| And right now we're going to bring in some more information. | |
| It's even hotter today with Scott, with James Fetcher, the most dangerous man in America, who's managing a lot of dangerous things that are happening. | |

| What's happening in England? | |
| Is Boris doing anything? | |

| This is a fascinating development. | |
| England ends all COVID passports, mask mandates, and work restrictions. | |
| Johnson also suggested self-isolation rules will be thrown out at the end of the March. | |
| Effective immediately, the UK government is no longer asking people to work from home. | |
| The past mandate for nightclubs and large events will not be renewed when it expires on January 26, just a few days hence. | |
| As of Thursday, two days ago or so, indoor mask-wearing was no longer compulsory anywhere in England. | |
| The requirement for secondary school pupils to wear masks during class in communal areas is also being removed. | |
| Roaring cheers from lawmakers could be heard in the House of Commons following his announcement on masks. | |
| Those who test positive and their unvaccinated contacts are still required to self-isolate, but he expects to trust the British people in their judgment. | |
| As COVID becomes endemic, we'll need to replace legal requirements with advice and guidance urging those with the virus to be careful and considerate of others. | |
| Asked to remove testing rules for UK-bound travelers, he said the government's reviewing, but he refused to reconsider the vaccine mandate for healthcare workers, still revealing, I think, a misunderstanding about the nature of these vaccines. | |
| He told the members of Parliament that they had decided to remove Plan B on Wednesday, data suggesting the Omicron wave had peaked, and attributed stabilizing hospital admission numbers to the extraordinary booster campaign. | |
| The removal came as the Prime Minister battles increasing pressure calling for him to resign over alleged lockdown breaching parties at No. | |
| 10 Downing Street, the Prime Minister's official residence during the pandemic. | |
| And after No. | |
| 10 received a petition Monday signed by more than 200,000 people calling for an end to vaccine passports and similar restrictions, A separate petition calling for the reversal of vaccine mandates for healthcare workers has 160,000 signatures. | |
| While the governments of Scotland and Wales and Ireland, too, I believe, are announcing the removal of their curbs, mandatory mask wearing may remain in place in some of those areas. | |
| Watch Boris do his thing. | |
| This morning, the Cabinet concluded that because of the extraordinary booster campaign, together with the way the public have responded to the Plan B measures, we can return to Plan A in England and allow Plan B regulations to expire. | |
| As a result, from the start of Thursday next week, mandatory certification will end. | |
| Organisations can, of course, choose to use the NHS Covid pass voluntarily, but we will end the compulsory use of Covid status certification in England. | |
| From now on, the Government is no longer asking people to work from home. | |
| And people should now speak to their employers about arrangements for returning to the office. | |
| And having looked at the data carefully, the Cabinet concluded That once regulations lapse, the government will no longer mandate the wearing of face masks anywhere. | |
| Mr Speaker, from tomorrow we will no longer require face masks in classrooms and the Department | |
| for Education will shortly remove national guidance on their use in communal areas. | |
| In the country at large, we will continue to suggest the use of face coverings in enclosed or crowded spaces, particularly when you come into contact with people you don't normally meet, but we will trust the judgment of the British people. | |
| No longer criminalise anyone who chooses not to wear one. | |
| The government will also ease restrictions further on visits to care homes and my right honourable friend the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care will set out plans in the coming days. | |
| Well, I'm delighted we're joined by Scott Bennett. | |
| Scott, British PM Boris Johnson has just relieved virtually all the COVID mandates in the UK. | |
| Your thoughts? | |
| Well, they're doing this in Ireland, too, and I think they're doing it in response to a variety of legal actions that are being brought in different forums for crimes. | |
| I mean, crimes against humanity. | |
| These are moral crimes. | |
| These are totally unconstitutional crimes. | |
| I think this is the The Battle of the Bulge moment, where the establishment types, the government types, the little Napoleonic complex types like Boris Johnson and others in Australia tried to push out in that classic Battle of the Bulge tactical maneuver, tried to push out far and break through the lines, but ultimately they were pushed back in, contained, and ultimately destroyed. | |
| I think the same fate Is going to come against these individuals, Boris Johnson and the political leadership of Australia and even Justin Trudeau. | |
| And I think all of this inevitably rests on the temperament and the will to execute justice by the people against the tormentors of the people. | |
| So I think they're desperate to try and make it look like It's all over, you know, the hardship time has passed. | |
| It's like that classical story too in the Bible, where Samuel, I can't remember exactly what it was, but he chases down a prophet, or he chases down some unrighteous king or something, and the king says, Isn't the time of bitterness past and Samuel hacks him to death into pieces and kills him as a sign of judgment against evil, sin. | |
| So I think people are going to hunt down and hack to pieces Boris Johnson, politically speaking, legally speaking, not necessarily figuratively or literally. | |
| But I think the people are going to pursue and prosecute and do as much justice, destruction to these tyrants that were done to their children. | |
| And this isn't over either. | |
| We've seen how many millions of people infected with this jab, this shot, this fake vaccine. | |
| That's the next wave of outrage that's going to build. | |
| So I think this is a sign of things to come, but it's only going to get more hot, Jim. | |

| Well, I was wondering how long that they were going to try to push this into the spring and into the warm weather. | |
| It didn't really seem to make a whole lot of sense to try to push this further into the spring. | |
| Although I am surprised that they seem to go a few steps back, especially England, which has been extremely rough on their people. | |
| Here in the United States, there's still a lot of people who are wearing masks, a lot of people, mayors and governors, people who are still pushing hard for this. | |
| So there's so many people who are still under restrictions. | |
| And then it's just devastating how many people have received the jab at this point, too. | |
| So even though it's some tempered, you know, good news, Boris Johnson, like you said, he's facing boycotts, he's facing Being thrust out of office. | |
| He's facing possible military tribunals, civil case suits against him. | |
| So maybe he's kind of throwing the British people a bone. | |
| I don't know if he's trying to run for office again or at least wants to be able to be out in public without having eggs thrown on him. | |
| But he was able to, well, the people in power that tell him what to do were able to tell him to step back a little bit. | |
| Well, as our other stories today will make clear, the CDC is rolling back any more accurate data. | |
| They're taking a U-turn. | |
| This is because the Democratic Party faces annihilation in November, and where Boris has basically upstaged Joe Biden, Remember this one thing too, Jim. | |
| March State of the Union Address to play the role of the great emancipator, make similar | |
| declarations for the United States that Boris has made in the UK. I think Scott has it right | |
| as our next story shows. | |
| Well, remember this one thing too, Jim. Boris Johnson's father, let me just say this, Boris | |
| Johnson's father wrote a book about the necessity of culling the world's population. | |
| Far too many people. | |
| It was a eugenics book. | |
| Boris Johnson's father wrote that. | |
| I don't have the particular exactly in front of me, but I remember researching that coming out. | |
| That's extraordinarily significant that you've got Boris Johnson's father writing a book on eugenic limitation of population numbers in the 70s, I think it was, and now he's been following his father's teachings in that book with actual policies. | |
| So that's a significant thing. | |
| This is, you know, far-reaching. | |
| Scott, that's a major revelation of which I have been heretofore unaware. | |
| However, a complaint was filed before the International Criminal Court on the 6th of December, which has happened to be my birthday. | |
| I regard this as a magnificent present. | |

| The 16 defendants include Anthony Toney, the Rat Fauci, Dr. Peter Diszak, Bill and Melinda Gates, the CEOs of Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, and Johnson & Johnson, UK PM Boris Johnson, and other British authorities, the presidents of the Rockefeller Foundation and of the World Economic Forum. | |
| According to the ICC complaint, the 16 defendants have violated the Nuremberg Code in Articles 6, 7, 8, 15, 21, and 53 of the Rome Statute. | |
| The Nuremberg Code is a set of medical research ethics principles that grew out of the doctors' trial in Nuremberg following World War II. | |
| The War Crimes Tribunal at Nuremberg established ten standards to which doctors must conform when performing experiments on human subjects. | |
| Bear in mind, The VAX has only been granted experimental use authorization here in the United States. | |

| At the end of 2020, Dr. Yeadon expressed deep concern about the COVID jabs becoming mandatory because he could find no medical rationale for their use. | |
| In 2021, mandates were rolled out around the world. | |
| In April, Yeadon went public with concerns that the shots were part of a depopulation agenda. | |
| I believe COVID-19 booster shots are going to be used to damage your health and possibly kill you. | |
| I can see no sensible interpretation other than a serious attempt at mass depopulation, he said in a Planet Lockdown interview of April 2021. | |
| The ICC is a permanent independent court investigating crimes concerning the international community. | |
| If warranted, the court can prosecute and try individuals charged with these types of crimes. | |
| Typically only does so if the member state fails to take appropriate legal actions. | |
| The ICC does rely on state national law enforcement to arrest individuals, so a member state can still restrict or thwart the court's ability to bring a criminal to justice. | |
| An investigation has already begun in the UK. | |
| The new findings, it's suggested, will dismantle the entire vaccine industry. | |
| In a January 1st, 2022 video announcement, Dr. Rainer Fulmik, U.S.-German Consumer Protection Trial Lawyer, co-founder of the German Corona Extra Parliamentary Inquiry Committee, launched on July 10th of 2020, announced the data they now have in their position is enough to dismantle the entire vaccine industry. | |
| According to Pullman, it looks like an experiment to determine the dosage needed to kill or maim people was something that they were carrying out unbeknownst to the public. | |
| In other words, people have not been getting identical products. | |
| Different lots or batches contain different dosages and even different ingredients. | |

| vaccine adverse events, AVERS, based on your lot number to see if you receive one of the more dangerous batches. | |

| In the stunning 46-page legal filing to the International Criminal Court on December 6, an intrepid attorney and seven applicants accused Tony Fauci, | |
| Peter Daszak, Melinda Gates, William Gates III, 12 others of numerous violations of the | |
| Nuremberg Code. This is really sensational stuff. Scott, your thoughts? Well, I | |
| think this again is the impetus behind a lot of these governments abandoning their reckless and, I | |
| mean, genocidal policy of forcibly mandating vaccinations into their populations. The | |
| departure from that policy, I think, is directly tied to a lot of the legal filings | |

| Has met with David Kinney and others in California and of course Kennedy has been a part of that. | |
| There's been a very vast body of evidence for the last year that has been slowly accumulating as this case has been developing and now that it's being released I think it's a great thing on your birthday Jim there's a happy birthday present It is going to dismantle and expose the vaccine industry, and it will cause a lot of people that were a party to the forcible injections of this into people to be held accountable. | |
| So I think the wheels of justice, of course, run slow, but I think they are grinding to powder all of these vaccine companies and the politicians that were mandating their injections. | |

| I believe we are seeing the beginning of the end of the great pandemic's swindle. | |

| Well, I'm really hopeful that these court cases can go forward. | |
| I believe Dr. David Martin has a great layout for a RICO case, as well as talking about patent laws, the patents that go back a decade or more, connecting a lot of this, the planning of the whole A pandemic if you will and tying that in with different patents for different vaccines and then the economic connections to all of this all of the insider trading and then all the people we should we shouldn't forget the people in Congress who | |
| Have made so much money investing in Pfizer and Moderna. | |
| All this should be pretty blatant as well over the past few years, especially people like Nancy Pelosi and other people within Congress who invested in all this right before or right as the pandemic was starting. | |
| So I think it would be very important to go after people who got involved with the investment | |
| as far as all of these different medical companies. | |
| So Moderna that popped up out of nowhere, they weren't even a medical business before then. | |
| I believe it was right out of like the MIT Cambridge area. | |
| And then they started making gene therapy which was then relabeled as a vaccine. | |
| So all of this could be part of further lawsuits. | |
| And I think that's why we might see people like Boris Johnson and others. | |
| And hopefully, Biden will throw the American people a bone like you said in March as a way to try to make sense | |
| of some of the frustration that is really starting to boil over | |
| as far as people who have realized that they've taken the jab | |
| They didn't need to get it because they still got sick anyway, or they got sick for some other reason, or they're starting to wonder why the whole world was shut down for years and all the flu statistics disappeared. | |
| I think people are starting to wake up to this, so they have to try to, like you said, feign some enthusiasm towards ending the lockdowns at least. | |
| Well, the Democrats have had a crash with reality with the defeat of their Voting Rights Act that was intended to enable them to steal every election from now to infinity by mail-in balloting with no ID requirement. | |
| That means anyone could submit as many ballots as they want for any candidate they want. | |
| When that was defeated, and I say, thank God, even though I'm an agnostic, thank God that was defeated. | |
| They have now had to come to grips with the reality that all the political experts, all the pollers, are predicting a bloodbath for the Democrats, so they're having to scramble. | |
| They're already talking about, even Joe Biden, about funding the police rather than defunding the police. | |
| You got Gavin Newsom, Nancy Pelosi, Biden all talking about supporting the police on the same day in the immediate aftermath. | |
| They're headed for a crash landing, which is unavoidable. | |
| They're going to do what they can, but it will be too little, too late. | |
| Meanwhile, here's a third piece of the puzzle. | |
| The Rothschild patented COVID-19 biometric tests in 2015 and in 2017. | |
| Get this. | |
| The very first was patented in the Netherlands in 2015. | |

| A method is provided for acquiring and transmitting biometric data, vital signs of a user, where the data is analyzed to determine whether the user is suffering from a viral infection such as COVID-19. | |
| Remember, this is in 2015, where they had the condition on the patent that it could not be announced publicly until 2020. | |
| But this means, clearly, five years in advance, you were already patenting ways to make money off of this. | |
| And as Hawley suggests, follow the money. | |
| The method includes using a pulse oximeter to acquire blood and pulse oxygen saturation percentages, the data to ensure it's accurate, an accelerometer with a smartphone is used to measure movement of the smartphone and the user and so forth. | |
| Then it was registered again in 2017, again, not to allow the patent to be made public until 2020. | |
| Meanwhile, in the wake of all of these revelations, a British medical journal has demanded the immediate release of the COVID-19 vaccine and treatment data, sensing the enormity of the scam. | |
| A British medical journal, BMJ, has demanded full and immediate release of all data related to COVID vaccines and treatment, saying it's in the public's interest, which is to put it mildly. | |
| BMJ, a weekly peer-reviewed medical trade journal published by the trade union, the British Medical Association, called for the release of the data in an editorial published Wednesday following the PM's announcement of relieving all of the constraints. | |
| Today, despite the global rollout of vaccines and treatments, the anonymized participant-level data underlying the trial remains inaccessible to doctors, researchers, and the public, likely to remain that way for years to come. | |
| This is morally indefensible for all trials, but especially those involving major public health interventions, including, of course, lockdowns, face masks, and mandatory vaccinations. | |
| The New York headquarter FISA still holds that trial data and has indicated it won't be considering requests for the data until May of 2025, except that's now been overruled by a federal court that's requiring it to release it. | |
| Meanwhile, the FDA had asked the judge to give it 75 years to produce the data. | |
| I mean, how insulting is this? | |
| But the judge ordered the FDA to make public 12,000 pages it used to make decisions regarding approval for their Pfizer vaccine by the end of the month. | |
| Is this going to coincide with a one-march State of the Union for Joe Biden? | |
| Another reason why we can anticipate Biden's going to try to become the great emancipator from COVID, claimed to have controlled it and defeated it. | |
| In December, the CDC was also sued by the Informed Consent Action Network over claims it is improperly withholding information. | |
| The British Medical Journal is one of the world's oldest general medical journals, having been founded in 1840, and is editorial freedom from the British Medical Association. | |

| Well, it's obvious the tide is turning. | |
| It's obvious the momentum of people has shifted this and the outrage that's been expressed in political gatherings in Britain, in Austria, in Germany, in France, in Australia. | |
| Not so much in the United States. | |
| We haven't had tens of thousands of people. | |
| We've had thousands and hundreds gathering and protesting, but not to the degree of violence and outrage, perhaps because of the violence that's been perpetrated against other citizens. | |
| But the world has really woken up to this, Jim, and I would say this. | |
| What you identified earlier in the slides regarding the Nuremberg Code and the violation of the Treaty of Rome and all these other legal statutes, that is exactly the instrument that Americans should be pinning to the doors of their local CDC chapters in their counties that say, well, we just have to follow the CDC guidelines. | |
| That's why we're shutting down your gym. | |
| That's why we're shutting down your business. | |
| That's why we're shutting down your school. | |
| We're just taking guidance from the CDC. | |
| That legal complaint needs to be nailed, like Martin Luther nailing the 12 criticisms, needs to be nailed to the county seat of your local government demanding that all of these guidelines and restrictions against restaurants and other entities needs to be immediately Stopped or else you will be named as a party in this larger lawsuit against these other parties because they're all following the same track record. | |
| Now is not the time to kind of look the other way and say, well, I guess it's all over. | |
| Well, I guess, you know, we can focus now on the war in Ukraine like they want us to. | |
| Now, I guess we can be distracted with other geopolitical events that they have going on, whether it's Kazakhstan or somewhere else. | |
| I think Ukraine is their next desperate ejection point to say a war, a war, we've got a war. | |
| We have to all come together and fight this war. | |
| Forget about all the death that we've caused with this vaccine poison shot. | |
| Now is not the time to be distracted, but to prosecute this to the end | |
| with absolute merciless legal violence against every single person and organization | |
| that has been party to this. | |
| Whether it's a mayor, or a school board member, or all of the school board, or a sheriff, or supervisors. | |
| Every single person that has been part of pushing this upon the people needs to be fully prosecuted to the highest | |
| degree, even symbolically. I'm, this is all psychological warfare and lawfare is about going to your seats of | |
| government holding these documents up and saying, I'm coming after all of you. We are all | |
| doing this as a petition to the government for the redress of grievances. | |
| We're also identifying injustices that you have consciously, willingly done, and we're going to prosecute you up to the death penalty. | |
| People need to be taking that and saying that to their government officials, because otherwise the government's going to be saying, oh well, it's all done now. | |
| Oh well, we can't focus on this now. | |
| Oh, is it the time of bitterness over? | |
| No! | |
| It is beginning, and this is the season of judgment and executing a punishment upon these political and other municipal leaders and representatives who have betrayed the Constitution. | |
| They never ever had a constitutional right or authority to do this, Jim. | |
| They had an emergency authorization As if there was a flood or a typhoon or something that had just wiped out all of the rubric or structure of civilization, and then it was supposed to terminate and again life and the Constitution was to kick in as usual. | |
| They have suspended it. | |
| And perpetually reinvented their suspension, and people have let it happen. | |
| And it was totally unauthorized. | |
| Trump had no ability to justify this shutdown. | |
| Nobody had the right to shut down schools and businesses and churches. | |
| They did it as an exercise of authority. | |
| It was totally illegal and lawful and constitutional. | |
| It needs to be fully prosecuted. | |
| And the judges, too, on the Supreme Court, the most revelational indicator were these half-wit judges like Kavanaugh and whatever the other one was. | |
| I know the Sotomayor losers, but Kavanaugh having the mendacity to say, oh, well, you can still impose a vaccine mandate on medical workers. | |
| You cannot. | |
| There is no constitutional authority, and a constitutional Supreme Court judge is not there to make medical decisions or evaluate medical decisions. | |
| They are there solely, precisely, and only for the determination of a law or policy is constitutional or not. | |
| Does it violate people's rights or not? | |
| And they never did that. | |
| They put on some red robe, thinking they were out of a Stanley Kubrick film, And saying, well, now we're going to look at the hundreds of thousands of children that are dying or this or that or these statistics that we've got about this disease. | |
| Statistics that were invented by liars for political deceptive purposes, all of which has been malicious and fraudulent and intended to harm the Constitution and harm the people. | |
| Every single one of these people needs to be held to account and I hope there is a surge in political leaders who are running that are running on the very simple speech. | |
| I'm going to punish and prosecute and give the death penalty to every one of these people that were behind this that I can because only then can we inspire future generations to never again dare try this. | |

| Code 18-2 or 18-3 about aiding and abetting. | |
| Anybody who aids or abets whatever is wrongdoing, anybody who gives a shot or else they're as guilty as the person who's ordering it, and they can be held to the same punishment. | |

| Well, I think that's why we're seeing a lot of people leave the medical establishment right now because their, their understanding it's not just about the mandates. | |
| A lot of them are questioning what they were told to do and questioning the protocols that they engaged in, and the fact that they killed so many people they killed millions of people. | |
| Using these protocols, putting people on ventilators, denying them actual health care, manipulating the numbers, saying that these people were sick or dying of COVID instead of testing positive with a fake test with COVID. | |
| The flu statistics that disappeared and suddenly became COVID statistics and people being told to To murder people and and getting paid. | |
| Of course, as as Jim has discussed in many shows, the hospital is getting paid $30,000 plus per COVID individual and and getting even more money if people even die. | |
| From COVID because it boosts their numbers and boosts the fear that we've seen. | |
| Was thinking about last night what actually could have caused this whole event to go down in it. | |
| It had to be a mass hysteria that needed to be utilized and that had to be used through the mainstream news through the television. | |
| They had to use a psychological warfare and. | |
| The basic premise of mass hysteria in order to get people to actually leave their house, to get in line, to get the jab. | |
| And yes, they didn't end up really going door to door. | |
| People lined up themselves. | |
| They were so panicked on the television and the psychological abuse that we used against people. | |
| They took something which was on the screen and not real. | |
| As we know, because of the Smith-Mundt Act, they can lie to people. | |
| So they took something that wasn't real and projected in their homes. | |
| They became so paranoid that they took an action into the real world to get themselves injected, to get their families injected. | |
| And we have to live with these repercussions of people who will do that, who will watch the idiot box and then make that their own reality. | |
| And so I'm very concerned to see what will be the next event that they could try to push. | |
| Scott's right, the mainstream news this morning, everything was about Ukraine and how we need to go to Ukraine and liberate people. | |
| In Ukraine and their border is so important right now. | |
| And meanwhile, our borders are getting flooded and no one seems to have any concern about what's going on in the United States. | |
| Everything is on Ukraine at this point. | |
| So I think it is. | |

| January 10th, Walensky admitted that COVID shots cannot prevent transmission. | |
| Well, why did we take them? | |
| We were told they were safe and effective and prevent transmission. | |
| It was all complete bullshit. | |
| The CDC is now saying you should not be retested once you've recovered, since a PCR can provide false positives for up to 12 weeks after the infection has been resolved. | |
| It's always been true that PCR was not designed for this purpose. | |
| It was always generating false positives, so they're simply scaling back. | |
| They're also cutting the isolation requirement from 10 to 5 days, probably because the failing economy is hurting Biden's approval rating, so they need people to work. | |
| The narrative is also changing on what makes for a COVID case and how deaths are counted. | |
| This again is to show that Biden has succeeded in beating the virus. | |
| Walensky admitted about 40% of COVID patients tested positive but do not have symptoms and are hospitalized for something else. | |
| She promised to deliver data on how many have actually died from COVID and how many have died with it. | |
