won't be calling them guys.
It'll be like they and them and, you know, whatever.
We'll use the proper pronouns when we're putting them in a body bag.
It's absolutely disgusting what we got for leadership in this country and especially the leadership at the DOD.
Lloyd Austin is an absolute disgrace.
Mariam.
Military men and women have been jabbed.
This is nothing new.
There's been tons of injuries regarding anthrax and whatever else.
I mean, some of I don't know how many vaccines they get.
They get injected with.
But this is also a move towards robocops and whether it's like an attack on the police or an attack on the military.
What is coming in the midst?
And if someone, from my understanding, can they deny?
Can they say, I don't want a COVID vaccine?
Can the military say, I don't want a COVID vaccine?
Do you know?
And their court-martialed and removed from the service.
Court-martialed, drummed out of the service.
That's been happening with 100,000 or so, I would estimate, maybe more.
And they lose all their benefits.
Yeah.
Yeah, I mean, they're coerced.
How many people have gotten this jab to travel, to be part of their sick society, to keep their job, to be, you know, so so this is a travesty.
In late May, the United States Senate made headlines after vetoing, by the way, legislation prohibiting animal human hybrids.
And how does this relate to the military, that they were going to use the military to test this?
Yes, yes, yes.
Well, many parents approve of their children entering the military because they think they're going to get training and they're going to be nurtured and developed, not maimed and killed by an experimental vax.
So this is an ultimate betrayal of the American people.
Yeah.
Sorry.
Arguably, the military is also a cult in regards to the ads that they post to poach low income families.
A lot of people go there because they want security and they can't find a job.
That's how it's been historically.
No, of course I agree completely.
They get training and maybe prepare them for a future when they return to civilian life.
The point is they're being abused and used and discarded, thrown away.
Disgusting.
Meanwhile, still sinking.
Biden drops to just 32% approval in a new poll.
Biden is still going down.
The combination of inflation, food and gas prices, coupled with his constant gaffes, are dragging him down at an alarming rate.
There's never been a president who squandered so much political capital in such a short period of time.
Will anyone be surprised if his approval were in the 20s before the November midterm?
The Washington Examiner reports.
Biden on the rocks.
32% approval, 27% on the economy.
Heading fast into worst ever territory.
People are rejecting his handling of the economy and him.
In two new polls depressing the White House, one put his approval at a career low of 32%.
Another rejected his finger pointing on the economy.
Latest civics poll rating hit 32%, 56% disapproving.
Even Democrats are expressing frustration.
Approval rating at 69%.
At this stage, Trump was in better shape, though also underwater at 44% approval, 52% disapproval.
Recent respondents, presidents, have all had very temporary low approval ratings, below 30% according to Gallup, but they don't stay there.
Biden's trend line, however, has been steadily down in the Civic Survey since May 20th of 2021.
This is really absolutely stunning.
And the idea that they could legitimately fare well in the midterms is simply absurd.
He's at just 20% with independent voters.
Get this, Biden job approval 32%, disapproval 57%, but with independence approval 20%, disapproval 67%.
And in key states, Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, Michigan, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, New Jersey, he's all underwater.
Joe, your thoughts.
Yes, well, the claim that FJB ever had any amount of political capital to squander is an absolute misstatement.
The guy did not win.
He did not have popular support anywhere.
Everything about this has been 100% fake, and they're counting on the January 6th circus to prop up the mean that he actually won the election and that he's actually popular and that The previous president tried to overthrow the country and that any claims of false elections are absolutely false.
Well, guess what?
The state GOP just passed a memorandum in their convention this last weekend in Houston stating that the election was absolutely 100 percent stolen and that, oh, FJB is an illegitimate president.
And then the Senate in Arizona just yesterday passed a hearing that, yes, the state of Arizona's voting was stolen and he was not legitimately elected there.
And then we have a great interview at Bannon Talks with Heather Millens, and she's an activist in Georgia.
They managed to get information that the voting machines threw 15% of the vote for Rassenburger as Secretary of State in two different counties, exactly 15% in both counties, and so now they're demanding a statewide recount, and Rassenburger is supposed to show up at the January 6th hearings and testify about how honest and wonderful the election machines were.
So not only did we have hundreds of thousands, millions of votes stolen by the mules and the zucky bucks, but we also had the dominion in there with their little 15% tampering with the elections too.
So it's about time we had a legitimate government in this country, and I don't think we've had one for decades.
Bob, sorry to say, I think you got it right.
Mary?
Why is it any surprise he's unpopular when nobody voted for him?
And if you watch, I think, day five of the hearing committee, they've now crafted a fake state of electors and they recirculated Ruby Freeman.
They brought up the Crazy story of Italian satellites changing the votes.
So again, we're not having a reasonable discussion.
We're having a circus show.
And I'm sad that at these hearings, there's nobody giving a counter, putting things in perspective and clearing the air on what it is that they're broadcasting.
The amount of gaslighting that I... You remember Ruby Freeman, the woman that supposedly gave a drive to her mother?
Well, they said that she was giving, I think, a Jolly Rancher to her mother, and they had her sitting there crying, saying that she couldn't go out in public, that she's gained 60 pounds.
I find it very hard to believe that anyone would antagonize her or terrorize her unless People paid, she was paid to be antagonized.
And if she gained 60 pounds, it's probably because of the COVID lockdown and her crappy diet.
So again, there's no sense of fairness, of reasonability in this hearing.
It's totally a sham show.
So why isn't anyone like a Rudy Giuliani or Trump Or anyone going to sound the other side?
Do you have an answer to that?
Maryam, the Congress booted the two Republicans who'd been appointed by the minority leader.
They wouldn't let them on.
This was unprecedented.
Jim Jordan would have ripped them a new one.
Right, exactly.
If we didn't have Leon Tucker, he's ripping up the January 6th.
It's all a sham.
I do it every single day, but I don't have the platform.
We're not reaching the audience, and that's because it's all controlled.
Yes.
I have a panel of 100 executives from CNN, everyone of whom is a dual U.S.-Israeli citizen.
I have a panel from NBC, 100 executives, everyone is a dual U.S.-Israeli citizen.
I have another panel, 100 executives from the New York Times, everyone is a dual U.S.-Israeli citizen.
The Rothschilds own AP and Reuters.
The American people aren't going to get a fair shake because their enemies control their media.
It is disgusting.
But I'm telling you, Miriam, it's been oversold.
The hearings aren't having the effect the Democrats hoped they would have.
Americans are viewing it as a Soviet-style show trial, precisely because, as you observed, there's no opposition to contest, because Trump is no longer in control, and because there are far more pressing issues about inflation, gas prices, and food that are preoccupying.
It's not going to work, but it won't be for lack of effort.
So is the goal then to ban him from running again or do they want him because he's such a bad villain and so hated that they need him in the script?
Oh, no, no, no.
They're trying to use this obscure clause of the 14th Amendment that says if you incited an insurrection, you can't hold federal office.
They're trying to ban him from running.
He would clean their clock again, Miriam.
He's done it twice already in 2016 when it was rigged for Hillary.
But the support for Trump from the rural areas, they had not anticipated.
So they knew this time they had to do it more.
They were far more thoroughgoing as the 2000 mules demonstrates, but it was all rigged, and then they're attacking him for trying to overthrow the election when he just wanted an honest accounting.
The Democratic Party has become so profoundly corrupt, I no longer recognize it.
It's a Marxist-Communist operation.
It's got nothing to do with democracy and the Constitution.
And what's, you know how many times they said, well, we just want to uphold the Constitution.
We just want to honor the, you guys don't give a shit about the Constitution.
That's right.
You guys are using our talking points and adopting them.
It's so clear.
That's exactly right.
You got it exactly right.
They hold with W that the Constitution is just a goddamn piece of paper.
They couldn't care less.
They want control.
They want power.
Meanwhile, James Clyburn is already anticipating that criminal charges won't come.
Why?
Because there are Trump holdovers in the Department of Justice.
House Majority Whip Clyburn is concerned former President Trump carryovers are going to stop prosecution over the January 6 Commission investigation.
They haven't finished their hearings, there haven't been any charges, which makes his assertion baseless and unprecedented, but he's anticipating.
Clyburn told CNN, I'm not going to zero in on the prosecution of Trump.
I do have some concerns about reticence coming from the department as to how to ratchet up these investigations.
The problem with Clyburn's comments is the DOJ has swayed heavily on the Democrat side, even when Trump was in office.
U.S.
Attorney David Weiss paused an investigation into Hunter Biden months before the election to prevent the public from hearing about it.
Targeted!
Project Veritof over Ashley Biden's diary and agreed to hide Jeffrey Epstein's client list.
It's absurd to think the DOJ won't target Republicans.
Clyburn continues.
I just came out of a primary election here in South Carolina.
I got elected, re-nominated last week, and I'm talking to voters.
I've been in Florida, Georgia, Connecticut, New Jersey, Michigan in the last 30 days.
I'm telling you, people are concerned that the DOJ may have too many carryovers from the last administration and is not moving in order to do what's needed to protect the democracy.
Frankly, he just made that all up.
He hasn't spoken to a single voter who has that opinion.
Clyburn would be more likely to encounter Democrats who agree with his views at events in states and across country than to have discussion with those who oppose them.
Any conversation he had, more likely than not, therefore agree with his assessment.
When was asked if he were concerned DOJ is restrained, he said, yes, I am.
There's no question about that.
I've talked to my constituents.
I get a lot of my marching orders from them.
They're concerned and so am I.
Living in an echo chamber of political viewpoint doesn't prove Trump is guilty or that citizens of the U.S.
should be concerned.
It proves Clyburn's constituents share the same values.
That's not a surprise.
With more hearings coming, the commission has its opportunity, but it's unlikely to prove it.
Schiff told CNN they'll show more evidence Trump was involved in this scheme.
They'll show more evidence of what Trump's lawyers think about Trump.
But Schiff is the same lawmaker who doctored text messaging from Jim Jordan, pondering all of his evidence of Republican attempts to overturn the 2020 election.
Prosecutors will be watching and afterward will make a decision based on evidence provided.
Attorney General Merrick Garland told the Washington Examiner, I will be sure I'm watching all of it and I can assure you that January 6th prosecutors are watching all of the hearings as well.
This is unadulterated bullshit.
The Democrats are out to destroy the country, no matter what, just to preserve power and keep themselves from prosecution for the illegal acts they have already perpetrated.
Joke.
Well, it used to be that you had enormous change every time there was an administration change, with patronage and appointments in every office.
But that pretty much stopped.
I think Woodrow Wilson was the one who purged every black in the U.S.
government, including 10% of the U.S.
Postal Service, when he took over and In 1912, because he was a bigot, and he's a Democrat, but that's neither here nor there.
Now you have civil service protection for almost everybody except the people at the top, and those people are all members of the senior executive service, and that's an amoral group of people that is serving the Uniparty and never serves any political ideology that associates with patriots at all.
And then that's going to include the the command structure of the DOJ and the FBI so they will initiate whatever false things they need to do just like in the case of the quote stolen Ashley Babbitt especially bad Biden diary that they nailed the reporters for Project Veritas on.
They lied to federal judges repeatedly and got a number of subpoenas, I think, against four different members of Project Veritas, stating that it was a stolen diary when there was 100 percent proof it was not stolen and that it was authentic.
And then we had the FBI sitting on the Hunter laptop saying it was Russian disinformation for over a year that would have affected the election.
So these people, and Clyburn is a perfect example of somebody walking around with a bigot chip on his shoulder that sees bigotry everywhere he goes.
I mean, the guy's just absolutely bonkers.
And this is what you get when you have an affirmative action Congress.
That guy's a clown.
He was a major element in the theft of the election, by the way.
It was his endorsement of Biden that gave him his first victory in any state.
Biden had run twice for president and even on his third try.
He hadn't won a single caucus or a single state primary until South Carolina, when big tech came in to manufacture under the leadership of this guy who now pronounces himself a moral authority.
He is as corrupt as they get.
Mariam, I just want to say the disparity between truth and lies is so wide, and that just like you said, you know, you could be having such great reportage, but the people who are real, Are not seeing the light of day or are stuck in echo chambers, whereas you know before it's just things have gone off the rails and I don't know.
I don't know how we get this back when the people who are blowing up or or have big followings.
They've just been chosen to be part of controlled opposition to feed into the dialectic when in reality, it is a uniparty and and just And the people, the average masses, are just clueless as to what's going on.
They're not tapped in.
There's too much nuance and details that are getting lost.
Again, like, for instance, watching the hearing committee, and I covered the theft of the elections, I covered J6, I was there, and even me listening to it, I'm like, oh, you know, oh, the fake slate of electors?
I never heard that before, fake, or they're taking the 12th Amendment and they're misconstruing it.
It's just...
It's just very sad and I know that the demoralization is also part of their plan, right?
Very good.

Bear in mind, my petition is on the docket of the Supreme Court.
While I originally believed it was a First and Second Amendment case, the summary judgment protocols in Wisconsin allowed the judge to decide whether or not my facts were reasonable.
And exclude them if, in his subjective opinion, they were not.
As you will see from my petition, which you can download to your own desktop, the Court of Appeals, Fourth District, and the Wisconsin Supreme Court agreed.
Please visit givesandgo.com slash fundingfetzer.
And if you think my case merits your support, I would welcome it.
Final thoughts, Joe.
Yes, well, this is a gab that was posted by Wendy Rogers, who's running for Senate in Arizona.
It says, U.S.
is facing massive shortage of conspiracy theories, as all of them have come true.
I did a great interview Thursday with Michael Parker on TNT Radio.
It was from noon until one central time.
On global warming, green energy, and peak oil, it was really a great action-packed program.
And then this Saturday night, Sky Dragon Slay, me and John O'Sullivan, are going to be interviewing Bart Sombrell on the fake lunar Apollo missions, which will be really interesting.
Bart is probably one of the best experts.
Jim has interviewed him before, and I really look forward to it.
It'll be two hours this Saturday evening.
The podcast will be available later, but it's live on TNT radio.
He is excellent.
Yes, Miriam, your final thoughts?
I just will share that I'm working on my next story is The overlap between the transhumanist and transgender market and that this gender affirming care and these new newfangled surgeries to basically add and remove genital parts is estimated to be a $1.6 billion industry by 2026.
$6 billion industry by 2026.
Currently, well, in 2019, it was $316 million, just to give a sense of, again, the push towards, of course, it's always couched in like positive languaging, like acceptance and inclusion.
But in reality, it's just another tactic to divide and conquer.
And to F up our humanity towards this push towards transhumanism.
I just purchased this.
This is a 2005 from Ray Kurzweil.
It's a very big book, but I've been been whittling at it and reading the parts on nanotechnology.
Yeah, that's it.
I just I pray for everyone.
And to really put their house in order and to consider what is important.
And yet again, I stand for people to look at their shadow and to cultivate self-awareness and something called wisdom and maturity and accountability.
Well, it's always a pleasure to have Joe Olson from Houston and Mary Monain from Florida here on the show to offer their expert commentary.
We do not always agree in every respect.
I do believe there's too much of a tendency to overemphasize the idea of a uniparty, that there aren't two real parties here in the United States after all.
What are we talking about today?
We're talking about the theft of an election.
Why would they have had to steal it if there were only one party?
They could have had Donald Trump just continue to do the work of the Uniparty and not created all this chaos and mayhem.
Why do we have dispute over a decision about abortion?
That's because the two parties view the issue very, very differently.
And when it comes to the Second Amendment, I cannot emphasize strongly enough.
The Democrats want to take away our guns.
They want us to be defenseless.
They know all power comes from the barrel of a gun, as Mao Zedong observed.
And therefore, the party must command the guns, lest the guns command the party.
Dave Hodges has emphasized that in the 20th century there were 19 democides, slaughters of whole societies by governments, every one of which was preceded by gun confiscation.
We can't let America become number 20.
Spend as much time as you can with your friends and neighbors, those people you love, over this weekend.
We do not know whether nuclear war or another pandemic lockdown is going to happen first, but mark my words, one way or another, the Democrats are going to defeat the right of the American people to elect their own representatives in Congress through a properly administrated election.
They are all hands aboard to defeat that outcome in November.
Don't let yourself be played.
