And I'm joined today, this Tuesday, by a special guest, a fellow fault criminal, Dr. James Fitts.

Oh, I am, Stephen.
Welcome.
I'm here and delighted to be joining you today.
Glad to have you, sir.
You know, I just, uh, I, it's been, I guess, about a month since we heard from you last and a lot of things have happened.
And, uh, yeah, I, I just, uh, I'll just, uh, let you guys let you take, uh, what, what's on your mind, sir.
What would you like to address first and foremost?
I'll, I'll turn that to you, sir.
Well, of course we have a continuation of these, uh, phony stage shootings.
Uh, the one in Buffalo is an original amateur hour.
It was based upon the New Zealand event where we had to, The purported shooter driving around.
He's got his weapon with him.
It's all painted on.
When he stops, gets out of the car, he shoots a white woman right off the bat.
Remember, this is supposed to be a racist.
When she falls, she casts a shadow that turns out to be important.
Others are falling before they're fired upon.
There are no shell casings being ejected from the weapon.
He goes inside the grocery store, and while there are plenty of cars in the parking lot, it's virtually vacant.
At one point, he turns and fires point blank into the cranium of a A woman lying on the ground, but instead of blowing apart, as would be real, just a puff of air.
This is exactly like what happened in New Zealand.
No shell casing being ejected.
When he fired at individuals, there was no blood.
They lay on the floor.
He comes into a room.
There's a massive stack of bodies that are already lying there, embarrassingly bad.
Now, I believe because Buffalo was such a fiasco, and by the way, you can find a very thorough dissection with Brian Davidson, who's a PI, who turns out to be quite gifted.
Free applied sundial analysis to the shadow of the falling woman and it turns out that video which we have available was at 118, but the police only showed up at 332.
In other words, we are watching the rehearsal video.
How bad is that?
So now we have this new and new Valdez.
There are all kinds of problems with that.
A new Valdez, a teacher actually left an emergency door open, and yet it was like 97 degrees.
So it can't have been to get in fresh air.
We got the alleged shooter driving a.
Ford F-150.
These are being advertised all over the place.
There's one original, and he drives into the school building.
Another, he runs it into a ditch.
We actually have photographs of it in the ditch.
He's got two AR-15s he's alleged to have bought.
These are high-end weapons.
They run a couple of grand apiece.
There are other stories contradicting, but where in the world would he have got this kind of money?
It's also supposed to be lugging around.
Oh, 1400 rounds.
I mean, this is absurd beyond belief.
He's firing toward a funeral home, then fires toward the school, goes in the school.
The police do not respond.
They have crisis actors galore.
We got one little girl where we have two different fathers.
You know, pleading on television, whereas Jim Stone observed one.
They claim one was actually the stepfather, but they both describe her as their daughter.
They got caught with their pants down.
We even have one of the teachers from Sandy Hook, Victoria Soto, playing a role of a teacher in Uvalde.
It's embarrassingly bad, Stephen.
Embarrassing.
In your face.
That is.
I had heard a report this weekend that they had expected that to be even more of a incident than it was, that they were supposed to be hostage taking and it was supposed to linger through the week from someone.
Gosh, I wish I could give you the source on that.
I don't.
It was over the weekend on RBN.
Someone show talked that that it was not as bad as they had hoped it to be.
They just It just shows it's a scary time to be alive.
Yeah.
And it shows the desperation of the powers that should not be to just resort back to this.
I mean, flip the script.
Don't think about Ukraine.
Don't think about this.
Just pay attention to the latest thing, too.
Well, Stephen, you're absolutely right.
And look how successful it's been.
You're getting nothing but discussion of this when it ought to have been on the Sussman trial where Robbie Book, who is Hillary's campaign manager, Explain, testified under oath that Hillary had authorized a smear on Trump.
They wanted to get that off of the front page.
In fact, if you go to the New York Post, you see one day they're talking about Hillary having been fingered.
The next day they have these 19 perfectly framed photographs of these little kids.
And by the way, they had the crosses all set up.
They had all these photographs, studio quality, very much like Sandy Hook, where they had these 26 Christmas trees were available to put out.
They put 26 stars on the top of the firehouse, which had been the command and the control center for the Sandy Hook event.
By the way, Stephen, one sign, one tell.
That these are fake events and it's true of Sandy Hawk.
It's true of Orlando.
It's true of Parkland.
It's true of Buffalo and it's true here of Uvalde.
No surge of EMTs into the building.
No string of ambulances to rush little bodies off to hospitals where they could be declared to be dead or alive.
No medevac helicopter called.
These are all real significant signs, Stephen, because the actual bona fide medical authorities won't participate in a drill.
Because there may be a bona fide medical emergency, and if they're tied up with a drill, they might not be able to respond in a timely fashion.
So this is another way you can tell right off the bat this is completely phony and staged.
Now, of course, they're also conducting this just before the NRA convention.
So that they can hassle, you know, the Republicans.
Trump gave a very fine speech at the convention.
They're trying to focus on gun control.
But as Jonathan Turley has observed, the principal obstacle to banning guns is not the gun lobby or the NRA.
It's a Second Amendment.
Which gives the American people the right to keep and bear arms and the founding fathers knew what they were about.
We had just defeated the British because we had Americans who were citizen soldiers to defeat them.
And the founding father recognized that would ultimately be a source of strength, freedom, and independence for the nation by declaring every citizen to be a citizen soldier with a right to keep and bear arms.
Yes, sir.
It was supposed to prevent the existence of a standing army lording it over us, which is exactly what the powers that should not be are trying to create with your local militarized law enforcement and all these mandates that are being enforced instead of having laws enforced.
It goes so far beyond just being revenuers.
It's it's hard to see, sir.
Yes.
And I have seen the video that you were describing and it did look like a puff of air that that At first, I thought, well, that looks real.
But then, no, it you would have to to test it.
I suppose you could take some wet phone books and put a T-shirt on it and then shoot a melon in the head and see how it how it reacted and compare it to the video.
I mean, it just it looks it's so everything is so suspect.
You know, I completely agree that these things are right in our face and it's an agenda and they've used it before.
The Dunblane shooting in Scotland.
That was Scotland.
I heard someone discussing that earlier today, that how it was used to take all the handguns.
It was the final nail in the coffin, they said, for the UK's gun rights.
And now they won't repeat that here.
That was Scotland.
Yeah.
But the Dunblain appears to have been a real shooting, that real kids really did die.
And it did lead to the banning of guns in Scotland.
Now, there's a very interesting book about this by a woman named Mary Maxwell entitled Unreality Sandy Hook Messes Minds.
Now, what's fascinating about Mary, who's authored many books and has a wonderful, easy to read style, she can convey complex thoughts and very effortless sentences that are a joy to read.
In her book, Unreality, Sandy Hook Messes Mind, she explains how Dunblane appears to have been the pattern for Sandy Hook.
Now, bear in mind Barack Obama was behind all of this.
He nullified the Smith-Mutt Act of 1948, which precluded the use of the same techniques of propaganda and disinformation, including staged events, paid riots and the like within the United States.
They were only allowed without until the Smith Modernization Act of 2012, which legalized all these phony events in the United States, Stephen, just in time to bring us Sandy Hook.
I thought that it was legalized right after Sandy Hook, but it is definitely in our face now that they – I don't put it past these people who kill children at all.
I mean, they killed people, 9-11, they murder people every day all around the world, but it just for different logistical reasons and other things, as you mentioned, that real emergency response units don't want to respond to a drill because that puts them at a disadvantage and it's just not according to the protocol.
They have to violate the protocol of the professionals to do that stuff.
So crisis actors are easier way out and and supposedly I suppose it fits the bill so to speak.
It's legal to do it that way.
Yes, go ahead.
Well, they learned from 9/11 Stephen from these four widows known as a Jersey girl.
So they actually lost husbands on 9/11 that when you kill people you upset a lot of people And they kept after Bush and Cheney weren't even going to have a 9-11 commission.
They put it off for like 144 days, but it was a political pressure generated by the Jersey Girls, so they found that it's actually more convenient just to run them as a drill and pay people off, that people will do these things for money, they sign non-disclosure agreements, they'll go along faking, lying, pretending, and then be massively rewarded, it turns out that.
For pretending to have lost a child at Sandy Hook, by my best estimate.
They received $27 to $130 million from sympathetic but gullible Americans.
That works out to between $1 and $5 million for faking to have lost a kid at Sandy Hook.
I also believe, by the way, there's an aspect of money laundering going on here.
In any case, it's outrageous.
And when I was sued by one of the fake Sandy Hook parents, Over four sentences, I'd authored declaring that a death certificate for his son, which he himself had shared with one of my research colleagues, Kelly Watt, which was an incomplete death certificate.
It had no file number.
It had no town certification or no state certification, and he attached to his complaint A complete death certificate, then a file number, a town certification and a state certification while declaring in the text, absurdly, that there were no material differences between them, meaning no legally significant differences when one was certified and the other not.
In fact, it even turns out that in Connecticut, it's not even legal for parents to possess uncertified death certificates.
So this was a fabrication on his face.
I thought this was a perfect opportunity to get all the evidence I'd amassed in my book, Nobody Died at Sandy Hook.
It was a FEMA drill to promote gun control, published first edition in 2015, then banned by Amazon less than a month after it had gone on sale.
Even though it had sold nearly 500 copies, and I released it for free as a PDF.
Now, a friend of mine following this says it had been downloaded millions of times as a PDF, and apparently they wanted to squelch that, so they brought a suit against me in 2019.
And I replied with an answer where I laid out a whole lot of the evidence.
We've got an FBI consolidated crime report for 2012 showing, in the category of murders and non-negligent manslaughter in Newtown, the number zero.
It wasn't Sandy Hook as a subdivision of Newtown.
That means there were zero murders or non-negligent manslaughter in Sandy Hook during 2012.
Officially, that ought to have been 27 if we'd been told a straight story.
But even the FBI was acknowledging nobody had died in Sandy Hook.
Then we have the final report from the state's attorney, Stephen Sedinsky III.
Which took him nearly a year to write, an abnormally long period of time, but I'm convinced he wanted to make sure there was no evidence that would emerge in the meanwhile that he'd need to accommodate in his final report, which failed to establish a causal nexus between the alleged shooter, Adam Lanza, whom I'm convinced is a fiction,
Where Adam Lanz's death was initially recorded on the 13th, the day before the shooting, making his feat in killing 20 children and six adults the following day all the more remarkable.
And that they couldn't show that Adam had actually shot his mother because there were no fingerprints on the .22 caliber rifle.
And even though they recovered 150 slugs from the scene or so they alleged, None of them, it explains in a footnote, 53, could be matched to the weapon he was alleged to have used, meaning this was a complete forensic failure, didn't connect the shooter with the weapons of the victims.
And, Stephen, believe it or not, we even have the FEMA manual for the exercise at Sandy Hook, beginning at At 8am in the morning of the 13th, ending at 11.59 in the evening to be evaluated as a live event the following day.
And we have all kinds of photographs on the ground.
There's a sign that says everyone must check in.
Well, it says right in the manual, everyone must check in with a controller upon arrival so they can be paid for their participation.
We have porta-potties in place, pizza, bottled water at the firehouse, many wearing name tags on lanyards, and even parents bringing children to the scene.
No parent's going to bring a child to the scene of a child shooting massacre, but this was a rehearsal and they were playing it up as a festive occasion.
All this is standard for FEMA exercises.
They provide restrooms and refreshments and they identify the participants by color-coded name tags on lanyards.
It's all in the record.
I've documented it all.
Not only that, But then the following day, there was no surge of EMTs into the building.
There was no string of ambulances to rush their little bodies off to hospitals where they could be declared dead or alive.
No medevac helicopter was called.
They put up triage tarps, but they never put any bodies of anyone dead or wounded.
When Wayne Carver, the medical examiner, gave a press conference, he explained they had not even allowed the parents to see the children.
There would be a time for that, but they had identified them on the basis of photographs, which I'm convinced was appropriate because they only existed in the form of photographs.
You had some parents borrowing other kids, renaming them.
You had some parents even using photographs of themselves to be their deceased children.
Yeah, it's ridiculous.
out of photographs of older kids when they were younger.
Steven, it was a web of lies.
I mean, the deception revolved around Sandy Hook and I guarantee you we have Barack Obama, Joe Biden and Eric Holder to thank for this. - Yeah, it's ridiculous.
I've seen the picture that they purport to be Adam Lanza and it looks more like a composite of, you know, like it's generated by some program instead of a real person.
And, you know, I don't know.
That's the only one I know that exists of this person.
So and you know, it's just it's just like you said, a web of lies.

It's gonna be rather fascinating.
Rebecca was a Sandy Hook mother who came around and realized it was a hoax.
I interviewed her several different times.
She's very impassioned, intelligent.
I really like Rebecca a lot.
But she seems to have taken a turn, and now she has put out a video attacking Sophia Smallstorm, who produced the early documentary Sandy Hook in 2, 3, 4, and 5 Dimensions, which was a wonderful piece of work.
Me, for the book, and for being what she claims is a government agent, and Wolfgang Helbig, of course, is a former Florida State Trooper, And the US customs agent and school principal has been doggedly determined Wolfgang and I actually travel together to Newtown in 2014 to check things out and to give.
Presentation before the Newtown School Board, which, by the way, I'm convinced was deeply involved in this whole event.
It was a community event.
Sophia called it out as a capstone event where FEMA pays communities handsomely for participating in these drills.
They have them sign gag orders so they can't talk about them, which they then present as live events.
That's what we're having on all these occasions.
Whether it's Sandy Hook, or Orlando, or Parkland, or Buffalo, or now Uvalde, these are all phony FEMA events, and there are certain signs or tales that enable you to sort it out.
So I'm going to be debating with Rebecca her suggestion that I'm an officer, particularly It's absurd, Stephen.
I'm a former Marine Corps officer, for crying out loud.
I'm a retired university professor.
I have specialized in bringing together groups of experts to sort out what really happened in JFK 9-11, Wellstone, Sandy Hook, Boston bombing, even the moon landing.
And it leads back to fraud and deception by the government for example i'm convinced that the wellstone plane crash was engineered using a directed energy weapon to create a field where they lured the plane into the field and it didn't pop all the computerized components on the plane including navigation stall warning and the like and even put.
The props on below idle.
So it was just a function of the glide ratio, which is like one to 100 with that plane, which is like the Rolls Royce of small planes.
For every one unit of vertical descent, it would go 100 units of horizontal.
So if it dropped a yard vertically, it would go 500, you know, 100 yards horizontally where the pilots appear to try to maneuver into a soft wooded area.
When the crash occurred, the wings were separated.
The wings are where the fuel is stored.
The tail was broken off, and yet the fuselage burned for seven hours, and they couldn't put it out.
I'm convinced it was pre-coated with something like magnesium, maybe even nanothermite, painted on it.
They had to destroy everything, because if any of those parts had remained, You would have been able to tell how it had been done.
We even had a school superintendent hearing these popping sounds when the plane was in his vicinity.
He thought someone was shooting at the plane, but instead what he was hearing was these computerized components popping when it entered the electromagnetic field.
Now, in that instance, I'm convinced it was a very small-scale conspiracy where Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, and Karl Rove decided the wellstone had to be taken out.
Cheney had even warned him personally that if he opposed him on Iraq, there would be severe ramification for him personally and for the state of Minnesota, a thinly-veiled threat, which he then carried out.
But the point is, I'm exposing government complicity in all of these events, so that if I'm a government agent, I've got to be the least successful, the most counterproductive in history.
I was going to say, you could do better.
It's cost you.
You've been paying dues for doing this.
Hey, your forensic knowledge is well known.
And, you know, I've never known you to be less than honest than any of the association or anything I've heard you say, you know.
So, you know, I may not follow your reasoning all the way as well as you.
But, you know, you're very, very well spoken.
And I defer to you in these these incidents.
You know, you know a lot more about them than myself.
So even someone as simple minded as myself can see that this is a complete in our face an agenda that they're, you know, using the club, these fake shootings.
Oh, and they're breaking it up again.

Well, you know, when I was sued, I thought it was a perfect opportunity to get all of this evidence we'd amassed into the public record through a judicial process.
What I did not know was that in Wisconsin they have a very peculiar protocol that allows a judge to decide whether or not evidence is reasonable or not.
This is completely inappropriate, completely wrong.
It means the judge can exercise his objective opinion so that Already at the scheduling conference, he's explaining that even though he understands that I want to deny that Sandy Hook took place as advertised, that he won't let us go down that rabbit hole.
I'm not going to be allowed to present the evidence that nobody died.
Now, think about it.
The death certificate in question declares a decedent died at Sandy Hook Elementary School on 14 December 2012 from multiple gunshot wounds.
So how can prove that it was a FEMA drill not being relevant?
But it turns out, and this was something I'd only learned after the trial, the judge thought I was a wacko because I was skeptical about Sandy Hook, and he declared it to be unreasonable to deny that Sandy Hook had been real.
And the appellate court in Wisconsin went along with it.
In fact, if you were to read the decision of the fourth district of the Court of Appeals in Wisconsin in virtually consecutive paragraphs They deny there are any disputed facts on the ground that no one can reasonably doubt that 20 children and six adults died at Sandy Hook, blah, blah, blah.
Dr. Fetzer asserts it was a FEMA drill where nobody died and that even the plaintiff in this case did not reveal his true identity.
In other words, they understood perfectly well.
But because of the peculiarities of summary judgment in Wisconsin, they were able to just dismiss even the expert reports.
I had two forensic document examiners where my co-defendant at the time, Dave Gehry, who happens to be the publisher of Moonrock Books, And I obtained two more death certificates.
He got one from the town.
I got one from the state.
So even before the oral hearing, four death certificates were in evidence.
And I secured the reports of two, not one, but two forensic document experts, which were unrebutted.
there was no opposition expert to declare they were wrong, who found that all four of them were fake.
All four of them were fake.
And the judge simply set them aside as someone else's opinion.
I mean, this is so outrageous.
And then the Wisconsin Supreme Court stood behind the appellate court, which means this is the way it's done in Wisconsin.
Now, if I'd been in Texas, the thing would have been thrown out right away because the death certificate attached to the complaint wasn't the death certificate I'd publish.
They would have only focused on the one death certificate in order to determine whether or not a summary judgment can apply, which is only Allowed, if there are no disputed facts, you have to assume everything the non-movement, meaning the defendant, asserts to be true, and then ask the movement, the plaintiff who bring in the suit, if he agrees.
And then if they agree, then you know there is agreement.
There's no disputed facts.
Well, here I was asserting nobody died at Sandy Hook.
It was a FEMA drill.
And that the guy who was presenting himself as Leonard Posner wasn't even Leonard Posner, but another party by the name of Reuben Vabner, and that they'd made up the photographs of little Noah Posner based upon his own son, who was already in college when he was a kid.
And here you got the appellate court acknowledging and saying there are no disputed facts here because it was unreasonable for me to hold this position.
But in Texas, it would have been thrown out immediately or sent to a jury because Posner could not possibly have agreed that nobody died at Sandy Hook when he's suing me for claiming a death certificate for his son who purportedly died at Sandy Hook was fake.
I mean, it's fascinating.
In going to the Supreme Court, Stephen, and I know we got a caller, and I'm glad.
In going to the Supreme Court, I realized mine was not really a First or Second Amendment case.
It was a Seventh and a Fourteenth Amendment case, because I was not getting due process that there's a conflict between the states into how these things are done.
So I'm asking the Supreme Court not only to reverse a decision in my case, but providing an opportunity for them to make Well, I hope that's correct, Dr. Fetzer.
uniforms throughout all the states.
And believe it or not, Stephen, I was told by a retired professor of law that the major problem with the judicial system in the United States is the abuse of summary judgment.
So I believe I've teed it up for the Supreme Court to knock it out of the park.

If four or more decide that my case is worthy to be heard, then they issue the writ of certiorari and call for another round of briefs while obtaining the entire file from Wisconsin.
And frankly, I believe it's going to happen.
Now, it used to be that a pro se applicant could speak for himself in the court, but around 2019, they ruled only attorneys.
Since I can't afford one, the court would appoint one, or I may have someone prominent who'd like to speak on my behalf.
But it's only a 30-minute presentation for the court, and when you read my brief, you'll see it's really cut and dry.
These differences exist.
They're thoroughly documented.
They're outrageous, and they entail and abuse, not just to me, but every citizen of Wisconsin, which is ongoing as long as they maintain the wrong protocol.
