Need to Know TEXAS TUESDAY (8 February 2022) with Joe Olson and Michael Ivey

This is Jim Fetzer, Madison, Wisconsin, welcoming you to another Texas Tuesday with Joel Olson in Houston, Michael Ivey, formerly of Fort Worth, now in Asheville, North Carolina, reporting all the news you need to know.
We begin with a freedom convoy.
It turns out there's court case and evidence Trudeau doesn't want you to know because all the law is on the trucker's side.
Trudeau is frantic because the law is not on his side.
The eyes of the world turn toward the protest on Trudeau's doorstep, while the authorities seek to shut it down before the clock runs out on Trudeau's COVID isolation excuse for lying low.
Truckers showing no signs of leaving, the local mail declared a state of emergency.
Authorities have determined it an unlawful occupation, which appears to be false.
Local citizens who give help, even a gallon of gas or diesel, is going to be criminally charged.
This has reached an absurd situation.
The mayor, even a judge, ruled that honking was going to be an offense.
So they had a totally peaceful night last night, no honking, quiet as a mouse.
The strategy of criminalizing dissent has shown itself so effective from the Capital intrusion back on January 6.
Canada seems to be taking a page out of the Nancy Pelosi playbook.
The political instinct to wield authority over the public, together with a statement he made back in September of 2010, was an enormous red flag where he praised China for its docile citizenship and for the kind of controlled dictatorship that President Tsao was exhibiting.
The administration has also been busted for using military resources to perform PSYOPs on Canadian citizens to achieve COVID compliance.
He's weaponizing the government against working class citizens who united around the wrong cause, but it turns out that the Charter, the Canadian Charter, is much more explicit about the rights to peaceable assembly, to petition the government, and so forth, than even the United States Constitution.
Well, we have an interview here with one of the only living signator who is bringing a lawsuit against against Trudeau for violating the Charter of Constitution.
This is fascinating.

Mr. Peckford and I have been talking over the last week, as I mentioned, because he has serious concerns About the policies of the current Canadian government in relationship to the Canadian Charter of Rights, which was established as part of the Constitution Act in the 1980s.
And he, as I said in the bio, is the only living minister who participated in that constitutional process and is therefore a unique, let's say, historical and current resource
Because he can help illuminate Canadians as to the intent of the people who were instrumental in drafting, writing, and agreeing on all of those fundamentally important accords.
So let's start by talking about what concerns are driving you to re-enter the political discussion at the moment.
Well, primarily it is the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, especially those freedoms and rights that are in Sections 2, 6, 7, and 15 of the Charter, which I helped craft.
And they're freedoms of association, freedoms of expression, religion, conscience, freedom of assembly, Freedom of association, that's in section 2.
Section 6, freedom of mobility.
The right to travel anywhere in Canada or leave Canada.
Section 6 deals with life, liberty and the security of the person.
And section 15 with equality.
Every Canadian is equal before the law.
As we sit here today, those provisions are being violated by all the governments of Canada, but in particular in my case right now, the federal government of Canada, and I'm about to launch a lawsuit against the federal government because of these mandates, especially their travel ban.
Now let me say, Trudeau seems to be completely superfluous, ignoring all the legal issues.
He's now warning Americans who donate to the Freedom Convoy, if you can believe this, that he will press criminal charges against them.
This is about as absurd as it gets.
Reading from a script provided by his puppet masters, Trudeau's public safety minister, Marco Mendicino, warned, any American who donates to the Freedom Convoy protest will be prosecuted by the Canadian government.
He pushed the lie that the protesters are violent and a hate organization were ridiculous in the extreme.
The truck drivers in Ottawa have been described as angry, noisy, intolerant, and dangerous rabble that threaten Canada's national security.
Following his outline of the violent bomb, Mendocino switched his target to donors who support the protest.
Seeing Canada has a robust intelligence community that will flag all concerns of national security, that's why I'm confident that whenever there's foul play that we'll be in a position to act appropriately.
If someone were contributing with the intent of either causing public harm or trying to undermine public safety, That would be something that would be against the law, and there would be appropriate sanctions for that if proven in the court of law.
But that's ridiculous!
No one contributing to the truckers is interested in causing public harm.
They're trying to preserve the public welfare!
I mean, how outrageous can you get?
Meanwhile, it turns out that Trudeau appears to be taking measures that are now being reported by someone who knows the score.

Hey guys, so I wish I had some good news here, but I do not.
I've got some bad news from some sources inside the police infrastructure.
I consider this to be very credible from some people that I trust.
Unfortunately, rather than negotiate or speak to or deal with this very popular movement that's happening across the country, the government has opted instead to use brute force.
Evidently, according to these guys, there's hundreds of RCMP Members from the POU Public Order Unit, the riot cops, are being assembled and bused into the area.
They're planning on mass arrests.
Apparently they're working on this around the clock, 24-7, on how they're going to do this.
They're hoping to arrest a couple of people and for every person that they arrest, 10 people will disperse and leave the area, hopefully.
Plan on, they're going to be killing cell phone service.
You're not going to be able to call, you're not going to be able to live stream, you're not going to be able to do anything.
It's going to be off.
People that are arrested are going to be collected, they're going to be bussed down to Lansdowne for processing.
And that's how they're going to plan to disperse this.
They're going to, rather than talk to anybody, rather than deal with any of this, the most peaceful, unified, national moment we're having right now, the state, apparently it's coming directly from the top, is to use a force to disrupt and disperse these protests before Friday.
But that could mean tomorrow.
It could be tonight.
It could be Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
But they're working on it, apparently around the clock.
And hundreds of cops are on the way here to prepare for this.
You can expect, I guess, a few hundred RCMP riot cops are going to be taking the lead on this.
And then there's going to be, of course, support from the OPS, who are now apparently exempt from being vaccinated.
Isn't that nice?
Isn't that a nice thing?
The way they bribe these guys, right?
And then of course you've got the OPP here.
You've got the Durham Police I saw.
I've got Toronto Police.
The entire government apparatus is coming down on top of these people.
So for what it's worth, I'm telling you, I'm warning you.
This is what, again, it's coming from people that I trust.
They're coming and they're going to arrest everybody.
And they're just going to come down there and they're going to lock you up and that's going to be that.
That's the plan.
That's what they're planning to do.
They don't want to talk to you.
They're not interested in entertaining your problems or talking to you.
It's not going to happen.
They're planning to send in the jackboots to round everybody up and have them all arrested.
And you've only got a couple of days, if that.
So, share that around.
Get this out.
Get this message out to the truckers.
Get it out to their organized dealership.
I'm already, you know, in touch with some of these guys and trying to let them know and warn them.
This is coming from, you know, good guys inside the apparatus that this is the plan.
This is what they're working on.
This is what's coming.
So, buckle up.

Yeah, well, good luck on trying to do any kind of prosecution for people in the United States that donated to this wonderful Freedom Movement, because there will be no criminal extraditions, certainly from Texas, because one of the people who sent money to give Sin Go, or whatever it is, No, it's Go F Me, yeah, was Ken Paxton, who's our State Attorney General.
So I guarantee you he's not going to be receptive to extraditing people for criminal prosecution over donations.
And good luck on civil forfeitures, because that's not going to happen either.
So we've got due process in this country.
Canada has absolutely no stroke on being able to browbeat us over supporting freedom for their citizens.
That's item number one.
Item number two, yes, the cops were given No mandate.
They don't have to get vaccinated.
Yet.
and uh the uh police chief over there he's uh acting police chief slowly s-l-o-l-y yeah he's kind of slowly he's uh he's a definite 100 percent w-e-f nazi from get-go i can send you a video that gives a little bit description about his background but anybody that uh and and 50 percent of the police force in Ottawa has already turned in their resignation they don't want to be part of this
And I'll tell you the ones that are left, if you think that going along with dictators is the way to go, you haven't studied any history because after Lenin seized power, he killed the people that put him in power.
After Stalin seized power, he killed the people that put him in power.
After Hitler seized power, he killed the brownshirts that put him in power.
After Mao seized power, he killed the people that put him in power.
What makes you think your traitor Trudeau is any different?
He's going to kill you next, and he's going to make sure that everyone in your family is as miserable as everybody else in Canada.

If they try to do this police state crackdown, they certainly can't arrest anybody.
And those people are very dedicated at this point.
So it's going to be wild.
They're going to cut off the internet and cell phone service, Michael, to make it very difficult to communicate, coordinate, or let the public, the world know.
Yeah, I guess that they would have to do that, but just the fact that they're doing that, that they're saying we can't show you what we're doing, that'll have its own effect worldwide.

The fact that the Simple transposition of two letters in his name and you get turdo, which is being used by a lot of people now.
So, I guess that's all I got to say about that.
Well, those are nice points and it's about as troubling as it could be.
This is all very bad.
Meanwhile, Mark A. Tyson has observed while Biden wants to take credit for nominating a black woman to the Supreme Court in the past, his action and conduct was precisely the opposite.
He wants credit for nominating the first black woman to the Supreme Court, but here's a shameful irony.
As a senator, Biden warned President George W. Bush that if he nominated the first black woman, he, Biden, would filibuster and kill her nomination.
The story goes back to 2003 when W nominated Janice Rogers Brown to serve on the U.S.
Court of Appeals for the D.C.
Circuit, considered the country's second most important court, which has produced more Supreme Court justices than any other federal court.
She was immediately hailed as a potential Supreme Court nominee, highly qualified, having served seven years as an Associate Justice of the California Supreme Court, and the first black woman to do so.
Daughter and granddaughter of sharecroppers, grew up in rural Alabama during the dark days of segregation.
Her family refused to enter restaurants or theaters with separate entrances for blacks and whites, put herself through college and UCLA Law School.
Wonderful woman with a great history.
Biden and fellow Democrats filibustered her nomination along with several other Bush Circuit Court nominees, all of whom had majority support in the Senate.
Columnist Robert Novak called it the first full-scale effort in American history to prevent a president from picking the federal judges he wants.
Democrats argued she was out of the legal mainstream, but Republicans observed she'd written more majority opinions than any other justice on the California Supreme Court and was re-elected with 76% of the vote, the highest percentage of all of them on the ballot.
When the Democrats derailed her nomination, W re-nominated her in 2005.
She was eventually confirmed by a vote of 56 to 43 to the D.C.
Court of Appeals.
Biden voted a second time against her nomination, never explained why Brown were so radical.
Democrats let her through, but killed 10 other Bush nominees.
The following month, when Sandra Day O'Connor announced her retirement, Brown was on W's short list.
She would have been the first black woman ever nominated, but Biden appeared on CBS' Face the Nation to warn that if W nominated Brown, she would face a filibuster I can assure you that would be a very, very, very difficult time, and she probably would be filibusters.
Asked by moderator John Roberts, wasn't she just confirmed?
Biden replied, the Supreme Court is a totally different ballgame because a circuit court judge is bound by stereo thesis.
They don't get to make new law.
But Biden's threat was unprecedented.
Today, Biden calls the filibuster a relic of the Jim Crow era, but he threatened to use that relic as a tool to keep a black woman who actually lived under Jim Crow off the highest court in the land.
The irony is now he wants to get rid of the filibuster and claim credit for putting the first black woman on the court.
This is truly disgusting what's going on here.
Democrats' commitment to diversity is a ruse.
Biden was willing to destroy the careers of an accomplished Latino lawyer and a respected black female judge and stop Republicans from putting either on the Supreme Court.
For Democrats, it's all about identity politics.
Biden might not have become president had he not made the pledge to nominate a black woman, which helped secure the endorsement of Representative James Clyburn of South Carolina, which won him the South Carolina primary and rescued his faltering campaign.
So when Biden wants to bask in the glory of his historic nomination, remember Janice Rogers Brown, the black woman who does not sit on the Supreme Court today because of Biden's disgraceful obstruction.

Well, they didn't have any problem with Sotomayor being the first Latina woman to be on the Supreme Court, appointed by Obama in 2009, and she had never served as a judge and never made a ruling because that wasn't what was required.
All she was required was brown skin.

Well, I've been threatening to do this for months, so I finally did it today, and here's the opportunity to use it.

A lot of the A lot of the politically oriented stories that we deal with relate directly to that concept, just like Joe just said.
You know, the colloquial expression is that people don't practice what they preach.
They just go to whatever they think might benefit them the most.
And that's the case with practically all politicians.
Well, maybe I shouldn't say that, most politicians.
I also loved a statement that Tulsi Gabbard put out, trashing Biden about hiring someone based solely on race and gender.
And one thing at the end of that article, it said that the promise to nominate a black woman helped secure the South Carolina primary for Biden.
And when I read that, I thought, You know what that that is an entirely too simple an expression.
We know the DNC arranged everything having to do with the last presidential election, so I think that's just where they decided to put Joe in the forefront and it didn't have anything to do with Clyburn coming up and and supporting him.
He would have supported him anyway.
And.
And you'll remember that right after that, right after he won the South Carolina primary, there was a rash of other candidates quitting.
Yes, yes.
Oh, you're right.
South Carolina was manipulated.
This is when Google and Facebook got in and they started switching the vote.
I have no doubt about it.
You're absolutely right.
Dyson's observation there was too simple an accounting of what happened in South Carolina.

Meanwhile, could CNN be nearing the end of its lean to the left after the Zucker exit?
CNN could be ending the near of its left-leaning tilt as billionaire media mogul and Donald Trump donor John Malone wants the network restored to impartiality after Jeff Zucker's departure.
Zucker, CNN president for the past nine years, exited Wednesday after acknowledging he'd violated corporate policy by failing to disclose his romantic relationship with another top CNN executive, Alison Golas.
Malone, the CEO of Liberty Media, a significant shareholder in Discovery, whose acquisition of CNN parent company WarnerMedia is expected to pass regulatory approval as soon as May, pressed Zucker to be fired, making it known corporate procedures had to be followed to a T regarding Zucker's situation.
Malone was reportedly the chief architect of the merger of Discovery and CNN.
Zucker's relationship had come up during an internal investigation concerning then-anchor Chris Cuomo, who was fired over his involvement in the political affairs of his brother, former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, whose sexual harassment case seems to have simply disappeared, no longer on the docket.
Malone, colorfully labeled by some the Cable Cowboy, has been critical of Zucker's programming strategy at CNN.
In 2019, Say was eager to see the network return to the kind of journalism it began with and actually have journalists, which would be unique and refreshing.
I do believe good journalism could have a role in the future portfolio that Discovery Time Warner is going to represent, he added.
AT&T CEO John Stanky, who oversees WarnerMedia and CNN, and Discovery CEO David Zaslav on Friday, didn't give much information, but they did rebuke reports that Malone had anything to do with ZuckerLeavening.
Jeff had a tremendous following with CNN.
A lot of people were incredibly loyal and supportive.
I'm not going to speculate on your theory.
I've always had a practice of not commenting on personnel decisions.
None of us had anything to do with it, Saslov said when asked about Malone.
Jeff's a good friend of mine, but I can't speak to the issue.
In recent years, Trump and other conservative Republicans frequently assail CNN's coverage as pro-liberal, Democrat, and far from reliable and objective, which is absolutely right.
Trump's statement includes slams like this.
The stench of Jeb Zucker is finally leaving CNN.
The air over there, the radical left will be happy to hear, is being made more environmentally friendly.
Meanwhile, Chris Cuomo, to get $9 million from CNN, the fired anchor will be paid half his contract to stop him from filing a lawsuit claiming that Zucker and Alison Golduth had an ethically dubious relationship with Andrew Cuomo, about which it would appear there is not really a lot of room for doubt.
The suit would contain allegations against Zucker about how he and his second-in-command coach, Governor Andrew Cuomo, about how to deal with the press.
Fired CNN anchor Chris Cuomo is hoping to secure an $18 million lump sum payout and has been told to set his site's lawyer for about half of that.
AT&T, CNN's parent company, is negotiating a deal.
News of the settlement emerged as the CNN employee Ian Lover, who led Zucker's downfall, Alison Golas, was seen arriving at her luxury Manhattan apartment late Thursday night looking distinctly sullen.
This is a woman with whom Zucker had this romantic relationship.
He was forced out in December after he helped his brother, Andrew, deal with a sex scandal without being fully open about the extent to which he was assisting him.
Zucker's sudden exit after nine years means the goalposts have shifted once again.
He said he was leaving for violating corporate policy by not disclosing the nature of his relationship, but he was reportedly given no choice by WarnerMedia CEO Jason Killar, who characterized the change as his decision.
Zucker appeared to fall on his sword in the hope of keeping a possible lawsuit by Cuomo from being made public.
And it has to do with a very extensive relationship where he and she were coaching the governor about what to say, where to appear, what moves to make in the public media.

Yeah, well it couldn't happen to a more deserving group of slimes.
Interesting Tucker, two and a half minute segment on NPR.
Speaking of another Operation Mockingbird CIA front company.
Yeah, they had two guests on in the same segment.
One of them an overweight fitness guru that was, or diet guru, who was talking about how diet shaming is really bad for you and that you should be whatever size you are that day you wake up and you should never get weighed at the doctor's office because it's racist.
And then a fitness guy that says, that said that fitness is overrated and you should never have to do anything in the way of workouts.
So it's like, Yeah, Chris Cuomo, good riddance.
can these people get one of them was a woman and the other was a man of color so you know they have to have diversity in their program uh except when it comes to diversity of thought which is not allowed it national propaganda radio nice points michael yeah um chris cuomo good riddance he's uh what um uh roberts paul craig
roberts calls a prostitute a prostitute propagandist um and And wow, this is the first I've been aware that they were paying that guy $18 million a year to be a propagandist.
And like Joe, I wish I could say it was good to know you.
It's been beautiful to watch the sinking ratings for CNN over the last few years, and as one would expect, now we see rats leaving the sinking ship.
Doubt that CNN will try to improve its programming.
It's left-leaning politics and propaganda.
You can't really say they're just leaning one way or another.
They're outright, really egregious propagandists.
And because they're owned and controlled by the I think you're right that CNN has become nothing but a propaganda outlet, very much like MSNBC, but it does look as though there's going to be a change and overhaul of the network.
Let us hope it's for the better.
Here's how President Trump could become president before 2024.
No, you haven't heard this before.
Here's a summary.
A record number of members of Congress are retiring or not running for re-election.
The disaster of the Biden regime has Republicans set for a massive red wave of new seats in Congress.
So many they could easily conduct an impeachment of Biden and Harris.
Now here's where it gets interesting.
What if messy fraud were uncovered just before the red wave?
What if it became crystal clear even to CNN and MSNBC that Biden and Harris had stolen the election?
What if the evidence were so irrefutable the entire country knew it?
Well, you could try to have the election unwound and decertified, but we've seen that incredibly long process with unclear legal precedent.
What if there were a quicker and easier way?
What if you simply impeach Biden and Harris?
If you had a red wave, you could do it in days, especially on the heels of clear evidence they cheated.
No decertification, no constitutional problems, just immediate impeachment and removal.
Here's where it gets really fun.
Who's third in line to become president?
The Speaker of the House.
So what if Trump were appointed as Speaker of the House by that same red wave?
I previously thought it was far-fetched because he isn't running for any seat in office, nor would he want to.
It's below a president.
But get this.
The Constitution does not require the Speaker to be an incumbent member of the House of Representatives, although every Speaker thus far historically has been.
Here's another.
As the Constitution does not explicitly state the Speaker must be in combat, it is permissible for representatives to vote for someone who is not a member of the House at the time, and non-members have received a few votes in various Speaker elections over the past several years.
So now you have a process that could play out in days, and Trump suddenly is back in the White House as President, and without pants.
What if this wasn't planned all along?
Frankly, I'm skeptical, but this is a suggestion here.
We've suspected and written extensively here at We Love Trump.
I believe a sting operation was launched on November 3rd, 2020, and I believe they captured All of the cheating live and in real time.
That appears to be true with the 2,000 mules video about to be released showing that they had thousands of workers who were stuffing the drop boxes with fake ballots and had to record themselves to be paid.
So they have the video record of the massive theft of the election entitled 2,000 mules coming to your television network.
I believe they've had it for almost a year and a half.
If you roll out, then there's nothing anyone can do to stop it.
Has the delay been long?
That might have been a critical part of the plan.
If Trump takes office like this, the two years from 22 to 24 do not count against him.
So he gets those two years and wins the biggest landslide to serve a total of 10 in office.
And you better believe the next six years will be unlike anything you've ever seen or heard about in your lifetime.
I believe he had to lie low in his first term, catch the election fraud in process so decades of steals in America could finally come to an end.
He did some great things along the way, but I believe the first term was mostly getting into power so he could catch the election fraud in process.
You don't really think he was caught off guard, do you?
You don't really think he didn't have a plan, did you?
Of course not.
They launched the most extensive and detailed sting we've ever seen, and he watched it all live from his office in the Eisenhower Building, and they have it all recorded, all of it.
The plan was more brilliant than any of us expected.

I have heard Joe Jordan, by the way, Jim Jordan declare they're going to impeach Trump, I mean Biden, because of his failure to enforce the immigration laws at the border, and it's going to be very clear-cut and very swift and very deliberate.

Yeah, well, I'm way past the stable genius for the Orange Man bad thing.
I can't believe a single word of that thing about him being in charge of all this stuff and it being such a master plan.

He had the opportunity to get information from Patrick Byrne.

He had the opportunity to help Sidney Powell.
He ignored it.
Uh, the reason that the 2,000 mules is coming out is because independently funded and independently run, uh, Katharine Englebright with True the Vote did all of the groundwork to make that happen, and Trump cannot claim credit for it at all.
It's absolutely shameful, and I am so out of the Trump camp.
I've been to three of his rallies.
I was at the one in Conroe just last week.
Uh, I see through your ruse, Mr. Conman Don.
Well, Joe, I'm going to want to come back to this.
I mean, surely Trump would be better for the nation than Biden and Harris continuing in office.
It's going to be a hard sell for you to make that argument.

Well, in my mind, that article sounds like some pretty extreme wishful thinking by a hardcore Trump guy to me.
I mean, that's a wild possibility about Trump being installed as president through the office of the Speaker of the House.
They'd have to impeach three people at the same time, essentially.
If that were to happen, which I seriously doubt, The people who are have been and are funding the Marxist leftist overthrow of the United States funding all the BLM and Antifa people would unleash the hounds again, no doubt.
If the Democrats do get a strong majority in both houses, I wouldn't be surprised.
Republicans, you said?
I'm sorry, I'm sorry.
Republicans get a strong majority in both houses.
I would not be surprised to see them initiate Impeachment proceedings against Biden.
But, you know, even then, it seems like that might be a show for the masses, because unless they do those three impeachments, they're going to get somebody who's at least as bad if not worse.
Well, I think you're both making excellent points, and I agree it's a fantasy to think Trump was in charge of all of this and making it happen, and Joe's given an inventory of where he fell short in setting the record straight, which is damning indeed.
There is going to be a red wave.
It looks inevitable.
I believe the Republicans will pick up 100 seats in the House and three or four in the Senate.
They will be in control.
They will be electing a new speaker.
There would be two to impeach, just the president and the vice president, but obviously there are hazards if you took out Joe and you left Kamala, who is hopelessly mediocre and incompetent.
Meanwhile, Here you have last night, it was peaceful and quiet.
This is a key player on the scene.

As you heard today, there are two hotspots in the world.
One is in Ottawa, Canada, the other is in the Ukraine-Russian border, either of which could spun wildly out of control.
It looks to me as though Justin Trudeau is under the thumb of the New World Order.
That they have blackmail on him.
He's going to be unable to resist bringing in the police, the thugs, to start arresting the truckers who have the support of all of Canada, virtually without exception.
The situation is quite dire.
I expect it to get much worse before it gets better.
And in Ukraine, The Biden administration puffery, trying to make it look as though Joe Biden is some kind of heroic figure in staying up to Russia, has so many tripwires it could actually lead to a bona fide war, which I predict would occur in the following sequence.
Biden convinced that the national security of Russia is at risk, having the foremost obligation to defend the national security of his great nation.
We'll launch a preemptory attack, which would be warranted under international law against the NATO forces along the Russian border.
About half an hour later, he would await to see whether the U.S.
were to reply.
If there's no U.S.
response, then life will go on, return to normal in a new world in Eastern Europe.
But if the U.S.
replies, and there's a high probability that would happen, There will be a future salvo where the Russian military will demonstrate how much superior its equipment is to those of America, with very unhappy consequences for those of us who've had any faith, lingering faith, in our own government, which has become a despotism, eager to retain its own control, even if that should be at the cost of the nation.
That's what we're up against.
Don't be fooled.
Keep your eyes open.
Spend as much time as you can with your family, friends, those you love, because we do not know how much time we have left.
