	This is Jim Fetzer, Madison, Wisconsin, joined today by Joe Olson in Houston, Texas, and Carl Herman in San Ramon, California.
	We're here to give you all the news you need to know.
	We begin with a rather shocking story.
	The House Democrats stalled a bill to provide extra security for Supreme Court justices and their families, even when they are being threatened with death.
	House Dems failed to take action on a bill that passed the Senate by unanimous consent a month ago that would provide extra security for Supreme Court justices and their families.
	The move is all the more meaningful since a California man armed with a handgun, a knife, and burglary supplies to break into the House was arrested in the middle of the night near the home of Justice Kavanaugh.
	The fellow, Nicholas John Ross, according to the criminal complaint, was thinking about how to give his life purpose, decided he would kill Kavanaugh after discovering his Montgomery County address.
	Here's a criminal complaint against him.
	Attempt to kidnap or murder or threat to assault United States judge with a current justice of the United States Supreme Court.
	How bad is that?
	Concerned tensions were boiling over.
	The Senate took up the bipartisan bill it sailed through with no objection on either side.
	House Democrats, however, never took it up, leading one top party member, Senator Dick Durbin, to warn he's very much concerned Pelosi has chosen not to hold a vote on the bill.

	Turbin said he's very much concerned the House hasn't acted on a bill to protect SCOTUS justices.
	House has wanted to add protectionist staff and clerks.
	I'm all for that.
	But they shouldn't hold up the whole process to achieve that goal.
	Democrats claim they were seeking to add this additional protection.
	A notion described by the National Review as preposterous.
	It takes no time at all to add a few lines.
	Pelosi had plenty of time to hold meaningless show votes.
	House Democrats promised to pass legislation to protect the justices and their families, said Kevin McCarthy, the Republican House Minority Leader.
	That was nearly a month ago, but no legislation has been passed.
	What occurred is exactly what many feared, an armed man targeted Justice Kavanaugh and his private resident.
	Fortunately, this assassination plot was foiled, but Democrats have said an unacceptable message that private homes are no longer off-limits.
	This is really stunning stuff, in my opinion.
	Absolutely stunning stuff.
	Pelosi would even encourage, or not inhibit, Democrats who are misguided or other unworthies mentally unstable from assassinating justices of the court.
	Mary Margaret Olahan, pro-abortion extremists are reportedly threatening to burn down the Supreme Court and murder justices and their clerks.
	This is for a DHS memo obtained by Axios saying that the threats are likely to persist and may increase leading up to and following the issuing of the court's official ruling and about Roe v. Wade, of course.
	Former White House Secretary Jen Psaki repeatedly refused to condemn protesters at justices' homes, even though it is against the law.
	She couldn't even summon the will to dox them by publishing—condemn doxing them by publishing their addresses, meaning of the court.
	This is outrageous.
	Shortly thereafter, Senator Schumer, the man who originally threatened that Kavanaugh would pay the price if he dared to overturn Roe v. Wade, answered yes when asked if he were comfortable with protests outside the home of Supreme Court justices.
	How disgusting is this?
	You got relatively peaceful protests at the Capitol that they're making all kinds of hay with, and yet when there's an attempt at assassination and the like, they don't lift their least digit.
	Joe, this is disgusting.
	Yeah, well, there's more than one ways to pack the court.
	If you can't add an extra half dozen seats that are all lefty, commie, liberal, black robe disease ding-dongs, then let's go ahead and kill whatever portion of the Supreme Court we don't like before we impeach FJB, and then we'll hurry up and slam-dunk a couple of quick appointments to make sure we have control of at least that branch of government after we lose control of the legislative branch.
	Don't count on the DOJ Mary Garland to do anything but violation of the state law is at least a violation of this very same law has been passed in Virginia and the four justices that live in Virginia have the governor there has said that they will actively enforce the law as far as protesting or stalking of the Supreme Court justices that live in Virginia.
	Unfortunately for Kavanaugh, He lives in Maryland, and we know who the senator from Maryland was.
	We know what his connections are, so he can guarantee that there will be no enforcement action on that part.
	The whole thing stinks to high heaven.
	Well, it's so blatant, it's so public!
	This is disgusting!

	Yeah, it's right out there in the open.
	I have a YouTube subscription to the channel Meme The Left, and they reminded us that two years ago, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer publicly filmed incited violence on Kavanaugh.
	He stated, you have unleashed the whirlwind and you will pay the price.
	You will never see it coming.
	Sounds like a bullet to me.
	So, these people are that bad and worse.
	And I do want to remind people of the historical precedent in, I believe it was in Kiev, I know it was in Ukraine, and I believe it was in 2016, where their version of Antifa, the Nazi battalions, these Nazi sympathizers, burned about 50 people alive in one of the public buildings.
	Both burned and asphyxiated.
	So it is not beyond these people attempting to incite that level of violence.
	Oh, you're absolutely right.
	I mean, it's like a mafia, Don, putting out a hit.

	It took a Two million dollars of private funding to buy the data to prove that the 2020 election was stolen and two years later and the DOJ didn't bother to lift a finger as far as that effort and still has it to this moment.
	But they were more than happy to use that same technology after January 6th.
	Within two days they had callers on 550 people and those people are still in jail without any due process at all.
	And we have the leak from the Roe versus Wade that's put Kavanaugh on the crosshairs.
	Why hasn't the DOJ been able to find who the leaker was there?
	Because they don't give a shit.
	They don't want to expose them because it would reveal the corruption of the left.
	Meanwhile, San Francisco ousts Soros-backed uber-progressive DA in a recall vote.
	This is welcome news.
	Second smartest guy in the world's rights.
	To better appreciate the radical hard-left infiltration of the U.S.
	government, facilitated by higher-level cult apparatchiks like Soros, The below article is helpful not just because it throws back this deranged lifelong socialist, but because of his direct lifelong ties to Bill Ayers, a known true domestic terrorist, versus a Biden administration domestic terrorist that vehemently opposes tyranny in the likes of Chelsea Bowden.

	And how could anyone ever forget the school trip outing Obama took with Tony the Rat Fauci, the hard-nudged kids into subjecting themselves to the big pharma drug dealers' death bags.
	The truly harrowing scene to behold are all smiles at PR pumping on behalf of their partners in crime to meme and murder underage innocents.
	So now, San Francisco residents felt enough governmental pain via surging crime to vote out the likes of Soros, Gopher, or Chesum.
	Concurrently, the surging death facts, adverse events, and mortality are not as easy to track in the average death cultist-programmed mind as stick-ups and muggings.
	Thus, San Franciscans will be lining up for their fourth dose of poison in virtue signaling rituals.
	Well, at least those not kneeling over in their own fecal matter high off their heads thanks to the city supplying free syringes.
	Of course, the wide-open southern border allows for the cheap Chinese synthesized drugs to flow in, all courtesy of lawmakers like Chesa, Obama, Biden, Harris, and others.
	Meanwhile, from Zero Hedge, In 2019, just about nobody campaigned on a hard-left soft-on-crime platform and was elected San Francisco's Chief Prosecutor.
	Tuesday, San Francisco voters gave him the boot, having discovered, as Andrea Wittenberg notes, that the reality of hard-left governments is much less appealing than the theory and the promises.
	With more than 61% voters selecting yes, San Francisco Mayor London Breed must now appoint an interim district attorney until November 8th, when a permanent replacement will be elected.
	No votes tallied, not quite 40%.
	Bowdoin, a former public defender backed by left-wing billionaire Soros, came under fire for failed progressive criminal justice reform policies that have led to a sharp increase in drug overdose deaths, homelessness, thefts, smash-and-grab robberies, car burglaries, shoplifting, and other property crimes.
	Homicide rates and gun crimes have increased since he took office.
	He has strived to end cash bail, reduce incarceration rates, and scrutinize police misconduct.
	In other words, get the criminals back on the street as quickly as possible.
	He fired seven prosecutors his second day on the job.
	In mid-December, Epoch Times reported more than 50 prosecutors, support and victim service staff had either been fired or quit their jobs over his progressive agenda.

	Yes, well, Chelsea Bowden had a chip on his shoulder because his daddy, David, and his mommy, Kathy, were in jail because they were in the Weathermen organization and they did multiple bombings and ended up killing some people, I think, in an armored car robbery that got botched.
	And so they ended up in federal prison.
	And so who was it that adopted him?
	Oh, that was the other Weatherground organizers and leaders.
	Bill Ayers and Bernadette Dorn, who were under prosecution, but because they're Jewish, they got their charges dropped because there was a technical difficulty on the part of the FBI.
	Yeah, give me a break, man.
	The whole thing stinks to high heaven.
	And London Breed, she's cut from the same cloth as this clown, and she totally embraced him up until...
	Before this guy gets a door slammed on him, what happens?
	on pikes uh she's about points and the interim is going to be just as stinky and before this guy gets a door slammed on him what happens paul pelosi gets busted with a dui but before he can be uh tried for it that brought the charges because the police body cam and and autocad auto cams not working so they had no proof of the DUI.

	- Yeah, the term disgusting really hits it.
	So my wife and daughter and I, for, I don't know, maybe five years, we had been regular subscribers to Broadway shows that come to San Francisco.
	And the devolution of Market Street, both of the theaters that those shows are played on are on Market Street, the main street in San Francisco.
	And I do not support my family going down there on Market Street anymore because of how dangerous it is.
	The vandalism is everywhere.
	The several stores closed because, one of them being Walgreens, Because of the policy of allowing these loomers just to come in and take what they want and just walk out so they have to close the stores, obviously.
	The smell of urine, the sight of fecal matter on the street.
	One time we were walking to the theater and maybe 10 feet in front of us as I was walking right next to having a conversation with my daughter right here.
	Smash!
	And down in front of us rains a bunch of glass.
	Somebody had thrown some object out of a window onto the street, exploding the glass in front of us.
	If I had to count the number of homeless people on the street from 5th Street and Market just to 6th Street going up to get to the theater on both sides of the street is probably close to a hundred.
	So the good news with that is that I have reviewed over 50 professional cost-benefit analyses and in every one of them we end up saving money by ending homelessness rather than enduring it.
	If you give people a room, you give people a soup kitchen, and you give them job training, the results of the studies show that within a year, 90% of these people have left the homeless shelter because they want something more than being homeless.
	And the 10% who are staying in the shelter, they should be in the shelter, because you don't want them out.
	On to the streets.
	And ladies and gentlemen, again, to make sense of this is that we really are in AMREV 2.0, American Revolution 2.0, and we are witnessing it.

	Meanwhile, Biden is furious he's trailing Trump in the polls.
	Why should he be surprised?
	He erupted over being kept out of the loop on crises.
	Reports are saying Biden is an emotional wreck over several news items he's been kept from.
	Also, several items that point there are excellent reasons he's been kept from them, because he's not capable of leading solving any problems.
	Another reason for him to be having a temper tantrum like a frustrated child is his approval rates are horrible and he cannot touch the popularity of President Donald Trump.
	Minds face a sinking of such popularity as it may have once had after many slip-ups and because, to be honest, he can't communicate well, nor does it seem he has anything to say that the American people find worth hearing.
	The American public is worried about the cost of gas, food, housing, education, shortages of many items, food for instance.
	What they see is a disastrous invasion of foreigners at our southern border.
	As Daily Mail reported, Biden is romping about it because he's not viewed as a centralized or important figure.
	President Biden has repeatedly complained to aides he is less popular than Trump and expressed frustration he was not briefed properly on the baby formula crisis.
	In a White House filled with complaints, failing to get its message to voters, a new report reveals the biggest source of concern is the President himself.
	The outcome is plunging morale amid fears of a string of crises, painting him as the worst Democrat president since Jimmy Carter's calamitous time in office.
	I'd take Jimmy Carter over Joe Biden any day.
	Sources told Politico he recently erupted about the way he was not kept up to speed about the enormity of the baby formula shorting.
	He made his feelings clear in phone calls, after seeing cable news coverage of young mothers in tears, worried that they can't feed their children.
	The result of these crises, from high costs and soaring inflation to shortages on the shelves, has been plunging poll ratings.

	Trump's rating had long been an exception to that benchmark.
	Biden reportedly refers to his predecessor as the worst president in history and an existential threat to the nation's democracy.
	But the situation, of course, is precisely the opposite.
	After publication, White House spokesperson Andrew Bace dismissed the reports of anger and frustration.
	This depiction of the White House is divorced from reality.
	If these claims had been brought before publication, we would have said as much then.
	The baby formula crisis has been a particular source of anger.
	It has had a disproportionate effect on the sort of blue-collar families with whom he identifies.
	And the infant formula crisis is certain to be a huge political issue all the way into the November midterms.
	There are already reports the FDA is facing a federal investigation as to whether it followed its own policies and procedures in the contamination of recalled baby formula That led to the national shortage.
	The Department of Health and Human Services announced it would specifically review whether or not the FDA correctly conducted inspections of Abbott Sturgis Michigan manufacturing facility at the center of the recall.
	In Feb, Abbott issued a recall After one of the company's plants was suspected of contamination, which infected four infants, two of whom died.
	The recall included lots of Similac, Similac Alimentum and Alicare formula products, resulting in stores across the country having empty baby formula shelves.
	The investigation was applauded by Representative Rosa Delorio, who called on the FDA to provide answers as to why there was delayed action.
	I command the OIG for taking this critical step to get answers as to why this unreasonable delay was allowed to occur, especially when a product we feed to our babies was at the center of allegations of wrongdoing.
	I hope the OIG moves speedily to uncover answers so we can prevent this crisis from potentially happening again.
	After how many babies have been starved?
	This is just incredible.
	And by the way, we have reports of massive volumes of baby formula taken to the southern border for the migrants.
	Yeah, well, FJB has a whole bunch of problems, but one of them, they're using their mouthpiece, the New York Times, to explain that really the problems that are happening in Ukraine, over 150,000 Ukrainian soldiers killed and massive amounts of weapons destroyed or captured by the Russians,
	Uh, in order to keep that little narrative going, uh, and, and keep Joe blameless, they're saying that the Ukraine did not supply them with intelligence information and so they couldn't assist the Ukraine in their strategies because, uh, the communications were secret and there was cloud cover and our spy satellites couldn't see what, uh, where the troops were.
	So it's not Joe Biden's fault.
	It's, uh, General Zelensky's fault.
	Yeah, if you want to believe that.
	And then Yellen, she goes to Congress and says, well, we figured out how to solve the energy crisis.
	We're going to allow Russian oil to be distributed on the world market, but we're not going to allow Putin to make a profit on this.
	His oil can only be sold at $45 a barrel.
	On the world market, and that way we won't be enriching the Russian war machine, but we will be able to solve the world's energy crisis.
	Like he's going to ship oil that he pumps in his pipelines to his tankers and ships to his clients.
	He's only going to charge his clients $45 a barrel.
	And if they bought it, they're going to turn around and refine it and sell it to us.
	And you think they're going to sell it to us for the refinement costs at $60 a barrel?
	Get freaking real!
	Another Jew person that's way out of her league.
	There's two interesting articles at the Conservative Treehouse.

	The poll was 43% say we should replace Putin.
	56% said we should replace Biden.

	Emails retrieved from the DHS show that the coordinated effort by the government to use Big Tech to censor American speech, and this is anything that conflicts with the government narrative, whether it's masks, lockdowns, jabs, January 6th, anything that disagrees with the government.
	First of all, you're going to have your speech blocked, and second of all, you're going to be tracked and labeled as a potential terrorist, and third, they're going to grab you on a Yeah, that's unbelievable.
	and haul you off to a camp because that's the way the Bolsheviks always operate.

	So Biden, this actor portraying Biden, he went from his basement during the campaign and where he's going to end up, he's going to be exposed, as in other basements, being naked and belting secured 13-year-old naked girls.
	And if people have not seen that leak from the Hunter Biden laptop, I recommend that you do so.
	Finally, Robert Gibbs, former press secretary, he better shut up, otherwise he's going to find himself ordered back and do that job again.
	Unless that's part of their contract, is that they agree only to the torture for a couple of years and then they're free forever.
	What a job being a press secretary and have to lie like that every day.

	Meanwhile, Obama proved accusing Russia of the DNC hack before the FBI received the DNC server images.
	In other words, he was a source of key propaganda and vicious allegations against Russia.
	President Obama approved a statement by the U.S.
	Intel community in October of 2016, accusing Roscoe of stealing email from the DNC, even though the government didn't have the DNC server images crucial to ascertaining whether Roscoe was involved or not.
	FBI email recently made public during the trial against attorney Michael Sussman showed the Bureau was still in process of requesting the images on October 13, 2016.
	The server images, which are equivalent of a virtual copy of the alleged crime scene, were taken by the private cybersecurity firm CrowdStripe.
	On October 7th, six days before CrowdStrike agreed to mail the images to the FBI, DHS and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence released a statement accusing Russia of hacking U.S.
	political organizations and disseminating email allegedly stolen through the hack.
	The statement was approved and encouraged by Obama, according to then-DHS Secretary Jay Johnson.
	The President approved the statement.
	I know he wanted us to make this statement.
	That was very definitely a statement by the United States government, not just Jim Clapper and me, Johnson told the House Intel community in June of 2017.
	The DHS, ODNI, and Barack Obama did not respond to requests for comment.
	The October 7, 2016 statement said the U.S.
	intel community, including more than a dozen agencies with the FBI, was confident the Russian government directed the recent compromise of email from U.S.
	persons and institutions.
	The recent disclosures of alleged hacked emails on sites like DCLeak.com and Wikileaks and by the Guccifer 2.0 online persona are consistent with the methods and motivation of Russian-directed efforts.
	But it was all made up.
	The lack of server images at the time the statement was released highlights the question of how they could have established Russia's involvement.
	It was bullshit.
	On August 31, 2016, CrowdStrike provided a report on the DNC hack to the FBI.
	The agents who reviewed the report called it heavily redacted, according to the Senate Intel Committee's report.
	FBI Assistant Director James Treanor was so frustrated with the redactions, he doubted its completeness because he knew outside counsel had reviewed it.
	The outside counsel he cited was all but certainly Sussman, who served as a DNC point of contact for all intrusion-related matters.
	He was acquitted last month of a lying charge about whether he was representing the DNC and Hillary Clinton, When he took the white paper to the FBI alleging the connection between Trump and Russia.
	The FBI agents who reviewed the paper found the claims in it unfounded within 24 hours.
	On September 30, 2016, a week before the release of the statement accusing Russia of the hack, the FBI was still seeking copies of the CrowdStrike report without the redactions.
	FBI agent Adrian Hawkins listed copies of the unredacted CrowdStrike report as the number one priority request to the DNC.
	The FBI never received the unredacted reports.
	According to the filing, lawyers for DNC told prosecutors no redacted information in the Kravstak report concerned the attribution of the attacks to Russian actors.
	Special Counsel Robert Mueller alleged a hack of the DNC during which emails were stolen took place on or around May 21st to June 1st of 2016.
	That time frame is significant because CrowdStrike has since told the Atlantic Times the DNC systems were not hacked during that time frame.
	CrowdStrike had deployed 200 sensors and other counter-intrusion technologies on the committee's network Within the first week of its engagement, there's no indication of any subsequent breaches taking place.
	CrowdStrike president Sean Henry, in charge of the firm's work on the DNC intrusion, told congressional investigators his company didn't have concrete evidence that email had even been stolen from the DNC.
	We have indicators that data was exfiltrated.
	We did not have concrete evidence that data was exfiltrated from the DNC.
	We have indicators that it was exfiltrated.
	The alleged hacking of the DNC with the subsequent release of the committee's email was the nexus of allegations of collusion that plagued the administration of President Trump.
	Thanks to compliments of Barack Hussein Obama, and of course, Hillary Clinton, Joe.
	Yes, well, not only did WikiLeaks expose the enormous war crimes about the Obama regime, but they, oh, and the baby Bush regimes, but they also exposed the CIA's Vault 7,
	where they were able to put fingerprints making emails appear to come where they were able to put fingerprints making emails appear to come from absolutely anywhere in the world so that you wouldn't be able to effectively trace them unless you had access to the best cryptologists and the dark web, you would never know where this shit
	So then they started releasing the DNC, quote, "hacked materials" that we absolutely 100% certain know were downloaded onto a thumb drive by Seth Rich and loaded over to WikiLeaks, And so when the first group came out, in order to blame this as disinformation on Putin, they claimed it was from a Russian source named Guccifer 2.0.
	And then when the next group came out and Guccifer 2.0 was in jail, and had no access to a computer they said uh-oh well we've got to come up with a new Russian agent uh we'll just call this one cozy bear and then it came out a third time and they said well we've already used to cozy bear and we can't really claim that he's the source so we'll use fancy bear
	Uh, you know, and the most disgusting thing about the Trump presidency is he would have never been elected had those DNC emails not exposed what a rotten crook that everybody knew Reptillery was and he never considered pardoning Assange and Assange will rot in a U.S.
	jail for the whatever's left of his, uh, Damaged life because of the ineptitude of Orange Man Bad and his advisors.

	And until we have some breakthrough where the public is going to recognize this emperor's new closed condition, all we're going to get is this bullshit And they'll just fabricate excuses if something gets leaked out.
	Now the trend of the increase of this information becoming more and more public heartens me.
	So we have this paradox of the best of times and the worst of times.
	We have our opponents more exposed than ever before, and our ally is the truth and the light.
	That will end the empire.
	And at the same time, It has never been more dangerous than it has been now.
	As these people become more panicked, they're going to get more desperate, and they will attempt to bring the whole house down before they are caught.

	Hence, they do not decompose easily.
	The FDA says they're now in soil, water, air, and animal and human bodies.
	They are contaminants when found in food products, and when substantial concentrations are present, they are detrimental to normal health.
	As are used by multiple industries, production facilities release them into the sewer system in their waste discharge.
	When PFAS sewage sludge is recycled into agricultural fertilizer, they make their way into human foods of all kinds.
	The Nonpartisan Advocacy Environmental Working Group performed an independent analysis to study agricultural contamination from tainted sewage sludge.
	The group's legislative director, Scott Faber, told reporters it was not possible to know the full scope of PFAS contamination because the EPA has not made tracking it a priority.
	Ohio reportedly has the most complete record involving the use of sewage sludge on farmland.
	Records obtained by AWG indicate at least 5% of the farmland had sludge fertilization applications since 2011.
	A new study indicates as many as 20 million acres may be contaminated.
	When the FDA shows its way, EWG indicated that reviewed records from 41 states, at least 19 billion pounds of sewage slag had been used for fertilizer since 2016.
	EWG believes around 20 million acres of farmland In Maine, several farms have been closed by state regulators because of PFAS contamination.
	Around 700 agricultural fields are under observation.
	Several studies in Michigan have shown authorities have had PFAS-contaminated beef and crops there.
	Other public health problems involving drinking water And PFAS have also been discovered.
	Faber said while there's no easy way to shop around this problem, the country should not be using sewage slug contaminated with PFAS to grow food for humans and livestock.
	The EPA could require testing at treatment plants and warn farmers immediately of the risk of contamination, but has refused to do so.
