Oh, Michael, just delighted.
I do so enjoy our conversations and it's been, it's been much too long.
Yes, it's been way too long and there's so much to cover with you.
We have so much to talk about and catch up on.
And Jim, I hope everything is going well out there for you and your family.
I hope no one's sick.
I hope no one is having any trouble with the vaccines or anything of that nature.
Anything of that sort of thing going on back there.
I hope everything is A-OK.
Well, while the family didn't let me know they were going to get vaxxed, I remain unvaxxed and everyone so far is coping fine.
So I'm just glad, knock on wood, because this is a great travesty.
This is one of the Most monstrous schemes ever unleashed upon the world.
In fact, I regard this as the greatest hoax in history.
The whole coronavirus pandemic, obviously fraudulent, exaggerated, using a phony test to generate a false sense of pandemic, where even Donald Trump was played to bring about the lockdowns.
It's all coming out, but I fear the damage has been done, Michael.
At least a whole lot of damage has been done and even including toddlers, for example, who've been masked, who've been unable to see their parents or their other kids, you know, mouthing words are constrained in their linguistic development.
And given the way in which children grow, I'm fearful that some of this damage will turn out to be permanent.
I also have no doubt whatsoever
That the average IQ in the United States, where we didn't have a lot of brain cells to spare, will drop by at least 10 points as a consequence of all of this medical malpractice generated by big pharma, but ultimately the responsibility of the Rothschild banking empire, which of course implements its policies not only through the major media, which they control, owning AP and Reuters,
But also the World Economic Forum, who said Klaus Schwab is himself a Rothschild.
So we're in the grip of absolutely insidious, malicious, monstrous plot to depopulate the world by up to 80 to 90 percent.
We're talking about billions of people, Michael.
And so far as I can see, it is moving forward apace.
There's a three-part program, the MAS, being used to kill us slowly by reducing our oxygen input, recycling oxygen depleted, which kills brain cells with stress on your cardiovascular system, and brain cells, unlike skin cells, for example, do not regenerate, so that loss is permanent.
And of course, the VACs that kill us faster, bringing about Well, let's put it this way.
The Pfizer had 1,245 adverse effects.
It's just incredible.
These were even allowed, and it reflects the fact that the medical agencies, the CDC, the FDA, The NIH and WHO were all bought and paid for by the Rothschilds.
There's no other explanation.
I mean, these are medications that with a handful of adverse effects would have been ordinarily pulled off the market, and yet they've gone full steam ahead.
The corruption is unimaginable.
It's truly mind-boggling, Michael.
And then the third stage, which is coming soon, is Massive food shortages are going to lead to unprecedented starvation worldwide.
This was something Henry Kissinger was talking about back in 1974.
Not only that if you want to control a government, you know, control finance, if you want to control the people, control the food, but even advocating a worldwide food shortage to bring about genocide on an unprecedented scale.
It is coming.
It really is.
And Jim, I have to be honest.
At first, I thought it was sort of smoke and mirrors, the whole food crisis, the shortage going on.
Until I started seeing it personally at my stores out here where I live, Jim, I started seeing lots of empty shelves out there.
And of course, lots of products that are long overdue and are just sort of rotting on a shelf.
It's pretty incredible what's going on.
It is.
It is, Michael.
I encourage people to prepare for the inevitable.
There are a number of very good companies online that serve food that will endure for decades.
You want to stock up, almost certainly you're not going to be able to get enough if this goes on as long as I anticipate, which will be years.
I'm afraid it's going to have the devastating effect that was intended, calculated, planned upon all along.
Yes, we are in a recession, in my opinion.
The stock market's already crashing terribly.
It's like 2008 all over again, Jim.
Yes, except it's going to be far worse.
You're absolutely right.
And I also encourage people If you're not armed, if you don't own weapons, my God, listen, the starvation and the rioting and the looting is going to come from the urban centers out to the suburbs.
Uh, the starving people are going to take whatever you have.
If they believe you have food, if they believe you have weapons, they're going to raid your home.
They're going to attack you.
They're going to kill you.
If you're unable to defend yourself, you're going to be helpless.
Then they'll spread out to rural areas, but most rural areas are smart enough.
They're already armed and it's going to be more difficult.
But I foresee this is going to unfold and no one is going to like what is going to happen, Michael.
Yes.
And of course, we have our great leader, Joseph Biden, asking Congress for 33 billion not so long ago for the support of the Ukraine again.
I thought we were in Deb, Jim.
Why are we?
Why is this guy asking for more, more, and more money?
Well, I've got so much to report about Ukraine.
Putin has indicated he's going to declare war.
You know, this has only been a special military operation.
It's reported he's likely going to use the May 9th Victory Day, which marked the surrender of Nazi Germany in 1945, to inform the Russian people.
That he's waging a war in Ukraine, not merely running a special military operation.
As the Kremlin's assault has moved into its 10th week, Putin has not yet labeled a war, the goal of which is a denazification of a former Soviet Union country.
Now, the British and American news are claiming the Russians are losing this war, that they are suffering massive casualties and committing all kinds of war crimes.
But the reality, Michael, is precisely the opposite.
The Ukrainians are committing the war crimes.
The Russians have been very effective and methodical.
They are winning the war.
In fact, it may be that by 9 May, Putin can actually declare the war is over.
So I think that's a situation we're in.
In Russia, of course, Victory Day is celebrated with a massive military parade in Moscow's Red Square attended by Putin and other state officials.
No one should be too alarmed about his recent warming against outside intervention in Ukraine and a lightning fast response to any nation that interferes if you listen to the British Secretary of Defense.
But I think that's underestimating Putin is going to follow through, and there's too much going on by means of the West intervening.
Putin has even personally threatened to nuke the West.
Here is what he had to say.
Speaking to lawmakers, Putin said, if someone intends to interfere in what's going on from the outside, they must know that constitutes an unacceptable strategic threat to Russia.
They must know that our response to counter-strikes will be lightning fast.
We have all the weapons we need for this.
No one else can brag about these weapons, and we won't brag about them either, but we will use them.
And I gotta say, You know, trying to disparage Putin and Russia in a military fashion is really utterly ignorant and irresponsible.
The Russians have the best anti-missile missile systems in the world.
They have the best anti-ship missiles in the world.
They have the best anti-submarine torpedoes in the world.
They have this new intercontinental ballistic missile.
With multiple warheads with a single missile could take out the entirety of France.
They have a substation off the East Coast that with a single dirty bomb could take out the American financial sector from Massachusetts to Washington DC and make it uninhabitable for the next 250 years.
So Michael, A lot of gullible Americans who really don't know the score that are going to be very surprised if, in fact, we continue to pull off this nonsense and Putin retaliates because he's already told us that he will.
And this is a man who keeps his word.
Right.
And this conflict has been going on for a very, very long time, by the way.
Well, if you mean the conflict, the Ukrainians, you know, firing on the eastern Ukraine, where there are many ethnic Russians, that's been going on since 2014.
Right.
When Victoria Nuland engineered a coup using five billion of taxpayer money in order to take out the Russia-friendly president and replace him with a Western puppet.
Now, his successor turns out to be this very odd character, Zelensky.
He's an actor.
He's some kind of drag queen.
He plays a piano with his dong.
Something like that.
This is just absurd, Michael.
And then for Joe Biden, this is a fake Biden.
This isn't actually the senator from Delaware.
This is an actor.
He has the wrong color eyes.
He has the wrong ears.
He has the wrong shape of the skull.
He has the wrong signature.
A pharmacist made the last observation where he's used to comparing signatures to ensure he's not giving up, giving out prescriptions illegally based upon fraud.
And yet, Here he was today giving a very lengthy talk as though it were at a Priors Club meeting, you know, being jocular and humorous.
They're trying to write a script to make him come across as more voter friendly, but then the Democrats know they're in dire, dire straits.
52% of Latinos recently expressed disapproval of Biden, 52% of Latinos.
One of the most reliable of all Democratic voting blocs.
So the writing is on the wall.
If we have an election that's anywhere near honest, and don't count on that, the Democrats are going to be wiped off of the political playing board.
I mean, they're going to be slaughtered.
I mean that in a fairly literal political sense.
The party will be decimated.
That's right.
I do have a clip of that that we'll play in a moment here.
But Michael, I anticipate, and this is why Fauci had to quickly reverse himself on several counts when he recently announced that the pandemic phase was over here in the United States because there's a World Health Organization proposed
International treaty on pandemics that would shift authority to the World Health Organization, which is run by a former terrorist out of Ethiopia, who's not even an MD, not even a medical doctor, that would give them the right to determine pandemics and what response sovereign nations must take, which means if we sign into this treaty,
Then we're going to lose our national sovereignty and our lives are going to be run by utter, to call them a mediocrity, is not sufficient, not adequate to the situation.
Talk about putting your life and your welfare in the wrong hands.
So what I anticipate, and the other is, in relation to the forthcoming midterm elections, I have no doubt whatsoever, this is 100% a game plan, they're going to Alleged a new variant threatens the nation and declare a lockdown.
And because of the lockdown, all voting will be done by mail.
And we know how that works out.
In fact, there's a brand new documentary from Dinesh D'Souza at 2000 Mules, where they have just a staggering amount of video footage of persons who are Loading those ballot drop boxes with phony ballots, and in order to be paid, they had to take selfies of themselves doing it.
And they've got all the selfies.
And we know in Georgia, there was something like 1100 of these operatives.
Well, in order to perform this task, you have to be registered as a form of an aider, but not a single person was registered in the form of an aider in Georgia.
So yeah, this vast number of ballot box stuffing.
That's what they want to do again, Michael.
That is the plan.
It seems like that is the plan going forward and it might happen sooner than we think.
Of course, Bill Gates and this was reported by the Daily Mail.
So you're absolutely correct.
Bill Gates warned a more transmissive and fatal variant could be generated.
So he's already out there already putting that or planting that seed.
In other words, Jim.
Yeah.
Well, Gates was a guy who for years claimed that the greatest threat to world health or existence was not nuclear warfare, but a global pandemic because he was in on the planning.
So you can count on him to continue to play that role.
So I think this is right.
And one of the aspects of the Vax.
Is that it contains elements that turn into a very serious disease.
If the recipient of the vaccine is exposed to 5G at a certain frequency, it turns into something called Marburg, which is a form of hemorrhagic fever.
So you start bleeding from your orifice.
It's very unpleasant.
Oh, my God.

Well, you can anticipate that may be exactly what they have in mind.
Right.
And of course, early on, way back, he was a warning of the worst of the pandemic was to hit back in December 2021.
And, you know, as you know, he goes to these things because he's someone who's partially responsible for what's to come, Jim.
So I really hope we don't really get another lockdown, but it seems like the elite already planning for one.
Oh, I think, I think it's foregone.
It's extraordinary what's going on because we basically have a have a government that's every action is taken is to undermine or destroy America economically, morally, intellectually.
It's just grotesque.
There's never been an event like this before in history.

And, you know, we've been hearing a lot about that.
It's been thrown around out there.
It seems like that's what the media wants.

And here we have Putin warning the U.S.
to back off in Ukraine.
But, you know, the Western narrative is imbued with a rhetoric of democracy versus autocracy has now changed, where our Secretary of State, completely unqualified, in my opinion, for the position, has declared Washington wants to see Russia weakened.
In other words, He's now transforming the conflict from a battle over control of Ukraine, one that pitting Washington more directly against Moscow.
For the Kremlin, his remarks would not have come as a surprise.
Vladimir Putin has recently, as Monday last, repeated that the U.S.
and its allies have sought to split Russian society and destroy Russia from within.
He's observed that the forces that have been historically pursuing a policy aimed at containing Russia just don't need such an independent and large country, even enormously large in their view.
They believe it's very existent, represents a threat to them.
But Putin is a very smart guy.
He's a very serious operator.
And yet here we have A U.S.
lawmaker seeking to bring American troops to Ukraine, which for a certainty would be World War III.
In fact, many believe we're already engaged.
Adam Kittensinger, a Republican from Illinois who is a complete idiot, may I add.
Announce on Sundays, introducing a resolution authorizing the use of military force should Russia deploy chemical, biological, or nuclear weapons in Ukraine.
And by the way, when you set it up like this, you know, you draw a red line and then you orchestrate, you arrange for a chemical, biological, or nuclear event to occur and blame it on Russia.
On Russia.
This would give the president the sole authority to determine what should attack and actually taking place without requiring any investigation.
In other words, there doesn't even need to be any evidence.
Thus it incentivizes Ukrainian forces to stage an attack of this kind to draw the US into the conflict.
And of course we saw this being played out in Syria, Michael.
Yeah, we do.
These staged attacks, supposed to be chemical attacks.
But we actually have footage where you see local community residents rushing out onto the ground, lying down as though they died.
And after the director yells, cut, they get up, brush themselves off and go to collect their paycheck.
I mean, it's just insulting beyond belief.
It really is.
And this all smells of a CIA operation, very much like Operation Northwoods.
Yeah.
Oh, yeah.
I think this is CIA.
I agree completely.
It's currently unclear if and when Kissinger's resolution might be brought to a vote.
Biden himself, the fake Biden, and by the way, a friend of mine says they've actually got more than one fake Biden, has said the US would respond to any use of weapons of mass destruction by Russia and Ukraine.
But so far has avoided drawing any binding red line.
Instead, we're continuing to ship weapons to Ukraine, train Ukrainian soldiers on some of the weapons in Germany.
But I'm telling you, Putin has made it clear, and the U.S.
set the precedent in relation to ISIS and And the Al-Qaeda by claiming that any entity that was aiding and abetting ISIS or Al-Qaeda by providing them weapons or financial support was thereby making themselves a co-belligerent.
Well, what's going on here in Ukraine is far more massive than any attack ever provided ISIS or Al-Qaeda by NATO in the US.
So without any doubt, by our own standard, We have made ourselves co-belligerents, and Russia, given the precedent established by the United States itself, is entitled to respond in kind.
Oh, yes.
Prepare yourselves for a potential false flag if we definitely do see a nuke or a chemical weapon being used in the Ukraine.
Brace yourselves, folks.
Yeah, that's right.
That's right.
And get this, Michael, the White House has embraced piracy, unveiling a plan to sell seized Russian assets and give the proceedings to Ukraine.
Oh, how lovely.
The White House has unveiled a proposed legislative package just this Thursday, allowing the federal government to sell assets seized from Russian oligarchs over the Kremlin's invasion of Ukraine and use the proceeds for military and humanitarian aid to Ukraine.
The U.S.
has already seized millions of dollars in assets from wealthy Russians with close ties to Vladimir Putin.
It and other governments are hoping financial pressure on those individuals translate into political pressure on Ukraine, potentially curtailing its power.
But let me mention that these actions, like the sanctions being imposed on Russia, which affect all of the Russian people, are war crimes under the Geneva Conventions and international law.
They're forms of collective punishment.
that have been ruled to be war crimes, and the United States just bulls ahead doing it anyway. - That's right. - We have completely lost our way.
We are rogue nation violating international law, Geneva Convention, committing war crimes right and left, and it appears to me to be precipitating a world war in which Russia will decidedly wipe out the West And in relatively short order, Michael, I'm telling you, as a former Marine Corps officer, it's very obvious to me, Russia has the upper hand.
But it also appears that Russia wants there to be a nuclear war between the US and Russia.
Remember, they want the chosen people to rise to rule the world.
And that's part of the Great Reset, to enable the Talmudic Jews who believe in Jewish superiority, that they are so superior to the other races, as superior as the human races generally are to the animals in the field, that the other races only exist to serve them.
This is not the view of the majority of Jews, to the best of my knowledge, not to the view of Orthodox Jews, not the view of those who believe in the Old Testament.
These are the Talmudic Jews who believe the other races, that Jews are so superior, the other races only exist to serve the Jews, and that Jews can abuse them with impunity, lie, steal, cheat, even kill.
With impunity.
I mean, it's an obscenity.
I was so slow to catch on.
It wasn't until 2008 that I began to put pieces together and distinguish between those who follow Judaism, those who are Zionists, and those who are the Talmudic variety, which is especially nefarious, Michael.
Every American needs to get a grip on this.

Of logic, critical thinking and scientific reasoning.
If it took me this long to sort it out, everyone else needs to benefit from what I have gone through and put the pieces together, because what's going on here is totally undemocratic, totally anti-American.
Totally genocidal, frankly, to put it most baldly, and it's to elevate one group regarding itself as privileged above all others, even though its percentage of the world's population is minuscule.
Maybe, I don't know, maybe 1%.
They regard the other 99% as only existing to serve them.

Well, it is a case under international law that, you know, soldiers in combat police in the performance of their duty, citizens in self-defense, are entitled to commit to kill persons without it qualifying as murder, which is wrongful killing.
Wrongful and deliberate killing when it's a first degree.
So there are exceptions there.
There are conditions under which killing another person is a moral and lawful action to take.
The Muslims also have an honorable killing as well.
You know, they chop their sister's heads off.

Zero negotiations reveal real U.S.
agenda in Ukraine.
April 29, Monday, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin said one of the U.S.
goals in Ukraine is to see a weakened Russia.
The U.S.
is ready to move heaven and earth to help Ukraine win the war against Russia.
That first statement makes no goal of saving Ukrainian lives, because saving Ukrainians is not a focus of U.S.
war aims in Ukraine.
The Turkish Prime Minister, Foreign Minister, Hold out America's disregard of the staggering death and destruction.
They're saying there are countries within NATO who want the war to continue.
They want Russia to become weaker.
Yes.
Apparently heaven and earth includes billions in weaponry, but not a single pair of U.S.
boots on the ground, except how Kissinger is now proposing to put boots on the ground.
Nor does it include American warplanes, not even a no-fly zone to counter Russian air superiority, which would entail direct conflict with Russia.
That telegraphs.
America doesn't consider the Ukraine war critical to America's national self-interest that it would risk a single American life.
There's not once been offered negotiations of a path toward peace.
For the U.S.
standard negotiations, they have to cease denying the provocative history of the U.S.
NATO and the ultra-nationalist Ukrainians' actions toward Russia's borders, including killing over 14,000 Russian-speaking Ukrainians in the Donbass area since 2014.
Refusing to address that long, tortured history makes a negotiated settlement Essentially impossible.
It leaves endless weaponry, provoking even stronger Russian warfare, guaranteeing the killing goes on throughout 2022.
But endless war is just one of several calamities, and its less violent policy makes sanctions instead of negotiation.
Worldwide recession may now more likely than not occur.
Flowing from worldwide recession and sanctions crippling supply chains, millions in poor countries may be doomed to starvation and death from policies proclaimed to be saving lives.
But the worst outcome would be all-out nuclear war between two major powers possessing over 13,000 nuclear weapons every day brings new potential for miscalculation.
It is counterproductive for the U.S.
to substitute weapons and sanction for diplomacy if it's truly interested in peace.
For example, last week, Blinken counselor Derek Chollet advised Blinken's negotiating team refused to even consider Russia's security concerns regarding NATO's membership for Ukraine, a red line to Russia they've been warning us about for two decades.
So let's build the beans by saying we made clear to the Russians we were willing to talk them into issues we thought were of genuine concern, but the future of Ukraine was a non-issue.
Consequently, Blinken, our own Secretary of State, hasn't spoken to the Russian Foreign Minister, Sergey Lavrov, who's a very savvy fellow.
Since February 15th, nine days before the event began on February 24th after Putin made a magisterial speech outlining the history of the region and why it was essential that Russia should enter.
Leading to a fair question many are asking, is the U.S.
simply supplying endless weapons with no negotiations to wage a proxy war by Ukrainians?
Primarily to isolate, weaken and affect regime change in Russia rather than to save Ukrainian lives.
Michael, there really isn't a serious room for doubt about it.
Oh, no, not at all.
It's terrible what's happening around the world, Jim.
And I don't see it getting any better anytime soon.
And by the way, Jim, I did find a clip of Joe Biden at the dinner, by the way, where he's trying to be funny and cute.

I did read briefly about it, but I did watch part of it on television earlier today.
And I was it was obvious that this is an effort to try to make him out to be a human being who's not completely brainless to make.

Nancy Pelosi, Speaker of the House, has made a surprise visit to Kiev to kiss Zelensky's ass.

official to come to Kiev, Pelosi, since the start of the fighting, was accompanied by House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Gregory Meads, Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff, Rules Committee Chairman Jim McGovern and Representative Jason Crow.
The House Speaker is formally second in line to the presidency after the vice president.
They held brief talks.
Pelosi told Zelensky she came to say thank you for your fight for freedom.
Your fight is a fight for everyone.
Our commitment is to be there with you until the fight is done.
Now, Michael, what right does the Speaker of the House to make a commitment that the United States is going to fight with Ukraine until the fight is done?
She has no legal authority.
This is completely outrageous, completely obscene.
But that's Pelosi.
Meanwhile, get this rather more significant, in my opinion, 10 European Union countries are quietly buying gas with roubles.
While multiple European leaders have publicly proclaimed they won't buy Russian gas in rubles, 10 EU countries are going along with it.
According to a Hungarian official, the country's leaders aren't admitting in order to seem as being good Europeans.
He said Hungary has opened a euro account with Russia's Gazprom bank.
Which converts payments into rubles before transferring them to suppliers in Russia.
It allows European buyers to comply with Putin's demand made in last March that unfriendly countries switch to Russia's national currency.
There are nine other countries using the same payment scheme.
But because today the idea of being a good European also means the leaders of those countries are not honest while speaking either in the international arena After their own people, the other countries, the other nine won't admit they're doing the same thing.
There should be no doubt in anyone's mind countries importing raw materials from Russia use exactly the same method to pay for Russian gas.
Hungary depends on Russia for all of its gas and is therefore imposed EU sanctions.
We mustn't adopt sanctions with which we primarily penalize ourselves instead of those we want to sanction.
As said the Hungarian official referring to soaring energy costs throughout Europe.
While the government at Budapest has condemned Russia's military operation in Ukraine, they will continue to buy their energy at the cheapest possible price to offset any cost added expense on the Hungarian people, which is totally responsible, Michael.
Totally.
Right.
And of course, moving on really briefly here, I did want to ask you about the latest with Alex Jones.
And of course, I did I did want to know if you have been following along with our friend Alex Jones and what he's been going through.
Well, Alex is going through some bankruptcy proceedings.
He has a vast financial empire.
All of the cases about Sandy Hook, including that of Alex Jones, have been resolved on procedural grounds.
Was the only case that was dedicated to establishing whether or not anyone had died at Sandy Hook.
All these others have just gone forward by taking for granted that the official narrative is true.
I have sought to intervene so far in about 10 of these different cases, and I'm now seeking to intervene in the Alex Jones bankruptcy case in Connecticut.
In order to bring the attention of the judge that this whole business is being predicated on the assumption people died at Sandy Hook when there's massive evidence that nobody died at Sandy Hook.
I'm also in a bankruptcy case against Remington in Alabama.
I'm also before the tax court in Washington DC on similar grounds where I've even had to make a motion to hold to account the
Commissioner of Internal Revenue for basically taking an improper stance on behalf of a Sandy Hook charity when the whole legitimacy of the charity is at stake and where I am as a whistleblower pointing out that this is not a bona fide charity under the law, which would be tax exempt, but rather this is obtaining income or donations under false pretext and therefore
They ought to be taxed at the regular rate, which is going to make a difference of tens of millions I predict.
I mean, so I'm being very aggressive about it.
And in the meanwhile, since I was dealt with very badly by the Circuit Court by the Court of Appeals and by the Supreme Court in Wisconsin.
I'm now going to the United States Supreme Court and pointing out the whole case was mishandled, that there was massive judicial bias against me at both the circuit and the appellate court level, that it's obligatory in a summary judgment that you take the non-movement, that would be the defendant's position, to be true
In order to ascertain whether there are any disputed facts, because if there are any disputed facts and it has to be sent to a jury and summary judgment is inapplicable, but astoundingly enough, essentially both the circuit court and the appellate court did the opposite.
They presumed that the movement's position was true and gave no credence to mine whatsoever.
In fact, the circuit court judge, whose name coincidentally happens to be Remington, actually In post verdict motion decision said it was completely unreasonable for anyone to question the Sandy Hook narrative.
It was completely unreasonable to doubt that the death certificate was authentic.
He really laid out the case for judicial bias.
And I think really moving forward, Michael, that I have a very powerful case to bring before the Supreme Court.
There are several aspects to it.
It turns out that Slapsuits, they're known as strategic lawsuits against public participation that are designed to publish individuals who seek to publicize issues of malfeasance by the government that are embarrassing to punish them, are illegal in 32 states, but Wisconsin is not among them.
And Wisconsin has a peculiarity in its rules of summary judgment that allows a judge under special circumstances to resolve issues, which ought also not to be a part of a summary judgment, so that had I been sued with the same complaint in Texas, for example, the suit would have been thrown out immediately.
Instead, in Wisconsin, I had to endure all kinds of legislative abuse and had a judgment of $450,000 against me.
And then when I continued to pursue the case to expose that the party who'd come and testified under the name of the plaintiff was not in fact the name plaintiff, but a different party.
In other words, there was an impersonation taking place, which I'd been discussing, addressing to the court.
From my original answer through my counter complaint and thereafter, I repeatedly pointed out this was not the right guy and fraud was being perpetrated on the court.
The judge simply ignored everything I had to say, treated the plaintiff's complaint as though it were impeccable, and gave no regard whatsoever to mine.
Because the Supreme Court would have an opportunity here, To make the rules for summary judgment uniform through all 50 states and to ensure that slap suits are not permitted in any of the 50 states.
I believe there's going to be a real temptation by the court to take up my writ, even though they only review 5% of those that are submitted to the court.
But these are very important issues on a national level, Michael, and I think therefore I actually have a serious shot at it.
I would say so myself.
I mean, this sounds insane, and of course anyone can download your book still online.
No, actually, Michael, that was really what they were seeking to do.
I'm convinced the reason for the lawsuit, where they pulled out three sentences from the book and one sentence from a blog to file the complaint, Well, the book runs like 440 pages.
So, you know, you got three sentences out of 440 pages.
They weren't disputing the rest of the evidence, which showed that I was correct.
And the judge precluded me from doing that at the scheduling conference.
He said I wasn't he wasn't going to go down the rabbit hole of whether Sandy Hook were real or not.
Listen to me, Michael, even though The deaths disputed death certificate in both the form that was attached to the complaint, which had a file number, a town certification and a state certification.
Unlike the version of the death certificate published in the book, which had no file number, no town certification and no state certification was was were not materially different, which is simply absurd on its face.
And where both of them say the decedent died at Sandy Hook Elementary on 14 December 2012 of multiple gunshot wounds, the judge ruled that my evidence that nobody had died at Sandy Hook, that it was a FEMA drill presented as mass murder to promote gun control, and these are his words, were not relevant to the accuracy or the truthfulness of the death certificate.
I mean, can you imagine?
So he cut me off from presenting that massive evidence, which was really the primary reason I answered rather than seek to dismiss.
I thought it was important to get all this evidence laundered through the court.

But if this goes to the Supreme Court, it's a much bigger deal than there's a whole hearing on the case, the subpoena, all the records related to the case, which are quite extensive.
And, you know, I have to pay an attorney for representing me before the Supreme Court.
And I've had one estimate of sixty five thousand dollars already.
Oh, my.
Well, definitely.

And for those who forgot about Sandy Hook, back in December, it's reported that Adam Lanza killed his mother before traveling to the Sandy Hook Elementary School, by the way.
And I believe they're saying he murdered 20 children between ages 6 and 7.
And of course, 7 adults as well lost their lives, they're saying.
And then he shot himself before the police arrived on scene.
That's what's being reported.
And it's pretty strange, though.
I mean, back in 2012 of December, I believe Barack Obama also told the U.N.
that he would sign a small arms treaty.
Well, Barack Obama turns out to be a very, very bad guy.
This was an Obama-Biden-Holder operation.
That Eric Holter went to Connecticut on the 27th of November to inform the governor of what they had in mind, to wit, taking an abandoned school, conducting a drill, presenting it as a real event to promote gun control.
A whole community was in on it.
You had leading figures there who played a role in all of this.
It's no mystery.
It's simply they're all keeping their mouths shut.
They were all required to sign non-disclosure orders, but they were paid a tidy sum.
And then they benefited enormously from the sympathetic but gullible Americans sending contributions to those they believed had lost children at Sandy Hook, which by my calculation totaled between $27 and $130 million, which if you divide between the 26 alleged surviving families,
That works out to be between one and five million apiece for pretending to have lost a child at Sandy Hook.
That's pretty good for an acting gig, especially when you didn't incur any of the negative effects for which you're being so vastly compensated.
It was a completely synesthetic operation.
It was very elaborate, but everybody knew what was going on and they all played along.
I've even had a report, by the way, Michael.
That the media was brought in two days in advance to cover the event.
I wouldn't doubt that at all.
The school was closed years before the shooting, and I'm sure you already know that, Jim.
You've presented that many times here on this program.
Of course, the judge didn't want to hear that, or he didn't want to hear about the footage of the kids leaving the building before the shooting.
Yeah, well, you're right.
I laid all this out in my answer.
You know, the school had been closed by 2008.
It was loaded with asbestos and other biohazards, so there were no teachers or students there.
In fact, according to the final report by the state's attorney, Stephen Sedinsky III of Danbury, there were 489 students there that day.
You subtract 20 allegedly deceased, you had 469 who had to be evacuated.
But the only evacuation for which we have any evidence whatsoever is a string of about 15 kids being led by a policewoman taken by Shannon Hicks, a photojournalist for the Newtown Bee, who just happened to be right there on the spot.
And where it turns out that she also took an earlier photograph.
Or you can see, oh, 10 or 12 parents there just standing around, hands in their pockets, arms crossed, casually looking on while the policewoman rearranges the kids to get a better shot.
So while in the earlier photograph you have a little girl in a pink sweater and a short skirt, they replaced her with a taller little boy in a blue sweater and blue jeans.
And he was by far more photogenic.
Meanwhile, if you look at the earlier photograph toward the back, there's several women in the background.
I think they're even seated, which I described, therefore, as lounging at the massacre.
This whole thing is so fraudulent.

Modernization Act, the Smith-Mutt Modernization Act of 2012, just in advance of Sandy Hook, he vitiated the Smith-Mutt Act of 1948 that precluded the use of the same techniques of staged events and paid riots and the like that heretofore the CIA had only been able to conduct abroad, now were made legally permissible in the United States.
And open the floodgates.
So we have not only Sandy Hook, but the Boston Bombing, Orlando and Dallas, Charlottesville, Parkland, Las Vegas.
And Amazon obligingly has banned six of my books, not only Sandy Hook, but also Boston Bombing, Orlando and Dallas, Charlottesville and Parkland, and even the Moon Book.
The Moon Book Which not only shows we didn't go to the moon, we couldn't have gone to the moon.
We didn't have the propulsion power to escape low Earth orbit.
We didn't have the computing power.
In fact, the computer diagram that NASA claims ran the operation isn't even functional.
We could not have survived the Van Allen radiation belt, which required about six feet of lead to protect the astronauts.
Such that a recent NASA spokesman just a few years back observed that the greatest obstacle to a manned mission to Mars was a Van Allen radiation belt, not realizing and saying that.
He was implying that we cannot have gone to the moon either for the very same reason.

That disputed the official narrative of World War II involving gas chambers and six million being put to death using Zyklon B, which is all just a fantasy.
They were using Zyklon B to kill body lice, to inhibit the transfer of typhus and dysentery in the camps.
Labor camps and they want to maintain the health of the inmates for a very simple reason.
You can't get work out of a corpse.
That's right.
I mean, it's just stunning.

You know, the whole red flag for me, the thing that really got me to really understand it and fully believe it was all BS was the fact that the home of the shooter, Adam Lanza, demolished as well as Sandy Hook demolished as well.

The average cost of an L, this is a kindergarten through fourth grade school, $50 million.

So they were given seven times $7 million.

I said at the time, what is this, the Taj Mahal of elementary schools?

So those who were hired to tear down the old school were subjected to lifetime gag orders.
That they could never report anything they saw or did not see in the school.
And we now have photographs inside the school because the whole op was being run by the Connecticut State Police behind the scene.
And we have photographs in the hallway where two teachers were supposed to be dead.
They're absolutely clear.
There's no blood.
We have photographs from inside Classroom 10 where a whole lot of kids were supposed to have been killed.
They're completely clean.
There is no blood.
So they made them sign lifetime gag orders so they couldn't report that there was no blood on the floor and no pockmarks on the wall for shots having been fired.
They even manufactured, they actually drilled holes in the aluminum frames of a window of Classroom 10 to make it look like those shots had passed through.
It's enough to make you gag, Michael.
I mean, the enormity of the lie, the deception by the American government on the American people is Mind boggling.
It's criminal.
It really is.
It really is.
You know, we've had all these war criminals for such a long time.
We can name them all.
They've all have some shady dealings with the Alphabet Boys, in other words, Jim.
