Need to Know News (2 June 2022) with Joe Olson and Carl Herman
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
This is Jim Fetzer, Madison, Wisconsin, joined today, delighted to say, by Joel Olson in Houston, Texas, and Carl Herman in San Ramon, California.
We're here to bring you all the news you need to know.
We begin with a Kremlin saying Biden is adding fuel to the fire by sending advanced rocket systems and munition to Ukraine.
It is increasing the risk of a confrontation between the U.S.
and Russia.
Now, if Biden had any confidence or was actually calling the shots, this might make a difference, but they're talking to a dummy, literally and figuratively.
He's just a puppet.
The Kremlin spokesperson said he doesn't trust Ukraine not to fire these weapons into Russia, even though Biden promised they would not be used.
How could he make that promise?
Biden's not there.
He's got no control.
No one takes him seriously.
He's just a talking head.
This is so insulting and god-awful.
We believe the U.S.
is purposefully and diligently adding fuel to the fire.
The U.S.
is obviously holding the line that it will fight Russia to the last Ukrainian.
Well said.
When asked how Russia would respond if Ukraine used U.S.-supplied rockets to hit Russia, let's not talk about worst-case scenario.
Believe me, it's going to be serious, and they're not going to hit Kiev.
They're going to hit Washington, D.C.
in the Pentagon.
I have no doubt.
These rockets are capable of targets as far as 50 miles.
The problem being, rocket launchers can fire missiles that can travel further, and their promise not to use them against Russia means absolutely nothing.
There could not be a more corrupt government to be providing all these weapons.
The White House said it would not be providing Ukraine with longer-range systems, but it's entirely possible for them to be obtained.
We will continue to provide Ukraine with advanced weaponry, including Javelin anti-tank, Stinger anti-aircraft, powerful military and precision rocket systems, radars, unmanned aerial vehicles, MI-17 choppers, and ammo by the road.
Now, How could anyone seen that not regard the United States as a co-belligerent?
Biden is just sticking our head into a gigantic noose of his making.
And here I have the new flip-flop at the White House, this gay black that, you know, she's answering all the categories that the Democrats think are important, where actual competence no longer matters.
As the President said, we won't be sending long-range rockets for use beyond the battlefield.
They were impressed on whether Ukraine's leadership had pledged not to use them.
We are not encouraging or enabling Ukraine to strike beyond its war body, he said, but obviously we are enabling them to strike beyond their borders.
We do not want to prolong the war just like playing on Russia, he said, but that's false too.
It's very obvious.
The whole plan is to drag it out, to turn Ukraine into Russia's Afghanistan.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yes, well, that KJP, the sock puppet that we've got now for the affirmative action, Press Secretary, what a goofball.
Yeah, she has a real problem because they keep trying to make her walk back the President's statements and she knows that they're wrong, but she can't publicly challenge him or she'll be unemployed pretty quickly.
So she has to keep obfuscating and she's absolutely worthless.
But we had an interview with Newsmax and the leader of the Ukraine.
And he admitted that so far they've had over 10,000 dead soldiers and over 50,000 seriously wounded not to ever return to combat soldiers out of a force of 240,000.
So they had a one-quarter Reduction in their military capability.
Now, the land missiles that they're talking about shipping over there are the HIMARS, which have a 50-mile range.
And there's places where they could get access to the border close enough that they could fire into Russia.
But there's certainly a threat to all of the residents that are still living in the Donbass region.
So that's a problem.
But we also have Denmark, who's planning on shipping the Harpoon Missile, which is a shore-to-ship missile that has a 75 nautical mile range, which is a little more than 80 miles of actual mile, 135 kilometers.
And those are going to be able to take out naval vessels all along the coast of the Black Seas.
So, you know, we don't have anything friendly going on over there at all.
It's, uh, it's really unfortunate.
But one thing that is fortunate is that yesterday, the New York Times warned the Biden regime That you better not think you're going to confiscate that 300 billion of Russian assets because the impact for investment in the United States and in United States banking industry will plummet worldwide, which is going to happen anyway.
Yeah, I think you're right.
And why would Norway be so stupid as to stick its head in the noose as well, Carl?
It's embarrassing the stupidity of these nations making themselves targets for Russia.
And Russia is not going to take this standing down.
It is crazy.
The good news is that we haven't had a false flag nuclear or chemical biological attack.
The bad news is it's the same thing, but we just haven't had it yet.
So it's horribly crazy and inverted.
And the good news, as always, is that we are in this Emperor's New Clothes condition.
And wow, it's a house of cards and it may fall at any time, but until it does, it's extremely dangerous.
So the U.S.
commitment, and I love that quote too, is that the U.S.
is indeed committed to fighting Russia to the last Ukrainian.
They are desperate.
They cannot be caught.
And there's so much of potential game-ending evidence in Ukraine.
The bio labs, the money laundering.
But until that gets revealed, it's very dangerous.
So the push of the United States and the big picture for people to understand is that they want NATO to be a totalitarian organization managed by the US and the UK.
And it is the US who is projecting its own evil.
On to the Russians.
It's the U.S.
that is the global empire.
Carl B. Herman, Blogspot, any of these shows, the documentary series U.S.
Illegal will document that for you.
And mind you, we're not going to escape on the 8th, mind you.
Meanwhile, the Clinton campaign lawyer, Michael Sussman, was acquitted of lying to the FBI.
This was just stunning.
This was an open and shut case.
A federal jury found Hillary's campaign lawyer, Sussman, not guilty of lying to the FBI.
Durham's office had contended he misrepresented himself, as he clearly did, during a meeting with the FBI's General Counsel in 2016, where he claimed he was not there representing the campaign when he was there representing the Hillary campaign, where we know that Hillary made up the whole effing story.
While we're disappointed at the outcome, we respect the jury's decision and thank them for their service, Durbin said.
The case centered on the prosecutor's claim that Sussman told Baker during the meeting he was passing on information as a concerned citizen, not on behalf of any client.
Al Gore told juries he was actually there on behalf of two clients, the Clinton campaign and Rodney Joffe, the tech exec who oversaw research into Alpha Bank.
Sussman lawyer Sean Berkowitz pointed out there had been conflicting information from Baker and others over what Sussman actually said, that Sussman was not acting on the campaign's behalf, particularly because the campaign was mistrustful of the FBI over his well-publicized investigation into particularly because the campaign was mistrustful of the FBI over his well-publicized
Mueller's expansive report, which of course was totally fraudulent, found the Kremlin tried to interfere on Trump's behalf and that Trump had numerous undisclosed contacts with the Russians.
He found no evidence that they conspire with the Russian government.
This is all complete rubbish.
Trump's work has led to two criminal cases besides us, when a former FBI lawyer named Kevin Clinesmith pled guilty to altering an email with statements to probation last year.
In another case, Igor Danchenko is awaiting trial on charges he lied to the FBI in 2017.
He's alleged to have told investigators he did not get any information from a Democratic operative, so this is very parallel to Sussman.
Trump responds very appropriately.
Our legal system is called Rob.
Trump said in a post on Truth Social adding our judges and justices are highly partisan, compromised, or just plain scared.
Jason Miller, a former Trump campaign act, also reacted, writing on Getter that Sussman admitted to giving the opposition research to the FBI and not telling the bureau it had been conducted for Hillary.
How did Sussman get off?
Rigsista Miller wrote, the jury unanimously found Sussman not guilty.
I don't think it should have been prosecuted, one juror told reporters.
There are bigger things that affect the nation than a possible lie to the FBI.
And so it was a juror's determination as to whether or not a case should be brought.
Speaking to the media, this is really embarrassing bad.
The woman who did not give her name declined to say how she thought the government succeeded.
It was the government's job to prove it.
They succeeded in some ways and not in others.
We broke it down.
It did not pan out in the government's favor.
This is rubbish.
We're unsure what that has to do with the legal principles.
As constitutional head Jonathan Turley responded, telling a lie to the FBI was the entire basis for the prosecution.
It was the jury's job to determine the fact of such a lie and its materiality.
Of course, the statement can be a simple criticism of the underlying charge without admitting the bias in weighing the elements, yet it could have prompted a challenge in the courtroom if expressed during jury selection.
But then again, Sussman trial.
Jury of his political peers.
Some are even holding Hillary 2024.
This was tried in Washington, D.C.
I have no doubt the jury was 100% Democrat.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yeah, well, considering D.C.
is 95% Democrat, you've got to pretty much guess that they weren't able to find a single Republican to put on that jury, and that's why it only took them six hours of negotiation and deliberations to come up with this.
An error on Durham's part did not immediately file a change of venue or to challenge any of the witnesses that had open conflicts where they admitted that they had relationships with Sussman or that they had been funders for Democrat candidates.
So error on his part.
I don't think he was ever really serious about prosecuting this case because you don't want to go against the deep state.
And so all he really wanted to do was just have a public venue where he could get a few people under oath And maybe get some more incriminating evidence.
But one thing that did come out, extended political surveillance discussion with new revelations the FBI had workspace inside Perkins Coie DC law offices.
Michael Sussman worked at Perkins Coie and they had access to the FBI databases and they were able to do what's called 702s and pull up a background on any person in the United States that they wanted to.
And that's how they managed to get repeated FISA indictments in the secret courts against multiple people in the Trump campaign and multiple activists nationwide.
So these people that they see is an undrainable swamp.
The place just needs to have a big fence put around it and completely abandoned.
Well, it may be the way Biden is pushing Ukraine that maybe it'll all be wiped out by one of these Satan II missiles, which would leave nothing left, not a shred.
Carl, your thoughts?
The good news is that this thing was exposed and the sheep will have a good look at.
Clinton and her advisors did come up.
They fabricated a story.
They fed it to willing media and corporate media, and they fed it to the dirty tricks department of the FBI that ran with it.
And the bad news is is that by all appearances they got away with it.
Yeah, so far.
So far.
We shall see what more comes of this.
That statement by the juror was such bullshit.
So the question, the legal question is, did Sussman lie?
And yeah, he lied.
He lied.
He said, I'm just a concerned citizen.
No, the fuck you were.
You were paid By Clinton to feed this stuff.
You're an operative and you're giving known disinformation to the FBI.
That should have been prosecutable.
It's not just that he lied.
He gave false information to the FBI.
So this is the same thing as Smollett giving that story to Chicago law enforcement officers and then causing all that trouble afterwards.
Same thing for Sussman, except the FBI was cooperative with that.
And it does raise the question of what happened in jury selection.
So the prosecuting attorneys can remove 12 jurors, potential jurors, without cause.
You can just, and you can take a look at the background of the juror and you could request, is that those jurors who gave political contributions Two, the Clinton campaign should be removed, and that should have been honored.
So, I haven't read anything, but I would be very curious about what happened in jury selection.
Yeah, yeah.
Really good points, Carl.
Yes, yes.
I mean, when you got Robbie Mook saying that Hillary authorized the whole thing, that's terrific.
I believe that Durham thought this was so cut and dry, not even 12 Democrats would be able to get around the fact that he'd obviously lied.
But he underestimated Hillary's drawing power among her corrupt followers who have no rational capabilities whatsoever, so I believe this political cartoon really does sum it up.
Meanwhile, how did a totally impoverished dropout of ambiguous sexuality who couldn't hold a job as a mop boy at Wendy's buy 5,000 grand worth of rifles and a holographic sight?
On a totally unrelated topic, have you guys noticed how many sex perverts are in the FBI and in federal law enforcement in general?
It's weird.
Anyway, the Ecotech holographic sight alone is $800 or box plus installation.
The question is not how did he get the guns, he bought them.
The question is, where did he get the money?
But it's even worse.
On top of this, the shooter had no driver's license or photo ID.
So he didn't possibly get his hands on this expensive equipment.
When I upgraded my handgun, I had to go through a whole background check.
I had to have photo ID.
They had to run a whole thing on me.
It was elaborate and it took hours.
This guy could have never passed.
There's very simple, blatant proof this was fraudulent, and if you wanted more, we got two guys both claiming to be the parents for the same girl.
They tried to fake it out and say, well, one was a parent and one was a father and one was a stepfather, but then they'd be talking about daughter and stepdaughter.
No, no, no.
They were obvious.
These guys running these ops aren't rocket scientists.
They just blew it.
Meanwhile... Oh yeah, here we go.
Just watch this.
I'm sorry for your loss.
You're holding a picture of your daughter.
She had just won an honor roll.
What do you want people to know about her?
That she was just trying to do the right thing.
She was just trying to call the cops.
This guy's pathetic.
This is literally her worst fear.
She talked about something like this.
So I...
I'm a med-aid.
So when I arrived on the scene, they still had kids inside.
They started bringing the kids out.
And I was... Angel Garza talking about his daughter, who has died here 10 years old.
10-year-old Amory Jo Garza was another 4th grader at Robb Elementary.
She was a real good student.
She was a very good daughter.
Amory loved to draw, do science experiments, and make people laugh.
She was the perfect daughter, yeah.
She was the perfect daughter.
When he heard about the shooting, Alfred Garza III raced to the school.
While waiting for news about his own daughter, Garza says he tried to comfort the children who did manage to get out.
They were just overwhelmed.
It's hard to even wrap your mind around something like that.
This is the last photo he has of his baby girl, posing proudly with her honor roll certificate just hours before the shooting.
I just want to honor her name.
I just want her to be remembered as the type of person that she was.
That's right.
We just want to honor her name.
Meanwhile, Sarah Spector tweets, as an ex-prosecutor from Uvalde, I can say, based on my past interaction with Uvalde PD, you will never know the truth about what went down in that school until every inch of videotape was released to the press.
And Thomas Massey, Proposes a bill to repeal the Gun-Free School Zone Act.
The gun-free school zones are a lie, Dudley Brown, president of the National Association for Gun Rights, said about the Safe Students Act.
It doesn't make guns magically disappear.
They only make criminals out of the people who would protect our children.
Repealing this ludicrous federal law would put criminals on notice.
They can't commit heinous acts in schools with impunity any longer.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yes, well I watched the excellent program you did yesterday with Brian Davidson on what went out out there and he had the hour-long video of a guy that just showed up right before the event started and happened to be in the right place and walked around and managed to
First time ever on Facebook as a live stream and he did over an hour and it was like 95 degrees and I don't know about you but my silly little iPhone if it gets outside in the 95 degree sunshine for any length of time it just automatically cuts off and if I try to live stream for an hour without having a charger hooked up it just automatically cuts off from low
uh low battery charge so you know a little bit of a mystery how they came up with that and then there's the other curious factor of why did he end up having by some counts nine thousand dollars worth of gun material somebody in the comment section said maybe grandpa was a drug dealer we know his mother was a drug addict so you know maybe there's a family connection there so maybe there's just a surplus of cash sitting around he bought them maybe he didn't buy them because you can't hardly buy a weapon without having a photo id
And why would he pick a Daniel Defense, one of the most expensive ARs on the market?
Oh, because they've already bankrupted Bushmaster and Remington, so let's go after the next one on the totem pole.
And then to just add some more gasoline to the fire, yesterday we had the event in Tulsa, where some guy who allegedly had a back problem that a surgeon wasn't able to correct, went and bought an AR, and then he bought a secondhand .40 Cal Smith & Wesson, Within a day, and went and shot the place up and killed four people.
He says, I'm gonna kill the doctor and anybody that gets in my way, and then he kills himself.
So it's like, you know, they're just gonna keep rolling this, you know, cleaning the table on this thing.
Every time they can come up with another little event, just expect us to have a mass shooting event daily from now until election time.
Yeah, I think that's right, Joe.
They're gonna have one every single laughing day.
Carl, your thoughts?
So that blonde-haired military guy who was in that montage of this section, he detailed, as Joe was saying, $9,000 worth of military equipment.
And that is a serious question to find out, is that who funded this guy?
Where did that money come from?
And I looked at that part about him not having a driver's license, and I tried to get more Information on that, and I found that a news station had claimed that he did have a driver's license, so I don't know about that one.
But that interview of Anderson Cooper and one of the two daddies saying it was her worst fear.
So your little daughter's worst fear was being shot at school?
I don't think so.
And I also read that the school district had been shut down, had been in lockdown, 48 times in the school year.
The reason is because of human trafficking and gunshots associated with that.
So as a public school teacher, if there is a gunman nearby the school, the school will go into lockdown and the teachers will lock their classroom doors.
They'll close the blinds and the students will go into a corner and teachers will stay by the door.
48 times for that little school district in a school year.
That's crazy.
That also should be an issue of investigation because that shows that these school personnel are practiced and the idea that the gunman walked in from the back parking lot on a 97 degree day because a door had been left open.
See, those doors she propped it open with a rock, she said.
Then that door should have been closed and locked.
So there's all kinds of funny business.
But, you know, the crime du jour.
And we'll see what happens tomorrow or next week with another one.
Excellent.
Excellent commentary, Carl.
Yes.
Meanwhile, Biden's Texas visit spirals out of control.
A report claims Joe disinvited most Border Patrol agents and gets booed.
Americans continue to mourn the horrible shooting.
Biden, however, after pushing gun control propaganda, decided to visit the town.
It was not his wisest move.
Instead, it was a mess.
Biden invited Disinvited, really, many Border Patrol agents and other law enforcement who'd responded from a meeting with a president, despite being planned for a large open space facility.
They cited space.
They didn't have enough space for retracting the invitation.
Really, Joe?
Border agents were the ones who stopped the shooting, risked their lives to kill the gunmen.
But no, they work on the border, so they're politically unaligned with this president.
It was worse than that.
Not everyone in the predominantly conservative town is thrilled about this visit.
In 2020, 57% of Uvalde residents voted for President Trump, its own mayor.
Republican Don McLaughlin called Biden's presidency a total failure, his border policy a clown show.
Many in the community told USA Today other issues like immigration should have brought Biden to the town long before the shooting.
Residents of Uvalde were unimpressed Biden traveled to the scene.
He's been ignoring Texas for years now as the border crisis has grown worse and worse and worse.
But now something happened he could use for gun controls, propaganda, he drops everything to visit.
Even liberals had to admit Evaldi resident didn't want him there.
Stella Chavis said now is not the time for him to come here.
More insulting.
He'd invited border agents who responded, held in a large open space, but then denied them the right to attend.
Really?
Meaning it had more to do with his pro-open border administration unwillingness to look border agents in the eye and speak with them.
Biden and his cronies have become so partisan they can't even thank the heroes who saved the lives of children and let that thing camp.
Biden's visit to Uvalde was not a home run.
The president didn't want him there.
He uninvited, disinvited border agents who stopped the shooter and saved the children.
It's created a real backlash, and I think it's taken all the wind out of the sails of the anti-gun.
It's all focused on Why the police didn't enter.
I think this has backfired massively on Biden.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yes, well, just for context, the town of Uvalde has 20,000 residents, so it's a pretty small town, number one.
And number two, everybody along the Texas border has been impacted by the stupid policies of this guy, and Republicans are picking up Not that they're any saints at all, but at least they're picking up a lot of support in the Hispanic community statewide.
And so if they were counting on that demographic voting as a block, or being able to steal their votes because of voter fraud, which is another little interesting case that's happening out in Arizona, that's kind of blown back on them.
But it's really a hypocrisy that they're so worried about a few people being killed in the United States, which is tragic, with, quote, assault weapons.
But what are the weapons that we're actually delivering to Ukraine?
Oh, now there's evidence that the new weapons that are shells that are being fired out of the new howitzers that we just sent over there are using cluster bomb shells.
and those are a violation of the Geneva Convention.
Yeah, we're able to commit war crimes in Ukraine that this administration needs to be tried for, but we're going to turn around and destroy the U.S.
Constitution because we can stage as many events as it takes to make that happen.
Absolutely disgusting, and we'll get to Arizona in a minute.
Yeah, it's a totally fraudulent administration.
You might as well have George Soros president.
It's the equivalent.
Or, of course, Klaus Schwab as an equal counterpart.
Carl, this is just getting totally out of hand.
I think Americans are disgusted with their own government.
Yeah, if Klaus Schwab were president, then at least we'd have some interesting wardrobes by that cross-dresser.
So the U.S.
is an evil, evil empire, and the weapons that they deploy, as well as Israel, includes white phosphorus and depleted uranium.
So it's just ridiculous.
They disinvited the Border Patrol agents because they didn't want to have any accidents with any Border Patrol agent having the spirit of our Patriot audience and us.
To be able to lay out some of the facts about what's going on at the border.
So you had to remove that threat.
And what our opponents do again and again and again is that they construct a false flag.
They have corporate media push that narrative.
They have political leaders and Hollywood stars push that narrative.
And then you have the political puppets try to enact policies and then they repeat that as necessary.
And that is part of the construct of the empire.
To do as much as they can to control and then call us the servile sheeple population whose only presence is to serve as food and a workforce for the so-called elite.
Yeah, Carl.
And speaking of disinvited, we have a Latin American summit that was supposed to take place, I think in San Diego, but they disinvited three nations, Venezuela, Cuba, and you know, who knows what else.
But in response, about a half dozen Latin American countries said, you know, if you're going to disinvite part of Latin America, then this is nothing but a photo op for you guys to continue your Banana Republic events.
Why don't we just all cancel this whole thing?
So they had an enormous amount of blowback.
They ended up saying, OK, well, we'll let those three bad rogue countries come in.
But there's a great three minute video on the number of Banana Republics that the United States has installed in Latin America in the last 250 years.
And it's staggering.
I mean, it's dozens and dozens of overthrows, every one of them done by the United States.
And if you read War is a Racket by Smedley Butler, yeah, United Fruit Company is the one that created Banana Republics.
We're experts at Banana Republics.
It's disgusting.
It's enough to make you vomit, Carl.
And we have John Perkins with his bestsellers Economic Hitman.
He's got two of those books, which he details the process by which the CIA will hire front people like Perkins.
He'll be employed with some other organization, but he'll be working from the CIA.
And Perkins' job was to go ahead and go to the political leaders of these so-called banana republics and say, congratulations, El Presidente.
And to offer them a deal of silver to cooperate with the U.S.
government and with U.S.
corporations to really be a puppet for the interest of the United States, or if they don't want to take the silver, then they're going to get the lead, and they are going to be assassinated either through character or physical assassination.
Yes, yes, I highly recommend Confessions of an Economic Hitman by John Perkins.
Yes, yes, Carl.
Excellent.
Meanwhile, we have the Debunk Big Lie documentary.
I've been wondering how the left was going to deal with 2,000 mules, and they're trying to denigrate it.
Listen to this title.
Debunked, which is false.
Big lie documentary when it's revealing the truth about the 2020 election draws aging traumas, meaning anyone who believes this is obviously too old to have their mental faculties.
A new movie that pushes dubious and widely debunked conspiracy theories to bolster Donald Trump's claim that he was robbed of his second term has become a surprise hit at the U.S.
box office.
Despite warnings by experts, 2000 Mules, a film by Dinesh D'Souza, who was convicted of violating campaign finance laws before being pardoned by the former president, has garnered more than 1.2 mil at the box office since its release in late May.
With large buckets of popcorn in hand, a group of elderly moviegoers crowd into a matinee screening in a cinema in a commercial district in Virginia.
This is the best they can do.
It's pathetic.
This just blows the whole fraudulent election apart, but they haven't got the guts to admit it.
They're concealing their criminality.
Anyone who wasn't directly complicit makes themselves complicit as an accessory by covering up the crime.
And that Theft of the election is a federal crime.
We now return.
Biden doubles down on Title 42.
The guy, of course, he's just a puppet.
He just reads off of a teleprompter.
He's just doing what he's there to do.
The Biden admin continues to push its effort in Title 42, even though moderates are warning against the effects of doing so.
The White House filed an appeal of a federal court blocking the admin from putting an end to it.
Initiated under former President Trump, it allowed the U.S.
to send back migrants quicker due to concerns stemming from the pandemic.
Well, Biden has seen his effort to repeal struck down already.
He wants to press forward despite the fact many Democrats have been critical of his plan to repeal without having a suitable replacement plan in place.
Of course, he doesn't want to have a replacement plan.
He wants them all to come in.
They want to change the demographics.
They want them to restock a U.S.
military.
They want to turn them into potential citizens who will fire on Americans.
As Tim Ryan, an Ohio Democrat, said, ending Title 42 without a path forward is wrong and reckless.
Lifting Title 42 without the appropriate staffing and resources that we need will only exacerbate the problems that have contributed to our broken immigration system.
We cannot end this policy without a comprehensive plan in place.
Now that's coming from an Ohio Democrat, and we all know Ohio is a bellwether state.
The measure in question is a public health order initiated by the CDC allowing expelling migrants to stop the spread of coronavirus.
Since taking over last year, Biden said 42 is actually a public health order not related to border security.
He claims it should be lifted based on public health issues.
Many Republicans have brought up there's a logistic concern to doing so, which would cause a massive issue where border security, which is already experiencing a tragedy, the awful lot across the border.
It's not only Republicans who are against repealing, many of his own party members have spoken out about it.
Even in New Hampshire, Senator Maggie Hassan and Laura Epstein explained.
A spokesperson for New Hampshire Senator Maggie Hassan and Laura Epstein explained.
As courts consider Title 42, Senator Hassan will continue to share her concerns about prematurely lifting, will continue to press the admin on having a safe, secure, and humane border.
Fox reported Biden's defeat in court could actually end up working out in his favor, as well as that of Democrats running for election in the midterms.
They found 63% of Americans want to keep 42 in place.
In addition, the Department of Homeless Security said repeatedly, 42 would retain a huge share.
I think this is misstated.
Obviously, that's going to be very damaging to the Democrats.
It's not going to help them at all.
So there was a missing word there, a negative that should have turned reverse the meaning of that sentence.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yes.
Plata o plomo.
Silver or lead in Spanish.
Yesterday they had a hearing with Kathleen Inglebright and Greg Phillips with the two main contributors to the 2000 Mules movie in Arizona.
And they also had arrests of several of the stash house operators and search and seizures of the two stash houses that were involved.
She did an even less restrictive screening of the folks that were involved in Arizona, and I'll try to find the article and put it up so that we can talk about it tomorrow, but just from recall, they had over 5,000 mules that made over 20 visits in one day, and so that is double the number that and so that is double the number that they used for their limiting fencing around the drop boxes.
So bottom line is Arizona realizes they have a serious problem.
They've got a serious problem with their law enforcement agencies that won't arrest and prosecute these things, and it looks like they're going to have a changeover with a little fewer Democrats, but the problem we face right now is the Democrats are going to get their clock cleaned in November, but then but the problem we face right now is the Democrats are going to get their clock cleaned in November, but then they're not going to be replaced until January when the new Congress is set and expect there to be an enormous amount of turmoil, and then for them to be
We're going to have to just do it by Zoom and we can't change these members out because they can't actually be sworn in.
There will be every dirty trick you can possibly Boy, I'm not happy to hear that very sobering report.
of the election if they can't steal it in November and the installment of a new Congress in January.
And even then, all they're going to be able to do is obstruct a little bit of what Biden wants to do, because we got enough rhinos that will roll over on us anyway.
Pretty depressing reality.
Boy, I'm not happy to hear that very sobering report.
Carl, your thoughts?
I did read that D'Souza is suing corporate media for libel and slander for those outrageous claims.
So I hope that that goes forward.
What we see in the southern border is the actor playing Biden and those types.
They want to destroy the border, flood the U.S.
with cheap labor, and then they've already pitched Talking points to allow these people to have the vote to give a justification for democratic control.
With the overcrowding comes violence.
They want violence.
The violence will give you more ammunition for gun control, as they call it.
And plus, they want to be able to have the talking point of population reduction.
So, crowding American cities will give the distorted view that population control is a good thing, and those are all agendas of our opponents.
as a public school teacher, con muchos estudiantes que no hablan inglés bien y porque también necesito hablar en español y comunicar con los padres.
The parents, you know, I am humbled in the presence of most of my students' families because they have come here illegally.
But if you lived in that pyramid scheme of Mexico, which is really just a puppet vassal state of corporations to the U.S., with Hunter Biden types on their boards of directors, these people are working hard, they're not well educated at all, Their dream is to have their children be educated in hopes of having a nice job.
And man, they work hard for the money, they live in crowded, dangerous areas, and they're just looking for a brighter future.
And if we get the arrest and end the empire, then they can have the brighter future in an open playing field in their home country.
The true history of the United States in dealing with these other nations is horrific.
That should be taught to our students.
It's unbelievable.
Very nice points, Carl.
Meanwhile, get this.
Illinois High School implements equity-based grading, specifically seeks a raised grade point average for blacks, lower scores of higher-achieving whites, Asians, and Hispanics.
Why not just automatically give all blacks A's?
White privilege?
Systemic inequities?
Implicit bias?
Explain this.
Oak Park and River Forest High Administrator will require teachers next year to adjust their classroom grading scales to account for skin color or ethnicity of students.
The plan called Transformative Education, Professional Development, and Grading was presented by the Assistant Superintendent, Lori Fiorenza, in an effort to equalize test scores among racial groups as though they should all have equal test scores.
I mean, look at the absurdity of the premise there.
They're going to order teachers to exclude from grading variables that have disproportionately hurt the grades of black students.
They can no longer be docked for missing class, for misbehaving in school, failing to turn in assignments.
I mean, this is absurd!
Transitional grading practices perpetuate inequities and intensify the opportunity gap.
This is an alleged rationale.
In other words, if you've got terrible students just because they're black, you can't treat them as terrible students or acknowledge they're getting bad grades because they're terrible.
What they call is competency-based grading, eliminating zeros from the gradebook, encouraging and rewarding growth over time.
Teachers have been instructed how to measure student growth while keeping their political ideology in mind.
Teachers and administrators will continue the process necessary to make grading improvements that reflect Our core beliefs, not student performance, not student accomplishment, not student learning, but the ideology of the administration promising to consistently integrate equitable assessment and grading practices by the fall of 2023.
This is just appalling.
According to the Illinois State Board of Education, 38% of the sophomore students taking the scholastic aptitude test failed, 77% for Black, 49% for Hispanics, 27% for Asian, 25% for White.
Signal and reinforce districts' values, advocates for so-called equity-based grading, Notice there's nothing about learning or knowledge or education whatsoever there.
It's diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice.
White and Hispanic say the new criteria are necessary to further the school district's mission of diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice.
Notice there's nothing about learning or knowledge or education whatsoever there.
It's diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice.
Nothing to do with education.
By training teachers to remove non-academic factors from their grading practices, which were based on actual performance, and recognize when personal bias manifests, districts can proactively signal a clear commitment toward those goals.
Sullivan said grading based on traditional classroom and homework performances are outdated practices and foster unconscious beliefs.
Teachers may unintentionally let non-academic factors, like student behavior or whether a student shows up for a class, interfere with a final evaluation.
Traditional student grades include non-academic criteria that do not reflect student learning gains, including participation in on-time homework submission, which is all part of traditional education.
School districts are experimenting with getting rid of zero to 100 point scales and other strategies to keep missed assignments from dramatically bringing down overall grades.
In other words, don't require them to do the homework.
Don't let doing homework or not doing homework make a difference.
Others allowing students to retake tests, turn work in late.
Also coming under extra credit assignments that can favor students with more advantages.
In other words, students who actually do extra credit shouldn't get extra credit.
The report interviewed science teacher Brad Medell at Santa Clara who said he stopped giving zeros and deducting points from late work as allowing students to unlimited retakes for quizzes and tests.
How the hell do you enter the school year if they're still taking retaking quizzes and tests?
He called for a switch to race-based grading last August after issuing a report chronicling a spike in F grades by students.
The operation The administration will adopt language that makes and keeps this system visible, continues to name racism as a complex interconnected structure.
All complete bullshit.
The strike in grades was because students were not any good at distance learning, which has been a catastrophe for everyone.
By basically favoring black pathologies, excluding them from the grading process that strangely aren't found in non-black students, we are witnessing just what exactly diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice means.
How dare white kids show up for class, abide by rules governing civilized behavior in school, and turn in their assignments?
They are making those black kids who don't look bad.
Thus, the entire grading system is based on assessment variables must be scrapped.
Get your kids out of public school as soon as you possibly can.
That is going to happen.
Joe, your thoughts?
So this isn't a victimless crime.
What happens when you promote people that have absolutely no talent, they end up in positions where they are responsible for very critical systems.
And that would be like our nuclear power plants where you've got Homer Simpson running it.
Or that would be Boeing where you've got these clowns that just rubber stamp anything that comes across their desk.
Or that would be the FAA where they just rubber stamp anything that Boeing does.
Or that would be the pharmaceutical industry where they're producing highly toxic things, but they're ignoring it.
Because if you have no academic achievement and you have no moral achievement, then you have no position of authority in this country as it rightfully should be.
But that's what affirmative action destroys.
It destroys any sense of equity on the part of people who want to do good.
And it's a horrible thing for everybody involved.
It's just an absolute liberal nightmare to another destruction vector for our whole entire Western society.
I find it disgusting.
What is that the The bias of low expectations, Carl.
You know, I mean, I'm going to unleash you on this.
This is so monstrous and so awful.
I mean, that's a long article, but we had to go through it.
It's just a disgrace.
It's destroying the nation.
Your thoughts?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
So, trying to communicate the paradox that we have, we do want competence.
So, you're absolutely right, competence as individuals, competence as workers, that's a bottom line.
Now, at the same time, getting into the paradox part, which is difficult, I do have a series that I titled, U.S.
Public Education Bullshit to Train Stupefied Work Animals.
And if you really take a look at what we're asking our students to perform, The textbooks are full of lies.
We live in an empire.
The math word problems are ridiculous concoctions that no real people actually do and they insult the real people who are doing the work.
So students, as and you can map this onto your own experience, the longer that they're in school the more disappointed and less inspired they actually are.
So much of school is just sitting behind a desk doing work with the paper At a desk that you're never going to translate into real life.
Now again, part of the paradox is we want competency, but it's a lie-based system.
So there is an art and a science, and the failure rates for students among inner-city schools can be half.
I volunteered to teach at Thomas Jefferson High School at Compton in 41st.
I was there for five years as a younger teacher, and at that school, Only one quarter of the ninth grade students end up graduating from that school.
So we have a three-quarter dropout rate.
So there is an art and a science to being able to do it.
You do it right, and the students are excited because they want to become competent.
You do it wrong, and then we get the statistics that among public school teachers, half of the public school teachers quit within the first five years and the exit survey of saying, hey, why'd you quit?
The top three reasons are that it's not enough money, they can't manage the behavior of the students, and they get burned out trying to construct assignments in that ridiculous condition.
Yeah, absolutely right.
You know, one time I thought I'd like to go as a contribution to society and teach at a black institution.
But, you know, what would have been the payoff?
Ultimately, I might have affected the lives of a tiny number of students, but I found other venues where I could reach a far larger audience with much greater impact.
I don't understand how these liberals, these zealots, can think they're possibly helping black people by promoting their ignorance or deliberately making them less competent by bending every rule on their behalf.
It's counterproductive in every possible way, Carl.
It's what they want.
They want to destroy public education.
They want to get it into these privatized companies that promise to do something better, but they just do the same thing.
But what that does, if you privatize education, then you get any teacher like me?
They can just fire my ass instantly if I say something destructive to the empire.
I do have some protection in the public school system, but they absolutely want to destroy it.
These are just people at the top taking orders and repeating talking points.
The same thing that happens throughout the political system.
And then I'm afraid that the real problem is the ordinary teachers They are too mind-controlled into the system.
They lack the intellectual integrity and moral courage to point to the obvious.
Yes.
Good.
Meanwhile...
All the AOCs and the Biden and the Democrats, the nutjobs, have bought into this climate change.
That's why they're trying to destroy the fossil fuel industry, which isn't even fossil fuel.
who said decisions may now as well a difference between a difficult future and something far worse.
All the AOCs and the Biden and the Democrats, the nutjobs, have bought into this climate change.
That's why they're trying to destroy the fossil fuel industry, which isn't even fossil fuel.
We have an unlimited supply of oil naturally produced by Earth.
They're trying to turn us backward and destroy the economy of the United States based upon a myth.
But they have a lot of experts who are claiming to support it.
With a stupid 19-scandemic having run its course and monkeypox failing to catch on, the climate con has returned to center state with a scary feature story plastered front and top of page in the paper of record.
Any day now they'll be dusting off that gloomy little Swiss urchin to pick up where she or he left off before the globalists tortured us with their stupid 19 hoax.
Utilizing the classic logical fallacy of the appeal to authority.
Slime scribblers John Branch and Brad Plummer boast of having spoken with two dozen climate experts as if that actually settles anything.
Apart from the fact that the dead weight of numbers can never prove a theory, when so many of the experts are feeding from the same swine trough, it's expected they would all squeal out the same tune.
That's the problem.
They're all bought and paid for.
To prove our hypothesis, the anti-New York Times had to take only a superficial look at a few of the side experts to spot the rigged consensus trick at work, the appeal to the popular.
To support their fake case for locked-in climate dune, John Branch and Vlad Pumler rely exclusively upon the appeal to authority fallacy.
Oh, dear.
I'd almost rather see Stupid 19 continue to aftersee and hear the shrieking little Marxist she-devil again.
Let's have a look at the background of some of these featured experts to see if we can figure out their motivation for perpetuating the climate con, which yours truly is so thoroughly debunked in climate boogeyman.
This guy, Mike King, is really quite brilliant.
Peter Klamas, employee, U.S.
Federal Government, Manassas, deep state professor at Katherine Hayhoe.
Employer Texas Tech, which has received grants to study climate change.
Professor Jonathan Overbeck, University of Michigan, which has received grants to study climate change.
Professor Christine Popescu-Co, University of Illinois, more grants.
Stephen Pine, more grants.
Katherine Mack, more grants.
Juan Deslet Barreto, Union of Concerned Scientists, funded by Globalist Foundation, including George Science Open Society.
Professor Greg Garrard, University of British Columbia, received grants.
Alice Hill, Senior Fellow at Openly Pro-World Government, Council on Foreign Relations.
Do we need to comment on that?
Professor Jennifer Blatt, University of Colorado Boulder, more grants.
Professor Noah Diffenberg, Stanford, more grants.
Amy Kokoshar, University of California, more grants.
Professor at Susan Cotter, University of South Carolina, more grants.
Ah, show us the shackles, my distinguished scholars, show us the shackles.
Academia was bought and paid for a long time ago.
Proud of yourself, Professor Reed.
Climate boogeyman.
The staggering sums of grant money dumped into College Avenue by the Billionaire Boys Club, their philanthropic foundations, and their wholly owned politicians and bureaucrats attracts the whores of academia like a hundred dollar bill waved in front of a string of Baltimore crack whores.
Withdrawal systems.
No matter what the grant proposal for the particular climate con study entails, as long as the false reality of CO2-based warming serves as the assumed underlying premise, there's gold in that junk science.
One can study the imaginary effects of man-made climate change on the birds, the bees, the apples, and the trees, just as long as the assumption itself is never challenged.
As for the ethical scientists who refuse to partake in this greasy game of payola, so essential for propping up the grand illusion of consensus, their frightening silence serves the objectives of the globalist mafia almost as well.
That's how the game works, and the sleazy scribblers at Sulzenberg Slimes all know it.
Devils Bill Gates, Mike Bloomberg, George Soros, they all want world government, and they have all poured many millions into funding rigged research.
Joe and I have done several studies on this.
He was a co-founder of Principia Scientific.
Absolutely a brilliant move.
Remember, in order for there to be a causal connection, there must be a correlation.
Here you see between the MMR vaccine and autism, a correlation.
The more the vax, the more the autism.
The less the vax, the less the autism.
But look, When you go through 600 million years, there's no correlation between the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere and the average global temperature.
It's not there.
It doesn't exist.
Therefore, there cannot be a causal connection between atmospheric CO2 and the average global temperature.
In fact, it turns out Earth has gone through cycles of warming and cooling, but has had nothing to do with CO2.
Atmospheric CO2, actually.
This is Scripps Oceanographic.
Joe can comment on that more.
Joe, I so like what you've been doing with this.
It has been so good, so refreshing.
I just cannot believe the Insanity of these fake scientists.
It's not that there are legitimate appeals to authority, if authority figure is a real authority in the area.
But what they're doing is using pseudo authorities to bolster their case, which has no foundation, as you so effortlessly demonstrated, my friend Speak.
Yes, well this has been a rigged three-sided debate since forever, and I got into it big time back in 2009 when Obama got elected and he was going to pass the carbon tax when it charges $100 a ton for our carbon emissions to save the planet.
It was like, what a joke!
I had my first major web post article at Infowars in April of 2009, Hoax of the Century, which we've got a few bigger hoaxes since then, but I've invested 10,000, 20,000 hours and research in this every way possible.
In order to qualify prerequisites for two semesters of thermodynamics, I had to have four semesters of chemistry, four semesters of physics, and four semesters of calculus, including the final calculus class called numerical methods, which is taught only to engineers.
In order to solve the equations that we had in thermodynamics, which have been unchallenged since 1870.
So here we have laws that I can absolutely prove using traditional radiation physics and thermodynamics that anything that happens in the atmosphere
is a cooling effect by day and delays cooling at night which keeps the planet habitable but delayed cooling is not warming so there is no greenhouse warming gas but we have the warmest sewers saying oh man it's a direct relationship between co2 and temperature which is an absolute falsehood and then we have the claimed skeptics and i've sat in rooms with Hundreds of these at conventions that lasted for days.
Heartland ICC in Las Vegas in 2014, and the Heritage Summit in Houston in 2014.
And none of them had taken thermodynamics, and all of them said, well carbon dioxide warms a little, it's just not the major thing that warms.
Whole thing is absolutely horrible.
There's no way to discuss it adequately in just a couple of minutes that we have here on this program.
But Jim and I have a great series at BitChute under his channel.
Probably easier to find if you just do a search for Joe Olson and then do newest because it started in January of this year.
And so with that drop-down selection, you'll get AGW 1 through 9 at this point.
And we pretty much cover the gamut on all of these frauds.
And they're about an hour long each, and I give plenty of reference material, and there'll be plenty more coming.
We're going to be interviewing on TNT Mark Marano, who's a Climate Depot and CFAC member.
Climate Depot hosted several of my articles back in 2009, and he's one of the contributors at Heartland.
And then also, we're going to be interviewing Patrick Moore, who is one of the founders of Greenpeace, who says that glyphosate's perfectly fine, and carbon dioxide does warm a little bit, and we do need to block the sun.
But he doesn't believe carbon dioxide is the whole problem.
It's like, OK, dude, you're going to be on TNT.
Jim and I will talk to him beforehand and both of these guys beforehand, or I won't approve them as a guest.
And we will be able to show them the actual graphs that we did in the series and see how you can challenge them with real science.
I can't believe these scientific illiterates like Barack Obama, Biden, AOC, Nancy Pelosi, Schumer, and all the rest are promoting this bullshit.
It's total bullshit.
It is now foundation, and they're going to destroy the American economy based on bullshit.
I find that objectionable.
I won't stand for that.
Carl.
That's the spirit and that's what we need because that's what they want.
Our opponents do want to destroy us.
The New York Times is just, they're just liars.
So in 1990, with Results.org, I was one of about 100 key volunteers.
We were a major voice for the 1990 World Summit for Children.
We had pre-agreements from all of the world's leaders, political leadership, that they would indeed enact these policies to save a million children's lives from preventable poverty every month.
The New York Times, you know, I was very excited about this, of course, largest meeting of heads of state in world history.
We couldn't get corporate media to cover anything.
Nothing!
The New York Times, this was at the UN in their own backyard.
They refused to cover the largest meeting of heads of state in world history.
They finally did on the Sunday, the last day of the summit.
They had an article.
They buried it in the back, behind corrections, behind travel, behind the crossword puzzle, and they just called it a generic meeting of world leaders.
They complained that the traffic was bad from this big meeting.
They complained that some people said that it was worth, it was a lot of money to put this meeting together and they concluded there's just more promises and more money.
So these people are evil and it is totally appropriate for Mike King to have the anti-New York Times.
So I was finding, you know, I haven't looked at these people to see who these professors are, but you have a female professor named Hayhoe.
That's interesting.
And the next guy on the list was a guy named Professor Overpeck.
Now, I'm not making fun of these people, but that would make me question to see if these people are legit.
So the empire works by printing out monopoly money, and then you control corporate media, you find the people in academics that'll push your talking points and be the puppets and the whores for this agenda.
And you never debate what?
What we need is a debate, and we need to promote debates, because everybody learns from debates.
And you guys have the right idea.
If you get somebody who's willing to go on, go ahead and talk to them.
And let the public have the best consideration of the facts, not some one-sided, tragic comic propaganda.
Wonderful.
Yeah, well, Kathy Hayhoe has a degree in economics.
She teaches economics at Texas Tech.
She's never had a science class in her whole entire life, and she's a born-again Christian, and they love her because she quotes Bible verses that say carbon is bad and we shouldn't use any kind of carbon energy sources, so that's why they propped that little clown up.
Oh my god.
The United States government has squandered over $100 billion on carbon endangerment findings, and if all you fund is findings for danger, danger is all you're going to find.
That's enough money to give clean drinking water to every human being on this planet if that was something that we wanted to do, but it isn't.
Joe, you make devastating points.
Just devastating points.
Meanwhile, we want to hear from you.
Send fan mail, Broercon, to liveneedtoknowatgmail.com.

Gregory writes, A major problem with sending these multiple rocket-launching platforms to Ukraine, even with the shorter-range missiles, is that the Russians have no guarantee the longer-range missiles have not been secretly made available.
That will give them no rational alternative to destroying such systems the moment they are spotted.
Similar concerns apply to the Harpoon.
To quote a lesson learned from the Alec Baldwin School of Gun Safety, Don't point a gun at someone you don't intend to kill.
This rule has a special urgency if there's tension in the air and they have the capability of killing you.
Meanwhile, my petition is on the docket of the Supreme Court.
While I originally believed it was a First and Second Amendment case, the summary judgment protocols in Wisconsin allowed the judge to decide whether or not my facts were reasonable And excluded them if, in his subjective opinion, they were not.
As you will see from my petition, which you can download to your own desktop at the SCOTUS site, the Court of Appeals, Fourth District, and the Wisconsin Supreme Court agreed.
In other states such as Texas, however, the case against me would have been tossed or else sent to a jury for determination of the disputed facts.
But in Wisconsin, the court could in effect determine the facts regardless of my evidence.
This turns out to be a national problem, and I've teamed up the case for SCOTUS to make summary judgment protocols uniform throughout the nation.
I believe they are going to do just that and set things right.
Meanwhile, here you can see what you'd find.
You can download my petition, my appendices, my motion to proceed in form of papyrus, all there in front of God and everyone to see.
Remember, 1% control the world, 4% are their puppets, 90% are asleep.
5% know and try to wake the 90%.
The 1% use the 4% to prevent the 5% from waking up the 90%.
and try to wake the 90%.
The 1% use the 4% to prevent the 5% from waking up the 90%.
Final thoughts, Joe, yours.
Yes, well, there's a website called prosecutenow.com operated by David Martin.
And he's got multiple articles there, but one of them is a five-page single-space summary of the indictable crimes and the indictable individuals on the cootie plague that we've had for the last two years.
And in news today, Shanghai has lifted their two-month-long lockdown, so people in Shanghai are actually able to get out and walk up and down the street.
So, you know, hopeful sign.
Maybe they won't pull that again, but maybe they will.
How grotesque.
Carl?
So I thank our audience for their intellectual integrity and moral courage to stand for the truth, because the stakes are they literally want to kill us.
They want to control.
They're their psychopaths.
That's how they roll in their empire.
And with Jim's case, of course the judge lied.
The idea that the evidence was unreasonable that Jim is presenting, when he has multiple copies of a death certificate, that by definition all of them, unless they have this one format, they're all false.
So we'll see what happens next in that high-stakes drama.
If we continue to challenge people on the facts and we get people who are proven liars in positions of power where they have a fiduciary responsibility and a legal responsibility for integrity, then their citizen response is to demand their arrest as the lawful application to stop an apparent crime in progress.
Now that said, The big picture as well is we need to greatly appreciate the extent of the power of our opponents to pretty much hijack an entire planet for, in my estimation, pretty much all known history.
This is going to require a breakthrough and a miracle to win, and yet our job remains quite simple and humble, is to manage our thoughts and our words and our actions for the truth and for justice.
I can't thank Carl and Joe enough for their brilliant insights.
They bring a wealth of knowledge, background, and information to these programs and give them tremendous depth and power and insight.
Tucker Carlson last night did a brilliant segment, nearly 25 minutes on gun control.
The Second Amendment, it was really devastating.
I encourage everyone to watch.
If they are able to take our guns, it's all over.
We will become inmates, literally, in the world's largest prison, the United States of America.
We cannot let it happen under any circumstance.
It cannot be allowed to happen.
Pay attention to what's going on out there.
Don't let yourself be played.
There are too many morons running government, shoveling disinformation, total bullshit by the bucketful and expecting the American people to believe it.
Sad to say.
Many Americans just don't have the time to sort these things out.
They don't have the research abilities.
If the Democrats have their way, the population is going to continue to be dumbed down.
And those who are most in need of educational benefits are not going to get them by the grotesque liberal agenda to promote stupidity in the name of equity.
That is what they are all about.
