He's this awesome person, leading expert in false flags and conspiracies.
And we have Scott Bennett, a former Army intelligence officer at SIOP, who's exceptionally gifted and articulate.
We've got a great show today.
And of course, Holly Seiler, she began about 10 years ago and is quite a contributor of
expertise on many subjects.
She's amazing.
And so we got a great show today.
Let's just start off, I guess, with the top 10.
How about with a president?
That's probably a place to start, right?
Well, Don, you're right.
We're going to review the top 10 stories of 2021.
It's been a hell of a year.
The first is a fake president assuming a fake office following a fake election.
The theft of the 2020 election was on an historically unprecedented scale.
Sydney's tweet had Trump with 410 electoral votes to 128 for Biden.
Biden uses a fake Oval Office in the eyes of our Executive Building.
The guy publicly presented as Joe Biden is not even a real Joe.
Here's Sidney's tweet, which I believe is completely accurate, read from coast to coast, even took California and Minnesota, as I was predicting.
Here you see what the reporters aren't reporting.
They're sitting there, seeing this is all on a fake soundstage, but they're willing to go with it.
Unbelievable.
Then we have the real Joe on the left and the fake, the body double.
Not even their signatures are the same.
Look at the distinctive difference there.
It's stunning.
Then you have rumor that he may have been dead since the end of 2017, with substitutes since the beginning of 2018.
This appears to be the first sub that they brought in, but I have the impression they're using several.
These two men are brachycephalic and duchalcephalic.
They have different skull shapes and sizes.
If one type of skull can be transformed into another, as in doubt, we have a longer face with a longer distance and so forth.
These are completely different people.
Every single Biden double has an imposter a double.
If this is Biden, then I'm a monkey's uncle.
Here we have the same people who tell you Epstein killed himself and all the cameras fail, or the people telling you this potato got 80 million votes and we don't need an audit to verify it.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, the election theft is the greatest crime in the history of the Republic, and in a sense it's a tremendous crime against the world because the American Republic is supposed to be the bastion, the saving deposit of democracy.
The real question is, what is being done and going to be done?
The fact that the state governor and legislatures of the states in question Didn't immediately do a national emergency broadcast and say, ladies and gentlemen of Pennsylvania, of Arizona, of Georgia, of Michigan, ladies and gentlemen, we have a possibility of massive election fraud and I am convening as governor of the state of Virginia or the state of Arizona, the state of Michigan, I am convening a legislative session, an emergency legislative session, to get to the bottom of our votes.
In every state.
The fact that that didn't happen is the sign that American democracy is dead.
It's what happens when you have corrupt, godless prostitutes of power and fanatics in political positions.
And Pennsylvania hasn't ushered in the proper corrective remedy from its legislature.
Arizona hasn't done it.
Michigan hasn't done it.
It's been over a year And they could have fixed this and should have fixed this and damn them that they didn't fix this within one to three months.
It was an act of war.
It was a national security threat.
It was a destructive crippling of democracy in America, of a republic.
And the fact that this hasn't gotten seriousness and that the governors and every facet of the military didn't work in tandem and expose the media as well and hold them to account is really a miracle.
It just shows me that God is kind of turning us over to the Sodom and Gomorrah that we've been slowly becoming.
And I don't have faith that Sodom and Gomorrah is going to be spared.
I think this country is going to break up into smaller regions, with conservatives going and coagulating in some states and some regions, and the rest burning under the fire and brimstone of their moral, immoral choices that they deserve.
Jim?
Well, it was just calamitous when the Supreme Court declined the Texas case, which brought together the states of Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin, and illustrated how they violated their own statutes and protocols for selecting legislators.
That was, I think, the beginning of the end.
Holly, your thoughts?
Well, I think it's great that we have an opportunity to talk about the biggest stories of the year because it's been quite the year.
And I think we've been talking about this this whole year, especially since the beginning of November, about election integrity, some serious problems that we have seen here.
It was a tremendous opportunity for state governments.
For the Republican Party, yes, even for the military to step up, and we have not seen that.
So, the American public has not seen that.
And, of course, we know, all the people in the know, can obviously see, I mean, just see that that's obviously not Biden, or we don't know who or what that is at this point.
There's been so much proof that all of this is either some sort of green screen, or CGI, or even a stage photos have leaked out.
So something is going on with the federal government, with the collapse of D.C., with the collapse of the U.S.
dollar, with the collapse of the U.S.
voting system, the Dominion systems are still in play in all of these states, and it's very upsetting to see that we are not seeing truth come out regarding all of this.
So whether or not there's some sort of bigger issue at play or things that cannot be revealed to the American public, It's still a very disturbing time to see all this go down.
We're seeing the collapse of the United States and nothing has formally been done to address the election and we're heading towards the midterms.
I believe that just as the election of 2020 had to be stolen in Florida to bring us Bush and Cheney to introduce 9-11, that they had to steal the election of 2020 to bring in Biden and the Great Reset and the Vax, the whole bit.
It's just disgusting.
But this appears to have been many, many years, even decades, in the planning.
Our next story.
Fear of Trump leads to fake impeachment and staged insurrection.
Trump's wipeout, the real one, scared the Democrats into endlessly attacking him.
The fake impeachments were followed by the staged insurrection.
But no incitement, no attempt to overthrow the government.
Antifa and other agitators galore, including FBI agents provocateur.
Here we have the Federalists and Icebeast know Donald Trump did not incite an insurrection.
Democrats and their media allies, however, are milking this tragic riot for all it's worth.
They're trying to convince the American people he's guilty of inciting an insurrection, both in legal terms and in terms of ordinary language their claim is absurd on its face.
Legally speaking, incitement has an incredibly high bar.
None of Trump's actions since the election come close to meeting.
To constitute incitement, speech must include intent and specific, not abstract, instructions to act.
It requires a speech in question would likely produce imminent lawless action, a step further than the previous legal test.
So much for incitement as to insurrection.
At no point was the overthrow of the government of the United States, even a remotely possible outcome, not even close.
Those cosplaying idiots taking selfies in Speaker Pelosi's office, parading around with podiums, had no intention of forming a new government.
This was an expression of anger, not a realistic organized coup.
Anyone who believed their actions would result in overthrowing the government are delusional to the point of insanity.
We even have James, the brother of accused leftist provocateur John Sullivan, led 226 Antifa members dressed as Trump supporters into the Capitol.
Ray Epps, the revolver's been exposing, appears to have been a key provocateur, FBI, where they appear to have had dozens, dozens in the bomb.
Here's Thomas Massey, a representative, asking, reporting, I question Attorney General Garland about whether there were a federal agent present on 1-6 and whether they agitated to go into the Capitol.
Attorney General Garland refused to answer because the answer would have been in the affirmative and colossally damaging.
The REAP's breach team had the amazing foresight to pry open the one walkway entrance no one could avoid.
Both Pennsylvania Avenue and Constitutional Avenue exits from the Trump Speak intersect at the Peace Monument Barricade, targeted in advance by the REAP's breach team.
If any of the eight other walkway entrances to the Capitol had been toppled instead, tens of thousands of marchers would have been met by police and metal barricades instead of an open gate.
And here you see the timeline.
Trump people weren't even there.
The first protests at 1240.
Capitol Police were seeking assistance by 1 p.m.
The chief was requesting the National Guard at 109.
Trump didn't even finish speaking until 111, long before his supporters could have been there.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, that photograph of Sullivan was taken by Millie Weaver.
Millie was in charge of one of the teams that was back in Washington, D.C.
when I was there and part of Pat Byrne's team and doing all the analytics.
No one has done better investigative journalism in this than Millie Weaver.
She did sigh up the steel.
She was on the ground.
They saw Ukrainian operatives that were there wearing orange, the same Ukrainians that were in the overthrow of Kiev.
When Thomas Massey asks Garland to comment on this, it's not a request, it's a demand that he tells the American people.
Was treason engaged in or not?
Did you actively undermine the people's faith in their own government by working against the people, by deceiving them, by committing fraud, by pretending that your agents and your informants were Trump supporters when they were not?
That they went out with a task, with a mission, with a script, with an objective, with an agenda that was to be completely based on fraud and misinformation, Mr. Garland.
And he should have been demanded or immediately kicked out of office, resigned.
They should stand up to these people and really say, this is treason.
If we find out what you've done and you've done it, this is your one chance to come clean, Garland.
Otherwise, I'm going to personally charge you with treason and oversee that you are executed for treason.
Why aren't people talking like that if it is a serious crime?
Unless, of course, it's a puppet show for Massey and Rand Paul and all the rest of these beta male Republicans like Mitch McConnell.
It's a puppet show.
It's not a domestic uprising and war that America is being cannibalized by its own officials.
So I have serious problems with this.
I have serious problems too, Jim, and I've said it before, with these people that are asked to come to Congress to talk.
Steve Bannon, Uh, Peter Navarro, all of these people associated with the Trump campaign, I have problems with it because they are throwing away a golden opportunity to stand at the podium in front of the American people and read a statement that puts the Democrats in the true core of the light of exposure
I'm not going to answer that.
I take the fifth.
Every other question they can say, I take the fifth.
I'm not going to answer that.
I take the fifth.
Under executive privilege, I take the fifth.
They can say nothing except their statement.
And their statement would be heard around the world when Bannon or Navarro and people like that go up and say,
ladies and gentlemen of the United States Congress, we are in a civil war.
We are in a revolutionary war.
Because these Democrats up there have waged all sorts of psychological warfare against our people since Barack Obama.
This Capitol Hill nonsense is a complete fraud.
Garland had a role in that.
Epps had a role in that, and all of you should have NSA and the DIA and the military apparatus and the National Geo-reconnaissance Office bring in all the data, all the satellites, all the telecommunication records, and let's hear what Mr. Epps said to Mr. Garland.
Let's hear what the FBI said to Mr. Sullivan.
Let's have all of this exposed.
That's what they could be saying when they sit at a congressional hearing.
But the fact that they don't tells me that they are cowards and imbeciles, which is reflective of the destiny of this nation, Jim, if we don't break free of having people like this represent us.

Holly, your thoughts?
Well, just quickly I think we are seeing a massive number of Democrats resigning from the house right now I think we're it's like up to like two dozen or something right now who aren't running for reelection.
They're not seeking further office.
And many of them are actually involved in this capital, the January 6th Capitol riot investigation.
So I think a lot of them are like rats fleeing the ship right before more of this information comes out.
They'd rather run away and go join the private sector than have to admit like Scott so eloquently said
that they were involved and they knew what was going on.
And so many of these people are on the payroll.
Scott, I think that's a very astute observation.
They could be playing this the opposite way and making a whole lot of points that are very powerful.
Meanwhile, the Astroworld Stampede catastrophe in Houston, Texas on the 5th of November.
Everyone had to be vaccinated.
Houston's had a major 5G rollout, which may have been involved.
Graphene oxide in the jabs can create a potential brain 5G interface.
This does not look like a spontaneous event, but an orchestrated one.
Everything we know about the Astroworld tragedy so far?
Eight people were killed, hundreds injured, After concertgoers surged toward the stage, the dead ranged from age 14 to 27, 25 hospitalized.
Houston officials vowed to provide the answers.
This is a very active investigation, a criminal investigation.
It had all kinds of satanic themes.
My belief is that this was a perfect opportunity to try out 5G in terms of its ability to control the mood, the thoughts, and the feelings of those who have received the jab.
That was a necessity of having everyone vaxxed.
Stop the show.
The staff did nothing.
It's heartbreaking.
Do vaccines deliver graphene oxide nanoparticles for 5G mind control?
Indeed they do.

They're excitable through frequency-generating behavioral change in the subjects, to be more exact.
Graphene nanoparticles find residence in the frequency of 41.6 gigahertz of the 5G technology.
Our own Holly has done a wonderful job about this, hugely.
Already then over 5,000 viewers, now it may be closer to 10.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, I'll say real quickly because I'd love to hear Holly's thoughts.
It just occurs to me that any non-biological material that they inject into the body, graphene oxide or others, has the potential of being a conduit or a mirror or some sort of interface or interference material for the electrical impulses and the synaptic processes of the brain.
And it seems very logical that this material is manipulating and altering the whole biological composition of the human being.
I think this is very, very serious, and Holly, I commend you for doing a spot-on presentation about it.
Give us your further thoughts.
I'm not the only one who has obviously drawn this conclusion, but I've seen some more information that has come out recently.
There's supposedly another outbreak at the Okinawa base in Japan, Futenma military base, and they were one of the first to roll out 5G in Japan.
at the Futenma base. I'm hoping to look into that some more.
There's still an article that you can find online before it gets memory hold. It was 5G debuts at
the Winter Olympics in 2018 to be used in South Korea as a boar repellent. They were using 5G at
the 2018 Winter Olympics as an act of military basically to deter the pigs to cause them
distress and And that's what they think of us.
They think of us as pigs.
So they're admitting that they're using this as a weapon at the Olympics.
They've got diplomatic immunity at the Olympics as well.
So I wouldn't be surprised if we see more of this coming out.
I know it sounds crazy, but No, it doesn't.
Let me say this too.
Crowd control weapons that the military developed fits perfectly with what you're describing because there are, as you know, microwave large devices that they They shoot lasers and microwave devices on people that causes heat that disperses the crowd.
This material they're injecting, the graphene oxide, if that amplifies that or makes it 10 times worse or all that, it makes perfect sense that this is a crowd control, uprising suppression technology.
I think you've got it spot on.
I think you're both exactly on target here.
Very significant.
Meanwhile, they're trying to use a Sandy Hook event—a staged event at Sandy Hook to undermine the Second Amendment—surprise, surprise—to go after Remington.
Amazon.com, of course, promptly banned Nobody Died at Sandy Hook 2015, less than a month after it had gone on sale, even though it sold nearly 500 copies.
Strategic lawsuits against public participation suits against James Tracy, Wolfgang Hellbig, Alex Jones, and me have reinforced their effort.
After Remington, for a mass casualty exercise involving children, we have a new contributor, Mary Maxwell, with a book, Unreality, Sandy Hook Messes Minds, that I believe is going to make a difference.
Stephanie Sledge has published a nice piece, Remington Takes a Fall, sells out American gun owners and settles a Sandy Hook suit for $33 million.
Think about it.
Thirty-three, of course, is the key number for the Masonic approach here.
It suggests something is terribly, terribly wrong.
We know even the FBI and its consolidated crime statistics for 2012 at the intersection of Newtown.
Of which Sandy Hook is a suburb, and murder and non-negligent manslaughter has a big fat zero, where the number ought to have been at least 26 or 27, since suicide is considered to be a homicide, killing oneself.
We had the report from Steven Sidinsky.
The state's attorney took him nearly a year to produce it.
It had major gaps, including Easy to demonstrate, the official report did not establish a causal nexus between the shooter, his victims, and the weapons he's alleged to have used.
Concluded there were no fingerprints on the .22 caliber rifle allegedly used to shoot his mother.
More surprisingly, that of the large number of shots fired from the 5.56 caliber Bushmaster manufactured by Remington, close to 150 rounds, None of the bullet fragments could be matched to the weapon.
You'd think Remington would have a keen interest in this, buried in footnote 53.
No positive identification could be made to any of the bullet evidence submissions.
The physical condition of the jacket surfaces were severely damaged and corroded.
They all lacked individual styration marks of sufficient agreement for identification.
Under these circumstances, It would have been impossible for the alleged shooter, Adam Lanza, to have been convicted in a properly conducted court for his alleged offense, because no causal nexus was established between the purported shooter, his weapons, and the 20 children and 7 adults he's supposed to have killed, which one might have naively supposed was the point of the investigation.
But if that was its goal, then its objective was not achieved.
If there's ever been such an abysmal failure in the annals of forensic investigation, I'd love to hear about it.
This is absurd.
So why isn't Remington seeking to defend itself?
I have all the evidence.
The thesis first advanced by Kelly Watt was that Noah Posner, the youngest of the purported victims at Sandy Hook, bore a striking resemblance to his older stepbrother, Michael Vabner.
So he pursued the issue, investigated, and lo and behold, Kelly was exactly right.
Here you see Noah Posner turning into Michael Vabner.
They took photographs of older kids when they were younger to be the decedents at Sandy Hawk.
Indeed, Mona Alexis Presley has concluded some of the parents even cynically used photographs of themselves when they were children.
It turns out to be rifles are very seldom used in homicides and crimes.
Very rarely.
Overwhelmingly, it's handguns.
They're going after the AR-15 because it's the most versatile all-purpose weapon, the most useful to defeat a tyrannical government, for example.

It's time to wrap up nine years of Sandy Hook.
I put quote marks around the name to imply I'm not talking about the District of Newtown, Connecticut, known as Sandy Hook, but the Sandy Hook story.
As to the actual district, I have no criticism, nor do I think ill of its people.
If anything, I sympathize with a large number of residents there who were ordered to tell lies.
Meanwhile, all this was the effect of Barack Obama Nullifying the Smith-Munn Act of 1948, which prohibited the government from propagating its own citizens using the same techniques that were heretofore only used abroad by means of the Smith Modernization Act of 2012, just in time to bring us Sandy Hook.
Scott, right up your alley as a former Army Intelligence PsyOps officer.
Your thoughts?
Well, I remember colonels and majors and lieutenant colonels always saying when I was in Army PSYOP, we never want to violate the Smith Month Act.
We never want to generate any communications that can be violative of this law preventing propaganda.
So the professionals That dealt with psychological warfare against foreign enemies and stuff.
Whenever we were getting close to the edge of anything that would be absorbed by, seen, or heard by the American public, they were always, you know, over protective of the American public.
And Obama came in and put in his own officers and sympathizers and totally began corrupting the military and ran out of the military all of those good officers that were standing for the Constitution.
The Smith Month Act is an extraordinarily significant moment and it was the paradigm shift where this traitor Obama and his traitors in the military begin actively working with FBI, CIA on these sort of rogue operations.
Sandy Hook is an obvious false flag.
Let's never forget the firearm, one of the firearms that was photographed was an ancient firearm that was so corroded and rusted it had to have been buried for 20 years and it looked extraordinarily similar to a Vietnam era weapon so that was not a weapon that could have been used based on the color of white corrosion on the barrel and I know firearms that takes decades to do
So that firearm is not what caused the Sandy Hook event.
Of course, all the other propaganda and the falsities behind that.
The very simple conclusion to Sandy Hook needs to be a motion for newly discovered evidence that fraud upon the court has been committed.
Your Honor, be advised the court has been defrauded and we have evidence of that fraud and we demand a hearing on the evidence of this fraud.
It's newly discovered evidence.
Newly discovered evidence always must come in front of the court in the interest of justice.
Therefore, to deny any motion that examines the material, the evidence that's been newly discovered, that displays and proves beyond any doubt that a fraud has been committed on a court, the failure of this court and this judge to allow that hearing, to examine the evidence that the court has been defrauded, and with it the United States Constitution, the government of the people, is an act of treason, Judge!
That's what needs to be said.
If you don't allow a hearing to be presented that we prove beyond all doubt that this court has been defrauded, then you are playing on the side of the fraud.
You are on the side of the enemies of the Constitution of the people.
You are a traitor committing treason.
I don't care how many black robes you wear.
This is an act of treason if you do not allow the evidence to be presented that proves beyond any doubt that this is a fraud.
And a myriad of other conclusions will follow, and all of these people that are associated with it have no proof, no evidence, and upon even a small examination, a small independent investigator appointed by the court to investigate these fake parents at Sandy Hook, the guy who dressed up as a SWAT officer and then popped up on Bill Moyers with his cartoon acting wife, the smallest investigation into all of these people, We'll show that this was completely fabricated, theatrical, dramatic, and a fraud.

Well, the fact is I'm seeking to intervene in the Remington bankruptcy case on just that grounds, that there's new evidence.
Mary Maxwell being an independent investigator coming to the same conclusions is very striking.
And she has a background in the law.
And I believe this is potentially going to make a difference.
Holly, your thoughts.
Hopefully you can do a show with her or get in touch with her somehow because we need many more people investigating this.
As we can see with the operation that's going on right now, they couldn't do what they're doing right now to the American people over the past couple years without the repeal of the Smith-Mundt Act.
That's crucial.
without emergency use authorization like we're seeing right now,
and without the creation of the vaccine courts back in the 1980s under Reagan, 1986,
when the vaccine courts were created, they couldn't have this sort of immunity
that they've created.
It's taken them decades to create this type of opportunity for them to do what they're doing
to the American people right now, because imagine how we could be using the Smith-Muntz Act
to stop what is going on right now to the American people with lockdowns, everything over the past couple of years.
Wonderful, wonderful points, because we not only had Sandy Hook,
but the Boston bombing, Orlando, Dallas, Charlottesville, Parkland, even Las Vegas,
where Scott has made similarly astute observations that have impressed me profoundly.
Meanwhile in our countdown, we're down to story number six, Nightmare in Kenosha, Revenge in Waukesha.
17-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse was there to assist in his role as an EMT.
He was chased by three thugs who were attempting to do him harm.
He shot and killed two, wounded a third, but was put on trial for murder.
The fake news grossly distorted the facts of the matter and the law.
He was there, a really impressive young man at 17 years of old.
He was protecting the business of a friend.
He had an assault rifle.
They called it an assault rifle, technically incorrect, because assault rifles are fully automatic.
He had an AR-15 style weapon.
After months of indiscriminate rioting, looting, and burning, it's surprising it may have taken this long for a serious incident to occur.
You see him working to remove graffiti from a building.
He was initially attacked by one Joseph Rosenbaum with a death wish.
He actually was the first to threaten Kyle, but the third to be shot.
Well, we even had a witness transcribing.
The very first assailant to attack Kyle kicked him in the face.
This happened to be a black guy who, to my knowledge, has never been prosecuted.
The others, however, were all white.
Here you see one of them attacking him with a skateboard, trying to break his neck.
That's clearly assault with a deadly weapon.
Another, they describe Rittenhouse as firing into the crowd, referring to the mob of villains as protesters.
You'd think the Washington Post would be more careful.
How it characterizes the actions of underage white males, since they were sued and have lost for slandering this young man Sandman in D.C.
The same attorney representing Sandman has offered to defend Kyle pro bono.
Trying to do him harm, two of them sought to kill him.
Rosenbaum threatened to shoot him.
One reproached him with a pistol.
Has his hands up initially so he can get closer.
Then he has his pistol out to shoot Kyle.
Here you see a more close-up of three of these dramatic events.
The makeup of the crowd led to several observations.
Are felon offenders not supposed to be on probation?
How could Joseph Rosenbaum and others with criminal backgrounds be traveling about freely and engaging in mayhem?
How do hardcore Antifa criminals like Rosenbaum et al.
support themselves?
There are discordant forces who want to take down the U.S.
It's not just from one front.
There could be many, including BLM.
We'll find the retaliation in Waukesha shortly, but now Kyle in Kenosha, Scott.
Well, the Kyle Rittenhouse situation affirms that every American citizen has a right to defend their businesses from graffiti torrents and gang members and arsonists and criminals.
They have a right to defend them with rifles and defend them with pistols to defend their own lives.
And if someone attacks them, they are fully within their rights to shoot back and kill anyone attempting to kill them.
The man who tried to kick Kyle Rittenhouse in the face and kill him, or the black guy, they know who he is.
The district attorney knows who he is, and they should immediately demand criminal charges be brought against this guy, as well as a lawsuit filed by Kyle against this guy for attempted murder, attempted destruction of his civil rights.
And what's good for the goose is good for the gander.
They're very quick to do that to everybody else.
So there should be a backlash against everything that misrepresented Rittenhouse and glorified these criminal thugs, but I think it was a line in the sand and an operation that reminded every American that you have to stand up, you have a right to stand up, and you have a right to defend yourself with lethal force, Jim.
I'm really shocked that we had right here in Wisconsin, we had a state journal article, an op-ed piece, by a member of the law faculty here in Wisconsin claiming Verdict emboldens jumpy trigger fingers that has no basis whatsoever, showed complete ignorance of the law.
The brilliant expert on self-defense, Andrew Broca, went through all of the charges against Kyle.
There were six in number originally, the last of which claimed he had unlawful possession of a weapon, which would have applied only if the barrel were less than 16 inches, which was not the case here.
So the prosecutor was bringing a charge he knew wasn't substantial, that had no basis in the evidence.
The judge dismissed it.
He would suborn perjury.
The car lot where Kyle was defending actually was owned by Indian Brothers.
They had lost one car lot the night before.
It invited Kyle and others to come to their defense, but on the stand, They claimed they had had no contact with Kyle.
They didn't know Kyle, so he was suborning perjury.
He was also withholding evidence where the prosecutor has a higher obligation to ensure that all the evidence on both sides is in the hands of the defense.
If it's going to be exonerating, they had higher quality drone footage of the event than they made available, which was only released to the defense.
After the jury had received the case.
I mean, this is outrageous.
They were talking about prosecutors that deserve not just to be reprimanded by the state bar, but to have their license to practice law revoked.

Well, we just see more and more that when it comes to liberals and gun rights, facts don't matter, only emotions matter.
And this ties in with the other false flag events that you were just describing.
It comes down to the Second Amendment.
And over and over again, we see why.
I mean, this shouldn't be any more obvious to people in the United States.
Why we are under attack, why we are under all this propaganda, these false flags, psychological warfare because they want to take away our firearms.
So we end up like Canada or New Zealand or Australia right now.
These people, people in Europe right now, people all around the world are just being pummeled right now by these lockdowns and police and the military just turning upon their own people and putting them into camps at this point.

Well, as a resident of Wisconsin, where my taxes pay this guy's salary, I was incensed enough to write to the dean of the law school and lay it out, I mean, you know, and suggest the law school, his office, ought to review what this member of the faculty has done, because it seems to me so grossly inappropriate and wrong Not even getting the facts of the case right and grossly distorting the law, because this was very clear-cut as Andrew Branca went through each of the elements, the immediacy of the threat, the potential fatality of the threat, the attempt to avoid the threat, having no alternative, taking an action that a reasonable person would take.
Kyle Rittenhouse satisfied all of those.
And of course, he immediately surrendered himself to the police, I was so impressed with his performance that even having supervised recruit training in the Marine Corps with 15 DIs and 300 recruits under my command, I can't think of anyone I ever trained who could handle himself as well as Kyle Rittenhouse.
There's something very important to remember though, too, that people need to learn from.
When you are put in a condition where your life is in danger and you have to use a firearm for self-defense, you do not and cannot ever shoot into the air to fire warning shots.
That is a demonstration that your life was not in danger.
Because you had time to shoot in the air.
You were always trained to shoot twice in center of mass to show that your life was in danger.
Now this attorney, this district attorney, said to the jury, well he could have fired warning shots into the air.
That right there is a lie, and it is a manipulation, and we know his corruption, but no American should ever fire warning shots.
I know it's tempting, but if you fire warning shots, it automatically puts you in a position where a district attorney can say, aha, your life really wasn't in danger because you had the time to fire warning shots.
It's throughout all concealed carry training.
And it's important because people watching this may think that they can shoot in the air, and that is guaranteeing their prosecution.
And let me just emphasize how his life was in danger.
The first he shot was trying to break his neck with a skateboard.
The second he shot actually had a pistol he was raising toward Kyle.
And while he only blew off his bicep while he was recovering in the hospital, he confided to a new friend.
His only regret was he hadn't unloaded his pistol.
onto Kyle, and the third boxed him in at the car dealership, and while he was lunging at him with
his hands, some would claim he was unarmed. Most deaths in America, most murders are committed by
being beaten to death or strangled with one's bare hands, and there was a witness there confirming
what had happened. He was trying to take Kyle's weapon from Kyle when Kyle shot him.
And there's every reason to believe that had he secured the weapon from Kyle, he would have shot Kyle himself.
He'd also threatened to kill Kyle twice.
So how anyone could think that this wasn't a clear K to self-defense is beyond me.

I was quite impressed in interviews that there With him after the incident how mature Kyle was and he's just a superstar.
He's a sharp guy.
So he's a future shining star.
For a 17 year old he just handled himself with aplomb and now he's 18 he's showing great maturity where Tucker for example has interviewed him.
Meanwhile, GoFundMe removed the Kyle Rittenhouse defense fund campaign but promotes criminals instead.

This was a traditional Christmas parade in Mishawaka on Sunday, the 21st of November.
The driver crashed through the wooden barrier, plowed into marchers and vans.
We had five dead and 40 injured, including 12 kids, by his Red Ford Escape SUV.
This appears to have been retaliation for the Kyle Rittenhouse acquittal.

He was out on the street on $1,000 bail after having to run over his girlfriend, the mother of a child of his, with his vehicle.
But because the DA thinks that bail is racist, and because he has even stated and admitted openly That innocent people are going to be harmed, but he's going to let people out anyway.
He was out on the street on a thousand dollar bail, even though it would have been a case of attempted murder, properly prosecuted.
He should not have been on the street.
This was outrageous.

Well, if there's anybody a candidate for an MKUltra mind control program, it seems to be this guy.
The parade footage of the vehicle running over some of the band members is telling.
You can see he dragged one of the people he ran over for about 20 feet.
That may have been one of the people he killed, but there's a lot of abnormalities and anomalies with that as well that I remember at your conference, Jim.
Some of the The false flag reporters were bringing up this event and it's very odd, if not amazingly, I mean, revealing that they parked the vehicle face out and just a lot of very strange things.

He claimed to have been attacked at 2 a.m.
on the coldest day in Chicago.
He actually paid two Nigerian bodybuilders with a personal check for $3,500.
This is an absurd story that the public can wrap its mind around, unlike 9-11 or Sandy Hook.
A hoax supported by fake news that contradicts critical race theory.
I love the Smollett case for all of these reasons.
He was convicted on five counts and acquitted of one.
He was convicted of Disorderly conduct.
Telling a Chicago police officer, Muhammad Baig, he was a victim of a hate crime.
Guilty.
Telling Baig he was a victim of a battery.
Guilty.
Telling police detective Kimberly Murray he was a victim of a hate crime.
Guilty.
Telling Murray he was a victim of a battery.
Guilty.
Again telling Murray on a different occasion he was a victim of a battery.

Telling Detective Robert Graves he was the victim of an aggravated battery.

How many old people were victimized and abused?

Now the society is, as Holly was talking about earlier, they've taken 40-50 years to incrementally do a boiling of the frog slowly, mentally, a slow lobotomization, chemical lobotomization as well, all sorts of pharmaceuticals and statins and drugs have been Absorbing into the body politic.
This is something now we're at the tail end of, where we have this delusional schizophrenic society that these sort of actions are erupting.
The hate wars, the race wars, and all of this.
You can stand up and lie about something so demonstrably false.

This is going on in these schools!
