Welcome back folks to Truth vs. News Incorporated.
It's November the 28th and this is the second hour of a hot show that we've had going and right now it looks like we have all kinds of fake news that's been happening and I think the FBI has got some problems too, right Jim?
Well, we're talking with Scott about what happened at Parkland and the video there and the attempt to, you know, squeeze more money out for crisis actors.
I find it offensive, even repulsive in the extreme.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, there's some very strange anomalies in this when you have the names of these people.
You know, Cristina Infante.
That's infant in Spanish.
Kelsey Friend.
I've never heard of anybody named Friend is the last name.
Hogg, Dave Hogg or David Hogg, whatever that guy's, there's some very strange names and I think they're, I think they are crisis actors.
And I think the FBI and the Department of Justice are engaged in racketeering and fraud and this is a payoff.
And they are going to be doing this at the border, paying $450,000 to additional Democrat informants and operatives.
It's money laundering.
It's a racketeering operation.
And that's how it should be exposed and immediately, you know, informed the court.
Because these shootings not only traumatized the American public, they're money laundering scams.
And the first thing that they say out of their mouth We don't want prayers, we want gun control.
So this is a gun control agenda.
It sickens me to watch these half-wit, retard, punk kids in a classroom screaming and wobbling and making all this noise.
And it really is a crime.
It is a crime against the American people.
The sheriff, Israel, in this area down there is supposed to be very, very criminalistic, corrupt.
I think, you know, the whole thing continuously needs to be exposed.

And would you believe you saw persons, you know, look like cops going in and out of that classroom.
You think, wow, the Parkland cops are really Johnny on the spot being there so promptly.
Parkland gave up its police force like in 2004.
They don't have any cops.
They just use a sheriff.
Those were actors wearing police uniforms.
Holly, your thoughts.
Well, this did definitely reminded me of the great work that Scott and Jim, you did your shows with Susan Lindauer talking about the money laundering and talking as Scott had mentioned before all that you know the 400 $50,000 per, you know, broken up family or whatever they're, they're claiming that is going to be used for either racketeering, like you said, hush money, or perhaps even further rigging elections, payoffs.
However, the Democrat Party, these individuals want to use the money.
And I had seen First hand, when I had served on a local Portland school board, I had a real hard time believing that any of these events could have been staged.
It just, I had a lot of cognitive dissonance, just like the normies at first about how, how could anyone stage something like this and use children and do something so horrible and, and lie and Beyond the media telling lies about what's going on.
And from what I had seen, I had left the school board and I think it was like that summer, they were holding drills and they were using kids and dressing them up in blood.
They called it a police training and they had the tactical units there and they closed down the school for the day.
Or it was on a day when they didn't have school and they had the Boston kids and did this whole thing and called up police training.
And then in another town, they had actually used an abandoned school, an old school that had been closed
a couple of years before.
And they were using like paintball rounds and like asking if kids wanted to come in
and pretend to be students.
And I could see how something like this could quote, quote, go live if they wanted to get some clips of this.
Or like they said, you played that clip, there's a kid asking if someone could grab
their water bottle.
Like, I don't think they would be asking about their tablet or their water bottle if this was an actual event.
And it's just the psychological trauma that you put these kids through.
It was just sickening.
I was just so upset that, first of all, a school board or a school district would be okay with a drill.
And then, second of all, the parents, the adults, everyone, the administration using children like that.
It just makes me sick.
Well, you can see they're cashing in for big bucks, so they all think it's a worthy cause.
And besides, you know, it's something that could happen if we don't take away the guns.
Not realizing that taking away the guns is the exact opposite.
If you want to tamp down crime, let everyone have guns and crime goes down very fast.
Very bad.
I just wanted to say real quick, that reminded me, it'd be interesting to see who starts a gun control non-profit after they get all this money, you know?

So I love Kelsey Friend saying, it was like a movie.
It looked so real, but it felt so fake.
Meanwhile, the World Health Organization deliberately skips naming a new COVID variant with Greek letters spelled the same as the name of China's president.
The Greek letters of the WHO assigned to the new variant is raising eyebrows, triggering an accusation who is once again kowtowing to Communist China.
WHO announced the identification of a new variant on Friday.
First discovered in South Africa, WHO explained.
The B.1.1.529 variant was first reported to WHO from South Africa on 24 November.
The epidemiological situation in South Africa has been characterized by three distinct peaks in reported cases, the latest of which was predominantly the Delta variant.
In recent weeks, infections have increased steeply, coinciding with the detection of B.1.1.529 variant.
This variant has a large number of mutations, some of which are concerning.
Preliminary evidence suggests an increased risk of reinfection with this variant as compared to others.
Like previous variants, the WHO assigned variant B.1.1.529 a letter from the Greek alphabet.
The WHO last used lambda and mu to designate variants of interest.
However, Who skipped the next two letters in the Greek alphabet, nu and z, to designate B.1.1.529 as the Omicron variant?
Both nu and z were reportedly deliberately avoided by who?
Jonathan Turley observes, he who must not be named.
It appears the WHO has skipped the next Greek letter after new to name the new variant.
The next letter is Xi.
The concern is that WHO is again avoiding any discomfort for the Chinese government, so they named it Omicron.
You don't need to be a Greek alphabet expert to work out why who would skip from new to Omicron.
Avoiding Z, said Jim Packard, Chief Correspondent for the Financial Times.
You don't need to be an expert.
But get this.
Representative Lauren Boebert of Colorado said every variant of COVID is the Zai variant.
Conservative commentator Stephen Miller said the experts skipped Zai variant name in the
Greek alphabet, so not to offend the country that started this, sums the entire thing up
perfectly.
It can't be topped.
Political scientist Ian Bremmer, who knew variant is Omicron, not new variant.
That's confusing.
Not Z variant.
That would antagonize China.
What does the Hughes say?
Dr. Margaret Harris, a spokeswoman, admitted who deliberately skipped Nu and Zai.
We went from Mu to Omicron, jumping both Nu and Xi.
For Nu, the reasoning was people would get confused, thinking it was the Nu variant rather than the name and Xi, because it's a common surname and we've agreed to naming rules that avoid using place names, people's names, animals, etc.
to avoid stigma.
But look at this!

What I said back in June in my video, when the flu season comes, chaos will break out, it's turned out to be right on point, because according to the studies of the British government, Those who are getting the death vax are losing percentages of their immunity week by week, so that by March of 2022, those who have been death vaxed in the spring of 2021 will have lost all their immunity, which means they could die of any kind of flu or cold or sneeze.
They will be equivalent to people who have AIDS.
Not because they have HIV, but because their immune system has been destroyed.
But what is more horrible than that most of them will die, is that this is being done for a very malign reason.
Not just to kill them, not just to reduce the world population, but to select those who will live through it.
And to suppress the national immunity so they can be genetically re-engineered while alive by the globalists using dose after dose of the vaccine and eventually some sort of 5G or cell phone technology.
It appears the globalists have been working for some 40 years in intensive medical and biological research without anyone really realizing what they were up to, and they've arrived at a level of technology beyond anything we would ever dream or fear to encounter in a nightmare.
They basically want to totally re-engineer biologically the human being and they want to exterminate the natural human beings.
And now we can see what the real meaning of the New World Order is.
It isn't just super wealthy owning everything.
That's not human.
The New World Order is to take humanity itself and make it a natural resource in the sense of making it an object of economic activity.
This is way beyond slavery.
But this is they want to make human beings properties laboratories factories your own body will be used what they wanted to be used for whether it's sex creating medicines being their slave growing organ parts for their children you personally not just your tissues in a laboratory but you personally will be there Property, their slave, their robot, their organ harvesting plant.
They're looking at fabulous amounts of wealth because they will not be so much interested in farming the fields with potatoes and corns.
They'll be farming you.
And they'll be able to change your genetics at will on a daily basis.
This is the objective they have.
Now, most people will not live through this experiment.
Most of the three billion who have taken this, it's obviously going to die.
And the people who, whether you've gotten one dose of the real vaccine or you get seven doses, you're most likely dead.
You're walking dead.
It's only a matter of time and you will be dead.
If you only got the placebo and you don't take anymore, you're still in the game.
And if you haven't taken the Vax, you're an intelligent person.
You're the last refuge of humanity.
You are one of the few who will carry on the human race until the end of time.
The Death Vax will not be able to have human children.
Their children will be genetically modified and able to be controlled.
So we are at a great parting here.
Humanity goes in one direction the way it's always been by God's will and design.
And those who allow themselves to be fooled by the globalists have been eternally imprisoned already biologically.
I don't see from the number of evil things that are in this that it's possible to save someone.
You're going to need like dozens of medicines.
There's the hydras who are genetically modified so they can live in your blood and in your lymph fluids and meld with your cells and change your genes and they'll just go on multiplying until unless someone can figure out a medicine that will kill hydras in your bloodstream without killing you.
And this is why the graphene oxides in there because these hydras in the presence of graphene oxide multiply enormously.
Then you have the fact that this thing turns off your natural gene that suppresses cancer.
So cancer is going to start growing all over the place.
It turns off certain genes that your body uses to protect itself from being genetically modified.
And there's all kinds of other technologies in there, gold nanobots and things like that to aid in the genetic re-engineering of those who've been vaccinated.
So the globalists, yes, will kill 2 or 3 billion, but that's not only their objective.
They want to kill off the people who are not compatible with their new technology.
But the New World Order now means that humanity is the new economic frontier.
They have abandoned all human morality, and any religion you might be, And they now look at you as something lower than a milk cow.
Because at least a milk cow, you want its genes to be nice and good and healthy so that you get nice healthy milk.
But these people don't even want that.
They want you to be their genetically engineered robot.
Or not.
They don't want you to exist anymore.
So this is beyond any measure of psychopathy in any novel ever written that I know of.
And this is so malign, and so intelligent, and so well planned, and so controlled, that I think everyone, believe it or not, has to recognize that Satan is behind this.
An extremely evil spirit is behind this.
Someone who hates the world as it is, who hates creation as it is, and not only wants to Own things in creation, which is the old manner of possession that the globe is used to get their power.
But they now want to take possession and control in its very essence, living things and weld them to their wheel, bend them to their will.
And to destroy what exists naturally so that they can reign as gods on Earth.
And just watching the videos I've published from this week, the last week of October, you can get all this information, but we've clearly moved from reality into a twilight zone.
This is no joke now, no metaphor, we are in Armageddon.
This is the apocalyptic battle that Saint John the Apostle wrote about in the book of Revelations, the last book.
I mean this level of wickedness makes Hitler look like a saint.
This looks Mao Zedong and Pol Pot look honest and I say that with a certain sort of rhetorical flourish because they were horrible murderers and very wicked men but this is way beyond that.
This is taking evil to a level that we have never seen in the history of humanity.
That no human mind would have ever contemplated.
That's why I say this is clearly from Satan.
These globalists must have satanic priests somewhere or some cult somewhere or someone who's possessed by demons who are giving them instructions.
I can't see how you could humanly come up with such a project and contemplate it and then execute it.
It's beyond anything.
So I hate to say that I was right.
I said that people would start dying and they might be dead in three, one year, three years, or five years, ten years.
It looks more like now that if they all get, lose their immune systems by March, they're going to start dying very quickly.
That means your health care systems are going to be completely failed.
All the professionals who've taken the death facts will die.
You won't be, not only get things in your supermarket, your pharmacies will not be restarted.
They're going to start being long lines at the pharmacies as people start clearing out all the medicines because as they start getting sick from everything, they're going to try to stay alive by any medicine possible.
That means you who are not vaxxed, you're going to be put on the last list if anything.
There's been a lot of talk about us who are not vaxxed being put in concentration camps, but I think that's less likely to be the case because The Vaxxed will be dead before they'll be able to execute.
It's not like they're going to use un-Vaxxed people to put un-Vaxxed in concentration camps.
They would use Vaxxed people and these people only have about another 6 months, maybe 12 months to live.
And all you who are not Vaxxed have to do is cough on them and they're going to drop dead within a week because they don't have an immune system.
Our position, those of us who are not vaxxed, is much stronger, I'd have to say now.
I'm a bit more confident because this death vax is going to be so horrible for most of them.
However, those who are death vaxed and decide to give their loyalty over to the globalists are going to become extremists because they're going to realize that unless they serve the globalists totally, they won't get their added Boosters of immunity and so on.
We are at a great party now.
Humanity goes one way the death facts go another and I think once people realize what's going on.
We're going to see a lot more civil strife.
Considering that these death vaxxers have genetically modified hydras in them that can seep through fluids.
I don't know if they can come out of your lymph fluid in your blood into your sweat or your saliva or other fluids of that sort.
I would strongly recommend not touching anyone who's vaxxed.
Not having any physical contact with them.
I would strongly suggest you stop living in the house with them.
Because you could pick up their saliva from a fork, a knife, a cup, and who knows what the result would be?
It would probably be your death.
And so, exercise extreme caution.
Try to do what you can to accept psychologically what's now going to happen, because it's much worse than I thought back in June when I made my first World Famous video.
And we're going to have to survive.
We who are not vaxxed now have a great responsibility.
I don't think we can save all the vaxxed.
There's a lot of doctors out there who think we can get a lot enough medicines.
I don't think any medical industry is sufficient to produce enough medicines to save three billion people of the multiple problems that are caused by this.
These deaths of accidents don't cause one problem, they're causing dozens of problems.
But we who are not vaxxed have to live, we have to survive.
Those of you who are married or marriageable, you need to have children because humanity itself is now at An existential threat.
And I think the governments that are pushing this are going to start collapsing.
I don't see how the globalists plan to maintain control while all their allies die.
So, as I've said many times before, you not only have to flee to the countryside and arm yourself, you need to start making friendships with other people who are not vaxxed.
And be prepared to take over the civil control of your local area because it's going to go down quick now.
I think we're on a roller coaster ride and we're on that steep.
And now to Christmas may be the last months of normality in the West.
And nations like in Africa were smart enough not to start vaccinating people.
They're going to end up the ones that outlive this.
Whereas foolish nations like Ireland, And Scandinavia, who have 90% vaccination, they will be annihilated.
Various nations will be annihilated, said Our Lady at Fatima.
And people didn't heed it.
And if you are associating with clergy who are pushing the backs Strongly recommend you stop going to their churches.
All you have to do is get a little of that vaxed saliva on the host and don't expect Christ is going to protect you from infection because you won't separate from the wicked.
He's told us throughout scripture that at the end of times we must separate from the wicked.
We must leave Babylon.
And if you think Bergoglio is the head of the church, you're blaspheming God.
And now this is something you have to do for your own safety.
It's not just a religious duty, it's also a biologic duty.
You can't live with people who are vaxxed.
You're going to end up with your health destroyed because these things are going to start oozing out of them.
And I hate to say it because the consequences of what this death vax does is going to destroy a lot of human society.
Husbands are going to have to leave their wives and children and their parents and if you are a death fax, don't kiss your kids.
You're going to spread all that to them and even if they're not death faxed, they'll end up dying.
So you are a walking bag of horrible technological and infectious agents.
I hate to say it, but this is what the globalists have done to you, and this is what you've done to yourself by taking that thing.
And don't blame us for being prejudiced.
I mean, this is a plague now.
What's in the vax is the plague of plagues.
Because it's not something that just kills you, it destroys humanity, and could end up destroying all of humanity if it spreads to the whole world.
I sure hope that these genetically modified hydras can't spread from person to person.
But I would, until the doctors come out, the experts come out and tell us seriously what we have to fear from this, we should exercise extreme caution.
Extreme caution.
Treat these people as if they're carrying the most dangerous and horrible plague.
And this also makes it difficult for us who go to the stores and buy things.
You're buying vegetables and fruits from people who are death vacs.
They've touched it with their hands.
Don't eat any more vegetables, would be my advice.
So start thinking of all the consequences.
They're horrible.
And if you don't recognize this new reality, you will be dead.

Well, I think he's watching our show.
He's taking a lot of good information that we've been saying from the very beginning, Jim.
And the case studies are there.
There's a two-year-old girl that Dr. Tenpenny described going to visit her grandparents and then coming back and vaginally bleeding.
Two years old?
And the grandparents got the shot.
A friend of mine married a guy, he got the shot, she didn't.
She said three miscarriages.
A girl that I know in Newark flew out here to California to visit me, got the shot in Newark, and she came from Russia, and she's got friends and family actually in Newark, but she got the shot here.
She also got a shot in Russia, but she got a different one.
She got the shot here at a pharmacy in Newark, flew out here, Had a complete physical breakdown and had to fly right back.
On and on and on.
What?
How is she doing now?
I don't know.
I haven't heard.
She could be gone.
It's a terrible thing, but we've said this from the beginning, and it is a division of humanity, and sadly you are going to have the death of masses of people, but at the same time they're doing it to themselves.
They're rushing in this lemming fanaticism to get the shot, and I see it all in my town here in California.
Just a retarded nation is what we're becoming and it's very sad and it's sickening but it is what it is.
There's a very good film that everyone should watch and it's called Children of Men and it was made in 2006 and it is precisely what we're going through now.
Children of Men was a science fiction film where the world went infertile after a pandemic ran through society.
And that's exactly what this shot is doing also, making people infertile and killing them, killing their immune systems.
And you're going to see more and more people dying, the infertilization of society.
I mean, it is an incredible film to watch.
And I think, you know, their long-term agenda is like Logan's run as well.
They want human lives to be cut down so you're dead at 30.
They don't want people living until you're 80.
How much social security is going to just kind of disappear now?
Because they're not going to have to pay these social security bills.
So there's a massive financial adjustment that's occurring.
I think it is going to be the complete breakdown of governments and society and a dystopian tribalism.
But real leaders, real strong individuals will be rising up and, I think, setting a new tone.
So it is striking, but it's something that's, I think, marking that, you know, this country in this world, this country in particular, you know, are you surviving?
Do you cherish your rights or not?
And lastly, I'll finish by saying, Some of the other material that you sent out, Jim, regarding the Nuremberg Code and the prosecutions of the Nuremberg hearings included the death penalty.
So everyone with balls and a brain and a courage should go down to their school board meetings and their supervisor meetings and say, Be advised, you're hereby served legal notice, Mr. Supervisor, School Board Member, that in 1946 the death penalty was given out to people who were performing medical experimentations on people.
And that same death penalty may be applied to you for the medical experimentation that you're doing on people
and in particular children, trying to force vaccines on people.
So be advised, this isn't a threat, but it is a prediction that you too, Mr. School Board,
Mr. Supervisor, Mr. Sheriff, Mr. Mayor, could be given the death penalty for what you're doing.
And put it out there because that'll scare the hell out of these leftists when they realize
that their neck is gonna be put in a noose for what they're trying to force people to do.
Now lastly too, you're going to see a lot of very pissed off people that are going to be going around and shooting and killing doctors and nurses and everyone else who forced them to get a vaccine and now they're dying or their wife's dying or their children are dying.
These people are gonna, you're gonna have a big swath of the population, I think, stand up and get revenge, get vengeance on who is forcing this vaccine onto people.
So that's the next thing.
And of course, the variants are all nonsense.
The variants are the fruit of the vaccination, which is the destruction of the human immune system.
So all of these variants Are all lies.
They are really the fruition of this vaccine causing massive toxification and death in the people that get it.
And the more that we say that and I again this Thanksgiving I was disinvited from from my aunt and uncle because they got the vaccine.
Well, you know, this is something that is separating families and friends and, you know, marital partners and it is certainly the wise advice not to have anything to do and have any physical contact with the people that get these vaccines because they're going to be shedding and, like he said, they are a walking bag of germs and medical experimentation.
That's a very good description, Jim.
Well, the dilemma for those of us whose family has been vaxxed is, I'm not going to abandon my wife.
I mean, she got vaxxed.
She didn't tell me.
My daughter, my son-in-law, my favorite niece and nephew, they're all vaxxed.
And I mean, I cannot abandon them.
I simply know what's coming and they do not.
But I'm not going to, you know, seek to evade my relationship.
We have physical contact and, you know, I understand what it entails and...
I just accept this appears to be not only my fate, but it appears the fate of humanity, as stunning, as staggering as this.
I believe every word he said was true, and also all your depictions of the consequences, Scott, are also accurate and true.

Well, I've got quite a bit to say there in response, so I'll try to keep my thoughts organized.
First of all, when he was talking about the omicron, I was staring at that word the other day, trying to think of the acronym or the word jumble or whatever you want to say, because I knew there was something there and I couldn't figure it out.
I was never good at word jumbles, but moronic sounds perfect.
I also, just out of curiosity, looking at that word and seeing some sort of There's something esoteric to it like spellcasting or something so it because it doesn't sound it's not an English word or anything so I put it into a gematria calculator and people can think or say what they want about it but I'm not talking about what I believe in it's what they believe in and that's what people need to understand they actually believe this type of crazy stuff so both in English and in Hebrew gematria comes out as Bill Gates so that's just another interesting side note there and so

Yeah, both in English and in Hebrew, so people can look that up themselves.
So they're, I think, you know, they're just, this is due first to light.
I mean, if they, they're saying the information's out there, and that's part of the spellcast for them, is the information's out there, and they say people are stupid, and if you're moronic enough to do it, then go ahead, you've got free will.
And, uh, we face no consequences if you fall for this.
That's what they believe.
So, um, you know, and when we're talking, we're talking about Satanists here, people who hate humanity.
And that's also why I believe that they use something called a Hydra.

You know, you can break it apart.
It comes back to life.
And the Hydra, they fear death because they fear consequences.

They know what they're doing is wrong, so they're still doing it.
That's why they hate humanity, because ultimately, when we die, we face consequences for our actions.
And that's, that's why they fight this, and why they, um, hate humans, or try to do these really sick and twisted things to humans.
So, um, I don't know if people I've read the book or had any interest in.
It's called Dr. Mary's Monkey and she talked about the use of the polio vaccine and irradiating cancer cells, the SV40.
That guy somehow ended up into the polio jab and then What, 30, 40 years later, we had the influx of soft-cell tissue cancers.
So, this is either a short-term, I think they're short-term ramifications and long-term ramifications.
So, when you're talking about mRNA technology, they're genetically modifying people.
So, first and foremost, they can create a patent.
So, that's why those Monsanto seed patents, the Supreme Court rulings and all the patent laws and everything like that.
So important to read as far as Monsanto when plant-based and animal-based genetic modification,
they've been making the argument for decades now that they own you, they own that seed,
they own that DNA, et cetera.
So something, when they're talking about mRNA and luciferase, which Bill Gates has been touting for years,
they're connecting that to the, both the Hydra, the microchip technology,
which if people want to research, there's a lot of MKUltra type of work
that has been exposed.
Jose Delgado from the 1960s had these brain chip implants.
Which we're able to manipulate.
You can still find it on YouTube.
There's videos of him basically steering a bull with radio frequency technology.
All these patents are out there.
So that's why the mainstream media said, well, they're not microchipping people because that's not technically what they're doing.
They've got advanced mRNA technology like the Luciferase, etc.
This Friar's absolutely right as far as the patents connecting people with the Internet of Things technology.
They want to use humans as batteries to try to power the Internet of Things technology.
So very similar to what they talk about with the Matrix movie, the Matrix, etc.
If they don't want...
They would prefer to slow kill people.
Like you said, ONS control a slow kill.
And then with the biotechnology, you need a third shot, you need a fourth shot.
So it's like the Windows system where you constantly need upgrades if you want to stay alive, if you can afford the social credit score, if you can afford the fixing of the technology, you know, the updates and everything.
And then finally, there are people who are fighting this, though.
So India, Has been fighting this in the courts against Bill Gates and others for years.
They've been fighting the 5G technology and the heavy metal and the parasite exposure, which are two things.
I think there are protocols to try to fix this.
I mean, just as not everyone has died from cancer, even though majority of the population has been injected with some sort of SB 40.
Or a family member, etc.
So, and Dr. Sherry Tenpenny did say that if people accept that they have made a mistake and they ask God for forgiveness, I do think there is healing.
I don't think it's the end of the world.
I do think that prior is very right, but we have to have some hope and still look for cures.

And Jim, one thing people need to really remember when they When they confront people who get this shot or question them or anything, people who have gotten this shot, I've noticed 100% of them have no remorse and they get angry and violent and passionate and furious and insulting the moment you cast doubt or make a, you know, scientific observation.

And be prepared for that emotional hostility, and in some cases it's best to go When they say they got it, you can't do anything, and don't put yourself in that fight.
There may be ways to get it out of you, like chelation.

Well, they've done something that's irrevocable, and the idea of confronting that it could have been a colossal, fatal mistake is going to be almost impossible.

appeals court to reinstate the OSHA vaccine rules so they can get more workers vax because
they are instruments of the devil, to put it in somewhat symbolic language.

They had to have a mechanism, a government that would not enforce the law and would knowingly
allow millions and millions of Americans to die.
And in addition, we have the police warning of more mass robbery attempts after looters
ransacked a Wall Creek Nordstrom.
This was very organized.
They had like 25 vehicles.
They all came in around—they began receiving calls from Nordstrom about 9 p.m.
Eighty individuals ran into the store looting, smashing shelves, Nobody was injured.
Five who sustained minor injuries have been treated.

But this is the inevitable consequence of a policy that says we're not going to prosecute low-level shoplifting.
Well, if you're not going to prosecute up to $900 in shoplifting, And how many times can you do $900 worth of shoplifting and it adds up to quite a massive sum?
So this is all absurd.
And the Democrats promoted it from the beginning.
This is all consequences of Democrat policies.
And yet you have on CNN an analyst who says He has no idea why these smash-and-grab robberies are on the rise, even while noting that punishment is very minimal, actually non-existent.
I mean, this is just funny.

The former police chief observed the punishment for this kind of crime is very, very minimal.

What it is is shoplifting on a grand scale.
I mean, this is so stupid.
It's unbelievable.
Multiple reports.
All around the U.S.
of armed robberies and brazen shoplifting in retail stores.
Many fear the problem will only get worse as the holiday season entered full swing.
They got it exactly right.
We had in Walnut Creek a very high rent district.
This is an exclusive neighborhood.
80 armed and masked burglars descended on the Nordstrom store, smashing and making up with scores of stolen goods.
Also in a Louis Vuitton store, stealing over 100,000 products.
This is happening virtually overnight.
Yet, even during the interview, Ramsey was reluctant to connect the dots entirely, saying he simply doesn't know what's driving these incidents, in which case the man's got to be a complete moron.

Well, I think you're right, Scott.
I mean, Jim talking about, as far as well as we discussed earlier, the Democrat policies in these areas.
Under 1000 is no longer considered prosecutable or even investigatable as a crime.
And we're seeing organized gangs of people in bands rolling up.
He said a lot of them were young people with no prior criminal records.
So they could be people who are getting involved in these local crime rings that are being organized with,
I would assume with help from the DA and these other, we talked about Soros and other organizations
getting themselves elected into these areas and then being able to basically raid and loot.
So in my opinion, I think the businesses are actually involved or in on this,
all like some sort of insurance job as well.
I had brought this up, I think pretty early on in our shows together when we were talking about
like the Antifa and the BLM riots.
I was like, why are they always going after a Starbucks?
Or why are they going after these certain areas?
A lot of it was development areas, smart city development, or areas where, as you had mentioned, the rent is extremely high in these areas and retail sales could be going down.
So They could be approving this in a lot of ways as far as insurance fraud so that people can get away with all this looting and they can claim this as insurance and then they can get paid off.
They can also close these stores.
We are seeing more and more stores wanting to get rid of their storefronts or being told they need to get rid of their storefronts and switching to online sales and all of this ties in with just wanting people more and more to have to buy everything online if they Get rid of these actual brick and mortar buildings as well.
So I think they might not be able to afford the insurance in these areas.
I hope Scott comes back and talks a little bit about these areas because they all seem to be targeted in these wealthy neighborhoods where perhaps the insurance is super high and they're liberal, so there's no prosecution for these crimes.

University of California permanently removed standardized testing for admission.
The EUC Board of Regents has eliminated standardized tests with no alternative exam for the foreseeable future.
This is absolutely stunning.
The University of California was once one of the greatest educational achievements and institutions in the entire world, not just in the United States, not just in California.
But by doing this, they have completely compromised their status.
Their quality is going to drop precipitously.
UC will continue to practice test-free admissions now and into the future, said Michael Brown, UC Provost and Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs.
To help students build a successful college path, UC will strengthen its relationship with K-12 schools.
But how can you tell which K-12 schools are doing the job and which are not?
How can you tell someone coming through a K-12 school has learned anything?
Or has the ability or capability of sustaining a college curriculum.
The fact is this is downgrading education throughout the United States.
There's going to be absolutely catastrophic consequences from this.
Helen Tan, international student studying statistics at UCLA, said removing SAT and ACT can affect the number of applicants.
If the UC schools don't require standardized tests, they'll definitely attract more students who really like the University of California.
There'll be more people taking AP and honor classes to make them a more competitive candidate.
I don't know about that.
They're certainly going to get dumber and less able students this way.
It's a good thing.
Here's a fellow.
Bardiya Kasab, a first-year transfer from Santa Monica College, now at UC Irvine, said the admission process is fairer for incoming freshmen without considering testing scores.
He did not need to submit an SAT or ACT when he transferred.
It's a good thing.
It makes it equal between freshmen and transfer students.
Hannah Dung, however, a freshman studying business at Irvine, said standardized testing is a necessary way of measuring everyone.
She said SAT and ACT are not representative of students' intellect, only of what they know.
There might be really smart people, but they go to schools that aren't very good.
There should be a different way to measure that kind of thing.
Ben J. Zhang, a first-year electrical engineering student at UC San Diego, said the university should keep the SAT and ACT, even though it's not 100% fair to all students, it's the closest thing we can get.

Well, I'm thinking if you don't have a testing schedule or some sort of standard that you hold people to, it'll mostly be on how diverse or how difficult your background is or how you can, I don't know if they're just going to rely upon Your essay just describing all the difficulties that you've been through, or I don't know how they're going to even be able to gauge academic rigor at that point, especially with something like Common Core, which has completely destroyed anyone's ability to even do basic math or reading.
More than half of all college students now have to do remedial math, which is, you know, not even up to high school level math, while in college.
I'm sure you've got plenty of thoughts about that, Jim.
Well, Holly, this makes the whole process more subjective, less objective, and I'll bet you one of the reasons is those who score the best on SAT and ACT are Chinese students, Asian students.
They've got this problem with having a proportionate number of Asian because they're so much better.
This is going to give them an easy out.
They'll now be able to discriminate against Asian and Oriental students, and they won't have to admit how they're doing it.
We have one more story that we definitely want to include today.
Supreme Court of India orders cell towers removed from schools and hospitals.
The High Court of the State of Rajasthan, India's largest state geographically, ordered the removal of all cell towers from the vicinity of schools, colleges, hospitals, and playgrounds because of radiation hazardous to life.
Its amazing 200-page decision thoroughly reviews the worldwide evidence that cell towers are harming human beings and wildlife.
And two weeks ago, the city of Mumbai, the most populous city, prohibited cell towers in the vicinity of schools, colleges, orphanages, child rehabilitation centers, and old-age homes.
Ordered that nearby antennae not be directed toward the type of buildings and that existing antennae on schools, colleges, and hospitalry removed.
It prohibited the installation of antennae and residential rooftops without consent of every person on the top floor, as well as 70% of those in the rest of the building, and starting the process of dismantling 3,200 illegal rooftop towers.
Meanwhile, India ordered it all, basis of hazardous to life, amazing 200-page decision.

Well, I had seen this.
There were some videos that came out during the early lockdowns in 2020, how people found it curious that it seemed like the only people who were out and about still working were people who are working on cell phone towers.
and putting up the 5G was a go ahead.
And so they were deemed essential workers to be putting up these 5G towers
across the United States and other places around the world.
And there were some viral videos.
I think we showed one a few months ago where people in India were actually burning
the local towers, manipulating the electricity to these towers, which if you look at the towers,
they have massive power boxes.
There's a lot of energy going to these devices.
And they were setting them on fire and shutting them down and saying it was making people sick.
There's been a lot of experiments about this.
Uh, I.
There have been whistleblowers in Seattle that talked about how they were experimenting with this and a lot of veterans and other people who were blowing the whistle saying that they were being impacted by this technology.
Dr. Catherine Horton has done some amazing talks about different technologies being used to basically stalk people and make people sick.
There's so many different ways in which they can use these frequencies.
