Time Text
This is at Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin, where I'm delighted today to be joined by Joe Olson from Houston and by Carl Herman from San Ramon, California, and his dog, which is wonderful to have here on the show with us today.
We're bringing you all the news we know you need to know.
The report cites a major failure in the prosecutor's office over the handling of the Jussie Smollett case.
We knew that was true.
It now turns out that Cook County Special Prosecutor Dan Webb has concluded the state's attorney's office, led by Kim Fox, experienced a substantial abuse of discretion and operational failures.
No doubt about it.
Jury found Smollett guilty of lying to the police about the incident.
The new report details why Foxx's office dropped the charges against Smollett about a month after he was arrested.
Webster Fox in her office made false and misleading statements about the decision to drop charges
and leave small it with just 15 hours of community service and a $10,000 fine.
Webster prosecutors believe the case against small was strong and it would be a branch
of breach of standard policy to drop the case without substantial new evidence.
They also found issues with the way the state attorney's office characterized the decision
to drop the charges that she had made false or misleading statements out about her communication
with small sister actress, Juney, small that reportedly had three phone calls with or journey
small that after her brother was under investigation.
She claimed these were made while she thought he was the victim of a hate crime.
She recused herself, but it was all done improperly.
The Cook County State Attorney's Office said they remain steadfast that the office acted within its prosecutorial discretion in dropping the case and respectfully disagree.
There's no question about it, however.
Fox's office had initially charged him with a felony charge of disorderly conduct, but then it was dropped.
Yet on March 7th, he was indicted of 16 counts, and yet days later, the whole thing was let go.
They wanted this guy out of town.
Fox said you made the decision because people wanted him out of town.
Let's get rid of the guy.
The accountability that the city deserved was not fulfilled.
Webb was appointed by a judge in Cook County to investigate the incident.
He introduced six counts of disorderly conduct against Smollett, who was indicted and convicted.
The investigative report was based on 43 interviews and 26,000 documents, did not recommend charges, didn't find the action may rise the level of a violation of legal ethics by Fox and the lawyers, Related to false and misleading public statements.
I think this woman ought to be fired.
I mean, this is completely outrageous.
Joe, your thoughts?
We need to do more than fire.
These people need to be completely disbarred.
We have a completely corrupt legal system, and a lot of it goes to the attorneys, because every judge knows that he was an attorney before he got on the bench, and that if he ever gets removed from the bench, he'll be attorney again, and so he's very lenient with attorneys.
In the state of Texas, we have 62,000 Registered professional engineers, and I get a quarterly report on the disciplinary actions against engineers who've done things wrong in the state of Texas.
They revoke probably a half dozen to a dozen licenses of engineers every year, and most of these engineers have not done any real harm, but they Never revoke a license for a doctor or a lawyer.
When I was in divorce court, I was involved with a group called Judicial Watch here in Houston, and they brought up evidence that there was a doctor convicted of second-degree murder in jail in Corpus Christi on a seven-year sentence, and they refused to revoke his bar license because He was doing free legal work for other inmates and that was providing income for a lot of attorneys in the Corpus Christi District.
So you want to know what's wrong with the system?
One of the big things is lawyers and judges.
I think you're completely right.
They should set an example out of Kim Fox and fire her ass and disbar her.
Carl, your thoughts?
And a bunch of them in Wisconsin.
A bunch of them in Wisconsin as well.
Yeah, we're seeing the official covering of this justification for official actions falling apart here.
So you have Chicago, which is connected to Obama, which is connected to Mayor Lightfoot, and all of this is just connected to this rhetoric to push forward this political agenda control, and connected to Harris, who was pushing this anti-lynching bill in the Senate when this went down.
And, you know, the cops rolled up and there's Smollett with that noose around his neck hanging onto a sandwich and the cops started having questions.
And all of this is covered and it goes through corporate media.
So, you know, again, my conclusion after 44 years of civic activism is that we're not out of this until the American public demand arrests.
For these leaders who are only interested in lying and manipulating us to our detriment.
Well, I think Webb did a good job of exposing the corruption, but ought to have been much more severe in his recommendations.
Here's Fauci twisting the truth again, where Jesse Waters tells college students to ambush Fauci with questions about why he funded risky research, calls it a kill shot that'll end his career, meaning the questions, and Fauci claims he put out a hit on him as though he were to be assassinated.
This is just unbelievable.
He's been the face of the U.S.
response to the pandemic, and Fauci and liberal psychofans don't want him to be asked difficult questions.
So when Jussie Waters told students at a Turning Point USA conference to ask him questions about the research he funded, Dr. Fauci, you funded risky research at a sloppy Chinese lab, the same lab that sprung this pandemic on the world.
You know why people don't trust you, don't you?
Fauci turned it around to create a straw man that would be easy to attack, when what Jesse said was perfectly reasonable.
Here's one, Ron Filipkowski.
The incendiary, dangerous, violent rhetoric against Dr. Fauci continues at AmericaFest.
Fox News host Jesse Watters tells them to go after him, to harass him in public.
Now you go in with a kill shot, deadly, because with an ambush, he doesn't see it coming, as though he were talking about an attempted assassination.
They've been spitting words.
They've been exaggerating.
They've been misrepresenting.
This is grotesque.
It was a verbal kill shot by asking him questions.
Nevertheless, they treated it completely differently.
All I've been doing is encouraging people to practice good public health, to get vaccinated, be careful in public, to wear a watch.
And for that, you have some guy out there saying people should give me a kill shot to ambush me.
I mean, what kind of craziness is there in society these days?
That waters ought to be fired on the spot.
If we believed every rumor one way or the other, we'd do a lot of stupid things.
But this is totally irresponsible.
Here's a recount.
Dr. Anthony Fauci said in Fox News, Jesse Watters should be fired on the spot for not having accrued to ambush Fauci with a kill shot.
But he adds, he's going to go very likely unaccountable.
I mean, whatever network he's on is not going to do anything for him or to him because, of course, he actually didn't do anything wrong.
This is unbelievably disgraceful, Joe.
Yeah, well, there's a great interview with Jimmy Dore, who's a comedian, and Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
on his new book, The Real Anthony Fauci.
There's a Rumble version of it, how Fauci wields power to serve big pharma. And in the interview,
this is the first time I've ever heard him mention it. He mentions the three main power
players, two of them we've already heard, Fauci and Gates, are principal funders of medical research
and control all of the medical review journals. But also he mentioned Welcome Trust in
Britain, which is also over Porton Downs, their biological weapons division, and Peer Bright
Institute, which is the one that developed Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease, better known as mad cow disease.
And it leaked out of their lab.
They had isolated it, and then they had a leak, and it got out, and it Ended up killing, you know, hundreds of people and they wiped out all the entire livestock in England.
All of the cows, all the sheep, all the goats, everything in England had to be destroyed because of mad cow disease that got out all across the country.
So, you know, for Fauci to sit around and get sanctimonious about somebody asking this clown a question when he's guilty of massive deaths.
Another thing, they have a death report out of England.
It's the Health Impact News, the EU Which is the Endura Vigilance shows that there's 34,370 dead in Europe and 3,120,000 that are injured because of this vaccine protocols that he's supporting.
So, you know, we got a war criminal that's thin skinned about being asked a simple question and this guy needs the worst punishment that we can meet.
Yeah, they're essentially grasping after straws.
And here we have another of Carl's pets joining us.
I think that's wonderful.
Your thoughts, Carl?
Yeah, Mae the dog and Lola the cat.
They went in on this today.
So Fauci becomes uncomfortable.
I got a few other ways of saying, or to question him.
Stick him.
Pop him.
Fry him.
Light him up.
Target him.
Hit him.
Corner him.
Torture him.
Turn him.
Wipe them out with those questions!
And I feel good about all that, because remember, this is the guy who funded this gain-of-function research or biological weapons from that lab, which when we get the truth, he's going to be one of the worst war criminals in human history for the planet.
This guy lied to Congress about the gain-of-function research, and Jimmy Dore, I do recommend him.
It's on my Watchlist to watch the latest one of him talking about Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'
's book.
And I enjoyed Jimmy Doerr's work to expose Anthony Fauci.
And one of Doerr's motivations, by the way, is he did get vaccinated and he did complain about the aftereffects of his vaccinations.
And that guy who is responsible for the culling of herds in England from alleged mad cow disease, that's that guy Neil Ferguson.
Same guy.
Same guy.
He was responsible for All the scaremongering at the beginning of this pandemic, and he was off by a magnitude of thousands of the numbers of the actual damages.
And he hasn't done this once.
He's done this, like, five times.
Oh, yeah.
Yeah, yeah.
The documentation for this I have at Carl B. Herman Blogspot.
Go to any of these shows and look at the paper in the second paragraph.
It just says, My Best Shot.
And that's among the documentation that I've sent to the teachers at my public school.
Yes, Ferguson needs to be indicted along with Fauci for mass murder, Joe.
Oh, yeah.
And then let's not forget that Fauci also went out of his way to create fake research studies on ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine, which are both completely safe and both completely effective.
And if you have a treatment, you have no excuse for emergency use authorization.
So this guy is racketeering at the highest levels and mass murder at the highest levels in the history of all humanity.
Yes, I think we all agree.
There's an emerging consensus.
Meanwhile, Texas Democrats are continuing paying for abortion using COVID relief funds.
What else?
The Hyde Amendment, a longstanding bipartisan method used to prevent federal funds for abortions except in rape, incest, or medical emergency.
Like virtually every spending bill enacted since the 1973 decision of Roe v. Wade, all COVID relief measures passed included the amendment.
The massive $1.9 trillion relief bill passed in March did not include the Hyde Amendment.
Pro-life lawmakers and advocates warned at the time that there were several funds in the bill that could pay for elective abortions without the amendment.
Now Democrats in Harris County, Texas are considering the prospect for funding abortion with the COVID funds, just as had been warned might happen.
They're seeking advice on attacking the Texas Heartbeat Act signed into law earlier this year by Greg Abbott.
Democrat Harris County Judge Linda Hidalgo has been advised now by policy analysts the county can spend public funds to support abortion and possibly even abortion procedures as well as their advocates.
That would come from the COVID bill allocation of $915 million to Harris County.
Two Republicans on the Commission Court and pro-life advocates reacted harshly to the proposal, intended to save lives and not to take them.
A memo from the Commissioner's Court said there are no limitations on using the federal money for services ancillary to abortion care.
Most of the Senate in March favored including the Hyde Amendment.
Still, the Senate parliamentarian ruled the amendment needed 60 votes to be included as a rider.
Go Manchin, Bob Casey, Tim Kaine were the only Democrats to join the 50 Senate Republicans in favor of adding the amendment.
As the Senate considers Biden's Build Back Better, Manchin remains steadfast in his demand the Hyde Amendment be included, or he would not vote for any version of it.
He's called the amendment his red line.
The spending bill Pelosi had the House pass does not include it.
Meanwhile, the Biden administration is quietly shifting from media panic to the scientific management of COVID.
Reporting for CNN Saturday, we learn Joe Biden and his team have all but ruled out new lockdowns, and behind-the-scene administration officials have been debating how to shift public attention away from the total number of cases, which appears likely to rise, even if many are mild, and toward the number of severe infections, which are overloading health systems and disrupting normal life.
It's the kind of scientific management conservatives have talked about from scratch.
It's good to hear they may be starting to follow science to its logical conclusion.
Canvassing for coronavirus is a society-wide campaign, extraordinary emergency steps, With many ramifications, fiscal, civil liberties, the Constitution, looking for solutions to the problem.
Your latest big government crusade was conceived in a hysteria that never subsided.
It grows only more feverish as the campaign wears on.
Excusing irrationality after irrationality, monstrosity upon monstrosity, until the last great fool holding the hot potato, embarrassed for everyone's giant mess, pines for an exit strategy.
It looks as though more affordable and the price kept going up when the government subsidized low-interest financing, but they have dearly paid for it since that time.
When the government prohibited trade in a commodity to make it unaffordable, the price kept going up until people were underwater in Mexico.
Odd to see so many writing they were in quarantine to refer to the lockdowns made by general guidance in order with criminal penalties.
That word is always referred to keeping the sick and contagious apart from the rest of the population until they were no longer contagious, not confining the entire population to their homes, under what municipalities called shelter in place.
Rather than approach the problem scientifically, Government officials in a ferris cycle called Brushed Out Do One Another were busy fighting coronavirus reacted against the Middle Nevada's part of the normal distribution of bill curve instead of focusing on the narrower areas of outliers who are the most vulnerable and those who are most susceptible.
They were freaking out the entire population, mobilizing them as if the country were at war, overstraining hospital resources, nearly ran the world out of masks.
Surgeon General had to tell a white lie, masks don't spread coronavirus, so maybe that was the truth.
But it's not, of course.
The masks are useless.
The CDC infectious guy was lying about double masking.
If the two officials contradict each other, and if I deal with one of them, who should say that I'm wrong or who's right?
YouTube?
Some of Biden's aides, by the way, are urging the administration to talk about how to live alongside a virus that shows no signs of going away.
A potentially dramatic shift in rhetoric.
Let me add, of course, it's not going to go away because it's a coronavirus.
A common cold is a coronavirus.
It's never going to go away.
And Manchin has basically signed off on the Build Back Better.
Joe, yours.
Yeah, well, Lena Hidalgo is a groomed Soros-funded puppet graduate of Stanford with a degree in political science.
Never had a job worth a flip.
She was a foreign correspondent in Thailand for two years before she came and ran for office here.
Harris County has Four and a half million people.
This clown had never had a job, never had a political office.
She gets elected.
And then last March, as soon as they started dishing out the funds, she said, oh man, our hospitals are going to be overrun.
She squandered $60 million in one month's time to set up a emergency hospital at Reliance Center that served zero patients before it closed down.
Absolutely shameful.
As far as the issue on birth control, you know, I kind of recall the time when that was a hot-button issue with the women.
It was my body, my choice.
And they were complaining about the Pope not wanting to allow condoms or birth control pills.
And the phrase of the day was, you know, play the game, you know, make of the rules.
So I'm kind of abstained from voting on the issue of abortions, even though I find it personally repugnant,
but it looks like the FDA has come up with another one because FOIA documents
reveal Pfizer shot caused avalanche of miscarriages and stillborn babies. So
they found another way to kill babies without having to do it the old-fashioned way with an
abortion. Carl, your thoughts?
So that $1.9 trillion bill.
So this is just all payouts to people.
You have the history of the U.S.
of hospitals getting $13,000 per diagnosis of COVID-19.
Again, never been isolated, so where's the proof that it Is in existence $39,000 for ventilators with an 88% kill rate.
You have a 99% reduction of the flu last year because the test for COVID-19 admitted by the CDC was from generic flu stock.
And they can use generic flu stock for that test, because they don't have any samples of COVID-19.
So this rhetoric, I hope, is on the brink of collapse.
And historically, when there is a type of revolutionary collapse of lying rhetoric, it's in an instant.
It's an Emperor's New Clothes moment.
And man, I am ready for it to go.
I know in the micro picture of my public school district is that they've stopped.
Responding to me completely because they have no responses to the questions.
My understanding is that the PCR tests that they rely upon that authorization is all withdrawn on the 31st.
And at the same time, the district retreated this past week.
And said to the students, an announcement to the students, you all must be vaccinated by December 17th or test weekly, but we're not going to check on it.
We're not going to, we're not going to enforce it at all in January.
So man, they just, they just have nowhere to go.
And I hope this thing completely collapses and we get the arrest of these psychopaths at the top.
Devoutly to be wished, Carl.
You got it right.
Meanwhile, top dem pollsters paint a bleak picture for the Democrats and have the data to prove it.
Democratic pollster Doug Schoen is sounding the alarm for the 2022 midterm.
Democrats' political prospects are significantly deteriorating, and they have the data to prove it.
Recent collected by Showman-Cooperman research proves the Democratic Party is becoming increasingly unfavorable and vulnerable to massive losses in 2022.
Key findings?
73% of likely voters believe Biden hasn't paid enough attention to the country's most important problems, compared to 38% who think his priorities are correct.
66% of likely voters agree Biden and the Democrats are out of touch with hardworking Americans because they've been so focused on passing their own agenda, compared to 30% who think they're not out of touch.
65% of likely voters agree Biden has not improved the U.S.
as he promised, compared to 31% who disagree.
52% of likely voters believe the economy has worsened because of Biden, compared to 36% who believe it's stronger.
71% of likely voters believe Biden's policies are fully or partly to blame for inflation, compared to 24% who say he's not responsible.
69% to 23% affirm Biden and Democrats are soft on crime.
67% to 18% believe the country is more divided, not more unified, compared to a year ago.
The poll also found Likely voters overwhelmingly disapprove of Biden's performance on immigration and the southern border, 60% to 34%, disapprove of his performance on foreign policy, 59% to 36%, and blame Democrats over Republicans for surging crime, 48% to 27%.
48% to 27.
What does this mean for 2022?
In addition to data showing Republicans are favored overall on the generic congressional
ballot pitting any Republican against any Democrat where the Republicans have a double
digit lead for the first time in history.
Shulman and Cooperman predict the Democrats stand to lose in a landslide in 2022.
If the Democrats continue down its current ill-fated path of embracing progressive policies while overlooking manifest political realities, we will almost certainly see a landslide GOP victory in 2022.
Indeed, the data sends a resounding message to National Democrats to return to moderate politics, embrace fiscal responsibility, and deliver on practical economic and political policies.
Without such a course correction, Democrats are almost certain to be brought down by Republicans in 2022 and 2024 and may find themselves in the minority for years to come.
My prediction is there's no way out.
They're going to lose at least 100 seats in the House and several in the Senate.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yeah, well, they knew priority number one was going to be House Resolution 1, because the only way they won in 2020 was by stealing it.
So they had to nationalize the elections and take away the constitutional right of the states to set the election requirements.
So they had two names for this thing.
One of them is the John R. Lewis Voting Rights Act, because let's just wrap ourselves around that phony baloney.
The other name for it is the For the People Act 2021.
But guess what?
It's being voted down and it required being able to get past the filibuster, and now they've got enough defectors in the Senate so it'll never get passed in the Senate.
So if they're not being able to authorize cheating in 2022, they've got a real problem!
Yeah, I think you got it exactly right.
Cheating is the only way they took control now.
They would never have defeated Trump in a legitimate election.
Carl, your thoughts?
Yeah, not by a margin of 3 to 1 to 4 to 1.
That's the extent of the fraud that we're facing.
So it's a fascinating situation in this point of history is that we are in the middle of a PSYOP.
The question is, who is operating this PSYOP?
So the Democratic Party, if we had any type of truth, then the Democratic Party is history as are the Bush and Cheney
era Republicans as being similar criminals.
If we have these fully loaded shots going on, then we've already lost.
Those shots are limited to 5% of those doses.
So it looks like we may have avoided the worst consequences if and only if this regime collapses from the lies and we have this emperor's new clothes moment before they can reload and have those deadly shots be implemented to the American public.
I do still see that this is a white hat operation and what we're doing is that people have, see I've been involved in civic activism that led to two UN summits for heads of state and I've been doing this for 44 years and it took me decades to be able to fully embrace The comprehensive grasp that these psychopathic leaders have over everything.
All the information streams, all the political streams, all the economic streams, all the education streams, all the higher education streams.
Are all controlled by these psychopaths.
But what we have witnessed since the Trump presidency is an erosion of the confidence of the American people and the ability of these psychopaths to continue to lie.
And what is about ready to fall is corporate media, medicine, medical leaders such as Fauci, the idea that inflation and our monetary system is honest.
So, we shall see.
It's a paradox where I'm at once hopeful and at the same time, you know, we're on the verge of a planetary extinction event if we go through these fully loaded shots.
Yeah, it's unbelievable the situation we're in.
Who would have believed?
Meanwhile, we'll be right back Here we have Mike Adams.
Trump's vaccine pimping rhetoric proves it's all political theater run by the pharma cartels.
Trump's public speech on the vaccine has become indistinguishable from Fauci's.
In a recent event in Dallas, Trump sat next to Bill O'Reilly and bragged about taking the booster shot, adding that all Trump supporters should take credit for Operation Warp Speed, and how Trump managed to shorten the vaccine approval and development time from 5 to 12 years to less than 1.
For which he was massively booed.
I believe this is Trump's Achilles heel and he's not going to survive.
We now return.
Trump consoled by Bill Reilly after crowd booed him over the COVID booster shot.
Ex-Fox News anchor Bill Reilly claimed he had to console Donald Trump after the crowd attending their history tour event booed the former president upon revealing he received the COVID booster shot.
Both the president and I are vaxxed, O'Reilly opened up during the discussion.
Did you get the booster?
Yes, Trump replied.
Members of the audience began yelling at that moment, prompting Trump, whose administration helped manufacture the three COVID vaccines through Operation Warp Speed, scold those voicing their opinion.
Don't, don't, don't, no, no, no, Trump responded, waving a finger, his hand, dismissing the hecklers as a very tiny group You're playing right into their hands when you're sort of like, oh, the vaccine, he insisted.
Not true.
Very bad.
O'Reilly claimed Trump was so dismayed that he called to discuss it after the show.
I said, this is good for you, O'Reilly said.
This is good that people see another side of you, not the political side.
You told the truth.
You believe in the Vax.
Your administration did it.
You should take credit for it because it did save, I don't know, hundreds of thousands of lives.
Not true.
Turns out it's very bad.
Donald Trump booed at Raleigh after revealing he received the COVID-19 booster shot, and deservedly so.
O'Reilly added an element that may have explained Trump's reaction, the political side, to being the man who helped him successfully deliver the vaccine to the public.
I'm trying to tell Trump, run on your record, he said.
He's going to run again, all right.
O'Reilly has said, reports say, hell, Trump will run again.
Biden's winter of death.
Still, the interaction between Trump and the crowd is a peculiar development, an indication running on the vaccine may not a good bet if he does decide to enter the 2024 race.
Voters are tired of having vaccine mandates, calls for three shots and four shots, warnings of a winter of death, no matter who is delivering the message.
From the Trump perspective, if ever there were a poster, President Financial Immunity, something those on the right seem to acknowledge, while the liberal counterparts dismiss it, it would be Trump.
This past September, he thought he would not receive the booster shot.
I don't know.
I really feel I'm in pretty good shape, but let's see what happens.
He almost immediately backtrapped, adding, if I feel it's good, if I feel it's necessary, I would get it.
Meanwhile, here's a note.
Maggie, must tell the truth, and very proud to have produced the three vaccines so quickly, millions of lives saved, worldwide best wishes, Donald.
Trump handed President Biden three vaccines, a distribution plan, and an array of therapeutics, but Biden has still failed to live up to his promise to shut the virus down.
During the campaign, Biden claimed Trump was responsible for coronavirus deaths, calling it utterly disqualified.
Anyone who's responsible for that main death should not remain as President of the United States.
Now, there have been more deaths this year during Biden's short term in office, yet he just smiles and walks away when asked about it.
Obviously, by his own standard, he's utterly disqualified himself for holding the office.
Coming to Trump's defense, ironically, was an ever-polarizing Anthony Tony Ratajkowski, who also is unlikely to be looked upon favorably by Trump supporters.
From a public health standpoint, I'm very pleased to say he did that, to come out publicly and say he's been vaccinated and boosted.
Meanwhile, the election wizard.
I've never seen so many deplorables respond so negatively to Trump as I've seen both publicly and privately over the last 48 hours.
Between his comments about not firing Fauci and the vaccines, he has angered a portion of a loyal base.
But get booed for saying that just tells you about the extraordinary divisiveness we have going into this public health issue, said Fauci, which should be devoid of divisiveness.
But of course, Fauci is at the center of it all.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yeah, well, he's used to hearing boos at his rallies.
I attended the one at the Toyota Center here in Houston with 18,000 MAGA fans, and then I attended the one at the American Airlines up in Dallas with 22,000 fans, and every time he mentioned the mainstream nudia, the whole crowd would erupt in boo-boo-boo.
And, funny thing, in Dallas when you introduced hometown boy John Cornyn, our RINO Senator, boos were so loud it was incredible.
The boos outnumbered the applause by an enormous amount.
Probably the premier political cartoonist in the United States today is Ben Garrison, and he's got a great cartoon which explains it exactly.
It's got this bandwagon rolling down the street with Mr. Jab himself on the back saying, Get yours now!
It's free!
Get it, get it, get it!
The vaccine bandwagon, Big Pharma masks, and the crowd is boo-boo-boo on both sides of the road.
I don't know what it's going to take for this guy to finally get over his narcissism and realize that he's made a horrible mistake and that he's been lied to by everybody he appointed, and he's appointed the most miserable set of judges imaginable, and it's probably curtains for him, but certainly it's curtains if he can't Change his mind on a wide range of subjects immediately.
Carl, your thoughts?
Yeah, it's hard to know what really is going on except to know that we're being lied to.
And one of the principal liars is Bill O'Reilly.
He's got to be in the Liars Hall of Fame for his war pimping for decades.
So that guy is an anti-journalist for pushing that propaganda.
You know, the data that we have, so the contest is for the VAERS data demonstrating in the United States, we got 20,000 deaths associated with the vaccine.
And that's even with the manipulation of the statistics for those deaths.
Again, Carl B. Herman, Blogspot, go to my best shot.
You have the tremendous manipulation of the death statistics that officially, if you get the vaccination and you die within two weeks, They don't count you as a vaccination death.
They count you as a death with COVID, which is completely ridiculous.
And then you have the president of the United States and everybody pretending that the job of the president is to uphold the law.
All these people swear to support and defend the United States Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.
And many of us, including me, have that oath.
So, fundamentally to do that, the question of whether people have to take a vaccine or not has already been decided by Title 21, which governs the FDA and the Nuremberg Code after World War II, where people have the entire free right of choice without negative consequences to accept Or decline experimental medicine, and yet all these people in corporate media all these political leaders ignore it.
As do all the social science teachers in that department at the school in which I teach.
We definitively have election fraud.
That is one of the crimes that are going on.
I've read over 200 pages of affidavits, and once we get to the facts of that, maybe one day, then that'll Make everything clearer about what's going on.
And then you have how charming Biden's good holiday wishes for the winter season of death to us all who have not been vaccinated.
You know, I keep on being surprised how more and more extreme the polarization becomes.
But, you know, it just keeps on getting more surprising.
Carl, you you got it right, no doubt about it.
Yeah.
On O'Reilly, I call him Bully O'Reilly, and he's got a series of books called the Killing Series, and it's like killing the mob, killing Geronimo, killing Crazy Horse, killing Patton, killing JFK, killing the mob, killing the... killing, killing, killing, killing.
There's 11 books in the series.
I doubt that he did any of his own research on it.
He probably had a ghostwriter that did it.
But every time I've heard him interviewed on it, it's the biggest bunch of false history propaganda you can imagine.
Don't trust this man any further than you can throw him.
He was the worst reporter in the Fox Network at the time he was there, and I was rejoicing the day he got fired.
So... Yep.
Very good.
I think you're right.
Wanna know what happens?
Wanna know what happens to JFK?
Read Fetzer's books.
O'Reilly has discredited himself many times over.
Meanwhile, Biden's criticized for promoting Jim Crow vaccination mentality.
Black activists call out the president's discriminatory attitude regarding COVID vaccination status.
Members of the Project 21 Black Leadership Network called Biden's leadership into question after he demanded vaccination and hype testing in a scramble to deal with the Omicron variant.
After Biden's speech today at the White House, which was endlessly boring, Project 21 members criticized both his rhetoric and his unwillingness to call out how COVID panic pits Americans against one another, effectively promoting discrimination against those who are unvaccinated.
I'm still trying to figure out what happened to the Biden administration promised grand plan to stop the spread of the pandemic and bring us back to normalcy.
Instead, The White House has broken every promise it's made, including travel bans, vaccine mandates, and lockdowns, said Donna Jackson, Project 21's director of membership development.
The president is blaming the unvaccinated, allowing Jim Crow-style divisions to be created against them.
The failure to control the threat of COVID is not solely the fault of the unvaccinated.
It's the failure of Biden's leadership.
To garner confidence, trust, and support in its ability to handle a crisis, calling the trivecta of vaccination booster shops and mask wearing a patriotic duty and an obligation.
Biden stressed Americans should not be panicked by the Omicron variant, but he noticeably did not call on his political allies to roll back the vaccine mandate, school closures, and other COVID-related lockdowns, nor to rescind the federal vaccine mandate.
Nor did he address those who have religious, health-related, or natural immunity concerns about it.
It's the leftists in this country who have declared a war between the vaccinated and the unvaccinated, said project member A.K.
Kamara.
They created a conflict that did not need to exist, but here we are.
This sort of false framing makes an already divided nation even more divided When in truth, there's a war between the authoritarians and those who love liberty and freedom.
Well said.
I am anti-mandate.
I am anti-authoritarian.
I am pro-science.
And I am pro-vaccine, added Kamara.
So don't confuse being pro-vaccine with being pro-mandate.
The idea I should be forced to make a medical decision versus the option that I can choose what is best for myself is what lies at the root of the dispute among Americans.
Black Americans lag in vaccine rights and are thus disproportionately affected by mandates.
Biden's continued use of power is dangerous, sets a tone for a clear and present danger to the liberty and security of every American, said member Richard Holt.
Every American citizen has the individual obligation to look after their own health and do what's right for them.
The government does not have the right to manipulate, coerce, or otherwise force Americans to do anything they don't want to do.
Biden promised more federally funding testing, the stockpiling of protective gear, and military deployment to assist health care workers.
He became visibly angry and asked if increased testing indicated a failure in the White House COVID policy.
Effective leaders inspire people to follow them regardless of their differences, noted Jackson.
It happens every day in normal private work environments, but this administration is seeking an agenda and does nothing but complain when constructive criticism gets in its way.
Biden and his administration continue to fail and mislead Americans, said Derek Holey.
His solution to combating the virus is nothing more than liberal rhetoric that will continue the divisiveness in our country.
Like many Americans, I did my part, took the Pfizer, but I still caught COVID.
I defeated the virus through proper diet and exercise.
Data shows individuals with poor health are the most at risk.
The message from the White House is fear vaccine testing and mandates when it should be promoting a healthier lifestyle for all Americans.
And Biden's mad dad rant comes across as very fake.
The next step, what comes after this, is the more powerful question, added Holt.
Does this mean the government can send soldiers to your door, put a gun to your head?
If you don't accept the vaccine, they arrest you and possibly kill you if you resist.
We may have quite a dystopian future awaiting for us.
I'm very impressed by this Black Leadership Project 21.
They're making simply excellent, even impeccable statements like this.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yeah, well, on December 20th, a four-page decision, Superior Court Judge John S. Myers concluded California school systems do not have the authority under state law to establish their own vaccine mandates.
His decision only applies to San Diego.
The county judge in L.A.
is trying to swing the thing the other way, but a county judge is different than a judicial judge, so I don't think that's going to fly.
I'm not real optimistic that we're going to get anything better than a 5-4 bad split out of the Supreme Court, because none of those nine clowns has ever taken a science class since they left high school, and they probably didn't take much in the way of science in high school.
To have them come in there, all they're going to do is just take whatever the government's position is and say, well, the government never lies, so we're going to reinforce it.
I have no faith that the judicial system is going to work until we start getting criminal prosecutions against these people and can disclose the amount of racketeering that's going on with this absolute crime against humanity.
You make a very disturbing and disconcerting observation about the scientific illiteracy of the Supreme Court, which has been part of the vulnerability of the American people that has made them so gullible to the fake science promoted by tyrants like Fauci.
Carl, your thoughts?
Yeah, the arrests are the bottom line, and what has been normalized and idiocized is the limits of government.
You know, this idea that the government only has those powers granted to it, and that the operation of our government is based upon the autonomy of the individuals, the love of liberty, and limited government under law.
And again, Title 21 has already ended this debate.
Nobody can force any type of medical experiment.
So you have the Democrats acting stupid, you have the corporate media acting stupid, and the Republican leadership acting stupid to not bring this up, as well as the judicial branch.
And nobody can bring it up because this is a level of competence for recognition that the federal law is superior to the state mandates, requirements, orders, whatever you want to call them.
And the idea for that project, Jim, good points, yes, I'm glad that they are speaking up, and it reminded me of the Australian premier, Andrews is his last name, Dan, I think, that's in Victoria, and the question was brought to him of can somebody be pro-choice but not be called anti-vax.
And he just jumped all over the reporter and says, if anybody is against any part of our orders,
then they are anti, anti, anti.
So, you know, this contest goes on until we have the emperor's new clothes moment
of the public standing up and getting those arrests.
This shit show is going on.
I'm afraid if we ask the merits of constitutional government.
constitutional government.
The answer is that Mahatma Gandhi gave when asked what he thought of Western civilization.
It's a good idea.
Yeah.
Meanwhile, top real estate sites are removing crime data, citing racism.
Get this.
Top real estate sites Realtor.com and Redfin have removed crime data from their websites because they allege the statistics are racist.
House searchers can no longer gauge the safety of an area where they want to purchase property.
The crime data, according to Redfin, does not give an accurate picture of an area's safety.
And if the crime data doesn't give an accurate picture of the area's safety, what in the world would?
Social justice and wokeness have begun to infect every part of American life.
From schools to the military to football, long-standing traditions and symbols have been deemed racist.
Now it's entering real estate.
Two of the largest websites have dropped crime statistics from their search tools last week.
Realtor.com mentioned the change in a post about racism and real estate, saying, We removed the crime map layer from all search results to rethink The safety information we share on Realtor.com, and how we can best integrate it as part of a consumer's home search experience.
In other words, you won't know whether or not you're going to buy property in a crime-infested area.
Redfin was even more pointed, saying people are interested in safety, not crime, as though they were unrelated.
Redfin explained further, including crime data, does not give an accurate picture of how safe an area is because there's real variety in how people define and evaluate safety, and that doesn't line up very well with purely crime-based data, as though it were irrelevant.
Notable quotes.
But the crime data available don't allow us to speak accurately to the question of safety, and given the long history of redlining and racist housing covenants in the U.S., there's too great a risk of the inaccuracy reinforcing racial bias.
Well, what really reinforces racial bias is the discovery the overwhelming majority of crimes in virtually every single category are perpetrated by blacks, far out of proportion to their distribution within society, whether it's property crimes, drug abuse, larceny, theft, other assaults, disorderly conduct, violent crime, aggravated assault, burglary, vandalism, weapons, robbery, fraud, and more.
Blacks overwhelmingly commit disproportionate number of crimes.
We're only in a few areas related to alcohol.
The Native Americans take the lead because of their genetic incapacity to absorb alcohol.
So I think these realtors are simply betraying the public to sell real estate.
They're not even going to tell them how bad the crime rate is because they would be less inclined to buy.
This is Fraudulent.
This is a dishonest business, Joe.
Your thoughts?
Yeah, well, they've been trying to say for ages that single-family homes are also racist.
But one thing they can't hide, and that's the voting precinct totals, because we know that most of the violent personal and property crimes are committed by Democrats.
So you want to know where your safe zones are?
Go to a Republican precinct.
You'll probably be around people that you enjoy being around a little more often.
Carl, your thoughts?
So that realtor data is interesting.
You know, on the surface what they said is complete bullshit.
Of course people want to know the safety of the area that they're buying into.
They usually already know.
But they would want to know that.
So for those realtors to say, to allege that that data is racist, but not to explain why.
So that is the just typical bullshit that you see.
And then not to have an alternative.
It's a statistic.
So to say people are interested in safety, not crime, and then not have any data to be able to point to what they're talking about.
And then that uncomfortable truth that Jim has pointed to forever is that we do have a correlation between race per capita and those crimes committed.
That data is just there.
And then what you want to say about it is up to you, but that is a data point.
And as well, you know, another part of what is in the background of people's concerns about the economy and this so-called Biden administration is where I am in Northern California and where I'm paying attention to some of the real estate prices.
The real estate prices in where I am in Northern California have gone up roughly 50%.
In the last year, 50%.
That is just crazy.
And one of the areas that may bring this Emperor New Clothes moment to shut down, to stop this narrative, would be a breakout economic collapse or a breakout inflationary spree as well.
Those are also dangers we're looking at.
I think you got it right, Joe.
Yeah, and the Texas Real Estate Board last year decided that calling it a master bedroom and a master bath were both racist, so they had to come up with a different name for that.
It's like, how many... You're kidding me!
No, you cannot put master bedroom on any of your...
So if someone's a master carpenter, for example, or a master plumber, that's racist too?
How stupid?
This is childish.
This is third grade level thinking.
I can't believe the superficiality.
Right.
Absurd, Joe.
I used to get letters from my grandparents, and it would be labeled, Master Carl Herman.
That used to be a thing.
That's right.
That's right.
That was a name for young people.
They wouldn't ask.
Absolutely.
Today, the Democrats regard that as racist.
Meanwhile, Americans don't want war with Russia over Ukraine.
Wary of military adventurism, they found Americans want U.S.
leaders to focus on domestic issues.
As tensions mount in Eastern Europe about whether Putin might order an invasion of Ukraine, a poll has found Americans don't have an appetite to go to war to defend the former Soviet Republic.
The massive majority of believing leaders should focus their attention on domestic issues right here in the USA.
According to a survey from YouGov in conjunction with the Charles Koch Institute, a plurality, 48%, said they either strongly or somewhat opposed going to war with Russia to protect Ukraine's territorial integrity should Russia invade.
Only 27% favor.
24% don't know.
73% agree the U.S.
should prioritize domestic issues over foreign policy.
Only 7% suggest that foreign policy should take precedent.
They also found little enthusiasm for increasing the U.S.
military presence around the world, 40% saying the U.S.
should be less engaged, 32% saying it should remain about the same.
Meanwhile, American mercenaries are preparing chemical weapon incidents in East Ukraine.
This is like those we saw in Syria, where the residents of the town would rush out, lying on the ground as though they were victims, and then after the filming was complete, get up, dust themselves off, and get their paycheck.
U.S.
private companies are preparing a provocation using chemical weapons in troubled, intense eastern Ukraine, the Russian defense minister has claimed.
Why not?
They worked it in Syria.
Why not work it in Ukraine?
Moscow believes there are more than 120 employees operating in the region of these private companies with Ukraine's special forces.
Containers with unidentified chemical components have been delivered to cities in Donbass to stage the provocation.
The minister, sitting long tied to Putin and Russia's top general, provided no further details of the falsified chemical caps that purportedly have been planned.
I find this completely unsurprising.
I expect they're spot on.
Tensions have been mounting in eastern Ukraine when several Western media reported Russia had been amassing troops near the border, claiming a large-scale military invasion was in the works.
The U.S.
and allies have brought more sanctions if such a scenario were realized, but the Kremlin has denied these accusations and calling them groundless attempts to instill hysteria.
Instead, Moscow has blamed the West for encouraging Kiev to use force against the self-proclaimed republics of Donetsk and Lugansk by supplying weapons to the Ukrainian government and intensifying the NATO build-up in Eastern Europe.
Joe, your thoughts?
Well, every war that the United States has been involved in since the Spanish-American War has been a false flag operation to start the wars.
Every single one of them.
So, I find it disgusting that we're doing this same pattern.
The upside is that Russia has a very good network of information going on behind the scenes because that was a former Russian colony and so they've got plenty of ways of getting information.
So, I doubt they're going to be able to pull off the same kind of scenarios that they pulled off repeatedly in Syria.
I mean from the time that they started Operation Zero Footprint and overthrew six Arab countries to the time that they started Operation Timber Sycamore and shipped Uh, captured Libyan arms in through Turkey to, uh, the ISIS groups that were, uh, CIA funded in Syria and Iraq.
So every bit of this has been false flag all the way down the line, but I don't think they're going to get away with it this time.
And the unfortunate thing is with hypersonic missiles, you can't call them back.
And we're just seconds away from having a whole meltdown worldwide.
We all get a front row seat to World War III and I don't want one.
Very well put.
Carl, your thoughts?
Yeah, another one of the emperor's new clothes obvious points is that war is illegal and all of this reporting talking about the options and what do Americans think.
We've had two world wars and treaties after both wars make war illegal.
So the United States and Joe is right that well over 100 years all these wars are set up, they're illegal, they're just propaganda in order to get political motivation or political means to send in the military and then control resources.
And one of the papers that I wrote for like a top 10 of these lie started treaty violating wars of aggressions is a paper just called US illegal.
And that's going to be again, just read in the context section for any of these shows.
So fake Syrian gas attacks, this has been heavily documented.
I have sufficient documentation, not abundant, because there's been a lot of fake gas attacks, but enough documentation for anybody who is capable of discerning fact from spin to be able to prove to
themselves and verify for themselves that yes, indeed, all of this just has been bullshit and just
the usual bullshit. And that until we have the arrests of these political and media leaders, then
we're just going to get more bullshit. I think you got it exactly right. Meanwhile, we
want to hear from you.
Send fan mail, pro or con, pro or con, to liveneedtonowatgmail.com.
Liveneedtonowatgmail.com.
Here we have a sick system of lies and notably gullible public that's become addicted to lies they'd like to hear and believe.
Almost all the covert dirty work including the fake January 6th insurrection and all supposed Middle East terror is enacted by private mercenary armies assembled by the Pentagon or the Israelis or both.
Their goal is to use these false flags to start wars and much needed conflicts to raise massive profits
for DOD link core, make generals and polls fat and provide massive campaign funding.
Sad to say that dumbed down American public have been fed so many lies and deception by the mainstream
which works for these slime balls from hell that they're unable to hear and believe the truth
and believe that the mainstream media's massive set of lies.
Meanwhile, the stanchion desperation from Beverly.
Beverly.
Dr. Menegli, aka Anthony Fauci, said in an interview that RFK Jr.
was a very disturbed interview.
Fauci claims he and his family have been receiving death threats as a result of RFK's attacks upon him.
I salute anyone who's sending Fauci death threats.
No one deserves death threats more.
Foushee is calling for Fox News' Jesse Watters to be fired over his violent rhetoric.
Watters ripped Foushee a new one almost daily on his show.
Foushee is getting desperate to retain his stranglehold on the sheeple.
I see more and more people, including me, in stores without masks, even if signs on the door indicate you have to wear one.
Sports stadiums are full of screaming, 98% mass-free crowds.
Stores are full of shoppers.
The scare tactics may work on some, but the number of scaredy cats is dwindling.
Now, if only the feckless Republicans in Congress would take some action against Fauci.
Can they do nothing except showboat with hearings?
I'm sick of Rand Paul, Jim Jordan, etc., grilling Fauci, catching him in lies, but nothing comes from these dog and pony shows.
File a damn lawsuit, if nothing else.
Meanwhile, the Volkswagen Conspiracy Conference from the 11th and 12th of December is available.
You can still get your tickets.
Here are two of the contributions.
Ron Avery on the search for lawful government.
Fake news and fake law in a police state.
Ron Avery knows a hell of a lot about defamation cases.
He's an expert on mine.
He was involved in one himself, and he cares about lawful government, but he's not finding a lot.
Scott Bennett on the coming war in Ukraine.
Scott's a former army intel and psyops officer, and of the three areas most likely to develop into some kind of military encounter, China, Taiwan, Israel, Iran, and Ukraine, Russia regards a war in Ukraine as the most likely to occur.
Meanwhile, remember, 1% control the world, 4% are their puppets, 90% are asleep, 5% know and try to wake the 90%.
The 1% use the 4% to prevent the 5% from waking up the 90%.
Final thoughts.
The 1% is a 4% to prevent a 5% from waking up the 90%.
Final thoughts, Joe, yours.
Yeah, well, we've had a number of show trials recently.
One of them was the Ghislaine Maxwell trial, where they only managed to bring two underage witnesses.
And there's a great analysis of that by Viva Free and Robert Barnes.
Probably she'll end up getting a couple of years for two counts of molesting a minor, and then they'll seal all of the records.
And the FBI just magically lost hundreds of CDs and disk drives and all the information that they had.
They just don't know where it went.
And then the other trial that's of interest is police officer Kim Potter found guilty of manslaughter and accidental shooting of Dwight Wright.
The mostly white jury deliberated for four days.
She's found guilty of second-degree manslaughter.
The most she faces is seven years in prison, but the prosecutors would like to seek a longer term.
And then other breaking news today, You have a guy by the name of Matthew Green, who is one of the Proud Boys.
He's decided to turn state's witness on the January 6th fiasco, and he's going to testify against Dominic Pezzita and William Pepe.
So, you know, who knows?
Maybe when he turns on them, they'll turn on him, and they'll turn on their FBI and CIA handlers, and we'll get this whole thing blown wide open.
Also, the J6 has subpoenaed Michael Flynn, and Flynn said, I didn't have anything to do with the Trump administration for the last two years, and I wasn't anywhere near D.C.
on that day, so he's filed a suit against Nancy Pelosi.
So, you know, the problem is it's all going to the same rotten court system, so you can't expect justice out of it anyway, but at least the theatrics are different than they were last week.
I think that those are all excellent points.
Carl, your final thoughts?
Crazy, crazy, crazy.
And the more that you live, the more paradoxes that you see, and this is going to be one of them, is that we are more responsible than ever to have what we think and what we say and what we do count in this American Revolution.
And at the same time, I'm confident that we have white hats.
I'm at 95% certainty that white hats Or orchestrating this and they're just waiting for their proper moment to strike with elements in the background of black hat assets controlling this planet for decades.
And the reason why I'm optimistic is that most, just as we talked about today, most of these black hat operations involve the military.
They all have false flags.
It's a global coordinating network of lies that use the media.
And then with these false flag gas attacks, or whatever it is that's used to orchestrate the beginning of these wars, is that the military, they're the sharpest people to go back in there, either before the event or after the event and get eyes on intelligence.
And then we have The small incident of whacking President Kennedy that got their attention as well.
Professional military, people think that they're going to be somehow up front when it's the exact opposite.
The military is going to be way behind.
They don't want you to see that they're there until they are ready to strike.
I am in great confidence, and at the same time, I'm absolutely serious that this is scarier than ever.
These shots get fully loaded.
It's a death event for the planet, so pay attention, have your work count, and we'll see what develops.
Well, special thanks to Joel Olson from Houston and Carl Hermann from San Ramon, California, joining us again, where I would observe that The Democrats are in dire political shape.
They've lost about half of their black support.
They've lost a huge amount of their Latino support.
They cannot win other elections.
They're losing on every single issue.
All they have to complain about is January 6th, which turns out to be completely fraudulent, and the coronavirus.
Everyone is sick of it.
They need a war, but it's not going to play out well for them.
Even a recent release of 1,500 documents about JFK appears to have been calculated to plant the seed that Russia was involved in the assassination of John F. Kennedy, which I guarantee you is 100% false.
The autopsy x-rays were altered.
The Russians couldn't have reached into Bethesda Hospital to do that.
Another brain was substituted.
The KGB could not have done it, as the Bruderfilm was altered.
Anyone who claims the Russians were involved is shoveling shit.
I will tell you this, however, by bringing it out that way and suggesting Lee went to Mexico City, which was another fabrication that's been exposed by Larry Rivera in spades, where the CIA assets in Mexico included not one, not two, but three presidents of Mexico.
They're clearly planting the seed subconsciously for not to be unhappy.
If the US were to go to war, or NATO were to go to war with Russia, even if there were such a conflict, the American people would regard this as more incompetence on the part of the Biden administration.
It would not work well for them.
After the botched withdrawal from Afghanistan, the American people have no confidence in the ability of this administration to conduct foreign policy, as the latest polling is reflecting.
Want them to focus on domestic.
So I say even a war is not going to save their bots.
They're going down big time in 2022 if we have anything remotely approaching an honest election.
And I think many are going to be very concerned that that should be the case.
Finally, I encourage you to spend as much time as you can with your friends and loved ones, those you care most about, because in this time of death through vaccination and absurd policies of the American government becoming increasingly authoritarian, we do not know how much time we have left.
