Need to Know News (5 May 2022) with Joe Olson and Carl Herman
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
This is Jim Fetzer, Madison, Wisconsin, joined today once again to my delight with Joe Olson from Houston, Texas, and Carl Herman from San Ramon, California.
We're here to bring you all the news you need to know heavy, heavy, heavy on the Supreme Court.
My body, my choice.
Abortion sympathizers confronted about the mandate.
It's hilarious, people chanting, my body, my choice, when they try to cut me out of society for not taking the experimental vax.
I've been making that point.
I'm glad to see others are picking up on it.
Abortion sympathizers are reviving the conversation about bodily autonomy given the leaked draft.
We hold Roe and Casey must be overruled, declares Samuel Alito.
It's time to heed the Constitution and return the issue of abortion to the people's elected representatives.
Meanwhile, commentators, it's impossible to overstate the earthquake this will cause inside the court in terms of destruction of trust among the justices and staff because of the leak, the gravest and most unforgivable sin.
But those enraged that they'd rule against federalized abortion or trumpeting the right to bodily autonomy, despite years of pushing for forced vaccinations and masking.
Biden's statement responding to the leak, which did not mention the leak per se, railed against the court.
Saying that his administration has always been against government interference with intensely personal decisions.
How absurd is that?
Pushing the facts, pushing mandates, pushing masks, but he claims to be against government interference with intensely personal decisions.
What rubbish!
My administration argued strongly in defense of Roe.
That's fine.
Abortion sympathizers now chanting, my body, my choice.
But many who witness the same people cheering for the unconstitutional mask mandates and so forth are calling them out.
Every spoiled rich kid in this video chanting, my body, my choice, was in favor of mask mandates, vaccine mandates, child vaccine mandates, vaccine to work mandates, social credit scores.
So STFU wrote political commentator Benny Johnson.
He's got it right.
Irony of leftists chanting, my body, my choice, who could not have cared less about other people's choice for the past two years of vaccine mandates, cannot be overstated.
Many rejoice at the prospect of people who didn't want to get vaxxed losing their jobs because they rejoice.
Donald Jr.
writes.
And just like that, my body, my choice matters again.
Rebel News journalist Avi Yamini.
Good morning.
One, inject this emergency experimental drug or else.
Two, my body, my choice, my body, my choice, Rasmussen reports.
Pro-choice, pro-vaccine mandate.
It's not a contradiction.
They say my body, my choice, your body, my choice.
They get to decide how their body's affected and your body, podcaster Tim Pool.
What was the outrage?
My body, my choice, proud when the vaccine mandates hit, author and comedian Tim Young.
I'm pretty sure we threw the whole My Body, My Choice thing out the window when we banned people who didn't get a shot from participating in society, said Blair White, political commentator.
People who were advocating for forced government virus vaccines just last week are now back to My Body, My Choice, said radio host Dana Loesch.
It's hilarious, the people chanting, my body, my choice, and they try to cut me out of society for not taking the experimental facts.
Former UFC, MMA champion, Jake Shields.
Joe, the hypocrisy.
I mean, it's beyond hypocrisy.
It's just stunning.
Your thoughts?
Yeah, well, the left has gone epileptic over this.
They're threatening now to end the filibuster over this particular event.
And there again, We've got mansion and uh...
The guy from West Virginia.
Oh, Samina.
Yeah, Manchin and Samina have both said that they're not going to overthrow the filibuster because at some point the Democrats may not be in a 50-50 split with a Harris tiebreaker vote and that there's too many issues the Senate can't pass without having a 60 vote majority.
And so they want to maintain that.
But we wouldn't be in this situation If Rasenberger and Kemp hadn't allowed the theft of the two Senate seats out of Georgia, which is absolutely proven by the 2000 Mules movie, which I saw, and anybody that hasn't seen it has no right to criticize it because there's a lot of information That has never been in the public domain before about the ballot harvesting aspect of this, and it's absolutely well documented.
The True the Vote people spent $2 million buying that material in order to give us this criminal evidence, and it can be affected in all 50 states, and that's what they're hoping to do.
But the major thing is it needs to happen in Georgia so we can get rid of these two clowns that we got Yeah, I'm really glad you've seen it already.
we also need to make sure that everybody knows how totally corrupt and incompetent the team that we did supposedly elect with 81 million votes is.
So it's absolutely horrible, but it's wonderful that this is happening because couldn't happen to a nicer bunch of folks.
Yeah, I'm really glad you've seen it already.
Carl, your thoughts?
Yeah, again, worst of times, best of times just to address Biden's.
So the hypocrisy of that guy with always throwing blame, never admitting any fault, and wanting everybody to be a patient of the state to receive whatever experimental injections they order whenever they order.
And then to complain about this.
You know, the type of government that we've been talking about is that this actor who is playing Biden, he's just a dick.
Sorry, I got a bad stuttering problem.
It comes up at unexpected times.
So they're just selling narratives and these are bullshit artists.
And there is competition among the political candidates, but it's kind of the slimiest competition of who has the most power behind the scenes and who can sell their lies the best.
And then those protesting kids, I wonder how much they're getting paid.
We know that BLM got paid off by huge corporate interests and then their CEOs bought a bunch of mansions.
And we also know that Antifa is just a mercenary army.
So as events unfold, it's, you know, at the same time, discouraging and encouraging to see the polarization and hoping that something will break soon as a breakthrough for truth.
Let's hope.
Let us hope, Carl.
Meanwhile, how we know it was the leftists who leaked the draft of the court.
Well, leaked from Supreme Court opinion on the Mississippi pro-life case.
Definitely leaked by a leftists, probably from Justice Sotomayor's office.
I had an earlier report from David Zublik.
They'd identified that it was an Indian American law clerk for Sotomayor.
It was published.
What is their reasoning?
It was published by Politico, a far-left-leaning online outlet.
The left used the only play it had left.
The progressives on the court believed they were going to lose.
The only option was to break the rule to try to change the outcome.
They want protests to break out.
They want cities to be burned.
They want violence in order to intimidate the other justices to change their opinion.
We're not sure if it's a justice or someone else working in the court.
It does appear to be the law clerk, but the motivation would be high for anyone aware of the impending outcome.
Third, conservatives, on the other hand, don't want a leak.
There's no advantage to breaking the news early to give the left an advantage.
That's why every conservative who's crying foul wants an investigation and prosecution.
Politico got the information somewhere.
Now it's up to the DOJ to find out good luck with that.
They're more concerned with targeting conservative parents as extremists.
Here we have a mole in the Supreme Court breaking.
Chief Justice Roberts confirmed the draft is genuine.
Meanwhile, irony of ironies, Biden supported a constitutional amendment to overturn Roe v. Wade and said it went too far in the past.
Unbelievable!
Earlier this week, a clearly agitated Biden told reporters he was concerned about the leak trap.
Look, the idea concerns me.
We're going to, after 50 years, decide a woman does not have the right to choose?
But equally as profound is the rationale that the decision, that notion of privacy, is brought into question.
But earlier in his career, Biden, who professes to be a Catholic, supported a constitutional amendment to overturn it.
It's a long evolution.
During his Senate years, he regularly touted his Catholic credentials.
He claimed the Supreme Court went too far with Roe.
I don't like the Supreme Court decision on abortion.
I think it went so far.
I don't think that a woman has a sole right to say what should happen to her body.
Can you imagine those same words uttered today?
Even Bernie Sanders attacked him for it in 2020.
Furthermore, as the Times pointed out in 2019, Biden voted in committee for an ultimately failed constitutional amendment in the 80s that would have overturned Roe, described by the National Abortion Rights Action League as the most devastating attack yet on abortion rights.
The committee where Biden was a ranking minority voted 7-10 for the resolution to overturn Roe.
I'm probably a victim or a product, however you want to phrase it.
Phrase it of my background, he said at the time, single most difficult vote I've cast as a senator.
Biden also repeatedly voted for the Hyde Amendment, which prevents federal funding for abortion except in case of rape, incest, or when the mother's life is in danger.
He flipped on the matter during his campaign when radicals in the Democratic Party demanded it.
Further cementing his evolution, in 2020 he issued a statement indicating he would support abortion under any circumstances.
The statement was in response to the Supreme Court ruling striking down a Louisiana law requiring doctors performing abortions have admitting privileges at nearby hospitals, which, as I recall, was eventually rejected.
Women's health care rights have been under attack and states have passed extreme laws restricting women's constitutional right to choice.
Today, the court reaffirmed that states cannot put in place laws that unduly burden a woman's right to make her own health care decision when they rejected that Louisiana law.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yeah, so we discussed this on Tuesday during Texas Tuesday.
There's a great interview with Robert F. Kennedy and the founder of Sound Choice Pharmaceutical Institute, and turns out about 30 years ago PETA was protesting the pharmaceutical industry because they were using animal tissue in order to grow their viruses.
And so they said, you know, you've got to stop doing that.
So the pharmaceutical industries went to Planned Parenthood.
They said, gee, we'd like to harvest some human organs to grow stuff, but we have to have intact specimens.
And so you're going to have to change your abortion procedures.
I won't go into the details of it, but I will once again put down in the comments section.
So link to this 10 minute long, absolutely repulsive video about what's going on to use living human baby tissues in order to produce.
Produce these rotten vaccines, which we know are ineffective and dangerous.
So I don't have any sympathy for that portion of the abortion industry.
And like we discussed yesterday, it's a it's a personal rights issue.
You have a moral obligation, a personal responsibility.
You have a moral obligation To use a condom, or you know, use birth control pills, or use spermicide, or if you screw up, use the day after pill, or go get a vasectomy, or get your tubes tied.
There's other alternatives besides this barbaric procedure, which is being conducted now up until the moment of birth, which is repulsive.
I don't want to suggest you're making a straw man argument, Joe, but Any third term abortion under law that's not to save the life or the health of the mother is already murder under the law.
And if you're gonna talk about babies, you're talking about the product of a birth, of a live offspring.
Otherwise, you're misusing the term.
So, we're gonna have to be very precise about this because this is such an emotional issue.
Carl.
It is, and that's my first point, is that our apologists like to stoke fear and uncertainty and doubt, and that is one of the ways that they distract from the real world.
And they have to distract from the real world, because look what you have with this actor portraying Biden.
You have to distract and make sure that election fraud never sees the light of day.
You have to make sure that The catastrophe, as reported in the press at least, in Afghanistan and the ongoing lie-started illegal wars of aggression that continue with the NATO countries' backed Ukraine action, which is just more war criminality in the surrounding of Russia,
With countries that the US was one of the people to one of the groups to promise that it would not move one inch NATO would not proceed one inch toward Russia, and instead, they take the majority of the Warsaw Pact countries and just use it to surround Russia.
They have to distract from inflation, which could turn hyper.
They have to distract from the potential destruction of the U.S.
debt market, which could have huge Never unprecedented changes in the economic overview.
The good news is that there are always superior mechanics.
Carl B. Herman Blackspot, any of these shows, go to the Looting Trillions section and you can see the analysis of much better mechanics advocated all the way back to Benjamin Franklin.
And with the harvesting of these live organs that Joe was talking about, the bigger picture of adrenochrome And I do recommend Jim's work with Pizzagate and Fall Cabal, that documentary, which is outstanding.
There is a much darker side that I don't have the interest nor the...
part to look at.
See, the harvesting of adrenochrome from my analysis is that this is this clinical dissection of the power of life.
And then to use that for these deeply selfish aims that can only be called satanic or pure evil.
They're trying to deconstruct life and then use it for their own purposes.
So what we're seeing with this decision might be a domino that will lead to more disclosures and we'll see how that goes.
Well, we'll see how that goes.
I Meanwhile, by inflation, the trade deficit soars over $100 billion for the first time ever.
The U.S.
trade deficit rose an astonishing 22% in March to $109.8 billion as price of oil and imported products rose due to soaring inflation, according to data released by the Census Bureau and the Bureau of Economic Analysis.
Absolutely stunning!
Imports jumped 10.3% in March to a record $351.5 billion, not adjusted for inflation.
Much of the gain is likely due to higher prices and not solely caused by an increase in imports.
Oil prices surged in March.
Exports were also up, rising 5.6% to $241.7 billion, also a record.
U.S.
imports have surged and nominal terms have inflationary pressures that put the U.S.
economy in a headlock.
Exports have risen more slowly than imports because the economies of the nations that buy U.S.
goods and services have experienced more sluggish recoveries than the United States.
The surge in imports in the first quarter also reflected clearing of the backlog of goods stuck on ships at U.S.
ports, especially around Los Angeles, Long Beach, and the like.
Imports increased for finished metal-shaped passenger cars, computers, clothing, toys, and furniture.
Exports of petroleum products, including crude and fuel oil and natural gas, rose in March.
Exports!
Export.
What are we doing exporting these when we got such a serious problem?
Meanwhile, a CNN poll, 77% say Joe Biden's economy is poor.
That's the most negative about the economy in a decade.
Economists believe it'll grow worse for American workers and some have predicted a 50-50 chance of recession in the next month leading up to the midterm.
Recession risk has risen.
The financial health of the private sector may ultimately determine whether policy tightening will tilt the economy into a downturn, in large part because of Biden's policies.
Inflation has reached a 40-year high.
Polling shows Americans trust Republicans over Democrats by 19 points to handle inflation.
And mind you, as James Carville so often reminded us in the past, it's the economy, stupid.
Republicans with a 19-point lead.
Meanwhile, talk about profoundly disturbing.
Food supply shut down.
Deer, fish, pigs euthanized.
Crops not planted.
An observing alien species would ask itself, why is humanity destroying all of their food sources?
In this special, Ice Age Farmer, Christian has a candid conversation about the overwhelming number of attacks on our food supply, crops unplanted, food facilities burning down.
Media runs stories that food fire conspiracy theories, but it's not just chickens.
The state's also killing deer and fish in the name of stomach disease.
Start growing food now or starve.
It's coming.
I cannot see any way to stop it.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yeah, well, the Fed decided that in order to treat our inflation problem, they're going to raise interest rates by half a percent, which is the most they've done since they've had zero percent for the last 15 years.
So that's going to be a big bonus to the economy.
So you can count on that.
And then the reason gas prices are going up is because we're trying to Make up for the shortfall that Europe has because of what we did to the Russian gas supply.
But to send LNG over there, it costs 10 times the amount of price for the fuel delivered as they had from their Russian supplies.
So that's fixing to dry up.
Russia's in the process of completing their third pipeline to China, at which point they will have no spare capacity to send to Europe at all.
So we're about a year away from Russia having a complete alternative market where they don't have to deal with these arrogant pricks over there in the EU or with NATO much.
And then on other exciting news for the petrodollar, we have India that's decided they're buying from Russia using Rupels.
And they've already in the last two months doubled what they did all year last year in the way of Russian oil imports.
And today it's announced that Mexico, Central and South America are in discussions to form a sewer, S-U-R, which is Spanish for South.
And they're going to form the sewer currency.
And it's going to be based on commodities like lithium and food products.
And they're going to be independent of the petrodollar, too.
So, how much longer these cretins that run our world can get away with this scam is anybody's guess, but that's why they've got to pull out all the stops and cause World War III.
It's absolutely disgusting.
Joe, that was just a sensational report.
I really like everything you did just there.
How can the West be so stupid as to create a situation to cut off cheap Russian gas from Europe so we now have to ship it?
It's a transportation that's a major expense here, making it 10 times more expensive.
Your points are impeccable.
Carl, please.
Yeah, it's crazy!
That's the only way that I can describe it.
So, what we're looking at is upcoming, likely, what is known as a Black Swan event, which is something that, in hindsight, people will say, oh yeah, I saw that coming.
Who could miss?
Well, so the collapse of the debt market, the collapse of the value of the dollar, and the good news again is that like with Sur, is that you're having people motivated by confronting the evil of the empire to get people who have solutions and then begin to put them together and to see if they can avoid being Qaddafi'd by the oligarchs to try to put something in place.
So, the trade deficit, that is a big deal, and the destruction of the Petrum dollar will cut the legs out from underneath that system.
And our opponents, they want the Great Reset, and they've given us some talking points that we own nothing and be happy.
But again, we'll be able to wash four body parts, which I'm still happy about.
And all people need to do with their armchair economics is to visualize The debt over time in this escalating, accelerating, exponential, aggregate debt curve that obviously is unsustainable.
So our wannabe masters want to go ahead and put in their next dark and evil game to play.
Now, the spectrum of possibilities that we're advocating for on one end of that is that we have the rainbow, graceful transition to these better ideals.
And argued all the way back from Benjamin Franklin 300 years ago.
Again, the looting trillion section in any of these new shows that I write about.
And the concern that you can feel from us and hear in the tone of our voices is that this could go down to a RoboCop scenario where the elites will have one type of a playground and the rest of us will be, you know, it'll be one big gangland.
Excellent, excellent.
And to tag on to your RoboCop, I came across a Dark Skies video on YouTube today about what's called the Jigsaw Electric Tank, which is unmanned, and this thing is absolutely devastating.
It is virtually silent, It has a 20 millimeter machine cannon which can just blow the shit out of anything, has a lot of passive things like a electrically charged surface that you can't touch it if you get close to it, has crowd dispersal techniques.
If you want to know how they're going to get past the Second Amendment, they're going to have a bunch of clowns sitting up there playing with their little It's unbelievable.
I'll put a link to that Dark Skies thing.
It's a 10-minute long video.
Once you project what the capabilities of this new weapon system are, and then we're going to get into a discussion about our goofy Secretary of the Army that was in a hearing today with Tom Cotton.
And the video gamers, the kids growing up, are so used to the imaginary killing.
They're not going to realize they're killing real people.
It's not going to affect them.
They have been conditioned.
I think that's startling, Joe.
Again, you're making news here.
I'm very impressed with what you and Carl are telling us.
Meanwhile, Biden calls MEGA the most extreme political organization existed in American history when it's a bunch of conservatives.
This is insanity.
This line wreaks a desperation.
It's pretty obvious Democrats are afraid of the trouncing they're going to take in the midterm, so they're vilifying the opposition as bigots and extremists.
In a press conference Wednesday, Biden was asked about the leaked draft.
This reminds me of the debate with Robert Bork, who believed the only reason you had any inherent rights was because the government gave them to you.
When I was questioning him as a chairman, I said, I believe I have the rights I have not just because of government, but because I'm a child of God.
So the idea of somehow there's an inherent right, there's no right of privacy, that there's no right, he said.
There'd been a law saying married couples could not purchase birth control in the privacy of their own bedroom and use it.
Well, that got struck down.
Biden was referring to Griswold versus Connecticut.
Which he said was thought to be a bad decision by working on, my guess is, the guys on the Supreme Court.
Now, what happens if you have states changing the law, saying that children who are LGBT can't be in classrooms with other children?
Is that a right under the way the decision is written?
This is another example of a strong man.
What are the other things they're going to attack?
Because the MAGA crowd is really the most extreme political organization in American history.
Absolutely lunatic claim.
His comments came after he claimed last month that GOP ain't your father's Republican Party, saying it had shifted to the MAGA party, warning that right-leaning politicians who know better are afraid to act correctly out of fear of losing primaries.
How bizarre.
There's so much going on in the clip, it would take a dozen articles to cover it.
Well, just ignore the absurdity that overturning Roe will trigger a mass repeal of constitutionally protected rights like birth control and segregating gay kids in school.
That's just silly and fear-mongering by a president whose time in office has caused an exodus from the Democratic Party.
So let's focus on what he's saying about his opposition.
He said the MAGA crowd is the most extreme political organization in recent American history?
Really, Joe?
The most extreme political organization in recent history?
Did he forget he gave the eulogy for not dead enough Senator Robert Byrd, the same Byrd who was not just a recruiter?
But led a chapter of the KKK that he began in West Virginia?
The KKK was an overtly political organization founded to push back against Republican Reconstruction-era policies—Republican policies—that aimed for equality for blacks.
As late as the 40s, it was still a political movement.
Bill Clinton admitted as much when he tried to dismiss what he called Not Dead Enough, Robert Byrd's fleeting association.
With a KKK because Bird was a country boy from the hills and hollows from West Virginia.
He was trying to get elected.
That would imply the KKK still had political power.
But MEGA is far worse than the KKK in Joe Biden's eyes.
Is it because MEGA is committed to America first?
MEGA is a grassroots movement.
MEGA has welcomed blue-collar workers who recognize they've been abandoned by the Democrats who didn't have their backs anyway.
MEGA brought manufacturing back to America.
That MEGA cut red tape and regulations.
That MEGA reduced taxes for the middle class.
That MEGA believes the U.S.
should speak softly but carry a big stick, rather than the neolib neocon strategy of interventionism and nation building.
That MEGA wants secure borders and immigration laws that are on the books in force.
That MEGA pushes back on fake news narratives that are basically Democrat talking points.
And the list could be expanded.
While Biden is saying this in relation to abortion, it's the Democrats with their extreme abortion views who are out of the mainstream.
Most voters, even pro-choice, believe there should be limits on abortion.
Some prominent Democrats are even pushing for abortion on demand for all nine months of pregnancy.
That is sick.
But let me add, Joe is talking about the dismemberment of a live fetus to benefit from its parts.
Every decent human being deplores such a practice, repudiates it.
That is disgusting.
We are 100% in agreement.
Will Biden be the guy to push the agenda of abortion on demand for all nine months as he's been kowtowing to the far left on their spending priorities?
The Democrats have strayed from their roots.
The GOP is cleaning up in its wake.
There's been a distinct shift, thanks to the rapid indoctrination of colleges especially.
MEGA has attracted all sorts of people from all sorts of backgrounds, while the Democrats are attracting the prissy, preening cultural political elites who don't have any connection to the common man, but never stop lecturing them on why they're wrong and demand that the peons be silenced.
Democrats are no longer the cool kids, and they're just hoping to go back to that tired old strategy of vilifying the opposition instead of having a substantive debate on the issues.
They never want to debate the issues because they know they would lose.
Polls show the red-willing of America is continuing, despite the regime media pushing Democrat talking points.
The red wave is coming.
And there you have a very nice portrait of Donald J. Trump.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yeah, well, they missed a few of the really terrible organizations in this country, and that would be the AIPAC, American-Israeli PAC, ADL, which would be another one, and then the Southern Poverty Law Center.
And there have been some absolutely stunning hearings going on in the House and Senate this week.
One of them was with the Obama, or Biden, Pick for the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
This is a feeders for the Supreme Court, and the 11th covers Alabama, Florida, and Georgia, and they have a lady, Nancy G. Abuda, A-B-U-D-U, who's being interviewed and goes into extensive information, and I think this is a questioning by Marsha Blackburn on the
Internal documents of that organization stating that they had almost nothing but white Jewish people running the Southern Public Law Center, and that they had been sued repeatedly for slander and for false attacks on people, and that they had an internal document that said that they needed to hire more blacks and more women.
So, hey, how do you do that?
You get a two-for-one.
You hire somebody named Nancy Abudu, And then you make her go into the next feeder system so she can end up being a Supreme Court Justice someday when they're looking for a black female, if you're still allowed to talk about females.
But we'll get to that in just a second.
Then we had the hearing with the Secretary of the Army, which is one that I wanted to talk.
This is a woman named Worth Wormuth.
Christine Wormuth, and she was appointed by Obama in August of 2012.
It doesn't appear that she's ever been in the military at all.
She's been, quote, in public service, and she has a degree.
Oh, yeah, yeah.
She has a degree in political science from Williams, and then she also has a master's in public policy from University of Maryland.
Gee, I wonder if Biden helped her get that degree.
But anyhow, it doesn't matter, because she's suddenly being questioned by Tom Cotton, and he says, what is the current status of your gender-neutral requirements for military fitness?
Well, we've lowered all of our standards so that women can be qualified to do anything in the military, which includes green berets, which they've proven they can't even make it through boot camp.
But she said, we're reevaluating those because we have certain subgroups.
Let's don't call them women.
Let's don't call them, you know, let's don't call them elderly people.
Let's don't call them, you know, underweight minority groups.
Let's just call them subgroups that we're not going to identify for our congressional hearings.
But this worm mirth is just really a worm.
And it's a good, like, nine minute long interrogation on the part of Tom Cotton.
I'll put a link to that down in the comment notes, because that's worth noting also.
And then there's another great one, and this is Mark Goetz going after our lovely Mae Orkass, who's the head of DHS that just appointed this lady.
And here's what I did.
I posted that at Gab, and here's my intro to it.
You don't have to be a Jew to be a liar and a traitor.
But if you were, you would need to have a moaning Myrtle Jew as your dismiss mal apparatchik for your protection, and that's exactly correct.
So anyhow, this is a YouTube video, and the title of it is Subpoena This Liar.
Watch Angry Matt Getz Grilled down on Secretary Marcus and his illegal immigration.
This guy just sits there, does nothing but 10 minutes of word salad about, oh, well, we've got all these rules, and we're going to follow the rules, and we're looking at the rules, and I don't know what any of the results are, and I'll follow up with you and give you some results, and we're making sure that all these 42,000 people that are under already deportation orders for violation and being criminals, oh, yeah, we're going to do something about those.
Absolute garbage.
You want to know who the biggest terrorist in the United States is?
It's the Department of Homeland Security.
Yeah, I think that's right, Joe.
Carl.
The Biden Clown Show, that was a remarkable statement of Biden pretending that he cares about inalienable rights, while at the same time, the hypocrisy that we mentioned of also simultaneously declaring that people are patients of the state and they must be injected with whatever experiments are dictated at the time.
So that is an encapsulation of the entire American Revolution 2.0, which is really a global revolution.
I like to see it, and to say it exactly this way, is that the contest is very simple.
The breakthrough of the United States is inalienable rights.
You have them.
You can't lose them.
They're yours.
And the design and the breakthrough of the U.S.
government is for the government to protect and defend those rights.
And of course, we live in this We're Willie and Clown Show, which is the opposite of that.
So the idea also of our opponents is to splinter the Republican Party into one group that they're going to label, and they already have labeled, as domestic terrorists, insurrectionists, and they're probably going to move next to try to seize their assets because they're just oligarchs close to Trumpists, and they're going to try to reform something.
If I were on their advisor team, I would say, You know, just go ahead.
Let's just do Bush Cheney again.
Let's just have Jeb Bush and Liz Cheney.
And we'll just say, they'll keep us safe.
Just like the other Bush Cheney, they kept us safe.
America.
Very nice, Carl.
And let's don't forget, we had a federal judge that said that the mask mandate for transportation was a violation of law.
And what happens?
Immediately, the Jewish head of the CDC, Rochelle Walensky, says that we're going to reinstate it.
And so now you have to, when you're using any kind of public transportation, you have to start wearing a mask again.
We only were going maskless for about three days before these SOBs came back and stuck a mask in your face again.
So, you know, if you don't understand what tyranny is, open your damn eyes.
This is as bad as it's ever been anywhere on the planet.
It's disgusting.
You're actually 100% right, Joe.
Meanwhile, surprise, surprise, 2,000 mules account suspended already, violating Twitter rules which prevent any truth about the election of 2020 to be published.
They are very emphatic about that rule.
Meanwhile, CDC was tracking American cell phone data to ensure COVID lockdown compliance and vaccination efforts.
This is insane!
Talk about your surveillance society!
The CDC purchased location data from tens of millions of American cell phones in an effort to track down their location and ensure compliance with their lockdown measures, as well as monitor vaccine efforts.
How awful!
Documents dated from 2021 demonstrate the CDC uses the data for monitoring curfews and other COVID tracking purposes.
Vice breaks the story.
CDC using tracking data on Americans to see if they're complying.
This is really stunning stuff.
And, of course, Bobby Jr.
has been all over this.
Vice indicates that data has been critical for ongoing response efforts such as hourly monitoring of activity in curfew zones, detailed counts of visits to participating pharmacies for vaccine monitoring, specifically used to track data on visits to neighbors, churches, and schools.
I was careful to point out the data was aggregated, meaning individual cell information wasn't tracked.
Oh, right.
That's what we think.
The outlet points out some of the tracking data was meant to specifically monitor the efficacy of policy in the Navajo Nation.
Interesting.
In that, Navajo Nation initially was a hotspot for the pandemic, but became a model for COVID over-regulation by keeping mass curfew and social distancing rules intact.
Wow, it's getting out there.
CDC bought location data tracking for tens of millions from a Peter Thiel-backed spy firm using cases to include hourly monitoring of activity in curfew zones and the like.
I was talking with my UK colleagues who were saying the UK is similar to where we are now.
Each of our countries have that independent spirit.
Breaking!
CDC caught tracking the phones of the Navajo Nation to monitor their compliance.
Senator Rand Paul, long a thorn in the side of Fauci and the CDC, has complained consistently pandemic directives have not been based in science and are more about submission.
So you're not to question him, just do as you're told, Paul said, and so with him, it's more about submission.
He's got it exactly right.
This new report on the CDC tracking cell phone to ensure compliance suggests it definitely did.
In other news, We've got the FBI doing warrantless surveillance, the DHS policing unknown speech, and the CDC tracking lockdown compliance.
Wall Street Journal.
FBI conducted potentially millions of searches of American data last year.
Majorca has testified HDS has created this information governance board.
CDC tracked millions of phones to see if Americans followed COVID lockdowns.
Joe, yours.
Yes, well, one of the great things about the 2000 Mules movie was that they purchased two petabytes, which is like a million gigabytes of data on pings for the cell phones around these various drop boxes, and they narrowed their search to, I believe, ten
Uh, drops per night, and they came up with 2,000 just in five little city areas, but when they expanded it nationwide, they had over 55- 54,000, um, mules that had been delivering at least five per night in, uh, in virtually all 50 states.
So they've got the evidence of this corruption going on, but amazingly enough, we have, uh,
The FBI had the ping data on the 550 people they were able to send arrest warrants for two days after the January 6th event, but they still have yet to produce the indictments and arrests of the thousands of Antifa rioters, which caused over a billion dollars of damage and killed 30 people during the Summer of Love for 2020.
And they make the point that they managed to locate some of the mules were actually Antifa people.
A lot of them, a high percentage of them, were actually Antifa people.
And they did a search just on their own of what happened at the BLM riots in Atlanta where an eight-year-old girl was shot in a car.
And so they searched out those particular individuals.
They said it could only have been from these two people carrying cell phones.
They gave the information to the Atlanta Police Department and they had not made any breakthroughs in that case in over a year and a half.
And suddenly, when True the Vote gave them the information, they went out and arrested the two black guys that killed the black girl before they burnt down the Wendy's that was owned by a black franchise owner after Wendy's had already given BLM a million dollars.
So you tell me what the hell's going on in this planet.
It's absolutely crazy.
Go see this movie.
Buy a copy of it.
These people spent $2 million trying to protect our rights, and they deserve your support.
And I don't care if you don't like Dinesh D'Souza, or whatever your excuse is, Aim for Truth, or any of the other detractors.
These people have done a remarkable service for our country, and they deserve your support.
Please, you can't see the movie live, but I don't know where there's showings on Friday, but supposedly they're going to have a big event in Excellent.
Excellent, Joe.
Powerful endorsement.
you can watch it and live stream it.
And then you will also be able to buy CDCs so you can have viewing parties with you and your friends.
This information needs to go nationwide.
And thank God for Kathleen Engelbreit and the people at True the Vote.
Excellent.
Excellent, Joe.
Powerful endorsement.
Carl, your thoughts?
I second that for 2,000 mules.
This is a breakthrough of an excellent production ballot value of definitive evidence that demonstrates wide scale election fraud that is organized and is being paid for.
And that, ladies and gentlemen, is treason.
Now, the idea that Americans are seeing this, the whole world is experiencing this global revolution or American Revolution 2.0, but I want to point out that there's just becoming more visible and that this may have been in the background for hundreds of years or even further back.
If you consider the evidence that our opponents were able to assassinate a sitting president in JFK, they were able to initiate two world wars.
And if you go to, again, Carl B. Hermann blogs about any of these shows, Look at the article series US Illegal that I wrote and I don't know, Benjamin Franklin may have had it right that the constitutional limits were very quickly eclipsed and as a function of what exactly Franklin admonished against is that ordinary people just can't tell the difference between being sold a narrative and being able to Claim inalienable rights.
So the CDC taxing us with our tracking us with our tax money.
That's cute.
And the whole choice again is this inalienable rights versus that you are a subject.
Under government control.
And just to obey whatever stories.
And again, to put this into context of what does it mean to be an American.
An American and the United States are defined by our Constitution.
And the United States rose as a nation because enough of us had the intellectual integrity and moral courage to stand for the rights that our own government was promising to keep.
And the breaking point again in American Revolution 1.0 was when our own government attempted to disarm us, arrest the American leaders only asking for our rights, and then send them off to hang in London.
Wow, yes.
Meanwhile, Joy Behar calls on women to use sex strikes to protect potential overturn of Roe v. Wade, wants women to withhold sex from men to protest the potential overturn.
Liberals everywhere have been having meltdowns since the unprecedented leak.
However, few took the report worse than Joy Behar and her radically liberal stars on the show The View.
After spending much of Monday sulking over the report she hatched a plan Tuesday morning, she thinks May stopped plans to overturn Roe v. Wade dead in their tracks.
A sex strike!
Joey Behar says she's on a sex strike.
And here I was thinking she wanted a punishment.
We're in trouble, lads.
I'm on strike.
No choice for moi.
No sex for him.
Look at her.
What an attractive gal.
Stephanie Wilkins.
So Joy Behar floated the idea of going on a sex strike to protest the possibility of Roe v. Wade being overturned.
Oh, I bet if every man in the country gave a dollar to the United States government to not have sex with Joy Behar, we could fix the national debt.
Joy Behar says she's going on a sex strike.
Very bad news for this guy.
Julie Behar sees this as a war on women and minorities.
In the same segment, she explains she thinks something like a sex strike could be necessary because she believes overturning Roe is a slippery slope.
If they're in charge with the presidency of the House and the Senate, it's going to be a disaster.
Don't think this is just a war on women.
It could be!
A war on people of color and gay people.
However, she might be surprised to learn that withholding sex might not be an effective way for women to fight this war.
It turns out Generation Z really doesn't care much about sex.
A recent study has shown members of Generation Z between the ages of 20 and 24 were more likely than millennials in Generation X.
To be innocent of sex, while just 6% of Generation X said they were sexually inactive at that age.
A wobbling 15% of Generation Zers say they're having no sex between 20 and 24.
Studies like this have led Newsweek to declare Generation Z to be the least sex-positive generation in decades.
So perhaps Bihar may want to think of something else she can weaponize in her quest to fight the overturn of Rome.
May we suggest a strike of anything fun?
Because that seems like something she and her fellow radicals are much better at withholding from the rest of us these days.
Joe?
Your thoughts?
Yeah, well, you know, The View is a comedy show, and if you withhold sex, you're not gonna need an abortion!
Get over it!
And I can't imagine anything worse than having to be a gynecologist and giving a pelvic exam to Baywhore or Hoopy Woopy!
What could be worse?
I think it's hilarious that she, Ms.
Goldberg, created her name, but what Whoopi was most famous for before she made it into a common surname was a cushion that you sat on that made a fart sound, so that's exactly what I have for that show, and I feel tortured any time I'm in a A dentist's office or an airport or anything where I'm forced to even endure a second of those screeching hags on that show.
It's absolutely worthless.
And I can't believe there's a bunch of menopausal women sitting around clutching their pearls and going, Oh, whatever Behar and Whoopi say has got to be the truth.
It's like, grow up.
It's like listening to NPR.
It's absolute crap.
I love that he's saying her sex strike is really bad news for this school.
Oh my god.
Yeah, really?
Carl, your thoughts?
So all we're going to get from these corporate media whores is to go ahead and devolve down and to make people afraid, to have them be panicked, to have them just disregard what... I mean, if they say that they uphold American values, then the democratic process is to allow ideas to come forth and to be able to consider those.
Freely and to choose freely.
Now in the system that we have, of course, that whole democratic process has been captured by the oligarchs and there isn't anything that is going to be truly consistent with the ideals of people having a voice and a choice until we have these parasites arrested.
And what we're seeing again is this push towards the rioting and the looting and the fear and the anger and the distraction so that.
Just imagining what our black hat so-called masters want to do is to push for so much chaos that they will be begged to come in and to control things with riot control and then of course to initiate more censorship because it is these insurrectionists that are causing all this trouble and they need to be cancelled out of the culture which is what they want in the big picture is a one-party totalitarian state.
I think that's right, and it's even reinforced by this way on Reader Supported News, which is a Democratic outlet that's been begging for money to support, because apparently so many Democrats realize a party has no future that even these left-wing outlets, Common Dreams and other, are going begging for money.
So here we have a fellow, Ilhan Milheiser, giving a case against the Supreme Court where he ties in the decision to transfer responsibility for abortion to the states with a denial of letting anyone vote without any ID, no matter what, which of course would give the Democrats election after election.
So I want to just give us a little bit of flavor of how the Democrats are looking at this, at least some who have enough stature to be writing for this particular strong left-wing outlet.
Greg Scott, whom the Supreme Court described as being of an inferior order.
Yeah, well, the sins of our past are going to haunt us forever.
The court was a midwife of Jim Crow, the right hand of Union Busters, the dead hand of the Confederacy, is now one of the chief architects of America's democratic decline.
Think about that.
It's really not the Biden administration and the insane policies they're implementing.
Two events occurred Monday night, one historic, the other rather insignificant, placing an unflattering spotlight on the Supreme Court.
The historic was publishing the unprecedented leak by Alito that would overrule Roe and delegate to the states the right to ban abortion in their states as representatives of the people.
Alito's draft is not the court's final word, but the leaked opinion is the latest of signs of where it's headed.
The other is I sent two tweets—well, that certainly sounds significant.
One praised whoever leaked the opinion for disrupting an institution that, in my book and elsewhere, I describe as having been a malign force within the United States.
And a second Celebrate the leak for the distrust that might foster in such a malign institution.
That's a pretty peculiar statement to make, to want to destroy the Supreme Court.
The former tweet was phrased provocatively, attracted attention, including from Ted Cruz.
I do not advocate arson as a solution to the Republican Party's capture of the Supreme Court.
I metaphorically compared the leak to lighting the court on fire, because as Chief Justice Roberts noted, the court has extraordinarily strong norms of confidentiality it zealously protects.
The fact someone inside the small circle of trust leaked the opinion is likely to be perceived as the gravest and most unforgivable sin.
To this I say good!
If the court does what Alito proposed in a draft and overrules Roe, That will culminate a decades-long effort by Republicans to capture the institution and use it, not just to undercut abortion rights, but implement an unpopular agenda they cannot implement through the Democrat process.
Gee, why does that sound like Joe Biden and his executive orders to me?
And the court's Republican majority hasn't simply handed the Republican Party substantive political policy victories.
It is systematically dismantling voter rights protection.
This is rather ludicrous, frankly.
Justice Alito, author of the draft opinion on Roe, is also the author of two important decisions, dismantling much of the Voting Rights Act.
Failing to answer because it was unconstitutional and would give no legitimacy to any election for the rest of the duration of the United States.
Perhaps the best evidence proponents of abortion could win a fair political fight, however, is the Supreme Court's own polling.
After the Court allowed a strict anti-abortion law to take effect in Texas last fall, multiple polls show the Court's approval at its lowest point ever.
But public opinion may not matter, because Alito and his fellow justices have spent the past decade placing a thumb on the scales of democracy, making our system even less democratic than one that already features the Electoral College and a mis-abortioned Senate.
So this is also an attack on the Electoral College.
This is pretty much an attack on the Constitution as a whole.
Alita authored two opinions, joined a third, almost completely neutralized the Voting Rights Act, which was completely insane, called here landmark legislation, but allowing Democrats to win every election from now to forever.
Similarly, the court's Republican majority.
held in Ruscio versus common cause.
Federal courts will do nothing to stop partisan gerrymandering.
Alito is also one of the court's most outspoken proponents of the independent state legislature doctrine, which in its strongest form would give gerrymandered Republican legislatures nearly limitless power to determine how federal elections are conducted in their states, even if they violate their state which in its strongest form would give gerrymandered Republican legislatures nearly That's pretty bizarre.
One of the most troubling aspects is it often seems to apply one set of rules to Democrats and a different, more permissive, to Republicans.
Last February, for example, he voted with four others to reinstate an Alabama congressional man that a lower court determined to be an unconstitutional racial gerrymander because they determined it was not.
In blocking the lower court's order, he joined an opinion arguing that it was wrong because it was handed down too close to the next election.
But then in late March, they joined Wisconsin state legislative maps due to concern those maps may give too much political power to blacks.
March is, of course, closer to the election day than February, so it's difficult to square the March decision with the approach Alito endorsed in February.
I could list more examples.
Now, this court, often relying on novel legal reasoning, has advanced the Republican Party's substantive agenda in areas as diverse as religion, vaccination, and the right of workers to organize.
But really, every issue pales in importance to the right to vote.
I found that pretty much ideological propaganda.
Joe, what's your take?
Yeah, well, the Federalist Papers warned us about having a co-equal branch being a judiciary branch, and especially against having one where you had lifetime membership by these group of black robe clowns, so I don't have a whole lot of respect for that group anyway.
They have a real problem because they have no enforcement.
And so I think it was Justice Marshall who made a ruling against the president.
And I think it was Andrew Jackson.
And Andrew Jackson said, well, the court has made their ruling.
I'll make mine.
Let them enforce theirs.
And so they have absolutely no teeth.
And to give you a perfect example, this is from Wikipedia.
If you look up executive order.
The Supreme Court has held that all executive orders from the President of the United States must be supported by the Constitution, whether from a clause granting specific power or by Congress delegating such executive branch.
Where's the Supreme Court protecting us from all these rotten executive orders that have been issued repeatedly by every president for the last century?
They're not there at all.
And I mentioned it on a previous program and I'll put it down in the show notes.
There's 13 circuit courts.
There's like total number of district court judges is like 670 district court judges.
The 13 appellate courts all have about a dozen justices each.
So we've got a thousand federal judges that are lifetime appointees that have just a simple
majority vote in senate for their approval and and this is what we've got running our country is a bunch of black robe disease lawyers that were lawyers before they got on the bench and almost no way to remove them there's there's a three federal judges have been impeached in the last 30 years and you tell me out of a thousand judges every one of them are eagle scouts give me a freaking break man i've got no use for that particular branch of government at all just because they uh
That's very interesting.
constantly, and then they don't do their basic duty, which is not to judge a law and create law, but to say if a law is unconstitutional, send it back to Congress and say, Congress, rewrite this law where it fits within the Constitution.
They've never done that particular obligation.
That's very interesting.
Carl?
Some people hold hope that the Supreme Court is somehow honest, but of course they aren't.
They are appointed by the President and then confirmed by the Senate, and nobody rises up to power unless they are owned.
So the Supreme Court did reject all of the evidence for election fraud in 2020, not based on the merits of the evidence, but based upon procedural rules.
And again, 2,000 mules is an excellent opportunity.
And we've covered on this show previously, as I have.
My favorite part of the evidence is in Pennsylvania, after 3 a.m.
stopping the voting and then counting again, they found 600,000 votes for Biden and 3,000 for Trump, a 200 to 1 ratio, which is impossible.
With a number with the odds like 60 or 70 zeros behind it.
So it is an old and captured system.
And again, I have no recourse and how to break through this other than to just to tell the truth and to demand arrest of these parasitical oligarchs.
And sending the decision back down to the states, that is going to evoke fear as well, because the state lawmakers are equally owned.
So, it is a conundrum.
And man, all I can do is just go ahead and invite people to level up, and whatever obvious issues, whatever obvious stances you feel central and consistent with your integrity, to speak up and to engage, because you see what's on the line.
Very good, very good.

Here we have some comments from my blog.
The overthrow of the legally elected president in Ukraine in 2014 and in the U.S.
in 2020 is the root cause of this war.
It's very tragic because Russia's goal is simply a neutral Ukraine with independence of the Russian-speaking Donbass region.
Russia never invaded Crimea in the first place.
I can't think of any war the U.S.
has actually won in my lifetime.
Cancellation of U.S.
midterms is very concerning as much as the Brandon Pappa dictatorship is already illegitimate.
The timing of this leak lines up pretty well with a sold-out release of 2,000 mules and the push to prosecute Trump once again.
Roe v. Wade overturned.
Why have pesky abortion stats proved the clot shot sterilized over half the women?
Here's a report on what's happening to Roe v. Wade here.
My comment?
The Supreme Court is making desperate stabs at legitimacy after enabling and abetting the theft of the election.
And this is an extreme example.
This was also done to cover up how many women were rendered sterile by the clot shot.
They cannot have that show up in the abortion stats.
You can assume the court has nothing good at play here and that they did this to fake legitimacy and do a cover-up.
They'll probably let the states decide also.
They probably figured they have the population they want destroyed adequately, wiped out by the vax, and virtually all the women who were vaxed are now sterile.
Who needs Roe v. Wade?
The mission has been accomplished.
Who needs abortion clinics anymore when the only women who can become pregnant now are smart enough to avoid the vaccine and would never get an abortion anyway?
Canned Parenthood is going to belly up, so they might as well ban abortion before the abortion stats show how many women were rendered sterile by the vaccine.
Repeat!
They overturned Roe v. Wade for the explicit reason the abortion stats are going to plummet due to how many women can't get pregnant anymore after the vax.
Meanwhile, remember, 1% control the world, 4% are their puppets, 90% are asleep, 5% know and try to wake the 90%, the 1% use a 4% to prevent the 5% from waking up the 90%.
to wake the 90%.
The 1% is a 4% to prevent the 5% from waking up the 90%.
We see it again and again.
Final thoughts, Joe, yours. - Thank you.
Yeah, did you hear about the rabbi that was doing circumcisions for free?
He was just working for tips.
And that would be a funny joke, except it's actually true.
Here's a video that's placed by Earth newspaper, how Jewish American pedophiles hide from justice in Israel.
We have no extradition from that little rotten country.
And they have a thing called the law of return, which it makes it really difficult for any Jewish criminal to ever be extradited for that country for any reason at all.
But he goes into the details about The child pedophilias that are over there, and turns out the only ones that are extradited are the ones that molested Jewish kids.
And we have rabbis in New York City where they did the practice of not only when they circumcised the little boy, they sucked the blood coming out of him.
And if you want to know where adrenaline comes from, when you get your winky whacked, You're going to be in a little bit of trauma.
So there's your adrenochrome.
And so this has been a, quote, Jewish practice for a long time.
And the folks in the Jewish group that do that, they know for a fact that happened because they were able to trace the exact DNA.
of the herpes that the rabbi had that he gave to these innocent little boys after circumcising and sucking him.
So don't tell me how wonderful these people are and that these are God's chosen people and that we need to worship them and that we need to keep squandering billions of dollars and fighting endless wars in order to create the territory that they need.
And I put a motion up on Gab yesterday It's a two-hour long presentation by Christopher Bolin in Los Angeles about the Yenon Project and how they were totally involved in 9-1-1.
I saw Christopher Bolin at the 15th anniversary of 9-1-1, September 11, 2016, in Austin, Texas.
And that was a four-hour long session with Jim Maher and Christopher Bolin, and it was 15 minutes from the world headquarters for InfoWars, and Alex Jones didn't have a single person there to report it.
He didn't mention it ahead of time or afterwards.
So, you know, I know where Alex is on this particular subject, but I also know who did 911, and we know why.
Carl, your final thoughts?
Well, I thought that that was a great perspective to say that the midterms could be canceled because if you take a look, imagine that you were advising that side, if we're not just seeing all kabuki theater with this, is that canceling the midterm elections might be their best move and just blame domestic insurrectionists, terrorists, and just go for the final win by destroying your opponent
And then seeing if you can achieve that totalitarian state.
And the other side that we're just always arguing for is just arrest the fuckers for the obvious crimes centered in war, looting and lying.
And again, we have we have the history and the progression.
So we have Will Smith.
Comedian Dave Chappelle got attacked at the Hollywood Bowl in L.A.
the other night.
So I think that what we're seeing is this narrative again being pushed that it's okay and acceptable to go ahead and just hit and attack somebody for saying a joke.
So the idea of canceling the midterms would have to be because there is widespread violence.
And enough American people would have to fall into that trap and to be engaged in order to cancel the midterms.
And that also was a great point that the purpose of this ruling or the alleged leaked ruling of the Supreme Court is to destroy the infertility data that will be coming.
So, and the big picture is that we are small pieces on a big board, and despite the craziness of it, I do advocate and practice being a peaceful warrior, having calm intensity, and to be patient in our activism.
Because, you know, even if you go for it, as we have for decades, You discover for yourself on your own terms that, in my experience, only about 2% of the general population, about 1 in 50, can actually engage in these factual issues without devolving into an emotional, just-above-an-animal-type response.
Very astute comments from both Joe Olson in Houston, Carl Herman in San Ramon, California.
We observed abortion as an emotional issue, and you've heard some very emphatic statements from them both, Joe in particular.
Carl retains his even objective, rational, even in dealing with the most complex and emotional-laden subjects.
I'm astonished by the court's decision.
Paying attention to the confirmation of the three Trump nominees, I had no expectation that they would repudiate a precedent that's been in place for 50 years.
I believe very strongly that Roe creates a democratic solution to a moral dilemma because it allows every woman to act in accordance with her own principles, her own set of circumstances, No one is forced under choice to either get an abortion or not get an abortion.
No one is required under choice to carry the term an unwanted fetus.
In my opinion, the pro-life position implemented systematically turns women into reproductive slaves.
I find that wholly immoral, abusive, contrary to every principle for which this country is supposed to stand.
But it is most certainly an issue on which there are many diverse opinions.
The Supreme Court most certainly failed the United States when it refused to take the Texas case that would have set the election at 2020 right.
We are suffering massive consequences thereafter.
I don't like to imagine the courts acting in a political way to achieve certain short-term goals, but I cannot rule it out.
What we're hearing from the commentators appears to be just as perceptive as what we're hearing from more institutionalized sources.
We're thus in a calamitous situation.
There is no issue that it could have done more to benefit the Democrats heading up to the midterm than this.
And the idea that a conservative court should have given this on a silver platter defies logic and reason.
In my opinion, it was a wrong idea.
If they follow through and repudiate and row, it's going to create chaos in the country.
Only the Democrats are going to benefit, and the women of this nation will suffer.
Thank you for joining us today.
