This is Jim Fetzer, Madison, Wisconsin, delighted to be joined today by Joel Senn in Houston, Texas, and by Carl Herman in San Ramon, California.
We're here to bring you all the news you need to know.
And there are some doozies today.
It turns out the reason the Democrats are so protective of Ukraine is because it's a money pit for the Democrats.
They've been milking it.
In order to fund their own campaign, to fund the Democrat Party.
We already knew that prominent Democrats, John Kerry, Joe Biden, and Nancy Pelosi had sons who work in Ukraine.
It's also true for Mitt Romney, which makes him a rhino first class.
And they have not only been exploiting in a personal family way, but Democrats in the U.S.
have partnered with Big Pharma and friendly foundations led by George Soros and Bill Gates to set up the biological research in Ukraine and using the project to generate additional funds for elections right here in the USA.
This is stunning.
Lieutenant General Igor Krylov, the head of the Russian Radiation, Chemical, and Biological Protection Force, reported, it needs to be said that the ideologues of the U.S.
military biological research in Ukraine are leaders of the Democrat Party.
As an example of the organization they constructed, NGO, He provided a slide with the names of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the Bill and Henry Clinton Foundation, George Soros Open Society and Investment Funds, the Rockefeller Foundation, EcoHealth Alliance, and Hunter's Rosemont Seneca Partners is all being critically involved in these labs and research institutes.
Nelson named Pfizer, Moderna, Merck, and Gilead as large pharmaceutical companies involved in the scheme, using it to test medications while bypassing internationally recognized safety standards so they can kill the subject.
They don't ask for informed consent.
They don't grant them any respect.
This is disgusting.
It reduces the cost of their research and development and increases their profits.
Surprise, surprise.
The head of Russia's investigative committee, Alexander Bastrykin, told Russia Today that his service has clearly identified Americans involved in military biological research in Ukraine, including employees of the U.S.
DoD and several companies tied to the Pentagon.
The Russian military has presented evidence of U.S.
involvement in Ukraine biolabs before.
U.S.
officials have actually confirmed the existence of biological research facilities in Ukraine.
Victoria Nuland, for example, worried they might fall into Russian hands, really, as proof of U.S.
complicity in these dirty deeds.
The Kremlin, of course, has demanded Ukraine officially declare itself neutral, not to become A part of NATO, but this has all been outrageous.
NATO's expansionism threatening the national security of Russia.
Meanwhile, we have the leader of another region in Ukraine asking to join Russia, the Moscow-appointed leader of Kherson, Wednesday said he'd like to know if Kyrsten can join the Russian Federation.
He will ask to join without a referendum.
The referendum, which was absolutely legally held in Crimea, was not recognized by the world community, which it did everything not to recognize Russia as a full-blown member of the global community.
Therefore, this will be one single decree based on appeal to the leadership of Kisan to Russian President Kerson to Russian President Vladimir Putin.
It will be a request for the region to become a full-fledged constituent of the Russian Federation.
Carson was the first city that Russia took after invading Ukraine.
Russia's control of Carson and neighboring Zaporozhye links Crimea with the Donbass region and secures a water supply for the peninsula, which had been under a years-long Ukrainian blockade.
This is obviously an important Geographical region, and I would not be surprised to find Russia granting it that requested membership in Russia.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yes, well this is really nasty.
It turns out that Russia has got all the evidence they need to prove in an honest world court that the United States was planning on having biological attacks against Russia.
And there's a great guy that's an Italian researcher, Fabio Giuseppe Carlo Kossorio, who's got an article today at Veterans Today, title of the article, Ukraine Biolabs, DTRA, Defense Threat Reduction Agency.
Yeah, you killed your enemy and that reduces your threat, you dirtbags.
Dossier on bacterial weapons and the Russian-U.S.
deal.
Putin was betrayed by Obama.
A quote from it says the gain-of-function dual-use vaccine or bioweapon.
It turns out that SARS-CoV-2 COVID-2 has 19 nucleotides identical to those of a gene built in the laboratory of American Pharmaceutical Moderna in 2016.
So these SOBs have been calculating this and the release of the Wu Flu was timed with the U.S.
election so that they could force the mail-in ballots fraud that they did with the drop boxes.
I think that's such an important point, Joe.
I think he knew he was getting intel about what was going on, and he knew he could not delay any longer in taking decisive action against it.
we had to do it.
There was no choice. - I think that's such an important point, Joe.
I think he knew he was getting intel about what was going on and he knew he could not delay any longer in taking decisive action against it.
Carl, your thoughts. - First story led with a photograph of the actual Joe Biden from 2016.
And I encourage people to spend a few moments and study that face and compare it to the actor that is playing Biden now.
The biolab information is fascinating, and I'm sure much more is going to come out with the sordid details.
But for those who are saying, OK, I don't really know if that's true or not.
You don't have to.
The bio labs are a function of warfare.
Warfare is something that we already have conclusive evidence that the US is the leading illegal rogue state empire of the planet.
And what has happened in Ukraine in 2014 and 2016, It has been overrun.
It has been taken over by NATO and the US.
Think Libya, Syria, Iraq, threats on Iran.
That is what has happened in Ukraine.
And for the future, I think that the Russian official position is correct, is that the people in the region will need to determine their governance for themselves.
And as we know, that's impossible under the current domination of money in the elections.
The corporate media just choosing a puppet on the left and a puppet on the right and then have a lying contest.
And as well, I guess whoever can bribe the people running the Dominion voting machines in the background.
To see who will be Satan's representative in that area.
So there's no hope for any type of government that's fair until we have arrests, until we have justice, and then democracy actually means a robust debate among the people.
If Elon Musk can actually provide that on Twitter, wow, that would be fun!
And that type of competitive competition of ideas has the best ideas rise to the top, And plus, you could actually have the debates that people like us are so ready to get into the ring with these psychopaths.
And then you could have these experts fight it out on these public forums.
And that would make democracy be interesting and fun.
Nice.
Nice points, Carl, including about the photograph.
I like that.
Meanwhile, Russian advance in Donbass leaves no good choices for Kiev's forces.
The first half of the week in the east of Ukraine was marked by further advances by Russia.
The DPR and the LPR in the region at Donbass.
The most active developments are taking place about Izim in the south of the Kharkiv region.
Russian units have mostly finished regrouping around the provincial capital of Kharkov, establishing a fortified position in the countryside.
Intense fighting caused by the active offensive operation of the Russian armed forces is ongoing in the area south of Vyzum.
The ground units are advancing.
Clashes have been ongoing.
The Kiev government had to involve its Free Forces in an attempt to contain the Russian advance, but it's not going to happen.
On May 7th, Russian-led forces took control of the Kiev area, Popozhensk.
As of May 10th, the Russian military created a threat of encirclement of the entire grouping of Kiev's forces in Severodonetsk-Elyashchansk area.
The position of the Kiev troops in Zoloto already found themselves almost cut off from their counterparts.
The Russian units and people's militia have been developing in advance.
Likely, the Kiev government will try to leave a part of the regrouping remaining as cover for withdrawing its troops.
The north of Donetsk, in the Ad-Vika district, GPR units and Russian troops took control of Novosloboka.
Here in Temirkovo, Novohorovka, and blocked Ad-Vika from the northeast direction.
Kiev's forces are still able to keep control of Ad-Vika itself, using well-fortified positions there, but it will fall, with the rest of Kiev's defense, to the north of it.
In the area of Mariinskaja, the southwest of Donetsk, positional battles are ongoing and the front line remains stable.
There's much more going on in Mariupol.
The garrison of Kiev's forces hiding the Yazdobol plant mostly consists of radicals who are about to meet its long-expected fate.
The lack of resources and Russian advances have already forced the radicals to release a large number of the civilians who are being held hostage there.
The development in recent days demonstrate the armed forces of the Russian Federation have been successful using their advantage in firepower to eliminate manpower and equipment of Kiev's forces in the region of Donbass.
In its own turn, pro-Kiev troops are in fact locked in their fortified positions and unable to organize a fast and successful regrouping and withdrawal under the conditions of the Russian advantage in firepower and airpower.
That sounds exactly right.
The Russians are methodically wiping out the Ukrainian forces, such as they may still be.
Joe?
Yes, and the counteroffensive on the economic front by NATO and the EU is collapsing as well.
Great interview this morning with Gonzalo Liro and the guys from Duran.
Turns out Russia has 75 trillion in frangible assets and commodities and resources that the world desperately needs.
So they're not going to be able to put pressure on Russia that Russia can't counter with free trade from the three quarters of the world that doesn't agree with this.
And that's if you just look at the governments.
If you look at the people in the United States, if they were aware, we'd have a 90 percent opposition to this mindless war and this mindless expense occurring at $440.
billion dollars being shipped over to Ukraine, along with a large supply of baby formula, which is, you know, something we're kind of short of right now.
So apparently, Ukrainian babies are more apparent, more important than American babies.
It's unforgivable what we've got in the way of a government.
Yes, I couldn't agree more.
Carl, your thoughts?
The historian in me wants to first take a step back and remember all the news that we're seeing in Donbass as a consequence of for after the 2014 and 2016 color revolutions, the Ukrainian government attempted to capture that eastern Donbass region that was resisting and rejecting the the Ukrainian government attempted to capture that eastern Donbass region that was resisting and rejecting the color revolutionized NATO puppets in the western part of their country, shelled, used military actions that have It's It was that fact
that led to the Russians invading and probably a lot more under the surface with those biolabs, as we have discussed.
We are in the fog of war.
The corporate media, you should check in from time to time to see what those Baghdad bobs are saying about how the Ukrainians are on the verge of victory all the time.
And the Ukrainians are using those civilians as shields, as in that steel plant.
And the purpose of that is to tie up and slow down Russian military to try to protect those civilians.
So, until this war is over, until we have breakthrough, it's just going to be troubling times of war and the damages that are always associated with war.
And historically, 90% of the casualties in war are civilians.
Sad to say, but all too true.
Very well said, Carl.
Meanwhile, by inflation, rising prices put the squeeze on family vacations, airfare, rental cars, swimwear, and hotel rates are jumping.
Airfares are up 33% from a year ago.
The price of rooms, hotels, and motels up 22.6%.
Driving instead of flying, gas up 43.6% and it's going to rise.
Fast foods, prices up 7%.
Men's swimwear, 6.8%.
Women's swimwear, 4.1%.
Going bike riding, up 8%.
Car rental prices up 10.3%.
And if you're staying home, if you're running your air conditioner, electricity is already up 11% and that will increase.
Believe it or not, a Biden top economic advisor actually blamed the inflation on Biden.
This is stunning.
Celia Rose, the top economic advisor, suggested this week Americans are facing an economic crisis because Biden expertly, I'd say ineptly, handled the COVID pandemic.
Americans battling skyrocketing prices in the face of record levels of inflation.
She claims, however, it's a net positive.
Get this.
Because adequately addressing the pandemic resulted in these economic wars.
This is just so screwed up.
It's unbelievable.
The remark came after CNN host Brianna Kilar asked Ruth about concerns from Democrats about Biden's policies.
Joe Manchin and Larry Summers, for example, have attributed the inflation crisis to Biden's spending.
I wonder, looking back, were Larry Summers and Joe Manchin right about spending and inflation?
Raoul's response was, not sure what the right answer is.
Charging economic problems are directly caused by the pandemic.
When Keillor asked again, she blamed an effective pandemic response.
I think we'd rather say it was inept.
What we've seen is all advanced countries are trying to address inflation, and they have historic levels, a consequence of mounting what she continues to call an effective response to the pandemic.
We're not alone.
All advanced countries are addressing this.
It's a consequence of having, again, she's saying, an effective strategy.
That sounds pretty brainless to me.
Breonna Keillor tweeted, Biden to announce inflation plan as gas prices hit new record.
White House Council of Economic Advisers Chair Cecilia Rouse tells us national gas tax holiday is on the table.
Possible Biden may end Trump-era tariffs on China.
The U.S.
is not in a recession.
All of that is ridiculous.
A gas tax holiday would simply short the future because the gas taxes go for road and highway repair.
So what would happen when we're short there?
Plus, They're only a drop in a bucket.
You're talking about a dime or whatever on a gallon of gas.
That's just silly and irresponsible.
With each passing month, inflation is headed in the wrong direction.
Consumer price index rose 8.3 last month compared to April of last year.
Inflation remains at a 40-year high.
The San Francisco Fed published a study attributing the inflation crisis in part to Biden's spending policy, and that's coming from the San Francisco Fed.
The study also found inflation is a problem in many developed nations, but the rate of inflation in the U.S.
is significantly higher.
That's because they don't have a numbskull and brainless boob for a president.
Andy Plutzer, this is Bidenflation.
San Francisco Fed chart literally shows the impact of inflation of Biden's $1.9 trillion March 21st government spending spree.
It shows U.S.
inflation versus Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, and the UK.
The chart ends before the intrusion.
Look at the U.S.
It's over double that of the other nations' average.
Stunning stuff.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yeah, well, pretty simple.
If you double the money supply, you make the value of the money one half because what money is supposed to represent is a store of value added to the economy.
So if you're not producing a product or a service that the economy needs, but you're just printing money and you're giving it away for whatever reason, then you've demodulated Unlimited supply of stupid people.
I couldn't agree more.
that's out there.
You know, simple economics.
You wonder how people could be this stupid, but as far as people in this administration, they seem to have a limitless supply of stupid people to be able to put in offices that they don't deserve.
It's unbelievable.
Yeah.
Unlimited supply of stupid people.
I couldn't agree more.
Carl, your thoughts?
Well, the stupid label is correct from a distance away is that they're self-destructive.
I I think that they are selected based upon their capacity to bullshit to come up with the best talking points and selling points to this.
And if people want to get the most accurate data for inflation, I recommend Shadow Stats Economist John Williams.
He takes a look at the definitions of 1980 and 1990.
Of course, politically, The definition of inflation has been adjusted over time in order to hide the real inflationary numbers that ordinary people like us just look out at our experience and say, wow, that's going up a lot.
Now, I have to correct that.
Jim, you did a heroic job trying to pronounce those Ukrainian names.
But for an American, Cecilia, the chair of the White House Council of Economic Advisors, her last name is actually pronounced Ruse.
Ruse as in a trick, or a scheme, or an attack upon your enemy.
Actually, I don't know what the fuck you call it, but it's too good of a joke to pass up, is that this is all just trickery.
If you call it a humongous ruse, you make an impeccable point, Carl.
Yes, Carl B. Herman, Blogspot, any of these shows go to the looting trillion sections and I document that in that article.
We have a million dollars of average benefit to the average household in America if we just had two reforms that have argued all the way back since Benjamin Franklin.
Monetary reform, instead of always creating what we use for money as a debt owed back to the too big to fail banks, You create money as a positive number to directly invest in infrastructure.
And if we had public credit instead of the big banksters charging us to maximize their profits, if we had a bank, public bank in your state with a 5% credit card, a 5% mortgage, that revenue stream alone would pay for all of the tax revenue abundantly without any need for any other tax.
So the good news is that we have these Nice.
mechanics just ready to be unleashed. - Nice, very nice.
Meanwhile, after the Ukraine vote, Marjorie Taylor Greene perfectly explains how Biden is putting America last.
No doubt about it.
Trump's America First policies were framed by the media as isolationist or nativist and the old reliable code speak for white Christians.
The opposite of America First, of course, is America Last.
Firebrand, Georgia, Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene, whom I admire beyond words.
Took to Twitter to blast Biden for putting America last and for the numerous crises he and his admin have created.
Here's a tweet.
We swore an oath to serve the United States of America, not the United States of Ukraine.
American mothers can't buy baby formula.
Deadly fentanyl from Mexican cartels is killing record numbers of Americans.
Farmers are on the verge of going out of business.
Focus on home.
Millions of taxpayers' dollars are going for another foreign war.
Just the last week of April, Biden asked Congress for another $33 billion for Ukraine.
Congress not only agreed but voted $40 billion.
In the weeks prior, Americans saw packages of $700 million, $500 million going overseas to help the Ukrainians fight.
While Americans watch their tax dollars go to defend the borders of a faraway European nation that is as corrupt as any nation in the world and tied in with our Democratic leaders, as we have seen, they tell us why it's so vitally important.
Yes, their personal interests, their party interests, funding for the Democratic Party is at stake.
Border Patrol agents say not only have they lost operational control over the southern border, but over awareness of who precisely is coming into the country, our country.
Americans have a right to expect an America First policy that would secure the southern border and prevent millions of illegals from coming across, in addition to dangerous drugs like fentanyl and trafficking in women and children.
But that's not what Biden is offering up.
Here's Steve Dees tweeting, If we self-identify as Ukrainian, could we get Republicans to care about it?
I think he's got the wrong party.
It should be the Democrats, Jared, not Valerie.
No, I haven't heard a legitimate case for why I should care more about the Ukrainian border than the U.S.
southern border, and I live close to the border, so save your breath battery life trying to convince me the southern border is anything short of an invasion.
She's got it right.
As tens of millions go to Ukraine, Americans are seeing gas prices they've never seen before, the national average 4.37.
In a nation where America First were the rule and not the exception, Biden would not have cancelled the Keystone XL pipeline on his first day and making sure the North Stream 2 for Germany was up and running.
Only after Russia's intrusion into Ukraine and arm-twisting did Biden bar Russian oil imports, but that was dumb all by itself as well.
How high will fuel prices have to go and for how long before someone gets the idea?
Maybe the Keystone XL pipeline maybe wasn't such a bad idea after all, until November maybe?
Now Americans are seeing an unprecedented kind of shortage of baby formula.
At least six Midwestern states are struggling.
The shortage without a stock raising to 40%.
It's worry hitting Democrats and Republicans like Jack Reed of Rhode Island wrote a letter to Biden asking what's being done about the crisis and how it might be prevented.
Meanwhile, Daniel Turner is tweeting, Joe Biden is the only American not blaming Biden for high gas prices.
He's got it right.
When will finally be the time to put America and her people first?
Will Biden have to float blaming Trump again before they even start taking any blame?
Will terrorists walk across the border wreak havoc?
Will children have to die because there's nothing to feed them?
When will it come time to put America first?
Lauren Bober tweets, gas just hit 437.
People can't get baby formula in the country.
Biden claims to be running.
He'd rather focus on a bill that members have four hours to read and include $40 billion more for aid to Ukraine and $8.8 billion to fight global disinformation.
Give me a break.
America first.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yes, well, amazing.
When they did the $33 billion for Ukraine, there was 417 members of the House that voted for it.
But when they decided to bump it up to $40 billion, there was only 368.
So apparently there's some people in Congress that are realizing this isn't going to go over real well in November and that they might be up for reelection and they're going to have a hard time explaining this excessive BS.
But another thing yesterday, we had talked about a guy named Vivek Razum Swamy, who wrote a book called Woke Inc. Insider.
Inside Corporate America's Social Justice Scam, and he said that Vanguard, State Street, and BlackRock have about 10% investments in all of the major corporations, And because of that, they're the largest voting bloc, and they are forcing the CEOs of these companies to do all kinds of crazy things.
And just in the news this morning, Love Gas Stop, which is a big trucker stop along with Pilot, and Flying J have decided that or have been put on notice by the refiners in the northeast that there's going to be restrictions to diesel fuel and that affects deliveries of all kinds of things but also that also affects the deliveries of diesel fuel for farm tractors so expect to have an on-rolling
Blackout of food supply, but the excuse that's given is that the refining companies have been ordered to switch over to biofuels.
So, they're taking soybeans off of the food market and turning them into diesel fuel, which costs almost double the amount per gallon.
So, bottom line is that's what these nitwits are up to.
How can we burn more food And make fuel twice as expensive and make food even more expensive.
It's just like, economic suicide, you couldn't find a better way of doing it.
Yeah, it's also, it forces you to think maybe they're doing this deliberately to destroy America.
That does appear to be the agenda, Carl.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
So with MTG, that was a nice jab.
And I like how she brings up her oath.
But if you were really serious about oath, given the severity of the news stories that we're covering here, she should really up her game to demand arrest.
And the actor playing Biden, Biden historically as a vice president and senator and Allegedly, as president today, is a key figure in these ongoing lie-started, treaty-violating wars of aggression.
Carl B. Herman, Blogspot, U.S.
Illegal is a series.
The U.S.
has had over 200 foreign incursions with armed attacks on other nations since World War II.
That's over 80% of the global total, killing approximately 30-plus million people.
So if you want to talk about our oath, to support and defend the limits of the Constitution War crimes and wars of aggression are pretty much the worst thing that you can do to a country.
In addition, if you want to talk about your oath, why don't you stand for Title 21?
Title 21 is federal law and that guarantees that anybody can be free from any coercion, force, duress for experimental medical products that include shots, masks, social distancing, whatever.
That's federal law and under Article 6 of the Constitution that is superior to any of these leftist States ordering people to be masked and shot at will.
The emerging data to support that includes the UK's official statistics that among children 10 to 14 years of age, the risk of total death for that population of the unvaccinated kids compared to the vaccinated kids, the double vaccinated kids now have over 50 times The total deaths of the unvaccinated kids.
All that data is at Carl B. Herman Blogspot and that is in, I actually put that into these shows as well and if you want the whole thing with my work with public school districts, that is in the Challenging Public School Districts.
The link of the interview that Jim was kind enough to give me yesterday is also there for a two-hour total explanation of everything that's been going on the last 20 months To understand what really is going on in American public schools.
Let me just add, Carl was simply sensational during the interview, which you can find at my BitChute channel, Jim Fetzer.
Meanwhile, we'll be right back.
Check this out.
All right, welcome back to the channel.
I got my friend Jim Roguski here, and he's got an emergency briefing that he's going to do for us.
We did a video last week and a lot of people saw it and it was about 11 minutes long and everybody said, oh, that's too long.
Can you make it shorter?
So here we go.
We're going to try to keep this as tight as possible.
Most people are unaware that the United States delegation to the World Health Assembly has submitted amendments that are going to be voted upon from May 22nd to May 28th.
And inside those amendments is legal language that would give away not just American sovereignty, but the sovereignty of 193 other nations for a total of 194 to the World Health Organization.
The current law makes it such that each country is sovereign and can tell the W.H.O.
to shove it if the W.H.O.
is trying to cause, declare what they refer to as a public health emergency of international concern.
Currently, the W.H.O.
is required to get the agreement of all of the countries around the world.
The amendments would change that it would strip away the sovereignty of every nation on earth, hand that sovereignty over to the who.
And in effect, you would have one world government.
We have less than four weeks to spread the word.
I've put together all of this information.
This is not a conspiracy theory.
The documents are on the website because they're on the World Health Organization's website.
You just got to look at them.
You won't believe what you see, but you can see it.
You don't have to take my word for it.
Go to dontyoudare.info.
That's not .com.
It's dontyoudare.info to learn how Our delegates who are going to the World Health Assembly, in my humble opinion, are either about to commit treason, sedition, or at the very least administrative malfeasance to give away our sovereignty.
If you'd like to know more, stay tuned to this channel.
Well, it's absolutely stunning, but that's exactly what's going on.
I mean, that's one of the benefits of having an incompetent president.
You can give away national sovereignty if you so choose.
This makes Joe Biden the greatest traitor in the history of the United States.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yes, well, we also have a great trader to the United States, and that would be the supposed inventor of Windows and Microsoft.
He just came out with a new book, How to Prevent the Next Pandemic, just like he funded How to Do the Event 201, How to Create the Next Pandemic.
Well, anyhow, the book was reviewed by James Corbett, and what he's proposing is a group called GERM.
You can't make this shit up.
GERM is the Global Epidemic Response and Mobilization Group, and then he had previously been involved with GAVI, which is the Global Alliance for Vaccine Insistence, or whatever the hell the I stands for, And surprisingly enough, when Trump said that he was withdrawing all of the US funding for WHO because of what they did, he turned around and gave that funding to Gabby.
So, you know, there's only so many excuses you can make for aberrant behavior, and as far as I'm concerned, Since Gabby is one of the major funders of Who, all he did was just put an extra step in the loop.
So it's like, I'm sorry, it's unforgivable.
And definitely, the UN needs to be abolished because it's never stopped a single war in its whole entire history.
And it's never done anything to improve the human condition in any country on the planet.
You make a powerful indictment, Joe.
organization and it needs to be disbanded.
And the fact that they're not allowing Russia to present evidence of biological crimes and crimes against humanity being committed by the opposing forces in Ukraine is just further evidence that this is a setup just exactly like the League of Nations was so that a group of bankers can run the whole entire world.
And this is their mode of operandi.
You make a powerful indictment, Joe.
Carl.
I agree.
The U.N.
is a criminal organization, and as we're talking about arrests, pretty much everybody in positions of the highest power.
The reason that the U.N.
is a criminal organization is because they only have one area of legal responsibility, and that is to stop illegal wars of aggression.
They do the orwellian opposite.
They facilitate these wars of aggression and that's the situation that we have.
Evil has been given control over the people of this planet, so they set up these organizations and they virtue signal while they're destroying the things that they say that they are there to protect.
Now, this current story which Jim has put in, which is important to understand, this rush to authoritarian government, our opponents are desperate, and they're having to push harder and harder and harder to go ahead and get what they want, which is total global control.
The guy was a little bit confused over what to call that, and let me put on my AP U.S.
government hat for a moment.
Oh yeah, it's treason!
It's treason.
Treason is defined as an attack upon the United States.
And the United States, if you define that term, United States, it is the Constitution.
So to give over control of the country, to pretend that you can do that, is a lie.
You can't do that.
But if you attempt to do that, which they're trying to do, That's treason.
That is the death penalty.
And the purpose is this global total control.
And what they want is to be able to do what they've always conditioned us to do, is to just follow orders.
And they'll just give whatever bullshit reason that they're going to do.
If it's with who, it's going to be, yeah, the reason you got to follow these orders is because of your health, for public health, and your health.
I don't know if there's a straw to break the camel's back, but this year looks like a ton to put on the nation and surrender our sovereignty.
I think a lot of people are going to be very, very pissed off.
I hope so.
Meanwhile, Democrats silent as Republicans rip into secret royalty checks to Tony the Rat and hundreds of NIH scientists.
They were all on the dole.
Get this.
Top Democrat leaders with oversight of NIH are keeping quiet about the $350 million in secret payments to agency leaders like Anthony Fauci and hundreds of his scientists.
They were on the dole.
They were being paid off.
The Epoch Times got no response from multiple requests of Senator Patty Murray of Washington and Representative Frank Maloney of New Jersey for comment on a report by a non-profit government watchdog.
Estimating Fauci, former NIH Director Francis Collins, and hundreds of NIH scientists got as much as $350 million in undisclosed royalty payments from pharmaceutical and other private firms between 2010 and 2020.
The conflict of interest could hardly be more egregious.
The revelations from Open to Books first reported on May 9th are based on thousands of pages of documents obtained from NIH under a FOIA lawsuit filed by Judicial Watch.
Open to Books is a Chicago-based nonprofit using the federal and state freedom of information law to obtain and then post on the internet trillions of dollars in spending at all levels of government.
Pallone turns out to be the chairman of the House Committee on Energy and Commerce.
Murray, chairman of the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions.
The main congressional oversight for NIH.
NIH, of course, itself would not comment, because the organization hands out $32 billion in research grants, the undisclosed royalty payments, usually for work on a new drug, may indicate the presence of massive and widespread conflicts of interest and the appearance thereof, both of which violate federal ethic laws and regulations.
Collins, who appears to be as corrupt as they get, resigned as NIH director in December of 2021 after 12 years of leading the world's largest public health agency and the nation to disaster.
Fauci, of course, we know all too well.
Foushee received 23 royalty payments.
Collin was paid 14.
Clifford Lane, Foushee's deputy, got eight.
Bob Malone and Murray were silent on these secret payments.
Republicans expressed outrage.
Senator Marsha Blackburn, for example.
The NIH is a dark money pit.
They covered up grants for gain-of-function research in Wuhan.
No surprise they're now refusing to release critical data regarding the allegation of millions in royalty fees paid to in-house scientists like Fauci.
If NIH wants to keep spending taxpayers' dollars, they have a responsibility to provide transparency.
Ted Cruz, this report is disturbing.
If it is true some of our country's top scientists have conflicts of interest, American people deserve to have the answers.
Greg Stubb of Florida called for an investigation.
Of course it's a direct conflict of interest for scientists like Fauci to rake in $350 million in royalties from third parties who benefit from federal taxpayer grants.
Fauci's a millionaire who got rich off taxpayer dollars, a prime example of the bloated federal bureaucracy.
This royalty system should be examined to ensure it isn't making matters worse.
Which is overwhelmingly obvious on his face.
Representative Buddy Carter said the latest revelations are further evidence Fauci should be fired.
Fauci and NIH have repeatedly abused the trust of the American people from lying about gain-of-function research and walking about claims about COVID.
This is just another nail in the coffin of the integrity of our public health system.
Mike Howell, a veteran congressional counselor and investigator, told the Epoch Times he thinks NIH could be in trouble.
On the Hill in 2023, a voter's returned Republicans to majority control.
This Congress has not only failed to perform serious oversight, in many cases it has been complicit in covering up for them.
Another heritage expert, Douglas Badger, pointed to the need for a systematic re-examination of federal ethics statutes and an oversight investigation of these NIH royalties.
Government scientists collecting royalties with work they did in the course of their official duties must disclose this information to the public.
This is stunning.
HHS should revise its ethnic kind to require such exposure.
Federal agencies should respond fully.
This is stunning.
Rick Manning, president of Americans for Limited Government, also pointed out potential seriousness of these conflicts.
The obvious conflict of interest for public health signed recipients of hundreds of millions in royalty payments calls into question who they have been working for.
No doubt about it.
In a related development, Representative Brett Guthrie, examining Biden's 2023 budget proposals, the department includes NIH, needs far more congressional oversight.
The budget specifically gives more than a $6 billion combined boost to CDC and NIH, both of which have come under fire recently for controversial masking guidance and COVID-19 research.
All disgusting.
All disgusting.
This is another way in which the dam is breaking apart.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yes, well, saying they're on the dole is just half right.
What they're on is the Bi-Dole.
B-A-Y-H-D-O-L-E Act.
Named after two-sponsored senator, Birch Bi, Democrat of Indiana, And Bob Dole, Republican of Kansas, so it was a bipartisan ripoff of the taxpayers, adopted December 12, 1980, codified as 94 Statute 3015.
codified as 94 Statute 3015.
What this did is it allowed government-funded research that is patentable to have the patent royalties assigned to the members of the government that were in charge of spending government money on the research under the auspices that it might stimulate business.
What the hell?
This was at the end of the Jimmy Carter era and these guys managed to convince themselves in Congress that if we took money out of the U.S.
Treasurer gave it to the people that had spent the U.S.
Treasury money to develop these patents, that that was going to somehow benefit the country.
It's absolute pretzel logic from the get-go, and this is another one of those acts, along with the Smith-Mundt Act that they revised, that needs to be revoked.
We've had nothing but rotten government in this country for my entire lifetime, and the only reason I don't know it's more than that is because I'm just reading it in the books, but Guaranteed.
Everything has been rotten 100%.
And Joe, I agree.
How many times can Trump do something grossly wrong, apparently deliberately, and get a free ride?
I think you're making a powerful case.
Carl?
Yeah.
So that royalty story, I had read in another article that there were about 1,800 scientists who were getting these kickbacks, if that figure is accurate.
So 350 million divided by 1800, that's about 200,000 on average per check.
And Fauci got like 23 of those things.
One of the favorite people that I have to document how dirty big pharma is, is Dr. Marcia Engel.
She's from Harvard's Medical School.
She's the former editor of the New England Journal of Medicine, and she's on fire.
She's written books, and the favorite stat that I have from her Is that the top 10 pharmaceutical companies in the United States, the ones we call Big Pharma, their profits of just those 10 companies are greater than the profits of the next 490 companies combined on the Fortune 500.
So this is big, big money going around.
And this is just monopoly money.
So please understand that what we have is a system owned by parasitical psychopaths who create what is used for money as digits on a computer now, and there's no limit to that.
If you take a look at when the Fed began power a little over 100 years ago, the value of the dollar has dropped by 99% plus.
My grandfather, on my mom's side, papa, he was born in 1891.
And he shared with my two brothers and I when we were little his first contract for work.
That was at twelve and a half cents an hour.
And he was a pneumatic engineer.
So for an eight hour day, he was making a dollar a day.
So if he got paid every two weeks, he could get paid by this one 1910 gold coin that was worth $10 at the time.
So two weeks of income, you get one coin for that.
That gives you a little visual demonstration of the inflation and the criminality of these people.
And again, the only thing that we could do is call for their arrests.
Wow, you guys are doing a great job of laying it out here.
Meanwhile, pro-abortion protests at the homes of the SCOTUS justices broke a law similar to what the January 6th rioters were charged with.
This just shows the hypocrisy, the blatant un-American, undemocratic practices of the Democratic Party.
Do you think pro-abortion protesters will be treated the same way the January 6 rioters were treated?
The chance?
About zero.
The draft decision was leaked to Politico.
Alito revealed where they're going.
The pro-abortion ghouls went insane.
Over the weekend, hysterical pro-abortion protesters gathered in front of the homes of conservative court justices in an attempt to show their displeasure at the decision not yet finalized in an effort to change their vote.
On Monday, the outraged mob went to the home of Justice Alito.
He and his family had been removed to a secure location.
Mega King Bozo tweeted, you can see the few police officers wheeling around in the back, allowing the illegal intimidation of Justice Alito to take place.
So what's going on here, Glenn Youngkin?
The problem is what they're doing is illegal.
The law is crystal clear.
Under 18 U.S.
Code 1507, Pickets or braids in or near a building housing a court of the United States or in or near a building or residence occupied or used by such judge, juror, witness, or court officer are prohibited when done with the intent of interfering with, obstructing, or impeding the administration of justice, which is precisely what they are doing.
If picketing and braids sound strangely familiar, that's because many of the January 6th protesters were charged with No one has been charged with fomenting an insurrection.
Many who are at the Capitol were charged with violating 40 U.S.
Code 5104, which bans parades, demonstrate, or picket in any of the Capitol buildings.
Others under 18 U.S.
Code 1512 prohibiting protests that obstruct influence or impede official proceeding or attempts to do so.
The difference in penalties is significant.
The max for protests at the homes of the justices is one year in jail, a misdemeanor.
For the Capitol, 20 years max is a felony.
YouTuber and political commentator Ted Poole said, tweeting, We've been coordinating with Fairfax County PD, Virginia State Police, and federal authorities to ensure there isn't violence.
Virginia State Police are closely monitoring, fully coordinating with Fairfax County in the protest.
Arrest them!
On Bull's website, Cassandra Fairbanks wrote and quoted a couple of attorneys asking the difference between the aggressive pro-abortion protesters and the handling of the January 6th.
The main problem law enforcement usually has is guessing the intent of the protesters.
The code section for picketing and brother justice requires the intent to interfere, obstruct, or impede.
How can we know?
We look at their language or writing.
So you can find evidence of intent by looking at their social media, for example.
Asked if protesters were a clear violation of the law or there were a loophole, First Amendment expert and attorney Ron Goldman said, the case seems clear.
If there's a loophole, it's the big one, the First Amendment, but not likely.
Time, place, manner, restriction on speech are unconstitutional and they're reasonable.
What's unreasonable about these?
Despite the residential protests being a seemingly clear-cut violation of federal law, the White House has refused to condemn them or urge them to choose another location.
The President has not been out there trying to calm things down.
The White House refused to condemn the doxing of the home addresses, even though this sort of protest is illegal.
RNC Research tweeted, Jen Psaki said Biden has no position.
A pro-abortion activist posting a map of the home addresses of Supreme Court justices.
That would be an impeachable offense all by itself.
Here's another.
POTUS strongly believes in the constitutional right to protest, but that should never include violence, threats, or vandalism.
Judges perform an incredibly important function in our society.
They must be able to do their job without concern for their personal safety.
The solution here is to enforce the law, good and hard.
The activist organization that popped up, Ruth Sanders, is the one publishing the addresses and organizing protests.
It's outrageous because Ruth Bader Ginsburg, although she was pro-life, anti-Roe, would never have stood for this kind of protest at the homes of justices.
What's happening now is clear intimidation to get at least one justice to change his or her mind.
It's right now 5-4 overturned row.
6-3 to find in favor of a Mississippi law banning abortion at 15 weeks.
Chief Justice Roberts is trying to have it both ways.
After a weekend of protests, interruptions at churches, and a fiery but mostly peaceful attack, the White House press secretary issued a limp condemnation of vandalism and intimidation.
If trespassing on federal property and entering the Capitol when the doors are open, you can get a year in solitary, maybe trying to intimidate a Supreme Court justice could get you a week or two and tie you up with legal fees.
The process is the punishment after all.
Joe.
Yes, well, three of the judges live in Maryland, and three of the Supreme Court judges live in Virginia.
And the Virginia Attorney General is a new guy named Jason Mares, M-I-Y-A-R-E-S, who's a Republican, who was elected along with Youngkin.
And he's already stated that they will arrest these people and they will prosecute them because Virginia has similar laws protecting judges, juries, and witnesses in the judicial system.
And there was a further report this morning that the U.S.
marshals are going to protect these homes and they're going to break up and arrest these protesters too.
So basically what you have is another DNC pressure group, an Antifa BLM flash mob that they can gather at any particular moment to apply political pressure.
And they've got a compliant news media that's going to give the most beneficial news possible to how wonderful this is and a proof of our democracy that we allow these kind of tyrannical behavior by these juvenile delinquents.
Good.
Carl?
It does seem on the surface that this is more rules for thee, but not for me.
Jim asked the question about the straw breaking the camel's back or the emperor's new clothes moment, and it just seems to be piling on and on and on.
You have Chicago Mayor Lightfoot tweeting that this is a call to arms, and that sounds a little insurrection-y to me.
You have Senator Majority Leader Schumer saying that if judges vote for this, is that they're not even gonna know what hit them.
Well, that sounds like you get a gunshot because usually if you get hit by a gunshot, you don't know what hit you until after you hear it.
And I think, but the bigger picture is that this is all a distraction from the election fraud from the 2000 mules and I hope other evidence, Hunter Biden's laptop.
I hope we get more from that.
The Ukraine war.
I hope we get more from that.
All of the looting that we have and the purpose of this might be to create chaos.
And if our opponents really are in charge, they're going to throw some kind of a false flag attack in there and they're going to blame Trump is for that.
So, man, it is just a perilous perilous times.
Yeah, nice points, Carl.
Yes, yes.
They're like a broken record.
Meanwhile, this is a rather fascinating piece.
Obama liberals killed abortion rights.
This is from a black rights organization, Senior Columnist.
Fascinating.
The Freedom of Choice Act, Barack Obama said, is not my highest legislative priority.
The revelation that the court has poised to overturn Roe has not motivated left-wing Democrats to effectively mobilize on an issue they care about.
They're made powerless by their dependence on liberalism and loyalty to people like Obama, who undermine them.
On May 2nd, we learned about the decision forthcoming.
The reaction was swift and predictable.
Marching on the courthouses, Obama released a long-winded 700-word statement declaring himself, his wife, who's actually a man, strongly opposed to the court's imminent decision.
It's amusing because it gives the impression that Obama had nothing to do with this development.
As a presidential candidate, Obama promised to sign the Freedom of Choice Act, which would have codified abortion rights into federal law.
Once in office, however, he never pushed Congress to pass it.
In typical Obama-esque fashion, he would claim to believe women had the right to choose, But he didn't want to demonize the opposition and define consensus.
After his usual on-the-one-hand-this-but-the-other-hand-that, he finally set out loud what's what's clear.
A Freedom of Choice Act is not my highest legislative priority.
It wasn't even his lowest.
He never lifted a finger to get it passed, even in the two years in office when he had majorities in both the House and the Senate.
Knowing full well Roe hinged on having a supportive court in place, he dithered on doing what he had the power to do.
In 2013, he knew the Dems might lose control of the Senate.
In 2014, he asked Justice Ginsburg, already eight years old with cancer, to step down.
She declined.
He didn't press the issue.
In 2016, Justice Scalia died.
He appears to have been murdered.
And Republicans refer us to even hold hearings to confirm Merrick Garland, for good reason it appears, because he's already in complete disgrace, violating the law on every hand as the Attorney General.
Obama had the option of making a resource appointment that would have put Garland on the court, But he didn't do that either.
It would have been controversial.
Perhaps Garland's president would have been short, but it would have made clear Democrats were as committed as they claim to be on the issue of abortion rights, and still they play games.
Unhappiness with the Democrats is met with a plea to protect the federal judiciary from conservatives.
Nothing but a cynical effort to keep left-leaning Democrats in the fold, discredit anyone who wants a party's continued failures, To do what the people want him to do.
Now the liars and hypocrites like Pelosi, who once claimed abortion was a fainting issue, are sending fundraising appeals to brainwashed liberals who will again write checks and declare their devotion, like Stockholm Syndrome hostages.
Hillary's foolish appeals to conservatives include choosing anti-choice Senator Kim Tain as a running mate, saying even occasionally she was ambivalent about abortion.
They are lost because they don't know the most basic rules on political mobilization.
Instead of harassing justices at home, they should be harassing their Democrat representatives.
Why march to a courthouse instead of the office of a Democrat member of Congress and demand they make abortion legal?
Senators have the ability to end the filibuster, which would give the Senate the ability to pass a Freedom of Choice Act with their tiny minority, just because Kamala, the vice president, casts a vote when it's 50-50.
Every Democrat senator should be quaking in his mood for fear they'll be turned out of office if they don't act to protect abortion.
Of course they know they have nothing to fear.
Their people have been brainwashed.
They're incapable of showing even minimal opposition to their opposition in action.
Biden announced $40 billion going to Ukraine, or rather the military-industrial complex, with no pushback from those who claim to be progressive.
Omega hat-wearing right-wingers are said to be propagandized.
Liberals again show themselves to be even more happily captive to their leadership.
Black caucus members are no more useful than the rest of their colleagues.
Personal stories are a poor substitute for action.
Rhetoric is all we have, as abortion rights will surely disappear across much of the country.
Obama admitted the low priority for this and other issues of importance to Democrat voters.
Biden is no different.
As long as what passes for a left wing is in the hands of cynical politicians and deluded liberals, we can only expect more of the same.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yeah, well, Camilla didn't get to cast the tie vote in the Senate bill to make abortion nationwide, which would have eliminated over 500 laws across the country in different states that had placed limitations on abortions.
So that was pretty much something that, you know, you can do this in your state if that's what you want to do, but the state should have the right to make some restrictions if it's morally repugnant to them.
The vote was 51 to 49.
It included all 50 of the RINOs, and whatever actual bag of Republicans are there, and also Senator Manchin from West Virginia, who is a Democrat but
Trump got 69% of the vote in West Virginia, and Manchin can read the tea leaves as well as anybody, and the thing is, to pass in the Senate required a 60 vote, so they might let Kamala vote once, but I don't think she's going to get away with voting 10 times in the Senate like the Democrats got away with in 2020.
Carl?
The Freedom of Choice Act is bullshitty in the background, and if people just take a look at anything that's happening from the point of view that first and foremost is just virtue signaling and it's just manipulation, then that is the best place to start.
This act was introduced into the Senate in 2007 by Senator Barack Obama.
And from our hindsight now, we can see, oh yeah, they were going to put him in as president.
They wanted to groom him.
They wanted to put his name on a bill the Democrats would be happy.
So I think that is what happened with that one.
And then when he was campaigning for president in 2007, Barack, he said, the first thing I'll do as president is sign the Freedom of Choice Act.
That's the first thing I'll do.
And then, of course, he reneged and he let that drop.
And even though the Democrats had majority Holdings in the House and the Senate, they didn't even reintroduce the bill, so it wasn't about the bill.
It's all bullshit virtue signaling as a manipulation, probably to maneuver Obama into position to be the left-hand puppet of the empire.
Yes, yes, nice.

Yes, great Yes, great Texas lawyer Robert Burns was asked to review the 2000 Mules movie.
And he said, interesting thing is that right after the election fraud in November of 2020, the Republican National Convention, RNC, said that they were going to investigate, but they needed to have money to do it.
And generous MAGA donors gave $100 million to the RNC to investigate that crime.
True, the vote spent $2 million and actually did investigate the crime.
And there's no evidence that the RNC spent anything of that money except maybe to elect some rhinos that they were having difficulty getting people to swallow.
So that's pretty disgusting, but he also had some great information on the Alex Jones case, and I forwarded that to you, but I will
Re-edit it again and go to the timestamps for where he actually mentions you and he mentions Wolfgang Halib and he mentioned several people in there that could have been pivotal in changing the debate in the Alex Jones current bankruptcy case because of what they did, but he reiterates over and over the justice system is 100% broke.
It's nothing but lawfare By the monsters that run the government and the major industries.
Carl, your thoughts?
The movie, They Live, is closer to a documentary than fantasy.
And once, as a professional historian, Carl B. Herman Blackspot, any of these shows, read the context section.
No kidding!
The world that we live in is upside down.
You do have the criminals and the psychopaths and the looters and the liars who have been in positions of power for hundreds of years, perhaps far back than that.
So you are seeing the world correctly when you look around and see it's all crooked, it's all owned.
Anything that is important is.
And that said, We're fighting for what our hearts call for us, what our sense of virtues call for us.
So you have to become adept in both worlds of being the person who you've always wanted to be, with the expressions of leadership and love, intelligence and harmony.
Knowledge, faith, efficiency, and at the same time, we're at war, brothers and sisters, so fight hard for that.
And the biggest paradox of all, again, we're small pieces on a big game board, so the idea of surrendering to your part is wisdom as well.
Wonderful commentaries, as usual, from Joe Olson from Houston and Carl Herman from San Ramon, California.
Interesting that Barnes mentions my case and Wolfgang Halbig.
I've tried repeatedly to reach out to Alex Jones to lend him a hand.
He claimed during an oral deposition in Connecticut he'd never even read Nobody Died at Sandy Hook, where I brought together 13 experts, including six PhDs, that we established The school had been closed by 2008, that there were no teachers or students there, and that it had been a two-day FEMA drill presented as mass murder to promote gun control.
We even found the manual for the exercise, which I published as Appendix A.
I am still seeking to intervene indeed in this bankruptcy case for Alex Jones.
But all the parties are opposing me.
Can you believe?
They all don't want to establish or confront the fact that there's never bothered to prove anybody died at Sandy Hook, which has been the predicate on which all these cases have been based.
It's outrageous.
I am now finalizing my submission to the United States Supreme Court for a writ of certiorari for them to review my case in treatment by the courts in Wisconsin, which was completely outrageous.
More to come, but I hope.
That the Supreme Court might take it seriously because the stakes are simply enormous.
