Well, this is Jim Fetzer, your host, where this is an expanded version of The Raw Deal, since Giuseppe and Scorpio have departed for Speak Free, a different platform.
We miss them dearly.
I'm very pleased to have today a special guest, Carl Herman, who is a longtime colleague and has been doing simply brilliant work in the Los Angeles area, fighting the good fight.
For teachers who are being suppressed by their administration.
He's having such remarkable success.
I thought it would be a perfect opportunity for him to share what's developing there.
Carl, welcome to The Raw Deal.
Thank you very much, Jim.
It's my pleasure and honor.
I did start out working for Los Angeles Unified School District for 14 years, but now I'm in Northern California working for Hayward Unified School District.
And the tale that I have to tell is challenging our district for their health orders.
And would you like me just to go ahead and jump in?
I want you to lay it out, Carl, and yeah, I'm glad you're correcting the jurisdiction or vicinity.
I myself grew up in Southern California, born in Pasadena, graduated from South Pasadena High School a few years ago.
In fact, I just got an alumni magazine explaining how some dear colleagues of mine, classmates of mine, have now Bit the bullet, hit the dust, and I guess at our age that's inevitable.
It's going to happen to every one of us sooner or later.
Carl, tell us, lay it on, what's going on there and the fight you are putting up, which in my opinion is virtually heroic.
All right, thank you.
Do we want to do screen share?
Yeah, sure, let's do it.
Okay, so you just need to enable me.
Yeah, I'm going to make you the host.
That'll work.
As you're doing that, I'll share that Jim and I were born in the same hospital.
Huntington.
Huntington Memorial.
You can see the Rose Bowl from the hospital where we were born.
Carl, you should have the ability now.
Yeah, go for it.
And my older brother has his professional psychology firm on Huntington, just about two miles from where you You grew up.
Okay, so here we go.
This is my blog spot.
I've written about a thousand articles since 2009 with a total of maybe 50 million page views as best I can discern from the data.
And for this story, I need to give a little bit of background.
I'm a National Board Certified Teacher in Social Studies.
That's History, Government, and Economics.
I have degrees from Berkeley and Harvard.
I've been acknowledged by two Los Angeles mayors by being among the best few teachers in Central Los Angeles.
That's a population of about 20,000 teachers.
And part of the real What I bring to the table to be able to say what I'm saying here is that I initiated a major at UC Berkeley for ending poverty, and I participated as one of about 100 leaders with results.org to create two UN summits for heads of state, the 1990 World Summit for Children,
for ending global poverty that our leaders have promised since 1969, and the 1997 microcredit summit that's small loans to the poorest of the poor, the creator of which Dr. Muhammad Yunus won the Nobel Peace Prize in 2006.
Now anybody who goes all the way up presenting real solutions to world leaders And these were two UN summits for heads of state.
That's kings, presidents, prime ministers.
We all discover the same thing, is that all we get is virtue signaling and bullshit and reneged promises and then the most ridiculous lame excuses you can imagine.
So we find out on our own terms that the leaders of the former, so-called former colonial nations, still operate a neocolonial global empire.
To maximize their profits from natural resources and to use human resources to get those natural resources.
So that's the context for the story.
September 2020.
We go back to school that year, but that is a year of so-called distance learning.
Now, Hayward Unified School District, I've been a teacher, this is my 38th and likely final year in public education, and Hayward Unified School District is in the East Bay of Northern California, if you go to Berkeley and Oakland, just over the hills.
I live in San Ramon, which is a very pleasant place, and Hayward is in the East Bay there.
So, we had a school year, and Jim, anytime that you want, jump in with questions, clarifications, we'll just dance with this.
You got it, Carl!
All right, buddy.
So we had distance learning in the school year of 2020 to 2021.
So the students were at home.
These are all Zoom calls.
And I was right here.
This was exactly the same setup.
And I'm teaching math to the most challenged Students at Hayward High School, the most credit deficient students.
And I have credential in mathematics also, and I ended up in mathematics because what happens, and this will be again good context for this story, I have published research via the Claremont Colleges.
Professors there asked me to write a paper and make a presentation to about a 2,000 person international economics conference, and the topic that they wanted me to address is empire.
And the paper I wrote Explained, documented, and proved that the wars the US engages in are Orwellian illegal, and that corporate media cover that up, and that the key part is to get the money part, or banking system is looters.
I got ended up being fired from four school districts, despite having national board certification and my background, because when you factually lay out the case that the wars are started with known lies, known to be lies, as they're told, and the wars are illegal, that is too close to the empire.
And I was fired each time without cause.
So I ended up, and I ended up couldn't get hired again to teach social science, so I'm teaching math, and I get the job that nobody else wants with the most credit deficient students, which I actually like.
They have the most spunk.
They have, wow, such challenging circumstances.
So in the Zoom year of distance learning, the overall failure rate for students doubled.
That is the most horrific drop in academic performance in district history.
And it wasn't just Hayward Unified School District.
It was at our school too, Hayward High School.
But it was typical for distance learning.
The students were certainly not inspired to do much.
And beginning in September 2020, for that year of distance learning, I began challenging our school district for the legality of their so-called health, so-called orders.
And what is, in my experience, typical of dealing with the empire, is that they'll bullshit you to start.
They'll obfuscate.
They'll refuse to answer questions.
And now, I think the best thing for me to do is once I've laid that out that I've been asking questions for the legality is to jump to the present and kind of give you the this is a I think I'm about at the end of this journey after 20 months, I've exhausted all of the.
Methods of official grievances against the district, and those grievances have centered that the orders are illegal, we'll get to the factual basis for that in a moment, and also for suppression of academic freedom and the status of it now.
For those of you who are seeing the video of this, for the title of this article, and for those of you who are listening, Carl B. Herman, H-E-R-M-A-N, Blogspot, and you'll see all of these challenging our public school district's obedience to county health orders on that for the tale.
I'm at episode 55 of this tale now.
So where are we at?
These articles, I give a long summary of what's been happening for 20 months.
And the next step I'm about to after I've collected all this data.
All of this is the summary of what's happened in these 55 episodes.
The district.
I'll just go right here.
The district responded officially to me that they've already answered all of my questions, and the two answers that they had chosen to give is that everyone is expected to follow orders.
That's one.
So when I challenged, what is the legality of your orders?
What is the legal authorization?
And I would cite the limits of the law, which we'll go over.
They just say just follow orders, which of course is a Orwellian answer.
And as well, all of you may remember from your U.S.
history class and U.S.
government classes that we teach all the students that just follow orders.
is a prima facie illegal justification to power.
In World War II, we were told of these documented war crimes, including medical experiments, gruesome medical experiments on people, and that the justification in the Nuremberg trials of just following orders was rejected.
So even though I tell the district, I say, so you recognize.
That we teach all of our students here at Henry Unified School District in the state of California and in the United States and in all of the world that just follow orders as an illegal defense.
They don't care.
They don't care.
That's part of what you get in dealing with the empire's propaganda is paper thin, but they push it anyway.
And that's consistent with all totalitarian and authoritarian dictatorial governments.
They just put whatever propaganda they think will sell best and that's what they do.
So that was one justification that the district gave, just follow orders.
The second justification, which I think was a mistake for them to tell me, but they did.
I I had asked specifically regarding Title 21.
Title 21 is U.S.
code, and according to Article 6 in the United States Constitution, this is superior law to anything that the state does.
So the United States of America is defined by our Constitution.
And Article 6 says federal law is superior to state law.
And I'm sure this is all ringing a bell for our audience of what you already know, what you already learned.
And it's true, that's what the document says.
And in this case, Title 21, it governs FDA and DEA and a couple of other agencies.
And it is the regulations regarding food and drugs.
All right, now Title 21, after World War II and the Nuremberg Trials where we discovered these horrific medical experiments, Title 21 is exactly what I'm showing you right here, is about no more medical experiments forever.
And the text of Title 21 just says that people have a choice to decline medical experiments, but the entire language from the Nuremberg Code is in the California Health and Safety Code, and it says that people are quote,
Be given the opportunity to decide to consent or not to consent to a medical experiment without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, coercion, or undue influence on the subject's decision.
Now that is crystal clear in letter and intent.
No one has ever challenged this, and yet we have the school district saying, okay Carl, for you Your question about Title 21.
See, if we give you broader rights or stricter compliance to the law, then California can be superior to federal law.
And because we're giving you broader rights and more stringent compliance to Title 21, what we say is superior to federal law.
Now, ladies and gentlemen, This is the most Orwellian big lie.
And of course they have to ignore my follow-up question saying, okay, okay, so if I exercise Title 21 and decline medical experimental products, like a mask, like a test, like an injection, if I decline all that, you also tell me at the same time, you're going to put me on unpaid leave.
For being a risk to public health and a risk to myself, I'm sure you would also argue.
So how is forced unpaid leave for me a broader right to my ability to decline experimental medicine?
Or somehow more strictly complying with the law that I get free choice?
And of course they can't answer that, so they don't.
So that's a huge, huge proof Which we're getting to what our school board and what our teachers union is saying about that.
Okay, so that's what they say.
They're giving us all broader rights.
And when I also say, and with students, if they decline a mask, A shot or a test or a social distance.
You're going to suspend or expel them or you're going to segregate them to what you're claiming to be is separate but equal school segregation by having them do distance learning or independent study.
How is that a broader right for their choice to force them into that if they exercise a declination of experimental medicine and they can't answer that?
So that was what the district did in completion to their answer over 20 months.
Those were the two answers that I was able to get from them.
There's a grievance procedure, which I followed, but the district said that these don't qualify as grievances.
I had cited our contract saying that the district has to have policies in conformance to law, and the district said our policies are so legal, we're not even going to address them.
It's not even a complaint, Mr. Herman.
But they did say we are legally obligated to count this as an official complaint under the uniform complaint process, which has four steps.
All of this is documented in the article.
I won't show you those four steps.
But the four steps are really well designed in an official complaint, Jim, is that you give a complaint and then the district has to respond.
And then if you don't like the response, you get two additional meetings to clarify this.
Because the district can't answer the question about how is unpaid leave that you force me on a broader right, they had to destroy those two meetings.
So that's a violation of the law.
Now for our teachers union, when I began this in September 2020, The vice president of the Teachers Union, Mary Walsh, who is a teacher at Hayward High School and my department chair at the math department, who I personally like and feel that she has a good heart and good intent, she telephoned me and says, Carl, here's the deal.
We negotiated all these rules and procedures with the district in good faith.
So we're not going to stand with you that they're illegal, because we negotiated this and this was a lot of work.
And moreover, the other teachers are way in majority opinion that they are for all these safety procedures.
Now that said, Mary told me, Is that we are going to support you in getting answers to your questions and wish you luck in getting them.
But we're not really on your side with this one.
So I didn't push our union very hard on that because I wanted them, as an ally, I wanted to be able to have them on my side instead of the district side for this, what turned out to be a 20-month and counting battle.
So that was the union's position.
Now, through this entire procedure, the union president has assisted in getting these meetings where I was able to get the evidence I will now show.
So, our Teachers Union is the Hayward Educators Association, HEA, and the district, Hayward Unified School District, is HUSD in these things, and I may just refer to their acronyms.
And where we're at right now is, and I just sent this yesterday to the officers, is that HEA said, all right, Carl, May 17th, we're going to have a meeting and we're going to determine if we're going to accept your request that your grievances continue to the last step of the process, which is arbitration.
And in the email they sent me, they said he retains the final decision on whether or not to advance grievances to arbitration upon receiving counsel from CTA.
That's the California Teachers Association.
Attorneys and staff, we believe your grievances will not prevail in an arbitration.
For that reason, we are recommending that he and not advance the matter to arbitrations.
And then it says, but we'll hear you out.
And so I'll be able to make the argument.
Now, CTA is a necessary component for this story because the California Teachers Association has to join in this lie.
And I'll reveal their lie here in this detailed story.
If anybody has any questions about any of this, again, Carl B. Herman Blogspot.
And my email address is at the bottom of all of these articles and chapters that I've written.
So let's give you the story and a glance into the inside of the official propaganda with just going over the communication, which I think is an excellent essay for anybody who is interested in the broader topic of being able to know what's going on with COVID, the vaccinations.
So here we go.
So I sent this to the board.
I started by quoting what title 21 is about new experimental medicine forced and with a couple of graphics from recent data.
So what people may know is that we're beginning to get shocking.
Game ending vaccine ending statistics and data.
And this is from the UK, their official office for national statistics, and in their official report they tried to hide what you're seeing here, but they weren't able to do it.
And they disclosed in the data that if you take a look at children aged 10 to 14 of their total deaths, and they did it per 100,000 person years, which is a statistical adjustment to get the most accurate data, because in this particular application of statistics, if you're going to take kids and you have the possibility of unvaccinated, but then they
There are certain age if they take one dose they may be a different age when they take a second dose, you break it up into finer distinctions of age and it gives you more accurate data with how old these kids are when these events happen for vaccination.
And this is the result is that the likelihood of death for children in England.
From age 10 to 14 is over 50 times higher if they have two doses of the vaccination.
It's 10 times higher if they have one dose of the vaccination.
And that should end the vaccination push or requirement right now.
As our audience may know, lost a court battle to keep their data secret for 75 years.
But they've had to disclose and people are, you know, other heroes are going through that data and finding gems like this one.
They had, what they had done to test and to recommend the vaccine to pregnant women is from a study on 44 rats, pregnant rats, where they were able to dissect the rats, take a look at the developing baby rat in there.
And then, you know, the rats that they allowed to be born, they didn't follow those rats.
And they chose rats as a 21 day Uh, period from fertilization to, to being able to have a little baby rat pop out.
But, uh, they did find out that women, so they recommended that the vaccine is safe for pregnant women on the rat study, that they didn't follow the development of the baby rats.
But, uh, people who were pregnant did get the vaccine and this was the outcome.
Is that for that small group, 23 had spontaneous abortion, two premature baby deaths, one intrauterine death, or two of those, one neonatal death, one, only one normal outcome, and five of them they didn't get data for.
So I'm sharing this with the union board, which are the leaders.
And you need to know that our union has been on board with pushing these vaccines.
So, this is next week, and I'm making two policy recommendations to the district is one they should advance these two arbitrations, or these two grievances to arbitration one is for academic freedom and I'll go for that.
And the other one is that there's a legal limit to be able to go to arbitration to interpret the law is that arbitration really doesn't want to do that.
So I'm being explicit here with what I've wanted from the beginning is that I don't want to argue the law.
What I want to do is I want to make a prima facie case that the policies are illegal.
And therefore, correctly and properly, the burden of proof to demonstrate legality is on the district.
All they need to do is give a valid explanation.
But they refuse to do that.
All they've done is say, just follow orders, which again, we teach all of our students in high school.
That's an illegal defense.
And then they give this lie, which is broader rights.
And I'm making the case that, look, wake up.
These are obvious and required questions I'm asking.
I have not received any answer that any student would accept or should accept.
Moreover, We're all under oath in California to support and defend the constitutions of the state of California and the United States of America.
So I've made the case from the beginning that, hey, asking these questions, I mean, you may not like it, but you hired me to do this.
Okay, so we'll go into any of the details.
Any questions or comments at this point, Jim?
Well, I think you're doing a marvelous job.
You've put them in a box.
You know the law better than they, Carl.
I mean, it's ridiculous.
You're dealing with administrators who are having to enforce a policy that does not have a legal foundation.
And they're, of course, You know, distraught, really.
They don't want to admit at fault.
They actually, I think, perceive, even if dimly, that they may be liable for big bucks for taking actions that could justify class action lawsuits against the district.
So we got a break here.
We'll come right back with Carl Herman, who's fighting the good fight in California for teachers in his system.

Well, Carl Herman, my feature guest today here on The Raw Deal, is giving quite a sensational and detailed development of his case against
His district for really violating his rights, where I think he has shown that they're virtually incapable of defending themselves, which doesn't mean they are not going to continue to resist.
It appears they're gonna fight this to the dying day, as it were, until Carl completely exhausts their ability to defend themselves.
Please do continue, Carl.
This is quite a fascinating history you're sharing with us.
Well, thank you, Jim.
Thank you.
It is fascinating history, and you and I are in a similar position where all the facts are on our side, on our cases, and yet we're the targets of lawfare.
I am working with The legal teams through America Frontline Doctors and Children's Health Defense.
They have gotten attorneys who are willing to contribute their time to sue school districts and among the districts that off the top of my head, I can remember that they've sued and won to restrict these actions to force medical experiments, especially these injections on our children, LA Unified, San Diego Unified, and a nearby NorCal district in Piedmont.
One of the attorneys I spoke with, I'm networked with two legal firms involved in these cases.
And in talking to one of the attorneys, she said, okay, so you need to, so my case, I have volunteered to be a plaintiff to bring this to a suit that either Children's Health Defense or America Frontline Doctors, those affiliated attorneys would represent.
They tell me that That my case hasn't risen to the top where they would take it, and that they're really looking at the cases that would help the most amount of families and children.
But I am prepared.
Whenever they say go, I'll do it.
One of the attorneys who talked with me said that, Carl, you need to know something about school districts, is that when it comes down to lawsuits, they act as if they have more money than God himself.
And it would just be a long process.
And the attorney said school districts will never admit that they're wrong.
Never.
Not once.
They'll take it all the way.
And that's been my experience.
I am declaring myself as a whistleblower requiring protections and the facts of my case demonstrate that this is not reasonable.
Just as you said, Jim, it is not reasonable for anybody looking at the facts to pretend that there's any validity to these orders.
And I also claim that I am under oath as an employee of the state of California.
We're all under an oath to support and defend The limited government within our California and U.S.
constitutions.
So I've had to make creative responses with how to deal with this prima facie illegal policy.
And I've done so, and I appreciate the paths of Gandhi and King and of similar type of forced creative responses.
This is lawfare.
So, This is the argument about why I have the teachers union board will have a choice for two grievances going on to arbitration.
The first one.
I make the argument that the district is violating our contract to support academic freedom.
And this is the story for that one.
And this is all written up again, if you're just joining us, Carl B. Herman Blogspot, and just look at any of the challenges to these health orders and the whole story is there in abundance over these 20 months.
So, beginning in November of 2021, we were back to school.
They were requiring masks and social distancing.
And there was a policy in November of 2021, I got an urgent email from the school principal, and a bunch of classes had to go to the quad because there was a risk of COVID exposure.
And so I go to the quad, it's a beautiful November morning in Northern California, and our administrators Couple of assistant principals, I think three of them were out there on lunch tables with their laptop and maybe, I don't know, 100 to 200 students were lined up.
So I walk up to one of the assistant principals and say, OK, so let me be clear about what you're doing here is that there was a so-called positive so-called case in a classroom.
And so now all these students out on the quad.
We're in those classrooms with that positive case.
Do I understand this correctly in the assistant principal?
Miller says, yes, you do.
This is okay now.
And he looked at me and he said, you are going to be ordered home to Mr. Herman.
I said, really?
Because I already know that they have no authority to do that.
I said, really?
So under what basis is that?
And he looked at me and said, the rules have changed.
I said, oh, you want me to go to the principal's office right now?
Because he wasn't out there.
He says, no, no, he'll come out.
So the principal comes out eventually, and students are going up.
And I'm just observing this.
I'm not supposed to observe, but I'm observing this.
Students line up in front of the assistant principal.
And the assistant principal, you know, he's got a huge line of students, and he just gets their name.
And what pops up is our program called Infinite Campus, which keeps track of attendance, and discipline, and transcripts, and everything with grades.
And it's the program that the teachers use to enter in grades.
And there's a little box on top, which is has a green check, which says COVID compliant.
And that means that they've gotten their vaccinations, their full vaccinations, however they define that at the time.
And if that little box pops up.
The assistant principal would tell those students, all right, you can go back to class if you're feeling well.
Now, if that box didn't pop up, and I did a little study and checking with the students, about a third of our students are not vaccinated.
If that box didn't pop up, they were ordered to the attendance office to be segregated for in-home distance learning for the next 10 calendar days.
So I'm observing this going on here.
Now some students popped up saying they weren't compliant, and the assistant principal would say, have you been vaccinated?
And if the student says yes, the assistant principal would say, do you have that proof?
Several students were able to go to their phone and say, oh, yeah, I just haven't turned it in.
And they would show it to the assistant principal, the assistant principal would check it, and then that student would get that green check and would be allowed to go to class.
But the unvaccinated would be sent to the office.
Now I'm watching this and I'm thinking the principal comes out.
I've talked to him.
He orders me home.
And I say, Principal Seymour, You told us that in order to send us home that you have to have evidence that I was within six feet for 15 minutes of somebody who tested positive.
You don't have that evidence.
Where is your authority to send me home?
And I backed him down.
So I was allowed to say, and I asked him, so you're not asking students, you're not doing any checking, you're just sending them all home without any evidence of there being a close contact.
And he said, that's right.
Eventually, I was able to get our teachers union president got a meeting on December 3rd, a zoom meeting with the assistant superintendent.
And that was one of the questions that I had.
Is where's your legal authority to do that?
And she admitted that she didn't know she didn't she couldn't explain that, but she promised to The teachers union president and me on that zoom call, but I'll get you that information.
That was in December.
She never has, because there is no information to justify that.
And they're still sending these students home in January of this year.
So, after I found this information out in December, I told my students say, hey, if you're ordered to this segregation, ask for my help if you want it.
And we'll go to the principal's office, and he'll tell you to your face that they can't explain it.
So, if you want my help, let's do that.
And in January, two students did.
So, we went to the principal's office the next day after she and he were ordered home, and the principal admitted to the student, I don't know the authority to order you home without evidence of a close contact.
But why don't you go to the assistant principal's office and he'll help you out.
I had to go teach.
So the student goes to the assistant principal, who can't explain the policy, so he calls up the school nurse.
School nurse can't explain the policy, so the assistant principal calls up an assistant superintendent, Lisa Davies.
She can't explain it, but she promises to meet with the students the following day, which she does.
Now she had all day, this was on a Thursday, to find out the answer to the question, but she didn't do it.
So Friday, this is on January the 7th, she meets with these two students of my leaders.
I appreciate these student leaders.
And the student said that the assistant superintendent tried to talk them out of their rights for an hour.
And to just accept their, and she used the word separate but equal, which is astounding.
That is the same language supporting segregation, racial segregation, that it was separate but equal, and then explicitly struck down in the 1954 Brown vs. Board of Education.
But they're using the same language.
It's, you know, brazen that they do so, but there it is.
The students stood for their rights.
The assistant superintendent finally surrendered and promised the students on Friday, January 7th, I'll call up Alameda County Board of Health and find out what to do for you and report back to you no later than Monday the 10th.
Of course, she didn't.
She couldn't because she couldn't.
And once the assistant superintendent lied to my two students, I then expanded my emails.
I had been doing this all along, but I emailed everybody in the leadership of the district, the school board, the board members, all of the board members.
Of our teachers union and all of our teachers to inform everyone of the facts that a district superintendent is lying to our students and there apparently is no authority to segregate these students.
It's not on any of the health documents from the district, from the county or the state.
And when pressed, the assistant superintendent, because we've proven that there is no authority, cannot respond and will not respond.
And I did that to inform our teachers with their voices and choices whether to support these health orders.
The principal responded to me giving this data and information, and he publicly responded to all of the Hayward High School staff that this was the lowest he had ever seen an educator go.
And he was saying that for me to walk into his office with a student and to challenge these health orders, It was an attack on all these good people at the district trying to help us.
And if you want the actual email, just go into any of these things and you can find it in there.
So, and the principal of course refused to explain this.
And this went on to a second time where, oh, the district changed the rules at that point.
They then officially had a policy saying that if you're in the same indoor space you get segregated and they emailed that out to the entire district.
And I'm sure this was in response or That could have been in response to what I was doing.
And then I challenged that I says where's the authority for that.
The principal publicly attacked me again, and this time, about 20 of our staff members joined in for the next 10 hours for character attack nobody could address the letter of the law.
So I filed two more grievances on Sunday, January 23rd.
But this time I told the superintendent, I'm inviting the rest of our teachers to join in these grievances.
And I had already tried to get students and parents who were interested to file official complaints.
The superintendent responded by putting me on paid administrative leave to investigate me.
Yet of this whole time there's been no evidence I've done anything wrong, but since January, I have been cut off from being able to ask further questions and communicate with my colleagues.
The first argument that I have for our teachers union is that, you know, in the overall this entire picture, I have been silenced as a whistleblower and because the district has destroyed the official complaint process by refusing meetings.
And this is such a blatant, obvious lie that there's no authority for segregating our students and students and forcing injections on them, that you have to push this to arbitration.
This is the most wretched, imaginable suppression of academic freedom.
Imaginable to put me on paid leave to shut me up despite having no evidence I've done anything wrong.
So, we'll see how the board of directors of our teachers union responds.
If I had to make a prediction, they certainly are going to deny the request for arbitration, but I just don't know what excuse they're going to try to do it, but we'll see.
Okay, so that's the first one.
Pause here to take a breath.
Any question or comment at this point of our history, Jim?
No, I think you're doing a great job, Carl.
I'm having a problem connecting with the studio, but here we go.
Here we go.
Keep going, Carl.
You're doing great.
All right, all right.
So the second grievance that I have requested that the teachers union push to the final stage of arbitration Is the obvious fact that the district violates Title 21 freedom for many forced experimental medical products.
And this is Emperor's New Clothes obvious to anybody who has already paid attention.
And I decided that what I would do for the HIA Board of Directors is just give the history that the district has already confessed to our teachers union president and me that they knowingly violate the laws.
And I give that history, and I'll try to be a little bit briefer.
I'm trying to be as brief as I can, but this is 20 months of I hope this is useful history for those who are interested in being able to demonstrate that we have all the facts on our own side.
So the assistant superintendent, a woman named Kim Watts, who's in charge of HR, in December 3rd, where we had a Zoom call with the teachers union president and me, she made the mistake of confessing
That this whole thing of not having any evidence of a close contact and segregating students, she said that this was a choice the district made because quote-unquote it was not practical to follow the law.
That's what she said.
So that's a confession of they're violating the policy and this is willfully And knowingly and willfully in violation of the legal limits, and she admitted that.
So I just wanted to remind the school board that that's one confession.
And regarding Title 21, I asked Assistant Superintendent Watts, so what's your authority to violate Title 21?
And she admitted, she said, I don't know.
Okay, you don't know.
If we have Title 21 with a history of crystal clear letter and intent, no forced medical experiments, and you, after having had all this time to consider an answer you still don't know, If the district can't know, they have to withdraw, they have to downgrade these health orders to health advice.
But the next week, she went ahead and got two paragraphs of lawyerese from an anonymous attorney, and they had to come up with something at this point.
And that's where they said that In the case where a state gives broader rights, the state can supersede federal law and that's what's happening here.
But didn't address how forced unpaid leave for staff and forced segregation for students could be construed in any way as a broader right or more stringent compliance with Title 21's freedom to choose.
So it's just the most specious bullshit and I'm reminding our board that that's what it is.
In addition, at the beginning of the 2021 school year, I had requested from the district, hey, you know, all the information that you got for religious and medical exemptions to these experimental medical products.
Can I have those, please?
I want to educate myself so I have it informed.
Choice and make informed decisions, but they've refused to give me any of that information other than the district form to fill out that they have been typically denying for anybody.
And that's a violation of the law.
So to refuse to provide that information, and by the way, I have complained twice all the way back in 2020.
At both federal and state level that my rights are being denied.
And I forget which is which, but one of them gave me a phone call, took the information and said, I promise we'll get back to you, Mr. Herm.
And they never did.
And they ignored the follow-up emails.
And then I think it was the federal government level.
Their official response was this is the new normal and that they weren't going to do anything about it.
OK, so let's see.
Let's see, this is the one that I already told that story where nobody could explain how they can segregate these students.
So therefore, what we what we know all the way up from the assistant superintendent, And the school nurse and the school principal, nobody can explain the legal authority to order these students away from school for 10 calendar days.
And these were only the unvaccinated.
And they don't even ask them how they feel, they just order them away.
And some of my students had been nailed on this four different times.
So they've lost 40 calendar days of education, even though they feel perfectly healthy.
That's an admission that they can't explain how their policy is legal.
And because I can show Title 21, it isn't reasonable for the Teachers Union Board to be confused about Title 21, especially when you got an AP U.S.
Government teacher citing the law and giving them the history.
But anyway, that's another example of a confession And then in addition as well, I have on March 25, we did have another zoom call where the district, the superintendent, Matt Wayne, and the assistant superintendent, Watts, they said that, you know, all of your questions don't.
Don't constitute a grievance, they constitute complaints, but if you go to the complaint process, we promise to answer all of your questions there.
I pointed out, you've already violated that due process, but tell you what, you're promising me here and now that you're going to do that in front of our Teachers Union President.
That's what you're doing.
You're promising.
He says, yes.
I said, okay, so that's Dr. Michelle Perez.
If she doesn't answer, then what?
And they said, oh, well, you can go to the associate superintendent above her, Ms.
Wu Fernandez.
I said, if she doesn't answer, then what?
And then Matt Wayne, the superintendent, he says, You can come to me, Carl.
I'll answer all of your questions.
And then as soon as that meeting was done, he sent me a reply saying, we've already answered them.
The process is over.
Follow orders.
And these are your broader rights.
And when I contacted Dr. Perez and Lou Fernandez, both with several emails and then phone calls to their offices, three phone calls each, they refused to pick up the phone.
I left messages, you know, and I just gave them a choice saying, look, in the end, The entire community is going to see that Title 21 was violated.
Now, if you want to pretend and ignore me and be on the side of Matt Wayne and the district and the school board to force these medical experiments on our defenseless children, that's your choice to do so.
But I promise everyone will know the truth.
That's another one.
Now, CTA, California Teachers Association.
I kept pressing our teachers union president, Mercedes Farage.
I says, what is the legal justification to violate Title 21?
And finally, I got in October of last year, a press release that Mercedes sent to me from CTA.
And I'll read this quote.
You know, the whole the whole legal document was bullshit, but this is as close as they got to answering the question.
And it says, quote, the Food Drug and Cosmetic Act 21, and then this U.S.
U.S.
Code section, which specifically says we can decline medical experiments.
Provides that patients be given various information about a vaccine approved through an emergency use authorization, EUA, including a general right to refuse such a vaccine.
Okay, so that's the truth, but then they lie.
But this right to not be forcibly given the COVID vaccine does not prohibit employers from requiring employee vaccinations to protect the workplace.
Now it might be true that they can require vaccinations, but not emergency vaccinations, because the point of title 21 is that if there is an experimental medical product you can say no.
So the lie is right there.
And I pointed out to the board.
And so basically, CTA and Hayward Educators Association is saying Title 21 protections is only to stop the principal from using security guards to tackle teachers in the hallway and forcibly inject them with whatever experiments whenever the government orders.
I'll stand by.
We're about to hit a break and we'll be right back with Carl Herman here and his excellent adventure with his school district.
We'll be right back. .
was it a conspiracy

That the Boston Globe was tweeting that a demonstration bomb would be set off during the marathon for the benefit of bomb squad activities.

I think if they had a greater integrity or courage, they would have simply forthright agreed that you've made your points and they need to adapt their policies accordingly.
But they haven't done that.
They've sought to isolate you.
They've sought to silence you.
They've sought to suppress.
I'm really astonished by the maneuvers they've taken and their efforts to defeat your endeavors to bring them into alignment with what ought to be a proper law and practice in the educational system.
It's really a remarkable story.
It is a remarkable story.
And you make a key point there, Jim, is that what we're doing as whistleblowers or truthers or patriots or whatever, we're exposing the bullshit propaganda that always exists when you press the empire in areas where the we're exposing the bullshit propaganda that always exists when you press the empire in areas And this COVID narrative to have...
Dictatorial government authority to mask and inject the population at will, that is something that they're not going to back down from.
So, the best we can do, and by the way, I have, this is 45 years experience that I've had, going back to that beginning at age 17, working for the end of global poverty.
It might be.
My working conclusion at the moment is that our role is that we are not powerful enough to change anything on the game board.
Our role is messengers.
We are messengers pointing to the truth and allowing choice.
And in order for justice and truth to prevail, we're going to need broader help.
We need friends in high places, whatever that means.
We need some sort of a breakthrough.
Otherwise, we just need to be find ourselves as peaceful warriors.
With patient activism and calm intensity, just to accept the data.
And for me, after 45 years engagement with people, I found that roughly about 2% of human beings, that's 1 in 50, are willing to engage in a factual consideration.
Everyone else just gets blown out.
By the cognitive dissonance.
So I want to encourage our viewers and listeners just to find peace of representing and standing for the truth and offering choice and then just see what develops.
And Jim, in addition, so my older brother, I told you, yes, psychological firm just a couple of miles down Huntington Drive toward L.A.
from where you grew up.
In South Pasadena, and he told me probably 20 years ago, because he was also my tennis partner, he said, bro, I love you dearly, but you got to know all of your work to end poverty, to reform education, it's all going to fail.
And it's going to fail because you have no idea how powerful cognitive dissonance is.
You don't understand the mental gymnastics people will go through to avoid facts that challenge their cherished beliefs.
And, you know, he's been right.
But at that conversation then, he looked at me and grinned and he says, but hey, I could be wrong.
I'm wrong all the time.
So, you know, I don't have any better recommendation to people or any better modeling I've been able to recommend to myself other than to just keep chipping away And to document what we're doing.
I do think that, you know, we have your legal case as as one precedent of a show trial.
But all this documentation, my next step is to to see if I can get an independent attorney to make an evaluation of the likelihood of a civil case against the district.
So we'll see it's just step by step.
So anyway, back to our story.
So on the 17th of May, our school our teachers union board will have the opportunity to respond to this case.
And I don't think they'll be able to, but we'll see.
And I did make the points here because I think it is important to let everyone know how the students are viewing this.
So remember, I'm somebody who two Los Angeles mayors recognize me as among the best teachers in Central Los Angeles.
And this is in part of the students' direct input.
So So, the students very much appreciate a factual consideration of what's going on.
And plus, Carl B. Herman Blocks bought any of these new shows that I do twice a week.
I have an 11-part series which documents that public education is bullshit to train stupefied work animals.
And I just get our own textbooks to prove the constant lies there.
And the students are very much relieved to have a teacher tell the truth.
I'm teaching kids algebra who have never passed it, and I point to these word problems that the text claims are real world problems.
And it doesn't take much for us to be able to demonstrate that they make those up.
These are contrived lies.
They don't interview anybody.
They don't look to the real world.
And often these word problems are tremendously insulting to people who do real world work.
So the students are relieved to have somebody tell the truth.
And I tell the students at the same time, I says, okay, so at the same time, while this is bullshit.
You need to get your piece of paper.
You need to go into the system.
You need to train yourself through trade school.
For most of you students in my class, they're not really good bookworms and most of them like to do work with their hands.
And I tell them, hey, you become a good electrician or plumber or carpenter, you'll make more money than I do.
But you got to play the game and get good work because all of y'all, y'all know people who are just hustling, who don't have an education and they work like Like animals and you want something better for yourself for that.
So anyway, the students are are watching this whole thing.
And when I when I tell my when I ask my students, Jim, I say, hey, so again, just remind me.
So what is Title 21?
And they all know they all say, oh, yeah, we can say no to a medical experiment.
And what did the district say about how they can order medical experiments when I pressed them?
Where's that ordering authority?
And they said they don't know.
I said, yeah, but then they got a lawyer to give a reason.
What did the lawyer say?
Oh, it's our broader rights to segregate us.
It's our broader rights.
That's what they say.
So they all know.
And it's kind of funny for them, but kind of like a tragic comedy.
So I'm pointing out to the Teachers Union Board, the observations of what our students are learning through all this, and I'll just read these because they're poignant.
So our students are learning that intelligent and reasonable questions are ignored or bullshitted by government, with those asking being censored without evidence.
Those who continue to ask are forcibly segregated while government investigates them for potential illegal behaviors to be declared sometime months later.
The district has placed me under investigation for four months.
They're going to do so to the end of the school year, of course, because they're silencing whistleblowers, what they're doing.
Another lesson for our students is government will attack the character of those asking questions rather than answer them.
For those who keep asking, government officials will publicly mock them a second time and allow others to join in character attacks.
Third lesson, government will never address our mutual oath to support and defend limited government under the US and California constitutions.
How many times I've asked the district to address the oath that they administered to me.
Before I could walk into a classroom I had to take this oath to support and defend the Constitution.
So my questions are, so how am I supposed to exercise this and how do I report a violation because you're violating our oath?
They haven't addressed that not even once.
So that's a telling fact if they're supposed to be upholding and teaching American values and they don't address the oath that, and by the way, ladies and gentlemen, the purpose of this oath to the Constitution is that we the people are the last resort for freedom.
It is up to we, the people, to stand for inalienable rights over our constitutions.
And our district won't address that.
Nobody, the principal, nobody.
Social science colleagues, I've invited our social science department There's like 10 teachers there to get in on this.
They all refuse.
And one of the U.S.
history teachers mocked me over addressing our mutual oath.
She claimed it was insulting for me to do so.
And she emailed people that, you know, you could block Herman's emails just with that phrase.
It's remarkable.
Another lesson that students are learning, government lies to children and will segregate them without explainable cause.
If the children ask about school segregation authority, government will sweetly promise an answer, then never deliver while continuing the children's segregation.
If an adult stands to help the children, government will censor then segregate that adult without explanation other than follow orders and segregation is broader rights.
Students are learning, government can and should require children and adults to be patients of the state for whatever medical experiments are quote-unquote ordered, despite the evidence these medical experiments are highly dangerous, and that unions allow all the above in the name of protecting worker rights.
So I don't think that our board is going to like that very much, but whatever.
Um, I tell them that this is the original my body, my choice.
And if they want to say your body, and that has to be my body, my choice is also your body, your choice.
If it's your body government's choice, that's we're well in.
So I have some questions for.
Our teachers union board for them to answer.
And I have 10 of them, but it's basically, you know, try to talk me down.
And when I meet with them on the 17th, I'm not going to go over all these questions, but I will just generally ask.
So look, does anybody have a counter argument to any of these questions I've asked?
Does anybody find anything defensible in the district's position?
And for CTA's position that the only protection Title 21 gives teachers is that they can't be tackled at school and then injected against their will.
They can't be kidnapped and assaulted and then injected with experiments.
And I don't think anybody is going to.
If I had to bet, I don't think any of the board members are going to seriously read this.
But I'll point that out.
And then I'm predicting their future and the last section of this communication to our board of our teachers union is that our Hayward community and really the global community is going to have one of two basic conclusions about.
What the teachers union did so one is that they refuse to defend a teacher when he correctly pointed to the law to prove the district policies of forced experimental medical products on employees and the children in our care is obviously illegal.
The teachers union justified their refusal by, and then they're going to fill that in with whatever they want to say, and that he refused to challenge the California Teachers Association obvious bullshit claim that Title 21 only protects employees from being tackled in the school halls and forcibly injected.
He refused to explain that reasoning because, you know, I'm going to ask him straight up, can anybody defend CTA's position on Title 21?
And I'm prepared to remind them what Title 21 is, but none of them are going to be able to explain this anonymous legal expert.
Oh, and by the way, I did, as soon as I got this from our Teachers Union president in October of last year, I responded immediately and said, okay, so you know this is bullshit, right?
Look for yourself.
The Teachers Union didn't respond at all to that.
I said, can you at least get me a name?
Who can I contact?
What attorney is this?
I had contacted CTA previously and they just ignored me.
This is for over 10 years of contacting CTA and they just, they just will ignore and obfuscate and refuse to answer anything.
So, The Teachers' Union has a choice to stand with the Ministry of Truth to inject students.
And then I made it clear, because I'm always trying to educate these people, my colleagues, and so I made a top 10 list of current data to be able to demonstrate that rejecting these experiments is the only intelligent response.
And for our audience, again, Carl B. Herman, Blogspot, just go to the most recent Episode... there might be other episodes.
This is episode 55.
And this is the best data I can currently find to communicate.
And this is good for anybody who wants to make the case.
So, CDC now reports that the most vaccinated U.S.
counties have the highest rate of testing positive for COVID.
The U.K.
official data also report the same thing, that the triple vaccinated are up to five times more likely to test positive.
Walgreens, so those pharmacies in the U.S.
from 5,000 pharmacies, they also report that the unvaxxed have the lowest positive test rate and that the highest rates are from the triple vaxxed after five months, 74% higher than the unvaxxed.
CDC also reports through VAERS that we have over 27,000 U.S.
deaths associated with the COVID vaccines, over 200,000 serious injuries, over a million total adverse events.
And that as well, Harvard and the CDC both estimate that VAERS only receives 1% of the actual data.
So if it is 1%, then that would be 2.7 million US deaths.
And you just do that.
You've all heard that professional athletes are falling over dead.
That's 900 cardiac arrests with 579 deaths after the COVID vaccination in the past year.
And this is a increase in soccer players' deaths by 300%.
The UK government also gives you that data that are reported with the graph at the top that children aged 10 to 14 who are vaccinated have a risk of death over 50 times than the unvaccinated.
So I'm going to make sure that he is board really feels this data and what they're ordering for our children.
I did ask.
A long time ago, I don't remember when, the superintendent directly, how many of our children have died or been injured after a vaccine?
And how many employees have reported an injury or death that we know of a death after a vaccine?
And the superintendent says it would be inappropriate for us to count that.
Pfizer wanted to hide this data for 75 years, as we talked about.
And then there's this data for the fertility data That 82% to 97% of vaccinated women in pregnancy lost their unborn babies.
And the range of that 82% to 97% is from having five outcomes that were unreported.
And Dr. Naomi Wolf, and all of this is linked of course, On my black spot, and that the official Pfizer recommendation for these vaccines to pregnant women came from a study of 44 dissected pregnant rats, and then they chose not to observe the development of the baby rats.
Among that data with Pfizer is that the human trials produced 1,223 deaths within 28 days of vaccination.
That was a 3% death rate.
I probably should have said more about the injuries that people experienced.
That would just be more icing on the cake as it were.
were CDC reports now that 70% of Americans now refuse any more vaccines.
One of the cases that the union has made to me more than once is that they're in a position of having to negotiate with the district based upon what the union means.
members report to them of wanting to have precautions for work.
Well, OK, now we got 70% of Americans are no longer playing that game.
So I don't think that's a valid argument anymore.
We have a peer-reviewed study that was just released within the last couple weeks.
35 European countries, 600 plus million people, and those studies demonstrated that wearing face masks and had no significant protection and was correlate with higher death rates.
And to point out to HeIsBored that So I'm going to have to address somehow, I think, I'm going to have to address this, we'll see, maybe not, is that they don't hear about this because six corporate media giants control about 90% of the information.
And that, you know, that is what I did for a published research paper to be able to show that every of the so-called reasons for the war, formerly known as On Terror, We're known lies as they were told.
And by the way, that data, I did put that into a 40 page white paper with 200 footnotes that Congressman Kucinich leveraged in an attempt to impeach President Bush and Vice President Cheney.
So I might have to do something to address to the board how it can be possible that one person could be right And everyone else that they know of could be wrong.
So I have two answers for that.
One is that the data speak for themselves.
And two is that, man, you have been propagandized.
And that if you're unwilling to look, you're unwilling to look.
But this was the genesis of what Gandhi started and King started as movements.
And if they're unwilling to look at the facts, that is the opposite of what educated professionals are supposed to do.
Okay, and then finally, the killer is that it all comes down to the money.
These schools are getting paid The greatest sum of money in school district history.
But in order to get this money, they have to agree to implement the CDC protocols to receive the money.
And that means the masks, the social distancing, the contact tracing in some form, and to push towards vaccinations.
And our school district was one of the few that went to the extent of requiring this experimental vaccine to be enrolled.
Now, I attended that virtual school board meeting last fall and put the school district on legal notice that they would be subject to all of the penalties of U.S.
Title 18, Section 242, under color of law.
That if they pretend that they have authority to order this, when clearly they don't under Title 21, Then the penalties go up to death.
If anyone dies from one of these forced medical experimental injections, this is the death penalty.
They never responded to anything that I wrote.
I made my comment and how that works in school board meetings today is they give you a minute and you say what you say.
So In the comments section, the comments were about two to one for these vaccines, but the parents who organized with this, we all got together and the district ignores their complaints as well.
Maybe I should have said, oh yeah, I did say something about that in this.
So the choice that our teachers union should make.
is to at last stand for title 21 rights to force the district to explain how forced segregation of students and forced unpaid for employees are broader rights and that they have the opportunity for our community to appreciate and recognize them that better late than never that they stood up to the California Teacher Association's criminal law to destroy title 21 rights for families choices to freely refuse medical experiments on their children.
And that given that the district only gives this explanation of broader rights, that segregation is a broader right, forced unpaid leave is a broader right, that the teachers union finally stood up to that and that the teachers union finally stood up to that and then forced the district to respond.
So that is what I sent our teachers union.
And I'll go over next this broader section of the official answers of the district to the questions I've submitted, but I want to pause here for a moment.
And I know we're coming near to the bottom of the hour.
Any question, any comment at this point, Jim?
Well, you've done such a sensational job, I mean, in reviewing that data about the effects of the vax.
I mean, that ought to be horrifying to anyone who can actually read and understand the meaning of words.
I mean, it's a devastating critique.
And I love the fact that as much as more of 70% now are getting resistant more to the vax.
I mean, this is something everyone needs to understand.
It ought to be broadcast from every radio station, television program.
I mean, and the data with which you began about the effects on pregnancy and miscarriages, I mean, This truly is an effort to depopulate the world, and in fact, I mean, it's a genocide of humanity.
I don't know how the elites behind all of this anticipate they are going to survive, Carl.
I just really don't get it.
I think this is all so horrific, and the idea of going to war against humanity is just It's just mind-boggling that all of this is taking place.
I mean, your fight with your school district is a microcosm of a much broader situation we confront where it seems to me there's a trifecta here.
We got the Vax and all the damage it's doing on the one hand.
We have the wiping out of food production plants and the food shortages coming on the other.
And then the third is a prospect of nuclear war with Russia.
And I don't know which is going to be more effective faster.
We'll be right back with Carl Herman in a discussion of all these issues after this break.

Even the government admits that 9-11 was a conspiracy.
But did you know that it was an inside job?
That Osama had nothing to do with it?
That the Twin Towers were blown apart by a sophisticated arrangement of mini or micro nukes?
That Building 7 collapsed seven hours later because of explosives planted in the building.
Barry Jennings was there.
He heard them go off and felt himself stepping over dead people.
The U.S.
Geological Survey conducted studies of dust gathered from 35 locations in Lower Manhattan and found elements that would not have been there had this not been a nuclear event.
Ironically, that means the government's own evidence contradicts the government's official position.
9-11 was brought to us compliments of the CIA, the neocons of the Department of Defense, and the Mossad.
Don't let yourself be played.

When you put together the situation we're in, Carl, with a big picture, we got the vaccine, it's the vaccine on the one hand. we got the vaccine, it's the vaccine on the one And you got a food shortage and starvation on the others.
And by the way, since it takes so long to grow crops, I don't see how it's even avoidable at this point in time.
It's going to happen.
And then the prospect of nuclear war growing with Russia, where the most likely retaliation would be an EMP over the United States that would take out our electrical grid, where the estimate has it within two years, 90% of the US population would be dead.
It seems to me the odds of surviving are like an 81 shot here that won the Kentucky Derby showing that, you know, Rich struck it rich, but I'd say, you know, our situation is so grim that I'm virtually of the opinion that our odds are about on that order.
I'd like you to address a big picture here because I've never I would never in my wildest dreams have imagined that the most powerful, rich, resourceful entity in the world, the Rothschild banking empire, would deliberately try to destroy the vast majority of humanity.
I mean deliberately!
Cutting off the food supply, all these other techniques.
I mean, it's just grotesque what's taking place.
So I'm very keen on having your reflections on the big picture here, because as I see it, the situation is dire, and our prospects for survival are actually stunningly remote.
That is very well articulated, Jim.
I think that is the best representation of the facts and the cause for concern that I've heard.
And I agree that taking a look at what we can tell in the fog of war is that this is The most precipitous time in Earth history.
I agree with that.
And at the same time, you know, the more that you get into anything, you discover paradoxes, and that life is always paradoxical, except sometimes.
And that we would need friends in high places to pull out of this.
I agree with you that strategically, Especially from our position as just independent, we'll just call ourselves scholars, is that we've done everything that we can imagine to do for decades, and yet our conditions have gotten more and more dire.
And, you know, we've thought about this a lot, and what I have thought about, and my conclusions for this big picture, is that our opponents are psychopaths.
And I'm not insulting them.
I'm giving them the best academic description that I have to describe who our opponents are.
A psychopath is somebody who has a veneer of socially acceptable behavior.
These people are well educated, they dress well.
They're smooth, but their behaviors and the psychopathy just thinly covers their viciously destructive actions and policies.
So these people are killers, literal killers.
If you go back to those two UN summits for heads of state for ending poverty, this is the death and destruction of about a million children every month from preventable poverty, and they're fine with that.
I mean, even the 1997 microcredit summit that ends poverty while making a profit, they won't back that down.
They're fine with that.
They're good with that.
So these are psychopaths.
They have no problem.
The great reset that we hear about, the great reset is about resetting this system.
Stop my share about resetting the system to their benefit.
And I think that the purpose of the reset is to take advantage of the technology that we have.
And to cull what they consider a sheeple population.
So to the psychopaths, we are just work animals to them, really just things to help them.
We're tools for their benefit.
And if there are too many of us, that is a problem.
Then you got to get rid of those extra people, which apparently they're trying to do.
Elaborate on that, Carl.
What kind of a problem is it?
I mean, You got about 8 billion humans on Earth.
They're distributed pretty widely.
They seem to be managing, you know, with all sorts of human foibles, conflicts, wars, and all that.
Nothing atypical from the history of humanity.
Why this urge to decimate humanity?
What do you perceive as a real driving force at the rock bottom level?
Because to me it's just astonishing the idea of taking this nature's greatest creation and from the point of view of evolution and trying to wipe it out There seems to be a tremendous emphasis on whites, too, which represent a certain level in the evolutionary scale that seems to be opposed.
I mean, the whole thing is just stunning.
I'm just very eager to have your thoughts about the driving force.
Okay, so maybe with the advantage of my brother being a psychologist, and my taking a look into psychology as a social studies teacher, and these 45 years of experience working with these governmental leaders, what I've done is really try to imagine what these psychopaths are like.
So they're absolutely okay with destroying the lives of children in the most horrifically slow motion agony conceivable to end a human life, to end a child's life through poverty.
So they're okay with that.
And these wars that they have all the time.
These are all orchestrated by the so-called former colonial and now neo-colonial masters as competition among each other to capture the most physical resources And then to use humans as these frightened, scared resources in order to extract the maximum profit.
So for a psychopath, they never have enough of this stuff.
They're literally a different type of being without empathy.
And they're so sick and twisted, the pain that they impose as a control system, Now, from time to time, we see people, and as a school teacher, I see this behavior from time to time, not very often, where a human being will enjoy the pain of another person, applied with this pressure for pain, applied in various, various ways.
But I think what we're dealing with, Jim, is that these people are sick.
They Extort this pain and suffering as a control mechanism and they're constantly scared of being discovered.
So having extra people like us discuss this stuff and point out this, and I think that, you know, the title of my one academic paper.
The Emperor's New Clothes is kind of the position that they're in, is that they can't have their subjects realize this is naked empire.
And in addition, you know, Native Americans say that we're in the fourth great civilization of human beings, that three previous civilizations have been wiped out in the manner that you described, where you had an entire civilization And it was destroyed.
So, I think that they have no problem with that.
And getting rid of the most of us that they can, I think they want us as a minimal, culled, service population of just barely above animals.
And similar to the recent revamp of the series Westworld, Where you just get these mechanisms that just serve us and serve the elites for food or pleasure?
Well, I think they can probably succeed in killing most of us.
I've reached a point where It's almost inevitable, I'm sorry to say, but I don't think that's going to mean they're going to prosper into the future.
There's so many ways in which there can be unanticipated eventualities that make a huge difference.
I think this has just meant we had this experiment on a planet in a remote region of a galaxy that's a tiny little speck in the entirety of the universe.
It played out in a way that was rather interesting and in many ways positive and beneficial for the higher evolved forms of life on the planet.
You know, artificial forms of intervention that affected adversely the natural processes of evolution that brought about the extinction of the species.
Honest to God, Carl, I'm sorry to say it looks to me as though this is all but inevitable at this point in time.
And I would love to hear Good reason to think that I'm wrong, because when you've gone so far as to, you know, get rid of fertilizer, you wiped out the grain supply, you're destroying the food processing plants, you've reduced the water supply.
California's two greatest reservoirs were at record highs, and Newsom, who thinks he's going to be a beneficiary of this future elite,
I emptied them into the ocean on the pretext of preserving some tiny little fish risking extinction, not considering the risk, of course, or considering the risk to the whole population of California, which in the past, by the way, has had an economy equal to like the seventh most powerful economy in the world.
California has been a major source of agriculture for the world, just as Ukraine has been for Russia and much of Europe.
I mean, the food supply is all but wiped out.
We haven't seen all of its effects in the grocery stores, but mind you, in very short order, The shortages are going to appear.
I mean, you're going to see shelves that are increasingly empty.
The price of food is going to continue to go up.
We've got a whole absurd business with gas and oil, with Biden deliberately sabotaging America's oil independence, canceling the XL pipeline, permits to drill, making us oil-dependent, energy-dependent.
And now the other nations, like the You know, I did Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia won't even take phone calls.
America has become such a joke on the international stage.
And the Democrats seem palmel eager to get into a war with Russia that's going to entitle them to impose martial law in the United States and maybe not even have an election in November because they can see all the signs are going to be wiped out if it should come to pass.
And then provoking Russia in so many different ways.
I mean, This is stupidity of a magnitude that's virtually unprecedented.
I see it as a trifecta, but unfortunately it's a losing ticket.
Any thoughts of yours are most welcome.
Across the Rubicon, I believe we're on a downward slope and that the extinction of most of humanity is now, it appears to me, inevitable, Carl.
I mean, you can't imagine how it distresses me to be forced to this conclusion, but the evidence, alas, is there and I cannot indulge.
Some kind of self-delusion or deception when the evidence is there.
You need to confront it or you're just a hopeless loss.
And most Americans, of course, couldn't even bear to hear.
I mean, this is just stunning stuff.
Your thoughts?
I'd be happy to and I'll conclude with a Zen story I heard 40 years ago that applies to this.
So I agree with you that from what we can see in the fog of war is that this is in fact an unprecedented area of danger on so many ways.
And that we seem to be relatively powerless to do so.
And, as you point out, Jim, is that our opponents have never been more vulnerable.
There are so many ways that their crimes and lies and psychopathy have been exposed.
And I see it as the potentiality of an Emperor's New Clothes analogy.
Now, historically, when regimes fall, it goes relatively quickly.
For example, when Iraq fell in the First War of Papa Bush, you had that propaganda minister for Iraq.
I forget the guy's name.
But he would give these press conferences and and say all the time how the great army of Iraq is destroying the satanic Western invaders, all the way up where his press conference was interrupted by the American troops breaking into the studio and placing him Under arrest.
So what we may be seeing maybe just in this Emperor's New Clothes type of scenario, where the change is going to happen near instantly.
And yet, I agree with you that from the data that we can discern, there is apparent Apparently, no leverage that we have.
So, we shall see.
Now, I have represented and still represent that I'm still at about 95% certainty that White Hats are orchestrating this, with the military already dominating.
If people want to see the factual background for why I make that case, I recommend there's a documentary from Charlie Freak, F-R-E-A-K, and this is, I believe what he did is follow the cabal from A to Z.
And he documents the tour that Trump made in 2017 to the various nations, where the photographic evidence seems to show, for example, going to Saudi Arabia, that President Trump received this sort of power from the Saudi king, which According to the story, it means a transfer of political power.
And the idea, this is the broad picture of Q, that what we're seeing is a show to wake up the sheeple.
Now, that said, I have no proof other than the interesting circumstantial evidence that again is best portrayed in Charlie Freak, the Fall of the Cabal from A to Z.
And I find that interesting as well as I don't think Jim, I don't think our opponents would choose to be as vulnerable as they are.
There are enough Patriots awakened where, if you even go outside the idea of clones and body doubles, where these people are being assaulted, it is becoming not safe for these people to go on the street.
Have you seen the filmed reactions of Prime Minister Trudeau now, when he gets out of cars, when he goes in and out of meetings?
Have you seen some of that film?
No, tell me.
Share it, Carl.
Go for it.
Oh, so the guy just, you know, there are, in the videos, you can hear tens of voices just shouting out F-U, Trudeau, and it's vile.
If you take a look at all of the places where the actor playing Joe Biden shows to, and that he has no support.
So these people are highly vulnerable.
But again, this is going to take friends in high places that I have no access to, I have no information.
Well, Carl, I agree that if there were to be a popular uprising, it could be in France, it could be in Canada, somewhere that would inspire other nations, we might have a way out.
My impression is that people are so passive and so unaware of their own circumstances, even if their literal demise is at stake, that they're Completely incapable of action.
I mean, not understanding the circumstance.
Obviously, they're not going to be motivated.
And even if they did understand, they typically are inert.
And, you know, I'm glad to hear anything.
And I regard you as Well, among the most optimistic of my smartest friends and colleagues in terms of your perception.
So given that I am now on the other side of the Great Divide, This has been coming, just putting the pieces together, but now I think it's just unmistakable.
I think the bombing, the arson, even dropping a plane into these food processing plants was such a powerful signal of what's going on.
And everything you've revealed, which we've known from other sources about the VACs, I mean, The whole network of agencies that were supposed to protect the American people in terms of their health, the CDC, the FDA, NIH, even the WHO, were all bought and paid for by the Rothschild Bank and Empire.
They've become totally corrupt.
They're no longer benefiting our health.
They're promoting Methods, mechanisms for taking our lives, for reducing our longevity, for extinguishing vast numbers of the population.
It's just incredible.
It's just incredible.
In fact, if you were to read a book about this, you'd say, nah, that's too implausible.
No one's going to believe it, but it's happening.
It's happening.
However implausible it may seem, it is the fact of the matter.
I'm just distressed.
One of God's great gifts to mankind was to be a grandparent.
I am a grandparent.
You have no idea the source of joy grandchildren bring to grandparents.
But I fear, I mean, how long is this going to endure?
Do we have a year?
Do we have two years?
I mean, they're growing and maturing.
They have great talent and ability.
They have enormous potential.
Are they going to have a chance to realize it?
And then I have old high school chums I may have mentioned already, you know, who are kicking the bucket, you know, not surprising because we're getting up there.
That's natural.
But what's going to take place now on a massive scale is absolutely not.
And would never have happened but for a deliberate effort to destroy the key pivotal points that sustain humanity, like fertilizer.
I mean, who would think fertilizer is... but of course, if you pause, you know, fertilizer is essential because it grows crops.
You need fertilizer, water, making a water storage, You know, when you take away fertilizer and create a water shortage, you're really setting up a desperate situation.
And just remember that rule of threes.
You can go three minutes without air.
You can go three days without water.
And you can go three weeks without food.
Well, I'm afraid we're going to be testing that proposition in the very near term.
And it's just appalling.
It's just appalling.
I mean, if I were less restrained, I'd be reduced to tears over this because we're talking about the demise of the greatest product of nature and, you know, civilization, human civilization, the pinnacle of evolution.
And while there may be, you know, extraterrestrial, and therefore maybe it's just that Earth is an experiment that turned out badly, I just don't like what I see coming, and I don't see any way to stop it.
Yeah, well I agree with you that the story gets more and more intense, more and more polarized, and as these events go, you know, people that are paying attention like us, it's like, whoa, so this happens now?
So this happens now?
Yeah, this is happening now.
And you're right that no matter what is happening, it doesn't seem like we have that Long to wait where this is going to unfold.
So now let me tell you the Zen story.
So Jim, as a young student, you know, I committed to working for the end of poverty at the age of 17.
I attended a Los Angeles Hunger Project initiatory event with Buckminster Fuller and Warner Erhard and an international water expert and I created a major at UC Berkeley for ending poverty, but I was also very interested in spirituality and I took a class and.
This guy who was a Zen practitioner came into our college classroom, and we had all these different people from different religions talking about their practices, and I forget the context, but the Zen guy said, so two Zen masters were on a lake, and their boat sank, and they're floating in the water, and they're looking to shore, and one of the Zen masters says, yeah, I think that's just a little over a mile.
I think we can swim and make it.
And he says, come on, let's start swimming.
And the other guy says, are you kidding?
And he's swimming along with him.
He says, we're never gonna make it.
We're dying here, pal.
And so they swim a little bit more.
And the one, the optimistic one says, nah, No, I feel pretty good.
I think we can make it.
And the other guy says, well, that's what you say now, but we're going to end up dying here.
So they argue that way the entire way until they get up to the shore and walk out.
And the guy who was pessimistic says, well, I'm glad you were right on that one.
Yes, I'm glad you were right on that one indeed.
I would sure like to be wrong, but I got to tell you, my prognosis is not good and it's actually fatal.
So this is the bad situation as I see it.
I thought you did a masterful job.
You're very thorough.
You're very detailed.
You're one of the smartest guys I know.
You're very articulate.
You care about the issues and you keep on trucking.
And that's all we can do is do our best.
I mean, I'm submitting a writ of certiorari to the U.S.
Supreme Court.
I've been working my tail off getting it done.
It's a massive task, very challenging, very demanding.
But hell, I don't know if the world's even going to be around by the time that the court would hear it if they accept it.
And they only accept a tiny percent, as low as 1%.
I've been told in the past five.
But the latest review here of the documents from the court suggests it's as low as 1%.
I'm not going to stop trying.
I'm not going to cease doing my best to get the truth out.
We need to know what's going on.
But bear in mind, Knowledge is not guaranteed to make you happy, and in my opinion, knowing what's coming may lead you to be prepared to brace yourself, but God knows it's not going to make anyone happy, except for those elites who think, I believe completely wrongly, that this is going to ensure their future.
I think they might get 50 or 60 or 100 years out of it, but I think that's going to be it, that things are going to collapse and that it will be of their own stupidity, their own greed, their own selfishness, their own failure to appreciate it.
You know, you shouldn't mess with Mother Nature.
Carl, I can't thank you enough for coming on.
I know we're about to hit the break, but it's just been wonderful having you here today and to give you an opportunity for kind of a full-blown presentation of what you've been going through.
