Welcome to another Texas Tuesday with Joe Olson and Houston.
Michael Ivey, formerly of Fort Worth, now in Asheville, North Carolina.
We're here to bring you all the news you need to know.
Rather stunning, a federal judge finds Trump most likely committed crimes over the 2020 election.
over the 2020 election.
I think this is very bizarre.
A federal judge ruled that former President Donald Trump and a lawyer who advised him on overturning the 2020 election, which we know was massively stolen, but which this judge apparently doesn't understand, likely had committing felonies, including obstructing the likely had committing felonies, including obstructing the work of Congress and conspiring to defraud the United States.
I don't like this one bit.
The judge's comments in the civil case of the lawyer John Eastman marked a significant breakthrough the House Committee investigating the January 6th attack on the Capitol, which we know was contrived.
Trump has not been charged with any crime.
The judge's ruling had no immediate practical legal effect, but it ratified the committee's argument that his effort to block Congress from certifying Biden's Electoral College victory could rise to the level of a criminal conspiracy.
The illegality of the plan was obvious, wrote Judge David O. Carter of the Central District of—surprise, surprise—California.
Our nation was founded on the peaceful transition of power epitomized by George Washington laying down his sword to make way for democratic elections.
Ignoring this history, President Trump vigorously campaigned for the vice president to single-handedly determine the results of the 2020 election.
There's no way in hell in which that's accurate.
Pence had the opportunity, because there were double slates of electors from various states, to send it back to the state to determine which set of electors ought to be counted.
That was constitutional and appropriate.
This judge is way off base.
Way back in January 12th of 2021, shortly after the January 6th event, The Federalist published a brilliant piece by David Barker explaining how Trump was neither guilty of incitement nor were the riots an insurrection.
Incitement has an incredibly high bar, it turns out, that none of Trump's actions since the election come close to meeting.
They were sent in Brandenburg versus Ohio.
The decision held in order to constitute incitement, speech must include intent and specific, not abstract, instructions to act.
It requires a speech in question would likely produce imminent lawless action, which went a step further than previous legal tests.
So as a legal matter, it seems very clear that he had not done that.
He'd encouraged them to peacefully protest, not imminent lawless incitement.
Amanda Marcotte in the salon tried to make the case that Trump had incited.
She starts with a big claim.
There's no doubt Donald Trump incited the insurrection on January 6th.
It happened largely in public and recorded for posterity.
Let's review the record.
But a paragraph later she writes, the people who stormed the Capitol arm with guns, pipe bongs, and plex clips to take members of Congress and Vice President Mike Pence hostage, and I've seen no reason to believe any of that's true, understood Trump's wink and nudge style loud and clear.
One cannot incite with a wink and a nudge, not unless those gestures have already been specified to mean a call to violence.
Here, nothing Trump said in his speech before the violence broke out was a specific call for violence, much less insurrection.
Part of how we know is that the vast, vast majority of those who attended his speech, where he literally called for a peaceful protest, did not engage in any violence whatsoever.
So much for incitement.
As for insurrection, at no point was the overthrow of the government of the United States even a remotely possible outcome.
Not even close.
Those co-explained idiots taking selfies and Pelosi's off and parading around with Podia had no intent of forming a new government.
This is an expression of anger, not a realistic organized coup attempt.
Anyone among the writers that believe their action would result in the overthrow of the government, if there were any, were delusional to the point of insanity.
If it wasn't an incitement and it wasn't an interaction, why do the Democrats, the corporate media, and the big tech tyrants want you to believe it?
Quite simple, actually.
The purpose is to create an atmospheric crisis.
An emergency gives cover to extreme and illiberal action to punish and silence those with him that disagree politically.
But it's actually more subtle and sinister than that.
They want to use this obscure part of the 14th Amendment that states that anyone who participates in insurrection against the government cannot run for federal office.
That's what they're about.
And now they have a completely incompetent judge in California appointed by Bill Clinton.
Shall we be surprised?
Ruling that it's more likely than not he committed a crime.
This is just a travesty.

Yeah, well, let's review the federal judiciary for a second.
We have one chief justice.
That's our phony baloney, Mr. Roberts.
Then we have eight associate justices, and these clowns get $260,000 a year.
They're all science illiterates and history flunkies.

Then there are 11 circuit courts.
And you keep hearing about, well, you appeal to the circuit court before you go to the Supreme Court.
Out of those 11 courts, there's 179 judges.
Then under them, there's district courts, which have 670 judges.
Now, all of these judges that are on the federal bench have to be approved by the Senate.
But when you've got 670 phony baloney judges like this, it's impossible to vet them, and there's absolutely nothing that's ever done to them.
There's only been two or three ever removed in the last three decades.
So these people have a job for life, and if their job is to be a loyal Democrat and do what Bill Clinton tells them to do, that's exactly what they're going to do.
This guy had no basis for making that claim, and he had no authority to make the claim, and it's not even a charge.
It was under his Court's jurisdiction and it's absolutely outrageous the man ought to be impeached and when we take over the house in 2022 this judge who is unnamed in this report will be impeached because this is a breach of judicial conduct and we're going to find a whole bunch more of these judges and we're going to impeach a hell of a lot of them because we got more rotten federal judges than we deserve and more than the system can stand.
Well, this judge actually is cited here, Joe.
His name is I didn't see it.
It doesn't say it.

There is a judge, David O Carter down toward the last paragraph.
See second line of the central district of California.
That's where I said, surprise, surprise.
He's from California.
See that he was appointed.
He was appointed by Bill Clinton.

Yeah, that answered two of my questions right there.
I wish I could say I was surprised to see some federal judge making ridiculous rulings like that, but it's more of the same.
And as we watch the degeneration of the rule of law, which might be dead at this point in this country, and because that perception gets reinforced practically every day as more and more opinions Like that come out and I hear about him.
Speaking of judges in general, did you guys see the story about Clarence Thomas's recent illness possibly being a result of his being poisoned with thallium?
I had heard that, yeah.
The Democrats will do anything.
They're so desperate.
I think they want to get rid of him.
He's a conservative voice.
He believes in the First and the Second Amendment.
They don't like that.
This would not surprise me.
There was a movie called The Pelican Brief where they killed three judges to get a ruling favorable in relation to a specific case.
Nothing would surprise me, Michael.
Tell us more.
I don't know that much detail about that story without going to it and looking it up right now, but that was one of the possibilities that was being tossed around based on how his reaction was to his recent illness.
And we know that they bumped off Scalia a few years ago, and if you're a conservative Constitution upholding judge on big courts, You know, you better have good security.
And another thing about that story that you just read that reminded me of your case, it's really insane how judges are assuming facts that are not on the record, which is entirely against judicial procedure.
And your Sandy Hook case is a great example.
Michael, I thought about it when I read this, the weaponization of the law and the abuse of the judiciary, unbelievable.
President Biden's Putin speech in Poland turns out to be a catastrophe.
He came, he saw, he confused.
Biden's call to arms was long on soaring rhetoric, woefully short on what the West will do.
By the time it got to the finish, most of it was forgotten.
But remember the single most memorable line, for God's sake, this man cannot remain in power.
Obviously, this was a call for regime change.
You can't understand it any other way.
It raises the question whether toddling Putin, a subject never before mentioned by the White House, is suddenly the new policy of the U.S.
and NATO.
Aw, no.
Shortly after the speech, a Biden aide told Poole reporters a present point was Putin cannot be allowed to exercise power over his neighbors in the region.
He was not discussing Putin's power in Russia or regime change.
Gee, isn't it funny how it sounded like it?
Unbelievable!
So what Biden so clearly said is not really what he meant.
How in the hell can a line like that, so explicit it could potentially lead to World War III, get into a presidential address if the plain meaning wasn't the intent?
Even if the speechwriter screwed up, didn't anybody in the White House, State, or Pentagon read the draft?
Was it Russian disinformation like Hunter Biden's emails or the dramatic line just walked into the speech by itself?
Maybe it wasn't in there at all.
Maybe it just popped into Biden's addled brain and he added it on the fly.
The White House, however it eventually explains itself, won't be good enough, not by a long shot.
This is at least the fourth time on the three-day trip.
Something Biden said had to be walked back, cleaned up, clarified, and reviewed.
No.
There will not be food shortages in America, despite what he suggested.
No, American troops in Poland are not headed to Ukraine, despite what Biden told them.
No, the U.S.
will not use chemical weapons, even if Russia does, despite the President seeming to threaten it would.
And now, no, we're not pushing for regime change in Russia.
It's a hell of a way to end a trip most important in Biden's presidency.
He's underwater with voters on almost every domestic issue, some by lopsided margins.
His party could be facing a midterm wipeout, which would largely neuter his term.
Presidents in trouble often turn to foreign policy when they command the stage and have more power, in a sense.
Biden had little choice because the televised brutality of the war overshadowed everything in Washington, including the confirmation hearings of his Supreme Court nominee, Catania Brown Jackson, who could become the court's first black woman.
While the White House tried to keep the focus on the home front, it more recently embraced the opportunity To show Biden leading the free world against Russia.
The trip to meet with NATO leaders and to go to the edge of the boundaries in Poland to meet with Ukrainian refugees seemed crafted to give the president a political boost at home.
Some photo ops were great, holding a refugee child eating pizza with troop dispatch to Poland, huddling with the other members of the world's most powerful military alliance.
All of it would come together Saturday with National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan promising the speech would capture the urgency of the challenge that lies ahead.
What the conflict in Ukraine means for the world.
It had some success, but even before the botch finished a big picture Biden painted was hollow.
He spoke as if his job were to persuade people at home of the stakes involved, but they already knew that.
The vast majority of American Europeans have seen the cruel Russian bombardment, schools and apartment buildings, which, by the way, I'm convinced are being done by the Ukrainians, not by the Russians.
Perhaps more than their leader, the public believes Ukraine can actually win the war, which is idiotic, once the defenders have the tools to do it.
As for Biden, a foxhole chosen by a whopping 63 to 32 margins, Americans think the U.S.
should be doing more to help defeat Russia.
Yes, Trump was supposed to answer that demand to be a clearing call for a united front.
Instead, it offered another drip, drip, drip assistant package that won't change facts on the ground or maybe ever.
It was all wrapped in, as usual, cringeworthy incoherence.
Given the stakes, the uncertain drop, but is worse than ineffective, it is dangerous.
Say what you want about Eric Adams, by the way, but he's not running from the city's biggest problems.
On top of his vow to tackle violent crime and get the homeless off the subways, he says he's going to remove homeless encampments scattered around the city.
We're going to rid the encampments off our street.
We're going to place people in healthy living condition with wraparound service.
Oh, at taxpayer expense.
And he's looking to do it within two weeks, period.
His willingness to tackle problems at the heart of New York's sharp decline marks a reverse over his predecessor.
But I don't think he's going to come through.
I don't think he's going to do a damn good.
Meanwhile, Biden shows his friends with full.
Reader Carl Campbell offers a reminder of another presidential nightmare.
She writes, Biden's irrational decision to seat authority of the butcher of Ukraine to negotiate a nuclear deal with the Iranian terrorist regime shows his administration, the unthinkable, is routine.
Don't be surprised if next week's headline is Biden nominates Putin for the Nobel Peace Prize for Putin's execution of the U.S.-Iranian deal.
Now, some of that is silly and clearly propaganda, but the core that Biden is doing us great damage at home and abroad and making stupid, irresponsible statements is beyond compelling, especially.
It's a major threat.

Yeah, well, FJB has been a 100% dumpster fire ever since he seized the office.
A poll done by NBC and posted at the conservative treehouse, 60% disapprove of the Biden economy, 70% have no confidence in his foreign policy decisions.
Prime Minister of Hungary said that we get 90% of our natural gas and 60% of our oil from Russia, and we are not going to boycott Russia, and we're an EU and a NATO member, and we are not going to participate and allow NATO to fly over and we are not going to participate and allow NATO to fly over Hungary, which has a border with Ukraine, and we're not going to supply any NATO weapons to the So that's a little bit of a problem for them.
Now, overnight, the Russians got full control of the city of Maripol.
They're parading the captured Nazi soldiers through the streets to hundreds of thousands of cheering Maripol citizens who were finally freed at last.
And then there's an interesting little thing that came up at Veterans Today.
Oh yeah, okay, we've also got the The Kremlin halts all supplies to the G7 if they reject purchases in the rubles on March 31st.
So we're like two days away from them completely shutting off energy and fuel to the EU.
And then we also have this article at Veterans Today, which is really disturbing.
Israel, Ukraine black market in organ harvesting.
They get $170,000 for a lung, $60,000 for a kidney, $150,000 for a liver, and $150,000 for a heart.
And they've set up field hospitals to harvest from wounded soldiers and for captured citizens, civilians.
And then they've set up mobile crematoriums so that after they've harvested the organs and sold them, then they have no way of knowing that the organs were harvested and the bodies are not going to be discovered in mass graves like they've been doing in the past.
So we've got an absolute horror show over there, and Biden and his little boy and all of the Siblings and children of the ruling elite are all involved in this crime syndicate over there, and it's time that we exposed it and shut it down completely.

The mainstream media was Carrying all sorts of lauding that of that Biden speech.
I heard it called the best American speech since Reagan's tear down this wall speech in Berlin.
I don't think there's any chance of that that slam of Putin being in there as having been a improvisation.
The speechwriter did not screw up.

And looking back in time, It might be the case that Reagan was the last president who was not just a front man and understand his role in that way, or at least not completely.
This criminal cabal is running the world.
And they want a full-blown, serious war to develop between the West and Russia.
They want that really bad.
And I was glad that Joe just made that comment about the people cheering the Russian troops in Mariupol.
I want to read a short quote from a very iconoclastic, vilified Russian philosopher and political activist named Alexander Dugin.
that I thought represented what the people in Russia actually think about this whole thing.
And it goes like this: "What does it mean for Russia to break with the West?
It is salvation.
The modern West, where the Rothschilds, Schroes, Schwab, Bill Gates, and Zuckerberg's triumph is the most disgusting thing in the history of the world.
It's no longer the West of Greco-Roman Mediterranean culture, nor of the Christian Middle Ages, nor the violent and contradictory 20th century.
It is a cemetery of the toxic waste of civilization, and the sooner and more completely Russia detaches from it, the sooner it returns to its roots.
The break with the West is not a break with Europe.
It's a break with death, degeneration, and suicide.

I've been following Jack Maxey's work on this for over a year, and let's not forget this laptop was delivered to the FBI and the DOJ in at least December, probably earlier than that, of 2019, and then it was immediately suppressed by Billy Bagpipe Barr and by Chris Little Boy Ray at the FBI.
And along with that, we had 51 former members of the intelligence community, high ranking, that said this is classic Russian disinformation, absolutely impossible.
On March 3rd of this year, Beforeitsnews.com posted an article, Hunter's Laptop Exposes Horrific Child Porn, Drugs, and Corruption.
It is more disgusting, and it's even redacted.
I mean, they've got a lot of this stuff redacted, some of the photos and stuff, but it is enough to make you throw up, and it's a tiny fraction of what Jack has discovered and is willing to expose.
And in addition to that, There's an article that came out yesterday, and I think I got it to Jim, but we didn't get it on today's schedule.
There's absolute 100% proof of over 12 states having their elections stolen in 2020.
So, you know, if they want to make that mis...
or dis or malinformation, you're going to have a hell of a time in arresting and indicting 75% of the people in the country.
They're going to know with absolute certainty how rotten and corrupt this government is.
And as far as members of Congress, I've had private meetings with dozens of sitting members of the U.S. Households.
House from Texas and I can tell you every one of them was a crook and just looking over the general landscape there might be a half dozen people in the in the Senate that are worthwhile.
Looks like Ron Johnson might be one of them.
There might be a half dozen in the House.
Looks like Marjorie Taylor Greene might be one of them.
But by and large, I agree with his assessment.
90% of these people in the federal government are rotten.
And they gave themselves a 20% pay increase this last week because, hey, they're doing such a great job.

And I'm afraid we're gonna, even though a lot of truth about it is coming out and a lot of people are not paying any attention and realizing how corrupt it is, I'm afraid we're going to see some You know, cornered animal behavior and some really significant events happened to try to get them out of this fix.

CSC has recommended and FDA approved COVID booster shots.
For four and and five, depending on your life expectancy and vulnerability status.
And here's a tweet from the director herself, Mrs. Walensky, one of the chosen few.
Our data from the CDC today suggests that vaccinated people do not carry the virus.
So while you might not have an immune system, you probably don't carry any viruses either because Mrs. Walensky said you don't.
Get over it.
These people are sick criminals.
I think there'd be justification for raiding and arresting every one of them with a federal task force.

Yeah, it's just amazing the stuff that these people say.
They tell us the virus is everywhere and Now, they tell us, oh, you might not have it, but only if you've gotten vaccinated.
So, we know that this whole damn pandemic, it was based on some false constructs that the masters of people have been led to believe over the years.
And it reminded me of that famous Dresden James quote, when a well-packaged web of lies has been sold gradually to the masses over generations, the truth will seem utterly preposterous, and the speaker of that truth will seem a raving lunatic.
There's a nice short quote from a popular book.
Well, it's from the author of that book that was popular in the baby boom generation in the 70s called Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance.
And the quote is, the real purpose of the scientific method is to make sure that your assumptions about your experience don't mislead you into thinking something that you don't actually know.
One logical slip and an entire scientific edifice comes tumbling down.
And that's exactly what we're seeing in this whole viral pandemic thing.
There's a lot of people catching on to the pervasive, persistent belief that's been fostered in this, the whole thing about viral infection, what viruses are, really.
And what the how they function, how they came to be called viruses when they're not actually infectious things at all.
And yet, this belief was fostered in order to Manipulate people into buying drugs.
