This is Jim Fentzer in Madison welcoming you to another Texas Tuesday.
We have Joe Olson in Houston, Michael Ivey, formerly of Fort Worth.
We're here to give you all the news you need to know.
We begin with the media turning on Biden after the election bill falls short on a year of failure.
Epic losing streak.
Biden is failing.
President Biden promised to be a unifying leader who'd restore political norms and work with Americans to heal the country at a time of political toxicity, but he's done nothing of the sort.
In fact, it's really quite the opposite and even appears to have lost favor among some of his most ardent supporters of mainstream media.
Several left-leaning news outlets have published reports and opinion columns slamming the president over the defeat of his sweeping planned overall U.S.
elections and guaranteed the Democrats would be elected in perpetuity by way of mail-in voting.
It was a disgrace.
He closed out year one on an epic losing streak, quote Axios Mike Allen and Jim Van Der Haai, in a blistering review of his floundering leadership.
In the two months since he signed the trillion-dollar infrastructure bill, Biden has by almost every measure bombed big time on the matters, things that matter most.
He's never been less popular nationally, even after personally lobbying his party and the public on Build Back Better and voting rights, and failing.
It's rare for a president to be at odds with Republicans, moderate Democrats, and liberal Democrats all at once, they added, but that's where Biden finds himself at the start of an election year that many Democrats even believe will result in the loss of the House and maybe the Senate.
I'm predicting losing 100 seats in the House and three or four Senate seats.
David Ignatius of the Washington Post wrote, Biden is failing politically and not just because of Republican obstruction.
He went on to highlight the stalling of the election overhaul, which of course depended on eliminating the filibuster, which Kristen Sinema and Joe Manchin are opposed to, thank God, and his struggle to pass a full version of his Build Back Better social spending bonanza as such.
Biden must stop singularly blaming Republican opposition and start looking in the mirror himself.
It's time for Biden to ask himself why he's in this morass.
He's been losing his way politically.
As he chases support for progressives in his own party, he's failed to craft versions of his social spending package and voting rights legislation that he could pass with fragile majorities.
He's been spinning his wheels.
The criticism didn't stop there.
Even CNN editor-at-large, Chris Kalisa, acknowledged that Biden's divisive speech in Atlanta, where he called Republicans segregationists, did more harm than good.
Even Democrat Senator Dick Durbin, always reliable, said perhaps Biden went a little too far.
CNN's Henry Ending suggested he ran on bringing people together.
He's failed so far.
Even see USA Today join the chorus.
As voting rights push fizzles, Biden's failure to unite his own party looms again.
The setback comes a week before Biden is due to mark his first year in office.
USA Today quoted David Cohen, a political science professor at the University of Akron.
It's terribly embarrassing to the prestige of his presidency and devastating to his agenda that he's been falling short.

false flag and say Putin started the nuclear war so we have to finish it. These people are
insane. If they can't force you to die with jabs then they're going to force you to die in a nuclear
holocaust. We need to end this demonic warlord domination of our poor planet.

Well, members of the mainstream media turning on Biden can be seen as a pretty significant development, at least as far as the progression of this globalist agenda, because to say he's failing Brings up the question of what what does failing mean in his part what what what is the actual agenda here for the Joe Biden show.
It could be that he's served up as much damage as his controllers.
I think he's good for it.
And so they're setting, starting to set the stage for whatever their next card is that they're going to play.
We've always known that the Joe Biden show was on limited time.
And it just makes me think that his controllers have something up their sleeve.

Meanwhile, get this.
The Democrats hide the H.R.
1 in the NASA bill to sneak through the radical election takeover ahead of the midterms.
This is disgusting.
Having been defeated on it, they have snuck it in.

Since Senators Manchin and Sinema indicated they wouldn't support taking out the filibuster
to support the Voting Rights Act, they have schemed to sneakily tuck most of the bill
into separate legislation for the NASA.
Representative Kem Eric sounded the alarm Monday after voting against it, warning the
disguised election reform bill will now head to the Senate for a final vote.
This is stunning.
The NASA bill, called NASA Enhanced Use Leasing Extension Act of 2021, seeks to further amend a bill that merges the John Lewis Voting Rights Act and the Freedom to Vote Act into previously passed legislation, extending NASA's authority to lease its facilities.
This is absolutely stunning.
The Democrats just voted to take over our elections to basically ensure they have control of the outcome forever.
Today, the House just represented to federalize our elections.
They took two dangerous bills, H.R.
1 and H.R.
4, and created a law of child.
They took an old NASA bill, gutted it, and tucked all the egregious language into the bill.
It has nothing to do with NASA.
We're not giving voting rights to Martians.
That tells you they're trying to hide something.
She then explained within the bill is a mechanism to strip state rights to enforce voter ID laws.
So that means you would not be required to show a voter ID to register to vote or to actually vote.
Meanwhile, there's a vast government scheme involving millions being used to pay for lawyers for illegals.
How insulting is this?
They let them in illegally, and then they pay lawyers that offend them to stay here.
This is so corrupt, and the taxpayers paying for it all.
An incredible new report claims some $5.6 million in state and local taxpayer money will be used to pay lawyers representing illegal aliens fighting deportation in 2022.
It comes from the Immigration Reform Law Institute, which released its report and found that at least $5.6 million has already been earmarked.
The group described the figure as a conservative estimate.
Does this sound like a good use of your money?
Dale Wilcox, executive director of the group, said the programs are an insult to every law-abiding American citizen and legal resident who pays their taxes.
He added, American laws clearly state any non-citizen charged with a civil offense doesn't have the right to legal representation.
Yet for some reason, radical anti-border groups are being allowed to start programs to use taxpayer money to pay for them.
It shows it's not just the federal government working against American interests, stopping the construction of the southern border wall, flying illegal aliens who arrive at the border in random cities.
I think they aren't random.
They're trying to change the demographics of swing states.
all over the United States in the dead of night. They're also facilitating these federal efforts,
making it easier for the tens of thousands of illegals already here to remain.
This is, both of these stories are disgusting beyond belief.

Yeah, well, the Constitution, Article 1, Section 4, Clause 1 says, oh God, I love tablets, man.
You accidentally touch the SOB and it flips the screen on you. The times, places, and manners
of holding elections for senators and representatives shall be prescribed in each state by the legislature
thereof, but Congress, at any time in law, make or alter such regulations.
Except as the places of choosing senators, which is, you know, I wish they'd have done a better job of writing this silly damn constitution.
They should have just said you can't do it except by amendment.
And they did do an amendment to change the selection of senators from election by the state legislatures for the senators to direct election by the people.
And that was a bad mistake, too, because then you have one less layer of protection between you and the and the clowns.
But anyhow, Bottom line is, the Democrats know that they can't win without Dropbox and an enormous amount of mail-in voter fraud, along with the crooked voting machines, and so they're trying to stack the deck as much as they can prior to 2022, when they're going to get their clocks cleaned.
Very soon, folks.
We're having primaries here in Texas on March 1st, so get out and vote for somebody decent.

I mean, American citizens in civil cases aren't entitled to legal representation, so why the hell are these illegals?

Well, on that first story, it sounds like an old political trick that's been in effect for a long time to sneak things into bills that have little to do with the bill's main purpose or nothing at all.
It's just, it reminds me of that great statement of Nancy Pelosi's a couple of years ago when she said, well, we don't know what's in the bill.
We'll have to pass it.
You know, the whole thing is just a ridiculous joke these days, and I don't know what all is in this.
This bill that would assure the Democrats the ability to win elections.
The only thing I've heard specifically is the detail of stripping the states of their requirement voter IDs, but you guys can probably fill me in on that.
And mail-in voting is going to be mandatory and universal.
All right, yeah, yeah, that's another Uh, way to easily rig elections, as we just found out a year ago.
Combine the two, Michael.
Mail-in voting with no ID requirement, and you can flood any election with any number of ballots for any candidate you want.
Yeah.
And then, um, regarding, uh, paying lawyers to defend people coming across the border, uh, it, I don't know.
Can it get any more absurd than using our tax dollars in order to do that?
Probably no other program is doing more damage to the American people and to our legal system than the flooding of aliens into this country.
It's really, as we've spoken of many times before, it's a a present-day version of what was used to be called the Kutuzov-Kalergi Plan, and that was to flood Europe with third world people and to thereby destroy the
Foundation, the cultural identity of the people who built Europe and the same thing is happening here in the United States and has been since 1965.
Oh, Michael, you're so right.
I mean, if you wanted to destroy America culturally, what better way than flood the illegals, use taxpayer money to defend their being here, clogging the court, defund the police, allow criminals out in the street, and prohibit American citizens from doing anything about it?
This has to be the most corrupt administration in American history.
It's an avowedly Marxist organization in its consequences.
Meanwhile, the Democrats filibuster the North Stream 2 sanctions bill, invoking tools that, according to themselves, are overwhelmingly used by racists.
Senate Democrats defeated an attempt by Republicans to impose sanctions on businesses tied to North Stream 2, which carry natural gas from Russia to Germany.
They invoked a tool overwhelmingly used by racists to do so, according to academics.
The Senate voted 55 to 45 on legislation introduced by Ted Cruz that would have ended the pipeline project, which is supported by President Putin and opposed by American allies.
The Ukrainian government has called the pipeline an existential threat to our security, as Russia has amassed tens of thousands of troops on the border, believed to be preparing to invade, not likely in my opinion.
The pipeline allows Russia to directly export natural gas to Western Europe, allowing energy to flow uninterrupted even in the event of war.
The sanctions had majority effect, but the Senate Democrats invoked the legislative filibuster to block it.
They created a need for a 60-vote threshold, and the bipartisan group came up five votes short.
The Biden White House opposed the sanctions bill, arguing it would hurt U.S.
relations with Germany.
Cruz, for months, has argued sanctions are needed to prevent the pipeline from becoming operational and deter Russian aggression.
The Democrats use the filibuster to block the sanctions from passing, some call flagrantly hypocritical.
After all, Biden has called on the Senate to eliminate the filibuster.
Others say Democrats are consistent.
Sad, even Schumer defended the filibuster as an important check and balance that must be preserved, not vaporized, but that raises a question of why in the hell he's going about it now.
Either way, Senate observers would do well to remember the Democrats in charge are still politicians.
They'll use whatever tools they have to exert their power, throw temper tamperance when the other side does the same thing, this being a nice illustration Let me just add, I'm all for Nord Stream 2.
I think it's very appropriate that Western Europe and Russia have a natural affinity here.
This pipeline is a good thing.
I think it's ridiculous that the Republicans, like Ted Cruz, were trying to stop it.
So in this instance, I am with the Democrats 100% and opposed to Ted Cruz and these other knuckleheads.

Yeah, well, speaking of knuckleheads, we got a knuckle-dragging Canadian pretending to be a conservative in the name of St.
Crusoe.
Yeah, he's red-baiting again for his red-meat audience back in Texas.
But in Texas, we remember what happened last February when we had the cold front that came through.
Well, guess what?
All of northern Europe has our problem on steroids because they've gone so deep into this green BS and they realize now that they have no energy production from wind or solar during the most needed events in the winter over there and they need natural gas because they shut down all their coal-fired plants.
So bottom line is Europe's already on its knees.
It's just waiting for the weather to deliver a death blow to them.
And Putin has extended an olive branch to them saying, here, buy some natural gas and we'll help keep your energy going and your factories going.
But what are the U.S.
forces that are against this?
That would be the goofy liquefied natural gas production Which you have to chill natural gas down to minus 260 degrees Fahrenheit in order to liquefy it and then they put it in these giant spherical pressure vessels to ship it overseas but they have to let it constantly be boiling off and they burn it in order to keep it as a liquid because it's going to be
absorbing heat and wanting to turn to gas. If it gets too high gas pressure, it'll end up causing
an enormous explosion. It takes more energy to create a gallon of liquefied natural gas than
there is in a gallon of liquefied natural gas. The whole thing is another giant Ponzi scheme by the
goofy green energy folks and the energy folks in the United States that would rather destroy Europe
in order to create an extra little niche market for their stupid little LNG projects. I'm sick
to death of fake science being used to promote a fake agenda that is actually anti-human.

Well, I'm glad to hear what Joe just said regarding the liquefied natural gas lobby being behind this Democrat opposition to the stopping of the Nord Stream pipeline, because I'm with you, Jim.
With your previous comments about this, I would be in favor of it.
And so I don't know why guys like Cruz are jumping on board this anti-Russian ship
trying to stop it.
So that's, in general, it's something that I don't understand why the Democrats
would oppose these sanctions when it seems like in every other venue
or every other subject matter that comes up relative to Russia.
It's all about stirring something up, demonizing, trying to trying to get some conflict stirred up with Russia.
So it hasn't made sense to me that they would be in favor of this pipeline.
You know, it's very interesting, Michael.
It's like the two parties are on the opposite side of what you would have expected.

So, you know, bottom line is we've got an extreme number of puppets and the Republicans will do whatever the Chamber of Commerce tells them to do.
And the Chamber of Commerce is, you know, totally in the pocket of big oil.
So, and, you know, I don't have a problem with petroleum products.
But I do have a problem with the ridiculous fake debate that's been going on for a century over those products and the proper use of them.
So that's where we are today.

Day, members of the Project 21 Black leadership warn that the politicalization of race through critical race theory threatens King's legacy of peace and unity.
Observance of the ML King holiday, which of course was yesterday, has given people an opportunity to remember and exemplify a great American leader who held to the principle all men and women should be judged not by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.

Dr. King advocated for non-violent change during America's dark period of racial injustice against blacks.
McClendon added, he dreamed that equality, personal pride, and hope would be instilled in the hearts and minds of every person who sought them, regardless of their background.
That dream is still alive in America today.
Keeping that thought in mind, we must never forget his declaration.
We are not makers of history.

Meanwhile, Demetrius Minor adds, on this day of observance of his life and legacy, we should work harder to make Martin Luther King Jr.' 's dream a reality, including reimagining what justice looks like while striving for racial equality and doing our part to ensure that our habitation to citizens are based on our character and not the color of our skin.
Joe, it's been so obvious, and I so admire their pointing it out, that the Democrat current position of discrimination against white is grossly inconsistent with Martin Luther King's legacy.

So let's go back to where they really started driving this wedge big time in the current debate, and that is the 1619 Project, which is an anthology of 18 essays By a New York Times, quote, investigative journalist, staff writer, who was given credit for writing the whole book, got a Pulitzer Prize in 2020, got a MacArthur Fellowship in 2017, and then in an interview, because she stayed under the radar for the last three years, in an interview back in December this year,
She admitted that she didn't actually write hardly any of the books, she just kind of collated everything.
So she was like basically working as an editor for the book that she's been given a fellowship and a Pulitzer for.
Absolute joke!
And as far as the content of it, there was twice as many white slaves brought to America as there were black slaves, and they were treated even worse.
So, and when in human history have men of one race fought men of the same race to free men of another race?
Only in America.
America is the first place in the world to outlaw slavery, and that was in Pennsylvania in 1887.
And I'll go, I'll put down in the comment section the other states and the dates when they outlawed slavery, but it was outlawed by the time of the Civil War in 22 southern states.
It was outlawed in France in 1803, in England in 1805, but that was only domestically, not in any of their colonies where slavery continued until the middle of the 19th century.
So quit feeding us with the bigot whip.
We're sick of it.
Get off your butt and contribute to a functional society instead of sitting around complaining because your great-great-great-great-great-great-grandpa had to get out and work in order to feed himself too.

Yeah, I'm happy to see this story, Jim.
I had not heard of this Black organization before, but I knew that there had to be a lot of Black people out there with good insight and good instincts, like the academic Thomas Sowell, for instance, and people who can see what an obviously counterproductive BS that critical race theory being taught in schools is.
I've talked before about the fact that I spent 22 years working in the civil rights field, and have commented before what a bitter Till it is for me to see these communist infiltrators demonizing my own race, trying to make us the oppressors, and anybody else other than the white race as being victims of the white race, when in fact race is probably a strong case can be made that we've been the most accommodating of other races in modern history.

The U.S.
Army is massively increasing its enlistment bonus.
This has to be for a reason.
It has to be pressing.
Look at this.
Over the years, the Army has used slogans to entice people to sign up, like, Be All You Can Be and Army Strong.
Perhaps its new one should be Come on Down.
You're the next recruit and can win up to $50,000 playing pinko.
It's recruiting command has just announced those who meet certain qualifications could earn that much in enlistment bonuses up from the previous max of $40,000.
The commanding officer, Major General Kevin Perrine, said the Army faces competition from other branches in the private sector for top-notch talent to fill out its ranks in roughly 150 different career paths.
He also alluded to the current labor shortage plaguing the country as the coronavirus pandemic grinds on.
The official press release to get the maximum bonus, you'd have to be willing to attend basic combat training within 90 days of signing up, which would earn between $2,000 and $9,000.
The quicker one attends, the more money they get.
For the somewhat crazy ones who want to voluntarily drop out of perfectly good airplanes, they can earn $10,000 more by joining an airborne unit, attending Ranger, The Army's elite warfare school can get you $20,000.
Another factor to consider is the length of commitment to max out the bonuses the recruit has to sign a six-year contract rather than four.
Recognizing lifestyle patterns of the younger generation, the announcement also notes the Army is now offering two-year enlistments in 84 available career fields.
I'm extremely suspicious that this is related to building a concrete wall around the White House, that the Army needs recruits in order to combat what they think may be a burgeoning civil war.
Meanwhile, the civil The Supreme Court betrays America by authorizing the outrageous vaccine mandate for healthcare workers, does nothing to affirm the human right to reject dangerous medical experiments.
I'm with Mike Adams on this.
In the 6-3 decision, SCOTUS stuck down the OSHA mandate, but the court affirmed the legality of the vaccine mandate for all healthcare workers, including those in nursing homes, hospitals, clinics, and more.
That means SCOTUS has declared the government owns your body and can force you to take experimental medical injections in direct violation of the Nuremberg Code.
Excellent, excellent points.
Even in striking down the wider OSHA mandate, SCOTUS did not state your body belongs to you.
Instead, they said, Congress hasn't yet authorized OSHA to have enough power to force you to take these vaccines.
In doing so, they left The door opened for Congress to legislate.
Roberts voted with a majority in both, meaning he voted against the wider but in favor of the health care mandate on both issues.
Left-wing Marxist justices who seem ripped right out of Communist China, Breyer, Kagan, and Sotomayor, voted to grant the federal government total ownership over your body.
Only Thomas Alito, Barrett, and Gorsuch reliably defended the right of the individual against the tyranny of the state.
This means about half of the court, even after Trump appointees, believed you are a literal slave of the government.
If you aren't allowed to control your own body, you don't own it.
Who does?
The government owns it according to SCOTUS.
All they need is to grant themselves sufficient legal authorization to forcibly inject you with absolutely anything they want, even if they have to change the definition of a vaccine in order to do it, which is exactly what they already did.

The government, in other words, is running an actual Nazi-style medical holocaust Forcing American people into dangerous medical experiments against their will.
The new legislation pushed by Congress to mandate medical experiments for everyone is right around the corner.
All they need is a deliberate release of a hemorrhagic fever virus that achieves a high fatality rate once the bodies start piling up.
Mass media hysteria will push lawmakers to issue a new round of vaccine mandates that SCOTUS will now uphold.
Make no mistake, The deliberate weaponized release of a hemorrhagic fever strain has already been decided and is likely already underway.
At that point, with mass panic and high mortality, not even the court will defund your right to say no to vaccines.
You'll be 100% owned by the state.
If they own your body, then they also, by definition, own the product of your labor and can control your behavior without limits.
SCOTUS serves no function other than to more tightly bind the chains around your wrists and ankles as they turn your body over to the state for endless medical experimentation.
And yes, SCOTUS also believes the government owns your children, since they said nothing about affirming the right of parents to reject medical experiments for children.
Completely disgusting.

NATO and the Department of Defense are going to protect you once they start this war
because it's going to be unstoppable.
Russia, sensing the imminent threat of this Western encroachment, is entitled under
international law to launch a first strike.
It will take out all these NATO emplacements of missiles aimed at Russia.

They will then wait to see the U.S.
