And welcome, folks, to Truth vs. News Incorporated.
I'm Bill Granger, producer, JD.Consultants at Live.com, and this is a very special show on May the 29th, Memorial Day weekend, so that's special, for one thing.
And I gotta say, this is a time when we remember those who gave their lives to make sure that our liberties and freedoms are intact, and there's over a million 200,000 that gave their lives since the revolution days to what we have now.
And have we got what we need or what we deserve here?
It seems like America is falling apart.
We've got school problems.
We've got border problems.
We've got all kinds of things that are happening that are not good.
Hopefully we remember and resolve to get things right with this country and go back to the principles that we have.
And that's one special.
The second special is that we've got a very special show this week featuring what happened in Texas.
We're going to get into that.
And we have an extra special show because we have our special guest here.
We have, oh, let's see.
Come on.
We have David Kinney joining us.
He's a Los Angeles attorney for education, and he knows all about the school, so he's going to tie it all together for us, I'm sure.
And, of course, we have Jim Fetzer, the most dangerous mind in America, and Scott Bennett, military intelligence officer, and David Kenney is joining us.
So, let's get into this Texas stuff right away, Jim.
Well, I'll just say, Don, filling three quarters of a tank in my Honda Accord costs 50 bucks.
I'm not used to that.
A lot of Americans are very, very pissed off.
Yeah, we're having problems, all right?
Here we got a report about this alleged mass shooting in Texas.
I want you to notice here on the back of this vehicle, we have a Masonic symbol that I think is not merely coincidental.
Meanwhile, we have chilling images showing how students at his high school pretended to be dead during an active shooter drill just about two weeks ago.
This looks even more authentic than we got at the school.
Haunting images.
Students pretending to be dead at a recent active shooter drill at the Texas Mass Shooters High School.
Conducted by the cop husband of one of the slain teachers.
Pathos.
Pathos.
Ruben Ruiz, a Valdez School District cop and husband of slain Rob Elementary School fourth-grade teacher Eva Burles, held a chillingly prophetic drill on March 22nd.
The 16-year veteran posted photos on Facebook showing him and fellow officers posing as active shooters.
And of course, you have students looking oh-so-dead.
Here you have them discussing their active shooter training drill at the Uvalde High School.
One shows a fake attacker confronting one of the officers who points an orange handgun at him.
Rue's my wife, Marilla's 44 top fourth graders.
My beautiful cousin.
Such a devastating day for us all, my heart is shattered into a million pieces, wrote her cousin on Facebook.
It's a tragedy this happened to a person like this.
Meanwhile, we have more of the fake, probably about as authentic as what we had going on at the school.
Maybe it wasn't even up to this quality.
Embarrassingly bad.
And here it is.
Training Opportunity.
Active Shooter Course.
Location, Uvalde High School.
Date, March 21st.
Time, 8 to 5 p.m.

Just like at Sandy Hook, they had a big sign.
Everyone must check in with a controller upon arrival.
This looks to be just as real, meaning just as fake, as Sandy Hook.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, there's also a photograph that has been circulated that shows this Eva Morales lady as very similar or strikingly almost exact as the face of a Sandy Hook victim.
That that is very very suspicious that this woman who is suspiciously married to a cop that had a shooting drill and then there's a photograph of her compared to a Sandy Hook victim that looks remarkably similar if not like a twin and I think as this you know pours in the more material shows this was either
A fraud, a theatrical dramatic experiment, or, you know, or an MK Ultra lunatic.
There's a lot of suspicious other things, too.
The truck being 10 to 15 feet away from the bridge after it went through it.
The fact that this guy had allegedly two brand new AR-15s, essentially, that would have cost quite a lot of money as an 18 year old kid.
And where are the receipts of the gun ranges?
Where are the gun ranges where he would have had to have gone to break in those weapons?
Anyone who has had a firearm like that knows you have to fire at least, you know, 50 to 150 rounds To really start breaking it in without jams.
Where's the records of his utilization of a gun range at any time?
So, I think either this was an FBI plot, like we've seen at Boston, like we've seen so many other fake shooting events, or it's, you know, something perfectly dramatized.
The other suspicious thing is the police holding back parents, allegedly, that were trying to rescue their children.
And arresting and pepper spraying some of the parents.
That on its face I find the most striking because it seems to ignite what could potentially be another outrage against all police and indeed you could have another shooting where the police do the same thing and then you have a lot of police getting killed and run over by alleged parents going to rescue their children.
So there's a lot of strange anomalies to this, but of course the key fingerprint of anomaly and demonic activity is the symbol of that masonic compass that you identified early.
Wherever you see that, you see the spirit of the devil himself.
Jim?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Well, there were multiple different stories.
One, he was captured alive, another shot dead by a border guard who just happened to show up to be heroic.
We got another where the truck is driven into the school building, another where it's abandoned in a ditch.
This is a Ford F-150.
This is very popular.
This is product placement, in my opinion.
And they had a lot of things going on here that do not add up.
Let me say one other thing, Jim.
The truck that was in the ditch, the wheels of the truck were folded outward as if the truck had been stepped on by a giant or something.
You know, the wheels just buckle to the side like it was a chitty chitty bang bang car, you know, where the wheels buckle and then it flies.
Those wheels on the left side, on the driver's side, were buckled out and no By the way, you're right.
These were high-end AR-15s that would have run maybe three grand.
I mean, really high-end.
And he's supposed to have had something like 1,400 to 1,600 rounds of ammo.
He couldn't have even carried that into the building.
in there but go ahead and by the way you're right these were high-end ar uh 15s that would have run maybe three grand i mean really high end and he's supposed to have had something like 1400 to 1600 rounds of ammo he couldn't have even carried that into the building i mean it's absurd well david david your thoughts Thank you.
Well, you know, to be quite frank with you, I'm not too familiar with the underlying facts.
I have heard some stories that concern me.
I think the first thing is that this guy was driving a new truck Had the weaponry.
There was a door that was propped open.
And I'll tell you, that tells me we've got a problem right there.
The reason is that I can tell you from my experience with school districts, if you have an elementary school or an intermediate school, you have a secure environment.
It is, for the most part, it's supposed to be impregnable.
People are not supposed to be able to access it.
Nowadays, there's so much security, there's usually a guard at the front area or a campus security officer or someone with authority.
That allows people on to campus that usually have to check in through the principal's office.
So I find this prop door to be the first quote suspicious, suspicious thing that I see.
But I do want to talk a moment about about the organization, what's going on at the at the elementary school.
First, you've got a superintendent.
Who's running the district, then you've got a chief of police who's going to be responding.
And I'll tell you that chiefs of police of school district are not chiefs of.
They're not chiefs of police of cities.
They're not chiefs of chiefs of.
They're not sergeants at.
I'm sorry.
They're not sheriffs who are sergeants for a county.
It's a different Breed of animals, so to speak.
And I don't mean any disrespect to school police officers or regular police officers, but they are constantly dealing with children between the ages of 4 and 18 years old.
So there's a different spirit that they deal with.
They're not exposed to the same threats that people off of campuses are.
Uh, and under some circumstances they are, but for the most part they're used to dealing with children.
So the other thing that I find most peculiar is the amount of time that lapsed Between the first report of the individual being on the campus, second, the massing of the troops, I don't know how many, I forget how many officers kept showing up, showing up, showing up, and a complete failure to act.
And I just, you know, there's suspicion to me about this whole thing.
So I don't have, First off, I don't have a great deal of confidence in the media, as you all know, to begin with.
I think America's the parts of a war that's starting to break out, and I'm just very concerned that this is deceit, this is concealment, this is deception, and who knows what happened until we get a full forensic report.
Remember one thing.
The law 18 U.S.
Code 241 and 242, which is deprivation of rights under a color of law, states if a death results from the deprivation of rights of a person, the person who deprived the rights of the individual can be given the death penalty.
These police or one police officer, whoever you want to put it on, deprived the rights both of the parents and of the children.
And you see that all the time, civil rights violations are prosecuted against members of the government for various reasons.
This is a perfect civil rights violation case.
And a criminal case of deprivation of rights under color of law.
Well, we're just following orders.
We're just following protocol by keeping everyone out.
Well, your protocol is causing our right to rescue our children or our children their right to be free, however you want to spin it.
This is a very serious legal issue, Jim, that perhaps there's another money laundering opportunity.
If you see a multi-million dollar lawsuit suddenly filed against the school district, you'll know once again, maybe it's either a complete fraud money laundering racket, Or, you know, maybe someone will be actually given the death penalty for deprivation of rights under law.
My thought is the former.
That if this is a fraud, a false flag, a distraction operation.
Remember, a lot of things happened simultaneous with this.
You had Bush admitting that he invaded Iraq unilaterally by his slip of the tongue regarding Putin.
And then they immediately said someone was going to try and kill Bush, you know, an ISIS member, and they had all these other things kind of popping, but I wouldn't be surprised if there's a massive lawsuit filed, deprivation of rights under color of law, civil rights violation, and a big settlement comes and, you know, then it follows this typical standard practice.
Yeah, well, I think you got all that right.
Meanwhile, We have the police chief ordering the cops not to engage.
It's like we have a cross between Parkland, where Sheriff Scott Israel kept his deputies out because they didn't know it was fake, that they had a shooter in there in full-garb firing simunition.
He was worried they'd go in and shoot him dead because they didn't know it was a fraud.
And Sandy Hook, Because there we had Adam Lanza, the fictional killer, shooting his mother and then going to an elementary school and killing 20 first graders and six adults.
Here you have him shooting his grandmother and then going to the school and shooting these second, third, and fourth graders, 19 and two adults.
So I think this is a blend of the two.
We have the school chief under fire for refusing to let his officers engage.
The 9-1-1 calls were even made by students while locked in the classroom and asking for the police to rush.
The Texas Department of Public Safety head Steven McCross slammed Chief Peter Arredondo for failing to engage 18-year-old Salvador Ramos, mistakenly believing the teen had finished his killings when he was hiding out for cause.
Here you have the sequence of events as David observed.
Number one, teacher props open door at 11 27.
What's going on there?
Number two, Ramos crashes truck Number three, shoots two at a funeral home.
Four, shoots at the school.
This should have had the cops already swarming.
He hadn't even entered the school.
They should have been responding.
Shoots a hundred rounds into two classrooms.
Three cops follow and then a fourth.
Nineteen cops are in the hallway.
Kids were in the room claiming there were multiple dead.
SWAT team arrived with shields.
Kid says nine students alive.
Kid says he shot the door.
Kid said, please send police now.
Finally a breach and killing the gunman.
According to a law enforcement official, the agents had been puzzled as to why they were being told not to enter the school and engage.
Erredondo, the school chief by title, made a miscalculation, it appears.
He became the focus of backlash.
He was born in Uvalade and just elected to the city council days before.
He has had an unremarkable career.
There he is, fat and happy.
Afterwards, he worked various roles at Webb County Sheriff's Office, a small town more than 100 miles from Uvalde in Laredo.
Then move to the City School District Police Force United ISD with 88 sworn police officers.
Nice to be back home, he claimed.
The department which only presides over the Town School 7 School District has four officers, one chief and a detective.
That's it.
Evolving police are facing growing criticism over first-hand accounts and video showing them handcuffing and restraining frantic parents.
Police were doing nothing, said Anjali Rose Gomez of the Wall Street Journal.
They were just standing outside the fence.
They weren't going or running anywhere.
She has two children.
She drove 40 miles after hearing of the attack.
She was encouraging the police to enter the school.
Eventually, they put her in handcuffs, told her she was under arrest, but she broke free.
She ran into the school and saved her kids herself.
Other parents were trying to get their kids, but were tackled and spec were prayed.
This is going to be quite outrageous.
Angel Garza, whose daughter was killed, or so we're told, was handcuffed after running into the school, when she heard a girl called Amory had been shot.
Anderson Cooper, of course, always going to show up.
He even appears to have arrived at Sandy Hook days in advance to cover the shooting, which no one was supposed to know was even going to take place.
A girl explained she wasn't hurt, she had blood from her best friend Amory.
She then looked at The girl in Realize the Blood came from his own daughter.
Meanwhile, get this.
Salvador Ramos' classmate said he was bullied for being poor, but he has a full-size, fairly new truck, $1,000 iPhone, Daniel Defense Rifle 2100, upgraded S&W rifle, 1,000 Ecotech Laser Sight 500, tons of ammo, just turned 18, something is fishy.
In our article interviewing his grandpa, said the kid dropped out of school, didn't work full-time, played Call of Duty, left his mom's house because of Wi-Fi, already come up with a 4,000-plus to purchase all these weapons on his 18th birthday.
I smell the FBI, Scott.
Well, anyone who has been in firearms, who's been a shooter, who's been around firearms, even if you're not in the military, but especially military, but anyone who's been a shooter understands all shooters have a certain character and disposition.
And I would say every shooter, every gun owner that I've ever met, 90, 95% have been Republican, conservative.
There's a different vibe around these people.
There's a seriousness, there's a heaviness, there's a weight.
It's totally inconsistent with the psychological profile of a bullied, hermaphrodite, androgynous, effeminate kid that may or may not have mental problems and be on medication and things like that.
His entire psychological profile of a young man like that is inconsistent with the discipline and the weight and the heaviness and the seriousness of a gun owner, a gun shooter.
It is totally... it's apples and oranges.
It's water and oil.
And that, I think, is the proof and the psychological leap or gap or chasm that the Democrat-Liberal-Leftist fails to be able to unite, is that
Statistics all over America and all over the world, but statistics in America will always show that young men and women who handle firearms, who are shooters, are of a completely different character and disposition than these individuals That the left is trying to say are, you know, typical gun owners, or they go out and they get guns and they do all these bad things, otherwise we have to get rid of guns everywhere!
As Michael Moore said, we needed a moratorium on gun sales, we need to do a second amendment repeal.
It's a lie, because these schizophrenic, left-wing, Democrat, idiot kids who don't know if they're a boy or a girl, they do not have the mental, psychological, emotional maturity to handle firearms.
Because you're handling a weapon that can go off any way, any time, it can kill you, it can cripple you, it can do this to anyone else.
There's a serious training that goes involved with being comfortable and proficient around firearms that is inconsistent with the psychological structure of left-wingers.
They're always emotionally weak and retarded and silly and childish.
I've shot all my life since my father taught me when I was Eight, nine years old, shooting his .44 Magnum and his .357 Magnum and all sorts of other weapons.
And there's a weight and a maturity that goes with people with guns.
And the other thing I'll say, Jim, besides the psychological inconsistencies of the profile between a gun owner and a gun manager and this psychological kid, this breakdown, this MKUltra spy perhaps, here's the other thing that struck me.
This happened, this exact shadow of Sandy Hook happened exactly when Dr. James Fetzer filed his legal action in the Supreme Court, and the Supreme Court is going to rule and look at the unconstitutional action of the judge that sought to prevent exculpatory evidence from being presented in a court of law that would have not only nullified the case against Dr. Fetzer, it would have exposed and nullified as a fraud the entire Sandy Hook episode.
that would have had an avalanche of detrimental effects upon Biden and Obama and all of these clowns of the FBI and the ATF and FEMA that were part of the Sandy Hook case.
That's what Jim Fetzer's filing is going to do.
And it's only a matter of time.
So they've taken exactly the Sandy Hook image and they've transported it to Texas.
Instead of the kid killing his mother, the kid kills his grandmother.
And he goes into a school and shoots up 14 little children.
You know, that is almost impossible to even fathom someone doing.
But inevitably, if we walk back and say, let's just say for the sake of argument this happened, It is an indictment and should say to every American citizen, this is what the Democrat-Liberal leftist policy of divorce and hatred for fathers, hatred for men, the lesbian bull dyke women raising little boys, the effeminacy, the drugging down of little boys in school with lithium and all sorts of mental drugs, the castrating of them with transgenderism, this is the kind of monstrosity that you produce.
So either way, this whole thing is going to blow back against the left, it's going to galvanize and strengthen the right, and what they meant for evil is actually going to be used for good because people are going to go, okay, it's another indication that the schools are a failure, it's another indication that towns and schools and counties need to get ahead of this by passing laws and ordinances and rules that say, if anyone comes onto a school with a gun, the rule is, in this county, shoot to kill.
I said that on American Media Periscope and suddenly all hell breaks loose because they think that's inciting violence.
I said, no, this is exactly what happened in Hurricane Katrina.
This is what happened in 1906 after the earthquake.
This is what happened in the Los Angeles Watts riots.
This is what Senator Dick Black was constructing.
The law to protect citizens and their property says, looters shall be shot on sight.
And that's where we're going to go in response to these episodes.
People are not going to pull their head in like a turtle.
They're going to actually go on the attack against it.
And that's what the parents represented, I think, in this too.
People that are going on attack.
It could have been a mixed bag, because if this was a sacrifice and the parents' children were really killed and sacrificed, that's going to work really bad because I think you're going to have a rebellion against any such cops in the future.
Jim?
David, your thoughts?
Well, you know, To put it mildly, education throughout the United States is under attack.
There's no question about the far left and the You know, the Third World Liberation Army, Students for a Democratic Society, Black Panthers, Black Lives Matter, all these pro-communist associations, all of the affiliations.
The attack on on schools is just taking place on a daily basis.
I mean, from Wheel and I think his name was Luke Kask and Herbert Marcuse, you see the attack coming forward on society.
You've got the The creation of racism as offenses and hate speech.
You've got continued change to create confusion.
Example is in school curriculum.
You've got masturbation propaganda in schools combined with homosexualization of children.
And introducing them to child porn in the classroom.
You've got the systematic under undermining of parental and teacher authority.
You've got huge immigration to destroy national identity.
And you've also got fomenting future race wars.
So we see these These elements of the communist socialist regime that have taken place in Europe, in Hungary, in Germany, in Russia, and you see this Continual underpinning an attack of capitalism in the United States and the takedown.
Let's face it, guys.
If no one's noticed by now, the United States is under a formidable attack that's taking place.
I understand that we're going to hear something in about four weeks or six weeks that's going to be pretty enlightening and pretty shocking to most of America.
But you've got this attack that takes place in a school district where the chief of police, this Pete Arradondo guy, wants to sit on his hands for over an hour.
Now, when you think about that for a moment, think about the training of these 19 cops that showed up.
I can't believe that they would sit still, sit in a room when gunshots are being fired, when the room is filled with children.
So I just have a hard time believing that.
I mean, I just don't, if these guys are officers, I'm sure some of them are military personnel.
I mean, you just, you bust in there, you know, You have an oath of office.
You have a responsibility.
You have duty to protect life.
So just to sit back for the 90 minutes or so and let this drama unfold is highly questionable.
I think Scott made a good point.
Maybe it's just one of these events that are going to generate a lot of legal fees and settlements and so on and so forth.
But what concerns me is what I've said all along, and I'm going to stick to this.
The fundamental goal of education is the instruction of wisdom, number one.
Number two is there's a Judeo-Christian ethic that is taught, has been taught in our schools, and there's a complete attack on Christianity.
There's a complete attack on the Ten Commandments.
There's a complete attack on wisdom, understanding, and knowledge, and this just unfolding character of a Communist Socialist attack on our society.
And that's what we're seeing here.
Well, David, I think you got that right, sad to say.
We have much more here.
Meanwhile, the top Democrat blocks legislation aimed at preventing school shootings.
How bad is this?
Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer blocked legislation on May 25th, proponents say could help prevent school shootings.
The legislation known as the Luke and Alex School Safety Act would require DHS to create a clearinghouse on the best school safety practices after consulting with education, justice, and health officials.
It's pretty simple.
It creates a clearinghouse of information on the best practices for school safety.
It ensures that parents, teachers, school officials, and other stakeholders have input into what those best practices are.
Maybe most importantly, it publishes the available grant programs and federal resources available for school safety, said Senator Ron Johnson, whom I'm glad to say represents me here in Wisconsin, perhaps the only senator with a toot The bill is named for Luke Hoyer and Alex Schachter, who were both killed at Marjory Stoneman.
I got to tell you, that was another complete fraud.
Because it was Valentine's Day, they sent the 3,500 students early home at 1 o'clock.
Only a few dozen stayed behind.
We're going to see more, some proof of what happened at Marjory Stoneman.
But nobody died there.
The sad truth about shooting is that hardening schools and ramping up prevention techniques would have done nothing to prevent the shooting, according to Schumer.
But I think everyone would agree that having an armed guard there would be very appropriate, and if they somehow rigged this so he wasn't in the right place at the right time, that would be to deliberately try to underscore the importance of having armed guards on the scene.
It's just sad that this body can't pass this bill—this is Ron Johnson—when about a month ago it passed an identical bill that applied to churches.
This one applies to school, yet it's inappropriate according to the majority leader.
Of course, they're in a negotiation with different measures, but with a 50-50 divide, few are expected to be approved.
Max Schachter, Alex's father, denounced the blocking of the bill.
I hoped after 21 were murdered and you vowed that partisan politics would be put aside, I was wrong.
Except it's not the Republicans blocking, it's a Democrat leader.
Meanwhile, Michael Moore declares it's time to repeal the Second Amendment.
He appeared on MSNBC's All In with Chris Hayes as the elementary school shooting at Uvalde was unfolding and called for drastic action.
Here he is.
This guy has just become such a sop.
I think his better name is Michael Moron.
The filmmaker got bolder.
Who will say here or anywhere else it's time to appeal the Second Amendment?
I truly believe if Jefferson, Washington, Madison, if they all knew the bullet would be invented some 50 years after our revolution, not understanding that the leg slug fired from the old breech loaders was a bullet, it just wasn't encased in the same, but it was a bullet nonetheless.
I don't know they would have written the Second Amendment that way.
This guy has a real knucklehead.
I support all gun control legislation, not sensible gun control.
We don't need that sensible stuff.
We need the hardcore stuff that's going to protect us and our children.
Well, a good number of commentators reacting to the clip supported Moore's stance.
Others weren't going to stand for it.
Come take it, one commenter threw down.
Moore always wants to take guns, the Democrats' ultimate control.
Thanks for being open about it.
Go to people's houses with loaded guns and try to take them, Joe Biden and others said.
People outnumber government and law enforcement.
Try and do something crazy if you want, and suffer the consequences.
We know you want to take our guns away.
People must never comply.
Oh, STFU.
We have a decaying societal issue, not a gun issue.
Need how you libtards pick and choose which evil event to cover.
But keep your nine viewers entertained.
Let no one but gangsters, criminals, and dickheads legally own powerful guns.
The entire country will be a snake-pliskin' movie you can't escape from.
Be so sensible.
Send Mr. Moore another rack of lamb.
If the second can be repealed, so can the first.
You really want to go down that rabbit hole, Scott?
Your thoughts.
Yeah, that is, you know, the American public that have guns, that understand guns, and firearms, and spears, and swords, and crossbows, and knives, and general weapons of self-defense, general survival, the men who've been Boy Scouts, who've been Civil Air Patrol, Naval Cadets, Devil Dogs, and then going on to the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, the military veterans in this country, and You know, to a certain degree, the police themselves, but mostly military.
They understand that, you know, the Second Amendment and the right to firearms is what protects us from exactly what David Kinney was describing as the encroachment of the tyranny of communism and fascism and socialism.
What what occurred in the Soviet Union and the confiscation of weapons is the preliminary step to all of that and and people understand this and it's it's almost delusional that these Michael Moore who is about as ugly as the devil's rear end
These people have the gall and the insanity to think that you're going to guilt trip someone like Scott Bennett into giving up his gun or anything else, into submitting to your passive-aggressive denouncements of my race or my masculine sex or things like that.
No, I'm going to reject you entirely.
And the moment you cross a line against me is the moment you're going to be wheeled out in little pieces and fed to the trees.
This day is coming because they're bringing a fight against people, the conservatives, that don't want to fight with anyone because they understand the nature of violence and explosive war.
And the Democrat leftists don't.
They think it's a debate.
They think they could come in and debate and hypnotize people into surrendering all of their identity, all of their personality, and all of their ability to defend themselves and their family, and substitute it with the worship of the state.
That will never happen and never be allowed, and I think the moment they really start to push and try, and they try and enlist bad cops, bad FBI, and bad other government agents to be their instruments to do that, is going to be when you have a civil war, a revolutionary war, And you're going to have the largest army on the face of the planet, the U.S.
American citizenry, that's armed with guns, stand up and kill anybody and everybody that tries to do that.
Indeed, we're in 1775 all over again, and perhaps that's a good thing for the regeneration of the nation.
Jim?
Well, there's a worldwide pattern that the more gun ownership, the lower the homicide rate.
The Democrats would have you believe it's the opposite.
When guns were banned in the UK, it didn't stop people killing other people.
They had an epidemic of knife attacks, so they banned knives.
And I said, what's next, potato peelers?
Yes!
Then they banned potato peelers.
People are going to kill other people, whatever weapons they need, but having more armed is safer.
In Switzerland, every family is required to have a gun and the crime rate there is practically non-existent.
David, your thoughts?
Well, you know, what we're forgetting is the text of the Second Amendment.
And the text says as follows, quote, A well-regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, comma, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, comma, shall not be infringed.
That is, it's a collective.
It's a collective.
You have individual rights, but the purpose is collectivism because it's a well-regulated militia, which is necessary to the security of a free state.
From that derives the right of the people to keep and bear arms and the law that says they shall, the constitutional amendment says shall not be infringed.
So when you think about it, The reason that Americans are allowed to keep and bear arms is because they have the right to intercede with others when their government is oppressive.
And I think that's something that every American needs to keep in mind.
Uh, as we see this communism and the socialism attempt to take over the United States, uh, I think you're going to see well-regulated militias that are going to be collect- collectively, uh, starting to enforce the individual rights that our Constitution is guaranteed.
So they want to attack the Second Amendment.
Like you said, what's- go after the first, go after the fourth, go after the 14th.
You know, you're just going to see this ongoing, uh, uh, What is the word dilution of individual rights and the left is all about the dilution of America of individual rights and America is all about the protection and the sanctity of constitutional rights and individualism.
Of course, the court has ruled that you don't have to belong to a militia to have the right to keep and bear arms, and I believe it was inspired by the birth of the nation where it was citizen soldiers who came to the defense.
They regard every American as a citizen soldier with the right to keep and bear arms.
Let us never forget.
That is, I think, the key.
Meanwhile, When it comes to gun bans, the barrier is the Second Amendment, not the gun lobby.
This is from Jonathan Turley, who is among the most thoughtful commentators on legal issues on the air.
As a nation mourns another massacre, we try to make sense of the senseless.
Within minutes of killing 19 kids and two teachers, or so we're told, grief coupled with angry demands for gun reform.
Biden even used his initial remarks not to express sympathy to the parents, but to denounce a gun lobby to go after the NRA.
He spoke passionately and movingly, but turned to the politics of gun control immediately.
When in God's name are we going to stand up to the gun lobby?
When in God's name will we do what we all know in our gut needs to be done?
Well, I know what needs to be done.
We need to relax the gun control laws that have turned Chicago into a free-fire zone because of Democratic politics.
It's a virtual mantra as politicians plan to stop gun violence while denouncing their opponents as facilitating the carnage.
The gun lobby, backed by millions of owners, is a powerful political force, but it's not the gun lobby but the Constitution that is the greatest obstacle to some of those calls for gun bans or limits.
If we want to get something done, we'll need to be honest and nonpartisan.
There's a limited range of movement for legislation given the constitutional right to keep and bear arms.
Discussing common-sense gun laws, the President again denounced the availability of what he called assault weapons.
A common reference to popular models like the AR-15, which is in fact not an assault weapon, which is fully automatic.
Those have been illegal since around 1935.
It's a semi-automatic weapon.
It's just the most versatile all-around weapon for home defense and for defending the community or the nation in a time in need.
Here he claims, what in God's name do you need an assault weapon for except to kill someone?
This is stupid!
Dear aunt running through the forest with Kevlar vest on, for God's sake, is just sick.
What, sick is his dementia.
Take the AR-15.
Efforts to ban the model have already failed in courts on constitutional ground.
In 2008, the Supreme Court handed down a landmark ruling in District of Columbia v. Heller.
Recognizing the Second Amendment as encompassing an individual right to bear horns.
The AR-15 is the most popular gun in America.
The numbers continue to rise, with one AR-15 purchased in every five new firearm sales.
They clearly are not being purchased for Orm or Deer.
They're made for personal and home protection, also popular for target shooting and hunting.
They like the AR-15 because it's modular.
Depending on the model, you can swap out barrels, bullets, high-capacity magazines, and a variety of accessories.
What does more damage than a typical handgun?
It is not the most powerful gun sold in terms of caliber.
Many have equal or greater caliber.
That is why laws to ban or curtail sale of the AR-15 run into constitutional barriers.
Most recently, the U.S.
Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit struck down a California ban on adults under 21 purchasing semi-automatic weapons like the AR-15.
And the Supreme Court has a pending Second Amendment case, New York State Rifle and Pistol Association v. Bruin, that's likely to further strengthen gun rights this term.
After past tragedies, some have cautioned there's a limited range.
There are also practical barriers, with an estimated 393 million guns in the U.S., an estimated 72 million gun owners.
That's way low.
I'll bet you it's closer to 150.
Three out of ten Americans say they have guns.
Gun ownership even rose during the pandemic, when former Texas congressmen and Senate candidate Beto O'Rourke declared, hell yes, we're going to take your AR-15.
He was widely celebrated on the left.
Even seizing that one type of gun, however, would require confiscation of as many as 15 million weapons.
When advocates call for banning gun sales, their challenge is not the gun lobby, but the Second Amendment.
Notably, film director and leftist activist Michael Moron went on MSNBC to call for repealing the Second Amendment.
He said he doesn't want to nickel and dime this.
We need drastic action.
This country went berth in violence with genocide of the native people at the barrel of a gun.
Putting aside the hyperbolic language, Moore is at least being honest about what it would take.
A repeal is highly unlikely to garner the need of 38 states to ratify such an amendment.
Instead, we need a national dialogue, not another diatribe on guns.
There are some gun limits that could pass constitutional muster, but they will not materially reduce the number of guns in society or necessarily gun violence.
Also, a variety of areas that could offer real benefits in reducing shooting from badly needed mental health program funding and greater school security to more effective red flag laws.
Many are prepared to respond to the President's call to turn this pain into action.
However, when he said we can do so much more, we need to be honest on the range of movement allowed under the Constitution.
Otherwise, we'll continue this tragic shooting, followed by familiar political maneuvering.
There are 19 show and two teachers who deserve more from all of us, buying the official narrative but commenting on it far more intelligently than most.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, again, it is a classic example of a Michael Moore idiocy, an idiocracy of left-wing schizophrenic lunatics who are always on some form of medication and don't know what a man is or a female is and worship the environment and glorify purple tree frogs and try and put business and agriculture out of business because of their cult-like religion.
Their ideology is, you know, fearful and cowardly and weak and stupid when it comes to Both human nature and guns, firearms, or any other weapon.
While the conservative traditional family values, Christian, religious, I don't care if you're Muslim or Orthodox Jew, you have a value of human life.
You have a value of God.
You understand that there's morality, that there's moral absolutes, and that there is a righteous punishment for sin and wickedness and evil.
That is the basis for all civilization, that's the basis for all moral restraint, is ultimately God.
And if not God and people, then the expectation that the society at large will kill, if not ostracize, individuals that act outside of the civil code of that family, that town, that community, that tribe.
So the left-wingers, you know, all of the sickness and the tragedy and the schizophrenia and the violence and the social abnormalities, that comes from the Democrat, atheist, liberal leftist.
The traditional family values people do not raise kids like that.
They do not raise family members like that.
I wasn't raised like that.
And that's the difference, ultimately.
And that's really the debate that needs to happen and put out there.
Everything that the Democrats and the leftists believe in and try and advance in society through critical race theory and transgenderism and sexual reassignment surgery and political correctness and safe spaces And there is no truth.
There is no God.
There is no right.
There is no wrong.
This is the type of society, the type of state of mind that you cultivate in people.
Oh, and you throw drugs right and left like you're throwing confetti into the air.
Lithium and other mental pacifist drugs to numb down the energy of little boys.
Oh, and then you teach them that little boys and little girls are exactly the same.
And if you don't, you know, believe that, then you're a bigot and you're a vicious, you know, homophobe and all the rest of the stuff.
This ideology, this dogma, this cult-like religion that the left advances is poison and is death and is lies.
And the fruit of that is a society where things like this occur.
And we, as the opposite of that, really need to, you know, explain and articulate that and at the same time come out of Of these leftist institutions, these leftist ideologies, have nothing to do with these sort of things.
And outlaw it in your school, outlaw it in your town, and kick out the teachers, fire them, fire everybody in the school, shut down the school, start a new one, separate.
We have to begin to really aggressively and ruthlessly tear ourselves free from the sickness which is the Democrat David, your thoughts?
Well, you know, at heart, I kind of agree with Scott.
which is nothing more than a masquerade of death and insanity.
That's what defines the Democrat leftist liberal today.
Jim.
David, your thoughts.
Well, you know, at heart, I kind of agree with Scott.
I think our complete education program in the United States needs a quick overhaul, or we're going to be in deep trouble.
It's not just a problem.
It seems to me that The organization of schools, the funding of schools, we pour immense amounts of money into schools just on taxes alone, and then we add bonds, and then we add school capitalization projects.
There's so much money in education that flows throughout the United States, it's just unbelievable.
I mean, absolutely unbelievable.
And when you see countries like China coming over and donating millions of dollars to our universities, you know, figure it out.
They're going to get their Confucius Institutes in there.
They're trying to influence.
Remember it was Confucius that said, you know, if you're going to take over a society or, you know, What is it but if you're going to make if you're going to build society for one year plant rise for 10 years plant trees for 100 years plant education doing education so so what we're seeing are the beginnings of this.
Theft of the culture of America and this destruction of the culture of America by moving to this socialist, communist disintegration of the family, disintegration of values, sexual deviancy, sexual perversion, homosexualization, you know, all these undercurrent thematic
Explorations that are taking place, but the most fundamental aspect of education, as I've said before, the prime focus of education is the instruction of wisdom, and you don't have that in American schools anymore.
It's licentiousness, it's just depravity, so on and so forth, but But like I said, the amount of money going to schools is shocking.
It's big business with a capital B and a capital B, two capital Bs, and big education is just a mess nowadays.
And we see it now with the computerization taking over and breaking it down.
So it's, you know, the state of education in the United States is horrid and we need to revamp it immediately.
No doubt about it, Bea, but I think you've got that exactly right.
Meanwhile, CNN national security analyst calls for the end of immigration enforcement in response to the Texas school shooting.
Talk about a non-sequitur.
A former member of Barack Obama's Homeland Security Advisory Council, Juliette Kayyem, Call for a halt to immigration enforcement in the area of Uvalde as a response to the school shooting.
This is bizarre.
The most important thing for the federal government to do right now is say there'll be no immigration enforcement during this period in that area.
Observing the demographics are overwhelmingly Hispanic.
It has a large immigration population.
You want parents with their kids.
You don't want them hiding right now.
We need to make that clear because of political issues in Texas.
If she thinks this has garnered the support of the Hispanics in America, it ain't gonna work.
They are abandoning Biden by the droves.
She was so determined to make the point of suspending immigration laws that she reiterated it.
We need the federal government to say right now everyone is essentially safe harbor in terms of immigration status, noting most illegal immigrants will avoid interacting with a heavy police presence in the area.
We want to make sure they know, despite all the politics, including, of course, what she's shoveling here, it's the federal government that's in charge of immigration enforcement.
And people are saying, get your kids, get your families together, do not hide.
I have no doubt she's saying this because she thinks Biden can gain support from the Hispanic community, but it ain't gonna happen.
She sounded very different talking about Canadian truckers who were peacefully protesting against the COVID mandates.
She wanted law enforcement to take drastic action.
Slash their tires, empty their gas tanks, arrest the drivers, move the trucks.
What a P.O.S.
This woman is outrageous.
Days after the Capitol riot, moreover, she referred to then-President Trump as the leader of a terrorist organization.
Here she tweeted, Trump is a spiritual leader for domestic terrorists and he is their operational leader.
He tells them what to do now.
Total isolation, 25th A, yes.
Impeachment, yes.
Deplatforming, yes.
We are still in the tactical phase of a counter-terrorism.
Enough with unity.
This is CNN.
How stunning.
What bullshit, Scott.
Well, you know, again, we're witnessing a strong delusion to believe a lie, and they believe their own lies.
They've done it since Trump was elected in 2016, and they lost their mind.
They began to cackle and smear shit on their face and stick their head in the ground and pretend that it didn't happen.
And launch into the Russiagate hoax and the Perkins-Coy false narrative that is now being exposed in Durham's probe.
They've prosecuted Sussman and others, and more are going to fall in the next few months.
We've known this from the beginning.
We've been ahead of the curve, but all of this is catching up to the left.
And this really is their desperate attempt, Jim, to gnaw off their own hand that's in a handcuff to the, you know, structure of lies that they created and that they know is about to be set aflame and come crumbling down upon them.
So they're desperate to gnaw themselves free with a distraction of shooting and blaming it on the conservatives, blaming it on Trump, blaming it on guns, as if guns suddenly come alive and go after people.
They're demented people.
They're sad, they're sick, they're cowardly, they're bullies.
And we're not even bringing into the equation of maniacal thinking the vaccine, the COVID-19 vaccine, which we know has a provable, demonstrable deterioration of the mental faculties with brain fog and all sorts of other lobotomization demonstrable deterioration of the mental faculties with brain fog and all sorts of other lobotomization of the soul to the body to the blood, as many people are saying right now
So we really are witnessing the end of days where, you know, in a sense, like you said before too, all of these Democrat leftists are going to be extinct, are going to be genocided by their own hand, a national suicide, they're going to be dead in two years, everybody got shot, and in a sense, let them go.
Because along with their death, The death and departure of their vile social chaos theory, and endless critical race theory, and endless enmity between people.
None of that exists between sane, morally sound, and family-oriented individuals.
It only happens with the people who are the opposite of those moral stabilizers, and they are constructed by chaos, resentment, ingratitude, and eternal damnation.
Jim?
I think your point is some of the reasons they may have felt it was imminent to wipe the front page of any revelation from the Sussman trial, that Robbie Mook had identified Hillary as offering the Russiagate smear, that a hacker got into Moderna and Pfizer and has revealed they knew all the horrible effects that were going to take place, that Buffalo was so amateurish anyone looking at it would thought it was a joke,
And that they're about to have the NRA conference, a national conference in Houston.
After all, school's about to let out for the summer, so I better seize the opportunity while they still have it for another one of these stage phony events.
Don, take us out for our first hour.
Yeah, well, David, back in when we reunite here.
This is Truth Vs. News here on May 29th, Memorial Day Sunday.
And a lot of things to remember.
Very serious time here folks.
We're really at a precipice.
Which way are we going to be going here?
Because we could easily be going down.
So come on back for the scintillating second hour where we're going to try to resurrect this country.
